- 1:47Speaker 3: money looking me.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Come come on, you'll think that I sure will.
- 2:03Speaker 5: Good morning everybody. You listen to the voice, come on
- 2:06Speaker 5: dig me now.
- 2:07Speaker 2: One and only.
- 2:08Speaker 5: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Yeah, man, Steve Harvey
- 2:13Speaker 5: got a radio show. Trying to do something with it too.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Man.
- 2:17Speaker 5: You know, I was having a conversation the other day
- 2:22Speaker 5: with a young person and they were telling me how
- 2:25Speaker 5: they felt that their life was stuck, that their life
- 2:28Speaker 5: was in a rut, that they didn't know what to
- 2:33Speaker 5: do next. And one of the things that was causing
- 2:36Speaker 5: them this sadness or this depression. I mean, they're really
- 2:41Speaker 5: really into something right now. One of the things that
- 2:43Speaker 5: was causing it was the fact that they had made
- 2:48Speaker 5: a list of things they wanted to accomplish by a
- 2:52Speaker 5: certain age, and that age they just had a birthday recently,
- 3:00Speaker 5: and they were looking at the list, and the list
- 3:05Speaker 5: hadn't been fulfilled, and because that list hadn't been fulfilled,
- 3:13Speaker 5: they were really really sad about it. You know.
- 3:17Speaker 2: One of the things that they had on.
- 3:19Speaker 5: The list was marriage, kids, and I don't know everything
- 3:25Speaker 5: else that was on the list, but that was one
- 3:27Speaker 5: of them. And because she had reached a certain age
- 3:31Speaker 5: and she wasn't married, and she didn't have the kids,
- 3:34Speaker 5: and she had just celebrated a birthday, she's gone into
- 3:38Speaker 5: this mode of sadness whereas really really taken a toll
- 3:44Speaker 5: on her. And as I was learning about her situation,
- 3:51Speaker 5: I was thinking about it, and I just wanted to
- 3:54Speaker 5: share this with you all this morning that one of
- 3:57Speaker 5: the things about making a list about what you want,
- 4:00Speaker 5: which I happen to be a proponent of, I do
- 4:03Speaker 5: it myself. People have dream boards. I have a goal sheet.
- 4:08Speaker 5: I've been doing it for years. It's a wonderful way
- 4:12Speaker 5: to set goals and to keep it in front of
- 4:14Speaker 5: you as a constant reminder. And I always go over
- 4:17Speaker 5: this gold list every day, you know. I mean I
- 4:20Speaker 5: go with it all the time every day. Sometimes I
- 4:23Speaker 5: miss a day here and there, but mostly every day
- 4:26Speaker 5: I pull my goal sheet out and I look at it,
- 4:29Speaker 5: I read it. So I was going to these rallies
- 4:31Speaker 5: and I was learning about you know, people who are
- 4:34Speaker 5: successful in how they kept their mind writing possible. And
- 4:37Speaker 5: one of the things I learned was to make these
- 4:39Speaker 5: dream boards, these lists, these goal sheets. And in making
- 4:44Speaker 5: a goal sheet, and you make the sheet according to
- 4:48Speaker 5: what you want, think about one thing when you made
- 4:52Speaker 5: your goal sheet, about what you wanted? Does your goal
- 4:56Speaker 5: sheet have on it what God wants from you? Did
- 5:00Speaker 5: you ask in any of this what was His will
- 5:03Speaker 5: in your life?
- 5:05Speaker 2: You know?
- 5:05Speaker 5: Look, man, what we want oftentimes is not what He
- 5:10Speaker 5: wants for us. And you know, if you're fighting against
- 5:14Speaker 5: what you were created for, if you're fighting against his will,
- 5:18Speaker 5: I mean.
- 5:19Speaker 2: What do you want to happen? See? Don't be so hard.
- 5:23Speaker 5: On yourself when you look at your goal sheet and
- 5:25Speaker 5: you look at what you've not become what you thought
- 5:28Speaker 5: was a great idea. Don't be so hard on yourself
- 5:31Speaker 5: because you just made a minor mistake. As do most people,
- 5:34Speaker 5: we oftentimes make our goals and set our goals up
- 5:37Speaker 5: without ever considering what is it that God.
- 5:40Speaker 2: Wants from us.
- 5:41Speaker 5: We keep talking about what we want without ever finding
- 5:44Speaker 5: out and knowing what it is God wants for us. Well,
- 5:47Speaker 5: guess what, man, maybe you're fighting against the grain. Maybe
- 5:50Speaker 5: you just a salmon heading upstream. That's a tough fight upstream.
- 5:54Speaker 5: Not all salmons get up to the spawning grounds, you know.
- 5:57Speaker 5: Some of them don't make it upstream, you know. But
- 6:00Speaker 5: all of them, nearly all of them, except the ones
- 6:03Speaker 5: that's killed by pray. When they're spawn they go out
- 6:05Speaker 5: to the ocean. That's cool because you're going because you're
- 6:08Speaker 5: going with the grain. You're going downstream, you're going with
- 6:11Speaker 5: the flow. That's but when it's time to go against
- 6:15Speaker 5: the grain, it's tough. And a lot of us have
- 6:17Speaker 5: just been going against the grain for all of these years.
- 6:20Speaker 5: But you know what, listen, man, I did it. I
- 6:23Speaker 5: know a lot of people who did it. Very few
- 6:26Speaker 5: people get it right from the very beginning. Man, you
- 6:30Speaker 5: got to stumble through life sometimes sometimes you got to
- 6:32Speaker 5: fall through life.
- 6:34Speaker 2: You got to make a.
- 6:34Speaker 5: Lot of mistakes, man, But these mistakes are not failures.
- 6:38Speaker 5: You know, when you fail at something, don't look at
- 6:40Speaker 5: it as a failure. Don't look at yourself as a failure.
- 6:42Speaker 5: Because you're thirty and your goals ain't reached that you
- 6:45Speaker 5: had on your list.
- 6:46Speaker 2: That was your list. What about the things that's going right.
- 6:51Speaker 5: Stop looking at what you're not, take some time out
- 6:54Speaker 5: and thank God for what you are. How about the
- 6:56Speaker 5: fact that you keep waking up to be thirty? You
- 6:59Speaker 5: know you get depressed about these birthdays. You really want
- 7:01Speaker 5: to throw yourself in some depression. Miss a birthday. You
- 7:04Speaker 5: really got a problem. Now look at where you are.
- 7:08Speaker 5: You keep reaching birthdays. That's a glorious blessing. You keep
- 7:12Speaker 5: waking up. You got your health, You've accomplished something. Something
- 7:15Speaker 5: on your list is done. People spend too much time
- 7:19Speaker 5: on the negative side, and you're just throwing yourself into depression.
- 7:22Speaker 5: So what you want to be married by a certain
- 7:24Speaker 5: age and you wanted to have kids, Okay, cool, you
- 7:27Speaker 5: could have done all that with the wrong person. There's
- 7:30Speaker 5: a blessing in not being married to the wrong person.
- 7:33Speaker 5: There's a blessing in not having kids and nobody to
- 7:36Speaker 5: help you raise it. There's a blessing in that man.
- 7:38Speaker 5: You're talking to somebody who can tell it to you.
- 7:40Speaker 5: You can marry the wrong person if you want to.
- 7:43Speaker 5: I'm telling you you're gonna be up in some mess.
- 7:45Speaker 5: You can't count on. So instead of being angry because
- 7:49Speaker 5: you're not married, you don't have kids, why don't you
- 7:51Speaker 5: thank God the man? Maybe he spared you from some
- 7:54Speaker 5: misery here. Maybe you could have married the wrong person.
- 7:56Speaker 5: Maybe you have kids and you're not really ready to
- 7:58Speaker 5: be a mother or a father. You gotta look at
- 8:00Speaker 5: the upside, man, Quit looking at what you don't have.
- 8:04Speaker 5: Take some time to thank God for what you do have.
- 8:06Speaker 5: When you do that, you make more room for blessings
- 8:09Speaker 5: to flow into your life. I'm not saying how God thinks,
- 8:12Speaker 5: because I really don't know, but I'm telling you if
- 8:17Speaker 5: a person comes to me and I always give a
- 8:19Speaker 5: person something and they never appear grateful, or they never
- 8:22Speaker 5: say thank you, please, know you can quit coming to
- 8:25Speaker 5: me now. I don't notice how God works because I've
- 8:30Speaker 5: gone back to him several times without being grateful of
- 8:33Speaker 5: thanking him, and he's filled my basket up again. So
- 8:37Speaker 5: I really think he's not like that. But I can't
- 8:39Speaker 5: make the call for sure. But I think at one
- 8:43Speaker 5: point in time, me it's just me talking, I'd be
- 8:46Speaker 5: a little ticked off at somebody who was always taking, taking, taking,
- 8:50Speaker 5: and never showing any gratitude. At one point in time,
- 8:53Speaker 5: I would just stop the flow of the take you know,
- 8:57Speaker 5: you just you can't take no more from me.
- 8:59Speaker 2: That's what I would do.
- 9:00Speaker 5: Now. I'm not calling it like that because I ain't him,
- 9:03Speaker 5: but I know he's merciful, He's full of goodness and
- 9:06Speaker 5: he and he'll forgive you. And thank God he does
- 9:09Speaker 5: that because he's show enough done it for me. But wow, man,
- 9:12Speaker 5: take some time out today and be grateful for what
- 9:15Speaker 5: you have. Stop complaining about where you not and think
- 9:18Speaker 5: about where you are, and then take it from there.
- 9:21Speaker 5: And the next time you make a list, make sure
- 9:23Speaker 5: on that list you have God's will. What does he
- 9:26Speaker 5: want for you? Does God create give everybody a gift
- 9:29Speaker 5: and a talent. Some of us never apply gifts and talents.
- 9:32Speaker 5: We head off in another direction. Then you wonder why
- 9:35Speaker 5: your life ain't where it's supposed to be. Have you
- 9:37Speaker 5: ever thought about what God gifted you to do? Have
- 9:40Speaker 5: you ever thought about doing that? And stip skip what
- 9:42Speaker 5: you want. I wanted to play in the NBA, but
- 9:44Speaker 5: I got to tell you something. At dribbling and shooting
- 9:47Speaker 5: and running all at one time throwing me off a
- 9:50Speaker 5: little bit, you know, So I'm doing what I do
- 9:54Speaker 5: it's pretty cool. You canna look at it that way.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Okay, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:03Speaker 5: Ladies, I would say gentlemen, but I'm talking about men,
- 10:08Speaker 5: whether you're a gentleman or not. I need your attention,
- 10:11Speaker 5: all men, all women, I need your undivided attention. This
- 10:16Speaker 5: is a public service announcement.
- 10:18Speaker 2: PS. Eight.
- 10:20Speaker 5: God is in the blessing business. The question is are
- 10:26Speaker 5: you a willing participant or a willing recipient of His blessings?
- 10:33Speaker 5: That is my question for you today, that is being
- 10:36Speaker 5: proposed in front of you today. I invite you all
- 10:41Speaker 5: into the fold of being a recipient and a participant
- 10:45Speaker 5: of all the great.
- 10:46Speaker 2: Blessings that God has for you.
- 10:48Speaker 5: I declare and decree an openness and a willingness to
- 10:53Speaker 5: receive all that God has for me. And in exchange,
- 10:57Speaker 5: I choose to do His will to the best of
- 11:00Speaker 5: my ability. And if I fall short, please allow me
- 11:04Speaker 5: to pick myself up or you picked me up and
- 11:07Speaker 5: let me start over again.
- 11:09Speaker 2: Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the ride.
- 11:12Speaker 5: Steve Harby Moore to show shot Strawberry College for Real,
- 11:14Speaker 5: Mississippi Monica Junior to come Back Kid, and the legend
- 11:17Speaker 5: that is, nephew, Tommy Junr.
- 11:19Speaker 2: What's up with you today? Man?
- 11:21Speaker 6: Let me ask you something up And it's a probably
- 11:25Speaker 6: a personal question, but I just want to ask you up.
- 11:29Speaker 6: What day did you discover you was an attractive When
- 11:31Speaker 6: did you when did you find out.
- 11:35Speaker 1: You had to ask this question?
- 11:38Speaker 2: Good question.
- 11:38Speaker 1: I can't wait to hear then.
- 11:42Speaker 7: Like when it hit you all at once.
- 11:45Speaker 5: All at once, Yeah, Cause if you creep up on
- 11:48Speaker 5: you a little bit, it don't it be, you know,
- 11:50Speaker 5: little stuff and you're not really sure what it is.
- 11:56Speaker 5: I guess fifteen was when I really knew you've been
- 12:00Speaker 5: ugly long time. In fifteen is when it really dawned
- 12:10Speaker 5: on me that it wasn't gonna change. And I kind
- 12:13Speaker 5: of sort of writing on the wall by the time
- 12:16Speaker 5: I was fifteen. I was in denial when I was younger,
- 12:20Speaker 5: cause you know, people say this cute little boy. You know,
- 12:22Speaker 5: you get thrown off with that. Then you stop hearing
- 12:26Speaker 5: it around eleven ten, you gotta And then it started dawning.
- 12:31Speaker 5: And then some people man like just be in denial
- 12:33Speaker 5: of it their whole life. Like Tommy, you know, he
- 12:36Speaker 5: just the whole time, the whole time. I mean he
- 12:39Speaker 5: really does think he's attractive. And it's sad too. It's
- 12:45Speaker 5: really really sad man to watch a grown man not
- 12:48Speaker 5: come to the realization of where he is in life,
- 12:51Speaker 5: and you struggle with it because it creates a lot
- 12:53Speaker 5: of Look.
- 12:54Speaker 2: I mean, look at it.
- 12:55Speaker 8: Who you're talking about, Steve, I'm talking to Junior.
- 12:59Speaker 2: I'm just old Junior. We on the zoom. I just
- 13:01Speaker 2: said it, look at it?

- 13:03Speaker 2: Yeah, look at you, Junior. Who is he telling you
- 13:06Speaker 2: to look at with us?
- 13:07Speaker 7: You mentle here talk about look at him? It's got
- 13:09Speaker 7: to be a third broson.
- 13:10Speaker 2: The fact that I won't be ugly with y'all just
- 13:12Speaker 2: bothered you.
- 13:14Speaker 5: It's the fact that you are and real.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Denial for you.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Eight nine, Steve, call us and let me know if
- 13:26Speaker 2: I'm ugly.

- 14:53Speaker 11: Okay, I'm doing good?
- 14:54Speaker 1: But how you get my number?
- 14:57Speaker 10: One of the neighbors on your block gave me the number.
- 14:58Speaker 10: Man was we were having a little situation, wanted to
- 15:01Speaker 10: reach out to you, Uh, some stuff going on here
- 15:04Speaker 10: in the neighborhood, man, and wanted to try to make
- 15:06Speaker 10: you aware of it.
- 15:07Speaker 11: But what what's going on?
- 15:08Speaker 10: Uh? It seemed like, well, you know, the trash man
- 15:12Speaker 10: run on on Tuesday, okay and Saturday right now. The
- 15:17Speaker 10: problem is that that that that a lot of people,
- 15:19Speaker 10: I guess since the holiday just passed, you know a
- 15:21Speaker 10: lot of people got this stuff out on the on
- 15:23Speaker 10: the curve already right right now. The problem is that
- 15:29Speaker 10: that that they're saying, man, is that your your trash
- 15:32Speaker 10: is actually really really foul. It's smelling and smelling pretty bad.
- 15:36Speaker 10: And we wanted to call you, man and see if you.
- 15:38Speaker 7: Do hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on.
- 15:40Speaker 9: You say you calling me because you smell my trash?
- 15:44Speaker 10: Well yeah, they say, yes, is the one that's really thinking, man,
- 15:47Speaker 10: And if you could actually maybe put it in put
- 15:49Speaker 10: it back in the in the in the garage until tuesday,
- 15:52Speaker 10: you know.
- 15:52Speaker 11: Uh, trash and no garage. That's why I put it outside.
- 15:56Speaker 11: I didn't have enough room in the garage.
- 15:57Speaker 10: Okay.
- 15:58Speaker 11: Well see, and who is everybody saying my trash thing?
- 16:01Speaker 10: Hey listen, I'm assure I'm not saying them.
- 16:05Speaker 11: You know what I want to tell you.
- 16:06Speaker 1: If everybody in the hood got a problem with my trash.
- 16:09Speaker 10: Sake, you tell them because that okay, what what what?
- 16:13Speaker 10: We we we discussed that too, But listen, listen, we
- 16:16Speaker 10: don't want no trouble man. If we can just get
- 16:17Speaker 10: you to put your trades back in, I'm.
- 16:19Speaker 11: Not moving over chash. I pay rent over here.
- 16:22Speaker 10: My brother. Hey, we're not gonna go back, and I'm
- 16:25Speaker 10: not gonna go back to.
- 16:26Speaker 11: What you're gonna do. I'm telling you where I pay
- 16:28Speaker 11: rent at. Don't tell me to do over here.
- 16:31Speaker 10: Okay, Well, listen, man, aren't you concerned that your trads
- 16:34Speaker 10: is thinking and reaking through the whole neighborhood.
- 16:36Speaker 11: I don't give it.
- 16:37Speaker 12: If who's smelled my chances they got a problem with.
- 16:40Speaker 11: It, tell them come take it out still then and
- 16:42Speaker 11: say it out there, okay.
- 16:43Speaker 10: Whether that's the problem. The problem is is that you
- 16:45Speaker 10: took it out, and you took it out too early.
- 16:47Speaker 10: You shouldn't put out till Tuesday morning. And that's who
- 16:51Speaker 10: that money Friday.
- 16:53Speaker 11: If I put it out there and say it out yesterday.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Come get it.
- 16:56Speaker 10: I'm not gonna go back and forth with you, man. Okay,
- 16:59Speaker 10: what you're.
- 16:59Speaker 12: Gonna do if you ain't gonna call me telling me
- 17:01Speaker 12: take my chance.
- 17:02Speaker 11: Yeah, I'll say, rent over here. Okay, how is everybody
- 17:06Speaker 11: smelling my trash?
- 17:07Speaker 10: Out of everybody on the see, I don't know from
- 17:10Speaker 10: my understanding, it's just's a couple of holes in it,
- 17:12Speaker 10: AND's some food or something must have got out. I
- 17:15Speaker 10: don't know if if one of the roads or dog
- 17:17Speaker 10: got in it, or what the case may be. But
- 17:19Speaker 10: you know, we need to try to get your trash
- 17:21Speaker 10: in the backyard.
- 17:22Speaker 11: My trash ain't going no.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Well, and how come you the one you fosson of this?
- 17:28Speaker 9: How come my nixt old neighbor ain't called?
- 17:30Speaker 5: How come yo.
- 17:30Speaker 12: Around the corner and you called?
- 17:32Speaker 5: Who put you up to this?
- 17:34Speaker 10: Everybody's smelling it? I was just fortunate enough to get
- 17:36Speaker 10: your phone number, and I said, well, look I just
- 17:38Speaker 10: gone and called it myself.
- 17:39Speaker 11: I'll tell you this, you and hey, you my phone number.
- 17:43Speaker 11: Come take it out?
- 17:44Speaker 9: Still?
- 17:44Speaker 11: Then it ain't going nowhere fast?
- 17:46Speaker 10: Okay, Well, listen, let's swerve this week. We decided on
- 17:49Speaker 10: the case we got to this situation with you, I

- 56:44Speaker 2: It could be yours. Buckle up and hold on tight.
- 56:47Speaker 2: We got it for you here. It is the Strawberry letter.
- 56:49Speaker 1: All right, thank you, nephew. Subject. I don't like his features, okay,
- 56:54Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm a forty one year old, beautiful
- 56:57Speaker 1: woman with a lot going for myself. I modeled underwear
- 57:01Speaker 1: when I was in my twenties, and I still have
- 57:04Speaker 1: the body to prove it. When I usually meet men,
- 57:07Speaker 1: it's because they comment on my body or my looks.
- 57:10Speaker 1: I finally met this great guy that isn't shallow, and
- 57:14Speaker 1: he's taking his time to get to know me. He's
- 57:17Speaker 1: forty four years old and he's six four with big
- 57:19Speaker 1: brown eyes. He's not my usual type because he's not
- 57:23Speaker 1: that handsome, but I decided to try something different. Kissing
- 57:28Speaker 1: him at first was awkward because he has a long,
- 57:31Speaker 1: pointed nose, but I learned how to work around it.
- 57:35Speaker 1: We discussed hygiene early on, and he must have heard
- 57:38Speaker 1: me loud and clear because he started to groom his
- 57:41Speaker 1: beard and his mustache better. He wears baggy sweats a lot,
- 57:46Speaker 1: and when he's out and about. When we go out,
- 57:50Speaker 1: he's in jeans and a long button down a button
- 57:53Speaker 1: front shirt. I told him he dresses like a teenager,
- 57:57Speaker 1: and he said that I could not change everything about
- 58:00Speaker 1: so I let it go. Then I realized why he
- 58:04Speaker 1: dresses like that, and I was disgusted. After six long
- 58:09Speaker 1: months of dating, six months of dating, we went on
- 58:11Speaker 1: an anniversary trip and I decided this was a perfect
- 58:14Speaker 1: time to have sex for the first time. I had
- 58:18Speaker 1: never seen him with a shirt off or anything. When
- 58:21Speaker 1: he took off his baggy sweats, all I saw was
- 58:26Speaker 1: hips and a big booty. He is a sick pass,
- 58:31Speaker 1: small waist and hips curvier than mine. I could tell
- 58:36Speaker 1: he was ashamed, so I tried to act like it
- 58:38Speaker 1: wasn't a big deal. It was so hard to be
- 58:41Speaker 1: intimate with him, and he could tell that my vibe
- 58:45Speaker 1: was off. The facial features are fine, but the hips
- 58:48Speaker 1: and booty sent me over the edge. I already know
- 58:52Speaker 1: that my girls are going to flip out if they
- 58:54Speaker 1: find out. I know, nobody's perfect, but this is a lot.
- 58:59Speaker 1: Would I be shallow to dump him because of his features?
- 59:03Speaker 11: Well, you know it is.
- 59:05Speaker 1: It is shallow. It is a bit shallow for you
- 59:08Speaker 1: to do that. And I mean, but we all like
- 59:11Speaker 1: what we like, and obviously we don't like what we
- 59:14Speaker 1: don't like, and you don't like hips and a butt
- 59:16Speaker 1: on a man, And that does sound a little shallow.
- 59:20Speaker 1: It is what you like, though, because first you're talking
- 59:23Speaker 1: about how beautiful you are and how your body is great,
- 59:25Speaker 1: and how the men you know talk about your your
- 59:28Speaker 1: your body and your your looks and all of that.
- 59:32Speaker 1: And you know, then you talk about how unattractive he
- 59:35Speaker 1: is or he's not your type because he's not he's
- 59:38Speaker 1: not handsome. Well, that's okay, It's just that if this
- 59:43Speaker 1: is a good guy who treats you well, he's clean,
- 59:45Speaker 1: he's smart, he's kind of don't don't throw him out
- 59:48Speaker 1: just because you don't like his hips and but I
- 59:50Speaker 1: don't know, uh, And you're right, men aren't supposed to
- 59:54Speaker 1: have hips, and but we are. But there are exceptions
- 59:58Speaker 1: to every rule. I mean, is he a good does
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: he treat you well?
- 1:00:01Speaker 3: Do you know?
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: How does he make you feel?
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: All of that?
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: You know, do you see a future with him? Then
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: you know, you decide if you want to stay with him.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: If you absolutely can't deal with this man in these
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: curvy hips in this but then you gotta move on.
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: That's just it.
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: You know, you gotta move on. What can I tell you?
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: You don't like him, get out of there. You gotta
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: move on.
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: What you sounded totally uncomfortable dealing with this letter because
- 1:00:34Speaker 5: you don't like to hurt and insult people. And I've
- 1:00:37Speaker 5: known that about you for years. A wonderful kind characteristic
- 1:00:41Speaker 5: that you have and you don't know. Ah, on the
- 1:00:44Speaker 5: other hand, ain't got no problem with either one of those.
- 1:00:47Speaker 5: So now I have to ask you a couple of
- 1:00:49Speaker 5: questions about this letter, because I'm not sure when a
- 1:00:53Speaker 5: woman says a man has hips exactly what does she
- 1:00:57Speaker 5: mean by that?
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: You know, a woman has hips?
- 1:01:00Speaker 2: How woman is No, don't explain it to me.
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: Woman, small waistline. You know she has a silhou small waisting,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: curvy hip.
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: Yeah, coke bottle huh yeah, coke, coke cold bo.
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: Yeah, coke bottle figure. Right, Well, that's kind of what
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: she's saying about him. He has curvy hip and a
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: big butt. That's what he said.
- 1:01:22Speaker 5: He got a flat stomach at a six pack in
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: a small way, but he got curvy hips at a
- 1:01:27Speaker 5: big butt.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: She said, yeah, they're curvier than hers.
- 1:01:31Speaker 11: His hip.
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: All right, I got it. Let's go with the letter.
- 1:01:34Speaker 2: Here I go. Let's just need some clarity on it.
- 1:01:38Speaker 10: All.
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: Right, here we go. Now, this forty one year old
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: beautiful woman got a lot going on.
- 1:01:42Speaker 5: You uhould be an underwear model. She fine that you
- 1:01:45Speaker 5: get that out the way she fined she forty one.
- 1:01:49Speaker 5: She still fine, got it, won't it?
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: Believe it all that. Now you meet me and they
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: talk about your looks and you beauty.
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: I believe that the lady ain't lying, but she been
- 1:02:05Speaker 5: taking his time to get this guy that really tried
- 1:02:07Speaker 5: to get to know her.
- 1:02:08Speaker 2: He's forty four six folk, big brown eyes, you know
- 1:02:12Speaker 2: what I'm saying.
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: But he's usually not that tight.
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: Now let's go back to the title of the letter.
- 1:02:18Speaker 2: I don't like his features.
- 1:02:19Speaker 5: I was told in the ninth grade by in that
- 1:02:22Speaker 5: bill the reason she wasn't going to the junior prom
- 1:02:25Speaker 5: with me was because she didn't like my facial features.
- 1:02:29Speaker 5: That scarred me deeply for a large portion of my life,
- 1:02:33Speaker 5: and as you can tell, it still comes back every
- 1:02:35Speaker 5: now and then. So initially, with the sound of this letter,
- 1:02:39Speaker 5: I was immediately defensive, because, oh here is help of
- 1:02:43Speaker 5: the found her way to my radio show.
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: Now now she still ain't liking me. In facial features.
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: I thought it was in that Bill that wrote this
- 1:02:50Speaker 5: letter what it could be because she would find this.
- 1:02:53Speaker 5: She might still be fun anyway. I'm thoughting this low
- 1:02:57Speaker 5: down help of them found her way to my radio
- 1:03:00Speaker 5: show that to remind me of Gee oh Lord.
- 1:03:05Speaker 10: Hang on.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: A part two of your response coming up at twenty
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: three minutes after the hour. Today's Strawberry letter subject, I
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: don't like his features. We'll get into it, back into
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: it right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:03:24Speaker 12: Do you ever notice your floors still look dirty even
- 1:03:26Speaker 12: after you mop? Power Mop gives you a deeper clean
- 1:03:29Speaker 12: you can see and feel. Unlike stream mops sore for
- 1:03:33Speaker 12: power Mop absorbs more dirt and locks it away even
- 1:03:37Speaker 12: and hard to reach places like behind the toilet. The
- 1:03:40Speaker 12: new micro scrubbers deliver thousands of tiny, deep cleaning actions
- 1:03:44Speaker 12: for results that look, smell, and feel clean. No more
- 1:03:48Speaker 12: dirty floors. Try the Swart for power Mop. Love it
- 1:03:51Speaker 12: or your money back?
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: All right, Steve, Come on, let's recap today's strawberry letter subject,
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: I don't like his features.
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: I just find chick underwear model in her twenties. She
- 1:04:01Speaker 2: forty one.
- 1:04:02Speaker 5: She's still banging a lot of men compliment I believe
- 1:04:04Speaker 5: all that, but she ain't really been having no luck
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: me and just wonder for what she looks like. And
- 1:04:10Speaker 5: this one guy she met finally took the time to
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: get to know her. Oh, he's forty four, six foot four,
- 1:04:15Speaker 5: big brown eyes, not your usual type because he's not
- 1:04:18Speaker 5: that hamsome I was trying to relate to the fact
- 1:04:21Speaker 5: that this letter was originally about me, I thought, because
- 1:04:24Speaker 5: a woman told me she didn't like my facial features
- 1:04:27Speaker 5: one time. This letter she don't like his features, which
- 1:04:30Speaker 5: hurt me because I was never going to change how
- 1:04:33Speaker 5: I look because we didn't have money for reconstructive surgery
- 1:04:36Speaker 5: back in the days, and we didn't even know what
- 1:04:38Speaker 5: it was back there, so I was pretty much stuck
- 1:04:40Speaker 5: like Chuck. So I've had to deal with that ongoing.
- 1:04:43Speaker 5: And after bringing it up to the fact that there's
- 1:04:45Speaker 5: three of us men on this show fit into this
- 1:04:47Speaker 5: category except for Tommy, Tommy seems to think that he
- 1:04:52Speaker 5: is Hamson, and I just wanted to finally point out
- 1:04:55Speaker 5: to Tommy, Tommy, you're handsome if you were like as
- 1:04:59Speaker 5: in Hamster handsome or gerb a Wrent, you said Jimmy
- 1:05:05Speaker 5: the cricket handsome.
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: Uh, you know the turtle on the wax commercial Mississippi.
- 1:05:13Speaker 2: Somebody jumped.
- 1:05:15Speaker 5: No, no, they laughing, Yeah, Carl and say, because she's
- 1:05:20Speaker 5: in agreement with the Mississippi that they jumped.
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: They jumped in they involved.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: Uh.
- 1:05:26Speaker 5: But anyway, it was kind of awkward kissing him because
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: he has a long pointed nose. But I learned how
- 1:05:33Speaker 5: to work around it. We discussed hygiene early, and we
- 1:05:35Speaker 5: must have heard me loud and clear. He started grooming
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: his bed and his mustache better. He wears baggie sweats
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: a lots when we out, and about when we go out,
- 1:05:44Speaker 5: he's in jeans with a long button front shirt. Then
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: you told the lady told him dressed like a teenager.
- 1:05:49Speaker 5: He said he couldn't change everything about him, all right.
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: So I let it go. Then I realized why he
- 1:05:54Speaker 2: dressed like that.
- 1:05:55Speaker 5: And I was discussing, you know, six months of day
- 1:05:57Speaker 5: and it went on anniversary trip and she decided perfect
- 1:06:00Speaker 5: time had some sex with this man. Well, she had
- 1:06:02Speaker 5: never seen him with his shirt off anything. And then
- 1:06:04Speaker 5: when he took off his bag he sweats. All I
- 1:06:06Speaker 5: saw was hips and a big booty. Now he had
- 1:06:09Speaker 5: a six pack, small waist, hips curvier than mine. I
- 1:06:15Speaker 5: could tell he was a shame, so I tried to
- 1:06:17Speaker 5: act like it wasn't a big deal. Now, surely explained
- 1:06:20Speaker 5: to me what they mean by hips. That means that
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: I've seen that looked like looked like he was when
- 1:06:29Speaker 5: they wasn't skinny. I've seen that, so I am very
- 1:06:33Speaker 5: familiar with that right there, or you lost all of
- 1:06:37Speaker 5: us on the show with that. He he's got a
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: six pack, small waist, and hips curvier than mine. I
- 1:06:44Speaker 5: never seen that, so I don't know how to address that.
- 1:06:47Speaker 5: I could tell he was a shame, so I tried
- 1:06:49Speaker 5: to act like it wasn't a big dealer. It was
- 1:06:50Speaker 5: so hard to be intimate with him. He could tell
- 1:06:53Speaker 5: my vibe was off without the magic, because you know,
- 1:06:55Speaker 5: you want to rub your man while he on you,
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: But then you rub down there and you know he
- 1:06:59Speaker 5: got more that you got. And I don't know how
- 1:07:05Speaker 5: you starting to feel back there because rubbing on the
- 1:07:08Speaker 5: same thing. And I'm starting trying to figure out how that's.
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: Working for you.
- 1:07:12Speaker 2: I don't know why it is. You know you ain't
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: call no love handling nothing. You know you ain't run
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: across no love handle just smooth, and all of a
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: sudden he just curved out on you. He got a
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: like like he got a fixed of flat booty like
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: he don't They didn't lying down in Atlanta. They got
- 1:07:32Speaker 2: it pumped up high pressure.
- 1:07:35Speaker 5: Anyway, Anyway, she said, the facial features are fine, but
- 1:07:40Speaker 5: the hips and booty sent me over the heads.
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: Already know your girl's gonna flip out if.
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: They find out. I know nobody's perfect, but I know
- 1:07:48Speaker 5: if this is a lot. Would I be shallow to
- 1:07:50Speaker 5: dump him because of his feature? Well, let's talk about
- 1:07:54Speaker 5: this for Linn, because the very reason that most men
- 1:07:56Speaker 5: won't you are simply because of your features. Here's a
- 1:07:59Speaker 5: man who took the time to get to know you
- 1:08:01Speaker 5: a little bit better, and now you've got some features
- 1:08:04Speaker 5: about him you don't care for. Now, let's just admit

- 1:12:11Speaker 5: you know, they just got good at basketball. They was
- 1:12:14Speaker 5: a football program. So but since I'm closer to them

- 1:12:54Speaker 2: she got you.
- 1:12:55Speaker 7: Okay, Tennessee, Iowa state.
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: What do you think I got to go with Tennessee.
- 1:13:01Speaker 5: I will stay upset Florida though, because I just came
- 1:13:04Speaker 5: from the bass Master's classic down there. Man, I'm falling
- 1:13:07Speaker 5: in love with Knoxville, Tennessee. Man, it's real school stuff
- 1:13:12Speaker 5: I do. Plus it's close up there where Luke Bryan
- 1:13:16Speaker 5: live and Luke Brian a new fishing buddy.
- 1:13:19Speaker 7: Okay, so you don't know nobody in our Hell no,
- 1:13:24Speaker 7: I don't know nobody in I.
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: What what's pulling for them?
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: For?
- 1:13:30Speaker 10: Junior?
- 1:13:30Speaker 9: Thank you? You try.
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: That was sports.
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: You're coming up. At the top of the hour, A
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: man questions his wife's loyalty after she won't share some
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: gossip with him. We'll get into that right after this.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. So this
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: is from Valerie and Mobile. Valie says, one of my
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: girlfriends is cheating on her husband. Her husband is one
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: of my husbands close as friends. My husband pleaded with
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: me to admit that she's cheating, and I told him
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: I don't know anything, and even if I did, I
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: would not tell him. He said that my loyalty should
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: be with him, not my friend. I really cannot believe
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: we are arguing over my friend's personal business. My loyalty
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: is with my husband, but not in this case. Am
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: I wrong for not gossiping with him about this?
- 1:14:26Speaker 5: You all's loyalty only has to do with each other,
- 1:14:30Speaker 5: not anyone. Your husband can't make the fact that you
- 1:14:34Speaker 5: know that his your girlfriend is cheating on her husband,
- 1:14:39Speaker 5: who is your husband's best friend?
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: Right God? And that has nothing to do with you.
- 1:14:48Speaker 5: Your loyalty ain't to your You're not being disloyal to
- 1:14:51Speaker 5: your husband in that regard, because what is your husband
- 1:14:54Speaker 5: gonna do? What kind of what kind of you're gonna
- 1:14:57Speaker 5: mess that anyway? So not he gonna find out, then
- 1:15:00Speaker 5: he gonna tell his boy and they break your family up?
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: What what?
- 1:15:04Speaker 10: No?
- 1:15:04Speaker 2: Lady, hold your ground right there? Your man out of line.
- 1:15:07Speaker 5: For trying to think your loyalty should be to me,
- 1:15:09Speaker 5: what's the same disloyal to you?
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: And she said her loyalty is with him, but just
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: not in this.
- 1:15:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:15:16Speaker 5: Now, if she was out there cheating, oh, her husband,
- 1:15:20Speaker 5: her loyalty should be to her husband. But because this
- 1:15:25Speaker 5: other couple, this other woman is not loyal to her husband,
- 1:15:29Speaker 5: that's got nothing to do with y'all. That's not y'all's problem,
- 1:15:32Speaker 5: nor should you make it yours. This is a classic
- 1:15:36Speaker 5: case of mind your best. Yes, people can't cheat in peace.
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: That's not what he meant, nephew, right, Okay, oh lord,
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: we have time for another one.
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: Steve.
- 1:15:53Speaker 11: This is.
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: From Diva and so Jesus says, the boss gave me
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: a ride home and asked if he could come in
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: and see my home. He came in, he made himself comfortable.
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: He asked if I had any alcohol, so I gave
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: him some wine. He kicked his shoes off and suggested
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: we order some food. I told him i'd make him
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: a sandwich because I wasn't hungry. He said it was
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: clear that I was ready for him to leave, so
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: he left the next day. He said the least I
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: could do was feed a brother. How do I tell
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: him he was out of line? Well, this is your boss.
- 1:16:34Speaker 5: If you don't know how to tell him he out
- 1:16:36Speaker 5: of line, I bet hr do with the quick for sure,
- 1:16:43Speaker 5: show know how to break it to it.
- 1:16:45Speaker 2: Uh huh bruh. The least you could do was feed
- 1:16:49Speaker 2: a brother. Man, you shrip it?
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah hard.
- 1:16:54Speaker 2: In the words of my.
- 1:16:56Speaker 5: Father, slip house, Oh lord, I thank him for the
- 1:16:59Speaker 5: word is a wisdom he used to kill me. Don't
- 1:17:04Speaker 5: eat where your sugar honey ice?
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: Yeah, unless you have a tiny house. You kind of
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: got to.
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: Sorry, you're too crazy this morning. So you were saying Steve.
- 1:17:32Speaker 2: I said, okay, you just can't. You can't do it
- 1:17:34Speaker 2: the dog. You can't. You're gonna mess your livelihood up.
- 1:17:38Speaker 10: Bro.
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: I mean, but this is real familiar though. I mean,
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: you know, give your boss a ride. He comes in,
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: takes his shoes off. As for drinking some food, man,
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: y'all won't get a piece. And now I'll make your
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: sandwich because I ain't. I'm not really.
- 1:17:53Speaker 2: You won't mean to.
- 1:17:54Speaker 5: Stay, so let me get on out of here next. Yeah,
- 1:17:58Speaker 5: at least you could do it with feed brother. Well,
- 1:18:02Speaker 5: I tried to make you a sandwich.
- 1:18:04Speaker 8: She did.
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: Yeah, but his shoes are off. Yeah, his shoes are off.
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: That's too much?
- 1:18:13Speaker 2: All right?
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: Coming up in twenty minutes after, we'll have more of
- 1:18:16Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. What you gotta say now, Tommy,
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: I'm good, I'm good.
- 1:18:22Speaker 2: Oh okay, you.
- 1:18:26Speaker 5: Ain't want to say nothing, wow, because it ain't got
- 1:18:29Speaker 5: nothing to do with women's history.
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: Mom, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. It
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: might not be going down in the DMS anymore. Instagram
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: is removing optional end to end encryption for direct messages DMS.
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: That's coming up in May, and this means that Meta
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: will be able to access your messages DMS on Insta.
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: That's right, will no longer be private, according to a
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: new report on YouTube. According to these reports, the change
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: will help Meta to detect harmful content between users. It
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: will stop messages of a harmful nature. So here's the question.
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: Have you, guys, ever slid into someone DMS? And you
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: would die if anyone else saw the message you sent?

- 1:19:41Speaker 1: Oh okay, probably.
- 1:19:43Speaker 5: Sometimes he responds like, I got in touch with a
- 1:19:46Speaker 5: couple of comedians to DM so that helps.
- 1:19:49Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, okay, all right, yeah, surely if everything is
- 1:19:55Speaker 8: in that cloud, I'm worried about their cloud.
- 1:19:59Speaker 2: There's a lot in the cloud.
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: If you just don't like clouds.

- 1:24:56Speaker 1: the day on this Friday.
- 1:24:58Speaker 9: We made it.
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: Thank you, Lord, and thank you to our loyal, loyal
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: Steve Harvey nation for listening every day and for years
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: and years We appreciate you so much. So Steege, you
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: got two of your message.
- 1:25:12Speaker 2: Well, you know, yesterday I was talking about how dangerous
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: it was to be a participant in self hate and
- 1:25:19Speaker 2: for us as a people, it's really really demoralizing. And
- 1:25:24Speaker 2: you know, like I hate to be the old guy
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: talking about Look, listen to me, do what I tell
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: you do because I'm not. I'm not.
- 1:25:34Speaker 5: I've tried to be a relevant person in my lifetime
- 1:25:37Speaker 5: and where I make decisions, even when I make a
- 1:25:41Speaker 5: bad decision, when I make a mistake, I still try
- 1:25:44Speaker 5: to get it right. And in my closing remarks, I
- 1:25:47Speaker 5: choose to use that as a moment for uplifting positivity.
- 1:25:53Speaker 5: I try to use the opening of our show, and
- 1:25:55Speaker 5: all of us on this show we try to be
- 1:25:58Speaker 5: when we're not being entertaining, we're trying to be uplifting
- 1:26:02Speaker 5: and empowering and that's been my motive. It is amazing
- 1:26:07Speaker 5: to me what we have become as a society because
- 1:26:10Speaker 5: of social media. And we just did a story that
- 1:26:13Speaker 5: Meta is now gonna fix it where your dms and
- 1:26:17Speaker 5: stuff on IgM are no more longer private because they
- 1:26:22Speaker 5: say will help people, you know, it'll help slow down
- 1:26:27Speaker 5: the dev and demonic things that people are doing to
- 1:26:31Speaker 5: one another online, which I think is a good idea.
- 1:26:35Speaker 5: See this whole freedom of speech shouldn't be where you
- 1:26:39Speaker 5: can just freely say what you want to say about
- 1:26:41Speaker 5: anybody and you could just get away with it, especially
- 1:26:44Speaker 5: when it's not true. And we as a people, we
- 1:26:47Speaker 5: got to start being conscious of this. Man, I don't
- 1:26:51Speaker 5: know why we think is so self serving to come
- 1:26:54Speaker 5: to the destruction of someone when we need as many
- 1:26:58Speaker 5: successful people amongst us as we can. Being successful is
- 1:27:03Speaker 5: hard at whatever level you choose to partake of it.
- 1:27:06Speaker 5: But why make it even harder when we got all
- 1:27:08Speaker 5: these haters out here. We have websites set up to hate,
- 1:27:12Speaker 5: We have blogs set up that only operate in hate.
- 1:27:17Speaker 5: It is amazing how many clicks and views you can
- 1:27:20Speaker 5: get if you open up your doors and invite in negativity,
- 1:27:25Speaker 5: and no matter what you say, you gonna find somebody
- 1:27:28Speaker 5: agree with you. You can put a picture of a
- 1:27:30Speaker 5: beautiful baby on that it's something gonna be wrong with
- 1:27:32Speaker 5: the baby. It's a sad thing that we've come to,
- 1:27:36Speaker 5: and that leads us now to we have podcasts. You know,
- 1:27:39Speaker 5: anybody can get a podcast. You didn't need a license.
- 1:27:42Speaker 5: It's on your iPhone. They're gonna have to start monitoring
- 1:27:45Speaker 5: that in a minute. But you know what I've noticed, man,
- 1:27:48Speaker 5: on podcasts, especially our own podcasts that are black driven,
- 1:27:53Speaker 5: a lot of them, a lot of them.
- 1:27:55Speaker 2: Deal in negativity.
- 1:27:57Speaker 5: You know, it's a sad thing, man, when you have
- 1:28:00Speaker 5: a podcast and you try to get people to say
- 1:28:03Speaker 5: stuff that they well, first of all, you know you
- 1:28:06Speaker 5: shouldn't say, and you just get on the podcast and
- 1:28:09Speaker 5: you just open up. I don't understand why would you
- 1:28:13Speaker 5: take a format, Why would you take a platform and
- 1:28:18Speaker 5: do nothing with it to help or assist people, just
- 1:28:22Speaker 5: to tear them down. And the more you come on
- 1:28:26Speaker 5: that of time down, the more clicks and views you get.
- 1:28:29Speaker 5: You do know you're going to have to pay for that,
- 1:28:31Speaker 5: don't you. You do know that the Bible is real
- 1:28:36Speaker 5: do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
- 1:28:39Speaker 5: That the Bible is real now and it forewarns you
- 1:28:42Speaker 5: of all of this.
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: So keep on.
- 1:28:44Speaker 5: It's a sad thing, man. You know what I noticed
- 1:28:46Speaker 5: about podcasts. Podcast is the playground for individuals to come
- 1:28:54Speaker 5: on and say whatever you want to say about somebody
- 1:28:58Speaker 5: that's doing something that you you didn't manage to do.
- 1:29:01Speaker 5: And like I said the other day, do you hate
- 1:29:04Speaker 5: the people so much when they get up at the
- 1:29:07Speaker 5: top of the hill and they raise their hands up
- 1:29:09Speaker 5: and they say, yeah, I made it and I'm a champion.
- 1:29:12Speaker 5: Do you hate them because it reminds you that you
- 1:29:14Speaker 5: are not the champion. Well, welcome to podcast. Now here,
- 1:29:19Speaker 5: come to podcast, and I'm talking to you directly. If
- 1:29:24Speaker 5: you all participant, If you go on a person's podcast
- 1:29:28Speaker 5: to destroy other people, why are you on the podcast?
- 1:29:34Speaker 5: If I go on the podcast, if I'm not gonna
- 1:29:36Speaker 5: go on there to be encouraging, enlightening, or informative, or
- 1:29:39Speaker 5: to give somebody some of the jewels that I've learned
- 1:29:42Speaker 5: in my life, I'm not going on the podcast. I'm
- 1:29:45Speaker 5: not going on that to sit over there for thirty
- 1:29:47Speaker 5: forty five an hour and talk about somebody in a
- 1:29:51Speaker 5: negative way, to hurt them in any way. I'm not
- 1:29:53Speaker 5: going on there talk about nobody's family. I'm not going
- 1:29:56Speaker 5: on that, degrade, nobody's wife. I'm not going on that
- 1:29:59Speaker 5: doing none of that. I will only do it if
- 1:30:02Speaker 5: I can help somebody. But too many times though on
- 1:30:06Speaker 5: these black podcasts, here we come, you know, so and
- 1:30:10Speaker 5: So said this about you. What do you have to
- 1:30:12Speaker 5: say about so and so? You know they said this,
- 1:30:14Speaker 5: they said that, and then here you go. It's always
- 1:30:18Speaker 5: some washed up person that ain't where they used to
- 1:30:22Speaker 5: be or never made it to where they want it
- 1:30:25Speaker 5: to be, and they always got something to say about
- 1:30:29Speaker 5: somebody who doing it. Always. I've said this a hundred
- 1:30:33Speaker 5: times on this show. You'll never have a hater that's
- 1:30:37Speaker 5: doing better than you. They are doing less than you
- 1:30:40Speaker 5: in some area of your life. They can have more
- 1:30:43Speaker 5: money than you, but they could just be unhappy with
- 1:30:45Speaker 5: their life where they are. They ain't got no family,
- 1:30:47Speaker 5: they ain't got no friends, they ain't got no companion.
- 1:30:50Speaker 5: Something's wrong with them that they got to take that time.
- 1:30:53Speaker 2: Y'all.
- 1:30:53Speaker 5: We got to do better than this. We have to
- 1:30:56Speaker 5: do better than this, or we gonna mess around and
- 1:31:00Speaker 5: destroy one another. And I'm really afraid that that's happening today.
- 1:31:07Speaker 5: Somebody told me the other day, you know they gonna
- 1:31:08Speaker 5: come for Tianna Taylor. I bet not here about it,
- 1:31:11Speaker 5: not on this show. I bet not here about it.
- 1:31:14Speaker 2: Not. I'm not gonna let you destroy this, sister. I'm not.
- 1:31:17Speaker 5: You ain't destroying Joy Reid you ain't going enough. None
- 1:31:19Speaker 5: of these sisters, none of them, Jasmine Crockett, none of them.
- 1:31:23Speaker 5: You ain't going to get none of them sisters on
- 1:31:25Speaker 5: this show. I will have something to say to you.
- 1:31:28Speaker 5: Did all right, y'all, we gotta do better. Come out,
- 1:31:32Speaker 5: take care, you.
- 1:31:33Speaker 1: Talk to God.
