- 0:00Speaker 1: All right, So I learned my lesson a long time ago.
- 0:02Speaker 1: I rarely get involved in primary races because you usually
- 0:07Speaker 1: just make a bunch of people really mad at you.
- 0:09Speaker 1: But this one I'm willing to get involved in because
- 0:11Speaker 1: I think it's that important. But before I get to that,
- 0:14Speaker 1: I want to tell you about our good friends over
- 0:16Speaker 1: at Legacy Precious Metals. If you've been looking at your
- 0:19Speaker 1: financial portfolio and what's happening on Wall Street, and you're
- 0:22Speaker 1: terrified to open that envelope that comes in the mail
- 0:25Speaker 1: with your financial statement, it is time for you to
- 0:28Speaker 1: call Legacy Precious Metals and make sure that you're diversified.

- 0:34Speaker 1: a thousand points down, a thousand points down, eight hundred down,
- 0:37Speaker 1: another thousand down, other five hundred. It is brutal what's
- 0:41Speaker 1: happening in our economy right now, and that is exactly
- 0:44Speaker 1: why many are investing in gold and silver. Now. I've
- 0:47Speaker 1: been doing this now for when I say, literally decades, decades.
- 0:50Speaker 1: Why Because when there's a really bad day on Wall Street,
- 0:52Speaker 1: I know I'm diversified. When we see the trends that
- 0:55Speaker 1: are happening right now, I know that I'm diversified, so
- 0:58Speaker 1: I don't have to worry because I have a financial
- 1:01Speaker 1: portfolio that is not all eggs in one basket with
- 1:04Speaker 1: Wall Street. If you've never looked at Precious Metals, call

- 1:44Speaker 1: that real quick while you're listening. Now, there is a
- 1:47Speaker 1: primary in Pennsylvania in the Senate race there, and it's
- 1:50Speaker 1: one that has gotten national attention because it has a
- 1:54Speaker 1: famous name in there, a guy by the name of
- 1:57Speaker 1: doctor Oz. It is a three way really height race
- 2:00Speaker 1: right now, and one of the people that is in
- 2:03Speaker 1: that race is a guy that I want you to
- 2:05Speaker 1: know about. It's a man who not only has served
- 2:08Speaker 1: his country, but has really done things in the past
- 2:12Speaker 1: with some of the most brilliant political minds, and then
- 2:16Speaker 1: as a CEO in the in the private sector, former
- 2:19Speaker 1: Bridgewater CEO has done amazing things as a man who's
- 2:22Speaker 1: attended West Point, he served in a ractor in the
- 2:25Speaker 1: Reagan administration. And this is a very tight race. Now,
- 2:28Speaker 1: a good friend of mine, Ted Cruz, has endorsed McCormick
- 2:32Speaker 1: and he went on the campaign trail with him and
- 2:35Speaker 1: joining me now to talk about this crazy race is
- 2:39Speaker 1: the man that I was just talking about it. First
- 2:41Speaker 1: of all, let me just say David, welcome. I appreciate
- 2:44Speaker 1: you coming on. I know you're at the end of
- 2:46Speaker 1: this race, but I think it's such an important race
- 2:49Speaker 1: in this country. And look, you have the it is
- 2:53Speaker 1: the weirdest race. And it's weird because you have doctor Oz,
- 2:56Speaker 1: who I would describe as a hard core liberal who
- 2:58Speaker 1: decided to become a conservative, and he got an endorsement
- 3:01Speaker 1: and and many would argue the most important endorsement in
- 3:04Speaker 1: the country of Donald Trump, and and then that really
- 3:08Speaker 1: helped him move forward. But you look at who doctor
- 3:11Speaker 1: oz is, and I'm going to ask you straight up,
- 3:14Speaker 1: what is the biggest difference between you and doctor oz
- 3:17Speaker 1: in this race. Well, thanks for having me, Ben, it's great,
- 3:21Speaker 1: great to be with you. You know, there's there's two things,
- 3:25Speaker 1: you know right now, voters are trying to figure out
- 3:27Speaker 1: whether they can have a nominee who's a conservative that
- 3:31Speaker 1: shares their values and them at Oz on every you
- 3:35Speaker 1: know or most significant conservative issues, has held a series
- 3:40Speaker 1: of positions as a major media person that are completely
- 3:43Speaker 1: different than what he's saying he believes. Now, let me
- 3:46Speaker 1: give you some examples in the past on his shows,
- 3:49Speaker 1: you know, on radio and things he's written. He's been
- 3:52Speaker 1: pro abortion, he's been anti gun, and has written equicitly
- 3:55Speaker 1: about a number of things that would further restrict a
- 3:58Speaker 1: second Amendment. He was a paid supporter and someone who
- 4:03Speaker 1: spoke and sold the notion of Obamacare, paid for by
- 4:06Speaker 1: the Californian DAMO, which is a very liberal group. He's
- 4:09Speaker 1: pro gender transitions for children and not this pro gender transition.
- 4:15Speaker 1: He did this on National TV and if I'm not mistaken,
- 4:18Speaker 1: and correct me if I'm wrong. In twenty nineteen, he
- 4:21Speaker 1: was advocating for transitioning children at an early age, which
- 4:26Speaker 1: was shocking to me that then all of a sudden
- 4:28Speaker 1: he's like, hey, I'm a hardcore conservative exactly, and the
- 4:32Speaker 1: and then and finally he's written and explicitly said that
- 4:37Speaker 1: this was a few years ago, but Pennsylvania should undertake
- 4:42Speaker 1: a ban on fracking, just like that was the one
- 4:45Speaker 1: that was put in place in New York, which, of
- 4:47Speaker 1: course fracking is really the key to Pennsylvania's economic future.
- 4:52Speaker 1: So on every one of these issues, and then when
- 4:55Speaker 1: he decided to run to the Senate, he presented himself
- 4:58Speaker 1: as America First Conservative and will not address any of
- 5:02Speaker 1: these any of these positions, and essentially says that they
- 5:06Speaker 1: really don't represent his views any flipbop on every major issis.
- 5:10Speaker 1: So I've done all I can to make sure that
- 5:13Speaker 1: that contract is clear, because people right now want to
- 5:16Speaker 1: vote on who shares their values. They want to vote
- 5:19Speaker 1: on who can win the general election, and they want
- 5:21Speaker 1: to vote for someone who's going to go to Washington
- 5:23Speaker 1: on day one and fight for those values but also
- 5:26Speaker 1: be able to deal with the crisis that our countries
- 5:28Speaker 1: in right now. The second difference, and is that glisten
- 5:31Speaker 1: when I was serving meedy second Airborne Division under Ronald Reagan.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Mem at Oz, who was born in Ohio as a
- 5:39Speaker 1: US citizen, volunteered for the Turkish military, put on the
- 5:44Speaker 1: Turkish uniform, developed very close business ties in Turkey, is
- 5:51Speaker 1: currently being paid by the Turkish government as a paid
- 5:55Speaker 1: spokesperson for Turkish Airlines, which is government owned and has
- 5:59Speaker 1: very close relationships with the senior members of the Turkish government.
- 6:04Speaker 1: And he's a dual citizen in the Turkish cities in
- 6:06Speaker 1: American cities. I'm the reason that's important I want to
- 6:08Speaker 1: be clear on this is that Turkey is an adversary
- 6:12Speaker 1: of the United States. It's pro it's a pro Alon
- 6:16Speaker 1: pro series anti Israel. You just saw it in the
- 6:18Speaker 1: last couple of days. By the way, the same the
- 6:21Speaker 1: chant step to America. Let's be very clear about that,
- 6:24Speaker 1: exactly exactly, And so I've just been very direct on this.
- 6:29Speaker 1: Memotas could not get a security clearance as a first
- 6:33Speaker 1: your analyst in the CIA or in the military. And
- 6:35Speaker 1: so what I've said from the beginning is mem that
- 6:37Speaker 1: you've got if you're America first, you've got to renounce
- 6:41Speaker 1: your Turkeys citizenship. And if you're going to be a
- 6:43Speaker 1: US senator, you've got to represent. Your allegiance has to
- 6:46Speaker 1: be solely to America, and that he has not responded
- 6:50Speaker 1: well to that. He said eventually that he would renounce
- 6:52Speaker 1: his citizenship if he was elected, if only if basically
- 6:58Speaker 1: you elect. If I get elect, then I'll give it up.
- 7:01Speaker 1: But I'm not going to do it before then because
- 7:03Speaker 1: I'm making too much money off this arrangement, exactly. And
- 7:07Speaker 1: so those are the big differences, and I'm at, yeah,
- 7:09Speaker 1: we talked a little bit about this. I'm a I'm
- 7:12Speaker 1: a battle tested guy. I grew up in a small
- 7:14Speaker 1: town Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, playing football and wrestling and hunting, and
- 7:17Speaker 1: went to West Point. Wrestling got me into West Point
- 7:20Speaker 1: and eighty second Airborne Division Rangers School Combat in the Rock,
- 7:25Speaker 1: and then came back to Pennsylvania and ran a company
- 7:28Speaker 1: that created six hundred jobs in Pittsburgh, and then went
- 7:31Speaker 1: on to work at the senior levels of the government
- 7:33Speaker 1: and the National Security Council, and then went on to
- 7:35Speaker 1: run a major investment firm. So when I say I'm
- 7:38Speaker 1: battle tested, I mean I've been there in a lot
- 7:40Speaker 1: of tough spot And when I say I'm Pennsylvania true,
- 7:43Speaker 1: I'm a seventh generation Pennsylvania. I still own my family farm,
- 7:46Speaker 1: my mom and dad are there, my brother has a
- 7:49Speaker 1: farmer across the river, and I'm deeply connected to Pennsylvania.
- 7:53Speaker 1: I guess that's the third difference between Memotas and I,
- 7:56Speaker 1: which is that he, uh, you know, went to went
- 7:58Speaker 1: to graduate school until but otherwise never lived in Pennsylvania.
- 8:03Speaker 1: And his main connection is his wife's family lives in Pennsylvania.
- 8:07Speaker 1: So I've applied to uh, you know, I want to
- 8:10Speaker 1: get back to something because I want to get back
- 8:12Speaker 1: to one thing you said a minute ago, because it's important.
- 8:14Speaker 1: I want to get back to the abortion issue for
- 8:16Speaker 1: just a moment, because I think it's such an important
- 8:18Speaker 1: issue in this campaign. You are clearly pro life, and
- 8:22Speaker 1: doctor Oz clearly throughout his career has not had the
- 8:25Speaker 1: same stance that you have and now has flip flopped
- 8:27Speaker 1: on that. You look at what's happened with the Democrats.
- 8:30Speaker 1: They even went after a pro life group and firebombed
- 8:32Speaker 1: one of an offices last week. You look at how
- 8:34Speaker 1: they've released this early and had this leak and treat
- 8:37Speaker 1: the people that leaked at like a hero. They're attacking
- 8:40Speaker 1: and going after the private residence now of these Supreme
- 8:43Speaker 1: Court justice you and doctor Ars are very different on
- 8:47Speaker 1: this issue, which is a core issue I think in
- 8:49Speaker 1: this primary Yeah, you're absolutely right. First of all, the
- 8:53Speaker 1: violence that we're seeing is is absolutely unforgivable, and I
- 8:57Speaker 1: think we should call that out. There's so many things
- 9:00Speaker 1: the left says about the right being violent, and here
- 9:02Speaker 1: we have a case where the extreme left is just
- 9:05Speaker 1: creating fear and it's completely unacceptable on this question. If
- 9:10Speaker 1: in fact the Supreme Court brief becomes the law of
- 9:13Speaker 1: the land, I think it's a great step forward and
- 9:16Speaker 1: protecting innocent life. I think it also puts that decision backward.
- 9:20Speaker 1: It belongs at the levels of the state and individual voters.
- 9:25Speaker 1: And I'm in favor of legislation and decisions that pushes
- 9:28Speaker 1: us much further along in terms of protecting innocent life.
- 9:32Speaker 1: And so I think this is a great step forward.
- 9:34Speaker 1: And I also think that we should be promoting a
- 9:37Speaker 1: culture of life, and I see great strides our country
- 9:41Speaker 1: on this. You know, I went to the March for
- 9:42Speaker 1: Life I don't know six weeks ago, seven week seal
- 9:45Speaker 1: in Washington for Lust Track, and I called my wife
- 9:48Speaker 1: from the way home and I said, there's lots of
- 9:50Speaker 1: observations from here, but the one that really stuck with
- 9:52Speaker 1: me was this whole generation of young people that we're
- 9:56Speaker 1: leading the charge, and it just made me such hope
- 9:59Speaker 1: that we're we're having a look. Let me let me
- 10:02Speaker 1: say this, because I know that you've got to get
- 10:04Speaker 1: on to your next flight, but I want to say this.
- 10:07Speaker 1: If you have family or friends tonight and you're listening,
- 10:10Speaker 1: you need to talk to them about this primary that's
- 10:14Speaker 1: going to happen on Tuesday. It is a three way,
- 10:16Speaker 1: very tight margin of error race. And I want to
- 10:20Speaker 1: say to you, David McCormick, I want you to have
- 10:24Speaker 1: a great day on Tuesday, and I appreciate you coming
- 10:28Speaker 1: on speaking to so many people, but everyone listening, whether
- 10:31Speaker 1: you're there or you have family or friends that are there,
- 10:34Speaker 1: you need to be helping and getting involved last minute.
- 10:37Speaker 1: It's such an important race. Good luck on Tuesday, my friend. Yeah,
- 10:41Speaker 1: thank you so much. I'm asking for the vote of
- 10:43Speaker 1: your listeners in Pennsylvania by it's a critical, critical moment
- 10:47Speaker 1: for the country and I will go and fight for
- 10:50Speaker 1: core conservative values and make a real difference at a
- 10:52Speaker 1: time of crisis. David, again, I really appreciate you coming on.
- 10:56Speaker 1: It is a huge election day, and I hope that
- 10:59Speaker 1: many people will share this podcast that may not have
- 11:03Speaker 1: ever heard you and really the differences between you and
- 11:07Speaker 1: the other two kidds, because this is such a tight race.
- 11:10Speaker 1: So I hope that many people listening will share this
- 11:12Speaker 1: podcast on social media. You never know who could hear
- 11:15Speaker 1: it in Pennsylvania. Tag it with you know with Pennsylvania.
- 11:18Speaker 1: If you have family and friends there, send it to
- 11:20Speaker 1: them as well. There's also the other part of this
- 11:22Speaker 1: race that I mentioned earlier and I do want to
- 11:24Speaker 1: spend some more time talking about, and that is you know,
- 11:27Speaker 1: obviously Donald Trump indorsed Doctor Oz and that's significant, right
- 11:33Speaker 1: because doctor Oz is a guy that I don't think
- 11:36Speaker 1: would be this tight this race if it wasn't for
- 11:39Speaker 1: Donald Trump and I and people ask why doctor Oz
- 11:44Speaker 1: got that endorsement. Look, I think he and Donald Trump
- 11:48Speaker 1: knew each other, and I think they had a friendship.
- 11:52Speaker 1: They both spent a lot of time down in Florida,
- 11:55Speaker 1: and I think he thought, hey, I can you know
- 11:57Speaker 1: doctor Ozz, a guy like me that was TV and
- 12:01Speaker 1: see a lot of one another right in in that
- 12:05Speaker 1: um I see I see a lot of him and
- 12:08Speaker 1: you know us were the same. Now, look, if you remember,
- 12:11Speaker 1: Donald Trump was not a hardcore conservative most of his life,
- 12:19Speaker 1: and there were a lot of people that are concerned
- 12:21Speaker 1: there was a reason why I supported back then take
- 12:23Speaker 1: Cruise in the primary. Now Donald Trump and are I
- 12:26Speaker 1: consider him to be a good friend. Now I support him. Um,
- 12:31Speaker 1: we disagree on this one, and I understand it's probably
- 12:34Speaker 1: more of a friendship endorsement than it is based on
- 12:36Speaker 1: what doctor Oz has actually said. That's part of the
- 12:40Speaker 1: reason why excuse me, so many people are shocked that
- 12:44Speaker 1: he didn't endorse David McCormick, who's you know. He said, Look,
- 12:49Speaker 1: I've been American, been American first my whole life, and
- 12:53Speaker 1: he mentioned that a moment ago. I mean, you're you're
- 12:56Speaker 1: running for Senate. He emphasized not only his military services,
- 12:59Speaker 1: closing out ad that just came out saying, I've been
- 13:02Speaker 1: American first my whole life. I'm the one that volunteered
- 13:05Speaker 1: when I was eighteen and put it all on the line,
- 13:08Speaker 1: and he did. It's a guy that graduated from West
- 13:11Speaker 1: Point Military Academy went on to serve in the Persian
- 13:14Speaker 1: Gulf War as part of the Army's All American eighty
- 13:17Speaker 1: second Airborne Division and his pitches, Hey, you got two
- 13:21Speaker 1: days from now, you know, right on Tuesday, when it's
- 13:26Speaker 1: two days when this ad came out, you got to decide.
- 13:29Speaker 1: And it's tight. You got you got McCormick, you got Oz,
- 13:33Speaker 1: you got Kathy Barnett. And the most recent poll found
- 13:37Speaker 1: that McCormick might have a very narrow lead over his
- 13:42Speaker 1: challengers going into the final weekend. Democrats have signal they
- 13:46Speaker 1: see McCormick as their biggest threat in the general election.
- 13:50Speaker 1: By the way, they're smart, they understand that they think
- 13:53Speaker 1: they can probably beat up on Oz because of his past.
- 13:56Speaker 1: I mean, doctor Oz is a hard core liberal in
- 13:59Speaker 1: my opinion earlier and I say it now, and I
- 14:01Speaker 1: think they want him because he's the easiest one to
- 14:03Speaker 1: beat in the general. And that's something that we as
- 14:07Speaker 1: Conservatives have not done a good enough job of policing Democrats.
- 14:11Speaker 1: They do a much better job of looking at Okay, well, yet,
- 14:14Speaker 1: maybe this person can win a primary, but can they
- 14:17Speaker 1: win the general? Because does it really matter if you
- 14:19Speaker 1: win a primary and get your brains beat in the general.
- 14:22Speaker 1: And a great example of this is a guy like
- 14:24Speaker 1: Mitt Romney. You know, doctor Oz in many ways, I
- 14:28Speaker 1: think is kind of the Mitt Romney. Yeah, all right,
- 14:30Speaker 1: he maybe he can win a primary, but does he
- 14:32Speaker 1: get hammered in the general. Same thing with John McCain, right,
- 14:36Speaker 1: the establishment said, well, those are the two guys, How
- 14:39Speaker 1: did that work out for us? And remember when Donald
- 14:41Speaker 1: Trump was running, who is it that they said was
- 14:44Speaker 1: the guy Jeff Bush? How did that work out for us?
- 14:49Speaker 1: It was a disaster. And so I think doctor Oz
- 14:53Speaker 1: is the guy that clearly the Democrats want in the primary,
- 14:57Speaker 1: and I think second they would probably want Kathy Barnett.
- 15:01Speaker 1: But the most recent polling shows that when people look
- 15:05Speaker 1: at these candidates and they actually ask questions and you
- 15:07Speaker 1: hear what you just heard from McCormick, that it's I
- 15:10Speaker 1: think it's very clear that he's a hardcore conservative and
- 15:14Speaker 1: has been his entire life. And that's the reason why
- 15:19Speaker 1: Democrats have really been doing a number trying to discourage
- 15:23Speaker 1: conservatives to back McCormick because they understand he's the biggest
- 15:27Speaker 1: threat in the general election. They are apparently salivating at
- 15:32Speaker 1: the prospect of running against Barnett in November. I'm incredibly
- 15:36Speaker 1: optimistic about our future. This is the American story. We
- 15:40Speaker 1: get to the edge. We board, you know, we board
- 15:43Speaker 1: ourselves back. McCormick said, it is closing out. I come
- 15:46Speaker 1: to you as someone who's a true conservative. There's no
- 15:49Speaker 1: doubt he is the most conservative guy in this primary.
- 15:53Speaker 1: I'm asking for your vote. As he said, the stakes
- 15:56Speaker 1: couldn't be hired because the country is headed in the
- 15:58Speaker 1: wrong direction. We agree on that. He also condemns the
- 16:02Speaker 1: weakness and our leaders, and the wokeness and our institutions,
- 16:05Speaker 1: and the weakness that we see in our leaders, the
- 16:07Speaker 1: wokeness that we see in our institutions, our schools, or military,
- 16:10Speaker 1: our businesses. It's taken our country in a path that
- 16:13Speaker 1: we're not going to recognize. McCormick told voters at this
- 16:18Speaker 1: election is the most important Pennsylvania race in their lives.
- 16:21Speaker 1: I couldn't agree more. It matters who you pick for
- 16:26Speaker 1: this Senate seat. This Senate seat is the most important
- 16:29Speaker 1: race in Pennsylvania in our lifetime, because this will determine
- 16:32Speaker 1: whether you have a strong conservative leader in the Senate
- 16:35Speaker 1: or someone who will fight, someone who will fight for
- 16:38Speaker 1: America First policies, someone who will stand up and know
- 16:41Speaker 1: what they will do on day one. Now, I personally
- 16:47Speaker 1: think that his military service record right now is so important.
- 16:54Speaker 1: You have so much going on in the world right now,
- 16:56Speaker 1: whether it's Afghanistan, whether it's the rise of al Qaeda
- 16:59Speaker 1: and sis. We're being told now in the Middle East
- 17:02Speaker 1: again because of the way we pulled out, what's happening
- 17:04Speaker 1: with Vladimir Putin, what's happening in Ukraine, what's happening with China.
- 17:12Speaker 1: I think military service right now is extremely important and
- 17:15Speaker 1: we need more of it in the Senate, he said,
- 17:19Speaker 1: if I'm elected your Center, I'm going to Washington fight
- 17:21Speaker 1: for pro growth economic policies as well. He understands us
- 17:24Speaker 1: why because he's a guy there's been a CEO of
- 17:26Speaker 1: a company and understands the private sector. He understands regulations
- 17:31Speaker 1: from the hardcore laughter killing us. And that's the reason
- 17:34Speaker 1: why I said I'm gonna fight immediately for deregulation. I'm
- 17:36Speaker 1: going to fight. He also said for energy independence. He
- 17:39Speaker 1: understands it as someone who has actually had to play
- 17:43Speaker 1: ball in the private sector, not play a fake doctor
- 17:47Speaker 1: on TV. He said, someone asked me to day, are
- 17:51Speaker 1: you America first? And I've said I've been America first
- 17:54Speaker 1: my whole life. This is a really important race because yes,
- 18:02Speaker 1: you can get a Republican, okay, out of this primary,
- 18:05Speaker 1: that's it. But there's there's real Republicans and then there's
- 18:09Speaker 1: this Roll the Dice Republican. And I've personally had way
- 18:13Speaker 1: too many problems with the Roll the Dice Republicans. I
- 18:17Speaker 1: think most of you guys would probably agree with me.
- 18:19Speaker 1: I'm not willing to take more chances. Roll the Dice
- 18:22Speaker 1: Republicans are what give us Mint Romney's Okay, I'm not
- 18:26Speaker 1: willing to do that anymore. I'm sick of the Roll
- 18:29Speaker 1: the Dice Republicans. I have had enough, and I don't
- 18:35Speaker 1: know why in this scenario, and I get it. I'll
- 18:38Speaker 1: say this. I think oswould be a non factor in
- 18:41Speaker 1: this race if it wasn't for the Donald Trump endorsement.
- 18:46Speaker 1: And Donald Trump and him obviously have a relationship. Donald
- 18:49Speaker 1: Trump and him obviously have a lot in common. They
- 18:53Speaker 1: both came from TV to move into politics, and I
- 18:57Speaker 1: can respect that, but I can also disagree. Right, I
- 19:00Speaker 1: can totally completely respect it, but I can also disagree.
- 19:09Speaker 1: And I just this was the you know, ninety percent
- 19:12Speaker 1: of time who Donald Trump supports and endorses, I'm all in,
- 19:16Speaker 1: but this one with Oz I'm just not. It doesn't
- 19:20Speaker 1: make sense to take that risk. It just doesn't. You
- 19:27Speaker 1: look at his record, look at what he said in
- 19:28Speaker 1: twenty nineteen about transgender you know, surgeries and hormone replacement
- 19:33Speaker 1: for children. I can't. You can't convince me that he's
- 19:37Speaker 1: changed that much since twenty nineteen on an issue that
- 19:40Speaker 1: imports important. You just can't convince me that that is
- 19:45Speaker 1: as something that we should that we should be willing
- 19:49Speaker 1: to compromise on. There's a sense of urgency right now
- 19:57Speaker 1: in this country, and a sense of urgency that we've
- 19:59Speaker 1: got to get things and write the ship quickly, and
- 20:01Speaker 1: we can't be taking risks with Mitt Romney two point
- 20:05Speaker 1: zeros that screw us on votes that are tight. And
- 20:09Speaker 1: in this Pennsylvania race, there is no reason to make
- 20:14Speaker 1: that risk. There's no reason to take that risk. We
- 20:17Speaker 1: don't have to. We have a hardcore conservative candidate. So
- 20:22Speaker 1: why on earth would we risk it with this? You know,
- 20:24Speaker 1: throw it up in the air and see what happens, right,
- 20:27Speaker 1: throw jello against the wall and hope it sticks. We
- 20:31Speaker 1: don't have to do that here, So why would we?
- 20:37Speaker 1: I'll say it again, if you got if you live
- 20:39Speaker 1: in Pennsylvania. You've got family and friends or social media,
- 20:43Speaker 1: you can post this is one of those races that
- 20:46Speaker 1: is going to impact any state that you're listening to
- 20:50Speaker 1: us in right now, because that's how tight the Senate is.
- 20:55Speaker 1: So you can say, well, I can't vote in this, yeah,
- 20:56Speaker 1: but you can get involved and you can help influence
- 21:00Speaker 1: other conservatives out there. It's gonna be tight, and it's
- 21:04Speaker 1: gonna be an important race. I want to switch gears
- 21:09Speaker 1: to something else that is big with these Republican primaries,
- 21:13Speaker 1: and it's not just in Pennsylvania, but Liberals, you know,
- 21:18Speaker 1: they always say that they're about love and harmony and
- 21:22Speaker 1: kindness and getting along, right They you know, they want
- 21:26Speaker 1: you to understand that we're all in this together in life,
- 21:29Speaker 1: right that there's you know, they just want you to,
- 21:32Speaker 1: you know, to see it from their perspective. Right, they're
- 21:35Speaker 1: tolerant of everyone. Remember they're the party of tolerance. How
- 21:38Speaker 1: many times have you heard Democrats actually say that they're
- 21:42Speaker 1: the party of tolerance? So are liberals really keeping it
- 21:47Speaker 1: calm and collected in the wake of the elite Alito
- 21:50Speaker 1: opinion that they obviously are totally fine with and the
- 21:55Speaker 1: you know, the publishing of the private home addresses of
- 21:58Speaker 1: the conservative Court justices, and Alito actually having to move
- 22:03Speaker 1: to a undisclosed location, as family being targeted online, and
- 22:07Speaker 1: people wishing the worst things you can worsh on, you
- 22:10Speaker 1: can wish on human beings? Right are they? Are they
- 22:13Speaker 1: really keeping it together? Let's start with New Jersey Governor
- 22:17Speaker 1: Philip Murphy reacting after the draft opinions suggested that the
- 22:22Speaker 1: Supreme Court may overturn Roe v. Wade. And then I
- 22:25Speaker 1: want you to hear other Democrats and how they're reacting
- 22:29Speaker 1: to all this has been declared on the American woman.
- 22:32Speaker 1: How dare they tell a woman what she can do
- 22:34Speaker 1: and cannot do with her own body. We are not
- 22:37Speaker 1: going back now they're trying to criminalize our bodies. Yes,
- 22:40Speaker 1: they're trying to move towards states rights, and we all
- 22:44Speaker 1: know what states rights means that. Now, now, let me
- 22:48Speaker 1: just remind you these that's the same party that can't
- 22:50Speaker 1: define what a woman is, same party that puts somebody
- 22:54Speaker 1: on the Supreme Court that says she's not a biologist.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Now they seem to know a hell of a lot
- 22:58Speaker 1: about women all of a sudden, have you noticed that
- 23:00Speaker 1: they've really gotten their heads out of there are in like, oh,
- 23:02Speaker 1: well we can tell you what a woman is now.
- 23:06Speaker 1: A week from now, maybe not, but right now, if
- 23:10Speaker 1: you're a woman, you've got, you know, a vagina and
- 23:13Speaker 1: you don't have a penis. F Baygalla, you're a you're
- 23:15Speaker 1: a real woman. Now where that's what you are. We're
- 23:17Speaker 1: going back to feminism. Keep your hands off my body,
- 23:22Speaker 1: my choice. Well, you're you're the people that have said
- 23:25Speaker 1: that dudes can be chicks. You're the party that has
- 23:28Speaker 1: said that men with a penis can actually be a woman,
- 23:31Speaker 1: can identify as a woman, and you can't say anything
- 23:33Speaker 1: to stop them. No. No, let me also remind you
- 23:36Speaker 1: that's the same party that's all that. Just be tolerant
- 23:39Speaker 1: of us, Okay, we just want you to be tolerant
- 23:42Speaker 1: of our extremism. We want you to be tolerant of
- 23:46Speaker 1: our ways of life right and our viewpoints of life.
- 23:50Speaker 1: We just want you to be talking. Does any of
- 23:51Speaker 1: this I'm playing for you right now sound like they're tolerant?
- 23:54Speaker 1: Listen to Psycho Elizabeth Warren. Does this sound like tolerance?
- 24:00Speaker 1: The Founding Fathers? Never ever your hands off my body forever?
- 24:05Speaker 1: These people are crazy. Let's let's just back that up,
- 24:07Speaker 1: just living. Let's let's get a little more Elizabeth Warren
- 24:09Speaker 1: in here, because this is intense. Means ever, Founding Fathers
- 24:16Speaker 1: didn't recognize abortion as a fundamental right because the Founding
- 24:18Speaker 1: fathers were racist, misogynist jerk faces who didn't believe that
- 24:23Speaker 1: women had any rights at all. By the way, that
- 24:25Speaker 1: was actually on MSNBC. Jerk faces. I like that when
- 24:28Speaker 1: das my producers cracking up in the other room. Yeah,
- 24:32Speaker 1: it's dcs. Founding Fathers of America were massages, racist jerk faces.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Sounds like a lot of tolerant people over there. I mean,
- 24:40Speaker 1: liberals are really keeping it calm and collected right in
- 24:44Speaker 1: the in the wake of leaked Alito opinion that they leaked,
- 24:48Speaker 1: Oh it gets better. Fifty years of rights, the fifty
- 24:51Speaker 1: decades of president that has just been spit on and
- 24:54Speaker 1: thrown away in this draft opinion. No one is, by
- 24:57Speaker 1: the way, that's not what happened. If you look at
- 24:59Speaker 1: the draft opinion that was leagued, it's very clear they
- 25:02Speaker 1: didn't say they're banning abortion. They did say it was
- 25:04Speaker 1: a states rights issue. No one said it's banned. And
- 25:09Speaker 1: by the way, abortion is not going to be banned.
- 25:12Speaker 1: If rovyweight is overturned, it's going to give it back
- 25:15Speaker 1: to the states, and there will be states like California
- 25:19Speaker 1: that are actually going to help pay people to fly in.
- 25:21Speaker 1: They're going to have abortion tourism. We're being told, yeah,
- 25:26Speaker 1: abortion tourism, because that's now a thing in California. Come
- 25:31Speaker 1: to California so we can help you kill your child.
- 25:35Speaker 1: They're having money that they're actually setting aside for that.
- 25:40Speaker 1: I wish I was joking. Unfortunately I'm not. And they're
- 25:45Speaker 1: going to have a abortion objective in California and other states.
- 25:52Speaker 1: I'm sure we'll follow suit. They're gonna say, come to
- 25:55Speaker 1: our state and kill your child. Will help you do
- 25:57Speaker 1: it right, like, come to our state and we will
- 26:00Speaker 1: totally hook you up with an abortion if you can't
- 26:02Speaker 1: afford it, will help funnel money to you or help
- 26:05Speaker 1: you pay for it. Again, not a joke, I wish
- 26:10Speaker 1: it was. But they don't want you to actually know
- 26:14Speaker 1: any of that. No, no, no, no no. They want
- 26:17Speaker 1: you to believe that this is the you know, taking
- 26:21Speaker 1: away every right even though it's not. It's giving it
- 26:24Speaker 1: back to the states, and there are going to be
- 26:27Speaker 1: states that are going to love to sell you abortions
- 26:31Speaker 1: who are going to be pro give them away, like California,
- 26:34Speaker 1: They're going to subsidize it because this is how sick
- 26:37Speaker 1: they left. Actually. But again, the same people on the
- 26:40Speaker 1: left say, hey, we're keeping it cool, We're keeping it
- 26:43Speaker 1: calm and collected. Okay, say this Rover turning row will
- 26:47Speaker 1: be a mass criminalization of that. And honestly, at this point,
- 26:52Speaker 1: I think we're all right, so question the legitimacy of
- 26:54Speaker 1: the court. Yes, legitimacy now the court right now, now,
- 26:57Speaker 1: the court, because they're doing their job and looking at
- 27:00Speaker 1: the Constitution, is illegitimate. So now we're gonna stalk people
- 27:04Speaker 1: on the court. Right, We're gonna stalk them. We're gonna
- 27:09Speaker 1: give out their home addresses. We're gonna put them in
- 27:12Speaker 1: a place where they could be harmed and their families
- 27:14Speaker 1: could be harmed. We're gonna make it where Supreme Court
- 27:17Speaker 1: justice have to go into hiding. By the way, doing
- 27:21Speaker 1: a lot of this is actually illegal. Intimidating a judge
- 27:24Speaker 1: and making it clear that a judge is being threatened
- 27:27Speaker 1: is supposed to be a federal offense. I'm sure no
- 27:30Speaker 1: one will get charged with that, of course, because why
- 27:33Speaker 1: would that ever happen. Right, No, that would never happen
- 27:38Speaker 1: because they're a bunch of liberals. But they are tolerant folks.
- 27:43Speaker 1: They are tolerant of different people's opinions. Being sarcastic. Well,
- 27:47Speaker 1: you need to understand about the left. Elizabeth Warren is
- 27:50Speaker 1: one of the people screaming in here. What these people
- 27:53Speaker 1: learned is we trample anyone and anything, including the Constitution,
- 28:00Speaker 1: including our founding fathers, if you get in the way
- 28:05Speaker 1: of what we demand of our psychotic nature. Because this
- 28:11Speaker 1: is psychotic when you act this way and you do
- 28:16Speaker 1: something that's unpresent, linking a draft opinion from within the
- 28:20Speaker 1: Supreme Court, going rogue, putting people's lives at risk, and
- 28:25Speaker 1: then you go out in the streets and you're the
- 28:27Speaker 1: one that's screaming. You're the one that's losing your mind.
- 28:32Speaker 1: You're the one undermine the court saying it's no longer
- 28:34Speaker 1: a legitimate court, which it clearly is. Anti abortion activists
- 28:37Speaker 1: wrote it, not a Supreme Court justice. These justices, by
- 28:40Speaker 1: the way, a Supreme Court justice did write it. But
- 28:43Speaker 1: this is how you dehumanize people, which democrats do so well. Right,
- 28:49Speaker 1: you're racist, you're big at your homophobe you're all of
- 28:51Speaker 1: these things if you're a conservative, right, they do a
- 28:55Speaker 1: really good job of dehumanizing conservatives. It's one of the
- 28:59Speaker 1: things that they are unbelievably good at and skilled. I mean,
- 29:05Speaker 1: they are skilled at destroying people's lives and attacking human beings.
- 29:11Speaker 1: This is their thing. Like, if you want to know
- 29:13Speaker 1: what democrats are good at, this is it. We will
- 29:18Speaker 1: dehumanize you, we will destroy you. We will tell people
- 29:21Speaker 1: that you're no longer in Supreme Court justice, you're an actress.
- 29:24Speaker 1: And they'll attack now your religion and Christians, right, they're
- 29:28Speaker 1: they're already going after Christians and all of this. They're
- 29:31Speaker 1: attacking Christians in a way that is disgusting, and they're
- 29:34Speaker 1: they're they're turning Christian conservatives into public enemy number one,
- 29:37Speaker 1: Like that's the new thing. Now, just just know this,
- 29:42Speaker 1: this is their thing. This is what they do. I
- 29:46Speaker 1: wish I could say that this montage is done. It's not.
- 29:48Speaker 1: I'm barely halfway through it, because this is how psycho
- 29:51Speaker 1: they are are, acting like this is somehow something that
- 29:56Speaker 1: they have the right to change. They do not have
- 29:58Speaker 1: the right to change. And this Supreme Court has said
- 30:01Speaker 1: they don't care. They don't care about this women. What
- 30:03Speaker 1: they care about is imposing their extremist view on the
- 30:06Speaker 1: rest of the country. By the way they're looking at
- 30:09Speaker 1: the law. That's what they're doing. They're looking at the law,
- 30:16Speaker 1: they're looking at the constitution. They're looking at how the
- 30:20Speaker 1: United States Constitution was written. And there is one point
- 30:24Speaker 1: you need to understand, and I have said this before,
- 30:28Speaker 1: but it's again it's something that really needs to be
- 30:30Speaker 1: driven a point that these be driven home. You notice
- 30:34Speaker 1: that the Democrats hate our constitution and they want to
- 30:40Speaker 1: just get rid of it and trample it and run
- 30:42Speaker 1: over it and burn it. And the reason why is
- 30:46Speaker 1: because the Constitution keeps standing in the way of them
- 30:51Speaker 1: turning us into a full blown communist country where they
- 30:56Speaker 1: are the dictators and they are the tyrants. Right, I mean,
- 31:00Speaker 1: that's what they're That's what this really is. They despise
- 31:05Speaker 1: the Constitution. They hate the Constitution because it gets in
- 31:14Speaker 1: their way over and over and over again. And that's
- 31:22Speaker 1: why they undermine it. That's why they dehumanize it, and
- 31:26Speaker 1: that's why they've gone after these Supreme Court justices the
- 31:29Speaker 1: way that they've gone after them. Right, they say they're
- 31:31Speaker 1: no longer justices. There their right wing, fanatical conservative Christian
- 31:37Speaker 1: nut jobs. Right, that's what they're now saying. That's what
- 31:40Speaker 1: they're that's what they claim that they are. They're no
- 31:43Speaker 1: longer Supreme Court justices. This is how you dehumanize people.
- 31:49Speaker 1: So if you want to know why primaries wherever they're happening,
- 31:52Speaker 1: are so important, and that you get involved so important,
- 31:55Speaker 1: this is why. This is why I tell you about
- 31:58Speaker 1: certain people that are running that I think are good
- 32:01Speaker 1: human beings. But we can't just sit on the sidelines anymore, folks.
- 32:04Speaker 1: We gotta act. Don't forget. We do a podcast each
- 32:07Speaker 1: and every day. You can download the Ben Ferguson podcasts
- 32:11Speaker 1: wherever you get your podcasts, download them. See you back
- 32:15Speaker 1: here tomorrow.
