- 0:13Speaker 1: giving them more like theming buck things. And it's not
- 0:19Speaker 1: me true good it Steve har Listen to move together
- 0:27Speaker 1: for Steve, please by, I don't join join me, be
- 0:53Speaker 1: you doing me. You gotta use that turn. You gotta
- 1:25Speaker 1: turn to turn them out, got to turn out to
- 1:45Speaker 1: turn turn the water the water. Come come on your back, huh,
- 2:02Speaker 1: I show will good morning everybody you are listening to
- 2:06Speaker 1: the voice, Come on, deeed me now, one and only.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show, I said every day
- 2:14Speaker 1: because God been good to me. God has done some
- 2:16Speaker 1: things in my life that's truly been just amazing. It
- 2:20Speaker 1: really amazing. Ain't even really the word. They don't really
- 2:23Speaker 1: have a word for what He's done for me. I'm
- 2:26Speaker 1: just out of superlatives. That's why I say it every day.
- 2:29Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show because God is in
- 2:31Speaker 1: a blessing business. Yeah it is God. God can help
- 2:35Speaker 1: you turn your life around. Did you hear me? God
- 2:38Speaker 1: can help you turn your life around. Whatever you're going through.
- 2:42Speaker 1: God has an answer for it. See, but it's the
- 2:45Speaker 1: going through that gets us though, ain't it. Because I
- 2:48Speaker 1: was having a moment yesterday and I set my wife down.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I said, baby, I just need to talk to him,
- 2:53Speaker 1: going through a little bit right now. I just wanted
- 2:55Speaker 1: to share what I'm a little down right now. My
- 2:58Speaker 1: wife reminded me. She just reminded me, just see this
- 3:01Speaker 1: what a man. That's what a good mate does. A
- 3:06Speaker 1: good mate reminds you just of things that sometimes you
- 3:10Speaker 1: forget when you get off track. Because you know, I
- 3:14Speaker 1: consider myself a motivational type person. I try to listen
- 3:19Speaker 1: to people and then give them something I've learned along
- 3:22Speaker 1: the way on this journey I've been on. I try
- 3:24Speaker 1: to give a person a takeaway. But even being that person,
- 3:27Speaker 1: sometimes I get off track myself. I get a little
- 3:32Speaker 1: a little low sometimes, you know, I get a little down.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Sometimes I sometimes I forget some of the stuff. I say.
- 3:38Speaker 1: It ain't that I forget it. I guess I just
- 3:41Speaker 1: get caught up in the grind of doing it, and
- 3:45Speaker 1: sometimes I get a little off course and I forget
- 3:49Speaker 1: some of the things that my wife or a mate
- 3:52Speaker 1: can be good for you to remind you. And she
- 3:55Speaker 1: just says, Steve, God got us she said, have you
- 4:00Speaker 1: ever noticed that every time you get in a spot?
- 4:03Speaker 1: And she say, and I know how you must feel,
- 4:05Speaker 1: because you're out here working and and then you keep
- 4:08Speaker 1: turning around and and and and old stuff keep popping up,
- 4:12Speaker 1: and you get a call from your accounting and hit
- 4:15Speaker 1: this then went wrong, and not then when you steady
- 4:17Speaker 1: trying to fix it, but you steady going wild? Man,
- 4:20Speaker 1: what does it? She say? But you ever noticed he
- 4:22Speaker 1: always always, no matter what, provide a way. And he
- 4:27Speaker 1: ain't never too late, or you might be going the
- 4:30Speaker 1: deadline is approaching. The deadline can come and pass, but
- 4:35Speaker 1: then they have a grace period for you. And then
- 4:37Speaker 1: sometimes man, it's just you go down now after the
- 4:40Speaker 1: grace period and they take the payment anywhere and you're
- 4:42Speaker 1: good anyway. But see, ain't that God bringing you through it?
- 4:47Speaker 1: It may not be when you want it, but he
- 4:49Speaker 1: right on time. Jazz before you get put out, jazz
- 4:52Speaker 1: before they turn. Maybe they cut the lights off, but
- 4:55Speaker 1: you get it back on. Jess Folk company come or
- 4:58Speaker 1: just before the weekend get hit. See he always comes
- 5:02Speaker 1: through for you. And she had to remind me of
- 5:05Speaker 1: that what you're going through is necessary. Look, circumstance and
- 5:10Speaker 1: hardships and pitfalls are always untimely if you keep the
- 5:15Speaker 1: law of attraction and play, if you keep believing that
- 5:19Speaker 1: that's that He gonna see you through this just like
- 5:21Speaker 1: he do when you don't believe it. That's what the
- 5:24Speaker 1: old part is, though, ain't it. Ain't God brought you
- 5:28Speaker 1: through even when you didn't really had a faith to
- 5:31Speaker 1: say he was gonna bring you through. But because of
- 5:34Speaker 1: grace and mercy he brought you through anyway. But because
- 5:37Speaker 1: you forgot to thank him, or you didn't pay attention
- 5:41Speaker 1: through to come through, you just was telling people, oh,
- 5:44Speaker 1: man of you to see me. It was so jacked up, man,
- 5:47Speaker 1: I was so turned up. I ain't know what I
- 5:48Speaker 1: was donna do. I almost got put out. I was
- 5:51Speaker 1: gonna see keyword almost. You forgot that part right there,
- 5:55Speaker 1: and then I looked like I won, man, and that,
- 5:58Speaker 1: and seemed like every month I go through this same thing,
- 6:01Speaker 1: and then day then somebody ought to just say, did
- 6:04Speaker 1: you pay it? Yeah? I paid it? Did you get
- 6:06Speaker 1: put out? Now? I'm cool? See some see you need
- 6:09Speaker 1: somebody on your shoulder to say that to you, And
- 6:11Speaker 1: then you need somebody to come right behind him and
- 6:14Speaker 1: go Man, ain't God. Good. Really, man, that's how this works.
- 6:20Speaker 1: See you, you keep getting in situations, but He keep
- 6:23Speaker 1: getting you out. Now if you jump, look, listen to me.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Hold on. Let's say you in the frying pan and
- 6:29Speaker 1: the skillet and all is up and you and that
- 6:32Speaker 1: frying and you uncomfortable being fried. God somehow. Or let's
- 6:38Speaker 1: just say you managed to get out of the hot
- 6:41Speaker 1: grease in the frying pan, and you standing that next
- 6:44Speaker 1: to the skillet, looking at the fire, continue to heat
- 6:47Speaker 1: the grease, you get out, and then for some unexplainable reason,
- 6:53Speaker 1: you dives right on back in there. Ain't that how
- 6:57Speaker 1: we usually do it? I'm just asking you, God, get
- 7:01Speaker 1: you away from the man you've been asking to get
- 7:03Speaker 1: away from. Then you go right back over there and
- 7:06Speaker 1: start seeing him again. It's amazing how many times God
- 7:11Speaker 1: get us out the fire and we walked right back
- 7:14Speaker 1: in there. Ain't it amazing? Man? I mean, really, man,
- 7:18Speaker 1: see this high break life down for me so I
- 7:21Speaker 1: don't get over here stuck on, stupid with myself, and
- 7:24Speaker 1: then get to doing something ignorant like blaming God, when really, man,
- 7:28Speaker 1: God has given us, as human beings, the power of decision,
- 7:31Speaker 1: and we all make decisions how many times? Man, See,
- 7:34Speaker 1: sometimes it's a blessing and getting locked up. You can
- 7:37Speaker 1: ask a lot of cats I know, man to tell
- 7:39Speaker 1: you it was a blessing for me, man, because I
- 7:41Speaker 1: was just headed the wrong way, steady, but he locked
- 7:44Speaker 1: me up. Setting me down made me miss my family,
- 7:47Speaker 1: miss being out here, being a free man, made me
- 7:50Speaker 1: realize that my family was important. Made me man, really
- 7:54Speaker 1: see this girl for what she was. When I get out, man,
- 7:57Speaker 1: I'm on a straight and narrow Well then when you
- 8:00Speaker 1: get out, though, See, you can't be talking about no
- 8:03Speaker 1: oh man, I can't find no job. Now I'm gonna
- 8:05Speaker 1: go and do what I gotta do. No, no, no no, no, no, partner,
- 8:08Speaker 1: you got to do now what you're supposed to do.
- 8:11Speaker 1: See that don't do what you gotta do got you
- 8:13Speaker 1: in trouble in the first place. See everybody, see see
- 8:16Speaker 1: the hood got a lot of ignorant rules. We didn't
- 8:19Speaker 1: create it. I gotta do what I gotta do. I
- 8:20Speaker 1: gotta feed my family. Well, the only reason you gotta
- 8:23Speaker 1: do what you gotta do is because you didn't do
- 8:25Speaker 1: what you were supposed to do. See if you just
- 8:27Speaker 1: went on to school like your mama kept telling you. Oh, Man,
- 8:31Speaker 1: I was watching forty eight Hours yesterday and the dude
- 8:34Speaker 1: named Nesto was on there, and Nesto Latino Do said, Man,
- 8:38Speaker 1: my mother told me quit hanging with these guys. They
- 8:40Speaker 1: were going nothing but trouble. I should have listened to her.
- 8:44Speaker 1: He doing thirty years right now. You can't blame God.
- 8:48Speaker 1: That's why I talk to myself this way, so I
- 8:50Speaker 1: don't get stupid and start shifting to blame the wrong
- 8:54Speaker 1: way when it's really on me. How many times has
- 8:56Speaker 1: God got you out of something and you walk right
- 8:59Speaker 1: back in to it? Man, why don't you take these
- 9:02Speaker 1: blessings God give you and going about your business? That
- 9:05Speaker 1: be the best way to do it. Don't you think
- 9:09Speaker 1: That's what I think? So I thank God my wife
- 9:12Speaker 1: for reminding me that God got us anyway, that God
- 9:16Speaker 1: gonna pull you through anyway. That. Have you noticed, Steve,
- 9:19Speaker 1: we ain't lost a beat. Oh. I know it's hard
- 9:22Speaker 1: out here, but really you ain't lost a beat. You're
- 9:25Speaker 1: still moving forward, You're still dressing nice, you still look
- 9:29Speaker 1: good when you come into that job. Everybody don't got
- 9:32Speaker 1: to know your house is in bad shaping. All that
- 9:35Speaker 1: God got you? Man, if you just hold your head up, man.
- 9:39Speaker 1: Quit complaining all the time about what you ain't got,
- 9:42Speaker 1: and as in words of my daddy, Slick Harvey, stop
- 9:45Speaker 1: talking about what you ain't got and take a good
- 9:47Speaker 1: look at what you do. God. That's improper grammar, but
- 9:50Speaker 1: that always stuck with me, and maybe it'll stick with you.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Quit talking about and look at what you ain't got
- 9:55Speaker 1: to take a good look at what you do. God's show.

- 22:55Speaker 1: brother Lightfoot is obviously owned to what is happening. And
- 22:58Speaker 1: you say room three two. It's three h two at
- 23:02Speaker 1: the Old Howard Johnson. That's where they are. Well, you know,
- 23:05Speaker 1: brother Lightfoot has swopped several people ass down at the church.
- 23:10Speaker 1: I know that, and I think that's why he wants
- 23:12Speaker 1: you to come and intervetien path. Well. The only thing
- 23:14Speaker 1: I can do to even help out, because I don't
- 23:17Speaker 1: want to get the Winkly involved, Deaconess, I can send
- 23:20Speaker 1: you down what motail is they is the Old Howard
- 23:24Speaker 1: john I'm gonna send you down there with forty five
- 23:28Speaker 1: dollars and you get room three old one and what
- 23:32Speaker 1: I'm festing them Ball a hole through them cheap ass
- 23:36Speaker 1: walls and get them in three D one and then
- 23:41Speaker 1: olden up three or two and let him go on
- 23:43Speaker 1: in there and then y'all safely sneak off later on.
- 23:46Speaker 1: If we cut a hole from three out one to
- 23:49Speaker 1: three h two, ain't he gonna be here to come
- 23:50Speaker 1: through the hole as well? If you ain't got enough
- 23:53Speaker 1: sense to sheet rock the wall back up, then you
- 23:57Speaker 1: up to get your ass shot. Then you're not how
- 24:00Speaker 1: long it's gonna take the sheet rock on a wild bank. Well,
- 24:03Speaker 1: i'll tell you what. Here go y'aption going out there
- 24:05Speaker 1: in that parking lot, and Lightfoot's gonna have both foots
- 24:09Speaker 1: in both y'alls go ahead down, all right, all right,
- 24:15Speaker 1: all right, let's see here, here's another situation that Cheetah's
- 24:20Speaker 1: Ministry is in an uproar the Cheetah's Ministry. They are
- 24:23Speaker 1: upset that there are several wives that have just joining
- 24:27Speaker 1: the minister trying to see if they husbands are members.
- 24:30Speaker 1: They want you to put a stop to this. And
- 24:33Speaker 1: we have at least both husbands trapped in the attic
- 24:36Speaker 1: from the meeting on this past Saturday afternoon, and they
- 24:39Speaker 1: won't come out the attic because they don't think the
- 24:40Speaker 1: coach is clear. Or you're doing a lot of complaints
- 24:44Speaker 1: about people trapped in rooms today. But I was just
- 24:50Speaker 1: work on your creed. Well, you ain't done, but two complaints.
- 24:53Speaker 1: It's trapped in both rooms and the Cheetah ministries. I
- 24:57Speaker 1: just wanted to say that Cheetah has been a lone
- 25:00Speaker 1: standing strip club in Atlanta, and if the Cheatahs it's
- 25:04Speaker 1: down there trying to be saved, it's our job to
- 25:07Speaker 1: save the Cheatahs out. Okay, he is talking about the
- 25:13Speaker 1: Cheetah girls, ain't you you know what? Yeah, go ahead
- 25:18Speaker 1: with it. Yeah, see that way, we ain't got to
- 25:21Speaker 1: deal with me and up in that attic because it'd
- 25:24Speaker 1: be the same joke I just told Yeah, but I
- 25:27Speaker 1: don't like you rewriting my joke. But that's all right,
- 25:30Speaker 1: go ahead and pass it. Make me come about this boy?
- 25:34Speaker 1: Keep out. Well, what I'm trying to do is add
- 25:38Speaker 1: vote clivity or to the complaints. And what vote clivity? Okay,
- 25:50Speaker 1: I don't I'm not sure if that's the word for it.
- 25:53Speaker 1: I don't think that's worried it out. But we don't
- 25:55Speaker 1: keep it moving around. Allow, I'm not doing real well.
- 26:00Speaker 1: The complaints today the members of the church path that
- 26:06Speaker 1: the white members of the church would like to know
- 26:08Speaker 1: if they could put on the rendition of a play
- 26:11Speaker 1: called runaway slave in honor of black history. I don't
- 26:15Speaker 1: know how to accept this one. That's only that's your car.
- 26:18Speaker 1: Well are you telling whiteful didn't go ahead and do
- 26:20Speaker 1: it if they want to. But they's actually gonna have
- 26:25Speaker 1: to run away. So once they come in front of
- 26:30Speaker 1: the congregation, I strongly suggest they get stir ans to
- 26:34Speaker 1: rolls because you come out in black face it this
- 26:40Speaker 1: church right here, we're just a hood church, all right, past,
- 26:47Speaker 1: so just letting me say this, well, let them go
- 26:50Speaker 1: ahead and do it, and we're gonna put in a
- 26:53Speaker 1: capture scene we flog to go ahead and do it
- 26:58Speaker 1: if you want. Really all right, I'm not participating in
- 27:06Speaker 1: the ignorance that they told you that. Well that this
- 27:10Speaker 1: one just what I think you can have this principle
- 27:12Speaker 1: at the members are tired of holding they they hot
- 27:15Speaker 1: stop Bucks drinks doing service. They want you to put
- 27:18Speaker 1: some cup holding on the back of the pews if
- 27:21Speaker 1: you want pay with that. That's kind of cause us
- 27:23Speaker 1: about eight hundred and seventy five dollars if yo cold
- 27:26Speaker 1: or that they complaining about nowhere to put their Starbucks
- 27:29Speaker 1: ups and that's where they want. We're not donate eight
- 27:36Speaker 1: hundred dollars from no damn starbull coolders. I'll tell you
- 27:40Speaker 1: that right now. So let me just where they can
- 27:44Speaker 1: crank your coffee at the dope. We're not we're not
- 27:48Speaker 1: putting in a cup holders. All that's good. Do make
- 27:51Speaker 1: the alcoholic or ministry we got or poll extra cups
- 27:57Speaker 1: or communion in the larger cups. We have a whole
- 28:01Speaker 1: other problem then, So no, no, we're not gonna do that. Okay,
- 28:10Speaker 1: drink your coffee at the door and throw the cup
- 28:12Speaker 1: away and come on into the Saint. Is that what
- 28:14Speaker 1: you're saying? That about what I said, all right when
- 28:19Speaker 1: I let everybody know all right now, Listen, members who
- 28:22Speaker 1: live in the foot Foot Homes projects are complaining that
- 28:25Speaker 1: the Transportation Ministry won't come into the complex to pick
- 28:29Speaker 1: them up. They say, it's uh, it's not the fault
- 28:32Speaker 1: that somebody stole the ties out of the van the
- 28:35Speaker 1: last time. It's not the ties. We lost two vans
- 28:39Speaker 1: and foul drivers in that hood last year. It ain't
- 28:45Speaker 1: that we don't want to come. We can't get nobody
- 28:47Speaker 1: to drive over there, or we won't to go. But
- 28:52Speaker 1: we've lost two vans in foul drivers. We don't know
- 28:57Speaker 1: where they are all right, guts, thank you for church
- 29:00Speaker 1: complaints Today. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 29:03Speaker 1: we'll have some entertainment news and our national news update
- 29:06Speaker 1: with miss Anne Trip right after this. You're listening to
- 29:11Speaker 1: show well well well o. J Simpson back in the news,
- 29:17Speaker 1: this time weighing in on the Gail King interview with
- 29:20Speaker 1: Lisa Leslie last week. Really, oh j uh, don't get
- 29:28Speaker 1: to weigh in on nothing, but you know he didn't
- 29:32Speaker 1: He killed two people in a driveway, people in a hotel.
- 29:39Speaker 1: What what is he talking about? Why will? He tasted
- 29:43Speaker 1: this video over the weekend on Twitter um and started
- 29:47Speaker 1: by admitting that he was not the most objective guy.
- 29:50Speaker 1: So he did admit that, okay when it when it
- 29:53Speaker 1: comes to speaking about Gail King, he said that two
- 29:56Speaker 1: years ago Gail spoke about him visiting his former wife
- 30:00Speaker 1: It's grave. He said, I couldn't understand why it was
- 30:02Speaker 1: any of her business to why she would say that
- 30:05Speaker 1: on National TV. He went on to say that there
- 30:08Speaker 1: will be plenty of time in the future. There will
- 30:11Speaker 1: be plenty of time in the future to bring up
- 30:12Speaker 1: all aspects of Kobe's life. I know this thing, um
- 30:16Speaker 1: about Kobe she's going to claim journalistic integrity. OJ said
- 30:21Speaker 1: a whole lot of people who have journalistic integrity didn't
- 30:24Speaker 1: want didn't feel that this was the right time to
- 30:27Speaker 1: do it. To bring that up. Um OJ closed out
- 30:31Speaker 1: his video by saying, God bless Kobe and his family
- 30:36Speaker 1: that I'm I'm actually scared to say that it makes sense.
- 30:42Speaker 1: I'm really frightened for my own personal state of mind. Doggy,
- 30:49Speaker 1: I have agreed with anything ever see sense to trial? Wow?
- 30:58Speaker 1: Why is he? Yeah? Why don't he gets that? We
- 31:05Speaker 1: don't want to hear yet, we don't care even if
- 31:08Speaker 1: he makes sense? Right now? Did you all see uh
- 31:13Speaker 1: Oprah's response one? Yeah, she teared up on the Yeah,
- 31:19Speaker 1: I didn't see it, heard about it. Yeah, I mean
- 31:22Speaker 1: I don't I understand her being hurt for her friend.
- 31:25Speaker 1: You know what I mean? I understand now I will
- 31:30Speaker 1: say this because I don't know if I made this point. Uh.
- 31:35Speaker 1: What CBS did their little social media department, Yeah, was
- 31:41Speaker 1: fouled on so many levels. Well what they just put
- 31:46Speaker 1: that one excerpt out there, that little bit. They just
- 31:49Speaker 1: pulled that out and went, oh, this is good, and
- 31:52Speaker 1: I promise you this is a person who did that
- 31:55Speaker 1: at CBS. That does not like Gail kid, because that
- 32:00Speaker 1: was intentional. Man, nobody couldn't look at that and think
- 32:04Speaker 1: that was a cool thing to pull out to post.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Not she said it, she said it, but somebody at
- 32:11Speaker 1: CBS pull out And that's what Gail was saying. She
- 32:13Speaker 1: was furious about that. But I mean, you know, you
- 32:16Speaker 1: said it, so that's it. But the person that pulled
- 32:19Speaker 1: that autum stuck it on that. I agree, I agree,
- 32:23Speaker 1: And I thought it was for the sensationalism of it
- 32:27Speaker 1: all too. It was the first, yeah, to be first
- 32:31Speaker 1: with the story out to get people talking. You know, no,
- 32:37Speaker 1: see that interview was done, it was past. They pulled
- 32:42Speaker 1: that one piece out to make that a focus, to
- 32:47Speaker 1: get eyeballs on their thing. And you could not have known.
- 32:51Speaker 1: You there's no way you can claim innocence. I didn't
- 32:54Speaker 1: think it was that big a deal because you know
- 32:56Speaker 1: exactly what that sounded like, because that sounded crazy to everybody.
- 33:01Speaker 1: Even Oprah said she can understand people's being upset. Yeah,
- 33:06Speaker 1: And for them to pull that out and put that
- 33:09Speaker 1: on that like that, somebody did that intentionally, you can believe.
- 33:13Speaker 1: All right, Well, Steve, we gotta check in with miss
- 33:16Speaker 1: Anne she has their national news. Ladies and gentlemen, Miss
- 33:19Speaker 1: Anne Tripp, thank you very much, everybody. Here's the news.
- 33:22Speaker 1: And China authorities say now that nine hundred and ten
- 33:25Speaker 1: people have died from the coronavirus. There another forty thousand
- 33:29Speaker 1: others are infected. Most of these infected and the dead
- 33:32Speaker 1: people as well, all in Wuhan, which is the epicenter
- 33:35Speaker 1: of this coronavirus. In Afghanistan, the Plandigon says a man
- 33:39Speaker 1: wearing an Afghan army uniform shot and killed two US
- 33:42Speaker 1: service members and wounded six others on Saturday. The government
- 33:46Speaker 1: was shot dead. It's not clear at this point if
- 33:48Speaker 1: he was a member of an established terrorist group or not.
- 33:51Speaker 1: Last year, twenty three US servicemen were killed in Afghanistan.
- 33:55Speaker 1: The attack now coming as the Trump administration and the
- 33:57Speaker 1: Taliban are supposedly negotiating a d that would allow most
- 34:00Speaker 1: American forces to leave that country. Today is the last
- 34:05Speaker 1: full day left before the polls opened for the New
- 34:07Speaker 1: Hampshire primary, and the Democratic candidates have of course chosen
- 34:11Speaker 1: to make the rounds all weekend. They're still doing it.
- 34:13Speaker 1: They have this last day to do arrest. Most of
- 34:15Speaker 1: the first place talk has been about Pete Buddhajed, who
- 34:18Speaker 1: made a strong showing in Iowa, and Bernie Sanders, who claims,
- 34:22Speaker 1: just like the last time he ran, that the party
- 34:24Speaker 1: is somehow trying to stop him. You hear in the
- 34:26Speaker 1: establishment like, how do we stop Bernie Sanders in this movement?
- 34:30Speaker 1: Oh my god, the people are standing up fighting for justice.
- 34:34Speaker 1: How do we stop that? Working people want decent wages,
- 34:38Speaker 1: decent trade agreements, people want healthcare roll. How do we
- 34:42Speaker 1: stop it? Well, they ain't gonna stop it. There are
- 34:45Speaker 1: some Democrats who actually blame Bernie Sanders for see Donald
- 34:48Speaker 1: Trump win. A handful of Republican senators who poorly tried
- 34:51Speaker 1: to stop President Trump from firing US Ambassador to the
- 34:54Speaker 1: European Union, Gordon Sonlin. The senators were concerned that it
- 34:57Speaker 1: would look bad to the American public the President took
- 35:00Speaker 1: up such obvious revenge out on Sonoon, especially since sna
- 35:04Speaker 1: was already talking with senior officials about leaving after the
- 35:07Speaker 1: Senate trial. Anyway, a State department officials apparently called son
- 35:11Speaker 1: latolum he had to resign, but Snala said, look, if
- 35:13Speaker 1: you want me gone, you need to fire me. Okay.
- 35:15Speaker 1: Weather experts say that it was a hotter in Antarctica
- 35:18Speaker 1: last Thursday. Then it was in New Mexico sixty five
- 35:22Speaker 1: degrees and verified. That would make it the hottest temperature
- 35:26Speaker 1: that whether people have ever recorded in Antartica. Meteorologists say
- 35:30Speaker 1: that the previous record high was recorded just a few
- 35:32Speaker 1: years ago. Meanwhile, heavy rain and melting snow forced evacuations
- 35:37Speaker 1: in Washington State and Oregon over the weekend. Residents warned
- 35:41Speaker 1: that if they didn't leave their homes that they could
- 35:43Speaker 1: be stranded for weeks and weeks by dangerous flood conditions,
- 35:46Speaker 1: that is in Oregon and in Washington State. Finally, yeah,
- 35:53Speaker 1: the series Power ended last night. Ghost murdered by his son.
- 35:58Speaker 1: And yes, now you're listening, well, Patrick Mahomes and the
- 36:09Speaker 1: Kansas City Chiefs are still celebrating their Super Bowl win.
- 36:13Speaker 1: And they were in your favorite city this weekend, Steve Harvey,
- 36:17Speaker 1: Las Vegas, baby, Yes, the Kansas City Chiefs along with
- 36:24Speaker 1: Patrick Mahomes. They were. They're still celebrating. They're in Vegas.
- 36:27Speaker 1: They're in Vegas over the weekend. They should have had
- 36:30Speaker 1: me come down now if I wasn't doing a family few,
- 36:32Speaker 1: they had to show to where I go. They were
- 36:36Speaker 1: all over the strip, living their best lives. They were
- 36:39Speaker 1: at the club with with girls on their shoulders, you know,
- 36:43Speaker 1: taking taking social media pictures. Everyone was hump, I'm gonna
- 36:49Speaker 1: do it. That's how you do it up on your shoulders.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Ain't nothing like ass on the show the boy got.
- 36:58Speaker 1: Oh my god, what ask you the question? I asked
- 37:01Speaker 1: you a question name. Are you gonna have girls on
- 37:04Speaker 1: your shoulder watching him? Come with this political correct Come on,
- 37:10Speaker 1: come on, you girls on my shoulders? Yes in Vegas, baby,
- 37:19Speaker 1: let's go. That is doing. Come on, Ain't no way
- 37:23Speaker 1: in hell, y'all me on TMZ man, y'all got to
- 37:30Speaker 1: be out your rabbit mind. Let me ask you, Steve,
- 37:34Speaker 1: if there's a picture of you, who the girl on
- 37:36Speaker 1: your shoulder? How would you explain that? I mean, how
- 37:41Speaker 1: how that go? Let me? I I was I was
- 37:43Speaker 1: walking down the street and she was fitting jumped off
- 37:46Speaker 1: of building and I called her. Yeah, she ended up
- 37:52Speaker 1: in the club, Steve, watch in the club because I
- 37:55Speaker 1: tried to bring her back. So I wanted to make
- 37:57Speaker 1: sure she remember what a good time was like? Well,
- 38:02Speaker 1: all the singles, what was all the money? Because you
- 38:06Speaker 1: know she was when I found out why she would
- 38:09Speaker 1: after counseling her for so long, I found out she
- 38:12Speaker 1: thought she wasn't pretty, and they had been on social
- 38:16Speaker 1: media calling her ugly. So I wanted to show how
- 38:19Speaker 1: pretty she was about throwing singles at her. He was
- 38:23Speaker 1: yelling turn up, turn up, who because she has a
- 38:28Speaker 1: hearing problem and the DJ was playing the music too soft?
- 38:33Speaker 1: You turn it out? Oh she didn't. She didn't. Getting
- 38:38Speaker 1: let sometimes come out out the court room questions. He
- 38:51Speaker 1: congratulations to you and the Kansas City chiefs. Okay, definitely.
- 38:56Speaker 1: I wonder if they're going to the White House. I
- 38:58Speaker 1: wonder if they're gonna do that. They been embodied yet,
- 39:03Speaker 1: all right, well most of them do. Coming up at
- 39:06Speaker 1: thirty four minutes after the hour, DNC Chairman Tom Perez
- 39:09Speaker 1: has no plans whatsoever, he says, to step down. We'll
- 39:13Speaker 1: talk about it right after this. You're listening to. Democratic
- 39:19Speaker 1: National Committee Chairman Tom Perez said he has no signs
- 39:23Speaker 1: of resigning, despite several Democratic lawmakers calling on him to
- 39:28Speaker 1: do so. In the wake of last week's Iowa Caucus's fiasco.
- 39:32Speaker 1: Perez told CNN State of the Union that he's mad
- 39:35Speaker 1: as hell about the multiple operation operational breakdowns during this
- 39:40Speaker 1: year's Democratic caucuses, and though he takes some responsibility for
- 39:46Speaker 1: the mess, he said he has not considered stepping down
- 39:48Speaker 1: over it. He's a he's a DNC committee chairman. He's
- 39:54Speaker 1: a chairman, a heart fought race for him to even
- 39:57Speaker 1: get in there too. Um. In the interview, Jake Tapper
- 40:02Speaker 1: from CNN said, to Perez, some Democrats are calling for
- 40:05Speaker 1: your resignation. Have you considered resigning? Perez's response, absolutely not.
- 40:11Speaker 1: He said, my job when I came in was to
- 40:14Speaker 1: rebuild our infrastructure to win elections. And when you do that,
- 40:17Speaker 1: sometimes you gotta make tough decisions. We have been winning.
- 40:20Speaker 1: This is what it's all about. We have none less. Yeah, yeah,
- 40:29Speaker 1: I mean, while, did you guys hear about Joe Biden.
- 40:33Speaker 1: He had clap back for this lady who asked him
- 40:36Speaker 1: about not being considered top dog after the Iowa caucus
- 40:40Speaker 1: mask with Bernie Sanders and Pete Boodhoo, Judge and Elizabeth
- 40:44Speaker 1: Warren all of them coming in ahead. Joe Biden came
- 40:46Speaker 1: in fourth, right. Well. His response was to call the
- 40:50Speaker 1: young female voter a lying, dog faced pony soldier. What
- 40:56Speaker 1: did it? Yeah, but this is a line he's used
- 40:59Speaker 1: before and He's credited to a John Wayne movie, which
- 41:03Speaker 1: may or may not be accurate. Biden was campaigning in
- 41:06Speaker 1: New Hampshire on yesterday. He called her a lying, dog
- 41:10Speaker 1: face pony soldier. Yeah problem what John Wayne, I don't know.
- 41:20Speaker 1: He didn't say what movie it was. One way, he said, lion,
- 41:22Speaker 1: dog face pony soldier. But dog face pony soldier like
- 41:35Speaker 1: John Wayne was John Wayne. But anyway, Elizabeth Warren had
- 41:41Speaker 1: an even better come back. Okay, her clapback she was
- 41:46Speaker 1: I mean, she was campaigning, Okay. A supporter asked her
- 41:51Speaker 1: who would be her Mike Pence? He said he liked
- 41:53Speaker 1: to play these games, you know, if she's going to
- 41:55Speaker 1: be president, who's going to be vice president? And Elizabeth
- 41:59Speaker 1: Warren said, I already have a dog? Wow, because they
- 42:04Speaker 1: talk about the way, you know, Mike Penson looks at
- 42:06Speaker 1: the president, you know, with those loving eyes and everything.
- 42:09Speaker 1: She's like like, I already have a dog. May see, Joe,
- 42:13Speaker 1: you need to take lessons from me. Yeah, that's how
- 42:16Speaker 1: you hit your snappy. Yeah, you need to work on
- 42:23Speaker 1: your come here boy. Yeah. But you know what, I
- 42:37Speaker 1: just don't think Joe Biden is the best campaigner. You know,
- 42:42Speaker 1: I think he gets all I think because I don't know.
- 42:45Speaker 1: I just think he gets tired. Yeah, gets tired. He
- 42:49Speaker 1: started abate they was a great debater though. I think
- 42:56Speaker 1: he is a good debater, Steve. He knows a lot
- 42:58Speaker 1: about foreign policy and all of that, but campaigns and
- 43:05Speaker 1: he was doing Yeah, ain't he's getting tired of He's
- 43:10Speaker 1: a master at it. Yeah, and Steve, you mentioned Snoop
- 43:14Speaker 1: Dogg earlier. Uh, you know, he said he wasn't threatening
- 43:17Speaker 1: Gail King over her Kobe Bryant interview with Lisa Leslie.
- 43:21Speaker 1: He posted on his Instagram page Saturday he wanted to
- 43:23Speaker 1: clarify his viral video um that you know that he
- 43:27Speaker 1: posted criticizing Gail anyway, he made what many perceived his
- 43:32Speaker 1: threats against her. He claims he didn't make any threats
- 43:36Speaker 1: against Gail and he means her no harm. So I
- 43:39Speaker 1: just wanted to put that out there. It was strong,
- 43:44Speaker 1: what he said. It really was strong. Yeah, you know,
- 43:47Speaker 1: I I think we all need to just kind of
- 43:50Speaker 1: take a pause with this situation too, because we've got
- 43:54Speaker 1: to protect two things, that's each other. Yeah, even when
- 43:59Speaker 1: we disagree, read, we still have to protect each other. True,
- 44:04Speaker 1: those are facts, all right, up next the nephew, as
- 44:07Speaker 1: we switch gears. Here with today's praying phone call. Right
- 44:10Speaker 1: after this, you're listening to morning show coming up at
- 44:15Speaker 1: the top of the hour, well about four minutes after
- 44:18Speaker 1: the hour. It's my strawberry letter for today. The subject
- 44:23Speaker 1: this is a crazy letter, guys. The subject not during
- 44:27Speaker 1: Black History Month. All right, that doesn't begin to tell
- 44:30Speaker 1: you what this letter is about. But just the subject whatever.
- 44:38Speaker 1: That's right. Whatever you're doing in this letter, don't do
- 44:40Speaker 1: it during Black History Month. Okay, okay, we'll see, uh,
- 44:45Speaker 1: we'll see, we will right now. Nephew, here with today's
- 44:48Speaker 1: praying phone call. What you got for us, nap, Well,
- 44:50Speaker 1: certainly you know what we in the middle of the week.
- 44:52Speaker 1: We on our way to it. Big holiday coming up
- 44:56Speaker 1: on Friday. The title is buy yall Valentine. Well, yeah,
- 45:03Speaker 1: buy your own Valentine. Yeah, I mean can say that
- 45:08Speaker 1: by your own a cheap one. That only a cheap
- 45:11Speaker 1: one would say that. Yeah, that ain't going the way
- 45:14Speaker 1: you think it is, by your own. I'm not going down.
- 45:17Speaker 1: Let's go, cat Dog. Hello, Hello, I'm trying to reach
- 45:20Speaker 1: this chanie. Please, this is all right. This is Floyd.
- 45:25Speaker 1: I'm calling from our international flowers. Are you listen, I'm good,
- 45:32Speaker 1: I'm good. We have you on schedule to get a delivery.
- 45:36Speaker 1: Let me see, Uh you work at a yes, okay,
- 45:44Speaker 1: so we have you schedule that eleven o'clock to receive
- 45:48Speaker 1: some some flowers. I'm assuming this is about there's some swede. Okay. Now,
- 45:55Speaker 1: now here's the issue. Your husband's kitty. Correct, Yes, that's
- 46:00Speaker 1: my husband. Okay. So Kennedy who purchased this is three
- 46:04Speaker 1: dozen of assorted roses, and so he got one of
- 46:08Speaker 1: our biggest layouts that we had. Well you have okay.
- 46:15Speaker 1: Now the only little issue that we have, Denise, is
- 46:17Speaker 1: that the card that Kennedy gave us has been declined.
- 46:22Speaker 1: And uh, yeah, his card has been declined. Now, what
- 46:25Speaker 1: I did is I didn't want to lose the delivery
- 46:28Speaker 1: time because you wouldn't have kind of not done what
- 46:31Speaker 1: I did, and you know, you wouldn't have got your
- 46:33Speaker 1: flowers till Monday. So okay, I think you missed, Denise.
- 46:37Speaker 1: You have you have you ordered flowers from us in
- 46:40Speaker 1: the past, right? Yeah? Yes, I ordered flowers from the
- 46:43Speaker 1: sides all the time. So what's the problem. So, so
- 46:46Speaker 1: so let me tell you what I did. You already
- 46:48Speaker 1: had a card on file. Yes, so I went, I
- 46:52Speaker 1: charged that card, so you I charged. I charged your
- 46:58Speaker 1: card so that way you could keep in my car.
- 47:01Speaker 1: But didn't my husband make this order? I'm sorry, sir,
- 47:05Speaker 1: didn't my husband make his orders? You need to be
- 47:09Speaker 1: calling Kennedy's the right if his car was declined, he
- 47:12Speaker 1: was ordering me some flowers. Well, well, let me say this.
- 47:16Speaker 1: I tried to reach out to mister Kennedy, but he
- 47:18Speaker 1: didn't pick up the phone. Show what I'm saying is okay,
- 47:20Speaker 1: so you can try him again. That's okay, you can
- 47:23Speaker 1: try him again. He's the one who you need to
- 47:25Speaker 1: speak to about the card being declined. Don't use my
- 47:28Speaker 1: card old file. Well I've already used your card. Well,
- 47:31Speaker 1: who gave you permission to use my card? You should
- 47:35Speaker 1: be calling it asking me if you can use my card.
- 47:37Speaker 1: You don't just charge my car for my own flowers, Sir,
- 47:42Speaker 1: I mean it's the thought that comes. I don't give
- 47:44Speaker 1: a damn about the thought. If I'm paying the damn
- 47:46Speaker 1: to see his car was declined, not NIE's card, So
- 47:50Speaker 1: you need to speak to him, okay, Chris, Nie, why
- 47:53Speaker 1: do I need to call Kennedy? But I had already
- 47:56Speaker 1: charge your car. The matter has taken kill now, won't
- 47:59Speaker 1: Kennedy just to give you get your money back? You know,
- 48:03Speaker 1: first of all, that is not your decision to make. Okay,
- 48:06Speaker 1: So what you want me to do? I'm trying to
- 48:08Speaker 1: keep you. I don't care about no damn schedule. What
- 48:13Speaker 1: I care about I gotta pay for my own flowers.
- 48:16Speaker 1: Hell no, you sound like you're being ungrateful to basically
- 48:19Speaker 1: be honest with you. You talk this dude telling me
- 48:22Speaker 1: I'm ungrateful you calling me from my card number, Sir
- 48:25Speaker 1: man or sir whatever you prefer. My name is Floyd.
- 48:29Speaker 1: I said that what your damn name is? Your name
- 48:31Speaker 1: could be Floyd Mayweather for all I can't care. You're
- 48:34Speaker 1: not about to charge my car for no amount of
- 48:35Speaker 1: money that has already been charged. Man, my card about
- 48:39Speaker 1: to not be charged. You better call my husband to
- 48:42Speaker 1: fix that. I'm not about to buy note flowers for myself.
- 48:46Speaker 1: And you know what, let me tell you something, quite frankly,
- 48:48Speaker 1: I don't even know why he bought you no flowers anyway,
- 48:50Speaker 1: with this kind of attitude you guys what, Oh my god,
- 48:53Speaker 1: I know you're not about you know when where you
- 48:55Speaker 1: at I'll send my husband down there, That's what I'm
- 48:58Speaker 1: gonna do. But when you when you're sitting, when you
- 49:01Speaker 1: send him down there, it's just car gonna work because
- 49:03Speaker 1: it ain't. It ain't been work. How you're being funny now,
- 49:06Speaker 1: But you're gonna charge my car. How come you ain't
- 49:08Speaker 1: calling ask him? Then? How come you ain't calling ask
- 49:10Speaker 1: me before he tries my car? You're real uniprofessional, that's
- 49:13Speaker 1: what you are. I'm gonna send my husband down there.
- 49:15Speaker 1: You're gonna see if his hands work. How about that? Okay,
- 49:18Speaker 1: listen later. I'm not trying to have all I'm trying
- 49:20Speaker 1: to listen. I was trying to be nice and keep
- 49:22Speaker 1: you on the schedule. That's the reason why I charged
- 49:24Speaker 1: the car. Okay about you're trying to get my money
- 49:29Speaker 1: and you ain't about to do it, you, sir, you
- 49:32Speaker 1: are not. You keep saying ain't about to do it.
- 49:34Speaker 1: You already been charged three hundred and some dollars for
- 49:37Speaker 1: the flowers. But why are you hundred dollars? What kind
- 49:40Speaker 1: of flowers cost three hundred dollars? These flowers better have chocolates?
- 49:45Speaker 1: Its heavy. Better better get up and make me some
- 49:47Speaker 1: and soup when I'm sick. What kind of flowers as
- 49:50Speaker 1: you charges? Zesus nice flowers? That's three hundred some dollars
- 49:55Speaker 1: that got declined by your husband car them flowers? You
- 49:59Speaker 1: know what? Unprofessional as hell? What is your name again? Floyd?
- 50:03Speaker 1: Who last name? Floyd? Floyd? What's your last name? Floyd?
- 50:07Speaker 1: I want to speak to your manager, right them down
- 50:10Speaker 1: a matter of fact, hold running this company? I know
- 50:12Speaker 1: it ain't you you. You'll ask you to be on
- 50:14Speaker 1: the phone. All you need to do it's picked up
- 50:17Speaker 1: the flowers and put them in the veins. What is
- 50:20Speaker 1: you doing on the phone with me? Anybody? I'm calling
- 50:22Speaker 1: trying to be nice and keep you on the schedule,
- 50:25Speaker 1: and you you so ungrateful with that. All I'm saying
- 50:28Speaker 1: is who running this damn company? This whole mother need
- 50:30Speaker 1: to be shut down? Okay? Do you want to talk
- 50:32Speaker 1: to the supervisal? I want to talk to the manager,

- 54:12Speaker 1: on tight, let's go stop every letter all right? Subject
- 54:15Speaker 1: not during Black History Month? Okay. Dear Stephen Shirley, I'm
- 54:19Speaker 1: a thirty one year old Republican black man, and I
- 54:23Speaker 1: can't find a woman to call my own. I have
- 54:26Speaker 1: dated all kinds of women, but I can't get a
- 54:29Speaker 1: woman to stay with me after we have sex for
- 54:31Speaker 1: the first time. I've had sex with black women and
- 54:34Speaker 1: they told me that I am disturbed and need help.
- 54:37Speaker 1: I've had sex with white and Mexican women and they
- 54:40Speaker 1: said they're very uncomfortable during sex. They all complain and
- 54:44Speaker 1: say I'm a sicko because I enjoy being treated like
- 54:48Speaker 1: a slave in bed. I like to be hit, spit on,
- 54:55Speaker 1: and call the inWORD and other foul names. The more
- 55:00Speaker 1: insulting it is, the better It's impossible for me to
- 55:05Speaker 1: finish the sexual encounter once I tell them what I
- 55:09Speaker 1: want them to do. I am not ashamed of how
- 55:11Speaker 1: kinky I am, so it shouldn't be a big deal
- 55:14Speaker 1: for the women. There are far worse things I could
- 55:18Speaker 1: be into, and I'm a one woman man that works
- 55:21Speaker 1: hard and has strong values. I just want a woman
- 55:24Speaker 1: that can match me in the bedroom. I'm writing you
- 55:27Speaker 1: for advice because last week I offended a woman that
- 55:30Speaker 1: I really voted with and I could see myself having
- 55:33Speaker 1: a future with her. I tried to have normal sex
- 55:36Speaker 1: with her, but it was too boring, so midway through it,
- 55:39Speaker 1: I told her what I needed her to do to
- 55:42Speaker 1: help me in the move, keep me in the move.
- 55:44Speaker 1: She started screaming at me and told me, I was
- 55:47Speaker 1: being disrespectful because it's Black History Month. She left my
- 55:54Speaker 1: house half dressed, and since then she hasn't answered any
- 55:57Speaker 1: of my texas or called. She is got to be
- 56:00Speaker 1: in There's got to be an open minded woman somewhere
- 56:03Speaker 1: out there. Should I give up something I enjoy or
- 56:07Speaker 1: hold out for the right woman? I need your honest advice,
- 56:11Speaker 1: you sicko? Okay the lady was right. Yeah, I mean,
- 56:16Speaker 1: come on now, slavery is over. This is not fun
- 56:19Speaker 1: to anyone. This is not sexy to anyone to do
- 56:22Speaker 1: in the bedroom. Uh No, no one is going to
- 56:25Speaker 1: sign up for this. That's why they keep running away
- 56:28Speaker 1: and never adds to your calls. I mean, no matter
- 56:30Speaker 1: what race or creed or color you are, and you
- 56:33Speaker 1: say you've been with all of them, they all feel
- 56:35Speaker 1: the same way. Either they're not gonna like it, they
- 56:37Speaker 1: think you're you're a sicko, or they're going to be
- 56:40Speaker 1: very uncomfortable. And this is supposed to be a sexy, sensual,
- 56:44Speaker 1: fun time in the bedroom. Yeah. Again, nothing sexy about
- 56:51Speaker 1: slavery calling you the N word? What with you? You
- 56:59Speaker 1: like to you like to be hit, spit on and
- 57:02Speaker 1: call the N word? And I mean, no, no, any
- 57:07Speaker 1: respectable woman uh is not gonna go there with you.
- 57:10Speaker 1: I'm just gonna tell you that. I mean, you know,
- 57:13Speaker 1: pick something else, slavery. It's not gonna do it for you.
- 57:19Speaker 1: I'm sorry, You're I just say, you know, you gotta
- 57:22Speaker 1: stop this, Okay. I don't know if you'll ever find
- 57:25Speaker 1: a woman. I don't think you'll ever find a woman
- 57:30Speaker 1: that's gonna go toe to toe with you like this.
- 57:32Speaker 1: I just don't. This is over. It's a very painful
- 57:36Speaker 1: time in our history. And again, this is Black History Month.
- 57:39Speaker 1: That woman was right, you're disturbed. Something's wrong with you,
- 57:44Speaker 1: Steve Well deadness. Let's just start. What is letter? Need
- 57:50Speaker 1: just start? Okay, I'm a thirty one year old Republican
- 57:55Speaker 1: black man. That's part of damn problem. Right see, right
- 58:01Speaker 1: now we off to a bad start as we speak
- 58:05Speaker 1: in this letter. That for you got whatever you got
- 58:10Speaker 1: coming in this letter, you bought it on yourself. Here,
- 58:16Speaker 1: I can't find a woman to call my own. We're
- 58:20Speaker 1: gonna go back to that in a minute. Can't find
- 58:24Speaker 1: a woman to call your own? All right, that's very
- 58:30Speaker 1: important information because you can't get nobody to stay with
- 58:34Speaker 1: you after y'all have sex for the first time. Now,
- 58:38Speaker 1: I'm thinking this guy must be all right because he
- 58:41Speaker 1: didn't had sexual everybody black women. They told me that
- 58:46Speaker 1: you disturbed and I need him. I didn't had sex
- 58:50Speaker 1: with white and Mexican women. They said that very uncomfortable
- 58:54Speaker 1: doing sex. So what it means is he looks like
- 59:00Speaker 1: appearance wise, to be a good catch because he's able
- 59:04Speaker 1: to get a plethora of women. Right now, everybody complaining
- 59:09Speaker 1: because I'm a sickle because I enjoy being treated like
- 59:15Speaker 1: a slave in bed. How do a slave get treated
- 59:25Speaker 1: in bed? It's my number one U no question for you? Well,
- 59:32Speaker 1: what do we have to do to you? So now
- 59:34Speaker 1: he describes it. Yeah, I want you to spit on it. Wow.
- 59:40Speaker 1: I want you to beat me and I want you
- 59:45Speaker 1: to call me to end word. I wish you would.
- 59:49Speaker 1: It's crazy you won't that you want a woman to
- 59:56Speaker 1: spit on you to man. Wow, I'm having trouble with this.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: So when we come back, I'm gonna tell you the
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: real problem you're going to hear during Black History Month.
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: All right, listen, we're gonna have part two of Steve's

- 1:01:29Speaker 1: you got to recap this, this stupid letter. It's crazy
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: and ignorant as this letter is thirty one year old
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: Republican black man can't find a woman to call his own.
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: Now he's saying that after the first time they have sex,
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: they don't want to get back with him because they
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: tell him he's sick, he's disturbed, and he needs help.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: And he didn't have sexual White women, Mexican women, black women.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: They all get uncomfortable doing sex. Why are they uncomfortable
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: because this fool won't to be bit spit on and
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: call the end word. Boy, I hadn't heard it all
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: and the more and something it is, the bet it is.
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: It's impossible for me to finish the sexual encounter once
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: I tell them what I want them to do. I'm
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: not ashamed of how kink I am, so it shouldn't
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: be a big deal for the women. Let's stop right here. See,
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: let me tell you what the problem you having? Dog?
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: In case you ain't wondered about this, This ain't kinky.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: Have you ever thought that most women don't want to
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: have sex with a slave? See, and you open the
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: letter with a hit, I can't find a woman to
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: call my Oh you wants to own somebody? Did that
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: your damn problem? Right now? Women ain't into that ever?
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: You're not gonna own them, and they want to own you,
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: but not as a slave. Nobody signing that you didn't
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: scared the little white girl you and that getting it
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: then just spit on me, call me in word, come
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: on it louder sad like you me whip me one
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: that strapped across my back? Take cabsman, now, I want you,

- 1:11:02Speaker 1: her hold her pants away from her waist so he
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: could look inside to make sure nothing was down there.
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: Then he told her he had to take her to

- 1:11:15Speaker 1: arrest Affidavid, once they were alone on an elevator, she said,

- 1:11:23Speaker 1: show her full breasts. He then told her she was
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: free to go, and he added that she had nice breasts.

- 1:17:13Speaker 1: the news, this time weighing in on the Gail King
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: interview with Lisa Leslie last week. Really, O, JA, don't
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: get to weigh in on nothing, but you know he didn't.
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: He killed two people in a driveway, some people in
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: a hotel. What is he talking about? Why will? He
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: pasted this video over the weekend on Twitter um and
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: started by admitting that he was not the most objective guy.
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: So he did admit that, okay when it when it
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: comes to speaking about Gail King, he said that two
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: years ago, Gail spoke about him visiting his former wife's grave.
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: He said, I couldn't understand why it was any of
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: her business to why she would say that on National TV.
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: He went on to say that there will be plenty
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: of time in the future. There will be plenty of
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: time in the future to bring up all aspects of
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: Kobe's life. I know this thing um about Kobe. She's
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: going to claim journalistic integrity. OJ said, a whole lot
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: of people who have journalistic integrity didn't want, didn't feel
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: that this was the right time to do it, to
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: bring that up. Um. OJ closed out his video by saying,
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: God bless Kobe and his family. I don't want. I'm
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: scared to I'm actually scared to say that it makes sense.
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: I'm really frightened for my own personal state of mind, doggy,
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: I have agreed with anything ever see sense to trial? Wow?
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: Why does he actually yeah? Why he still talk? Why?
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: I'm like he gets that we don't want to hear
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: yet we don't care even if she makes sense? Right?
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: Did you all see Oprah's response on Yeah she teared up? Yes,
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: I didn't see heard about it. Yeah, I mean I didn't.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: I understand her being hurt for her friend, you know
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: what I mean? What CBS did their little social media department, Yeah,
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: was fouled on so many levels. Right, Well, what they
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: just put that one excerpt out there that they just
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: pulled that out and went, oh, this is good, and
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: I promise you. This is a person who did that
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: at CBS that does not like Gail King because that
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: was intentional. Man, nobody couldn't look at that and think
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: that was a cool thing to pull out to post.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: Now she said it, she said it, but somebody at
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: CBS pull out And that's what Gail was saying. She
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: was fury, it's about that. Well, but I mean, you
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: know you said it, so that's it. But the person
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: that pulled that autum stuck it on that agree. I agree,
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: And I thought it was for the sensationalism of it
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: all too, you know first, Yeah, to be first with
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: the story out to get people talking, you know, so
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: they'll watch it. All that coming up our last break
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: of the day, and of course some closing remarks from
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: the one and Emily Steve Harvey right after this at
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: forty nine minutes after you're listening, all right, Steve, here
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: we are our last break of the day. It is
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: the last break of the day. It's the last break
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: up the day. Yeah, that's break up the day. That's
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: gonna say saying, yeah, how do you got to remind
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: you how to say? Yo're you're the town crier and
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: your town crier boys break up the day. There you go,
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: that Quentina, that slave I was deforming around here one
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: oh man. All right, Steve, we gotta get to you
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: with our closing remarks for today. Carlo was off today,
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: Sha tomorrow you know something um in closing Um, you know,
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: I'm I'm not here to defend anybody. I just want
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: to say this in light of all that's going on.
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: That's all that's happening in our world today. Uh, these
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: past two weeks was with the passing of Kobe Bryant.
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: I in in this modern day and time, the reaction
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: to this young brothers passing has been something really man
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: to marvel at. Uh. And I say that to say
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: that so many people were affected by it in the
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: right way. Like I said, I'm old enough for I've
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: seen some deaths that really really moved the needle in
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: this country. And some of them were people that I
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: really really cared about. But the passing of Kobe Bryant,
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: because of social media, and he was so young, and
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: and and and and and and he meant so much
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: to so many different people for so many different things.
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: I've never I haven't seen the reach out to each
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: other to say I love you, as I have with
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: any other passing, and I've seen some really really massive
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: pattern I've seen some some some grief and some death
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: that has triggered much many different reactions, but this one
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: was kind of different as I watched it unfold. And
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: I've heard people say that the loss in the passing
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: of Kobe Bryant and his daughter and those other people
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: was the worst thing that's ever happened in their lives.
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: And I felt for those people because of course, I
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: know that has to be a true statement coming from
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: his family, his late his beautiful family, his children, his daughter,
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: his parents, siblings, I can, but I've heard other people
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: say that too, and I felt really really hard tough
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: for them because I know there's so much more coming
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: up the road that if you keep living, there is
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: so much more coming down the road for you. And
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: if you think this was rough, that life just keeps
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: on ticking, man, and we get rougher moments. But in
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: the aftermath and all the things that's been said back
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: and forth, that the thing that's happening to Gail King
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: right now, and and how people are reacting to it,
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: and I want to say this, I understand I understand
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: the adverse reaction. The timing of it wasn't good, the
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: phrasing of it wasn't good. It just wasn't good. It
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: was that she had some things happened to her that
- 1:24:17Speaker 1: shouldn't have happened. From CBS, dandpoint. But they can't make
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: the clip if you don't say it. So that's kind
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: of crazy too, you know. But I will say this.
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: The one thing that I wish all of us would
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: take from this is we all have to do a
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: better job of taking care of one another. We have
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: got to be able to find ways to disagree and
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: still stay together. See, because let me say this, I
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: don't care who you are, you are going to make
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: a mistake down the road. If you haven't already, you
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: will sue. And if you've already made one, you're going
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: to make another one. I know this for a fact.
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: But when we make mistakes towards each other, we gotta
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: take a little bit better care. You know, it's nothing
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: wrong with coming out and saying, you know what, I'm sorry,
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: I misspoke. I probably should have handled that differently. I
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: hate that it came out that way. That could begin
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: the healing process. But we've got to learn to say
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: I'm sorry, and then when a person says they're sorry,
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: we got to learn to be just a bit more
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: forgiving we do, y'all. I got We may not like
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: what somebody says, and what somebody says can be ever
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: so wrong, bad timing. It can be hurtful, but we
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: can't bury him for it. We can't bury them. We
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: got to allow them to get up and be forgiven,
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: because all of us are gonna have to get up
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: soon one day, if we haven't already, and if you
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: have already, you're gonna have to do it again. All
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: of us are gonna need forgiveness, man, But we gotta
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: be better at the way we do it. And we
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: just gotta take better care of each other. You know,
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: it's okay to disagree. You can speak about it in
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: any way you want to. But we gotta know at
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: the end of the day, we cannot destroy one another.
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: And I see us doing that a lot to each other. Man.
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: We just destroying each other, and it ain't good on
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: no side. You can't destroy a person that ain't here,
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: no more than ain't able to speak and defend themselves.
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: And we can't destroy the ones that steal here. We
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: just got to do a better job of it. Now.
- 1:26:59Speaker 1: I got every body got their right to feel how
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: they want a feeling, and I share the similar feelings
- 1:27:03Speaker 1: as most people do. But at the end of the day,
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: we're gonna have to forgive them and we're gonna have
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: to let them get up and try it again. That's
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: all I wanted to say. Those are my closing remarks today.
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: All right, Steve, I'm gonna practice that today. I try
- 1:27:19Speaker 1: always good. Yeah, it don't always work. You just got
- 1:27:22Speaker 1: to try. Yeah, do a better jumping. For all Steve
