Greg Fink: I recently went to DC and so I I think going to advocate with our legislators in D C helped with, you know, bringing it back home and trying to s and trying to teach people that No no no. There's nothing good in D C okay. Well I do it is a mess. It it could it it is a mess, but like at the end of the day teaching people that That's right. Knocking the doors, even if you feel like you're not being heard, is worth it. Because, you know, if if you show up, you're you're you're putting a face to the email, you're putting a face to to everything. So I think those personal touches help. So I do think advocacy does work. And I did win it does during my six year tenure, I did win Home Rule Hero for the Florida League of Cities. So I I do believe in ⁓ advocacy does help. And so for the residents I I I don't I don't want them to feel discouraged.
