Sadly, every year people in Missouri are killed or injured at highway-rail crossings and other locations along railroad tracks. Missouri Operation Lifesaver is dedicated to reducing collisions, fatalities, and injuries at highway-rail crossings and trespassing on or near railroad tracks.
