- 2:36Speaker 1: motivational speaker speaker. Happy to have him back on Money
- 2:39Speaker 1: Making Conversation. Please welcome George Fraser. So good to hear you. Man.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I wish I had that voice. I wish I had that.
- 2:49Speaker 1: I you are so less in a beautiful mind too
- 2:54Speaker 1: and a beautiful spirit. I appreciate it first of all
- 2:57Speaker 1: fit for you know, like I said that, thank you.
- 2:59Speaker 1: You know I always want to read your quotes. Uh,
- 3:03Speaker 1: you came on my show man. It was a blessing
- 3:05Speaker 1: last year and this time I do want to you know,
- 3:09Speaker 1: the events October right, it still scheduling October. It's October
- 3:14Speaker 1: fourteenth through the seventeen in Houston. So, like I said,
- 3:21Speaker 1: I still got the opportunity to be there. Now I'm
- 3:23Speaker 1: not giving up there. We're gonna crazy Man out of
- 3:27Speaker 1: the White House. We might be able to get this
- 3:28Speaker 1: pandemic under control. Oh my god, no, God too. Now.
- 3:34Speaker 1: The mission of your Frasier NAT is to produce products
- 3:36Speaker 1: and services that teach and promote excellence and effective networking,
- 3:40Speaker 1: to facilitate business to business, business to consumer mentoring, and
- 3:44Speaker 1: roll modeling for people of African descent. Now that's important.
- 3:48Speaker 1: When you're not here. You speak of it because you've
- 3:50Speaker 1: been doing it all your life and and I've I've
- 3:52Speaker 1: seen it, and now I've been able to catch fire
- 3:55Speaker 1: and start doing it myself because you have mentored me
- 3:59Speaker 1: through the and because it's always been a part of
- 4:02Speaker 1: your DNA. Talk about it, George, um uh, you know.
- 4:09Speaker 1: And I want to say this to our people and
- 4:11Speaker 1: still below we were shan We are not suffering because
- 4:14Speaker 1: we cannot resolve our problems. We are suffering because we
- 4:17Speaker 1: cannot see our problems clearly and diccinctly. That we have
- 4:21Speaker 1: been hurt more by what we don't know than why
- 4:24Speaker 1: what we can't do. Okay, that we want progress. Black
- 4:29Speaker 1: people want progress without execution. It's execution, execution, execution. Yes,
- 4:35Speaker 1: you have to We have to protest, and even writing
- 4:38Speaker 1: has its own place in the moment. At the end
- 4:40Speaker 1: of the day, you when the protesting ends, you have
- 4:43Speaker 1: to organize and you have to execute. Okay, and and
- 4:48Speaker 1: and and that requires now knowledge, that requires knowledge that
- 4:53Speaker 1: enables you to rally out people and point in the
- 4:56Speaker 1: proper direction to get them inspired. But is a beautiful
- 5:01Speaker 1: passage in the Bible that all black people know and
- 5:04Speaker 1: they quote right, and it's Josiah four versus six. My
- 5:09Speaker 1: people perish for the lack of knowledge. Now everybody, every
- 5:13Speaker 1: Black person in America knows that way. But what you
- 5:15Speaker 1: never hear Rashan is the rest of that passage. My
- 5:21Speaker 1: people perish for the lack of knowledge. And because thou
- 5:25Speaker 1: hast rejected knowledge, I also reject thee Thou shalt be
- 5:31Speaker 1: no priest to me. So this is God telling his people.
- 5:37Speaker 1: If you do not skill up, seek knowledge, improve your mind,
- 5:42Speaker 1: improve your relationships, improve your ability to handle the money
- 5:48Speaker 1: that I allow you to make. Right, I reject you,
- 5:52Speaker 1: and you cannot be no priest to me. You can't
- 5:55Speaker 1: say nothing to me because you have refused to learn.
- 5:59Speaker 1: This is of the beautiful things I love about your program.
- 6:03Speaker 1: You are constantly teaching knowledge and bringing knowledge keepers to
- 6:09Speaker 1: the microphone to help teach and enrich our people. So
- 6:13Speaker 1: this is what we are all about. Phraser Net and
- 6:16Speaker 1: Phraser Nation. Someone asking the other day, Drs, you know
- 6:21Speaker 1: they need to be Phraser nation nation, that that gotta be.
- 6:26Speaker 1: That gotta be a cab Phraser nation. Citizens, remunerational wealth
- 6:30Speaker 1: where our citizens are committed to demonstrated excellence, equity and investment,
- 6:37Speaker 1: and entrepreneurial thinking. Rashan, I didn't say entrepreneurship. I said
- 6:41Speaker 1: entrepreneurial thinking. That is taking responsibility, taking ownership and for
- 6:47Speaker 1: your own life. That's really what we need. And once
- 6:51Speaker 1: we begin to think that way, Rishan, then that can
- 6:54Speaker 1: most into entrepreneurship, and then that can morph into a
- 6:59Speaker 1: building and creating work in jobs for people. Because by
- 7:03Speaker 1: the end of the twenty one century, black people have
- 7:04Speaker 1: to be the number one employer of black people and
- 7:07Speaker 1: every immagrant that has ever come to this country. Rashawn
- 7:09Speaker 1: has understood that for black people, Jews of the number
- 7:12Speaker 1: one employee of Jews. Asians are the number one employee
- 7:14Speaker 1: of ations. East Indians are the number one employee of
- 7:16Speaker 1: East Indians. Arabs are the number one employer of Arabs. Ultimately,
- 7:20Speaker 1: we two much become the number one employee of our people.
- 7:23Speaker 1: But that requires knowledge, that requires sacrifice, you know. It's
- 7:29Speaker 1: a little piece that I do all the time. Don't
- 7:31Speaker 1: quit your job until that's what it's called. Don't quit
- 7:34Speaker 1: your job until your side income covers twice as much
- 7:37Speaker 1: as your monthly expenses. Don't quit your job until your
- 7:40Speaker 1: advergency fund to cover one year of expenses that. Don't
- 7:44Speaker 1: quit your job until you are skilled enough to make
- 7:47Speaker 1: your side hustle your main business. And don't quit your
- 7:50Speaker 1: job until you're ready to work well to sixteen hours
- 7:54Speaker 1: a day like you and I do hate you know,
- 7:57Speaker 1: take some joy. I appreciate it, you know. I just
- 7:59Speaker 1: love the fact that there's always a sense of direction
- 8:03Speaker 1: when you talk. And when I say that, I look
- 8:06Speaker 1: at the pandemic and there's there's bad of the pandemic
- 8:10Speaker 1: because of the fact that it avert effects affects African Americans,
- 8:13Speaker 1: the COVID their team. What I also see now is
- 8:15Speaker 1: that it is a wake up call to technology for
- 8:19Speaker 1: black people because especially in the restaurant world, you know,
- 8:23Speaker 1: decided to just be in dining only facilities, not using
- 8:27Speaker 1: Uber and not use that in the door dash and
- 8:29Speaker 1: all these things and and and and and to go
- 8:32Speaker 1: practices were not built out in other areas. And talked
- 8:35Speaker 1: to us about that because I know, I just changed
- 8:38Speaker 1: my game. You know, when I had become a zoom
- 8:41Speaker 1: oriented company, I didn't just stop and just started crying.
- 8:44Speaker 1: I had to like use technology otherwise I would have
- 8:46Speaker 1: been effective. So talk about that, because that's what you're
- 8:49Speaker 1: talking about. You were talking about before the pandemic, and
- 8:52Speaker 1: now it is raising his ugly head during the pandemic. See,
- 8:56Speaker 1: I loved I love that. I love the way you
- 8:58Speaker 1: framed that up. So let's let's think about that. But
- 9:01Speaker 1: just a minute. So COVID nineteen now has us homeschooling, praying,
- 9:06Speaker 1: spending time with family, praying for others, and being sober minded.
- 9:10Speaker 1: Now that sounds like God is in charge. This isn't
- 9:13Speaker 1: a plague, this isn't a pandemic. This is an awakening
- 9:16Speaker 1: with Sean. That's what we are into right now. If
- 9:19Speaker 1: our brothers and sisters haven't noticed by now, that was
- 9:23Speaker 1: designed for you to get back in touch with your
- 9:26Speaker 1: soul and raise your consciousness so that you can elevate
- 9:29Speaker 1: your life. This will be known, will be known as
- 9:34Speaker 1: before George Floyd and after George Floyd. Every things that
- 9:39Speaker 1: God put in line. There's three things that God put
- 9:42Speaker 1: in line to get us in line. He gave us
- 9:45Speaker 1: Trump plus COVID plus George Floyd. Those three things together
- 9:52Speaker 1: changed our world. Right. And if we don't understand what
- 9:56Speaker 1: the opportunities off for us now post George Floyd, shame
- 10:02Speaker 1: on us. Right. So it's our job, your job, my
- 10:05Speaker 1: job as leaders in the community. You have a powerful voice,
- 10:09Speaker 1: you have a powerful platform. I listened to you at
- 10:12Speaker 1: least three or four times a week, right, Um, in
- 10:16Speaker 1: various platforms that you're on, whether your stuff is on YouTube,
- 10:20Speaker 1: whether it's on some other distribution system social media, where
- 10:25Speaker 1: the stuff that you're posting up. Um. But that's what
- 10:27Speaker 1: you're doing. You're leading, You're leading your voice the change,
- 10:32Speaker 1: your voice of power, your voice of giving our people
- 10:37Speaker 1: specific directions and things to do. That's what we have
- 10:41Speaker 1: to do, and that's what you have to do. Um.
- 10:44Speaker 1: There's another little piece. I always talk to black people
- 10:47Speaker 1: about who adopted phrases, what would you be doing? What
- 10:49Speaker 1: would you best? You would listen? Let me give you
- 10:51Speaker 1: very three very self financial rules, financial rules that will
- 10:58Speaker 1: give you financial previous A simple rule, simple rules. Your
- 11:02Speaker 1: rent or your mortgage should be less than what you
- 11:07Speaker 1: make in a week. Your rent or mortgage should be
- 11:10Speaker 1: less than what you make in a week. Most of
- 11:14Speaker 1: us a house poor. We buy too much house for
- 11:19Speaker 1: not enough monthly income. Right, So that's number one. The
- 11:22Speaker 1: rent or mortgage should be less than what you make
- 11:25Speaker 1: in a week. Number two, only borrow money to make
- 11:29Speaker 1: more money. That's what the banks do. Number Three, as
- 11:34Speaker 1: your income increases, your cost of living should decrease or
- 11:39Speaker 1: stay the same. Right. So those are three things. You
- 11:43Speaker 1: follow those three simple rules, you're going to find financial freedom. Right. So,
- 11:50Speaker 1: we have to stop this notion of of spending more
- 11:57Speaker 1: than we earn. We or even spending all that we earned.
- 12:03Speaker 1: We must spend less than we earn and invest the
- 12:07Speaker 1: rest if you're going to have any kind of financial
- 12:10Speaker 1: freedom in your lifetime. One of the baddest habits that
- 12:14Speaker 1: black people have when it comes to money is our
- 12:17Speaker 1: addiction to instant gratification versus delayed gratification. Let me say
- 12:23Speaker 1: that another way. I would rather carry a plastic bag
- 12:27Speaker 1: with five thousand dollars in it and to carry a
- 12:29Speaker 1: five thousand dollar Louis Vittom bag with a hundred dollars
- 12:33Speaker 1: in it. Right, you think you're winning that eight winning, right,
- 12:37Speaker 1: Louis Vittani when the nineties? When an almoney is when
- 12:40Speaker 1: a five thousand dollars bag up a plastic bag with
- 12:43Speaker 1: five thousand dollars versus five thousand Louis Vitta which is
- 12:47Speaker 1: depreciated with hundred dollars in it. Right, I got you,
- 12:52Speaker 1: I got Let's just go ahead and make it cleaner. Okay,
- 12:56Speaker 1: A plastic a plastic bag with five thousand dollars in
- 13:00Speaker 1: that's what value? Do you have a Loui of Time
- 13:02Speaker 1: bag with that plastic bag in it? Okay, let's come in,
- 13:07Speaker 1: let's gonna make it clean. Gona make a clean dr
- 13:10Speaker 1: Fraser that's clean. But that that that because that's what
- 13:13Speaker 1: you're dealing right there. You're dealing with a depreciated item
- 13:16Speaker 1: versus a valued item. But because we are caught up
- 13:19Speaker 1: into esthetics, Oh what I got? Look at what I dry,
- 13:23Speaker 1: We'll look at what I wear. But that five thousand
- 13:26Speaker 1: in the bank and five thousand invested in the right
- 13:28Speaker 1: stock will grow. While that bag that louis via tom bag.
- 13:32Speaker 1: It may be flossing, you may make you look good,
- 13:35Speaker 1: but it the values every time you take it out
- 13:37Speaker 1: the house. That's right, that's right, that's right, that's right.
- 13:40Speaker 1: And when you will cover this, when you, when you
- 13:42Speaker 1: when we covered the principles of of of of of
- 13:46Speaker 1: the seven main streams of income, right, the seven main
- 13:49Speaker 1: streams of income, and a black person needs to be
- 13:51Speaker 1: doubling their streams of income every single yes, one of
- 13:54Speaker 1: the things we teach you the Power Network and conference
- 13:56Speaker 1: you to come with the single stream of income. We
- 13:58Speaker 1: teach you how to have to to go with two
- 14:00Speaker 1: streams have become. We teach you how to have four,
- 14:02Speaker 1: to come with four streams have become, we teach you
- 14:03Speaker 1: how to have eight. Okay, but there's seven fundamental streams
- 14:07Speaker 1: of income. But let me say this first, black people
- 14:11Speaker 1: are in an existential crisis. We are in an existentil crisis.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Until a black America puts Black America first, Black America
- 14:19Speaker 1: will always be last. To be. To be black and
- 14:22Speaker 1: beautiful means nothing unless you're black and powerful Okay, why
- 14:26Speaker 1: most planting for three generations and we're planning for Saturday night.
- 14:29Speaker 1: The goal is to win, not to look like we're winning. Right,
- 14:33Speaker 1: It's interesting to me, Rishan that the rich stay rich
- 14:37Speaker 1: by pretending to be poor and the poor stay poor
- 14:40Speaker 1: by pretending to be What's up with that? Right? Is
- 14:45Speaker 1: the mindset. It's the same that the mindset. So we
- 14:49Speaker 1: have to fix that mindset. And we will see now
- 14:52Speaker 1: just before if you say anything, this is what I heard.
- 14:54Speaker 1: The first break was that she normally on my I
- 14:58Speaker 1: have a very popular thing I do in my um
- 15:00Speaker 1: Facebook on Mondays and Monday morning motivation, and I only
- 15:05Speaker 1: do that with my signature. And I don't grab anybody.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Don't grab Oprah or Harriet Tubman quote. It's all Roushan,
- 15:11Speaker 1: because I would fear them. If you if you're gonna
- 15:13Speaker 1: teach somebody, teach it from the knowledge that you have
- 15:17Speaker 1: developed or your building. Now that first brick, now you have,
- 15:20Speaker 1: you have a conference October fourteenth through the seventeen started
- 15:24Speaker 1: on Monday PM in the month of September. Every one
- 15:28Speaker 1: of those nuggets that you dropped in my interview with
- 15:31Speaker 1: you today, I'm gonna turn them into motivational cards, letting
- 15:36Speaker 1: people know who you are and inspiring them and also
- 15:39Speaker 1: encouraging the register every Monday started in the month of September.
- 15:44Speaker 1: I'm letting you know that, George. I gotta do it
- 15:46Speaker 1: for you because what you did. Man, I was listening
- 15:50Speaker 1: just just I was like a sponge diving in an ocean. Brother.
- 15:56Speaker 1: I said, it's no way, you know, it's no way
- 15:59Speaker 1: I can let that knowledge just sit on the podcast
- 16:01Speaker 1: and sit on my syndicated radio network. I gotta let
- 16:04Speaker 1: this be showcase because people tend to share that information
- 16:08Speaker 1: when they see a great quote there, share it, and
- 16:10Speaker 1: then I don't know who else may share from them.
- 16:13Speaker 1: So I went for the month of September and the
- 16:15Speaker 1: PM on Mondays, and I'm gonna let you know when
- 16:17Speaker 1: I start, because I'm gonna share it to you. Said. Look,
- 16:19Speaker 1: I'm doing it just like I told you. We're gonna
- 16:21Speaker 1: promote the fact that your conferences October fourteenths in my
- 16:24Speaker 1: hometown of Houston, Texas. Tell us about the Power net Well,
- 16:29Speaker 1: the Power Networking Conferences now in its nineteenth year, and
- 16:33Speaker 1: we were in Houston last year. We're gonna be in
- 16:35Speaker 1: Houston this year. We're gonna be in Houston next year,
- 16:38Speaker 1: so we say at least three years in a major
- 16:40Speaker 1: urban center like Houston, one of the fifth largest urban
- 16:43Speaker 1: centers in America. Now Networking Conference was selected by Forts magazine.
- 16:48Speaker 1: That's one of the top five conferences in America not
- 16:51Speaker 1: to be missed. Not one of the top five Black conferences,
- 16:54Speaker 1: but one of the top five of all conferences produced
- 16:57Speaker 1: in this country. Not to be missed. We cover only
- 17:00Speaker 1: two subjects for Sean that is business development and wealth
- 17:05Speaker 1: of creation. That's what we covered. I'm not concerned for
- 17:09Speaker 1: the twenty one century. That's all Nick Rose need to
- 17:12Speaker 1: be talking about. The first level of progress of any
- 17:16Speaker 1: group is economic progress. Right, and then, as Dr Claude
- 17:20Speaker 1: Anderson has taught us all for the last thirty years,
- 17:23Speaker 1: you use your economic power, your economic progress right to
- 17:28Speaker 1: move to the political level where you use your money
- 17:30Speaker 1: to buy rent and least politicians all right to get
- 17:34Speaker 1: laws change in your favor. Gask any honest politician, what
- 17:39Speaker 1: would they want from you, uh, your vote or your money?
- 17:43Speaker 1: An honest politician was they give me your money and
- 17:46Speaker 1: I will get your vote. Okay. Took a billion dollars
- 17:50Speaker 1: for the Rockham Saint Obama to become president. Where you
- 17:53Speaker 1: think he got that money from? And what did they
- 17:55Speaker 1: want for the money? Right? They wanted favor, They wanted laws,
- 18:00Speaker 1: change regulations, change in their favor as a return on
- 18:05Speaker 1: their investment in the political system. That's how it works.
- 18:09Speaker 1: It's economics first, That's where we are. That's what we're
- 18:12Speaker 1: talking about. How to make you great, how to make
- 18:16Speaker 1: you wealthier, how to make you have more successful businesses? Right,
- 18:21Speaker 1: and then we provide you the financial education to financial
- 18:25Speaker 1: literacy necessary for you to understand the machinations of capitalism
- 18:31Speaker 1: and how to leverage that right and how to build
- 18:34Speaker 1: your own what I call black wealth check lists. It's
- 18:38Speaker 1: real simple. It's finally here the season of celebration. And
- 18:42Speaker 1: no matter how you celebrate with family and friends, whether
- 18:45Speaker 1: you're preparing for Reis Magos or Karamu lighting the Manura,
- 18:49Speaker 1: are going to midnight mass, Coals has just what you
- 18:52Speaker 1: need to make those traditions special. Plus you'll find gifts
- 18:56Speaker 1: for all your loved ones. Send warm wishes with Cozy
- 18:59Speaker 1: flee says sweaters, loungeware, blankets and throws. Support minority owned
- 19:04Speaker 1: or founded brands by giving gifts from Human Nation and
- 19:07Speaker 1: shame moisture, or treat them to everyone's favorite activewear from
- 19:11Speaker 1: top brands like Nike, Adidas, and under Armor. And in
- 19:15Speaker 1: the spirit of giving, Coals Cares is donating eight million

- 20:34Speaker 1: That's O T T E R dot ai A black
- 20:37Speaker 1: wealth check lists. What is it? Dr phrase? So well
- 20:42Speaker 1: simple tomorrow depositive hundred dollars, Just a hundred dollars into
- 20:49Speaker 1: a high interest savings account. Okay, because money attracts money.
- 20:56Speaker 1: If you don't, you don't have a high interest save
- 20:58Speaker 1: its account to school, put a hundred dollars in and
- 21:01Speaker 1: watch the magnet. The magnetism of you investing that hundred
- 21:06Speaker 1: dollars in the savings account is calling for more money
- 21:09Speaker 1: and you're and that's going to seed you to have
- 21:12Speaker 1: better saving habits and some one number two by five
- 21:17Speaker 1: shares of stocks from a brokerage account. Okay, Uh, we
- 21:23Speaker 1: black people on a percentage basis, UH have the lowest
- 21:28Speaker 1: number of people in our community investing in stocks and
- 21:32Speaker 1: bonds and mutual punts. All kinds of studies have been
- 21:35Speaker 1: done on that. Now you said, well, Dr Prigione, what
- 21:37Speaker 1: stops should that buy? Well, whatever you eat, whatever shoes
- 21:40Speaker 1: you wear, you wear nikees by some Nike stock, you
- 21:43Speaker 1: eat McDonald's by some McDonald's stock, whatever you're using by
- 21:48Speaker 1: the stockpot people, right, and made no better time right
- 21:55Speaker 1: now than to buy some stock. So we were putting
- 21:57Speaker 1: together your black wellf list. Now in a four oh
- 22:00Speaker 1: one cake if you don't already have one or four
- 22:02Speaker 1: one three B or an I R A, and prior
- 22:06Speaker 1: to calculate how to retire with a million dollars by
- 22:10Speaker 1: time you're the age sixty, and ask your employer to
- 22:13Speaker 1: match what you put in. Most employees will do that.
- 22:16Speaker 1: Just started, if you haven't already started. Now, maybe you've
- 22:19Speaker 1: already started something like that. All right, figure out how
- 22:23Speaker 1: much you're going to have to continue to put in
- 22:25Speaker 1: over one period of times that you will have at
- 22:27Speaker 1: least a million dollars by time you are sixty or
- 22:31Speaker 1: ready to retire. Now, another thing, I don't have to
- 22:35Speaker 1: I don't want to tell you that we've got bad credit,
- 22:37Speaker 1: all right, So who your credit? The court brothers and sisters,
- 22:40Speaker 1: and plan on how to raise your score at least
- 22:44Speaker 1: by twenty points every six months, all right, until you
- 22:49Speaker 1: get over seven right, because we know that the lower
- 22:53Speaker 1: your credit score is anything you buy, uh, you're going
- 22:58Speaker 1: to pay the highest into strates on the planet, whether
- 23:01Speaker 1: it's your credit cards, whether you're buying a new own whatever,
- 23:04Speaker 1: while you're buying a new car. You want to get
- 23:07Speaker 1: your credit right right, and it may take you a
- 23:10Speaker 1: year or two, but that's going to save you more
- 23:14Speaker 1: money over the long haul than almost any single thing
- 23:17Speaker 1: that you can do. Now. Number number six building a
- 23:23Speaker 1: black welt a checklist here, okay, checklist. I want you,
- 23:29Speaker 1: brothers and sisters who are listening, I want you to
- 23:31Speaker 1: pay about fifty dollars above your minimum or your credit
- 23:35Speaker 1: cards and your student loans. That means that you can
- 23:40Speaker 1: reduce the payoff period when you do this by at
- 23:45Speaker 1: least twenty five. There you go. That's right. There you go,
- 23:52Speaker 1: There you go. There you got it. You got it.
- 23:54Speaker 1: That's right. So that's so this is now number six.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Research turn and whole life insurance and decide what's best
- 24:06Speaker 1: for you to get a brother of systems in the
- 24:09Speaker 1: insurance businesses, which one of the four pillars, but the
- 24:11Speaker 1: intergenerational transfer of wealth propero a good man leads an
- 24:15Speaker 1: inherence to his children's children. One of the four pillars
- 24:18Speaker 1: for Sean is proper insurance cent of call. Wealth is
- 24:22Speaker 1: transferred through tactical and strategic placement of proper insurance than
- 24:27Speaker 1: New York Times that have major article on black people
- 24:29Speaker 1: in their cell phones, and what they discovered about us
- 24:32Speaker 1: is that there were more black people had insurance on
- 24:35Speaker 1: their cell phones than on their lives or the lives
- 24:38Speaker 1: of their children by a factor of kinds. So we
- 24:41Speaker 1: value our cell phones and where they we value our lives.
- 24:45Speaker 1: Get properly insured so that you can transfer your wealth
- 24:49Speaker 1: when it's time tax free using insurance strategies. Very very important.
- 24:55Speaker 1: Now Number seven, open a rough I R A for
- 24:59Speaker 1: your child. Out will open a five twenty nine college
- 25:02Speaker 1: plan for your child so it can be used to
- 25:05Speaker 1: pay for college if you want to, or you can
- 25:08Speaker 1: use it to pay for trade school or community college. Right,
- 25:11Speaker 1: put some money away for your child's education. Open it
- 25:14Speaker 1: up now. If you have not done that, I'm down
- 25:17Speaker 1: to the last two gift a US Treasury bond, two
- 25:24Speaker 1: new babies in your family. And well we were growing up,
- 25:33Speaker 1: says right, that's right. Was urs brought that for you
- 25:39Speaker 1: using I don't know, right, that's right, that's right. It
- 25:43Speaker 1: worked then and it still works all right A dollar
- 25:47Speaker 1: Now what I did for my grand my two granddaughters
- 25:50Speaker 1: to three granddaughters, had two beautiful signs blessed me with
- 25:54Speaker 1: three beautiful granddaughters the moment they were born, Rashawn, I
- 25:59Speaker 1: perchase them and index universal life policy right and oor gene,
- 26:05Speaker 1: and I pay for those policies every month. It costs
- 26:08Speaker 1: us about sixty dollars a month. But each of our
- 26:12Speaker 1: grandchildren and by time they retire, this is the God's
- 26:16Speaker 1: honest truth. There is no height, no exaggeration. By time
- 26:19Speaker 1: although my three grand daughters retired, they will have five
- 26:23Speaker 1: million dollars available to them tax free. The truth. Okay, absolutely,
- 26:31Speaker 1: So that's another thing. So either either give give your
- 26:34Speaker 1: grandchildren uh savings bomb, but give them something and let
- 26:39Speaker 1: them know that it's there. Right that can begin to
- 26:42Speaker 1: seed their their their desire to want to see it growing,
- 26:46Speaker 1: desire to save, and desire to invest in, and and
- 26:50Speaker 1: and and finally start every year you should start a
- 26:54Speaker 1: new stream of income. There should not be a negro
- 26:58Speaker 1: in America with the single stream of income. Hopefully, Brothers,
- 27:01Speaker 1: and sisters, you have learned that since COVID nineteen. Okay, absolutely,
- 27:05Speaker 1: should you be doing COVID nineteen. You should be skilling up.
- 27:10Speaker 1: That's what you should be doing. You should be skilling up.
- 27:12Speaker 1: You should be learning new strategies and practicks around investment.
- 27:16Speaker 1: That's what we teach at the Power Networking conference. Most importantly,
- 27:20Speaker 1: we teach what we call the seven income streams. There's
- 27:23Speaker 1: seven fundamental income streets. Now you can have seen there
- 27:26Speaker 1: four different registration platforms, right, there's four different that's the
- 27:30Speaker 1: regular registration, the student registration, their VP registration, and the
- 27:35Speaker 1: Ultra VARp registration. This is all going down October fourteenth
- 27:39Speaker 1: through the seventeen in Houston, Texas, my hometown. That's right,
- 27:43Speaker 1: that's right. Absolutely. Um So, if we have three minutes,
- 27:49Speaker 1: I can tell do you think I want to I
- 27:52Speaker 1: wanted to say this at additional uh no glow to it.
- 27:55Speaker 1: You meet up with fifty plus global network or black
- 27:58Speaker 1: overachievers ready to share the wealth of knowledge with you.
- 28:01Speaker 1: You meet millionaires, protect your partners, investors, and to build
- 28:05Speaker 1: your network and their workshop speakers as well. So I
- 28:08Speaker 1: just want to let everybody know there are nuggets you know,
- 28:11Speaker 1: the divisionary behind all this is Dr George Fraser. But
- 28:15Speaker 1: the conference works because of the gems that you're able to,
- 28:19Speaker 1: the relationships you're able to build, and the ability to
- 28:22Speaker 1: understand that you are not alone in this quest to
- 28:24Speaker 1: be great, especially I for your African descent. You're turned there.
- 28:28Speaker 1: Dr Fraser. I just let you know how you know,
- 28:29Speaker 1: I love your braind I'm gonna let me just promote
- 28:31Speaker 1: it just a little bit for you, That's all. I
- 28:34Speaker 1: love you, God bless you. It's always better with Sean.
- 28:36Speaker 1: You know, it's always better with someone you say. It
- 28:41Speaker 1: really does the team self serving. But I love you
- 28:43Speaker 1: for that. Thank you so much. I just went through
- 28:45Speaker 1: a little short list on how to get well. Now
- 28:48Speaker 1: let's go through a real short list on how to
- 28:50Speaker 1: give the wealth right? How to give well? Because we're
- 28:53Speaker 1: all the ground is spiritually rooted people, and we know
- 28:57Speaker 1: that much has given uh much as affected and much
- 29:00Speaker 1: as you require. How do you give wealth? Buy from
- 29:03Speaker 1: a black owned business, right dying at a black owned restaurant.
- 29:06Speaker 1: Get your nails and hair done at a black salon.
- 29:09Speaker 1: How your black dentist for your events? Okay, buy your
- 29:13Speaker 1: hair products from a black owned business by you buy
- 29:17Speaker 1: from a black author. Some brother assisters has written a
- 29:19Speaker 1: book by the damn book all right, buy from your
- 29:22Speaker 1: friends business, why not? Right? Tied to the Black church,
- 29:26Speaker 1: volunteer at a black lead nonprofit. Tell a black man
- 29:30Speaker 1: that you're proud of them. Tell a black child that
- 29:32Speaker 1: they're destined for greatness. Tell a black woman she is
- 29:35Speaker 1: necessary and donate to it as started with a black
- 29:37Speaker 1: college and university. That's how you give wealth. But you
- 29:41Speaker 1: do it all within the context of your ability to
- 29:45Speaker 1: give right absolutely so that so that's how you give wealth.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Now you know how to get wealth. That's a short
- 29:51Speaker 1: check this on each one of those things. Each year
- 29:55Speaker 1: you can you can write, write this down when you
- 29:57Speaker 1: when you hear this recording, stop it and then write
- 30:00Speaker 1: it down. You can check and play it back. There
- 30:03Speaker 1: you go, there, you can play it back right now.
- 30:05Speaker 1: Seven streams of income you should have you in your lifetime,
- 30:09Speaker 1: you should be able to accumulate wealth using at least
- 30:14Speaker 1: four of these streams. What what is the first stream
- 30:16Speaker 1: of income? Earned income? That's income from working from a job.
- 30:20Speaker 1: But you can actually earn two streams of income from
- 30:22Speaker 1: working from a job if you're working two different jobs. Okay,
- 30:26Speaker 1: that's that's number one. There's profit income income from buying
- 30:30Speaker 1: and selling stuff in America. Two things are going on
- 30:34Speaker 1: seven somebody finding, somebody selling. We're doing all the dam buying.
- 30:38Speaker 1: We are the consumption class. They are the merchant class.
- 30:41Speaker 1: They make stuff, We buy stuff. Stop that. Brothers and sisters, right,
- 30:45Speaker 1: if you may put these, put them in a box,
- 30:46Speaker 1: put put your name on it, and sell it to somebody.
- 30:49Speaker 1: If you live on a farm, take the manure, put
- 30:51Speaker 1: it in a bag, put your name on it, and
- 30:54Speaker 1: sell it to somebody. You could become an entree manure.
- 30:57Speaker 1: But stop doing all the damn buying and do some selling.
- 31:00Speaker 1: That's profit income. Third is interest income income from lending money.
- 31:05Speaker 1: Forth is dividend income income from owning stocks and bonds
- 31:09Speaker 1: and muted mutual funds UH. The fifth one is rental income.
- 31:15Speaker 1: I made my first fortune income from renting a house.
- 31:19Speaker 1: I had seven of them. There were two and three
- 31:22Speaker 1: family homes on one block in the inner city of Cleveland, Ohio,
- 31:26Speaker 1: back in the day, in the seventies. I made a fortune.
- 31:30Speaker 1: Depends on the dollar kept from for ten of fifteen
- 31:32Speaker 1: years tournament to Section eight. But first class that should
- 31:35Speaker 1: aid and made a fortune and then sold them back
- 31:38Speaker 1: to the renters. Number six is capital gain assets from
- 31:41Speaker 1: increasing and value. Not the Louis vicombat because it doesn't
- 31:45Speaker 1: increase in value. Value. Not the car that you just
- 31:48Speaker 1: both brought. Because if you bought a car and you
- 31:50Speaker 1: turned around to sell it back to the dealer, you
- 31:53Speaker 1: will not pay you what you just bought it for
- 31:55Speaker 1: the same thing with diamonds. Okay, buy some diamonds and
- 31:58Speaker 1: then go back to the same store, try to sell
- 32:00Speaker 1: them the next day and see what you get for it.
- 32:02Speaker 1: All right, So you want you want assets that are
- 32:05Speaker 1: increasing in value. That's capital games and finally, royalty income.
- 32:09Speaker 1: That's income from others you're using your ideas, whether it's books,
- 32:13Speaker 1: whether it's music, whether it's UH online webinars, that kind
- 32:18Speaker 1: of thing. My man, I appreciate you. You know, this
- 32:23Speaker 1: is a journey of knowledge, journey of information. Start in September.
