- 0:13Speaker 1: them like the million bucks things in it shoves not
- 0:19Speaker 1: to be true. Good at listening to the movie together
- 0:27Speaker 1: for st Please, I don't join join me. You gotta

- 1:41Speaker 1: them out. You got to turn them out to turn
- 1:46Speaker 1: turn water to the water. Go. Come come on your
- 1:59Speaker 1: thah huh, I sure will A good morning everybody. You
- 2:05Speaker 1: are listening to the voice, Come on dig me now.
- 2:08Speaker 1: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Man.
- 2:14Speaker 1: If y'all only knew, I think I'll tell it to
- 2:17Speaker 1: you this morning. Man started off real crazy. But it's
- 2:21Speaker 1: just those little mishaps where we as people who are
- 2:25Speaker 1: striving to be successful that makes all the difference in
- 2:30Speaker 1: the world. When you have those little minor things that
- 2:33Speaker 1: come up, you can't let the minor things stop you.
- 2:36Speaker 1: You've got to keep pressing forward. Now, Could I have
- 2:40Speaker 1: played the role of where is my car? Where is
- 2:43Speaker 1: my car? Oh? Where is my car? Instead of hustling
- 2:49Speaker 1: and grab a cab? So what am I? Am? I
- 2:52Speaker 1: above a cab? Ride now? Or do I have to
- 2:55Speaker 1: look at the bigger picture and say, okay, I could
- 2:58Speaker 1: act like a little spoiled brat some type of star
- 3:01Speaker 1: and go, I don't ride in cabs or where as
- 3:04Speaker 1: my car and then go to blaming people for not
- 3:05Speaker 1: having a car, or do I make the adjustments because
- 3:08Speaker 1: ain't like I ain't been in the cab before? Now
- 3:10Speaker 1: slow down? Ain't like I ain't never been in a
- 3:13Speaker 1: beat up car before. Slow down. Ain't ever like I
- 3:16Speaker 1: ain't never had a carb and roll the bus before
- 3:19Speaker 1: slow down. Ain't like I ain't never been homeless before,
- 3:23Speaker 1: and they't have nowhere to go? Slow down. So in
- 3:26Speaker 1: those moments right there, always remember where you come from,
- 3:30Speaker 1: but even more importantly, always remember where you're trying to go,
- 3:35Speaker 1: because it's important for me that I get here as
- 3:38Speaker 1: many mornings as I possibly can. It's important because that's
- 3:41Speaker 1: the goal. And so many people allowed a minor things
- 3:44Speaker 1: to stop them on their road to success. And I'm
- 3:47Speaker 1: giving you this example today not to say hey, look
- 3:51Speaker 1: at me, but to say to you, hey, listening to me.
- 3:54Speaker 1: They are going to be a lot of things that's
- 3:55Speaker 1: gonna happen along your way to being successful. And if
- 3:58Speaker 1: you allow the small things to stop you. There's no
- 4:01Speaker 1: way you'll make it. You've got to always press forward
- 4:04Speaker 1: and stop looking at the situation for what it is
- 4:06Speaker 1: and look. Sometimes you have to take your offer right
- 4:08Speaker 1: now and put your eye in the future. You know,
- 4:11Speaker 1: God has blessed me in so many ways. I mean,
- 4:13Speaker 1: what can I say? You know, I ask God for
- 4:15Speaker 1: this syndicated show. He gives me a syndicated show. Now
- 4:18Speaker 1: I act like I don't want to come to it.
- 4:20Speaker 1: Hold on, man, slow down. Did not you ask for this?
- 4:24Speaker 1: Do I not realize that there are certain people, man,
- 4:26Speaker 1: who look forward to this message in the morning. I've
- 4:30Speaker 1: heard it from people, So from the hundreds that I've
- 4:34Speaker 1: heard it for, that could represent thousands for all I know.
- 4:38Speaker 1: So if I think somebody's counting on me, I got
- 4:41Speaker 1: to try to get there and give something. So today
- 4:43Speaker 1: I didn't have any time at all to think about
- 4:45Speaker 1: what I might say. I just walked right in and
- 4:47Speaker 1: the jingle was playing, and so I decided to just
- 4:50Speaker 1: tell you about my day and maybe you can relate
- 4:53Speaker 1: it to something you're going through alone the way, because
- 4:55Speaker 1: no matter who you are, you're going to have some
- 4:58Speaker 1: moments man, where things are go to happen. And like
- 5:01Speaker 1: I always tell my kids, and I just had this
- 5:03Speaker 1: conversation with my little girl, it ain't that things ain't
- 5:06Speaker 1: gonna happen. It's how you handle what happens that matters.
- 5:10Speaker 1: But it don't matter. It's how you handle what happens
- 5:14Speaker 1: that's the determining factor on where you get in life
- 5:17Speaker 1: and how soon you get there and how long you
- 5:19Speaker 1: stay there. That will always be a mishap, something that's
- 5:25Speaker 1: gonna throw you off. That will always be something man
- 5:29Speaker 1: that could deter you. That will be something somewhere, man
- 5:33Speaker 1: that will make you doubt it. Now that you know
- 5:35Speaker 1: that's gonna happen, then let's talk about how you handle
- 5:39Speaker 1: what happens, because it's going to happen. So now what
- 5:42Speaker 1: do you do as a person when these moments come
- 5:44Speaker 1: about in your life? How do you handle them? Oh?
- 5:47Speaker 1: Woe is me? Oh I guess it wasn't meant to be. Well,
- 5:52Speaker 1: if the Lord wanted me to have this, I'd have that.
- 5:55Speaker 1: How many deal how many times you hear people say that?
- 5:58Speaker 1: You know, man, it really irks man. Stop using God
- 6:01Speaker 1: as your excuse. God ain't no excuse. God is a reason.
- 6:07Speaker 1: He's a reason why the good happens. He's a reason.
- 6:12Speaker 1: He's not an excuse. God don't have no excuses in
- 6:16Speaker 1: none of his scriptures or writings, not that I but
- 6:18Speaker 1: he just don't make excuses. I would have done this.
- 6:22Speaker 1: But you know there's a scripture that says the poor
- 6:26Speaker 1: will all shall always be amongst us. Why that's got
- 6:29Speaker 1: to be you. Yeah, he said the poor will always
- 6:32Speaker 1: be amongst us, because you know, everybody ain't gonna follow
- 6:35Speaker 1: the principles of success. But he also said he came
- 6:38Speaker 1: to give you life and give it to you more abundantly.
- 6:40Speaker 1: He said that too, But oh no, you don't want
- 6:43Speaker 1: to hear that because your life kind of trip it
- 6:45Speaker 1: out a little bit. So now what you do with it?
- 6:47Speaker 1: Now you twist it and you go to that one
- 6:50Speaker 1: little scripture that say well, the poor shall always be
- 6:53Speaker 1: amongst us. Well, that's put in there because that's a
- 6:56Speaker 1: that's suggesting case. See, that's aggesting case you all don't
- 7:00Speaker 1: want to follow the scriptures. That's just in case you
- 7:04Speaker 1: don't understand that faith without works is dead. That's just
- 7:08Speaker 1: in case you have not because you ask not. It's
- 7:11Speaker 1: just in case you don't believe and shall not doubt
- 7:14Speaker 1: he got all that in there. But in case you
- 7:16Speaker 1: don't want to do that, there is a scripture that
- 7:19Speaker 1: tells you what don't happen if you don't do it,
- 7:22Speaker 1: And here it is the poor shall always be a monster.
- 7:25Speaker 1: But then you get that when they say, well, hell,
- 7:26Speaker 1: that's I guess that's the Lord's will. Lord's will, really, really,
- 7:31Speaker 1: really really that's amazing. I just don't believe that about him.
- 7:37Speaker 1: I don't believe that God created your life to be
- 7:40Speaker 1: a life of misery. I think that we make decisions
- 7:44Speaker 1: along the way that cause us to have lives of misery.
- 7:48Speaker 1: But I really really just don't believe that God created
- 7:52Speaker 1: you for that. I've heard Nelson Mandela speak, and you know,
- 7:59Speaker 1: you gotta go while all those years in prison, Man,
- 8:03Speaker 1: what was it about? When you hear him speak, you
- 8:06Speaker 1: understand what it was about. He said he always knew
- 8:09Speaker 1: he would be free one day. Now, what he said
- 8:13Speaker 1: he never knew was he said he never knew that
- 8:16Speaker 1: he would be the president of that country. Oh my goodness,
- 8:21Speaker 1: what a long way around. But he could have sat
- 8:25Speaker 1: there and got involved in prison activities that wasn't up
- 8:29Speaker 1: to pawing things like that, And they said, whenever young
- 8:33Speaker 1: inmates used to come in. He was telling the story
- 8:35Speaker 1: one time of how young inmates used to come into
- 8:37Speaker 1: the prison. They all sit around and talk to him
- 8:39Speaker 1: about what they were doing and how many kids they
- 8:42Speaker 1: had in their lives, and it helped them keep track
- 8:44Speaker 1: of the outside a little bit, and it kept a
- 8:47Speaker 1: sense of time for them, and it reminded them in
- 8:49Speaker 1: to talk about what they left behind, and it kept
- 8:52Speaker 1: them going because something was great on the other side.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Had he allowed that to stop him, that he allowed
- 9:00Speaker 1: the imprisonment, which is a pretty major deal. Oh, by
- 9:03Speaker 1: the way, then guess what he would have never been
- 9:06Speaker 1: to Nelson Mandela that we know to day, a martyr,
- 9:09Speaker 1: a leader, a great force. People want to go around him.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Even people that imprisoned him could not understand his staunch strength,
- 9:18Speaker 1: his faith, his unwavering commitment. They couldn't understand it. So
- 9:23Speaker 1: things are going to happen in your life, but it's
- 9:25Speaker 1: how you handle what happens doesn't matter. So keep pushing, y'all.
- 9:28Speaker 1: Don't let the little things get in the way, okay,
- 9:30Speaker 1: And if you just sometimes you just don't know. I
- 9:33Speaker 1: got in the cab thinking I wasn't gonna make it,
- 9:35Speaker 1: but at least let's go see, let's try. I made it. Now.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Guess what that gives me another piece of information that
- 9:42Speaker 1: I have and all I had to see it again
- 9:44Speaker 1: to date. Guess what I said today? Man, Sometimes when
- 9:48Speaker 1: it looked like you ain't gonna make it, just go
- 9:49Speaker 1: ahead on anywhere. Now. I could still be back there
- 9:52Speaker 1: at the hotel time I wear my car, but I
- 9:54Speaker 1: got up in here and made it. So now what
- 9:56Speaker 1: y'all gonna do with it? Let's go. You're listening morning
- 10:00Speaker 1: show ladies and gentlemen. I thought about it. I've given
- 10:06Speaker 1: it a ponder, I've taken note. I've realized the gravity
- 10:12Speaker 1: of the situation. With all that being done, I want
- 10:17Speaker 1: to say thank you. I want to say thank you
- 10:19Speaker 1: to God because man, he did it again. He woke
- 10:26Speaker 1: me up, gave me another crack, shook me. Yeah, I
- 10:31Speaker 1: go for that. Something else, ain't man? I like that man,
- 10:38Speaker 1: old man, old man, with a great day. Shirley Strawberry
- 10:41Speaker 1: Colin for real, that Mississippi Mouth of the South, the
- 10:46Speaker 1: Junior Dad and him calling kills faith. We don't know
- 10:51Speaker 1: that it's on the government paperwork, the legend that is,
- 10:55Speaker 1: Nephew Timmy in yours truly tune. What is it today? Man?
- 10:59Speaker 1: You know, man, you know you you overseas right now? Man?
- 11:02Speaker 1: Can you get tell us what is like your day
- 11:05Speaker 1: like over there? What do you get is over there?
- 11:09Speaker 1: Hard work, work, work, work, presidents and everything come just
- 11:18Speaker 1: doing it all? Man, No, you know, man, I look
- 11:20Speaker 1: at my life. I was talking to somebody the other day.
- 11:22Speaker 1: I look at my life and I just I shake
- 11:24Speaker 1: my head. Sometimes. I was talking to Isaiah Thomas, who
- 11:29Speaker 1: was in Abu Dhabi for the NBA basketball game, and
- 11:33Speaker 1: we were sitting down eating and Isaiah saying, man, look
- 11:37Speaker 1: at us, man, because Isaiah sixty sixty one, I'm sixty five.
- 11:42Speaker 1: He from Chicago, I from Cleveland. He said, Man, how
- 11:47Speaker 1: we ever even get him? He said, Steve, did you
- 11:51Speaker 1: see this coming? See what coming? See? That's one of yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 12:00Speaker 1: I always knew I'd do this. I always saw this
- 12:02Speaker 1: and see see what Brah I didn't even know. First
- 12:09Speaker 1: of all this part of the world existed. I was
- 12:13Speaker 1: trying to I was trying to get a bike. IM
- 12:22Speaker 1: I needed a bike so I could ride to work.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Car was out of the question. People talking about six
- 12:30Speaker 1: people tell me, I'll tell Steve your story crazy, How
- 12:32Speaker 1: you what you want to bike for? Because I had
- 12:35Speaker 1: a bigger chance of getting a bike when I was sixteen.
- 12:39Speaker 1: I needed a new bike so I could go to work.
- 12:41Speaker 1: Then I could get a new car. Right. I've had
- 12:46Speaker 1: cars since I was eighteen years old, but what none
- 12:50Speaker 1: of them mine and I didn't buy it. I didn't
- 12:52Speaker 1: buy my first car in my name till I was
- 12:54Speaker 1: thirty eight years old. My father gave me a car.
- 13:00Speaker 1: My brother gave me his car. And you know when
- 13:02Speaker 1: your brother gave you a car, you know what the
- 13:04Speaker 1: condition of that car? Yeah, I drove it too, Napple
- 13:11Speaker 1: at open Yeah, so it could start tomorrow. I look
- 13:21Speaker 1: in my life right now, Junior boy, I can't believe
- 13:24Speaker 1: that's why I just got him saying I pondered the situation.
- 13:27Speaker 1: I've given us some pot I just gotta say thank you.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Right what, I'm going to have a good day to
- 13:36Speaker 1: day to watch this all right? Coming up at thirty
- 13:39Speaker 1: two minutes after the hour, we'll hear from the nephew
- 13:42Speaker 1: if he runs that prank back right after this you're
- 13:45Speaker 1: listening show, all right, it is time now for the
- 13:49Speaker 1: nephew to run that prank back. What you got for
- 13:52Speaker 1: his nap. Pranking ain't easy, Shirley, So we're gonna choose
- 13:56Speaker 1: this one, your hus because scripture. He's ready all right,
- 14:04Speaker 1: it sounds watch me? Where here we go? Hello? Hello?
- 14:09Speaker 1: How you doing? This? Is uh pharmacy? My name is Brian.
- 14:12Speaker 1: I'm the tech here. Uh is mister Donovan? Donovan? Is
- 14:17Speaker 1: he available? Uh? No? What can I help you with? Well,
- 14:20Speaker 1: he's he's dropped his prescription off about an hour ago.
- 14:23Speaker 1: I wanted to we wanted to call let you guys
- 14:25Speaker 1: know that the prescription is ready. Prescription for way well
- 14:29Speaker 1: he um, he dropped off a prescription. I'm assuming he
- 14:31Speaker 1: must have looked like the doctor just wrote this prescription today,
- 14:35Speaker 1: so I'm assuming he seems like he would probably need
- 14:38Speaker 1: this pretty soon. So I wanted to let you guys
- 14:40Speaker 1: know it's ready. Okay, and what exactly did he get
- 14:43Speaker 1: a prescription for him? Um? It's a Moxa Siller selling

- 15:16Speaker 1: exactly is a Manxter selling for Manxter selling? Was an antibiotic, ma'am.
- 15:20Speaker 1: So any type of small infections of some sort, diseases
- 15:25Speaker 1: or whatever, is it pretty much cures it? So you're
- 15:28Speaker 1: telling me this nasty? Then got something can win and
- 15:33Speaker 1: got it on my first off. He went to seems
- 15:35Speaker 1: the doctor and got a prescription under my interest, just
- 15:38Speaker 1: try something, and he went to got something you know what?
- 15:41Speaker 1: You know what said Brian, I'm coming down there. I'll
- 15:43Speaker 1: pick up the medicine. I don't get it, and if
- 15:45Speaker 1: people want that medical he'll check him with me at
- 15:47Speaker 1: my counter because I got a check. And he then
- 15:49Speaker 1: wrote the hit can not cast. I'm gonna beat the
- 15:51Speaker 1: hell out. He do not know, he does not even
- 15:55Speaker 1: you know what? We brought it a new ya. I'm sorry,
- 15:58Speaker 1: I'm sorry, you're you're what what what can I call

- 16:04Speaker 1: that's fine, just communist. No communist. Okay, Uh, First of all,
- 16:10Speaker 1: I want to apologize. I had no idea that you
- 16:12Speaker 1: were not aware of the actual prescription that he's that.
- 16:16Speaker 1: We've just feeled for him, you know, just just on
- 16:18Speaker 1: a personal note, I'm just curious, is there a possibility
- 16:21Speaker 1: maybe maybe you could have given it to him? Brian Noble,
- 16:26Speaker 1: you're getting you the lost solo mom. Now, first off,
- 16:28Speaker 1: you don't call my First off, note you, I'm glad
- 16:31Speaker 1: you called my folks to tell me it's my insurance,
- 16:34Speaker 1: that's why. And then you want to accuse me of
- 16:36Speaker 1: giving that this something? Are you scoring him? Don't you
- 16:40Speaker 1: ever in your life call somebody's fault. And this is
- 16:43Speaker 1: a court charl It's none of your business. What's going
- 16:45Speaker 1: on in my Okay, none of your business. You get
- 16:49Speaker 1: out of my wig. That ain't none of your business.

- 16:54Speaker 1: I've got something for your and he want to come

- 16:58Speaker 1: I gave him that cities? Oh okay, what's the manager?
- 17:01Speaker 1: Let me speak to your managers, ma'am. I was just
- 17:04Speaker 1: I was, you know, I'm not trying to be unprofessional.
- 17:07Speaker 1: I was just asking a personal question. I should not
- 17:10Speaker 1: have asked you something like that, and I do apologize.
- 17:13Speaker 1: I should we expect someone to pick up the description
- 17:16Speaker 1: I just told you. I'm gonna be ticking out. I'm
- 17:19Speaker 1: gonna coming down. You know what, blind, You'll know who
- 17:22Speaker 1: I am because I got I got a couple of
- 17:23Speaker 1: words for y'all, and I still want to speak to

- 17:28Speaker 1: don't appreciate you coming at me. I'm trying to eat

- 20:58Speaker 1: CLO with their Chief Love Officers, Steve Harvey in the building.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Right after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show
- 21:07Speaker 1: coming up at the top of the hour and entertainment
- 21:09Speaker 1: news media mogul Byron Allen will have his inaugural Grio
- 21:13Speaker 1: Awards in Los Angeles this weekend. And the mother of
- 21:16Speaker 1: George Floyd's daughter is suing Kanye West over false and
- 21:21Speaker 1: defamatory claims. But right now he's back. That's right, and
- 21:26Speaker 1: it is time to ask of the CLO Chief Love
- 21:30Speaker 1: Officer Steve Harvey. Here we go. Trina in Dade County says,
- 21:34Speaker 1: my boyfriend and I have been dating off and on
- 21:37Speaker 1: for ten years and we have two children together. He
- 21:40Speaker 1: told me that he met someone else and he thinks
- 21:43Speaker 1: she's his soulmate. How can this woman be a soul
- 21:45Speaker 1: mate when I'm the mother of his children, Because you're
- 21:49Speaker 1: not the soulmate. You're the mother of the children. Girl, girl, girl,
- 22:00Speaker 1: you are not the soul mate. You are the mother
- 22:03Speaker 1: of the children. And but but the fact that he
- 22:07Speaker 1: came in and told her this though I had somebody
- 22:11Speaker 1: and it's my soul mate. Wow, I think you should
- 22:15Speaker 1: believe that because he never told you that. That's for
- 22:20Speaker 1: show se because the first thing she would have said was,
- 22:24Speaker 1: but he told me I was his soul mate. He
- 22:26Speaker 1: never told you that you are the mother of the children.
- 22:32Speaker 1: It's okay, Yeah, it's okay. That's a matter of fact.
- 22:37Speaker 1: That's an incredible title to have the mother. That's that's
- 22:42Speaker 1: an apex title in this world today. That's a major
- 22:46Speaker 1: accomplishment system. So please feel proud about that. You are
- 22:50Speaker 1: not the soul mate. Now do we have to put
- 22:55Speaker 1: you on Mari Povic? Though he is the father, you
- 23:03Speaker 1: are not the soul mate. It's all good. So what
- 23:09Speaker 1: should she do? She do? What smelled the coffee? He
- 23:14Speaker 1: leave it. Look he walked in and told you I've
- 23:17Speaker 1: met someone else. That's painful with I was like taking
- 23:21Speaker 1: a bullet to the face. After ten years, after ten
- 23:25Speaker 1: years and two children. Yeah, all right, you gotta move on, Trina.
- 23:30Speaker 1: All right, We're gonna move on to to Candice. In Mobile,
- 23:34Speaker 1: Candice writes, I work in management and one of my
- 23:37Speaker 1: service reps tried to jump on me last week. The
- 23:39Speaker 1: man I was seeing is her ex or her current boyfriend,
- 23:43Speaker 1: and I had no idea. I left the man alone,
- 23:46Speaker 1: and I'm getting her transferred to another unit. She's threatening
- 23:50Speaker 1: to tell management what happened. Should I report it myself?
- 23:56Speaker 1: I'm the last person to ask late. I don't want
- 24:06Speaker 1: to cost you your position or your relationship, because all
- 24:10Speaker 1: the advice I have for that is really none. Uh policy,
- 24:17Speaker 1: I'm not really a policy guy. So let me get
- 24:19Speaker 1: this straight shot. So she the woman LATE that works
- 24:24Speaker 1: for her, she came in. I had jumped on her
- 24:30Speaker 1: her boyfriend, and she didn't know it was She had
- 24:35Speaker 1: no idea. Yeah, right, So she left the man alone.
- 24:40Speaker 1: She left him alone. So now let me ask you
- 24:42Speaker 1: a question. Did the guy work there? Uh? No, no, no, no.
- 24:49Speaker 1: What what she should do is she should go into HR,
- 24:53Speaker 1: get ahead of her and say, there's a situation that
- 24:56Speaker 1: the roles that worked that I want to bring to
- 24:58Speaker 1: you all's attention. I was dating a man. I was
- 25:01Speaker 1: unaware of his status, but he was obviously dating. Some
- 25:05Speaker 1: moment here she came and tried to get into a
- 25:08Speaker 1: physical altercation with me, and unbeknownst to me, the man
- 25:11Speaker 1: that I was dating and broke up with was dating her.
- 25:15Speaker 1: According to her, get ahead of Yes, I am about
- 25:21Speaker 1: transfer her ass out. I need y'all to be okay
- 25:25Speaker 1: with this right now what we're gonna do. I think
- 25:29Speaker 1: that's great, more important to the company. And then she did,
- 25:32Speaker 1: and how did we go about handling it? And I
- 25:36Speaker 1: want to be ahead of the game and reporting this
- 25:39Speaker 1: so it doesn't appear if any inappropriate action to my
- 25:43Speaker 1: prat and the fact that trying to get a transfer.
- 25:46Speaker 1: She could say, right, but but what she needs to
- 25:49Speaker 1: do is she needs to go and get ahead of it.
- 25:52Speaker 1: Yeah she does. I agree with you advice in that, Yeah,
- 25:57Speaker 1: get ahead of these aspens that. Yeah, you do great,
- 26:04Speaker 1: I'm proud of you, Corporate. Moving on to Terrytown, Farah
- 26:10Speaker 1: if Fara and Terrytown says, I'm a fifty year old
- 26:13Speaker 1: married woman and I no longer enjoy having sex with
- 26:15Speaker 1: my husband because right after it's over, the magic stops.
- 26:19Speaker 1: He won't cuddle or even talk to me once it's done,
- 26:23Speaker 1: He's either scrolling through the phone or watching TV. Is
- 26:26Speaker 1: he bored? Or does the magic stop? After sixteen years
- 26:29Speaker 1: of marriage? WHOA? Well, we got people on this show
- 26:33Speaker 1: that can answer that. One you better get the cuddling.
- 26:37Speaker 1: That's what you better get to doing. Yes, he better
- 26:41Speaker 1: looking at the phone and everything. I mean, he is
- 26:44Speaker 1: that about. Yeah, he doesn't talk her blatant disrespect. Hairy baby.
- 26:52Speaker 1: We threw up in the open fall apps. Yeah you
- 26:56Speaker 1: one of those cuddle or talk one. Yeah, if you
- 27:01Speaker 1: played mind wash. Fifteen years is a long time, you know. Yeah,
- 27:12Speaker 1: I was talking to a person, he said. He said, Uh, Steve,
- 27:17Speaker 1: do you like steak? I said, yeah, I like steak.
- 27:20Speaker 1: He said, I like steak too. He said, it's steak
- 27:24Speaker 1: one of your favorite pieces of meat. I said, well,
- 27:27Speaker 1: I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but it's I really
- 27:30Speaker 1: love it. He says, steak. It's my favorite piece of meat.
- 27:33Speaker 1: He said, but you know what, Every nine then I
- 27:35Speaker 1: want some chicken. Every nine then I want some fish.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Sometimes I want I want a nice burglar. I still
- 27:46Speaker 1: love steak. I said, it's what you're saying. He said,
- 27:50Speaker 1: I've been married thirty years to steak. He loves steak.
- 27:56Speaker 1: But and nine then I want I went, I had
- 28:04Speaker 1: a dude, that's interesting. Yeah, yeah, yeah, nine in I
- 28:15Speaker 1: want a piece of chicken. Hey, I steal a little
- 28:19Speaker 1: steak is my favorite, So what what is this? Twenty
- 28:27Speaker 1: years and then all right, least one Steve Bunny in
- 28:33Speaker 1: West Virginia, West Virginia says, I'm twenty nine and I
- 28:36Speaker 1: dated a man for two years until I found out
- 28:38Speaker 1: he had a side chick. When we broke up, I
- 28:41Speaker 1: threw all of his nice things, all of the nice
- 28:43Speaker 1: things he gave me into the trash bag and put
- 28:45Speaker 1: them in his car. I saw his child side chick
- 28:48Speaker 1: with one of the persons he gave to me. I
- 28:50Speaker 1: told her it was mine. How could he give my
- 28:52Speaker 1: things to this tramp? Because you gave what you give
- 28:56Speaker 1: it back to See, y'all, stop being emotional. Keeps nice
- 29:00Speaker 1: things that's given to you. Stop giving this stuff back.
- 29:06Speaker 1: She didn't even ask where where you where? You giving
- 29:11Speaker 1: me this used bag? Well? You giving this bag out
- 29:13Speaker 1: of nowhere? What you just handed it to me? Right? Hey, rap,
- 29:17Speaker 1: ain't got no tag, only got some spangerprins on it, right,
- 29:22Speaker 1: all right, all right? Coming up at the top of
- 29:25Speaker 1: the hour, Thank you, fiolo. We'll have some entertainment news

- 31:10Speaker 1: all right. The family of George Floyd is preparing to
- 31:13Speaker 1: sue Kanye West for two hundred and fifty million dollars.
- 31:17Speaker 1: We thought, you know, we were going to get a
- 31:19Speaker 1: break from talking about Kanye for a while, but nope,
- 31:22Speaker 1: He's going to be sued for two hundred and fifty
- 31:24Speaker 1: million dollars, like I said, over his recent false statements
- 31:27Speaker 1: about Floyd's death. Roxy Washington, the mother of Floyd's daughter Gianna,
- 31:32Speaker 1: plans to file on behalf of Gianna, who is a minor.
- 31:36Speaker 1: According to a release from Washington's attorney, Kanye, his business
- 31:40Speaker 1: partners and associates are accused of harassment, misappropriation, infliction of
- 31:46Speaker 1: emotional distress, and defamation. Washington's attorneys did issue a cease
- 31:52Speaker 1: and desist letter to West over his comments during the
- 31:55Speaker 1: interview that aired over the weekend and has now been
- 31:58Speaker 1: removed from You Too. Kanye said that George Floyd wasn't
- 32:02Speaker 1: murdered by former police officer Derek Schaubin, but that he
- 32:05Speaker 1: died from fentanel. Yeah. Yeah, that's what he's been spewing.
- 32:10Speaker 1: Um Nah, But can I ask you a question, Is
- 32:16Speaker 1: it possible for us to trade Kanye and Herschel walking
- 32:21Speaker 1: to get Brittany grounded back and we send. They used
- 32:23Speaker 1: to answer over the year, great question, Britney home, Herschel
- 32:29Speaker 1: and Kanye. I like it. Um yeah. Kanye said that
- 32:38Speaker 1: they hit George Floyd with the fentanel. If you look,
- 32:41Speaker 1: the guy's knee wasn't even on his neck like that.
- 32:44Speaker 1: They said he screamed for his mama. Mama was his girlfriend.
- 32:48Speaker 1: It's in the documentary documentary, but the documentary was by
- 32:54Speaker 1: Candice Owens. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, you know the other
- 32:57Speaker 1: conservative one. You know, man, I just you know, it's sad, man,
- 33:02Speaker 1: It's really sad. You know. I'm can you talk to him? No, okay,
- 33:10Speaker 1: it doesn't sound like you're right now. He's on screenshot
- 33:16Speaker 1: my text and put my conversation online. I'm I'm gonna
- 33:19Speaker 1: I'm flying in on Yeah, everybody pack up, time to
- 33:23Speaker 1: go home. But you know, man, you have to help
- 33:25Speaker 1: a person that wants some help. And when a person
- 33:29Speaker 1: don't listen to advice, I mean, right now, I don't
- 33:32Speaker 1: even understand the angle. It's just it's at a level
- 33:35Speaker 1: of ignorance now where it's like you can't see his
- 33:40Speaker 1: his what's my problem. You can't be a you can't
- 33:49Speaker 1: be a genius and be a stupid mo foul at
- 33:54Speaker 1: the same time. Come on, yeah, you can't be a
- 33:59Speaker 1: genius and a stupid m MO fault at the same time.
- 34:05Speaker 1: You look, man, So I've never bought into the genius thing.
- 34:09Speaker 1: But you can't keep doing stupid sugar honey iced tea
- 34:14Speaker 1: and then be wanting to self proclaim tylett. But genius
- 34:18Speaker 1: sum's wrong here. And the young people of today have
- 34:22Speaker 1: got to stop going along with every title that a
- 34:25Speaker 1: person put on their self. My father always told me,
- 34:28Speaker 1: if somebody always got to tell you who they are
- 34:30Speaker 1: and what they do, it probably ain't true. And Steve
- 34:35Speaker 1: if Donald Trump says you're crazy man, and that was
- 34:40Speaker 1: his boy. Yes here up that time. You need to
- 34:43Speaker 1: get an Apple airplane and stuff man, hit don mister president.
- 34:48Speaker 1: They fly on air Force one. You know why they
- 34:50Speaker 1: fly on air Force one because Air Force one is
- 34:53Speaker 1: already an Apple airplane. They got everything on their imaginable
- 35:00Speaker 1: and you can't figure that out. Yeah, this is really sad.
- 35:03Speaker 1: It's really sad. Yeah, he at least such an important
- 35:08Speaker 1: part and the influencer. Yeah, I mean his music his
- 35:16Speaker 1: music is good. He knows how to make records. It's
- 35:20Speaker 1: hard to keep defending him and to go to bath
- 35:23Speaker 1: for him like this when you easy shoes was good,
- 35:27Speaker 1: but the rest of them clothed. That's all you got.
- 35:33Speaker 1: You're not wearing it that I'm fing to go. I'm
- 35:37Speaker 1: going to dress up like I'm going to go out
- 35:38Speaker 1: back and bring in a couple of seconds. I'm not
- 35:43Speaker 1: wearing he could dress. He could dress her shot old
- 35:46Speaker 1: now he could get all right, we gotta go on
- 35:51Speaker 1: that note. Coming up in twenty minutes after early voting
- 35:54Speaker 1: started in Georgia on Monday, and we're in the fight
- 35:56Speaker 1: of our lives people. We'll talk about it right after this.
- 36:00Speaker 1: You're listening to show Georgia voters are speaking out after
- 36:06Speaker 1: the debate between Senator Raphael Warnock and Republican Herschel Walker.
- 36:10Speaker 1: According to Politico, Warnock is seen as a man between
- 36:14Speaker 1: two worlds, the spiritual and the political. His connection with
- 36:19Speaker 1: his congregation at Ebenezer Baptist Church is clear, but is
- 36:24Speaker 1: his role as senator that some political strategists worry about.
- 36:28Speaker 1: That that's the role they're concerned with. They feel he
- 36:31Speaker 1: needs a greater reaction from black voters in order to
- 36:34Speaker 1: win their votes again. So Steve, what do you think,
- 36:37Speaker 1: what you agree with this or disagree? What are your
- 36:40Speaker 1: feelings on this? You know, listen, I think that what
- 36:44Speaker 1: we have to do, as what they call the black
- 36:46Speaker 1: voter and people of color, is to continue to create
- 36:51Speaker 1: our own narrative. I am. I've been through with them
- 36:55Speaker 1: telling me how I am and what I think I've
- 36:57Speaker 1: been that I don't. I don't. I don't need you
- 37:03Speaker 1: to write a narrative for me. I'm very clear on
- 37:07Speaker 1: what I need, what I want, what I like to have,
- 37:10Speaker 1: and I'm an expert on how I've been treated the
- 37:12Speaker 1: entire time out here, so I know what I need.
- 37:16Speaker 1: So therefore I also am going to prove you all
- 37:21Speaker 1: so very wrong. See, they do studies on us that
- 37:27Speaker 1: to help control and minimize us, for sure, But what
- 37:32Speaker 1: I am asking us to do is to get out
- 37:37Speaker 1: in record numbers and show them again that the last
- 37:41Speaker 1: presidential election, for the first time, the Georgia turn blue
- 37:44Speaker 1: was not a fluke. It was not a fluke, it
- 37:47Speaker 1: was not an anomaly, it was not a once, and
- 37:50Speaker 1: it wasn't it wasn't a meteor striking the Mojave desert. No, brother,
- 37:55Speaker 1: this is how we are. This is who we are now.
- 37:59Speaker 1: We are a very very important voting block right in.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Senator Raffael Warnut can do both. He's doing both, all right.
- 38:08Speaker 1: He's a pastor and a senator. He's doing both. Period.
- 38:12Speaker 1: Here what but herschel Walker though you are can't go
- 38:18Speaker 1: to any length to try to can't gain control and power,
- 38:23Speaker 1: and you use anybody to do it. Let's put a
- 38:27Speaker 1: black face up here who is the least qualified human
- 38:32Speaker 1: being in politics today, and put him against the other
- 38:36Speaker 1: black face so we can create confusion and control the
- 38:41Speaker 1: party line, and he will do our bidding. That's the
- 38:44Speaker 1: ultimate prize. You, sir, can be on Tucker Carson if
- 38:49Speaker 1: you fit that role right there. You can get on
- 38:52Speaker 1: Hannity there. Bring Bill O'Riley back. If you can be
- 38:56Speaker 1: a black against other blacks, we have a tea positioned
- 39:00Speaker 1: for you. So congratulations Kanye, Congratulations hers Frank Yeah, all right,
- 39:07Speaker 1: all right, moving on to thirty four minutes after the hour,
- 39:10Speaker 1: and we come back. A sixty six year old woman
- 39:12Speaker 1: mistakenly eats cupcakes laced with weed at a wedding reception.
- 39:17Speaker 1: Oh boy, we'll talk about that when we come back.
- 39:20Speaker 1: You're listening to the string show. Well, you may want
- 39:26Speaker 1: to tell the guests at your wedding reception that you
- 39:28Speaker 1: have cupcakes laced with marijuana. Okay. According to TMZ Yeah,
- 39:34Speaker 1: a sixty three year old grandmother was rushed to the
- 39:37Speaker 1: hospital after she ate weed infused cupcakes at a wedding reception.
- 39:42Speaker 1: The anonymous woman says she and another lady are the
- 39:45Speaker 1: ate the cupcakes and the next thing she remembers is
- 39:48Speaker 1: waking up twelve hours later in the hospital. The woman
- 39:52Speaker 1: had gotten so high from eating the cupcake that her
- 39:55Speaker 1: sister in law decided to take her to the hospital.
- 39:58Speaker 1: The elderly woman cla no one told her about the
- 40:01Speaker 1: marijuana cupcakes, and she regrets eating them. By the way,
- 40:05Speaker 1: the wedding reception continued after grandma went to the hospital.
- 40:08Speaker 1: We're very happy she's okay, We're glad she's all right.
- 40:11Speaker 1: But how was she acting while she was high? That's
- 40:14Speaker 1: what I want to know. Where she welcome girl? Girl?
- 40:19Speaker 1: Out of the two hams, girl, that one that had
- 40:31Speaker 1: the pineapples on it the list girl, I ate that
- 40:35Speaker 1: and next thing I know, I set up and looked
- 40:37Speaker 1: at job gear out of the head two hams. Teresia
- 40:43Speaker 1: wants you in, girl, I'm on my fifth turkey sandwich.
- 40:49Speaker 1: Where y'all get these turkeys and hams from making wedding? Well,
- 40:55Speaker 1: I don't know. I went through a door over there.
- 40:57Speaker 1: I thought I was going to the bathroom. I wind
- 40:59Speaker 1: up vials in the kitchen. I ain't a half a
- 41:05Speaker 1: turkey doing the Cubi shuffle. I ain't gonna no, no, girl,
- 41:12Speaker 1: I a whole yellow mole. Get that from Tresa. Watch
- 41:21Speaker 1: you with girl, I tell you how I wasn't you know,
- 41:24Speaker 1: I don't even know him to like this. But I
- 41:26Speaker 1: ain't one of them cared fruitcakes. I say, I didn't
- 41:30Speaker 1: even pick them out where where you because I don't
- 41:35Speaker 1: know nobody like that? Damn fruitcake. That's the worst because
- 41:40Speaker 1: all them colors. I didn't never know what that stuff

- 42:09Speaker 1: my teeth, but raper smells good. Girl, My teeth. I
- 42:15Speaker 1: looked like a camp of sweetheart girl. I was just
- 42:26Speaker 1: munching Teresa. And then Teresa was over there, and she
- 42:37Speaker 1: was in the cabinet, and I had some candy left
- 42:41Speaker 1: over from last Halloween, shaded the whole bag of a
- 42:46Speaker 1: many snickles, delicious girl with them a little bitty wrappers
- 42:52Speaker 1: all over the countertop. Man, girl, we were just in there,
- 42:58Speaker 1: just snacking. I didn't know what was wrong. And I
- 43:04Speaker 1: was passing by the stove and I saw a chicken
- 43:06Speaker 1: leg on there and I ain't everything, do you know? Girl?
- 43:09Speaker 1: I realized I was eating it so good that I
- 43:13Speaker 1: hain't the gristle clean the bone? Uh? I ate the
- 43:18Speaker 1: joint caps off the top of the drumstick and the bottom. Girl,
- 43:25Speaker 1: what they have in it? Because when I was I
- 43:27Speaker 1: was over there looking at the stove and I just started.
- 43:30Speaker 1: I just took a couple of swallows of fish grease.
- 43:32Speaker 1: Try to wash down this chicken eating. You know that
- 43:39Speaker 1: fish greased. I was sitting on top of the stove.
- 43:41Speaker 1: I swallows of that. It was delicious. Ain't got a
- 43:47Speaker 1: pump yours thumb? How are you feeling? How you are
- 43:51Speaker 1: in the hospital. I'm not show how I feel I
- 43:54Speaker 1: think I need to go to the hospital. Yeah, next
- 44:00Speaker 1: the prank phone call for it today, right after this,
- 44:03Speaker 1: but I was getting in the hospital and ain't a
- 44:05Speaker 1: bag of cotta swap. Still still, you're listening to show
- 44:21Speaker 1: coming up at about four minutes after the hour. It's
- 44:24Speaker 1: my strawberry letter for it today, and the subject is
- 44:27Speaker 1: I can see and I can hear. All right, we'll
- 44:30Speaker 1: get into that just a little bit, but right now
- 44:35Speaker 1: it's time for the nephew and the prank phone call
- 44:37Speaker 1: for it today. What you got for his nef what's

- 45:01Speaker 1: got one of my eighties wrong. Our problem, My bad,
- 45:03Speaker 1: my bad, I got one. I'm wrong. All right, This
- 45:05Speaker 1: right here is my refrigerator, my refrigerator. I got time today.

- 45:22Speaker 1: what's going on? Okay, listen, I know we had a
- 45:24Speaker 1: window that was from eight to twelve. This morning's this
- 45:27Speaker 1: eleven thirty now, so we're running a little bit behind schedule. Man.
- 45:32Speaker 1: We have some problems at the yard getting everything loaded up. Man,
- 45:36Speaker 1: come on, man, you killing man? I can't, y'all. So
- 45:39Speaker 1: y'all running behind. We're a little bit behind schedule. Man,
- 45:41Speaker 1: we're gonna have we we'll beat up somewhere between twelve
- 45:43Speaker 1: and four. Oh, come on, man, y'all know do better
- 45:46Speaker 1: than that. Now, I understand, sir, I understand. Actually it's
- 45:52Speaker 1: I got, man, I got my food in here and

- 45:59Speaker 1: So so I mean, what's what's what's going on? Is
- 46:02Speaker 1: y'all ain't got the refrigerator. I'm trying to figure out. No, No,
- 46:05Speaker 1: we loaded up. You know, we just had some problems.
- 46:07Speaker 1: I think one of the fourth lifts went out, and
- 46:09Speaker 1: you know, it kind of pushed us back. So that
- 46:11Speaker 1: four hour wind that we had from eight to twelve, man,
- 46:13Speaker 1: just got ruined. And now we're pushing things from our
- 46:16Speaker 1: twelve to four, So between twelve and four, man, we
- 46:18Speaker 1: would definitely be there. Y'all don't have brothers, and man,
- 46:21Speaker 1: it's all I spoke to them yesterday. Actually, the warehouse supervisor,

- 47:09Speaker 1: Is that what happened. Yeah, it's very so did I
- 47:11Speaker 1: mean I hadn't had it for quite some times, which
- 47:13Speaker 1: you know, so it's just am out of time for
- 47:16Speaker 1: we'll go out, so I try to go even get

- 47:29Speaker 1: Let me get the hustler. Man. See if I can
- 47:30Speaker 1: move as quick as I can. But twelve to four
- 47:32Speaker 1: is the window. Man. Like I said, I apologize, miss,

- 48:46Speaker 1: What is that you decide you want to take my
- 48:50Speaker 1: money when I pay for when I paid for, But
- 48:52Speaker 1: you're gonna tell me you don't and you ain't gonna
- 48:54Speaker 1: make it on my side of town. Well, well we
- 48:56Speaker 1: can definitely get out there tomorrow, man, we definitely can
- 48:58Speaker 1: get out there to Mark. You. I can't have him

- 49:36Speaker 1: at one o'clock. I told him that I've seen that
- 49:39Speaker 1: you gotta refrigerated your own time because I gotta grass
- 49:42Speaker 1: at work. Well, I said, I don't talk to you
- 49:46Speaker 1: no more, like I said, sir, not working today, he's not.
- 49:50Speaker 1: He's not in the day in charge. Well actually the
- 49:53Speaker 1: lady name one that's actually in charge when Larry leaves.
- 49:56Speaker 1: But uh, I don't even know if I saw mom.
- 49:59Speaker 1: But but you raggedive you what do y'all doing over there? Now?
- 50:04Speaker 1: What I did? We're gonna have it there? It was
- 50:07Speaker 1: I took out my job for y'all, had a refrigerator.
- 50:11Speaker 1: I'm here at home and now you called me back
- 50:14Speaker 1: and you so all I can tell you is we're
- 50:16Speaker 1: gonna be there tomorrow. Okay, I'm not gonna go back

- 50:28Speaker 1: you stick there, refigerator. And I don't want to, you
- 50:32Speaker 1: know more. I gon around from this school in my
- 50:34Speaker 1: neighbor refrigerator and I'm gonna go give me another on
- 50:36Speaker 1: somewhere else because you playing around ain't got time for
- 50:39Speaker 1: your men, sir. I don't know if I don't know
- 50:41Speaker 1: if that's refundable. You mean you know that is fun
- 50:45Speaker 1: when you got time, you're gonna take my money and
- 50:47Speaker 1: you're gonna tell me that I can't have my money
- 50:49Speaker 1: back and you can't get my refrigerated on your own time. Sir, Listen,
- 50:53Speaker 1: there's one more thing I need to talk about. I

- 54:09Speaker 1: And hold on tight. We got it for you. Here.
- 54:11Speaker 1: It is draw bared left. Thank you, nephew. Subject I
- 54:15Speaker 1: can see and I can hear. Okay, Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 54:18Speaker 1: my husband and I are headed towards divorce if he
- 54:21Speaker 1: doesn't stop lying to me and playing me for a fool.
- 54:24Speaker 1: I worked the third shift as a dispatcher, but I
- 54:27Speaker 1: make sure our children are ready for bed before I leave.
- 54:31Speaker 1: I think I'm a great mom and even better wife,
- 54:34Speaker 1: so I get offended when my husband acts like I'm
- 54:38Speaker 1: falling short on my wifely duties. The past two weeks,
- 54:43Speaker 1: he has been making little comments about sleeping alone every night,
- 54:46Speaker 1: and I have been the breadwinner since we got married
- 54:48Speaker 1: thirteen years ago and moved to the third shift for
- 54:52Speaker 1: a promotion and more money. I did not expect him
- 54:55Speaker 1: to complain so much about me being gone at night,
- 54:59Speaker 1: especially because we do have sex before I go to
- 55:01Speaker 1: work and after I come home from work. He's never
- 55:05Speaker 1: been denied sex, not one time in thirteen years, so
- 55:10Speaker 1: when I heard him on the phone with a female,
- 55:12Speaker 1: I was shocked. My days off are Sunday and Monday,
- 55:15Speaker 1: and he expects me to sleep late. I got up
- 55:18Speaker 1: early Sunday to make a big breakfast for my children
- 55:21Speaker 1: and my husband wasn't in bed. I heard him in
- 55:24Speaker 1: the kitchen, so I tiptoed to see if he was
- 55:26Speaker 1: sneaking a piece of pound cake I had made. He
- 55:29Speaker 1: was standing by the pound cake, but he was on
- 55:32Speaker 1: the phone and rubbing himself. I stood there for a
- 55:36Speaker 1: good while and listened to him whispering, but I could
- 55:39Speaker 1: not make out what he was saying. He was aroused,
- 55:43Speaker 1: so I knew it was not a man on the
- 55:45Speaker 1: phone with him. I went back to bed and texted
- 55:48Speaker 1: him to see where he was. He came into the
- 55:50Speaker 1: bedroom looking foolish and out of breath. He said he
- 55:54Speaker 1: was thirsty and went to get water. I told him
- 55:56Speaker 1: he was very thirsty and it's going to cost him
- 55:59Speaker 1: his marriage. How can he cheat when the sex has
- 56:02Speaker 1: never been an issue? Here? Um, you know what what
- 56:09Speaker 1: is that supposed to me? I just say, I can't
- 56:12Speaker 1: wait to hear what you uh huh, and I can't
- 56:15Speaker 1: wait to hear what yourance it's gonna be. So what
- 56:20Speaker 1: is that supposed to mean? Though? Okay, don't get don't
- 56:29Speaker 1: throw stuff out there. All right, here we go. I
- 56:35Speaker 1: knew that was coming. All right. Listen, you want a
- 56:38Speaker 1: reason why he's doing what he's doing. Sometimes you don't
- 56:41Speaker 1: need a reason. You know he's just doing it. In
- 56:45Speaker 1: your husband's case, he has time to do stuff like this.
- 56:48Speaker 1: I am curious though, because you said you are the
- 56:51Speaker 1: breadwinner in the family. Now does that mean you make
- 56:53Speaker 1: more money than him or do you make all the money? Um?
- 56:57Speaker 1: Because if you're the sole moneymaker, what is he doing?
- 57:01Speaker 1: And I think you're right. You sound like a great
- 57:03Speaker 1: mom and an awesome wife. Men always want more sex
- 57:08Speaker 1: and he gets that every day before and after you
- 57:11Speaker 1: go to work, so he has nothing to complain about.
- 57:13Speaker 1: There to come on, twice a day after twenty three
- 57:17Speaker 1: years of marriage. That's a whole lot. People don't usually
- 57:21Speaker 1: do that after twenty three years of marriage. Excuse me,
- 57:26Speaker 1: that's one of the worst things he can do is
- 57:28Speaker 1: cheat on you. After you make the money, do the
- 57:30Speaker 1: wifely duties, take care of the kids while he sits
- 57:33Speaker 1: at home. You didn't say he went to work while
- 57:35Speaker 1: he sits at home and does nothing but complain. You
- 57:38Speaker 1: should be the one getting on him about not working
- 57:40Speaker 1: and living off I said, twenty three years of marriage,
- 57:44Speaker 1: thirteen years of marriage, living off just your salary for
- 57:48Speaker 1: the last thirteen years. I think he's trifling, and I
- 57:50Speaker 1: think you're right. You guys could be heading for divorce
- 57:54Speaker 1: if he doesn't stop. I mean, he wants to work
- 57:56Speaker 1: all day. Take care of this lazy man, and then
- 57:59Speaker 1: he's starting to cheat. No, ma'am, you have every right
- 58:03Speaker 1: to feel the way you feel. Steve, very good answer,
- 58:07Speaker 1: my answer, Very good answer, as I knew it would
- 58:10Speaker 1: be right. I really don't have a solution for this
- 58:17Speaker 1: right here, because it seems rather obvious. But let me
- 58:23Speaker 1: point out a couple of things in this letter that
- 58:25Speaker 1: I found interesting. I can see and I can hear exectly.
- 58:32Speaker 1: She thinks that her and her husband's heading for a
- 58:34Speaker 1: divorce if he don't stop lying and playing me for
- 58:37Speaker 1: a food. So now I don't understand that statement. If
- 58:45Speaker 1: you're not going to address the issue, you want him
- 58:50Speaker 1: to stop lying and playing you for a food. So
- 58:52Speaker 1: let's find out. You're working the third shield you wanted to,
- 58:56Speaker 1: you know, as a dispatcher, but you make sure the
- 58:59Speaker 1: kids it's ready forbid. Think you're a great mom, and
- 59:02Speaker 1: you think you're a better wife. So you offended when
- 59:07Speaker 1: your husband acts like you're falling short on your wifely duties.
- 59:14Speaker 1: And the past two weeks he's been making little comments
- 59:17Speaker 1: about sleeping alone every night. I've been the breadwinner since
- 59:22Speaker 1: we got married thirteen years ago and moved to the
- 59:24Speaker 1: third shift, promotion and more money, and I expect him
- 59:28Speaker 1: to complain so much about me being gone that night,
- 59:33Speaker 1: especially because we do have sex before I go to
- 59:37Speaker 1: work or after I come home from work. He's never
- 59:41Speaker 1: been denied sex, not one time in thirteen years. Damn,
- 59:47Speaker 1: let's stop doing better than a lot of people. Boy boy,
- 59:52Speaker 1: this line right here just jumps out to page at me. Yes,
- 59:56Speaker 1: he's never been denied sex, not one time in thirteen years.
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: I'm being done. What why do they do that at
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: I've been there, not six thirteen times in a year,
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: thirteen times last week? Hang on six thirteen times in
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: a month. Keep it right there? All right, we'll have
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: part two of Steve's response coming up to the Strawberry letter.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: Today's subject is I can see and I can hear.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: All right, we'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: You're listening to Steve Morning Show. All right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: let's recap today's Strawberry Letters subjects I can see and
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: I can hear? You know. First, like I said, I
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: don't have an I don't really have an idea of
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: what to tell it is warm about this letter. I
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: just found some stuff in a letter of interesting. She's
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: been married for thirteen years to a man. She's the
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: primary red winning in the house. She works the third shift,
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: which is midnight and or levin to make sure the
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: kids is in bed before I leave. She thinks she's
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: a great mom and probably even better wife. I don't
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: disagree with her in anything I saw on that let him.
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: And then she's offended because her husband act like she's
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: falling short in her wifely duties because for the past
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: a couple of weeks he'd been making comments about having
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: to sleep alone at night. Now, she says she's been
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: the primary breadwinner since they got married thirteen years ago,
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: and she went to the third shift so she could
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: get a promotion and more money and then, but she
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: didn't expect him to complain so much about her being
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: gone at night. Especially now. Listen to me now, because
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: we do have sex before I go to work or
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: after I come home from work. He has never been
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: denied sex, not one time in thirteen years. Don't know
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: where this line came from Indy Times. So what never
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: in fifteen years? Man, I didn't feel out time, cards
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: out oft, put in verbal requests, written requests. I bought
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: houses for its women, pools called rings, diamond jewelry, dogs.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: I don't even like dogs. Dog. And he has never
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: been denied sex, not one time. So when I heard
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: him on the phone with a female, I was shocked.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: But days off his Sunday and Monday, and he expects
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: me to sleep late. I got up early Sunday morning
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: to make up breakfast. The pay attention when I'm reading
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: now for my children and my husband wasn't in bed.
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: I heard him in the kitchen, so I Tippy told
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: to see if he was in there sneaking a piece
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: of pound cake I had made. He was standing over
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: that pound in the cake, but he was on the phone.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: Excuse me, that's not what they said. I heard him
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: in the kitchen up sneaking a piece of pound cake
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: I made, and he was standing over there. And I
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: accidentally said he was standing over that pound in the cake.
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: He was actually standing by the pound cake that the
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: church say, Yeah, he over there with oh yeah, I
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: accidentally said pounding the cake, But he was over that trund.
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: She thought he was sneaking a piece of pounds got it,
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: But he was on the phone, rubbing himself. Old. Then
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: I was correct, See my bad. I take back my apology.
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: I was a sorry, sorry, Yeah, you see what I'm saying. Yea.
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: So now I stood there for a good while and
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: I listened to him whispering, but I couldn't make out
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: what he was saying. That that right now, that is
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: his ticket out of this whole thing, she said. I
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: stood there for a while listening to him whisper, but
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: I could not make out what he was saying, then
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: she said he was aroused, so I knew it was
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: not a man on the phone with him. I went
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: back to bed and text him see where it was.
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: He came into the bedroom looking foolish and out of breath.
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: He said he was thirsty and went to get water.
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: I told him he is very thirty and it's gonna
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: cost him his marriage. How can he cheat when sex
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: has never been an issue him? Wait a minute later,
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: if you don't address what you saw right, the question
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: is how can he cheat when sex has never been
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: an issue? Here, that's a stupid ask question. See, you
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: don't understand we're not allowed to cheat even if sex
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: is an issue, because you ain't denied him in thirteen years. Yeah,
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: I've already been denied thirteen times this year. We know.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: Stop saying that, and I want all y'all to realize
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: how Tash has been denied. I can't count the times
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: this year I've been denied. This year, Junior been married
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: two weeks, he's been denied. He's been married a month,
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: and he's been denied already. So I don't really understand
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: how your problem is. How can he cheat when sex
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: has never been an issue we're not allowed to cheat
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: as sex is an issue. So that's the problem you've had.
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: What should she do? She needs to get down to
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: the bottom of us. But the only thing, like I say,
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: the out he got is she could not make out
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: what he was saying. Now, if I come back in
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: there and it looks like I'm slightly aroused, I'm just
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: gonna tell you it happens every morning to me. Oh
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: that's gonna be the lie. Okay, got it all right?
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: Every morning to me, So that ain't waking up all right?
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: Please leave your comments on today on Instagram and work

- 1:07:32Speaker 1: All four hosts will have their contracts extended with the
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: pay increase. Barbara has been reported to be offered a
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: ten year deal that is close to about two hundred
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: meter just talking basketball play. Oh wow, Now they all
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: can retire. They don't have to take the ten years.
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: They can all retire before then and if they want to.
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: But I'm not retiring. If it's ten years, two hundre
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: me what we what? We're gonna give it that So
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: you have a much longer talking career than you do play.

- 1:08:18Speaker 1: and I still wouldn't be here if it wasn't for
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: them and all amazing people that work on our show.
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: I'm not gonna lie. This is a life alten deal
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: and I'm blessed to be able to just do live
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: television for living. And that's that's really what he said.
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: She's grateful. That's yeah, gratitude. I like it, man. It
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: grateful man, because basketball is back. You know, uncle, you
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: have you seen? Can you see the games? Unk over there? No?
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: I can camera races? You got any camera races? News?
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: You want to watch some? You want to watch the

- 1:09:00Speaker 1: just gotta watch Falcon the real deal. Wow. So well,
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: let me up. I don't know if you noticed, but
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: your boy back in trouble. You might want to talk
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: to him. Deshaun Watson got charged for another case. That
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: makes twenty six and I don't even know how they're
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: gonna I don't know how they're gonna play that on.
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: You know, I have no coloring? No you don't. You're

- 1:09:24Speaker 1: the brown season? Not? Right? No? No, no, no, I've
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: been I've been stopped caring. But when they just started, yeah,
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: I just act like they don't even exist. That's where

- 1:10:15Speaker 1: two more big names. We'll be sitting out of the
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: twenty twenty three Grammy Awards. As we previously reported, Silk
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: Sonic voluntarily bowed out from consideration to make room for
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: other artists. Now, both Drake and The Weekend have announced
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: that they will not submit their latest projects for consideration
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: at the Grammys. Drake criticized the Grammys for honoring him
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: with awards he didn't want and for nominating him in
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: categories that were inaccurate. The Weekend called out the Grammys
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: last year when his album After Hours and his single
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: Blinding Lights were snubbed. So Roscoe is here, you can

- 1:14:11Speaker 1: at her right. Like some of my favorite songs, I wrote,
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: they don't really make no sense. Chest nuts roasting on
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: and open Who do that? Who would do that? Roast
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: chestnuts on an open fire? But your chestnuts? What? Who? That? Right?

- 1:20:43Speaker 1: to Sheridan twenty six years old. Thank you, And we
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: have to say happy birthday today too. Dave Engineer, Yes, yes, yes,
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: keep cool blooded, playoff newly wet as well, newly wet
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: as well as that married a couple of months before.
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: You have a way more experienced edit than you. He
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: has not made nearly the ignorant ass remarks. David has
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: been pretty quiet about being married, actually as he should. Yeah,
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: looks happy, Yeah, y'all. My closing remarks are very simple.
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: I'm imploring our listeners to get to the polls. I
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: am asking you to consider your duty and your obligation
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: to vote. Voting is a right that our forefathers, our
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: generations before they died for this. They were lynched and
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: murdered for attempting to vote, and they went down there
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: and they voted anyway. They were burned out of houses,
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: churches and building to businesses, and they went down there
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: anyway because they kept saying, no, we have to vote.
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: And I'm telling you something. We have got to vote. Now.
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: Listen to me. These mid terms are important all over
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: this country. They're important in Philly. They're important in Detroit.
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: They're important in Milwaukee. They're important in Charlotte, Day important
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: in Virginia. They're important in Florida. They're important in Alabama.
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: They're important in Louisiana. They're important everywhere in the state
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: of Texas. They are so important. We are important in
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: Saint Louis, Missouri. We are important in Chicago. Listen. We've
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: got to get to the polls, y'all, because I'm telling
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: you why. We have to continue to prove to them
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: what they refuse to believe about us. Anyway. I can't
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: tell you, man, how they want to discount us. I
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: can't tell you the trickery that they use to keep
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: us away from the polls. Voter suppression is real. They
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: are doing everything, man, y'all get get woke now. These
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: people are denying you your rights every single chance they get,
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: and they wrap it up in all types of packages
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: so they can disguise what they're doing. But it's obvious
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: if you look at it. Herschel Walker. Where did they
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: get him from? They heard him spewing some stuff. And
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you something, man, the Conservatives love nothing
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: more than a black person that trash is black people.
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: That's the ultimate prize for them. Oh, they will prop
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: you up, Tucker Carlson. Don't ever put anybody or value
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: on the show. They not fit to go get Cornell
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: West put him up against Tucker Carson. They won't go
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: get a role in Mardin somebody ever speak. They're not
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: gonna go get an as shopped and then put him on. No. No, no, no,
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: no no no. They prop up people. They try to
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: find a black person that can speak against black people.
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: That's their biggest prize. Candice Owens. They are welcoming her
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: with open arms because they are saying things man, that
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: they really want to say anyway. But they have to
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: mask it so they find us. Kanye West was on
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: Tucker Carson, why because they found another one. They can
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: now they found herschel Walker. This man right here is
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: a disgrace and they don't care because it moves their
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: power position and money to the forefront. And they will
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: use him until he is no more. They had Stacy
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: dashed till she woke up, found out she was really
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: black and Niles County and a little late, but okay,
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: But all of a sudden she got awakened. See, I'm
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: gonna tell you something else. See, let me tell you something.
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: They wakened Kanye West. Up. I don't care how much
- 1:25:22Speaker 1: money you got, man, they got away. They got a
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: way around it. They got a way around it. Man.
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: When you see banks giving you your money back, do
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: you know how many what has to happen for a
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: bank to give you your money back. So listen to me, y'all.
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: We've got to vote so we can write our own narrative.
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: We already know what they're saying about us, so we're
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: gonna allow them to say it. Continue to write the narrative,
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: or we are going to tell the truth about ourselves
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: that we are relevant that we are valuable and that
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: we will be counted. And you're not gonna do us
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: any kind of way. You're not going to pay some
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: money to one rapper and get him to say what
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: you want to say about your candidate without us telling
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: the truth about the other candidate. Stacy Abrams should be
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: governor of the State of Georgia because of her stances
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: and her policies. If you look at Kemp's policies, they
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: don't include you, man, quit tripping. And every time we
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: get a candidate, the first ain't black people want to
- 1:26:28Speaker 1: do is talk about what they ain't. Well, what is
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: the other candidate? Though? Since you want to talk about
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: what she ain't, what is he? And I'm telling you
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: right now a big old zero for us. Let's get
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: to the polls. Y'all go to when we all vote
- 1:26:39Speaker 1: dot org and find out your status and let's make
- 1:26:42Speaker 1: this happen. Y'all have a great day to day man,
