- 2:20Speaker 1: You know I get tired sometimes on my journey. I'm
- 2:23Speaker 1: not gonna kid you. UM. Trying to make something about
- 2:28Speaker 1: yourself is is a task. Um. If you want to
- 2:34Speaker 1: attempt to do something and and and understand going in
- 2:40Speaker 1: that that the if the thing you're trying to do
- 2:42Speaker 1: is to improve yourself, to better your position, to better
- 2:47Speaker 1: your relationship, your family, anything, you're trying to be a
- 2:52Speaker 1: better you. You're trying to make more money, you're trying
- 2:56Speaker 1: to get it together, you're trying to change if any
- 3:01Speaker 1: of those things in your hopes and dreams. Know this
- 3:06Speaker 1: right here, you are about to face some challenges. But
- 3:12Speaker 1: you might as well go ahead anyway and face those challenges,
- 3:16Speaker 1: because if you don't, you have a whole another set
- 3:19Speaker 1: of challenges to face. You know, it's a it's a
- 3:22Speaker 1: It's an amazing thing. Man, How people sit around and
- 3:26Speaker 1: they watch other people strike out to become successful. They
- 3:30Speaker 1: sit in the stands watching these people play out these games,
- 3:34Speaker 1: and they and they and they criticize, They boo, they
- 3:38Speaker 1: laugh at their efforts and everything, and they talk about
- 3:41Speaker 1: the fairies. He missed that game when it shot. Boy,
- 3:44Speaker 1: he sucked. Man, he did this. He ain't worth that
- 3:47Speaker 1: man high in the world. She stepped on that line
- 3:50Speaker 1: right there. That man, she can't shoot nothing. She made
- 3:53Speaker 1: a shot all day. Man. You see this guy, he
- 3:55Speaker 1: aired everybody dunking on him. This dude right here, man,
- 3:58Speaker 1: he ain't he ain't he ain't been on base in
- 4:01Speaker 1: thirty five games. Man, This dude right here ain't nothing.
- 4:04Speaker 1: They're paying him all that money. I hear people who
- 4:08Speaker 1: sitting stands who criticize, people who are out there on
- 4:14Speaker 1: the playing field. Now, when you're on the playing field,
- 4:19Speaker 1: you have a set of challenges in front of you.
- 4:22Speaker 1: You're going to be open to criticism. You're going to
- 4:25Speaker 1: be open to ridicule. You're going to be talked about
- 4:29Speaker 1: when you don't know the people who are talking about you. Now,
- 4:36Speaker 1: here's the upside to being the player on the field
- 4:41Speaker 1: that's facing all the challenges, to criticisms, the laughing, the joke,
- 4:45Speaker 1: to being talked about. He has something going for him.
- 4:52Speaker 1: This person, boy, woman, child, girl, man has an opportunity
- 4:58Speaker 1: to win. They have an opportunity to win. And then
- 5:04Speaker 1: the game of life. Just because you lose one of
- 5:08Speaker 1: the games, or you lose one of the matches, it
- 5:12Speaker 1: don't mean you've lost. You don't get put out. You
- 5:15Speaker 1: keep playing. And when you're playing, here's the upside. You
- 5:21Speaker 1: have the opportunity to win. And but guess what, You're
- 5:24Speaker 1: gonna win some of the matches. You're gonna win some
- 5:27Speaker 1: of the points. You're gonna make some of the dunks.
- 5:29Speaker 1: You're gonna hit some of them over the wall. You're
- 5:31Speaker 1: gonna hit some of out the park. You're gonna score
- 5:33Speaker 1: some goals. You will if you're playing the game. Here's
- 5:39Speaker 1: the problem with the people who don't face criticism, who
- 5:44Speaker 1: nobody bools or cheers for, who sits in the stands
- 5:49Speaker 1: and knows neither victory nor defeat. Those people, without realizing it,
- 5:58Speaker 1: are facing a set of challenges also, And the challenges
- 6:02Speaker 1: they're facing is how I'm gonna live with myself? What
- 6:07Speaker 1: I'm gonna do? Now? What direction am I going in?
- 6:15Speaker 1: Where am I gonna live? Wonder what job or hire me?
- 6:23Speaker 1: I wonder if I can get paid for criticize? Oh
- 6:27Speaker 1: woe is me? I can't find the purpose in my life.
- 6:35Speaker 1: And man, I'm just waking up in a state of confusion.
- 6:37Speaker 1: I don't know what to do. Now. Let me ask
- 6:40Speaker 1: you something which one of them said, of challenges you'd
- 6:43Speaker 1: rather be faced with. Because if I'm on the flow playing,
- 6:47Speaker 1: if I'm on the field playing, if I'm out on
- 6:50Speaker 1: the court playing, then guess what I got a chance
- 6:54Speaker 1: at winning? But guess what I'm doing every day while
- 6:57Speaker 1: I'm playing. I'm strategizing. I'm waking up with a purpose.
- 7:01Speaker 1: I'm waking up trying to come up with another angle.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I'm in pursuit of a goal every single day. Versus
- 7:12Speaker 1: the people in the stands who know neither victory nor defeat.
- 7:21Speaker 1: But they got the nerve to boot. They got the
- 7:24Speaker 1: nerve to criticize any time I see him, he got
- 7:28Speaker 1: that on any time, and he think he is he think,
- 7:31Speaker 1: do you do you know people like that? Of course
- 7:33Speaker 1: you do. Now you gotta and you gotta make sure
- 7:37Speaker 1: though that you're not the person that we're talking about.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Get on the field, get on the court, get in
- 7:46Speaker 1: the game. Face the challenges. Better yourself, better your wife,
- 7:51Speaker 1: better your children, better your condition, better your employment status,
- 7:54Speaker 1: better your job, better your career, start your business, man,
- 7:58Speaker 1: invest take a shot. Come on, man, what you're waiting on?
- 8:02Speaker 1: Because the alternative is to watch other people play the game?
- 8:08Speaker 1: You know what I just do? Sometimes sometimes I just
- 8:11Speaker 1: I get Forbes magazine or Money magazine, or sometimes I
- 8:15Speaker 1: still grab a copy of the Robb Report. I just
- 8:19Speaker 1: flipped through it just to see get I used to
- 8:21Speaker 1: get these this book called Unique Homes. Unique Homes is
- 8:25Speaker 1: a magazine that just has a lot of extravagant houses
- 8:29Speaker 1: that's on sale across the country, across the world. I
- 8:31Speaker 1: used just flipped through. Man. Let me just see, man,
- 8:35Speaker 1: what the people that's playing the game out there doing
- 8:38Speaker 1: stop watching other people become successful when you could very
- 8:42Speaker 1: easily be you if you make the decision. But when
- 8:46Speaker 1: you make the decision to become successful, get ready for
- 8:49Speaker 1: a series of challenges. But if you don't accept the challenge, man,
- 8:55Speaker 1: look at the challenges you face with that's the hard part. Man.
- 9:00Speaker 1: For me, personally, I think it's harder to be nothing.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Me personally, I think it's more difficult not to accept
- 9:09Speaker 1: the challenge. I think it's for me. This is just
- 9:13Speaker 1: for me. It may not be the case for you.
- 9:15Speaker 1: For me, I think it's far more difficult to wake
- 9:17Speaker 1: up and just see how life gonna go today, because man,
- 9:20Speaker 1: it could just deal you any kind of hand today.
- 9:25Speaker 1: You understand, I don't like you know, spades. Let's let's
- 9:31Speaker 1: talk a card game, folks, down the game of spades. Really, man,
- 9:34Speaker 1: ain't a whole lot you can do if you don't
- 9:36Speaker 1: get no spades. Really, it's a little couple of little
- 9:39Speaker 1: strategies you're gonna do. But you can have all this ace, king, queen, diamond,
- 9:43Speaker 1: all you want. But man, you ain't got no spades.
- 9:45Speaker 1: They're cutting them. You're in trouble. Be it whis different
- 9:49Speaker 1: game you can create what's in your hand. You got
- 9:53Speaker 1: dealt a hand too. But you can create a hand.
- 9:56Speaker 1: You can call a trump. You can make diamonds your spades.
- 10:00Speaker 1: You can make it hard to clubs your spades. That's
- 10:03Speaker 1: what I'm saying. That's what you can do something with it.
- 10:05Speaker 1: It's a different game, man. You can strategize. I would
- 10:09Speaker 1: rather have a say so in my life than to
- 10:11Speaker 1: wake up every day and just see how it's going.
- 10:13Speaker 1: I think it's more difficult to not accept the challenge
- 10:17Speaker 1: to be something than it is to accept the challenge
- 10:20Speaker 1: to be something. I think it's more difficult to sit
- 10:23Speaker 1: around and not be nothing. I think it's harder to
- 10:25Speaker 1: watch everybody's life going somewhere but mine. I think it
- 10:28Speaker 1: would be very difficult for me to sit here and
- 10:31Speaker 1: hear them talking about other people that never mentioned my name.
- 10:34Speaker 1: I would be difficult for me to see everybody rise
- 10:37Speaker 1: and getting promotions accept me. That would be difficult for me.
- 10:41Speaker 1: It may not be for you, but for me it
- 10:43Speaker 1: would be quite challenging. I would rather accept the challenge
- 10:46Speaker 1: of making something out of my life than to sit
- 10:49Speaker 1: there and criticize those and then watch and see how
- 10:53Speaker 1: my life just may go okay, just a thought today
- 10:57Speaker 1: you're show ladies and gentlemen, here we are. Let me
- 11:04Speaker 1: have y'all divided, Attencher please Steve Harvey Morning Show. It's
- 11:07Speaker 1: in full effect. Good morning everybody. Started with Sherley Strawberry.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Good morning Steve and the collar for good morning. Happy.
- 11:15Speaker 1: Let's get it. Pivot Jr. Morning Up, King of Pranks,
- 11:19Speaker 1: your side top of the morning. A big dog. I'm
- 11:24Speaker 1: pretty good man, I um have coming on the show
- 11:30Speaker 1: my talk show. Uh the young lady, Uh you forgot it? Yeah?
- 11:39Speaker 1: Information under the bus really good? I got he started
- 11:47Speaker 1: off good, good, strong? Is it? Naomi Naomi Cohaska? I Uh?
- 11:57Speaker 1: The US Open champ who beats Serena. Yeah, yeah, she
- 12:02Speaker 1: was a bad girl. I really love the way Serena
- 12:05Speaker 1: treated her. She was really really class. When they started
- 12:10Speaker 1: booing at the end, they went, no, no, no, this
- 12:13Speaker 1: is her first major you know. Stephen A Smith, friend
- 12:17Speaker 1: to the show, Uh, disagrees with Serena Williams and her
- 12:22Speaker 1: whole approach to what happened a lot of people. Yeah,
- 12:30Speaker 1: Stephen as wrong. First of all. First of all, she
- 12:33Speaker 1: had every right to say you're a thief. You took
- 12:36Speaker 1: a this man took a game from her, not a point,
- 12:40Speaker 1: a whole game. You don't do that to a person
- 12:43Speaker 1: in the finals. There are a lot of people who
- 12:47Speaker 1: then broke their racket playing tennant. When men get emotional,
- 12:52Speaker 1: they don't get fined and get games. And a lot
- 12:55Speaker 1: of men came to her defense. A lot of tennis
- 13:00Speaker 1: players came to her defension. The guy was out of line.
- 13:02Speaker 1: He overreacted. She couldn't handled a little bit better. But
- 13:06Speaker 1: she made enough good statements. I have a daughter that
- 13:10Speaker 1: I'm trying to raise the right weight. That was good.
- 13:14Speaker 1: Then she said I'd never cheat. I would rather lose
- 13:19Speaker 1: than cheat. That was good. Those were great lins. You
- 13:26Speaker 1: owed me an apology. All that was good stuff. She
- 13:32Speaker 1: did it, she did it the right way. It was.
- 13:34Speaker 1: It was a lot, but she got a point of claws. Yeah,
- 13:38Speaker 1: she stood up for herself. She stood up for all women,
- 13:41Speaker 1: and that was her purpose. She wanted to do that.
- 13:43Speaker 1: She has the right to get emotional men and get emotional.
- 13:46Speaker 1: But you should have heard the men, the Mayle tennis players.
- 13:49Speaker 1: He Mayle tennis playing said I regret this, but I
- 13:53Speaker 1: said far worse than that, and ain't nobody took no game.
- 13:58Speaker 1: How many tennis rackets have and broken alone. Thank you, Yes,
- 14:05Speaker 1: I broke, but I was running towards it and failed
- 14:10Speaker 1: and jammed it into the poet. Really man, congratulations for
- 14:20Speaker 1: having miss Osaka on the show. All right, listen another day,
- 14:24Speaker 1: another another collection of audio tape. Shall we say from
- 14:29Speaker 1: the one and only Amar Rossa. We'll be back and
- 14:35Speaker 1: then the remix? Right, all right, Uh, we'll be back
- 14:40Speaker 1: at a thirty two after Right after this, you're listening
- 14:44Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys, did
- 14:47Speaker 1: you happen to catch amar Rossa on the view? Uh? Yeah.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Amar Rossa isn't just releasing more takes that she recently
- 14:55Speaker 1: recorded at the White House. She's also amping up the
- 14:58Speaker 1: sharing of her feelings about as in Trump. In the
- 15:01Speaker 1: latest tape, samar Rosa said that President Trump believed that
- 15:05Speaker 1: the real Russia story is Hillary and collusion. WHOOPI Goldberg Ruby, Yeah,
- 15:10Speaker 1: Hillary and collusion, not Trump and collusion. Yeah. Uh, whoopy
- 15:15Speaker 1: said that amar Rosa basically lied to the American people.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Take a listen. Do you think y'all knowingly lied to
- 15:22Speaker 1: the American people? Oh? Absolutely? I would have left that
- 15:25Speaker 1: meeting where you just heard Donald Trump discussed how to
- 15:29Speaker 1: obstruct justice by going through a law firm so that
- 15:32Speaker 1: he could protect whatever crime. And he was insinuating that
- 15:35Speaker 1: Hillary did this. We now know that he actually did
- 15:38Speaker 1: that with the National Choir and possibly Stormy, and we
- 15:41Speaker 1: would have to go out as the COMPS team and
- 15:43Speaker 1: repeat verbatim what you just heard that Hillary Clinton was
- 15:46Speaker 1: involved with for the Russia collusion, that she was engaged
- 15:50Speaker 1: in some criminal activity. Because he said it, we would
- 15:53Speaker 1: repeat what the president said. These are junior com staffers
- 15:56Speaker 1: that were in this meeting when the President came in
- 15:59Speaker 1: and told those blatant lies to them, and then we
- 16:02Speaker 1: would go out as you heard Hope Picks, Sarah Huckaby
- 16:05Speaker 1: Sanders and repeat those lies. She would repeat those lives
- 16:08Speaker 1: from the podium in the press room. Yeah, we get
- 16:11Speaker 1: it all. But I mean she got an album call
- 16:17Speaker 1: it coming Out, Love It Wow. I mean she admitted
- 16:22Speaker 1: that they live and we knew it anyway, but to
- 16:25Speaker 1: have someone actually admitted it. Ain't too many people admitting
- 16:30Speaker 1: to lack the truth matters though. They make it seem
- 16:33Speaker 1: like the truth is just nothing. No, the truth doesn't
- 16:36Speaker 1: matter anymore to them. To them, yeah it matters though, No, no, no,
- 16:40Speaker 1: they far and Away could care less. You know, it's
- 16:44Speaker 1: hard to sit through this and watch this White House.
- 16:48Speaker 1: All of this can be fixed if we vote. That's it.
- 16:53Speaker 1: That's it. Please register to let me tell you something.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Yet we voted last time. Yeah, he he lost by
- 17:02Speaker 1: three million popular votes, so we voted. The problem was
- 17:09Speaker 1: that elect Toro business got him in. But if we
- 17:13Speaker 1: don't vote in the right places that elect that same
- 17:16Speaker 1: elect to get him in again. And our Democrats who
- 17:20Speaker 1: are running, Steve cannot take our votes for granted, they can't.
- 17:24Speaker 1: I don't like Hillary. Like Hillary didn't go to certain states.
- 17:27Speaker 1: She didn't, you know, or she made a couple of
- 17:30Speaker 1: miss I just don't see anybody that he's prepared they're preparing.
- 17:35Speaker 1: I just don't. Well, you mean for presidential candidate, because
- 17:38Speaker 1: right now for mid term elections, folks need to vote
- 17:41Speaker 1: for governor, senators, the House Congress. They're the ones that
- 17:45Speaker 1: can do anything to the president and impeach them. So
- 17:47Speaker 1: they need to vote now just wait for president. That true. Florida.
- 17:51Speaker 1: Don't forget Florida. M Andrew Gillham down there running for governor. Yeah,
- 17:57Speaker 1: we were getting Kenya ready, we didn't, he says. But
- 18:02Speaker 1: now Oscar. We we not getting Kanye. This is a tour.
- 18:17Speaker 1: I'm not sitting in the room with Kanye trying to
- 18:19Speaker 1: talking through some speech points. But he's not gonna run
- 18:22Speaker 1: until now. The latest is Oscar de la Joya, the
- 18:26Speaker 1: famous boxer and now promoter, who says that was on TMZ.
- 18:31Speaker 1: He says he's going to throw his hat in the ring.
- 18:33Speaker 1: He's seriously considering running for president in so that's why not.
- 18:40Speaker 1: I mean, anyone can run, that's obvious. You're running with Ray.
- 18:45Speaker 1: Don't know who is running mate. He's gonna be Yeah, Dave,
- 18:51Speaker 1: you might have to say, job man, I can't. I
- 18:54Speaker 1: can't do that. I don't know my hand. Now I'm
- 18:57Speaker 1: gonna have to quit Family few a little bit. Shot
- 19:00Speaker 1: my talk show crazy. Damn how much how much the
- 19:04Speaker 1: president pay? Not nearly? As man kill ain't enough for
- 19:14Speaker 1: that job? Would that be back to party now? I
- 19:17Speaker 1: wouldn't be back in privaty. But this show ain't gonna
- 19:21Speaker 1: be how I'm living down. I'm gonna have to dial
- 19:24Speaker 1: it back. You'll be like you'll be living like us.
- 19:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to dial it. You have to cut
- 19:31Speaker 1: out first those things. I ain't no more private. You
- 19:38Speaker 1: back over. That's right, you got air force. I'm going
- 19:47Speaker 1: to play golf. Man. Well, that's going to cost the
- 19:50Speaker 1: taxpayers money if you y'all damn. But that's the same
- 19:54Speaker 1: thing our current president is doing. So so far, you
- 19:57Speaker 1: can do this. You can complain about me all you want.
- 20:00Speaker 1: I'm gonna use the airplane. Ain't gonna do a couple
- 20:03Speaker 1: of tour dates force on, yes, yeah, all my rallies.
- 20:09Speaker 1: It's gonna be concept comedy. Yeah, all my rallies. You
- 20:13Speaker 1: know the Rallies. He'll be going away and they're talking.
- 20:15Speaker 1: I'm gonna be touring, man, I gotta get this money
- 20:21Speaker 1: back now. My rallies ain't free. My my rallies are
- 20:24Speaker 1: hunting twenty five presidential comedy tour. Man. I'm telling you
- 20:30Speaker 1: I'll be out this so out Heed Steve walk out there.
- 20:34Speaker 1: I have to have about forty secret Service in front
- 20:37Speaker 1: of me on stage because they're gonna try to shoot.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Oh yeah, So I'm gonna have to have them. They're
- 20:43Speaker 1: gonna have them be on stage lined up. You ain't
- 20:46Speaker 1: gonna be in to see me. I'm gonna be walking
- 20:48Speaker 1: behind secrets served man or not. Then I stick my
- 20:51Speaker 1: head through that deal a punchline. I didn't get behind.
- 20:56Speaker 1: But you can do it, Steve, you can do it.
- 20:58Speaker 1: You can win Steve out. Yeah, Oscar de Lajoia, come
- 21:03Speaker 1: on now, you can do this. We can do this
- 21:07Speaker 1: past Yeah they yeah, coming up. Yeah, they're gonna pull
- 21:16Speaker 1: the pictures off. But I don't think you trump white privileges.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Yeah that shot that down. Yeah yeah, yeah, membership, did
- 21:31Speaker 1: you hear the crickets when I think, yeah, your blacks
- 21:35Speaker 1: out there with some pictures and see if yours makes
- 21:37Speaker 1: it to the double standard. Let your wife be laying
- 21:40Speaker 1: on the room, niked, see if you get all right?
- 21:43Speaker 1: We gotta move on now coming up, it is the nephew,
- 21:46Speaker 1: the King of Frank's would run that prank back. Right
- 21:49Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, entertainment news,
- 21:58Speaker 1: Nicki Minaj is speaking out about her fight with Cardi
- 22:01Speaker 1: b t I co signs New York gubernatorial candidate. Those
- 22:05Speaker 1: are the headlines right now. It is time for the
- 22:07Speaker 1: nephew to run that frank back. What you got, King
- 22:10Speaker 1: of prank Let's go to the boutique. I have the
- 22:13Speaker 1: boutique dress Shirley the boutique dress. Come down here to
- 22:17Speaker 1: the boutique. Yes, I'm trying to get he I can.
- 22:28Speaker 1: I can hardly hear you this signature boot please? Yes

- 28:38Speaker 1: how I do it. You want about dress calling shirt

- 28:45Speaker 1: my days, so bill, so loud. That's uh September third,
- 28:53Speaker 1: are seven shows. They're all gone laying in the cut.
- 28:56Speaker 1: I told me eleven, twelve and thirteen is Toledo, OHI
- 29:00Speaker 1: the Funny Bone. The deput is coming your way. As
- 29:03Speaker 1: soon as I get there with Nashville, I'm on my
- 29:06Speaker 1: way to Toledo, Ohio once again. I told me leving
- 29:09Speaker 1: twelfth and thirteen, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. All right, Well, what
- 29:16Speaker 1: kind of club is it in Toledo. It's Funny Bone.
- 29:19Speaker 1: That must be new. It's been there for a minute.
- 29:21Speaker 1: I've been already before. It's been there for a minute.
- 29:25Speaker 1: The Funny Bones were in Knoxville. Uh. St. Louis, two
- 29:29Speaker 1: of them in St. Louis. Funny Bone in Cleveland. That
- 29:34Speaker 1: opened up when I wasn't doing clubs anymore. You're doing
- 29:38Speaker 1: young Sounder. No, I didn't nobody do Youngstown. Why it
- 29:42Speaker 1: was nothing done quite. It's steel milltown everything. Yeah, it
- 29:51Speaker 1: was steel mills Steell right right close to Pittsburgh. All
- 29:54Speaker 1: that's still that that that city got decimated. Some great
- 29:58Speaker 1: people down there though, but they got a comic club
- 30:01Speaker 1: down in there. No, ain't gonna club to do what
- 30:04Speaker 1: you asked me about it. They're trying to do a show.

- 30:25Speaker 1: Oh and he the last person you can't get him money. Yeah. Alright.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Coming up an entertainment news, t I Co signs the
- 30:36Speaker 1: New York gubernatorial candidate and Nicki Minaj you're speaking out
- 30:39Speaker 1: about her fight with Cardi b all that. Right after this,
- 30:43Speaker 1: you're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Alright, t I
- 30:49Speaker 1: has Co signed if you will um New York gubernatorial
- 30:53Speaker 1: candidate Cynthia Nixon without even knowing who she is or
- 30:56Speaker 1: what she's running for. Sex in the City actress turnitical
- 31:00Speaker 1: contender Cynthia Nixon, she played Miranda from Sex in the City.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Got t Now you know who she is. Yeah. She
- 31:08Speaker 1: got ts attention with a video of her recent debate
- 31:11Speaker 1: with the New York Governor Andrew Cuomo around the legal
- 31:15Speaker 1: legalization of marijuana. In the clip, she argues the merits
- 31:19Speaker 1: of legalization as a pathway to equality for the communities
- 31:23Speaker 1: who have been unfairly targeted in the war on drugs.
- 31:27Speaker 1: T I wrote, I have no idea who this brilliant
- 31:29Speaker 1: lady is, but she's invited to my next barbecue slash
- 31:33Speaker 1: family gathering. And if she's running for anything anything, I say,
- 31:38Speaker 1: she's got my vote. Uh huh. And she wants it. Yeah,
- 31:45Speaker 1: she wants it to be um in the community I
- 31:48Speaker 1: guess so they can make money from it or whatever,
- 31:51Speaker 1: since they've been unfairly jailed and imprisoned and things like that.
- 31:56Speaker 1: For Uh. Right, onto the to the righteous, decent white
- 32:03Speaker 1: people out there using their privilege to make a difference. Uh.
- 32:06Speaker 1: Nixon thanked Tip for his support, letting him know that
- 32:10Speaker 1: her name is Cynthia and that she's going to be
- 32:12Speaker 1: the next governor of New York. Wow. Another another entertainment news,
- 32:19Speaker 1: Nicki Minaj is speaking out about her fight with Cardie
- 32:23Speaker 1: Beep on her Beats One Queen radio show. UH Nikki
- 32:27Speaker 1: called the incident mortifying and humiliating, especially since it took
- 32:32Speaker 1: place in front of upper echelon people who have their
- 32:35Speaker 1: lives together. The other night, I was a part of
- 32:39Speaker 1: something so mortifying and so humiliating to go through in
- 32:43Speaker 1: front of a bunch of upper echelon And it's not
- 32:46Speaker 1: about white or black. It's about upper echelon people who
- 32:49Speaker 1: are their lives together. The way they passed by looking
- 32:52Speaker 1: at this disgusting commotion, I will never forget. I was mortified.
- 32:58Speaker 1: I could not leave, how humiliated it all felt because
- 33:05Speaker 1: we made ourselves look and I'm gonna get back, But
- 33:10Speaker 1: before I go, I want to say that I would
- 33:13Speaker 1: never discuss anyone's child. As far as the cause for
- 33:17Speaker 1: the altercation, Cardi B claimed that Nikki made disparaging remarks
- 33:20Speaker 1: about her new baby culture. Nikki said, I would never
- 33:24Speaker 1: ridicule anyone's child. It's so sad for someone to pin
- 33:27Speaker 1: that on somebody. If you thought fighting with Nicki Minaj
- 33:30Speaker 1: would keep Cardi B from making money moves, think again.
- 33:33Speaker 1: In the aftermath of Cardi and Nikki's altercation, UH Cardi
- 33:37Speaker 1: announced that Tom Ford was naming a lipstick after her
- 33:40Speaker 1: as part of his latest Lips and Boys collection, and
- 33:43Speaker 1: it's sold out in like eleven hours. It's thirty six dollars.
- 33:47Speaker 1: It's cobalt blue. Have you seen it's a real pretty
- 33:49Speaker 1: blue color. Anyway, it's sold out like that. It's called
- 33:54Speaker 1: what else? Cardi Cardian? Brilliant? Right, yeah, but pretty. You
- 34:01Speaker 1: know what you don't want to do is get your
- 34:03Speaker 1: endorsement opportunities taken away because of behavior. You know, almost
- 34:10Speaker 1: every contract has these clauset so you can't do anything
- 34:14Speaker 1: that brings uh, anything disparaging to the network, the company, anything,
- 34:21Speaker 1: and they could take it from you. She doesn't have
- 34:22Speaker 1: to be out there like that. She's a beautiful girl
- 34:27Speaker 1: making money. You don't get why are you getting knots
- 34:29Speaker 1: on your hand? But I'm telling you, man, the dude
- 34:33Speaker 1: that made me sick was a little dude had been
- 34:36Speaker 1: over trying to help her take her shoes. She could
- 34:39Speaker 1: throw it at Nick out. Oh this little dude with
- 34:43Speaker 1: this backpack on. Man, yeah, I would have been out
- 34:49Speaker 1: of accidentally kicked him over. Get you, it's time let's
- 34:55Speaker 1: get caught up on today's headline. Ladies and gentlemen, Miss
- 34:57Speaker 1: Ann Tripp, thank you very much, everybody. This is answered
- 35:01Speaker 1: with the news Femus told the coastal residents of three
- 35:03Speaker 1: states to evacuate right away in advance of Hurricane Florence,
- 35:07Speaker 1: which is expected to make landfall tomorrow or Friday. Right
- 35:09Speaker 1: now it is looking like Friday. In fact, state officials
- 35:12Speaker 1: have ordered about a million people along the coast of
- 35:14Speaker 1: Virginia and North and South Carolina to get out of
- 35:16Speaker 1: the storm's way. But the nervousness is not just limited
- 35:19Speaker 1: to areas near the water. Richmond, Virginia's mayor LaVar Stone,
- 35:23Speaker 1: he says he has concerns too. This is nothing to
- 35:25Speaker 1: mess with. This is a major, major storm, and even
- 35:28Speaker 1: though we are inland, we do believe the most impactful
- 35:32Speaker 1: part of this storm will be the amount of rain.
- 35:35Speaker 1: Because of the potential for the storm to stall over
- 35:38Speaker 1: the state of North Carolina and the count Wealth of Virginia.
- 35:41Speaker 1: There were solemn ceremonies held yesterday to honor those killed
- 35:44Speaker 1: by terrorists seventeen years ago on September eleventh, at the
- 35:48Speaker 1: side of the Twin Towers in New York, at a
- 35:50Speaker 1: field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, and at the Pentagon, where Defense
- 35:53Speaker 1: Secretary Jim mathis addressed the grieving families, the families of
- 35:57Speaker 1: those we lost seventeen sheep members ago. Let me say
- 36:01Speaker 1: to you that here in the shadow of our rebuilt Pentagon,
- 36:05Speaker 1: we are all part of your larger family. Dallas residents
- 36:09Speaker 1: demanding justice in the case of the white female cop
- 36:12Speaker 1: who murdered the black man who lived in the apartment
- 36:14Speaker 1: above hers. Thinking she claims that she was entering her
- 36:17Speaker 1: own apartment and that he was an intruder right now.
- 36:20Speaker 1: Officer Amber Geigo was charged with manslaughter, but that charge
- 36:23Speaker 1: could be ramped up to murder. Twenty six year old
- 36:26Speaker 1: Bottom Jean was a college graduate of Youth Minister's family
- 36:29Speaker 1: was originally from St. Lucia, and a witness says that
- 36:32Speaker 1: Officer Geiger was yelling let me in, let me in,
- 36:35Speaker 1: before entering the apartment and then shooting the innocent man.
- 36:39Speaker 1: That witness says that Jean was heard to say why
- 36:41Speaker 1: did you do that? After he was shot. County d A.
- 36:45Speaker 1: Face Johnson says she's going to present a full case
- 36:47Speaker 1: of the grand jury deciding the charge against Amber Geiger.
- 36:50Speaker 1: We will make certain that justice is done in this case.
- 36:53Speaker 1: There's no word on the results of drug and alcohol tests.
- 36:56Speaker 1: By the way, given that white cop Colin Kaepernick, lou
- 37:00Speaker 1: new limited edition jersey's went on sale yesterday and they
- 37:03Speaker 1: quickly sold out. I mean that was gone. They're nice,
- 37:06Speaker 1: they're black, they look kind of like football jersey's black
- 37:09Speaker 1: with the hashtag I'm with cap on the front and
- 37:12Speaker 1: then his name and number seven is on the back
- 37:14Speaker 1: of the shirt. They were not made by Nike though.
- 37:17Speaker 1: They weren't made by Nike, and the money actually goes
- 37:20Speaker 1: to charity, and so he's just doing it on his own.
- 37:22Speaker 1: So they're really pretty pretty nice. But we can't get
- 37:24Speaker 1: any more. Maybe he'll run another another bunch off with
- 37:28Speaker 1: you know, right now they're all gone. Finally, today is
- 37:30Speaker 1: Chocolate Milkshake Day. Shake brings on the Voice of the
- 37:34Speaker 1: God and they're like, ah, here's up Steve Harvey. Nation
- 37:37Speaker 1: find that if Uncle Steve is smarter than his nephew.
- 37:39Speaker 1: We'll be back in twenty minutes after the hour and
- 37:41Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to show. Alright, the
- 37:47Speaker 1: hurricane is honest way, I mean, it feels like deja vu.
- 37:51Speaker 1: Every year we talked about this. Uh now, yeah, you know,
- 37:56Speaker 1: massive evacuations. It's Hurricane Florence draws near to the Caroline
- 38:00Speaker 1: and it's into Virginia. Carla, Tommy and Junior have all
- 38:03Speaker 1: been through major hurricanes last year, and you know years
- 38:07Speaker 1: before that, Carla has gone through some of the biggest
- 38:10Speaker 1: of course, Uh Katrina and Harvey. Uh Carla. Now Hurricane
- 38:15Speaker 1: Florence is out there. I mean it's a category four.
- 38:17Speaker 1: This is a big yeah. If we have to learn
- 38:20Speaker 1: from hurricanes year after year after year. So when they
- 38:23Speaker 1: tell you to evacuate, a hurricane does not pop up,
- 38:27Speaker 1: you have days before it gets there. You have to
- 38:29Speaker 1: listen to the city officials when they tell you to leave, evacuate,
- 38:33Speaker 1: do so. You know, if you're gonna stay around, you
- 38:35Speaker 1: need to have water, batteries, cash, you need to make
- 38:38Speaker 1: sure your cell phones are charged. There's a lot that
- 38:41Speaker 1: you have to do to ride out of storm, and
- 38:43Speaker 1: the officials are saying not to do that. This is
- 38:46Speaker 1: nothing to play with this storm. Have y'all seen images
- 38:49Speaker 1: of the storm? Yes, yes, yes, it's huge. The the
- 38:52Speaker 1: eye of it is huge, and there are people Even
- 38:55Speaker 1: after the governor has asked people to evacuate, they're still
- 38:59Speaker 1: saying if they think they can ride it out because
- 39:02Speaker 1: looks really beautiful right now out there, here's what you
- 39:05Speaker 1: have to do. Board your household. People are doing that,
- 39:09Speaker 1: and that's all you can do. You can't save anything else.
- 39:12Speaker 1: You can't go against some other nature. Board your house
- 39:15Speaker 1: up and save your family before you mess around and
- 39:20Speaker 1: create a bigger problem than you already have. Right, They've
- 39:23Speaker 1: even redirected traffic lanes, you know, like if you have
- 39:26Speaker 1: one lane going north and south, everything is going out
- 39:31Speaker 1: of the city so people can get out and there
- 39:33Speaker 1: won't be you know, too much traffic or traffic jams
- 39:36Speaker 1: so they can't get out, but they're not in your traffic. Look,
- 39:40Speaker 1: hurricane professional, Yeah, I mean that's an evacuation route. People
- 39:44Speaker 1: are still saying though, even with all of that, that
- 39:47Speaker 1: they think they can ride it out. But but but
- 39:50Speaker 1: what does riding out and hunkering down do? You tell
- 39:54Speaker 1: you what it does? You and your at it because
- 39:57Speaker 1: water has risen that that's what it does, right, That's
- 40:00Speaker 1: what they're saying. It's going to ring now all of
- 40:02Speaker 1: a sudden, How are you, Yeah, you gotta get out,
- 40:06Speaker 1: food down, stay as we both Yeah, the wall, they
- 40:11Speaker 1: showed pictures of grocery stores and how all the you know,
- 40:14Speaker 1: the shelves are cleared off and everything because people have
- 40:17Speaker 1: bought supplies and stuff. But you gotta get the supplies
- 40:20Speaker 1: and you gotta get out. You gotta get your families
- 40:22Speaker 1: out of there. You go down a new grocery stores.
- 40:26Speaker 1: You know what you get if you want to last
- 40:30Speaker 1: for stuff. You're down there with the underwood devil hand.
- 40:39Speaker 1: You're too late. Got the lifts by Carla and check
- 40:44Speaker 1: out Carlo's corner for more hurricane survival tips. Coming up next,
- 40:49Speaker 1: a quick round of Are You Smarter? The Nephew? Tommy?
- 40:51Speaker 1: At thirty four after the hour, you're listening to Steve
- 40:56Speaker 1: Morning Show, it is time for are You Smarter? The
- 40:59Speaker 1: Nephew tell? I mean, here we go, Ready, Steve? Ready, Tommy. No, Junior, Oh, Junior,
- 41:06Speaker 1: you're playing Junior. I didn't know. We've already proven you've run.
- 41:14Speaker 1: You got a shot against junior though. All right, I'm
- 41:21Speaker 1: gonna I'm gonna say the question. Whoever gets the answer
- 41:24Speaker 1: first wins that particular question. Here we go, Which British
- 41:28Speaker 1: princess had sons named Harry and Williams? What national restaurant
- 41:33Speaker 1: chain makes cheddar Bay biscuits? What does the J and J.
- 41:42Speaker 1: Anthony Brown's name and which major city would you find
- 41:46Speaker 1: the Smithsonian Museum, New York? What actor, writer, director plays
- 41:52Speaker 1: the role of media in stage? What type of business

- 59:07Speaker 1: the way home, so I let him. One thing led
- 59:11Speaker 1: to another, and we ended up naked and rolling around

- 1:01:34Speaker 1: there was no easy way to break this news to her.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: She was furious with me, not him. She told me
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: that I never should have been hanging out with her
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: man and going to a strip club without her knowing it.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: She accused me of pursuing him. She knows her man
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: is not my type. And I explained that when I
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: went out with him to keep the peace. That that,

- 1:03:35Speaker 1: assuming without it being said, I'm just assuming her best
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: friend is a gay guy. Okay. We were thickest thieves
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: and nothing could keep us apart. Whenever she got into relationship,
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: she introduced me as her brother, and I got along
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: with all her boyfriends. She started dating a current boyfriend.
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: I didn't approve of him at first because he had
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: a reputation me in lying the cheetah. I played it
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: cool and supported up through all the drama and breakups
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: with him. He knows I don't really like him, so
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: one night he invited me to go to strip club
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: with He invited her friend, her brother, her brother, the
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: guy who's gay to the strip club. Now they at
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: the strip club. I met him at the club, end
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: up having a great time. He paid for all my
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: drinks and lap Dannce. We both ended up getting really drunk,
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: and since I live close to the strip club, he
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: asked if he could stay on my couch instead of
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: driving all the way home, so I let him hit
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: a center that throw me. One thing led to another
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: and we ended up naked and rolling around on the floor.
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: What what thing? What is I need to know what
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: that is? So I'll make sure I don't ca if
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: I've been to sell all the Scotch in my damn
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: married and you don't go to strip club, so you're good,
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: and I'm not sitting up in the floor with another man,
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: and then makes this statement One thing led to another. See,
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: ain't ain't no ain't no more damn thing. Ain't no
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: damn things over here, So ain't no one thing? Lad
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: to another dog? This has got to be something you've
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: had in your head for a long time and has
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: acted on it before, because ain't no one thing lad
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: through another and we ended up naked and rolling around
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: on the floor. What listen to me if I got
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: on short sleeve shirt and I'm sitting next to my
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: partner he got on the short sleeve, his arm can't
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: touch you. Yeah, we got that, Steve. But you're a
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: straight heterosexual man. I know, I know. I'm just saying
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: what ain't been having with me and my partner after
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: we come front the shield when you said when you
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: go to the movies with one of your friends, it
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: has to be a seat between to see, why are
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: we sitting next that's the space between us? So now
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: we got up in here, we're back from the strip club.
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: One thing led to another. We ended up nicking and
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: rolling around on the floor. I felt awful the next day.
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: You think you'd have felt off because he crossed the
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: line with his best friends. Man, Okay, so I understand
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: that I wanted to tell my best friend everything. See
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: right here, See donk now let me flame something to
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: it's rules to this game that we are head read on.
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: What you cannot do is go tell it well, because
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: you're gonna hurt the girl. Huh read on. I felt
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: awful The next day. I wanted to tell my best
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: friend everything, but I waited a week because that was
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: no easy way to break this news to She was
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: furious with me, not him. She told me I never
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: should have been hanging out with her man and going
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: to a strip club without her knowing it. She accused
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: me of pursuing him. You probably did, though, but he
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: pursued you too. She knows her man is not my type.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: What what didn't you just say? Y'all was nicking on
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: the floor. They were drunk, but he ain't your tight
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: no partner. Somebody was all right somewhere. So do you
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: think she she knew that her man's bisexual? Uh? I
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: think that she's not a man. Yeah, she's I think
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: she's okay with it. First of all, I have no
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: solution to this letter. Just let me say that, nor
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: will I attempt, because in all honesty, I don't want
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: to offend anyone, and I don't want to say anything
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: because I don't know the rules of engagement in these
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: types of relationships. So for me to say something with
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: all this going on in society today, I really don't
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: want to have a comment because I don't know. But
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: but Steve, let me just say this though, wouldn't you
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: think it would be the same if with hetero sexuals,
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: if your friend slept with your man or your girl
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: in the in this case, if I'm a woman, my
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: girlfriend sleeps with my man, it's the same thing. Basically,
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: I can't imagine what you say if your best friend
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: slept with your wife, with your girl. This is what's
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: happening here with this. You know what's happening here? Though?
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: Do you understand what you see? No? I can't fix that.
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: That's how you have to look at it. You can,
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: you can, That's how you have to look at it.
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: Is Yeah, that's the issue. And uh no no no, no,
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: no no no, that ain't just the issue. No no, no, no, no,
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: no no no, it's way motivously. I don't know how
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: you trying to throw us in it and simplified. But
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: that ain't what I would have something to say about
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: that her best friend slept with her man. Her best
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: friend is a man that slept with her man. Now
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: what she didn't had to wrap her mind these two
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: men were sleeping together. Man, you had to know. I'm
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: out of all right, guys, we gotta get out of here.
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: You can email us her Instagram. That's your thoughts on
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: today's Strawberry letter at Steve Harvey f M and at
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: My Girls. Surely now coming up in ten minutes. Paddling
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: is back. Did you know that Georgia Charter School reinstates
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: corporal punishment. You can't do that. All right, we'll talk
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: about it right after this. You can't hit nobody, kid.
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Morning Show. Alright, guys, this
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: is according to Yahoo Lifestyle at Georgia Charter School is
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: bringing paddling back. Paddling that means when you paddle your kids.
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: But that's what that means. Officials at the Georgia School
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: for Innovation and the Classics had a letter sent home
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: to the parents of his students to inform them that
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: a new corporal punishment policy is being put into action. However,
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: no student will be subject to paddling unless the parents
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: sign a form which states that students from kindergarten through
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: ninth grade will face a three strike policy, meaning students
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: won't get the paddle until their third misstep. Okay, three
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: strikes that kind uh yeah, kindergarten through ninth grade kindergarten.
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: You know they're gonna cut up bored with it because
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: teachers now have proven to be way different from my teachers.
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: They sleeping with students now, and we love all types
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: of stuff right here. I mean it, it's way more
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: good than bad one. But it's enough bad ones to
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: make it up. All you need if for somebody to
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: be going through the permission slips. Yeah, damn, who want
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: a tomorrow? And she's saying I could, Tommy. I know, Tommy,
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: I hadn't called you twice, Tommy, that's it up here.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: Nothing No, No, I called you twice, but I I
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: didn't hear you the first two times. Well we at
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: number three. Come on, and your mama saying it was cool?
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: Can I call my mom? I'm so against it. You
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: can call your mom after that's open. According to the guidelines,
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: parents will be notified before their child is paddled the punish.
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: What if they can't reach the paron? What are the
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: parents at work? The punishment will take place behind closed doors,
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: with the students placing their hands on their knees or
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: on furniture, and no student will receive no more than
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: three licks from the wooden paddle will sell me watching
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: the teacher, might as well give him one more, making
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: even for calling principles. Yeah yeah, come on now, Yeah, Tommy,
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: you're familiar with that, ain't you. Yeah, they might as
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: well just played just yeah, just make it one more.
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: We can do it. Just set up. Yeah, you ain't
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: got the paddle. Your call my mom. You're not get
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: a lot of out. And then just after three strikes
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: for kindergarteners, you know, come on now, what color is
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: this blue? That is not blue? What color is the
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: spoil red? And they read one mode that's too one more?
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: What color is this pink? No, that's not pink. You listen,
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: you miss it. It's magenta. Come on up here behind
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: closed doors though they can't do it in front of
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: Come on out here. There were three guesses. It's magenta.
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: This little kindergarten came even sent Melinda. I don't know
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: what I said, magenta. Ye. Teachers are already underpaid and
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: stressed out. No, don't just call my mama, just pay them,
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: pay them. Yeah, just called my mama. Plus, I don't
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: want to get to know a new person's power to
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: stay with the power for I know when she's gonna stop. Yeah,
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: I know what enough something no more than three licks.
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: I didn't know anything about it back then, but he
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: was a apple. Mr mcael Ralf was our metal teacher
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: in junior high. Mr mclth he was a capital and
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: I knew what it was later on because he had
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: k a side on this piece of wood. Let me
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: tell you something, man, he was killing us this this
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: this dude came in there. He just just was pledging
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: folks more than three legs. Three enough when you're swinging
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: like that. I mean mcael Ralph was letting his hand.
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: But a little kindergartener, that don't make sense now. He
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: was in junior high. Oh yea, I was enjoying. But
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: this can start from kindergarten on up Steve through ninth grade.
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: He beat about four of us one day and that
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: Friday week this car whatnge that you can't we're still
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: car wasn't I don't know, like some forward sereno or something.
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: His car drove it down the Dippies boss of ice creams,
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: some chicken wings and he just left his card down there.
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: We wouldn't driving back to school. We just left it
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: down dip dip. I know, good here aware when he
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: got that car back, it was past it was some
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: stuff you leave a card on it with the keys.
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: So he beat everybody. He beat about five or six
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: of us. Wow, they want to bring something back, bring
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: um God, bring that back. That back at school. Prayer
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: work way better than spank. Yes, yes, yes, right about that.
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: Yeah wow, but that stuff like that scares me though.
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: You know, I don't want to think of any little
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: kid getting paddled in school. I just don't, especially a kindercart. Well,
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: you want to know what's scarier than that? What Donald
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: get left? Whoa there's no viable democrat. But then they
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: say something about it. It uh run Starbucks might be
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: thinking about it. Yeah, yes, said that. Yeah, but he
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: hasn't declared, you know. I mean it's still early, of course,
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: but no one has come out. I mean they've talked
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: about Corey Brook Booker, Kamala, Harris Daval Patrick Um, the
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: former Attorney general Um Eric Eric Holder. Yeah alright, well
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: coming up at the top of the hour. Don't get mad, Steve,
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: but a crucial flag from the game of the first
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: half of the Steelers Grounds tie was incorrects. What I
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: don't make this stuff. We'll talk about it right after this.
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: You're listening to Dave Harvey Morning Show. All right, Tommy,
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: Carla Jr. Um, you guys think, um, we should tell
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: Steve about this story about the Cleveland Browns. You know
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: how happy he was. I don't want to take that
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: from him. Monday. It was so happy. All right, Steve.
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: The refs messed up on their call during the Steelers
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: Browns game, which ended, you know in that time Sunday.
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: Turns out the NFL Senior Vice president for officiating is
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: now admitting that defensive end Browns player Miles Garrett should
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: have been called for roughing the passer in the second
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: quarter of the game. Garrett wrapped up, Yeah, shouldn't have
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: should not have been? Oh, should not have been? Okay,
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: say it again, you know, but I shouldn't have been
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: that in which I said it, right, I said, shouldn't
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: have been? Okay, cool? What not? So we could stand out? Yeah,
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: what did I say? Well, it turns out Steve, the
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: NFL Senior vice president for officiating, is now admitting that
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: defensive end Brown's player Miles Garrett should not have been
- 1:18:19Speaker 1: called for roughing the passer in the second quarter of
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: the game. That don't change the game. Garrett wrapped up
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: Steelers quarterback Ben Roslin Burger for a third down and
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: completion and was called for personal foul. And on the
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: next day, Steelers running back James Conner ran in for
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: a touchdown and a six oh Steelers lead. So if
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: that touchdown on the next play, yeah not the next day.
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: You probably think you said that too now that you're
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: just mad because your time might be called. On the
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: ex play, Steelers running back James Conner ran in for
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: a touchdown and the six oh Steelers lead. So if
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: that touchdown didn't happen, Steve, the Browns may have actually
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: gotten their first win in over a year. I need
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: to hear this right, still, take the time. So they
- 1:19:18Speaker 1: cheated you all into attack. You hited y'all into a
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: You were so happy about your little tie from the game.
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: Now I'm sitting up here, I gotta go down here
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: and getting a full fledged fight with Tosh about the
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: damn faink right here. I ain't never had a problem
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: with Tosh before. They've been my dog the whole time.
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: You were so so happy. Just take some insults and stuff. Yeah, huh,
- 1:19:59Speaker 1: Uncle Tom I'll tell you what. I'll tell you what Carlin.
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: Give me one of the tosses relatives names that he
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: don't care for, and let me just attack his family
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: that way, because I have to attack care about. No. No, no, no,
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: no no no, he don't don't nobody like. Oh, it's
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: one I can tell you. But if you just give
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: me his name, then that's the name mam will use
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: and then they won't be against to do. He live
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: in New Orleans. Yes, yeah, I'm there. I could attack
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: somebody in the wall. That's one I like call what's
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: his name? Oh, you're talking about my cousin, like Mouton,
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: that's my cousin. He's a mega man. He loves him
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: subceeded man Mouton. Gamble tell eight am at the head
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: call of family things. You know, you know you're gonna
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: make it Steve Son Day, the Saints and the Browns.
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: You're gonna make it. Yeah. Yeah, I'll tell you what.
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: We bet not win. I know that that's all I got.
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: You got the one that's fasting. Lord, don't let the
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: first win hit. We're what you're gonna wear first of all.
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: The next day you're all right, I'm gonna get. I
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: got drinks and water because I'm excited about what you're
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: gonna pot off. Starts with what you wear. I gotta
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: make me Cleveland Browns, the Cleveland Brown's first win. It's
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: gonna be orange and brown with a brown stripe down
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: the side. Oh that's hugly orange with a brown stripes.
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: Put the stripes onto the pails. Maybe you know, could
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: wear a brown with orange tie orange pie. Yeah, no,
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: I probably have to. Yes, he might just need to
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: just wear I'm gonna just get a white suit and
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: wear brown and orange accessories, because then that looked like
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: the home game of tie. Home game is white. They
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: got the orange helmet. You know, we never had like
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: a mascot or nothing like that. That dog the ain't
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: no mascot dog. No, we started that started the dog pound.
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: Dog pound started about me and my boys started that.
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: That's how you started and got it from you guys. Yeah,
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: from he's from well, you know that's what people think
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: that Arsenio started it. No, that's what he put on
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: his show. The end zone was the dog ground. That's
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: all we had. Money folk then was bleaches seats. We
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: the one put that de sale battery in the snowball
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: and hitting a way in the head. I was dead
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: that game when they did it. Yeah, I know, to
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: do that through it and get him dead in the head. Well,
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: that was something you want to to talk about openly
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: with your brands, with your brand that yours. We run
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: the Denver Broncos. All right, you have a concussion of
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: that bowl. But it was just looking out for the
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: good old brand over there, sir. All right, coming up
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: next Bruno Mars, the Prince among Men. We'll tell you
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: about it right after this twenty after the hour you're
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Show. A British tabloid reports said,
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: Bruno Mars, who is huge, He's a huge Prince fan,
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: is being sought to portray Prince in a biopic. Wow.
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: The Daily Mirror says um Mars has been approached by
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: Netflix about the role. According to a source, Bruno says
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: it will probably be the most nerve racking move of
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: his career if it happened. The source went on to
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: say Prince is one of Bruno's idols, so to be
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: asked to take on a hefty roll like that, especially
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: as a debut acting move, is that's full on. Uh.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: The offer has come out of the blue. Bruno used
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: to love acting when he was younger, but it's not
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: an avenue, he's explored. Bruno did, however, tom what you
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: think m who would though? Who could play Prince Tommy?
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: Let me ask you a question, man, what do you
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: think would be the ideal role for you? What would
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: be a great role for you to play? He wanted
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: to play Bobby Brown, who almost sick? But then you
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: said Bobby Brown, Bobby Brown. Now tell me you know
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: you didn't you said that when new addition, You sure
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: did say that. You said it like I just pulled
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: that out. But that okay, okay, that ain't gonna work.
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: Who else? Who you can't be? He could play you,
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: Steve Hawk, He could play youth. Oh yeah, he could
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: be you. He could play you when team right now?
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: He could play you Stick, I can do your dog.
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: I'm six too. Who are you going to be in
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: the movies? That next? Everybody? Big? Michael Clark Duncan wasn't
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: eight feet even though he was eight feet in The
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: Green Man. You understand he was standing on on soapbox
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: and everthing. He wasn't that time time? Who else? Because
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: you can't play me? I could like you. I think
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: he could. I think so, yeah, I think he could.
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: I'm promise you and I would nail it. I promise
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: you I wouldn't nail back. Yeah, I think you would,
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: Tommy that I promised you I can do. And we
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: can go all the way back too. When you how
- 1:26:15Speaker 1: far would you want it to go back? When your
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: career first thought? When it was yeah, yeah, like everyone
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: hold the last story. Yeah, I think you're the best
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: actor that I pertually know outside of Dama. Okay, now
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: I was getting ready to say, wait, you know I
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: take that. Wait a minute. The top of the food
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: Chaine Honey said Tommy is a really good act said
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: that tom is the best actor I know. Pause pause,
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: But Jack said, well I'll be a black But that
- 1:26:53Speaker 1: pause was too long. After you said that, I ain't finished. Okay,
- 1:26:59Speaker 1: come on you Oh Lawrence, Oh, Lawrence Fishbursh Yeah yeah.
- 1:27:08Speaker 1: Oh John Cheetle, yeah probably yes. Oh Sidney party eight.
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: Oh you know who you know who's a bad boy
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: to me? Oh that dude to play Marl Luther King.
- 1:27:26Speaker 1: I had him on my show too. He's excellent. Yeah,
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: I'll tell you also, bad boy man Teas Howard can yeah,
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: and we can't forget Chadwick Boseman. He's young and he's young,
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: and he's good. Really all right, Look, this could go
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: on and on and on forever, but we'll have more
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up right after this.
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: I'm playing State you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right.
- 1:27:54Speaker 1: The hurricane is honest way um, this is uh, I
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: mean it feels like deja vu. Every year we talk
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: about this. Uh now, yeah, you know, massive evacuations. It's
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: Hurricane Florence draws near to the Carolina's and to Virginia. Carla, Tommy,
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: and Junior have all been through major hurricanes last year,
- 1:28:15Speaker 1: and you know years before that, Carla has gone through
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: some of the biggest of course, uh, Katrina and Harvey.
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: Uh Carla. Now Hurricane Florence is out there. I mean
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: it's a Category four. This is a big Yeah, it's
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: very very strong. So you know, you guys, we have
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: to learn from hurricanes year after year after year. So
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: when they tell you to evacuate a hurricane does not
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: pop up, you have days before he gets there. You
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: have to listen to the city officials when they tell
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: you to leave evacuate do so, you know, if you're
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: gonna stay around, you need to have water, batteries, cash,
- 1:28:51Speaker 1: you need to make sure your cell phones are charged.
- 1:28:53Speaker 1: There's a lot that you have to do to ride
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: out of storm, and the officials are saying not to
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: do that. This is nothing to play with this storm.
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: Have y'all seen images of the storm? Yes, yes, yes,
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: it's huge. The eye of it is huge, and there
- 1:29:07Speaker 1: are people. Even after the governors asked people to evacuate,
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: they're still saying that they think they can ride it
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: out because it looks really beautiful right now out there.
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: Here's what you have to do. Board your household. People
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: are doing that, and that's all you can do. You
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: can't save anything else. It's you. You can't go against
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: some other nature. You cannot win. Board your household and
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: save your family before you mess around and create a
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: bigger problem than you already have. Right, they've even redirected
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: traffic lanes, you know, like if you have one lane
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: going north and south and east of everything is going
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: out of the city so people can get out and
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: there won't be you know, too much traffic or traffic
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: jam so they can't get out. But they're not traffic.
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: Look hurricane professional, I mean that's evacuate wastion route. That yeah.
- 1:30:02Speaker 1: Still you don't on the plane if you can and
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: let it go. People are still saying, though, even with
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: all of that, that they think they can ride it
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: out but down. But but what does riding out and
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: hunkering down do? Let me tell you what it does
- 1:30:16Speaker 1: you and your at it. Because water has risen. That
- 1:30:19Speaker 1: that's what it does. That's what they're saying. It's now
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: all of a sudden, how honker are you? Ye? Yeah,
- 1:30:26Speaker 1: you gotta get out and food down stairs. We both, Yeah,
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: it's in the water. They showed pictures of grocery stores
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: and how all the you know, the shelves are cleared
- 1:30:36Speaker 1: off and everything because people have bought supplies and stuff.
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: But you gotta get the supplies and you gotta get out.
- 1:30:42Speaker 1: You gotta get your families out of there. You go
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: down a new grocery stores that you know what you
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: get if you want to last for stuff, ain't you're
- 1:30:54Speaker 1: down there with the underwood devil ham Sawdin too late.
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: Go the Lips by Carla and check out Carlo's Corner
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: for more hurricane survival tips. All Right, when we come back,
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: last break of the Daytime for some inspiration from the
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: one and only Steve Harvey. His closing remarks, you're listening
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Al Right, guys, here
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: we go, last break of the day. It's been a
- 1:31:24Speaker 1: good day, Steve. Teach us something on the way out, Steve. Well,
- 1:31:28Speaker 1: you know, um, I think the one thing that I've
- 1:31:36Speaker 1: one of the other things that I picked up when
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: I was on my vacation this summer, and one of
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: the things that was a great take away for me
- 1:31:43Speaker 1: was how to create value in my life. I Mean, look,
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: we all want to all have a life that's worth something.
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: We all want to be able to reap the benefits
- 1:32:00Speaker 1: of our labor. We all want to show increase as
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: we get older. We all want to retire, save money.
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: We all want to hit the big lick. We all
- 1:32:12Speaker 1: want to get make it, we all want to somehow
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: get over. We all want to live our best life.
- 1:32:20Speaker 1: So how do we create the most value? Well, two
- 1:32:28Speaker 1: things that you have to contend with when you're talking
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: about quality of life and value, that's your health and
- 1:32:36Speaker 1: your time. Your health in your time or two of
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: the most important commodities that you have, because if you're
- 1:32:43Speaker 1: out of either one of those, you are in a
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: world of trouble. You can't be out of time, you're dead,
- 1:32:50Speaker 1: and you can't be out of health you're sick. And
- 1:32:53Speaker 1: when you really out of health, it's tough, man. It
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: is tough for people who are unhealthy. Most people I
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: know with money, with trade and all the money, if
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: they could be healthy again. So health in time. So
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: how do you create the most value? Well, take care
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: of both of those things right there. If you take
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: care of your health and you become an expert at
- 1:33:16Speaker 1: time management. I can't even tell you the value that
- 1:33:20Speaker 1: you've increased in your life. And this is something where
- 1:33:23Speaker 1: you don't need help from anybody else. You can do
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: all this yourself, starting right now. You can actually eat
- 1:33:31Speaker 1: better and start to feel better. You can actually cut
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: out a lot of crap in your day and have
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: more times for more things that's important to you. I mean, man,
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: I'm on this kick right now, really really trying to
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: get myself healthy on the inside, and I'm encouraging people. Look,
- 1:33:52Speaker 1: you don't let old aid age just come and walk
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: you out of here. You got to get in a
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: fight with it. Don't just sit down and rust away.
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: You know, if you don't move something, what you don't use,
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: you lose. So if you're not moving your body, you
- 1:34:07Speaker 1: lose the ability to move your body. That's just common sense.
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: Get up, take a walk, Introduce some greens into your diet. Man,
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: eat smarter. Stop so much process food. Nobody's gonna eat perfect,
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: but at least try to increase your health. It'll make
- 1:34:26Speaker 1: you feel better than quality of life that you have
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: would be better. Secondly, eradicate everything in your day that
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: is a waste of time. If you're doing something that's
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: not making you better, feel better, and your life better,
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: why you're doing it? Why are you doing it? Really? Man,
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: When you do something, it should be to progress yourself,
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: even if it means turning around helping somebody that is
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: less fortunate. Do you know the blessing that you're sending
- 1:35:01Speaker 1: your way by helping the least of these, the less fortunate?
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: You know God pays you for that. Even if you
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: just cut out the people in your life that are negative,
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: cut them out your life and replace them with positive people.
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: How I got news, So you don't even have to
- 1:35:19Speaker 1: replace them, Just cut them out, man, Where you can
- 1:35:23Speaker 1: have a solid thought yourself. It's horrible when you've got
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: certain people that call you and all they do is
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: call you with bad news. They got nothing positive to say, ever,
- 1:35:32Speaker 1: They just always on some negative tip, and the next
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: thing you know, it's bleeding over in your day. Your
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: day was fine until you took that call. Get those
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: people out of your circle, get them away from you.
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: It's okay. I say this over and over and over,
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: but I can't tell you how many toxic relationships are
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: in your life that's making your life toxic. And you're
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: sitting up in here and don't understand why you're sick.
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: You got too many any toxic people around you? I
- 1:36:03Speaker 1: have them, I used to have a lot more. I
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: think I've gotten rid of all of them. I had
- 1:36:11Speaker 1: a company meeting the other day and something flat up,
- 1:36:14Speaker 1: and I squashed it right away, So maybe that'll keep
- 1:36:17Speaker 1: that from spread. But if it don't, I know who
- 1:36:20Speaker 1: it is. And I just don't like toxic relationships around
- 1:36:24Speaker 1: me anymore. I just decided that I don't have the
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: time to walk you through life on how to be
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: and you ain't really trying to be no better your
- 1:36:32Speaker 1: damn so so why am I wasting my time with you.
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: Remove toxic people about your life, toxic relationships, get out
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: of any toxic situation because all it's doing is making
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: you sick. So if you manage your time better and
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: you take care of your health, those are two things
- 1:36:50Speaker 1: that you could do immediately to start changing your life.
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: I mean you can do this simple. You can go online.
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: You can go online. You can go plant bay for
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: a little while. You can cut out processed foods for
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: a little while. You can just cut out sugar for
- 1:37:05Speaker 1: a little while. Take it step by step and see
- 1:37:08Speaker 1: if you don't feel better. If that makes you feel better,
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: implement more of that in your life and watch what
- 1:37:14Speaker 1: happens when you get rid of stop talking to toxic people.
- 1:37:18Speaker 1: You have a lot more thoughts in your day that
- 1:37:20Speaker 1: belonged to you which could be placed in a positive direction.
- 1:37:25Speaker 1: It's simple, but it's hard to understand. Those are my
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: clothing marks today. Wow, drop the mic very good, Steve
- 1:37:33Speaker 1: very good? Yeah, you know what? All right? People go by.
- 1:37:40Speaker 1: I gotta tell you this that s you gotta say
- 1:37:42Speaker 1: congratulations to m Keenan Thompson because he want an Emmy
- 1:37:46Speaker 1: for us Saturday Night Live. You know he plays you
- 1:37:48Speaker 1: a lot but wanting, Yeah, A need to send me head,
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: tell them damn wings off and give it congratulations. For
