Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: The Biden crime family added again with a new cover
- 0:04Speaker 1: up and what could have been some of the most
- 0:07Speaker 1: damning audio for the President of the United States of America.
- 0:11Speaker 2: We may now never hear.
- 0:13Speaker 1: It because the White House is saying no executive privilege
- 0:18Speaker 1: and you can't hear what I actually said.
- 0:22Speaker 2: That's right.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Key House committee is voting to advance contempt proceedings now
- 0:27Speaker 1: against the Attorney General Merrick Garland over the.
- 0:29Speaker 2: Biden audio files.
- 0:31Speaker 1: We've just learned and a pair of these Republican led
- 0:34Speaker 1: House committees voted to advance contempt proceedings against the Attorney
- 0:39Speaker 1: General Garland for his refusal now to turn over the
- 0:43Speaker 1: audio recordings of President Joe Biden's interview with a special
- 0:47Speaker 1: counsel Robert Hurr over his classified documents that he had
- 0:51Speaker 1: for decades now. The move is a major escalation in
- 0:56Speaker 1: a dispute over the recordings between House Republicans and the
- 1:00Speaker 1: Executive Branch that came after Biden asserted executive privilege over
- 1:05Speaker 1: those files. The House Judiciary and Oversight panels both approved
- 1:10Speaker 1: a report recommending a contempt of Congress resolution against Garland
- 1:14Speaker 1: on Thursday for failing to comply with a Congressional subpoena
- 1:18Speaker 1: that now paves the way for the full House to
- 1:21Speaker 1: vote on holding the Attorney General in contempt, though it's
- 1:24Speaker 1: not clear when that vote could take place.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Now, why did all of this happen.
- 1:29Speaker 1: It happened because you have a president of the United
- 1:32Speaker 1: States of America that had an interview with her, and
- 1:36Speaker 1: we know what her said in the past about this.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Listen as he testified on Capitol Hill.
- 1:41Speaker 3: So you have audio recording from his ghostwriter where the
- 1:45Speaker 3: President acknowledges that the information he has is classified and
- 1:49Speaker 3: he's sharing with his ghost riding.
- 1:52Speaker 4: We have an audio recording capturing a statement from mister
- 1:55Speaker 4: Biden saying to his ghost writer in February of twenty seventeen, quote,
- 1:59Speaker 4: I just found all the classified stuff downstairs end quote.
- 2:02Speaker 3: And then again reciting passages from a meeting in the situation. Yes,
- 2:07Speaker 3: and those are in President Biden's own words, correct, right,
- 2:10Speaker 3: So he's again the ghostwriter has no classified No, he
- 2:15Speaker 3: has no clearance, no classified clearance to anything. Correct.
- 2:18Speaker 4: That is our understanding that misters Wantzer was not authorized
- 2:21Speaker 4: to receive classified information.
- 2:23Speaker 1: He wasn't allowed to receive classified information. Now these audio
- 2:31Speaker 1: recordings apparently are so damning because they show a president
- 2:34Speaker 1: of the United States of America that after doing the investigation,
- 2:38Speaker 1: they decided couldn't stand trial, so therefore we wouldn't charge
- 2:41Speaker 1: him with any charges because they said he's so old
- 2:44Speaker 1: and senile. Right, He's so old and so senile that
- 2:49Speaker 1: no one would convict him and he couldn't stand trial
- 2:53Speaker 1: because of that's how old he was. So obviously, there's
- 2:56Speaker 1: many people there saying, well, shouldn't we be able to
- 2:58Speaker 1: actually hear these audio recordings of the President of the
- 3:03Speaker 1: United States of America, And he admitted, as you heard
- 3:05Speaker 1: there the former Special Counsel Robert Hurt, we have an
- 3:08Speaker 1: audio recording capturing a statement that mister Biden said to
- 3:12Speaker 1: his ghostwriter in February seventeen, I just found all the
- 3:15Speaker 1: classified stuff downstairs, referring to classified documents.
- 3:18Speaker 2: They've got it all now.
- 3:20Speaker 1: If you go back in February, the White House spokesman
- 3:25Speaker 1: Ian Sam's actually bragged about Joe Biden not asserting executive privilege,
- 3:29Speaker 1: which is exactly what he just did to stop you
- 3:32Speaker 1: from hearing these audio recordings that would show that the
- 3:35Speaker 1: President of the United States of America is probably massively
- 3:38Speaker 1: incapacitated during these interviews, and they bragged about it. Right,
- 3:43Speaker 1: he said, well, we would never do this, We would
- 3:45Speaker 1: never ever do this. Listen carefully, the White House bragging
- 3:49Speaker 1: about not asserting executive privilege.
- 3:52Speaker 4: Three, he didn't exert executive privilege over any contents of
- 3:56Speaker 4: the report.
- 3:57Speaker 2: He was transparent. He had nothing to hide.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Well, obviously he did. He had the recordings themselves that
- 4:04Speaker 1: he was ready to hide. And now we understand that,
- 4:07Speaker 1: which brings me to the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Mike Johnson has now come out and as he should,
- 4:14Speaker 1: by the way, and made it clear the President Biden
- 4:17Speaker 1: using his executive privilege to keep the American people from
- 4:20Speaker 1: hearing audio recordings of his interview with Robert Hurt is
- 4:24Speaker 1: flat out wrong and more importantly, it is a cover up.
- 4:30Speaker 5: But first I want to address the breaking news from
- 4:32Speaker 5: this morning. About an hour ago, we learned that President
- 4:36Speaker 5: Biden has invoked executive privilege to prevent the American people
- 4:39Speaker 5: from hearing the audio recordings of his testimony with Special
- 4:43Speaker 5: Counsel Robert Hurt. The American people will not be able
- 4:47Speaker 5: to hear why prosecutors felt the President of the United
- 4:51Speaker 5: States was in special counsel Robert Hurt's words a quote
- 4:55Speaker 5: elderly man with a poor memory and thus shouldn't be charged.
- 5:00Speaker 5: Just think about that for a moment. President Biden is
- 5:04Speaker 5: apparently afraid for the citizens of this country and everyone
- 5:08Speaker 5: to hear those tapes. They obviously confirm what the Special
- 5:11Speaker 5: Council has found and would likely cause I suppose, in
- 5:15Speaker 5: his estimation such alarm with the American people that the
- 5:18Speaker 5: President is using all of his power to suppress their release.
- 5:24Speaker 5: And rather than defend our closest ally at war, President
- 5:27Speaker 5: Biden is using his authority to defend himself politically.
- 5:33Speaker 2: That is exactly what he's doing.
- 5:35Speaker 1: And the White House is now protecting the President of
- 5:37Speaker 1: the United States of America because he has something that
- 5:41Speaker 1: he wants to hide from the American people. Now, executive
- 5:44Speaker 1: privilege should not apply to this interview.
- 5:48Speaker 2: And that is part of how why.
- 5:50Speaker 1: So many people are so mad right now about this,
- 5:52Speaker 1: because they all understand that this interview is something that
- 5:56Speaker 1: the American people should be able to hear. That's why
- 5:59Speaker 1: so many people in the media at different news organizations
- 6:02Speaker 1: have been demanding the release with Freedom of Information Act
- 6:07Speaker 1: to get this interview so that we can hear it now,
- 6:10Speaker 1: what is the president trying to suppress the release of
- 6:14Speaker 1: evidence that may hurt Joe Biden politically. This is again
- 6:19Speaker 1: the latest example of a Justice Department that's incredibly corrupt.
- 6:23Speaker 1: And will this bring accountability to Joe Biden and his
- 6:26Speaker 1: DOJ because they're now trying to cover it up. At
- 6:29Speaker 1: the end of the day, I don't think we're going
- 6:31Speaker 1: to get to hear this anytime soon.
- 6:33Speaker 2: Let me also remind.
- 6:34Speaker 1: You of what the President has said in the past
- 6:36Speaker 1: about classified documents and then HER's testimony and compare and
- 6:41Speaker 1: contrast to it.
- 6:44Speaker 2: I did not share classified information. I did not share
- 6:48Speaker 2: it with yours, with my ghost write, I did not
- 6:50Speaker 2: guarantee you did not.
- 6:52Speaker 4: We also identified other recorded conversations during which mister Biden
- 6:55Speaker 4: read classified information aloud to his ghostwriter.
- 7:00Speaker 1: There it is the President of the United States of
- 7:02Speaker 1: America lying to you, the American people, saying I did
- 7:06Speaker 1: not share classified information my gross with my ghostwriter.
- 7:10Speaker 2: That is a lie. Thats a lie.
- 7:12Speaker 1: And now we have recordings that they don't want you
- 7:15Speaker 1: to hear, where the Special Counsel Robert hur is saying,
- 7:18Speaker 1: we have an audio recording capturing Joe Biden saying to
- 7:21Speaker 1: his ghostwriter that not only did I just find all
- 7:24Speaker 1: these classified stuff downstairs, but he was reading it aloud
- 7:28Speaker 1: to someone that didn't have classified clearance to be read
- 7:32Speaker 1: in and or to hear all of this classified information
- 7:36Speaker 1: that Joe Biden was apparently giving to his ghost writer.
- 7:41Speaker 1: The Daily Mail, by the way, said quote Biden forgot
- 7:44Speaker 1: the year that bo Biden died. That's the other aspect
- 7:47Speaker 1: of this that you need to understand is that part
- 7:50Speaker 1: of this could then just be covering for the president
- 7:54Speaker 1: because they don't want you to see just how gone
- 7:57Speaker 1: he is mentally incapacitated. He is the fact that Joe
- 8:01Speaker 1: Biden forgot the year that his son died when Trump
- 8:04Speaker 1: was elected, he couldn't remember that from these interviews, from
- 8:06Speaker 1: what we understand, and said, I don't recall, I don't remember,
- 8:10Speaker 1: and I have no GD idea more than one hundred times.
- 8:15Speaker 1: The damning transcript of the Robert Hurd interview revealed that
- 8:19Speaker 1: that came out Joe Biden not only could he not
- 8:22Speaker 1: remember the year son died, and he was often apparently
- 8:25Speaker 1: confused by the dates he served as the vice president
- 8:29Speaker 1: of the United States of America and about how classified
- 8:32Speaker 1: documents ended up in his home, according to the transcript
- 8:36Speaker 1: of the testimony, and there are more in these tapes
- 8:39Speaker 1: apparently that we don't have yet now. According to the
- 8:42Speaker 1: transcripts that two day interview I head of hers highly
- 8:47Speaker 1: anticipated congressional testimony, Biden brought up Bo's death in the
- 8:52Speaker 1: context of the book he wrote, published in twenty seventeen.
- 8:55Speaker 2: What month did Bo die?
- 8:57Speaker 1: Biden asked to himself during the hour long Star sit
- 9:00Speaker 1: down in October the eighth, twenty twenty two. My god,
- 9:04Speaker 1: May thirtieth, he seemingly responded. But the President had to
- 9:07Speaker 1: be reminded about the year in which his oldest son
- 9:10Speaker 1: died because he could not remember that. A White House
- 9:13Speaker 1: attorney stepped in to state that the year of Bo's
- 9:16Speaker 1: death was twenty fifteen. Was it twenty fifteen he died?
- 9:20Speaker 1: Bien again, question out loud. The President then went on
- 9:23Speaker 1: to ask if Donald Trump was elected in seventeen, to
- 9:27Speaker 1: which another White House attorney jumped in to correct our
- 9:30Speaker 1: President United States America and say no, no, no, no, that was.
- 9:34Speaker 2: Two thousand and sixteen.
- 9:37Speaker 1: So the President couldn't even remember when he became president
- 9:40Speaker 1: of the United States of America. Now look it wasn't
- 9:45Speaker 1: in these interviews, of these recordings that the White House
- 9:48Speaker 1: is now claiming executive privilege, so you can't hear them
- 9:52Speaker 1: that it wasn't just the death of his son in
- 9:54Speaker 1: that mix up that was a problem. What it also
- 9:57Speaker 1: is this, the mix up of bose death date during
- 10:01Speaker 1: the interview is now directly contradicting Biden's fiery denial that
- 10:07Speaker 1: it ever occurred, and the White House didn't just double down,
- 10:10Speaker 1: They tripled down on this. Hours after her put out
- 10:13Speaker 1: his scathing report on February the ninth, Biden engaged in
- 10:17Speaker 1: a furious tirade from the White House, saying I know
- 10:20Speaker 1: what the hell I am doing, and insisting that his
- 10:24Speaker 1: memory is fine.
- 10:26Speaker 2: As he described it. That's part of the problem.
- 10:30Speaker 1: How in the hell Darry raised That is what Biden
- 10:33Speaker 1: fumed during the spontaneous press conference when asked about how
- 10:37Speaker 1: Bau's death came up. Frankly, when I was asked the question,
- 10:41Speaker 1: I thought to myself, it wasn't any of their damn business,
- 10:44Speaker 1: the President said at the time, But the transcript reveals
- 10:48Speaker 1: that in fact, it was Biden, not her, who brought
- 10:53Speaker 1: up bo in the first place. Biden also was confused
- 10:57Speaker 1: about the year in which he served as vice president
- 11:00Speaker 1: and asked for assistant recalling other critical dates. When did
- 11:04Speaker 1: I announce for president, Biden asked, to which her stepped
- 11:07Speaker 1: in to say, was it in twenty nineteen. Later in
- 11:12Speaker 1: the interview, Biden needed clarification on when he departed the
- 11:16Speaker 1: VP office as well.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Well.
- 11:18Speaker 1: If it was thirteen, When did I stop being vice president?
- 11:22Speaker 1: Biden asked, twenty seventeen. His attorney replied, so he didn't
- 11:27Speaker 1: know when he became the vice president or when he
- 11:29Speaker 1: stopped being the vice president, And he didn't know when
- 11:32Speaker 1: he ran for president, and he didn't know when he
- 11:33Speaker 1: announced he ran president. He didn't know what year he
- 11:35Speaker 1: was sworn in as president. Now you understand why they
- 11:39Speaker 1: never want you to hear this audio. At another point,
- 11:43Speaker 1: Biden needed helped to confirm that he was serving as
- 11:46Speaker 1: vice president in two thousand and nine.
- 11:49Speaker 2: It's easy, by the way, to keep election years.
- 11:51Speaker 1: You know, you're elected in eight and then re elected
- 11:54Speaker 1: in twelve, and then after twelve, that means you leave
- 11:58Speaker 1: office in sixteen. Yet the president of the United States
- 12:01Speaker 1: of America didn't know when he started serving as vice
- 12:05Speaker 1: president or when it ended. Quote in two thousand and
- 12:08Speaker 1: nine and nine, Am I still vice president?
- 12:12Speaker 2: He questioned again.
- 12:14Speaker 1: In addition, the transcript showed that Biden could not recall
- 12:17Speaker 1: many details of where the classified documents found his home
- 12:21Speaker 1: were stored or what the contents actually were.
- 12:25Speaker 2: Her asked the President about a.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Second cachet of boxes found behind a rocking chair. He
- 12:31Speaker 1: responded angrily, I have no gd idea. I didn't even
- 12:36Speaker 1: bother to go through them. The President responded. He also
- 12:40Speaker 1: could not recall apparently multiple instances where he allegedly pulled
- 12:43Speaker 1: out classified documents to discuss those documents with his staff,
- 12:47Speaker 1: who were not clear to hear them, saying this quote,
- 12:50Speaker 1: I don't recall that, insisted Biden when asked about pulling
- 12:54Speaker 1: out information from a binder and sharing it with his team.
- 12:58Speaker 1: He also told Robert Hurry that he could not remember
- 13:00Speaker 1: finding any classified stuff downstairs, despite what he told the
- 13:06Speaker 1: ghostwriter of his book about classified documents, saying, quote, the
- 13:11Speaker 1: only thing I can remember is I wanted to be
- 13:14Speaker 1: clear to him that I didn't want what he just
- 13:17Speaker 1: heard me say. I didn't want any of that mentioned.
- 13:21Speaker 1: It was confidential, Biden said during the interview. In addition,
- 13:25Speaker 1: the special prosecutor Her asked how classified materials got into
- 13:28Speaker 1: the boxes found in his Delaware garage next to his corvette.
- 13:33Speaker 2: His response, no, I don't remember how it got.
- 13:35Speaker 1: I don't remember how a beat up box got into
- 13:37Speaker 1: the garage, Biden replied, irritated. During the interview, he joked
- 13:43Speaker 1: around about the FBI's raid of his homes to find
- 13:46Speaker 1: classified information, saying, I just hope you didn't find any
- 13:50Speaker 1: risky pictures of my wife in a bathing suit, which
- 13:54Speaker 1: you probably did.
- 13:55Speaker 2: She's beautiful, he added. He also riff that.
- 14:00Speaker 1: The FBI quote knows my house better than I do,
- 14:03Speaker 1: when he was being asked about the details of classified
- 14:06Speaker 1: materials found scattered around his home. Now, the former Special
- 14:11Speaker 1: Counsel Robert Hurr gave his testimony to Capitol Hill and
- 14:16Speaker 1: confirmed everything that I just told you was in the transcript.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Her was appointed, as you know, by the Attorneyinal Merrick
- 14:24Speaker 1: Garland in January of twenty twenty two to investigate the
- 14:27Speaker 1: President's handling of classified files based on a range of areas,
- 14:31Speaker 1: including Afghanistan.
- 14:33Speaker 2: So what did he say? What did her say about
- 14:36Speaker 2: all of this?
- 14:37Speaker 1: Well, her, in his own words, he made it very
- 14:40Speaker 1: clear the president of the United States of America. Quote Willfully.
- 14:46Speaker 1: I want to say that again, Willfully kept classified documents.
- 14:51Speaker 1: It wasn't an accident.
- 14:53Speaker 4: My team and I conducted a thorough, independent investigation. We
- 14:57Speaker 4: identified evidence that the President will bully retained classified materials
- 15:02Speaker 4: after the end of his vice presidency when he was
- 15:04Speaker 4: a private citizen. This evidence included an audio recorded conversation
- 15:09Speaker 4: during which mister Biden told his ghostwriter that he had
- 15:12Speaker 4: quote just found all the classified stuff downstairs end quote.
- 15:17Speaker 4: When mister Biden said this, he was a private citizen
- 15:20Speaker 4: speaking to his ghostwriter in his private rental home in Virginia.
- 15:24Speaker 1: So to be clear, Robert Hurry saying, the President United
- 15:28Speaker 1: States of America knew he had these documents. Willfully kept
- 15:31Speaker 1: those documents. It wasn't an accident. In other words, it
- 15:35Speaker 1: was on purpose. Her left the Justice Department by the
- 15:40Speaker 1: way to testify on Capitol Hill, and he made it
- 15:44Speaker 1: clear that, yes, the President of the United States of
- 15:48Speaker 1: America did break laws. However, we decided not to prosecute
- 15:52Speaker 1: President Biden because of Biden's cognitive fitness for office and
- 15:57Speaker 1: how the commander in chief wilfully retained those documents. In
- 16:00Speaker 1: interviews with investigators quote, Biden became muddled about the dates
- 16:04Speaker 1: he was vice president and cannot even remember the year
- 16:07Speaker 1: in which his son bo died, and it set his
- 16:10Speaker 1: cavalier attitude to classified documents, such as habit of reading
- 16:15Speaker 1: sense of files to a ghostwriter, posed a significant national
- 16:18Speaker 1: security threat.
- 16:20Speaker 2: That is what they said.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Robert Hurst said one of the reasons they decided not
- 16:25Speaker 1: to press charges was because at trial, quote, mister Biden
- 16:28Speaker 1: would likely present himself to a jury as he did
- 16:32Speaker 1: during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well meaning elderly.
- 16:36Speaker 2: Man with a poor memory.
- 16:38Speaker 1: So all you got to do is act like you're
- 16:40Speaker 1: old and can't remember anything, and you can get away
- 16:43Speaker 1: with stealing classified documents and lying about it.
- 16:48Speaker 2: That's pretty interesting, isn't it. Yes?
- 16:51Speaker 1: ABC News even they ran this headline transcript from Documents
- 16:56Speaker 1: probe contradicts Biden's accounts of exchange with her over son's death.
- 17:02Speaker 1: So they're even willing to tell you that this actually happened. Again,
- 17:07Speaker 1: the ex special counsel stands by not charging Joe Biden,
- 17:11Speaker 1: and is said, all along, I did an investigation. I
- 17:13Speaker 1: think he was guilty of keeping classified documents.
- 17:17Speaker 2: But what am I supposed to do.
- 17:18Speaker 1: With that, because I know if I charge him, all
- 17:22Speaker 1: they're going to do before a jury is say that
- 17:26Speaker 1: he was a sympathetic, well meaning elderly man with a
- 17:29Speaker 1: poor memory, and therefore they would not convict him. So
- 17:34Speaker 1: does it really matter? Game over, We don't care anymore.
- 17:37Speaker 1: We'll just cover up the crimes of the president. Now,
- 17:40Speaker 1: while all this is happening, I just have to point
- 17:42Speaker 1: out something else that's important to me, and that is this.
- 17:48Speaker 1: If the President of the United States of America, by
- 17:50Speaker 1: his own DOJ is described as a senile old man
- 17:54Speaker 1: that can't remember anything to the point where he shouldn't
- 17:57Speaker 1: be charged with criminal activity because no one would convict
- 18:01Speaker 1: him because they feel sorry for him because of how
- 18:03Speaker 1: old and senile he is, then why is he running
- 18:07Speaker 1: for reelection for another four and a half years as
- 18:10Speaker 1: being the president of the United States of America. That's
- 18:14Speaker 1: a big question that everybody in this country should be asking.
- 18:18Speaker 2: Now.
- 18:18Speaker 1: If the president is this cognitive, this has this much
- 18:23Speaker 1: of a cognitive decline, and what we understand is this
- 18:26Speaker 1: audio is so damning they're being forced to say executive
- 18:31Speaker 1: privilege is why they can't share it with the American people.
- 18:35Speaker 1: And if that is true, that this audio is in
- 18:39Speaker 1: fact that damaging to the president, and that people would
- 18:42Speaker 1: look at it, hear it, see it, and just would
- 18:45Speaker 1: be like, all right, well, we're out right, like we
- 18:47Speaker 1: can't do this anymore. This guy's clearly long gone mentally
- 18:52Speaker 1: and he shouldn't be president of the United States of America.
- 18:55Speaker 2: Then I go back to what I said earlier.
- 18:58Speaker 1: It's a president of the United States America that has
- 19:01Speaker 1: everybody around him that's protecting him at all costs because
- 19:04Speaker 1: they don't want to lose their influence and their power.
- 19:07Speaker 1: And one of the reason why I say they don't
- 19:09Speaker 1: want to lose their influence and their power is because
- 19:12Speaker 1: if the president is in fact this compromise cognitively, then
- 19:16Speaker 1: everybody else around him that is making the decisions for
- 19:19Speaker 1: him has as much power as in essence the president
- 19:23Speaker 1: of the United States of America. Think about that high
- 19:26Speaker 1: If you have a president that is incapacitated that you're
- 19:30Speaker 1: having to hold his hand, you're having to remind him
- 19:32Speaker 1: of dates, you're having to remind him of when he
- 19:34Speaker 1: was the vice president, you have to remind him when
- 19:36Speaker 1: his son died.
- 19:37Speaker 2: The list goes on and on.
- 19:39Speaker 1: Think about how easy it would be to convince him
- 19:41Speaker 1: to walk out there and say something that maybe he
- 19:43Speaker 1: doesn't even really believe, just because the staff says, we
- 19:47Speaker 1: need to just support this bill or this legislation or
- 19:50Speaker 1: this foreign policy initiative, like for example, taking your hand
- 19:55Speaker 1: off of Israel. Now it should make a whole lot
- 19:58Speaker 1: more sense to a lot of you. Yesterday I sat
- 20:03Speaker 1: down with centaor Ted Cruz, as many of you know,
- 20:05Speaker 1: I co host a podcast with him, and I asked
- 20:07Speaker 1: him what Congress's response is going to be to this
- 20:10Speaker 1: and holding what it looks like to hold Merrit Garland
- 20:13Speaker 1: in contempt if Republicans are able to move forward, and
- 20:17Speaker 1: is the president in trouble? Will we ever hear this audio?
- 20:20Speaker 1: And will we hear it before or after election? A
- 20:23Speaker 1: day if we do get to hear it, I want
- 20:25Speaker 1: you to hear what Senator Ted Cruz had to say.
- 20:28Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 20:29Speaker 1: The excuse for not prosecuting Joe Biden for having classified
- 20:34Speaker 1: documents that he'd had for decades right up dating Gaser
- 20:40Speaker 1: was that he's just too old and feeble, and we
- 20:42Speaker 1: couldn't get a conviction because the excuse would be he's
- 20:46Speaker 1: too old to convict and doesn't know what he's doing anymore.
- 20:49Speaker 1: Yet he's the president of the United States of America
- 20:51Speaker 1: with the nuclear codes.
- 20:53Speaker 2: Well, that's exactly right.
- 20:55Speaker 6: So to convict someone of a criminal crime, you've got
- 20:59Speaker 6: to make the case that they have the MENSRAA mensrea
- 21:02Speaker 6: is the legal term for the intent that they're knowingly
- 21:06Speaker 6: and willingly violating the criminal law. What Robert Hurst said
- 21:10Speaker 6: is you could not convince a jury that Joe Biden
- 21:15Speaker 6: had the mens rea to violate the law, even though
- 21:17Speaker 6: he did so repeatedly, knowingly, that he openly, brazenly, shamelessly.
- 21:25Speaker 6: But what her said is, and by the way, he
- 21:27Speaker 6: said this on behalf of the Biden Justice Department. He said,
- 21:31Speaker 6: any jury would conclude that the Biden was too old
- 21:35Speaker 6: and seni island forgetful, that he could not realize he
- 21:39Speaker 6: was committing felonies and so you couldn't prosecute it for him.
- 21:43Speaker 1: It's amazing that's the excuse for the president of the
- 21:45Speaker 1: United States of America. Yet he's apparently in good enough
- 21:49Speaker 1: shape to run for reelection and be president for another
- 21:51Speaker 1: four years.
- 21:53Speaker 6: Like you mentioned a minute ago, that he has the
- 21:56Speaker 6: nuclear codes. Understand the Biden Department of Justice, as publicly
- 22:01Speaker 6: maintained to the American people, Joe Biden is not competent
- 22:05Speaker 6: to stand trial, and yet he is competent to be
- 22:10Speaker 6: the commander in chief to have the nuclear codes. And
- 22:13Speaker 6: let's be clear, if Joe Biden tonight decided to annihilate
- 22:17Speaker 6: humanity and to fire nuclear weapons at our enemies, he
- 22:22Speaker 6: could exterminate human beings from existence. And yet according to
- 22:26Speaker 6: the Biden DOJ, he's not competence stand trial.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Only only in Biden's America, as as possible. The Speaker
- 22:34Speaker 1: of the House, by the way, he has come out
- 22:37Speaker 1: and said he is very concerned about this issue as
- 22:40Speaker 1: well from the House side.
- 22:42Speaker 2: Here is what he said earlier.
- 22:44Speaker 5: But first I want to address the breaking news from
- 22:47Speaker 5: this morning. About an hour ago, we learned that that
- 22:50Speaker 5: President Biden has invoked executive privilege to prevent the American
- 22:54Speaker 5: people from hearing the audio recordings of his testimony with
- 22:57Speaker 5: Special Counsel Robert Hurt. The American people will not be
- 23:02Speaker 5: able to hear why prosecutors felt the President of the
- 23:05Speaker 5: United States was, in Special Counsel Robert Hirst's words, a
- 23:10Speaker 5: quote elderly man with a poor memory and thus shouldn't
- 23:14Speaker 5: be charged. Just think about that for a moment. President
- 23:18Speaker 5: Biden is apparently afraid for the citizens of this country
- 23:22Speaker 5: and everyone to hear those tapes. They obviously confirm what
- 23:25Speaker 5: the Special Council has found and would likely cause. I suppose,
- 23:30Speaker 5: in his estimation such alarm with the American people that
- 23:33Speaker 5: the President is using all of his power to suppress
- 23:36Speaker 5: their release, and rather than defend our closest ally at war,
- 23:42Speaker 5: President Biden is using his authority to defend himself politically.
- 23:49Speaker 1: I mean, it adds up, doesn't it. It's so damning
- 23:51Speaker 1: that we got to do this at all costs. Protect it,
- 23:54Speaker 1: make sure it never gets out there, make sure we
- 23:56Speaker 1: don't see the light of this sees the light of day.
- 23:59Speaker 1: And the next question his center for you is okay, well,
- 24:01Speaker 1: then what happens next on this? Is there a way
- 24:04Speaker 1: to get these recordings out there?
- 24:07Speaker 6: So the Speaker of the House is precisely right. What
- 24:12Speaker 6: this tells us is these recordings are bad. They are damning,
- 24:17Speaker 6: they are embarrassing. They are the sources of things that
- 24:19Speaker 6: if you listen to them, the natural inference from the
- 24:24Speaker 6: fact that they're fighting so hard and they're making a
- 24:27Speaker 6: demonstrably frivolous legal claim to protect them. It is that
- 24:32Speaker 6: the White House has determined, Holy cow, people heard this,
- 24:36Speaker 6: they would say, Joe Biden is utterly incompetent to be president.
- 24:40Speaker 6: That Robert Hurror, the Special counsel, was right, he's not
- 24:44Speaker 6: competent to stand trial. If you're not competent to stand trial,
- 24:48Speaker 6: you're not competent to be president of the United States.
- 24:50Speaker 6: You're not competent to be the commander in chief of
- 24:52Speaker 6: the United States military.
- 24:54Speaker 1: And it's not just you're saying what they were talking
- 24:56Speaker 1: about on the recording, which would be damning enough on
- 24:58Speaker 1: the substance and the subject matter, but it's also about
- 25:02Speaker 1: the incompetency that then can be used against him, and
- 25:05Speaker 1: the American people would see, basically, pull back the curtain
- 25:08Speaker 1: and this is what the guy running your country really
- 25:10Speaker 1: is like?
- 25:11Speaker 2: Right now? Are you going to give him a chance
- 25:12Speaker 2: to run it for another four years? Right?
- 25:14Speaker 6: Look, My assumption is the audio is incredibly damning. Remember
- 25:20Speaker 6: we talked about when Robert Hurr was appointed. Robert Hurr
- 25:23Speaker 6: had been the right hand to Rod Rosenstein, the Deputy
- 25:28Speaker 6: Attorney General who had been Barack Obama's US attorney in Maryland.
- 25:34Speaker 6: Rod Rosenstein is responsible for much of the abuse of
- 25:37Speaker 6: power we saw in the DOJ. He's responsible for appointing
- 25:41Speaker 6: Robert Muller to and as the Special Counsel to investigate Russia, Russia, Russia.
- 25:46Speaker 6: And when Robert Hurr was first appointed, we said, look,
- 25:51Speaker 6: what will reveal whether mister Hurr is actually doing his
- 25:55Speaker 6: job is whether he's willing to go after Joe Biden.
- 25:58Speaker 6: If he just if he walls off any evidence of
- 26:03Speaker 6: criminality from Joe Biden, that will be an incredibly damning conclusion. Now,
- 26:07Speaker 6: I will say his report was frankly better than you
- 26:11Speaker 6: and I expected, because his report on its face concluded, yes,
- 26:16Speaker 6: Joe Biden is a criminal. He's a felon. He violated
- 26:19Speaker 6: the criminal law over and over and over again. He
- 26:22Speaker 6: knew he was violating, he said he was violating, he
- 26:25Speaker 6: didn't care, he was brazen. But then the reason that
- 26:32Speaker 6: mister Hirst said he was not going to recommend charges
- 26:36Speaker 6: against Joe Biden exactly like the charges that were being
- 26:39Speaker 6: brought against Donald Trump for the same offense, is because
- 26:43Speaker 6: he said Joe Biden's not competent to stand trial. Now,
- 26:47Speaker 6: Democrats were horrified at the second part of that conclusion
- 26:50Speaker 6: because they're like, no, don't reveal, pay no attention to
- 26:54Speaker 6: the man behind the curtain, do not reveal that the
- 26:56Speaker 6: Wizard of Oz is a fake and a fraud. Now, listen,
- 27:00Speaker 6: you and I have talked about We're three and a
- 27:03Speaker 6: half years into the Biden presidency. You know how many
- 27:05Speaker 6: times I've talked to Joe Biden since he became president.
- 27:08Speaker 1: I'm assuming it's still zero zero, not one. And that's
- 27:12Speaker 1: not normal. So people understand how it normally works. It
- 27:16Speaker 1: is absolutely weird and bizarre. When Barack Obama was president,
- 27:20Speaker 1: I talked to him regularly. When Donald Trump was president,
- 27:24Speaker 1: I talk to him every week and sometimes every day.
- 27:28Speaker 1: And I got to say, it is an amazing thing.
- 27:30Speaker 1: And by the way, you might say, Okay, Cruz, he's
- 27:33Speaker 1: a right winger. Maybe just Biden doesn't talk to him.
- 27:36Speaker 1: Biden has talked to virtually zero Republican senators. Is that
- 27:42Speaker 1: because they're hiding him from I'm being serious, because they say,
- 27:46Speaker 1: you guy, it's better to it's better to protect him
- 27:50Speaker 1: and shield him from y'all so that you don't understand
- 27:53Speaker 1: how diminished he is.
- 27:54Speaker 6: Is that part of it? Absolutely? So listen, the Republican Senators.
- 27:59Speaker 6: We have launch to get every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday,
- 28:02Speaker 6: so three days a week we have lunch together. We
- 28:05Speaker 6: talk regularly at lunch about how weird it is that
- 28:09Speaker 6: none of us have talked to Joe Biden. Actually, there's
- 28:13Speaker 6: an interesting story. We were sitting there at lunch talking
- 28:17Speaker 6: and the only center at the table with me who
- 28:19Speaker 6: had spoken with Joe Biden was John Kennedy. John is
- 28:22Speaker 6: a great friend. He's a fantastic guy, amazing sense of humor.
- 28:26Speaker 6: John told the story at lunch. He said, listen, I
- 28:28Speaker 6: spoke with Biden once and it was fairly early on
- 28:32Speaker 6: in the Biden presidency. And there was a bill that
- 28:35Speaker 6: John had authored that passed, and it was a bipartisan bill.
- 28:39Speaker 6: And John said, look, they wanted to do a signing
- 28:42Speaker 6: ceremony in the Oval office, you know, presumably to show
- 28:47Speaker 6: they were bipartisan. Look what we're doing together in this
- 28:49Speaker 6: great and so John said, he went to that signing ceremony.
- 28:52Speaker 6: He was in the Oval and he said, Biden in
- 28:55Speaker 6: the middle of the conversations, in the middle of the
- 28:58Speaker 6: signing ceremony, struck up a conversation with John, and Biden said, hey, Hey, John,
- 29:02Speaker 6: have you ever been to the cabinet room? And John
- 29:05Speaker 6: Kennedy being John Kennedy, he said, I lied, and I
- 29:08Speaker 6: said no, and Biden immediately says, well, come on, let
- 29:12Speaker 6: me take you over there. So he goes over to
- 29:14Speaker 6: the cabinet room and John said, Biden begins telling war
- 29:18Speaker 6: stories and they were from forty or fifty years ago,
- 29:22Speaker 6: and he's just talking about things that happened decades ago,
- 29:25Speaker 6: and he's telling it, telling him on and on and on,
- 29:27Speaker 6: and the Biden White House staff is freaking out and
- 29:32Speaker 6: they're going, miss President, as President, you need to go,
- 29:33Speaker 6: you need to go to your next meeting. They were
- 29:35Speaker 6: really worried that Biden is talking to John Kennedy, and
- 29:39Speaker 6: Biden apparently like gave him the back of the hand
- 29:41Speaker 6: and said, shut up, I'm telling stories. And Kennedy said
- 29:45Speaker 6: that Biden spent forty five minutes telling war stories and
- 29:50Speaker 6: it was like it was like your grandfather reliving World
- 29:54Speaker 6: War Two. Yeah, but that is and it's worth noting,
- 30:00Speaker 6: by the way, all of us know Joe Biden, remember
- 30:04Speaker 6: he was a man of the Senate. He spent forty
- 30:05Speaker 6: years in the Senate. Joe Biden swore me into the Senate.
- 30:09Speaker 6: When I was first elected in twenty twelve, the person
- 30:11Speaker 6: who delivered my oath of office was Joe Biden. So it
- 30:15Speaker 6: is weird that the White House staff keeps him hidden
- 30:19Speaker 6: from us. And the natural assumption is that his mental
- 30:23Speaker 6: diminishment is so great that they cannot let him speak
- 30:27Speaker 6: to us. And so you put that in the context
- 30:30Speaker 6: of this Robert Hurr interview. Understand the claim of executive
- 30:34Speaker 6: privilege is absurd because Robert Hurr was not meeting with
- 30:39Speaker 6: him as a subservient employee discussing the administration's policy. Rather,
- 30:44Speaker 6: Robert Hurr was appointed as a special counsel to investigate
- 30:48Speaker 6: did the President commit criminal conduct? By the way he concluded,
- 30:51Speaker 6: the answer is yes.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Don't forget Share this podcast please on social media wherever
- 30:57Speaker 1: you are, and if you would write us a five
- 30:59Speaker 1: star review wherever you're listening, it helps us tremendously reach
