- 0:01Speaker 1: This is telling you just how evil the Democrats are
- 0:05Speaker 1: in Washington, d C. I understand they hate Trump. I
- 0:08Speaker 1: understand they hate Republicans in charge. I understand the hate
- 0:11Speaker 1: that they had to certify the election, which we're gonna
- 0:13Speaker 1: deal with at the moment. And I understand they hate
- 0:15Speaker 1: the fact that everybody around Trump that's coming into power
- 0:18Speaker 1: means they're losing power. I get it. But there should
- 0:21Speaker 1: at least be certain issues that you can look past
- 0:26Speaker 1: all of that and say, all right, we can agree
- 0:30Speaker 1: on this one that we should work together. An example
- 0:33Speaker 1: of that would be exactly what you're gonna hear from
- 0:37Speaker 1: Nancy Mays Congresswomen exposing the one hundred and fifty eight
- 0:41Speaker 1: Democrats that voted against deporting all illegal immigrants who committed
- 0:46Speaker 1: sex crimes against women and children. Democrats voted, noted that
- 0:54Speaker 1: one hundred and fifty eight of them why because they
- 0:58Speaker 1: don't care about women and children being raped by illegal immigrants.
- 1:01Speaker 1: They care more about importing voters that will cancel out
- 1:05Speaker 1: your vote so they will have more power. It is
- 1:09Speaker 1: actually that simple. I wish it wasn't. I wish it
- 1:13Speaker 1: was more complex than that, but it's not. They are
- 1:15Speaker 1: like I don't care if a child is brutally raped
- 1:19Speaker 1: if that means I can't get the power that I want, right,
- 1:23Speaker 1: And the power that they want is the power of
- 1:26Speaker 1: guaranteed voting into office, right, Like that's it. So it's
- 1:30Speaker 1: that simple. And they're like, look, we're not going to
- 1:32Speaker 1: vote for this. We don't care if they raped a woman.
- 1:35Speaker 1: We don't care if they rape children. We don't care
- 1:37Speaker 1: if they sexually assaulted young boys. We don't care if
- 1:40Speaker 1: an illegal immigrant does that. We just don't care because
- 1:46Speaker 1: we want power at all costs. And one hundred and
- 1:50Speaker 1: fifty eight of these Democrats had an opportunity to say, yes,
- 1:57Speaker 1: we're going to not play politics instead. What we're going
- 1:59Speaker 1: to do is we're going to all agree that if
- 2:02Speaker 1: you are an illegal immigrant and you have committed a
- 2:08Speaker 1: sexual crime against women, children, we are going to deport you.
- 2:14Speaker 1: And they said, no, listen and this is blunt and
- 2:18Speaker 1: it's you could say graphic. It's important, and I hope
- 2:22Speaker 1: that you'll listen, but I also hope that you'll share
- 2:24Speaker 1: this audio so that everybody understands that there is one
- 2:27Speaker 1: hundred and fifty eight elected members of Congress Democrats that
- 2:30Speaker 1: voted against iporting illegal immigrant who committed sex crimes against
- 2:34Speaker 1: women and children.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Biden Harris criminal illegal aliens have molested American children, battered
- 2:41Speaker 2: and bruised American spouses, and violently raped American women and girls.
- 2:47Speaker 2: In April twenty twenty two, an illegal alien was arrested
- 2:51Speaker 2: in my home state of South Carolina for sexually abusing
- 2:55Speaker 2: an eleven year old girl after being previously deported not
- 2:59Speaker 2: one tints, but twice. In May twenty twenty two, an
- 3:03Speaker 2: illegal alien in Guatemalan national raped and impregnated a nine
- 3:08Speaker 2: year old girl in Ohio. In April twenty twenty three,
- 3:12Speaker 2: an illegal alien broke into a woman's house in Indiana
- 3:15Speaker 2: in the middle of the night, physically assaulted her, and
- 3:18Speaker 2: held a box cutter to her throat while he raped her.
- 3:22Speaker 2: In July twenty twenty three, an illegal alien and Hoduran
- 3:26Speaker 2: national raped a thirteen year old girl in neighboring Virginia,
- 3:30Speaker 2: just twenty five miles from where we stand today. In
- 3:35Speaker 2: March of this year, an illegal alien followed a woman
- 3:37Speaker 2: from the train station, grabbed her, robbed her.
- 3:40Speaker 1: And sexually assaulted her.
- 3:43Speaker 2: On March twenty fifth of this year, an illegal alien
- 3:45Speaker 2: was arrested in charge with raping a mentally incapacitated fourteen
- 3:50Speaker 2: year old girl in Alabama. On May thirteenth of this year,
- 3:54Speaker 2: a serial rapist illegal alien was arrested in California for
- 3:58Speaker 2: raping two women in a van, which authorities referred to
- 4:01Speaker 2: as as rape dungeon on wheels. In April of this year,
- 4:07Speaker 2: an illegal alien was charged after breaking into a mobile
- 4:09Speaker 2: home in Michigan and viciously sexually assaulting two young girls
- 4:15Speaker 2: under the age of thirteen. In May of this year,
- 4:18Speaker 2: an illegal alien abducted an eleven year old girl in Florida,
- 4:21Speaker 2: forcing her into his van, brutally raping her. In June
- 4:26Speaker 2: seventeenth of this year, two illegal aliens raped and strangled
- 4:30Speaker 2: twelve year old Josson Nungeri and Texas. Just last month,
- 4:35Speaker 2: an illegal alien was arrested after raping a ten year
- 4:38Speaker 2: old boy in Mississippi. Earlier this month, an illegal alien
- 4:43Speaker 2: convicted of a violent assault in Massachusetts was released and
- 4:46Speaker 2: went on to rape a child. This is hardly an
- 4:50Speaker 2: exhaustive list. We see more tragedies like these with every
- 4:54Speaker 2: passing week. The blood and the physical and emotional scars
- 4:59Speaker 2: of these tragedies rest on the hands of Joe Biden
- 5:03Speaker 2: and Kamala Harris.
- 5:06Speaker 1: You listen to that, and those are real people whose
- 5:09Speaker 1: lives were changed. Notice she didn't say they were Republicans.
- 5:13Speaker 1: They were Americans, Americans first, who were brutally attacked, raped,
- 5:18Speaker 1: sexually assaulted. And one hundred and fifty eight Democrats have
- 5:23Speaker 1: voted against deporting They even voted against deporting illegal immigrants
- 5:27Speaker 1: who committed sex crimes. This isn't and I want to
- 5:29Speaker 1: be clear, this was like a no brainer compromise. Okay, look,
- 5:34Speaker 1: let's not have a fight and an argument and a
- 5:36Speaker 1: debate over illegal immigration in general. But can we all
- 5:39Speaker 1: agree that we should get rid of the people that
- 5:41Speaker 1: are convicted of sexually sexually assaulting American citizens and people
- 5:47Speaker 1: that are here that are legal immigrants that are sexually
- 5:49Speaker 1: assaulting me. Should we agree they should be deported? And
- 5:52Speaker 1: one hundred and fifty eight Democrats said no. They said no.
- 5:57Speaker 1: They said no because that's how evil they are. And
- 6:02Speaker 1: I say when I say evil, I mean evil. You
- 6:05Speaker 1: are an evil person, Okay, like you just are. You
- 6:09Speaker 1: are an evil person if you have the opportunity to
- 6:13Speaker 1: deport someone who is a sexual predator and you don't
- 6:16Speaker 1: do it because politics you put ahead of everything else.
- 6:22Speaker 1: This was an easy yes vote. I would actually argue
- 6:26Speaker 1: this is a easy, unanimous yes vote. Every person in
- 6:32Speaker 1: Congress should say, yeah, look, you sexually assault a child
- 6:36Speaker 1: and you're an illegal immigrant, you should you should be
- 6:39Speaker 1: kicked out. Yes, you should be kicked out of the country.
- 6:43Speaker 1: You should be deported. That's not hard. Okay, Like that's easy.
- 6:48Speaker 1: That is not hard. That is not something that should
- 6:53Speaker 1: be controversial. That should be one of those things that
- 6:56Speaker 1: if you wake up in a drunken stupor in the
- 6:58Speaker 1: morning and somebody from your office calls you and you're
- 7:02Speaker 1: the most radical liberal in DC and they say, hey,
- 7:06Speaker 1: congressmen or congresswoman just want you to know today you've
- 7:10Speaker 1: got to vote to agree that if you've sexually assaulted,
- 7:14Speaker 1: rape to child or a woman, and you're an a
- 7:17Speaker 1: legal immigrant, we're going to deport you. If you're high,
- 7:24Speaker 1: like Hunter Biden high, you should still, in my opinion,
- 7:30Speaker 1: be able to sit there for that one moment and go, yeah,
- 7:34Speaker 1: that's something we need to do, like yeah, like okay,
- 7:37Speaker 1: got it. And one hundred and fifty eight Democrats woke up,
- 7:42Speaker 1: and one hundred and fifty eight Democrats said nope, because
- 7:45Speaker 1: I care more about importing illegal immigrants to cancel out
- 7:50Speaker 1: the votes of Americans, because this is how we keep right,
- 7:57Speaker 1: this is how we keep our power. We have to
- 8:01Speaker 1: import illegals. We must give them amnesty, and then they
- 8:06Speaker 1: will vote for us. I keep telling you this is
- 8:09Speaker 1: their plan, because this is their whole plan. There is
- 8:12Speaker 1: nothing but this plan for them. It is all a
- 8:16Speaker 1: simple plan, a plan to do exactly this. And by
- 8:22Speaker 1: the way, if you don't believe me that this is
- 8:24Speaker 1: their plan all along, Mourning Joe even put up a
- 8:28Speaker 1: damning chart of illegal immigration and a massive spike under
- 8:33Speaker 1: Joe Biden. This was on Morning Joe, just two days ago.
- 8:37Speaker 3: Dave, let's tarn to your second chart where you highlight
- 8:39Speaker 3: how the border and climate change were major issues in
- 8:43Speaker 3: the year that was Yes, that's exactly right, of course, Jonathan.
- 8:47Speaker 3: The border was not Biden's finest moment. Frankly, you can
- 8:50Speaker 3: see what happened here. And Trump is not wrong when
- 8:53Speaker 3: he talks about how border crossings were quite low. They
- 8:57Speaker 3: were running about seventy four thousand a month when he
- 8:59Speaker 3: left office, and they in fact did shoot up some
- 9:03Speaker 3: of it with some things Biden said in some ways
- 9:05Speaker 3: that they put a moratorium, for example, a deportations. But
- 9:09Speaker 3: in fact we did get up here almost a three
- 9:11Speaker 3: hundred thousand a month. But what maybe people don't entirely
- 9:14Speaker 3: know is a border crossing stuff come back on almost
- 9:17Speaker 3: to where they were under Trump. They're running at about
- 9:19Speaker 3: one hundred thousand at the moment. So we went up
- 9:22Speaker 3: the hill and we went down the hill. But unfortunately
- 9:24Speaker 3: that was pretty costly to buy.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Unfortunately that was pretty costly to Biden. I love it
- 9:30Speaker 1: like well, we went up like for four years, but
- 9:32Speaker 1: now we've come back down. Why is it down? Because
- 9:34Speaker 1: the rhetoric from the President elect is you come here,
- 9:37Speaker 1: we're going to get rid of you, and we're going
- 9:39Speaker 1: to deport you. Joe Biden has now confirmed, very quietly,
- 9:44Speaker 1: because they're hoping you guys aren't paying attention, that he
- 9:47Speaker 1: is willing and weighing two different pardons, preemptive pardons for
- 9:52Speaker 1: two people that have not been charged with any crimes.
- 9:56Speaker 1: If that doesn't sound shady as hell, I don't know
- 9:58Speaker 1: what is Joe Biden saying. Liz Cheney and doctor Anthony
- 10:05Speaker 1: Fauci may need those preemptive pardons. President Joe Biden's agreeing
- 10:11Speaker 1: to the idea in an interview that he gave with
- 10:13Speaker 1: the USA Today's Susan Page. Receiving a preemptive pardon would
- 10:18Speaker 1: indicate an admission of guilt, although some Democrats claim a
- 10:22Speaker 1: preemptive pardon would only be intended to block President elect
- 10:25Speaker 1: Donald Trump from quote cleaning up Washington, d C. In
- 10:30Speaker 1: the interview, Biden said preemptive pardons are on the table
- 10:35Speaker 1: for his allies. That would obviously include the Biden crime
- 10:40Speaker 1: family members and their business associates. That may be the
- 10:44Speaker 1: reason why he's willing to give a pardon to Cheney
- 10:46Speaker 1: and Fauci, because that, in theory, could become the story.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Biden said he is quote considering preemptive pardons for public
- 10:54Speaker 1: figures such as and he said, Republican Congress Will and
- 11:00Speaker 1: Liz Chaneing and. When Biden met with Trump in the
- 11:03Speaker 1: Oval Office a week after the November elections, he urged
- 11:05Speaker 1: the President elect not to go forward with the threats
- 11:08Speaker 1: to target those, he said in the interview, who have
- 11:10Speaker 1: criticized him. In Cheney's case, helped lead efforts to actually
- 11:14Speaker 1: impeach him. Quote, I tried to make clear that there
- 11:19Speaker 1: was no need and it is counterintuitive for his interest
- 11:23Speaker 1: to go back in try to settle scores. Biden said,
- 11:26Speaker 1: this is the same guy that's in charge of a
- 11:27Speaker 1: party that tried to imprison Donald Trump, tried to take
- 11:33Speaker 1: him out, take all of his money. In fact, it's
- 11:36Speaker 1: the same guy that's having to other Supreme Court right
- 11:38Speaker 1: now because Democrat activist under Joe Biden have been coming
- 11:41Speaker 1: after him in other cases. I'll explain that in a moment.
- 11:45Speaker 1: But Biden said after he said, you know, I'm trying
- 11:48Speaker 1: to tell this guy to be mature and don't try
- 11:50Speaker 1: to settle scores. How did Trump respond? Ysay Day asked him.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Biden's response, He didn't say, no, I'm not going to
- 11:57Speaker 1: you know, he didn't reinforce it. Basically listened. White House
- 12:02Speaker 1: lawyers quote are studying preemptive pardons, which Biden discussed with
- 12:05Speaker 1: senior aides. According to multiple establishment media reports, Democrat and
- 12:10Speaker 1: media allies are urging Biden publicly in the last several
- 12:14Speaker 1: weeks to pardon many of his comrades, including mart Milly,
- 12:18Speaker 1: Christopher Ray, that'd be the FBI director, Justice Department lawyers,
- 12:23Speaker 1: Joe Biden himself, the whole Biden family, Liz Cheney, Representative
- 12:28Speaker 1: Nancy Pelosi and Adam Kinzinger quote unquote, among others. In
- 12:33Speaker 1: other words, if you were doing things that were against
- 12:35Speaker 1: the law in the name of the communist socialist Marxist
- 12:38Speaker 1: Democratic Party, then you deserve to get a get out
- 12:41Speaker 1: of jail free card preemptively. Quote. Biden can give them
- 12:46Speaker 1: a pardon if he wants to. That is what Trump
- 12:48Speaker 1: told NBC News Kristen Welker in an interview. And maybe
- 12:52Speaker 1: he should. He went on to say, why because well,
- 12:55Speaker 1: he knows that they've been up to no good. Now
- 12:58Speaker 1: this is all happening is Donald Trump is now being
- 13:00Speaker 1: forced to ask the Supreme Court of the United States
- 13:03Speaker 1: of America to block his sentencing in the hush money case.
- 13:08Speaker 1: This has clearly gotten completely and utterly out of control.
- 13:12Speaker 1: President elect Trump on Wednesday officially asked the Supreme Court
- 13:16Speaker 1: to pause his sentencing and the New York hush money case.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Trump sentencing is scheduled for Friday morning. He says it
- 13:22Speaker 1: clearly violates the president elects presidential immunity, as outlined in
- 13:27Speaker 1: a Supreme Court decision in July that, according to Trump's
- 13:30Speaker 1: legal team, allowing the sentencing to move forward would be
- 13:33Speaker 1: a quote grave injustice and harm to the institution of
- 13:38Speaker 1: the presidency and the operations of the federal government is
- 13:43Speaker 1: what Trump's lawyers have officially written. President Trump's legal team
- 13:48Speaker 1: filed the emergency petition with the United States Supreme Court
- 13:51Speaker 1: asking the court to correct the unjust actions by New
- 13:55Speaker 1: York courts and stop the unlawful sentencing in the Manhattan
- 13:59Speaker 1: DA witch hunt. Is what Trump's spokesman said, referring to
- 14:03Speaker 1: the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Now, the Supreme Court's
- 14:07Speaker 1: historic decision on immunity, the Constitution and established legal president
- 14:13Speaker 1: mandate that this meritless hoax be immediately dismissed, is what
- 14:19Speaker 1: they wrote in the filing. The legal filing states that
- 14:22Speaker 1: the hush money case and Trump's conviction on these quote
- 14:26Speaker 1: thirty four fellony accounts is on poor legal footing. Part
- 14:30Speaker 1: of the evidence used at trial to secure the conviction
- 14:33Speaker 1: was based on official acts of the president and should
- 14:37Speaker 1: have been shielded from the court case. Altogether, these include,
- 14:42Speaker 1: without limitation, they said, statements issued through his official presidential
- 14:46Speaker 1: Twitter account to the American people in twenty eighteen, statements
- 14:51Speaker 1: to the press, and official presidential media appearances. Documentary evidence
- 14:56Speaker 1: reflecting the official presidential actions and testimony of former White
- 15:01Speaker 1: House employees regarding the official actions taken by President Trump
- 15:06Speaker 1: during his first term as president. The filing states, now,
- 15:10Speaker 1: this is a major pushback from Donald Trump. The legal
- 15:14Speaker 1: team also argued that legal immunity for sitting presidents covers
- 15:19Speaker 1: the transition period between the election and when a president
- 15:23Speaker 1: assumes office. That is exactly why they've tried to rush
- 15:26Speaker 1: this up to Friday, because they're trying to nail him
- 15:28Speaker 1: before he actually takes the oath of office January the
- 15:32Speaker 1: twentieth quote. The doctrine of sitting president immunity shields Trump
- 15:37Speaker 1: from criminal process during the brief but crucial period of
- 15:42Speaker 1: presidential transition while he engages in the extraordinary, demanding task
- 15:46Speaker 1: of preparing to assume the executive power of the United
- 15:49Speaker 1: States of America. The filing also states, again they're going
- 15:54Speaker 1: back to this is unprecedented. This is a witch hunt,
- 15:57Speaker 1: and everybody knows it now. Supreme Court Justice Satamayor ordered
- 16:02Speaker 1: Alvin Bragg's office to respond to the Trump team's filing
- 16:06Speaker 1: by ten am on Thursday. The Trump team made the
- 16:11Speaker 1: emergency appeal to the Supreme Court a day after the
- 16:14Speaker 1: New York Appeals Court rejected what is described as a
- 16:17Speaker 1: similar petition now an illegal filing. To the Appeals Court,
- 16:21Speaker 1: Bragg's office argued that Trump, as president elect quote, has
- 16:25Speaker 1: no viable claim a presidential immunity from the ordinary criminal process.
- 16:31Speaker 1: Prosecutors for Alvin Bragg's office went on to say that
- 16:36Speaker 1: Trump is not yet engaged in any official presidential functions
- 16:40Speaker 1: that would be disrupted by the sentencing. Now, the reality is,
- 16:43Speaker 1: we all know that when you're coming into office and
- 16:45Speaker 1: you are the president elect, the whole world changes the
- 16:48Speaker 1: way that they treat you, including by the way our
- 16:51Speaker 1: Secret Service they treat you with protections like you are
- 16:54Speaker 1: the president of the United States of America. Why do
- 16:57Speaker 1: you think all these world leaders are coming to meet
- 16:59Speaker 1: with him at Marko. Why do you think he's on
- 17:01Speaker 1: Capitol Hill today meeting with congressional leaders. Why do you
- 17:04Speaker 1: think the media is covering it? Because the idea that
- 17:07Speaker 1: he's somehow just a normal guy right now is absurd
- 17:10Speaker 1: and everyone knows that, and even our Secret Service admits
- 17:14Speaker 1: it by the way that they protect you after election day. Now,
- 17:18Speaker 1: President of the United States, Trump also may get clear
- 17:22Speaker 1: with the Supreme Court that this is something that is
- 17:24Speaker 1: nothing more than harassment, and I couldn't agree with him more.
- 17:28Speaker 1: And then legal filing to the Appeals Court, Brag's off
- 17:31Speaker 1: as saying, well, Trump isn't really the president yet. I
- 17:34Speaker 1: don't think that's going to go very far. Now. The
- 17:37Speaker 1: other question, as Trump asked the Supreme Court to block
- 17:40Speaker 1: his sentencing in the Touchmony case, is this will this
- 17:43Speaker 1: have political ramifications for the Democrats. They lost an election,
- 17:48Speaker 1: they lost it and everybody knows they lost it, and
- 17:52Speaker 1: now this looks like nothing more than straight up warfare.
- 17:55Speaker 1: I don't know if Alvin Bragg and the Democrats really care.
- 17:58Speaker 1: I think what they look at here is this is
- 18:00Speaker 1: an opportunity to get Trump off of this game. This
- 18:04Speaker 1: is an opportunity to make him look like a criminal
- 18:07Speaker 1: as he's taking office, to hurt him day one when
- 18:10Speaker 1: he goes into office. This is no different than what
- 18:13Speaker 1: they did in twenty sixteen with Russian collusion. That is
- 18:16Speaker 1: why I do believe that the Supreme Court is going
- 18:20Speaker 1: to look at this, and the Supreme Court is going
- 18:23Speaker 1: to say, look, we got to do something here like
- 18:26Speaker 1: this is not the way that any president of the
- 18:29Speaker 1: United States America should come into office. This is not
- 18:33Speaker 1: how the president units It's America should be dealt with
- 18:35Speaker 1: president elect, and we should protect presidents because otherwise you're
- 18:39Speaker 1: going to have weaponization of the on a level we've
- 18:42Speaker 1: never could have imagined. Imagine now, if every single time
- 18:46Speaker 1: a party loses I'm talking about the Republican Party of
- 18:49Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, if in the time between the day
- 18:52Speaker 1: you lose the election November until January twentieth, when you're
- 18:56Speaker 1: scorn in that you basically say, all right, we're just
- 18:59Speaker 1: going to go out after all of our political opponents.
- 19:02Speaker 1: Is a last minute attack on them for what they
- 19:04Speaker 1: have done to us. I really do believe that this
- 19:09Speaker 1: is a real nervous moment for this country where the
- 19:17Speaker 1: Supreme Court needs to step in and the Supreme Court
- 19:20Speaker 1: needs to make it very clear that these actions are
- 19:24Speaker 1: actions that should not ever take place for anyone who
- 19:28Speaker 1: is becoming president. Whether it's a Joe Biden, a Kamala Harris,
- 19:31Speaker 1: a Donald Trump, a Ronald Reagan, a Jimmy Carter, a
- 19:35Speaker 1: Barack Obama, it doesn't matter. We do not harass the
- 19:40Speaker 1: incoming president of the United States of America with frivolous
- 19:43Speaker 1: lawsuits that are meant only to attack and to hurt.
- 19:47Speaker 1: When bad things happen. In theory, people come together, right,
- 19:51Speaker 1: You have heroes that come out. We hear sad stories
- 19:54Speaker 1: about people. There's a man that died with a water
- 19:58Speaker 1: hose in his hand trying to save his own house.
- 20:01Speaker 1: You see people that have saved like baby Deer. In
- 20:04Speaker 1: the last couple of hours that have come out on TV.
- 20:06Speaker 1: We've seen people that have been pushing the elderly from
- 20:09Speaker 1: old folks homes away from the blaze as embers are
- 20:12Speaker 1: flying through the air on the street. Right, there's heroes
- 20:14Speaker 1: that come out of this. But you also have a
- 20:16Speaker 1: problem in La. You have a breakdown in society that's
- 20:19Speaker 1: happening before our very eyes. There are a lot of
- 20:23Speaker 1: people now that are taking advantage of this opportunity as
- 20:25Speaker 1: looters are coming out in large numbers. Now, why would
- 20:29Speaker 1: that happen? I can tell exactly why. Because you have
- 20:31Speaker 1: a godless, lawless society in LA. I'm going to say
- 20:36Speaker 1: that again because I didn't say it by accident, and
- 20:38Speaker 1: there's people to say, well, Ben, that's just me to
- 20:40Speaker 1: say that right now. No, it's not. This is exactly
- 20:42Speaker 1: when you have this conversation. There is godlessness and lawlessness
- 20:47Speaker 1: in La They don't prosecute people for breaking into stores.
- 20:52Speaker 1: We've seen this. We look at all the stores in
- 20:54Speaker 1: California that keep closing. They have to lock up everything
- 20:57Speaker 1: at CBS and Walgreens because everything people walking and steal.
- 21:01Speaker 1: We've seen that. We've seen the videos of people walking
- 21:03Speaker 1: into stores and just grab whatever the hell they want
- 21:04Speaker 1: and they walk out and they're not prosecuted because if
- 21:07Speaker 1: it's under nine hundred and something dollars, they don't care
- 21:09Speaker 1: out there. And now all of a sudden, the La
- 21:12Speaker 1: County District Attorney is issuing quota warning to potential looters. Well,
- 21:15Speaker 1: you better not do that. You created a society bro
- 21:20Speaker 1: where you didn't prosecute people for stealing in broad daylight
- 21:25Speaker 1: in the stores, and you let them go because of
- 21:27Speaker 1: bail reform and prison reform, and you did this. So
- 21:31Speaker 1: now instead of people saying like hey, everybody, chill out,
- 21:35Speaker 1: no stealing, let's tell people. Let's try to say we lives.
- 21:37Speaker 1: There's looters out there, like hey man, this is this
- 21:39Speaker 1: is ours for the take, and let's go get it.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Let's get into break into city. These nights homes are
- 21:44Speaker 1: going to burn down anyway, right, there's justification for it. Hell,
- 21:48Speaker 1: there's probably be like, Oh, the Lord bless me during
- 21:50Speaker 1: that fire. I got me a big screen TV, a
- 21:52Speaker 1: couple of laptops, some iPads, got me some guns, stole
- 21:56Speaker 1: me some furniture. I got some good stuff. The Lord
- 22:00Speaker 1: trus me. The house gunn burn out. Anyway, Right there,
- 22:02Speaker 1: I can hear the justification of the criminals that are
- 22:05Speaker 1: involved in this. And now Nathan Hochem, Hutchman or whatever
- 22:09Speaker 1: the hell's name is, the LA County District Attorney, is
- 22:12Speaker 1: out there on TV, which also, by the way, makes
- 22:14Speaker 1: me laugh. Do you think there's a bunch of people
- 22:15Speaker 1: in LA that are looting right now that are watching
- 22:17Speaker 1: you on TV? No, because they're out there looting. It's like, well,
- 22:20Speaker 1: we're gonna tell them they better not loot. Good luck
- 22:23Speaker 1: with that, bro. You create a society where no one's
- 22:25Speaker 1: held accountable for any of their actions. In LA, you
- 22:28Speaker 1: can be an illegal, you can be homeless, you can
- 22:31Speaker 1: be a squatter. So the worst squatting we've seen of
- 22:34Speaker 1: houses in the country are coming out of LA. You
- 22:37Speaker 1: can walk into a CBS at Walgreens, or a department store,
- 22:41Speaker 1: a Saxopith Avenue, Macy's, whatever it is, and you can
- 22:44Speaker 1: steal whatever the hell you want and you're not gonna
- 22:47Speaker 1: be prosecuted. You created a lawless environment where now you're shocked,
- 22:53Speaker 1: and I think these Hollywood people are like truly shocked,
- 22:56Speaker 1: like they cannot believe that people are just stealing right
- 22:59Speaker 1: now and trying to steal during this time. I totally
- 23:03Speaker 1: can It makes complete sense to me. Every day you
- 23:07Speaker 1: let them get away with it. This is the big one,
- 23:10Speaker 1: this is the super Bowl. Go in anyhow, steal whatever
- 23:13Speaker 1: the hell you want. And now they're like, well, you
- 23:15Speaker 1: can't do that, So now you're drawing the line. Listen
- 23:18Speaker 1: to him, plead with the criminals, Please don't do this.
- 23:22Speaker 4: Nathan, Why was it important for you to put out
- 23:26Speaker 4: to the world that Instagram.
- 23:29Speaker 1: You know, you have a very big job right now.
- 23:31Speaker 4: We watched you earlier on your news conference talking about looters.
- 23:36Speaker 4: You're going to take a very heavy hand when it
- 23:39Speaker 4: comes to that. But maybe sharing I guess that it's
- 23:43Speaker 4: affecting everybody, including you and your family.
- 23:47Speaker 5: So I thought it was very important to make it
- 23:50Speaker 5: clear that I was there, I was a bearing witness
- 23:54Speaker 5: right in the middle of the fire zone, that it
- 23:56Speaker 5: affected my sister.
- 23:59Speaker 1: You know, her entire family.
- 24:01Speaker 5: I've personally been evacuated along with thousands of others. There's
- 24:05Speaker 5: over one hundred and eighty thousand people who have been
- 24:07Speaker 5: evacuated in Los Angeles County.
- 24:10Speaker 1: And I want to also make clearer.
- 24:12Speaker 5: To anyone who was thinking about taking advantage of it
- 24:15Speaker 5: for their own personal illegal profit, and those looters, those scammers,
- 24:21Speaker 5: those people who are going to prey on vulnerable people
- 24:25Speaker 5: who are looking to rebuild their lives, that they will
- 24:28Speaker 5: actually be arrested, they will be prosecuted, and we will
- 24:32Speaker 5: seek maximum punishment against them. Those people who want to
- 24:36Speaker 5: take advantage of this tragedy are despicable, and I wanted
- 24:40Speaker 5: to say in fair warning out to them right now
- 24:43Speaker 5: so there's no misunderstanding about how they will be treated
- 24:47Speaker 5: if and when they get caught, prosecuted and punished.
- 24:51Speaker 1: I don't I'm sorry, Like, I don't believe you if
- 24:53Speaker 1: I'm one of these criminals out there, I'm laughing in
- 24:55Speaker 1: your face because, like, dude, you guys can't even put
- 24:58Speaker 1: out a fire. You can't even get water into hoses.
- 25:02Speaker 1: You guys can't even do that. Like, do you really
- 25:05Speaker 1: think right now if you are a professional leader or
- 25:08Speaker 1: an amateur out there. You are worried about what that
- 25:11Speaker 1: DA prosecutor just said. I'll go to another example. Let's
- 25:15Speaker 1: go back and again. It just signals the reality. The
- 25:18Speaker 1: Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley. She boasts about being
- 25:23Speaker 1: the first female and LGBTQ fire chief in the LA
- 25:26Speaker 1: Fire Department. And what did she do. She promote a
- 25:29Speaker 1: culture of DEI in her hiring priority in a three
- 25:32Speaker 1: she called it a three year initiative. A three year initiative,
- 25:38Speaker 1: she said she wanted to create a supporting and promoting
- 25:40Speaker 1: a culture that values diversity, inclusion, equity while striving to
- 25:43Speaker 1: meet and exceed the expectations of the communities. As Chief
- 25:47Speaker 1: Crowley's priorities. You get what you pay for. You push
- 25:51Speaker 1: all this woke ideology, and this is what you get.
- 25:55Speaker 1: And by the way, Joe Biden just authorized five hundred
- 25:57Speaker 1: million in aid to California and two lost everything in
- 26:00Speaker 1: these fires. Well just kidding, just kidding, Sorry, that was
- 26:04Speaker 1: for Ukraine. My bad. So far. Joe Biden is not
- 26:07Speaker 1: guaranteed any certain dollar amount of aid to California's that
- 26:10Speaker 1: could change. But the time I'm taping this, that's what's
- 26:13Speaker 1: going on. But damn it. We had time to give
- 26:15Speaker 1: another five hundred million in aid to Ukraine, not California,
- 26:18Speaker 1: but to Ukraine. Here's something else you might want to know.
- 26:23Speaker 1: We finally have a clip of the President of the
- 26:25Speaker 1: United States of America. I'm going to play this for
- 26:27Speaker 1: you because it just came in. This just came in.
- 26:30Speaker 1: Here is Joe Biden. I'm gonna hear this with you
- 26:32Speaker 1: right now for the first time.
- 26:34Speaker 6: Today. The Secretary of Defense also authorized five hundred wildfire
- 26:40Speaker 6: ground cleary personnel from the Defense Department, and I've directed
- 26:44Speaker 6: the Department to continue working with Coven Duson to identify
- 26:47Speaker 6: additional resources that can be provided for public safety and security.
- 26:52Speaker 6: And we've secured additional firefighters and firefighting aircraft from our
- 26:57Speaker 6: ally in Canada as well. I also want everyone in
- 27:01Speaker 6: southern California to know we're going to keep at it.
- 27:04Speaker 6: We're sticking with this. We expect there may be a
- 27:06Speaker 6: temporary break in the winds, but in some areas the
- 27:09Speaker 6: winds are likely to continue well in the next week,
- 27:13Speaker 6: and so we're going to continue to sending everything, literally
- 27:19Speaker 6: every resource we can find that's appropriate to help the
- 27:22Speaker 6: governor and the first responders. Second We're focused on helping
- 27:26Speaker 6: people who have been displaced where many cases lost everything.
- 27:30Speaker 6: You've reported on you've seen the homes just burned to
- 27:32Speaker 6: the ground, Whole areas have burned to the ground, large areas.
- 27:37Speaker 6: They've been displaced, and they've lost everything. As I said,
- 27:41Speaker 6: since the fire started, FEMA has been working with state
- 27:44Speaker 6: the states to help residents get sheltered, groceries, prescription and
- 27:49Speaker 6: other critical goods like baby formuenena. We're also sent FEMA
- 27:54Speaker 6: Director Criswell to Los Angeles to manage our response on
- 27:57Speaker 6: the ground. She was supposed to be on this called,
- 28:00Speaker 6: but we have a deputy here because she is out
- 28:02Speaker 6: in the field with the governor right now surveying what's
- 28:05Speaker 6: going on.
- 28:08Speaker 1: This guy has no clue what's going on. Quote. I
- 28:11Speaker 1: want everyone's other California to know, we're going to keep
- 28:13Speaker 1: at it. We're sticking with this. Like what is that?
- 28:16Speaker 1: What does that even mean? Like, we're gonna stick with it, boys,
- 28:20Speaker 1: We're gonna we're gonna stick with it, letting the fires
- 28:23Speaker 1: be zero percent contained. Like I'm being serious, what does
- 28:26Speaker 1: that actually mean? Pacific Palisades property owner went on TV
- 28:31Speaker 1: earlier today. His name is Steve Bardak, and you know
- 28:35Speaker 1: what he said. He said, we as residence, we made
- 28:38Speaker 1: a mistake. Listen, I think.
- 28:41Speaker 7: Los Angeles made a mistake. Karen Bass does not serve
- 28:45Speaker 7: the interests of LA residents. Some of the decisions are nonsensical,
- 28:50Speaker 7: such as cutting seventeen point six million dollars from LA
- 28:54Speaker 7: Fire Department's budget but instead prioritizing homelessness where roughly half
- 28:59Speaker 7: of the funds of one point three billion dollars was
- 29:02Speaker 7: not even spent. And it just doesn't make any sense.
- 29:06Speaker 7: You know, where are her priorities, what is her strategy?
- 29:09Speaker 7: Where is the plan? She doesn't have one. We need
- 29:13Speaker 7: a proven leader with that is effective, that understands priorities,
- 29:18Speaker 7: that understands business, like Rick Cruso.
- 29:21Speaker 1: By the way, you want to know why they can't
- 29:22Speaker 1: do this job. They didn't sign up to do this job, folks.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Gavin Newsom didn't sign up to be governor. He signed
- 29:29Speaker 1: up to be a Hollywood celebrity. Karen Bass didn't sign
- 29:35Speaker 1: up to actually be a mayor. She signed up for
- 29:38Speaker 1: the glitzy parties and the celebrity handshakes and the woke
- 29:41Speaker 1: ideology where everybody walk around say you're doing so great
- 29:43Speaker 1: How many trans people got in your office? Now, good
- 29:45Speaker 1: for you. How many gay people got in your office?
- 29:47Speaker 1: How many lesbians you got hired? Oh, I got me
- 29:50Speaker 1: a new lesbian up in here, is gonna be in
- 29:51Speaker 1: charge of fire department. Yeah, she's gonna get some more
- 29:54Speaker 1: lesbians up in here. And gave people and some trainees.
- 29:57Speaker 1: They didn't sign up to actually serve the people, folks.
- 30:00Speaker 1: They signed up to be famous with celebrities in a
- 30:04Speaker 1: city where they get to go to all the fun,
- 30:06Speaker 1: glitzy parties. By the way, in these types of disasters,
- 30:11Speaker 1: this is where the governors earn their paycheck. It's also,
- 30:14Speaker 1: by the way, where they earn their paycheck by making
- 30:16Speaker 1: sure they do everything to make sure that days like
- 30:18Speaker 1: this don't happen and fires like this don't happen. And
- 30:23Speaker 1: notice they're still not telling you the truth that a
- 30:25Speaker 1: lot of these fires are being lit by individuals. Another
- 30:30Speaker 1: Malibu resident started crying during an interview with NBC News, saying,
- 30:34Speaker 1: we lost everything we owned. I hope they learn from this,
- 30:37Speaker 1: I really do. Adam Carolla slamming democrats. You may know
- 30:41Speaker 1: him the Adam Corolla Show. This is a guy that's
- 30:44Speaker 1: a comedian. He's a former liberal who's now just sensical.
- 30:47Speaker 1: Here's what he said.
- 30:49Speaker 8: You guys all voted for Karen Bass, the mayor of
- 30:52Speaker 8: Los Angeles, who all voted for Gavin Newsom, And now
- 30:54Speaker 8: you get what you get. Oh, now that your house
- 30:58Speaker 8: is on fire, Well, now your thinking thinking about something else.
- 31:01Speaker 8: Now you want to know what's going on? What's going
- 31:04Speaker 8: on around here? All these people who were deep blue
- 31:08Speaker 8: Democrats are now gonna have to.
- 31:11Speaker 1: Pull a permit to rebuild.
- 31:13Speaker 8: And when they start running into the bureaucracy and the
- 31:16Speaker 8: red tape, they're gonna start going nuts. And they're gonna
- 31:18Speaker 8: vote for Rick Caruso next time because they want to
- 31:21Speaker 8: get that's all. Trump says, we're gonna pull back the regulations.
- 31:24Speaker 1: By the way, he's right, you guys all voted for this,
- 31:29Speaker 1: But now that your house is on fire, you start
- 31:30Speaker 1: thinking about something else. I couldn't agree with him more.
- 31:34Speaker 1: And is all this is happening. Just remember a lot
- 31:37Speaker 1: of this started with a fish, a fish that they
- 31:40Speaker 1: wanted to save, a little fish, And California burned itself
- 31:44Speaker 1: to the ground to save a little fish and got
- 31:47Speaker 1: rid of dams. By the way, Pride magazine, Yes, it's
- 31:50Speaker 1: a real article. Yes, this is a real headline. Pride Magazine.
- 31:54Speaker 1: Their headline today was this amid Palisades fire, Comma, Los Angeles'
- 32:01Speaker 1: first LGBTQ plus fire chief is proving lesbians get it done.
