- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict with Senator Ted Kruz Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you and Senator The state of free speech is something
- 0:08Speaker 2: that has not been talked about a lot lately because
- 0:10Speaker 2: we had this big victory here with Donald Trump and
- 0:13Speaker 2: conservatives in charge. But we are seeing an insane crackdown
- 0:18Speaker 2: on free speech in Europe right now and it is
- 0:20Speaker 2: a very concerning moment.
- 0:23Speaker 3: It is indeed, and let me say, free speech is
- 0:25Speaker 3: a fundamental liberty. There's a reason is protected in the
- 0:28Speaker 3: First Amendment to the Constitution. And on this podcast we
- 0:32Speaker 3: have covered the assault on free speech in the United Kingdom. Sadly,
- 0:37Speaker 3: it is not just the UK, it is all of Europe,
- 0:40Speaker 3: it is the United States. It is a global assault
- 0:43Speaker 3: on free speech. But tonight we're going to break down
- 0:46Speaker 3: Number one. Jd Vance. He gave an incredible speech in
- 0:49Speaker 3: Europe that I think really was important. It was calling
- 0:52Speaker 3: out Europe for its abandonment of the values of free
- 0:56Speaker 3: speech and how much of Europe has given up on
- 1:00Speaker 3: those values. Secondly, we're going to talk about dose elon Musk,
- 1:04Speaker 3: diving into the incredible waste and abuse we see in
- 1:07Speaker 3: our federal government and in particular over four trillion dollars
- 1:12Speaker 3: in federal payments that are unaccountable that we cannot figure
- 1:15Speaker 3: out where they went. We're going to break that down
- 1:17Speaker 3: as well.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Yeah, they were absolutely lying, and we've got the receipts
- 1:20Speaker 2: for that story. I want to talk to you real
- 1:22Speaker 2: quick about the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. After
- 1:25Speaker 2: more than a year of war, tear and pain in Israel,
- 1:29Speaker 2: there is still a great demand for basic humanitarian aid.
- 1:33Speaker 2: That is where the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews
- 1:36Speaker 2: has supported and continues to support those in the Holy
- 1:40Speaker 2: Land that are still facing the lingering horrors of war
- 1:44Speaker 2: and those who are desperate for your help right now.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Your gift today will provide critically an aid to communities
- 1:51Speaker 2: in the North and the South that have been devastated
- 1:54Speaker 2: by this ongoing war. Your generous donation will deliver help
- 1:57Speaker 2: to those not only in need, and also the evacuees
- 2:01Speaker 2: and refugees from the war torn areas, first responders that
- 2:05Speaker 2: are in need, volunteers, wounded soldiers, even elderly Holocaust survivors,
- 2:10Speaker 2: and families that have lost everything, and so many more.
- 2:14Speaker 2: You can give hope during a time of incredible uncertainty.
- 2:18Speaker 2: So to give a gift to bless Israel and er people.
- 2:21Speaker 2: You can do it by visiting support IFCJ dot org.
- 2:27Speaker 2: That's one word support IFCJ dot org. Or call them
- 2:32Speaker 2: eight eight eight for eight eight IFCJ. That's eight eight
- 2:36Speaker 2: eight four eight eight IFCJ eight a eight four eight
- 2:40Speaker 2: eight four three two five. So there's a lot of
- 2:44Speaker 2: people that are listening and they're going to say, why
- 2:46Speaker 2: are we talking about.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Free speech in Europe. Let's talk about America.
- 2:52Speaker 2: This is a I think a flashpoint and a warning
- 2:55Speaker 2: point that we could be where Europe is if it
- 2:59Speaker 2: wasn't for one election and this last one of the
- 3:02Speaker 2: one I'm talking about, and that was part of the
- 3:04Speaker 2: reason why I think jd Vance was so blunt in
- 3:07Speaker 2: his speech in Europe about what they're doing to crack
- 3:10Speaker 2: down on people just expressing their opinions.
- 3:14Speaker 3: Well, listen off. In Europe and the United States flow
- 3:17Speaker 3: on similar trend lines. You look at in the nineteen eighties,
- 3:21Speaker 3: ron O Reagan became president, Margaret Thatcher became president. You
- 3:24Speaker 3: look at after that, you had George Herbert Walker Bush,
- 3:27Speaker 3: and then you had John Major. You look at Bill
- 3:30Speaker 3: Clinton and Tony Blair. There are similar trend lines between
- 3:34Speaker 3: the United States and Europe, and those trend lines are
- 3:38Speaker 3: interwoven when it comes to fundamental liberties under the United
- 3:42Speaker 3: States Constitution, the First Amendment, you've got religious liberty and
- 3:46Speaker 3: free speech, and those are the two fundamental rights upon
- 3:50Speaker 3: which all of our other liberties are built. And one
- 3:54Speaker 3: of the most distressing things you look back, even five
- 3:57Speaker 3: ten years ago, the left defended free speech. The left
- 4:01Speaker 3: believed in free speech. As I look at today's Democrats,
- 4:05Speaker 3: one of the things that scares me the most is
- 4:07Speaker 3: the left has abandoned free speech. They've decided if you
- 4:11Speaker 3: don't say what we agree with, we will silence you,
- 4:15Speaker 3: we will cancel you, we will use big tech to
- 4:19Speaker 3: muzzle you, we will use the power of government to
- 4:22Speaker 3: fire you, to oppress you, and even to incarcerate you. Now,
- 4:27Speaker 3: the last piece may seem extreme. You might say, Okay, look,
- 4:30Speaker 3: we don't live in a world where you get locked
- 4:32Speaker 3: up for what you say. Well, you know what, much
- 4:35Speaker 3: like the Canarian the coal Mine, Europe is a precursor
- 4:38Speaker 3: to where America is heading. And if you look at Europe,
- 4:43Speaker 3: we have seen an assault on free speech that is terrifying. Now,
- 4:46Speaker 3: on this podcast, you and I have talked about in
- 4:49Speaker 3: the United Kingdom, in particular the efforts to prosecute those
- 4:54Speaker 3: who tweet things that are deemed unacceptable, those who speak out,
- 4:58Speaker 3: those who speak out against the epidemic of child rape.
- 5:02Speaker 3: Child rape we see from Pakistani Muslims engage in rape gangs,
- 5:07Speaker 3: raping not just hundreds, but thousands of children. And yet
- 5:12Speaker 3: in the UK for years, for decades, there was a
- 5:17Speaker 3: culture of repression and on the unwillingness of the political
- 5:21Speaker 3: environment to talk about it. Now, I will say, we
- 5:24Speaker 3: saw JD. Vans, my friend the Vice President, go to
- 5:27Speaker 3: Europe this past week and give a speech that I
- 5:30Speaker 3: think is really important. It shocked Europe. He was at
- 5:35Speaker 3: the Munich Security Conference, which I've been to before. It's
- 5:38Speaker 3: a conference that many of the nations of Europe go
- 5:40Speaker 3: to the United States go to. They're typically roughly a
- 5:43Speaker 3: dozen to twenty US senators to go to. And he
- 5:47Speaker 3: gave a speech normally a government officially supposed to give
- 5:50Speaker 3: a speech about how America and Europe were on the
- 5:52Speaker 3: same side. We're all standing together. Rah rah rah JD.
- 5:56Speaker 3: I'm proud of him. The speech he gave, he called
- 5:59Speaker 3: out Europe for their willingness to violate free speech. I
- 6:03Speaker 3: why don't you give a listen to this excerpt from
- 6:06Speaker 3: JD's speech.
- 6:07Speaker 4: And unfortunately, when I look at Europe today, it's sometimes
- 6:10Speaker 4: not so clear what happened to some of the Cold
- 6:14Speaker 4: Wars winners. I looked to Brussels, where EU Commission commissars
- 6:19Speaker 4: warrened citizens that they intend to shut down social media
- 6:23Speaker 4: during times of civil unrest the moment they spot what
- 6:26Speaker 4: they've judged to be quote, hateful content. Or to this
- 6:31Speaker 4: very country where police have carried out raids against citizens
- 6:35Speaker 4: suspected of posting anti feminist comments online as part of
- 6:39Speaker 4: quote combating misogyny on the Internet a day of action.
- 6:44Speaker 4: I looked to Sweden. We're two weeks ago the government
- 6:47Speaker 4: convicted a Christian activist for participating in Kuran burnings that
- 6:52Speaker 4: resulted in his friend's murder, and as the judge in
- 6:56Speaker 4: his case chillingly noted, Sweden's laws to supp pposedly protect
- 7:01Speaker 4: free expression do not in fact grant and I'm quoting
- 7:05Speaker 4: a free pass to do or say anything without risking
- 7:10Speaker 4: offending the group that holds that belief. And perhaps most concerningly,
- 7:15Speaker 4: I look to our very dear friends, the United Kingdom,
- 7:18Speaker 4: where the backslide away from conscience rights has placed the
- 7:21Speaker 4: basic liberties of religious Britons in particular in the crosshairs.
- 7:26Speaker 1: A little over two years ago.
- 7:27Speaker 4: The British government charged Adam Smith Conner, a fifty one
- 7:31Speaker 4: year old physiotherapist and an Army veteran, with the heinous
- 7:35Speaker 4: crime of standing fifty meters from an abortion clinic and
- 7:40Speaker 4: silently praying for three minutes, not obstructing anyone, not interacting
- 7:46Speaker 4: with anyone, just silently praying on his own. After British
- 7:50Speaker 4: law enforcement spotted him and demanded to know what he
- 7:52Speaker 4: was praying for, Adam replied simply, it was on behalf
- 7:56Speaker 4: of the unborn son he and his former girlfriend had
- 8:00Speaker 4: aboarded years before.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Now, the officers were not moved.
- 8:04Speaker 4: Adam was found guilty of breaking the government's new buffer
- 8:08Speaker 4: zones law, which criminalized as silent prayer and other actions
- 8:11Speaker 4: that could influence a person's decision within two hundred meters
- 8:15Speaker 4: of an abortion facility. He was sentenced to pay thousands
- 8:18Speaker 4: of pounds in legal costs to the prosecution. Now, I
- 8:22Speaker 4: wish I could say that this was a fluke, a
- 8:24Speaker 4: one off, crazy example of a badly written law. Being
- 8:27Speaker 4: enacted against a single person. But no this last October,
- 8:32Speaker 4: just a few months ago, the Scottish government began distributing
- 8:35Speaker 4: letters to citizens whose houses lay within so called safe
- 8:38Speaker 4: access zones, warning them that even private prayer within their
- 8:43Speaker 4: own homes may amount to breaking the law. Naturally, the
- 8:47Speaker 4: government urged readers to report any fellow citizens suspected guilty
- 8:52Speaker 4: of thought crime. In Britain and across Europe, free speech,
- 8:57Speaker 4: I fear is in retreat.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Not only did he just call them out to their face,
- 9:03Speaker 2: he told the world what each one of these countries did.
- 9:07Speaker 3: Yes, yes, yes, Amen, Listen when it comes to what
- 9:12Speaker 3: fundamentally matters if we want to stay free, religious liberty
- 9:15Speaker 3: is fundamental and free speech is fundamental. JD talked about
- 9:19Speaker 3: how in the United Kingdom, silently praying has now been
- 9:23Speaker 3: deemed a criminal offense. It is difficult to find a
- 9:28Speaker 3: more staggering affront to individual liberty than that. And listen,
- 9:33Speaker 3: I think we have an obligation to stand up and
- 9:35Speaker 3: speak out. You know, Ben, I've talked about how Heidi
- 9:38Speaker 3: and I were a mixed marriage. What do I mean
- 9:41Speaker 3: by that? Heidi is a Francophile. I'm an angli phile.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Heidi loves Paris.
- 9:46Speaker 3: It's our favorite city on plunder Earth. I love the Brits.
- 9:51Speaker 3: I love the United Kingdom. I love the incredible innovation,
- 9:55Speaker 3: the incredible leadership of the Brits. So we're different and
- 9:59Speaker 3: I appreciate it. I a p preach to the French,
- 10:01Speaker 3: but the beauty of a marriage as you combine both.
- 10:04Speaker 3: It breaks my heart to see the Brits abandoning free speech.
- 10:09Speaker 3: And the Brits are not alone, it's all of Europe.
- 10:12Speaker 3: I want you to listen to this. This is from
- 10:15Speaker 3: sixty minutes this past Sunday. This is a group of
- 10:18Speaker 3: German prosecutors discussing German law about free speech. I got
- 10:23Speaker 3: to say this clip horrified me, fundamental.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Give a listen.
- 10:29Speaker 5: Is it a crime to insult somebody in public?
- 10:31Speaker 4: Yes?
- 10:32Speaker 5: Yes, and it's a crime to insult them online as well.
- 10:35Speaker 4: Yes.
- 10:36Speaker 6: The fine could be even higher if you insult someone
- 10:40Speaker 6: in the Internet. Why because in Internet it stays there.
- 10:45Speaker 6: If we are talking you face to face, you insult
- 10:48Speaker 6: me and sold you okay, finish. But if you in
- 10:50Speaker 6: the internet, if I insiled you or a politician.
- 10:53Speaker 5: That ticks around forever, yeah.
- 10:56Speaker 7: The prosecutors explain German law also prohibits the spread malicious gossip,
- 11:01Speaker 7: violent threats, and fake quotes. If somebody posts something that's
- 11:06Speaker 7: not true and then somebody else reposts it or likes it,
- 11:10Speaker 7: are they committing a crime.
- 11:12Speaker 6: And the case of reposting it as a crime as well,
- 11:15Speaker 6: because the reader contstinguished whether you just invented this or
- 11:20Speaker 6: just reposted it.
- 11:21Speaker 5: That's the same for us.
- 11:22Speaker 7: The punishment for breaking hate speech laws can include jail
- 11:26Speaker 7: time for repeat offenders.
- 11:28Speaker 2: I mean, I love how they say if you post
- 11:31Speaker 2: something and notice the question there from sixty minutes about politicians,
- 11:35Speaker 2: So you're on the other side, right, it's a divided country.
- 11:40Speaker 2: You post something about somebody that you disagree with, they
- 11:45Speaker 2: can now use that to lock you up, is what
- 11:47Speaker 2: they're saying. And the prosecutor's like, yes, yes, that's exactly
- 11:49Speaker 2: what we're going to do.
- 11:50Speaker 3: Now. This is the government saying, if you dare say
- 11:53Speaker 3: something we disagree with, we will lock you up. So
- 11:57Speaker 3: I sent two tweets in the last twenty four hours,
- 12:01Speaker 3: one retweeting this exchange. I said, this is not the
- 12:04Speaker 3: first time the Germans have threatened to arrest you if
- 12:09Speaker 3: you say something that the government doesn't like, and then
- 12:13Speaker 3: number two, I retweeted the same exchange, but I said,
- 12:16Speaker 3: so if someone called these guys quote goose stepping Nazis
- 12:23Speaker 3: for gleefully enforcing totalitarian speech codes, that would be deemed
- 12:28Speaker 3: a crime in Germany, I got to say on both
- 12:31Speaker 3: of those. And by the way, I literally wondered, when
- 12:35Speaker 3: I'm typing in these tweets. Listen, I'm a sitting senator
- 12:38Speaker 3: from the Great State of Texas in the US Senate.
- 12:41Speaker 3: As I'm typing in these tweets, I wondered, Gosh, if
- 12:44Speaker 3: I visit Germany a year from now, will these bastards
- 12:47Speaker 3: try to arrest me because I sent a tweet? And
- 12:51Speaker 3: you know what, fine, if they do it, let's go.
- 12:55Speaker 3: But let me say, how messed up is that that
- 12:58Speaker 3: If I'm sitting on my phone saying, you're threatening to
- 13:01Speaker 3: lock people up for saying things your government doesn't like
- 13:04Speaker 3: and people are afraid. Okay, I cannot disagree with the
- 13:09Speaker 3: totalitarian government. That's frightening. What has happened to Europe when
- 13:14Speaker 3: free speech is speech? That terrifying to the European government
- 13:20Speaker 3: that they're willing to imprison you for disagreeing with the
- 13:25Speaker 3: orthodoxy of their beliefs.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Yeah, Adolf Hitler would be proud.
- 13:28Speaker 2: Let's be honest if this, because this is exactly what
- 13:31Speaker 2: he did to people that disagreed with him.
- 13:33Speaker 1: He would lock them up.
- 13:34Speaker 3: By the way, if you travel to Germany and get arrested,
- 13:37Speaker 3: I'm going to send you a cake with a file
- 13:40Speaker 3: in it to chisel through the bars so you're at
- 13:45Speaker 3: my back. But listen what you said. Adolf Hitler would
- 13:48Speaker 3: be proud. Germany has a little bit of PTSD coming
- 13:51Speaker 3: out of World War Two. And listen, the Germans they
- 13:55Speaker 3: don't like being the bad guys of history. And I
- 13:58Speaker 3: get Listen, I'm not German, but I get if you're
- 14:02Speaker 3: a modern German and you're kind of like, wait, our
- 14:04Speaker 3: people were like, we're literally the Nazis. I get that
- 14:09Speaker 3: that would be traumatizing, that that would make you upset,
- 14:11Speaker 3: Like what wait, you know, when's the last time you
- 14:15Speaker 3: saw a movie where the Nazis were the good guys.
- 14:17Speaker 3: They're incredibly nervous about that, but they've swung so far
- 14:23Speaker 3: to the other direction, you know.
- 14:25Speaker 1: I remember, I think.
- 14:26Speaker 3: It was in high school. I wrote a paper on
- 14:27Speaker 3: how left and right in politics is not a straight line.
- 14:32Speaker 3: It's not left on one side, right on the other.
- 14:35Speaker 3: It's rather a circle where the extreme left and the
- 14:39Speaker 3: extreme right intersect. They're both willing to interfere with individual
- 14:45Speaker 3: liberty because of their radical ideology. This is a great example.
- 14:49Speaker 3: I get if you're a German, you don't want to
- 14:52Speaker 3: recreate the path of the Nazis. But you know what,
- 14:56Speaker 3: if your government is willing to arrest someone for saying
- 14:59Speaker 3: something thing you disagree with, guess what you're recreating the
- 15:03Speaker 3: path of the Nazis.
- 15:05Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a sad point, but it's a valuable point
- 15:08Speaker 2: to make. And good on Vice President Vance for going
- 15:10Speaker 2: over there and getting in their face. While we may
- 15:13Speaker 2: have won this last election, the fight to restore our
- 15:15Speaker 2: great nation is only beginning, and now is the time
- 15:18Speaker 2: to take a stand, and Patriot Mobile is leading that charge.
- 15:21Speaker 2: As America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, Patriot Mobile offers
- 15:27Speaker 2: a way to vote with your wallet without compromising on
- 15:30Speaker 2: quality or convenience. Patriot Mobile isn't just about providing exceptional

- 15:47Speaker 2: And if you have cell phone service today, you can
- 15:50Speaker 2: get cell phone service with Patriot Mobile and switch it
- 15:53Speaker 2: by just making a simple phone call. Now here's the

- 16:09Speaker 2: warriors because they take a portion of every bill and
- 16:12Speaker 2: they give.
- 16:13Speaker 1: It back to those causes. So how easy is it
- 16:15Speaker 1: to switch?
- 16:16Speaker 2: You keep your same number, keep your same phone you
- 16:19Speaker 2: got now, or upgrade to a new one, and you're
- 16:21Speaker 2: going to be dealing with a one hundred percent US

- 16:40Speaker 2: promo code Verdict Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict or
- 16:45Speaker 2: nine to seven to two Patriot and defend freedom with
- 16:49Speaker 2: every call or every text that you make. Nine seven
- 16:52Speaker 2: to two Patriot or patriotmobile dot com slash verdict. Senator,
- 16:56Speaker 2: I want to move on to Doge, and I mean,
- 16:59Speaker 2: it's just mind blowing at this point how much money
- 17:04Speaker 2: is being uncovered that is involved in waste, fraud, and
- 17:07Speaker 2: abuse within our government. And then there's this new headline
- 17:12Speaker 2: that came out of the White House, and that is
- 17:15Speaker 2: a bombshell that there has been four point seven trillion
- 17:19Speaker 2: dollars that has been spent that is untraceable in the
- 17:25Speaker 2: way that the payments went out from the Treasury Department.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Explain that to America.
- 17:31Speaker 3: Well, let me read from our article in Fox News
- 17:34Speaker 3: does says it found nearly untraceable budget line atems responsible
- 17:38Speaker 3: for four point seven trillion in payments. The Trump administration's
- 17:43Speaker 3: DOGE discovered an identification code linking US Treasury payments to
- 17:48Speaker 3: a budget line at THEM, which accounts for nearly four
- 17:52Speaker 3: point seven trillion dollars in payments which was oftentimes left blank.
- 17:58Speaker 3: The Treasury Exit symbol TAS is an identification code linking
- 18:03Speaker 3: a Treasury payment to a budget line at HIM standard
- 18:07Speaker 3: financial process. Doze wrote in posts on x in the
- 18:10Speaker 3: federal government, the TAS field was optional for four point
- 18:15Speaker 3: seven trillion dollars in payments and was often left blank,
- 18:20Speaker 3: making traceability almost impossible. As of Saturday, this is now
- 18:25Speaker 3: a required field increasing insight into where money is actually going.
- 18:31Speaker 3: So understand four point seven trillion dollars. Listen, A million
- 18:36Speaker 3: dollars is a lot of money. A billion dollars is
- 18:39Speaker 3: a crap ton more, it's actually a thousand times more.
- 18:42Speaker 3: A trillion dollars is a thousand thousand times more than
- 18:47Speaker 3: a million dollars, And four point seven trillion is even
- 18:53Speaker 3: in federal government spending a massive amount. The point here
- 18:57Speaker 3: is the money that has been coming from the federal
- 18:59Speaker 3: government has been massively wasted, and there has been no accountability,
- 19:05Speaker 3: and the entire governmental system is reacting in pain and
- 19:09Speaker 3: horror and agony that Donald Trump and Elon Musker bringing
- 19:13Speaker 3: finally accountability to it.
- 19:15Speaker 2: You look at the four point seven trillion. Is this
- 19:18Speaker 2: done on purpose? For this exact reason? If you don't
- 19:22Speaker 2: know where the money's going, you can't trace the money,
- 19:25Speaker 2: then you can't ask questions.
- 19:27Speaker 3: Oh look, yes, and no. I had an old boss
- 19:30Speaker 3: of mine, my very first boss, who said this was
- 19:34Speaker 3: actually quite profound. He said, never blame on malice what
- 19:38Speaker 3: can be explained with incompetence. Look, that explains a lot
- 19:43Speaker 3: of government. There is massive waste, there is massive politicization
- 19:49Speaker 3: and weaponization. If you're spending your own money, you care
- 19:52Speaker 3: about it, Ben you care about your own money. If
- 19:55Speaker 3: you're spending someone else's money, you don't care about it.
- 19:59Speaker 3: And that problem in government is there's a culture of
- 20:04Speaker 3: endemic waste that is enormously problematic, and you combine that
- 20:09Speaker 3: with a politicization that there's a it doesn't matter I'm
- 20:14Speaker 3: spending someone else's money, I don't care, and I'm going
- 20:18Speaker 3: to spend it to promote transgender witches in some far
- 20:23Speaker 3: off country. That's what we've seen and that's what Trump
- 20:27Speaker 3: and Elon are exposing.
- 20:29Speaker 2: You talk about what all they're exposing Outside the four
- 20:33Speaker 2: point seven trillion in payments that we can't trace, let's
- 20:37Speaker 2: talk about illegal immigrants receiving benefits and the media. By
- 20:41Speaker 2: the way, they're going to defend everything they can, even
- 20:45Speaker 2: if it's indefensible.
- 20:46Speaker 3: A great example of that, man, And let me ask
- 20:48Speaker 3: you this, is there one Democrat you know who has
- 20:52Speaker 3: criticized one single example of massive waste, abuse and fraud.
- 20:58Speaker 3: And by the way, by Democrat. I don't mean James Carve.
- 21:01Speaker 3: We talked about that two days ago. I don't mean
- 21:03Speaker 3: a consultant. I mean one elected Democrat. I can tell
- 21:05Speaker 3: you in the US Senate, I don't know of a
- 21:07Speaker 3: single one, do you.
- 21:09Speaker 1: No, not a single one.
- 21:10Speaker 2: And you would think at some point they could, they
- 21:12Speaker 2: would come out and go, yeah, this is good for Americans,
- 21:14Speaker 2: it's good for my district. It's good for the taxpayers
- 21:16Speaker 2: that represent that. We're not going to spend money on X,
- 21:19Speaker 2: Y or Z. None of these egregious items that we've
- 21:22Speaker 2: listed on the show, and we've done a really good
- 21:25Speaker 2: job of keeping people up to date.
- 21:27Speaker 1: We're where the money's going.
- 21:28Speaker 2: None of them have been criticized by the Democrats and
- 21:31Speaker 2: in the media. Again, they are just hell bent on
- 21:34Speaker 2: saying Donald Trump bad, Elon Musk bad, Doge bad.
- 21:38Speaker 1: Here's a great example.
- 21:39Speaker 3: Listen to this exchange with Stephen Miller, because it is
- 21:43Speaker 3: it is hysterical. By the way, tonight, I saw Steven.
- 21:46Speaker 3: I was at a party, so Howard Luddick was just
- 21:49Speaker 3: confirmed as Commerce Secretary. He had a party in his house.
- 21:52Speaker 3: I saw Stephen this evening and I told him, great job.
- 21:55Speaker 3: On CNN listen to this exchange, because she really is.
- 21:58Speaker 3: It's nutty. And I gotta say, CNN has become a
- 22:01Speaker 3: clown show. It's not even it's not even real journalism.
- 22:04Speaker 3: It's just silly. But listen to this back and.
- 22:06Speaker 8: Forth you mentioned yesterday and you mentioned again here, uh,
- 22:10Speaker 8: illegal immigrants who are getting child tax credits? If are
- 22:17Speaker 8: you looking for that information in the I R S data?
- 22:21Speaker 9: Anytime a crime is committed, of course there should be
- 22:25Speaker 9: an investigation.
- 22:26Speaker 1: Is it your position that.
- 22:28Speaker 9: Of somebody who is in the data, the federal government
- 22:34Speaker 9: will find every illegal alien who is stealing American tax
- 22:37Speaker 9: pair of dollars? And that's what Americans.
- 22:39Speaker 8: Find that in the I don't even that. It's a
- 22:43Speaker 8: simple question, man. And you find that information in the
- 22:46Speaker 8: IRS data and share.
- 22:47Speaker 9: That with lawn IRS investigators find illegal aliens stealing tax
- 22:51Speaker 9: payer money, of course I'll be referred to ICE. Of course,
- 22:54Speaker 9: It'll be referred to Homeland security investigations.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Of course it will be.
- 22:58Speaker 9: Surely, your position is not that we should let illegal
- 23:01Speaker 9: aliens steal taxpayer dollars. You want to talk about something
- 23:04Speaker 9: to be upset about, that's it. What do you think
- 23:07Speaker 9: the millions of illegal aliens who have also stolen social security.
- 23:10Speaker 9: Illegal aliens in mass have fake social Security numbers, they
- 23:14Speaker 9: have fake identities.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Those are felonies.
- 23:17Speaker 9: Why should there be an entire class in this country
- 23:19Speaker 9: that is immunized from criminal prosecution and arrest for committing
- 23:24Speaker 9: felonies felony, theft of taxpayer information, felony, theft of social security, felony,
- 23:30Speaker 9: theft of identity. These are all crimes. And yes they
- 23:32Speaker 9: will be investigated, Yes they'll be prosecuted, and yes he
- 23:36Speaker 9: will be deported. And you know what deportations. Americans will
- 23:40Speaker 9: get jobs, Americans will Americans will get housing.
- 23:44Speaker 8: Even if they got a child, if they got a credit,
- 23:47Speaker 8: a child tax credit, and they will be referred. You're
- 23:50Speaker 8: saying to Ice for that, and you would expect imported
- 23:54Speaker 8: for that?
- 23:54Speaker 6: Is that?
- 23:55Speaker 8: Is that the position of the administration.
- 23:57Speaker 9: If it is found that a crime has been committed,
- 23:59Speaker 9: they be referred. If it is justifies the prosecution, they'll
- 24:03Speaker 9: be prosecuted. If it justifies a deportation, they will be deported.
- 24:07Speaker 9: This will be based on existing IRIS protocols and procedures
- 24:12Speaker 9: for criminal investigation and fraud.
- 24:15Speaker 1: All right.
- 24:15Speaker 9: The difference is that no one is given immunity anymore.
- 24:18Speaker 9: No one is given permission to break the law anymore,
- 24:21Speaker 9: because this is not a country, this is not a
- 24:24Speaker 9: sovereign territory. If illegal aliens can freely steal billions with
- 24:28Speaker 9: a b billions of taxpayer dollars, and I would have
- 24:31Speaker 9: to imagine that that CNN, which is endlessly talked about
- 24:35Speaker 9: the importance of democracy and the rule of law, would
- 24:37Speaker 9: say that no class in this country should be above
- 24:40Speaker 9: the law, least of all illegal aliens who've trespassed on
- 24:43Speaker 9: our territory.
- 24:44Speaker 8: Stephen, I'm just asking. I wanted to get your position
- 24:47Speaker 8: on some things this. We're not taking a position here.
- 24:49Speaker 8: We wanted to get some answers to some questions. There
- 24:51Speaker 8: are so many questions that need to.
- 24:53Speaker 9: Be able in fact, indifferent or unbiased on these questions.
- 24:57Speaker 8: But thank you, Stephen Miller, Thank you so much much
- 25:00Speaker 8: for your time. Really appreciate it. And we'll be right
- 25:01Speaker 8: by here.
- 25:02Speaker 1: It's amazing.
- 25:03Speaker 2: It's just like, oh, we don't take positions here, and
- 25:05Speaker 2: I love I grids. He grins and laughs in her face,
- 25:07Speaker 2: like are you kidding me? Everybody watching right now knows
- 25:10Speaker 2: exactly what you're doing, and you're trying to act like
- 25:12Speaker 2: we're doing something wrong when in fact we're saving taxpayers dollars.
- 25:16Speaker 3: What Miller is saying is exactly right. The federal government
- 25:20Speaker 3: should enforce the law. If you have illegal aliens who
- 25:23Speaker 3: are stealing from the taxpayers, they should be prosecuted. And
- 25:27Speaker 3: the bizarre position CNN is taking is, well, if the
- 25:30Speaker 3: IRS knows that you're illegally stealing from the taxpayers, the
- 25:35Speaker 3: IRS shouldn't tell that to the rest of the federal government.
- 25:39Speaker 3: You should protect the illegal aliens who are stealing from
- 25:42Speaker 3: the taxpayers. That's a weird proposition. Why is the IRS
- 25:46Speaker 3: separate from dj separate from DHS, separate from ICE, separate
- 25:49Speaker 3: from all of the different federal agencies. And CNN is
- 25:54Speaker 3: so vested in saying, we want millions of illegal aliens
- 25:58Speaker 3: here and we want there to be no consequences. So
- 26:01Speaker 3: their continuing to engage in fraud, to work illegally, to
- 26:06Speaker 3: draw so security payments, to draw government payments fraudulently, that
- 26:11Speaker 3: is CNN's position. And I got to say, I'm going
- 26:14Speaker 3: to credit Steven Miller for calling out CNN for they're
- 26:18Speaker 3: not engaged in news. They have a position on this.
- 26:22Speaker 3: They don't want the law enforced, and I gotta say
- 26:24Speaker 3: I think the American people do.
- 26:26Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt about it.
- 26:27Speaker 2: We're going to keep covering this issue and watch the
- 26:30Speaker 2: money for you because these are the moments that we
- 26:33Speaker 2: have to just say, Hey, here's the choice. Do you
- 26:35Speaker 2: want illegal immigrants having all this money or do you
- 26:38Speaker 2: want to save this money when they're breaking the law.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Don't forget we do this show Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
