- 0:25Speaker 1: my man, Rashan McDonald. Money Making Conversations Here we come.
- 0:30Speaker 1: Welcome to Money Making Conversation. I'm your host from Sean McDonald.
- 0:34Speaker 1: It's important to understand that everybody travels a different path
- 0:36Speaker 1: to success. That's because your brand is different, your career
- 0:39Speaker 1: is different, the people you know are different, the challenges
- 0:42Speaker 1: you're facing your life will always be different. So stop
- 0:45Speaker 1: reading other people's success stories and start writing your own. Now.
- 0:48Speaker 1: You can be motivated by their success because their stories
- 0:50Speaker 1: can offer your direction and help you reach your goals
- 0:52Speaker 1: to your planet and your committed effort. My next guest
- 0:55Speaker 1: knows a lot about committed effort. He's a super Bowl champion,
- 0:58Speaker 1: NFL legend that Mark Square Wednesday, November Wednesday, December nine,
- 1:03Speaker 1: this NFL Legend announced the launch of Driven to Win
- 1:06Speaker 1: as D two D two W. Driven to Win, a
- 1:10Speaker 1: new fitness app that brings the professional sports workout training
- 1:13Speaker 1: experience to anyone with an iPhone. Okay, after perfectives practice,
- 1:17Speaker 1: the Marcus now extended his pro level workout techniques to
- 1:20Speaker 1: somebody like me. I need help everything winness and nonsense,
- 1:24Speaker 1: high performance daily grinding that builds leaders I love that
- 1:27Speaker 1: part about it's motivational. A lot of people forget that
- 1:30Speaker 1: when you're training and you're grinding out there trying to
- 1:32Speaker 1: get in shape. It really is about building leadership. It's
- 1:35Speaker 1: about commitments, it's about being on the daily grind. And
- 1:38Speaker 1: that's what this this app is all about. It's a
- 1:40Speaker 1: five star app, and that's important. I say that. That
- 1:42Speaker 1: means that nobody's complaining about it when they downloaded. They
- 1:45Speaker 1: get amazing results, and they believe in it and they
- 1:48Speaker 1: want to share their results. That's why they give it
- 1:49Speaker 1: a rating because it brings million dollar pro level fitness
- 1:52Speaker 1: techniques right to the palm of your hand. Please working
- 1:55Speaker 1: on money making conversation. The creator of Driven to Win
- 1:58Speaker 1: app de Marcus ware Hey DeMarcus, hey man, thanks for
- 2:02Speaker 1: inviting me on one thing that I really really liked
- 2:05Speaker 1: what you said. And that's like the model of this
- 2:07Speaker 1: app is be the best you. You use other people
- 2:11Speaker 1: platforms and envision on where you need to be. But
- 2:15Speaker 1: it's all about building the best you. Man. But thank you,
- 2:18Speaker 1: thank you for inviting me on the show. But when
- 2:19Speaker 1: I heard the apple was dropping, and uh, I feel
- 2:22Speaker 1: that you know we're about to go into that. Uh
- 2:24Speaker 1: you use resolution time, but when when people you know,
- 2:27Speaker 1: right now you're coming out of that food surge. Okay,
- 2:30Speaker 1: you're gonna get another mini surge with the Christmas holidays,
- 2:34Speaker 1: but then the New Year's you. You you have that
- 2:36Speaker 1: first quarter of the year where you can change your life,
- 2:39Speaker 1: and losing weight and get into shape is a major
- 2:41Speaker 1: part of that. And so what what is driven you?
- 2:44Speaker 1: Because look, you still look like you've got it going on.
- 2:46Speaker 1: And I rushed out. I got a lot of clothes
- 2:49Speaker 1: on top of me. I can't do an interview like you, DeMarcus. Okay, right,
- 2:53Speaker 1: I look like an old man trying to work out. Dude.
- 2:57Speaker 1: I tell you what, when you hit rock bottom, especially
- 3:01Speaker 1: like when I retired, I couldn't walk, so I had
- 3:03Speaker 1: to find some way to really motivate myself. And being
- 3:06Speaker 1: a captain in the NFL for twelve years, I just
- 3:09Speaker 1: thought that, all right, if you can lead guys to
- 3:11Speaker 1: be champions, now you can change your locker room that
- 3:14Speaker 1: where I played at to the weight room and lead
- 3:17Speaker 1: people to have fitter lives, motivating them in a way
- 3:21Speaker 1: to where now they feel good about themselves. And that's
- 3:24Speaker 1: where Driven to Win all came about, and really wanted
- 3:27Speaker 1: to give people like that true experience of not just
- 3:31Speaker 1: content that you can have, but building the best you
- 3:35Speaker 1: through three D models, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, as to
- 3:39Speaker 1: name a few things that's in there. But it's just
- 3:41Speaker 1: a cool thing to see. Well, you know, driven to win.
- 3:44Speaker 1: When you use the word win, you know when it
- 3:46Speaker 1: means a lot of things, winning in life, winning in health,
- 3:50Speaker 1: winning their relationships. So define what driven to Win really
- 3:54Speaker 1: means for you, um, driven to win is a model
- 3:58Speaker 1: of not giving up, not give up on yourself, not
- 4:01Speaker 1: giving up on your goals. But the thing is, incrementally,
- 4:04Speaker 1: like you just said earlier in the show, you've got
- 4:07Speaker 1: to have those incremental things in your life that you
- 4:10Speaker 1: set that goal and then you gotta chew on it
- 4:12Speaker 1: a little bit. And if you do that, then you
- 4:14Speaker 1: start feeling like, hey, I got one goal done, I
- 4:17Speaker 1: got another goal done, and so now you start getting
- 4:20Speaker 1: closer to those goals. So that's what driven the win
- 4:22Speaker 1: means to me. Driven to win in life, driven to
- 4:25Speaker 1: win and whatever that you're doing, whatever that is that
- 4:29Speaker 1: you're doing, you be you and have your identity and
- 4:31Speaker 1: you own that. Okay, we've we've you know, this is
- 4:34Speaker 1: a very competitive field, the fitness field. Fitness apps, fit
- 4:38Speaker 1: fit phones, that watches, fit everything, you know. And so
- 4:43Speaker 1: so when you when you when you come about how
- 4:45Speaker 1: does this work? You know, we downloaded, we go through
- 4:47Speaker 1: the process, you download them app or or any videos
- 4:50Speaker 1: on there, motivate use of videos or you on there.
- 4:52Speaker 1: How does it work? Yeah? And the thing is I
- 4:55Speaker 1: wanted to be different. Um, all of the fitness apps
- 4:58Speaker 1: they have videos. But what can I do to be different?
- 5:00Speaker 1: I've always said if you can bring change to something,
- 5:04Speaker 1: everybody will come, or if you build it, they will come. So, um,
- 5:08Speaker 1: you know, with me really having that technology driven background,
- 5:11Speaker 1: not just from um from college, but I mean just
- 5:14Speaker 1: a light thing that I did. Um, I've added a
- 5:18Speaker 1: three D model, So when people actually log into the app,
- 5:22Speaker 1: you do a test in meaning you ask you asked
- 5:24Speaker 1: a couple of questions, and then it puts you in
- 5:27Speaker 1: the right program for you from beginner all the way
- 5:30Speaker 1: up to advance, and then it takes it to another level.
- 5:33Speaker 1: So let's say I don't know how to do any
- 5:35Speaker 1: other exercises, so instead of looking at a video, you
- 5:37Speaker 1: can look at three D three D model where you
- 5:40Speaker 1: can actually move all the way around the model and
- 5:43Speaker 1: see how to do the exercise. Is what sets and
- 5:46Speaker 1: reps and um and tempos of the pop program? And
- 5:51Speaker 1: then all right, well let's just say now I actually
- 5:54Speaker 1: can use an augmented reality figure and I can stick
- 5:56Speaker 1: it here in the gym and it'll tell me and
- 5:59Speaker 1: you you're looking at it right where you are, and
- 6:02Speaker 1: it's saying this or here is how you need to
- 6:04Speaker 1: do the exercise. This is the tempos you're set some rips.
- 6:08Speaker 1: But I took it to a whole another level, because
- 6:10Speaker 1: some people, once they get to that point, they're like, well,
- 6:13Speaker 1: I don't know if I'm training too hard. So I
- 6:15Speaker 1: started using artificial intelligence through the Apple platform, where you're
- 6:20Speaker 1: talking to the phone mess you with the Apple Watch,
- 6:22Speaker 1: and it will tell you that, hey, you need to
- 6:24Speaker 1: be in zone through, let's say zone too, and then
- 6:27Speaker 1: all of a sudden, you're working out and you're actually
- 6:29Speaker 1: in zone three. It will tell you need to slow
- 6:32Speaker 1: down to give you the rest that you need, and
- 6:34Speaker 1: then it'll pull everything back a little bit. So it's
- 6:37Speaker 1: almost like you got a true trainer in your pocket.
- 6:40Speaker 1: So when you go anywhere, if you're at home or
- 6:43Speaker 1: if you're at the gym, you really have the true
- 6:45Speaker 1: total experience, not just a video that's telling you what
- 6:48Speaker 1: to do, but actually a machine learning along the way
- 6:52Speaker 1: if you're beginner all the way to an advanced athlete
- 6:55Speaker 1: um of how to work out. Yeah, because you know
- 6:57Speaker 1: you have the peloton out there, you have the mirror
- 7:00Speaker 1: out there, and now you have an app call Driven
- 7:02Speaker 1: to Win that applies it. And we were just gonna
- 7:04Speaker 1: kick those two to the curve as just examples were
- 7:07Speaker 1: talked about it. So you have to an example because
- 7:10Speaker 1: that's high price over there. Those those are that's a
- 7:13Speaker 1: lot of money you're spending and investing. And you can't
- 7:15Speaker 1: carry a bike with you, Okay, you can't carry a
- 7:19Speaker 1: mirror with you. Listen to what I'm saying that, but
- 7:21Speaker 1: you carry this app on your iPhone with you and
- 7:25Speaker 1: walking in the park, going to a gym, going down
- 7:28Speaker 1: to your basement, going down into your gym that you
- 7:31Speaker 1: you've created, or getting out of your bed and for
- 7:33Speaker 1: the first time in your life touching that bike that's
- 7:36Speaker 1: been sent over now as a closed hanger. You know. Oh,
- 7:39Speaker 1: that's what I loved about the app because the thing
- 7:41Speaker 1: about it can travel with you. That's where the fitness
- 7:44Speaker 1: app should be. And it's not restricting you if you
- 7:46Speaker 1: want to. If you're traveling and you're the hotel, you
- 7:49Speaker 1: can take it down to the hotel gym. You know,
- 7:51Speaker 1: I'm selling it right the markets and I mean, I
- 7:53Speaker 1: mean the thing is you're you're seeing the right thing
- 7:55Speaker 1: is something for everybody you just touched on. All Right,
- 7:58Speaker 1: Let's say that I do have a pilotan bike, or
- 8:01Speaker 1: I have some cardio equipment at home. I don't know
- 8:04Speaker 1: what to do. That's what There's programs in there that
- 8:07Speaker 1: that tells you what you need to be doing and
- 8:10Speaker 1: what algorithm you need to be doing, and then you
- 8:12Speaker 1: can talk into it and is learning along the way
- 8:14Speaker 1: with you. So or if I'm at the house and
- 8:16Speaker 1: I'm like, you know what, I don't have any workout equipment,
- 8:19Speaker 1: what type of body way that exercises I need to
- 8:21Speaker 1: be doing. So now you actually can prop me or
- 8:25Speaker 1: um Angela Daniel the other figure that's in there. Because
- 8:27Speaker 1: I got something for the ladies too, because everybody is
- 8:31Speaker 1: in this fitness round, everybody wants to feel good about themselves.
- 8:34Speaker 1: So you can put those figures on the floor. I
- 8:36Speaker 1: mean you can put them on your bed, you can
- 8:38Speaker 1: put it wherever you want to put me. Because at
- 8:40Speaker 1: the end of the day, I want you to feel
- 8:42Speaker 1: comfortable where you are. A lot of people aren't comfortable
- 8:45Speaker 1: when they're going to a gym or are comfortable even
- 8:48Speaker 1: at home. So now you actually can learn a little
- 8:51Speaker 1: bit get the information that you need. Let's just say
- 8:53Speaker 1: that you're like, all right, well, what should I be feeling?
- 8:56Speaker 1: There's actually focus points on there, so you can click
- 8:59Speaker 1: on the figure. Let's say if it's a stomach and
- 9:01Speaker 1: you're doing some type of core it tells you to
- 9:03Speaker 1: brace your core, what you need to be doing, what
- 9:06Speaker 1: you should be feeling at the time. So now people
- 9:08Speaker 1: are like, oh, now I actually know what that exercise
- 9:12Speaker 1: feels like, so I put so much information inside of
- 9:17Speaker 1: this app that's going to be beneficial for so many people. Well,
- 9:20Speaker 1: you know we all have that mirror in the house,
- 9:23Speaker 1: you know where you can just turn just right the
- 9:26Speaker 1: Marcus and then give you that look and you look good.
- 9:31Speaker 1: You look man, I got a poll. Brother, You can't
- 9:34Speaker 1: tell me nothing to Marcus. It's finally here, the season
- 9:41Speaker 1: of celebration. And no matter how you celebrate with family

- 11:35Speaker 1: E R dot ai go on. I got my all right,
- 11:39Speaker 1: I got my stomach right. Well, I lost my butt.
- 11:42Speaker 1: My wife called my butt left when I left college,
- 11:44Speaker 1: So I ain't got that. No, I can't make that
- 11:46Speaker 1: pose work, but I can wear everything else. So we're
- 11:49Speaker 1: going from the polls to reality. And that's what this
- 11:52Speaker 1: app is gonna do. But because you know, when we met,
- 11:55Speaker 1: we made the celebrity family fuge. And he's always laugh
- 12:00Speaker 1: at me because he'd be over there lifting fifty pound
- 12:03Speaker 1: curls and I'm doing twenty. I'm a twenty guy. You know.
- 12:06Speaker 1: I ow he's reached out. Stop stop stop, I say, brother,
- 12:09Speaker 1: do what works for you. The twenties work for me,
- 12:12Speaker 1: the fifties work for you. You You know. Stephen A. Smith,
- 12:14Speaker 1: who I'm managing now, he loves Peloton. You know. Every
- 12:18Speaker 1: time I call him in the morning, he huffed. I said, brother,
- 12:21Speaker 1: I'm just walking on my treadmill. I walk a mile.
- 12:25Speaker 1: That's me ten minutes of the mile. And That's what
- 12:27Speaker 1: I love about the app Do You. It allows you
- 12:30Speaker 1: to do you. It's that am I hitting home with it?
- 12:33Speaker 1: Driven to win? You know? The thing is when you
- 12:36Speaker 1: when you're talking about doing you right, let's just say
- 12:39Speaker 1: that you're testing, and it takes you through the phases
- 12:41Speaker 1: on how you need to train a few instability, how
- 12:44Speaker 1: pert you free strength, power, or and then during phases
- 12:48Speaker 1: those are like all the phases of put you in
- 12:50Speaker 1: the right phase of where you need to be. Or
- 12:53Speaker 1: you said, you know, I only got thirty minutes to
- 12:55Speaker 1: work out. There's targeted exercises in their programs that you
- 12:59Speaker 1: can you core, you can do buys and tries, if
- 13:02Speaker 1: you want to do glutes and abs, if you want
- 13:03Speaker 1: to do that right, or if you said, you know what,
- 13:06Speaker 1: I just want to take a challenge today. I got
- 13:08Speaker 1: away in that phone the way you can prop their
- 13:10Speaker 1: phone up and for where you are in your workout plan,
- 13:13Speaker 1: it's gonna be maybe a sixty second finisher. I would say,
- 13:17Speaker 1: you can do if it's jumping Jack's, if it's pull
- 13:20Speaker 1: up whatever it is, and you tap on it and
- 13:23Speaker 1: you actually get the challenge me so I'll be on
- 13:25Speaker 1: the left side, you will be on the right side,
- 13:27Speaker 1: and then it misses you up and see where you stand.
- 13:31Speaker 1: So it is something in there. Even like when I
- 13:34Speaker 1: talked about earlier about athletes in high school, I didn't
- 13:38Speaker 1: have any workout programs. The only thing I knew about
- 13:40Speaker 1: is going to the y m c A. I didn't
- 13:42Speaker 1: know anything about sports. I'm talking about college players too.
- 13:45Speaker 1: And then this guy named Bo Jackson came to the
- 13:47Speaker 1: y m c A. And he told me, he said,
- 13:49Speaker 1: the Marcus, you know, if you really want to get
- 13:51Speaker 1: out of here, I know a way that you can
- 13:53Speaker 1: get out of the get out of the hood. And
- 13:55Speaker 1: I'm stinking to myself, like, what are you talking about?
- 13:59Speaker 1: He said, and Auburn. At Auburn University and College, he said,
- 14:03Speaker 1: they give you a meal plan, he said, because you're
- 14:06Speaker 1: on scholarship. And I said, so, how do you get
- 14:08Speaker 1: a scholarship? He said, well, you you need to start
- 14:11Speaker 1: working out. You need to make sure that you know
- 14:14Speaker 1: you're doing the right thing standing out of trouble. I mean,
- 14:17Speaker 1: I had a mentor right there telling me exactly what
- 14:19Speaker 1: I needed. So then I started thinking to myself, how
- 14:22Speaker 1: can I give something like this back, you know, to
- 14:24Speaker 1: the kids. You know, now I'm back in their position.
- 14:28Speaker 1: And that's why I went and got the bomb. Miller's
- 14:30Speaker 1: or Chris Harris's and Layton Vendoris is the Tyrne Smith's
- 14:33Speaker 1: of the world, created Avatarge and three D models of them,
- 14:37Speaker 1: but I also did. I interviewed those guys during COVID, like,
- 14:40Speaker 1: how did y'all prepare you know, for it for you know,
- 14:43Speaker 1: this year? What type of things that would you tell
- 14:45Speaker 1: the kids and people who are watching this, Um, how
- 14:49Speaker 1: did you become you? And every single one of them,
- 14:53Speaker 1: I'm talking about a quote from each one of them
- 14:55Speaker 1: they said, Man, I just didn't stop. There was nothing
- 14:59Speaker 1: that stopped me from my dream and where I wanted
- 15:01Speaker 1: to go. Everybody told me I was too little. Everybody
- 15:04Speaker 1: told me that what I couldn't do. But one thing
- 15:08Speaker 1: I knew I had to do is do the work.
- 15:10Speaker 1: And that's where the motto of driven the Wind also
- 15:14Speaker 1: comes from, is doing the work that only you can
- 15:18Speaker 1: do because you're your own individual. God made us that way.
- 15:21Speaker 1: So um, being able to give something like just this section, um,
- 15:27Speaker 1: just to high schoolers, college you know players, it is
- 15:30Speaker 1: just a great thing too as well. Well. First of all,
- 15:33Speaker 1: you're fantastic the markers, your articulation, your your passion, your tone.
- 15:37Speaker 1: And I remember when I met you, fam Fuse said,
- 15:40Speaker 1: I loved you. I told you, man, you could be
- 15:42Speaker 1: a start. Yeah, yeah, when I told you. I remember,
- 15:46Speaker 1: you know, as I said, dude, you start man and
- 15:48Speaker 1: and it's still it's still it's still it's still show
- 15:51Speaker 1: shows it now you know. But there's a couple of
- 15:53Speaker 1: things that you mentioned. It excited me about workouts because
- 15:56Speaker 1: as you get older, you know, the word workout can
- 15:59Speaker 1: be be daunting, it can be frightening because you don't
- 16:02Speaker 1: know what that means. Then you said, Richard, I got
- 16:04Speaker 1: the thirty minutes, and that is what it's really helped me. Now,
- 16:07Speaker 1: I set myself when I go in the gym having
- 16:10Speaker 1: thirty minutes. Whatever happens, that's it. And a lot of
- 16:13Speaker 1: people don't have time limits. They just go and hear
- 16:16Speaker 1: the word workout and it freezes them up. They say,
- 16:18Speaker 1: I don't have time. But what you just said is Rashan,
- 16:21Speaker 1: you have programs on your app that's Driven to Win
- 16:24Speaker 1: app that you can downloade on your iPhone. It enabled
- 16:28Speaker 1: you eight you got sixty seconds, you got fifteen minutes,
- 16:30Speaker 1: you got thirty minutes. We got programs down there. You
- 16:33Speaker 1: don't have weights, you don't have to go to the gym.
- 16:35Speaker 1: We can show you exercise that can that you need
- 16:37Speaker 1: to work on, that you can depend on and build
- 16:39Speaker 1: that out and gain confidence. That's what I love what
- 16:42Speaker 1: I'm here, and it's allowing me to feel like a
- 16:44Speaker 1: human being. And I'm not trying to compete with Superstar athlete.
- 16:48Speaker 1: I'm not trying to compute again Superstar regular person or
- 16:51Speaker 1: Superstar sprinter. I'm competing with myself and having fun in it.
- 16:55Speaker 1: And that's really what. That's really what I keep hearing
- 16:58Speaker 1: over and over when I hear you talk about the
- 17:00Speaker 1: Driven to Win app is that it's designed for you,
- 17:03Speaker 1: for you. Yeah. And the thing is one thing you
- 17:06Speaker 1: just said, when people here work out, I want you
- 17:09Speaker 1: to split them two words. Uh, they here work and
- 17:13Speaker 1: I'm out of there. Right, they don't want any of that. Right,
- 17:18Speaker 1: I've been doing that all day. You should think about
- 17:21Speaker 1: workout being working on yourself, building the best you gett'
- 17:25Speaker 1: that's your oasis. Time for you to refill your cup.
- 17:29Speaker 1: I don't care if it's a minute, I don't care
- 17:30Speaker 1: if there's thirty minutes, forty five minutes, two hours, whatever
- 17:33Speaker 1: the time that you need because there's so many things
- 17:36Speaker 1: that are going on outside of your workspace that you
- 17:39Speaker 1: need to work on yourself. And so that's why you know,
- 17:43Speaker 1: I built a lot of this because I had to
- 17:45Speaker 1: work on myself to build something like this to get
- 17:48Speaker 1: back to so many other people and uh doing it ahead,
- 17:51Speaker 1: you're doing it, You're doing it. I love it. But
- 17:53Speaker 1: before we wrap up, you mentioned von Miller. That's another extension.
- 17:57Speaker 1: I know there's male names, male athletes, but also I
- 18:00Speaker 1: know you you build it out a female division with
- 18:02Speaker 1: female apples, you're gonna bring on board, talk about how
- 18:05Speaker 1: their play a role in your app Driven to win
- 18:09Speaker 1: um I wanted to. I wanted to make everything the
- 18:12Speaker 1: same if it was male or female. So Angela Daniel
- 18:16Speaker 1: female mentor, that's in there. She if you want, you
- 18:19Speaker 1: click on her every single thing that I filmed, she
- 18:23Speaker 1: filmed too as well, So everything is approachable. If you don't.
- 18:28Speaker 1: If you look at me and you're like, man, I
- 18:29Speaker 1: can't do anything that the Marcus is doing, guess what.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Click on her. She's doing the exact same thing. She's
- 18:35Speaker 1: going to have the same mottel um and you can
- 18:39Speaker 1: actually follow her. And that's one thing I wanted to
- 18:42Speaker 1: do is make it as approachable as possible because when
- 18:45Speaker 1: people look at me, will they gonna say that's a
- 18:48Speaker 1: professional athlete. He's been doing it all his life. Great,
- 18:52Speaker 1: I should be the best mentor for you, telling you
- 18:54Speaker 1: how you need to live the driven spirit, but also
- 18:58Speaker 1: show you the modifications of the easiest way to do things,
- 19:01Speaker 1: always to the advanced way of doing things because I've
- 19:06Speaker 1: experienced it all. But also she's experienced it all his
- 19:09Speaker 1: will and you'll be able to see that. Well, he's
- 19:11Speaker 1: a he's a legend. NFL is all decade team super
- 19:15Speaker 1: Bowl champion, you know, Dallas cowboard. They need him and
- 19:19Speaker 1: buy four five mode leges to come back right now.
- 19:24Speaker 1: But more importantly, we had to talk about driven to win.
- 19:26Speaker 1: This is is an amazing new Apple iPhone that's available. This
- 19:29Speaker 1: guy's a star. He's he's always whether I've seen him
- 19:33Speaker 1: on you know, specials or just talking about life, I motivation,
- 19:36Speaker 1: talking about his family. He's all straight out of Alabama.
- 19:39Speaker 1: He's Alabama boy, you know, or Troy you know. Uh,
- 19:43Speaker 1: you know. There's the funny thing about it. You know,
- 19:45Speaker 1: when you when you're like people, you learn m about
- 19:47Speaker 1: him and he's a person that you know, here's the
- 19:49Speaker 1: thing about it. But what I love about him he
- 19:51Speaker 1: has an app now and he's so futuristic. He's gonna
- 19:54Speaker 1: be on the cutting edge where eventually he's gonna appear
- 19:57Speaker 1: in your home, in your kitchen working out. What Because
- 20:00Speaker 1: I know where he's going with this. I see it already.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Technology is gonna allow people like him to come in
- 20:04Speaker 1: and tell you get up out of bed, and then
- 20:06Speaker 1: they're gonna start doing workouts with you. This is just
- 20:10Speaker 1: this is the early stages of that. But importantly, you
- 20:13Speaker 1: can die lower than It has a marketly subscription tied
- 20:15Speaker 1: to it, but do your research. It's a five star
- 20:18Speaker 1: app y'all that's important to hear. No complaints. People are
- 20:22Speaker 1: loving it. It just dropped. Be the first. Start playing
- 20:25Speaker 1: your your new Year's resolution now, you know, drive it
- 20:28Speaker 1: to win. Make it part of your manto, make it
- 20:30Speaker 1: part of your your your your ability to win in life.
- 20:33Speaker 1: You know, get your relationships right, get your eating right,
- 20:37Speaker 1: all those things I always plan on. I would tell
- 20:39Speaker 1: us the Marcus. You know, in the fourth quarter, I
- 20:42Speaker 1: start working on my taxes. I started working on my
- 20:44Speaker 1: budget for the first quarter, and I also started working
- 20:47Speaker 1: on myself. And so that's why I'm inspired to have
- 20:50Speaker 1: you on the show to talk about your new fitness app,
- 20:52Speaker 1: anything you want to wrap up about. I think one
- 20:55Speaker 1: of the things that you just said the fourth quarter.
- 20:57Speaker 1: The fourth quarters when all the magic happens that prepares
- 21:00Speaker 1: you for the first quarter. So in this December going
- 21:04Speaker 1: into you know that first quarter, you know you had
- 21:08Speaker 1: Thanksgiving right, you had to get all I already. I
- 21:11Speaker 1: had to get all the Christmas gilts for the family.
- 21:13Speaker 1: I had to get seventeen families of Christmas gifts right.
- 21:16Speaker 1: So for me, it's like the fourth quarter is when
- 21:19Speaker 1: I prepare for the first quarter and not be behind
- 21:23Speaker 1: saying that new year knew me January one. Why can't
- 21:27Speaker 1: you start now? Because if you start now, you'll be
- 21:29Speaker 1: a little bit more prepared to where you need to
- 21:31Speaker 1: be because you said to go early. And that's one
- 21:34Speaker 1: thing that I tell people that I own a gym
- 21:36Speaker 1: here called three Vote Fitness. When they come in, I
- 21:39Speaker 1: ask them, what are your goals? What is your mentality?
- 21:43Speaker 1: If you come in here, if you put your fitness
- 21:45Speaker 1: plans in my hands, I'm want to make sure that
- 21:47Speaker 1: you get the results. But one thing I don't want
- 21:49Speaker 1: you to do is give up on me. I want
- 21:52Speaker 1: you to do it for your standard, not my standard.
- 21:54Speaker 1: I want you to just not stop what you're doing
- 21:57Speaker 1: and the results will come tremendously. No matter what the markets.
- 22:00Speaker 1: I want to thank you for taking the time to
- 22:01Speaker 1: come on Money Making Conversations. Amazing. You can download this
- 22:05Speaker 1: app on the iPhone. It's called Driven to Win a
- 22:08Speaker 1: D D two W. Well, I can't get that out
- 22:12Speaker 1: E two W again it's great Senior again man, you
- 22:14Speaker 1: look amazing and uh again uh your testament to who
- 22:19Speaker 1: the person I feel that you will always be in

- 22:24Speaker 1: the field. Guess what gott a Pro Bowl winning app?
- 22:27Speaker 1: Y'all driven to win this hype time, baby hype tip.
