Former Mississippi senator and his son are on trial for bribery and conspiracy
Former state Senator Philip Moran and his son, former Diamondhead City Councilman Alan Moran are facing trial in Hancock County Circuit Court this week. Both men, along with co-defendants Ian Shexnayder and Jeremy Billings, are charged with conspiracy and bribery of a witness.
