- 2:12Speaker 1: Just trying to give God some back, just some back
- 2:18Speaker 1: of what even gave me, just a portion, you know.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Just I'm just trying, man to to show some type
- 2:26Speaker 1: of gratitude for all his blessings. I'm just trying to man,
- 2:32Speaker 1: just just get it right sometimes, you know what I mean.
- 2:36Speaker 1: I mean, man, you just can't do what you want
- 2:38Speaker 1: to do and just live wrong all the time. Man,
- 2:40Speaker 1: you got it at one point in time, Steve, come home. Man,
- 2:44Speaker 1: come on, man, you could do better. I know you can,
- 2:47Speaker 1: you know saying, and you know what I had to do.
- 2:49Speaker 1: I had to stop saying I'm gonna try to do better,
- 2:52Speaker 1: and I just had to say, hey, man, I'm going
- 2:55Speaker 1: to do better. You know, trying it's just to put
- 2:58Speaker 1: forth and that and then if it don't work, well okay.
- 3:01Speaker 1: But if you make up in your mind that I'm
- 3:03Speaker 1: going to do something, then trying isn't enough. It's getting
- 3:07Speaker 1: it done is the only thing that matters. Since the
- 3:10Speaker 1: difference between doing and trying. We're gonna try to win
- 3:13Speaker 1: the game, or we're gonna go out here to win
- 3:15Speaker 1: the game. Now, trying to win the game means that
- 3:18Speaker 1: you could lose. But when you got in your mind
- 3:21Speaker 1: made up, most athletes will tell you that they go
- 3:24Speaker 1: out there with the full intent and purpose of winning
- 3:27Speaker 1: and winning. Only see they don't put the second place
- 3:30Speaker 1: finish on the cover Sports Illustrated. Second place don't get
- 3:34Speaker 1: you there. You got to win. And now take it
- 3:37Speaker 1: out of the scope of athletics, but keep it in
- 3:39Speaker 1: that type of type of analogy in life. Man, you
- 3:43Speaker 1: just want to you want to win in life, don't you.
- 3:46Speaker 1: I mean, at the end of the day, don't you
- 3:47Speaker 1: want to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated the life?
- 3:50Speaker 1: Don't you want to be recognized for your hard work.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Don't you want, you know, to be recognized within the
- 3:56Speaker 1: bonus structure down at your job. Don't you want to
- 3:59Speaker 1: have your plaque up on the wall down at your job.
- 4:02Speaker 1: I mean most people do. Some people could care less.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Some people don't care about looking good or being their best.
- 4:07Speaker 1: And that's cool. But I ain't talking to them though.
- 4:09Speaker 1: I'm talking to you. I'm talking to those of you
- 4:12Speaker 1: who want to be the best you can be. You know,
- 4:15Speaker 1: people kill me when they're getting mad at people here
- 4:18Speaker 1: and he Brown knows and he hall up on an
- 4:20Speaker 1: employee of them all. Man, the dude doing his job
- 4:23Speaker 1: to the best of his ability, and he getting recognized
- 4:25Speaker 1: for it? What they got to do? It all that
- 4:27Speaker 1: you're talking about because you ain't up there. There's an
- 4:29Speaker 1: amazing man, how people describe other people's success. He's so lucky, lucky?
- 4:34Speaker 1: Hey man, don't they kind of get you a little
- 4:36Speaker 1: bit when people call you lucky when let me tell
- 4:39Speaker 1: you what luck really is, y'all. Luck is when hard
- 4:42Speaker 1: work bumps up into opportunity, When hard work runs smack
- 4:47Speaker 1: dab up in the opportunity. Some people call that luck.
- 4:51Speaker 1: But hold on, let's think about this. If you wasn't
- 4:54Speaker 1: working hard, an opportunity presented itself. What would you call that?
- 4:59Speaker 1: What you call that a missed opportunity? What you call
- 5:01Speaker 1: that wrong place at the wrong time, or you missed
- 5:04Speaker 1: out on that? But see when you've been working hard
- 5:07Speaker 1: and the opportunity presents itself and it bumps up into
- 5:09Speaker 1: each other. Now people want to call that luck. But
- 5:12Speaker 1: hold up here, go to part though to day, ain't
- 5:14Speaker 1: paying no attention to Yeah, that opportunity came by, But
- 5:16Speaker 1: if you had not been working hard and the hard
- 5:19Speaker 1: work had not ran up in the opportunity, what would
- 5:21Speaker 1: you have. No, sir, it's not luck, it's work. It
- 5:25Speaker 1: is work because as a scripture that says faith without
- 5:28Speaker 1: works is dead. Look, I know I use the same
- 5:31Speaker 1: ones all the time, but them the ones I know.
- 5:34Speaker 1: I mean what you want me to? You want me
- 5:36Speaker 1: lie to, You want me to come on here and
- 5:37Speaker 1: tell you man, I've been studying the Bible. I haven't.
- 5:39Speaker 1: I haven't. I haven't, I haven't. But my mama was
- 5:43Speaker 1: a Sunday school teacher. She taught me enough. Though now
- 5:46Speaker 1: I know different between right and wrong, just like you do.
- 5:49Speaker 1: You ain't gotta you know itcused me when people write
- 5:51Speaker 1: a strawberry letter? Am I wrong for this? You know?
- 5:53Speaker 1: Getting well, look at let's read your letter. Are you
- 5:56Speaker 1: wrong for this? You know you're wrong? What you don't
- 5:58Speaker 1: need that's to be telling, you know, But I'm gonna
- 6:00Speaker 1: do this anyway. Well else, he go ahead, though, do
- 6:03Speaker 1: what you want to do. But you know what, y'all,
- 6:06Speaker 1: here's the best advice I can give you. This is
- 6:08Speaker 1: what I really came to talk about this morning, but
- 6:11Speaker 1: I got sidetrack because I listen, you know what, get
- 6:16Speaker 1: get out of your own way. So many of us
- 6:20Speaker 1: are blocking our own blessings. We just in our own way.
- 6:24Speaker 1: We are in our own way. And one of the
- 6:28Speaker 1: most dangerous ways you can get in your way is
- 6:31Speaker 1: to do it your way, to get it figured your way,
- 6:35Speaker 1: and to lock in on your way. And this the
- 6:38Speaker 1: way it's got to go. Do you know how many
- 6:40Speaker 1: people are blocking a blessing? Do you know how long
- 6:43Speaker 1: I block mine? With that mindset right there? This is
- 6:47Speaker 1: how I wanted to happen, This is how I wanted
- 6:50Speaker 1: to go down. This the way I'm gonna go about it,
- 6:53Speaker 1: And this what's gonna happen, lock loaded fire. So I
- 6:58Speaker 1: was dead set on doing it my way. Have you
- 7:01Speaker 1: ever talked to people man, Well, it's just the way
- 7:03Speaker 1: I do it. Look, because it's the way you do it,
- 7:06Speaker 1: you think that make it the right way? You think jazz,
- 7:09Speaker 1: because you'd have thought on it long and hard, and
- 7:11Speaker 1: that's what you really want. Do you really think that
- 7:14Speaker 1: your way is the right way or could that be
- 7:16Speaker 1: a better way? See? Until I started listening to God
- 7:20Speaker 1: and started paying attention to his way, man, I was
- 7:23Speaker 1: spending my wheels. Man, I was out here so determined
- 7:26Speaker 1: this how I was going to do it. But you know,
- 7:28Speaker 1: I had to learn how to get out of my
- 7:30Speaker 1: own way because just because I could do it my
- 7:33Speaker 1: way didn't mean it was the right way. I had
- 7:36Speaker 1: to get out of my own way. Just get out
- 7:41Speaker 1: your way, man, Now, what what does that mean? That means, see,
- 7:47Speaker 1: set your goals, That means have your dreams. That I'm saying,
- 7:54Speaker 1: set your goals, Man, I ain't saying don't set goals.
- 7:57Speaker 1: Listen to me. Set your goals. What is it you
- 7:59Speaker 1: want to happen? What is it you like to have,
- 8:01Speaker 1: What is it you like to be? What do you
- 8:03Speaker 1: aspire to? Set your goals and set your dreams? Now,
- 8:09Speaker 1: take your goals and your dreams to God and ask
- 8:13Speaker 1: God to show you how. Man, you can save yourself
- 8:18Speaker 1: a lot of pain. Listen to somebody who did it
- 8:22Speaker 1: his way for so long. And when I finally got
- 8:25Speaker 1: out of my way, out of my own way. When
- 8:28Speaker 1: you've heard old people say let go and let God.
- 8:31Speaker 1: You've heard them say that I didn't. I didn't get it,
- 8:34Speaker 1: but I got it. Now let go and let God.
- 8:38Speaker 1: And it's amazing little saying. Though now you know you
- 8:41Speaker 1: may not get it now. It took me a bunch
- 8:43Speaker 1: of years to get it too. But when I took
- 8:45Speaker 1: my goals and my dreams and my vision to God
- 8:49Speaker 1: and I said, God, this is what I hope for,
- 8:51Speaker 1: this is what I aspired to, This is what I
- 8:53Speaker 1: want to be, This is why I would love to
- 8:55Speaker 1: get to. Then I said, help me show me how.
- 9:00Speaker 1: Point me in the right direction, Let me follow your footsteps,
- 9:04Speaker 1: guide me and give me a spirit of discernment. Show
- 9:07Speaker 1: me who wrong? Because I meet people every day. Ain't
- 9:10Speaker 1: up to no good with me? Every single day? Oh man, man,
- 9:15Speaker 1: I can't believe I run up into you. Man, the
- 9:17Speaker 1: Lord told me something's gonna happen to me today. Well,
- 9:20Speaker 1: see I talk to him every day. He did not
- 9:22Speaker 1: mention you to me. He ain't said nothing to me.
- 9:26Speaker 1: He didn't tell me what was gonna happen in mind. Now,
- 9:27Speaker 1: I don't mean it can't happen, because I'm open to it.
- 9:31Speaker 1: But it amazes me when people come up to me. Man,
- 9:33Speaker 1: the Lord wanted me to tell you this. Hold on, Man,
- 9:36Speaker 1: I talk to him every day every day, some days
- 9:41Speaker 1: more than others. I ain't perfect. I missed sometimes, but
- 9:46Speaker 1: I'm on a daily basis talking to him. So really, man,
- 9:50Speaker 1: I'm and and please no, I'm listening as well as
- 9:53Speaker 1: I've ever listened before. But but get yourself together, though,
- 9:58Speaker 1: see no, your goals and your dreams, and then that
- 10:00Speaker 1: God show you how to do it. He'll do it.
- 10:03Speaker 1: You know. It's so important everybody, that you get focused,
- 10:06Speaker 1: that you aim for something, that you dream of, something,
- 10:10Speaker 1: that you aspire to something. But it's the most the
- 10:12Speaker 1: best thing you can do. After you do all that, Man,
- 10:15Speaker 1: get God involved in it. Man, talk to him. I mean,
- 10:19Speaker 1: why would you not what you got to lose. You
- 10:21Speaker 1: ain't got to go down there and make no big
- 10:22Speaker 1: scene and run laps around the church and run up
- 10:25Speaker 1: there and throw yourself on the altar and scream and
- 10:28Speaker 1: flip over and throw money in the air. You ain't
- 10:30Speaker 1: got to do that. This you and God, man, This
- 10:33Speaker 1: you and God. You know you got to serve and
- 10:35Speaker 1: praise him the way you do it. You gotta let
- 10:37Speaker 1: nobody else tell you how I's done. It's a personal relationship.
- 10:41Speaker 1: People kill me if you don't do it this way.
- 10:43Speaker 1: If you don't come here to this church and you
- 10:44Speaker 1: don't run around in this circle and you don't get
- 10:46Speaker 1: flipped in and you don't, hey man, you better go
- 10:49Speaker 1: have a relationship with God. See what that's about. You understand?
- 10:51Speaker 1: Nobody throw you off with all that? All right, all right,
- 10:54Speaker 1: y'all talk to him. He loves to hear from you. Today.
- 10:56Speaker 1: You're listening. We're back. Everybody listen. It's Shelly's birthday, and
- 11:04Speaker 1: on this show, when it's your birthday, I don't really
- 11:09Speaker 1: know that. We have a lot of great things for you,
- 11:12Speaker 1: tradition or anything. We just tell you about yourself. Shirley
- 11:21Speaker 1: has been uh she's our residence bugie person, the uppitya
- 11:29Speaker 1: on the show. And so what we thought we'd do
- 11:34Speaker 1: today to wish her a happy birthday is to let
- 11:37Speaker 1: you all know because you may have a bugie person
- 11:40Speaker 1: in your work area and you don't know how to
- 11:43Speaker 1: detect them. Well, we do, and we have some things
- 11:50Speaker 1: about budgie people that you should know. We've been dealing
- 11:54Speaker 1: with this. I've been dealing with this for seven teen years.
- 11:59Speaker 1: It ain't changing sitting by seventeen years, has she gotten
- 12:03Speaker 1: any less? Boogie? Let me tell you something, rip boy,
- 12:10Speaker 1: after this marriage here he creaked it. She got back
- 12:14Speaker 1: up now I'm support. Oh, I'm sure he'll be on
- 12:19Speaker 1: you guys. What's the boogie birthday? Like? What y'all? We
- 12:24Speaker 1: got something? Jake? How can you tell boogie person? Mean
- 12:31Speaker 1: you asked me? Yes? What? One of the things about
- 12:33Speaker 1: a boogie person is this, like when they greet each other,
- 12:37Speaker 1: they don't hug. They don't hug it out, they don't
- 12:40Speaker 1: the side cheek kissing. That a lot of cheek to
- 12:45Speaker 1: cheek each that lifts. Never judge, No, don't even see
- 12:54Speaker 1: each other. That's bougie And it's not them kissing the cheek.
- 13:00Speaker 1: They make you kiss. Yeah, you have to come down. Yeah,
- 13:04Speaker 1: like I bring it into them because this bulle. I'll
- 13:07Speaker 1: tell you something else. They don't blow out. They can
- 13:10Speaker 1: know not they have someone else. Blow out the count
- 13:16Speaker 1: I want you realize I'm sitting. That's no truth. My
- 13:20Speaker 1: ain't all me blow. I look at blow those that's
- 13:27Speaker 1: no truth. Bull people bu people they like if they
- 13:32Speaker 1: have a surprise birthday party, like a surprise where you
- 13:35Speaker 1: they don't yell surprise because they don't want that. They
- 13:38Speaker 1: don't want yelling. They hate yelling toodles instead of surprise toodles.
- 13:50Speaker 1: Gang room full of people, thirty people now thirties, way
- 13:54Speaker 1: too many for people about the ten a nice tea yeah,
- 13:59Speaker 1: okay on three here she comes one two three, one
- 14:07Speaker 1: two three for me you you yeah, I hate all
- 14:16Speaker 1: of you. When they get together, When the women busie
- 14:21Speaker 1: women get together, it's to see who got the biggest
- 14:25Speaker 1: bay is right, what do you what do you have?
- 14:30Speaker 1: Oh my god, that's not that's not pray tail all
- 14:44Speaker 1: right now? Whatever the games bugie people play. You know
- 14:50Speaker 1: you have a birthday party. Pin the tail on the donkey.
- 14:54Speaker 1: They don't do that. They don't do that. Not buge people.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Pin the tail on the poor person. Oh my god,
- 15:02Speaker 1: come here, boy, come here boy. And another one like
- 15:09Speaker 1: the way they talk to their huge like if his
- 15:12Speaker 1: name is David. Yes, it's just a recommend. It's down.
- 15:19Speaker 1: They take a bread down. Its damn David, bad boy.
- 15:29Speaker 1: You're from that boy named David. You know that's his name.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Stop like that people, man, that's what they do. Let
- 15:42Speaker 1: me think of something. Bullshit. People have to have a car.
- 15:48Speaker 1: They have to. It's some musk. It's insisted that they
- 15:52Speaker 1: have a car that gets low gas moleed. Wow, like
- 15:58Speaker 1: one mile to a gallant and they left us. Yeah,
- 16:02Speaker 1: they gotta have it like it's like it's like it's happening.
- 16:07Speaker 1: Here's another one. When bulger people and I've seen Shirley
- 16:10Speaker 1: do that. When they go out, they sweater is tied
- 16:15Speaker 1: around their shoulder. Yes, when they go out. That's when
- 16:18Speaker 1: they go out. They go out. When they go out,
- 16:21Speaker 1: the sweater is wrapped around their shoulder. Huh. If they're
- 16:26Speaker 1: working out, is wrapped around they wait, what is that for? Yeah,
- 16:36Speaker 1: that's the truth. Yeah. Yeah. Nonother thing, my people is
- 16:41Speaker 1: if you you can have on a tennis outfit, the
- 16:44Speaker 1: complete outfit, put the racket and everything, but don't have
- 16:48Speaker 1: to play tennis. No, No, just w in a gain.
- 16:53Speaker 1: You in target with that one. It's tires. I mean
- 17:03Speaker 1: you're right. And they love words that start with a seat,
- 17:09Speaker 1: even if it really don't. It's hello, hello, hello, hello bye.
- 17:25Speaker 1: You know, even when they're talking to baby cheek hell,
- 17:29Speaker 1: is that happen to look google che che che cheek.
- 17:36Speaker 1: That's what they do, man, bulle. People are like that
- 17:41Speaker 1: going away what And they always and all of you
- 17:48Speaker 1: have been victim of this from Shelley, they always correct
- 17:55Speaker 1: whoa oh my god, just won't let it. That's how
- 18:00Speaker 1: we say it. Yeah, yeah, we'll be back, thank you,
- 18:10Speaker 1: you're listening. Show all right, we're back, my we return.
- 18:23Speaker 1: This is an over I know, I know we're present. Hello, Hello,
- 18:31Speaker 1: hellom so happy that you guys are enjoying yourself. We
- 18:36Speaker 1: love you and I love you right back, isn't it?
- 18:40Speaker 1: You know? So you know whats so Amazingly? When you
- 18:43Speaker 1: meet your family, you're like, did they come out of
- 18:46Speaker 1: that family? Right? Is that the family that is my life?
- 18:53Speaker 1: My d swash he never was on fool. So can
- 18:57Speaker 1: you be bougie and pole at the same Oh yeah
- 19:00Speaker 1: yeah yeah. But eventually the poet thinking will overcome because
- 19:06Speaker 1: see it's hard man, when you because if you change
- 19:09Speaker 1: your attitude, you change your out and that's what the
- 19:13Speaker 1: Positive The Power of Positive Thinking is about one of
- 19:16Speaker 1: the best books I ever bought. A matter of fact,
- 19:18Speaker 1: the first motivational book I ever bought. I was young.
- 19:21Speaker 1: I was working at Ford and I bought a book
- 19:23Speaker 1: call The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peter.
- 19:29Speaker 1: And that book changed my life because it taught me
- 19:34Speaker 1: to start thinking positive. How old were you when you
- 19:37Speaker 1: read it? About twenty one? About twenty one, and it
- 19:40Speaker 1: started to change my life. I got an Amway and
- 19:44Speaker 1: I am weight was you know about positive thinking books?
- 19:47Speaker 1: And I am WA's the best thing happened to me. Man.
- 19:49Speaker 1: I wasn't good at Amway, but just getting in there, yeah,
- 19:52Speaker 1: the meetings and all that taught me how to think.
- 19:55Speaker 1: Amway is very much one of the reasons for my
- 19:59Speaker 1: success because it changed the way. I think it elevated
- 20:02Speaker 1: my thinking because you if you change your attitude, you
- 20:05Speaker 1: automatically change your altitude. The washing powder, yeah yeah, yeah,
- 20:14Speaker 1: you know how many people rich because yeah, that's not
- 20:17Speaker 1: the train, No, that's not that's not just washing I
- 20:25Speaker 1: didn't even know that. Okay, it's washing powder, it's vitamins.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Is to watch clothes on? Yeah, one didn't go somewhere
- 20:33Speaker 1: when you go somewhere with both of them. But one okay,
- 20:40Speaker 1: is that pope thanking over there? Yeah? Pope, thank you
- 20:45Speaker 1: will lock you up like for example, watching TV then
- 20:51Speaker 1: and head on the TV. This new thing for cars
- 20:56Speaker 1: that's an elevator, right okay? And I know a guy
- 21:00Speaker 1: who has an elevator in his garage and that he
- 21:03Speaker 1: pulls a car in and it lowers his car down,
- 21:07Speaker 1: and then another sheet comes over and he can park
- 21:10Speaker 1: a car on top of it so he can back
- 21:12Speaker 1: his car out. And he don't even have to back
- 21:14Speaker 1: it out because he pulls in on the disc and
- 21:18Speaker 1: when he gets out the car, when he's ready to go,
- 21:20Speaker 1: he presses a button and the disc the cars on
- 21:23Speaker 1: the round disc, it turns his car around, so he
- 21:26Speaker 1: ain't got the back out. Right. Oh okay, they got this,
- 21:30Speaker 1: Yeah they got that. So I want one, okay, okay,
- 21:35Speaker 1: because I mean, why would you not want one if
- 21:38Speaker 1: they get somebody that made it. But when Monica saw it,
- 21:42Speaker 1: she made the Mississippi face, like what you spend your
- 21:48Speaker 1: money on that phone? But now she was saying it
- 21:56Speaker 1: from the st Her standpoint was, if you want to
- 21:59Speaker 1: just throw some money way on something, just give it
- 22:01Speaker 1: to her. But that's not what he wants. He wants
- 22:06Speaker 1: me that elevator. I just explained how she was thinking.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Now here's what we always giving everything to Monica. Any
- 22:15Speaker 1: time it's a cool car, give car, we got to
- 22:18Speaker 1: give it to Monica. Don't give it to her. She
- 22:22Speaker 1: will rummage for she will never shut up, she will
- 22:28Speaker 1: never stop. Now you tell me, Stevens Pole thinking, I
- 22:31Speaker 1: can'tnot afford that elevator for my car. I can't afford it.
- 22:35Speaker 1: If I wanted one, I can't afford it. So what
- 22:37Speaker 1: I'm gonna do so that I could have my car
- 22:40Speaker 1: elevated and dig a trench on side of my cart? No, no, no,
- 22:47Speaker 1: So I'm I go down in the trench and then
- 22:50Speaker 1: climb up my car. Is that is that? Is that
- 23:00Speaker 1: the genius? Jack? I don't. I can't afford that, eleve
- 23:03Speaker 1: it's nice. So what I'm doing, I'm gonna put I'm
- 23:06Speaker 1: gonna dig a moat all the way around him. So
- 23:10Speaker 1: when I get ready to go to my car in
- 23:12Speaker 1: the morning, I climbed down in the hall. Yes I
- 23:17Speaker 1: want to live? He living? Okay? Jack? Yes, yes, yes,
- 23:21Speaker 1: let me ask you this. So I got a partner
- 23:23Speaker 1: that did this. Remember when TVs used to wait almost
- 23:26Speaker 1: five hundred pounds. He cut a hole in his walls. Yeah,
- 23:33Speaker 1: put that TV in and then framed it in with
- 23:38Speaker 1: some with some molding. But when the damn TV broke,
- 23:42Speaker 1: he had to pull it back out. The TV was
- 23:44Speaker 1: sticking outside, Yes, but it was it was. Yes, it
- 23:49Speaker 1: was on blocks outside. Now that's that's to make to
- 23:54Speaker 1: make a flash screen TV in this mountain. That's post
- 24:00Speaker 1: native the construction and the danger element and to repair. Yeah,
- 24:07Speaker 1: you could have bought a flash screen. Yeah you could. Yeah,
- 24:10Speaker 1: you really care because they got flash screens so cheap
- 24:13Speaker 1: and I had I had to buy a flash skim
- 24:15Speaker 1: tell you why. Because the television I had was giving
- 24:19Speaker 1: off so much heat. The heat that I was like,
- 24:23Speaker 1: why is it's so hot in here? And it was
- 24:26Speaker 1: my television that was because that too, that too, But
- 24:31Speaker 1: that's who During the winter, I didn't have to heat
- 24:36Speaker 1: up the house. All I had to do was turn
- 24:39Speaker 1: on my television and it would heat up the whole house. Wow,
- 24:42Speaker 1: here's here's some mopos things. I lived in the attic
- 24:49Speaker 1: when I was a little boy because when my brother's
- 24:52Speaker 1: knar moved out, I moved up in the attic so
- 24:54Speaker 1: I could have my room. Okay, we ain't got no
- 24:59Speaker 1: no air conditioning in the app there's nothing happening, so
- 25:03Speaker 1: all under my neck would be wet, all under every
- 25:10Speaker 1: night summer. But my room. But I got my own place. Now,
- 25:15Speaker 1: I gotta window, and I gotta window screen in you
- 25:18Speaker 1: know how the little screens. Let's win up now. When
- 25:23Speaker 1: it was no draft, I would complain to my mom, Mama,
- 25:29Speaker 1: it's too hot up him here is post thanking, be still,
- 25:39Speaker 1: be still. If I lay in this heat and be still,
- 25:44Speaker 1: I'm gonna slip off into a coma. I'm not gonna
- 25:49Speaker 1: be living no more shut to due for you let
- 25:55Speaker 1: all that out her thinking. So the thought processes. If
- 26:03Speaker 1: you don't move, you gonna be cooler. That's it. Oh man,
- 26:10Speaker 1: problem solved. Now you don't need an air condition cause
- 26:15Speaker 1: you Steve. Did you try it? Hell? Yes, stood there
- 26:23Speaker 1: about thirty minute and they heat damn this swallowed me. Yes. Yes.
- 26:31Speaker 1: When I was when I was young, I wanted some
- 26:33Speaker 1: Converse All Stars tennis shoes. They cost nine dollars and
- 26:36Speaker 1: Lee Brown was not gonna buy them. But they sold
- 26:39Speaker 1: these knockoff shoes called ball Stars ball ball Stars and
- 26:44Speaker 1: if you took alcohol to take the bell off, you
- 26:47Speaker 1: had all stars down. The only difference was the tone
- 26:51Speaker 1: was big as hell like a clown. You're listening, Steven Show.
- 27:01Speaker 1: All right, guys casting for Dancing with the Stars. He's
- 27:04Speaker 1: gotten underway. The first name leake is Sean Spicer. Yeah,
- 27:10Speaker 1: fresh off the White House Press secretary gig Dancing with
- 27:15Speaker 1: the Stars. However, a rep for ABC stated, quote, we
- 27:19Speaker 1: don't comment on casting. The former White House Press Secretary's
- 27:22Speaker 1: plenty of free time these days. Yes he does. He
- 27:25Speaker 1: just resigned rather than work under the new guy hired
- 27:27Speaker 1: by President Donald Trump and the West Wing, Anthony Scaramucci,
- 27:32Speaker 1: now calling the shots. His communications director. He recently wished
- 27:36Speaker 1: Spicer well, quote, he's done an amazing job. I hope
- 27:39Speaker 1: he goes on to make a tremendous amount of money
- 27:43Speaker 1: up with that. Hey wait, mat wait, maut hey, hey, hey,
- 27:49Speaker 1: hold on cool, hey hey, will you let me ask
- 27:51Speaker 1: you the question? All right, go ahead, the movie you
- 27:54Speaker 1: can tell you can tell you what's kind of a
- 27:56Speaker 1: little tough key. Yeah, he's a good end to Donald Trump,
- 27:59Speaker 1: is best friend. He said the day. Everybody say that
- 28:02Speaker 1: when they get high. Yeah, yeah, we're good friends. They
- 28:12Speaker 1: said that when you went down there were good friends.
- 28:16Speaker 1: You had to bring that up. I don't know, Steve
- 28:23Speaker 1: a good friend. Uncle was like, I don't know what.
- 28:25Speaker 1: I don't know what really crazy. But when I got
- 28:31Speaker 1: off the elevator, Yeah, we ain't talked about none of
- 28:34Speaker 1: this upstairs. We upstairs man actually had a cool conversation.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Talked about golf, a couple of places we played. He's
- 28:42Speaker 1: a really congenial guy. And then we talked about what
- 28:45Speaker 1: I came for. I talked about hood. I want to
- 28:48Speaker 1: see if I could help, and you know, I mean,
- 28:50Speaker 1: we got some things where I can't speak on the
- 28:51Speaker 1: right now, but we but we got some things in
- 28:53Speaker 1: the work that's gonna help some people. Right, Okay, cool,
- 28:56Speaker 1: we come downstairs off the elevator. He wasn't even ppposed
- 28:59Speaker 1: to come. He's I'm gonna go down with you. What
- 29:01Speaker 1: I'm supposed to say? All right, it is your elevator.
- 29:04Speaker 1: We get off the elevator. Now the press had already
- 29:07Speaker 1: wanted to talk to me before I go up. I said,
- 29:08Speaker 1: I have nothing to say. Just let me go up first, Fellas,
- 29:10Speaker 1: I don't even know what's gonna happen. Came off the elevator,
- 29:13Speaker 1: we walk off. First thing he said when he walked
- 29:16Speaker 1: up up to as soon as we got up there,
- 29:18Speaker 1: he said, we're gonna replace and repeal Obama. Care white
- 29:28Speaker 1: man got you? We said, like that when you talking
- 29:33Speaker 1: about what I made him gone cases, you know, the
- 29:38Speaker 1: white man replacing the field, if that's so cool about it,
- 29:43Speaker 1: even if you got your sound down, just to see
- 29:46Speaker 1: the look on your face, that was so incredible off
- 29:50Speaker 1: for real, because I wouldn't like but you know, I
- 29:55Speaker 1: couldn't trip. No, you didn't. You can't clown. You couldn't clown.
- 29:58Speaker 1: So when they asked me, I went up there. I
- 30:01Speaker 1: told him and everything. But then social media didn't give
- 30:03Speaker 1: a damn about that. Oh here comes the haters. You
- 30:06Speaker 1: know what the lady hey man. After I got through
- 30:09Speaker 1: and I went on my birthday trip and I came
- 30:10Speaker 1: back and I was on the radio talking to listeners
- 30:12Speaker 1: about it, right, because they wasn't taking him off the
- 30:15Speaker 1: end all this time, I fight for y'all, and there
- 30:17Speaker 1: you're gonna take me off for I'm your fighter, I'm
- 30:20Speaker 1: your dog. One lady said, well, Steve, I love you,
- 30:23Speaker 1: but I wouldn't have went up there. And I said,
- 30:25Speaker 1: why she said, because I don't break bread with the enemy. What. Well,
- 30:32Speaker 1: that's how a lot of people looked at Donald Trump. Yeah,
- 30:35Speaker 1: but see that's not what he went up there for.
- 30:36Speaker 1: But now listen to me. I didn't go up there
- 30:38Speaker 1: to eat, so I invite me to look, we want
- 30:45Speaker 1: that and so man, it's just it's alarming to me though, man,
- 30:50Speaker 1: how people view everything, and like, I look, man, if
- 30:55Speaker 1: they asked me to come back up there, which I've
- 30:58Speaker 1: gone to the hood off since that meeting, met with Hood,
- 31:02Speaker 1: great meetings trying to get this thing on the way
- 31:04Speaker 1: to really help some people with Hood and everything, they
- 31:06Speaker 1: asked me to come back, I would go back because
- 31:09Speaker 1: the only way to solve some of these issues is Look, man,
- 31:13Speaker 1: something good might come out of this. But we ain't
- 31:15Speaker 1: gonna do nothing. Man, We're just sitting here over the corner.
- 31:20Speaker 1: In the play and the play Hamilton is a song
- 31:23Speaker 1: called in the room where it happens. And if you
- 31:25Speaker 1: ain't in the room where it happens, it's hard for
- 31:27Speaker 1: you to make changes outside. Bro, you have to president.
- 31:31Speaker 1: And let me tell you something, I would have never
- 31:33Speaker 1: gone anyway if the Obama transition team and the Trump
- 31:37Speaker 1: dan since she hadn't got on the phone that got
- 31:39Speaker 1: me on the phone. Why the heir would I go
- 31:41Speaker 1: up there? Yeah? Like them? Don't you called the White
- 31:45Speaker 1: House say I'm coming hello, White House? The Steve. Yeah,
- 31:56Speaker 1: all right, introduced in Steve, Ladies and gentlemen, the lovely talented,
- 32:00Speaker 1: our very own miss, and thank you, thank you everybody.
- 32:04Speaker 1: Good morning. Okay, Well, first Senate Republicans couldn't pass their
- 32:07Speaker 1: repeal and replace bill to get rid of Obamacare. Then
- 32:09Speaker 1: they couldn't pass a simple repeal measure, and now they
- 32:12Speaker 1: failed to pass their so called skinny bill, which was
- 32:14Speaker 1: focused on only repealing those parts of the Affordable Care
- 32:17Speaker 1: Act that are the most unpopular. So now that that's
- 32:20Speaker 1: failed to pass, Senate Joe Leader Miss McConnell and Democratic
- 32:22Speaker 1: Leady Chuck Shuma are reacting. Imagine many of our colleagues
- 32:25Speaker 1: on the other side are celebrating, probably pretty happy about
- 32:31Speaker 1: all this, but the American people are hurting and they
- 32:38Speaker 1: need to relate. I would say to my dear friend,
- 32:40Speaker 1: the Majority Leader, we are not celebrating. We are relieved
- 32:44Speaker 1: that millions and millions of people who would have been
- 32:47Speaker 1: so drastically hurt by the three proposals put forward will
- 32:51Speaker 1: at least retain their healthcare. Now official with Boy Scouts
- 32:55Speaker 1: is apologizing for the partisan political speech at President Trump
- 32:58Speaker 1: delivered earlier this week at the National Boy Scouts Jamboree. However,
- 33:01Speaker 1: some have said that President Trump ought to be apologizing.
- 33:04Speaker 1: White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckaby Sanders says, however, she
- 33:07Speaker 1: don't see that way. I was at that event, and
- 33:10Speaker 1: I saw nothing but roughly forty to forty five thousand
- 33:14Speaker 1: Boy Scouts cheering the President on throughout his remarks, and
- 33:18Speaker 1: I think they were pretty excited that he was there
- 33:20Speaker 1: and happy to hear him speak to them. However, the
- 33:23Speaker 1: Boy Scouts are saying sorry, and a letter posted online
- 33:26Speaker 1: apologizing to all those quote offended by the political rhetoric
- 33:29Speaker 1: that was inserted into the jamboree. That was never our
- 33:32Speaker 1: intent unquote. Today National Hamburger Day, National Auntie's Day, and
- 33:36Speaker 1: National Buffalo Soldier's Day. And who else would I in
- 33:43Speaker 1: the heart of America? Eugene the Butterfly twenty minutes after
- 33:46Speaker 1: the hour, stay tuned to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 33:48Speaker 1: You're listening to show all right, Oh, I got it?
- 33:55Speaker 1: Why you was gone? Jane. I've been introducing. Oh yeah,
- 33:58Speaker 1: it's been different. As you go out, you want me
- 34:03Speaker 1: to do it one time? Let out everybody? Did you
- 34:12Speaker 1: mind right? Get out of the radio. Hello, I oh
- 34:29Speaker 1: my god, I good morning every one. Pretty good Ja Jay.
- 34:34Speaker 1: I will continue only if you liked it. But if
- 34:36Speaker 1: you didn't like it, I like, are you sure I'm
- 34:39Speaker 1: happy with it? Because I will let you give rights
- 34:42Speaker 1: to check. I'm happy with it. You good morning, Happy one, Stephen, Timey,
- 34:50Speaker 1: Shirley College, Junia and the one and I was. But
- 34:54Speaker 1: I have to speak to everyone. That's something they brother
- 34:59Speaker 1: speaking up. Eugene, you're not here at the beginning of
- 35:01Speaker 1: the show, I speak to every single person, every single
- 35:06Speaker 1: well you know, none of them ever even mentioned you're
- 35:12Speaker 1: not here. You know why? You know what today? What
- 35:14Speaker 1: I'm talking about today is really for you. This is
- 35:17Speaker 1: national talk in an elevator day today. That's what it is.
- 35:21Speaker 1: You can look it out. It's national talk in an
- 35:24Speaker 1: elevator day and have conversation. That's what your Trump should
- 35:26Speaker 1: have been doing when you came down to the elevated
- 35:27Speaker 1: because you didn't know what the hell was going on.
- 35:29Speaker 1: It's national talk in an elevator today. You need to
- 35:33Speaker 1: know what's going on and know the people that you
- 35:34Speaker 1: want to elevate it because you don't know who the
- 35:36Speaker 1: hell you're not elevating. But anyway, that's what you have
- 35:39Speaker 1: to do. Salione you if you're listening, it's national talk
- 35:41Speaker 1: in elevator day. This is what This is how you talk.
- 35:45Speaker 1: This is how you get your ass with an elevator.
- 35:46Speaker 1: You talk to people. Anyway, it's national talk in an
- 35:50Speaker 1: elevator today. So all of you people that are getting
- 35:52Speaker 1: on the elevators, have conversation. Don't be looking around and
- 35:54Speaker 1: looking up and looking down. Talk to the person next
- 35:57Speaker 1: to you and learn who they are. Just have small
- 35:59Speaker 1: talk that it's a good day for that. It's Friday,
- 36:02Speaker 1: it's like twenty eight. Give me an example, like conversation,
- 36:06Speaker 1: like what you know? You get on the elevator, you
- 36:09Speaker 1: don't know, nobody tell me to come say okay, let's
- 36:11Speaker 1: say me and you it's on there. I'm not somebody
- 36:13Speaker 1: you don't know. No I wanted to be me, but
- 36:16Speaker 1: you need to be You need to help people. How
- 36:18Speaker 1: you say, if you don't know people, strike up a conversation.
- 36:21Speaker 1: How do you strike up with a conversation with press
- 36:23Speaker 1: you don't know. Okay, great, So can you be the
- 36:25Speaker 1: first thing that I've done that. I mean, let's just
- 36:26Speaker 1: say you we don't know one another. Can we just
- 36:28Speaker 1: you know, it's row play. Can you do that? Thank you?
- 36:32Speaker 1: If we could just do it anything? Okay, we do elevate.
- 36:37Speaker 1: I didn't quit, I didn't plush my flower. You didn't plan. Hi,
- 36:40Speaker 1: how are you doing to that you? I'm doing very well.
- 36:44Speaker 1: What do you have planning for the weekend? I don't
- 36:47Speaker 1: know you. I know you. I'm sorry. My name is
- 36:50Speaker 1: Eugene and and I just wanted to say hello, it's
- 36:54Speaker 1: a great day to have conversation. What are you doing
- 36:57Speaker 1: this weekend? I don't know. I understand you don't now
- 37:03Speaker 1: mean you're not gonna know me before I get to
- 37:05Speaker 1: my flow. But we can at least say what we're
- 37:07Speaker 1: doing this week here but the play. We didn't wish
- 37:10Speaker 1: me happy birthday. I'm oh my god, she's try very
- 37:13Speaker 1: happy birthday. D you you are beautiful person. Thank you.
- 37:16Speaker 1: We gotta go. You're listening, all right, We're back. Everybody

- 37:24Speaker 1: say something too. I'm gonna just prove to you how

- 38:08Speaker 1: You no, no, no, no no, no, you're mean. No,
- 38:12Speaker 1: I'm just to you. But I haven't done anything to
- 38:16Speaker 1: you because you only care about yourself. Now. It is
- 38:20Speaker 1: Shirley Strawberry's birthday and you came on here, did a
- 38:23Speaker 1: whole segment. First thing we did this morning was what
- 38:26Speaker 1: should happen? Again? What did you say? I see but
- 38:31Speaker 1: on your but on your segment, on your segment, your
- 38:40Speaker 1: sorry behind you didn't have the intelligence to wish this
- 38:44Speaker 1: woman who's been on this radio, dedicated to this show,
- 38:47Speaker 1: never misses a happy birthday. But no, you're so busy
- 38:51Speaker 1: talking to people your ass don't know on the elevator.

- 52:08Speaker 1: The other day, a jury awarded Quincy Jones nine million
- 52:12Speaker 1: dollars from the estate of the late Michael Jackson. The
- 52:16Speaker 1: music producer sued for under payment of royalties. He accused
- 52:20Speaker 1: the estate of cheating him out of lucrative deals, including
- 52:24Speaker 1: two Cirque de Sola shows choreographed to Jackson's music. Quincy's
- 52:28Speaker 1: lawsuit demanded thirty million. The jury listens to listen to
- 52:32Speaker 1: testimony for three weeks and gave him a third. In
- 52:35Speaker 1: a statement, Quincy said, quote, I am very grateful that
- 52:38Speaker 1: the jury decided in our favor. I view it not
- 52:41Speaker 1: only as a victory for myself personally, but for artists, writes. Overall,
- 52:46Speaker 1: Quincy produced three Michael Jackson albums in the eighties, Off
- 52:50Speaker 1: the Wall, if you remember, Thriller and Bad, and royalty
- 52:53Speaker 1: payments still arrived to Quincy's bank account, So put another
- 52:56Speaker 1: nine is that money too buy more long ass darts?
- 53:00Speaker 1: He needs that. They don't cuss that much that he's
- 53:08Speaker 1: gonna be on the letter. You gonna do quits now,
- 53:18Speaker 1: don't worry about that. Well, they cut up Tommy, but
- 53:24Speaker 1: they go with the jackets though they shouldn't be that long.
- 53:28Speaker 1: They go here, bank, it's time. Let's go all right,
- 53:36Speaker 1: Buggle up and hold on tight. We got it for you.
- 53:39Speaker 1: Hear it here it is Strawberry letter. Sorry subject all
- 53:44Speaker 1: these darned kids. What's going on? Morning crew. I have
- 53:49Speaker 1: been in a relationship with my woman for about five
- 53:52Speaker 1: years now, and she is the mother of my son.
- 53:55Speaker 1: When I met her, she already had one son that
- 53:59Speaker 1: was still a baby. I've been taking care of him
- 54:01Speaker 1: since he don't have a clue who his real father is.
- 54:04Speaker 1: I'm a good man, so I took on the responsibility.
- 54:07Speaker 1: Eventually we later had a kid together. This is all good,
- 54:11Speaker 1: but now she wants to have another one. As tough
- 54:14Speaker 1: as times is now, we don't need another child. I'm
- 54:18Speaker 1: in school because I can't find a job, and she
- 54:21Speaker 1: works part time at a daycare center. We can't afford
- 54:25Speaker 1: to have another baby, but she always wants to have sex.
- 54:28Speaker 1: I'm with that. Her Medicaid done ran out, so she's
- 54:32Speaker 1: not on the shot anymore. I like the pleasure of
- 54:35Speaker 1: feeling the real thing when I do the do. I
- 54:38Speaker 1: don't want a condom. This is my woman. I know
- 54:40Speaker 1: we cool help me out, Steve. What would you do
- 54:43Speaker 1: in this situation? My advice to you, based on everything
- 54:47Speaker 1: you've said in this letter is you can get of
- 54:49Speaker 1: a sect to me. You certainly can. A lot of
- 54:53Speaker 1: men do that. A lot of men do it. If
- 54:57Speaker 1: you don't want any more children and you don't want
- 55:00Speaker 1: use protection because you are so right in your present
- 55:03Speaker 1: financial state with you just working part time, with her
- 55:06Speaker 1: just sparking part time, and with her just working part
- 55:12Speaker 1: time and you in school with no job, it will
- 55:16Speaker 1: be a financial burden on you right now. You're not
- 55:18Speaker 1: cutting me. We got it, Steve. But have you actually
- 55:23Speaker 1: sat down and talked to her about this? Have you
- 55:26Speaker 1: actually sat down and talked to her? I think you
- 55:28Speaker 1: should discuss your options together. You guys have been together
- 55:31Speaker 1: five years. You aren't married, but you know you got
- 55:35Speaker 1: to come up with some kind of plan because if
- 55:37Speaker 1: you don't want to use condoms, chances are she will
- 55:40Speaker 1: get pregnant if you, guys, are going at the rate
- 55:42Speaker 1: you're going, and this is not what you want. You guys,
- 55:44Speaker 1: both have to be on the same page. You're in
- 55:45Speaker 1: a relationship together, Steve, Well, Dog, I don't really feel
- 55:52Speaker 1: sorry for you, brow I don't really know what to
- 55:54Speaker 1: tell you. Man. You you got a problem that you
- 55:58Speaker 1: ain't really trying to solve yourself. Though. The question at
- 56:02Speaker 1: the end of your letter is, Steve, what would you
- 56:05Speaker 1: do in this situation? No, don't don't ask me that.
- 56:09Speaker 1: Let's really though, Dog, since you ain't put your name
- 56:11Speaker 1: on him, don't ask Steve what he would do. Let's
- 56:15Speaker 1: talk about what you ain't done, because really that's what's
- 56:19Speaker 1: going on. I don't even here about what I do.
- 56:24Speaker 1: Let's just talk about what you ain't gonna do. First
- 56:27Speaker 1: of all, this is your woman for five years now,
- 56:30Speaker 1: and she's the mother of your son. This your woman
- 56:33Speaker 1: for five years, So let's talk about the first thing
- 56:35Speaker 1: you ain't gonna do. First of all, you ain't gonna
- 56:37Speaker 1: get married. I don't see that in the let her know.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Damn well, that ain't even on the horizon, because I
- 56:43Speaker 1: know you're using the money as an excuse not to
- 56:46Speaker 1: get married because I did it. So I'm with your player.
- 56:50Speaker 1: I understand where you're at. You ain't Let's talk about
- 56:53Speaker 1: what you ain't You ain't gonna get married. Second thing
- 56:58Speaker 1: you ain't gonna start won't another baby, no time soon.
- 57:03Speaker 1: I'm just going over the things you ain't gonna do.
- 57:07Speaker 1: So we got what first. Now, you ain't getting married.
- 57:11Speaker 1: You ain't gonna start wanting another baby somewhere. Number three.
- 57:17Speaker 1: You ain't working, you don went back school, You ain't working.
- 57:23Speaker 1: I'm just gonna a dog, and you aint gonna gett
- 57:25Speaker 1: marid at Uncle Steve, Uncle Steve, just reading your letter
- 57:28Speaker 1: back to you. See at the end of the letter, Steve,
- 57:30Speaker 1: what would you do in this sitway? No, No, let's
- 57:32Speaker 1: talk about what you ain't doing. You ain't working, you
- 57:36Speaker 1: ain't getting married, and you ain't wanting to have another baby.
- 57:40Speaker 1: Here's the next thing you ain't gonna do. You ain't
- 57:42Speaker 1: gonna wear a condom. You just said that. You just
- 57:46Speaker 1: missed that ain't right now. Let's let's let's go back again.
- 57:52Speaker 1: You ain't getting married, you ain't gonna start wanting another baby,
- 58:00Speaker 1: you ain't working, you ain't gonna wear a condom. And
- 58:07Speaker 1: here's the big one. You ain't gonna stop doing to
- 58:11Speaker 1: do without the condom or the job or the willingness
- 58:20Speaker 1: to have another baby or the marriage. So really, dog,
- 58:24Speaker 1: this is about you. You don't really care what your
- 58:29Speaker 1: woman wants because this letter, just brother, is really about you.
- 58:37Speaker 1: Your woman want another baby and she always want to
- 58:40Speaker 1: have sex. But then guess what you said, I'm with that?
- 58:44Speaker 1: Well yeah, well doggy, now just let's just me and
- 58:49Speaker 1: you do some math. She always wanta have sex. You
- 58:53Speaker 1: with that. Once two people agree to that, it usually
- 58:58Speaker 1: jump off. So let's say, y'all at the house. That
- 59:02Speaker 1: makes me why you can't find no job because you
- 59:06Speaker 1: at the house through every chance you get. You ain't working,
- 59:14Speaker 1: but you ain't been to stop doing the dude, and
- 59:17Speaker 1: you ain't gonna wear a condo. Let's just talk about this, dog.
- 59:22Speaker 1: A lot sex with no condoms are a lot of
- 59:30Speaker 1: sex with no comances are, in the words of Shirley,
- 59:37Speaker 1: chances all y'all fitn't have baby number three. Shirley said,
- 59:44Speaker 1: get av sect of me. Please don't discuss that with
- 59:47Speaker 1: uncle Steve. I can't take a cut. I don't want
- 59:50Speaker 1: an accident. You slip cut too much crazy. I'm out forever.
- 59:57Speaker 1: We'll be back with part two. You're listening, She's Steve. Hey, listen, everybody,
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: do you want more data without a huge wireless bill
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: on a blazing fast for g LTE network. Well, with
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: Simple Mobile you'll get more speed and more data for
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: fifty dollars a month. What better wireless? The answer is simple,
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: It's Simple Mobile. Well, come on, big dog. You know
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: dog Shirley gave some advice to the man at all
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: his love making and all is not wearing the condom.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Shirley opened up her letter with you could get of
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: a sectomy. I immediately started shaking, My palms got wet,
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: and I got cold on the inside. I'm so very serious. Sectiment?
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: WHOA what sound? Paid? WHOA? How much? Well, let me
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: tell you why I can't do it, because I have
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: several names for it, and I can't afford for it
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: to get injured. You can't snip and something happened. You
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: can't cut off the gravy train. It's like shutting down
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: the power to the housing unit. It's like losing power
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: to the locomotive. It's like shutting down the lion tamer
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: Ya how you gonna. I can't take a cut that
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: I hurd it through the grape vine. If you cut it,
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: I can't hear through the grape vine. No crazy, just
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: like telling the pie piper to shut up, don't blow
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: your flute, don't play. It's like not having a hot line. Yeah,
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: how are we gonna get the information out? Ain't taking it?

- 1:01:56Speaker 1: What the monket rope? The market gotta had the rope.
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: You can't cut off the market rope. What is it?
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: It's like being a little boy and all the sadding

- 1:03:24Speaker 1: some most I you didn't. I was in I was

- 1:03:38Speaker 1: is the store? Store where you stuff? Yeah, he was
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: putting the story. He was in the stove. But I
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: was in the store and they was they sold sunglass,
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: and this lady came in with a doll. I ain't
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: see it. A little bitty little dog. I didn't see it.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: I didn't see it though, And I had on sand
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: and I'm standing at the counter looking at the sunglasses. Yeah,
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: and the dog ye licked my foot. No, I didn't know.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: I promise you I didn't know because I'm not an
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: animal hater. I'm not cruel to animals in any way. Yeah,
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: but it scared me, so I kicked. H oh, and
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: that's what it was. Yeah, dog, but way up the
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: dog appeared above the counter. That's that's that's Negro kicked dog.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: I kicked so hard the dog came up over the
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: counter like he was just in the our, and he
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: looked surprised, you know, the dog he looked started and

- 1:05:01Speaker 1: it from. Now, I don't know what this wet thing
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: is on my foot. You know, I'm out of the country.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: I don't know. If you know, guana, I don't know
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: what it is. Store. The owner was right there. Oh,
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: she went, oh, oh my, I though you have thought
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: I kicked her, right, I mean, I mean blood curt Okay,
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: it's a dog on a leash. I don't Yeah, I
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: think it was, I really, but so he went it
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: fail down, so she dove in the flow. So I went,
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: oh my god. So I'm apologizing, Chris, you are, yes,
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: why did you kick my dog? I said, I didn't
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: know it was a dog, man, I'm truly apologetic. I
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: didn't know it was a dog. It's just a dog.
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: I didn't know it was a dog. You kick my dog?
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: You damn dog licked my foot was so much. I'm

- 1:06:18Speaker 1: I don't know dog speaking speaking though, and it ain't
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: gonna good after that. You're gonna keep holding me, said,
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: I'm sorry, really apologize. Did you give it a big one? No,
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: I'll just answering. You know, if you don't, you know
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: what is he licking feet? So dog licking feet? You
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: know why you ain't telling nobody hitting her? Hey careful,
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: got on saying them, you know, fluffy lick feet, Give
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: me something. Oh that's all it was. And just then
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: I saw a later on in the plaza, she pointing
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: at me with some other people, like, Okay, what all
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: you want? But I bet, I bet, I bet he
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: don't look no more black tones, black tones gonna sitting
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: dog me been walking on to the white toes different.
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: I'm not managing because that is a natural reaction. But
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: the natural, I promise you. I didn't try to. I
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: had no idea. But when I snatched, I kicked. When
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: black people feel like something on them, yeah, man, boy,
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: I know, you know you got to go to other way.
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: But he was on top of my foot, so he
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: came up over the counter, so he Yeah, he was
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: like on top of my foot. So when I kicked
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: and it went out, I just threw a little ass
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: up in the ass. So he come up over the counter.
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: He looks surprised. Hell, I look surprised. He hauled the

- 1:09:07Speaker 1: all I gotta say. Number one, here's the thing. If

- 1:12:44Speaker 1: or something? Yeah, he's on the list. He came in
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: with Celo. But Jay, do you understand the principal term
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: never kick a man when he's down. That's the best
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: time to when he's done. He's at foot level. Are
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: you kidding me? This man's thought process is amazing it.
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: We'll see. What do you have to say for yourself
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: because you hired him. I got a TV show to
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: do and I need all these people on your show.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: I ahead, I'll show my TV shot ahead feel on
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: my show. Yeah. So now this is affecting your guests
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: on your talk. This is this is becoming a problem.
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: I'm gonna do from now and I do a song.
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: I'm gonna send it to you and you let me know.
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: Oh I ain't. We're gonna have him on damn something
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: I do look at hand when I look at him,
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: do look at it? This is a man one thing. Yeah,
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: now you know what? Now I feel bad? You shit,
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: I just feel bad? All right? Well, in case you
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: missed it anyway, Usher appeared on The Late Late Show
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: with James Cordon on the carpool karaoke segments. You know
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: that they do take out. He did it earlier this week.
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: Really good. Yeah, yeah, it really is. Yeah. Usher jumped
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: right in, singing along with James some of his biggest
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: hits like you know these Jay, Yeah, you got it
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: bad and of course burn Oh God, which in light
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: of the recent ass ain't help. I'm just because she's
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: so God. He ain't gonna dumb. He's not saying anything though,
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: you're saying enough. This is my part. Okay, non hit.
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: What were the list of songs? Don't do it? No,
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: this is terrible, it really is. I was just trying
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: to change the subject, make it a little lighter. He
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: was in the carpool karaoke segment with James Gordon, so yeah,
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: it was good and he looked like he was having
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: a time. He looked like he was having a good time.
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: That was my point. Uh huh. I changed the subject instead.
- 1:15:17Speaker 1: If I was on that, what would I say? That's
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: how you change Yeah, well you need to get on
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: there right now if you can and change it. You're
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: listening to show already. Regard Hey, folks, our special guest
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: is a captain in the US Army, and the Army
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: was at my camp last month with the boys, uh
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: in my boys Mintoring camp that I did at Chick
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: fil A Double R Ranch this year outside of Atlanta.
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: The Army will also be at the Girls who Ruled
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: the World camp for young ladies. We could we couldn't
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: not do this mintoring camp without the help of the
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: Army's great leaders and soldiers. We really couldn't. So let's
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: find out why they do it. Please, welcome to the show.
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: Command Sergeant Major retired Michelle Jones. Hello, Command Sergeant Major. Yeah,
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: how are you. That's a lot. That's a strong title.
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: Command Pargeant Major, Yes, well, congratulations for that. And you're
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: retired now, Miss Jones, Yes, I am. Well, let's get
- 1:16:36Speaker 1: into this because you guys have been such a big
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: help to us at both camps. The soldiers that volunteer
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: for the Harvey Foundation mintoring camps, they also served everybody
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: as mentors. A lot of these soldiers become mentors to
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: these young boys and young girls and role models for
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: both of them that are selected for the camps. Why
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: why are these mintoring programs so important to the US Army. Well,
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: first of all, I want to say thank you for that.
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: It's important. Number one, what we what we know in
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: the army is that you have to you have to
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: mentor um. It's part of our culture, is part of
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: what we do on a day to day we mentor
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: for a year, we mentor for years we mentor in
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: a moment um. The investment in our youth, in our partners,
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: in our soldiers, it's critical and all that we do.
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: And I would have to say that the Harvey Foundation
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: looking at both the girl's side and the boys side,
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: and the girls who rule the world, the common denominator
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: is the mentoring, is the investment. And there's there's a
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: lot of organizations or foundations out there, but the common
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: denominator we have the same mission. This is what we do.
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: So it is what we've done for over two hundred years,
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: what we continue to do. The girls piece, I have
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: to say, particularly right now, the women in the army,
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: we do rule the world. We're all over the world.
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: And so to have young ladies, to see women who
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: truly are leading. When you think army, you do think leaders.
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: And to see all these women were in the uniform,
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: side by side with them all day throughout the day
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: and they can reach out touch develop their own relationship
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: with them. It's critical these times, hopefully will stay with
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: them for a lifetime, and it will come from a
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: woman who is a leader, who's wearing the army YouTube. Wow,
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: that's how I'm standing now. Also, let me ask you
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: this because the soldiers everybody should know this. There with
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: the mentoring camp attendees from the time they get to
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: the camp until they leave. What what are some of
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: the activities that the army has for the kids. One
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: of the biggest ones is leadership. There's besides that someone
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: just coming in and talking about it. No, these young
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: ladies are given then yettes. They are charred and passed
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: and stressed to think with their own minds. How do
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: you make decisions? How do you evaluate all these things?
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: It could be bullying, being a leadership and stepping outside.
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: It could be with robotics, different types of things discussioned,
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: real talk as they like to say, keeping it one
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: hundred literally from five o'clock in the morning to fun activities.
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: The fifth them to mind developing activities such as I said, leadership, robotics,
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: ben yettes, building teams. They're on a team each when
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: the girls come in, they are formed in teams. Already
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: there is a mama mentor if you will with them,
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: they have their colors, which is in the hind with
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: the foundation they come up with the names. It is
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: a joy and a beautiful thing to see from the
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: first day to the last. Yeah, hey, now do this
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: to tell us because quickly about the education and training
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: opportunities that the offer that the army offers for folks,
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: because a lot of people are not aware of so
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: many of the educational and training opportunities that you guys offer. Okay,
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: Number one for scholarships, two one hundred and eighty million
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: dollars is giving given on a yearly basis. That's one
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: that's one of the main to eight zero million with
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: a M like Michelle like money exactly, tuition assistance for
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: those that are in UM pay a portion or all
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: of you have the post nine eleven GI bill, which oh,
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: by the way, that I use too, even though I
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: have my degree, I use that also. So it's so
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: it's those are the three top ways that the military
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: that give you time when it is appropriate to finish
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: your degree. I finish mine being twenty four seven. So
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: it is look and that's one of the misconceptions people
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: think that you go in because it's your last opportunity,
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: and they don't realize the educational opportunities, the personal development opportunities.
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: You go to school and it may not be just
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: a formalized education. All the training, the training that you
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: do to develop you as a human being. Wow, you
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: know something. I gotta tell you what I've witnessed over
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: these years with this camp, with my experience with the Army.
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: First of all, we cannot do these camps without the Army.
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: It's not a boot camp. And that's what the boys
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: quickly learned that the boys camp. Mister Harv, I don't
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: want to be here for no boot camp. This is
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: not what this is. It's not a boot camp. This
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: is a leadership camp. We teach leadership to young people.
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: We have young men come to this camp boys and
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: walk away with an understanding what real men do. How
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: to become not just a follower, but how to develop
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: your leadership quality so you don't fall prey to peer
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: pressure out here all the time because you're just getting
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: in line, going along with the status quo. No, these
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: military people are taught to lead. I gotta tell you, man,
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: it's a great program that we have here, but it
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: could not happen without the US Army, and I want
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: to thank you, Command Sergeant Major Jones for your continued support,
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: the Armies, continued support, and thank you all so much.
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: Without you, this could not happen. Thank you very much,
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: Thank you so very much. Appreciate it. We really do.
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: Thank you very much. US as strong always. All right,
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: Miss Jones, I appreciate you now you are you too?
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: Thank you? Doll? You're listening, all right, We're back y'all,
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: Hey listen, uh. Being from Cleveland, I just want to
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: share this new We have a few basketball fans on
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: the show Cat Dog Kill caller and Tommy, put your
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: hand down, Jack and look over here. Kyrie Irvin has
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: requested a trade. Nothing's wrong. He just don't want to
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: be there anymore. He wants to go to a team
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: where he can be the star. Something's wrong. Well, I mean,
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: I don't know what's wrong. You've been to the finals
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: three years in a row. We haven't heard anything up
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: until now. He just wants to go play somewhere else.
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: And I just find that hard because where you're gonna go?
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: Because wherever you he wants to go to the Timberwolves,
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: either Miami, Minnesota, Timberwolves or San Antonio. Yeah, san Antonio,
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: You're not gonna be the start down there because Kawhi
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: Len down. Now. Yeah, you can go to Minnesota and
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: be the starve there, but you will not get back
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: to the final wherever he goes. And you can go
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: to Miami, franchise player, and you can go down there,
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: and you can't. You can't win in Miami because you
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: ain't gonna get past Boston or Cleve. You want to
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: be the star franchise. You want to be the franchise.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: He want to be a franchise player, and he can't
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: do that in Cleveland with Lebron James walking in that
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: dressing room every morning. It was in the ego situation.
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: It just seems to me that way, because what why
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: would you one of the three finals in a row?
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: Yeah with this guy. Now, suppose Scottie Pippen had a
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: said that, right, Scottie Pippen was the best stated I've
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: ever seen, But Scottie Pippen, Jordan needed pipp needed and
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: Pippen needed Jordan. That's what I'd be telling you people
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: about the radio show. You don't need me the same,
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: see how he but timing don't hit a difference between
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: Kyrie and you, Steve, Steve, don't hurt my feelings. Man,
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: Please sorry, tell me you didn't shot over here. You
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: bock this up your damn I did not mention, not like.
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: Don't punch me right, you know I got it. You
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: can go to the Rickett Smiling Show and make it
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: a better show. You could go to the Time join
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: the show and make it a better show. You go
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: down Rust Park and make a better show. No, no, no,
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: no no, you go wherever you want to go. But
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: once you leave here, your ass ain't on the championship team. Though.
- 1:25:57Speaker 1: Can I just say something as a president who left
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: to be on championship team? Yeah, I'm the only one
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: in that left to be on the championship team. Come on,
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: come on, you know nobody leaving to be on a
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: championship Yeah yeah, and nothing wrong with leaving to be
- 1:26:09Speaker 1: on a damp championship team. I ain't just stop, but
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: I'm on a championship team. Hello. Yeah, we're going all
- 1:26:16Speaker 1: the way to the champion We're going all the damn
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: on timing. Yeah, leave here, champiship team. Hell, you're not
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: on the championship team. Championship that's ain't said. You're Championship team.
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: I'm on championship teams in the radio. You know that
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: over you and you trying to be the Kyrie Irving,
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: which is gonna get your answer some trouble? No, you know, yeah,
- 1:26:43Speaker 1: you want to steal over here because over here you're
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: on Championship team. Championship team. See, here's a problem. Here's
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: what I try to teach people all the time. Be
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: careful of wanting to get from under the shadow of
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: another person, because if you look at it the right way,
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: shadow is actually shade. Right now, you get out under
- 1:27:10Speaker 1: the shade, your ass out there in that light on you,
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: you might run out, you might find out you ain't
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: as bad as you. Thank you, But did you hear
- 1:27:18Speaker 1: what Lebron said? Though you pretty much saying let them go,
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: We're still going back to the final? Damn what Lebron said?
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: What about what I say? Championship team right away? We'll
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: be back with or without Timmy right after you're listening
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: to stew All Right, we're back everybody for those of
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: you to miss the show. Strawberry's birthday to day? Yeah,
- 1:27:44Speaker 1: what did you so? What do you do? Shirley on birthdays.
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: We'll do budge people. No, you don't like what, it's
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: the same, like you know, um not. Still, probably take
- 1:27:58Speaker 1: me to dinner or stuff like that, like he always does,
- 1:28:01Speaker 1: friends and friends, friends, friends. He might inviting of girlfriends.
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: Yes to the dinner. Here went last year when we
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: were in Atlanta, Tracy will be there. Yeah, I didn't.
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: I want to show this Tracy Tracy Bush anyway, and
- 1:28:17Speaker 1: the other girl you had in your wed and she
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: was dead matter for your whole wind, part of the
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: whole wind, part of finger, all out and everything. They
- 1:28:34Speaker 1: all wore their own dress. They all wore black. Everybody
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: they could wear whatever they want, and they all wore black.
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: Who were black? Who wear a funeral color? Those were
- 1:28:44Speaker 1: our colors black and white. Those were our colors, black
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: and white. I like the fact you had Jasper Williams
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: up in there. What Yeah. I like the fact my
- 1:28:57Speaker 1: daughter was flower. I like that. What I I'm probably
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: going to dinner. I don't want me major just going
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: to dinner and getting lots of gifts. I would just
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: going to dinner and getting lots of Now I want.
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: I want to Shirley's birthday part last year, and I
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: would not be attending this year. She gonna be knock.
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: You know, I play the girl. I was sitting next
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: to me. I'm trying to talk to it. She bo girl.
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: You know she boot you too, you know, she said.
- 1:29:25Speaker 1: I said, hey, how you doing. I'm junior. I'm on
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: Steve Hart Warning Show. She said, interesting. I had to

- 1:30:02Speaker 1: I just ate some garnish. I just ate my nap.
- 1:30:09Speaker 1: I felt out of place out Just start chewing on
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: the roads. Then get a little bit of that time.

- 1:30:27Speaker 1: you would come this year. We have fun that right
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: out there. Would you down to doing games? Yeah? What
- 1:30:33Speaker 1: happened with that against Steve? You know, yes, Steve Man,
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: he fell off Man. He down the doing game loser.
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: I'm down to doing game show. What you knew what
- 1:30:53Speaker 1: they paid down here, I've been on prices right, a right,
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: come through that overweight contestant on the prices right, Excuse me?
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: Excuse me, excuse me, wiping lipstick off with my shade.
- 1:31:19Speaker 1: Excuse me, scuse me. All right, we'll be back to
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: wrap up the show with just one more thing. Listen

- 1:32:28Speaker 1: how other boy big blue golf? Now? Do you miss
- 1:32:33Speaker 1: stand up? What I miss is that moment like I
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: saw on Instagram the other day. I saw George Lopez
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: d L and said after the show you know I missed.
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: I missed those moments in the dressing room with the fellas.
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: I do not miss the four hours before waiting. I
- 1:32:52Speaker 1: miss hanging with Man after the show. I missed before
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: the show talking with the cats, and then after the
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: show Man. You know, Man, we all sitting around going
- 1:33:02Speaker 1: on Man, that was fun. Man, And when you did this,
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: I was in Holland. Now let me ask you on
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: your new talk show. When that starts, Steve, are you
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: going to do like a monologue type of situation. Yeah,
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: you're gonna do its writing on the show, jas my
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: head right, congratulation sometimes between three five, three to five minutes,
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: and then you do a death bit. But you know
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: it's gonna be stuff that It's gonna be a different
- 1:33:32Speaker 1: type of mono lague. Man, what do you mean? Yeah,
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: I don't want to say yet. You gotta tune this.
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: This is a big move for me. It is this show,
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: Steve is really gonna be more. Steve is not name
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: it that's name because that's my name. I know that's
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: your name, but you wanted to name it, don Hell,
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: but you didn't name it like the Steve Harvey Show
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: or anything. To Steve Harvey so you want't change everything.
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: Steven got new logo? Why do you put your name
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: on all your shows like that? Because if they cancel it,
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: they gotta tell all them signs and stuff. You got
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: tired to set up everything now? Ain't no just replacing me?
- 1:34:17Speaker 1: You know, like I'm like, I'm gonna like I'm working
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: eat extra. Then they fire me and they get to
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: keep it. Eat you fire Steve Dog. Let me explain something.
- 1:34:27Speaker 1: You got to all this stuff? Now? What made you?
- 1:34:30Speaker 1: How'd you figure that out? How'd you come to that conclusion?
- 1:34:33Speaker 1: Me and the boys got canceled. My name wasn't known
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: that so everything after that, Steve Harvey's Big Time, The
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Show, Steve Harvey Talk Show, Steve Harvey's Funded Dunt,
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: Little Big Shot starring Steve Harvey, Little Big Shots, Forever
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: Young starring Steve Harky replacing me, and not take all
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: the stuff down out you gonna take all this? Do
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: you have to rework this same? And then I try
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: to work in a way where if you get somebody
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: that ain't gonna be the same, like family feud, if
- 1:35:05Speaker 1: you go get somebody else, it's not gonna be the same.
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: It's little big shots will not be the same because
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: I put my own brand on it. Yeah, you're the
- 1:35:13Speaker 1: most known host since Richard Dawson, I'm the most I'm
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: just down to that now. Yeah, yeah, I'm just down
- 1:35:21Speaker 1: to the game. And are you doing Miss Universe again
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: that year? Right? Yes, that is so amazing. Surely we
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: doing Miss Universe to Junior follows the money? Try Junior
- 1:35:34Speaker 1: got sis. Junior then understood it. Yeah, Junior is and
- 1:35:40Speaker 1: Jay is writers on the Apollo. They are writers on
- 1:35:45Speaker 1: these Steve shows. They work on the radio, they own tour.
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: They an't here. That's what I'm got to go to
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: Miss Universe, That's what I want. Why do you have
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: to have you seen these weather? I ain't really over
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: the joke. I would love to go. I need to
- 1:36:06Speaker 1: see someone. I love to go because a lot of
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: my white I would love over there with all the
- 1:36:13Speaker 1: year Jay just had all the year just hemmed up.
- 1:36:17Speaker 1: They nice, man, They really are nice wherever wherever really
- 1:36:22Speaker 1: only had Really I've never really you know, I talked
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: with them in rehearsals of the stuff. Yeah, you know,
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: I try to be encouraged to him, tell them to
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: hang in there. Did they tell you what we're gonna
- 1:36:31Speaker 1: be last year. They was just playing with me last year.
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: Every time I walked past him, say my name, just time,
- 1:36:39Speaker 1: say my name, say me, say me. I'll do it.
- 1:36:42Speaker 1: I don't care if I missed you the first For
- 1:36:45Speaker 1: just too minutes. The only one I really talked to
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: was miss miss Curisile, because after the show was over,
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: we was leaving and she was just crying. Man, And
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: I said, wait, man, why are you crying? Because I
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: disappointed my country? What you know, such a small and
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: they really thought that she had a shot at winning it.
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: And I took her back in the dressing room and
- 1:37:12Speaker 1: set the set it down and said, hey, listen to me.
- 1:37:14Speaker 1: You can't wear the whole country on your back. You
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: did good. You made it to miss Universe. That's good
- 1:37:22Speaker 1: for a country the size of Curirosize. And that long
- 1:37:24Speaker 1: talk with her and got her to stop crying and
- 1:37:27Speaker 1: got her head him hold the bus, for she was young,
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: she was like nineteen, man, like a daughter. So so
- 1:37:36Speaker 1: so she gets on the bus, little dude, I know.
- 1:37:40Speaker 1: She goes back and she tells her country what I
- 1:37:43Speaker 1: did for So they reached out to me and gave
- 1:37:47Speaker 1: me villas and everything. Down in Curiside, down there, thank
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: me and put me on that put it all over
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: the internet down there and the curoside. You know they
- 1:37:58Speaker 1: ain't invite you, Junior to the Ella. Why came me down?
- 1:38:01Speaker 1: I was at the universe that took my family. Hey man,
- 1:38:05Speaker 1: looka y'all have a good you're lucky as going to
- 1:38:10Speaker 1: miss Universe. I see y'all money, have a great for all.
