- 2:02Speaker 2: Good morning everybody.
- 2:03Speaker 5: You're listening to the voice, Come on, dig me now,
- 2:06Speaker 5: one and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Well,
- 2:12Speaker 5: I got to tell you something everybody, and this is
- 2:15Speaker 5: great news for everybody that I'm going to share something
- 2:20Speaker 5: with your principal of becoming successful.
- 2:25Speaker 2: At whatever level you choose.
- 2:27Speaker 5: It can be successful in the relationship, successful in the family.
- 2:33Speaker 5: Successes may be considered to you becoming a homeowner. It
- 2:37Speaker 5: could be being debt free. Your ideal success could be
- 2:42Speaker 5: sixty thousand a year, fifty thousand a year, one hundred
- 2:46Speaker 5: thousand dollars a year. Doesn't matter if you're considering it,
- 2:51Speaker 5: if you're wanting it, if you have a desire to
- 2:54Speaker 5: become successful. I want to share with you the very
- 2:58Speaker 5: beginning of that. If no one's ever done it. I'm
- 3:01Speaker 5: going to say the beginning of it today. See scripture
- 3:08Speaker 5: makes it very clear.
- 3:09Speaker 2: For us.
- 3:11Speaker 5: You don't The only thing you need to become successful
- 3:15Speaker 5: is already inside of you. It's not an external need.
- 3:20Speaker 5: God wouldn't do that to you. He puts the core
- 3:24Speaker 5: basis of everything you need inside of you. So if
- 3:29Speaker 5: you discover it, if you tend to it, nurture it,
- 3:35Speaker 5: fertilize it, and water it, it grows, it branches out.
- 3:40Speaker 5: Then it reaches out externally and it starts grabbing things
- 3:42Speaker 5: outside of there to make it even bigger, stronger, better,
- 3:46Speaker 5: last longer. But in the very beginning, you don't need anything.
- 3:51Speaker 5: It's all within you. And if you cultivate your relationship
- 3:55Speaker 5: with God, it comes out.
- 3:58Speaker 2: It flourishes.
- 4:00Speaker 5: Now, let me tell you that thing that I'm talking
- 4:03Speaker 5: about is a God given gift that He has given
- 4:05Speaker 5: to all of us. We all possess it. It is
- 4:10Speaker 5: all within us. Everybody has a gift. Had somebody told
- 4:15Speaker 5: me what I know now back then, I would have
- 4:18Speaker 5: saved myself tons of mistakes.
- 4:19Speaker 2: I just didn't know the principles. I had to learn
- 4:21Speaker 2: them all well.
- 4:22Speaker 5: One of the principles are becoming successful is your mindset.
- 4:27Speaker 5: You got to get your mind right now. This mindset
- 4:33Speaker 5: is simply a decision that you can make. I can't
- 4:37Speaker 5: get it for you. I can tell you what to do,
- 4:40Speaker 5: but you got to make the decision. You that's listening
- 4:43Speaker 5: have to decide. You know what, I'm gonna go on
- 4:46Speaker 5: and get at it. I'm gonna stop wrinting. I'm gonna
- 4:47Speaker 5: become a homeowner.
- 4:49Speaker 4: You know what.
- 4:49Speaker 2: I'm gonna do it.
- 4:49Speaker 5: I'm gonna stop living check to checkmama. I'm gonna put
- 4:54Speaker 5: a budget together. I'm gonna stop stepping out on my family.
- 5:00Speaker 5: I'm gonna go home. I'm gonna get it together. I'm
- 5:02Speaker 5: gonna stop using when you make these decisions. That's correcting
- 5:07Speaker 5: your mindset.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Now.
- 5:09Speaker 5: The closer connection you have with God, the more help
- 5:12Speaker 5: you get sustaining the mindset. How many times have you
- 5:15Speaker 5: started to do something and you stopped? How many resolutions
- 5:19Speaker 5: have you made at the New Year and stopped by
- 5:21Speaker 5: February over with by me? And January done in March?
- 5:27Speaker 5: Because if you don't have a clear connection with your
- 5:30Speaker 5: creator to help you carry out the other force out there,
- 5:35Speaker 5: that evil force is designed to get you not to
- 5:38Speaker 5: reach your goals.
- 5:39Speaker 2: Get you not to come.
- 5:41Speaker 5: To resolution with whatever the resolutions are you made son,
- 5:44Speaker 5: so you can consider yourself not worthy or failure or
- 5:49Speaker 5: unable to do something. But the more things you are
- 5:52Speaker 5: able to accomplish, the greater your confidence goals grows. So
- 5:55Speaker 5: we got to get your mindset together. Your mindset is
- 5:58Speaker 5: a decision that you have to make. When you make
- 6:00Speaker 5: the decision, you can begin in the process. Your mindset
- 6:05Speaker 5: is also a will of yours, a will along with
- 6:09Speaker 5: the decision, A will, a willingness to do right, a
- 6:14Speaker 5: willingness to change, a willingness to be better. Is going
- 6:20Speaker 5: to then cause you to have to make a decision
- 6:23Speaker 5: to make a change of direction. Don't go where everybody
- 6:27Speaker 5: else going. You got to go your way now. You
- 6:30Speaker 5: can't follow the crowd. You got to take a less
- 6:32Speaker 5: travel path. You cannot do this without changing your direction.
- 6:38Speaker 2: You can't keep hanging.
- 6:39Speaker 5: With the people you've been hanging with if you want
- 6:40Speaker 5: to be different, because they not. Then you have to
- 6:44Speaker 5: develop an obligation to yourself. You've got to say, you
- 6:49Speaker 5: know what for me and my family, or if you
- 6:52Speaker 5: don't have a family for me, I owe it to myself.
- 6:56Speaker 5: I have an obligation to myself to be the best
- 6:59Speaker 5: meed that I can pay possibly be, To be the
- 7:02Speaker 5: best self that I can possibly be, to be the
- 7:06Speaker 5: best father, the best man, the best husband, the best wife,
- 7:10Speaker 5: the best mother, the best daughter, the best son, the
- 7:14Speaker 5: best student, the best employee, the best owner. You have
- 7:19Speaker 5: an obligation to yourself to give yourself a shot at
- 7:23Speaker 5: the best life you can. That's an obligation you owe
- 7:27Speaker 5: that to yourself. Why would you not live the best
- 7:30Speaker 5: life that you possibly could? You have an obligation to yourself.
- 7:34Speaker 5: Why would you cheat yourself like that?
- 7:36Speaker 2: Why would you take.
- 7:37Speaker 5: Yourself and never allow yourself to see the goodness that's
- 7:42Speaker 5: already in you, to have the abundance that's been promised
- 7:46Speaker 5: to you, to go and explore all.
- 7:50Speaker 2: The riches out there that's available to you.
- 7:55Speaker 5: But one of the worst ways that you can rob
- 7:59Speaker 5: yourself of the joy of your obligation is to keep
- 8:01Speaker 5: comparing yourself to somebody else. Because guess what, Man, that
- 8:05Speaker 5: ain't your life. You ain't jay Z and Beyonce, You're
- 8:10Speaker 5: not Oprah. Instead, man, that's not who you are. Quit
- 8:15Speaker 5: looking around at everybody else. That comparison of everybody else
- 8:19Speaker 5: will keep you broken, It'll keep you unhappy.
- 8:21Speaker 2: You won't even be.
- 8:23Speaker 5: Able to be grateful for what you have because you
- 8:25Speaker 5: steady talking about what you don't have.
- 8:27Speaker 2: That's not the way, man.
- 8:29Speaker 5: You have an obligation to yourself to be the best
- 8:32Speaker 5: you you can be, not the best them.
- 8:34Speaker 2: You're not them. Stop trying to be them. Be the
- 8:38Speaker 2: best you. It's cool. You got a nice little house.
- 8:41Speaker 2: That's cool.
- 8:42Speaker 5: You know how many big houses is empty and feel
- 8:45Speaker 5: with hate and resentment. I'd rather have a smaller house
- 8:49Speaker 5: fill with joy in it than to go to a
- 8:52Speaker 5: big house.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Man.
- 8:53Speaker 5: Prince got a line in the song that says, I realized,
- 8:57Speaker 5: in its best disguised, a pretty house.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Don't make a home. Man.
- 9:03Speaker 5: Don't you know I know how true that is? So
- 9:07Speaker 5: I'm just trying to tell you now. Another part of
- 9:11Speaker 5: the mindset is taking dead aim at your life's goals
- 9:16Speaker 5: and ambitions. What are they? What are your goals and
- 9:20Speaker 5: your visions? What do you see for yourself? What do
- 9:24Speaker 5: you dream about? If you knew you couldn't fail at
- 9:27Speaker 5: whatever it is you were attempting, what would you go
- 9:29Speaker 5: attempt see? That's what we need to be after. It's
- 9:33Speaker 5: a mindset y'all. It's a decision. It's a will, it's
- 9:37Speaker 5: a change of direction. It's an obligation to yourself. It's
- 9:41Speaker 5: taking dead aim at your life's visions and goals. Come on, man,
- 9:45Speaker 5: you got to get your mind wrapped around this thing.
- 9:48Speaker 5: You owe it to yourself to live the best life
- 9:50Speaker 5: you can be. Come on, man, talk to God. God
- 9:53Speaker 5: got something for you. You just got to check in
- 9:55Speaker 5: with him.
- 9:56Speaker 11: You're listening.
- 9:59Speaker 2: Show.

- 11:34Speaker 12: The last time I brought it up, he snapped at
- 11:36Speaker 12: he remembered, went in, Lord, I.
- 11:44Speaker 5: Know another button, but I'll only use it if you
- 11:47Speaker 5: fished me off.

- 12:21Speaker 5: like a balance punch, you know.
- 12:23Speaker 2: You know when you see how I talked to me
- 12:25Speaker 2: when I come into.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Work like that. Yes, no, but you all have history.
- 12:31Speaker 5: Man.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Oh he talked to me so crazy when I come
- 12:34Speaker 2: to work.
- 12:34Speaker 12: If we didn't know, we would, yeah, we would think
- 12:38Speaker 12: you hated each other the way you talk to each other.
- 12:41Speaker 14: That's just yeah, I don't do it on the other job.
- 12:45Speaker 11: But that's love though, that that's live, that's.
- 12:50Speaker 2: Junior.

- 13:06Speaker 1: It's money coming up.
- 13:09Speaker 12: At thirty two minutes after the hour, run that prank
- 13:11Speaker 12: back with the nephew.
- 13:12Speaker 11: Right after this. You're listening Hardy Morning Show.
- 13:16Speaker 12: It is time now for the nephew to run that
- 13:19Speaker 12: prank back. What you got for his neph boss shutter.
- 13:22Speaker 9: Sometimes you got to get out on your own and
- 13:24Speaker 9: save some soul. This right here is mobile baptismal pool.
- 13:30Speaker 9: Mobile baptismal pool. In order to do the works that
- 13:34Speaker 9: is needed, sometimes you got to get out and do
- 13:36Speaker 9: it on your own. We come by and we baptize
- 13:39Speaker 9: you in your driveway. Cat dog, give you a mobile
- 13:43Speaker 9: baptismal pool.
- 13:44Speaker 4: You can it.
- 13:45Speaker 9: Hey, hey, hey, to be careful. I'll stop by their Saturday.
- 13:51Speaker 16: Hello.
- 13:51Speaker 4: Hello, I'm trying to reach a mister Wilson.
- 13:54Speaker 16: It's how you doing?
- 13:56Speaker 4: How you doing? My name is brother spring Water Man.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Listen.
- 13:58Speaker 4: We we we we got paid to actually come by
- 14:02Speaker 4: and do some services to uh for for you by
- 14:05Speaker 4: some friends of yours, and we wanted to actually call
- 14:08Speaker 4: and see about scheduling and see what you had available.
- 14:12Speaker 16: Uh some some services.
- 14:14Speaker 17: What y'all plan on cut some grass, which I do.
- 14:18Speaker 16: What kind of services you have?
- 14:19Speaker 4: Actually, sir, you've got some friends that have actually spent
- 14:23Speaker 4: a great amount of money on you. And what we
- 14:25Speaker 4: do is we have a Baptismal on Wheels survey. And
- 14:30Speaker 4: what we do is we go and we we baptize
- 14:34Speaker 4: people at their home and and Baptism on Wheels has
- 14:37Speaker 4: been a new company, but we've we've baptized over a
- 14:41Speaker 4: thousand people. Now we have a truck which actually has
- 14:45Speaker 4: a baptismal pool on the back of it, and we
- 14:47Speaker 4: actually come to your home and we will baptize you
- 14:51Speaker 4: in your driveway and and make you hold again. So
- 14:55Speaker 4: we brother water, Brother, what's again, fringwater springwater?
- 15:02Speaker 16: What you want to come to.
- 15:03Speaker 17: My house and give me a baptism in my front yard?
- 15:06Speaker 4: We want to baptize you right there in your drive
- 15:08Speaker 4: where your friends are paid for the services.
- 15:10Speaker 17: And my friend, what friend will pay for me to
- 15:12Speaker 17: get baptized?
- 15:13Speaker 16: I've been baptized already.
- 15:15Speaker 4: Well from my understanding, sir that but then that you
- 15:18Speaker 4: you had some some bumps and bruises and and and
- 15:21Speaker 4: they seem to believe that you need to be Washington
- 15:24Speaker 4: coming again.
- 15:24Speaker 17: I mean that's all good, that's all.
- 15:26Speaker 4: That's all.
- 15:26Speaker 16: It's all good.
- 15:27Speaker 17: But I mean things are I mean things be that
- 15:30Speaker 17: that it made man. I mean, I've been baptized, I
- 15:32Speaker 17: go to church. You know, me and the Lord don't
- 15:35Speaker 17: have no problems. I mean, we all have setbacks. But
- 15:37Speaker 17: for you to pull up with your pool in front
- 15:40Speaker 17: of my house to say you finah baptized me, that
- 15:42Speaker 17: that doesn't make any sense to me.
- 15:44Speaker 4: I mean, see, sir, sometimes when some people are not
- 15:47Speaker 4: able to go to the House of the Lord and
- 15:49Speaker 4: get baptized, you know, we're making a lot more convenient
- 15:52Speaker 4: for you. But we can.
- 15:54Speaker 17: I don't need no convenience.
- 15:56Speaker 16: I don't need no convenience.
- 15:57Speaker 17: What I need convenience for you? Add the many to
- 16:01Speaker 17: come to my house on a Tuesday.
- 16:03Speaker 18: To baptize me in my driveway? Does that make any
- 16:08Speaker 18: sense to you?
- 16:08Speaker 17: Brother Water? I mean, come on, if you really sit
- 16:11Speaker 17: back and think about it, does that make any sense
- 16:13Speaker 17: to you?
- 16:13Speaker 4: The Hebert first of all, so that that's that's that's
- 16:17Speaker 4: that's brother spring water. But what I'm trying to what
- 16:19Speaker 4: I'm trying to the.
- 16:21Speaker 17: Water it is holy water, spring water. It doesn't make
- 16:24Speaker 17: no difference to me. You can't come to my neighborhood
- 16:27Speaker 17: and baptize me in front of mine.
- 16:30Speaker 4: Sir, what is all that? This is? This is what
- 16:33Speaker 4: your friends are talking about that don't.
- 16:35Speaker 18: Give me My prayers are telling you. Man, anybody which
- 16:38Speaker 18: which one of my prayers don't recommend you to come
- 16:40Speaker 18: to my damn house.
- 16:41Speaker 4: So my and my.
- 16:46Speaker 17: That don't even make any sense to me.
- 16:47Speaker 4: You understand, I'm not at any liberty to tell you
- 16:50Speaker 4: who actually h the liberty.
- 16:53Speaker 18: Because of my damn house that that tizes me. But
- 16:55Speaker 18: you can't tell me who the hell go see you?
- 16:58Speaker 18: But you're not what may come off? You're gonna even
- 17:01Speaker 18: come on that that makes sense to you?
- 17:02Speaker 4: God, come off?
- 17:03Speaker 18: That doesn't make any no way in the world. I'm
- 17:05Speaker 18: gonna allow you to come and bring your pone in
- 17:07Speaker 18: front of my house at baptize me. Then I'm asking
- 17:10Speaker 18: you ask and you you're supposed to be a pastor,
- 17:12Speaker 18: you're supposed to be baptized. I'm asking you, Okay, what's
- 17:15Speaker 18: a friend of mine is sending you, you know, letting
- 17:17Speaker 18: you know I need to be don sell you got
- 17:19Speaker 18: that liberty to.
- 17:21Speaker 4: All I want to know. Basically, I've already been paid.
- 17:24Speaker 4: I'm coming caradule baptizing me.
- 17:29Speaker 18: I've had that time.
- 17:30Speaker 4: I'm going to baptize you on Tuesday in your driveway.
- 17:33Speaker 18: Now, I tell you was if you come to my
- 17:36Speaker 18: house in front of my driveway, you better bring the
- 17:38Speaker 18: own congregation. You understand. You better bring the deacons, the brothers,
- 17:42Speaker 18: the sisters.
- 17:43Speaker 4: And everybody else.
- 17:44Speaker 16: Is you think I'm gonna be backtizing life?
- 17:46Speaker 4: This is the problem. This is what your friends are
- 17:48Speaker 4: talking about. This is why you need to be baptized
- 17:50Speaker 4: and cleansed again and washed in the blood of the lamp.
- 17:53Speaker 4: This is what's wrong. You need to be cleansed. That's
- 17:56Speaker 4: what's wrong with you, mister Wilton. What problems mean? Now?
- 17:59Speaker 18: What's prob with you? Was calling me in the middle
- 18:00Speaker 18: of my hook day telling me I need to be
- 18:02Speaker 18: back tied in front of my house if I need
- 18:04Speaker 18: to be baptismed, don't get some only water. I go
- 18:06Speaker 18: down to the church. I don't need you come in
- 18:09Speaker 18: front of my house looking ah turkus. We're at your
- 18:11Speaker 18: fraiders and white sheets talking about to a baptize me.
- 18:14Speaker 4: Say mamma, m up, saying me, I'm from my understanding,
- 18:17Speaker 4: from my understanding, mister Wilson, you missed two Sundays already
- 18:21Speaker 4: this month.
- 18:22Speaker 19: Shun this so, ma'am.
- 18:23Speaker 18: I can't go anywhere and get the water. I don't
- 18:25Speaker 18: need you coming here because you telling me I missed
- 18:27Speaker 18: two damn Sundays. I'm missed there Sunday too, SI the
- 18:30Speaker 18: Puploll game.
- 18:31Speaker 4: Coming off, sir. All I know is I've been paid
- 18:33Speaker 4: to do a job. I will be there Tuesday morning
- 18:36Speaker 4: at seven o'clock and we will baptize you before you
- 18:39Speaker 4: go to work on two.
- 18:40Speaker 18: Before you would I tell you what. You cut my
- 18:42Speaker 18: bout seven o'clock in the morning. I sweart on your lord,
- 18:46Speaker 18: I'm gonna bust YOA. You understand me. You would not

- 20:45Speaker 12: we'd have sex anywhere, so he had a brilliant idea
- 20:49Speaker 12: to have sex in the backseat of our car in
- 20:52Speaker 12: the parking lot of a best Buy. The sneaking part
- 20:56Speaker 12: was fun and we were almost done when someone yelled
- 21:00Speaker 12: on the knocked on the window and uh it was
- 21:03Speaker 12: a parking lot security guard. He yelled, hey, you can't

- 21:35Speaker 5: I had dropped a French fry down in the crack

- 22:22Speaker 12: I'm not using my real name because I would be
- 22:25Speaker 12: in a world of trouble if my friend finds out
- 22:27Speaker 12: I'm messing with his oldest daughter.
- 22:29Speaker 11: For the record, she's thirty six and fine.
- 22:33Speaker 12: I'm only forty two and my friend is much older
- 22:35Speaker 12: than me, so it's not like I'm a dirty old man.
- 22:38Speaker 12: I have a real attraction to his daughter, and sex
- 22:42Speaker 12: is the best because we've known each other for so long.
- 22:45Speaker 12: She's ready to be honest with her dad, but I
- 22:48Speaker 12: need more time.
- 22:49Speaker 11: How do I tell my friend this?
- 22:51Speaker 2: You're gonna get your ass with us. Boy, Yeah, this
- 22:56Speaker 2: ain't none, But I'm just ass whipping on the horizon. Yes,

- 23:18Speaker 5: he was followed at twenty. Let's say eighteen. Let's say
- 23:22Speaker 5: he's fifty four.
- 23:23Speaker 2: U forty two. The girl thirty six. He ain't gonna
- 23:26Speaker 2: handle it, right, man, He just ain't.

- 23:55Speaker 5: Keep proving this to y'all over and open and open
- 23:58Speaker 5: honesty is not the best policy.
- 24:01Speaker 2: I'm a proponent of this. Don't don't do this. So
- 24:07Speaker 2: cad is with you to your grade? Yes, huh, what
- 24:11Speaker 2: if it.
- 24:11Speaker 11: Turns into something? I mean, it has turned into something.

- 24:17Speaker 11: Turned into what a real relationship.
- 24:23Speaker 2: That they wasn't saying it is? He said, just the
- 24:25Speaker 2: best sex. That's all he's said.
- 24:26Speaker 11: That is, he said he has a real attraction to her,
- 24:29Speaker 11: and she wants to tell him.
- 24:31Speaker 2: A real attraction.
- 24:37Speaker 16: Huh.

- 25:22Speaker 18: What I mean?
- 25:30Speaker 11: In Birmingham, we've moved on.
- 25:32Speaker 12: Steve says, I've been driving trucks for ten years and
- 25:35Speaker 12: I'm ready for a career change. I am trying to
- 25:38Speaker 12: lose weight and stop smoking, but it's hard. The reason
- 25:41Speaker 12: I want a lifestyle change is because I met a
- 25:43Speaker 12: special lady recently and I want to see her more.
- 25:47Speaker 12: She says. She gets lonely when I'm away, so it
- 25:49Speaker 12: causes her to date other men. She said, if I'm home,
- 25:53Speaker 12: she will be all about me. My kids said I'm
- 25:57Speaker 12: falling for a garden tool, and they told me to
- 26:00Speaker 12: get advice.
- 26:01Speaker 11: From Uncle Steve to Clo before she breaks my heart.
- 26:04Speaker 11: Is she worth my time or not?
- 26:06Speaker 2: Clo? Well, sure did he give an age?
- 26:11Speaker 11: No, but he's been driving trucks for ten years.
- 26:13Speaker 2: Okay, cause you've been driving trucks. Your name is big Daddy.
- 26:18Speaker 2: You trying to lose weight?
- 26:21Speaker 5: Yeah, you trying to lose weight because you got this
- 26:24Speaker 5: girl you like and stop smoking, because you got this
- 26:28Speaker 5: girl just like and you and when you away, she
- 26:31Speaker 5: says she misses you and it causes her to date
- 26:35Speaker 5: other men.
- 26:35Speaker 2: And if you was around all the time, she could
- 26:38Speaker 2: be about you.
- 26:39Speaker 5: You want to get in a relationship with a person
- 26:41Speaker 5: like this, because see this, If you were here, I
- 26:46Speaker 5: could be all about you, could be you for right now?
- 26:50Speaker 5: You driving off too many times? It could work his
- 26:53Speaker 5: way into just Hell, well, you went to the Star.
- 26:57Speaker 5: I was sitting here, so I wanted to date. Took
- 27:01Speaker 5: your ass down to that store and took forty minutes. Hell,
- 27:05Speaker 5: I was just sitting on the porch talking.
- 27:08Speaker 11: So I entertained the gentlemen.
- 27:13Speaker 2: I don't know, man, I don't know.
- 27:15Speaker 5: I would lose weight and quit smoking so I could
- 27:17Speaker 5: be health to meet the chicken my dreams.
- 27:19Speaker 2: She may not be it, dog, she may not be it.
- 27:23Speaker 11: All right, Celo, good advice. Good advice is always.
- 27:27Speaker 15: These are things you want to say to your mate
- 27:30Speaker 15: that you really can't, but you really can't. Every man
- 27:33Speaker 15: in a relationship at one point has wanted to say
- 27:36Speaker 15: these things.
- 27:37Speaker 1: Watch yourself, Watch yourself. If you got a hang nail
- 27:41Speaker 1: on your foot, don't rub that up against man.
- 27:44Speaker 14: You know what I'm saying, Man, he's done.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Come on, man, how you don't know that scratching everything.
- 27:50Speaker 15: I know it's sexy to throw your legs across mine,

- 28:01Speaker 15: was a lot lighter. You know what I mean? Right there,

- 28:09Speaker 15: just saying.
- 28:09Speaker 10: It's not gonna stay that long.
- 28:11Speaker 7: That's all.
- 28:13Speaker 2: I love you.
- 28:14Speaker 22: But that leg is a.
- 28:16Speaker 10: Little everything, Yeah, fibrant.
- 28:24Speaker 12: You know what that.
- 28:27Speaker 4: Is?

- 29:03Speaker 19: a comedian, and Steve's comedian.
- 29:06Speaker 2: Because we're all four comedians.
- 29:08Speaker 19: Since you have four comedians on the show, we take
- 29:11Speaker 19: full steps to put them on a wheel where we'll
- 29:13Speaker 19: make it funny.
- 29:15Speaker 5: Wow.
- 29:16Speaker 2: Why do we do that?
- 29:17Speaker 12: Jay?

- 45:02Speaker 20: a wonderful pain to know that your church is with
- 45:04Speaker 20: you and y'all thinking about me in prayer. I I
- 45:07Speaker 20: really had to take this this to the Lord. This
- 45:10Speaker 20: is a serious thing with me and uh, I ain't
- 45:12Speaker 20: never had an operation before in my life. And I
- 45:15Speaker 20: know I needed my wife that made it clear, the
- 45:17Speaker 20: doctor that made it clear. And I believe I'm ready
- 45:19Speaker 20: to go forward because and we're gonna give the victory
- 45:22Speaker 20: to who the lor Yes, sir, he's the victory he is.
- 45:26Speaker 4: Let me, let me, let me have a word of

- 45:30Speaker 4: about your head from me. Father God, we ask right now,
- 45:33Speaker 4: we ask right now that you touch brother Conley as
- 45:36Speaker 4: he goes in on Friday, Please put your hands on him.
- 45:40Speaker 4: We asked, Father, that you hold on to the doctor
- 45:43Speaker 4: that's getting ready to go and Lloyd to put surgery
- 45:45Speaker 4: on it. Yes, we asked that you make sure that
- 45:48Speaker 4: the doctor he's got a strong eye on that morning
- 45:52Speaker 4: walk with him. We asked that that that he got
- 45:54Speaker 4: a steady hand when he got the scoppel in his hand.
- 45:57Speaker 4: We asked that you hold on he's as it goes
- 46:01Speaker 4: into a surgeon because we don't come side the morning. Nah,
- 46:05Speaker 4: the victory gonna belong to brother Conley and the law.
- 46:08Speaker 4: Thank you Lord, we know all of this, but we
- 46:10Speaker 4: we we asked that you take that pancreas and you
- 46:13Speaker 4: remove it out success, closing back up like it will
- 46:16Speaker 4: never been into the end before walk with me. That's
- 46:19Speaker 4: what we're asking. We ask your Lord at the same
- 46:22Speaker 4: time that they're removing this pancreas Lord, we asked that
- 46:25Speaker 4: you reach around his backside, and we asked that you
- 46:29Speaker 4: touch his kidney. Lord, touch his kidney and make it whole,
- 46:33Speaker 4: make it one hundred and ten percent. We want you
- 46:35Speaker 4: to make that that.
- 46:36Speaker 22: Kidney like it's been the best kidney it was Loca Deacon,
- 46:40Speaker 22: that's deacon Deacon whoop packed dexon cancl Yes, you know
- 46:44Speaker 22: you're saying they dul sir, there's nothing wrong with my kidney.
- 46:46Speaker 4: Deacon. I'm doing.
- 46:48Speaker 20: I'm doing sign the Lordest Lordest then madd well, he's
- 46:51Speaker 20: gonna work on my pancreage. That's what the doctor's operating though.
- 46:54Speaker 20: They don't trap me forward and that's what they plan
- 46:56Speaker 20: to remove. So really, my kidney is signed. They did
- 46:59Speaker 20: what they called when it me in my eyes, and
- 47:01Speaker 20: everything else is fine. They ain't working on nothing but
- 47:03Speaker 20: my pack.

- 47:28Speaker 4: Uh you're with your sickness and whatnot. But now, what
- 47:32Speaker 4: what I was gonna ask you was, yeah, and I
- 47:36Speaker 4: know this is I hate to come at you in
- 47:37Speaker 4: the final hour and you're getting ready to go have
- 47:39Speaker 4: certain and all that, but if you don't mind it,
- 47:43Speaker 4: if you could see it in your heart to see
- 47:46Speaker 4: to do something for somebody else, yes, Uh, that's that's
- 47:49Speaker 4: the last will. You always supposed to have those who
- 47:52Speaker 4: right right, And I'm glad you you think like that
- 47:56Speaker 4: when they go in on Friday morning and and remove
- 47:59Speaker 4: that Chris out, Do you think that that that that
- 48:04Speaker 4: they could go in and get one of your kidneys?
- 48:08Speaker 20: Because I need one hold hold on just met begging
- 48:11Speaker 20: up what you say?

- 53:00Speaker 12: Dear Stephen Shirley. I've been married for seven years. I'm
- 53:03Speaker 12: forty three and my husband is thirty eight. But he
- 53:07Speaker 12: acts like the world owes him something and always has
- 53:10Speaker 12: a chip on his shoulder. He is argumentative and I
- 53:14Speaker 12: wanna be thug. He grew up in a rough area
- 53:16Speaker 12: and he had to make it out of a hood
- 53:18Speaker 12: on his own. But he won't acknowledge that he's in
- 53:21Speaker 12: a much better place spiritually and financially now. He will
- 53:25Speaker 12: preach a good sermon on Sunday, but Monday through Saturday
- 53:28Speaker 12: he curses, drinks, and he's a womanizing thug. He curses
- 53:34Speaker 12: like a sailor, and he loves to brag about fighting
- 53:36Speaker 12: and who's behind.
- 53:37Speaker 11: He could whoop if he had the chance.
- 53:40Speaker 12: He's cheated on me twice. The second time it happened,
- 53:43Speaker 12: I checked out of the marriage. I would love to
- 53:47Speaker 12: divorce him, but I can't because he is my sole
- 53:50Speaker 12: source of income. I got laid off in April of
- 53:53Speaker 12: last year, and I'm having a hard time finding a
- 53:56Speaker 12: full time job. He stands in the pulpit on sun
- 54:00Speaker 12: Days while I sit amongst the two or more women
- 54:02Speaker 12: he slept with at the church. A few sundays ago,
- 54:06Speaker 12: a female church member approached me and said my husband
- 54:09Speaker 12: made inappropriate remarks to her.
- 54:11Speaker 11: I told her that she should tell her husband.
- 54:13Speaker 12: A couple of days later, my husband came home and
- 54:16Speaker 12: said he got into a verbal altercation with the lady's
- 54:19Speaker 12: husband and I acted surprised. My husband was flustered and embarrassed.
- 54:24Speaker 12: I'm thinking all of the men in the church need
- 54:27Speaker 12: to know what he's up to. The two church members
- 54:30Speaker 12: he slept with are married, and I think their husband
- 54:33Speaker 12: should know what my husband has been doing. Should I
- 54:36Speaker 12: start a war at the church or leave vengeance up
- 54:38Speaker 12: to the Lord? Well, I'll say no, definitely, don't start
- 54:42Speaker 12: a war at the church. And the first lady, you
- 54:44Speaker 12: know the Bible does say vengeance is mine. You know
- 54:47Speaker 12: that vengeance is mine saith the Lord, so you already
- 54:52Speaker 12: know the answer to that. The question is what are
- 54:54Speaker 12: you going to do? I mean, I'm trying to figure
- 54:57Speaker 12: out how you're still with him. He's a hip chrit
- 55:01Speaker 12: he's supposed to be a changed man, and you know
- 55:04Speaker 12: all of that practice what he preaches every Sunday. And
- 55:07Speaker 12: you know, of course, I'm not saying that he should
- 55:09Speaker 12: be perfect, because you know he's still a man of course,
- 55:13Speaker 12: but nothing in the letter says that he's a man
- 55:16Speaker 12: of God except for that he goes Sunday and preaches
- 55:21Speaker 12: and preaches a good sermon. But after that, money through Saturday,
- 55:24Speaker 12: you know he's all in this thug life or whatever.
- 55:27Speaker 12: He's been trying to do. You say, he's a womanizing thug,
- 55:33Speaker 12: but then you're dependent upon him financially, so that makes
- 55:36Speaker 12: it hard for you to leave.
- 55:38Speaker 11: He's a cheater.
- 55:39Speaker 12: You've been humiliated every Sunday when you see these women's faces.
- 55:43Speaker 12: Your man is sexually harassing women at the church, and
- 55:46Speaker 12: and just wrong. He's just wrong on every level. I mean,
- 55:50Speaker 12: you can't change him, but I guess, you know, I
- 55:55Speaker 12: guess you should be planning your escape. I mean I
- 55:58Speaker 12: say escape because you got to get a from him,
- 56:00Speaker 12: at least for a little while. You got to do something.
- 56:03Speaker 12: I mean, he's not showing any signs of stopping. He's
- 56:06Speaker 12: not showing any signs of remorse or anything, and he's
- 56:09Speaker 12: being very disrespectful and self destructive, you know, really trying
- 56:14Speaker 12: not to I do ask you this. Try not to
- 56:17Speaker 12: make any emotional decisions like telling the husbands. You know,
- 56:21Speaker 12: like you said at the end of the letter, let
- 56:23Speaker 12: God handle that. You just continue to look for a
- 56:26Speaker 12: job because you know something is going to give eventually.
- 56:30Speaker 12: See if you have any friends or family members you
- 56:32Speaker 12: can trust that maybe can help you. And in the meantime,
- 56:35Speaker 12: maybe you could suggest counseling I doubt if he'll go.
- 56:39Speaker 12: Maybe you can suggest that, but definitely you have to
- 56:42Speaker 12: change your situation, your pattern, what you're doing, so to start.
- 56:46Speaker 11: Saving up if you.
- 56:47Speaker 12: Can, you know, get a little part time job or
- 56:50Speaker 12: something you're looking for full time.
- 56:52Speaker 11: But you've got to get out of there, because this
- 56:55Speaker 11: is not healthy, especially for.
- 56:56Speaker 12: You, Steve.
- 57:00Speaker 5: You know this letter right here, it starts off as
- 57:04Speaker 5: a major conflict, just the subject my husband is a
- 57:09Speaker 5: thug and a prominent pastor. What Okay, let's just deal
- 57:15Speaker 5: with the he's a pastor part because he's really not
- 57:18Speaker 5: a thug. He's really really not He's nothing in this
- 57:21Speaker 5: letter he does is thuggish. I'm just but but he's
- 57:24Speaker 5: supposed to be a pastor, So let's get with the
- 57:27Speaker 5: conflict right away. He acts like the world owes him.
- 57:31Speaker 5: First of all, you took forty three and he thirty eight.
- 57:33Speaker 5: What did he say to you to get you in
- 57:35Speaker 5: the first place? I don't even understand this here, but
- 57:38Speaker 5: that ain't what the letters about. But let me show
- 57:41Speaker 5: you the conflict of him being a prominent pastor. First thing,
- 57:45Speaker 5: he acts like the world owes him something. Here's another one.
- 57:50Speaker 5: He always has a chip on his shoulder. Here's another one.
- 57:55Speaker 5: He's argumented. And last but not least, he's a wanna
- 57:59Speaker 5: bee thug. How the hell did he get to be
- 58:03Speaker 5: the pastor? I mean, just these four qualities right here?
- 58:09Speaker 5: How did he become a prominent pastor? He grew up
- 58:14Speaker 5: in the work, in the rough air, had to make
- 58:15Speaker 5: it out the hood on his own.
- 58:17Speaker 2: How many you know? How many of us got that story?
- 58:19Speaker 2: Three on this show? On this show?
- 58:22Speaker 5: That damnar everybody I know that's anything damn near got
- 58:28Speaker 5: that story. Tell all of us on this show got
- 58:31Speaker 5: that story? So what is he talking about? He don't
- 58:36Speaker 5: acknowledge that he's in a much better place spiritually.
- 58:40Speaker 2: What I can't tell you? I'm this and let it
- 58:43Speaker 2: just too much? All right, here we go.
- 58:46Speaker 5: He will preach a good sermon on Sunday, but Monday
- 58:49Speaker 5: through Saturday he cusses, he drinks, and he's a womanizing thug. Okay,
- 58:57Speaker 5: now let's let's let's go back. He's your husband and
- 59:01Speaker 5: you're putting up with the cussing, the drinking, and the
- 59:04Speaker 5: womanize it. He cusses like a sailor, loves a brag
- 59:07Speaker 5: about fighting.
- 59:08Speaker 2: Hold on and who's behind? He could whoop if he
- 59:11Speaker 2: had a chance.
- 59:12Speaker 12: We'll have part two of Steve's response coming twenty three
- 59:16Speaker 12: minutes after the hour. Subject my husband is a thug
- 59:19Speaker 12: and a prominent pastor. We'll get back into it right
- 59:21Speaker 12: after this. You're listening to Steve Hardy Morning Show. All right,
- 59:26Speaker 12: come on, Steve, let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject,
- 59:29Speaker 12: my husband is a thug and a prominent pastor.
- 59:33Speaker 5: All right, the prominent pastor has these following qualities the world. Oh,
- 59:39Speaker 5: he acts like the well owe and something. He always
- 59:41Speaker 5: got a chip on his shoulder. He's argumented, and he's
- 59:44Speaker 5: a wanna be thug. You're married to him. He worked
- 59:48Speaker 5: his way out the hood, but he won't acknowledge that
- 59:50Speaker 5: he's in a better place because he wants to hold
- 59:52Speaker 5: up this little thug mentality for some dumb ass reason.
- 59:56Speaker 2: He'll preach a.
- 59:57Speaker 5: Good sermon on Sunday, but mone he cusses, drinks, and
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: he's a womanizing thug. So he has a lot of
- 1:00:06Speaker 5: women and obviously you know this. Cusses like a sailor.
- 1:00:10Speaker 5: He loves a brag about fighting and who's behind. He
- 1:00:13Speaker 5: could whoop if he had a chance. You always got
- 1:00:15Speaker 5: the chance to jump on somebody if that opportunity is available.
- 1:00:20Speaker 5: Twenty four seven. You just going over there and start
- 1:00:22Speaker 5: to fight, if that's what you want to do. He
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: just talking, he running his damn mouf.
- 1:00:27Speaker 2: He ain't whooping.
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: Nobody asks. But this dude right here is worse than that.
- 1:00:32Speaker 5: Now you said he's cheated on me twice. The second
- 1:00:36Speaker 5: time it happened, you checked out the marriage. Then you
- 1:00:40Speaker 5: say I would love to divorce him, but I can't
- 1:00:42Speaker 5: because he's my sole source of income. Okay, now we
- 1:00:46Speaker 5: have to deal with this part for a second. So
- 1:00:50Speaker 5: I understand that. I mean, look, don't think I don't.
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: So I got it. You you ain't got no means
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: of taking care of yourself and everything. I get it.
- 1:00:59Speaker 5: I'm not naive to that. But now let's go with
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: what you have to swallow to have this roof over
- 1:01:06Speaker 5: your head and car to drive. He acts like the
- 1:01:10Speaker 5: world owe him something. He's argumenting, got a chip on
- 1:01:15Speaker 5: his shoulder. He's sleeping with women at the church. You
- 1:01:20Speaker 5: know about it. And you got to deal with all
- 1:01:23Speaker 5: that if you want to keep having the key to
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: that house.
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: I just I don't. Is it worth it? Is it
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: worth it?
- 1:01:33Speaker 4: You know?
- 1:01:34Speaker 5: I would love to divorce him, but I can't because
- 1:01:36Speaker 5: he's my sole source of I got laid off in
- 1:01:38Speaker 5: April last year, having a hard time finding full time job.
- 1:01:42Speaker 5: He stands in the pool pitch on Sundays while I
- 1:01:44Speaker 5: sit amongst the two or more women he slept with
- 1:01:48Speaker 5: at church. Woo, you.
- 1:01:52Speaker 2: You bad girl? You you you a bad girl. Man.
- 1:01:57Speaker 5: You use use a bad girl, and you gotta swallow
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: a lot. Look, I don't know where your relatives at.
- 1:02:03Speaker 5: I don't know who you could move in with temporarily.
- 1:02:06Speaker 5: I don't know if you think you're walking away from
- 1:02:08Speaker 5: something and leaving it to somebody else. But you ain't
- 1:02:11Speaker 5: got nothing though. I mean, he's doggish.
- 1:02:15Speaker 2: Man. This dude is doggish. But here the one that
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: got it.
- 1:02:19Speaker 5: A few sundays ago, female churchmen approached me and said,
- 1:02:22Speaker 5: my husband made an inappropriate remark to her. You told
- 1:02:26Speaker 5: her you should tell her husband. A couple days later,
- 1:02:30Speaker 5: my husband came home, said he got into a verbal
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: altercation with the lady's husband and acted surprise, what happened
- 1:02:36Speaker 5: to all that ass whooping he was gonna do?
- 1:02:41Speaker 2: Remember that?
- 1:02:43Speaker 5: Remember that, you know, if you really wanted to whoop
- 1:02:47Speaker 5: somebody ass. This was the perfect opportunity. Dude up in
- 1:02:52Speaker 5: your face accusing you of something you probably gonna act
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: like you didn't do. So you're gonna act like you
- 1:02:59Speaker 5: didn't say it. You got to because you're the pastor,
- 1:03:01Speaker 5: because you can't admit it, because you know if you
- 1:03:03Speaker 5: admit you did what you said, you know this dude
- 1:03:06Speaker 5: gonna light into you.
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: So your little husband is a little coward.
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: Now my husband was flustered and embarrassed once again? What
- 1:03:16Speaker 5: happened to this ass whooman he been wanting to do?
- 1:03:18Speaker 5: See the man approached you? Now you flustered in the back.
- 1:03:22Speaker 5: Where is all these ass whoopers at?
- 1:03:25Speaker 4: Man?
- 1:03:25Speaker 10: When you come home?
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: Give me one? Come on, Jack Johnson, show me something.
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:03:34Speaker 5: I'm thinking of all the men in the church that
- 1:03:36Speaker 5: need to know what he's up to. The two church
- 1:03:41Speaker 5: members he slept with, a married and I think that
- 1:03:43Speaker 5: husband should know what my husband has been doing.
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: Okay, now.
- 1:03:49Speaker 5: Your husband has been talking about whooping a lot of
- 1:03:52Speaker 5: people's behind.
- 1:03:53Speaker 2: But if you go to these.
- 1:03:54Speaker 5: Women, husband and tellness eager, he shure gonna be involved
- 1:03:59Speaker 5: in ask what was there?
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: And he ain't gonna want neither one of them. But
- 1:04:03Speaker 2: they gonna do something to your husband, see you, they
- 1:04:07Speaker 2: gonna do something to him.
- 1:04:08Speaker 4: Man.
- 1:04:09Speaker 5: So I agree with Shirley. I don't think you should
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: say it to them. I think the bigger problem for
- 1:04:15Speaker 5: you is what you gonna do. I think that's the
- 1:04:19Speaker 5: bigger problem. I think your situation you should start focusing
- 1:04:24Speaker 5: on you. You've already checked out the marriage. It ain't
- 1:04:27Speaker 5: much of a marriage. What you're willing to lose you
- 1:04:31Speaker 5: don't have. You don't have no cause. He's disrespectful, he's misleading,
- 1:04:37Speaker 5: he's overbearing, he's the bully pull pit. He's abusive to you.
- 1:04:43Speaker 5: He treats you any kind of way. And if I
- 1:04:45Speaker 5: were you, I would just find a way to remove
- 1:04:47Speaker 5: myself from that situation. All you got to do is
- 1:04:51Speaker 5: gone a bout your business. You ain't got to do nothing.
- 1:04:55Speaker 5: You can't stand in the poor pit, claim to be
- 1:04:58Speaker 5: God's man and be doing what you You might be
- 1:05:00Speaker 5: getting away with it to them people, but you ain't
- 1:05:02Speaker 5: getting away from God.
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: You walk away from it.
- 1:05:04Speaker 5: Go set yourself up, Go stay at relative's house, get
- 1:05:07Speaker 5: out of that situation. Because the London Bridge is falling down.
- 1:05:11Speaker 11: Yeah, all right, post your comments.
- 1:05:13Speaker 12: Thank you, Steve On Today's Strawberry Letter at Steve Harvey

- 1:05:24Speaker 12: there's a new study out and researchers have identified a
- 1:05:27Speaker 12: strong sign of lying is mimicking the body language of
- 1:05:31Speaker 12: the person they're lying too, a liar and a copycat.
- 1:05:36Speaker 12: The title of a new study now published in the
- 1:05:39Speaker 12: Royal Society's Open Science Journal could later lead to application

- 1:06:06Speaker 2: dead in your faces. I ain't no tail, ain't my lines.
- 1:06:12Speaker 5: You can't ever bust me on the original line. You
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: you can go days and do some fact checking and
- 1:06:18Speaker 5: come up with the truth. But the moment I'm telling
- 1:06:21Speaker 5: the lie, very very.
- 1:06:26Speaker 18: Girl.

- 1:07:14Speaker 2: I never you took a polygraph before?
- 1:07:18Speaker 4: Hell?
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: Yeah, you comed.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: Take the tail you will take.
- 1:07:27Speaker 5: I didn't become a comedian until I was twenty seven.
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: I didn't get famous at this till I was thirty eight.
- 1:07:33Speaker 5: Poly Have I ever took a protagraph of federal charges?
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: Here? You mean?
- 1:07:39Speaker 11: Please?
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: You have them gone?
- 1:07:41Speaker 5: I've been cleared. I'm fine. It's been way more than
- 1:07:44Speaker 5: seven years. I can't get on none of this year.
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: Your pass every line, my ass off time lied right
- 1:07:54Speaker 2: to his ass.
- 1:07:56Speaker 11: You need to go on first forty eight or something.
- 1:08:00Speaker 11: See if they can.
- 1:08:01Speaker 5: Only thing got me was that video surveillance. I was
- 1:08:03Speaker 5: standing there right there with the dude.
- 1:08:05Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: When the truth, Well, that's how you.
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: Get good at it, Shirley, And what you have to
- 1:08:12Speaker 5: lie when you don't have to lie, that that gives
- 1:08:14Speaker 5: you the expertise, y'all, wait till it's time to lie.
- 1:08:20Speaker 11: They got a horrible liar. I'm a horrible life I
- 1:08:24Speaker 11: really am. I really am. I'm the worst. All right,
- 1:08:27Speaker 11: you're listening Morning show. All right, So guys, here's a
- 1:08:33Speaker 11: question for you. Do you have a hiding place in
- 1:08:36Speaker 11: your home to just have a few minutes alone?
- 1:08:40Speaker 4: You know?
- 1:08:40Speaker 12: I mean everybody should have someplace, some little getaway place
- 1:08:44Speaker 12: that they can have some me time. For instance, some
- 1:08:47Speaker 12: women like to have what they call a she shed
- 1:08:49Speaker 12: or a small room that they can read in or
- 1:08:51Speaker 12: just chill in. You know what, I love the bathroom.
- 1:08:55Speaker 12: Men usually go into the garage or their man cave
- 1:08:58Speaker 12: or the basement or someplace.
- 1:09:00Speaker 4: Uh.
- 1:09:00Speaker 12: Do you take an extended break in your home hiding place?
- 1:09:04Speaker 12: Do you do it every day?
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: Is the question?
- 1:09:07Speaker 12: Or does your family know not to disturb you when
- 1:09:09Speaker 12: you're in your favorite room or you're hiding place.
- 1:09:12Speaker 11: Come on, Steve, I know you take time for yourself.
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:09:15Speaker 11: I always done that.
- 1:09:16Speaker 5: I go, I go to San Diego. You lead a house, Yeah,
- 1:09:20Speaker 5: get the hell out. Can't follow me down now, Damn.
- 1:09:24Speaker 5: Grand kids know how to use the elevator and everything.
- 1:09:26Speaker 5: I'll be Damn I'm going to Sandy Eggles.
- 1:09:32Speaker 11: It's beautiful there.
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: I don't care if it is not there.
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: Yeah, I left.
- 1:09:40Speaker 11: I will be in my bathroom for out words.
- 1:09:43Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: I was in the bathroom in the bad because.
- 1:09:46Speaker 12: I have a TV in there, and you know I
- 1:09:48Speaker 12: do my makeup, you know. Yeah, I don't mean the water.
- 1:09:51Speaker 12: You don't mean no, no, no, I don't time. I
- 1:09:56Speaker 12: spend most of my time in the bathroom.
- 1:09:58Speaker 11: No, no, no, not there.
- 1:09:59Speaker 4: I just.
- 1:10:01Speaker 11: Yes, that's a separate with the bad.
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: I got my TV right in front of the toilet
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: and a computer.
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: Oh no, that's how you go from No, that's how you.
- 1:10:10Speaker 5: I don't miss nothing because when I'm watching the game,
- 1:10:12Speaker 5: I just get up and going in the bathroom. It's
- 1:10:18Speaker 5: on the wall right in front of you. That's yeah
- 1:10:21Speaker 5: that I ain't nothing up a little highway. You can
- 1:10:24Speaker 5: keep your head up. You don't want to look either,
- 1:10:26Speaker 5: keep your head up, your digestive tracking.
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: More open the slight little.
- 1:10:37Speaker 11: What about you tell me I'm in.
- 1:10:40Speaker 2: My theater, I can get away from the theater. Did

- 1:11:17Speaker 3: What I had to do is take some some drapes
- 1:11:20Speaker 3: and put them on the side of the TV. Make
- 1:11:22Speaker 3: my ass in the with the I'm gonna make a theater.

- 1:13:13Speaker 12: Yeah you're listening.
- 1:13:17Speaker 2: Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:13:20Speaker 12: According to the Washington Post, getting hot and sweaty between
- 1:13:23Speaker 12: the sheets can feel like a workout, and several recent
- 1:13:26Speaker 12: studies look into answering is sex exercise. Researchers in Spain
- 1:13:33Speaker 12: study couples and found that sex counts as moderate exercise
- 1:13:37Speaker 12: as it revs up the heart rate and burns calories,
- 1:13:40Speaker 12: but just how much varies widely. The amount of time
- 1:13:43Speaker 12: people spend having sex also varies, with young, healthy couples
- 1:13:47Speaker 12: going at it for an average of thirty two minutes,
- 1:13:50Speaker 12: while couples with health conditions last about nineteen minutes.
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: So here's a question for you, guys.
- 1:13:56Speaker 11: Guys, Yeah, that's me right back, the health conditions. That's
- 1:14:01Speaker 11: why I'm in nineteen nineteen.
- 1:14:03Speaker 12: You're all right, So come on, sexy guys.
- 1:14:09Speaker 11: Do you consider sex of workout?
- 1:14:13Speaker 12: And do you ever look at your fitness tracker to
- 1:14:15Speaker 12: see how many calories it burns or your heart rate?
- 1:14:19Speaker 11: That's the question.
- 1:14:21Speaker 5: Okay, I can't have nothing on me. I can't have
- 1:14:26Speaker 5: no extra chords or nothing. I had a watch caught
- 1:14:31Speaker 5: on the sheet of none of that. I can't have
- 1:14:33Speaker 5: nothing to throw my rhythm off. I can't hear no
- 1:14:35Speaker 5: long go off.
- 1:14:38Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 1:14:38Speaker 2: Warning, warning, you're in the red. You're in the red.
- 1:14:41Speaker 2: You're a heart rating through hard road off. You're dying.
- 1:14:47Speaker 2: You are dying.
- 1:14:50Speaker 12: You had it coming up at thirty three minutes after
- 1:14:53Speaker 12: the hour. We'll play around it. Would you rather right
- 1:14:57Speaker 12: after this this guy?
- 1:15:00Speaker 14: No, I don't know him.
- 1:15:02Speaker 12: You're listening.
- 1:15:04Speaker 11: Morning show?
- 1:15:05Speaker 12: All right, guys, it's time now for another round of
- 1:15:07Speaker 12: would you rather?
- 1:15:09Speaker 13: Uh?
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: Here we go?
- 1:15:10Speaker 12: Would you rather never be able to take a hot
- 1:15:13Speaker 12: shower or never be able to eat fried food again,
- 1:15:18Speaker 12: specifically fried chicken and fried catfish?
- 1:15:23Speaker 5: I never, I know, I never have fried food again. Okay,
- 1:15:27Speaker 5: take a shower, hot shower, no hot show? Who on
- 1:15:32Speaker 5: a cold shower?
- 1:15:33Speaker 11: A lot of people take cold showers.
- 1:15:35Speaker 17: I don't know.
- 1:15:36Speaker 2: I don't, but they do. I need a show. I
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: take too many a day. I need a shower. It
- 1:15:45Speaker 2: can't be cold.
- 1:15:47Speaker 11: Yesterday, your nephew takes three showers a day.
- 1:15:52Speaker 5: No stop letting him tell y'all that before taking no
- 1:15:56Speaker 5: damn three showers a day.
- 1:15:58Speaker 2: We've got stuff to sing with you.

- 1:16:05Speaker 5: and he got a TV show and a game show.
- 1:16:08Speaker 5: Where the hell he got time to take three damn
- 1:16:10Speaker 5: showers a day? Y'all letting him tell y'all this stuff?
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: Fall dude?
- 1:16:18Speaker 5: Hold up, hold, let me paint this picture for you.
- 1:16:21Speaker 5: Got a four hour radio show that he do every day.
- 1:16:24Speaker 5: He got a TV show, he got game show, he toured,
- 1:16:29Speaker 5: he got kids, he gotta go to baseball games with,
- 1:16:32Speaker 5: He got to go to proms and stuff with. He
- 1:16:35Speaker 5: got family time, and he got white. How you take
- 1:16:38Speaker 5: three showers a day?
- 1:16:40Speaker 2: He worked? Shall letting him tell you that fault? How
- 1:16:46Speaker 2: would you know all that? Cause I got moded, he
- 1:16:50Speaker 2: got He's got no time for no damn three shows day.
- 1:16:56Speaker 5: Gotta make this money, man, three damn showers a day,
- 1:17:03Speaker 5: call I get hold sometime I fall asleep in my office.
- 1:17:06Speaker 5: Ain't gonna be no damn shower now, Rich sitting up
- 1:17:13Speaker 5: in here, Man sitting up here, you just like my
- 1:17:17Speaker 5: stylist Ellie with his little simple ass, over overdoing and

- 1:17:43Speaker 2: all right, all right? Next one him tell you that
- 1:17:47Speaker 2: for go ahead.
- 1:17:49Speaker 12: But you rather have the ability to read minds, or
- 1:17:54Speaker 12: you rather have the ability to move objects with your mind?
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: Moving my object, you want to read mind.
- 1:18:00Speaker 2: Or would you want to reading I know you don't
- 1:18:03Speaker 2: like me. I don't need to read my mind. No,
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: I don't need that.
- 1:18:07Speaker 5: I want to move stuff with my mind. All right,
- 1:18:14Speaker 5: you walking down and mailbox over in front of your head.
- 1:18:18Speaker 5: You can watch your money on.
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: Man coming up.
- 1:18:20Speaker 12: At forty nine minutes after the hour, it's our last
- 1:18:23Speaker 12: break of the day and we'll get some closing remarks
- 1:18:25Speaker 12: from the one and only Steve Harvey right after this.
- 1:18:28Speaker 11: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:18:31Speaker 12: All right, here we are, Steve, last break of the day.
- 1:18:34Speaker 11: It's been a great day.
- 1:18:39Speaker 4: What a day, What a day.
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: Yeah, it's been a crazy day today.
- 1:18:42Speaker 11: So Steve, now it's time for you to take us
- 1:18:44Speaker 11: home with your closing remarks.
- 1:18:47Speaker 5: My closing remarks today are going to be based around
- 1:18:52Speaker 5: the value of yourself. I think this is important. Tommy
- 1:18:56Speaker 5: sent this to me, you know, a billboard, and it
- 1:19:00Speaker 5: really triggered me to thinking, I'm gonna share that with you.
- 1:19:03Speaker 5: But it all pertains to the value of yourself. This
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: can pertain to you in terms of reaching your goals,
- 1:19:14Speaker 5: your dreams, all in business, and this is for you
- 1:19:21Speaker 5: to consider in the relationship of love, It is amazing
- 1:19:26Speaker 5: to me while I talk to people, and people talk
- 1:19:29Speaker 5: about how they're being treated and handled it and represented
- 1:19:33Speaker 5: and dealt with, and they can't seem to get nobody
- 1:19:38Speaker 5: to see their value in their worth.
- 1:19:40Speaker 2: And I'm sitting the bere going wait a minute, Wait
- 1:19:42Speaker 2: a minute.
- 1:19:44Speaker 5: You can't try to get someone to see something in
- 1:19:48Speaker 5: you that you don't see in yourself.
- 1:19:52Speaker 2: It starts with you.
- 1:19:55Speaker 5: You know, you've all heard the saying beauty is on
- 1:19:58Speaker 5: the inside. Is not just skin deep. That's true. Confidence
- 1:20:04Speaker 5: is not an outward emotion. It's something that starts from within.
- 1:20:09Speaker 5: Everything starts from within, and it exudes and and manifest
- 1:20:16Speaker 5: itself in the outward shape or form. So if you
- 1:20:21Speaker 5: want people to value you, you must first value yourself.
- 1:20:28Speaker 5: I tell my daughters all the time, you can train
- 1:20:32Speaker 5: a man how to treat you well, Daddy, how do
- 1:20:35Speaker 5: you train a man? You just don't accept bad treatment
- 1:20:38Speaker 5: from him. If you don't accept bad treatment from him,
- 1:20:43Speaker 5: little girl of mine, then guess what. He can't keep
- 1:20:46Speaker 5: giving it to you. A person can only treat you
- 1:20:49Speaker 5: the way you allow them to do it. If you
- 1:20:53Speaker 5: don't accept a man coming to pick you up late
- 1:20:55Speaker 5: all the time. But you stop going with him every
- 1:20:57Speaker 5: time he late. The next time he want to go
- 1:20:59Speaker 5: out you, he got to be on time.
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:21:01Speaker 5: If he don't want to be on time, then guess
- 1:21:03Speaker 5: what you don't go out. You've trained him how to
- 1:21:06Speaker 5: treat you, and if he don't line up with what
- 1:21:08Speaker 5: you want, then guess what he not for you. At
- 1:21:12Speaker 5: least you don't have to be mistreated the way he
- 1:21:14Speaker 5: want to treat you by simply not allowing him to
- 1:21:19Speaker 5: treat you any way he wants to. You cannot have
- 1:21:24Speaker 5: high value for yourself and expect someone else to have
- 1:21:28Speaker 5: a high value of you. That goes into same thing
- 1:21:31Speaker 5: with business. You can't go in and ask for a
- 1:21:34Speaker 5: raise if you don't think you deserve one. What would
- 1:21:36Speaker 5: cause you to walk in there and ask for a
- 1:21:38Speaker 5: raise if you don't think you deserve one, If you
- 1:21:41Speaker 5: don't have the facts to back up a raise, you
- 1:21:44Speaker 5: can't want more money just because you don't spend all
- 1:21:46Speaker 5: the money you have. You got to go in there
- 1:21:48Speaker 5: and ask for a raise because you can show value
- 1:21:51Speaker 5: to the company. You'll worth this much more to the company.
- 1:21:54Speaker 5: The company has become this because of you. Then you
- 1:21:57Speaker 5: can show your value. Then you can go in there
- 1:21:59Speaker 5: with a raise, and you can go in there with
- 1:22:00Speaker 5: some confidence with the raids. It happens with goals and dreams.
- 1:22:06Speaker 5: If you aim too low, your problem is you might
- 1:22:09Speaker 5: hit it. But I'm gonna say that for tomorrow. So
- 1:22:13Speaker 5: it's what you think of yourself, how you value yourself,
- 1:22:18Speaker 5: that matters most. Now let me tell you what was
- 1:22:20Speaker 5: said to me, and listen to this real careful, because
- 1:22:23Speaker 5: this is gonna register with a lot of people.
- 1:22:26Speaker 2: Listen to me.
- 1:22:27Speaker 5: If you aren't being treated with love and respect, check
- 1:22:31Speaker 5: your price tag. Maybe you've marked yourself down. It is
- 1:22:36Speaker 5: you who tells people what you're worth. Get off the
- 1:22:41Speaker 5: clearest rack and get behind the glass where they keep
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: the values.
- 1:22:48Speaker 2: It's you who tells people what you're worth.
- 1:22:51Speaker 5: Get off the clearest rack and get behind the glass
- 1:22:55Speaker 5: where they keep the value. Stop acting like you aside
- 1:22:58Speaker 5: walk sail. Stop acting like you can be picked up
- 1:23:02Speaker 5: at the swap meat. Stop acting like you belong in
- 1:23:06Speaker 5: the junk yard. You a new car, don't act like
- 1:23:10Speaker 5: an old car. I don't care how old you are
- 1:23:12Speaker 5: to somebody. You got to be a new car. Stop
- 1:23:17Speaker 5: putting yourself on the sales rack when clearly you deserve
- 1:23:21Speaker 5: full price. If you lower the value for yourself, that's
- 1:23:25Speaker 5: what we'll pay for you. And that's how we'll treat you.
- 1:23:29Speaker 5: And that's how we respect. If you don't respect yourself,
- 1:23:32Speaker 5: if I see you constantly disrespecting yourself, then you're gonna
- 1:23:36Speaker 5: turn to me and demand respect.
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: How how does that work?
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: Be?
- 1:23:40Speaker 5: That be a coat where they got to lock on it. See,
- 1:23:43Speaker 5: you can't take me off the rack and just try
- 1:23:45Speaker 5: me on. No, that ain't how this work. See, but
- 1:23:49Speaker 5: now you go over that to that valuable section in
- 1:23:52Speaker 5: the store. You everybody been to Mason's. You got that
- 1:23:54Speaker 5: stuff where you got to go get a salesperson to
- 1:23:57Speaker 5: come and unlock it for you to even try it on.
- 1:24:00Speaker 5: That's cause they don't put a value on that. Are
- 1:24:02Speaker 5: you going over there and just put the little shirt on?
- 1:24:05Speaker 5: T shirts ain't locked up. Anybody can get one if
- 1:24:10Speaker 5: you steal this T shirt. It ain't that big a loss.
- 1:24:12Speaker 5: They ain't a four dollars pack of three. Come over here,
- 1:24:14Speaker 5: by the swede, Come over here, by this first stuff.
- 1:24:17Speaker 5: We got locks on this stuff right here because it
- 1:24:20Speaker 5: has value. We know it has value. So we can't
- 1:24:23Speaker 5: just let you try to stop letting people just try
- 1:24:26Speaker 5: you on.
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: You got it.
- 1:24:28Speaker 5: Put a value to yourself. Maintain it. You determine your value.
- 1:24:33Speaker 5: Don't let other people do it. You do it all right.
- 1:24:36Speaker 2: Those are my closer.
- 1:24:38Speaker 11: Drop the mic, Drop the mic, Baby.
