- 0:01Speaker 1: A new headline has come out, and this is changing
- 0:03Speaker 1: by the moment. The team Biden sparked the effort to
- 0:07Speaker 1: kill the Hunter Biden laptop story is what the ex
- 0:12Speaker 1: CIA boss is now saying. The world around the Bidens
- 0:16Speaker 1: is unraveling very quickly over the last twenty four hours. Why, well,
- 0:21Speaker 1: it seems that now Democrats are really thinking about the
- 0:24Speaker 1: idea of going ahead and allowing Joe Biden, Hunter Biden
- 0:28Speaker 1: and the Biden crime family to go down. Why would
- 0:30Speaker 1: they want it to go down? Pretty simple, They're ready
- 0:34Speaker 1: for a new candidate. Now, I'm going to give you
- 0:37Speaker 1: all the latest and we have done now three different
- 0:41Speaker 1: podcasts on this in the last twenty four hours. That's
- 0:45Speaker 1: how quickly things have been changing. Just so you understand,
- 0:49Speaker 1: go back and listen to the last two podcasts. You'll
- 0:52Speaker 1: get some of that breaking news. I'm not going to
- 0:54Speaker 1: go over that part again. I'm going to give you
- 0:56Speaker 1: the latest stuff right now. What we now know is
- 0:59Speaker 1: it Hunter Biden has become the center of renewed political
- 1:03Speaker 1: controversy after it has now emerged at the former acting
- 1:06Speaker 1: CIA director Mike Morell, in fact, helped organize a letter
- 1:12Speaker 1: by fifty intelligence community figures ahead of the twenty twenty
- 1:16Speaker 1: presidential election, suggesting that the elked emails from Hunter Biden's
- 1:22Speaker 1: laptop had all the markings of Russian disinformation. Now here's
- 1:26Speaker 1: the part you really need to know about and understand.
- 1:30Speaker 1: They all knew they were lying to the American people
- 1:33Speaker 1: when they signed their name on to that letter saying
- 1:37Speaker 1: that it was Russian disinformation. The former acting CIA director
- 1:42Speaker 1: Morell made the confession in private sworn testimony by the
- 1:47Speaker 1: House Judiciary Committee, saying, quote, he acted after speaking to
- 1:52Speaker 1: Anthony Blincoln, then part of the Biden campaign and now
- 1:58Speaker 1: the actual Secretary of the State of the United It's America,
- 2:01Speaker 1: because he wanted Joe Biden quote to win the election. So,
- 2:05Speaker 1: in other words, the deep State got together, they chose
- 2:09Speaker 1: their candidate. They then chose to lie to you, the
- 2:12Speaker 1: American people. And now two of the people involved in
- 2:16Speaker 1: this horrific cover up, Anthony Blincoln and the former acting
- 2:21Speaker 1: CIA director Mike Morele, did all of this so they
- 2:25Speaker 1: could pick their guy. In response to the claims, the
- 2:30Speaker 1: White House told Newsweek that House Republicans are quote weaponizing
- 2:34Speaker 1: their power to go after opponents and relitigate the twenty
- 2:38Speaker 1: twenty election with misleading claims. That's their best response. That's
- 2:43Speaker 1: how much trouble they know they're now in. That's a
- 2:46Speaker 1: weak response, by the way, saying this is about religating
- 2:48Speaker 1: twenty twenty when.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Clearly it's not.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Allegations go back to twenty twenty of Russian collusions sparked
- 2:56Speaker 1: the major controversy after the twenty sixteen election, and they
- 3:01Speaker 1: lied about the president the entire time. They knew they
- 3:03Speaker 1: were lying when they were beaching the first time and
- 3:05Speaker 1: the second time when embarrassing emails from the Democrat National
- 3:10Speaker 1: Committee were revealed by WikiLeaks. An investigation also by the
- 3:14Speaker 1: Special Counsel Robert Mueller, later concluded the hack was conducted
- 3:19Speaker 1: by quote Russian military intelligence officers in an effort to
- 3:24Speaker 1: boost then Republican candidate Donald Trump. We now know he
- 3:27Speaker 1: was lying to us about that as well. In just
- 3:31Speaker 1: weeks before the twenty twenty election, the New York Posts
- 3:34Speaker 1: published what it said were emails from Hunter Biden's laptop
- 3:38Speaker 1: recovered by a computer repair shop owner, which they claimed
- 3:42Speaker 1: showed improper business relationships. In response, the Biden campaign, the
- 3:49Speaker 1: now Secretary of State former CIA acting director got more
- 3:53Speaker 1: than fifty former intelligence officials including EXCIA chief John Brennan,
- 3:58Speaker 1: who knew he was signing his name letter that was
- 4:00Speaker 1: a lie. Michael Hayden also signing away his name to
- 4:05Speaker 1: a piece of paper that he knew was a lie.
- 4:08Speaker 1: Why Because they wanted Joe Biden to be president they
- 4:11Speaker 1: signed that open letter suggesting that Russians are involved in
- 4:14Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden email issue. John Radcliffe, you may remember,
- 4:19Speaker 1: then Director of National Intelligence, came out strongly contesting the
- 4:25Speaker 1: fifty person letter and their assessment. During an interview with
- 4:30Speaker 1: Fox News, he said, quote, we shared no intelligence with
- 4:34Speaker 1: Chairman Adam Shift or any other member of Congress at
- 4:37Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's laptop is part of a Russian disinformation campaign.
- 4:41Speaker 1: Adam Shift, the guy went after Trump now once but
- 4:43Speaker 1: twice on the Steele dossier, which he knew was actually
- 4:46Speaker 1: funded by Hillary Clinton's campaign, and he knew it was
- 4:49Speaker 1: also funded by the Democratic National Committee. Was then the
- 4:53Speaker 1: chair of the House Intelligence Committee. And what was he doing.
- 4:55Speaker 1: He was impeaching Trump, trying to overthrow the will of
- 4:57Speaker 1: the people. I would call this a clear attempt. In
- 5:02Speaker 1: March twenty twenty two, finally analysis started quote coming out
- 5:07Speaker 1: by the Washington Post. They concluded years later that thousands
- 5:12Speaker 1: of emails were authentic communication and there was no evidence
- 5:17Speaker 1: that had been found of any Russian role in their release,
- 5:20Speaker 1: so they were admitting it just too little. Over two
- 5:23Speaker 1: years late, appearing before the House Judiciary Committee, former Acting
- 5:29Speaker 1: CIA Director Mike Morrell said he was contacted by Anthony Blincoln.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Now remember Anthony Blinkon is now the Secretary of State.
- 5:39Speaker 1: He was contacted by Anthony Blincoln on or before October seventeenth,
- 5:44Speaker 1: twenty twenty, which triggered that intent, leading him to organize
- 5:51Speaker 1: the letter, which was provided then to Politico to undermine
- 5:56Speaker 1: the entire reporting and shut down the story. Morele, the
- 6:01Speaker 1: former acting CIA director admitted under oath that he was
- 6:06Speaker 1: he acted because quote this is a direct quote from
- 6:10Speaker 1: what he said to Congress sworn testimony, I wanted him
- 6:18Speaker 1: Biden to win the election. He added that the Biden
- 6:22Speaker 1: campaign chairman later called to thank me for putting the
- 6:27Speaker 1: statement out. Speaking to Newsweek, White House spokesman commented saying this,
- 6:33Speaker 1: instead of working with President Biden on the issues that
- 6:36Speaker 1: matter the most to the American people, like lowering costs
- 6:39Speaker 1: or tackling gun violence, House Republicans are weaponizing their power
- 6:44Speaker 1: to go after their political opponents and relitigate the twenty
- 6:48Speaker 1: twenty election with misleading claims. This is all happening as
- 6:53Speaker 1: they move ahead on a dangerous plan to push Americans
- 6:56Speaker 1: into default and an economic crisis quote unquote. That's how
- 7:02Speaker 1: the Democrats are now responding. The American people see these
- 7:07Speaker 1: House GOP attacks for what they are, political stunts intended
- 7:11Speaker 1: to hurt President Biden and House Republicans would be wise
- 7:15Speaker 1: to instaid focus on doing their job, raising the debt
- 7:18Speaker 1: ceiling to avoid an economic catastrophe, and working together with
- 7:21Speaker 1: President to make actual progress on important issues, the White
- 7:25Speaker 1: House went on to say in their statement. Newsweek also
- 7:30Speaker 1: contacted Hunter Biden's legal representatives for comment, as the Judiciary
- 7:35Speaker 1: Committee staff requesting a full transcript of Morell's remarks. Separately,
- 7:41Speaker 1: we also know about the other story that's broken this
- 7:44Speaker 1: week that an irs US tax special agent has said
- 7:49Speaker 1: he's prepared to testify before Congress that a criminal investigation
- 7:54Speaker 1: into Hunter Biden's business dealings was impacted by considerations quote unquote.
- 8:03Speaker 1: The claim was made by the agent's lawyer, Mark Leido
- 8:08Speaker 1: during an interview with CBS News. Listen to what CBS
- 8:13Speaker 1: had to say was they were leading their broadcasts with
- 8:17Speaker 1: this news Goodnight.
- 8:18Speaker 3: There is breaking news in the federal criminal investigation into
- 8:21Speaker 3: Hunter Biden's tax returns. An attorney for an IRS supervisor
- 8:25Speaker 3: sent a letter to lawmakers today asking for whistleblower protection,
- 8:29Speaker 3: saying his client has information that suggests the investigation is
- 8:33Speaker 3: being improperly influenced by quote, preferential treatment and politics. Here
- 8:39Speaker 3: is CBS News Chief investigative correspondent, Jim Axelrod.
- 8:44Speaker 4: My client wants to come forward to Congress. He's ready
- 8:47Speaker 4: to be questioned about what he knows and what he
- 8:49Speaker 4: experienced under the proper legal protections.
- 8:52Speaker 5: Attorney Mark Ladle's client is a supervisory special agent at
- 8:56Speaker 5: the IRS who's prepared to tell Congress the investigation he's
- 9:00Speaker 5: been working on has been hampered by what he thinks
- 9:03Speaker 5: is special treatment.
- 9:05Speaker 4: Typical steps that a law enforcement investigator would take were
- 9:09Speaker 4: compromised because of political considerations.
- 9:13Speaker 5: Lytel wouldn't talk in specifics, declining to identify either his
- 9:17Speaker 5: client or the target of the investigation his client helped conduct.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Can you identify him?
- 9:22Speaker 6: I can't at this stage, Jim.
- 9:24Speaker 5: But CBS News has learned the investigation the whistleblower worked
- 9:28Speaker 5: on is about Hunter Biden.
- 9:30Speaker 6: What we're doing is is being completely cooperative.
- 9:33Speaker 5: That was Biden two years ago, after the DOJ opened
- 9:37Speaker 5: an investigation into his finances. The FBI collected what it
- 9:41Speaker 5: believed was sufficient evidence to charge Biden with tax crimes,
- 9:45Speaker 5: and last year sent its findings to the US Attorney
- 9:48Speaker 5: in Delaware. Since then, silence, Why can't your client talk
- 9:54Speaker 5: to us directly?
- 9:54Speaker 4: At this point, there are laws that provide protection to whistleblowers,
- 9:59Speaker 4: and he has to know navigate that today.
- 10:01Speaker 5: Lytel sent this letter to Congress, claiming his client could
- 10:05Speaker 5: provide information that would contradict sworn testimony by a senior
- 10:09Speaker 5: political appointee.
- 10:11Speaker 7: I have promised to ensure that he's able to carry
- 10:14Speaker 7: out his investigation.
- 10:15Speaker 5: CBS News has learned that was Attorney General Merrick Garland,
- 10:19Speaker 5: who gave testimony about the Trump appointed US attorney in
- 10:22Speaker 5: Delaware conducting the Hunter Biden investigation. Lytel says, neither he
- 10:28Speaker 5: nor his client are motivated by politics. Would you find
- 10:33Speaker 5: any evidence or allegation of a political agenda?
- 10:37Speaker 8: Now?
- 10:37Speaker 4: To him, the truth is one truth and he wants
- 10:41Speaker 4: to come forward with it.
- 10:42Speaker 5: Lytel told us the whistleblower has been with the IRS
- 10:45Speaker 5: for more than a decade and has extensive documentation to
- 10:50Speaker 5: support his allegations.
- 10:51Speaker 4: The things he's been through are very well documented in
- 10:55Speaker 4: emails and other communications with the Department of Justice.
- 11:00Speaker 5: We asked Mark Lytel if there's a chance his client
- 11:03Speaker 5: can only see his slice of the investigation and not
- 11:05Speaker 5: the big picture. He said that's possible, but that his
- 11:09Speaker 5: client had expressed his concerns to superiors a number of
- 11:12Speaker 5: times before seeking whistle blower status. Neither the IRS, Department
- 11:17Speaker 5: of Justice or a lawyer for Hunter Biden would comment.
- 11:22Speaker 2: That's CBS News.
- 11:24Speaker 1: That report is the longest they've ever spent on anything
- 11:27Speaker 1: dealing with Hunter Biden. Why are they doing this now?
- 11:31Speaker 1: Because headline after headline is now breaking on this story
- 11:37Speaker 1: and they know it. We know that the XCIA chief
- 11:41Speaker 1: said that he got the spies to write the false
- 11:43Speaker 1: Hunter Biden laptop letter right before the election to help
- 11:47Speaker 1: Joe Biden because he wanted his words.
- 11:50Speaker 2: He wanted Joe Biden to win.
- 11:55Speaker 1: We know the Biden campaign and the Secretary of State
- 11:59Speaker 1: Anthony blink and worked and orchestrated that intel letter to
- 12:03Speaker 1: discredit Hunter Biden and the laptop story. We know that
- 12:07Speaker 1: the fifty one former intelligence officials who signed that letter
- 12:10Speaker 1: in October of twenty twenty knew that they were lying.
- 12:16Speaker 1: They knew they were lying. They knew they were lying
- 12:19Speaker 1: the entire time. And this former CIA official admitted that
- 12:24Speaker 1: then Biden campaign senior advisor now Secretary of State Anthony
- 12:28Speaker 1: Blincoln played a role in the inception of that public
- 12:32Speaker 1: statement that was signed by the current and past intelligence
- 12:35Speaker 1: officials claiming that the Hunter Biden laptop was part of
- 12:41Speaker 1: a Russian disinformation campaign. These people are pure evil. This
- 12:48Speaker 1: is what happens in third world countries. This is what
- 12:51Speaker 1: happens in Russia, in China, Banana, Republic. Ask this is
- 12:56Speaker 1: the corruption of the by crime family and everybody that
- 13:02Speaker 1: was helping covering it up. They knew why they were
- 13:04Speaker 1: doing it. They wanted the jobs. They wanted the jobs, folks.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Anthony Blincoln's on a presidential campaign now he's Secretary of State.
- 13:12Speaker 2: Was the lie worth it? Absolutely?
- 13:14Speaker 1: These former CIA operatives, these former Intel officials, did they
- 13:18Speaker 1: get jobs?
- 13:19Speaker 2: Yes? Are they still in the no? Yes?
- 13:21Speaker 1: Are they getting hooked up with deals and contracts and consulting, Yes? Yes,
- 13:25Speaker 1: and yes we know all of this. Okay, this is
- 13:29Speaker 1: what happens. This is how it happens. Okay, this is
- 13:35Speaker 1: the corruption that happens, and everybody understands it. Now, this
- 13:43Speaker 1: lawyer who is whistleblowing and this may be the most
- 13:47Speaker 1: damning moment for the Biden crime family, has now come
- 13:51Speaker 1: out and talked even more about his client on Fox
- 13:55Speaker 1: News Channel with Brett Bher Listen carefully, Tourney Mark lytel Mark, thanks.
- 14:00Speaker 6: For being here, Brett, thanks for having me.
- 14:02Speaker 9: First of all, why is your client not coming forward publicly?
- 14:06Speaker 10: Why don't why can't we know.
- 14:08Speaker 6: Who he is?
- 14:09Speaker 4: So, Brett, great question. There are laws in place, federal
- 14:13Speaker 4: laws that protect the privacy of taxpayers and taxpayer information.
- 14:17Speaker 4: They're very specific about what can be said and what
- 14:20Speaker 4: can't be said, and under what circumstances that can take place.
- 14:24Speaker 4: My client wants to specifically follow those laws, and they
- 14:28Speaker 4: involve certain procedures. In particular, when approaching Congress, there's only
- 14:32Speaker 4: specific committees that are allowed or that are empowered to
- 14:35Speaker 4: grant this authority for a whistleblower to come forward to
- 14:39Speaker 4: talk about taxpayer information.
- 14:40Speaker 9: So when someone says, maybe this is politically motivated, how
- 14:44Speaker 9: do you respond to that?
- 14:45Speaker 4: Well, I can say we are not able to talk
- 14:48Speaker 4: about any particular cases, and there's no my client wants
- 14:54Speaker 4: to come forward. He's not a political person, he's not
- 14:56Speaker 4: a social media person. He's not coming here with the
- 15:00Speaker 4: political agenda.
- 15:01Speaker 9: He's been at the IRS for a long time.
- 15:02Speaker 4: He's been at the IRS for more than ten years,
- 15:06Speaker 4: and now he's a supervisory special Agent. He's been trusted
- 15:09Speaker 4: at the IRS. He's actually been trusted as an assistant
- 15:12Speaker 4: special Agent in charge in other cities and trusted with
- 15:15Speaker 4: international investigations and working with other countries tax enforcement bureaus.
- 15:20Speaker 9: You sent this letter to the Senates, the Finance and
- 15:25Speaker 9: Ranking of the Finance Committee, Judiciary, both Whistleblower Protection and
- 15:30Speaker 9: Chuck Rassley. Also to the House Ways and Means, Chairman
- 15:33Speaker 9: of the Ranking Jim Jordan, Jerry Nadler, and Judiciary, and
- 15:37Speaker 9: in it it says that your client has information that
- 15:42Speaker 9: contradicts sworn testimony to Congress by senior political appointee, failure
- 15:47Speaker 9: to mitigate clear conflicts of interest, and ultimate disposition of
- 15:50Speaker 9: this case that you're talking about, and examples of preferential
- 15:53Speaker 9: treatment and politics improperly infecting decisions as laid out in
- 15:58Speaker 9: this letter. Is their documentation to support this, not just
- 16:04Speaker 9: someone saying this is what I saw, but actual documentation.
- 16:08Speaker 6: Yes, Brett.
- 16:09Speaker 4: So, my client's a career law enforcement officer who is
- 16:14Speaker 4: respected within the IRS, and he teaches other agents how
- 16:16Speaker 4: to properly do investigations. He knows when to spot when
- 16:20Speaker 4: other invest when investigative steps aren't done in the traditional
- 16:24Speaker 4: way to get at the truth. And he has spotted
- 16:27Speaker 4: and observed things that are done differently in this particular matter,
- 16:31Speaker 4: which I can't identify, and he wants to talk about them,
- 16:35Speaker 4: and he believes that they were influenced by politics you
- 16:38Speaker 4: can identify.
- 16:38Speaker 9: But we have sources telling us that this has to
- 16:40Speaker 9: do with the Hunter Biden investigation. And to that point,
- 16:43Speaker 9: Hunter Brden's attorney, Chris Clark, put out a statement in
- 16:46Speaker 9: which he says, it appears this IRS agent has committed
- 16:50Speaker 9: a crime. It is a felony for an IRS agent
- 16:52Speaker 9: to improperly disclose information about an ongoing tax investigation.
- 16:56Speaker 10: The ARS has incredible.
- 16:57Speaker 9: Power, and abusing that power by targeting and embarrassing or
- 17:00Speaker 9: disclosing information about a private citizen's tax matters, undermines Americans'
- 17:04Speaker 9: faith in the federal government. Unfortunately, that is what has
- 17:07Speaker 9: happened and is happening here in an attempt to harm
- 17:10Speaker 9: my client.
- 17:12Speaker 4: You know, it's really unfortunate that that statement was made.
- 17:15Speaker 4: You know, mister Clark made that statement. My client wrestled
- 17:19Speaker 4: with whether or not to come forward. He had a
- 17:21Speaker 4: lot of sleepless nights about coming forward with this. At
- 17:24Speaker 4: the end of the day, he decided that he could
- 17:26Speaker 4: not live with himself if he stayed quiet and said nothing.
- 17:29Speaker 2: This is a career law enforcement officer.
- 17:32Speaker 1: This is a guy that trains irs agents on how
- 17:36Speaker 1: to do investigations. This is a guy that clearly was
- 17:39Speaker 1: so bothered by the corruption and the covering up of
- 17:44Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden crime family. Now we know it's nine
- 17:48Speaker 1: family members that he said, I'm willing to risk it
- 17:51Speaker 1: all my entire career, and I would argue, put your
- 17:54Speaker 1: life at risk.
- 17:56Speaker 2: I think we know that at some point his name
- 17:57Speaker 2: is going to come out.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Someone's going to out him, someone gonna want to screw
- 18:00Speaker 1: with him, right, Someone's gonna want to to let you know,
- 18:04Speaker 1: just like they did with that Mac store and the
- 18:07Speaker 1: guy who had the laptop, They're gonna try to hurt
- 18:09Speaker 1: this guy.
- 18:10Speaker 2: They're gonna try to discredit him.
- 18:11Speaker 1: There are people right now, they're gonna try to put
- 18:13Speaker 1: out things about him and try to turn him into
- 18:15Speaker 1: a political person. They're gonna try destroy his life. And
- 18:18Speaker 1: he still knows this, and he knows how the game's played,
- 18:22Speaker 1: and he understands how the game's played, and he's saying,
- 18:24Speaker 1: I'm still going to do it. I'm still gonna tell
- 18:28Speaker 1: the truth. This man is a hero that I wish
- 18:31Speaker 1: I could meet. Let's talk about a great opportunity for

- 19:34Speaker 1: Democrats wanted to use the word insurrection for January the
- 19:37Speaker 1: sixth because if they could accuse the president of causing
- 19:41Speaker 1: an insurrection, they knew that was something that could disqualify
- 19:45Speaker 1: him from being the president. You can hear it in
- 19:49Speaker 1: the voice of the lawyer that he's terrified for his
- 19:53Speaker 1: client as well. I think he's even terrified for his
- 19:56Speaker 1: own career because now he knows the entire Democratic Party,
- 20:00Speaker 1: the Deep State, the CIA, the FBI, the irs, everybody's
- 20:05Speaker 1: going to come after them.
- 20:07Speaker 4: Listen, you know, it's really unfortunate that that statement was made.
- 20:11Speaker 4: You know, mister Clark made that statement. My client wrestled
- 20:15Speaker 4: with whether or not to come forward. He had a
- 20:17Speaker 4: lot of sleepless nights about coming forward with this. At
- 20:20Speaker 4: the end of the day, he decided that he could
- 20:22Speaker 4: not live with himself if he stayed quiet and said nothing.
- 20:25Speaker 6: So he's coming forward.
- 20:26Speaker 4: But he knows that he's going to be attacked, and
- 20:29Speaker 4: you know, really attacks like this are kind of what
- 20:32Speaker 4: he was worried about. But he wants to come forward
- 20:35Speaker 4: tell the truth. He's instructed us to reach out to
- 20:37Speaker 4: both Democrats and Republicans on the Hill and let those
- 20:41Speaker 4: statements that if they want to hear him, and have
- 20:43Speaker 4: them come into the Hill and talk to them.
- 20:45Speaker 6: Let those statements rest where they are.
- 20:47Speaker 10: I mean, you see that as fairly threatening that.
- 20:50Speaker 4: Now, I don't think it helps you know, I don't
- 20:52Speaker 4: think it helps whistleblowers as a whole. I mean, there
- 20:56Speaker 4: is a strong contingent on the Hill that believes in
- 20:58Speaker 4: the whistleblower programs to have to shine a light on
- 21:02Speaker 4: government agencies and programs and to enable people to come
- 21:05Speaker 4: forward without getting threatened. And it's unfortunate that that statement
- 21:09Speaker 4: was made.
- 21:09Speaker 9: You mentioned Democrats and Republicans both were asked about it today.
- 21:13Speaker 10: Here's some sound from a couple of them.
- 21:16Speaker 11: There is facts and evidence that contradict sworn testimony before
- 21:20Speaker 11: Congress is a five alarm fire when it comes to
- 21:25Speaker 11: any potential investigation and the politicization of these agencies.
- 21:30Speaker 7: We take all whistleblowers statements seriously as we should. Some
- 21:35Speaker 7: turn out to be very important and some not. But
- 21:37Speaker 7: we take them all seriously at the outset and look
- 21:39Speaker 7: at them closely.
- 21:41Speaker 9: So you've requested this whistleblower protection. There is that advanced
- 21:45Speaker 9: from that request.
- 21:47Speaker 4: Yesterday we sent the letter out to the various committees
- 21:50Speaker 4: that have these authorities. We have received outreach this morning
- 21:55Speaker 4: and we're in current dialogue. We haven't received outreach from
- 21:57Speaker 4: every committee, but we've received dialogue some of the committee
- 22:00Speaker 4: and we're in a dialogue with what's next steps to take.
- 22:04Speaker 10: A positive dialogue, positive.
- 22:05Speaker 4: Dialogue expressing interest to come forward. One of the things
- 22:09Speaker 4: my client insists on is that he only come in
- 22:12Speaker 4: to talk to both Democrats and Republicans and they can
- 22:14Speaker 4: all ask him questions and cross examine them, and he
- 22:17Speaker 4: has documents that.
- 22:18Speaker 6: Will support what he has to say.
- 22:20Speaker 4: One of the difficulties about tax secrecy laws, tax privacy
- 22:24Speaker 4: laws are some of the things he can't tell me
- 22:26Speaker 4: as his lawyer without and so we've instructed him don't
- 22:30Speaker 4: do that.
- 22:30Speaker 6: We want to have him follow those laws. Congress can
- 22:33Speaker 6: enable him to do that.
- 22:34Speaker 9: Last thing, this is the White House. One of the
- 22:37Speaker 9: lists is contradicting sworn testimony to Congress by a senior
- 22:41Speaker 9: political appointee. There's a lot of reporting out there that
- 22:44Speaker 9: this may be the Attorney General.
- 22:46Speaker 10: Take a listen to the White House today.
- 22:48Speaker 11: He's the president confident that his Attorney general has not
- 22:51Speaker 11: held polliatical obligations here when.
- 22:53Speaker 12: It comes to this the mesuge again, the President has
- 22:56Speaker 12: always been cleared during the campaign during his presidency that
- 22:59Speaker 12: the Department of Justice should have independence, they should not
- 23:02Speaker 12: be politicized, and they should be able to do their job.
- 23:07Speaker 2: Independent leages.
- 23:08Speaker 9: Essentially, whether the Attorney General said something on Capitol Hill
- 23:13Speaker 9: could be at matter. I know you can't talk about
- 23:16Speaker 9: the specifics, but does your client think that this, what
- 23:20Speaker 9: he's coming forward with is explosive, is.
- 23:25Speaker 10: Jarring.
- 23:26Speaker 4: So I can't talk specific about who it was that
- 23:29Speaker 4: my client's talking about, and I know it has been a
- 23:30Speaker 4: lot of reporting, and I can't address that. What I
- 23:33Speaker 4: can say is a career law enforcement officer who knows
- 23:37Speaker 4: the right way to do an investigation when he hears
- 23:40Speaker 4: a senior politically appointed official at the Department of Justice
- 23:44Speaker 4: sworn testimony say something and in his mind it's directly
- 23:48Speaker 4: contradictory to what he knows is going on with the investigation.
- 23:51Speaker 6: And what he can prove with documents, what he can
- 23:53Speaker 6: prove with documents he wants to come forward.
- 23:55Speaker 9: Mark Lable, we appreciate your time, and you hear the
- 23:58Speaker 9: attorney and again I think it's clear he's scared.
- 24:02Speaker 2: Now.
- 24:02Speaker 1: What we do know from all this is there's one
- 24:04Speaker 1: man who's a liar. And we know he's a liar
- 24:07Speaker 1: now from all of this. And we know this now
- 24:09Speaker 1: from the man who is in charge of putting that
- 24:13Speaker 1: letter together said, yeah, we lied to the American people, right,
- 24:16Speaker 1: we got this letter together.
- 24:17Speaker 2: We knew it was a lie.
- 24:18Speaker 1: We put it together with he's fifty one, you know,
- 24:20Speaker 1: top people in the intelligence community saying that the Hunter
- 24:23Speaker 1: Biden laptop was Russian disinformation? Why do we lie because
- 24:27Speaker 1: we wanted Joe Biden to win. One person that knew
- 24:29Speaker 1: he was lying to you and he was running for
- 24:31Speaker 1: president is Joe Biden. Here's Biden his own words on
- 24:34Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop. This was back during the presidential
- 24:37Speaker 1: debates in twenty twenty fifty former.
- 24:40Speaker 13: But he's saying is a bunch of garbage. This is
- 24:43Speaker 13: classically intelligence folks who said that what this he's accusing
- 24:47Speaker 13: me of is a Russian plant.
- 24:50Speaker 2: They have said that this is has.
- 24:51Speaker 13: All the four five former heads of the CIA, both
- 24:55Speaker 13: parties say what he's saying is a bunch of garbage.
- 24:59Speaker 13: This is classic. We have four days left and all
- 25:02Speaker 13: of a sudden, there's a laptop. There's overwhelming evidence that
- 25:05Speaker 13: from the intelligence community that the Russians are engaged the.
- 25:10Speaker 6: Story from the fall of Altri Simeider. Yes, yes, yes, I.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Know you'd ask you. I have no response campaign.
- 25:23Speaker 13: It's the lastest effort in this desperate campaign to smear
- 25:26Speaker 13: me and my family. The vast majority of the intelligence
- 25:29Speaker 13: people have come out and said there's no basis at
- 25:31Speaker 13: all there.
- 25:33Speaker 1: It is over and over again, from the debates to interviews.
- 25:37Speaker 1: It doesn't matter. Joe Biden is a liar. He was
- 25:41Speaker 1: lying to you the entire time. CBS News coming out
- 25:47Speaker 1: with their new report about the lies of the deep State.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Here's what they said earlier.
- 25:53Speaker 14: According to a letter released Thursday nights from the Republican
- 25:56Speaker 14: chairman of the House Judiciary and Intelligence committees, from We're
- 26:00Speaker 14: a Dempity, director Michael Morrell told congressional investigators the days
- 26:04Speaker 14: after the laptop story, Secretary of State Anthony Blincoln, then
- 26:07Speaker 14: a Biden campaign advisor, reached out to Morell and said
- 26:11Speaker 14: in motion the events that led to the intelligence officials
- 26:14Speaker 14: public statement.
- 26:15Speaker 1: They're not the only ones turning on the Biden White House.
- 26:20Speaker 1: NBC News now reporting there's growing frustration inside the FBI.
- 26:25Speaker 2: Why listen to.
- 26:26Speaker 15: Senior law enforcement officials describing to NBC News growing frustration
- 26:31Speaker 15: inside the FBI because federal investigators finished the bulk of
- 26:34Speaker 15: their work about a year ago and suspect political interference
- 26:37Speaker 15: is delaying the process.
- 26:40Speaker 1: And then you moved to ABC News, ABC News doing
- 26:43Speaker 1: stand ups in front of the White House saying this.
- 26:46Speaker 16: The attorney FO one hundred Biden says, the agent is
- 26:48Speaker 16: committing a crime by discussing an ongoing tax investigation and
- 26:52Speaker 16: a timp to harm the president's son. But the whistleblowers
- 26:55Speaker 16: attorney just told me such claims are basis.
- 26:58Speaker 1: I've been covering this twenty sixteen, and what I can
- 27:02Speaker 1: tell you right now is one simple thing. I have
- 27:05Speaker 1: never been able on the Hunter Biden story to play
- 27:08Speaker 1: this much audio for you. I have never had days
- 27:14Speaker 1: where ABCNBC and CBS we're all covering Hunter Biden and
- 27:18Speaker 1: this type of corruption. And the reason why is because
- 27:22Speaker 1: they refused to do it because they had to protect him.
- 27:24Speaker 1: The question now is why, why has this changed? What
- 27:31Speaker 1: has changed? Jim Jordan explaining how Anthony Blincoln and the
- 27:36Speaker 1: Biden campaign were behind the letter that falsely claimed that
- 27:39Speaker 1: Hunter's laptop was Russian disinformation. Listen to what he had
- 27:43Speaker 1: to say about this with Laura Ingram.
- 27:45Speaker 8: This has been political from the get go, clear back
- 27:48Speaker 8: to the moral situation. When the story came out on
- 27:52Speaker 8: October fourteenth, twenty twenty, about the Biden business operation and
- 27:56Speaker 8: was then Vice President Joe Biden involved, there was some
- 27:58Speaker 8: concern that he wanted and then quickly it turns in
- 28:01Speaker 8: this political operation, that letter that became the basis for
- 28:04Speaker 8: suppressing the story and keeping it from the American people
- 28:08Speaker 8: just days before the most important election we have election
- 28:10Speaker 8: for President of United States. So understand what happened, Laura.
- 28:12Speaker 8: The fourteenth post as the story. The seventeenth, Tony Blaken,
- 28:15Speaker 8: senior advisor to the Biden campaign, current Secretary of State,
- 28:18Speaker 8: contacts Mike Morell, gets him interested in this. Mike Morell
- 28:21Speaker 8: looks at it, the next day, organizes on the eighteenth
- 28:24Speaker 8: all these other people to sign the letter. The nineteenth,
- 28:27Speaker 8: the letter goes out, and then on the twenty second,
- 28:29Speaker 8: and the reason Mike Morrell said he did the letter
- 28:31Speaker 8: was he thought President Trump would bring the issue up
- 28:34Speaker 8: during that debate on the twenty second of October, and
- 28:37Speaker 8: of course he did, and they wanted some statement that
- 28:40Speaker 8: Joe Biden could use because, as mister Morrell said, they
- 28:42Speaker 8: wanted him to win. What happens on the twenty second
- 28:45Speaker 8: Joe Biden brings it up, and then after that debate
- 28:48Speaker 8: here's the kicker. Steve Roschetti, chair of the Biden campaign,
- 28:52Speaker 8: calls up Mike Morell and thanks him for doing it all.
- 28:56Speaker 8: It was a total political operation and the most important
- 28:59Speaker 8: fact is urah, it was false.
- 29:02Speaker 2: It was false.
- 29:04Speaker 1: This is the first time we've seen a big break
- 29:06Speaker 1: in the dam with this coverage with the media. Please
