- 0:00Speaker 1: As we continue our deep dive into the Twitter files,
- 0:04Speaker 1: we are starting to see some true American patriots that
- 0:08Speaker 1: are coming out of the woodworks. One of them, as
- 0:11Speaker 1: you know, is Elon Musk for exposing the company. And
- 0:14Speaker 1: if you miss, by the way, part one or part
- 0:17Speaker 1: two of our deep dive into the Twitter files, make
- 0:21Speaker 1: sure you go back and download our podcasts and listen
- 0:25Speaker 1: to part one in part two. Now, as we expose
- 0:28Speaker 1: part three today, we are now seeing some basic issues
- 0:34Speaker 1: that are showing up about what it means to be
- 0:37Speaker 1: an American, what it means to have freedom of speech.
- 0:40Speaker 1: One Democratic lawmaker has now said that Twitter censorship went
- 0:46Speaker 1: not only too far, but it quote is simply not
- 0:50Speaker 1: what we do in this country. Representative Rocana is now
- 0:55Speaker 1: calling out Twitter and other social media companies after Musk
- 1:00Speaker 1: is revealing the conservative blacklist that would basically take away
- 1:06Speaker 1: your ability to reach, respond, defend, or expose anything the
- 1:11Speaker 1: left didn't want you to do. We also now know
- 1:14Speaker 1: that they were silencing and they were censoring different people.
- 1:19Speaker 1: They were doing it even if they did not in
- 1:21Speaker 1: fact violate the terms of service with Twitter. I want
- 1:26Speaker 1: you to hear what was said by Rokanna as he
- 1:30Speaker 1: was interviewed on Fox News as the first real Democrat
- 1:33Speaker 1: to come forward, saying this isn't a Republican or Democrat issue.
- 1:38Speaker 1: In fact, what this is is about freedom of speech
- 1:41Speaker 1: in the United States of America. O'Connor was one of
- 1:45Speaker 1: the only Democrats to immediately sound the alarm about suppressing
- 1:48Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop story. The California congressman joins us, now,
- 1:51Speaker 1: just a little bit from what you said to them,
- 1:53Speaker 1: that you wrote to them on October fourteenth, twenty twenty,
- 1:56Speaker 1: this seems a violation of the First Amendment principles to
- 2:00Speaker 1: strict the distribution of that material, especially regarding a presidential candidate,
- 2:04Speaker 1: seems not in keeping of the principles of NYT versus Sullivan.
- 2:09Speaker 1: I say this as a total Biden partisan. The story
- 2:11Speaker 1: has now become more about censorship than relatively innocuous emails,
- 2:14Speaker 1: and has become a bigger deal than it would have been.
- 2:18Speaker 1: So you're a principal person. You understand the Constitution. You
- 2:21Speaker 1: tried to warn them. I think they ignored you, and
- 2:24Speaker 1: now you have the revelation that actually, yes, it was happening.
- 2:27Speaker 1: Congressman Dana, it's problematic. Look, technically, they're private actors, but
- 2:34Speaker 1: they're effectively a modern public square and they should not
- 2:37Speaker 1: be engaged in censorship. Now. It's one thing for them
- 2:40Speaker 1: to say, don't put up sensational pictures of Hunter Biden.
- 2:43Speaker 1: I understand that, but to censor the New York Post. Look,
- 2:46Speaker 1: the New York Post hasn't written a positive article about me,
- 2:49Speaker 1: I think in my six years in Congress. But I
- 2:51Speaker 1: would never dream of saying shut them down or don't
- 2:54Speaker 1: allow them to publish articles. I mean, that's the whole
- 2:57Speaker 1: essence of democracy, and we need to stand up for
- 3:00Speaker 1: the First Amendment. As there are some that are out
- 3:03Speaker 1: there saying that. Well, before they would say that anybody
- 3:06Speaker 1: who thought conservatives were being in shadow ban on Twitter,
- 3:09Speaker 1: that that was just being paranoid, And now they're saying, well,
- 3:13Speaker 1: of course they de amplified the hard right and that
- 3:15Speaker 1: was the right thing to do. I don't know if
- 3:17Speaker 1: that's the best place to land if you're actually concerned
- 3:20Speaker 1: about democracy and freedom of speech. Do you think Elon
- 3:23Speaker 1: Musk is doing a good thing by releasing this information?
- 3:27Speaker 1: I go. I do think we have to have transparency.
- 3:29Speaker 1: And there are two conflicting values that day night. On
- 3:32Speaker 1: the one hand, we shouldn't be censoring people and shouldn't
- 3:35Speaker 1: be censoring then based on viewpoint. What concerns me with
- 3:38Speaker 1: the second release of the Twitter files is it seems
- 3:40Speaker 1: to some people are being censored or a de amplified
- 3:44Speaker 1: because of their beliefs. Another thing is to have respect,
- 3:47Speaker 1: and I don't think you want these sites to have
- 3:50Speaker 1: anti semitism or racism. But my understanding is it's going
- 3:54Speaker 1: beyond that. It's not just that they're taking down speech
- 3:58Speaker 1: that has hate and Elon Muski said he wants to
- 4:00Speaker 1: take that down. It's that they're sensoring based on viewpoint,
- 4:03Speaker 1: and that's simply not what we do in this country.
- 4:07Speaker 1: I love that a democrat like Rocana is coming out
- 4:11Speaker 1: and saying this, it's simply not what we do in
- 4:14Speaker 1: this country. The whole essence of democracy, he says, is
- 4:19Speaker 1: something that we need to stand up for, and that
- 4:20Speaker 1: is the first amendment. He said. I would never dream
- 4:22Speaker 1: of saying shut them down or don't allow them to
- 4:24Speaker 1: publish articles referring to the press, and we now know
- 4:28Speaker 1: that is exactly what happened. We also again have to
- 4:32Speaker 1: go back to what happened, for example, with Dan Bongino.
- 4:37Speaker 1: He wasn't silence for any other reason. That he was
- 4:40Speaker 1: reaching people, he was changing hearts and minds. He was
- 4:44Speaker 1: an individual. They decided to banish from from Twitter without
- 4:49Speaker 1: actually banishing him. They decided that what he had to
- 4:53Speaker 1: say was too important, too impactful, too powerful, and they
- 4:58Speaker 1: couldn't handle it. So when you went to search, you
- 5:00Speaker 1: just couldn't find him. When you went to search for
- 5:03Speaker 1: his tweets, you just couldn't find him. And that is
- 5:06Speaker 1: exactly what has happened with the next phase of these
- 5:09Speaker 1: Twitter files that have been released. We are now seeing
- 5:13Speaker 1: that this was an all out war on freedom of speech.
- 5:17Speaker 1: It was an all out war on the ability for
- 5:21Speaker 1: conservatives to say things they need to say. We also
- 5:25Speaker 1: now know that many people who were actually in the
- 5:28Speaker 1: government have been vindicated. I'll give you a great example
- 5:31Speaker 1: of that. Former Director of National Intelligence John Radcliffe has
- 5:37Speaker 1: come out claiming vindication for the Trump administration after the
- 5:41Speaker 1: latest Twitter file revelation showed how Twitter's standards had eroded
- 5:46Speaker 1: in the weeks leading up to the twenty twenty presidential election.
- 5:50Speaker 1: He said, what I said as the National Director of
- 5:54Speaker 1: National Intelligence in October of twenty twenty was proven true.
- 5:58Speaker 1: The IC had zero intelligence. I see, intelligence community had
- 6:04Speaker 1: zero intelligence supporting a false narrative that the Biden laptop
- 6:09Speaker 1: was Russian disinformation. Nobody in the intelligence community had authority
- 6:14Speaker 1: to say otherwise. Now this brings us to the bigger story. Now, Radcliffe,
- 6:20Speaker 1: as the former top intelligence official. He was responding to
- 6:25Speaker 1: the sub stack journalist Matt Taibi's latest thread on the
- 6:28Speaker 1: Twitter files, which confirmed that Twitter head of safety Yol Roth,
- 6:33Speaker 1: had met not only with the FBI, but had met
- 6:36Speaker 1: with the Department of Homeland Security and had also met
- 6:39Speaker 1: with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and
- 6:43Speaker 1: had discussions about the Hunter Biden laptop story. Tabe and
- 6:47Speaker 1: a handful of other independent reporters have been given exclusive
- 6:51Speaker 1: access to all of these internal documents and all these
- 6:53Speaker 1: internal communications from Elon Musk at Twitter. They have shared
- 6:58Speaker 1: now how Twitter were to suppress the New York Post
- 7:01Speaker 1: Hunter Biden reporting under disingenuous pretenses, suppressing the visibility of
- 7:07Speaker 1: conservative users, and not just that, but violated the company's
- 7:12Speaker 1: own policies while working in conjunction with federal agencies. Now,
- 7:17Speaker 1: after the New York Post revealed that Hunter Biden's laptop
- 7:20Speaker 1: contained evidence that he, his father and his uncle had
- 7:24Speaker 1: leveraged his father's position as the vice president back then
- 7:28Speaker 1: to make millions and millions and millions and millions and
- 7:31Speaker 1: millions of dollars for the Biden crime family with foreign associates.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Twitter then decided to suppress the story and even limited
- 7:39Speaker 1: the ability of users to share it and direct messages.
- 7:42Speaker 1: They use their technology that they typically would use to
- 7:46Speaker 1: stop the spread of child pornography to stop conservatives from
- 7:49Speaker 1: spreading a legitimate news story they knew could make it
- 7:53Speaker 1: where Donald Trump would win and Joe Biden would lose.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Why did they do it? They claimed that it violated
- 7:59Speaker 1: rule against posting hacked materials, even though they and the
- 8:02Speaker 1: government knew it was not hacked material. The Twitter files
- 8:06Speaker 1: have also exposed that the company's purported reasons for censoring
- 8:11Speaker 1: the story were bogus. But of course the national press
- 8:15Speaker 1: at the time said, oh no, no, we're going to
- 8:17Speaker 1: dismiss the story as unsubstantiated, so therefore we don't actually
- 8:21Speaker 1: have to report on it. Why did they do that?
- 8:24Speaker 1: Now this brings in a bigger part of the story,
- 8:27Speaker 1: and I'm going to take you back and remind you
- 8:30Speaker 1: when the hunter bid laptop story broke, you then had
- 8:33Speaker 1: fifty one former top intelligence officials. Within that fifty plus group,
- 8:43Speaker 1: you had five former CIA directors or acting directors. That's
- 8:48Speaker 1: a lot of people in the intelligence community. Five former
- 8:51Speaker 1: CIA directors who signed a letter claiming that the reported
- 8:56Speaker 1: materials from Hunter Biden's laptop appeared to be quote, Russian disinformation.
- 9:01Speaker 1: They put this out giving cover for the media to
- 9:04Speaker 1: not touch the story, saying that this is Russian collusion,
- 9:06Speaker 1: Russian disinformation. You shouldn't write about it, you shouldn't talk
- 9:10Speaker 1: about it, should all just disappear. Well, we know that
- 9:14Speaker 1: some of the people, for a fact, in that fifty
- 9:17Speaker 1: plus group of former intelligence officials, they actually knew the
- 9:20Speaker 1: story was real. They knew it because they were in
- 9:24Speaker 1: the intelligence community when they got ahold of the laptop
- 9:27Speaker 1: a year earlier, and they understood and still had security clearance,
- 9:32Speaker 1: and they had people that were feeding them information. They
- 9:36Speaker 1: knew this story was legitimate. So they lied to the
- 9:39Speaker 1: American people. And that's when John Ratcliffe he forcefully spoke
- 9:44Speaker 1: out against the claim. In October of twenty twenty, he
- 9:48Speaker 1: said Hunter Biden's laptop is not part of some Russian
- 9:51Speaker 1: disinformation campaign. He then went on to say, let me
- 9:55Speaker 1: be clear, the intelligence community doesn't believe that, because there
- 9:59Speaker 1: is no intelligence that supports that. Now, before I get
- 10:04Speaker 1: into more of that, I want to tell you about
- 10:05Speaker 1: our friends over at Patriot Mobile real quick. You may
- 10:08Speaker 1: see a lot of bait and switch offers for free phones,
- 10:11Speaker 1: free iPhones. Well, they're usually too good to be true.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Just like freedom itself, nothing is free. Mobile phone companies
- 10:19Speaker 1: not only lock you into long term contracts, but they
- 10:21Speaker 1: also build the price the phone into your bill with
- 10:24Speaker 1: hidden fees. With Patriot Mobile, they can show you how
- 10:28Speaker 1: to get that same iPhone interest free without the games
- 10:33Speaker 1: and no contract. At Patriot Mobile, Patriot Mobiles America's only

- 10:53Speaker 1: service and you want to know you're working with a
- 10:55Speaker 1: company that supports conservative causes that every month when you
- 10:58Speaker 1: pay your bill, they actually take a portion of your
- 11:01Speaker 1: bill and they give it back to causes like First
- 11:04Speaker 1: and Second Amendment issues and the right to life, as
- 11:07Speaker 1: well as adoptions. Then you need to check out Patriot Mobile.

- 11:27Speaker 1: great savings. Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine
- 11:32Speaker 1: seven to Patriot. Now, I want to hit pause for
- 11:35Speaker 1: just a moment on the Twitter files, and I'm going
- 11:38Speaker 1: to go back to some of the new revelations. But
- 11:41Speaker 1: let me just remind you why all of this matters.
- 11:45Speaker 1: Hunter Biden right now apparently is selling artwork for hundreds
- 11:50Speaker 1: and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars. Biden's art
- 11:56Speaker 1: worth worth that much now. But we also know that
- 11:59Speaker 1: people in the art business use it to funnel money,
- 12:04Speaker 1: to wash money, to clean money. It's a way to
- 12:08Speaker 1: money launder to different people. That's what we know for
- 12:11Speaker 1: a fact. And what we are now seeing is Hunter Biden,
- 12:15Speaker 1: this is the new way that he can make cash.
- 12:18Speaker 1: He can't do as many deals as he was doing
- 12:20Speaker 1: before the way he was doing them because everybody's now
- 12:23Speaker 1: watching him. So how do you keep the family business going?
- 12:28Speaker 1: How do you keep the coffers filled with cash? How
- 12:31Speaker 1: do you capitalize on what's happening right now? You do
- 12:37Speaker 1: what you can to get every dime. If you're running
- 12:39Speaker 1: a crime family business like Hunter Biden is, while your
- 12:43Speaker 1: dad's a president, and when you need people to give
- 12:46Speaker 1: you money and they can't just write you a check
- 12:48Speaker 1: or put you on a board anymore, your option is
- 12:52Speaker 1: to figure out a way to clean that money and
- 12:54Speaker 1: figure out a way to bring it in. And they've
- 12:56Speaker 1: figured it out. They figured it out by doing exactly
- 13:00Speaker 1: what many other shady businessmen do around the world. You
- 13:04Speaker 1: buy art, or in this case, you sell art, and
- 13:07Speaker 1: you don't have to disclose who bought it or where
- 13:09Speaker 1: the funds came from. Now, there have been some leaks
- 13:12Speaker 1: that have come out that a lot of the art
- 13:14Speaker 1: is being sold into China. Why, well, clearly China is
- 13:19Speaker 1: in business with a Biden crime family. We know this
- 13:22Speaker 1: from the loans, We know this from their emails, we
- 13:25Speaker 1: know this from their business structures. We know this from
- 13:27Speaker 1: Tony Bobolenski, we know this from other whistleblowers, and we
- 13:30Speaker 1: know it from the cash and receipts that were all
- 13:34Speaker 1: left on his laptop but how is he still doing
- 13:38Speaker 1: it when you know the end is in sight and
- 13:40Speaker 1: there's a good chance that your dad may not run
- 13:42Speaker 1: for reelection, and you look at his age, and you're
- 13:45Speaker 1: not a legitimate businessman, and he's clearly not a legitimate businessman.
- 13:52Speaker 1: You do whatever the hell you have to do to
- 13:53Speaker 1: survive in the shady world. Take a listen to this
- 13:57Speaker 1: about the and this is again happening right now in
- 14:01Speaker 1: America in December of twenty twenty two. This is not
- 14:04Speaker 1: years ago, this is right now. Art City Art Gallery
- 14:07Speaker 1: unveiling a new painting by Hunter Biden. And the asking
- 14:09Speaker 1: price is two hundred and twenty five thousand dollars. Do
- 14:13Speaker 1: mean Fayla is a host of Fox across America. That's
- 14:15Speaker 1: a lot. That's big money. And if you think the
- 14:17Speaker 1: price is high, you should meet the painter. Hey, everybody, goodness,
- 14:21Speaker 1: say you come on now. But the reason this is
- 14:24Speaker 1: it does look bad like no administration has ever cared
- 14:27Speaker 1: less about optics than this one. Because I think the
- 14:29Speaker 1: belief is they don't expect backlash from the press. But understand,
- 14:33Speaker 1: prior to Joe Biden becoming the president, there was no
- 14:36Speaker 1: market for Hunter Biden. Okay, he wasn't a known commodity
- 14:39Speaker 1: in the art world. The only thing he was known for,
- 14:41Speaker 1: forgive me, is painting the town. Okay, there was no
- 14:44Speaker 1: demand for this, so it looks a little ridiculous that
- 14:47Speaker 1: they might be peddling a little influence here. And this
- 14:50Speaker 1: very much overlaps with the accusation and the Hunter Biden
- 14:53Speaker 1: laptop that these guys just traded on the name. At
- 14:55Speaker 1: the very least, they seem to be doing that here
- 14:57Speaker 1: two for two and answer number one. That's like his
- 14:59Speaker 1: version of story story nine. Ye. So apparently the guy
- 15:02Speaker 1: run the gallery says Hunter has been a painter for
- 15:04Speaker 1: a year. He's an oddest. Yeah, okay, he's always been
- 15:07Speaker 1: an odd ust. But there is a difference between painting
- 15:09Speaker 1: on your own and saying, Okay, that's all I'm going
- 15:12Speaker 1: to do and I'm just going to be an odd Yeah.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I don't buy that. Okay, they're not like taking a
- 15:18Speaker 1: company public. Everybody wanted a piece of But the one
- 15:20Speaker 1: thing is it's only two hundred thousand for Hunter because
- 15:22Speaker 1: he's got to give ten percent of the sale of
- 15:24Speaker 1: the big He doesn't care. Hunter Biden doesn't care. Joe
- 15:28Speaker 1: Biden doesn't care. The White House doesn't care. They know
- 15:31Speaker 1: what they're doing. This New York City gallery unveiling this
- 15:34Speaker 1: new two hundred and twenty five thousand dollars hundred Biden
- 15:37Speaker 1: painting and two buyers they claim now are interested. This
- 15:41Speaker 1: is about funneling money. Hunter Biden painting is selling for
- 15:44Speaker 1: the price of a house. This is a guy that
- 15:48Speaker 1: had no experience in art and the most expensive artwork.
- 15:51Speaker 1: The first Soun's New Soho show is price at two
- 15:54Speaker 1: twenty five On Saturday, a gallery worker refused to give
- 15:58Speaker 1: The New York Post details. Potential buyer of the unentitled
- 16:02Speaker 1: fifty seven by ninety eight inch mustard yellow yellow floral
- 16:06Speaker 1: painting on Japanese paper called Upo. President Biden's scandaled Scarred
- 16:14Speaker 1: son sold two other works a day after his second
- 16:18Speaker 1: solo art show opened at the Georgia's Burgess Gallery on Friday.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Unlike last year's debut of Biden's artwork, which was by
- 16:28Speaker 1: invitation only, the News show is open to the public
- 16:32Speaker 1: and features much stronger work. They claim, I want everyone
- 16:37Speaker 1: to see his art, The gallery owner told the Post.
- 16:41Speaker 1: The first show was successful. We achieved what we wanted
- 16:43Speaker 1: from the exhibition. This exhibition shows a stronger confidence. Burgess
- 16:49Speaker 1: has refused to elaborate on which paintings sold and who
- 16:51Speaker 1: the buyers were. Paintings and last year's show range from
- 16:54Speaker 1: seventy five thousand for works on paper to five hundred
- 16:59Speaker 1: thousand for large canvases. What do the paintings look like?
- 17:04Speaker 1: They look like a nine year old painting? To be
- 17:07Speaker 1: honest with you, policy of not publicly naming purchasers and
- 17:11Speaker 1: what they paid was highly controversial, with some critics saying
- 17:13Speaker 1: it could lead to quote anonymous influence peddling, influence buying
- 17:17Speaker 1: of the Bidens. Well, let's not say it could lead
- 17:20Speaker 1: anyone buying these paintings. That's exactly what they are doing.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Burgess told the Post that he has several paintings in
- 17:26Speaker 1: the galleries basement that Biden finished more than twenty years ago.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Proof He said that he has worked most of his
- 17:33Speaker 1: life to be an artist. Okay, sure, I believe you.
- 17:38Speaker 1: He's always been an artist. Burgess said. The difference is
- 17:42Speaker 1: where we are being misconstrued that when he focused his
- 17:46Speaker 1: whole life on art, they took it to being he
- 17:48Speaker 1: just started doing art. But there is a difference between
- 17:52Speaker 1: painting on your own and saying, Okay, that's all I'm
- 17:54Speaker 1: going to do, and I'm just going to be an artist.
- 17:59Speaker 1: And now he says, these pieces of art are incredible. Hunter,
- 18:05Speaker 1: his wife Melissa, and their toddler son Bow, attended the
- 18:08Speaker 1: opening on Thursday and exclusive friends and family viewing, as
- 18:12Speaker 1: they called it, Thursday Soft opening featured Biden's newest abstract works,
- 18:17Speaker 1: which depict flowers and birds. Many of the paintings are
- 18:20Speaker 1: done on sheet metal, and the paintings would be more
- 18:24Speaker 1: than well above average and popularity specifically in China. As
- 18:30Speaker 1: one art critics said, China loves these types of paintings.
- 18:35Speaker 1: They love flowers, they love birds, and they love the
- 18:39Speaker 1: bright colors. I painted and washed. I painted and washed
- 18:42Speaker 1: it off, Biden told a group of spectators Thursday night,
- 18:44Speaker 1: in describing how he created the layers and splotches on
- 18:47Speaker 1: a work in the series devoted to Japanese poetry. Yeah,
- 18:52Speaker 1: Japanese Poetry. Burgess said that the paintings were a form
- 18:56Speaker 1: of self reflection for Biden, who has been amassed in
- 18:59Speaker 1: an ongoing investigation into his financial dealings with Ukraine and
- 19:03Speaker 1: specifically China. Burgess said that he is already fielding a
- 19:07Speaker 1: great deal of interest from Biden collectors, saying quote, I
- 19:11Speaker 1: think in many ways this show has started off on
- 19:13Speaker 1: a better foot than the last one. Just the interest.
- 19:17Speaker 1: He has a collector base of people who really like
- 19:20Speaker 1: his work. Well, is it an America? Doesn't sound like it.
- 19:25Speaker 1: The entire collection was about selling it to China. The
- 19:29Speaker 1: White House has said the measures have been put in place.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Major measures have been put in place to prevent any
- 19:35Speaker 1: ethical concerns over quote potential buyers who might want to
- 19:39Speaker 1: buy the work to curry favor with President Biden. Yes,
- 19:42Speaker 1: because these safeguards have worked so well in the past. Now,
- 19:47Speaker 1: the gallery says they believe that he will be able
- 19:49Speaker 1: to make seven figures in about a week off of
- 19:53Speaker 1: these paintings. Now, as this news broke, some of Hunter
- 19:57Speaker 1: Biden's allies are now up making plans to go after accusers.
- 20:03Speaker 1: We now know that array of groups are preparing to
- 20:07Speaker 1: defend the present Sons against the gop Onslot when they
- 20:11Speaker 1: take back control of the house. Hunter Biden's friend and
- 20:14Speaker 1: lawyer Kevin Morris, was blunt and laying out his thoughts
- 20:17Speaker 1: at a strategy session last September on an expected onslought
- 20:21Speaker 1: of investigation investigations by House Republicans. It was crucial Morris
- 20:27Speaker 1: suggested for Hunter Biden camp to be more aggressive. Morris,
- 20:31Speaker 1: at a meeting in his California home, described defamation lawsuits
- 20:34Speaker 1: the team could pursue against the presidential son's critics, including
- 20:38Speaker 1: Fox News, Eric Trump, and Rudy Giuliani. He outlined extensive
- 20:43Speaker 1: research on two potential witnesses against Hunter Biden, a spurned
- 20:48Speaker 1: business partner named Tony Bobo Lensky and a computer repairman
- 20:51Speaker 1: named John Paul mac Isaac. At one point, Hunter Biden
- 20:55Speaker 1: himself happened to call into the meeting, connecting briefly by
- 20:58Speaker 1: video to add his own thought quote, they feel that
- 21:01Speaker 1: there is a whole counter narrative missing because of the
- 21:04Speaker 1: whole Hunter hater narrative out there. A liberal activist, David Brock,
- 21:08Speaker 1: who attended the meeting set what we're what we really
- 21:11Speaker 1: got into was more the meat of it, the meat
- 21:15Speaker 1: of what a response would look like. Brock was planning
- 21:17Speaker 1: for a new group quote Facts First USA focus on
- 21:22Speaker 1: fighting the Loominghouse GOP investigations. I love it, Facts First USA,
- 21:28Speaker 1: all right, quickly, I also want to say thank you

- 22:52Speaker 1: these Democrats had was a meeting that they wanted to
- 22:55Speaker 1: have so they could put it out to the public
- 22:57Speaker 1: and say, hey, this is a glimpse to the infrastructure
- 23:01Speaker 1: that we're gonna come after Republicans with. In essence, we're
- 23:06Speaker 1: gonna blackmail you, We're going to expose you. We're gonna
- 23:10Speaker 1: make sure that you hurt if you come after Hunter Biden,
- 23:15Speaker 1: James Biden or Joe Biden. If you think you can
- 23:17Speaker 1: get away with this, you're just wrong. We're not gonna
- 23:21Speaker 1: let you get away with this. There were Democrats that
- 23:25Speaker 1: actually went on TV this weekend talking about how they're
- 23:29Speaker 1: going to come after and hurt people. One Democratic slime merchant,
- 23:34Speaker 1: David Brock, vowed to this dirt on Republicans if they
- 23:38Speaker 1: probe Hunter Biden, a threat that he made on MSNBC.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Take a listen, and we start with the latest around
- 23:45Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. According to new reporting in The Washington Post,
- 23:48Speaker 1: a coalition of Hunter's allies won't sit quietly as Republicans
- 23:52Speaker 1: prepared to make him a national figure in their investigations
- 23:56Speaker 1: when they take over the House in just a few weeks.
- 23:59Speaker 1: For years that has claimed the president's son has traded
- 24:02Speaker 1: on his name in shady business deals and that President
- 24:05Speaker 1: Biden is culpable for his son's alleged misconduct. The Bidens
- 24:09Speaker 1: have denied any wrongdoing. Joining me now is one of
- 24:13Speaker 1: those allies. David Brock, President of Facts First USA. David,
- 24:18Speaker 1: thank you very much for coming to the Sunday Show.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Thanks for having me on. Okay, So why go on offense?
- 24:22Speaker 1: Why not keep a low profile? Well, look, I have
- 24:26Speaker 1: been in right wing media. I've studied right wing media
- 24:29Speaker 1: for twenty years. A Missouries August, I knew what was coming.
- 24:32Speaker 1: We can't wish this away. We know what they're going
- 24:34Speaker 1: to do. They've announced what they're going to do. The
- 24:36Speaker 1: first press conference they had out of the box was
- 24:38Speaker 1: about Hunter Biden. So Democrats are not putting Hunter Biden
- 24:41Speaker 1: front and center. Republicans are. And we also know that
- 24:44Speaker 1: this has been asked and answered in twenty twenty. It's
- 24:47Speaker 1: been investigated at nauseum. It's been looked at by a
- 24:49Speaker 1: Senate committee by Rupert Murdock's well speet journal. They found nothing.
- 24:52Speaker 1: So I met with Hunter Biden and as lawyers back
- 24:55Speaker 1: in September as part of the due diligence for this project,
- 24:58Speaker 1: and I came out of that Jonathan very confident that
- 25:01Speaker 1: we are going to be able to show over time
- 25:03Speaker 1: that this is nothing but a bunch of recycled conspiracy theories,
- 25:07Speaker 1: and they're going to hurt themselves, I think by investigating this,
- 25:10Speaker 1: because at the end of the day, part of the
- 25:12Speaker 1: story is is kind of a sick politics of demonizing
- 25:16Speaker 1: addiction and mental health issues and that are in many,
- 25:20Speaker 1: many families. We know that by the way you can
- 25:23Speaker 1: hear this is what they're going to stick with. You
- 25:26Speaker 1: can hear it in the way that they described this.
- 25:28Speaker 1: I told you from the very beginning, this is what
- 25:30Speaker 1: they were going to do. They were going to say, Wow,
- 25:33Speaker 1: this is just a guy who had an addiction problem.
- 25:36Speaker 1: He was an addict. He's overcome so much. He didn't
- 25:39Speaker 1: really know what he was doing and everything was totally fine,
- 25:42Speaker 1: And how dare you how dare you pick on somebody
- 25:45Speaker 1: that lost his brother, that had mental health issues and
- 25:49Speaker 1: was a drug at it. You can't hold him accountable
- 25:52Speaker 1: for what he was doing. This is a great guy
- 25:55Speaker 1: that has overcome so much. That's they're going to be
- 25:58Speaker 1: their defense the entire time. But what you're also hearing
- 26:01Speaker 1: from this SLI merchant David Brock is the warning we've
- 26:05Speaker 1: got dirt or he's threatening that he has dirt on Republicans,
- 26:08Speaker 1: and if you guys move forward and try to pull
- 26:11Speaker 1: this off, it's going to be game over for you. Guys.
- 26:14Speaker 1: We will come after you and ruin your lives. Personally,
- 26:18Speaker 1: the laptop shows that President Biden was an empathetic father
- 26:21Speaker 1: trying to help his son. We don't need a congressional
- 26:24Speaker 1: investigation for that, Jonathan, but we're unfortunately going to have one,
- 26:27Speaker 1: and we're going to have one because Kevin McCarthy can't
- 26:30Speaker 1: get to two hundred and eighteen votes and so he's
- 26:32Speaker 1: making this corrupt bargain all these deals on the side
- 26:35Speaker 1: with Marjorie Taylor Green and Gosar to have more aggressive
- 26:38Speaker 1: investigations to change rules. Everything they want. They're getting the
- 26:42Speaker 1: Magga extremists, and we need to educate the public about
- 26:45Speaker 1: what's behind us. That's why I need you to tell
- 26:49Speaker 1: me more about this meeting you said you had in
- 26:51Speaker 1: September sure what you described as a due diligence meeting
- 26:55Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden mother. You have to understand how much
- 26:57Speaker 1: propaganda this is, right, MSNBC says, we're going to give
- 27:00Speaker 1: you as much time as you need to come on
- 27:03Speaker 1: and talk about how and reframe what this attack on
- 27:06Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's going to be. And he said, sure, we've
- 27:10Speaker 1: started a political basically war room facts. First, We're going
- 27:15Speaker 1: to tell people this is propaganda from the right. None
- 27:18Speaker 1: of this is real, none of this actually matters. So
- 27:22Speaker 1: remember this as the Republicans take control of the House
- 27:26Speaker 1: and when they start investigating. Which brings me back to
- 27:28Speaker 1: the Twitter files. Tuger Carlson had a very interesting take
- 27:32Speaker 1: on the Twitter files and the drop of some of
- 27:35Speaker 1: the new information, specifically Part two, and I want you
- 27:39Speaker 1: to hear what he had to say. Barry Weiss of
- 27:41Speaker 1: Substack began posting part two of the Twitter files. Now,
- 27:45Speaker 1: these are assessments of internal documents from Twitter that been
- 27:49Speaker 1: hidden under previous management but are now being exposed by
- 27:53Speaker 1: Elon Musk, who just bought the company. So first, Musk
- 27:57Speaker 1: last week gave a troph of documents to Tabe of
- 28:00Speaker 1: subjecon out of Barry Weis. Weiss is unpacking all of
- 28:03Speaker 1: this right now live on Twitter in a Twitter thread.
- 28:07Speaker 1: What she has revealed so far confirms what many suspected
- 28:10Speaker 1: but none new for certain, which is that Twitter routinely
- 28:14Speaker 1: censored prominent critics of the Biden administration, did so in secret,
- 28:18Speaker 1: without telling anyone, and with no factual justification whatsoever. This
- 28:23Speaker 1: is known as shadow banning. Twitter did it all the time.
- 28:26Speaker 1: Now publicly they denied doing it. People who were being
- 28:28Speaker 1: shadow ban suspected something was up, but they didn't know. Now. Officially,
- 28:32Speaker 1: Twitter's chief legal officer chief censor at Twitter, Va Jagatte,
- 28:36Speaker 1: a woman who was rewarded by the Biden administration for
- 28:39Speaker 1: her work on their behalf, said that quote, we do
- 28:41Speaker 1: not shadow ban, and we certainly don't shadow ban based
- 28:45Speaker 1: on political viewpoints or ideologies. That's what she said. That
- 28:48Speaker 1: was a lie, And the documents that Barry Weiss is
- 28:51Speaker 1: posting right now, including screenshots of Twitter's internal censorship tools,
- 28:55Speaker 1: proved that it was a lie. One of Twitter's targets
- 28:58Speaker 1: for shadow banning was a Stanford professor, a physician, PhD.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Called Jay Bodachara one of the most impressive people in
- 29:06Speaker 1: American medicine, someone we've had on this show many many times.
- 29:09Speaker 1: There was no justification for censoring Jay Badachara, except he
- 29:14Speaker 1: was one of the authors the Great Barrington Declaration, which
- 29:17Speaker 1: very early in the so called pandemic, infuriated our country's
- 29:20Speaker 1: public health establishment, including Tony Faucci, by opposing COVID lockdowns.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Jay Badachara has spent his career studying the health effects
- 29:29Speaker 1: of various policies on vulnerable populations. So he knew that
- 29:35Speaker 1: COVID lockdowns would harm children, and he said so that
- 29:38Speaker 1: has turned out to be true. But Twitter, doubtless, at
- 29:42Speaker 1: the request of the authorities, shadow band Professor Badachar Stanford
- 29:46Speaker 1: for saying this out loud. They prevented his tweets from trending,
- 29:49Speaker 1: and that meant that most users could not see his
- 29:52Speaker 1: tweets though they were factual. Twitter also shadow band foxes
- 29:56Speaker 1: Dan Bongino. According to Weiss, Twitter at one point slapt
- 29:59Speaker 1: by Gino with a search band that made it impossible
- 30:03Speaker 1: for users of Twitter to find tweets by Dan Bongino
- 30:07Speaker 1: because they were inaccurate. No, because they were accurate. That
- 30:11Speaker 1: was the crime. That's always the crime. They never punish
- 30:14Speaker 1: you for lying, They only punish you for telling the truth.
- 30:17Speaker 1: Twitter also flagged Charlie Kirk's account with a do not
- 30:20Speaker 1: amplify tag Weiss reports the quote. The group that decided
- 30:24Speaker 1: whether to limit the reach of certain users was the
- 30:27Speaker 1: Strategic Response Team Global Escalation Team or srt GET. The
- 30:34Speaker 1: team often handled up to two hundred separate cases a day.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Another group within Twitter called Site Integrity Policy, Policy Escalation Support.
- 30:43Speaker 1: Not just the bureaucratic handles here, it's like the military.
- 30:46Speaker 1: That group also hadn't handled shadow banding, and that group
- 30:49Speaker 1: included GODA as well as Twitter executives Uel Roth and
- 30:53Speaker 1: Prague Aggerwall, who ran the company. None of this has
- 30:56Speaker 1: been previously known. It was never disclosed to the public voice.
- 31:00Speaker 1: The threat is ongoing, it's being updated as we speak,
- 31:02Speaker 1: and of course we'll bring you more information as we
- 31:04Speaker 1: get it. You hear, and you put all this in perspective,
- 31:09Speaker 1: and what we're gonna end up seeing next and these
- 31:10Speaker 1: Twitter files and we're going to have this for you
- 31:12Speaker 1: tomorrow is what they did to silence and censor people
- 31:17Speaker 1: when it came down to the issue of COVID, when
- 31:20Speaker 1: important people said important things online that went against the regime.
- 31:26Speaker 1: What happened. Fauci and others just send emails and said,
- 31:30Speaker 1: shut down this person, silence this person, shadow band this
- 31:33Speaker 1: person and make sure that all of this really just
- 31:36Speaker 1: goes away. If you had a question that you asked,
- 31:41Speaker 1: just a basic question, they would do the same exact thing.
- 31:47Speaker 1: They would silence you, they would censor you, They would
- 31:52Speaker 1: say you can't ask that question. You can't ask or
- 31:57Speaker 1: talk about that. This is Twitter, each and every day. Lastly,
- 32:04Speaker 1: what we know now for a fact is that this
- 32:07Speaker 1: was all being done by government officials, Okay, government officials
- 32:13Speaker 1: who absolutely loved getting emails from the deep state, from
- 32:19Speaker 1: the FBI, the dj the CIA, whoever wanted to send
- 32:23Speaker 1: them an email telling them whatever it was that they
- 32:25Speaker 1: wanted them to do, from the White House, from presidential campaigns,
- 32:30Speaker 1: from candidates, the list goes on and on. They loved
- 32:34Speaker 1: all of that. And now we know that every single
- 32:39Speaker 1: thing the Conservatives and Republicans said was happening to them,
- 32:42Speaker 1: happening to them in real time, was actually happening to
- 32:46Speaker 1: them in real time. Dan Bongina, you couldn't find him
- 32:51Speaker 1: when he said it. What did people say, Oh, he's
- 32:53Speaker 1: a kook, he's a conspiracy theorist, he's a nut job,
- 32:55Speaker 1: he's crazy. Right, just a Twitter account. Shut up, sit down,
- 32:59Speaker 1: and be silent. We know that he was right. Not
- 33:04Speaker 1: only was he right, but every other Republican out there
- 33:07Speaker 1: that thought that their account was being screwed with was
- 33:09Speaker 1: also right. And it's not just Twitter. I'm gonna say
- 33:13Speaker 1: it now, It's not just Twitter. It's gonna end up
- 33:16Speaker 1: being Google. It's gonna end up being YouTube, and it's
- 33:19Speaker 1: gonna end up being Instagram, and it's gonna end up
- 33:21Speaker 1: being Facebook, and it's gonna end up being TikTok. You watch,
- 33:24Speaker 1: it will come out and hopefully there will be brave
- 33:26Speaker 1: men and women who are willing to expose those agencies.
- 33:31Speaker 1: I said this before. We're going to cover this every day.
- 33:33Speaker 1: So if you missed any of our podcast Part one
- 33:35Speaker 1: and Part two, go back down with the Ben Ferguson Podcasts.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Please share it with your family and your friends as well.
