- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome. It's Verdict with Center Ted Cruz.
- 0:02Speaker 2: This is one of those fun podcast center where you
- 0:05Speaker 2: and I get to hang out in person. So if
- 0:07Speaker 2: you're listening to this show, this is if you're listening
- 0:11Speaker 2: to audio, you can go back and watch this on
- 0:13Speaker 2: YouTube and that really makes it a lot more fun.
- 0:15Speaker 2: A lot of the video clips we're going to play
- 0:17Speaker 2: the audio you may hear, but you can go back
- 0:19Speaker 2: and watch them, so make sure you do that. This
- 0:21Speaker 2: was a very big week Center because the President name
- 0:25Speaker 2: Pam Bondy as her as his AG pick, and that
- 0:29Speaker 2: was something that a lot of people received with a
- 0:31Speaker 2: lot of excitement.
- 0:32Speaker 3: Well, that's right, it's big news. Pam Bondi is going
- 0:35Speaker 3: to make a very strong AG I know, Pam. Well,
- 0:37Speaker 3: we're going to talk about her. We're going to talk
- 0:39Speaker 3: about that nomination, what it means, what it means for
- 0:41Speaker 3: the Department of Justice, what it means for the country,
- 0:43Speaker 3: what to expect in the Senate, what's going to happen next.
- 0:46Speaker 3: We're also going to talk about what Joe Biden is
- 0:48Speaker 3: doing on the way out of the White House, and
- 0:50Speaker 3: spoiler alert, it ain't pretty. Joe Biden is in the
- 0:53Speaker 3: process of opening up the borders, trying to accelerate the invasion,
- 0:57Speaker 3: trying to make Donald Trump in the new administration lives
- 1:00Speaker 3: and jobs more difficult. He's not just doing it at
- 1:02Speaker 3: home with opening up the borders, but he's also doing
- 1:05Speaker 3: it abroad. He's doing, I think, everything he can to
- 1:09Speaker 3: accelerate and to make worse the war in Ukraine. That
- 1:16Speaker 3: is dangerous World War III. It seems like he's rolling
- 1:20Speaker 3: the dice and hoping whoever comes in next has to
- 1:24Speaker 3: deal with the consequences.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Yeah, it's gonna be very interesting to see what he
- 1:27Speaker 2: does here and why he's doing it. We're gonna break
- 1:29Speaker 2: all that down for you. I want to talk to
- 1:30Speaker 2: you real quick about our friends over at Ammo Squared.

- 3:11Speaker 1: It's official.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Pam Bondi has been selected by Donald Trump to be
- 3:15Speaker 2: the AG. I've got to know her a little bit
- 3:17Speaker 2: through doing different things on TV. You know her pretty
- 3:20Speaker 2: well from different campaign things, et cetera. Are you excited
- 3:24Speaker 2: about this pick, because it seems to be that most
- 3:26Speaker 2: are very excited about how qualified she is. Her resume
- 3:30Speaker 2: matters in this one a lot more than the last pick,
- 3:32Speaker 2: and people say she knows how to do this job.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a great choice. It is an excellent choice.
- 3:37Speaker 3: You know, it's interesting. We did Friday's pod. You and
- 3:40Speaker 3: I recorded it Thursday afternoon, right before I got on
- 3:43Speaker 3: the plane and flew back from DC to Texas. And
- 3:46Speaker 3: Thursday afternoon, the news had just broken that Matt Gates
- 3:49Speaker 3: was pulling out. So we did the whole podcast on
- 3:51Speaker 3: that news that had just broken. I'd come from the
- 3:54Speaker 3: lunch with the other Senate Republicans where everyone was still
- 3:56Speaker 3: a little shocked at the speed with which Gates pulled
- 4:00Speaker 3: out of the contention, and at the time we didn't
- 4:03Speaker 3: know who the nominee was. So Friday's pod we were
- 4:05Speaker 3: speculating different folks. What is interesting is how quickly Trump acted.
- 4:09Speaker 3: Trump acted within hours, and by Thursday night we knew
- 4:12Speaker 3: the nominee Pambondy, and that nominee is now going full
- 4:16Speaker 3: speed ahead. I'm going to say it is a very
- 4:18Speaker 3: very strong choice.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Let's talk about her resume so people understand, because if
- 4:21Speaker 2: you're outside of Florida, you may not know just how
- 4:24Speaker 2: qualified she is what she has done.
- 4:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 4:27Speaker 5: So Pam's background. She's from Tampa.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Originally, she got an undergraduate degree from University of Florida
- 4:33Speaker 3: degree in criminal justice. She then got her law degree
- 4:36Speaker 3: from Stetson Law School and she was admitted of the
- 4:39Speaker 3: Florida Bar in nineteen ninety one and she spent eighteen
- 4:43Speaker 3: years as a prosecutor in the Hillsboro County State Attorney's Office,
- 4:49Speaker 3: trying cases including domestic violence, including murder. She was a
- 4:53Speaker 3: line prosecutor trying cases. She then became Attorney General of
- 4:58Speaker 3: Florida in twenty ten.
- 5:00Speaker 1: She made history.
- 5:00Speaker 3: She was the first female attorney general in the state
- 5:03Speaker 3: of Florida, and she focused on number one, challenging Obamacare.
- 5:08Speaker 3: She focused on taking on human trafficking and she also
- 5:12Speaker 3: focused on shutting down pill mills and fighting the state's
- 5:18Speaker 3: opioid crisis, and she held that post for eight years
- 5:21Speaker 3: until twenty nineteen. She is right now the chair of
- 5:26Speaker 3: the Center of Litigation and also co chair of the
- 5:30Speaker 3: Center for Law and Justice at the America First Policy Institute.
- 5:34Speaker 3: And she was very notably part of his defense team.
- 5:38Speaker 3: Trump's defense team in the first impeachment trial. So when
- 5:42Speaker 3: Verdict started, when this podcast began, the very first Verdict
- 5:47Speaker 3: podcast was the first night of the first Trump impeachment trial,
- 5:53Speaker 3: and I came from the Senate Flora where we spent
- 5:55Speaker 3: the entire day there, came to the studio and recorded
- 5:58Speaker 3: Verdict the very initial episode. And actually Verdict at the
- 6:02Speaker 3: time went from non existent. We started with zero listeners,
- 6:06Speaker 3: zero viewers. It went from non existent to its skyrocketed
- 6:10Speaker 3: up the charts and became the number one rank podcast
- 6:13Speaker 3: in the world, beating Joe Rogan, beating the New York Times,
- 6:16Speaker 3: beating everybody. Pam at the time was someone I worked
- 6:19Speaker 3: with closely during that impeachment trial, and she is a serious,
- 6:25Speaker 3: capable trial lawyer. And I got to tell you, look,
- 6:30Speaker 3: Attorney General is a job that requires competence. It requires
- 6:34Speaker 3: knowledge of the law. It requires good judgment, and it
- 6:38Speaker 3: requires backbone, and I think Pam's got all three. And
- 6:43Speaker 3: it is a job where competence really matters. Listen that
- 6:47Speaker 3: this administration is going to face all sorts of legal challenges.
- 6:51Speaker 3: It's going to face blue states and blue attorneys general
- 6:55Speaker 3: filing lawsuits day after day after day. It is going
- 6:58Speaker 3: to face every step President Trump takes, he's gonna face
- 7:01Speaker 3: law fair on the other side. And one of the
- 7:04Speaker 3: most important responsibilities for an Attorney general is to give good,
- 7:09Speaker 3: sound legal advice about how to navigate those land mines,
- 7:13Speaker 3: how to implement the Trump policy in a way that
- 7:18Speaker 3: survives and is durable legally.
- 7:21Speaker 5: And I got to say, I think I think Pam
- 7:23Speaker 5: will do an excellent job.
- 7:24Speaker 2: You talk about the role as the AG, and there's
- 7:26Speaker 2: so many different things you're involved in. It's a lot
- 7:29Speaker 2: of it is managing and making sure that people are
- 7:32Speaker 2: doing their jobs well and find the right people. There's
- 7:34Speaker 2: also the deep stated aspect of this that people are saying, hey,
- 7:37Speaker 2: we want to get the bad actors out. She is
- 7:40Speaker 2: actually defended Donald Trump against those activists and the deep
- 7:44Speaker 2: state that we're coming after him. How important is her
- 7:47Speaker 2: just seeing that and defending him and knowing what they
- 7:50Speaker 2: were doing to him and to others around him, whether
- 7:52Speaker 2: it be Flynn, the list goes on and on. That
- 7:54Speaker 2: will help her do better, be better at this job
- 7:56Speaker 2: than maybe anyone else.
- 7:57Speaker 3: Look, she's strong and she's loyal to the president, but
- 8:00Speaker 3: she also cares about the rule of law, and you
- 8:02Speaker 3: need to have both to do this job effectively. This
- 8:05Speaker 3: may be the single hardest job in the incoming Trump administration.
- 8:09Speaker 3: And look, I want to give you an example. Take
- 8:13Speaker 3: a look at Pam and.
- 8:14Speaker 5: Who she is.
- 8:15Speaker 6: These criminals made one very big mistake. They wound up
- 8:21Speaker 6: in Polk County. And I'll tell you it's bad enough
- 8:25Speaker 6: in one thing to profit from poisoning others, but it's
- 8:29Speaker 6: another when you bring drugs from Mexico into our country California, Texas, Georgia,
- 8:37Speaker 6: and end up in our state and do it with impunity.
- 8:41Speaker 6: Because when you're in this country illegally and you're doing
- 8:45Speaker 6: things illegally, I want to tell you, and you wind
- 8:49Speaker 6: up in Polk County, Grady Judd is gonna find you,
- 8:54Speaker 6: the DEA is gonna help them, and my statewide prosecutors
- 8:59Speaker 6: are gonna lie you up for as long as we can.
- 9:02Speaker 7: And we're gonna enjoy it.
- 9:04Speaker 6: And each of these defendants are looking at fifteen thirty
- 9:08Speaker 6: years in Florida State prison for conspiracy to traffic drugs.
- 9:12Speaker 2: I mean, she's not messing around, and I love the
- 9:14Speaker 2: sheriff there by the way. We're going to enjoy it.
- 9:16Speaker 2: But I mean, this is I think her life work.
- 9:18Speaker 2: She's saying, let's go. You want to go to war,
- 9:20Speaker 2: We're gonna go war against the bad guys. We're gonna
- 9:22Speaker 2: protect Americans. We're gonna go after the cartels, we're gonna
- 9:25Speaker 2: go after the drugs. We're gonna go after the people
- 9:27Speaker 2: that are doing this across our borders. And she mentioned
- 9:30Speaker 2: all those states, including Texas. That's why I'm excited about her.
- 9:33Speaker 3: Well, and for those of you all listening to this
- 9:35Speaker 3: on audio, what we just played as a video of
- 9:37Speaker 3: a press conference of her bringing a prosecution against drug traffickers,
- 9:44Speaker 3: against criminals, and as you noted, the sheriff behind her
- 9:47Speaker 3: quick quickly chimes in, and we're going to enjoy it.
- 9:49Speaker 3: I mean, this is we need an attorney general who
- 9:52Speaker 3: is tough, who is focused on securing the border, is
- 9:55Speaker 3: focused on stopping human traffickers, is focused on stopping drug traffickers.
- 9:59Speaker 3: I think Pam's going to do an excellent job of that.
- 10:02Speaker 3: And by the way, if you don't trust me on it,
- 10:06Speaker 3: let me give you someone else. If you don't want
- 10:09Speaker 3: to take my word for it, take Al Sharpton's word
- 10:13Speaker 3: for it. Give a listen to Al Sharpton on MSNBC.
- 10:16Speaker 8: Absolutely, I think it was the wise thing for the
- 10:20Speaker 8: Trump people and for President and LEC Trump to withdraw
- 10:24Speaker 8: him now because a long term spectacle of days and
- 10:28Speaker 8: weeks or would only damage them even more. Take your
- 10:32Speaker 8: losses shot. Let him walk away because he was never
- 10:35Speaker 8: qualified and he could not give any reasonable argument as
- 10:40Speaker 8: to why he'd be attorney general. I talked to people
- 10:42Speaker 8: that I know in Florida last night that on the
- 10:45Speaker 8: civil rights side, we have a chapter in NAWSH Action
- 10:47Speaker 8: Network there. Bondy is certainly on the right. But she
- 10:50Speaker 8: is one who's qualified to become Attorney general in terms
- 10:54Speaker 8: of she's handled cases, she's managed officers, and yes, we
- 10:58Speaker 8: can raise questions about which he did with Trump University,
- 11:02Speaker 8: but there's no glaring things in terms of her values
- 11:05Speaker 8: and models. You're talking about gates with underage sex. You're
- 11:08Speaker 8: talking about Ronnie of that has been documented that was
- 11:13Speaker 8: center around, and to put him in charge of the
- 11:16Speaker 8: Justice Department made a mockery of the system. So I
- 11:19Speaker 8: think it was better for Trump, not that I'm a
- 11:21Speaker 8: Trump person at all, but it was better for him
- 11:24Speaker 8: and certainly better for the American public to get Gates
- 11:28Speaker 8: off the seat.
- 11:29Speaker 2: I mean, he's saying like, I don't know how you're
- 11:31Speaker 2: going to attack her, and that's on MSNBC. I think
- 11:34Speaker 2: she's qualified, she knows how to do the job. She's
- 11:38Speaker 2: been elected by the people of a big state, not once,
- 11:41Speaker 2: but twice. And basically, if Al Sharpton, that's like a
- 11:44Speaker 2: glowing reviewers if you're a Republican.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Yeah, look, that's basically Sharpton going, oh crap, yeah, like
- 11:50Speaker 3: this is a good choice. And I'm Al Sharpton and
- 11:52Speaker 3: I really hate that this is a good choice. That's
- 11:55Speaker 3: an awfully good recommendation. Here's another one. Take a listen.
- 12:00Speaker 9: Action I got from inside the Justice Department last night
- 12:02Speaker 9: was this is Matt Gates with a better legal resume.
- 12:05Speaker 9: But the legal resume is significant, Willie and guys, because
- 12:09Speaker 9: Pam Bondi was a career prosecutor down there in Hillsborough
- 12:13Speaker 9: County for many, many years before she was elected Florida's
- 12:17Speaker 9: first female Attorney general. So she's prosecuted major cases, murders, death,
- 12:21Speaker 9: penalty cases. She understands how that works. Matt Gates had
- 12:25Speaker 9: never really been much of a lawyer before he was
- 12:27Speaker 9: elected to the Florida legislature, so that's a big difference.
- 12:31Speaker 9: And you know she at the same time, though, she
- 12:35Speaker 9: is you know, an extreme maga activist and has tainted
- 12:40Speaker 9: her legal career with very strong stands in favor of
- 12:44Speaker 9: some questionable things. There was a famous incident back in
- 12:48Speaker 9: around ten years ago when if you remember, Trump University,
- 12:52Speaker 9: that for profit university that Donald Trump ran, was getting
- 12:55Speaker 9: a lot of consumer complaints about being a scam, and
- 12:58Speaker 9: her office was asked to join a multi state lawsuit
- 13:02Speaker 9: and Donald Trump's foundation contributed twenty five thousand dollars to
- 13:07Speaker 9: her campaign and she opted not to join that lawsuit
- 13:10Speaker 9: in his foundation was later fined for making a legal contribution.
- 13:14Speaker 9: So look, she served her tenured eight years as Florida
- 13:18Speaker 9: Attorney General. She later went on to be one of
- 13:21Speaker 9: Donald Trump's impeachment defense lawyers in the Ukraine impeachment in
- 13:24Speaker 9: twenty twenty made a speech on the House floor during
- 13:28Speaker 9: the trial arguing that there was a Biden corruption scandal
- 13:32Speaker 9: in Ukraine and that that's why that phone call was okay.
- 13:36Speaker 9: And she's also raised questions about fraud in the twenty
- 13:40Speaker 9: twenty election, which people think were baseless. So it's a
- 13:44Speaker 9: bit of a mixed bag. But people are breathing a
- 13:47Speaker 9: little bit of a sigh of relief of the Justice
- 13:48Speaker 9: Department that at least she's a real lawyer, and that
- 13:51Speaker 9: her deputy, Todd Blanche, donald Trump's defense attorney, does have
- 13:56Speaker 9: a lot of experience in the Justice Department and is
- 13:58Speaker 9: also well regarded over there. Net people are thinking this
- 14:02Speaker 9: is a much better situation than Matt Gates. But she
- 14:04Speaker 9: is certainly a Donald Trump loyalist who has also raised
- 14:08Speaker 9: questions about weaponization at the Justice Department and may really
- 14:12Speaker 9: cause some trouble over there from the perspective of some
- 14:14Speaker 9: of the career folks.
- 14:15Speaker 2: If you want to know what a weak argument looks
- 14:17Speaker 2: like from MSNBC, like, well, there's something maybe ten years ago.
- 14:21Speaker 2: And by the way, if you actually heard her explanation
- 14:23Speaker 2: on the Trump University thing, she said, we looked at
- 14:25Speaker 2: the number of people that could have been effected in
- 14:27Speaker 2: the state, and we decided it wasn't worth any of
- 14:28Speaker 2: our time to even look at this for X, Y
- 14:30Speaker 2: and Z purposes. And there was a bunch of liberals
- 14:33Speaker 2: that went after him, but they went back over a
- 14:35Speaker 2: decade to find something pretty darn obscure and they're like, well,
- 14:39Speaker 2: her biggest liability is she's friends with Donald Trump.
- 14:41Speaker 1: Well it's the Trump administration. Get used to it.
- 14:44Speaker 3: Well, And once again, that's an MSNBC legal analyst who
- 14:49Speaker 3: is laying that out, who says she's a serious lawyer,
- 14:52Speaker 3: career prosecutor, real lawyer, knows how to lead teams, no
- 14:55Speaker 3: hes how to run organizations, knows how to bring a case.
- 15:00Speaker 3: That's their attempt to attack her. And their attack is, well,
- 15:04Speaker 3: you know she she's a Trump loyalist.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Well knows is gonna get the job.
- 15:11Speaker 5: You know.
- 15:11Speaker 3: Funny thing. I mean, Eric Holder was the runner up.
- 15:13Speaker 3: And you know, I'm sure Trump was thinking about, give
- 15:16Speaker 3: me a radical leftist who wants to destroy my administration.
- 15:19Speaker 3: And as much as MSNBC would love that, that was
- 15:22Speaker 3: not going to happen. Listen, where is this going to
- 15:27Speaker 3: go now? Pambondi's going to be confirmed?
- 15:29Speaker 1: You have no doubt about that.
- 15:30Speaker 3: I think she'll be confirmed easily, barring some dramatically unexpected step,
- 15:36Speaker 3: which I don't expect. Yeah, you know, she will be confirmed.
- 15:40Speaker 3: I think she will have a straightforward hearing in the
- 15:42Speaker 3: Judiciary Committee. The Democrats will take some shots at her,
- 15:46Speaker 3: but you just saw from MSNBC they don't have much.
- 15:49Speaker 2: I'd start with just quoting Al Sharpton. I'm glad we're
- 15:51Speaker 2: here today. Al Sharpton said this about you.
- 15:53Speaker 3: All right, that's not bad. I mean you can still
- 15:55Speaker 3: that Sharpton. You know, I'm going to have my questioning.
- 15:58Speaker 3: I've never quoted Al Sharp.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Do you get to check two boxes? That day? The
- 16:03Speaker 1: Democrats will also crib she.
- 16:05Speaker 3: Is going to be confirmed. It is going to be straightforward.
- 16:08Speaker 3: And I got to say this is not our rundown
- 16:10Speaker 3: for topics today. But but we just did play two
- 16:13Speaker 3: clips from MSNBC, and for the record, we're doing this
- 16:16Speaker 3: before Elon Musk buys MSNBC.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Mx NBC. That's whatever it's trending on Twitter right now.
- 16:23Speaker 2: I got it.
- 16:23Speaker 1: I should say.
- 16:24Speaker 3: I gotta say it is a phenomenal thing. I've been
- 16:29Speaker 3: encouraging Elon. Do it, do it, do it. I gotta
- 16:33Speaker 3: say it would be a fabulous thing. And maybe that's
- 16:36Speaker 3: what Al Sharpton is doing. Maybe maybe alas a job,
- 16:41Speaker 3: I want a job. Nobody else is paying me. Please,
- 16:44Speaker 3: I want a job even on MSNBC as the wild
- 16:49Speaker 3: I'd left as they are today. We played their clips
- 16:51Speaker 3: twice and there's a reason for that. Pambody's nomination was
- 16:55Speaker 3: a very strong nomination.
- 16:57Speaker 2: If you're a guy and you feel like you got
- 16:59Speaker 2: a little bit older, you feel like you're a little fatigued,
- 17:02Speaker 2: you feel like you're just a little tired, You're not alone. Men'
- 17:05Speaker 2: SAESASTM levels are off a cliff historically at an all
- 17:09Speaker 2: time low. Well, thankfully, the patriots at Chalk Spelled Choq

- 17:30Speaker 2: I have now lost about seventy three pounds. If you
- 17:34Speaker 2: are sick and tired of just feeling like you're always tired,

- 18:13Speaker 2: let's move on to something else, and that is there
- 18:16Speaker 2: is like two dumpster fires that seem to be happening
- 18:19Speaker 2: simultaneously with the Biden administration his team around him. And
- 18:24Speaker 2: I think Americans should be incredibly angry over this for
- 18:27Speaker 2: the fact that they're clearly saying, we know we lost
- 18:30Speaker 2: the election, we know you chose a different path, but
- 18:33Speaker 2: we're gonna stick it to the American people and also
- 18:35Speaker 2: stick it to the Trump administration. Biden has decided at
- 18:39Speaker 2: the very end of his administration not respecting the voters
- 18:42Speaker 2: when one of their top issues was border security, to
- 18:46Speaker 2: loose in key migrant policies quote unquote, right before you
- 18:52Speaker 2: go into December January and until January twentieth one. Obviously
- 18:56Speaker 2: Donald Trump would undo all of this.
- 18:59Speaker 5: Well, it's late November.
- 19:00Speaker 10: Now.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Let me point out a couple of things. Number One,
- 19:03Speaker 3: have you seen Joe Biden in weeks? No, I guess
- 19:05Speaker 3: he's still on vacation. Look, Kamala Harris is in Hawaii.
- 19:10Speaker 3: Joe Biden, I don't know where the hell he is.
- 19:12Speaker 3: I'm not sure if we actually have a president of
- 19:14Speaker 3: the United States right now. They're certainly not allowing him
- 19:18Speaker 3: to go outside or to appear on camera. And even so,
- 19:23Speaker 3: even though we have an A Wall president and an
- 19:25Speaker 3: A Wall Vice president, I think it is absolutely clear
- 19:28Speaker 3: that both Biden and Harris want Trump to fail. They
- 19:33Speaker 3: want the problems in this country to get worse, and
- 19:36Speaker 3: they want to make sure that Donald Trump inherits the
- 19:40Speaker 3: worst stinking pile of crap possible. So you look at
- 19:46Speaker 3: challenges at home and abroad. At home, the greatest domestic
- 19:50Speaker 3: challenge we have is the open borders that Joe Biden
- 19:52Speaker 3: Kamala Harris put in place. Abroad, the greatest challenge we
- 19:55Speaker 3: have are the wars that are unfolding because of Joe
- 19:58Speaker 3: Biden and Kamala Harris's weakness, domestically.
- 20:02Speaker 5: What are they doing?
- 20:02Speaker 3: Well, apparently neither Biden nor Harris learned a damn thing
- 20:05Speaker 3: from the election. They didn't hear from the voters that
- 20:08Speaker 3: they don't want an open border, they don't want this invasion.
- 20:11Speaker 3: So instead they're doubling down and they're trying to make
- 20:14Speaker 3: it harder for Trump to come in with the new administration,
- 20:19Speaker 3: secure the border and remove dangerous criminal illegal aliens. Take
- 20:23Speaker 3: a listen to this reporting on Fox about what specifically
- 20:27Speaker 3: the Biden administration is doing, Sandra.
- 20:29Speaker 7: The Biden administration is quietly loosening immigration policies before Trump
- 20:34Speaker 7: takes offense. This according to The New York Post. It
- 20:37Speaker 7: reports the administration is testing a new app that will
- 20:41Speaker 7: allow illegal migrants to bypass in person check ins at
- 20:46Speaker 7: their local ice office.
- 20:48Speaker 1: Jeff Paul is Live with More.
- 20:50Speaker 7: It sounds like they're just giving Donald Trump one more
- 20:53Speaker 7: thing to undo.
- 20:55Speaker 10: Well, Jaw, we do know the Biden administration has been
- 20:58Speaker 10: testing this new immigration and cut Them's app, and the
- 21:01Speaker 10: idea is to streamline the check in process for migrants,
- 21:04Speaker 10: allow them to use their phones or computers to touch
- 21:07Speaker 10: base with immigration officials while they wait for their date
- 21:10Speaker 10: in court. Instead of appearing for those check ins in person.
- 21:14Speaker 10: A source tells Fox News Ice has been using the
- 21:17Speaker 10: app already in a couple of cities, but according to
- 21:19Speaker 10: the New York Post, it's going to be launched officially
- 21:22Speaker 10: next month in New York City. The field office there
- 21:25Speaker 10: reportedly has been overwhelmed, fully booked with appointments for a year.
- 21:28Speaker 10: Our sources tell us that's really the push to get
- 21:32Speaker 10: this backlogged moved through. The concerns regarding this app. Obviously,
- 21:35Speaker 10: it's a new app, so there's going to be some glitches.
- 21:38Speaker 10: The other wider concern is could it cause even more
- 21:41Speaker 10: migrants to go under the radar. We'll have to see
- 21:44Speaker 10: what happens.
- 21:44Speaker 4: John.
- 21:45Speaker 2: There's also some major issues in the reporting with this app.
- 21:49Speaker 2: For example, the app reportedly has severe glitches and issues
- 21:54Speaker 2: and does not track a migrants location if he or
- 21:57Speaker 2: she is using an Android phone or laptop. So hey,
- 22:00Speaker 2: if you're an legal immigrant, just don't use an iPhone
- 22:02Speaker 2: and they won't be able to track you. The app
- 22:04Speaker 2: also does not check migrants for pass arrests or outstanding warrants,
- 22:09Speaker 2: which is what they do now currently, and so that's
- 22:12Speaker 2: another problem.
- 22:13Speaker 1: They say.
- 22:13Speaker 2: The app allows them to opt out of the contest
- 22:16Speaker 2: government orders to undergo electronic tracking, so you can just
- 22:19Speaker 2: say no, I don't want to be tracked.
- 22:20Speaker 1: There's no way to find you.
- 22:21Speaker 2: And they know all of these glitches are in here,
- 22:24Speaker 2: and yet they're going, yes, we should move forward with this,
- 22:26Speaker 2: knowing that Donald Trump's going to undo it.
- 22:28Speaker 3: Well, understand, the problem is not just that Donald Trump's
- 22:31Speaker 3: going to undo it, but the Biden administration is trying
- 22:34Speaker 3: to make it harder to find these illegal immigrants. Why
- 22:37Speaker 3: would you say, Hey, you don't have to check in
- 22:39Speaker 3: in person. Hey, you can check in on an app
- 22:41Speaker 3: that doesn't track your location, if you're on an Android
- 22:43Speaker 3: for it. Hey, you can check in in a way
- 22:45Speaker 3: that we're not going to find out if you've been arrested,
- 22:47Speaker 3: if you have a warrant. This is all designed to
- 22:50Speaker 3: help illegal immigrants go underground because Joe Biden, Kamala Harrison.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Let's be clear, every Democrat in the House and Senate,
- 22:57Speaker 3: you don't hear any of the Democrats speaking out of
- 22:59Speaker 3: it against this. None of them are saying this is wrong,
- 23:02Speaker 3: don't do this. This is designed to make it more
- 23:05Speaker 3: difficult for the incoming administration to find illegal immigrants. And
- 23:09Speaker 3: to arrest illegal immigrants and to deport illegal immigrants. That
- 23:13Speaker 3: includes the convicted murderers that have been released by this administration,
- 23:17Speaker 3: the convicted rapists, the convicted child molesters. You look at,
- 23:21Speaker 3: twenty twenty three set the record for the highest number
- 23:26Speaker 3: of illegal immigrants entering the country in a single year,
- 23:29Speaker 3: three point two million. And Joe Biden and Kamala Harris
- 23:32Speaker 3: they don't want those illegal immigrants removed from this country.
- 23:37Speaker 3: They see them as future Democrat voters. This is all
- 23:39Speaker 3: about power, and I got to say it is stunning.
- 23:44Speaker 3: Well here, I want you to take a look at this,
- 23:46Speaker 3: this tweet from Bill malusion that lays out some of
- 23:50Speaker 3: the numbers. And for those of y'all that are listening,
- 23:51Speaker 3: I'm going to read it to you. This is what
- 23:53Speaker 3: Bill Malujin tweeted, new per US official to Fox News.
- 23:56Speaker 3: There are currently one point four million illegal immigrants in
- 24:00Speaker 3: the US who have been ordered deported by a DOJ
- 24:03Speaker 3: immigration judge but haven't been removed yet.
- 24:06Speaker 2: So that's, by the way, if people want to know
- 24:08Speaker 2: where Trump's going to start, I think Bill Malugin's tweet
- 24:11Speaker 2: is a great reminder. There are one point four million
- 24:14Speaker 2: illegal immigancs US have been ordered to be deported. So
- 24:17Speaker 2: if you want to know where they're going to start,
- 24:18Speaker 2: this is where they would start.
- 24:19Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm told approximately thirteen thousand of them are being
- 24:23Speaker 3: held in ice custody, So out of one point four million,
- 24:25Speaker 3: only thirteen thousand are in custody. The population of one
- 24:29Speaker 3: point four million illegal immigrants have final orders of removal,
- 24:33Speaker 3: meaning they have had their immigration cases heard, receive their
- 24:37Speaker 3: due process, and have been ordered removed from the US
- 24:40Speaker 3: by a DOJ federal immigration judge. A fraction of them
- 24:44Speaker 3: may still have appeal options available to them and may
- 24:47Speaker 3: not yet be removable. With only thirteen thousand in federalized custody,
- 24:52Speaker 3: we are potentially looking at a lot of people roaming
- 24:54Speaker 3: around the country who are in the US illegally and
- 24:57Speaker 3: who have been ordered removed. It is possible to know
- 25:01Speaker 3: how many of them may be in state or local custodies.
- 25:05Speaker 3: That one point four million, You're right, is exactly where
- 25:08Speaker 3: I expect the Trump administration to start. I also expect
- 25:11Speaker 3: them to start with the five hundred thousand convicted criminals,
- 25:15Speaker 3: those with other criminal convictions murder, rape, child molestation, who
- 25:19Speaker 3: are illegal immigrants, who are released to go and apprehend
- 25:22Speaker 3: the criminals. Go after the murderers, the rapists, the child molesters,
- 25:25Speaker 3: go after the Venezuelan gang members. If you're a Venezuelan
- 25:29Speaker 3: gang member, my advice is pack up and move out
- 25:32Speaker 3: right now, because we're coming for you. That this administration
- 25:35Speaker 3: is going to arrest you. They're going to remove you,
- 25:37Speaker 3: they're going to deport you, and if you've committed criminal offenses,
- 25:40Speaker 3: they're going to put you in jail.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Let's talk about the tone death aspect of this, and
- 25:45Speaker 2: I say tone death. Some people would care. They don't
- 25:48Speaker 2: seem to care. Referring to the Biden administration. You just
- 25:50Speaker 2: had a trial that was watched in Georgia of an
- 25:55Speaker 2: incredible young lady who fought for a life.
- 25:58Speaker 1: For eighteen minutes.
- 26:00Speaker 2: Eighteen minutes she was fighting to save her own life.
- 26:03Speaker 2: She was ultimately killed by an league emmorrant that we
- 26:05Speaker 2: were paying for the hotel rooms, we were flying him
- 26:07Speaker 2: from New York to Georgia, and we're allowing him to
- 26:11Speaker 2: be able to kill this incredible student in nursing school.
- 26:15Speaker 2: And yet the response from this administration is, yeah, we're
- 26:19Speaker 2: gonna keep facilitating that and do it on an app
- 26:21Speaker 2: and make sure we can't track people for the next
- 26:23Speaker 2: seventy days because well, we're sorry that you guys picked
- 26:27Speaker 2: Donald Trump and you wanted security.
- 26:28Speaker 1: We're not gonna give that to you.
- 26:30Speaker 5: Well, it's even worse than that.
- 26:32Speaker 3: The attitude of a great many Democrats is massive resistance.
- 26:37Speaker 3: It is reminiscent of Bull Connor during the Civil rights battles.
- 26:41Speaker 3: Bull Connor was an elected Democrat who did not want
- 26:45Speaker 3: to follow the law and was defying the law, and
- 26:47Speaker 3: he was bitterly angry. I want you to get Give
- 26:50Speaker 3: a listen to a modern day Bull Connor, which is
- 26:53Speaker 3: the Democrat mayor of the city of Denver. Give a
- 26:55Speaker 3: listen to what he has to.
- 26:56Speaker 4: Say about civil disobedience. You've mentioned that a couple of
- 26:59Speaker 4: times now. Would you be willing to participate in those
- 27:02Speaker 4: as the mayor of Denver? Would you be willing to
- 27:04Speaker 4: go out and protest these things?
- 27:05Speaker 11: I would if I believe that our residents are having
- 27:08Speaker 11: their rights violate. If I think things are happening that
- 27:10Speaker 11: are illegal or immoral or an American in our city,
- 27:13Speaker 11: I would certainly protest it, and I would expect other
- 27:16Speaker 11: residents would do the same.
- 27:17Speaker 4: Trump's new borders are. Tom Homan has said that he
- 27:20Speaker 4: is willing to arrest leaders like yourself for standing in
- 27:25Speaker 4: the way of these policies that they want to enact.
- 27:29Speaker 4: Would you be willing to go to jail for these things?
- 27:31Speaker 11: Yeah, I'm not afraid of that, and I'm also not
- 27:33Speaker 11: seeking that. I think the goal is we want to
- 27:35Speaker 11: be able to negotiate with reasonable people how to solve
- 27:38Speaker 11: hard problems for publican and democratic presidence in the past
- 27:41Speaker 11: have all tried to find solutions to these problems. President
- 27:43Speaker 11: Reagan help people get access to work so they could
- 27:45Speaker 11: stay and support themselves. Biden Harris worked on restricting entry
- 27:48Speaker 11: at the border to close down There are a lot
- 27:49Speaker 11: of ways to approach this problem. We don't think it
- 27:52Speaker 11: has to come to this, but yeah, I think when
- 27:54Speaker 11: you look at Ralph Carr has always been one of
- 27:56Speaker 11: my heroes. He was the governor who in the middle
- 27:58Speaker 11: of the interment of Japanese Americans said this was the
- 28:00Speaker 11: wrong thing to do, and he stood up. It was unpopular.
- 28:02Speaker 11: People were mad at them about it. That was the
- 28:04Speaker 11: middle of wartime. If the president or any of his
- 28:07Speaker 11: actors are going to do things that we think are
- 28:08Speaker 11: illegal or immoral, or an American will stand up against those.
- 28:11Speaker 1: It's amazing how the law doesn't matter.
- 28:13Speaker 2: He just said, well, if it's the thing I think
- 28:15Speaker 2: is immoral, then I'm going to just say I'm not
- 28:17Speaker 2: going to follow the law. That's clearly and they want
- 28:20Speaker 2: to become martyrs, they want to become famous. He's enjoying
- 28:23Speaker 2: this moment. Please put me in handcuffs, make me a martyr.
- 28:26Speaker 2: And I'm saying that we are still a sanctuary city.
- 28:29Speaker 3: So understand, the mayor of Denver is the modern day
- 28:33Speaker 3: Bull Conner. He is standing at the courthouse saying I
- 28:38Speaker 3: will block federal law. I will not follow federal law
- 28:42Speaker 3: because my politics, my prejudices. It's interesting he referenced Japanese
- 28:47Speaker 3: internment camps. Who was it that ordered Japanese internment camps?
- 28:49Speaker 3: That was a Democrat president.
- 28:51Speaker 5: Fdr.
- 28:52Speaker 3: You want to talk about patterns of lawlessness, The Democrat
- 28:55Speaker 3: Party has over a century of history of lawlessness.
- 28:59Speaker 5: And I'm going to call for something right now.
- 29:01Speaker 3: So the mayor of Denver is said, we want illegal
- 29:04Speaker 3: immigrants in our city. We will fight to keep illegal
- 29:07Speaker 3: immigrants in our city. I don't care that the voters
- 29:09Speaker 3: don't want it. I don't care what federal law says.
- 29:11Speaker 3: I don't care about the women being murdered, the women
- 29:14Speaker 3: being raped, the children being assaulted. I'm going to call
- 29:17Speaker 3: right now for Greg Abbott, the governor of Texas, for
- 29:20Speaker 3: Ron de Santis, the governor of Florida, for any other
- 29:22Speaker 3: red governor to start sending buses to Denver, Colorado. Mayor
- 29:28Speaker 3: of Denver wants illegal immigrants. Well, you know what, Joe Biden.
- 29:32Speaker 3: One of the lies that mayor just said as well,
- 29:34Speaker 3: Biden and Harris tightened the standards at the border. That
- 29:37Speaker 3: is called a lie. They didn't tighten the standard, They
- 29:39Speaker 3: open up the border. Texas is being invaded right now,
- 29:43Speaker 3: and I'm going to urge the state government of Texas
- 29:46Speaker 3: send every one of the illegals who comes into the
- 29:48Speaker 3: state to Denver, Colorado, drop them off in front of
- 29:52Speaker 3: the mayor's residence. He wants them there. He's willing to
- 29:55Speaker 3: go to jail to fight for them to be there. Fine,
- 29:58Speaker 3: we will send you the Vennezuelan gang members to your
- 30:02Speaker 3: city and let's see. You know, I'm going to predict
- 30:04Speaker 3: right now the residents of Denver aren't going to like this.
- 30:06Speaker 3: I'm going to predict right now.
- 30:08Speaker 1: When is a tipping point?
- 30:09Speaker 2: That was the question was going to ask you, because
- 30:10Speaker 2: it is in Colorado where we've seen these gangs from
- 30:13Speaker 2: Venezuela take over apartment complexes.
- 30:16Speaker 5: Aurora, Colorado.
- 30:17Speaker 3: And by the way, ABC, the corporate media just said, well,
- 30:20Speaker 3: it was only a handful of apartment complex.
- 30:22Speaker 5: Well you know of them.
- 30:23Speaker 3: You know what, We'll send a few more and let
- 30:25Speaker 3: us know when you would like us to stop because
- 30:27Speaker 3: you're so proud see today's Democrat. They don't fight for
- 30:33Speaker 3: American citizens, They fight for illegal immigrants. They fight for
- 30:36Speaker 3: Venezuelan gang members. They want more of them there. Well,
- 30:39Speaker 3: I'm happy to remove them from the state of Texas,
- 30:41Speaker 3: to remove them from Florida, to remove them from other
- 30:43Speaker 3: red states and guess what, they can all all learn
- 30:47Speaker 3: to be ski pros.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Is it a real threat? And I'm not kidding when
- 30:51Speaker 2: I say this, I mean it really. Is this a
- 30:53Speaker 2: real threat to these mayors where they don't realize what's
- 30:56Speaker 2: about to change because illegal immigrants are going to hear
- 30:59Speaker 2: this through translation that if you're in a place that
- 31:02Speaker 2: where they're starting to arrest people. Let's say you use Texas,
- 31:05Speaker 2: Let's say you use Houston as a great example. Let's
- 31:08Speaker 2: say that people actually are getting arrested in being deported
- 31:11Speaker 2: and then.
- 31:12Speaker 1: You're like, we got to get out of here.
- 31:14Speaker 2: Is this not going to be one of the biggest
- 31:15Speaker 2: backfires in modern political history where illegal imm're gonna say, hey,
- 31:18Speaker 2: we hear that Denver and we have a video of
- 31:21Speaker 2: the Denver mayor saying come here and you'll be safe,
- 31:24Speaker 2: will protect you, and they get flooded, just like New
- 31:27Speaker 2: York City and other sanctuary cities.
- 31:29Speaker 3: By the way, Denver is also one of the whitest
- 31:31Speaker 3: cities in America. So you've got rich white liberals saying,
- 31:33Speaker 3: come invade our city. We don't care if our families
- 31:36Speaker 3: are at risk from violent criminals. It is an example
- 31:40Speaker 3: the Democrats didn't learn anything from this election. They're not repentant.
- 31:43Speaker 3: They didn't say, gosh, our first responsibility should be protect Americans,
- 31:48Speaker 3: keep American family safe. No, they're doubling down on we
- 31:52Speaker 3: are woke, here are roar.
- 31:55Speaker 2: If you carry a firearm, you need to make sure
- 31:57Speaker 2: that you are protected twenty four to seven. And with
- 32:00Speaker 2: a lot of woke activist das out there, they don't
- 32:03Speaker 2: like law abiding citizens that carry firearms. And that's why
- 32:06Speaker 2: there's over eight hundred thousand Americans that are members of
- 32:11Speaker 2: the USCCA, because not only will you get access to
- 32:14Speaker 2: their Protector Academy to learn vital skills like precision shooting
- 32:18Speaker 2: and how to fortify your home against criminals, but you're
- 32:21Speaker 2: also going to get access to the twenty four to
- 32:23Speaker 2: seven Critical Response Team and that includes the benefit of
- 32:28Speaker 2: self defense liability insurance to make sure that you and
- 32:32Speaker 2: your family are prepared for anything. Let me tell you,
- 32:34Speaker 2: I've had to use my firearm to protect and save
- 32:36Speaker 2: my own life, and I wish I would have known
- 32:39Speaker 2: about the usccaight then, so someone was looking out for
- 32:42Speaker 2: my rights right after I had to pull the trigger.
- 32:45Speaker 2: And for a limited time, you can text the word
- 32:48Speaker 2: America right now to eight seven two two two to
- 32:53Speaker 2: get the uscca's free Life Saving, Concealed Carry and Family
- 32:58Speaker 2: Defense Guide, as well as an awesome chance to win
- 33:02Speaker 2: seventeen hundred dollars to buy any self defense gear that
- 33:06Speaker 2: you need before it's too late. So why not get
- 33:09Speaker 2: a chance to win seventeen hundred dollars right now? Text
- 33:12Speaker 2: the word America to eight seven to two two. That's
- 33:16Speaker 2: text the word America to eight seven tow to two
- 33:19Speaker 2: right now. Finally, Sata, this is a big one, and
- 33:22Speaker 2: I worry more and more, especially over the last seventy
- 33:25Speaker 2: two hours about this headline. And it is the question
- 33:30Speaker 2: that a lot of Americans are asking, is Biden trying
- 33:32Speaker 2: to start World War three just so that he can
- 33:35Speaker 2: bog down a Trump agenda? They you know, they had
- 33:38Speaker 2: Russian collusion in sixteen and the impeachment, and that was
- 33:42Speaker 2: how they wanted to bog down Donald Trump. But now
- 33:45Speaker 2: we're seeing decisions that are being made, not that we're
- 33:49Speaker 2: in their foreign policy for the last four years, only
- 33:53Speaker 2: after they lost. It's like, hey, we're going to allow
- 33:55Speaker 2: American missiles to go deep inside of Russia. We're gonna
- 33:58Speaker 2: give the thumbs up to Ukraine to do that. And
- 34:00Speaker 2: now we're hearing about we're going to have land mindes
- 34:03Speaker 2: that we've been against for quite some time.
- 34:05Speaker 1: Yeah, we're going to send you those as well.
- 34:08Speaker 3: Two decisions that have played out in the last ten days.
- 34:11Speaker 3: Number one, the Biden White House has signed off on
- 34:14Speaker 3: Ukraine firing US made long range missiles directly into Russia,
- 34:20Speaker 3: attacking Russia, attacking within the interior of Russia using American weapons.
- 34:26Speaker 3: And number two, as you just noted the Biden administration
- 34:29Speaker 3: signing off on sending anti personnel land mines to Ukraine
- 34:34Speaker 3: again to use against Russian citizens. But one of the
- 34:37Speaker 3: problems with land mines is they often stay buried and
- 34:39Speaker 3: they kill civilians for years or even decades later. And
- 34:43Speaker 3: one thing you noted that I think was important during
- 34:46Speaker 3: the entire course of this war, Joe Biden and Kamala
- 34:49Speaker 3: Harris haven't signed off on either of these steps until
- 34:53Speaker 3: right now. So before the election they didn't want to
- 34:57Speaker 3: do so, when they would have owned any escalation that
- 35:00Speaker 3: came from it, they didn't give the green light. But
- 35:03Speaker 3: after the election's over, after they're on the way out,
- 35:05Speaker 3: it's like they're standing there pouring gasoline around the White
- 35:09Speaker 3: House and looking for a match. I mean, they really are,
- 35:11Speaker 3: I think, trying to light things on fire. I got
- 35:14Speaker 3: to say, as this news was breaking, I was on
- 35:17Speaker 3: Trump Force one with President Trump flying down to Boka
- 35:22Speaker 3: Chik in Brownsville, Texas for the SpaceX launch, and we
- 35:25Speaker 3: were watching on TV the news about the Biden administration
- 35:29Speaker 3: and what it was doing to deliberately escalate the war
- 35:32Speaker 3: in Ukraine, the war with Russia. I got to say,
- 35:34Speaker 3: every person on the plane, we were all shaking our
- 35:37Speaker 3: heads saying they're trying to start World War three. I mean,
- 35:40Speaker 3: I mean that's it is deliberately trying to make things worse.
- 35:46Speaker 3: And understand, we will see next year the war in
- 35:49Speaker 3: Ukraine will be over and the war in Israel will
- 35:52Speaker 3: be over both of those. Israel will defeat Hamas that
- 35:55Speaker 3: is going to happen, and the war in Ukraine will end.
- 35:58Speaker 3: It will end with some sort of negotiated settlement. I
- 36:01Speaker 3: believe it will end with Russia losing, facing a serious loss,
- 36:05Speaker 3: but it will come to an end. And this Biden
- 36:08Speaker 3: Whitehouse they don't want either of those outcomes to happen.
- 36:12Speaker 3: And so these decisions I think are systematically designed to
- 36:17Speaker 3: make it harder and harder and harder to end these wars.
- 36:21Speaker 3: And they're incredibly irresponsible. It is the foreign policy equivalent
- 36:27Speaker 3: of what they're doing on the border in both instances,
- 36:29Speaker 3: trying to make it all as bad as possible before.
- 36:32Speaker 5: The new administration comes in.
- 36:34Speaker 2: Can we just go back to twenty sixteen and the
- 36:36Speaker 2: narrative finally, which was Donald Trump is unhinged, Donald Trump
- 36:41Speaker 2: is going to start World War three.
- 36:42Speaker 1: It was all over the news for weeks on end. Oh,
- 36:45Speaker 1: this guy's unhinged. He's crazy.
- 36:46Speaker 2: He's got the nuclear codes, he's got the football right
- 36:49Speaker 2: in the briefcase, and you can't trust him, and he's
- 36:51Speaker 2: going to start war three and he's a threat to
- 36:53Speaker 2: national security. He didn't start any wars. He didn't send
- 36:57Speaker 2: land mines, by the way to the countries to use them.
- 37:00Speaker 2: And now we have these decisions that are being made.
- 37:02Speaker 2: Where is the international condination of this, Like it's been
- 37:05Speaker 2: pretty quiet, like you would think a lot of people
- 37:08Speaker 2: would be seeing it going America.
- 37:09Speaker 1: You don't need to be doing this. You certainly don't
- 37:11Speaker 1: need to be sending land mines.
- 37:12Speaker 2: When this broke, I was googling news stories about trying
- 37:15Speaker 2: to get current information. There was an article about a
- 37:18Speaker 2: week ago that there was a landmine. And this is
- 37:20Speaker 2: the reason why much the world says no to this.
- 37:23Speaker 2: That was from World War two eighty years ago that
- 37:26Speaker 2: blew up under a tarmac in Japan. It was an
- 37:29Speaker 2: American land mine that was used during World War two.
- 37:33Speaker 2: And that's how long these things can stay around. That's
- 37:35Speaker 2: the reason why there's some people are like, hey, let's
- 37:38Speaker 2: not do this. If we like, let's dial this back
- 37:40Speaker 2: and they're like, Yeah, this is a great idea. Let's
- 37:42Speaker 2: just throw them out there to Ukraine. See what happens.
- 37:44Speaker 5: Well.
- 37:45Speaker 3: And I got to say, I'm not convinced that either
- 37:47Speaker 3: Biden or Harris are the decision makers here. I think
- 37:50Speaker 3: Kamala is on a beach somewhere in Hawaii and I
- 37:54Speaker 3: have no indication that she is engaged in anything. And
- 37:59Speaker 3: Joe Biden, who hell knows what he knows. I think
- 38:03Speaker 3: this is the bitter partisans in the White House. I
- 38:05Speaker 3: think this is the young apparatchicks who've been running the
- 38:08Speaker 3: federal government for four years. Anyway, I think this is
- 38:10Speaker 3: Obama lashing out, and I think this is this team
- 38:14Speaker 3: and his team, and I think there deliberately.
- 38:18Speaker 5: I think it is brazenly irresponsible.
- 38:21Speaker 3: It's called sabotage, and that is what they are trying
- 38:24Speaker 3: to do on the way out.
- 38:25Speaker 5: And you know what, if you.
- 38:27Speaker 3: Prioritize the welfare of the United States of America, you
- 38:30Speaker 3: wouldn't do this.
- 38:32Speaker 2: And look, and this was not their policy for the
- 38:35Speaker 2: entire administration.
- 38:37Speaker 5: It is designed.
- 38:39Speaker 3: It is the equivalent of taking a pile of dog manure,
- 38:44Speaker 3: putting it in a paper bag, lighting it on fire.
- 38:47Speaker 3: Sticking it on someone's front door and ringing the doorbell.
- 38:50Speaker 3: That's what they're trying to do to the incoming administration.
- 38:52Speaker 2: Who cares who dies in the process. It's incredible. Don't forget.
