- 1:52Speaker 1: Bobby Brown and his wife and business partner, A Lisa Brown.
- 1:56Speaker 1: Welcome to the show team. Thank you for having appreciate
- 2:01Speaker 1: it well. Great. First of all, uh at Lisa's my
- 2:03Speaker 1: first time meeting meeting you are walcome to the family
- 2:06Speaker 1: all right now, Bobby, last time I met you, man,
- 2:12Speaker 1: we was in the circle of sisters. Um. I walked
- 2:16Speaker 1: by the table with my staff and I saw this
- 2:18Speaker 1: Bobby que just Boby, get this hot tal said Bobby Brown,
- 2:21Speaker 1: Hot songs. And I sae, it's Bobby Brown here, it's
- 2:26Speaker 1: body round here. Then he was over there. They had
- 2:28Speaker 1: you on a raised platform and just a huge crowd
- 2:32Speaker 1: of people, and you was doing I guess an exhibit,
- 2:35Speaker 1: a demo, a demo and uh a demonstration. And I
- 2:41Speaker 1: took the hot tongs home because I'm gona telling you something.
- 2:43Speaker 1: I'm a Southern born from Houston, Texas. I used it
- 2:46Speaker 1: on my chidlings. I'm just gonna go Southern on you, guys.
- 2:48Speaker 1: I'm putting on my chid linds and white rice okay, uh,
- 2:51Speaker 1: fried chicken. Had to put it on my fried chicken,
- 2:54Speaker 1: and so so putting on my eggs. And I'm gonna
- 2:58Speaker 1: just telling you I'm a fan. I'm a fan. I'm
- 3:01Speaker 1: a fan. I'm a fan. Okay, thank you so much. Um. Yeah,
- 3:06Speaker 1: it's been going really good. Um. We have the barbecue sauce.
- 3:09Speaker 1: We have the fried chicken mix, we have um our seasonings,
- 3:14Speaker 1: the brown um, I mean, the Boston Blend, and the
- 3:17Speaker 1: everyday seasonings. Uh. We're just we're really just trying to
- 3:23Speaker 1: build the company into into a major major you know. Um,
- 3:29Speaker 1: thank you. Okay, let's talk about that. Let's talk about that.
- 3:32Speaker 1: And because I went to the website and and I
- 3:36Speaker 1: can cook. You know, I'm not a Bobby Brown cook,
- 3:39Speaker 1: but I can cook. Okay, I don't have my season
- 3:42Speaker 1: and I don't have my sous Bobby beat, but I
- 3:45Speaker 1: can cook. At least I don't have that either. You
- 3:48Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. My wife thinks she my wife
- 3:50Speaker 1: thinks she can cook better than me. But that's another story. Now. Actually, Bobby,
- 3:57Speaker 1: Bobby definitely hands down can cook. Um. You know, I
- 4:00Speaker 1: got some a few traits up your sleeve. I'll tell
- 4:05Speaker 1: you that this this brand was developed off of Bobby's
- 4:09Speaker 1: homemade sauces and and his you know seasonings how he
- 4:13Speaker 1: combines them, and his perfectly perfectly fried chicken. And so
- 4:18Speaker 1: you know, just with his creation and my business mind,
- 4:22Speaker 1: we thought, you know, we got to bottle this up
- 4:23Speaker 1: and sell it. We know what I loved about was
- 4:26Speaker 1: the Bobby brown bag. It yeah, brown bagging, it is
- 4:30Speaker 1: what we call it. And it's just like a new
- 4:33Speaker 1: school shaking bag. It's like, yeah, you know right. So
- 4:37Speaker 1: the crazy thing is watching Bobby fries some chicken is
- 4:40Speaker 1: pretty masterful. He uh just puts the right amount of
- 4:44Speaker 1: mixture with the seasoning. And I'm telling you he he says,
- 4:47Speaker 1: one of his uh, one of his tricks is you know,
- 4:50Speaker 1: making sure that oil is exactly the right temperature. But
- 4:53Speaker 1: when that chicken, it comes out rashwan. It is so light, crispy,
- 4:59Speaker 1: the right crunch, right seasoning, and I mean never greasy.
- 5:03Speaker 1: So I thought, you know what, for someone like me
- 5:06Speaker 1: who does not really know how to fry many things,
- 5:09Speaker 1: I just you know, I don't do a lot of frying. Um,
- 5:12Speaker 1: I wanted to learn and I remembered back in the
- 5:14Speaker 1: day the shaking bake and how was that created? So
- 5:18Speaker 1: that's what how the brown bag and it came about
- 5:20Speaker 1: how to show someone like myself and many others how
- 5:24Speaker 1: to fry. Um. Your food is really light and easy
- 5:27Speaker 1: and it's it all comes together. It's the bag. You
- 5:30Speaker 1: can drop your your meat or your choice of fish
- 5:33Speaker 1: or whatever, and you put the seasonings in there that's
- 5:35Speaker 1: already comes in the packet. You shake it up and
- 5:38Speaker 1: drop it. It's as easy as that. I'm gonna tell
- 5:40Speaker 1: you something. When I saw that on the website, I go,
- 5:42Speaker 1: this is brilliant, you know, because I'm telling you because
- 5:47Speaker 1: if you go to the website and you see the
- 5:48Speaker 1: recipes he has on that, I kept going, Okay, what else,
- 5:52Speaker 1: because that's what because that's what really hurts people in cooking,
- 5:56Speaker 1: you know. And and we're the society of now where
- 5:59Speaker 1: people are there there there there, do it yourself first.
- 6:02Speaker 1: And so so when I saw the chicken recipe, just
- 6:05Speaker 1: throw the chicken in there, and I say, when the
- 6:07Speaker 1: chicken floats to the top, it's done. People don't even
- 6:12Speaker 1: know that, right I read the website. Your problems doing
- 6:17Speaker 1: this research not going I didn't know that when to
- 6:20Speaker 1: the top is done. So Bobby, you do that, Huh.
- 6:24Speaker 1: You have to let it float. When it floats, and
- 6:27Speaker 1: you know it's cooked all the way through that. Um,
- 6:32Speaker 1: it's not gonna be greasy because the grease is gonna
- 6:36Speaker 1: be out of the chicken by time you put it
- 6:38Speaker 1: in your mouth. Wow. Wow, wow wow. Here's here's a
- 6:42Speaker 1: quote on the website that I love. I'm just gonna
- 6:44Speaker 1: say this, Uh, it's on the on the website. We
- 6:46Speaker 1: are committed to serving you seasoning and spices of great
- 6:49Speaker 1: quality and good to your body. All of our products
- 6:52Speaker 1: are gluten free and non gmo, made with all natural
- 6:56Speaker 1: ingredients and no preservatives. No animals are used in making
- 7:00Speaker 1: up our products, so cooking with Bobby Brown Foods is
- 7:03Speaker 1: a great choice for our vegetarian and vegan customers. We're
- 7:07Speaker 1: continuously coming up with new products, so please stay tuned
- 7:10Speaker 1: to see what else comes out this year. Yeah, we're
- 7:14Speaker 1: super excited about that. We have some um, we we're
- 7:18Speaker 1: just finalizing bottling some of our marinades and dressings which
- 7:22Speaker 1: were super excited about. We have a three and one
- 7:25Speaker 1: sauce that you can use as either a marinade, addressing
- 7:28Speaker 1: or a dipping sauce. And you know, we're just just
- 7:32Speaker 1: geared up and we can't wait until you know, we
- 7:34Speaker 1: are just stocked all the shelves with everything that you know,
- 7:38Speaker 1: our family likes to eat. We we really are conscious
- 7:42Speaker 1: about putting things in our body that are healthy obviously
- 7:45Speaker 1: for our children and ourselves and um and still have
- 7:49Speaker 1: a lot of great flavor you know, that's the thing
- 7:51Speaker 1: that we're trying to blend together. So well, that's important
- 7:55Speaker 1: too because the fact that this is a brand and
- 7:58Speaker 1: the reason I really like our talk about the power
- 8:01Speaker 1: couple because it allows us to understand that there is
- 8:04Speaker 1: you win. You win both ways. You know. You gotta
- 8:06Speaker 1: have the white point of view and the and the
- 8:09Speaker 1: husband point of view, the male point of view or
- 8:11Speaker 1: the female point of view. And it has to be
- 8:12Speaker 1: a partner ship because you can't win with some one
- 8:15Speaker 1: side feeling that this is how I should be done
- 8:18Speaker 1: and other side, I said, this is how I wanted
- 8:19Speaker 1: to be done. You have to win with a joint thought.
- 8:22Speaker 1: That's why when I talked about the brown and Baggett,
- 8:25Speaker 1: you know, both of them were excited about it. Both
- 8:28Speaker 1: of them were, Yeah, that's that's the way to go.
- 8:31Speaker 1: That's yeah, our kids love it to You got to.
- 8:35Speaker 1: You got to, you know because of the fact that
- 8:37Speaker 1: when when that went to recipe the ship the shrimp Ala, Bobby, Oh,
- 8:44Speaker 1: tell me about that, Bobby, come on, tell me about
- 8:46Speaker 1: that is something that I came up with that um
- 8:51Speaker 1: because I don't like, I don't like my kids eating
- 8:53Speaker 1: too much fried foods. So I came up with shrimp
- 8:56Speaker 1: Bobby with his which is basically, uh, um like shrimp.
- 9:02Speaker 1: It's like um, it's like a shrimp scamp It's like
- 9:08Speaker 1: a scamp with peppers, and ent we get the vegetables
- 9:14Speaker 1: in there with his peppers, colorful peppers. And of course
- 9:17Speaker 1: kids love rice, but yeah, they're all they're always very
- 9:20Speaker 1: picky about what their sauce looks like. So he makes
- 9:23Speaker 1: an amazing sausage. Well that's why. That's why I liked
- 9:25Speaker 1: about it because when I first saw it, I thought
- 9:27Speaker 1: it was, you know, grits and it's right, just like
- 9:30Speaker 1: a shrimp scampy, which is really good because you know,
- 9:33Speaker 1: you know, it's it's not so much like it's you know,
- 9:36Speaker 1: everything has a little calorie to it, but scampy that's
- 9:41Speaker 1: always feel like a little bit lighter. It's not fried,
- 9:44Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, but it's a little bit lighter.
- 9:47Speaker 1: So when I saw that, I would, Okay, my man,
- 9:50Speaker 1: you're trying to you're trying to win women. Then you
- 9:52Speaker 1: came back with the barbecue salmon, you know that one. See, see,
- 9:59Speaker 1: y'all got me excited. I hope, I hope I'm genuinely
- 10:03Speaker 1: letting you. Both of you guys know that I am
- 10:06Speaker 1: passionate about your product um and I will do and
- 10:10Speaker 1: I'm a salesman. That's why I wanted you to. I know,
- 10:12Speaker 1: We've been going back and forth trying to get you
- 10:13Speaker 1: on the show with my staff because you you you
- 10:16Speaker 1: was on tour in certain days you couldn't talk. And
- 10:18Speaker 1: they finally have them have you on my show to
- 10:20Speaker 1: talk about the success of this. Uh. I want to
- 10:23Speaker 1: say it's gonna be in this successful prank because guess what,
- 10:25Speaker 1: Rishan mcnal gonna help you make it successful because I
- 10:28Speaker 1: guess what I believe in both of you. We're gonna
- 10:31Speaker 1: be right back. We're gonna talk more about that you're
- 10:33Speaker 1: co producing, your your your production company. But I wanted
- 10:36Speaker 1: to get that the food out to wait first. We'll
- 10:39Speaker 1: be right back with more money making conversations with Bobby
- 10:42Speaker 1: and Elisa. H. I just ras Sean McDonald how you're doing.
- 10:47Speaker 1: You're listening to money making conversation on the phone. Is
- 10:50Speaker 1: Bobby Brown and a Lisa Brown. Uh, the entrepreneurs co
- 10:53Speaker 1: producers and television. But more importantly, their their their their foodies,
- 10:58Speaker 1: foodies who are help you be foodies now? He was
- 11:01Speaker 1: surprised that you mentioned that barbecue salmon because that was
- 11:05Speaker 1: the one thing that I showed a good friend of mine, um,
- 11:08Speaker 1: how to make make. She gray. She had come over
- 11:12Speaker 1: a house one time and she didn't know how to
- 11:14Speaker 1: make salmon. That was that was at the point where
- 11:19Speaker 1: we was just starting the food company. Um, she loves
- 11:25Speaker 1: the barbecue salmon and she still makes it to this day.
- 11:28Speaker 1: So my wife, my wife loves fish. What I'm saying,
- 11:33Speaker 1: so my wife loves fish. If you go in the restaurant,
- 11:35Speaker 1: she always gonna can you take me the restaurant, you
- 11:37Speaker 1: give me some good fish. And so this barbecue salmon.
- 11:40Speaker 1: You know, we definitely got to get this stuff. And
- 11:42Speaker 1: what I wanted when I do, i'mna tell you something.
- 11:44Speaker 1: What I do Team, I'm gonna call your teeth, is
- 11:47Speaker 1: that when you send me your care pact, I'm gonna
- 11:49Speaker 1: cook and I'm gonna take photos, okay, and I'm gonna
- 11:51Speaker 1: hold a little photo. Only everybody knows this the real
- 11:53Speaker 1: deal because what we're trying don't do. I don't do
- 11:56Speaker 1: say you tell me and just sits on the shelf
- 11:58Speaker 1: because I know the hot alls. Now I gotta go
- 12:00Speaker 1: back to Houston to give me some good chidlings. But
- 12:02Speaker 1: when I go back to Houston, I'm gonna be sitting
- 12:04Speaker 1: at the table. I'm gonna have my little Bobby Brown
- 12:06Speaker 1: hot salt next to me, some chidlings with white rice
- 12:08Speaker 1: and crackers. Everybody, it was good and you gotta put
- 12:16Speaker 1: that hot sauce on it. Yeah. Absolutely, I only eat
- 12:20Speaker 1: chidlings on things together. You know, saying I don't talk
- 12:23Speaker 1: to cunt to people. I don't time to cut people.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Don't let that ballton rime on. The cool thing about it?
- 12:33Speaker 1: Come on. The cool thing abouty with black eye peas. Now,
- 12:35Speaker 1: this is the cool thing about it is that you
- 12:36Speaker 1: have some ambassadors. A good friend of my chef, Gnar Wales. Yes,
- 12:40Speaker 1: that's our good friend. Yeah, he want of your ambassadors.
- 12:44Speaker 1: And every Saturday, just how close our relationship is. Every
- 12:46Speaker 1: if you go to my Facebook, bro, every Saturday, I've
- 12:49Speaker 1: been supporting this young man. I posted his videos every Saturday.
- 12:53Speaker 1: He says to me a video. I don't ask him
- 12:55Speaker 1: any favors. I say, hey, man, if you do the
- 12:58Speaker 1: work and you want to work hard for your brand,
- 13:00Speaker 1: our post your videos. So he's been doing that like
- 13:02Speaker 1: six months on my Facebook page. I give it to
- 13:05Speaker 1: him at ninety him. Every Saturday you see a post
- 13:08Speaker 1: from chef to well, so so make sure he tell
- 13:10Speaker 1: tell him to put some Lobby brown hot sauce and
- 13:13Speaker 1: a couple of little recipes coming up. So we could
- 13:15Speaker 1: do some dual promotion because every Saturday he posts on
- 13:18Speaker 1: my social media. Okay, oh that's wonderful. Yeah, he's one
- 13:21Speaker 1: of our chef Ambassadors and what that is is on
- 13:23Speaker 1: our website, we like to support local chefs, chefs that
- 13:27Speaker 1: we know, international, domestic everywhere, and you know, our people
- 13:31Speaker 1: that use our product and uh. Jannard was a jobman
- 13:35Speaker 1: who actually had UM hosted a few parties or events
- 13:39Speaker 1: we went to, and you know, we really loved the
- 13:42Speaker 1: flavors that he used in his food and house well
- 13:45Speaker 1: and clean he cooked his food, and so we sent
- 13:47Speaker 1: him a package and just like you said, he's amazing.
- 13:51Speaker 1: He has done so many tutorials for us out there
- 13:55Speaker 1: and supported our brand. We actually did the Tom Joiner
- 13:59Speaker 1: use absolutely yeah, and Bobby did a demo there and
- 14:03Speaker 1: he was one of the chefs UM that used our
- 14:06Speaker 1: products and um, you know, it was just perfect cross
- 14:09Speaker 1: promotion for both. And he has a lot of great
- 14:11Speaker 1: products as well, so we definitely like to support other
- 14:15Speaker 1: business owners as well. Well, that's that's that's the great
- 14:18Speaker 1: thing about this whole conversation we have and because of
- 14:20Speaker 1: cos it's about relationships. You know, you know that person,
- 14:23Speaker 1: that person. So when I get off the phone, tell
- 14:26Speaker 1: my staff to say, hey, contacted the chiefs and are
- 14:29Speaker 1: I said, my next couple of videos, I want to
- 14:31Speaker 1: make sure he uses Bobby Brown. You know, I'm gonna
- 14:34Speaker 1: see if I get him to use that that brown
- 14:36Speaker 1: and bagging. That's that's hot to me. I'm telling you,
- 14:38Speaker 1: that's that right there. We need to start doing that
- 14:40Speaker 1: because I don't know it's I do what ever said it?
- 14:42Speaker 1: So I'm gonna tell him to do that. Oh yes,
- 14:44Speaker 1: he actually did. He did a special with our brown
- 14:49Speaker 1: bag in it when we introduced it. He did a
- 14:51Speaker 1: great clip. Um. He was also sponsored by Boss Water
- 14:56Speaker 1: and so us our brown bagging it the Boss Water
- 15:00Speaker 1: shaking and showing how he fries his chicken and it
- 15:02Speaker 1: was amazing. So for sure, he's uh, he's familiar with it.
- 15:07Speaker 1: So make sure he makes you some of that. Okay,
- 15:09Speaker 1: you're gone. I'm talking to make sure, but I'm gonna
- 15:11Speaker 1: let the world know about this brand because now you
- 15:13Speaker 1: know I can share with other people on my platform.
- 15:16Speaker 1: Let's let's go back to us. Let's let's switch gears
- 15:18Speaker 1: and go to the entertainment here. Bobby Brown, why do
- 15:21Speaker 1: people love you? Man? Why they love you? Man? I'm
- 15:24Speaker 1: just Bobby, like your cousin. Because see the thing about
- 15:30Speaker 1: it is that we've had an interesting life. You know,
- 15:32Speaker 1: when I was managing Steve, We've always crossed, whether it's
- 15:34Speaker 1: an interview or being on stage or acting. I remember
- 15:37Speaker 1: we did the movie together with Beyonce. He was acting
- 15:40Speaker 1: and that and I always say, this guy can really
- 15:42Speaker 1: really act. Your You're a comedic actor, but also a
- 15:45Speaker 1: serious actor. Any aspirations to really take that, you know,
- 15:50Speaker 1: go down that lane and acting there other than yes, yes, um,
- 15:55Speaker 1: but right there, right now, Um, I'm just really concentrated
- 15:59Speaker 1: on this new album that I'm gonna put out, um
- 16:03Speaker 1: and this tour that I'm doing with our b r M,
- 16:06Speaker 1: which is for the love of it. We're just really
- 16:10Speaker 1: we really just want to get back out there when
- 16:12Speaker 1: I'm entertain the people. I mean, that's where we started,
- 16:16Speaker 1: and that's where you know, we're We're the love. We're
- 16:20Speaker 1: the love is you know, So for the Love of
- 16:23Speaker 1: It tour is coming to a city near you, and um,
- 16:27Speaker 1: we're just we're just happy to be together. Ronnie, Bobby,
- 16:31Speaker 1: Ricky and Mike. Um, we just like I said, for
- 16:36Speaker 1: the love of it, we're doing the love of it.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I mean, we're doing the Hoodie Awards. I had to.
- 16:40Speaker 1: I had to had them come out and perform and
- 16:42Speaker 1: open the show for us. And we had this forward car,
- 16:45Speaker 1: this brand new car in front of the stage. Front
- 16:50Speaker 1: of the stage, you know talking about Bobby Brown was
- 16:54Speaker 1: on that car board for them. The executive is he going,
- 16:57Speaker 1: let's speak quiet, Bobby Brown, lead on that boy. That
- 17:01Speaker 1: nobody I've been doing this show fourteens. Nobody ever still
- 17:04Speaker 1: on the call, slid on the call, touch the call
- 17:07Speaker 1: until Bobby Brown came along. He said that it was
- 17:10Speaker 1: sixteen thou people was always sold out. There's sixteen thousand
- 17:12Speaker 1: people at the Engine brand and knew it just came
- 17:16Speaker 1: out there and Bobby Brown did his day. He jumped
- 17:18Speaker 1: on that car and ball everybody went. It was like
- 17:22Speaker 1: and he didn't even fall off. Everybody come, I didn't
- 17:25Speaker 1: try to laughing. I didn't do it. That's the team
- 17:29Speaker 1: right there. He didn't did it. But that's the part
- 17:31Speaker 1: about it, because you know, you are like uh, you know,
- 17:34Speaker 1: like you know, like you you're You're a little Elvis.
- 17:37Speaker 1: You know, you're James Brown, You're You're and you're you.
- 17:41Speaker 1: That's a combination of that. It's really incredible to maintain.
- 17:45Speaker 1: You know. I appreciate that because those are two of
- 17:48Speaker 1: the entertainers that really influenced me in this business, along
- 17:54Speaker 1: with Rick James, along with Michael Jackson, along with Stevie Wonder.
- 17:59Speaker 1: You know, Um, I really tried and I really studied everybody,
- 18:05Speaker 1: you know, in order to in order to become who
- 18:09Speaker 1: I wanted to be, and I wanted to be all
- 18:12Speaker 1: of them. So I tried to put all of them
- 18:16Speaker 1: into what I do when I perform. And that's important.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Now I ask you this up there, a Lisa, you
- 18:22Speaker 1: know they Brown Ribbon Entertainment, that production company. What what
- 18:26Speaker 1: what's the goal of that production company? What? What what?
- 18:28Speaker 1: What's the vision of that production company? Well, um, you know,
- 18:33Speaker 1: my background comes from entertainment as well, not only music,
- 18:36Speaker 1: but TV and film, and of course Bobby's love of
- 18:40Speaker 1: all of them combined. We wanted to start our own
- 18:43Speaker 1: production company where we could start producing our own projects,
- 18:46Speaker 1: whether they were developed by us or brought to us
- 18:49Speaker 1: in script form already. And the Body Ground Story was
- 18:52Speaker 1: our first production that we put out UM, which we're
- 18:56Speaker 1: very proud of. As you know, it's been nominated for
- 18:58Speaker 1: three in double A C P A Words. We're looking
- 19:00Speaker 1: forward to UM. But again, it's a platform for us
- 19:04Speaker 1: to develop options stories that are written by us. You
- 19:09Speaker 1: know that we think that need a platform to be shown,
- 19:12Speaker 1: and as a production company, you know you can get
- 19:15Speaker 1: it done. We work and we have deals with different
- 19:17Speaker 1: networks on the TV level and also on the film.
- 19:20Speaker 1: We're very proud that we've develop a relationship with other
- 19:24Speaker 1: countries as well, so internationally we like to distribute and license.
- 19:29Speaker 1: So right now we're just looking forward to UH to
- 19:32Speaker 1: a few new projects coming and checking out Brown Ribbon
- 19:35Speaker 1: really taking a powerful seat in the production world. Well congratulations,
- 19:40Speaker 1: because first of all, you know, I googled you. You know,
- 19:42Speaker 1: I'm no stranger than what you mean. You know, I'm
- 19:46Speaker 1: over there looking at chicken, but I'm over there looking
- 19:47Speaker 1: at YouTube. Okay, you know what google every day? Yeah,
- 19:54Speaker 1: he's a beauty of our conversation. First of all, I
- 19:57Speaker 1: feel like I'm talking to friends. I feel I'm talking
- 20:00Speaker 1: to two people who are happy, and that's important. And
- 20:07Speaker 1: then so so when we when this is the one
- 20:09Speaker 1: question I want to get out the Bobby Brown story. Bobby,
- 20:12Speaker 1: I want you to respond, and then at least as
- 20:14Speaker 1: a producer, I want you to respond, Bobby. Why was
- 20:16Speaker 1: it important to tell that story? Um? I think it
- 20:22Speaker 1: was important because I don't want anybody else to be
- 20:26Speaker 1: able to tell what I lived. UM, and I wanted
- 20:32Speaker 1: I wanted the story to be told right. I wanted
- 20:35Speaker 1: the story to be the truth, um, and not something
- 20:39Speaker 1: that somebody makes up or something somebody rent in a
- 20:42Speaker 1: in a newspaper. So it came from my heart too
- 20:47Speaker 1: the screen basically, and um, we had a great writer
- 20:52Speaker 1: with us, I'll do and a great executive producer was
- 21:00Speaker 1: you know, one of my good friends, um, Jesse Collins.
- 21:05Speaker 1: And UM, it was just it was just important to
- 21:07Speaker 1: get out there a Lisa as a producer. M hm.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Was it important to make sure it's stayed on track,
- 21:14Speaker 1: that it didn't get out of hand? To make sure
- 21:17Speaker 1: the story was authentic? Oh, number one, it had to
- 21:20Speaker 1: be authentic. Um. Obviously it being personal to my heart
- 21:24Speaker 1: because it's my husband's story. But more importantly, when you
- 21:27Speaker 1: put out any story, whoever story you're going to tell
- 21:30Speaker 1: or you're gonna be part of, uh, you know, putting
- 21:34Speaker 1: the story out there, you wanted to be authentic. That's
- 21:37Speaker 1: where people respect you. You know, Um, this is a
- 21:41Speaker 1: real man and his life and and and you know,
- 21:45Speaker 1: it was such a privilege that he's with us because
- 21:48Speaker 1: there's so many wonderful stories that people are fighting over
- 21:51Speaker 1: to tell of people that have already passed. And I think, um,
- 21:54Speaker 1: you know, we had such an advantage that you're going
- 21:56Speaker 1: to hear his voice all the way through it. It's
- 21:59Speaker 1: not someone else who knew him, his voice, you know,
- 22:02Speaker 1: it's his along with again the beautiful team that we
- 22:06Speaker 1: had together that Bobby was speaking. But number one, authenticity
- 22:10Speaker 1: is very important. Well, thank you both for coming on
- 22:12Speaker 1: my show sending that care package. I'm gonna talk to
- 22:15Speaker 1: Chef to know, well, so I can give some videos
