Perry City Council approves amendments to 2025-2026 budget to reflect higher revenues

The Perry City Council unanimously approved amendments to the city’s current fiscal year 2025-26 budget, updating revenues and expenditures to reflect year-end financial activity while shifting planned Class C road fund transfers into the next fiscal year. Several revenue categories exceeded the city’s original projections, Perry City Finance Director Shanna Johnson said.
