- 0:00Speaker 1: Judge Raymond Deary has just been appointed Special Master in
- 0:07Speaker 1: the mar Lago raid case. This is obviously going to
- 0:11Speaker 1: be a very big deal. A federal judge sided with
- 0:16Speaker 1: former President Donald Trump and appointed a retired judge, Raymond Deary,
- 0:20Speaker 1: to serve as a Special Master in the mar Lago
- 0:23Speaker 1: raid case. Deary, one of two special Master candidates proposed
- 0:27Speaker 1: by Trump's legal team, is a Reagan Air New York
- 0:31Speaker 1: federal judge who served on the bench from nineteen eighty
- 0:33Speaker 1: six to twenty and eleven. After retiring from his position
- 0:38Speaker 1: in the US District Court for the Eastern District of
- 0:41Speaker 1: New York, Dery served a seven year term on the
- 0:45Speaker 1: US Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, also known as the FISA Court.
- 0:51Speaker 1: While on the FISA Court, Deary was one of the
- 0:53Speaker 1: judges who approved the FBI and the US Department of
- 0:57Speaker 1: Justice request spy on t Up's campaign advisor, Carter Page.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Inspector General report later declared two of the four surveillance
- 1:07Speaker 1: warrants regarding Page and valid after finding the FBI included
- 1:12Speaker 1: several misstatements as well as admissions in the warrant application,
- 1:17Speaker 1: knowing they had to do that to keep the warrants alive.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Although some thought it would be odd for Trump's team
- 1:24Speaker 1: to nominate one of the judges who approved an improperly
- 1:28Speaker 1: founded surveillance warrant on one of his former aids, that
- 1:33Speaker 1: could also work to Trump's advantage because the judge would
- 1:35Speaker 1: be keenly aware of the potential for FBI abuse of power.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Deery's appointment as Special Master comes after Trump's legal team
- 1:45Speaker 1: requested one be appointed to conduct an independent review of
- 1:50Speaker 1: all of the documents the FBI sees from Trump's Marlago
- 1:53Speaker 1: estate in August a special master. As Special Master, Judge
- 1:57Speaker 1: Derry will review all the season material from our Lago
- 2:02Speaker 1: and determine which documents are protected by any legal privileges now.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Judge Cannon appointed Dearie as Special Master after the DOJ
- 2:12Speaker 1: signal they would not oppose his appointment in a federal
- 2:15Speaker 1: filing on Monday. In that filing, the DOJ noted that
- 2:19Speaker 1: quote previous federal judicial experience and engagement in relevant areas
- 2:24Speaker 1: of law are quote important qualifications for this position, they said.
- 2:30Speaker 1: In an addition of choosing a special Master, Judge Cannon
- 2:32Speaker 1: denied the DOJ's motion for a partial state to allow
- 2:37Speaker 1: the Department to access the Seas documents. Quote, the court
- 2:41Speaker 1: is not persuaded that the government will suffer an irreputable
- 2:45Speaker 1: injury without the requested stay, and wrote, So, now you've
- 2:50Speaker 1: got a guy who obviously is was on the FISA
- 2:53Speaker 1: court who knows that the FBI lied to him to
- 2:56Speaker 1: get the FISA warrants to keep spying on Carter Page
- 3:01Speaker 1: and the Trump campaign. I actually think this is a
- 3:06Speaker 1: very smart legal mood, because usually judges don't get like
- 3:10Speaker 1: being lied to, and they don't like being lied to
- 3:13Speaker 1: by the FEDS, like that's something that is a no
- 3:16Speaker 1: go for them. I have a feeling that that perspective
- 3:22Speaker 1: could help out significantly when it comes to them looking
- 3:26Speaker 1: at the entire story here. This is going to obviously
- 3:31Speaker 1: change things and also move things forward very quickly, we're
- 3:34Speaker 1: being told as well. Now, before I continue on this,
- 3:37Speaker 1: I gotta tell you about our good friends over at
- 3:39Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. If you want to know what the left
- 3:42Speaker 1: real plan is for your kids, just look at the
- 3:45Speaker 1: reaction to what Patriot Mobile did in multiple school districts
- 3:49Speaker 1: in Texas. The left literally lost their mind is now
- 3:52Speaker 1: attacking the company. Now, Patriot Mobile is America's only conservative
- 3:57Speaker 1: mobile phone provider, and they are a force for conservative values.
- 4:02Speaker 1: That's because they take a portion of your bill every
- 4:05Speaker 1: month that nuxs are costs to you, and they fund
- 4:07Speaker 1: conservative causes and candidates who believe in the sanctity of life,
- 4:11Speaker 1: freedom of speech, and the Second Amendment. Plus, Patriot Mobile
- 4:15Speaker 1: saves you, your family, and even your business money. All
- 4:19Speaker 1: you gotta do is go to Patriotmobile dot com slash
- 4:23Speaker 1: ferguson or call them to find out how much you
- 4:25Speaker 1: can save nine seven to Patriot that's nine seven two
- 4:30Speaker 1: Patriot and free activation other discounts by using the promo
- 4:33Speaker 1: code ferguson that's nine seven two Patriot or Patriotmobile dot
- 4:38Speaker 1: com slash ben. All right, now, let me get back
- 4:41Speaker 1: to this story. The FBII paid an informant to screw
- 4:46Speaker 1: with Donald Trump, which ties to the debunked Steal dossier
- 4:49Speaker 1: and the appointment of a Special Master. Donald Trump's attorney
- 4:54Speaker 1: and Fox News legal analyst Greg Jared joined Sean Hanny
- 4:58Speaker 1: to talk about the new breaking news. Now, but the
- 5:01Speaker 1: FBI was then paying informants they knew were probably lying
- 5:03Speaker 1: to them just to frame Trump. Take a listen, I'm
- 5:06Speaker 1: while the Biden DJ continues to target Donald Trump and
- 5:09Speaker 1: his allies. The FBI is being exposed sadly as weaponizing
- 5:13Speaker 1: disinformation to illegally spy on Donald Trump. Wiz Merrick Garland here,
- 5:18Speaker 1: where's the raids of these people's homes? Here with reaction
- 5:22Speaker 1: as Trump attorney Elena Hubba along with Fox News legal
- 5:25Speaker 1: analyst Greg Janet Jarrett, Greg will get to you in
- 5:28Speaker 1: a minute. You were dead on accurate. I just quoted you, Elena.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Let me get to you and get the reaction. And
- 5:33Speaker 1: being part of President Trump's legal team. Outrage. I'm complete outrage.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Not surprised, but outrage. This is now the third person
- 5:43Speaker 1: that we found out has been indicted and was on
- 5:46Speaker 1: the payroll of the FBI. That is, you know, it's unbelievable.
- 5:50Speaker 1: I'm the domestic terrorist because I'm a mega Republican. But
- 5:54Speaker 1: the FBI can pay informants that we now know, we're
- 5:57Speaker 1: serving disinformation to the Clinton campaign and to serve the
- 6:02Speaker 1: DNC and all of them. But were the domestic terrorists?
- 6:06Speaker 1: Explain that to me. Plus one thing we didn't mention.
- 6:08Speaker 1: October twenty twenty was when mister Danchenko got fired. Do
- 6:14Speaker 1: you know when that was? Sean? I know you do
- 6:16Speaker 1: before your people watching. Let's just be clear. October twenty
- 6:19Speaker 1: twenty was when Durham was disappointed Special counsel. That's when
- 6:24Speaker 1: the FBI said, oh, well, you know, we better get
- 6:26Speaker 1: you off payroll now, because this might not look so
- 6:29Speaker 1: good that we've been paying you for three years and
- 6:31Speaker 1: you're a paid informant. Unbelievable, Greg, you now that the
- 6:36Speaker 1: other night, I mean, I just quoted you and the
- 6:39Speaker 1: DJ's case and completely predicated on that assumption that the
- 6:43Speaker 1: documents are classified and not protected by privilege, and the
- 6:48Speaker 1: judge couldn't be any more stern, saying I'm not buying
- 6:51Speaker 1: that assumption of yours. Yeah, the almighty imperious Merrick Garland
- 6:55Speaker 1: seems to think he's judge and jury, still wearing a
- 6:58Speaker 1: black robe, elevated above everybody else. And the judge, in
- 7:03Speaker 1: diplomatic terms, spanked him and said, look, you're arguing assumptions,
- 7:10Speaker 1: and you haven't given the other individual here, Donald Trump,
- 7:15Speaker 1: an opportunity to make a counter argument. You're assuming that
- 7:19Speaker 1: there's no executive privilege. You're assuming the alleged classified documents
- 7:24Speaker 1: are indeed classified when Trump says they were declassified. And
- 7:29Speaker 1: so the judge said, it's not up to you. These
- 7:32Speaker 1: are issues of law and fact that are to be litigated,
- 7:36Speaker 1: and we're first going to have an independent, neutral individual
- 7:40Speaker 1: go through all of these documents, and then will it
- 7:44Speaker 1: litigate things like classified and executive privilege. And the judge,
- 7:49Speaker 1: you know, also once again in her order this evening
- 7:52Speaker 1: sort of spank Merrick Garland, saying you're you're your own
- 7:56Speaker 1: worst enemy. Instead of seizing documents you claim you want,
- 8:01Speaker 1: you took everything under the roof. You took things with
- 8:05Speaker 1: no evidentiary value that are not only covered by attorney
- 8:10Speaker 1: client privilege. You took personal possessions, tax and accounting, in
- 8:14Speaker 1: medical records and clothing in a newspaper, articles, photographs, and
- 8:20Speaker 1: you won't give them back. And so, you know, I
- 8:23Speaker 1: think this judge really smells something fishy going on with
- 8:26Speaker 1: Merrick Garland and the DOJ, because his arguments make no sense.
- 8:32Speaker 1: You know, he's claims, we have no time for a
- 8:35Speaker 1: special master. Everything's urging here. Well, then, why are you
- 8:39Speaker 1: appealing to the eleventh Circuit, which will only prolong the process.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Why are you so vigorously opposed to a special master,
- 8:48Speaker 1: somebody who is neutral and independent that would reassure Americans
- 8:52Speaker 1: that the process is fair and objective, and so the
- 8:56Speaker 1: judge I think made the right decision and called out
- 9:00Speaker 1: Merrick Garland by the way. I couldn't agree more with that.
- 9:02Speaker 1: And that's part of the reason why this Special Master
- 9:06Speaker 1: has now been appointed. We found out and it's because
- 9:09Speaker 1: of this, and it's a government that I don't believe
- 9:13Speaker 1: at this point anyone can trust. Now, listen to the
- 9:16Speaker 1: last question that Handy has for Trump's actual attorneys who
- 9:21Speaker 1: are representing Elina. Are the medical records, the tax records,
- 9:26Speaker 1: attorney client privileged records? I know the passports have been returned?
- 9:29Speaker 1: Have they been returned? Number one? Number two, the FBI
- 9:34Speaker 1: did ask that Mara Lago turn off the security cameras.
- 9:37Speaker 1: You did not turn them off. Will you be releasing
- 9:40Speaker 1: those videos? We will always cooperate, Sean. We always have.
- 9:44Speaker 1: We always will every investigation. Somebody like me, I'll take them.
- 9:48Speaker 1: I'd love to have them. Yeah, hello, guy working in
- 9:52Speaker 1: the press, do you know what you know? We're Sean.
- 9:56Speaker 1: You'll have me on and I'll talk about him. But
- 9:58Speaker 1: I don't know if we'll release them. The truth is,
- 10:00Speaker 1: unlike some of these federal agencies, we don't leak. We
- 10:03Speaker 1: follow the rules and I'm actually really proud of the
- 10:05Speaker 1: Trump team today. It was a major win. We went
- 10:08Speaker 1: on all counts and I think it's important. It relays faith.
- 10:12Speaker 1: And at the end of the day, they deleted till
- 10:14Speaker 1: November thirtieth, So their plans of messing around with the
- 10:16Speaker 1: election yet again with midterms got a little screwed up
- 10:20Speaker 1: to them about you guys, but you shouldn't have been
- 10:22Speaker 1: so far reaching. Is there anything that prohibits you from
- 10:26Speaker 1: releasing those videotapes? You know why we wouldn't, honestly, Sean,
- 10:32Speaker 1: because the President cares too much about the agents and
- 10:35Speaker 1: the enforcement that we're just doing their job and we
- 10:39Speaker 1: have been pixel out of their faces. But at risk,
- 10:42Speaker 1: well we can pixel maybe maybe then we maybe then
- 10:47Speaker 1: you know, this isn't my case. He's having a bad
- 10:52Speaker 1: hair day. We just know pixel it out, same with me.
- 10:55Speaker 1: All right, Thank you both, Helena. You can tell Sean
- 10:58Speaker 1: obviously they're one these tapes out there and wants people
- 11:03Speaker 1: to see what the FBI looks like. You know, the FBI,
- 11:08Speaker 1: they're really doubling down right now and doing everything they
- 11:12Speaker 1: can deep statewise. I'm talking about talking at the top
- 11:14Speaker 1: to stop Donald Trump and everybody else around him. There
- 11:18Speaker 1: have been a bunch of FBI raid slash quick jumps
- 11:27Speaker 1: on certain people in the country. Give me example, did
- 11:31Speaker 1: you know that apparently the my pillow guy, Mike Windell
- 11:33Speaker 1: is a threat to national security? Yes, he is. The
- 11:36Speaker 1: guy who sells pillows now is a threat to the country.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Pillow salesman and Trump ally, Mike Windell says the FBI
- 11:45Speaker 1: served him with a subpoena for contents of his phone
- 11:49Speaker 1: this past week. He's a prominent backer of Donald Trump,
- 11:53Speaker 1: and that's all it takes now for the FBI to
- 11:54Speaker 1: come after you. The FBI on Tuesday served him with
- 11:58Speaker 1: a grand jury subpoena for the content of his phone
- 12:00Speaker 1: as part of an investigation into a Colorado election security breach.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Are coming after everybody close to Trump. Doesn't matter who
- 12:08Speaker 1: you are, even if you sell pillows for a living.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Wendell Shell shared on social media and conservative media copies
- 12:14Speaker 1: of a subpoena he said was served by the FBI.
- 12:18Speaker 1: In an interview, Wendell said agents asked him questions about
- 12:22Speaker 1: Tina Peters, the Messa County, Colorado quirk who's facing state
- 12:25Speaker 1: charges connecting to a scheme that allegedly allowed an unauthorized
- 12:28Speaker 1: personal access voting machines. Peters pled not guilty. The FBI
- 12:33Speaker 1: is also investigating the security breach. Episode. Whendale said the
- 12:37Speaker 1: FBI encountered occurred Tuesday afternoon while he was in his
- 12:40Speaker 1: car in a drive through it a Hearty's restaurant in Minnesota.
- 12:45Speaker 1: On his Internet show The Lindell Report, he said, cars
- 12:47Speaker 1: pulled up in front of us, to the side of us,
- 12:49Speaker 1: and behind us, and I said, these are either bad
- 12:52Speaker 1: guys or the FBI. Well, it turns out they were
- 12:55Speaker 1: the FBI. Wendell told CNN that agents presented him with
- 12:59Speaker 1: a subpoena and asked for his phone. On his Internet show,
- 13:02Speaker 1: Lindell said, he goes, well, I've got bad news. Well,
- 13:06Speaker 1: I've got some bad news. He's gone, We're taking your
- 13:09Speaker 1: cell phone. We have a warrant for your cell phone.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Wndell initially objected and consulted his attorney, but then relented
- 13:15Speaker 1: and provided the device to the agents. I want to
- 13:19Speaker 1: say this for the record, they were pretty nice guys.
- 13:21Speaker 1: None of them had an attitude, Lindelle said on the show.
- 13:24Speaker 1: Lindale told CNN he initially believed the agents were serving
- 13:26Speaker 1: him with a subpoena as part of a large sweep
- 13:29Speaker 1: of investigative activity in recent days related to the ongoing
- 13:32Speaker 1: January six investigations. Agents told him it was unrelated. I said,
- 13:37Speaker 1: come on, bring me the January six, he said. He
- 13:39Speaker 1: told the agents, I want to be a part of
- 13:41Speaker 1: that show. Lindell said that subpoena warned against disclosure. They
- 13:46Speaker 1: thought they were there to intimidate me. They won't intimidate me,
- 13:49Speaker 1: he said. An FBI spokes when said, without commenting on
- 13:52Speaker 1: the specific matter, I can confirm that the FBI was
- 13:55Speaker 1: at the location executing a search warrant authorized by a
- 13:58Speaker 1: federal judge. They'll find you in the hearties drive through
- 14:03Speaker 1: line to get your cell phone. Folks, you want to
- 14:05Speaker 1: call him before and now let's set an example here.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Let's go all out, because this is a deep state
- 14:12Speaker 1: coming after anybody that's an ally of Donald Trump. Now,
- 14:17Speaker 1: if you just step back for a moment, the point
- 14:19Speaker 1: I want to make is this, I know Mike Lindell,
- 14:22Speaker 1: have known him for years. He's a guy that I
- 14:25Speaker 1: would argue is living the American dream. He's gotten angry
- 14:28Speaker 1: about politics and gotten involved. No different than Soros, any
- 14:31Speaker 1: of those guys that would never have to worry about
- 14:34Speaker 1: the FBI surrounding their car and a drive through. Right.
- 14:39Speaker 1: He's a conservative multi millionaire who's gotten involved in politics.
- 14:45Speaker 1: So different than George Soros, right, No different than Koch brothers, right,
- 14:49Speaker 1: No different than any of that, None of them ever
- 14:51Speaker 1: had to worry about the FBI coming after them at lunchtime.
- 14:56Speaker 1: The only thing that Mike Lindell has done wrong is
- 14:59Speaker 1: he had an opinion in and had a voice, and
- 15:02Speaker 1: the left hates him and they hit his pillows, and
- 15:05Speaker 1: so now it's like, all right, let's go for him,
- 15:07Speaker 1: and why not, because you know, you don't have much
- 15:10Speaker 1: time left to go after the Trump people. That's why
- 15:11Speaker 1: we've seen so much activity over the last several days.
- 15:15Speaker 1: There have been, what we've been told, dozens of people
- 15:20Speaker 1: around Trump that have been treated this way, literally dozens
- 15:26Speaker 1: of these types of incidences that are happening. Lindell is
- 15:31Speaker 1: just one of many, and it's this is the you
- 15:35Speaker 1: don't want to get involved, because you do. If you
- 15:38Speaker 1: do get involved, it's game on. I mean, he's one
- 15:43Speaker 1: of the fiercest defenders of former President Trump and the
- 15:49Speaker 1: FBI surrounds his vehicle, lies on a hunting trip, and
- 15:51Speaker 1: seizes his cell phone. The New York Times now reporting
- 15:55Speaker 1: the search warrant that Lindell was served appear to be
- 15:57Speaker 1: in connection to the Colorado County clerk who is under
- 16:00Speaker 1: indictment on state charge really delegations about a scheme to
- 16:04Speaker 1: download data from election equipment after the twenty twenty present election.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Can you imagine if you're the FBI seriously and you're working,
- 16:11Speaker 1: and you're in the field office and like, hey, we
- 16:13Speaker 1: got him. Guys, he's on a hunting trip. Let's go
- 16:15Speaker 1: get him. Who we go? Who's the target? Oh, it's
- 16:17Speaker 1: the guy that sells pillows. Like can you imagine the defit?
- 16:20Speaker 1: Like that feeling of just like give me a break, right?
- 16:26Speaker 1: I mean that, that, to me is one of those
- 16:27Speaker 1: moments where you're just like you gotta roll your head
- 16:30Speaker 1: eyes and just bick. Are you kidding me? I signed
- 16:33Speaker 1: up to go now surround Mike W. Lindell in a
- 16:36Speaker 1: heartiest part on I do that sells pillows for a living?
- 16:40Speaker 1: That's now what we're doing. That's that's my career at
- 16:45Speaker 1: the FBI. Yes, that is your career now at the FBI.
- 16:49Speaker 1: That's what you're doing. You get that phone call and
- 16:53Speaker 1: you're running out there and you're going after Mike lenn
- 16:55Speaker 1: Dell because there's your dude. And I love how the
- 16:59Speaker 1: liberal media is doing this, you know, Lindell said, By
- 17:02Speaker 1: the way, you know, I love this. I got more
- 17:04Speaker 1: of the transcript. Now he goes, quote, I went down
- 17:07Speaker 1: hunting in Iowa for the early till season with my
- 17:10Speaker 1: friend this one year on four AM. Okay, there's a
- 17:14Speaker 1: picture for you. We got up headed down to Iowa.
- 17:17Speaker 1: We were coming back and we stopped to get go,
- 17:20Speaker 1: you know, get to go through at Hearty's where I
- 17:24Speaker 1: was born in Minnesota, and cars pulled up in front
- 17:27Speaker 1: of us, the side of us and behind us, and
- 17:29Speaker 1: I said, those are either the bad guys the FBI.
- 17:32Speaker 1: Lindell claimed that one of the FBI agents told him, well,
- 17:34Speaker 1: I got some bad news. We're taking your cell phone.
- 17:36Speaker 1: We have a warrant for your cell phone. Lindell says
- 17:39Speaker 1: that he resisted giving his cell phone the agents. He goes,
- 17:42Speaker 1: I run five companies off that I don't have a computer.
- 17:45Speaker 1: My hearing aids run off this, everything runs off my phone.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Lindell said he called a lawyer and that the lawyer
- 17:51Speaker 1: told him to turn over the phone the FBI and
- 17:53Speaker 1: Your Times report that the FBI asked him about an
- 17:55Speaker 1: image that was copied from a voning machine in Colorado
- 17:58Speaker 1: and appeared on a website that Lindell operates. A letter
- 18:01Speaker 1: that agents gave Lindelle asked him not to disclose the
- 18:04Speaker 1: existence of the investigation, but he decided to reveal it
- 18:06Speaker 1: during his show's live stream, saying screw it. Although the
- 18:09Speaker 1: law does not require non disclosure unless a court order
- 18:12Speaker 1: is issued, we believe that the impact of any disclosure
- 18:15Speaker 1: could be detrimental of the investigation. A letter signed by
- 18:18Speaker 1: an assistant US attorney stated, Dude, if the FBI comes
- 18:22Speaker 1: out after you like that, like, the first thing I
- 18:24Speaker 1: think you would do for your safety is like straight
- 18:26Speaker 1: up disclose it and watch. He will also be served
- 18:30Speaker 1: with January six. Get ready. The only reason why they
- 18:33Speaker 1: may not serve him with January six is because they
- 18:35Speaker 1: might not want a guy with that big of a
- 18:38Speaker 1: microphone out there just mocking the entire thing. But it
- 18:41Speaker 1: can happen, you never know, And he's like, let me
- 18:44Speaker 1: in on that show. If you're gonna grab my cell
- 18:46Speaker 1: phone for something this stupid, then lease let me in
- 18:48Speaker 1: on the Good Show the January six. Right now, Lindale
- 18:52Speaker 1: is an eccentric dude. He's entertaining. He's a great American
- 18:58Speaker 1: success story who got involved in politics, and the media
- 19:03Speaker 1: has vilified him. But you're out there and you're George Soros,
- 19:08Speaker 1: and you're you're flipping every every DA to activist das
- 19:12Speaker 1: that refused to prosecute actual criminals. You're you're some sort
- 19:16Speaker 1: of hero, right, so it totally changes everything. I mean,
- 19:19Speaker 1: why not, right, go big or go home? Right, that
- 19:22Speaker 1: guy is totally fine. FBI is never going to raid
- 19:25Speaker 1: him ever, would that would never ever ever happen. But
- 19:31Speaker 1: when this one comes up, let's go, let's nail him
- 19:36Speaker 1: and the drive through of the hearties and that'll put
- 19:39Speaker 1: the fear of God in them. What's happening with the
- 19:43Speaker 1: economy doesn't matter, what's happening with the corruption of the
- 19:47Speaker 1: FBI and Tim Teboat. If the FBI doesn't matter, what's
- 19:51Speaker 1: happening with Hunter Biden. It's amazing. Hunter Biden still has
- 19:54Speaker 1: had nothing taken from him from the FBI, and they've
- 19:56Speaker 1: got his laptop. But the real guy who's threat to democracy,
- 20:00Speaker 1: the real dude that everybody needs to worry about the
- 20:03Speaker 1: real one that everybody is. Mike Lindow, that's the guy
- 20:07Speaker 1: that we need. You got crime totally out of control, right.
- 20:11Speaker 1: We're defunding and penalizing the police. That's why we see
- 20:14Speaker 1: crime skyrocketing across the country. It was a point made
- 20:18Speaker 1: this morning by the congresswoman where she's like, look at
- 20:20Speaker 1: where we are in America right now, the good guys
- 20:23Speaker 1: are now the bad guys, and the bad guys are
- 20:24Speaker 1: now the good guys. Talked about defund the police. The
- 20:26Speaker 1: city of Seattle defunding their police. Right, they're losing police
- 20:30Speaker 1: officers and made in a major spike and crime. They
- 20:33Speaker 1: voted to defund cops in twenty twenty. Nearly five hundred
- 20:36Speaker 1: cops have left. They have eleven homicide in August, the
- 20:40Speaker 1: deliest month on record since that goes back to two
- 20:42Speaker 1: thousand and eight. It's going to take a decade to
- 20:44Speaker 1: get back up to the fifteen hundred cops they need.
- 20:47Speaker 1: They have about eight hundred and seventy seven now, and
- 20:49Speaker 1: crime and quality of life complaints are so bad in
- 20:52Speaker 1: Portland and Seattle on the West Coast. People keep talking
- 20:54Speaker 1: about it. We hear it on and we see now
- 20:56Speaker 1: in New York City, in Greenwich Village, they have hired
- 20:59Speaker 1: our guards to patrol the streets and Crewitch Village because
- 21:02Speaker 1: of chronic drug dealing, crack smoking and more. Exactly. I mean,
- 21:07Speaker 1: and this really could just taking a step back, you
- 21:10Speaker 1: could look at this through the lens of a tale
- 21:11Speaker 1: of two states. You know, in Florida, Governor Rohnda Scantis,
- 21:15Speaker 1: we reward our first responders, our law enforcement officers. Just
- 21:20Speaker 1: this week he was bonusing a thousand dollars to every
- 21:24Speaker 1: single first responder and law enforcement officer, praising them, thanking them,
- 21:28Speaker 1: showing how grateful we are for their service. Where in
- 21:31Speaker 1: other cities they're defunding them and they're criminalizing them and
- 21:35Speaker 1: they're penalizing them. And that's why we're seeing this crime
- 21:37Speaker 1: wave around the country. It's a crime wave and it
- 21:40Speaker 1: should matter in the midterm elections coming up, But there's
- 21:43Speaker 1: apparently too many people that are too stupid in this country.
- 21:46Speaker 1: Understand who are the ones that are helping the criminals,
- 21:48Speaker 1: and that's the Democrats. But let me just take a
- 21:50Speaker 1: quick second and tell you about our incredible sponsor Legacy
- 21:54Speaker 1: Precious Medals. Without them, the show wouldn't be possible, and
- 21:57Speaker 1: if you have not looked at golden silver is a
- 22:00Speaker 1: way to protect your hard earned dollars against what the
- 22:03Speaker 1: happening on Wall Street with inflation. It's time for you
- 22:06Speaker 1: to call them and get the free Investor's Guide. Why
- 22:09Speaker 1: because so many around the world are now using gold
- 22:11Speaker 1: and silver, and historically they have for decades as a protection,
- 22:15Speaker 1: a hedge against inflation, which is exactly what we're dealing
- 22:18Speaker 1: with right now. If you're terrified to look at your
- 22:21Speaker 1: retirement account, you're four one case statement because of what's
- 22:24Speaker 1: happening on Wall Street. That's all the more reason why
- 22:27Speaker 1: you should call and get the investors got in gold
- 22:29Speaker 1: and silver, protect your hard earned money and diversify. Call
- 22:33Speaker 1: them and get the free Investor's Guide from Legacy Precious
- 22:36Speaker 1: Metals one eight six six seven five one twenty two
- 22:41Speaker 1: eighteen one eight six six seven five one twenty two
- 22:46Speaker 1: eighteen or online at Legacy PM investments dot com. Fetnol
- 22:51Speaker 1: coming across the border at record rates. It's gotten really bad.
- 22:55Speaker 1: How bad is it? We are now getting fetnol in
- 22:59Speaker 1: pills that look like candy so they can kids can
- 23:02Speaker 1: od and die. It's amazing. That's the best way I
- 23:08Speaker 1: can put it what is now happening. It's sad, but
- 23:12Speaker 1: it's the reality apparently of now where we are, these
- 23:16Speaker 1: fetnol pills are coming across the border. They're also bring
- 23:18Speaker 1: them in a new ways, using the humans that they're
- 23:21Speaker 1: bringing across as a distraction to then get the other
- 23:24Speaker 1: people across the border they desperately want to get across
- 23:27Speaker 1: the border. US Center Marshall actually talking about this earlier,
- 23:33Speaker 1: about this bill because there's also another big problem out there,
- 23:37Speaker 1: and that is that big tech is not reporting. Let
- 23:40Speaker 1: me said again, big tech is not reporting illicit drug
- 23:45Speaker 1: activity to law enforcement, including people trying to sell fetnel
- 23:48Speaker 1: and other drugs on social media platforms. He wants to
- 23:53Speaker 1: force them to actually have to report illicit drug activity
- 23:57Speaker 1: to law enforcement and guests. Just's fighting it. Democrats, take
- 24:01Speaker 1: a listen to this week finding more than one hundred
- 24:04Speaker 1: thousand fentnyl pills fourteen pounds of fentnyl powder. The pills
- 24:09Speaker 1: hidden in an ice chest, a large one. This comes
- 24:12Speaker 1: just days after agents in Arizona also found forty seven
- 24:15Speaker 1: thousand rainbow fentnyl pills targeting children and one hundred and
- 24:21Speaker 1: eighty six thousand traditional blue fentnyl pills, all smuggled in
- 24:25Speaker 1: the hidden compartment of an automobile. Join ian now Kansas
- 24:28Speaker 1: Senator Roger Marshall. He's a member of the Energy, Small Business,
- 24:32Speaker 1: and Agriculture committees. Senator, you're planning to announce a bill
- 24:36Speaker 1: this week holding social media companies accountable for illicit drug
- 24:41Speaker 1: activity on their platforms. Tell me more about this. Why
- 24:46Speaker 1: aren't they already held accountable for such activity. Well, that's
- 24:51Speaker 1: a good question, dig, and we want to elevate social
- 24:54Speaker 1: media's accountability, just like we hold them accountable for child pornography.
- 24:58Speaker 1: We're naming this the Cooper Davis Act. And for your listeners,
- 25:01Speaker 1: Cooper Davis was a beautiful young sixteen year old junior
- 25:05Speaker 1: in high school who ordered two percose At tablets about
- 25:09Speaker 1: a year ago. He took one half of those tablets,
- 25:13Speaker 1: one half of one tablet, and died from it. This
- 25:16Speaker 1: is poisoning. It was done through chap snap. We need
- 25:19Speaker 1: to snapchat. We need to stop that type of behavior.
- 25:22Speaker 1: We need to hold social media companies accountable. And like
- 25:26Speaker 1: you're pointing out, thousands of these pills are being found
- 25:29Speaker 1: every day. Two tons of it was stopped at the
- 25:32Speaker 1: border in July alone. This is the number one killer.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Fitneil is the number one killer of young adults. We
- 25:38Speaker 1: lost more people last year than all of the Vietnam War.
- 25:42Speaker 1: That's what this epidemic looks like. And unfortunately, our president
- 25:45Speaker 1: this White House are turning their back on a horrible situation.
- 25:49Speaker 1: They could slow this down at the border. Todd Piro,
- 25:52Speaker 1: I've said that they should start. The administration officials need
- 25:56Speaker 1: to start going to some funerals. If they're not going
- 25:59Speaker 1: to stop the drugs coming across the border, then the
- 26:03Speaker 1: least they could do is pay their respects to the
- 26:05Speaker 1: families who've lost these young people. But by the way,
- 26:07Speaker 1: let me just give you the crisis perspective at the border. Okay,
- 26:13Speaker 1: the fetnal that has been seized at the southern border,
- 26:16Speaker 1: this is seized, doesn't count what gets through, right. In
- 26:19Speaker 1: twenty nineteen, it was two thousand, eight hundred and four pounds.
- 26:26Speaker 1: That number then jumped to in twenty twenty to four thousand,
- 26:34Speaker 1: seven hundred and ninety one pounds, So it went up
- 26:37Speaker 1: about two thousand pounds from twenty nineteen two twenty twenty.
- 26:42Speaker 1: When do we have the elections twenty twenty, You want
- 26:44Speaker 1: to know what the number is, twenty twenty one physical year,
- 26:47Speaker 1: the fiscal year twenty twenty one. So when Trump loses,
- 26:51Speaker 1: we have security at the border, law and order, trying
- 26:54Speaker 1: to build the wall. Wherein the twos to, you know,
- 26:56Speaker 1: to the fours in those two years, it's skyrockets to
- 27:02Speaker 1: eleven thousand, two hundred and three thousand pounds of fetnyl
- 27:08Speaker 1: that has been seized at the southern border now year
- 27:12Speaker 1: to date, and we're not done with twenty twenty two. Obviously,
- 27:16Speaker 1: we are already at ten thousand, five hundred and fifty
- 27:20Speaker 1: nine pounds of fetnyl. That's enough fetnyl to kill this
- 27:24Speaker 1: the every single human being in the United States America,
- 27:27Speaker 1: like three or four times over. That's how much fetnel's
- 27:31Speaker 1: coming into this country. We went from two thousand, eight
- 27:34Speaker 1: hundred nineteen to ten thousand, five hundred nine year to
- 27:37Speaker 1: date so far this year, and this administration wants you
- 27:42Speaker 1: to believe that we have a secure border. Now, what
- 27:44Speaker 1: we're learning is they're using the humans coming across the
- 27:47Speaker 1: border to distract us so they can get the drugs
- 27:51Speaker 1: across the border. And it's obviously working anything and clearly
- 27:55Speaker 1: they are not going to join anything going forward. So
- 27:58Speaker 1: along those lines sent it, If and when Republicans reclaim
- 28:02Speaker 1: the Senate majority, what will Republican senators do to right
- 28:07Speaker 1: this wrong? Because Democrats are doing nothing and the problem
- 28:11Speaker 1: is getting worse and worse and worse, so much so
- 28:13Speaker 1: that like I look at the floors in my house
- 28:15Speaker 1: to make sure my toddler hasn't brought something in from
- 28:19Speaker 1: daycare that she could put in her mouth. You know,
- 28:21Speaker 1: typically it's like a rogue, I don't know, goldfish cracker.
- 28:24Speaker 1: Now it could be a rainbow pill that could kill her.
- 28:28Speaker 1: We can't live like that, Senator, right, So I think
- 28:31Speaker 1: that we will make this a priority. This president did
- 28:34Speaker 1: even mention Fintonhille poisoning in his speech in Philadelphia recently.
- 28:38Speaker 1: So we're going to hold this President's feet to the fire.
- 28:41Speaker 1: We'll do what we can. Look, we're not going to
- 28:42Speaker 1: have sixty votes to get the legislation's passed that we
- 28:45Speaker 1: need on the Senate side to secure the border. For
- 28:48Speaker 1: twenty five billion dollars, we can secure this border. But
- 28:51Speaker 1: instead this president wants to spend another forty nine billion
- 28:54Speaker 1: dollars on Ukraine and COVID relief right now, So we'll
- 28:57Speaker 1: try to reset the priorities and slow down the spending
- 28:59Speaker 1: at the White House and then try to direct it
- 29:01Speaker 1: where it needs to go. Why do you think the
- 29:04Speaker 1: President refuses to mention it or talk about it because
- 29:06Speaker 1: he knows that if he's forced to talk about there's
- 29:09Speaker 1: no way that he can defend the amount of fetnel
- 29:12Speaker 1: coming in the number one killer of people in this
- 29:15Speaker 1: country this year forty five and under it will be fetnel.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Number one killer of children this year eighteen and under
- 29:23Speaker 1: will be fetneal. The number one killer between the ages
- 29:27Speaker 1: of eighteen and twenty one college age kids will be fetnal.
- 29:32Speaker 1: It is impossible to defend what they're doing. Now. You
- 29:37Speaker 1: just keep saying over and over again that we have
- 29:39Speaker 1: a secure border. Same crap that happened yesterday. I'll give
- 29:42Speaker 1: an example of what I mean by that. All right, yesterday, right,
- 29:46Speaker 1: Martha's Vineyard has now declared a state of what do
- 29:50Speaker 1: they call it? Humanitarian crisis because fifty people showed up,
- 29:54Speaker 1: fifty folks. Martha's Vineyard has a clared to humanitarian crisis
- 29:59Speaker 1: over just fifty legal aliens arriving at Martha's Vineyard that
- 30:03Speaker 1: we're flown in now the point of this is, and
- 30:08Speaker 1: Senator Ted Cruze said this brilliantly yesterday to put it
- 30:12Speaker 1: in perspective, right, because people are like, I can't believe
- 30:15Speaker 1: you would send all these people to Martha's vineyard, and
- 30:17Speaker 1: why would you do such a thing? How could you
- 30:19Speaker 1: possibly do something? This is a terrible thing. What are
- 30:22Speaker 1: you trying to do? Ted Cruz put it this way,
- 30:24Speaker 1: folks on martha Vineyard describing the burden from fifty illegal immigrants, right,
- 30:30Speaker 1: is a humanitarian crisis. To put that into perspective, the
- 30:33Speaker 1: small town of Del Rio, Texas, that only has thirty
- 30:37Speaker 1: thousand residents, had fifteen thousand Haitian illegal immigrants that were
- 30:44Speaker 1: crossing in Del Rio in a single day, fifteen thousand.
- 30:48Speaker 1: And the administration doesn't give a crap because it's down
- 30:50Speaker 1: in Texas, Right, But fifty, not fifteen thousand, fifty illegal
- 30:55Speaker 1: immigrants coming to Martha's Vineyard and they call it a
- 30:57Speaker 1: humanitarian crisis. Where's all the loving, woke people in Martha's vineyard? Right,
- 31:03Speaker 1: Where all the woke liberals that are opening their doors
- 31:05Speaker 1: to the people that are just trying to get a
- 31:08Speaker 1: better life, as they describe it, they deserve to be
- 31:10Speaker 1: here and have a chance even though they're breaking our laws.
- 31:13Speaker 1: Martha's Vineyard officials are begging now for federal assistance over
- 31:17Speaker 1: what they're calling a humanitarian crisis. After just fifty illegal
- 31:20Speaker 1: aliens were flown into the elite island where the nation's
- 31:23Speaker 1: wealthiest residence vacation, Governor To Santis announced that he had
- 31:27Speaker 1: sent two planes full of Venezuela and illegal aliens to
- 31:30Speaker 1: Martha's Vineyard. The move comes as Texas and Arizona have
- 31:33Speaker 1: also sent thousands of border crossers on migrant buses to
- 31:37Speaker 1: New York City Chicago DC. Over the last few months,
- 31:41Speaker 1: only about fifty illegal aliens have been flown to Martha's Vineyard,
- 31:44Speaker 1: but the island officials are calling it a humanitarian crisis
- 31:46Speaker 1: and have said they're begging for state and federal assistance
- 31:49Speaker 1: a deal with a tiny influx of illegal immigration. The
- 31:53Speaker 1: island officials issue the following statement if you got to
- 31:56Speaker 1: visit Martha's Vineyard on Twitter to our island community here
- 31:59Speaker 1: as an update on our current humanitarian crisis on Martha's Vineyard.
- 32:02Speaker 1: We think people for their continued help Martha's Vineyard humanitarian response.
- 32:07Speaker 1: We continue to provide shelter food and care to individuals
- 32:10Speaker 1: that ride on the island yesterday. A coalition of Vineyard towns,
- 32:14Speaker 1: community base and nonprofit groups are assisting in the effort.
- 32:17Speaker 1: We will comminute to work very closely with our state
- 32:19Speaker 1: partners who have pledged support and resources, and for any
- 32:23Speaker 1: unmet needs that we may have. As we do with
- 32:26Speaker 1: our other shelter operations, we have focused on mean the
- 32:29Speaker 1: immediate needs of the people who we are sheltering and
- 32:31Speaker 1: engaging in contingency planning if the situation changes. We are
- 32:36Speaker 1: grateful to the many people and local neighboring community members
- 32:39Speaker 1: who have reached out with offers of support. Please direct
- 32:43Speaker 1: all resource inquiries and our media requests to the local
- 32:48Speaker 1: county people. To put in perspective, the number of illegal
- 32:52Speaker 1: aliens sent to Martha's Vineyard is a tiny fraction of
- 32:57Speaker 1: a percentage compared to the level of legal immigrants at
- 33:01Speaker 1: American border communities are subjected to every single day, and
- 33:06Speaker 1: one Texas border town recently about four thousand border crossers
- 33:10Speaker 1: and illegal aliens cross through in a single weekend. They've
- 33:13Speaker 1: got fifty and they're saying it's the humanitarian crisis. Well, then,
- 33:16Speaker 1: why isn't the humanitarian crisis the border, because if it's
- 33:19Speaker 1: down in Texas, they don't give a crap, right just
- 33:22Speaker 1: as long as it's not in my backyard. If these
- 33:25Speaker 1: guys are smart, what they do, and I'm talking about
- 33:28Speaker 1: these conservative governors is a ship is many illegal immigrants
- 33:33Speaker 1: to Martha's Vineyard over the next couple weeks and prove
- 33:36Speaker 1: the point that there is no difference in America at
- 33:40Speaker 1: Martha's Vineyard than there should be at a border town.
- 33:43Speaker 1: That's what they should do. Make sure, by the way,
