- 0:00Speaker 1: If you're the government and you want to sell a lie,
- 0:02Speaker 1: who do you get to sell it for you? Well,
- 0:05Speaker 1: if you're the Democrats, you get the media to sell
- 0:08Speaker 1: it for you every single time. Now, Donald Trump's team
- 0:13Speaker 1: was furious after they found out that Donald Trump's passports
- 0:17Speaker 1: were seized in the raid, which the media says, you
- 0:21Speaker 1: can't call it a raid of mar Lago. Now, on
- 0:24Speaker 1: the receipt of what was taken, the official receipt of
- 0:28Speaker 1: what was taken from mar Lago, it did not list
- 0:30Speaker 1: passport to the president of the United States of America.
- 0:33Speaker 1: And if you want to get a story out there,
- 0:37Speaker 1: then you just get the media to sell it for you.
- 0:40Speaker 1: Go to for example, Nora o'donald. She is the CBS
- 0:44Speaker 1: news anchor, right the top news person at CBS, and
- 0:48Speaker 1: yesterday she decided to put out this tweet. According to
- 0:53Speaker 1: a DJ official, the FBI is and then she writes
- 0:57Speaker 1: an all capital letters, not in possession of former President
- 1:01Speaker 1: Trump's passports. Trump has accused the FBI of stealing his
- 1:05Speaker 1: three passports during the search of his Marlago home. She
- 1:10Speaker 1: lied to you, by the way. Shortly after Nora o'donald's post,
- 1:14Speaker 1: the former president's communication director actually shared an email from
- 1:19Speaker 1: Jay Bratt, the top counterintelligence official in the Justice Department's
- 1:24Speaker 1: National Security Division, confirming that three passports were in fact
- 1:30Speaker 1: seized in the raid of Donald Trump's home. They admitted
- 1:35Speaker 1: they screwed up and said they would be returned to
- 1:38Speaker 1: the former president soon, which they have at this point
- 1:41Speaker 1: from what we understand quote, we have learned that the
- 1:45Speaker 1: filter agent sees three passports belonging to President Trump, two
- 1:50Speaker 1: expired and one being his active diplomatic passport. We are
- 1:54Speaker 1: returning them and they will be ready for pickup at
- 1:57Speaker 1: the WFO at two pm today. The email to Trump's
- 2:01Speaker 1: attorneys read, Now, before I continue on this, I gotta
- 2:04Speaker 1: tell you about our good friends over at Legacy Precious Metals,
- 2:07Speaker 1: And if you have not looked at gold and silver
- 2:10Speaker 1: as a way to protect your hard earned dollars against
- 2:12Speaker 1: what the happening on Wall Street with inflation, it's time
- 2:16Speaker 1: for you to call them and get the free Investor's Guide.
- 2:18Speaker 1: Why because so many around the world are now using
- 2:21Speaker 1: gold and silver, and historically they have for decades as
- 2:25Speaker 1: a protection a hedge against inflation, which is exactly what
- 2:28Speaker 1: we're dealing with right now. If you're terrified to look
- 2:31Speaker 1: at your retirement account, your four one case statement because
- 2:33Speaker 1: of what's happening on Wall Street. That's all the more
- 2:36Speaker 1: reason why you should call and get the investors God
- 2:39Speaker 1: in gold and silver, protect your hard earned money and diversify.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Call them and get the free Investor's Guide from Legacy
- 2:45Speaker 1: Precious Metals one eight six six seven five one twenty
- 2:50Speaker 1: two eighteen one eight six six seven five one twenty
- 2:55Speaker 1: two eighteen or online at Legacy PM Investments. Now. Taylor
- 3:02Speaker 1: budon Wick, who has put this out there, said this
- 3:05Speaker 1: is how the fake news works, folks. Biden administration actively
- 3:09Speaker 1: feeds them lies or half truths and lies, and the
- 3:12Speaker 1: media willingly amplifies it, advancing a partisan narrative attack on
- 3:17Speaker 1: Donald Trump to quote make him look crazy. Nora o'donald.
- 3:23Speaker 1: He then asked the question, did your source quote unquote
- 3:27Speaker 1: read you this email? Did you bother even asking if
- 3:31Speaker 1: they indeed sees the passports? Now, Nora o'donnal puts this
- 3:35Speaker 1: out right, and she's on the news right prime time
- 3:38Speaker 1: and they have reported it this way on the nightly news.
- 3:42Speaker 1: Does she redelete the tweet after she's busted lying to
- 3:45Speaker 1: the American people putting out missinformation from CBS, of course not.
- 3:49Speaker 1: In fact, the tweet is still up right now. What
- 3:52Speaker 1: she did do is send out another tweet that said
- 3:55Speaker 1: this quote, We are also learning tonight that if any
- 4:00Speaker 1: items not contained in the warrant or retrieved during the
- 4:05Speaker 1: FBI search at Marlago, they will be returned. Now, this
- 4:10Speaker 1: is how scumbaggy Nora o'donald and the CBS News Division
- 4:14Speaker 1: actually are. They won't admit that they lie to the
- 4:17Speaker 1: American people. They won't admit that Donald Trump was right
- 4:20Speaker 1: about his passports being taken. They won't admit that their
- 4:25Speaker 1: reporting was wrong. Because, again I go back to her tweet,
- 4:27Speaker 1: it said quote new. According to a d o J official,
- 4:31Speaker 1: the FBI is not in possession of former President Trump's passports. Now,
- 4:36Speaker 1: if you're gonna actually correct that, Nora o'donald should have
- 4:39Speaker 1: written out correction. Department of Justice officials are wrong. The
- 4:44Speaker 1: FBI is in possession of former Donald Trump's passports and
- 4:48Speaker 1: they are all caps going to return them to Donald Trump.
- 4:52Speaker 1: She didn't say that. Instead, she says, we are also
- 4:55Speaker 1: learning tonight that if any not can items not contained
- 5:00Speaker 1: if well, there's no if here Nora o'donald. It's a
- 5:03Speaker 1: fact the FBI had its passports, and the FBI sent
- 5:06Speaker 1: a letter and admitted that they had the passports. There
- 5:08Speaker 1: is nothing here to imply for even a moment that
- 5:12Speaker 1: there's a if involved. It is a fact. You should
- 5:15Speaker 1: report the facts, and you say that if any items
- 5:19Speaker 1: not containing the warrant we're retrieved during the FBI search
- 5:22Speaker 1: at more Lago, they will be returned. Again. You're also
- 5:26Speaker 1: lying to the American people. They are having to return
- 5:29Speaker 1: the passports because they took them illegally. Now, speaking to
- 5:33Speaker 1: Fox News on Monday, Donald Trump warned about the tremendous
- 5:37Speaker 1: danger brewing in the country following the raid on his
- 5:40Speaker 1: private residence, saying, quote, there has never been a time
- 5:43Speaker 1: like this where law enforcement has been used to break
- 5:46Speaker 1: into the house of a former president of the United States,
- 5:49Speaker 1: and there is tremendous anger in the country at a
- 5:52Speaker 1: level that we've never seen before, other than during very
- 5:55Speaker 1: perilous times. Trump said, Now, how does the rest of
- 5:59Speaker 1: the media cover this? Now? Well, if you want to
- 6:01Speaker 1: know how scumbaggy they are, listen to MSNBC having to
- 6:06Speaker 1: report on the passport issue, and take a listen to
- 6:09Speaker 1: how they frame it very carefully with Republicans some at
- 6:14Speaker 1: least becoming a bit concerned about just walking the plank
- 6:18Speaker 1: for Trump. But Jonathan Lemier, I know, by the way,
- 6:21Speaker 1: where are the Republicans that are concerned about walking the
- 6:24Speaker 1: plank for Donald Trump? Can you find that person for me?
- 6:28Speaker 1: Because I want to meet this Republican out there that
- 6:31Speaker 1: you are claiming right now is quote concerned about walking
- 6:34Speaker 1: the plank. Somebody find that for me. Again, Please, somebody
- 6:41Speaker 1: find this person. I want to know who this person is.
- 6:44Speaker 1: I want to meet this person. I want to talk
- 6:46Speaker 1: to this person. Okay, I want you to. I want
- 6:49Speaker 1: you to introduce me to the Republicans that are becoming
- 6:53Speaker 1: quote concerned about walking the plank. Can somebody please find
- 6:58Speaker 1: that person for me? Right? I want to know this.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Tell me where these people are. Where are these conservatives?
- 7:05Speaker 1: They're lying, They're making it up. These conservatives that they're
- 7:10Speaker 1: talking about, they're generically are making it up. They're totally
- 7:14Speaker 1: full of crap. They're absolutely lying. And everybody knows that
- 7:19Speaker 1: they are lying. Okay, every single person knows that this
- 7:24Speaker 1: is a lie. But they're gonna say it anyway. On
- 7:25Speaker 1: National TV right now, that car Republicans this morning are
- 7:29Speaker 1: so concerned, right, they're so concerned about walking the plank
- 7:34Speaker 1: for Donald Trump. But we won't give you a name.
- 7:36Speaker 1: If they had a name, they'd tell you the name.
- 7:37Speaker 1: They're not giving you a name because they're making it
- 7:39Speaker 1: up as they go. And then they go into Trump's passports.
- 7:42Speaker 1: Listen acause we try and figure out what we do
- 7:46Speaker 1: and don't know so far. But there's also this issue,
- 7:52Speaker 1: especially Trump making an issue about his passports. Were they taken?
- 7:56Speaker 1: Why would they be? What's the story? So yeah, here
- 8:01Speaker 1: in Washington, this was what everyone was buzzing about yesterday.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Trump's post saying that his passports were taken. First of all,
- 8:07Speaker 1: the idea, why does he have more than one passport?
- 8:09Speaker 1: But let's be clear that does happen. People who travel
- 8:11Speaker 1: for government can have diplomatic passports. You can have more
- 8:13Speaker 1: than one if trips line up a certain way. That's
- 8:16Speaker 1: not that unusual. But the idea that his passports were
- 8:20Speaker 1: taken raised a question of well, is he being perceived
- 8:23Speaker 1: is a flight risk? Does this mean that charges could
- 8:26Speaker 1: be imminent? Now? D OJA later tells us those passports
- 8:29Speaker 1: will return. So, Chuck Rooseberg, I was gonna get by.
- 8:32Speaker 1: I love this right. They then imply that the president
- 8:35Speaker 1: is a flight risk, the former president United States of America.
- 8:38Speaker 1: What do you think he's gonna do you think he's
- 8:39Speaker 1: going to go to another country that doesn't have extradition
- 8:42Speaker 1: the United States of America? Are you kidding me? So
- 8:44Speaker 1: the Secret Service is going to go protect him at
- 8:47Speaker 1: the same time he's on a flight risk leaving the country.
- 8:50Speaker 1: This is how evil the media is to imply that
- 8:55Speaker 1: the President's going to be indicted, they're going to take
- 8:57Speaker 1: his passports, that he is trying to a light risk,
- 9:00Speaker 1: right to leave the country and never return. Remember that's
- 9:05Speaker 1: what a flight risk is, right, someone that that abandons
- 9:08Speaker 1: their country because they're about to go to jail and
- 9:11Speaker 1: they're never going to return. That's what they just implied
- 9:16Speaker 1: on NBC News with nothing to back it up, because
- 9:20Speaker 1: you got a cover for the corruption at the highest
- 9:23Speaker 1: levels of the government. Right. The mar Lago passports have
- 9:26Speaker 1: been returned to mar Lago and the Dutch Department officials
- 9:30Speaker 1: have admitted they got it wrong. But the media will
- 9:32Speaker 1: still come up with a BS story that Donald Trump
- 9:36Speaker 1: is a flight risk. I'm going to rewind it about
- 9:38Speaker 1: twenty seconds listen to the scumbaggery from NBC News, and
- 9:42Speaker 1: that his passports were taken raised a question of well,
- 9:45Speaker 1: is he being perceived as a flight risk? Does this
- 9:47Speaker 1: mean that charges could be imminent? Now? DJE later tells
- 9:51Speaker 1: us those passports will return. So, Chuck Rosenberg, I was
- 9:54Speaker 1: gonna get your take as to what you think this means.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Was this simply passports were scooped up with other materials,
- 10:00Speaker 1: they go through the filter team and then they're returned appropriately.
- 10:04Speaker 1: Or you think there's a greater meaning behind this. And
- 10:06Speaker 1: we should note the foreign presidents had planned to travel
- 10:10Speaker 1: overseas later this month to check out some of his
- 10:12Speaker 1: golf course the United Kingdom. Not clear if that trip
- 10:15Speaker 1: can now happen, right, Jonathan, So a few points. First,
- 10:18Speaker 1: you're absolutely right. When I was in government, I had
- 10:21Speaker 1: more than one passport. Second, it's not necessary, I think
- 10:26Speaker 1: in this case to take mister Trump's passports during his search.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Perhaps they were scooped up. Sometimes you do take them.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Maybe a drug dealer, and I'm talking about a different
- 10:35Speaker 1: case here. Obviously, maybe a drug dealer is living in
- 10:38Speaker 1: the rental department of some friend and you want to
- 10:41Speaker 1: show for criminal purposes. That his passports were there, his
- 10:45Speaker 1: toothbrush was there. That's where he lives, So it might
- 10:47Speaker 1: be evidence to establish someone's dominion or control over a
- 10:51Speaker 1: particular residence. That's not necessary. At marl Lago, we know
- 10:55Speaker 1: who lives there. It's mister Trump, So it could have
- 10:58Speaker 1: been I love this, right, mister Trump. Let's let's let's
- 11:01Speaker 1: let's undermine him again by calling him mister Trump. Right,
- 11:07Speaker 1: mister Trump, that's who he is, mister Trump, not President Trump.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Oh no, no no, no, mister Trump. Right, So we're gonna
- 11:16Speaker 1: we're in the last forty five seconds. They've slanted the president,
- 11:20Speaker 1: applying he's a flight risk. They then said he could
- 11:22Speaker 1: be treated like a drug dealer, then saying, oh, but
- 11:24Speaker 1: I'm not referring Tom being a drug dealer in the
- 11:26Speaker 1: and the and the guy who's doing the interview actually laughs.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Then they say, uh that that you know, well, it's
- 11:32Speaker 1: not we know that he lives at mar Lago, so
- 11:34Speaker 1: they don't need to take the passports to show that
- 11:35Speaker 1: he lives at mar Lago. Right. But then but then
- 11:38Speaker 1: they say they can understand how this could have happened,
- 11:40Speaker 1: And meanwhile other news channels are saying that it did
- 11:43Speaker 1: not happen, and now saying, well, it may have happened,
- 11:45Speaker 1: but they're not going to admit they got it wrong,
- 11:47Speaker 1: been scooped up inadvertently. It seems like the government gave
- 11:50Speaker 1: it back. There's one other point, though, Jonathan, and I
- 11:54Speaker 1: think you were alluding to this. After somebody is charged,
- 11:58Speaker 1: if a judge is going to release some unbond prior
- 12:01Speaker 1: to trial, often typically usually you take their passports. Why
- 12:06Speaker 1: because you don't want them to flee the country before trial.
- 12:09Speaker 1: But that's not the case here either, So it seems
- 12:11Speaker 1: to me that it may have been inadvertent. There are
- 12:14Speaker 1: interesting issues bound up in the passport. But by the way,
- 12:17Speaker 1: that's not the only way to prove travel. As you
- 12:19Speaker 1: all probably know from your own travel, your passport doesn't
- 12:22Speaker 1: always get stamped when you go through border control. But
- 12:25Speaker 1: there are other databases available to the FBI within the
- 12:28Speaker 1: US government that can show someone's travel. So it seems
- 12:32Speaker 1: to me to be inadvertent. Let's see what happens if
- 12:35Speaker 1: someone's charged with their path, Let's see what happens to
- 12:37Speaker 1: their passports. If somebody's charge, I love it seems to
- 12:41Speaker 1: be inadvertent, right, Well, they're giving it back to them.
- 12:44Speaker 1: So it could be just maybe they wanted to just
- 12:46Speaker 1: give the middle finger to Donald Trump and say, hey,
- 12:48Speaker 1: this is how powerful we are. We can do whatever
- 12:51Speaker 1: the how we want to do. Maybe it wasn't an
- 12:53Speaker 1: accent because they were there for hours and hours and hours.
- 12:56Speaker 1: And if you listen to the DOJ and Garland, right,
- 12:58Speaker 1: the Attorney General, what did what did he say? Okay,
- 13:02Speaker 1: what did he say? He said, we did this perfectly.
- 13:05Speaker 1: We wanted to be perfect. We made sure everything was perfect.
- 13:07Speaker 1: We were trying to be perfect. Well, then why the
- 13:09Speaker 1: hell did you take his passports? There's another interesting thing
- 13:14Speaker 1: that's also happened over the last few hours. Representative Jim
- 13:18Speaker 1: Jordan has come forward saying that they're now fourteen different
- 13:23Speaker 1: FBI whistleblowers that have come forward against the Justice Department
- 13:28Speaker 1: after the Donald Trump raid. Yeah, so there's good people
- 13:33Speaker 1: in the FBI that are realizing that this building is
- 13:36Speaker 1: on fire and realizing the abuse of power and they
- 13:39Speaker 1: don't want to be a part of it. Representative Jim Jordan,
- 13:43Speaker 1: a Republican from Ohio, said in an interview that they're
- 13:47Speaker 1: of now and with Trey Goudy that there have been
- 13:50Speaker 1: fourteen FBI whistleblowers who are speaking out against the systemic
- 13:55Speaker 1: corruption in their department. After the unlawful raid on press
- 14:00Speaker 1: Donald Trump's Florida home quote, fourteen FBI agents have come
- 14:05Speaker 1: to our office as whistleblowers, as they are good people.
- 14:08Speaker 1: There are lots of good people in the FBI. It's
- 14:10Speaker 1: the top that is the problem, Jordan said. But some
- 14:14Speaker 1: of these good agents are coming to us telling us
- 14:16Speaker 1: this is bologny. What is going on the political nature
- 14:21Speaker 1: of how the Justice Department's working. God bless them for
- 14:24Speaker 1: doing it, he went on to say, coming and talking
- 14:26Speaker 1: to us about the school board issues and about a
- 14:29Speaker 1: whole host of other issues. Now he's referring to the
- 14:32Speaker 1: whistleblowers that came forward and exposed the Justice Department labeling
- 14:36Speaker 1: parents who went to school board meetings as domestic terrorists.
- 14:41Speaker 1: He went on to say, it's becoming a well worn
- 14:44Speaker 1: tale of agents who are saying this has got to stop.
- 14:49Speaker 1: And thank goodness for them, and thank goodness that the
- 14:51Speaker 1: American people are recognizing it. I believe they're going to
- 14:54Speaker 1: make a big change. On November the eighth, he added,
- 14:57Speaker 1: referring to the midterm elections. Want you to hear a
- 15:00Speaker 1: little bit more of what Trey Gaudy had to say,
- 15:02Speaker 1: as well as Trump's former National Director of Intelligence a
- 15:06Speaker 1: good friend of mine, John Radcliffe, and what they had
- 15:09Speaker 1: to say about all of this takeo lifts and it's important.
- 15:13Speaker 1: So again, why the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee,
- 15:16Speaker 1: Congressman Jim Jordan from the great state of Ohio and
- 15:18Speaker 1: John Lee Ratcliffe, who's a former US attorney, former congressman
- 15:21Speaker 1: from the Great State of Texas, and former director of
- 15:25Speaker 1: D and I under President Trump. All right, gentlemen, I
- 15:28Speaker 1: mean that the two most knowledgeable people in terms of
- 15:31Speaker 1: contrasting the way the department in the Bureau may treat
- 15:35Speaker 1: Republicans versus Democrats. You've got allegations of collusion with Russia,
- 15:40Speaker 1: and you have Hillary Clinton and her documents. Jimmy, I
- 15:44Speaker 1: will start with you. For those who say gather the facts,
- 15:47Speaker 1: gather the evidence, it also matters who's gathering the facts,
- 15:51Speaker 1: so whether you have confidence in them, right right, Trey,
- 15:54Speaker 1: And you're very kind of way said about John and I.
- 15:57Speaker 1: But but no one was better at getting to the
- 15:59Speaker 1: truth and digging into these things at the Justice Department
- 16:02Speaker 1: than you were. So thanks for having us on No no,
- 16:04Speaker 1: you're exactly right. I would just threw out the name
- 16:06Speaker 1: Kevin Klein Smith. Remember this is the guy who altered
- 16:09Speaker 1: evidence way back when, back in sixteen and seventeen when
- 16:12Speaker 1: they first started spying on President Trump's campaign. We know
- 16:15Speaker 1: that because of the Inspector General. God bless his work.
- 16:18Speaker 1: So put everything in context. Remember this is the Justice
- 16:22Speaker 1: Department that treated moms and dads as domestic terrorists. This
- 16:25Speaker 1: is the administration that's going to unlease eighty seven thousand
- 16:29Speaker 1: i RS agents to harass American taxpayers and American families.
- 16:32Speaker 1: And now we know this is the administration that rated
- 16:35Speaker 1: the home of the former president of the United States
- 16:38Speaker 1: and likely Republican presidential candidate in twenty twenty four. So
- 16:43Speaker 1: these are sometimes I just step back and say, I
- 16:46Speaker 1: cannot believe this kind of stuff is going on in
- 16:48Speaker 1: the greatest country ever. And it's I know, shocking to
- 16:51Speaker 1: all of us and a concern. Certainly. I heard it
- 16:53Speaker 1: from our constituents over this past week as I was
- 16:56Speaker 1: traveling around the district. They don't know what to believe.
- 16:58Speaker 1: They're so nervous and scared by what they've seen. Johnny,
- 17:03Speaker 1: I'll listen to you depose Jim Comey abi agents of prosecutors.
- 17:10Speaker 1: You were a former federal prosecutor. When you reflect on
- 17:13Speaker 1: how they handle Secretary Clinton's case, do you see differences
- 17:17Speaker 1: in the way the Feds treated her versus the way
- 17:19Speaker 1: they treated President Trump. Now, listen to this response, Okay,
- 17:23Speaker 1: because the comparing contrast here to how they're weaponizing the
- 17:27Speaker 1: government to go after Donald Trump, and comparing and contrasting
- 17:32Speaker 1: it to how they dealt with Hillary Clinton and her
- 17:35Speaker 1: actually destroying evidence after she'd been subpointed for the documents,
- 17:42Speaker 1: having her staff literally take hammers, two phones, Right, that's
- 17:47Speaker 1: something that she actually did. Everybody listened very carefully to this. Well, Trey,
- 17:55Speaker 1: I have to imagine that you and Jimmy and I
- 17:58Speaker 1: were among millions of them Americans that were choking back
- 18:01Speaker 1: disbelief when Attorney General Merrick Arland was talking about how
- 18:06Speaker 1: the Department of Justice and the FBI were committed to
- 18:09Speaker 1: the even handed application of the law to everyone, including
- 18:12Speaker 1: Donald Trump, When the FBI and the Department of Justice
- 18:16Speaker 1: so clearly, as Jimmy pointing out, they don't have clean
- 18:18Speaker 1: hands on this matter. And you mentioned, Jim Comey, you
- 18:21Speaker 1: have an FBI director who has admitted that Donald Trump
- 18:24Speaker 1: was treated differently under the law than Barack Obama and Democrats. Remember,
- 18:32Speaker 1: you had an FBI director in Jim Comey, who, when
- 18:35Speaker 1: you talk about a disparity of treatment, wrote an exoneration
- 18:39Speaker 1: memo two months before he interviewed Hillary Clinton, knowing that
- 18:44Speaker 1: Hillary Clinton had dozens of classified, highly sensitive, compartmented information
- 18:48Speaker 1: in her possession before dozens of witnesses other witnesses were interviewed,
- 18:53Speaker 1: and wrote a memo clearing her. That very same FBI director,
- 18:57Speaker 1: Jim Comey, on his book tour, admitted, I did think
- 19:00Speaker 1: so Donald Trump that I never did to Barack Obama
- 19:03Speaker 1: or would have tried. So think about that an FBI
- 19:05Speaker 1: director who's admitting I applied the law unevenly. I applied
- 19:09Speaker 1: my authorities uneevenly because it was Donald Trump and Republicans,
- 19:14Speaker 1: and you know, and to that point, that FBI director,
- 19:18Speaker 1: having cleared Clinton before he ever talked to her, opened
- 19:21Speaker 1: an investigation into Donald Trump after after he had learned
- 19:26Speaker 1: that the Russia collusion allegations were actually created by Hillary Clinton,
- 19:31Speaker 1: and then went so far as to lie to the
- 19:33Speaker 1: FISA court and verify a dossier that he knew to
- 19:36Speaker 1: be fake to continue spying on the Trump campaign. So,
- 19:40Speaker 1: you know, the American people unfortunately see that when it
- 19:44Speaker 1: comes to Republicans and particularly Donald Trump, that for the
- 19:47Speaker 1: past six years, we have an FBI and the Department
- 19:51Speaker 1: of Justice that have literally become the enforcement arm of
- 19:55Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, the enforcement arm of the Democratic Party.
- 20:00Speaker 1: So you're telling me in this country that I'm supposed
- 20:04Speaker 1: to trust an organization where fourteen whistleblowers have just come
- 20:07Speaker 1: forward telling me, telling us that there is corruptions at
- 20:10Speaker 1: the highest level. More than a dozen FBI whistle blowers
- 20:13Speaker 1: have come forward over the Marlago raid saying we can't
- 20:16Speaker 1: watch this abuse of power take place any longer. It's
- 20:20Speaker 1: just too much for us, right, we just can't do it.
- 20:24Speaker 1: We can't sit back anymore and watch this company. Are
- 20:30Speaker 1: these individuals destroy people this way? We can't sit back
- 20:34Speaker 1: and watch as they go after a former president take
- 20:37Speaker 1: his passports. And I don't think that taking the passports,
- 20:40Speaker 1: by the way, let's get back to that just for
- 20:41Speaker 1: a moment was an accident. I think it was done
- 20:44Speaker 1: deliberately on purpose, just to screw with him. I think
- 20:47Speaker 1: it was just to show that we're the United States
- 20:49Speaker 1: government and we can take away your life, right, Like
- 20:54Speaker 1: I really do. I believe that's what this all comes
- 20:56Speaker 1: down to, and the way that the media is responding
- 21:00Speaker 1: to it tells you. Let's also go back to the
- 21:04Speaker 1: other part of the media that I've been talking about,
- 21:06Speaker 1: and that is, if you question anybody right now, right,
- 21:09Speaker 1: if you question any individuals in the media right now,
- 21:13Speaker 1: if you're a Republican, if you question i'd say the
- 21:16Speaker 1: FBI and the DOJ, the media will say that you
- 21:20Speaker 1: are a domestic terrorists and they continue to say this
- 21:22Speaker 1: on TV. They're worried about extremists, They're worried about Trump supports,
- 21:26Speaker 1: they're worried about a war. Publicant attacks on the Department
- 21:30Speaker 1: of Justice and the FBI intensify, prompt and fears that
- 21:33Speaker 1: rhetoric could turn to violence. Right, If you're worried about
- 21:37Speaker 1: it intensifying, then why don't you then why are you
- 21:39Speaker 1: putting out misinformation? Nora O'Donnell, Okay, let's just talk about
- 21:44Speaker 1: it from that perspective. If you're worried about the intensity,
- 21:47Speaker 1: right all this intensifying, as you describe it, then why
- 21:52Speaker 1: do you keep putting out bad information to make people angry?
- 21:55Speaker 1: Why do you keep putting out lies about the president.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Why do you keep putting out lies about things that
- 22:01Speaker 1: are happening right now in this country. When you claim
- 22:06Speaker 1: that Donald Trump is a liar and you say no
- 22:08Speaker 1: one took his passports, you put that out there, and
- 22:10Speaker 1: then you don't take it back, you don't correct it,
- 22:13Speaker 1: you don't admit that your sources are liars. You're putting
- 22:16Speaker 1: out this information for one reason, and one reason only,
- 22:21Speaker 1: because you want to destroy the conservative Republicans in this
- 22:25Speaker 1: country and make sure Donald Trump is never the president.
- 22:28Speaker 1: This is why Rand Paul, by the way, moved to
- 22:30Speaker 1: pull the rug out from un of the DOJ and
- 22:32Speaker 1: leave them with nothing usable from the Marlago raid, saying
- 22:35Speaker 1: it's a long past time to repeal this egregious affront
- 22:38Speaker 1: to the First Amendment. He's come out, they said, I've
- 22:41Speaker 1: had enough of this and others need to join here.
- 22:44Speaker 1: These whistleblowers at the FBI are heroes and they should
- 22:48Speaker 1: be angry that the Department of Justice fi've been politicized
- 22:52Speaker 1: a point. We're trying to take down political enemies as
- 22:54Speaker 1: an arm of the Democratic Party. Jimmy, I'll want you
- 22:59Speaker 1: to imagine if the FBI agent investigating Hunter Biden was
- 23:04Speaker 1: as biased against him as Peter's truck was against Donald Trump.
- 23:08Speaker 1: What do you think Politico's reaction would be to that?
- 23:11Speaker 1: What would the DC media's reaction be if the bureau
- 23:15Speaker 1: wagent was as biased again as Hunter Biden, as peter
- 23:17Speaker 1: S truck was against Donald Trump? There would be no
- 23:20Speaker 1: other news that you would see. I mean, we all
- 23:22Speaker 1: we all know the answer to that question. We all
- 23:24Speaker 1: know that the response to that rhetorical quest. So it's
- 23:27Speaker 1: it's but understand the template here. The template never changes
- 23:30Speaker 1: with these guys. It's the left creates a lie. Big media,
- 23:34Speaker 1: mainstream press reports the lie, Big tech amplifies the lie,
- 23:37Speaker 1: and then when we try to tell the truth, they
- 23:39Speaker 1: call us names and try to cancel us and tell
- 23:41Speaker 1: us and tell the world that, oh, we're the ones
- 23:42Speaker 1: not not being square with them. So the country, though.
- 23:45Speaker 1: The goodness is they figured it out. And I'll tell
- 23:47Speaker 1: you who else has figured it out. Trey, and you
- 23:49Speaker 1: and John, with your background in law enforcement, appreciate this.
- 23:52Speaker 1: Fourteen FBI agents have come to our office as whistleblowers,
- 23:56Speaker 1: and they are good people. There are lots of good
- 23:58Speaker 1: people in the FBI. It's the top that's the problem.
- 24:00Speaker 1: But some of these good agents are coming to us
- 24:02Speaker 1: telling us this is bologny. What's going on the political
- 24:06Speaker 1: nature now of the Justice Department. God bless him for
- 24:09Speaker 1: doing it, come and talking to us about the school
- 24:10Speaker 1: board issue, about a whole host of issues. I mean,
- 24:13Speaker 1: it's becoming a well worn trail of agents who say
- 24:16Speaker 1: this has got to stop. And thank goodness for them,
- 24:19Speaker 1: and thank goodness that the American people recognize it. And
- 24:21Speaker 1: I believe they're gonna make a big change on November eighth. Well,
- 24:25Speaker 1: you know, Jimmy is speaking. I hope, by the way
- 24:27Speaker 1: he's right, I hope that there is a quote big
- 24:30Speaker 1: change coming on November the eighth. I hope that that
- 24:33Speaker 1: is something that actually takes place. I'm not sure, by
- 24:37Speaker 1: the way that it actually will. I'm worried that it
- 24:39Speaker 1: parts the country. You're gonna buy into this crap that
- 24:41Speaker 1: Donald Trump is crazy, right, that Donald Trump has accused
- 24:44Speaker 1: in the FBI of stealing is bassports. And then they're
- 24:46Speaker 1: gonna see report and they're gonna realize it never right,
- 24:48Speaker 1: that you know, it's they put it. Oh, it didn't happen, right,
- 24:51Speaker 1: it didn't happen. It never happened. That's what they said, right.
- 24:55Speaker 1: It never happened. This is something that never happened Donald Trump.
- 24:59Speaker 1: It did not get a passports stolen. NBC News went
- 25:02Speaker 1: with that story and then they never retract. They just said,
- 25:05Speaker 1: oh well, if they did take some things inadvertently, don't worry,
- 25:08Speaker 1: it will be returned. They didn't say, hey, the passports
- 25:11Speaker 1: were taken. We got it wrong. These people are evil,
- 25:15Speaker 1: That's what they are. They're evil. There's a new spin,
- 25:19Speaker 1: by the way, from these scumbags in the media. NBC
- 25:22Speaker 1: came out and did a segment after basically they have
- 25:26Speaker 1: demit that they lie to their audience, right, saying that
- 25:29Speaker 1: the passports were never taken, and their new spin on
- 25:31Speaker 1: it as well. The FBI taking Trump's passports is fine
- 25:35Speaker 1: because it's actually the passport is the property of the
- 25:37Speaker 1: federal government. So shut up, America if you're upset about this.
- 25:42Speaker 1: This gets more complicated, though, because usually in investigations, you
- 25:45Speaker 1: see as a passport when you're about to charge somebody
- 25:48Speaker 1: and you're concerned they're a flight risk, or you see
- 25:51Speaker 1: as a passport because it contains evidence of the crimes
- 25:54Speaker 1: you're looking at. The warrant says agents can see's evidence
- 25:57Speaker 1: of crimes they're looking at. What are the crimes? You're
- 25:59Speaker 1: looking at espionage? Great, so what does that What would
- 26:02Speaker 1: that mean? Well, his travel record is in his passport.
- 26:05Speaker 1: Could it be possible they're looking at espionage, community wall traveling.
- 26:09Speaker 1: I don't know. I'm leaning towards the simple or answer.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Your passport is not yours, by the way, it's the
- 26:13Speaker 1: US governments. It's a privilege to have it. They can
- 26:15Speaker 1: take it back, right, and you shouldn't have a diplomatic
- 26:18Speaker 1: or an official time. I love this right, Well, it's
- 26:21Speaker 1: it's it's there's anyway they can take it back. You
- 26:23Speaker 1: can't come to my house and randomly take my passport
- 26:26Speaker 1: back without probable cause to take it back. Right, There's
- 26:28Speaker 1: still a certain set of events that have to take
- 26:30Speaker 1: place for you to take my right They're supposed to
- 26:33Speaker 1: be checks and balances. We don't live in a third
- 26:35Speaker 1: world country. We don't live in the Banana Republic. We
- 26:38Speaker 1: don't live in Russia or China, right where they can
- 26:41Speaker 1: presently just come in and just take whatever the hell
- 26:43Speaker 1: they want. Right that This is the problem with the media.
- 26:47Speaker 1: They're acting like it is now normal for the United
- 26:50Speaker 1: States government to go rogue whenever and wherever they want to. Well,
- 26:52Speaker 1: they and they, and they say, well, it's the governments.
- 26:54Speaker 1: They can take it whenever they want to. Okay, it
- 26:58Speaker 1: is the governments. But you still have to have an
- 27:00Speaker 1: official paperwork, probable cause and a list goes on and
- 27:04Speaker 1: onto things before you can just randomly take my passport.
- 27:07Speaker 1: You can't just take it from me on a random
- 27:11Speaker 1: Tuesday for no reason, without any cause. It doesn't work
- 27:14Speaker 1: that way. But that's how they tried to describe it,
- 27:17Speaker 1: right to muddy the waters. Right. Well, by the way,
- 27:21Speaker 1: it's government property. They can't take whenever they want to.
- 27:23Speaker 1: And then they sit there they're like, well, maybe they
- 27:25Speaker 1: need a passport to see where he was, you know, espionage,
- 27:28Speaker 1: committing espiach. So now the president's working against the United
- 27:31Speaker 1: it's America. That's the new working theory at MSNBC slash
- 27:35Speaker 1: NBC all because they got it wrong. So let's slander
- 27:38Speaker 1: the present just a little bit more and say, maybe
- 27:41Speaker 1: committed espiach. Here's the other thing. You heard what the
- 27:44Speaker 1: line they just used there? He said, Well they may
- 27:46Speaker 1: have needed the passport see where he went when he
- 27:48Speaker 1: committed espionage. That would have been the warrant, and it
- 27:52Speaker 1: wasn't right that would have been the warrant. And if
- 27:56Speaker 1: that was the case, they wouldn't have given back the
- 27:59Speaker 1: passport to the president either. And do you really need
- 28:05Speaker 1: the president's passport to know where he's traveled and when
- 28:07Speaker 1: he's traveled. He's had Secret Service protection now for what
- 28:11Speaker 1: six years? You're going to go back to six years
- 28:13Speaker 1: and you're telling me you can't connect dots to where
- 28:15Speaker 1: the president United States of America was, why he was
- 28:17Speaker 1: the president, or after if he's left the country. Since
- 28:21Speaker 1: he left the presidency, the absurdity on so many different
- 28:28Speaker 1: levels has hit a fever pitch that is just pure
- 28:35Speaker 1: evil from these scumbags in the media. And now what
- 28:39Speaker 1: they do, and this is the same thing, right, Donald
- 28:42Speaker 1: Trump work of the Russians, it's not true. Well, if
- 28:45Speaker 1: we say it long enough for enough years, it'll undermine
- 28:48Speaker 1: his presidency. And that's what they did. That's exactly what
- 28:53Speaker 1: they did. This is Donald Trump under attack. They've never stopped,
- 29:00Speaker 1: and it's so they can keep him off the ballot.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Jim Jordan said that earlier. This is about keeping Donald
- 29:05Speaker 1: Trump off the ballot, right, this is how you keep
- 29:11Speaker 1: Donald Trump off the ballot. Roger Stone was on earlier
- 29:19Speaker 1: this week on Hannity and said, if mar Lago raid
- 29:22Speaker 1: was meant to intimidate Donald Trump, they don't understand Donald Trump.
- 29:27Speaker 1: And I hope he's right. Was intimidation. Let's talk about
- 29:31Speaker 1: it in relation to what happened at Mara Lago this weekend.
- 29:35Speaker 1: And you know Paul Manafort, you know Peter Munavarro, and
- 29:40Speaker 1: why this seems why these tactics are now being used
- 29:43Speaker 1: more and more, and why does it only seem to
- 29:46Speaker 1: happen to conservatives. Nothing happened to Hillary Clinton. Nothing happened
- 29:50Speaker 1: to the people that lied before Fives Accords. Nothing happened
- 29:55Speaker 1: to the upper echelon and the FBI when they spread
- 29:58Speaker 1: lies about Russia collusion, as you point out rightly so,
- 30:02Speaker 1: and that never occurred. They've had Hunter Biden's laptop. We
- 30:06Speaker 1: know there are crimes and evidence of crimes on that laptop.
- 30:09Speaker 1: Nothing's happened to him. Why the double standard? I'll give
- 30:12Speaker 1: you the last word. Well, first of all, it's very
- 30:15Speaker 1: important to recognize that I was arrested at six h six.
- 30:18Speaker 1: At six to eleven, Sarah Murray with CNN texted a
- 30:22Speaker 1: copy of my indictment to one of my lawyers. That
- 30:25Speaker 1: indictment was sealed until nine thirty that morning. So just
- 30:30Speaker 1: the leak of the indictment was a felony. And when
- 30:33Speaker 1: you look at the metadata tags to figure out who
- 30:36Speaker 1: wrote it, because it had no court markings or time
- 30:38Speaker 1: stamps on it, well, it had the initials of Andrew Weisman.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Look if this was meant this raid and Marlago was
- 30:44Speaker 1: meant to intimidate Donald Trump, they don't understand Donald Trump.
- 30:48Speaker 1: I worked for President Richard Dixon. I worked for Senator
- 30:51Speaker 1: Bob Dole, two of the toughest guys you can imagine.
- 30:55Speaker 1: Donald Trump is tougher than both of them. That's why
- 30:57Speaker 1: he was a great president. It's also why he'll be
- 30:59Speaker 1: a great president again. All Right, Roger Stone, thanks for
- 31:04Speaker 1: sharing your story. It's sad that this happens in America.
- 31:06Speaker 1: It's sad that it happens in America. Roger Stone is
- 31:10Speaker 1: a great example of the abusive power of the government.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Right this, I mean, this is a you know, but
- 31:16Speaker 1: they're gonna keep They're gonna keep implying that Donald Trump
- 31:19Speaker 1: is a criminal. They're gonna keep implying these a flight risk.
- 31:23Speaker 1: They're gonna keep implying that Donald Trump is committed espionage.
- 31:28Speaker 1: They're going to keep implying all this to the point
- 31:32Speaker 1: where there's nothing left to do but to say he
- 31:34Speaker 1: can no longer be president of the United States of America.
- 31:37Speaker 1: They're going to do everything again to indict him. Right,
- 31:42Speaker 1: this is all about an indictment, because if you can
- 31:46Speaker 1: get an indictment of Donald Trump and you can keep
- 31:48Speaker 1: him off the ballot, that is a win. Because they
- 31:51Speaker 1: are terrified that he is going to win reelection. Right,
- 31:57Speaker 1: they are terrified that this president of the United States
- 32:00Speaker 1: America not only will win, but he will come back
- 32:02Speaker 1: and he will clean house. And that is the problem.
- 32:06Speaker 1: They don't want him to have the chance to do that. Right,
- 32:11Speaker 1: go back to what I played for your earlier where
- 32:13Speaker 1: they were talking about, you know, well, can the president
- 32:15Speaker 1: actually you know, you know, just you know, use a
- 32:17Speaker 1: magic wand here, right and just say things are declassified.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Yes he can. And the legal animals are saying, yes
- 32:23Speaker 1: he can. That's how it works. He's a president. Well,
- 32:26Speaker 1: hold on, shouldn't there be some order? This implying there
- 32:28Speaker 1: was no order? We don't know what we don't know
- 32:31Speaker 1: yet because we haven't seen any of the documents. They
- 32:34Speaker 1: won't let us know. We don't know what's in the documents,
- 32:36Speaker 1: we don't know what the accusations are. It seems like
- 32:39Speaker 1: the only thing that seems the consistent is they went
- 32:42Speaker 1: in there trying to find a smoking gun because they
- 32:45Speaker 1: got to stop Donald Trump, which means they got to
- 32:47Speaker 1: stop you from liking him. And that's why they do
- 32:51Speaker 1: segments like this because the process of declassification. So is
- 32:55Speaker 1: it what basically former President Trump is saying, which is
- 32:59Speaker 1: you can weigh the magic wand if you're the president
- 33:01Speaker 1: and go poof, you're declassified. Is that how it works constitutionally? Yes, Okay,
- 33:07Speaker 1: the declassification authority rests with the chief executive, that's the president.
- 33:11Speaker 1: The president is not just the head of the executive branch,
- 33:13Speaker 1: he is the executive branch. Yes, they are all manner
- 33:16Speaker 1: of forms and protocols and procedures and worksheets that one
- 33:20Speaker 1: should follow. So it's done in an orderly manner so
- 33:23Speaker 1: people know what has been classified and declassified that presidents
- 33:26Speaker 1: of both parties have observed for a long time. But
- 33:29Speaker 1: if we're talking about just the law and constitutionally, the
- 33:33Speaker 1: president has the power and it cannot be no pun intended.
- 33:36Speaker 1: It cannot be trumped because one of the agencies in
- 33:38Speaker 1: the executive Branch has come up with a worksheet that
- 33:41Speaker 1: wasn't filled out. So we do need to keep that
- 33:43Speaker 1: in mind. The law allows very broad perhaps even broader
- 33:46Speaker 1: than we like, but the reality is very broad declassification authority.
- 33:49Speaker 1: But Miles, that doesn't make sense. How can any president
- 33:52Speaker 1: forget Donald Trump? Just any president say poof, you're declassified
- 33:56Speaker 1: and never fill out any paperwork and not tell anybody
- 33:59Speaker 1: that I love this, Like, how does this make sense? Okay,
- 34:03Speaker 1: so now we're wanting to arrest the president because you
- 34:06Speaker 1: can't make sense of it. It's not a reason to
- 34:09Speaker 1: arrest the president. It's not a reason to indict the
- 34:11Speaker 1: president because you're too stupid to understand and figure it out.
- 34:16Speaker 1: I mean, I can't fix in competency. Senor Ran Paul
- 34:20Speaker 1: said only a few days after the FBI rate on
- 34:22Speaker 1: mar Lago, it was time to demand that we repeal
- 34:25Speaker 1: the Espionage Acts, saying the Department of Justice is weighing
- 34:29Speaker 1: whether or not to indict former President Donald Trump for
- 34:31Speaker 1: allegedly violating the Act by taking classified documents with him
- 34:34Speaker 1: upon leaving office, Although whether the documents in question were
- 34:38Speaker 1: actually classified is up for major dispute or debate. According
- 34:43Speaker 1: the official search warrant, The FBI rated the Trump resort
- 34:46Speaker 1: in August eight to look for said documents, as well
- 34:49Speaker 1: as any evidence that the documents had been knowingly altered, destroyed,
- 34:53Speaker 1: or hidden quote unquote, without mentioning the President or mar
- 34:58Speaker 1: Lago Raid, Senor Ram Paul took to Twitter to demand
- 35:00Speaker 1: the Act be repealed, saying the ESPION actual Act was
- 35:03Speaker 1: abused from the beginning to jail dissenters and World War One.
- 35:08Speaker 1: It is long past time to repeal this egregious affront
- 35:11Speaker 1: to the First Amendment. Repeal the ESPION on Jack the
- 35:14Speaker 1: Future Freedom Foundation, and it's something that we have to
- 35:18Speaker 1: make sure we do. He's right, by the way, this
- 35:23Speaker 1: is an outdated abuse of power moment for the Democrats,
- 35:30Speaker 1: and they want to use us whenever it is convenient
- 35:33Speaker 1: for them to use it. That's the problem here. Whenever
- 35:38Speaker 1: it's convenient for them to use it, they will, and
- 35:42Speaker 1: they'll weaponize it, and they keep doing it. Make sure
- 35:47Speaker 1: you share a podcast with all of your family and friends.
