Tipp Today- Cllr Joe Behan- 081026

A video that was meant to be a fairly routine council update on his page has taken a very different turn — racking up more than half a million views and, perhaps more importantly, giving plenty of people a good laugh...Let’s hear a little from the video. Leanne got in touch with Joe last night to see if he’d come on and tell us the story — and he joins me on the line now. Joe, good morning!
