- 0:01Speaker 1: I want to go back to a big story We've
- 0:03Speaker 1: been covering it here for a while, and that is
- 0:06Speaker 1: the illegal immigration issue in America. There is great news
- 0:10Speaker 1: that we have in essence shut down the border and
- 0:13Speaker 1: the illegal crossings at the southern border.
- 0:16Speaker 2: There was a.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Story about one of the overflow areas. They've actually shut
- 0:20Speaker 1: down one of the areas that was just getting hammered
- 0:23Speaker 1: with illegal immigrants under Biden administration.
- 0:25Speaker 2: We know that they did it on purpose.
- 0:27Speaker 1: We know they wanted to front America with massive amounts
- 0:30Speaker 1: of illegal aliens and they wanted to fundamentally change his country.
- 0:34Speaker 2: The Biden Heris team.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Obama was a part of this as well, and whoever
- 0:38Speaker 1: the hell was running the country, because it wasn't Joe Biden, right,
- 0:40Speaker 1: all these dictators that were in charge of America. But
- 0:46Speaker 1: shutting down the border is one very important part of
- 0:50Speaker 1: the problem. But we still have a problem that's literally
- 0:55Speaker 1: tens of millions of problems deep, and that is the
- 0:59Speaker 1: illegal immigrants who are in this country now, and how
- 1:03Speaker 1: do we continue to remove them quickly?
- 1:05Speaker 2: Now I give you an example.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Of the threat that these illegal immigrants have towards this country.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Ice has just announced that they have arrested an illegal
- 1:17Speaker 1: alien from Mexico for an alleged threat on President Donald
- 1:23Speaker 1: Trump's life, another assassination attempt. Now, before I get into
- 1:28Speaker 1: these stories, I'd like to change gears for a minute
- 1:30Speaker 1: and talk to you about Israel.
- 1:32Speaker 2: What we are seeing right now is truly disturbing.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Anti Semitism is actually on the rise around the world,
- 1:38Speaker 1: and sadly, it's happening right here in America as well.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Jewish schools are being targeted, synagogues are threatened, families. Jewish
- 1:45Speaker 1: families are living in fear, and it's something we hope
- 1:48Speaker 1: to never see again in our lifetime. But the reality is,
- 1:51Speaker 1: this is what is happening now, and it's time for
- 1:54Speaker 1: us to stand up and not be silent and take
- 1:57Speaker 1: a stand, to stand with those in Israel, those that
- 2:01Speaker 1: are Jewish. And that's why I want you to get
- 2:03Speaker 1: involved with the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. They
- 2:06Speaker 1: are on the front lines providing real help where it's
- 2:09Speaker 1: seed the most. They're giving food and shelter to Jewish
- 2:11Speaker 1: families under threat, they're building bomb shelters for children in
- 2:15Speaker 1: Israel as we speak, and they're helping survivors of hate
- 2:18Speaker 1: rebuild their lives, and they don't just respond to crisis,
- 2:21Speaker 1: they work every day to prevent it.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Now, your gift of only forty.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Five dollars will help support life saving work by providing food, shelter,
- 2:29Speaker 1: in so much more. The Bible's clear it says I
- 2:32Speaker 1: will bless those who bless you. And supporting the IFCJ
- 2:36Speaker 1: is a spiritual stand. It's showing up for God's people
- 2:39Speaker 1: when it counts, So please get involved. You can call
- 2:42Speaker 1: right now eight eight eight four eight eight IFCJ. That's
- 2:46Speaker 1: eight eight eight four eight eight four three two five,
- 2:49Speaker 1: or go online to IFCJ dot org. Every dollar helps
- 2:54Speaker 1: help the people in Israel and make a difference. IFCJ
- 2:57Speaker 1: dot org are eight eight eight eight IFCJ now quote.
- 3:03Speaker 1: The illegal alien has been taken into County by Immigration
- 3:05Speaker 1: and Customs Enforcement ICE after he threatened to assassinate President
- 3:09Speaker 1: Donald Trump. On Wednesday, the Department of Home in Security
- 3:12Speaker 1: Secretary Christy Noam revealed the ICE agents had arrested a
- 3:17Speaker 1: fifty four year old illegal alien of Mexico on May
- 3:21Speaker 1: the twenty second, after he threatened to kill Donald J.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Trump. The day before his arrest, ICE.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Officials said the man handed an intelligence officer a handwritten
- 3:30Speaker 1: note in which he promised to assassinate Trump at one
- 3:35Speaker 1: of his rallies before self deporting from the United States,
- 3:39Speaker 1: saying quote, we are tired of this present messing with
- 3:44Speaker 1: us Mexicans. We have done more for this country than
- 3:47Speaker 1: you white people. The note from the illegal immigrant reads saying, quote,
- 3:53Speaker 1: my family and I think it's time for Donald J.
- 3:55Speaker 2: Trump to get what he has coming to him.
- 3:58Speaker 1: I will self deport myself back to Mexico, but not
- 4:01Speaker 1: before I use my thirty yard six to shoot.
- 4:06Speaker 2: Your precious present in the head.
- 4:09Speaker 1: I will see him at one of his big rallies,
- 4:12Speaker 1: the man emphasized in his own writing. Now, thanks to
- 4:16Speaker 1: are ice officers, this illegal alien who threatened to assassinate
- 4:20Speaker 1: President Trump is behind bars. Christy Noms said in his statement,
- 4:25Speaker 1: this threat comes not even a year, by the way,
- 4:28Speaker 1: after President Trump was shot in Butler, Pennsylvania, and then
- 4:32Speaker 1: we and then less than two weeks after the former
- 4:35Speaker 1: FBI director James Comey called for President trump'ssassination as well.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Christine Noms said, quote, all politicians and members of the
- 4:43Speaker 1: media should take notice of these repeated attempts on President
- 4:46Speaker 1: Trump's life and tone down their rhetoric. I will continue
- 4:49Speaker 1: to take all measures necessary to ensure the protection of
- 4:52Speaker 1: President Trump, Nomes said in her statement. Now, this illegal
- 4:56Speaker 1: immigrant that's been arrested has illegally crossed the the US
- 5:00Speaker 1: Mexico border at least nine different times between nineteen ninety
- 5:06Speaker 1: eight and two thousand and five.
- 5:08Speaker 2: ICE officials have.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Confirmed the illegal alien has extensive criminal history as well,
- 5:16Speaker 1: including felony hit and run, criminal damage to property, and
- 5:21Speaker 1: disorderly conduct with a domestic abuse modifier. The illegal immigrant,
- 5:26Speaker 1: we now are being told will remain in ICE custody
- 5:29Speaker 1: at the Dodge County Jail in Wisconsin pending his deportation
- 5:35Speaker 1: to Mexico. Now you talk about how this back and
- 5:39Speaker 1: forth and how many times you can come across the
- 5:41Speaker 1: southern border, it's truly incredible that it can happen so often.
- 5:48Speaker 2: By so many of these individuals.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Because it is an open border issue, and you have
- 5:53Speaker 1: to stop this, right like, you absolutely have to stop
- 5:56Speaker 1: this from happening. And this also goes to another issue,
- 6:01Speaker 1: and it deals also with the issue of immigrants coming
- 6:04Speaker 1: into this country. Marco Rubio has issued now a visa
- 6:09Speaker 1: ban for foreign officials who are censoring Americans and again,
- 6:16Speaker 1: this is about going back into offense and to saying, look,
- 6:20Speaker 1: we're not putting up with this crap anymore. Whether it's
- 6:23Speaker 1: legal immigrants, whether it's countries that hate us, whether it's
- 6:25Speaker 1: foreign students that are coming to America that hate America
- 6:29Speaker 1: and are chanting death to America or death to Israel,
- 6:31Speaker 1: or they're anti Semites, and now you can add.
- 6:34Speaker 2: To that list.
- 6:35Speaker 1: The Secretary of State Marco Rubio announcing that the Trump
- 6:38Speaker 1: administration will impose visa restrictions on foreign officials engaging in
- 6:43Speaker 1: censorship of American citizens and attempting to regulate American companies abroad.
- 6:50Speaker 1: Rubio said the State Department quote would begin banning foreign
- 6:54Speaker 1: officials from securing visas to travel to the United States
- 6:58Speaker 1: of America if they engage in censorship of Americans.
- 7:02Speaker 2: Quote.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Free speeches among the most cherished rights we enjoy as Americans,
- 7:06Speaker 1: Rubio said in a statement. He went on to say,
- 7:08Speaker 1: this that's right, legally enshrined in our constitution, has set
- 7:13Speaker 1: us apart as a beacon of freedom around the world.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Even as we take action to reject censorship at home,
- 7:19Speaker 1: we see troubling instances of foreign governments and foreign.
- 7:22Speaker 2: Officials picking up the slack.
- 7:25Speaker 1: In some instances, foreign officials have taken flagrant censorship actions
- 7:29Speaker 1: against US tech companies as well as US citizens and residents,
- 7:34Speaker 1: when they have no authority to do so. Rubio said, today,
- 7:37Speaker 1: I'm announcing a new visa restriction policy that will apply
- 7:42Speaker 1: to foreign nationals who are responsible for censorship of protected
- 7:47Speaker 1: expression in the United States. It is unacceptable for foreign
- 7:52Speaker 1: officials to issue or threaten arrest warrants on US citizens
- 7:56Speaker 1: or US residents for social media posts on American platform
- 8:00Speaker 1: while physically present on US soil. It is similarly unacceptable.
- 8:05Speaker 1: He went on to say for foreign officials to demand
- 8:09Speaker 1: that American tech platforms adopt global content moderation policies or
- 8:16Speaker 1: engage in censorship activity that reaches beyond their authority and
- 8:20Speaker 1: into the United States of America, saying, quote, we will
- 8:23Speaker 1: not tolerate encroachment upon American sovereignty, especially when such encroachments
- 8:29Speaker 1: undermine the exercise of our fundamental right to free speech.
- 8:34Speaker 1: He said, for too long, Americans have been fined, have
- 8:37Speaker 1: been harassed, and even charged by foreign authorities for exercising
- 8:42Speaker 1: their free speech rights, and that's why he said today
- 8:45Speaker 1: I'm announcing a new visa restriction policy that will apply
- 8:48Speaker 1: to the foreign officials in persons who are complicit in
- 8:51Speaker 1: censoring Americans.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Now.
- 8:53Speaker 1: This move also comes as the European Union approve the
- 8:57Speaker 1: Digital Services Act.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Does that do?
- 9:01Speaker 1: It's designed to censor certain discussions on social media and
- 9:05Speaker 1: elsewhere online, while countries like China, Venezuela, Russia, Iran and
- 9:12Speaker 1: Cuba continue censorship campaigns to cripple oppositions to their governments.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Now in February, jd Vance also sounded the alarm as
- 9:23Speaker 1: the Vice President, warning that the European Union was abandoning
- 9:27Speaker 1: shared democratic values by adopting the online censorship policy. Here
- 9:33Speaker 1: is jdie Vance saying this and Munich at the Security
- 9:37Speaker 1: conference not afraid of who he may offend.
- 9:40Speaker 4: I will admit that sometimes the loudest voices for censorship
- 9:44Speaker 4: have come not from within Europe, but from within my
- 9:47Speaker 4: own country, where the prior administration threatened and bullied social
- 9:51Speaker 4: media companies to censors so called misinformation. Misinformation like, for example,
- 9:57Speaker 4: the idea that coronavirus had likely leaped leaked from a
- 10:01Speaker 4: laboratory in China. Our own government encouraged private companies to
- 10:07Speaker 4: silence people who dared to utter what turned out to
- 10:10Speaker 4: be an obvious truth. So I come here today not
- 10:13Speaker 4: just with an observation, but with an offer. And just
- 10:17Speaker 4: as the Biden administration seemed desperate to silence people for
- 10:20Speaker 4: speaking their minds, so the Trump administration will do precisely
- 10:25Speaker 4: the opposite. And I hope that we can work together
- 10:27Speaker 4: on that. In Washington, there is a new sheriff in town,
- 10:32Speaker 4: and under Donald Trump's leadership, we may disagree with your views,
- 10:36Speaker 4: but we will fight to defend your right to.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Offer it in the public square. Agree or disagree.
- 10:41Speaker 4: Now we're at the point, of course, that the situation
- 10:44Speaker 4: has gotten so bad that this December, Romania straight up
- 10:48Speaker 4: canceled the results of a presidential election based on the
- 10:52Speaker 4: flimsy suspicions of an intelligence agency and enormous pressure from
- 10:57Speaker 4: its continental neighbors. Now, as I I understand it, the
- 11:01Speaker 4: argument was that Russian disinformation had infected the Romanian elections.
- 11:07Speaker 4: But I'd ask my European friends to have some perspective.
- 11:11Speaker 4: You can believe it's wrong for Russia to buy social
- 11:14Speaker 4: media advertisements to influence your elections, We certainly do. You
- 11:18Speaker 4: can condemn it on the world stage, even but if
- 11:21Speaker 4: your democracy can be destroyed with a few hundred thousand
- 11:24Speaker 4: dollars of digital advertising from a foreign country. Then it
- 11:28Speaker 4: wasn't very strong to begin with. Now, the good news
- 11:36Speaker 4: is that I happen to think your democracies are substantially
- 11:39Speaker 4: less brittle than many people apparently fear, and I really
- 11:43Speaker 4: do believe that allowing our citizens to speak their mind
- 11:46Speaker 4: will make them stronger.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Still, you can.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Hear the Vice President saying the same thing that the
- 11:52Speaker 1: president's talking about, saying it's time for us to defend
- 11:55Speaker 1: and protect free speech while also making sure that online
- 12:00Speaker 1: people aren't silenced and punished from governments or organizations around
- 12:04Speaker 1: the world.
- 12:05Speaker 2: And if you do.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Come after Americans, we'll get ready because your visas are
- 12:10Speaker 1: going to be canceled.
- 12:12Speaker 2: I want to deal.
- 12:12Speaker 1: With some other breaking news as well, and it's one
- 12:15Speaker 1: that's pretty shocking. There is a watchdog group that has
- 12:19Speaker 1: found quote no evidence that Joe Biden knew of the
- 12:25Speaker 1: crucial climate executive orders that he was signing. They're now
- 12:31Speaker 1: demanding answers on who was actually in charge and who
- 12:34Speaker 1: was using the auto pen power. The Future is now
- 12:38Speaker 1: calling Congress to investigate the validity of former President Joe
- 12:43Speaker 1: Biden's signatures. Now, a pro energy group is renewing their
- 12:49Speaker 1: call now for this investigation into over half a dozen
- 12:52Speaker 1: Biden administration executive actions specifically related to climate that it
- 12:58Speaker 1: believes should be deemed no roll and void due to
- 13:01Speaker 1: them being signed by an autopin without any public comment
- 13:05Speaker 1: at all from the former President Joe Biden, confirming his
- 13:09Speaker 1: knowledge of even what was happening. Power of the Future
- 13:14Speaker 1: is a nonprofit organization that advocates for American energy jobs.
- 13:19Speaker 1: They reviewed eight by an executive orders that it says
- 13:22Speaker 1: were significant shifts in domestic energy policy, and they said
- 13:27Speaker 1: it found no evidence of the present speaking about any
- 13:30Speaker 1: of these eight publicly, raising major concerns that the orders
- 13:35Speaker 1: were signed by autopin and that he was not even
- 13:37Speaker 1: aware that they were going to become executive action, saying, quote, these.
- 13:42Speaker 2: Are not obscure bureaucratic memos.
- 13:44Speaker 1: These were fundamental shifts in American energy policy, yet not
- 13:49Speaker 1: once did Joe Biden.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Speak about them publicly.
- 13:53Speaker 1: That's what Daniel Turner, the founder executive director of Power
- 13:56Speaker 1: for the Future said in an interview now. The executive
- 13:59Speaker 1: orders review viewed by Power of the Future included an
- 14:02Speaker 1: Arctic drilling ban in twenty twenty three, also a twenty
- 14:06Speaker 1: twenty one executive order committing the federal government to quote
- 14:10Speaker 1: net zero admissions by twenty fifty and an executive order
- 14:15Speaker 1: mandating quote clean energy AI centers, and an offshore drilling
- 14:20Speaker 1: ban executive order that Joe Biden in theory signed before
- 14:24Speaker 1: leaving office in twenty twenty five. They said, finding no
- 14:29Speaker 1: evidence of Biden publicly speaking about the executive orders on climate,
- 14:35Speaker 1: They then sent a letter this week to THEDJ, the EPA,
- 14:40Speaker 1: DI and DOE, along with the House and Senate Oversight committees,
- 14:45Speaker 1: calling for an investigation to determine who made these decisions,
- 14:50Speaker 1: who drafted the executive orders, and ultimately who signed them,
- 14:54Speaker 1: since they believe it clearly wasn't Joe Biden quote. In
- 14:57Speaker 1: light of the growing evidence that actions purportedly taken by
- 15:01Speaker 1: the former president may not have been approved or signed
- 15:03Speaker 1: by him, but instead by a small group of advisors
- 15:08Speaker 1: in his name without his knowledge, or over his signature
- 15:12Speaker 1: using an auto pen, the need for Congressional access to
- 15:16Speaker 1: information has grown in importance with these revelations. The letter
- 15:20Speaker 1: to the GOP House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer states
- 15:24Speaker 1: saying quote, Congress deserves to know how or whether these
- 15:28Speaker 1: executive actions were authorized, and whether the former president was
- 15:32Speaker 1: aware of such orders before they were implemented by the
- 15:36Speaker 1: federal bureaucracy. Were these actions taken on behalf of the
- 15:40Speaker 1: president and purporting to excuse authority undertaken with the president's
- 15:44Speaker 1: knowledge an approach question mark. It appears incumbent upon Congress
- 15:49Speaker 1: to inquire about all parties involved in these actions, who instructed.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Them to do, what, and when. Now.
- 15:59Speaker 1: The President's auto pen has been a topic of conversation
- 16:02Speaker 1: in Republican circles in recent weeks and months, as questions
- 16:07Speaker 1: continue about Biden's mental acuity during his presidency, particularly the
- 16:11Speaker 1: last few days when they've come under scrutiny after the
- 16:15Speaker 1: release of Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson's book Original Sin.
- 16:19Speaker 1: One of the things that is very clear is now
- 16:22Speaker 1: those of the White House are concerned that the President
- 16:25Speaker 1: of United States of America may have been hijacked by
- 16:28Speaker 1: a group of individuals who had no authority or power
- 16:32Speaker 1: to do what they were doing. I want you to
- 16:34Speaker 1: take a listen to this. As Representative Jim Jordan's shared
- 16:37Speaker 1: his concerns about Biden's alleged auto pen use and who
- 16:42Speaker 1: was actually behind it.
- 16:44Speaker 5: Chris apparent to blow the lid off the biggest political
- 16:46Speaker 5: cover up in American history, as more troubling information emerges
- 16:51Speaker 5: about former President Joe Biden's mental decline. Now, according to
- 16:55Speaker 5: a brand new bombshell book, The One Insider, made it
- 16:58Speaker 5: clear that there were account of five people running the
- 17:01Speaker 5: country and Biden was.
- 17:02Speaker 2: Not one of them.
- 17:03Speaker 5: So the question is obvious who was running the show? Well,
- 17:06Speaker 5: according to one cabinet secretary, it was Biden's aide who
- 17:10Speaker 5: held all the power. Now that book's co author is
- 17:13Speaker 5: actually calling out the undemocratic Biden white house.
- 17:18Speaker 6: These aides were not even Senate confirmed aids. These are
- 17:21Speaker 6: a white House aids. These were unelected people. And one
- 17:24Speaker 6: of the things that really think comes out and are
- 17:26Speaker 6: reporting here is that if you believe, and I think
- 17:29Speaker 6: a lot of these people do sincerely believe that Donald
- 17:31Speaker 6: Trump was and is an essential threat to democracy, you
- 17:34Speaker 6: can rationalize anything, including sometimes doing undemocratic things, which I
- 17:38Speaker 6: think is what this person is talking about.
- 17:40Speaker 5: Heard a lot of that in my conversations with Lindy
- 17:43Speaker 5: Lee maytime. Congress is also investigating that cover up. The
- 17:47Speaker 5: Senate in fact, wants to talk with twenty eight top
- 17:49Speaker 5: level Biden officials, while the House has had to be
- 17:52Speaker 5: looking into unauthorized yous of the auto pen by Joe Biden.
- 17:57Speaker 7: When you sign a document that has legal implications, it
- 18:01Speaker 7: has to be signed perfectly. It can't be signed by
- 18:04Speaker 7: an autoped So I think that if we can understand
- 18:07Speaker 7: more about the autopen and whether or not Joe Biden
- 18:09Speaker 7: authorized it, I think this could lead to a lot
- 18:12Speaker 7: of those executive orders being kicked out in court.
- 18:16Speaker 5: James Comer speaking there with Jesse Waters. Meantime, House Republicans
- 18:21Speaker 5: are also demanding to hear from Biden's doctor and four
- 18:24Speaker 5: other White House officials in an effort to uncover the truth.
- 18:28Speaker 5: So joining us now is the Judiciary Committee chair and
- 18:31Speaker 5: Ohio Congressman, the Great Jim Jordan Congressman. Listen, this is
- 18:35Speaker 5: a simple question for you, What, if anything, can we
- 18:38Speaker 5: expect to happen in the wake of these House investigations
- 18:42Speaker 5: into the Biden cover up and the autopen use.
- 18:46Speaker 3: Well, I don't know if there's an easy answer. I mean,
- 18:48Speaker 3: we'll see. I think Chairman Comer will probably lead this investigation.
- 18:51Speaker 3: We can look at the folks who were supposedly making
- 18:54Speaker 3: the one thing we know for sure wasn't Joe Biden.
- 18:56Speaker 2: So we can talk to these folks.
- 18:58Speaker 3: My guess is they'll try to assert some legit in
- 19:00Speaker 3: fact we ever.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Bring them in.
- 19:02Speaker 3: But you're I think it's right that in your lead
- 19:05Speaker 3: there you talk about it's supposed to be people who
- 19:08Speaker 3: put their name on the ballot, who are elected by we,
- 19:10Speaker 3: the people who make the decision. It's not supposed to
- 19:13Speaker 3: be other folks who aren't elected or in this case
- 19:15Speaker 3: aren't even confirmed by the United States Senate. So we'll
- 19:19Speaker 3: dig into this. But I think the real culprit, of course,
- 19:21Speaker 3: is the media. And you mentioned that, but I mean
- 19:23Speaker 3: Jake Tapper made money telling us everything was fine. Now
- 19:26Speaker 3: he's making more money writing the book telling us, no,
- 19:28Speaker 3: it wasn't fine. I think that's the real concern here,
- 19:32Speaker 3: is what the mainstream media got away with, or what
- 19:35Speaker 3: they thought they were getting away with.
- 19:36Speaker 2: The good news is the.
- 19:37Speaker 3: American people figured it out on November fifth and made
- 19:40Speaker 3: sure President Trump was our next president.
- 19:42Speaker 8: They sure did. Congressman, I want to stick on the
- 19:44Speaker 8: topic of Biden's autopen use. You know, specifically, we're hearing
- 19:47Speaker 8: that he used the autopend to sign executive orders right
- 19:50Speaker 8: issuing part ins. Senator Roger Marshall last night told us
- 19:54Speaker 8: that could be a huge problem.
- 19:56Speaker 9: They didn't think we understood, They didn't think we knew
- 19:58Speaker 9: what was going on, but we and we're I'm especially
- 20:01Speaker 9: especially concerned about the people that he pardoned. And he
- 20:04Speaker 9: was pardoning these folks even though they hadn't been convicted
- 20:07Speaker 9: of a crime. It just doesn't add up.
- 20:09Speaker 8: Congressman, on that note, do you think those pardons are
- 20:12Speaker 8: executive orders? Are those void invalid?
- 20:15Speaker 3: I think what you have to demonstrate is that the
- 20:18Speaker 3: folks who actually signed him, or whoever did or whether
- 20:21Speaker 3: it was the outo pin or what that, somehow Joe
- 20:23Speaker 3: Biden didn't really give it the okay. Now, I think
- 20:26Speaker 3: if you get him in, they'll probably say, well, my
- 20:28Speaker 3: boss told me it was fine, or we heard that
- 20:30Speaker 3: the president said it was fine.
- 20:31Speaker 2: We got okay from whoever.
- 20:33Speaker 3: Whoever we worked for there in the way. I soon
- 20:34Speaker 3: they'll do some kind of some kind of rational, some
- 20:36Speaker 3: kind of answer like that. But again, you got to
- 20:39Speaker 3: work through this all. What if we bring these folks in,
- 20:42Speaker 3: you have to ask him. You may have to even
- 20:44Speaker 3: subpoena and then at some point when they come in,
- 20:46Speaker 3: will they assert some kind of privilege, executive privilege, that's all.
- 20:49Speaker 2: That's all part of it. We'll just have to see.
- 20:51Speaker 3: But as I said, I think I think the Oversight
- 20:53Speaker 3: Committee under Chairman Comer on the House side will probably
- 20:56Speaker 3: will probably lead this investigation.
- 20:58Speaker 1: All right, So let's go back to legal nature of
- 21:01Speaker 1: this and get down to the brass tax of this
- 21:04Speaker 1: subject of an autopen number one, it's a device that
- 21:07Speaker 1: physically holds a pen in his programmed to replicate a
- 21:11Speaker 1: person's signature. The Justice Department's Office of Legal Council determined
- 21:16Speaker 1: in two thousand and five that the President's permitted to
- 21:18Speaker 1: use an autopen to sign bills into law, and the
- 21:21Speaker 1: US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit issued a
- 21:24Speaker 1: ruling in February that said the absence of a writing
- 21:27Speaker 1: does not equate to proof that a commutation did not
- 21:33Speaker 1: occur quote unquote.
- 21:35Speaker 2: Now.
- 21:35Speaker 1: In March, President Trump claimed that Biden's pardons of lawmakers
- 21:39Speaker 1: who served on the House Select Committee to investigate the
- 21:41Speaker 1: January sixth Capitol Riot and others are quote void, alleging
- 21:46Speaker 1: that they had been signed via an autopen and that
- 21:49Speaker 1: Biden did not even know about them. Now, despite Trump's
- 21:54Speaker 1: concern over the validia Biden's pardons due to the alleged
- 21:57Speaker 1: use of an autopen conscial scholar have said, well, this
- 22:02Speaker 1: is going to be a tough one in court and
- 22:04Speaker 1: a very high barred across to be able to get
- 22:06Speaker 1: this undone. Jonathan Turley put it this way on Fox, saying, quote,
- 22:10Speaker 1: presidents are allowed to use the autopen and courts will
- 22:13Speaker 1: not presume a dead hand conspiracy. Now Power the Future's
- 22:19Speaker 1: letter references House Speaker Mike Johnson, who in January shared
- 22:22Speaker 1: that Biden during a meeting appeared to forget that he
- 22:26Speaker 1: signed an order to pause liquid national gas exports. A
- 22:31Speaker 1: report published by an arm of the Heritage Foundation also
- 22:34Speaker 1: claimed that the majority of official documents signed by Biden
- 22:38Speaker 1: were allegedly an auto pen signature, and there's a very
- 22:41Speaker 1: good chance the president didn't know what was going.
- 22:43Speaker 2: On at all.
- 22:44Speaker 3: Now.
- 22:45Speaker 1: During the Biden administration, hundreds of billions of dollars were
- 22:48Speaker 1: funneled towards pet green projects, while the American fossil fuels
- 22:53Speaker 1: industry was punished, and there is no evidence that Biden
- 22:56Speaker 1: ordered it, directed it, or even was aware it was
- 22:59Speaker 1: happened in his name. That is another big question that's
- 23:03Speaker 1: now being asked.
- 23:05Speaker 2: So do we deserve to know, yes, who.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Was signing the executive orders behind closed doors?
- 23:11Speaker 2: It's a great question.
- 23:12Speaker 1: We're people paying for access, and the autopin scandal is
- 23:17Speaker 1: evidence that many of these executive orders, many of them
- 23:20Speaker 1: green executive orders, could number one very well be invalid,
- 23:26Speaker 1: and the American people deserve to know. It should be
- 23:29Speaker 1: thoroughly investigated by the Department of Justice.
- 23:33Speaker 2: I think it's clear that's.
- 23:34Speaker 1: The violation to trust the American people, and it could
- 23:37Speaker 1: have been a great fraud done on the American people
- 23:42Speaker 1: in the name of the President when he didn't even
- 23:44Speaker 1: know it was actually happening. Jake Tapper set down with
- 23:49Speaker 1: Megan Kelly to talk about this new book, and let
- 23:53Speaker 1: me just tell you, it was hysterical to watch him
- 23:57Speaker 1: squirm when Meghan Kelly nailed him to the wall about
- 24:02Speaker 1: his participation and complicity in the Biden cover up. The
- 24:07Speaker 1: same guy now making money off of a book about
- 24:10Speaker 1: the big lie, right, this massive lie that was told,
- 24:14Speaker 1: And it's like, dude, you are literally a part of it.
- 24:17Speaker 1: You shut down people when they brought up the cognitive
- 24:20Speaker 1: decline of Joe Biden, and you're now trying to act
- 24:23Speaker 1: like you're a truth teller after the guy's already out
- 24:26Speaker 1: of office. I'm going to play for you longer segments
- 24:29Speaker 1: because I want you to hear this conversation and I
- 24:32Speaker 1: want you to understand something about Jake. And I think
- 24:34Speaker 1: this is the part that you that I do want
- 24:37Speaker 1: you to have context for as you're listening.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Jake Tapper is extremely sanctimonious.
- 24:41Speaker 1: When I worked with him for seven years at CNN,
- 24:43Speaker 1: he thinks he's some sort of God's gift to journalism,
- 24:46Speaker 1: that he's above reproach, he's better than everybody else, and
- 24:49Speaker 1: when he gets nailed on these issues, he's like, well,
- 24:52Speaker 1: I've already I've already asked for I've already apologized for this,
- 24:55Speaker 1: I've already talked to Laura Trump for the way that
- 24:57Speaker 1: I talked to her on my show, and I'm here
- 25:00Speaker 1: trying to get out the facts now with my book
- 25:02Speaker 1: Original Sins like it is just like I could throw
- 25:07Speaker 1: up over the self righteousness in this interview, but I
- 25:10Speaker 1: want you to hear it because this is how the
- 25:12Speaker 1: media gets away with it. They rewrite history of what
- 25:15Speaker 1: they actually did. For years as a state sponsored media
- 25:20Speaker 1: individual and they.
- 25:22Speaker 2: Sold you any lie.
- 25:23Speaker 1: The White House seed them to sell, and then when
- 25:25Speaker 1: the House comes crashing down, they're like, let's do real
- 25:27Speaker 1: reporting now. So with that being set, take a listen
- 25:31Speaker 1: to Megan Kelly Jake Tapper talking on this issue.
- 25:34Speaker 10: Jake, the criticism has been that you're complaining about a
- 25:38Speaker 10: cover up about Joe Biden's mental acuity that failed that
- 25:42Speaker 10: right wing pundits saw, the right wing in general saw,
- 25:45Speaker 10: that independent media saw and reported on, and that was
- 25:50Speaker 10: no mystery even to left wing and so called mainstream
- 25:53Speaker 10: reporters who were not fooled but chose wilful blindness instead
- 25:58Speaker 10: of honest reporting, and that you were part of it.
- 26:02Speaker 2: How do you respond.
- 26:04Speaker 11: It's a tough and fair question. I would say that
- 26:10Speaker 11: Alex and I after election day interviewed more than two
- 26:14Speaker 11: hundred people, two hundred mostly Democratic insiders, and all these
- 26:18Speaker 11: interviews where almost all of these interviews were after the election,
- 26:22Speaker 11: and they justified to themselves what they had done in
- 26:27Speaker 11: terms of misrepresenting how the president was not just to
- 26:32Speaker 11: me and Alex and other reporters, but also just to
- 26:35Speaker 11: each other and to the world and to Democrats.
- 26:38Speaker 12: Into the cabinet, etc.
- 26:39Speaker 11: By saying that there was this existential threat of Donald Trump,
- 26:42Speaker 11: and only Joe Biden could beat Donald Trump, and that
- 26:44Speaker 11: justified everything in their minds. After that existential threat was over,
- 26:48Speaker 11: because the election was over and Donald Trump one, they were.
- 26:51Speaker 12: We found Alex and myself.
- 26:54Speaker 11: Remarkably willing to talk to us, either off the record
- 26:57Speaker 11: or on background or in some cases on the record
- 27:00Speaker 11: about what they saw. One of the things that emerged
- 27:03Speaker 11: was that there were two bidens. One was the fine Biden, serviceable, adequate,
- 27:11Speaker 11: and the other one was.
- 27:12Speaker 12: As a non functioning Biden.
- 27:13Speaker 11: And that's the one we saw the night of the debate,
- 27:16Speaker 11: and that's the one we saw some clips up here
- 27:17Speaker 11: and there that you just showed. And that non functioning Biden,
- 27:21Speaker 11: the one that lost his train of thought in a
- 27:24Speaker 11: significant way, not in the way just that every human
- 27:27Speaker 11: loses their train of thought, but in a way that
- 27:28Speaker 11: shows that he's having trouble articulating his very views. And
- 27:33Speaker 11: the one who forgot the name of close aids, who
- 27:37Speaker 11: was not able to come up with George Clooney's name,
- 27:40Speaker 11: didn't seem to recognize him. All that sort of thing,
- 27:43Speaker 11: that non functioning Biden was, according to our reporting, showed
- 27:48Speaker 11: up as far back as twenty fifteen after the death
- 27:52Speaker 11: of Bow, where one top aid said that that tragedy,
- 27:56Speaker 11: the loss of Bow, was like watching somebody poor water sand.
- 28:00Speaker 11: That was the effect on his psyche. And there were
- 28:02Speaker 11: other moments twenty seventeen, twenty eighteen. You hear some the
- 28:06Speaker 11: her report. One of the reasons he came to that
- 28:08Speaker 11: conclusion was because of the recordings they heard of Joe
- 28:10Speaker 11: Biden in twenty seventeen talking to his ghostwriter, in which
- 28:13Speaker 11: he was similarly inclined. Obviously, in twenty nineteen, twenty twenty,
- 28:18Speaker 11: there were other moments like that. Most of his campaign
- 28:20Speaker 11: staff and others would say, like, he's look, he's seventy eight,
- 28:23Speaker 11: he's seventy nine, he has senior moments, but he's fine,
- 28:25Speaker 11: he's fine, he's fine.
- 28:26Speaker 12: Well, he wasn't fine.
- 28:28Speaker 11: And throughout his presidency, that non functioning Biden would show
- 28:35Speaker 11: up more and more and more, and he was worse
- 28:37Speaker 11: and worse and worse, really deteriorating tremendously. The next time
- 28:43Speaker 11: there was a really horrible family incident, which was when
- 28:47Speaker 11: Hunter Biden's plea deal fell apart in the summer of
- 28:50Speaker 11: twenty twenty three, and then obviously in June he was convicted,
- 28:54Speaker 11: and the thought the fear of losing his son, not
- 28:58Speaker 11: to jail, but maybe to another to a real laps
- 29:00Speaker 11: to an overdose, to suicide. Who knows, it was a
- 29:02Speaker 11: very real fear, and the threat of losing a third
- 29:07Speaker 11: child really just diminished him tremendously, according to top aides.
- 29:12Speaker 11: So all of which is to say that this was
- 29:15Speaker 11: a deterioration, was a this was a progression. And look,
- 29:20Speaker 11: knowing what I know now, obviously I feel tremendous humility
- 29:25Speaker 11: about my coverage that Laura Trump interviewed, for example, et cetera.
- 29:30Speaker 11: She saw something, She saw something that I did not
- 29:34Speaker 11: see at the time, one hundred percent, and I own
- 29:38Speaker 11: that I did ask Joe Biden, by.
- 29:40Speaker 1: The way, just pause there. This is the sanctimonious Jake
- 29:43Speaker 1: Tapper that is just exhausting to me. He's like, she
- 29:47Speaker 1: saw something that at the time that I did not see.
- 29:49Speaker 1: What are you joking? Everybody saw it, You just didn't
- 29:54Speaker 1: want to believe it.
- 29:56Speaker 2: In fact, I don't.
- 29:57Speaker 1: There's one thing about Jake Tapper that I want to
- 29:59Speaker 1: be queer about. Actually think Jake Tapper is extremely smart.
- 30:02Speaker 1: I think he's a really good at lying to you
- 30:04Speaker 1: about this one. And the idea that he didn't see
- 30:07Speaker 1: the cognitive decline, it would mean that he's an incredibly
- 30:10Speaker 1: stupid person, because only a dumb person would not be
- 30:12Speaker 1: able to see it. He saw it, but he didn't
- 30:14Speaker 1: want Donald Trump to win, and so he decided I'm
- 30:18Speaker 1: going to look the other way. And now he's like, well,
- 30:21Speaker 1: she saw something that I didn't see. Are you kidding me? Like, like,
- 30:25Speaker 1: give me a break, Like that is that is total crap.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Jake Tapper, by the way, way too sanctimonious to actually
- 30:36Speaker 1: believe this, And this is his out right Well, it
- 30:38Speaker 1: wasn't that I was covering it up. It's just that
- 30:41Speaker 1: I didn't see it, right, It was just that I
- 30:44Speaker 1: didn't notice it.
- 30:45Speaker 2: Part No, you noticed it. I don't believe that you didn't.
- 30:48Speaker 1: I think you're lying to us, and now you're trying
- 30:52Speaker 1: to profit and make a and sell books off of
- 30:55Speaker 1: a lie that you were a part of.
- 30:57Speaker 2: Keep listening.
- 30:59Speaker 12: To be transparent about his health records.
- 31:01Speaker 11: In an interview in twenty twenty, I did ask him
- 31:03Speaker 11: about the fact that voters but then he was he
- 31:05Speaker 11: thought that he was not transparent at all.
- 31:07Speaker 10: Now, he promised you that he would be transparent about
- 31:09Speaker 10: his health records, and then he wasn't. And when you
- 31:11Speaker 10: sat with him again at all, including one month, including
- 31:13Speaker 10: one month after the Jackie Willorski thing, you didn't ask
- 31:17Speaker 10: him about it. You didn't follow up on the fact
- 31:19Speaker 10: that he was falling up the stairs, that he was
- 31:21Speaker 10: losing his train of thought regularly, that he was slurring,
- 31:24Speaker 10: that he was incomprehensible, that he was getting lost on
- 31:26Speaker 10: the White House lawn. You sat right across from him,
- 31:29Speaker 10: and you asked none of that, notwithstanding the fact that
- 31:31Speaker 10: he had promised you he would be fully transparent about
- 31:33Speaker 10: his health issues.
- 31:35Speaker 1: By the way, this is Megan Kelly, which he just
- 31:37Speaker 1: says exactly what I was saying, like, you had an
- 31:39Speaker 1: opportunity after you saw this, and you still didn't do
- 31:42Speaker 1: jack crap about it. You saw it all and you
- 31:45Speaker 1: chose not to do it, and then listen to this
- 31:49Speaker 1: BS answer from Jake.
- 31:51Speaker 12: That's true.
- 31:53Speaker 11: But I did ask him about his age and the
- 31:55Speaker 11: fact that the American people had concluded that even though
- 31:58Speaker 11: he said whenever anybody brought up the subject to his age,
- 32:01Speaker 11: watched me and I said, yes, they're watching you, and
- 32:04Speaker 11: they are concerned that you are too old for this job.
- 32:06Speaker 2: You know as well as I do that.
- 32:09Speaker 10: There's a way of you can say, hey, there's this
- 32:12Speaker 10: poll on your age, or you could say you just
- 32:15Speaker 10: forgot that Jackie Woolarski was dead. You asked where she
- 32:20Speaker 10: was moments after watching a videotape tribute to her. You
- 32:25Speaker 10: lowered the flags at the White House after she died.
- 32:29Speaker 10: This happened thirteen days before you sat with him. There
- 32:32Speaker 10: is a way of pressing a man like that on
- 32:34Speaker 10: the actual infirmities to bring it home to him and
- 32:37Speaker 10: to the audience. And you didn't do.
- 32:39Speaker 2: It, and you didn't do it, And she's exactly right.
- 32:43Speaker 1: And that's exactly why Jake Tapper deserves this type of
- 32:45Speaker 1: criticism for again now making money off of a book
- 32:49Speaker 1: that he is saying, oh, well, I didn't see it beforehand.
- 32:52Speaker 1: You didn't see it beforehand? Like, what the hell are
- 32:54Speaker 1: you talking about? You didn't see it before No, I
- 32:56Speaker 1: just didn't see it. I just didn't see it at all.
- 32:58Speaker 1: I had no idea this was going on. And she
- 33:01Speaker 1: saw it before I saw it, referring to Laura Trump,
- 33:04Speaker 1: and so you know, I called and apologize to her.
- 33:06Speaker 1: So everything's good. Now, Everything's totally fine now. Nothing to
- 33:09Speaker 1: see here, nothing wrong here? Are you kidding? Make sure
- 33:13Speaker 1: you share this podcast with your family and friends, put
- 33:16Speaker 1: it up on social media wherever you are, and we
- 33:19Speaker 1: appreciate you listening every day.
- 33:20Speaker 2: We'll see you back here tomorrow.
