- 0:59Speaker 1: gotta use turning. You're going. You gotta turn to turn
- 1:41Speaker 1: them out. Turn you got to turn out, then turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: the water to the water. Got come come on your bahhuh.
- 2:02Speaker 1: I shall will a good morning everybody. You're listening to
- 2:06Speaker 1: the voice, Come on, come on, y'all dig me now.
- 2:10Speaker 1: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show man.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Is God good to me? Unbelievable? Yeah? He is? And
- 2:18Speaker 1: and I can only attribute it to one thing. It's
- 2:21Speaker 1: just been a turnaround in my life. It's it's been
- 2:24Speaker 1: me finally making a decision to see what all God
- 2:28Speaker 1: has for me, but at the same time trying to
- 2:31Speaker 1: be more God wants me to be instead of more
- 2:34Speaker 1: what I want to be. That's the trade off. You know,
- 2:36Speaker 1: you gotta do something now. You know you know you
- 2:38Speaker 1: want God's blessings, you gotta be willing to do something
- 2:41Speaker 1: on his behalf. Now. I'm not saying I got it
- 2:44Speaker 1: right right now, because I'm just being real with you,
- 2:48Speaker 1: I don't. I don't have it all together by any
- 2:52Speaker 1: stretch of imagination. I'm trying to get better in several areas.
- 2:56Speaker 1: I'm praying about it, I'm working on it, but you
- 2:59Speaker 1: know it's and I've I've grown to accept the process.
- 3:04Speaker 1: But I'm improving in a lot of areas from day
- 3:06Speaker 1: to day. But I'll tell you what, man, my success
- 3:09Speaker 1: all is going on with me I can only attribute
- 3:12Speaker 1: to this turnaround. And the turnaround was simple. I turned
- 3:16Speaker 1: around and started looking at God. That was a simple move. Man.
- 3:21Speaker 1: I just turned around and started looking at him, and
- 3:23Speaker 1: I was going, Okay, I get it. Now, you created me.
- 3:27Speaker 1: You're the creator. You have a purpose for me. I
- 3:31Speaker 1: understand that. Now. Now let me just walk in that
- 3:35Speaker 1: purpose and let me get to doing that purpose. Now,
- 3:39Speaker 1: my purpose and your purpose and their purpose and anybody's
- 3:42Speaker 1: perfect purpose could be different, and the way you go
- 3:46Speaker 1: about the purpose can be different. And that's the part
- 3:50Speaker 1: that I've really grown up to. I've opened up my
- 3:53Speaker 1: mind to understanding that everybody's different, nobody's quite the same,
- 3:58Speaker 1: and that is not my right or position to judge,
- 4:01Speaker 1: but to be of a forgiving spirit and understand and
- 4:05Speaker 1: forgive those as I ask God to forgive me. See
- 4:09Speaker 1: that's the key. That's the key, y'all. So when you
- 4:12Speaker 1: out here and you stuck on this unforgiveness, understand in
- 4:17Speaker 1: the large prayer as a segment that says, forgive us
- 4:21Speaker 1: our trust passes, as we forgive those who trust pass
- 4:24Speaker 1: against us. There's another version says forgive us our debts
- 4:27Speaker 1: as we forgive our debt us. It's two different versions,
- 4:31Speaker 1: but either one it means the exact same thing. It
- 4:36Speaker 1: means simply this, that you are asking God to forgive
- 4:40Speaker 1: yours like you forgive others. Forgive us our trust passes
- 4:46Speaker 1: as we forgive those who trust pass against us when
- 4:49Speaker 1: I crossed the line with you, God handle me the
- 4:52Speaker 1: way I handle people when they cross the line with me.
- 4:56Speaker 1: You feel what I'm saying to you, See you understand that.
- 4:59Speaker 1: That's the breakdown of it. Best way I can give
- 5:01Speaker 1: it to you. Forgive us our trust passes as we
- 5:05Speaker 1: forgive those who trust pass against us. Forgive me God
- 5:09Speaker 1: for stepping over the line, like I forgive those that
- 5:12Speaker 1: step over the line on me. That's the hard part, man,
- 5:15Speaker 1: that's the part man, I've really been working on. I've
- 5:18Speaker 1: been really trying to get that together. And so I've
- 5:21Speaker 1: learned forgiveness a lot better over the past five years
- 5:25Speaker 1: than I have before, and it's paid off. I can't
- 5:29Speaker 1: tell you how I was paid off, because now God's
- 5:33Speaker 1: mercy and grace is all over me, because I've learned
- 5:37Speaker 1: to become more graceful. Now I ain't graceful like him.
- 5:42Speaker 1: I ain't merciful like him, but I've learned to become
- 5:46Speaker 1: more more graceful, more merciful, because man, I can't live
- 5:50Speaker 1: my life like that. I just got sick of me. Man,
- 5:53Speaker 1: you're mad at me. Now I'm mad at you. You
- 5:56Speaker 1: hate on me, Now I'm gonna hate on you. I
- 5:58Speaker 1: ain't got time for that. Man, Love got you. Look here,
- 6:01Speaker 1: you got somewhere to go. Hate take up time. It's
- 6:05Speaker 1: time consuming. Hating Trying to seek revenge it's time consuming.
- 6:11Speaker 1: It take up way too much of your time to
- 6:14Speaker 1: seek revenge When vengeance ain't really yours. That's another one.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Vengeance is mine, say if the lord it ain't yours.
- 6:22Speaker 1: So now when you go to seek it to take
- 6:24Speaker 1: it out, guess what you're doing. You're doing something now, man,
- 6:28Speaker 1: Now you off in the area that you've got no
- 6:30Speaker 1: business being in and instead of steady climbing your ladder
- 6:34Speaker 1: like you're supposed to, you didn't take out time for
- 6:36Speaker 1: vengeance to hate. I'm a hater. I'm gonna be a blogger.
- 6:43Speaker 1: I'm a blog about so and so. When you're blogging
- 6:46Speaker 1: about somebody, and most of these people you don't even
- 6:49Speaker 1: know when you're blogging about somebody, what you're doing, what
- 6:53Speaker 1: you're hating. It takes time to hate. Man. I just decided, Man,
- 7:00Speaker 1: I gotta take all my time and instead of have
- 7:03Speaker 1: doing time and being active, I got to be proactive.
- 7:08Speaker 1: See some people get that confused, being active and being proactive.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Pro is positive. Pro means to move forward. You know,
- 7:18Speaker 1: if you put pro in front of most words, it's
- 7:20Speaker 1: a positive influence. You know, does the pros and the cons.
- 7:25Speaker 1: The pros is the good side, the cons is what
- 7:28Speaker 1: can go wrong the bad side. You know, if you're active,
- 7:32Speaker 1: that's one thing, But if you're pro active, you're going
- 7:35Speaker 1: forward in a positive direction. When you become a pro
- 7:39Speaker 1: that means you the best of the best at whatever
- 7:42Speaker 1: it is you chosen to be. I'm a pro so somehow,
- 7:46Speaker 1: and I know English teacher, grammatical God the word pro
- 7:52Speaker 1: a lot of times when you put it in front
- 7:54Speaker 1: of something, means positiveness. So now a lot of people
- 7:59Speaker 1: think that if you just active something all to happen. Well,
- 8:02Speaker 1: I'm doing something, and that's what happens. Man. We just
- 8:05Speaker 1: find ourselves doing a lot of busy work that really
- 8:07Speaker 1: ain't bout nothing. It ain't going the way, It ain't
- 8:09Speaker 1: got no direction or no purpose because we haven't tried
- 8:12Speaker 1: to find out the direction of a purpose. So you
- 8:15Speaker 1: wake up and you and your wheels are spinning. You
- 8:18Speaker 1: a hamster on a tread meal. You're running real fast,
- 8:21Speaker 1: but you're just going in the same spot. You understand
- 8:23Speaker 1: that's because you're just out here being active instead of proactive.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Why don't you get God in your life. Why don't
- 8:29Speaker 1: you turn and face your creative and find out how
- 8:32Speaker 1: to become more proactive so you can do things to
- 8:36Speaker 1: move yourself forward. How you can get your life off
- 8:39Speaker 1: the ground and get off the tread meal and really
- 8:42Speaker 1: get it rolling in the direction that it need to
- 8:44Speaker 1: be going. Man, I'm telling you, God can make that
- 8:48Speaker 1: change for you if he see you making the change
- 8:51Speaker 1: for him. See the whole key man, the whole kids.
- 8:55Speaker 1: You got to be willing to do something. You got
- 8:58Speaker 1: to give God something to ask. Bless me God, and
- 9:02Speaker 1: then you go sit on your couch and you ain't trying. Okay,
- 9:05Speaker 1: bless me God with what what? What? What are you
- 9:09Speaker 1: working with? He can't have the people hire you if
- 9:12Speaker 1: you ain't put the app in. Come on, man, the
- 9:15Speaker 1: blessing comes when you make a proactive step, when you
- 9:19Speaker 1: try to do something on the positive side. Look, man,
- 9:22Speaker 1: I'm gonna quit messing around with all these people. I'm
- 9:25Speaker 1: gonna start going home. I'm gonna leave these women loan
- 9:27Speaker 1: out here. You got to say, all right, man, I
- 9:30Speaker 1: ain't going over that at night. I just ain't gonna
- 9:32Speaker 1: get Then God can work with you. God help me
- 9:36Speaker 1: stop seeing all these women. But you steady going over
- 9:39Speaker 1: there calling them setting up stuff. Can't nobody help you
- 9:44Speaker 1: because once you get over there, you already know. See,
- 9:47Speaker 1: you gotta get proactive. You gotta do something yourself. You
- 9:51Speaker 1: make one step, he'll make two. That that's the key, man.
- 9:55Speaker 1: So come on, y'all, you're listening show. Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome, welcome, welcome,

- 16:39Speaker 1: she come back. Man, it was it was two months
- 16:42Speaker 1: ago when she first came by the office. And you know,
- 16:44Speaker 1: like I said, I actually worked for the law firm
- 16:47Speaker 1: that that gives me the papers to take out to
- 16:49Speaker 1: uh to when you're gonna papers. So, like I said,
- 16:56Speaker 1: there was no way I could get them to I've
- 16:57Speaker 1: been trying to get them to you over two months.
- 16:59Speaker 1: So I figured on the best thing to do for
- 17:00Speaker 1: me to like faction to you two months ago to
- 17:04Speaker 1: tell me she when the time for the first from

- 17:15Speaker 1: don't you quiet now that way? And mister Kirby, look
- 17:20Speaker 1: many doctor, don't you do this to me? Man? Just

- 17:35Speaker 1: can't use I'm a good family. And then the first man,
- 17:42Speaker 1: all right, and you in the first paper say anybody
- 17:46Speaker 1: could have got it got a secretary. It's after day
- 17:50Speaker 1: she said she's a doctor. Okay, okay, and uh and
- 17:54Speaker 1: uh man, I understand man, I may have had a

- 21:13Speaker 1: as ever. Yeah, we've gone to boo, but right now
- 21:19Speaker 1: it is time to check in with the Cheap Love Officer,
- 21:22Speaker 1: you to answer all of everybody's love questions. Here we go,
- 21:25Speaker 1: Mike and Clearwater, Florida says I went on a blind
- 21:28Speaker 1: date with the finest girl I have ever met. She's
- 21:31Speaker 1: got beautiful teeth, eyes, and hair, and she's a little
- 21:35Speaker 1: on a thick side, which I love. The only problem
- 21:39Speaker 1: is that she smokes cigars and I could taste it
- 21:41Speaker 1: on her breath when we kiss. She only does it
- 21:45Speaker 1: on the weekend, So should I deal with it or
- 21:48Speaker 1: move on? Hey? Dog, it's just on the weekends. And
- 21:55Speaker 1: I mean, you know they're being a sick all smoker.
- 21:58Speaker 1: There are some things you can, you know, to help
- 22:03Speaker 1: the situation, but I mean, like, don't smoke for your kids.
- 22:08Speaker 1: That's a big one. Yeah, yeah, it's they got stuff
- 22:16Speaker 1: for that. But when you have to sigar place and
- 22:18Speaker 1: then you lean over a kiss. You've been to eat
- 22:20Speaker 1: some cigar, y'all. That's just all doing your kissing schedule.
- 22:28Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you're gonna work that out
- 22:30Speaker 1: with fun for fine, for fun, huh, make that absolutely. Yeah.
- 22:37Speaker 1: We've been to be blowing cigar smoke each other, so
- 22:45Speaker 1: we all smoke a cigar. Yeah, he should find how
- 22:49Speaker 1: fine she is, right, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It
- 22:53Speaker 1: has a lot to do with it, so he should
- 22:56Speaker 1: deal with it and not move on. Just stay there
- 22:58Speaker 1: and take it take absolutely. I mean, come on, man,
- 23:01Speaker 1: come on, man, what a bot of doctor Trisian Old
- 23:07Speaker 1: school Jasolene boys out everything. Doctor Trishian removes one layout
- 23:19Speaker 1: of mouth Land all right. Moving on to Felicity in Topeka,
- 23:30Speaker 1: Felicity writes, I have been seeing a man that is
- 23:33Speaker 1: twelve years my junior, and he's handsome and muscular up top,
- 23:38Speaker 1: but locking down below. He tries to overcompensate for his
- 23:42Speaker 1: shortcomings and is too much for me to handle. I
- 23:46Speaker 1: have a schedule to keep up with and kids to
- 23:49Speaker 1: look after, so I can't be lying around for hours
- 23:51Speaker 1: with him. Is it cool to tell him to hurry up?
- 23:54Speaker 1: Or will he be offended. Please advise it's gonna offend
- 24:00Speaker 1: him if you tell him to hurry up? What will
- 24:04Speaker 1: offend him as you tell him why he needs to
- 24:07Speaker 1: hurry I know, why are you putting in all this
- 24:11Speaker 1: extra time? Yeah? You know? You know? Once again, you
- 24:19Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. Huh. Being on the other side
- 24:22Speaker 1: of this one right here, I can tell you you
- 24:26Speaker 1: know what I didn't. I didn't. In my life, I've
- 24:32Speaker 1: been too much, but I ain't never been not enough.
- 24:34Speaker 1: I've been here, I've been old lord, but I ain't
- 24:40Speaker 1: never been open. I think I think you're gonna have
- 24:48Speaker 1: to tell him that, Harry up. You got things to do.
- 24:51Speaker 1: But is he a really great guy? Does he treat
- 24:54Speaker 1: you really well? To treat the kids great? How is
- 24:57Speaker 1: he as a man? You can work through some of
- 25:00Speaker 1: these things? You know some things you can do to
- 25:02Speaker 1: speed of the process. I don't know, Okay, all right,
- 25:06Speaker 1: Felicity moving on to Carolyn. In Making Georgia, Carolyn says
- 25:11Speaker 1: his luck would have it. I'm broke again at the
- 25:14Speaker 1: wrong time of the year. I was talking to my
- 25:17Speaker 1: coworker about my issues, and he said he can help
- 25:19Speaker 1: me out if I showed him two things. The two
- 25:23Speaker 1: things are right under my chin, and he wants to
- 25:26Speaker 1: see them. I've never been propositioned like this, but he
- 25:29Speaker 1: said he'd give me two hundred dollars and that would
- 25:31Speaker 1: help me get my little girl that bite she wants.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Is it so terrible if I show him what? If
- 25:36Speaker 1: he wants to pay to see more? What's your? What's you?
- 25:39Speaker 1: What you think is going to be leading to? This?
- 25:43Speaker 1: Is to see what you're willing to do? Now, if
- 25:47Speaker 1: you do this for two hundred dollars, he already know
- 25:49Speaker 1: he got five hundreds. I mean, right, heywand you go
- 25:57Speaker 1: in there and tell your little girl. When't getting no
- 25:58Speaker 1: damn bike this year? You know what I mean? Is
- 26:00Speaker 1: I heard that bike? Oh you working? I heard stuff
- 26:08Speaker 1: like that bike? Bike? What's wrong with the bike you
- 26:14Speaker 1: got out there? You talking about the one you gave
- 26:17Speaker 1: me from the construction site. That bike, Daddy, that's never
- 26:21Speaker 1: been new, like a new bike? Well, I want a
- 26:24Speaker 1: new car. You don't see, no, he don't see one
- 26:26Speaker 1: sitting out that day. Yea. So every time I asked
- 26:31Speaker 1: him for something, he every time I told my daddy
- 26:34Speaker 1: I wanted something, he told me something he wanted. I
- 26:38Speaker 1: want a new bike, I want a new car. Yeah,
- 26:41Speaker 1: I want to go home. Well, hell, I want to
- 26:43Speaker 1: go home too, but now I got to go to work.
- 26:45Speaker 1: So you're little ask and eat what they do with
- 26:48Speaker 1: what I said. So, Carolyn, if you're getting something from this, okay,
- 26:55Speaker 1: I mean if you show him to him for two
- 26:57Speaker 1: hundred dollars, the next offer fit to be five, what
- 27:00Speaker 1: you gonna do? Yeah? And they work together, so that's
- 27:05Speaker 1: really not cool. It's inappropriate, yeah, really all the way,
- 27:10Speaker 1: but two hundred dollars that ain't no, yeah, yeah, a
- 27:14Speaker 1: hundred dollars each? Oh good, yes, sir it up? Yes, yes, cool.
- 27:24Speaker 1: He's horrible, all right? Misty and rust and Louisiana says,
- 27:30Speaker 1: I'm forty years old and I purchased my first home
- 27:33Speaker 1: for my son and I my son is fifteen years
- 27:35Speaker 1: old and refuses to do the yard work for me.
- 27:38Speaker 1: He told me that I need to get my boyfriend
- 27:40Speaker 1: to do it, since he's always over there. I lit
- 27:44Speaker 1: into him when he spoke to me that way, and
- 27:46Speaker 1: I called my father to come and talk to him.
- 27:48Speaker 1: My father sided with him. I expected my son to
- 27:51Speaker 1: have pride in his home, so am I wrong to
- 27:55Speaker 1: demand that he do the yard work at this house. Well,
- 27:59Speaker 1: I'll just stand and what you're saying, you're exactly right
- 28:01Speaker 1: and feeling what you're feeling. But your fifteen year old
- 28:04Speaker 1: son going, so what this lady is, dude's coming over
- 28:07Speaker 1: here sleeper with my mama. Seeing fifteen, He got some
- 28:11Speaker 1: feelings about that that you have an addressed. The fifteen
- 28:14Speaker 1: year old boy is jealous that you're in this relationship
- 28:17Speaker 1: with this man, and he trying to figure out what's
- 28:20Speaker 1: the value him because he don't see him doing nothing
- 28:22Speaker 1: step sleeping with his mama. That's the problem you have
- 28:26Speaker 1: and them feelings ain't feeling to leave that boy no
- 28:30Speaker 1: time soon. So the conversation you should have really is
- 28:34Speaker 1: with this man of yours as to what kind of
- 28:37Speaker 1: example he's setting for your son, because all boys want
- 28:41Speaker 1: to be some type of man. It's gonna be a
- 28:43Speaker 1: good man or bad man. Right now, that's the example
- 28:46Speaker 1: of manhood that's been put in front of him, and
- 28:49Speaker 1: he don't see much of a man coming out of him.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Was that if you went to the bad if you
- 28:56Speaker 1: went to the boyfriend and said, I wish you talk
- 28:58Speaker 1: to my son, maybe y'all could do it together something
- 29:01Speaker 1: It would mean a lot to them, and then you
- 29:02Speaker 1: can finally see what you're dealing with, which don't sound
- 29:05Speaker 1: like much of nothing. All right, thank you, Cello. Coming
- 29:08Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour, we'll have some
- 29:10Speaker 1: entertainment and national news for you. Right after this, you're
- 29:13Speaker 1: listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. So Steve on Sunday Night, seventieth,
- 29:20Speaker 1: Miss Universe, Paget, it's been trending that you made a
- 29:23Speaker 1: mistake by saying Portugal instead of Paraguay. Uh. You defended
- 29:27Speaker 1: yourself as you should have, of course, so tell us
- 29:30Speaker 1: what really happened. They put Portugal in the teleproperm. I
- 29:36Speaker 1: could teleprompt a person. It's a different person, but I
- 29:41Speaker 1: saw it. I saw it and I told him. I said, hey,
- 29:43Speaker 1: you got Portugal in the They put it in the teleproperm.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Everybody saw it because the audience could see. They were pointed.
- 29:50Speaker 1: It's said Portugal. They started laughing. I wasn't about to
- 29:53Speaker 1: say it because I'd gonna hear, well, I ain't said
- 29:55Speaker 1: Portugal all damn night, that front right, right, But I
- 30:00Speaker 1: did say it. You said it. You said it to
- 30:04Speaker 1: alert them that it was there. Absolutely, because I'm reading
- 30:09Speaker 1: I'm going hold away a minute. Look, everybody saw it. Yeah,
- 30:13Speaker 1: everybody saw it, right, And so I wouldn't that wasn't no,
- 30:16Speaker 1: I ain't make no damn but said, it's just like
- 30:18Speaker 1: in twenty and fifteen, I read us in the teleprompter.
- 30:22Speaker 1: It's just from now on though, when I read something
- 30:24Speaker 1: in the telepromptering, I'm telling everybody it's in the damn
- 30:28Speaker 1: telet it's human error. Let me go down there the
- 30:37Speaker 1: next year and just stand by the teleprompter. Person, I'm
- 30:39Speaker 1: gonna I'm a whisper fun thing, and they if and
- 30:42Speaker 1: I promise you ain't gonna get none of this wrong.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Because even the even the girl Chesty when we came
- 30:49Speaker 1: into that, she said, Steve, I'm looking dad at it,
- 30:51Speaker 1: you know. And then Carson Cluster he said I was
- 30:53Speaker 1: looking at it all so and I was just going like,
- 30:56Speaker 1: oh my god, I'm just but you know, it was
- 30:59Speaker 1: cool long as long as I get it right at
- 31:02Speaker 1: the end, right. Yeah. I like when you said, don't
- 31:05Speaker 1: try to blame this on me this year. How to
- 31:08Speaker 1: play me to place me o, y'all try to play
- 31:12Speaker 1: your boy. Last time I took it on the shid.
- 31:17Speaker 1: We are doing that no moment. Everybody getting under this
- 31:21Speaker 1: damn bus that's supposed to be under people under the bus, now, yeah,
- 31:27Speaker 1: get it off you for sure. And everybody came up
- 31:30Speaker 1: to me after a Steve we apologize. No, you ain't
- 31:32Speaker 1: got fix it on TV. In the moment you fix it,
- 31:39Speaker 1: I know it's live. You can't stop me. So what
- 31:42Speaker 1: else they say I do wrong? Well? Sex your ass? Yeah,
- 31:49Speaker 1: the whole thing about Miss India who won, the whole
- 31:52Speaker 1: thing about asking her to do cat sounds. I think
- 31:55Speaker 1: it was animal sounds. Yeah, while you asked all the
- 31:59Speaker 1: other contestants, Uh, you know, I guess the quality relevant
- 32:04Speaker 1: questions pertaining to them in their accomplishment. Did anybody notice
- 32:09Speaker 1: that I'm looking down at a card reading Yeah, yeah,
- 32:13Speaker 1: of course, Yeah, I mean all those questions. I never
- 32:16Speaker 1: heard you ask somebody to make no sounds. No, I
- 32:18Speaker 1: don't give a damn about no cat noise something meaning
- 32:22Speaker 1: what you're looking down at a card. All of the
- 32:25Speaker 1: questions for each one of the girls, if they're making
- 32:27Speaker 1: that particular round, that particular question is just for each girl,
- 32:33Speaker 1: something unique about them. No, each contestant. So if that
- 32:38Speaker 1: contestant makes it to that round and they go to
- 32:40Speaker 1: the commercial break, they pull her question up and I
- 32:43Speaker 1: had to ask it. I didn't know nothing about no
- 32:45Speaker 1: damn cats up. Sound yeah, but she has too many meiles.
- 32:50Speaker 1: It didn't she didn't need but to. She just stretched
- 32:52Speaker 1: it out. I was sitting there just looking just as
- 32:55Speaker 1: crazy because I don't know damn about your cats. Love it.
- 32:59Speaker 1: She won. All I can say gives universe. Go ahead, man,
- 33:03Speaker 1: Everybody from India I know, text me with the Indian
- 33:07Speaker 1: flag for the emoji soul. All right, all right, Steve,
- 33:12Speaker 1: it's time to go to miss Anne. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 33:15Speaker 1: miss Anne Tripp, Thank you very much, everybody. This is
- 33:18Speaker 1: a trip with the news. The District of Columbia has
- 33:20Speaker 1: filed suit against two white supremacist groups, the Proud Boys
- 33:23Speaker 1: and the Oathkeepers, for their alleged part and the fomenting
- 33:26Speaker 1: the deadly attempt to take over of the US Capitol
- 33:29Speaker 1: Building January sixth. DC Attorney General car Racing says his
- 33:32Speaker 1: battle plan is simple. While some desperately want to rewrite
- 33:36Speaker 1: history and sweep the events of January six under the rug,
- 33:41Speaker 1: the District of Columbia and its residents have chosen to
- 33:45Speaker 1: speak truth through this filing, through this complaint, through this case,
- 33:51Speaker 1: and the AG says that the truth is being delivered
- 33:53Speaker 1: by way of the reams of text messages and social
- 33:56Speaker 1: media post which he says clearly reconstruct both groups action
- 34:00Speaker 1: in advance of the insurrection. This also marks the first
- 34:02Speaker 1: effort by the way of a government agency to hold
- 34:05Speaker 1: somebody civilly responsible and to seek damages for what happened. Meanwhile,
- 34:09Speaker 1: the Full House is recommending criminal contempt charges against Trump's
- 34:12Speaker 1: White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows for refusing to
- 34:15Speaker 1: cooperate with the congressional probe into last January's violence. A
- 34:19Speaker 1: neural pathologist in Boston says that after studying the brain
- 34:23Speaker 1: tissue of former pro ball player Philip Adams, that Adams
- 34:26Speaker 1: was afflicted with CTE that's chronic traumatic and cephalopathy. CTE
- 34:31Speaker 1: is linked to concussions and repetitive head trauma from football
- 34:35Speaker 1: and other contact sports. Philip Adams, who played for the
- 34:37Speaker 1: forty nine Ers, the Patriots, the Seahawks, the Raiders, and
- 34:40Speaker 1: the Jets and the Falcons, shot six people to death
- 34:42Speaker 1: last April before killing himself. This is a mystery, and
- 34:46Speaker 1: after almost forty years, the remains of a body in Twinsburg, Ohio,
- 34:50Speaker 1: have officially been identified as a man who was briefly
- 34:52Speaker 1: a member of the OJS. Frankie Little Junior was a
- 34:55Speaker 1: musician and composer who worked with Eddie Lavert and the
- 34:59Speaker 1: others in the mid six sixties. According to the acron
- 35:01Speaker 1: Beacon Journal, Little's remains were found in nineteen eighty two
- 35:04Speaker 1: in a garbage bag behind a machine shot. However, they
- 35:07Speaker 1: couldn't be identified at that time. However, with today's upgraded
- 35:11Speaker 1: DNA technology, the remains has finally been identified as his.
- 35:15Speaker 1: The OJ's issued a statement saying that Frankie Little came
- 35:17Speaker 1: with us when we first ventured out of Cleveland travel
- 35:20Speaker 1: to la but he was in love with a woman
- 35:22Speaker 1: in Cleveland. He missed us so much that he went
- 35:24Speaker 1: back to Cleveland. That was in the mid sixties, and
- 35:27Speaker 1: we had not heard from him after that. We wish
- 35:30Speaker 1: his family and friends closure to what appears to have
- 35:32Speaker 1: been a very, very sad story. Wow, finally it's taken
- 35:37Speaker 1: fifteen years by the estate the late legendary James Brown
- 35:40Speaker 1: has finally been settled. The Brown catalog sold for ninety
- 35:43Speaker 1: million dollars. The hardest working man to show business left
- 35:46Speaker 1: most of his other assets to charity to provide scholarships
- 35:49Speaker 1: for underprivileged children, and during his lifetime he made us
- 35:53Speaker 1: all feel good. Godfather's soul died on Ritmas Day, two
- 36:00Speaker 1: thousand and six. Back to Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're
- 36:03Speaker 1: listening Steve Harvey Morning Show, Good Morning America co host
- 36:08Speaker 1: Michael Strahan. You're you've been out of the country, Steve, So,
- 36:11Speaker 1: did you know Michael Strahan was one of six crew
- 36:13Speaker 1: members who took a flight to space and back on
- 36:17Speaker 1: Jeff Bezos Blue Origin on Saturday. Didn't know? Yeah? You
- 36:20Speaker 1: know he that type of guy. What does that mean? Yeah,
- 36:25Speaker 1: you know he did stuff like that. You know you
- 36:28Speaker 1: won't see my black ass on that boat on the
- 36:32Speaker 1: rocket spaceship, he said, boat ship whatever it is, out
- 36:36Speaker 1: of space. Steve a fit to be on it. Well, listen,
- 36:40Speaker 1: I want to tell y'all this. I know a guy
- 36:42Speaker 1: who actually hands a space a whole radio. We can
- 36:46Speaker 1: go up, No you don't, it's a hook of on
- 36:50Speaker 1: fifteen twenty minute. We go up, come right back down.
- 36:52Speaker 1: But I think we'd be the first radio show up
- 36:55Speaker 1: in now. No you don't, it's a hook. I live
- 36:58Speaker 1: in Houston. I know people. Do you know anybody with
- 37:03Speaker 1: a Space Hill because I live in Houston and then Annasal.
- 37:07Speaker 1: I know people, not even you, won't even buy a
- 37:11Speaker 1: brand new car Space. We don't need no new spaceship.
- 37:25Speaker 1: We need when that's been used at work? Who have
- 37:28Speaker 1: found a US Space shuttle and sold it to Tommy friend?
- 37:33Speaker 1: I know a guy. I love it, Tommy, I got
- 37:36Speaker 1: a guy. They say, you don't have brand new car,
- 37:42Speaker 1: what's nothing wrong with on it? A pre owned car?
- 37:44Speaker 1: But you're just saying for Tommy, it's nothing wrong with
- 37:48Speaker 1: the pre owned card, nothing at all. Who would go though,
- 37:52Speaker 1: you don't really have a lot of success with this
- 37:56Speaker 1: pre owned purchases. How many times back in the LA
- 38:01Speaker 1: we're waiting on him. I got a new carbout, my
- 38:03Speaker 1: wife a new car. I got new cars, of course,
- 38:06Speaker 1: but you don't buy for yourself. So we so we
- 38:13Speaker 1: just assumed the ship gonna have some problems up well,
- 38:17Speaker 1: you know, we're gonna we're gonna test it and try
- 38:20Speaker 1: it and make sure it's running right, you know. But
- 38:23Speaker 1: Michael Strahan was in Space for eleven minutes. What are
- 38:26Speaker 1: we gonna do for twenty We're gonna do the show
- 38:29Speaker 1: from up there? Lisa? Are you right now? Are you
- 38:37Speaker 1: pranking us right now. We're gonna prank when we get
- 38:40Speaker 1: up there too. The strawberry letter from space, Steve, maybe
- 38:51Speaker 1: you should reconsider going to space. Now, why would I
- 38:55Speaker 1: reconsider with food? Shirley? Do you know where would you
- 39:02Speaker 1: go with him? Anywhere? Face? Oh lord? All right, all right,
- 39:08Speaker 1: come out of I don't even go to the stow
- 39:11Speaker 1: with you no more. Minute after the hour, the comedians
- 39:16Speaker 1: on this show, there are three have some front porch mumbling.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Oh yes, right after you're listening to the morning show. Well,
- 39:27Speaker 1: and yesterday's show, U we did a little what's called
- 39:31Speaker 1: front porch mumbling. Uh. You know things people say about
- 39:35Speaker 1: their neighbors or they gossip about their neighbors while they're
- 39:38Speaker 1: sitting on the front porch. All right, guys, take it away,
- 39:42Speaker 1: say right now, I'm right noway, right now. They're both
- 39:45Speaker 1: going back to jail today. I'll do it. You think
- 39:49Speaker 1: I think he's going back, and you know he's going
- 39:51Speaker 1: he case down alone. Man, how y'all doing? Hey, go
- 39:55Speaker 1: speak to him, you know he what do you do
- 40:00Speaker 1: find you? Last time? Yeah? I find you still? He
- 40:04Speaker 1: still put your keys up, keys because he comes. They
- 40:08Speaker 1: taking keep of cars from what they tell me, you
- 40:11Speaker 1: don't need no keys. He without telling you. Right now,
- 40:16Speaker 1: look at that? Look at that? Look who coming up
- 40:17Speaker 1: the driveway? Right now? Look at that? How y'all doing
- 40:21Speaker 1: all right? Now? Good to see you. Now she gonna
- 40:25Speaker 1: eat everything. They say she messed with the white man,
- 40:32Speaker 1: she worked with that. She ain't gonna take nothing home
- 40:37Speaker 1: from this house because I didn't hear all the fall.
- 40:43Speaker 1: It's gone you, I tell you, And look, yeah, I'm
- 40:47Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now. Every year she coming here,

- 42:31Speaker 1: hunting twelve. Yeah, well what Robert ass? I don't like

- 44:06Speaker 1: All right? That ladies and gentlemen is front porch mumbling,
- 44:11Speaker 1: get you some up. Next, Today's prank phone call with
- 44:16Speaker 1: the nephew. Right after this, you're listening to this Stave
- 44:21Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show coming up right about four minutes after
- 44:25Speaker 1: the hour. It's my Strawberry letter for today, the subject
- 44:29Speaker 1: goodness and mercy. We'll get into that in just a bit,
- 44:32Speaker 1: but right now it is time for the nephew with

- 45:31Speaker 1: it's been brought to my attention, uh that you are
- 45:36Speaker 1: going to be giving remarks for the funeral? Is that correct? Yes? Absolutely, Okay.
- 45:43Speaker 1: I wanted to call you because we're getting ready to
- 45:46Speaker 1: print the programs for the funeral and let you know
- 45:50Speaker 1: that they have taken you off for the remarks because
- 45:56Speaker 1: they say that you're not going to be You mean,
- 46:00Speaker 1: what do you mean taking me off? Well, what I'm
- 46:03Speaker 1: saying is they say that you're you're not going to
- 46:06Speaker 1: abide by the two three minute rule that they have
- 46:09Speaker 1: for remarks, and they wanted they've they've taken you off
- 46:13Speaker 1: and uh, uh, who who is they? Who? Who? Whom?
- 46:17Speaker 1: Tom about? Come about? Who? Who? What's your name is? Lawrence?
- 46:22Speaker 1: I'm launched. I'm the actual funeral director, Lord, and who
- 46:27Speaker 1: who told you to take me off U? One of
- 46:30Speaker 1: the one of the family members I'm assuming is who
- 46:33Speaker 1: who made the adjustment? And an adjustment that ain't no adjustment,
- 46:38Speaker 1: that's that's changing the whole program. Who else is on
- 46:41Speaker 1: the list? I mean there's quite a few family members
- 46:44Speaker 1: doing different things, uh, throughout the funeral. Okay, so how
- 46:49Speaker 1: did you get to my name? Is what I'm trying
- 46:51Speaker 1: to figure out that they said that. Let listen to me. Listen,
- 46:55Speaker 1: listen to me. Listen to me, brother Keith, listen to me.
- 46:58Speaker 1: What they said it is that you are going to
- 47:01Speaker 1: abide by the time. You aren't going to do your
- 47:05Speaker 1: remarks in three minutes or less. Listen, listen, listen, listen.
- 47:11Speaker 1: Monty raised me. He put me through college. And you
- 47:14Speaker 1: think I'm ben I've Beenna goes there in her funeral
- 47:18Speaker 1: and be under two minutes. Well, listen, listen, brother, keep brother,
- 47:23Speaker 1: keep listen to me. Normally, when we have these funerals,
- 47:27Speaker 1: people who give remarks, we have them three minutes or less. Okay,
- 47:33Speaker 1: I'll tell you what. I'll tell you what mister Lord,
- 47:35Speaker 1: don't list is she loan the list. We have a shealer. Yes,
- 47:41Speaker 1: there's a sealer that's singing your name off the list.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Take her off the list and put me where she
- 47:47Speaker 1: supposed to be with my current and her time is
- 47:51Speaker 1: Bobby Bobby now, yes, Bobby Junior is given remarks that
- 47:59Speaker 1: why that's that's Delris's that's mister Lawes's son, right, Yes,
- 48:04Speaker 1: every son, the one that been locked up, he just
- 48:07Speaker 1: got out of tail. Truth be told, he the one
- 48:10Speaker 1: Dawn and then put her into cot. You needn't take
- 48:12Speaker 1: him off the list too. Give me all that time,
- 48:14Speaker 1: because I mean, if I gonna take nothing that Keith,
- 48:18Speaker 1: let me let me. Let me just say this to you.
- 48:21Speaker 1: I cannot take she law or Boby Junior off. I
- 48:25Speaker 1: can't make any alterations to this program unless they say that, Actually, sir,
- 48:33Speaker 1: you already you already taking you already taking people name off,
- 48:36Speaker 1: you're taking my name off. But but they they orchestrated
- 48:40Speaker 1: this though. Who is they? Who is dated? They for
- 48:44Speaker 1: having my problems? They try to take me off my
- 48:47Speaker 1: hockey program? Who is date? Sir? I'm not gonna get
- 48:52Speaker 1: into a family matter. But until they say that you
- 48:55Speaker 1: can matter, sir, I'm not gonna I don't want to.
- 48:59Speaker 1: I don't want to have this turn out to be
- 49:02Speaker 1: bad and we want to have a great homegoing for
- 49:04Speaker 1: sister Deloyd's. Okay, damn right here. And if I don't
- 49:08Speaker 1: get to say nothing, I guarantee you, I guarantee you
- 49:11Speaker 1: it's gonna be a truthful one in there. Somebody else
- 49:13Speaker 1: gonna get things and the call for two. I guarantee
- 49:16Speaker 1: that if I don't get to say nothing in my
- 49:18Speaker 1: monkey funeral, Moranty didn't pay for their college. I didn't
- 49:23Speaker 1: put six thousand in the funeral. I bet you, I
- 49:26Speaker 1: tell you this. I'll tell you this, mister Lord. I
- 49:29Speaker 1: bet you whether I'm on the program I'm not. I
- 49:32Speaker 1: bet you I say with the I want to. I'll
- 49:34Speaker 1: bet you that much. You tell by that I didn't.
- 49:40Speaker 1: He didn't put me through college. I put money on
- 49:42Speaker 1: the funeral. I called around a few. You ain't putting
- 49:45Speaker 1: no money on the funeral. Tell them they can't be
- 49:47Speaker 1: on the program, man Keith. They when they decide who
- 49:54Speaker 1: who who's on it? If they changed the format, then
- 49:59Speaker 1: I will call you who who the is they? That's
- 50:03Speaker 1: what I'm trying to get. Get you understand who is they?
- 50:06Speaker 1: Can I can I tell you something and I don't
- 50:08Speaker 1: want you to get to I rate okay, go ahead,
- 50:12Speaker 1: go ahead, go ahead, man. I just want to say
- 50:15Speaker 1: this Keith with This is nephew Tommy from the Steve

- 50:31Speaker 1: Bobby Junior up. I'm kicking Bobby. I know that my
- 50:39Speaker 1: pressure is all. I ain't got time to be playing
- 50:41Speaker 1: man taking me on damn program. I'm oh, Bobby, Bobby said,
- 50:52Speaker 1: y'all grew up like brothers man, and you was you
- 50:55Speaker 1: was basically another son of mister Lord's. That's right, yes,

- 51:19Speaker 1: Blank is? Day? You keep talking about the people who

- 51:25Speaker 1: take Sheila off the list, give me all her time.
- 51:30Speaker 1: And the dude that just got out, Yeah, who timmy

- 54:04Speaker 1: hold on tight, We got it taut you here. It
- 54:06Speaker 1: is the Strawberry Letter, subject to goodness and mercy. Dear
- 54:10Speaker 1: Stephen Shirley, I've been married for four years and I'm
- 54:13Speaker 1: not the kind of wife that snoops around to see
- 54:15Speaker 1: if my husband is talking to other women. I know
- 54:18Speaker 1: for a fact that he's talking to other women, and
- 54:21Speaker 1: I pray that his commitment to me can withstand temptations.
- 54:25Speaker 1: I was married before, and my ex husband and I
- 54:28Speaker 1: are cordial to each other, but whenever I talk to him,
- 54:32Speaker 1: my current husband is around. I expect the same courtesy
- 54:35Speaker 1: from my husband if he should ever talk to one
- 54:38Speaker 1: of his ex girlfriends. But I think he may be
- 54:41Speaker 1: sneaking around with two of his exes because he has
- 54:44Speaker 1: different ring tones for two of his ex girlfriends and
- 54:47Speaker 1: their numbers are saved under cute pet names. One of
- 54:50Speaker 1: his exes has Marvin Gay song Mercy Mercy Me as
- 54:54Speaker 1: her ring tone, and she saved as Mercy in his phone.
- 55:00Speaker 1: In he has a song touched Me Tease Me by
- 55:03Speaker 1: Case as the other exes ring tone, and she saved
- 55:07Speaker 1: as Goodness in his phone. I'm not proud of how
- 55:11Speaker 1: I found out about this, but I got his best
- 55:14Speaker 1: friend to spill the beans. When he came by the
- 55:16Speaker 1: house to wash my car using his mobile detail service.
- 55:20Speaker 1: I started grilling him about my husband's ex girlfriends, but
- 55:23Speaker 1: only after he told me that I'm the most special
- 55:26Speaker 1: lady my husband ever dated. I asked him about the ex'es,
- 55:31Speaker 1: and this fool said, oh, Goodness and Mercy. I laughed,
- 55:35Speaker 1: and he kept talking and said, that's what my husband
- 55:38Speaker 1: called them. That conversation led me snooping through my husband's
- 55:43Speaker 1: phone and finding both Goodness and Mercy and seeing the
- 55:46Speaker 1: ring toned Do I ask him why they're still saved
- 55:50Speaker 1: in his phone like that? Or should I trust him
- 55:53Speaker 1: until he gives me the reason to believe that he's
- 55:56Speaker 1: sneaking around on me? I think you are to have
- 56:00Speaker 1: a reason, And you know, I just got to ask you,
- 56:03Speaker 1: how much more proof do you need? I mean, do
- 56:05Speaker 1: you want to catch them in the act or whatever
- 56:08Speaker 1: they're doing? I think something is definitely going on. His
- 56:13Speaker 1: friend pretty much confirmed that. I mean, I know that's
- 56:16Speaker 1: what your intuition is telling you. That's why you wrote
- 56:19Speaker 1: us that he's doing something with these women. And of
- 56:23Speaker 1: course this shouldn't be with the married man. Why is
- 56:26Speaker 1: he hiding their real names? Why do they have code
- 56:29Speaker 1: names on his phone? What's with the different soundtracks when
- 56:32Speaker 1: they call? I mean, there's some secrecy, And yes, I'm
- 56:35Speaker 1: sneaking around, going on something, and he's definitely given you
- 56:39Speaker 1: a reason to snoop. So what you're doing is okay
- 56:44Speaker 1: as far as I'm concerned. Don't feel badly about that.
- 56:47Speaker 1: If you ask him, he's probably just gonna lie anyway,
- 56:51Speaker 1: and he's not gonna volunteer any information, that's for sure.
- 56:55Speaker 1: I say, try to get in his phone, hack his phone,
- 56:58Speaker 1: do whatever you have to do, and block a Goodness
- 57:00Speaker 1: and Mercy's numbers, because your husband thinks he's slick with
- 57:04Speaker 1: all of that, and you have done nothing wrong. Steve
- 57:08Speaker 1: Wow Right, Obviously we read two different letters, so here
- 57:16Speaker 1: I go. The subject is Goodness and Mercy. Now this
- 57:22Speaker 1: woman been married for years and proceeds to tell us
- 57:27Speaker 1: a non truth. She says, I'm not the kind of
- 57:32Speaker 1: wife that snoops around to see if my husband is
- 57:35Speaker 1: talking to other women. The whole letter is about you
- 57:40Speaker 1: snooping around trying to see if your husband is talking
- 57:45Speaker 1: to other women. The whole letter I know for a fact.
- 57:51Speaker 1: Right after she said that, she says, I know for
- 57:54Speaker 1: a fact that he's talking to other women, and that
- 57:57Speaker 1: I pray his commitment to me can withstand himations it can't,
- 58:03Speaker 1: so let's just go on. It can't. I was married before.
- 58:09Speaker 1: My ex husband and I are cordial to each other,
- 58:11Speaker 1: but whenever I talk to him, my current husband is around.
- 58:15Speaker 1: Why y'all talking? You ain't mentioning no kids? Why y'all talking? Okay?
- 58:22Speaker 1: And I expect the same courtesy from my husband if
- 58:25Speaker 1: he should ever talk to one of his ex girlfriends.
- 58:29Speaker 1: Next question, why are they talking? Y'all? Got too much
- 58:34Speaker 1: ex talk going on in y'all current relationship? Where too
- 58:39Speaker 1: much ex talk? But I think he may be sneaking
- 58:43Speaker 1: around with two of his exes because he has different
- 58:46Speaker 1: ring tones for two of his ex girlfriends. Now, how
- 58:50Speaker 1: do you know that? Did you hear the phone ring
- 58:55Speaker 1: has it as? Did you see the name pop up
- 58:58Speaker 1: and the song when when the phone right? No? You
- 59:01Speaker 1: know how you found this out in the way that
- 59:04Speaker 1: you said at the top of the show. At the
- 59:06Speaker 1: top of the letter, I'm not the kind of wife
- 59:08Speaker 1: that snoops around to see if my husband is talking
- 59:11Speaker 1: to other women. You lied. The entire letter is about this,
- 59:17Speaker 1: and now let's get big down to it. Because you
- 59:19Speaker 1: said you think he's sneaking around with two of his
- 59:22Speaker 1: exes because he got different ring tones for two of
- 59:25Speaker 1: his ex girlfriends. One of his exes has the Marvin
- 59:30Speaker 1: Gay song Mercy Mercy Me. Let's explore this song, Poman
- 59:38Speaker 1: Mercy mercy Me. All things ain't what they used to be? Nah?
- 59:48Speaker 1: Where do you hear me? All things ain't what they
- 59:53Speaker 1: used to be? Nah. That's the key, because when he
- 59:59Speaker 1: hears mery mercy mercy me, he is immediately reminded that
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: things ain't like they used to be. No where did
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: all the blue sky well, did all the blue skies
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: guns to this damn thunderstone. We'll let part two of
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: Steve's response coming up at twenty three minutes after be
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: our subject of today's strawberry letter, Goodness and Mercy. We'll
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: get back into it, and we come back right after
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: this you're listening show, All right, Come on, Steve, Let's
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: recap today's strawberry letter, Goodness and Mercy. This woman been
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: married for a year and say she to kind of
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: watch snoops round check see if her husband is talking
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: to other women. But she does, throughout this whole letter
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: do that she talks to her ex husband, but whenever
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: she talks to him, her current husband is in the room.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: And she would hope that her ex that her husband
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: when he talks to his exes that she would be
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: in the same room. Like I said before, it's a
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: lot of X talk going on, which is the problem
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: with his whole Damn let up ex shit remained where
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: they are X or X anyway. I expect the same
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: courtesy of my husband. But I think he's sneaking around
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: with two of his exes because he got different ring
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: tones with two of his exes and their numbers are
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: saved with cute pet names. One of the exes has
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: Marvin Gaye song Mercy Mercy Me, Mercy mercy Me. All
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: things ain't what they used to be. Na, right there, Na,
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: things ain't what they used to be, Na, because it's
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: changed because he got you now and I don't know
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: what the pet name is. Then he has a song
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: touched Me, teased Me by Case. I don't know that song.

- 1:02:04Speaker 1: touch me, teased me, feel me, antle, caress me, hold on, Titan,
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: don't let go? Okay, now it's a little bit faster
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: feel me? So what the hell you think going on? Order?

- 1:02:39Speaker 1: saved as goodness is his phone now? A one is
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: named Mercy and other one is Goodness. I'm not proud
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: of how I found out about this well, because you snooped.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: Guess why? But you got his best friend the spiel
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: of beams when he came by the house to wash
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: my car using his mobile details. Wow. I started grilling
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: him about my husband's ex girlfriends, but only after he
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: told me that I'm the most special lady my husband
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: ever dated. That's caused the car wash. Dude, won't you
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: so he makes it comp you the most special lady
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: your husband? You're my man ever dated. I asked him
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: about the exes and this food said, who Goodness and Mercy?
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: You really thinks he accidentally spieled that. I don't. I
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: think he did it on purpose. I laughed, and he
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: kept talking and said that's what my husband called him.
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: Conversation led to me snooping through my home's husband's phone.
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: Didn't you? I thought? She said, you don't do that.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: First you grilled his friends. Now you're back snooping through
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: his phone and you saw in the ring tone. Do
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: I ask him why they're still saved in his phone
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: like that? Or should I trust him until he gives
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: me a reasonably, he's not sneaking around me. Lady. At
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: the top of the letter, you said you've been married
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: four years. Four years the car wash dude still know
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: their name. They in his phone as Goodness and Mercy,
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: which means he's got the same number for four years.

- 1:04:45Speaker 1: why someone would be named goodness. Goodness is a term
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: use from the moment we are chilling, that's right. Think
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: of all the times you have experienced goodness as a boy, yeah,
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: or your first new bike goodness, your sir, Your first
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: can be ball goodness, your first time walking with an
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: Ausi Cola and a bag of chips goodness, your first
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: time standing against your locker and that girl walked by
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: that calls you to stop believing goodness. When you walk
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: a girl home, she turned around and kiss you on
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: your jaw. Good God a man now that's goodness. That
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: goodness when you bar your daddy's call and pick up
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: a girl and drive down to the lag Yes, and
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: windows are start fogging. Oh but what is that, deacon?
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: That's good needs goodness, and wish she put it on
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: you like you ain't ever had it put on you before.
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: And you see your young ass in the car. I
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: don't know what's happening to you. Things is going a
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: little crazy. Your eyeballs is crossing. They didn't roll up
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: in the back of your head house standing up on
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: the back of your neck. Your body's shaking, it quivered
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: like somebody clubbed you up to refrigerate the wall. You're
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: about to go crazy, and all of a sudden you
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: start screaming, messing, messing, messing. Goodness and mercy will follow
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: you on the days of your life. Yes, the fall,
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: because that's what goodness and mercy do. Sports talk with
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: Junior coming up at forty six minutes after right after this,

- 1:07:32Speaker 1: I just don't understand. Why did the dude keep doing
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: this to Mike Manu when when the last time he
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: won the championship. Why is your boy talking to you?
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: You put this in perspective. I don't make no sense.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: LeVar and I like Ball daddy, Yeah, I don't know

- 1:07:52Speaker 1: And he says publicity, it's gotta be it's got he

- 1:08:25Speaker 1: for Christmas. You gotta be home for Christmas. I love
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: it over here, but they can't have this here. Man.
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: They have two trees up over here. But the game
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: everybody's gonna be talking about is the Lakers and the
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: Nets on Christmas Day. That's gonna be the one. Right now.
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: The Nets is seventeen and eight, the Lakers of fifteen
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: and thirteen. So I don't I really want to see
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: a game, can't right now? Say shacks through? Then? Everybody
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: n Houston beat the Nets the other day. We left up.

- 1:09:15Speaker 1: What was happening to with football? Because there ain't no football.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: Oh you did pretty good, man. Did you know the
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: Browns one Sunday? Yeah? I know, okay about that. I
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: was on the text feed with thirteen Browns fans. You
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: picked the Ravens, though maybe you said you picked against them. Well,
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: I know. I did that in hopes that I would
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: be wrong because I'm a diehard Brown fan, So that
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: was my faith move. So I didn't be disappointed, but
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: all my prayers and hopes it's wrapped up into Cleveland
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: Brown thus explaining my sheer disappointment this year so far.
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: They're gonna be doing but they seven to six. They

- 1:10:11Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Actress Zandia and actor Tom Holland
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: has been in the news a lot lately, not just
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: because of their new movie Spider Man No Way Home
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: or because of their rumored relationship, but this is why
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: they're really in the news because of their height difference.
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: Uh See, Zandia's five ten and Tom Holland is five eight. Tom, Yeah,
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: his name is Tom Holland i'le short for Tom Musk.
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: Here we go. Apparently it's a big deal for some
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: people that Zendea is a couple of inches taller than Tom.
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: So the question is with the guys, would you guys
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: date a woman that's taller than you? Would you do that?
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: And Carl, You're never in my life had that experience.
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: Never never dated a woman taller in six two, never
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: never met one. I've seen some very very attractive tall women.
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: I just haven't had the opportunity to meet him. They
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: stood next to me. I didn't know that feeling. So
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: I'm out. Now we have someone here who can immediately
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: with a full answer paragraphs, and I say, I'm going
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: on to ask the question again. Shelly, all right, the
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: question is would you date a taller woman? Would you
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: date a woman I have? He has to not that
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: he has, he has to mean if he don't. And
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: I oh, no, no, no, no, no no no. That
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: your doctor told you you were five nine and I
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: had and then you said I I said I was
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: five ten and a half. He says, no, you're not.
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: You're a little under five ten. You're a little under
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: five ten. What do under five ten means to five
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: nine twelve five nine eleven five nine twelve time day.
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: The girl that was up dated, a girl that was

- 1:13:33Speaker 1: Miss Pandamon Oh that black girl from Pandamona. Y. No,

- 1:13:43Speaker 1: and swimmed suit and walked you let them have it,
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: and all her answers were smart. I was stunned that
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: she didn't move on, man, I was stunned. Miss Colombia
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: was pretty toosty. Miss Columbia was pretty, But I thought
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: South Africa had a shot because the yeah, was super
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: small man, and fine, yes she was. She took third,

- 1:14:28Speaker 1: I know, I know, I know. I know. It's politically
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: because we can't call him short no more. We got
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: to call him height challenge or something that we're hite
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: bashing or vertical deviant, something like that. I ain't call

- 1:15:14Speaker 1: went into the ladies room after knocking back a few drinks,
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: and they had sex. When they finished, they returned to
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: their seats at the bar, and an employee went into
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: the bathroom a few minutes later and noticed a major
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: damage to the sink. Trammel tried to play it cool
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: and act like nothing happened. But the pub manager called
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: the cops. Trammel had to confess to getting busy in
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: the bathroom and she was taking a jail. However, her

- 1:20:37Speaker 1: us over there last week. Thank you, yause azing really
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: really appreciative of all the things. I'd like to thank

- 1:21:15Speaker 1: I'm using me as an example, of course, but everybody
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: would take the time out to just think about really,
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: really how good God is? I mean, think about it.
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: I was reading some comments on a post that I
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: had saw of myself. I never know who these things
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: are gonna go out because I'm usually just talking to
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: audience members on a commercial break or something like that
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: on one of my shows, because I made a conscious
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: decision years ago that when people came to see me
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: live that I would try to do more than entertain them.
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: I always try to give them someone some encouragement or
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: some motivational or words, because I know, I don't care
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: who you are. You're struggling at one point with something.
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: Everybody does it. And it's not that I know so much.
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: It's just that I've been through so much and I
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: don't have a problem sharing some of my experiences with people.
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: And so when I'm doing these things that I see released,
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: I didn't. I don't know when they're gonna release. I
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: haven't be reading the comments. Just yesterday on the plane,
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: as a matter of fact, and it was thank you, Steve.
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: I really needed to hear that. Man's great message. Thank
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: you man, I really really need to hear that. And
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: then I ran across somebody who said, don't nobody want
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: to hear them about that God stuff. You was doing
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: all right till you mentioned God? Who is God? Who
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: who are you talking about? And you know how you
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: be going along with it. It's just that one comment
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: that sticks out. I don't care how many fire flames
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: you got next to you, and now you read the
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: one comment, you go, oh, this person right here, And
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: I started to feel some kind of way. But then
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: you know what I really started to feeling. I started
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: to feeling sorry for this person. But because I went wild, Man,
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: how sad is this person's life that they've now allowed
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: the devil to fool them into thinking that there is
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: no God, that God does not exist? I mean, do
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: you understand that the devil has you right where he
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: wants you at this point, right here? Because the devil
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: only has one job in life, and that's to rob
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: you of your destiny. And if he can start with
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: a very very common basic thing in us, the belief
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: in God, then I mean, man, he's got you. He's
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: got stranglehold on you because you you won't wear anywhere
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: to go, You have no faith, you have nothing to
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: hang your hat on in times of trouble and disappointment
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: and setbacks and hardships. You just have no way to go.
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: And I just want to encourage people, man to always
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: keep the faith, man, and just think about all the
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: things God has done for you. Man, you may not
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: be where you want to be. Understand that I got it,
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: but take an inventory on where you are, because you
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: do know a couple of ticks, and it could have
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: been worse. I was reading something from an inmate one time,
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: and he was doing thirty years. That's a long time,
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: and I was feeling for this brother. But as I
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: got to reading what he had written, I was reading
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: from a person who was so enlightened. He said, as
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: dimes my consequences may seem, I do realize that it
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: could have been worse. And I went wout. Here's a
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: person who has found something in a thirty years sentence,
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: he said, because actually, I could have been dead. I
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: could have been killed in the act of what I'm doing,
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: he said, but God, through his mercy, allowed me to live.
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: And now I have a life. And even though there's
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: not a lot of freedoms to move around as I please,
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: my mind is completely free, he saw. I'm in here
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: helping other inmates. I'm teaching cats how to read in here.
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: I'm helping people with their defense. We've got a Bible study.
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: He saw I'm in a band. He saw I write
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: all bars with other inmates, and he's a rapper. He
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: was just talking about all the things he was able
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: to do that he never took the time to do
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: when he was out there because he's just so busy
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: committment crime. He just never really took the time out
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: to set down and find out who he was. And
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: I'm just saying that to say, even people who you
- 1:25:11Speaker 1: think are in dire circumstances, when they think about it,
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: can find something to be grateful for. So I'm asking
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: you what can you be grateful for? Like I said,
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: you may not be where you want to be, but hey, listen,
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: what about where you are? What about your family being healthy?
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: What about the home you have? What about to call
- 1:25:30Speaker 1: you drive? What about the job you possess? What about
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: the loved ones you get to see from What about
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: the fact that you can still pick up the phone
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: and call a loved one? How about you being able
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: to make a travel plan. How about you able to
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: go Christmas shopping? How about you buying something online? How
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: about the fact that you're just able to walk around.
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: How about the fact that you enclose in your right mind.
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: How about it that if he thought about it. There's
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: a lot to be grateful for, man, And the more
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: gratitude you show to God, the more things he offers you,
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: the more things he gives you to be grateful for.
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: It's a very very strong principle of success. So y'all,
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: as we approached this holiday season, which we're dead in
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: the middle level, be grateful not for what you can give,
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: but how about just being grateful for what you received.
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: God hadn't done a lot for you. If I was you,
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: I'd spend some time thanking him for Those are my
- 1:26:24Speaker 1: closing remarks. Today we're back. I'm still out of the country.
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: I thank God for safe travels. I mean, man, I
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: travel crazy. I'm a helicopters, boats, airplanes, I'm on all
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: kinds of stuff. Man, My whole God is good man.
