- 0:01Good morning everyone, this is Dina. Welcome to Season 2, Episode 3.
- 0:07The title for today is Healthy Love After Healing.
- 0:10Welcome back. Today we are going to dive into something that feels deeply personal, yet universal.
- 0:18Love. Not just any love, but healthy love after healing.
- 0:22Many of us carry wounds from the past, heartbreak, betrayal,
- 0:28misunderstandings, or relationships that never nourish us.
- 0:33Those experiences shape how we approach love today.
- 0:38They make us cautious, skeptical, or even fearful.
- 0:42And sometimes they make us doubt whether we deserve love at all.
- 0:47But here's the bottom line, the truth. Healing does not mean closing your heart.
- 0:53Healing means learning to love from a place of strength instead of fear.
- 0:58It means understanding your worth and refusing relationships that diminish you.
- 1:04It means recognizing a difference between love that builds you up and love that breaks you down.
- 1:11And most importantly, it means being patient with yourself in the process.
- 1:17After trauma or emotional pain, love can feel intimidating.
- 1:23You might question every word, every gesture, every action.
- 1:28You might overanalyze texts, overthink meetings, or overprepared for interaction
- 1:34because you are afraid of being hurt again.
- 1:38And that is natural. That is human. but staying in fear keeps you from experiencing
- 1:46the joy and intimacy that love can offer,
- 1:50healthy love requires courage clarity and self-awareness,
- 1:54one of the first steps toward healthy love is understanding yourself deeply,
- 1:59what are your boundaries what do you do absolutely need from a partner to feel
- 2:03safe what are your non-negotiables what patterns do you want to leave behind
- 2:08When you can answer these questions honestly,
- 2:12you start filtering the relationship through your wisdom instead of your wounds.
- 2:19This is where true freedom begins. You no longer chase people who do not meet your energy.
- 2:25You no longer compromise your values for temporary comfort.
- 2:29You no longer settle for love that costs you peace.
- 2:33Another essential aspect is trust. Trust in God, trust in the process, and trust in yourself.
- 2:41Trust that your timing is perfect.
- 2:44Trust that the right person will align with your life when you are fully ready.
- 2:50Trust that your heart can heal and still open again.
- 2:54And trust that you have the power to choose relationships that support your
- 2:59growth instead of hindering it.
- 3:03Healthy love also requires communication and authenticity.
- 3:08You cannot build intimacy on fear, pretense, or silence.
- 3:12You must express your needs clearly. You must share your boundaries respectfully.
- 3:17You must ask for what you deserve without guilt or apology.
- 3:22Love is not just about receiving it. It's about showing up fully for yourself and for your partner.
- 3:31When both people do this, relationship becomes safe, nurturing, and empowering.
- 3:38At the same time, healthy love is not about perfection.
- 3:43Neither you nor anyone else will be flawless.
- 3:47Misunderstanding happens. Mistakes happen. Growth happens. And that is part of the beauty of love.
- 3:55When both people are committed to learning, healing, and supporting each other,
- 4:00even imperfect love can feel secure, sacred, and transformative.
- 4:09Finally, remember this, your past does not define your future in love.
- 4:16Just because you were hurt before does not mean you are destined to be hurt again.
- 4:23Just because love once felt painful does not mean it will always be that way.
- 4:28Just because you doubt your worth in the past does not mean you are unworthy now.
- 4:33Every chapter is different. Every person is different.
- 4:38Every day is a chance to approach love with clarity, courage, and faith.
- 4:44So today, my friend, I encourage you to take a deep breath, open your heart,
- 4:50not recklessly, but wisely.
- 4:52To love boldly without losing yourself. To trust your intuition and honor your growth.
- 4:58To set boundaries without guilt and to welcome love that feels right.
- 5:03And most importantly to remind yourself
- 5:06that you are deserving of love that
- 5:10is kind patience and consistent you are
- 5:14not broken you are not too much you're not unworthy you are simply becoming
- 5:18someone who can love deeply authentically and beautifully and that is the most
- 5:24powerful kind of love there is thank you so much for tuning in you all have a great night god bless.
