- 0:01Speaker 1: Hunter Biden convicted. He is a convicted felon. Just keep
- 0:05Speaker 1: saying that that the president's son is a convicted felon.
- 0:09Speaker 1: He was convicted on all three gun charges. But what
- 0:14Speaker 1: you have to understand is this isn't actually a bad
- 0:17Speaker 1: day for Joe Biden because these are the exact charges
- 0:20Speaker 1: they needed against Hunter Biden that would not connect him
- 0:24Speaker 1: to the Biden crime family with a corruption the millions
- 0:27Speaker 1: of dollars that have been flowing into the Biden crime
- 0:30Speaker 1: family from multiple bad actors and adversaries in United States
- 0:34Speaker 1: America from countries around the world. Joe Biden also showing
- 0:39Speaker 1: what a coward he is not taking questions. That's right,
- 0:44Speaker 1: taking no questions about what is happening when it comes
- 0:49Speaker 1: to his son. Not only is the President a coward,
- 0:53Speaker 1: but the White House and the staff are cowards.
- 0:56Speaker 2: The White House.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Announced that the presidential the daily White House Press briefing
- 1:01Speaker 1: was also canceled so they would not have to answer
- 1:04Speaker 1: any questions. We did finally get a statement from the
- 1:08Speaker 1: White House, and that statement was a very simple one
- 1:12Speaker 1: from the President of the United States of America. I'm
- 1:14Speaker 1: sure he didn't write this, he was probably sleeping, but
- 1:17Speaker 1: it said quote, I will accept the outcome of this
- 1:20Speaker 1: case and will continue to respect the additional process as
- 1:24Speaker 1: Hunter considers an appeal. My own mind, where was that
- 1:29Speaker 1: logic against Donald Trump and the convictions of New York City,
- 1:33Speaker 1: Because that was a very different tone from the President
- 1:35Speaker 1: a week ago.
- 1:37Speaker 2: Now, I've got a lot to say.
- 1:38Speaker 1: About this, but there's also a couple other stories that
- 1:41Speaker 1: I want to put on your radar screen, and one
- 1:43Speaker 1: of them is this. Now, we have been told that
- 1:47Speaker 1: six suspected terrorists with ISIS ties have been arrested today
- 1:53Speaker 1: in a sting operation in New York, Los Angeles as
- 1:57Speaker 1: well as in Philadelphia. This is magnificant because there's a
- 2:01Speaker 1: very good chance they came across the wide open southern border.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Now that's not the only major breaking news story. We
- 2:08Speaker 1: also have now video and audio of Nancy Pelosi in
- 2:12Speaker 1: the moments after people broke into the Capitol on January sixth,
- 2:17Speaker 1: saying out loud that this is in fact her fault,
- 2:21Speaker 1: that she didn't do more and call in the National Guard,
- 2:24Speaker 1: saying that there needs to be it's my fault.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Yes, how do we get this?
- 2:29Speaker 1: HBO was subpoenaed by Congress and they gave over the
- 2:32Speaker 1: video to the Congressional investigators. This audio and this video
- 2:38Speaker 1: was admitted from the January sixth kangaroo court that was
- 2:42Speaker 1: filled with only two Republicans hands selected by the Democrats
- 2:45Speaker 1: that hated Donald Trump, Liz Cheney and Adam Kinsinger. They
- 2:49Speaker 1: did not give that audio to anybody involved in that
- 2:53Speaker 1: attack on Donald Trump for the second impeachment as well.
- 2:57Speaker 1: So you need to understand they knew that she said this,
- 3:00Speaker 1: They knew that she said it was her fault, and
- 3:03Speaker 1: they just got rid of the video in the audio
- 3:05Speaker 1: so that you would never see it when they did
- 3:07Speaker 1: that January sixth committee prime time, hiring Hollywood producers and
- 3:12Speaker 1: news producers to put it on during prime time right
- 3:16Speaker 1: before the midterm elections. So now we know Nancy Pelosi
- 3:19Speaker 1: has admitted that this January sixth and the quote insurrection
- 3:23Speaker 1: was actually her fault for not planning for better security
- 3:27Speaker 1: in and around January sixth.
- 3:29Speaker 2: I'll have that for you as well in a moment.
- 3:30Speaker 1: But I want to get back to the Biden family
- 3:33Speaker 1: and what you need to understand that you shouldn't be
- 3:35Speaker 1: celebrating this conviction of Hunter Biden. Now, before I get
- 3:39Speaker 1: to that, let me tell you about my friends over
- 3:40Speaker 1: at Patriot Mobile. For more than a decade now, Patriot
- 3:45Speaker 1: Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 3:49Speaker 2: And when I say only, I mean it.
- 3:51Speaker 1: In fact, the whole reason why Patriot Mobile was started
- 3:54Speaker 1: is because there was a group of individuals that found
- 3:57Speaker 1: out where their money was going when they paid their
- 4:00Speaker 1: bill every month to Big Mobile. You may not understand
- 4:03Speaker 1: just how useful it is when you pay your bill
- 4:06Speaker 1: every month to Big Mobile. They're taking your funds and
- 4:09Speaker 1: they're giving millions and millions in donations to democratic causes,
- 4:13Speaker 1: democratic candidates running for office the local and the state,
- 4:17Speaker 1: and yes, the presidential level. And also they're giving your
- 4:20Speaker 1: money to groups like Plan Parenthood. That is why I
- 4:24Speaker 1: made the switch to Patriot Mobile. I wanted to make
- 4:27Speaker 1: sure my money is not going to Plan Parenthood or
- 4:30Speaker 1: to the next Biden campaign. I want to make sure
- 4:34Speaker 1: that I send a clear message that I support free speech,
- 4:37Speaker 1: religious freedom, the sanctity of life, and the Second Amendment.
- 4:40Speaker 2: And Patriot Mobile does that with my bill.
- 4:43Speaker 1: They take about five percent of my bill at nuxt
- 4:45Speaker 1: aor cost to me every single month and they give
- 4:47Speaker 1: it back to conservative organizations like the ones that I
- 4:50Speaker 1: just mentioned. Now, finally, this is the other misconception. There's
- 4:54Speaker 1: a lot of people that believe that when you switch
- 4:56Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile you might not get great service coverage.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Not true.
- 5:00Speaker 1: You're gonna use the same exact cell towers use right now.
- 5:03Speaker 1: The game has changed with technology in twenty twenty four.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Everybody uses the same towers. That is why you switch
- 5:09Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. They have one hundred percent US customer
- 5:12Speaker 1: service team that makes switching easy over the phone.
- 5:15Speaker 2: You don't have to go into a store.
- 5:16Speaker 1: You get to keep your same number, keep your same phone,
- 5:19Speaker 1: or upgrade to a new one. You do it over
- 5:22Speaker 1: the phone. So vote with your dollars and stand up
- 5:25Speaker 1: for what you believe in. Join me and make the
- 5:27Speaker 1: switch today. Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict. That's Patriot
- 5:31Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash verdict Patriot Mobile dot com slash
- 5:35Speaker 1: verdict or nine seven to two Patriot. That's nine to
- 5:40Speaker 1: seven to two Patriot. All right, let's get back to
- 5:43Speaker 1: what I want you to take away. And this is
- 5:45Speaker 1: the part where I say, if you're taking notes, take
- 5:48Speaker 1: notes right now.
- 5:50Speaker 2: This verdict is not a big deal.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Hunter Biden being convicted of a firearm charge is the
- 5:58Speaker 1: ultimate red heiring of red herrings.
- 6:02Speaker 2: And the reason why I say that is the DOJ.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Allowed, specifically, on purpose, the statue of limitations to expire
- 6:13Speaker 1: on Hunter Biden's most serious tax charges. Then they buried
- 6:18Speaker 1: evidence of the Biden's foreign bribery allegations, and on top
- 6:25Speaker 1: of that, they attempted to give Hunter Biden a sweetheart
- 6:27Speaker 1: deal with broad immunity for all past sins, all past crimes.
- 6:33Speaker 1: David Weiss wouldn't go after him on the serious tax
- 6:36Speaker 1: charges or on the Farah violations not registering as a
- 6:41Speaker 1: foreign agent, because all of that would have led back
- 6:46Speaker 1: to the shady criminal business dealings involving his father, the
- 6:51Speaker 1: President of the United States of America, Joe Biden. Greg
- 6:55Speaker 1: Price said it perfectly online when he said, instead, they
- 7:00Speaker 1: went after him for a much lesser charge where the
- 7:04Speaker 1: evidence was way too insurmountable to ignore, so they can
- 7:10Speaker 1: scream nobody is above the law when they put President
- 7:14Speaker 1: Trump in jail.
- 7:16Speaker 2: That is how he described it.
- 7:17Speaker 1: By the way, I can't disagree with what he's saying there,
- 7:21Speaker 1: and I think the point that he was making, it's
- 7:23Speaker 1: a point that I've made on this show over and
- 7:25Speaker 1: over and over and over and over again. Is that
- 7:28Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America knew that
- 7:31Speaker 1: this was the perfect scenario for him, right, Like knew
- 7:36Speaker 1: this was what you needed.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Right.
- 7:38Speaker 1: They didn't put him on trial for the actual crimes
- 7:41Speaker 1: people care about. They didn't put Under Biden on trial
- 7:44Speaker 1: for the crimes like foreign bribes coming into the Biden
- 7:47Speaker 1: family from China, foreign bribes coming in from Ukraine, foreign
- 7:53Speaker 1: bribes coming in from Russian oligarchs, who, by the way,
- 7:56Speaker 1: have still not been sanctioned as part of the sanctions
- 7:58Speaker 1: package against the olagar because Russia invaded Ukraine.
- 8:03Speaker 2: What do they do?
- 8:04Speaker 1: They went after Hunter Biden on gun charges that completely
- 8:09Speaker 1: insulated his father. That is the part that you need
- 8:13Speaker 1: to understand about this.
- 8:15Speaker 2: This was all about.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Protecting the Biden crime family. And if you think it's
- 8:20Speaker 1: a coincidence that they scheduled Trump's trial right before Hunter Biden's,
- 8:24Speaker 1: then you're a moron. Okay, Every almost every Trump indictment
- 8:29Speaker 1: was time to happen right before a big drop about
- 8:32Speaker 1: the Biden crime family. They wanted everybody to focus on
- 8:35Speaker 1: Trump's quote crimes, they're fake crimes, so that they're distracted
- 8:41Speaker 1: from the Biden family and the actual crimes that are
- 8:45Speaker 1: that have been taking place from this criminal family. So
- 8:50Speaker 1: I would say this, I would not celebrate this, Okay,
- 8:53Speaker 1: I wouldn't celebrate.
- 8:55Speaker 2: This at all.
- 8:56Speaker 1: They chose the crimes that made sure nothing would go
- 9:00Speaker 1: back to the daddy that would protect them, and that's
- 9:05Speaker 1: what this is all about.
- 9:06Speaker 2: Now.
- 9:06Speaker 1: The President has made a quote commitment that he wouldn't
- 9:09Speaker 1: pardon his son.
- 9:11Speaker 2: That's what he says. I don't believe. I think he's lying,
- 9:14Speaker 2: number one.
- 9:15Speaker 1: But there's also something else he said that was a lie,
- 9:17Speaker 1: and it's a very big one. He said that he's
- 9:20Speaker 1: going to respect the system, mark my word. At the
- 9:22Speaker 1: bare minimum. He is going to commute his son's sentence.
- 9:25Speaker 1: He will never serve a day in jail. Let me
- 9:30Speaker 1: just let you hear NBC's Jarrett and what they said
- 9:34Speaker 1: as they were reporting on Hunter Biden guilty on all
- 9:36Speaker 1: accounts in the gun trial. Even they know that this
- 9:40Speaker 1: was the best case scenario for the President of the
- 9:43Speaker 1: United States, Listen.
- 9:45Speaker 3: Lester, it's obviously a devastating blow to Hunter Biden and
- 9:49Speaker 3: the Biden family, but it's not entirely unexpected, as the
- 9:52Speaker 3: evidence here was really challenging for the defense This all
- 9:56Speaker 3: stems from Hunter Biden filling out a form that's used
- 9:59Speaker 3: as actually almost as a background check when you're trying
- 10:02Speaker 3: to purchase a gun, and when he checked the box
- 10:04Speaker 3: that said he was not addicted to a controlled substance
- 10:07Speaker 3: or not an unlawful user, the government said that that
- 10:10Speaker 3: was a lie, Lester, because he was using drugs at
- 10:13Speaker 3: the time, and there was a mountain of evidence that
- 10:15Speaker 3: came in a trial that he was addicted to crack cocaine.
- 10:18Speaker 2: They used his own words.
- 10:19Speaker 3: They used text messages, they used his book, audio recordings
- 10:24Speaker 3: from him reading from his book talking about his lengthy
- 10:28Speaker 3: history and struggles with abuse over a number of years.
- 10:31Speaker 3: The defense had tried to say, the government doesn't have
- 10:33Speaker 3: any evidence that he actually used drugs on the day
- 10:36Speaker 3: that he actually purchased the gun, so how could they
- 10:39Speaker 3: prove it? But the government came along and said, look,
- 10:42Speaker 3: we don't have to show that he was using the
- 10:44Speaker 3: drugs on that very day. All we have to show
- 10:47Speaker 3: is that they were using it around that time, and
- 10:49Speaker 3: there was plenty of evidence on that score. And clearly
- 10:51Speaker 3: on this point the jury there agreed, Lester. Given how
- 10:56Speaker 3: quickly they came back with this Burger. Remember, all of
- 10:58Speaker 3: this may never have had happened if their plea deal
- 11:01Speaker 3: had gone forward, but that was sort of scrapped weeks ago,
- 11:05Speaker 3: really months ago, after it fell apart under a judge's scrutiny.
- 11:08Speaker 3: And so now he is facing potentially a prison sentence
- 11:12Speaker 3: is going to be entirely up to the judge.
- 11:13Speaker 2: As lying Ryan.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Laid out there, the maximum sentence here, Lester, is ten years,
- 11:18Speaker 3: but the judge could do something far short of that,
- 11:20Speaker 3: given that he doesn't have a criminal record, he doesn't
- 11:23Speaker 3: have a criminal history, she could do something far less
- 11:25Speaker 3: than that, even probation perhaps. But again, all of this
- 11:28Speaker 3: would have gone away completely with no jail time if
- 11:31Speaker 3: that plea deal had.
- 11:32Speaker 2: Not fallen apart.
- 11:33Speaker 4: Lester.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Notice how they keep going back to this a bad day,
- 11:36Speaker 1: but then they like, but it's not a bad day.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Notice how they mentioned the president personally but not politically.
- 11:42Speaker 1: And notice how they say, well he could for ten years.
- 11:44Speaker 1: He's not going to spend a day in jail. There's
- 11:47Speaker 1: no way that Joe Biden's going to allow his son
- 11:49Speaker 1: to go to jail.
- 11:50Speaker 2: It will not happen.
- 11:51Speaker 1: He'll commute the sentence and he'll pull the heartstrings. This
- 11:56Speaker 1: is my only son left, the other one died, and
- 11:58Speaker 1: I'm proud of him because comes so much. And he
- 12:00Speaker 1: was a drug addict when he did this, and it
- 12:02Speaker 1: didn't hurt anybody's crime. It didn't hurt anybody. By the way,
- 12:04Speaker 1: to the left and the and the and the extremists,
- 12:06Speaker 1: don't ever, for the rest of your life lecture me
- 12:09Speaker 1: about gun crimes ever again. If you let Hunter Biden
- 12:12Speaker 1: off on this, screw you, like, I'm done listening to
- 12:15Speaker 1: your crap forever, all right. I just want to make
- 12:17Speaker 1: that clear. I posted that earlier on Instagram and on
- 12:20Speaker 1: Twitter and Facebook. Guys like I don't want to ever
- 12:21Speaker 1: hear another thing about soft on crime and how you
- 12:25Speaker 1: guys are tough on crime. If Hunter Biden walks or
- 12:27Speaker 1: gets a sentence commuted, like like like literally one finger
- 12:30Speaker 1: salute to you, for the rest of my life, I'm
- 12:32Speaker 1: never gonna I'm not going to even engage it anymore.
- 12:35Speaker 2: That's number one.
- 12:36Speaker 1: But notice what also NBC News had to say there.
- 12:41Speaker 1: They said nothing about the real crimes that were committed
- 12:43Speaker 1: by the Biden crime family, Okay, like like none, Okay,
- 12:51Speaker 1: none of them said anything about the real crimes and
- 12:57Speaker 1: what were the real crimes. The Biden family, including Hunter Biden,
- 13:01Speaker 1: Jim Biden, Sarah Biden, Holly Biden, and the grandchild hauled
- 13:05Speaker 1: in eighteen plus million dollars that we found so far.
- 13:10Speaker 1: I expect there's actually more out there, okay. And it's
- 13:14Speaker 1: not just the amount of money, it's where the money
- 13:17Speaker 1: came from and the people it came from.
- 13:19Speaker 2: Four million from.
- 13:20Speaker 1: Ukraine, seven point two eight million that we know of
- 13:25Speaker 1: from China, three point five million from Russia, over a
- 13:29Speaker 1: million from Romania, over a million from Panama that's not
- 13:33Speaker 1: been talked about much, and over one point seven million
- 13:35Speaker 1: from Kazakhstan, Mexico and Syria. Did you know that Biden's
- 13:39Speaker 1: made money from Syria? But let that sit in for
- 13:42Speaker 1: a second. But listen to what Tom Dupree said on CBS.
- 13:48Speaker 1: They broke in for Hunter Biden found guilty on all
- 13:50Speaker 1: three federal gun charges. Right, they're acting like they're really
- 13:52Speaker 1: covering this even though they're not. And listen to what
- 13:56Speaker 1: he said about the chances that Hunter Biden will go
- 13:58Speaker 1: to prison.
- 13:58Speaker 2: As a former federal prosecute or do you think Hunter
- 14:00Speaker 2: Biden will go to prison? I do? I do.
- 14:04Speaker 5: I think that the sentence here is not going to
- 14:06Speaker 5: be unduly severe. This really is effectively a first time offender.
- 14:11Speaker 5: I suspect that the judge will look somewhat sympathetically on
- 14:15Speaker 5: this case. I don't see this as a case where
- 14:17Speaker 5: the judge is going to be looking at an upper
- 14:19Speaker 5: range of the sentence and guidelines. My sense is that
- 14:22Speaker 5: the likeliest outcome would be a sentence of incarceration, but
- 14:25Speaker 5: for a fairly limited period.
- 14:27Speaker 6: You know, we'd be talking a year or two, not
- 14:29Speaker 6: five or six. They're so full of crap. I'm sorry,
- 14:34Speaker 6: Like this is absurd. Hunter Biden's not going to jail,
- 14:39Speaker 6: not for these crimes.
- 14:41Speaker 2: He will not go to jail. There's no way in hell,
- 14:43Speaker 2: Joe Biden's going to send us out of jail.
- 14:45Speaker 1: And what they're gonna do is they're going to appeel
- 14:47Speaker 1: the decision, I'm sure, and then that gives the present
- 14:50Speaker 1: time decide what he's going to do now.
- 14:52Speaker 2: I believe that if he loses, he'll just straight up
- 14:54Speaker 2: give him a pardon.
- 14:58Speaker 1: If he wins, I'm not sure he wouldn't just give
- 15:01Speaker 1: him a part anyway, because there's no ramfications for that
- 15:04Speaker 1: pardon now. But commuting a sentence one percent. I think
- 15:09Speaker 1: they'll commute the sentence so he wouldn't go to jail anyway.
- 15:12Speaker 2: And they're going to say that, right, Like, that's what
- 15:13Speaker 2: they're going to say.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Listen to Special counsel Weiss. He said back in the
- 15:20Speaker 1: day that Hunter Biden should be no more accountable than
- 15:24Speaker 1: any other citizen convicted of the same conduct.
- 15:27Speaker 2: Like, what the hell does that even mean?
- 15:29Speaker 4: Good afternoon. My name is David Weiss, I'm special counsel.
- 15:35Speaker 4: Earlier today, Hunter Biden was convicted of two counts of
- 15:39Speaker 4: lying on a form submitted to a federal firearms dealer
- 15:43Speaker 4: about his addiction or use of crack cocaine and possessing
- 15:48Speaker 4: a firearm while a user or addict. There have been
- 15:53Speaker 4: two overarching themes emphasized by the prosecution during trial, this
- 15:58Speaker 4: defendant's illegal chi choices and the rule of law. First,
- 16:03Speaker 4: while there has been much testimony about the defendant's abuse
- 16:07Speaker 4: of drugs and alcohol, ultimately this case was not just
- 16:12Speaker 4: about addiction, a disease that haunts families across the United States,
- 16:18Speaker 4: including Hunter Biden's family. This case was about the illegal
- 16:23Speaker 4: choices defendant made while in.
- 16:25Speaker 2: The throes of addiction. His choice to.
- 16:27Speaker 4: Lie on a government form when he bought a gun,
- 16:30Speaker 4: and the choice to then possess that gun. It was
- 16:34Speaker 4: these choices and the combination of guns and drugs that
- 16:39Speaker 4: made his conduct dangerous. Second, no one in this country
- 16:44Speaker 4: is above the law. Everyone must be accountable for their actions.
- 16:49Speaker 4: Even this defendant. However, Hunter Biden should be no more
- 16:53Speaker 4: accountable than any other citizen convicted of this same conduct.
- 17:00Speaker 4: Prosecution has been and will continue to be committed to
- 17:05Speaker 4: this principle and to the principles of federal prosecution and
- 17:09Speaker 4: carrying out its responsibilities.
- 17:12Speaker 1: But we're gonna overlook all the major crimes, the fair violations,
- 17:18Speaker 1: all the crimes of the money coming in from Ukraine
- 17:20Speaker 1: and China and Russia, Romania, Panama, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Syria, the
- 17:25Speaker 1: president line, the documents of the President took that were
- 17:28Speaker 1: classified documents where the city's too seen now to be
- 17:31Speaker 1: charged with those crimes, right, all of that.
- 17:34Speaker 2: No, we're gonna overlook that.
- 17:37Speaker 1: We're gonna overlook the money laundering from Jim Biden and
- 17:40Speaker 1: Sarah and Halley and the grandchildren, all of that.
- 17:43Speaker 2: But by golly, we're.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Gonna hold it to hold this man accountable for these things.
- 17:47Speaker 4: I want to thank the jury for their service. There
- 17:50Speaker 4: are few civic responsibilities more important than jury service.
- 17:55Speaker 2: I love this.
- 17:56Speaker 1: And by the way, the system is just see they
- 17:58Speaker 1: get the grand stand now because they can say, well, look,
- 18:00Speaker 1: we respect the law, and we respect the law even
- 18:04Speaker 1: if it means the president's son has been convicted, unlike
- 18:07Speaker 1: Donald Trump who doesn't respect the law and the Republicans
- 18:10Speaker 1: who don't respect the outcome of court cases, you know,
- 18:13Speaker 1: like in New York City. This is why they're saying this, folks,
- 18:17Speaker 1: like this is the reason why. So I will go
- 18:19Speaker 1: back to the point I'm at the very beginning, and
- 18:22Speaker 1: then I'm going to move on to these other stories
- 18:24Speaker 1: which are very important. But don't be excited about this,
- 18:28Speaker 1: like this is the perfect conviction that protected the president
- 18:32Speaker 1: and Hunter Biden is not going to jail, all.
- 18:36Speaker 2: Right, I just understand that.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Now, Look, this is not the end of the Hunter
- 18:42Speaker 1: Biden's story and the direct connection to the criminality that
- 18:46Speaker 1: he and his uncle and his family members his dad
- 18:48Speaker 1: are involved in. I will keep covering it. Do not
- 18:52Speaker 1: celebrate and take your eye off the ball here. This
- 18:54Speaker 1: is a red herring moment. Now I want to get
- 18:57Speaker 1: to this other big story that would have been number
- 18:59Speaker 1: one today, but obviously when this happened, we pushed it.
- 19:02Speaker 1: And that deals with a shocking admission from Nancy Pelosi,
- 19:06Speaker 1: who is Speaker of the House at the time of
- 19:08Speaker 1: January sixth, that she said that it basically was her fault,
- 19:13Speaker 1: her fault for not having adequate security at the Capitol
- 19:19Speaker 1: on January the sixth, and then someone got to her
- 19:24Speaker 1: and clearly she changed her story. Nancy Pelosi, just so
- 19:29Speaker 1: you know, has spent a lot of money since January
- 19:32Speaker 1: the sixth, twenty twenty one. She has spent three plus
- 19:36Speaker 1: years and nearly twenty million dollars creating a narrative to
- 19:40Speaker 1: blame Donald Trump for what happened on January the sixth,
- 19:44Speaker 1: as she described it, a insurrection. We had man hunts
- 19:49Speaker 1: of grandmothers. Let me just say that again. We had
- 19:54Speaker 1: man hunts of grandmothers, did you hear me? Man hunts
- 20:00Speaker 1: of grandmothers, and those grandmothers we hunted down. We had
- 20:07Speaker 1: man hunts of grandfathers. We had man hunts of people
- 20:11Speaker 1: that weren't even eighteen. We've had raids of homes, We've
- 20:18Speaker 1: put people in jail for a significant period of time,
- 20:21Speaker 1: because what happened in and around January the sixth. We
- 20:26Speaker 1: had the government treat citizens who were there on January
- 20:31Speaker 1: the sixth like.
- 20:32Speaker 2: They were terrorists. Yes, that also happened.
- 20:36Speaker 1: We had them request bank records and credit card records
- 20:40Speaker 1: of anyone that was in and or around the Capitol
- 20:44Speaker 1: swiping their cards on January the sixth, the fifth, or
- 20:48Speaker 1: the seventh. There were laws that were broken, despy on Americans,
- 20:53Speaker 1: zero accountability for it all because of what happened on
- 20:57Speaker 1: January the sixth. Not to be clear, there were some
- 21:01Speaker 1: people that absolutely did deserve to be arrested. Did they
- 21:06Speaker 1: deserve to be treated like they were al Qaeda or ISIS? No,
- 21:11Speaker 1: was everyone that was there on January the sixth, did
- 21:13Speaker 1: they deserve to be treated like al Qaeda or ISIS
- 21:16Speaker 1: members or sympathizers or terrorists advocates?
- 21:20Speaker 2: They did not.
- 21:22Speaker 1: But this is unfortunately what has happened. We live in
- 21:26Speaker 1: a country now where the extreme and radical left have
- 21:30Speaker 1: weaponized our government to come after anyone that they don't like,
- 21:34Speaker 1: including Donald Trump, who's in multiple trials right now as
- 21:38Speaker 1: you know. But there is a moment of honesty from
- 21:43Speaker 1: Nancy Pelosi that has now been released in the moments
- 21:47Speaker 1: after the beginnings of January the sixth.
- 21:50Speaker 2: You may remember the president.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Of the United States of America at the time, a
- 21:54Speaker 1: guy by the name of Donald Trump, who came out
- 21:57Speaker 1: and said very clearly that he had asked for the
- 22:01Speaker 1: National Guard. Okay, he had asked I'll say it again,
- 22:07Speaker 1: he had asked for the National Guard to be used
- 22:12Speaker 1: in and around January the sixth. Nancy Pelosi had the
- 22:16Speaker 1: ability to do that. She's declined to do it, saying no.
- 22:21Speaker 1: Why is the question you should be asking next? Did
- 22:24Speaker 1: she say no? It's an important question that should be
- 22:27Speaker 1: asked by the way she said no, And then there
- 22:32Speaker 1: was yes, chaos. Yes, there were people that breached the capitol. Yes,
- 22:36Speaker 1: there were some people that deserved, I want to be clear,
- 22:39Speaker 1: to get arrested. All of that is true, but not
- 22:43Speaker 1: everyone should have been treated like a terrorist. In fact,
- 22:48Speaker 1: many of those that were arrested that were peaceful, that
- 22:50Speaker 1: were inside the Capitol, they treated them like they were terrorists.
- 22:53Speaker 1: They did not deserve to be treated like they were terrorists,
- 22:59Speaker 1: and yet they be treated that way. I want you
- 23:03Speaker 1: to listen to what Nancy Pelosi said in her own words.
- 23:08Speaker 1: The oversight sub Committee putting out this video that has
- 23:11Speaker 1: been hidden from you the public, new footage showing on
- 23:15Speaker 1: January the sixth, Pelosi admitting, I take responsibility.
- 23:21Speaker 2: This is on me as they are leaving in a car.
- 23:26Speaker 7: Listen, we have responsibility, Terry. We did not have any
- 23:30Speaker 7: accountability for what was going on there, and we should have.
- 23:35Speaker 7: This is ridiculous. You're gonna ask me in the middle
- 23:39Speaker 7: of the thing, when they've already breached the Naugle stuff,
- 23:44Speaker 7: that that should we call the Capitol police? I mean
- 23:49Speaker 7: the National Guard? Why weren't the National Guard there to
- 23:52Speaker 7: begin with?
- 23:55Speaker 1: They thought that they had sufficient.
- 23:57Speaker 7: Now there was not a question of how they don't. No,
- 24:01Speaker 7: they clearly didn't know. And I take responsibility for not
- 24:05Speaker 7: having them just prepare for.
- 24:09Speaker 1: I take responsibility for not having them. They're prepared for more.
- 24:16Speaker 1: That's Nancy Pelosi's words. Now this Nanti Pelosi. I want
- 24:19Speaker 1: to be clear. I can get along with. This is
- 24:23Speaker 1: the Nancy Pelosi. I'm fine with getting along with this.
- 24:28Speaker 1: New video provided to the House Republicans reveals it then
- 24:32Speaker 1: speak of the House Nancy Pelosi admitting responsibility for not
- 24:36Speaker 1: having the National Guard protect the Capitol building ahead of
- 24:39Speaker 1: the protests on January the sixth.
- 24:42Speaker 2: The footage Politico.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Notes was shown in a video shot by the former
- 24:45Speaker 1: speaker's daughter. I know Alexander Pelosi by the way she
- 24:49Speaker 1: does documentaries and recently provide a Congressional Investigators by HBO.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Guess what was left out of Alexander Pelosi's documentary.
- 25:00Speaker 2: Yeah, the video that I just played for you.
- 25:03Speaker 1: It was never aired, nor did Alexander Pelosi provide it
- 25:07Speaker 1: to the January sixth committee when it was supposedly investigating
- 25:10Speaker 1: the Capitol riot.
- 25:12Speaker 2: Now she's in the car. She was doing this documentary
- 25:16Speaker 2: of her mom.
- 25:18Speaker 1: She had cameras with her and had all of this
- 25:21Speaker 1: inside video.
- 25:24Speaker 2: And guess what she hid this video.
- 25:28Speaker 1: She hid it from Capital Investigators, She hid it from
- 25:31Speaker 1: the January sixth Committee, she hid it from the public,
- 25:34Speaker 1: and HBO was the one that provided it to Congressional investigators.
- 25:40Speaker 2: I'm gonna play it for you again.
- 25:42Speaker 1: It looks like she is speeding out from underneath the
- 25:47Speaker 1: Capital Complex. This is her initial reaction to what is
- 25:52Speaker 1: happening at the Capitol.
- 25:55Speaker 2: I'm gonna play it again.
- 25:56Speaker 7: We have responsibility carry we didn't do, not have any
- 26:01Speaker 7: accountability for what was going on there.
- 26:04Speaker 2: And we should have.
- 26:06Speaker 7: This is ridiculous. You're gonna ask me in the middle
- 26:09Speaker 7: of the thing when they've already breached the inaugural stuff
- 26:14Speaker 7: that that, uh uh should we call the Capitol police?
- 26:19Speaker 7: I mean the National Guard? Why weren't the National Guard
- 26:22Speaker 7: there to begin with?
- 26:25Speaker 1: They thought that they had sufficient.
- 26:27Speaker 7: Now there was not a question of how they had.
- 26:29Speaker 7: They don't know. They clearly didn't know. And I take
- 26:33Speaker 7: responsibility for not having them just prepare.
- 26:37Speaker 1: For and I take responsibility for having them not be
- 26:42Speaker 1: there clearly for more represented. Barry Lawdermilk put out this
- 26:48Speaker 1: tweet saying Pelosi's January sixth Select Committee spent taxpayers money
- 26:51Speaker 1: chasing false political narratives and using Hollywood producers for their
- 26:56Speaker 1: investigation that they did in prime time. Her admission responsibility
- 27:00Speaker 1: directly contradicts their own narrative on January the sixth.
- 27:05Speaker 2: He is right. That's why this is the first time
- 27:08Speaker 2: you've ever heard this.
- 27:09Speaker 1: The January sixth committee also never subpoenaed Speaker Pelosi or
- 27:13Speaker 1: her daughter for documents about the riot. The video substantiates
- 27:17Speaker 1: claims by former President Donald Trump that Pelosi was responsible
- 27:21Speaker 1: for failing to prepare sufficient security ahead of the protest.
- 27:24Speaker 2: Trump offered the National.
- 27:25Speaker 1: Guard the days before I stopped the steeal rally January
- 27:28Speaker 1: the sixth, but she refused. Trump was later faulted by
- 27:32Speaker 1: critics for not intervening quickly to send the National Guard
- 27:35Speaker 1: during the riot. In the video, Pelosi has shown saying
- 27:40Speaker 1: over again twice, we have responsibility. We did not have
- 27:43Speaker 1: any accountability for what's going on there, and we should have.
- 27:47Speaker 1: Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with? I
- 27:50Speaker 1: take responsibility for not having them. The National Guard just
- 27:53Speaker 1: prepared for war. Pelosi later rejected Republican nominees for the
- 27:59Speaker 1: minority position on the January sixth committee. Remember, they wouldn't
- 28:02Speaker 1: even let good Republicans actually be there. It was a
- 28:05Speaker 1: kangaroo court. It was the first time in congressional history
- 28:09Speaker 1: that the leader of the majority party had done so,
- 28:12Speaker 1: and instead they handpicked too anti Trump Republicans.
- 28:15Speaker 2: The result was a completely.
- 28:17Speaker 1: One side investigation that declined to question Pelosi's role in
- 28:21Speaker 1: the events.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Well now we know why. Now we understand the rig
- 28:26Speaker 2: game even more.
- 28:29Speaker 1: All right, now, I want to get finally to this
- 28:31Speaker 1: last story that I mentioned earlier, and it's an important
- 28:34Speaker 1: one and it connects to yesterday's show. So if you
- 28:37Speaker 1: missed yesterday's show, download that podcast. And it's about the
- 28:41Speaker 1: hundreds and hundreds of terrorists on the terrorists watch list
- 28:47Speaker 1: that are coming across the southern border and the warnings.
- 28:50Speaker 1: For example, in April, FBI Director chrispher Ray warned Congress
- 28:56Speaker 1: a possible coordinated attacks by small groups drawing twisted inspiration
- 29:01Speaker 1: from quote the events in the Middle East, and I
- 29:04Speaker 1: went through all of this yesterday in a warning. Then
- 29:07Speaker 1: you have the deadly ices attack on the concert hall
- 29:10Speaker 1: outside of the outside of Moscow that was carried out there.
- 29:14Speaker 1: One hundred and forty five people were killed there on
- 29:16Speaker 1: March twenty second. So there are warning signs, and we
- 29:20Speaker 1: have a wide open southern border. So that's the other
- 29:23Speaker 1: aspect of this that you need to understand. Well, guess
- 29:26Speaker 1: what happened today, Not one, not two, not three, and
- 29:30Speaker 1: four and five, but six different suspected terraces with ISIS
- 29:35Speaker 1: ties were arrested in a major sting operation in New York,
- 29:39Speaker 1: Los Angeles, so East Coast, West Coast, and Philadelphia. Sources
- 29:42Speaker 1: are now confirming in fact, this is the part that
- 29:46Speaker 1: you scare the hell out of you. Six Russian nationals
- 29:49Speaker 1: suspected to have terror ties to ISIS.
- 29:51Speaker 2: So go back to what happened with.
- 29:53Speaker 1: One hundred and forty three people that were killed in
- 29:55Speaker 1: that concert hall in Russia. Now you have six Russian
- 29:58Speaker 1: nationals suspected have terrorists ti ICE is the same exact
- 30:01Speaker 1: scenario that you had in Russia with that attack. Have
- 30:06Speaker 1: been arrested in a coordinated operation. Two ICE sources confirmed
- 30:12Speaker 1: to The New York Post that they arrested the six
- 30:14Speaker 1: people who held from from from Tazakhstan over the last
- 30:19Speaker 1: week after the FBI contacted the agency to warn it.
- 30:24Speaker 1: Part of the investigation featured a wire tap which revealed
- 30:26Speaker 1: one of the now rested individuals as talking about bombs.
- 30:29Speaker 1: The sources confirmed. Remember the Boston marathon bombing. I'm afraid
- 30:35Speaker 1: something like that might happen again or worse, One of
- 30:38Speaker 1: the sources told the What the New York Post about this?
- 30:42Speaker 1: The target who was subject to the wire tap was
- 30:47Speaker 1: previously released by federal authorities at the Southern Border.
- 30:52Speaker 2: Let me say that again.
- 30:53Speaker 1: The target who was the subject of the wire tap
- 30:58Speaker 1: was previously really by federal authorities of the Southern Border
- 31:02Speaker 1: with a court date next year, but it had since
- 31:06Speaker 1: emerged he has potential ties to ISIS huh. In a
- 31:13Speaker 1: joint statement, the Department of Homeland Security and the FBI
- 31:18Speaker 1: told the Post. Over the last few days, ICE agents
- 31:22Speaker 1: arrested several non citizens pursue it to immigration authorities.
- 31:28Speaker 2: Quote.
- 31:28Speaker 1: The actions were carried out in close coordination with the
- 31:30Speaker 1: FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force. The individuals arrested are detained
- 31:35Speaker 1: in ICE custody pending removal proceedings. The FBI and the
- 31:39Speaker 1: DHS will continue to work around the clock with our
- 31:41Speaker 1: partners to quote, identify, investigate, and disrupt potential threats to
- 31:47Speaker 1: national security. The arrests come after warnings from FBI Director
- 31:52Speaker 1: Ray about possible ISIS terra plots being staged on US
- 31:55Speaker 1: soil and the group's potential for exploiting the southern border.
- 32:00Speaker 1: So everything that we've been warning you about on the
- 32:03Speaker 1: show is now come true. In April, Ray warned lawmakers
- 32:08Speaker 1: again and I played this for you on yesterday's show,
- 32:10Speaker 1: so going download the podcast, that a possible coordinated attack
- 32:14Speaker 1: could take place in the US following the isis K
- 32:18Speaker 1: attack on that concert hall in Moscow carried out by
- 32:22Speaker 1: citizens of Tezikhstan that killed one hundred and forty five
- 32:25Speaker 1: people and wined hundreds. More So, the same exact type
- 32:28Speaker 1: of sale was in the United States of America from
- 32:31Speaker 1: the East coast to the West coast.
- 32:33Speaker 2: Quote.
- 32:33Speaker 1: Our most immediate concern has been the individuals or small
- 32:36Speaker 1: groups that will draw twisted inspiration from the events in
- 32:41Speaker 1: the Middle East to carry out attacks here at home.
- 32:44Speaker 2: That's what Ray said.
- 32:45Speaker 1: I played it for yesterday, but now increasingly concerning is
- 32:50Speaker 1: the potential for a coordinated attack here in the homeland.
- 32:53Speaker 1: Ach in to the isis K attack we saw at
- 32:56Speaker 1: the Russia concert hall a couple weeks ago. K stands
- 33:01Speaker 1: for Islamic State, referencing a region which includes part of
- 33:05Speaker 1: Iran and Afghanistan and Turkmenistan. It is an extreme offshoot
- 33:13Speaker 1: of the Islamic State militant group that was founded in
- 33:16Speaker 1: twenty fourteen. Although the group had previously concentrated its efforts
- 33:21Speaker 1: on Russia, multiple Western leaders have warned of its ability
- 33:24Speaker 1: to launch attacks in Europe and America. Just a month
- 33:28Speaker 1: before Ray testified about the bureau's fears, he shared his
- 33:31Speaker 1: concerns with the Senate Intelligence Committee about a human smuggling
- 33:35Speaker 1: operation of the Southern border with ties a terraces from
- 33:37Speaker 1: ISIS affiliated groups. He said at the time, I want
- 33:42Speaker 1: to be a little bit careful how far I go
- 33:44Speaker 1: in the open session. But there is particular network where
- 33:48Speaker 1: some of the overseas facilitators of the smuggling network have
- 33:51Speaker 1: ISIS ties that we're very concerned about, and we've been
- 33:55Speaker 1: spending enormous amounts of efforts with our partners investigating. That's
- 33:59Speaker 1: what the FBI director said to Senator Marco Rubio in
- 34:02Speaker 1: response to a question. Exactly what that network is up
- 34:06Speaker 1: to is something that's again the subject of our current investigation.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Ray stated, I warned you about this yesterday, and look
- 34:14Speaker 1: how fast this is coming to fruition. Don't forget share
- 34:18Speaker 1: this podcast please with all of your family and friends,
- 34:20Speaker 1: put it out on social media to help other people
- 34:22Speaker 1: see it, and I'll see you back here tomorrow.
