- 0:01Speaker 1: The world has gone insane on so many different levels,
- 0:05Speaker 1: and I'm going to deal with several of those in
- 0:08Speaker 1: today's show because they're important. One, this prisoner swap with
- 0:14Speaker 1: Russia is now just saying to anybody in the world,
- 0:18Speaker 1: grab Americans and you can get something for them. We
- 0:21Speaker 1: are negotiating with terrorists, and that is something we used
- 0:25Speaker 1: to never do, which kept Americans safe, but now this
- 0:28Speaker 1: administration is doing it. The last administration did it with
- 0:31Speaker 1: bo Bergdal when they traded actual terrorists for him when
- 0:34Speaker 1: he was a deserter, and the Obama administration, and it's
- 0:38Speaker 1: disgusting now to see just how weak America is on
- 0:41Speaker 1: the international stage, and that's going to put everyone's life
- 0:44Speaker 1: at risk. I'm going to deal with that. The second
- 0:47Speaker 1: issue that I also want to talk about is the
- 0:50Speaker 1: mastermind of nine to eleven, a man by the name
- 0:52Speaker 1: of kleet Schik Mohammad. He is the man that plan
- 0:56Speaker 1: and orchestrat nine eleven, but not just on eleven, many
- 0:58Speaker 1: other tarist texts where they there was brutal butchering of
- 1:03Speaker 1: innocent people, including the elderly, women and children. A man
- 1:08Speaker 1: who by the way, has no problem beheading people. He
- 1:12Speaker 1: has now been given a plea deal, a sweetheart deal,
- 1:18Speaker 1: so that the liberals can close down Guantanamo Bay. He
- 1:22Speaker 1: is not going to get the death pilding now. He
- 1:24Speaker 1: will live the rest of his life to whatever age
- 1:27Speaker 1: that is in a jail cell. And we have not
- 1:32Speaker 1: killed the man who planned nine to eleven. Now, he's
- 1:35Speaker 1: the mastermind of nine to eleven, came up and orchestrate
- 1:37Speaker 1: all of it, hired the people, and then also committed
- 1:42Speaker 1: horrific atrostes with his own hands directly as well. This
- 1:47Speaker 1: administration has now given him a sweetheart deal, better than
- 1:51Speaker 1: Hunter Biden got in court. It is vile. It is
- 1:56Speaker 1: a slap in the face to every family member who
- 1:59Speaker 1: lost a live one on nine to eleven, and after
- 2:01Speaker 1: nine to eleven fighting the Wan terror, every serviceman and
- 2:05Speaker 1: woman that was killed by al Qaeda members, it is
- 2:08Speaker 1: a slap in their face because he was very much
- 2:10Speaker 1: involved after nine to eleven as well. We're also going
- 2:14Speaker 1: to talk about that. And then when I say the
- 2:16Speaker 1: world's gone insane, let me just say what I'm witnessing
- 2:23Speaker 1: at the Olympics, And I'm going to talk specifically to
- 2:27Speaker 1: women tonight because women need to understand this. Women are
- 2:32Speaker 1: going to have to start standing up for other women
- 2:37Speaker 1: and women's sports because the Olympics have even been taken
- 2:40Speaker 1: over by men. We used to put men in prison
- 2:44Speaker 1: for beating women. Now we give them gold medals apparently
- 2:48Speaker 1: in our Olympic Games. Let me say that again. We
- 2:50Speaker 1: used to put men in prison for beating women. We
- 2:53Speaker 1: used to tell men, under no circumstances are you to
- 2:57Speaker 1: hit a woman. How we are given men gold medals
- 3:02Speaker 1: for literally beating the living you know what out of
- 3:05Speaker 1: women and celebrating them in the Olympics because of the
- 3:10Speaker 1: glad you know, LGBTQI A must accept everyone insanity. Algeria
- 3:22Speaker 1: man won her opening Olympic boxing match. He won, I
- 3:26Speaker 1: should say, and we make that very clear son as
- 3:29Speaker 1: she this is a dude won the opening Olympic boxing
- 3:32Speaker 1: match when Italy's Angella Carini quit the match after just
- 3:41Speaker 1: forty six seconds of having a man beat her. This
- 3:49Speaker 1: dude was, by the way, disqualified from the twenty twenty
- 3:54Speaker 1: three World Championships. Why because he was a dude. He
- 3:59Speaker 1: failed an un specified gender eligibility test. And then this
- 4:05Speaker 1: dude gets to go to the Olympics and gets to
- 4:08Speaker 1: go represent a country in the Olympics at the Paris
- 4:13Speaker 1: Olympics and is beating the living you know what out
- 4:17Speaker 1: of women. Now, this incredible woman from Italy refused to
- 4:22Speaker 1: shake the man's hand after the decision was announced, and
- 4:26Speaker 1: she cried in the ring before leaving. And I will
- 4:29Speaker 1: say this again, this delusion must end. This is disgusting.
- 4:35Speaker 1: It's the purest form of evil that is unfolding right
- 4:40Speaker 1: before our eyes in this country. It is in the world.
- 4:44Speaker 1: I should say that we're allowing men to take over
- 4:49Speaker 1: women's sports. Whenever some deranged man says I'm going to
- 4:54Speaker 1: identify as a woman, someone is going to die because
- 5:00Speaker 1: as a man is going to hurt a woman to
- 5:02Speaker 1: the point where they have a medical event that will
- 5:06Speaker 1: take their life. And boxing has got to be close
- 5:09Speaker 1: to the top of that list. This is the purest
- 5:13Speaker 1: form of evil. I think it's the devil. I think
- 5:16Speaker 1: it is sadistic. I think it's disgusting, and the fact
- 5:20Speaker 1: that we are celebrating men beating the living crap out
- 5:23Speaker 1: of women is one of the most delusional and I
- 5:27Speaker 1: think one of the purest forms of evil that we've
- 5:31Speaker 1: seen in sports that should have never happened. And women
- 5:36Speaker 1: have got to wake up and fight this. I'm gonna
- 5:39Speaker 1: have even more to say about that in a moment.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Let me also tell you about another fight that's happening
- 5:44Speaker 1: right now in this country, and that is a fight
- 5:46Speaker 1: for your dollars. There are a lot of liberal companies
- 5:50Speaker 1: out there that love knowing that you're paying them a
- 5:52Speaker 1: bill every month. Cell phone companies are at the top
- 5:55Speaker 1: of that list. It's a big bill for many Americans.
- 5:58Speaker 1: It's one of their top ones outside of their car
- 6:00Speaker 1: of living a house not right or rent. And they
- 6:04Speaker 1: take your money and they funnel it to liberal causes, candidates,
- 6:08Speaker 1: and radical organizations. That is why Patriot Mobile more than
- 6:12Speaker 1: ten years ago. Patriot Mobile was started when they found
- 6:15Speaker 1: out where Big Mobile was sending your money to hardcore
- 6:18Speaker 1: leftists extremist organizations, and they say, we're going to start
- 6:22Speaker 1: a company that actually supports conservative causes, and that's their mission,
- 6:25Speaker 1: and that's what they've done Patriot Mobile. They take about
- 6:28Speaker 1: five percent of your bill every month when you pay
- 6:32Speaker 1: it at no extra cost to you, and they give
- 6:34Speaker 1: it back to conservative organizations that stand up for our
- 6:37Speaker 1: First and our Second Amendment rights, that stand up for
- 6:40Speaker 1: the rights of unborn children, and that stand with our
- 6:43Speaker 1: military veterans, our first responders, and our wounded warriors. This
- 6:49Speaker 1: is why I want you to switch, and switching as evisy.
- 6:51Speaker 1: The other thing is technology has changed. Technology right now
- 6:54Speaker 1: is incredible. You're going to use the same towers you're
- 6:56Speaker 1: on right now, which means you get the same coverage
- 6:59Speaker 1: you're used to. You can switch by calling them. That's it,
- 7:02Speaker 1: that's all you gotta do. You'll keep your same cell
- 7:04Speaker 1: phone number, keep your same cell phone you have now,
- 7:06Speaker 1: or you can upgrade to a new phone if you
- 7:07Speaker 1: want to call them, use my name Ben. You're gonna
- 7:11Speaker 1: get free activation. And then every time you pay your bill,
- 7:13Speaker 1: every time you make a call, you know you're sitting
- 7:16Speaker 1: up for what you believe in nine seven to two
- 7:19Speaker 1: Patriot is their number nine seven to two Patriot or
- 7:23Speaker 1: nine to seven to two Patriot. That's nine seven to
- 7:26Speaker 1: two Patriot. Or online at patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson.
- 7:31Speaker 1: That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. Use that promo code ferguson.
- 7:35Speaker 1: You'll also get a free month of service patriotmobile dot
- 7:40Speaker 1: com slash ferguson. Now, let me just go back to
- 7:44Speaker 1: what I was saying very quickly about women. Women are
- 7:48Speaker 1: going to have to empower their daughters. Grandmothers are going
- 7:53Speaker 1: to have to empower their daughters to empower their daughters.
- 7:56Speaker 1: That this delusion must end. Logan Paul put it this way.
- 8:00Speaker 1: So this is the purest form of evil and folding
- 8:02Speaker 1: right before your eyes. A man was allowed to beat
- 8:05Speaker 1: up a woman on a global stage, crushing her life's
- 8:08Speaker 1: dream while fighting for her deceased father.
- 8:12Speaker 2: This is a man.
- 8:15Speaker 1: These are women that are being forced into the ring
- 8:20Speaker 1: with men to compete against biological men. And because we've
- 8:26Speaker 1: been silent for far too long, and by the way,
- 8:29Speaker 1: fathers are going to have to stand up for their daughters.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Women are going to maybe have to walk out and
- 8:34Speaker 1: make people lose money because you got to understand this
- 8:36Speaker 1: is about money. This is all about money. And advertisers
- 8:42Speaker 1: are advertising during the boxing where a man's beaten the
- 8:44Speaker 1: living crap out of a woman. And if you start
- 8:47Speaker 1: contacting those advertisers saying I'm done with you forever and
- 8:50Speaker 1: you mean it and it turns into boycotts, you're going
- 8:53Speaker 1: to do it. If they air men in women's sports
- 8:56Speaker 1: on TV and you email ESPN and you say to
- 8:59Speaker 1: the average during the broadcast of that track and field event.
- 9:03Speaker 1: We're done. If universities and the donors stand up to
- 9:08Speaker 1: these universities and say into the NCAA and say, hey,
- 9:11Speaker 1: you allow men to infiltrate women's NCAA sports, we are
- 9:15Speaker 1: done with you. But women are going to have to
- 9:19Speaker 1: organize like never before or this will continue to happen.
- 9:24Speaker 1: And for some reason, far too many women have been
- 9:28Speaker 1: far too kind about allowing men in women's locker rooms
- 9:32Speaker 1: and men to act like women and then beat women,
- 9:36Speaker 1: whether it's swimming, whether it's track and field, whether it's
- 9:39Speaker 1: the Olympics. I mean the idea that we're living in
- 9:41Speaker 1: a world now where the Olympic Games are allowing men
- 9:45Speaker 1: to beat women and then that is to be celebrated
- 9:50Speaker 1: as an Olympic sport. I want to be clear about this,
- 9:55Speaker 1: and I'm going to say this last thing. We outlaw
- 9:57Speaker 1: things like dog fighting and cock fighting for reason because
- 10:00Speaker 1: it's barbarican and humane. If you can go to prison
- 10:05Speaker 1: for fighting dogs, why don't men go to prison when
- 10:10Speaker 1: they beat up women? Why are we celebrating it as
- 10:14Speaker 1: a sport. It should be looked at the same way.
- 10:18Speaker 1: And if you don't believe me. I don't care. I
- 10:22Speaker 1: think you're an idiot if you don't stand up for
- 10:25Speaker 1: women and demand that men be kicked out of every
- 10:29Speaker 1: women's station. It's called women's sports for reason, it's called
- 10:32Speaker 1: women's boxing for reason, It's called the women's swimming Championship
- 10:35Speaker 1: for a reason. Stop letting men control that world. Like
- 10:40Speaker 1: I can't believe I'm more of a feminist than the
- 10:42Speaker 1: liberals are right now that it claimed to be feminists.
- 10:45Speaker 1: But moms and grandmothers and fathers are going to have
- 10:49Speaker 1: to take this to the next level because otherwise someone's
- 10:51Speaker 1: going to die. All right, I want to move now
- 10:55Speaker 1: to the second part that I said was just again
- 10:58Speaker 1: the world's gone insane. This time it's at the hands
- 11:01Speaker 1: of the Biden administration, who have now done a plea
- 11:04Speaker 1: deal to spare the life of not just a terrorist,
- 11:08Speaker 1: but the lead terrorists, the mastermind behind nine to eleven.
- 11:13Speaker 1: If you want to read a book about this individual,
- 11:16Speaker 1: and I would encourage you to do it so you
- 11:18Speaker 1: understand the history behind this man, there's a book by
- 11:21Speaker 1: Richard Mender called Mastermind. It is a book that was
- 11:25Speaker 1: written right after nine to eleven so that people understood
- 11:28Speaker 1: that Hey, Osama bin Lauden was the you know, the
- 11:31Speaker 1: famous sexy name to use to talk about al Qaeda.
- 11:35Speaker 1: But if you want to know who the butchers are,
- 11:38Speaker 1: it's not just Osama bin Laden. Khalid Sheik Muhammad is
- 11:43Speaker 1: a guy, and let me tell you what his charges were.
- 11:46Speaker 1: He was charged with first degree murder two thousand, nine
- 11:52Speaker 1: hundred and seventy seven counts because of the attacks on
- 11:55Speaker 1: nine to eleven. He was charged with attacking civilians. He
- 12:00Speaker 1: was charged with attacking civilian objects. He was charged with
- 12:04Speaker 1: intentionally causing serious bodily injury, murder, and violation of the
- 12:10Speaker 1: law of war. He was charged with destruction of property
- 12:13Speaker 1: and violation of the law of the law of war,
- 12:17Speaker 1: hijacking or hazarding a vessel or aircraft. He was in
- 12:23Speaker 1: charge with terrorism. He was then charge with providing material
- 12:27Speaker 1: support to terrorism. Khalid Sheik Muhammad, he was charged with
- 12:33Speaker 1: first degree murder. No doubt about it. He was responsible
- 12:36Speaker 1: for the two nine and seventy seven people that died.
- 12:41Speaker 1: But he was also actually responsible for even more than that.
- 12:47Speaker 1: He was an individual that was waterboarded. By the way,
- 12:52Speaker 1: I don't believe he was. I want to be clear
- 12:54Speaker 1: about this. I don't actually think he was tortured. The
- 12:56Speaker 1: Left said he, oh, he was tortured, and that's part
- 12:58Speaker 1: of the reason why they said that we need to
- 13:00Speaker 1: have a plea deal and he shouldn't face the death penalty.
- 13:02Speaker 1: The idea that this guy's been alive since we caught
- 13:05Speaker 1: him after nine to eleven is absurd because not only
- 13:08Speaker 1: was he a member of osamban Laden's terrorist organization Al Qaeda,
- 13:14Speaker 1: he also led al Qata's propaganda operations starting in nineteen
- 13:19Speaker 1: ninety nine until late two thousand and one. Khalidchech Muhammad
- 13:23Speaker 1: was captured on March first, two thousand and three in
- 13:27Speaker 1: a Pakistani city by a combined operation by the US
- 13:31Speaker 1: Central Intelligence Agency as well as Pakistan's Enter Services Intelligence
- 13:38Speaker 1: basically their same thing, their CIA, and after his capture,
- 13:42Speaker 1: Mohammed was extradited. Basically he was sent to the secret
- 13:47Speaker 1: CIA prison sites in Afghanistan, then Poland where he was
- 13:51Speaker 1: interrogated again. There's people to say he was tortured. I
- 13:54Speaker 1: believe it was torture of a guy that does what
- 13:55Speaker 1: he did on nine to eleven. I'm sorry, waterboarding is
- 13:57Speaker 1: nothing compared to what he did to the people on
- 13:58Speaker 1: nine to eleven. That had to decide if they were
- 14:01Speaker 1: going to burn to death or jump out of the
- 14:02Speaker 1: twin towers. The children and women and kids that were
- 14:06Speaker 1: on those flights that he took down knowing they were
- 14:09Speaker 1: going to die. By December of two thousand and six,
- 14:14Speaker 1: he had been transferred to military custody after we caught
- 14:17Speaker 1: him and went to Guantanamo Bay. In March of seven,
- 14:24Speaker 1: Muhammad confessed to mastermining, but we already knew this to
- 14:30Speaker 1: the September eleventh attacks. He also confessed to masterminding the
- 14:35Speaker 1: Richard Reid shoe bombing attempt to blow up an airliner.
- 14:40Speaker 1: He also confessed to the two thousand and two Bali
- 14:43Speaker 1: bombings in Indonesia, where countless people were killed. But let's
- 14:49Speaker 1: go back further in history. Khalid Sheik Muhammad also was
- 14:53Speaker 1: the mastermind of the nineteen ninety three World Trade Center bombing.
- 15:00Speaker 1: He was the man who was in charge of the
- 15:03Speaker 1: beheading of Daniel Pearl, the Wall Street Journal reporter, and
- 15:09Speaker 1: various other attacks that he planned that were foiled. He
- 15:13Speaker 1: also was around for numerous other terrorist crimes. He was
- 15:20Speaker 1: charged in February eight with war crimes and murder by
- 15:23Speaker 1: a US military commission at Guantanama Bay for what I
- 15:26Speaker 1: just mentioned to you. Everyone knew the guy was going
- 15:30Speaker 1: to get the death penalty, except for the Liberals that
- 15:34Speaker 1: decided to save his life. In twenty twelve, a former
- 15:38Speaker 1: military prosecutor criticized the proceedings as unsupportable due to confessions
- 15:43Speaker 1: gained under what the weak Leaf called torture waterboarding. Waterboarding,
- 15:49Speaker 1: I'm sorry to a guy like le Chick Muhammad is
- 15:51Speaker 1: just a part of life. I will say that forever,
- 15:53Speaker 1: I've said it consistently, that is not torture. And before
- 15:57Speaker 1: I give you all the details, I want to take
- 15:59Speaker 1: a moment and I want to ask for your help.
- 16:01Speaker 1: The wor in Israel started on October the seventh. We
- 16:05Speaker 1: have seen death and destruction in the Holy Land for
- 16:08Speaker 1: more than forty years. The International Fellowship of Christians and
- 16:12Speaker 1: Jews has been on the ground in Israel and within
- 16:14Speaker 1: hours of the war starting, and every day since, they've
- 16:17Speaker 1: been feeding the hungry and protecting the vulnerable. You may
- 16:21Speaker 1: not realize, but Israel is literally under attack now on
- 16:24Speaker 1: a daily basis, with rockets coming in. Those that are
- 16:29Speaker 1: surrounding Israel are doing everything they can to take them out.
- 16:33Speaker 1: The attacks continue in the North and the South, but
- 16:36Speaker 1: there are resilient survivors who bravely share their stories. In
- 16:41Speaker 1: a series the Fellowship calls Faces of Iron Survivors like Danny.
- 16:47Speaker 1: His beloved daughter and her husband were burned alive on
- 16:50Speaker 1: October the seventh by Hamas Terras. Danny is a commander
- 16:54Speaker 1: of the volunteer fire and rescue group in his community,
- 16:57Speaker 1: despite fire equipment nearby, and he could do nothing as
- 17:01Speaker 1: his daughter's house burned and his daughter and her husband
- 17:05Speaker 1: lost their lives. Christians like you support Israel through the
- 17:09Speaker 1: International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. It's his support that
- 17:12Speaker 1: helps these survivors remain steadfast and strong. To hear more
- 17:17Speaker 1: stories like this one and show your support for Israel.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Please stand with me and visit support IFCJ dot org.
- 17:25Speaker 1: That's support IFCJ dot org, support IFCJ dot org. Now
- 17:35Speaker 1: you fast forward to where we are now, and you
- 17:38Speaker 1: say to yourself, how does Khaleg shik Muhammad, who did
- 17:42Speaker 1: all of these things, a man that had a manifesto,
- 17:47Speaker 1: a man that killed countless people around the world, a
- 17:51Speaker 1: man that killed children, killed women, killed the elderly, killed infants,
- 17:59Speaker 1: beheaded report, how does that man get a plea deal
- 18:05Speaker 1: to not go to prison. How does that guy get
- 18:09Speaker 1: a plea deal to spare his life? One simple reason.
- 18:17Speaker 1: The Biden administration wants to close Guantanamo Bay, and the
- 18:22Speaker 1: President as so now as he is his obsessed was
- 18:26Speaker 1: saying I closed it down. He thinks that's a feather
- 18:29Speaker 1: in his cap, the same way that he was obsessed
- 18:31Speaker 1: on the anniversary of nine to eleven of getting US
- 18:33Speaker 1: out of Afghanistan, saying I'm the guy that ended America's
- 18:36Speaker 1: longest war, even though that's turned into one of the
- 18:38Speaker 1: worst political decisions, national security decisions, and disasters on the
- 18:43Speaker 1: world stage. As everyone in the world now knows, they
- 18:45Speaker 1: can do whatever the hell they want because we have
- 18:46Speaker 1: a weak president. What, by the way, message does it
- 18:49Speaker 1: send to the world that the nine to eleven mastermind
- 18:52Speaker 1: KSM and two other terrorists awaiting trial strike a plea
- 18:57Speaker 1: deal so they can close the damn base. These two
- 19:01Speaker 1: other terrorists that were being held there will be spared
- 19:03Speaker 1: the death penonty under a deal with prosecutors. It was
- 19:06Speaker 1: revealed the announcement was a bitter pill quote unquote to
- 19:09Speaker 1: swallow for victim's families who have anxiously awaited the conclusion
- 19:14Speaker 1: of the case for nearly twenty four years, many of
- 19:19Speaker 1: whom felt death was the only appropriate punishment for the
- 19:23Speaker 1: perpetrators of these heinous attacks. A spokesman for the Office
- 19:28Speaker 1: of Military Commissions, which is prosecuting the case, confirmed it
- 19:31Speaker 1: had entered into a pre trial agreements with Kalichik Muhammad,
- 19:36Speaker 1: the accused principal architect of the al Qaeda attacks, and
- 19:39Speaker 1: two alleged co conspirators, all of whom have been held
- 19:43Speaker 1: at the US military prison in Guantonamo Bay, Cuba since
- 19:47Speaker 1: two thousand and three. Quote in exchange for the removal
- 19:52Speaker 1: of the death penony as a possible punishment, these three
- 19:55Speaker 1: accused have agreed to plead guilty to all the charges
- 19:59Speaker 1: charged offenses, including the murder of nine and seventy six
- 20:04Speaker 1: people listed in the chart sheet. This is a letter
- 20:09Speaker 1: signed by the real Admiral Aaron Rudd, a chief prosecutor
- 20:12Speaker 1: for the OMC, and sent to the victims' families that
- 20:16Speaker 1: were told that yes, they killed your kids, your parents,
- 20:20Speaker 1: your grandparents, whoever it was, but they're not going to
- 20:24Speaker 1: die for what they did. News of the death ponty
- 20:27Speaker 1: was no longer on the table for these suspects whose
- 20:30Speaker 1: actions clearly killed nearly three thousand people in the worst
- 20:33Speaker 1: hair attack and on US soil in American history, came
- 20:37Speaker 1: as more than just a gut punch to the victim's family,
- 20:40Speaker 1: but just pure rage. I'm very disappointed. We waited patiently
- 20:45Speaker 1: for a long time. I wanted the death pony. The
- 20:47Speaker 1: government has failed us, that is what Daniel d Alaia,
- 20:52Speaker 1: whose twin brother John was one of the twenty three
- 20:55Speaker 1: New York City Police officers they were killed in the
- 20:58Speaker 1: day of the attacks, he said to The New York Post.
- 21:02Speaker 1: Retired police officer Jim Smith, husband of Maria Smith, the
- 21:07Speaker 1: only female NYPD officer, who died on September eleventh, said
- 21:12Speaker 1: he felt like he had been kicked in the balls.
- 21:16Speaker 1: Quote the prosecution. The families have waited twenty three years
- 21:19Speaker 1: to have our day in court, to put on record
- 21:22Speaker 1: what these animals did to our loved ones. They took
- 21:24Speaker 1: that opportunity away from us, because remember, without a trial,
- 21:27Speaker 1: you don't get to go in there. You don't get
- 21:29Speaker 1: to see him, you don't get to talk, you don't
- 21:30Speaker 1: get to do anything. They just it all goes away.
- 21:33Speaker 1: You'll never see in court the person's d trial that
- 21:37Speaker 1: killed your family members. Retired cop Kathy Vigiana, wife of
- 21:44Speaker 1: an NYPD detective Joseph who was killed on nine to eleven, said,
- 21:48Speaker 1: I am angry and disappointed that enemy combatants who killed
- 21:52Speaker 1: thousand Americans in our homeland are now able to exploit
- 21:56Speaker 1: the US judicial system to their benefit, receiving support from
- 21:59Speaker 1: America and taxpayers for shelter, food, and health care for
- 22:03Speaker 1: the rest of their lives. They committed the worst crime
- 22:06Speaker 1: in the history of our country. They should receive the
- 22:08Speaker 1: highest penalty. I couldn't agree more. Another victims family members
- 22:13Speaker 1: said why do these deals get done? One simple reason.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Joe Biden wants to close down GITMO and these woosy
- 22:23Speaker 1: leftists who believe that men can become women didn't like
- 22:28Speaker 1: the fact that Khalid Sheik Muhammad got watered poured on
- 22:31Speaker 1: his face as he was leaning backwards. I want to
- 22:35Speaker 1: also just get in real quick to what center Ted
- 22:39Speaker 1: Cruz had to say. We were doing our podcasts earlier
- 22:42Speaker 1: on the closing of GITTMO, and I had a lot
- 22:44Speaker 1: of legal questions for him. One, if Trump is elected,
- 22:47Speaker 1: what happens too? Could you undo this plea deal? And
- 22:51Speaker 1: the legal aspects is in three What message is listending
- 22:54Speaker 1: to the American people who gave their life fighting these
- 22:59Speaker 1: terrorists and those who's lives were taken on nine to eleven.
- 23:02Speaker 1: It was important conversations. Also something we warned you about
- 23:05Speaker 1: a year ago on this show and on Verdict that
- 23:09Speaker 1: the show I co host was Senator Ted Cruz, and
- 23:10Speaker 1: we a year ago did a show about the real
- 23:13Speaker 1: possibility of a plea deal getting done to spare to
- 23:18Speaker 1: save the life of the nine to eleven mastermind, just
- 23:21Speaker 1: so that Joe Biden could close down Guantanamo Bay. Take
- 23:25Speaker 1: a listen, Senator, let's just talk about a year ago,
- 23:30Speaker 1: almost to the day, you and I did this show
- 23:34Speaker 1: warning after letters went to family members of the victims
- 23:38Speaker 1: of nine to eleven, that there was a possibility of
- 23:41Speaker 1: a plea deal with Khalid Chak Muhammad, the mastermind of
- 23:44Speaker 1: nine to eleven, that he his life would be spared
- 23:47Speaker 1: if he just said, Okay, fine, I'll plead guilty the charges. Now,
- 23:52Speaker 1: to be clear about who Khalid Chak Muhammad is. He's
- 23:55Speaker 1: not just the mastermind of nine to eleven. This is
- 24:01Speaker 1: a guy that has confessed to at least thirty one
- 24:05Speaker 1: horrific and barbarica attacks, including the nineteen ninety three bombing
- 24:08Speaker 1: of the World Trade Center. On top of that, he
- 24:12Speaker 1: was the guy that was there with the beheading of
- 24:15Speaker 1: the Wall Street Journal reporter General Pearl. He was the
- 24:19Speaker 1: mastermind behind the two thousand and two Bali bombings. And
- 24:24Speaker 1: he was a man that was in charge with a
- 24:27Speaker 1: plan to blow up the Panama Canal. He had active
- 24:31Speaker 1: plans to assassinate Jimmy Carter, and a plot to blow
- 24:35Speaker 1: up suspension bridges in New York City. Now, these are
- 24:38Speaker 1: just some of the things that he was working on.
- 24:42Speaker 1: He clearly knew how to kill people. He killed women, children,
- 24:46Speaker 1: he killed police officers, firemen, first responders, and he was
- 24:50Speaker 1: also accountable for killing American troops overseas after nine to eleven.
- 24:56Speaker 1: And this administration just spared his life. Why would they
- 25:01Speaker 1: make this deal except for the fact they say we
- 25:03Speaker 1: just want to close down GETMO.
- 25:05Speaker 2: Well, sadly, that's exactly it. It's all politics, all the time.
- 25:09Speaker 2: And a year ago, last August, we devoted an entire
- 25:12Speaker 2: podcast to focusing on the very real risk that this
- 25:15Speaker 2: was going to happen, that the Biden Harris White House,
- 25:18Speaker 2: this is what they wanted to have happened, and they
- 25:21Speaker 2: announced just this week that Khalid shake Muhammad they've they've
- 25:25Speaker 2: cut a plea deal with him and two other co conspirators,
- 25:28Speaker 2: Walid Mohammed, Sali Mubarik bin Atash where that's a mouthful,
- 25:34Speaker 2: and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi uh both both of whom,
- 25:41Speaker 2: along with with Khalid shak Mohammad, have been in Guantanamo
- 25:44Speaker 2: Bay since two thousand and three. And understand Joe Biden
- 25:49Speaker 2: and Kamala Harrison. By that, I mean really the left
- 25:52Speaker 2: wing radicals that surrounds them, because I don't know that
- 25:54Speaker 2: Joe Biden wants anything other than just to have his
- 25:57Speaker 2: jello at four pm. But the radicals that run this
- 26:00Speaker 2: White House and that are now trying to have a
- 26:03Speaker 2: coronation for Kamala Harris, they came in with the objective
- 26:07Speaker 2: they hate Gittmo. They want to shut it down, they
- 26:09Speaker 2: hate that it exists, and in order to shut it down,
- 26:14Speaker 2: this was the deal they wanted to cut. And understand,
- 26:18Speaker 2: look nine to eleven, A lot of our listeners are
- 26:22Speaker 2: young enough that you weren't alive on September eleventh. What
- 26:26Speaker 2: happened on September eleventh, two thousand and one, two nine
- 26:31Speaker 2: hundred and seventy six people were murdered. It remains the
- 26:36Speaker 2: most horrific terrorist attack in the history of our country.
- 26:39Speaker 2: And colleague Shaik Muhammad planned it and directed those executing it.
- 26:46Speaker 2: And for this administration to say the death penalty is
- 26:51Speaker 2: no longer a possibility, We're we're going to agree that
- 26:56Speaker 2: you can go, you can leave Gitmo, you can go
- 27:00Speaker 2: to an American prison, and you will not face capital punishment. Well,
- 27:06Speaker 2: let me quote retired police officer Jim Smith. He is
- 27:11Speaker 2: the husband of Moira Smith, who was the only female
- 27:15Speaker 2: NYPD officer who died in September eleventh. He said, when
- 27:19Speaker 2: he heard this news, he felt like he'd been kicked
- 27:22Speaker 2: in the balls. And here's his quote. The prosecution and
- 27:26Speaker 2: families have waited twenty three years to have our day
- 27:29Speaker 2: in court to put on the record what these animals
- 27:32Speaker 2: did to our loved ones. They took that opportunity away
- 27:36Speaker 2: from us. They committed the worst crime in the history
- 27:39Speaker 2: of our country. They should receive the highest penalty. Or
- 27:44Speaker 2: here's another quote. This is from retired cop Kathy Vigiana,
- 27:48Speaker 2: who's the wife of NYPD detective Joseph Vigiana, who was
- 27:51Speaker 2: also killed on September eleventh. Here's what she said, quote,
- 27:55Speaker 2: I'm angry and disappointed that enemy combatants who killed thousands
- 28:00Speaker 2: of Americans in our homeland are now able to exploit
- 28:04Speaker 2: the US judicial system to their benefit, receiving support from
- 28:10Speaker 2: American taxpayers for shelter, food, and healthcare for the rest
- 28:14Speaker 2: of their lives.
- 28:16Speaker 1: You know, you get your head around this, and it's
- 28:19Speaker 1: all about a feather in the cap, and that's how
- 28:22Speaker 1: they look at it. The White House. They were obsessed
- 28:25Speaker 1: with getting US out of Afghanistan on the anniversary of
- 28:29Speaker 1: nine to eleven. It cost Americans lives at the airport
- 28:33Speaker 1: and countless people operators that risk their lives to save
- 28:37Speaker 1: American lives, translators and others who were beheaded and tortured
- 28:41Speaker 1: and killed after we left so abruptly, and they were
- 28:45Speaker 1: kill lists that were clearly put out for them. They
- 28:48Speaker 1: wanted to close quickly, not because it was the safest
- 28:52Speaker 1: way to do it, to draw down in Afghanistan, but
- 28:55Speaker 1: because it was a political moment that they wanted to
- 28:58Speaker 1: say on the anniversary of nine to eleven, I ended
- 29:00Speaker 1: America's longest war. That was the goal for Joe Biden,
- 29:03Speaker 1: that's what he did. And they've been obsessed with closing
- 29:06Speaker 1: Guantanamo Bay. And phase one of getting this deal done
- 29:10Speaker 1: was the obsession with the left that, oh, we waterboarded
- 29:13Speaker 1: Khalie Shike Muhammad. Yeah, the guy knew about a lot
- 29:16Speaker 1: of plans and a lot of terrorist attacks, and he
- 29:18Speaker 1: knew where we assumed asam Bin lad and other tarists were.
- 29:21Speaker 1: And they said, well, you should feel sorry for him.
- 29:23Speaker 1: That should never happened. He should get a plea deal.
- 29:25Speaker 1: And then they just said, we're just going to run
- 29:27Speaker 1: out the clock here. And then we gave him lawyers,
- 29:29Speaker 1: and we paid incredible amounts of money for his legal
- 29:32Speaker 1: defense team with our tax dollars, and then we gave
- 29:35Speaker 1: him incredible medical care and all sorts of other benefits.
- 29:38Speaker 1: And now we're gonna, as you mentioned, keep it live
- 29:40Speaker 1: the rest of his life. But I go back to
- 29:41Speaker 1: the victims here, and this is what pisces me off.
- 29:45Speaker 1: There are tens of thousands of family members that get
- 29:49Speaker 1: a damn letter in the mail, YEP form letter, a
- 29:53Speaker 1: form letter that just says, hey, the guy that killed
- 29:55Speaker 1: your family, I'm sorry your dad or your mom or
- 29:58Speaker 1: your grandmother had or your son, your daughter had to
- 30:00Speaker 1: choose between burning to death and the twins towers or
- 30:03Speaker 1: jumping out the window. The guy who planned that is
- 30:07Speaker 1: going to live now, because we want to just move
- 30:10Speaker 1: this off the books and we want to close down
- 30:12Speaker 1: Gitmo for another moment like we had in Afghanistan that,
- 30:16Speaker 1: by the way, turn out to be a disaster, and
- 30:18Speaker 1: they get a damn form letter.
- 30:20Speaker 2: Well, listen, you're right that this White House, Joe Biden
- 30:25Speaker 2: and Kamala Harris, what characterizes every decision they make is
- 30:29Speaker 2: they put politics first. They put their radical partisan agenda
- 30:34Speaker 2: above the interest of Americans. Why do we have open borders.
- 30:37Speaker 2: We have open borders because they want to stay in power,
- 30:40Speaker 2: because they wanted to let eleven and a half million
- 30:42Speaker 2: illegal aliens in because they think they'll vote for Democrats
- 30:44Speaker 2: either now, some illegally now and the others in the
- 30:47Speaker 2: future when they greet the madnesty and give them voting rights.
- 30:50Speaker 2: So if in the meantime people have to die, that's
- 30:53Speaker 2: a perfectly acceptable risk from their perspective. Why did we
- 30:57Speaker 2: pull out of Afghanistan so incompetently in a way that
- 30:59Speaker 2: resulted in thirteen servicemen and women being murdered because, as
- 31:03Speaker 2: you just said, they wanted to announce we were out
- 31:06Speaker 2: of Afghanistan on the anniversary of nine to eleven. It's
- 31:08Speaker 2: all about the political announcement. And here this was about
- 31:13Speaker 2: appeasing the leftists who hate the fact that Guantanamo exists
- 31:18Speaker 2: at all. Look. The Police Benevolent Association president Patrick Hendry
- 31:25Speaker 2: says he was inundated with calls from officers families after
- 31:29Speaker 2: he learned of the plea deal, and he said it
- 31:31Speaker 2: was quote heartbreaking and infuriating. And here's what he said,
- 31:35Speaker 2: quote their loved one sacrifice is being disrespected and they
- 31:40Speaker 2: are being victimized all over again. These individuals masterminded an
- 31:45Speaker 2: attack on our nation that not only claimed two nine
- 31:49Speaker 2: hundred and seventy seven lives that day, but thousands more
- 31:53Speaker 2: in the years since. Their crime merits the ultimate punishment.
- 31:59Speaker 2: There should be no plea and absolutely no leniency. And
- 32:04Speaker 2: I'll tell you what the firefighters feel the same way.
- 32:07Speaker 2: The Uniform Firefighters Association President Andrew Ansbrot said that FDNISE
- 32:17Speaker 2: thousands of firefighters feel quote betrayed and disgusted. And here's
- 32:22Speaker 2: what he said, quote three hundred and forty three New
- 32:25Speaker 2: York City firefighters died on that day, and hundreds have
- 32:31Speaker 2: died since then. We're still losing three firefighters a month
- 32:36Speaker 2: to the effects of nine to eleven Ground Zero. We
- 32:40Speaker 2: feel betrayed and disgusted that they will not face the
- 32:45Speaker 2: ultimate justice of the death penalty. That these terrorists were
- 32:48Speaker 2: offered a plea deal which will allow them to live
- 32:51Speaker 2: under old age with contact with their families.
- 32:57Speaker 1: I pause because I'm angry. And if you know anybody
- 33:01Speaker 1: that's lost a loved one, whether it's on nine to eleven,
- 33:03Speaker 1: and you and I have friends that lost loved ones
- 33:06Speaker 1: on nine to eleven, but we also and Heidi.
- 33:08Speaker 2: And I lost to very good friends. We were very
- 33:11Speaker 2: good friends with Barbara Olson. She was married to Ted Olson,
- 33:15Speaker 2: who was the Solicitor General of the United States under
- 33:18Speaker 2: George W. Bush. We had been with Barbara not many
- 33:23Speaker 2: weeks before nine to eleven, and she was on the
- 33:25Speaker 2: plane that crashed into the Pentagon. She lost her life
- 33:29Speaker 2: on that day.
- 33:31Speaker 1: I had dinner tonight with I mean, as you know,
- 33:36Speaker 1: I'm in Pinehurst, which is right next to Fort Bragger.
- 33:38Speaker 1: They renamed it being PC Fort Freedom or whatever they
- 33:41Speaker 1: call it now. With a couple of different guys that
- 33:45Speaker 1: signed up after nine to eleven, they're still in and
- 33:49Speaker 1: we were having dinner and this subject came up, and
- 33:53Speaker 1: it was sad to see their demeanor change because they
- 33:58Speaker 1: are enraged because their friends died. They lost their friends
- 34:05Speaker 1: fighting these terrorists. Their friends were killed by people that
- 34:10Speaker 1: were being trained and recruited by Khalie Cheik Muhammad. One
- 34:14Speaker 1: of the things that was brought up tonight at dinner
- 34:16Speaker 1: that made them so mad was they said, what people
- 34:20Speaker 1: forget is khale Cchik Muhammad was not just the master
- 34:24Speaker 1: nine to eleven. He was the master of the propaganda
- 34:27Speaker 1: to recruit radicals into al Qaeda, and those radicals were
- 34:31Speaker 1: the ones on the battlefield that were killing American soldiers.
- 34:35Speaker 1: So it's not just the people that died on nine
- 34:38Speaker 1: to eleven. There were countless others that signed up to
- 34:43Speaker 1: fight the terras after nine to eleven that were fighting
- 34:47Speaker 1: against people that had been recruited through propaganda and training
- 34:51Speaker 1: by Kalie Ceik Muhammad, who were then killed. By the way,
- 34:55Speaker 1: he was never charged directly for their murders, right, And
- 34:58Speaker 1: he said, so to be clear, now, you sent men
- 35:01Speaker 1: and women in uniform, American men and women uniform to
- 35:04Speaker 1: go kill these people, you die, and the guy who
- 35:07Speaker 1: mastermind the whole damn thing that started it all is
- 35:10Speaker 1: now going to live the rest of his life until
- 35:13Speaker 1: he naturally expires. And you think Americans are going to
- 35:17Speaker 1: want to sign up to fight for America, this is
- 35:19Speaker 1: what they know happens after the worst heirs attack on
- 35:21Speaker 1: American soil in American history.
- 35:24Speaker 2: Well, and listen, the media wants America to forget about
- 35:27Speaker 2: nine to eleven, forget about the crazed theocratic lunatics who
- 35:33Speaker 2: sought to murder us, who want to destroy us. And
- 35:36Speaker 2: I will say, for those of us who are old
- 35:39Speaker 2: enough to have been alive, every one of us remembers
- 35:44Speaker 2: exactly where you were that morning. Where were you in
- 35:48Speaker 2: the morning of nine to eleven.
- 35:50Speaker 1: I was in my college dorm room at Ole miss
- 35:53Speaker 1: and my phone, my cell phone rang and it was
- 35:56Speaker 1: a producer at Fox News because I was doing TV then,
- 35:59Speaker 1: and he just said, I'd turn on your TV and
- 36:01Speaker 1: hung up.
- 36:02Speaker 2: It was the horror all across this country. Everyone life
- 36:07Speaker 2: just stopped for me. I was in DC. It was
- 36:10Speaker 2: the beginning of the Bush administration. I was working in
- 36:15Speaker 2: the Bush administration. I was the head of policy at
- 36:17Speaker 2: the Federal Trade Commission at the time. And that morning
- 36:20Speaker 2: I was walking out of our apartment, literally at the
- 36:23Speaker 2: front door, and my phone rang and it was Heidi,
- 36:25Speaker 2: and she had left earlier that morning. Heidi was working
- 36:28Speaker 2: at the White House. And Heidi called me and said,
- 36:30Speaker 2: turn on the television right now. So I stopped. I
- 36:33Speaker 2: went back to my apartment, turned it on and watched,
- 36:36Speaker 2: and we saw the twin towers the World Trade Centers,
- 36:42Speaker 2: and we saw smoke coming out of the top of
- 36:44Speaker 2: one of the two towers. And early on we didn't
- 36:50Speaker 2: know what it was. We didn't know if it was
- 36:52Speaker 2: initially just that The early speculation was it was some
- 36:55Speaker 2: horrible accident. Some pilot of a small plane had screwed
- 36:59Speaker 2: up up and crashed into a building. It was not
- 37:02Speaker 2: immediately apparent what had happened. And as everyone's watching one
- 37:07Speaker 2: of the towers with smoke coming out of it, the
- 37:11Speaker 2: whole world watched in horror as we saw a commercial jet,
- 37:15Speaker 2: a second commercial jet steer around and crash into the
- 37:19Speaker 2: second tower, and the instant that happened, everyone knew exactly
- 37:24Speaker 2: what this was. This was not a tragic accident. This
- 37:28Speaker 2: was a deliberate act of murder, a horrible act of terrorism,
- 37:33Speaker 2: and there was a level of confusion. There was a
- 37:36Speaker 2: level of just horror and disbelief. So Heidi at the time,
- 37:42Speaker 2: as I said, was working at the White House. Initially,
- 37:44Speaker 2: when the first plane hit, the Secret Service told the
- 37:48Speaker 2: folks of the White House just stay where you are,
- 37:50Speaker 2: keep working, and everyone's watching it, but everyone's staying there.
- 37:55Speaker 2: When the second plane hit, they ran through the hallways
- 38:00Speaker 2: and they literally told people get out now, run, do
- 38:03Speaker 2: not walk. Run, And so Heidie sprinted out. Her car
- 38:09Speaker 2: was parked in an underground parking garage, so she couldn't
- 38:11Speaker 2: get her car. They wouldn't let her get her car,
- 38:15Speaker 2: and so Heidie proceeded to take off her high heels
- 38:18Speaker 2: and walk home barefoot. We had an apartment in Arlington, Virginia,
- 38:26Speaker 2: actually just south of the Pentagon and shortly thereafter, so
- 38:33Speaker 2: there was a lot of confusion about what was happening.
- 38:36Speaker 2: I'm watching TV. I'm trying to get in touch with Heidi,
- 38:39Speaker 2: but cell phones were not working very well. There was
- 38:42Speaker 2: a period where it was being reported, i think on
- 38:44Speaker 2: ABC that a plane had hit the White House, which
- 38:47Speaker 2: obviously I'm having trouble getting Heidie, and so I'm very
- 38:50Speaker 2: freaked out that she's in harm's way. She ended up
- 38:53Speaker 2: walking across Memorial Bridge and walking home to our apartment,
- 38:57Speaker 2: just just carrying her high heels. And the plane that
- 39:01Speaker 2: had been reported that had hit the White House is
- 39:03Speaker 2: actually the one that struck the Pentagon. And as I mentioned,
- 39:08Speaker 2: Barbara Olson, our friend, was on it. And Barbara actually
- 39:11Speaker 2: picked up her cell phone on the plane and was
- 39:15Speaker 2: able to contact her husband Ted. She got Ted on
- 39:17Speaker 2: the phone and Ted was at the time, he was
- 39:20Speaker 2: the number three official at the Bush Department of Justice,
- 39:23Speaker 2: and he knew exactly what was happening. He knew his
- 39:25Speaker 2: wife was on that phone. And Barbara was a firebrand.
- 39:31Speaker 2: She was passionate, she was a fighter, she was conservative,
- 39:34Speaker 2: she was awesome. And Barbara said said to Ted, what
- 39:38Speaker 2: do I do? How do we stop them? And that
- 39:41Speaker 2: was the last conversation they had because moments later the
- 39:43Speaker 2: plane crashed in the Pentagon.
