- 2:00Speaker 1: Uh huh, I shure will good morning everybody. You're listening
- 2:05Speaker 1: to the voice, come on dig me now, one and
- 2:08Speaker 1: only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Man, if if
- 2:13Speaker 1: if I had time enough to tell the whole trip,
- 2:16Speaker 1: the whole journey, and y'all would be sitting up in
- 2:19Speaker 1: there going okay, Steve, are we gonna play the show
- 2:22Speaker 1: this week? But man, it's been a lot of amazing
- 2:26Speaker 1: things has has happened to me over the years, um
- 2:31Speaker 1: and and not all of them good. It's been some
- 2:35Speaker 1: amazingly bad things that have happened too. But I just
- 2:40Speaker 1: come on in the morning as a reminder to everybody
- 2:43Speaker 1: of of of the actual goodness of God, that you know, man,
- 2:47Speaker 1: that these mistakes that you're making, that these setbacks that
- 2:51Speaker 1: you keep having, that these falls that keep occurring in
- 2:55Speaker 1: your life, that they all are leading you somewhere. If
- 3:00Speaker 1: you just don't ever give up. That's the key. You
- 3:04Speaker 1: can never ever give up because you don't know how
- 3:09Speaker 1: the trip has been laid out for you. You know,
- 3:12Speaker 1: if somebody had told me um years ago when I
- 3:17Speaker 1: had the dream of being on TV and then I
- 3:20Speaker 1: thought about being a one of one of the best
- 3:23Speaker 1: comedians I could be. You know, when when I when
- 3:26Speaker 1: I started, somebody had told me everything that was gonna
- 3:31Speaker 1: have to happen in order for me to get there,
- 3:34Speaker 1: I would have changed it. I would have I would
- 3:37Speaker 1: have said, Okay, well I ain't gonna be that. How
- 3:40Speaker 1: about this? See and and no one can know all
- 3:44Speaker 1: of the events of their life ahead of time, you know.
- 3:47Speaker 1: Would be so nice when't it You know, to prepare
- 3:49Speaker 1: for it, see it coming, be aware of the haters,
- 3:55Speaker 1: always knowing when the backstabbing moment is coming in your life,
- 4:00Speaker 1: always knowing when you're gonna get blindsided by the enemy.
- 4:03Speaker 1: We're really great to know that, wouldn't it. Well, that's
- 4:06Speaker 1: not how it works. So since no one knows exactly
- 4:13Speaker 1: the challenges and the pitfalls and the detools that's gonna
- 4:16Speaker 1: be set them, it's it's it's imperative that you just
- 4:22Speaker 1: don't give up because see, knowing these things, we as
- 4:28Speaker 1: human beings by nature, would choose another route. But it
- 4:33Speaker 1: ain't the route God God for you, though. See the
- 4:36Speaker 1: route God God for you. If you if you're trying
- 4:38Speaker 1: to do the right thing, if you're doing the best
- 4:41Speaker 1: you can, if you ain't out here just intentionally just
- 4:45Speaker 1: messing over, folks, if you're using faith and that's the
- 4:49Speaker 1: belief in things that you cannot see. If you have
- 4:52Speaker 1: something on the inside of you to keep saying there's
- 4:55Speaker 1: got to be more to life than that, then that's
- 4:57Speaker 1: that's you. You my for and have a great chance here.
- 5:03Speaker 1: And if you've ever had that feeling and gave up
- 5:05Speaker 1: on it, just get it back, just asked for it back.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Just say, hey, man, I'm getting back to the way
- 5:11Speaker 1: I used to be because there's a change that's available
- 5:15Speaker 1: in your life, but you gotta take it. You gotta
- 5:18Speaker 1: take a shot at it, folks. There's a chance for
- 5:21Speaker 1: you to get it right, but you gotta take a
- 5:23Speaker 1: shot at it. Folks. There's a chance for you to
- 5:26Speaker 1: turn this whole thing around with God's help, But you
- 5:29Speaker 1: gotta take a shot at it. You see, this decision
- 5:33Speaker 1: is yours. The decision to lay down and give up,
- 5:36Speaker 1: that's yours. It ain't it just got too hard for me.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Life too much, man, life hard and too much for everybody.
- 5:43Speaker 1: What I gotta get you to see is if you
- 5:46Speaker 1: don't lay down and give into it, there's some great
- 5:50Speaker 1: things in store for your life. Because all of the
- 5:54Speaker 1: things every lesson I've ever ever learned, the best lesson
- 5:59Speaker 1: has been about lesson. My father used to always tell me.
- 6:03Speaker 1: He says, so best lessons in life, the born, your
- 6:06Speaker 1: value and learn the most is about lesson. I didn't
- 6:09Speaker 1: quite understand that being young, but I showed God it
- 6:13Speaker 1: now ain't no lesson like a bout lesson, the one
- 6:16Speaker 1: you pay for. Those are the ones that hold to you,
- 6:20Speaker 1: that stick to you, that that that start turning you
- 6:23Speaker 1: into who you're gonna be. Those are the character builders. See, um,
- 6:28Speaker 1: you got to be forged to get to where you
- 6:30Speaker 1: want to go in life. So that's what the challenges
- 6:32Speaker 1: and missteps is for. That's what the failing is about. Now,
- 6:36Speaker 1: I know you don't like it. I didn't. I know
- 6:39Speaker 1: you're not comfortable when I wouldn't. I know you wish
- 6:42Speaker 1: it was over sooner than later. I always do. I
- 6:45Speaker 1: always wanted to be over sooner than later because the
- 6:49Speaker 1: later manager seems like it's so much I gotta go through.
- 6:53Speaker 1: But let me tell you something, man, if you can,
- 6:56Speaker 1: if you can Ford your way through it and understand
- 6:59Speaker 1: that you are forged in life, I don't know. I
- 7:04Speaker 1: was on TBN one time when I was doing one
- 7:06Speaker 1: of my motivational speeches, and I began to wonder about
- 7:11Speaker 1: this experience. I had a Ford Motor Company, and um,
- 7:15Speaker 1: one of the things that I had came to the
- 7:18Speaker 1: realization of was that that job at Ford mot Motor
- 7:21Speaker 1: Company taught me a couple of valuable lessons. First of all,
- 7:25Speaker 1: that I had to be at work on time, because
- 7:28Speaker 1: I always was. I had a really, really good work record. Man,
- 7:31Speaker 1: I was a great employee because I because I didn't
- 7:35Speaker 1: want to disappoint anybody. You know, I already saw the
- 7:40Speaker 1: look on my parents face when I flunked out of college.
- 7:43Speaker 1: I didn't I wanted my father to know that I
- 7:45Speaker 1: was a hard worker. And so when I got the
- 7:48Speaker 1: job at Ford. I wanted to prove to my father,
- 7:51Speaker 1: my mother, you know, the the nay says, hey man,
- 7:55Speaker 1: I know how to stick to something. But my last job,
- 7:58Speaker 1: after the auto industry started going down, my last job
- 8:02Speaker 1: was in the fountry and my job was to stand
- 8:06Speaker 1: at the end almost where the engines first come out
- 8:11Speaker 1: of the furnace. See, the engines are poured into a mold.
- 8:15Speaker 1: It's hot, melted down metal whatever they call it, lava
- 8:18Speaker 1: or whatever. They poured into a mold and it goes
- 8:22Speaker 1: into this furnace that's extremely hot. And my job was
- 8:27Speaker 1: after the heat was applied to the engine block, it
- 8:31Speaker 1: would come through and it would it would go through
- 8:34Speaker 1: a hardening stage. But the way it was hardening, they
- 8:36Speaker 1: would cool it. Suddenly they would flush it with water.
- 8:40Speaker 1: It was just blast water on it. But the fire
- 8:43Speaker 1: and the high temperature is what made the engine block solidified.
- 8:49Speaker 1: It's because it's gotta get real hot, get melted down first.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Then it's got to get poured into a mole. Then
- 8:56Speaker 1: it's gotta be pressure hit with water and all it
- 9:00Speaker 1: is and then it and it's real hot. Now it's
- 9:02Speaker 1: still hot even on this water been shadow but when
- 9:05Speaker 1: it comes out the end of the side, there's a
- 9:07Speaker 1: lot of flashing in it, and flashing is a metal
- 9:10Speaker 1: from that ton dripped through the cast or molding on it,
- 9:13Speaker 1: just like flecks of extra pieces of metal. My job
- 9:18Speaker 1: was to hit this engine block in the front, which
- 9:22Speaker 1: is huge, heavy rubber mallet, knock all the flashing off
- 9:27Speaker 1: the front, and when it came around back to bam,
- 9:30Speaker 1: hit it real hard again on the back side, and
- 9:35Speaker 1: that became the core of what the car is. A
- 9:38Speaker 1: car without a great engine is nothing. It's just a
- 9:41Speaker 1: pretty looking vehicle over there. But if it can't do
- 9:45Speaker 1: what it was made to do because the engine block
- 9:47Speaker 1: then cracked. So you can have a car look real good,
- 9:49Speaker 1: but if it freezes an engine block crack your car,
- 9:52Speaker 1: you can it's it's over man. You gotta get a
- 9:55Speaker 1: new block. The block is the core. But in order
- 9:58Speaker 1: for you for the car to do it, it's how
- 10:00Speaker 1: to do. It's gotta have a strong engine in it.
- 10:02Speaker 1: In order for the engine to be strong, it's got
- 10:04Speaker 1: to be forged and still come through fire, get poured
- 10:08Speaker 1: in the mold, cooled off, heated, knocked around, beat on
- 10:12Speaker 1: the front end, beat on the back end, in order
- 10:14Speaker 1: for it to be what it's gonna be. The moral
- 10:17Speaker 1: of the story, folks, is you got to get forged
- 10:20Speaker 1: in fire to be what you're gonna be. You got
- 10:23Speaker 1: to get beat up, you got to get pressure washed,
- 10:27Speaker 1: you got to have heat on you, you you gotta get
- 10:29Speaker 1: melted down, you gotta get poured into a mold. That's
- 10:32Speaker 1: how you become who you are. So the tough things
- 10:35Speaker 1: that you're going through, the difficult challenges and the setbacks.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I know a brother who went to prison, man, and
- 10:41Speaker 1: and the whole reason he ended up going to prison
- 10:44Speaker 1: because he was looking out the loop window, looking out
- 10:46Speaker 1: in the yard at him working out. And then the
- 10:48Speaker 1: next thing, you know, man, this brother decided that he
- 10:51Speaker 1: was gonna go out there and work out. Well, guess what,
- 10:54Speaker 1: he's one of the top trainers in country today. To show,
- 11:04Speaker 1: good morning everybody, it is the Steve Harve that morning show.
- 11:10Speaker 1: Steve's on vacation and were just holding it down, holding
- 11:18Speaker 1: holding show right here. Dedicated to all the people who

- 11:29Speaker 1: and my daddy. We don't even know these people mom, daddy,

- 13:35Speaker 1: oh my god, I actually gotta add I gotta go
- 13:39Speaker 1: back and do two more shows in the Yeah, I gotta.
- 13:45Speaker 1: I gotta go ask some more. I ain't through. I

- 14:38Speaker 1: We'll be right back at thirty two after you're listening
- 14:41Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, listen, it
- 14:46Speaker 1: is Monday, and you know how we do it. We
- 14:49Speaker 1: do our weekend review. We find out what the crew
- 14:52Speaker 1: did over the weekend. Right before Jay introduces us with um,
- 14:56Speaker 1: Uh introduces us to another segment called It's True. So Jay,
- 14:59Speaker 1: you start off, what did you do over the weekend? Uh?
- 15:02Speaker 1: First of all, I want to thank the Queen City
- 15:04Speaker 1: coming out, Charlotte, Baby, we did the damn thing. So
- 15:07Speaker 1: I thank you, shure Lett. And then I saw three movies.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Oh what you say, but I know you. You went
- 15:18Speaker 1: by myself. Yeah, you take somebody. You gotta buy popcorn
- 15:22Speaker 1: and they won't stuff. See, so if you go by yourself,
- 15:25Speaker 1: what popcorn for you is nothing. That's a drop in
- 15:29Speaker 1: the popcorn bat for you. That adds up, That adds up.
- 15:34Speaker 1: I went by myself, believe you. That's just see. That's
- 15:38Speaker 1: the same. I know. I saw Whitney, Dark Web and
- 15:43Speaker 1: Equalizer too, don't go man, I loved it. Denzel was great. Man. Yeah,
- 15:51Speaker 1: I think one of the best is one of the
- 15:53Speaker 1: best Equalizes. That was the first time I'm doing a
- 15:56Speaker 1: sequel first. Yeah, that's what he said, Yeah, first time.
- 15:59Speaker 1: But you know what, you know why he said he's
- 16:01Speaker 1: never done a sequel before I saw the talk show,
- 16:04Speaker 1: He said, because no one's ever asked him. So I
- 16:14Speaker 1: was like, so we could have had a Malcolm X two.
- 16:16Speaker 1: We could have had uh yeah, all of this a
- 16:26Speaker 1: shadow like flight to Flights to Magnificent seven to Yeah,
- 16:36Speaker 1: Man on Fire too good? Yes, it was. It was
- 16:41Speaker 1: great now at the time. Yeah, I just saw that
- 16:46Speaker 1: again last week, Carlie. That movie was so good. It
- 16:50Speaker 1: was getting one time game. I don't need me bothering
- 16:52Speaker 1: that man again. So I am I'm gonnaa But he
- 16:55Speaker 1: said no one ever asked him. I was like, well,
- 16:58Speaker 1: I'll be dared. Did did you like his you haven't
- 17:01Speaker 1: seen have you seen equal? Did you like? You? Big
- 17:04Speaker 1: on his hair? Look? I love anything Denzel does. Let
- 17:10Speaker 1: me make that clear before I did. I like everything
- 17:17Speaker 1: he does. What everything Timmy was. He's sexy and that's
- 17:22Speaker 1: the problem is, you know sometimes he gets gritty, a different.
- 17:27Speaker 1: You know, it doesn't matter. He's still Denzel underneath all
- 17:31Speaker 1: of that. He still like I like everything. He's done everything,
- 17:37Speaker 1: and I like everything we want him to be. Yeah,
- 17:44Speaker 1: I like everything. Denzel is every Okay, okay, everything, and
- 17:50Speaker 1: we'll be right back with more radio lies right after this. Whatever.
- 17:58Speaker 1: I like everything. He's everything. L h Yeah that a
- 18:04Speaker 1: t L. Let me tell y'all something A t L
- 18:07Speaker 1: I know, I know, I know. It wasn't no seats left.
- 18:09Speaker 1: I know themselves. They just bought all these chills. So
- 18:16Speaker 1: A t L. I'm about to figure it out, y'all,
- 18:18Speaker 1: lay low in the cut. I'm gonna give y'all two
- 18:21Speaker 1: mode shows. Okay, I'm gonna give you two mote. Just
- 18:24Speaker 1: I'm laying in the cut, me in the club when
- 18:26Speaker 1: we're talking and we're gonna do. I'm gonna do too mote. Man.
- 18:29Speaker 1: I didn't have so much fun in Atlanta. Uh you
- 18:31Speaker 1: hear my boys, don't you? Do? You hear that? I
- 18:36Speaker 1: haven't been It's a lot, boys, but I ain't even
- 18:40Speaker 1: been the Magic City though. You know what I'm saying,
- 18:42Speaker 1: Your boy go to Atlanta and not go to Magic City.
- 18:47Speaker 1: That is so. And then and then late last night
- 18:52Speaker 1: hung out and shot pool with Kim Williams. I'm in
- 18:56Speaker 1: the A t L. Y'all don't understand. I'm in the
- 18:58Speaker 1: A t L. Big big up the cat. I had
- 19:03Speaker 1: some hanging out with him. Oh that's cool, yes, yes,
- 19:09Speaker 1: all right? Well, Jay, you wrote this segment called It's True.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Please explain this is absolutely true. Everything I say right
- 19:18Speaker 1: now is absolutely true. It's true. If you open a
- 19:23Speaker 1: pack of soy sauce. Some will get on your clothes.
- 19:31Speaker 1: How careful you are, I don't. How about you in
- 19:36Speaker 1: the other room and open it up. Put in another room.
- 19:39Speaker 1: It's gonna get on your sugar. Right. If you make
- 19:41Speaker 1: a peanut butter and jelly sandwich dropped the jelly pod,
- 19:45Speaker 1: that jelly pod will hit the floor and time, every
- 19:48Speaker 1: every time, consistently, consistently true. That's true. Peanut butter jelly. Yeah,
- 19:54Speaker 1: but if you drop it, peanut butter jella. If you drive,
- 19:57Speaker 1: it's gonna hit the blue if you make, if you
- 19:59Speaker 1: may the phone call to somebody you don't like, hang up,
- 20:03Speaker 1: They're gonna call you right back every time, every time.
- 20:07Speaker 1: That's true. True. When it's by accident, you don't want
- 20:13Speaker 1: to top to them, did you? Did you just call
- 20:16Speaker 1: me now? But til you you always out of winch
- 20:24Speaker 1: your wife and fluid when you really needed man. True true.
- 20:29Speaker 1: Can't find the autos on nowhere true true true true.
- 20:37Speaker 1: You always find extra fries in the bottom of the bag.
- 20:44Speaker 1: What a delicious surprise. Not mad at it? That's seven more. Yeah,
- 20:53Speaker 1: there we go, all right. The music is always loud
- 20:57Speaker 1: when your ass is lost. Uh tan pants, use the restroom,
- 21:09Speaker 1: wash your hands. It's gonna come out. They look like yourself.
- 21:16Speaker 1: You see what happened was true, Jay, but sometimes that's pete.
- 21:24Speaker 1: But anyway, go ahead on early for all of that,
- 21:29Speaker 1: to early for all of that. Alright, listen, thank you, Jake.
- 21:36Speaker 1: Coming up next, it is Monday, Deacon def Jam Reverend
- 21:39Speaker 1: ad Noid are in the building with church complaints. Right

- 22:14Speaker 1: Los Angeles in front of about two hundred friends and
- 22:17Speaker 1: family members. Jamie Fox not only served as a groomsman
- 22:21Speaker 1: but also entertained the crowd. Congratulations to Tank and Zena. Yeah,
- 22:26Speaker 1: but right now it is time for church complaints. Yeah,
- 22:30Speaker 1: stop that taking depth, cham Reverend Adnoid in the building

- 23:01Speaker 1: sitting in course, there's Reverend add who has a sinus problem.

- 48:24Speaker 1: I'm looking at a check that you left us with
- 48:27Speaker 1: the bank, right, right, I sure did. I wrote a
- 48:30Speaker 1: check Sunday. Okay. Now the check, ma'am was two hundred
- 48:34Speaker 1: and fifty dollars? Am I correct? Right? Right? I wrote
- 48:37Speaker 1: two checks for my ties and the Love offering? Right,
- 48:40Speaker 1: I wrote one for two fifty for the Love offering? Okay?
- 48:42Speaker 1: Now what is this call regarding? Why are you calling me?
- 48:46Speaker 1: What I wanted to tell you is that I hate
- 48:49Speaker 1: to be a ar of bad news, but you your
- 48:51Speaker 1: check that you wrote for two fifty actually has bounced.
- 48:56Speaker 1: And wait a minute, you said my check bound for
- 48:58Speaker 1: two fifty dollars. Your check bound. So what I'm doing
- 49:02Speaker 1: is calling you about recouping the two fifth as well
- 49:05Speaker 1: as you know you you cost us thirty dollars uh
- 49:10Speaker 1: in bank fees. Now I wrote two checks. I wrote
- 49:13Speaker 1: a check for a hundred dollars. Did that one bound.
- 49:16Speaker 1: I don't see to it that that that one bound.
- 49:18Speaker 1: All I know is the one that the love offering
- 49:20Speaker 1: has bounced. What did you put him in at the
- 49:22Speaker 1: same time? Because I wrote him at the same time.
- 49:24Speaker 1: They all go in on Monday, ma'am. Now, I didn't
- 49:27Speaker 1: put them in at the same time. I've been putting
- 49:28Speaker 1: them in for the last two or three years. The
- 49:30Speaker 1: problem is why would people write them? Brother Shaun was
- 49:37Speaker 1: I don't think it matters. And when I was there, man,
- 49:39Speaker 1: the problem is that that I didn't put these checks in.
- 49:41Speaker 1: And I don't understand why y'all write these checks to
- 49:44Speaker 1: the track knowing that they're gonna bound. There's a lot
- 49:47Speaker 1: of people right, well not the other one didn't clear.
- 49:52Speaker 1: Maybe you didn't have enough money for both of them
- 49:54Speaker 1: to clear. What Maybe you didn't have enough money in
- 49:59Speaker 1: the bank for both up the clip. And I don't
- 50:00Speaker 1: understand why people write in the bank at all. My
- 50:04Speaker 1: checks clear. I don't write no rubber checks. Well, you
- 50:07Speaker 1: wrote one on Sunday, and that's the problem. How are
- 50:10Speaker 1: you gonna try to give a look? Wait a minute,
- 50:12Speaker 1: I think you got me confused with somebody else. I
- 50:14Speaker 1: don't write no bad checks you didn't write to you.
- 50:17Speaker 1: I'm trying to be nice to you. When can we
- 50:19Speaker 1: expect the two fifty plus the thirty dollars? So that's
- 50:23Speaker 1: the bank fees, ma'am for the doll gonna check bouncing?
- 50:26Speaker 1: My check didn't bounce. I don't check my bank. And
- 50:29Speaker 1: if my check clear, you're gonna pay me thirty dollars
- 50:32Speaker 1: for calling me, harassing me by a two hundred and
- 50:34Speaker 1: fifty dollar check bounce. I don't write no why would
- 50:37Speaker 1: you write check? What you want to sit up in
- 50:39Speaker 1: the church and write these big number checks when you
- 50:41Speaker 1: know you ain't got it in the bank? I said,
- 50:45Speaker 1: why would you write these checks when the money ain't
- 50:47Speaker 1: in there? Let me tell you one thing. I don't
- 50:51Speaker 1: write no bad checks. And you got a lots calling
- 50:54Speaker 1: me telling me my check bounce. Your check is the
- 50:57Speaker 1: one that has bound. And you tell you what you
- 50:59Speaker 1: do since my check bounce, you paid them, since you
- 51:02Speaker 1: got all the money, And don't call me with this again. Hello,
- 51:08Speaker 1: don't you hang up on me no more? When don't
- 51:10Speaker 1: Why don't we gonna get this two fifty and this
- 51:12Speaker 1: thirty dollars? Somebody from the church to my I wrote
- 51:16Speaker 1: a bad check check. I didn't write no bad Why
- 51:22Speaker 1: are you calling me? Why the treaser don't call me
- 51:25Speaker 1: at church? The tras is I ain't never know the
- 51:28Speaker 1: deacon called nobody about no bad check? Your fully thank you?
- 51:34Speaker 1: You got the money I ain't got. Who in hell
- 51:37Speaker 1: is that in the background? Who is that for mine?
- 51:39Speaker 1: Who it is? We're both going to the same church
- 51:42Speaker 1: and you're gonna call me to my I wrote a
- 51:43Speaker 1: bad check. You don't you call me no more? And
- 51:46Speaker 1: if the check bads, you paid? Okay, keep passed to
- 51:49Speaker 1: know you're talking like this pastor. No, you're calling me?
- 51:53Speaker 1: Can you ask for that? Look? When are we gonna
- 51:55Speaker 1: get this? Two eight dollars is what we're looking for
- 51:58Speaker 1: from you. I wrote a check for two fifts and
- 52:01Speaker 1: not get to eid you you put two fifty in there,
- 52:06Speaker 1: It bounced. Thirty dollars cost us on bank fees. That's
- 52:09Speaker 1: to eighty. Where can the church expect their money? Never?
- 52:13Speaker 1: Not no to eight? You will never get to eight.
- 52:15Speaker 1: You're gonna make me come by your and my check
- 52:18Speaker 1: in what I'm gonna do? What You're gonna make me
- 52:20Speaker 1: come by your house and get this money? Bring it,
- 52:24Speaker 1: bring it, bring it? What is the address on this
- 52:27Speaker 1: check check. I got it off the check. I bet
- 52:30Speaker 1: you you'll be living back and I'm watching you. You
- 52:33Speaker 1: bet not be spending no money nowhere. You bet not
- 52:36Speaker 1: spend nothing until I get this two fifty plus thirty whatever.
- 52:39Speaker 1: I want to know. You know what I am. And
- 52:42Speaker 1: you don't call me no more with this because my
- 52:45Speaker 1: check did not bounce. I don't see how one check
- 52:48Speaker 1: went through and the other bound. Let me say this
- 52:50Speaker 1: to you, we cannot accept you back into the House
- 52:53Speaker 1: of the Lord no more until you are not. Don't
- 52:56Speaker 1: you come in the Sunday until we get the Sunday,
- 52:59Speaker 1: and I'm gonna make sure I find your because you
- 53:03Speaker 1: the person I want to see you. And you know what,
- 53:05Speaker 1: I'm gonna call the pastor right now and asked him
- 53:08Speaker 1: because I don't believe my check bounce. You feller, what
- 53:10Speaker 1: Let me say this before you called pastor, I got no,
- 53:13Speaker 1: I'm a called pastor. No, you should have talked with
- 53:15Speaker 1: pastor before you call me with this information. I got
- 53:18Speaker 1: one more thing I need to say. You ain't got
- 53:20Speaker 1: nothing to say to me. You don't upset me with
- 53:22Speaker 1: this I'm talking about I bounced the check. You should
- 53:25Speaker 1: have went to pastor before you call me with I
- 53:28Speaker 1: tall pastor one I got, but I got one more
- 53:30Speaker 1: thing to say before I leave. But you're listening. What
- 53:32Speaker 1: are you about to say to me? What do you
- 53:34Speaker 1: have to say now that you're gonna pay the check?
- 53:37Speaker 1: This is Nephew timing from the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 53:41Speaker 1: You just got pranked by your girlfriend? What did you say? Baby?

- 56:09Speaker 1: is the Strawberry Letter. Subject I need my lover to
- 56:15Speaker 1: be more patient? All right, yeah, Dear Stephen Shirley, I
- 56:20Speaker 1: need help convincing my lover to be patient. We've been
- 56:24Speaker 1: seeing each other for three years now. At first it
- 56:28Speaker 1: was a great friendship with benefit, but over the last
- 56:31Speaker 1: two years it has turned into something special, and we
- 56:35Speaker 1: go to each other's family's gatherings and we have been
- 56:38Speaker 1: on vacation together. I think this is blossoming into a
- 56:41Speaker 1: possible marriage proposal. The problem is I still live with
- 56:47Speaker 1: my ex. My X and I are not sexually active.
- 56:51Speaker 1: In fact, we barely see each other because we work
- 56:54Speaker 1: opposite shifts. Lately, my lover has been upset with me
- 56:58Speaker 1: because he thinks I should have moved out by now.
- 57:01Speaker 1: He does not understand that if I move out, it
- 57:03Speaker 1: would create a financial hardship for me. Now he's starting
- 57:07Speaker 1: to back off a little bit, and I don't want
- 57:10Speaker 1: to lose him. He wants me to move in with him,
- 57:13Speaker 1: but I've been there, done that. I'm not doing that
- 57:16Speaker 1: again until I'm married. I just want my lover to
- 57:19Speaker 1: trust me and believe that I'm being loyal to him.
- 57:23Speaker 1: How can I get him to be patient with me.
- 57:25Speaker 1: He has not offered to help me financially, and he
- 57:29Speaker 1: has not asked me to marry him, so I have
- 57:31Speaker 1: to continue living with my ex am. I wrong. Please
- 57:35Speaker 1: give me your honest advice. I have to tell you, no,
- 57:40Speaker 1: you're not wrong. Okay in theory and all of that,
- 57:43Speaker 1: but you do have to get it together, you really do.
- 57:46Speaker 1: Have you ever heard the saying, um, don't open one
- 57:49Speaker 1: door before closing another, Well, that quote certainly applies to
- 57:52Speaker 1: you here. No man, no woman, no one is going
- 57:56Speaker 1: to continue to deal with this kind of arrangement. They're
- 57:59Speaker 1: just not gonna do it. You live with your ex
- 58:04Speaker 1: This is another man we're talking about here. It doesn't
- 58:06Speaker 1: make any sense to your current man. Uh. You cannot
- 58:10Speaker 1: expect your current man to go along with this, You
- 58:12Speaker 1: just can't. I mean, he's done it for three years,
- 58:15Speaker 1: but you know he's getting tired of this. Um, you
- 58:19Speaker 1: live with another man. I mean, I can't say it
- 58:21Speaker 1: anymore plainly than that put put put the shoe on
- 58:24Speaker 1: the other foot. If he lived with his woman and
- 58:26Speaker 1: he was seeing you, you wouldn't like it. So no, uh,
- 58:30Speaker 1: he's not gonna like that. Uh. Yeah, you say you
- 58:33Speaker 1: guys aren't having sex anymore, But please believe me, your
- 58:36Speaker 1: man is not buying that. He's probably thinking you all
- 58:39Speaker 1: are getting it in as often and as many times
- 58:41Speaker 1: as you possibly can. So he's just, you know, going
- 58:45Speaker 1: to keep having sex with you and until that wears
- 58:48Speaker 1: off or runs out or whatever, or until you leave
- 58:51Speaker 1: your man and you guys set up some sort of
- 58:53Speaker 1: relationship rules with him. Right now, it's just sex is
- 58:56Speaker 1: getting to be that way because you're saying he's backing
- 58:58Speaker 1: off a little bit. Um uh. No money for you,
- 59:01Speaker 1: none of that, No no proposal, none of that until
- 59:04Speaker 1: you close this door with your ex. J. Anthony Brown.
- 59:13Speaker 1: I'm right here, I'm right here. Turn your mic on. Man.
- 59:22Speaker 1: You know what, whenever you have a good thing, a
- 59:25Speaker 1: real good thing going, there's always somebody to come along
- 59:32Speaker 1: and mess it, mess it complete, live with somebody that
- 59:38Speaker 1: wants everything going good. They come up with afraid of him.
- 59:41Speaker 1: See what we need to do is no, no, we
- 59:46Speaker 1: don't needed your damn thing. But what we're doing, he
- 59:50Speaker 1: doing this this right here. Like Sherley said, one day
- 59:54Speaker 1: will open. You got two doors open, Keep them both open.
- 59:59Speaker 1: You out a man. You got a man paying the
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: bill and a man bringing the drill. Keep one more time.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: Time you've got a man paying the bill, another man
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: bringing the drill. I would mess up her best life
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: she's living her best life. You living, You're living. You
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: about that life? You do? You about that life? Smile
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: as he said, smile, yeah, smile. That's all I got
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: to say about that junior who just turned forward. He
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: brings some wisdom to this junior. Come on, I've never
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: seen a situation like this, but I just want to
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: know how big a sucker is he? I just want
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: to know how big of a sucker is he? Did
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: you ask you about the man that don't you live with?
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: An other man? You have another man? Asked like, how
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: he doing? All right? What y'all talking about last night?
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: How does this even possible? Why? I mean, how can
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: you just have a man at home you live with
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: and I'm still gonna be dating you? Exactly? Who could
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: last night? Who does this? Who? How big a sucker
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: is he? We ain't having sex? So you say exactly
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: what you saw? What the man in that doing? You
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: come out to shower when he just said you when
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: we hip the draw was? How is working? He got
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: to be doing something? You ain't paying none of these bills?
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: How are you paying rent? Mmmmmmmm? Speak on it? Man?
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: Your share to rent? It's like my girlfriend, Janey says,
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: where they do that at all of that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: you gotta you gotta change the situation. No man's going
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: along with this. Yeah, you're getting are doing care well.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: The subject is I need my lover to be more patient.
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: We've heard from You've heard my response, You've heard Jay's response,
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: you've heard Junior's response. Uh, when we come back, we're
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: going to hear from the nephew, any Cliffhanger's nephew, anything
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: you wanna leave us with before we go to break.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: The subject is I need my lover to be more patient.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: We'll have Part two of our response is coming up
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: at twenty three after the hour you're listening to the
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: string show. For those of you out there who own
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: a car in a home, you know more than anyone else.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: Those things did just fall into your lap. You made
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: it all happen by staying on your grind and working
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: for it. And now it's time let's stay farm do
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: the work of protecting it with your own personal state
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: farm agent, because they understand just how much at home
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: and car mean to you and will always be there
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: to help you when you need them. Stay farm here
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: to help the hustle go right, and here to help
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: life go right all right. Here is a recap of
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: today's Strawberry letter, the subject I need my lover to
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: be more patient. Uh, it says dear Stephen Sureley. Um,
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: this woman has been with a man for three years.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: At first, they were just friends with benefits. But over
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: the last two years it's turned into something special where
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: they you know, have gotten a lot closer. They spend
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: time with each other's family, They've been vacationing together, things
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: like that. Uh. You know, she's hoping and thinking that
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: it's blossoming into something um much deeper, like a possible
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: marriage proposal or something. The problem is that this woman lives.
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: She's still lives with her ex. I mean they're staying
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: in the same house. Although she claims they are not
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: sexually active. She says she's not, um financially ready to
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: leave him. She can't leave the house yet because she
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: has no means of supporters. She doesn't she can't afford
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: it right now. So she's saying that, Um, her man
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: doesn't understand that if she moves out, it'll it'll create
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: financial hardship for her. And he hasn't offered to chip
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: in or anything, and she just wants her lover to
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: trust her and believe that she's being loyal to him,
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: and she wants him to be patient with her. And
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: he hasn't offered anything financially and he has not proposed
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: to her. I just said, you know, she can't uh,
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: you know, open another door without closing this one. This
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: man uh sees you is living with another man, and
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: even though you say you're not having sex with him, Uh,
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: he doesn't believe that. He thinks you are. Jay says,
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: you know, one man is paying the bills, another man
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: is doing the drilling. Uh. Here is like you know,
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: our junior. Excuse me, It's like, where do they do this?
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: Where can you sign up for something like this? Okay,
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: and now we need to hear from the nephew. Nephew,
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: what you got this? This is a like I told
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: you before, I've been here, I've done this, I've seen
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: this before. This is this is nothing new to me. Listen,
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: this is what this is. This is a disfunctional threesome.
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: That's what this is. This is a disfunctional threesome. But
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: it is the best threesome you could possibly have. Now,
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: what what I don't like is you you don't like
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: unit it. Bring these people together. I mean, what's the
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: use of having a threesome if everybody can't share in it?
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: You understand, So let's bring everybody together. You know, you
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: know this is a you are lazy lover, and I
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: hate that. I hate lazy lovers. Bring all these people together. Ye,
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: trifling is a good word. But bring all these people together.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: You can get all this finance. You won't if you
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: bring people together, let everybody know what part and what
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: role they play. You understand. But this is a dysfunctional threesome.
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: I've been in the soup thousands of times, but listen,
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: bring thousands, surely, I know since of me lying, I've
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: been I've been in here thousands of times, only one
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: man man okay, okay, hundreds okay, the thousand bother you.
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: I've been in this hundreds of times. What I want
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: you to do is talk to both parties, set them down,
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: bring them together, have a meeting, and let everybody know
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: what their role is. That's all this is. You have
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: no idea the finance you can have if you just
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: bring everybody together and let them know what role they're playing.
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: You are a dysfunctional threesome. Bring your threesome together. And
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: I've been there, I've had it when nobody knew about
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: each other. Bring them together. Let's talk it out together, sir.
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: Let's go to a bar. Let's have a meet and
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: greet where everybody everybody what she wants to leave her acts.
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: She just can't do it financially. She wants to be
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: with this man. She wants to build a relationship, a
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: marriage with this man that she's been seeing for the
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: last three years. That's what she wants to build it, Shirley,
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: without everybody knowing what you're building. You have to bring
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: everyone together. Let him know. Listen, this is what we do.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: We live together. And and trust me, they're doing it okay.
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: They're doing it okay. So whether they are or not,
- 1:07:58Speaker 1: he's gonna feel he's gon and think that, and that's
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: what he thinks. He thinks that they're still sexually active.
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: He does, they are, But let's all put it out
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: in the open. Let me tell you something. The best
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: conversations are naked conversations. If every if all the three
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: of us got together and sat down naked and discuss
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: this thing, do you know what much clarity we will
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: get she wants a marriage. Get the marriage without naked conversations. Everybody,
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: all three of us, let's come in here, sit down,
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: be let's be naked, and let's put it all out
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: on the table. You get so much clarity when you know,
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: you know what, Charlotte Carller James Jr. You know what
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: we should do. I just want to just experiment. We
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: all we should all sit out something. Your naked man?
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: Why were not? We're not that close. Okay, we're not naked.
- 1:09:09Speaker 1: Truth alright, guys, thank you, thank you, thank you. That's enough,
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: thank you. I'm the only one. Yes, yea tomorrow I'm
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: coming to work. Oh god, no, no, no, We've could
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: approve tomorrow. All right, listen, we gotta get out of here.
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: Please email us or Instagram. That's your thoughts on today's
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: Strawberry letter at Steve Harvey f M. Or go to
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: my girls, Shirley, Go to my girls Shirley my Instagram. Okay,
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: and switching gears here hip hop star offset of course,
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: from the Amigos and Cardi B's husband, while he was
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: arrested Friday on on gunn and drug charges after he
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: was pulled over in his Porsche for making an illegal
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: lane change. Um they were Yeah, they were pulled over
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: in owned Borough, Georgia. Um. The police searched his car.
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: They found three guns, over a hundred seven thousand dollars
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: in cash, and under an ounce of marijuana. Offset was
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: released after posting seventeen dollars in bail. Cardi posted an
- 1:10:13Speaker 1: Instagram story confirming that he did make it home. Meanwhile,
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: offsets lawyers calling foul and claiming that his client was
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: targeted because he's a rich black rapper. All right, we'll
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: get ready. Yeah, it sounds feasible. Get ready. Coming up
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: in about ten minutes. Guys, Carla is gonna talk about power.
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: Oh it was good last night. Ghost. All right, we'll
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: be back about forty one after the hour you're listening
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: to the show. Yeah, coming up at the top of
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: the our nephew Tommy is here with weekend Confessions. Baby.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: Because what I'm not here to help you. I just
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: want to hear what you're going through, right eight seven
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: seven twenty nine, Steve, don't use your real name. Let's
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: just keep it. This is just a way for you
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: to let it out. Let it out. Give us an
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: example of a name that you'll you know, you'll tell
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: you know one of my favorites, Cadillac Joanes. You know
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: what I'm saying, Cadillac Joanes. That's something different. You know,
- 1:11:25Speaker 1: seventies Popsicle Wilson. You know what I'm saying, something like
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: something like that, just exploitation names. Yeah, you know what
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: I'm saying. Tanya to the Nephew, Yeah, called the Nephew
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: with your confessions at eight seven seven twenty nine, Steve,
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: Right now, Carla is here. We got to talk about
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: Power Girl. What is going on? What is happening? Okay,
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: so trended right now. So if you didn't watch Power
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: last night, spoiler alert, you should have watched it because
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: we're about to talk about Okay, So Tommy's dad, Haresse,
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: he ain't about nothing. Yeah, ok yeah, and he really
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: does not care about his son that he abandoned. Make
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: that clear, crystal clear. And uh, Tommy, I don't know.
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: Tommy's kind of struggling, and Ghosts told him to be
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: careful about his daddy, but Tommy thinks his daddy will
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: not snidge. But Ghost he knows better, you know him.
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: And Tresse has some dealings when they were in prison,
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: so Ghost knows better. So he's telling Tommy, I'm your family.
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: You know, he just became your daddy. So watching back
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: with that, the U. S. Attorney's Office, mock and them,
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: they are pinning to take down Ghosts and Angela and
- 1:12:51Speaker 1: end her career. You know, the fans they were all
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: at practice houses, y'all see that investigating the security dude.
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: Huh yeah, So what's going down now? Canaan's setting up
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: Tommy and goes he killed his own crew. Canaan did
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: what was up with that? He killed his own crew,
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: and now Tommy killed his son. Yeah, you don't draw
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: the line right the crew if you get your own
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: son a friend. But the son wasn't wrong. He did
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: send his son to do something he didn't do it.
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: That's so you disobey, you get killed, now killed. Yes,
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: it's pretty final on this show, sirle So Tommy thinks
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: that fifty cent Canaan saved the day, but the Italians
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: they're like, what in the world, what's going on? How
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: did Canyan know to be here? So there's some stuff
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: with that side note. What's going on between fifty cent
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: and Mayweather on social media? What's going on? Get the strap, baby,
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: Get the strap? I think I think Mayweather should be
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: on Power so they can have it out on the shop.
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: He is a comedian ignorant. Now meanwhile, Consuliman Tate, Lorenz
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: Tate music, Yeah he's exploiting Rena's death, baby girl's death,
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: and yeah he's wrong for this. But Drey told Diego's sister,
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: y'all been watching the sister, Alicia. Drey told her that
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: diegoes out of control, spending money, you know, harassing women
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: all at the club, and that he's just pretty much reckless.
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: Alicia told her brother Diego they'd get it together. Now
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: she's setting him up. She's setting a brother. I really
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: don't yet. And you thought so, yeah, when she said
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: she was going to Mexico, Yeah yeah, yeah. Then Consulimantate
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: back to Lorenz. Now he he's a trip. He's offering
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: or he suggested to to be the new face of
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: the Queen's Child project, and you know, you know ghosts.
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: When he found that out at the meeting, he looked
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: at Lorenz like he wanted to kill him. In that
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: boardroom at that I thought he's gonna throw him out
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: the window, right, I did too, that I really did.
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: That was a bit much though, you know, I was
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: feeling Ghost down now and that was a bit much.
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: Come on, Yeah, it was just too much. Yeah, but
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: Dre kind of, you know, he sees that there's some
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: issues going on with Diego and Alicia, so that's why
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: he kind of, you know, took complimentate up on this offer.
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: Me neither, but he's so good though. I want him dead,
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: but I want him to stay on the show. Hey man,
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: that's seen at the Great Yard when he took Ghost
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: that card though, baby, yeah said, what can I do?
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: I do want to tell you this. I wish I
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: could take my bilt off. And who Trek is? I
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: wants to everybody. I want to want to beat Terk's
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: behind his daddy getting the build out. I don't get
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: the build get the strap, trying to kill people. You're
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: tipping people off. Why loyalty your dad. I'm gonna lead
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: the funeral and gonna tip somebody out. But that Yeah,
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: So finally, Angela, she played herself. She's he was cute though, Carla, Yeah, yeah,
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: you know what, he was cute. It's so weird. On
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: a soap opera, that's not hard to get. But in
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: real life, ain't nobody getting that like that man. He
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: moved out of the penhouse. She's pick a ghost. She's
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: tired of him. Where she moved she moved down, She
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: moved down, she sipped, I don't know place. So you know,
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: what's what's going on? So it seems like Angela and
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: and Ghost. You know, she couldn't avoid his phone calls.
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: He's been reaching out since Baby Girls and now they
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: are too lonely people and they have come. That was
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: a great scene. That was a very great yeah. But
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: you knew they were going to get back to You
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: knew that she couldn't ignore his phone calls. I mean,
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: after all, it's ghost. It is ghost. It ain't like
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: Lavelle calling. I didn't say all of that. All right,
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: thank you, Carla. Coming up, it's the Nephew's Weekend Confessions.
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: Call us please eight seven seven twenty nine. Steve will
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: take your calls right after this. You're listening to the

- 1:18:23Speaker 1: why you call in here with a fictitious name. You
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: understand what I'm saying. You know football weeves, you know,
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: uh ghost poke shop. You know what I'm saying. Call up,

- 1:18:57Speaker 1: This this this is j J. Yeah, don't use your
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: real name. Let's stretch, but she got j J. I'll
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: tell you right now. I confess that a hunted go
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: fast in the Strip club on the second day I
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: found that out. I'm talking about they go just as

- 1:20:25Speaker 1: putting that towel out of circulation. See that tied so
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: many people, but it will never never be another. But
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: again that book that what I did? That my weekend confession? Man,
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: All right, let's go to line one and talk to
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: I guess this is her real name. She didn't get
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: the memo to Maka Hey girl, hellok to Maka make
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: up Maka it was gonna be good. You can tell

- 1:21:07Speaker 1: Come on? My confession was women's intuition is really real? Okay.
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: I had a I had a feeling that my fiance
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: was cheating on me. So I put a tracker on
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: his cell phone and I tracked him down to the
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: Motel six. I went across the street and bought a
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: five pound bag of sugar. Since he wasn't being sweet
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: to me, I thought I add a little sugar to
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: his flavor and put sugar in his cats tank. And
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: he called me and told me that he was having
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: car trouble. And he was telling me that he was
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: at work. He wasn't at work, he was at the hotel.
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: So I came back home and I waited for him
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: to give her. Luckily, he didn't make it. And he's
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: calling me telling me he's at work, but he's stranded
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: because his car stuff is going on with his car.

- 1:23:19Speaker 1: me there, so home with him because his girlfriend was
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: out of jam. So I declined even though I really

- 1:27:05Speaker 1: coworker and his wife, and after a night of fun
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: with him and his wife, I tried Hennessey for the
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: first time, threw up in their sink, and then I
- 1:27:14Speaker 1: left and I'm literally on the n state right now
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: going on. They don't know then I threw up in

- 1:27:48Speaker 1: would have been really proud. Yeah. Yeah, I wish we
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: could talk in depth and just get it all out

- 1:36:42Speaker 1: house at the time she was She hadn't been back
- 1:36:45Speaker 1: since bless you have no idea? Why what said you think?
- 1:36:58Speaker 1: But you ain't company though? Come come? I just why
- 1:37:02Speaker 1: not at the house? I don't because my dad is
- 1:37:05Speaker 1: not playing with people to be at my house. So

- 1:37:11Speaker 1: You know? I don't. But you know what, surely you

- 1:37:17Speaker 1: came into my dressing room last night at the comedy clip.
- 1:37:22Speaker 1: But as soon as Jay walks in, man, I'm gonna
- 1:37:24Speaker 1: go in a minute. Man. He does not want to
- 1:37:29Speaker 1: hang out too long. He see immediately, Hey Jake, what's
