Planned Parenthood funding battle heads back to Missouri House after Senate passage
The Senate has passed a House bill that would forbid state funding from going to Planned Parenthood. Sen. Mary Elizabeth Coleman, R-Arnold, who carried the bill, wants to ban Planned Parenthood from receiving Medicaid reimbursements.
