- 1:18Speaker 1: Chalk choq dot com promo code Ben, the Biden crime
- 1:23Speaker 1: family and whistleblowers have come forward.
- 1:26Speaker 2: So what did they say? It's our two part.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Series from Washington, DC. It's Verdict Senator Ted Cruz, Senater,
- 1:33Speaker 1: it's like midnight. Whistleblowers have talked today and we're sitting
- 1:37Speaker 1: here with Congressman James Comer, our guest for a two
- 1:40Speaker 1: part series. This is probably gonna be one of my
- 1:43Speaker 1: favorite episodes that we've ever done. And we're gonna go
- 1:47Speaker 1: an order of how we got to these whistleblowers. But
- 1:50Speaker 1: before we even get to that, you and I talked
- 1:52Speaker 1: for pulling an audible before the show. We're gonna find
- 1:54Speaker 1: out exactly what those whistleblowers said today in front of
- 1:57Speaker 1: the committee with Congressman Comer.
- 1:59Speaker 3: Well, Ben, let me welcome comm to Washington, DC.
- 2:01Speaker 2: It's good to be here. It is almost midnight.
- 2:03Speaker 3: You're out of Texas, you're out of Memphis, you are
- 2:06Speaker 3: in the swamp, you are in the depth. So my
- 2:09Speaker 3: friend James Comber congressman from the great state of Kentucky,
- 2:12Speaker 3: chairman of the House Oversight Committee, has been deep up
- 2:16Speaker 3: personal with Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family.
- 2:21Speaker 3: And I got to say, when we started using that
- 2:22Speaker 3: phrase Biden crime family, I thought it was too harsh.
- 2:27Speaker 3: I was like a little hesitant. Okay, that seems hyperbolic.
- 2:30Speaker 3: I gotta say every damn day that unfolds, that's less
- 2:35Speaker 3: and less exaggeration. And so James has been the reason
- 2:38Speaker 3: we're starting so late is he's been voting till eleven
- 2:40Speaker 3: o'clock at night, so he just left the House floor.
- 2:43Speaker 3: This is the reality of Washington and today this is
- 2:49Speaker 3: gonna air on Thursday, but today, Wednesday is we're sitting
- 2:53Speaker 3: here almost midnight. You had a hearing in the House
- 2:55Speaker 3: of Representatives. That was a big, big deal. You had
- 2:58Speaker 3: two ground breaking whistleblowers. And so I just want to
- 3:04Speaker 3: start by asking what happened today. If someone's busy, they're
- 3:08Speaker 3: driving to work, it's Thursday morning, they're driving to work,
- 3:10Speaker 3: they didn't have time to turn on the TV yesterday,
- 3:12Speaker 3: they didn't watch the testimony, So what did they miss?
- 3:16Speaker 3: What happened in the House of Representatives? On Wednesday.
- 3:19Speaker 4: Well, I think we had a very substantive hearing on
- 3:21Speaker 4: a very serious subject. The subject was the Biden criminal activity,
- 3:26Speaker 4: and the two witnesses we had were I think the
- 3:30Speaker 4: most credible witnesses we've had in front of the oversight
- 3:33Speaker 4: commending the entire seven years I've been in Congress. These
- 3:37Speaker 4: were the two highest ranking IRS career employees from the
- 3:43Speaker 4: International Tax Crime Division. So these were the guys that
- 3:49Speaker 4: investigate all the suspicious wires, all the foreign influence, any
- 3:54Speaker 4: type of tax evasion from foreign entities, the influx of
- 3:58Speaker 4: illegal Chinese money. These are the guys that do that,
- 4:01Speaker 4: and they're part of an elite team. And they're only
- 4:04Speaker 4: twelve on this team. So this was two of the
- 4:07Speaker 4: twelve one sixth of the entire international Tax Fraud team
- 4:11Speaker 4: for the IRS. And what they had to say was
- 4:14Speaker 4: very concerning because I never knew over the past six
- 4:17Speaker 4: months whether or not the RS even you about the
- 4:20Speaker 4: shell companies that the Bidens had, if even you about
- 4:23Speaker 4: all the suspicious activity reports that Treasury had that showed
- 4:27Speaker 4: that the Bidens were laundering money through shell companies through
- 4:30Speaker 4: various banks.
- 4:31Speaker 5: You know, pretty serious accusation.
- 4:33Speaker 4: We've been talking about this, and the Democrats have said, well,
- 4:36Speaker 4: there's no evidence, that's not true, that's fake news, Russian disinformation.
- 4:41Speaker 4: So we finally had two whistleblowers come forward. They gave
- 4:44Speaker 4: a transcribed interview to the Ways and Means Committee, which
- 4:48Speaker 4: is the appropriate process of the ones, as you know,
- 4:51Speaker 4: in the House that has jurisdiction over the irs.
- 4:54Speaker 5: Then they agreed to come to.
- 4:57Speaker 4: Committee hearing for the House Oversight Committee. The American people
- 5:00Speaker 4: got to see today a six hour hearing with fifty
- 5:04Speaker 4: members of Congress, each having six minutes to ask these
- 5:10Speaker 4: these iris suposial blowers questions, and there were substantive questions
- 5:13Speaker 4: on the Republican side. Now, the Democrats, all they thought
- 5:17Speaker 4: about was Trump and racism.
- 5:19Speaker 5: And things like that.
- 5:20Speaker 4: But we asked very subjective questions, and what we learned
- 5:23Speaker 4: was that the Bidens have committed a series of crimes.
- 5:30Speaker 4: There were many more tax evasion issues than what Hunter
- 5:35Speaker 4: Biden pled guilty to. The Irish Supssal blowers had investigated
- 5:40Speaker 4: this for five years and they were told to stand
- 5:42Speaker 4: down by the Department of Justice. And what happened is
- 5:46Speaker 4: they took so long they let a lot of the statutes,
- 5:49Speaker 4: the limitations expire, to where the penalties that the Bidens
- 5:53Speaker 4: were going to have to plead guilty to kept shrinking
- 5:56Speaker 4: and shrinking and shrinking. There was nothing left.
- 5:58Speaker 2: Ye are serving zero jail time, zero jail time.
- 6:02Speaker 4: Anyone else in America would already be in prison for
- 6:05Speaker 4: the amount of money they evade.
- 6:06Speaker 3: All right, So let's start at an initial point, these
- 6:10Speaker 3: two whistleblowers. Look, an initial assessment you've got to make.
- 6:13Speaker 3: The House of Representatives has to make if we see
- 6:16Speaker 3: an impeachment trial, the Senate has to make, and ultimately
- 6:19Speaker 3: the American people have to make is are these guys credible?
- 6:22Speaker 3: Are they telling the truth? If they're lying, that's not
- 6:26Speaker 3: very persuasive. And so if you're trying to assess, right,
- 6:28Speaker 3: are these credible witnesses, one of the questions you ask
- 6:31Speaker 3: is do they have a bias? You know, if you
- 6:33Speaker 3: have a witness who is, say a disgruntled employee that
- 6:36Speaker 3: got fired, sometimes they make up all sorts of crazy stories.
- 6:40Speaker 3: If you have a witness as a partisan, maybe they're
- 6:42Speaker 3: a hardcore Republican. They hate Joe Biden, so they'll come
- 6:45Speaker 3: in and testify to something nasty because they've got a
- 6:48Speaker 3: political bias. So one of the things that I think
- 6:51Speaker 3: is striking is that both of these guys their career
- 6:55Speaker 3: IRS employees, they've spent their entire professional life working with
- 6:59Speaker 3: the IRS. They're both Democrats. Neither of them were partisan Republicans.
- 7:04Speaker 3: I don't know if anyone asked today, but I suspect
- 7:07Speaker 3: neither of them voted for Donald Trump.
- 7:09Speaker 5: I think that's a good suspicion.
- 7:12Speaker 3: They've said they're Democrats, they've identified as Democrats. The number
- 7:16Speaker 3: of career IRS employees who are Democrats who voted for
- 7:19Speaker 3: Donald Trump, if that's not zero, it's pretty to durn close,
- 7:22Speaker 3: very close. So that suggests there's not a reason on
- 7:26Speaker 3: the face to doubt what they're saying. They still might
- 7:30Speaker 3: be lying. You've got to test what they're saying. Anyone
- 7:33Speaker 3: that comes forward with serious allegations of criminality, and to
- 7:37Speaker 3: be clear, what they've alleged is criminality by Hunter Biden.
- 7:41Speaker 3: But look, if we were just talking about Hunter Biden,
- 7:44Speaker 3: he is a troubled soul, he has substance abuse issues.
- 7:47Speaker 3: If it were just Hunter Biden, this wouldn't be national news.
- 7:50Speaker 3: But they're also a legend criminal conduct by Merrick Garland,
- 7:54Speaker 3: the Attorney General of the United States under Joe Biden,
- 7:57Speaker 3: and they are ultimately a leegend criminal conduct by Joe Biden,
- 8:00Speaker 3: the sitting president of the United States.
- 8:01Speaker 4: They were and they were headed towards Joe. They wanted
- 8:05Speaker 4: to interview Hunter. They wanted to interview Joe Biden's grandchildren.
- 8:09Speaker 2: They when you say they, so if people understand who
- 8:12Speaker 2: is they, they is who are the two with us?
- 8:14Speaker 4: There were more than two. There were seven that were
- 8:17Speaker 4: set to interview Hunter Biden and his children. So they
- 8:22Speaker 4: had a plan, and they had a plan.
- 8:23Speaker 5: It was IRS employees as well as FBI employees.
- 8:26Speaker 1: So were they working together or separations working together? So
- 8:29Speaker 1: they all come together, they'd all agree that they should be.
- 8:32Speaker 4: Interfew gotten to the point to where they we need
- 8:34Speaker 4: to knock on his door and say, hey, where is
- 8:36Speaker 4: all this, what's the source of this money? What did
- 8:39Speaker 4: you do to receive this money from?
- 8:41Speaker 2: You said, we're going to knock on his door.
- 8:43Speaker 3: One of the things that I found really stunning is
- 8:46Speaker 3: what the testimony was that they're getting ready to knock
- 8:48Speaker 3: on Hunter Biden's door. And if you're doing an investigation,
- 8:50Speaker 3: you knock on a suspects door. You want to interview them,
- 8:53Speaker 3: You want to catch them off guard. You want to
- 8:54Speaker 3: get them to say something they're not expecting, like, you
- 8:57Speaker 3: want them to to get them to say something stupid,
- 8:59Speaker 3: because the sad thing is criminals really are stupid. They
- 9:02Speaker 3: say all sorts of dumb things. So what did the
- 9:05Speaker 3: whistleblowers tell us happen? That is unusual when they're getting
- 9:08Speaker 3: ready to knock on Hunter's door.
- 9:11Speaker 4: The Secret Service, because at the time they were going
- 9:13Speaker 4: to knock on Hunter's door was at the point where
- 9:16Speaker 4: Joe Biden just got elected president, so he had Secret
- 9:19Speaker 4: Service protection and he had the transition team. The Secret
- 9:23Speaker 4: Service was notified that Hunter Biden was about to be
- 9:28Speaker 4: approached by IRS and FBI employees, and then the Biden
- 9:33Speaker 4: transition team was approached. Then the Biden lawyers called Hunter Biden,
- 9:39Speaker 4: and then they called the FAI agents and the RS
- 9:43Speaker 4: agents and said, don't knock on that door. If he
- 9:46Speaker 4: wants to come out, he'll come out and.
- 9:48Speaker 5: Talk to you. Just wait.
- 9:50Speaker 4: Well they waited, and nothing ever happened, and then they
- 9:53Speaker 4: were told.
- 9:53Speaker 5: To go home.
- 9:54Speaker 2: So they were there at his house.
- 9:55Speaker 5: They were there at his house.
- 9:56Speaker 3: So let me underscore the Department of Justice tim off Hunter. Hey,
- 10:01Speaker 3: they're coming to question you and Hunter called it as lawyers,
- 10:04Speaker 3: and they said, don't talk to him.
- 10:06Speaker 2: On guard's side.
- 10:07Speaker 3: Like in any other circumstance, if you're investigating criminal conduct,
- 10:11Speaker 3: do you tip off the suspect beforehand?
- 10:13Speaker 5: They said that today.
- 10:13Speaker 4: No, they said that never happened in their decade long
- 10:18Speaker 4: service to the IRS.
- 10:20Speaker 2: When they were told to go home. Who told them
- 10:22Speaker 2: to go home?
- 10:24Speaker 5: Their superior at the IRS?
- 10:28Speaker 2: Was that unprecedent from their testimony.
- 10:29Speaker 5: That they said it never happened before?
- 10:31Speaker 3: All right, you talked about suspicious activity reports, and there's
- 10:35Speaker 3: been some discussion of this. Look, if you're at home,
- 10:37Speaker 3: you're watching TV, you're trying to figure out what these are?
- 10:40Speaker 3: What is a suspicious activity report? And like when is
- 10:44Speaker 3: it made? When does it occur?
- 10:45Speaker 4: I knew a lot about these because I was the
- 10:47Speaker 4: director of a bank for over a decade. A suspicious
- 10:50Speaker 4: activity report is when the bank files noticed with the
- 10:52Speaker 4: Treasury Cabinet that they suspect their client has committed a crime.
- 10:57Speaker 4: Does it mean they committed a crime? They have a
- 11:00Speaker 4: strong suspicion that a crime was committed. So it's to
- 11:03Speaker 4: protect the bank as well.
- 11:05Speaker 3: So how frequently do these things are?
- 11:06Speaker 4: Very seldom, Despite what the Washington boast or in their
- 11:09Speaker 4: defense of the Biden they say, well, everybody has a
- 11:12Speaker 4: suspicious activity report. That is beloney. I was on a
- 11:14Speaker 4: bank board for ten years. I think we issued two
- 11:18Speaker 4: over the course of ten years.
- 11:20Speaker 3: And how many were issued concerning Hunter Biden and Joe
- 11:24Speaker 3: Biden and the Biden family.
- 11:25Speaker 4: Over one hundred and seventy. They were direct.
- 11:29Speaker 2: You were at a bank and they issued too.
- 11:32Speaker 4: If you had two sars, they're called sars in the
- 11:35Speaker 4: banking industry, if you had two stars against you, it
- 11:38Speaker 4: would be hard for you to open an account somewhere.
- 11:41Speaker 4: There wouldn't be any bank that would want to have
- 11:44Speaker 4: you as a customer because it's not worth the paperwork.
- 11:47Speaker 4: Remember when the bank files one of these, you could
- 11:49Speaker 4: understand this appreciates this center. That's inviting the regulators to
- 11:54Speaker 4: come in and regulate.
- 11:56Speaker 5: Okay, that's the last thing the bank.
- 11:57Speaker 3: So one hundred and seventy get filed. That means that
- 12:00Speaker 3: somebody is getting a deposit in their account. It's a
- 12:02Speaker 3: big amount. It's from somewhere suspicious. I mean, what triggers it?
- 12:06Speaker 3: Why you're a banker, what is it that makes you
- 12:09Speaker 3: say we got to file a s R.
- 12:11Speaker 4: A large transaction that comes out of the blue. So
- 12:14Speaker 4: what's large? What is there a threat you had? You
- 12:17Speaker 4: had a million I'll use the Robinson Walker account because
- 12:19Speaker 4: we subpend.
- 12:19Speaker 5: That was the first bank account we subpoened.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Now, who's Robinson Walker?
- 12:22Speaker 4: Rob Walker was one of the associates that they used
- 12:25Speaker 4: to uh funnel money from China and then in Romania
- 12:32Speaker 4: and then down and launder it down to the Biden.
- 12:34Speaker 3: So he's a guy that's doing business with Hunter and
- 12:37Speaker 3: Joe Biden.
- 12:38Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, we don't.
- 12:39Speaker 5: Know what that business is. Yes, they got a three
- 12:41Speaker 5: million dollar wire from from China.
- 12:43Speaker 2: So this so one wire three million dollars.
- 12:45Speaker 5: Three million dollars.
- 12:46Speaker 4: Now, remember we got the bank records for ten years
- 12:50Speaker 4: that bank account never had got three million dollar.
- 12:53Speaker 2: No, but I want one. Well this is not right.
- 12:57Speaker 2: That is a charming guy and he would like three
- 13:00Speaker 2: million dollar. Yeah, I'm not going to do it. Yes, No,
- 13:02Speaker 2: you don't have to work for three million.
- 13:03Speaker 4: Apparently, so this account never had much activity in it
- 13:09Speaker 4: over the course of ten years, maintained around a forty
- 13:12Speaker 4: or fifty thousand dollars ballance. Then one day, out of
- 13:15Speaker 4: the blue, they get a three million dollar wire from China.
- 13:20Speaker 3: And so their bank says, this is weird. Yes, and
- 13:22Speaker 3: it's coming from China, like, on the face of it,
- 13:25Speaker 3: from China.
- 13:26Speaker 4: Yeah, And he'd never gotten a foreign wire before. And
- 13:28Speaker 4: there's three million dollars in a in an account that's
- 13:32Speaker 4: never had more than fifty thousand some months, you know,
- 13:34Speaker 4: had ten thousand dollars ballance, but never more than fifty thousand.
- 13:38Speaker 5: Then all of a sudden, a three million dollar.
- 13:39Speaker 3: Wire and then what happens to that three million dollars
- 13:41Speaker 3: when it lands.
- 13:42Speaker 5: Twenty four hours later?
- 13:43Speaker 4: Because that's the minimum amount of time you can you
- 13:48Speaker 4: have to have a deposit in the bank.
- 13:50Speaker 2: For at least, like the wire needs to clear, Yeah.
- 13:52Speaker 5: It needs to clear.
- 13:52Speaker 4: Yeah, twenty four hours and two minutes later, he starts
- 13:57Speaker 4: you seriously, Yes, he's really twenty four hours and maybe
- 14:02Speaker 4: an hour give me a right, all right, it was
- 14:05Speaker 4: more than two minutes.
- 14:06Speaker 5: It was like fifty six minutes.
- 14:07Speaker 2: Okay, nineteen pinocchios because you ad.
- 14:11Speaker 5: It.
- 14:11Speaker 2: So, but it's just after twenty.
- 14:13Speaker 5: After twenty four hours.
- 14:14Speaker 4: The next day they start wiring incremental payments to different
- 14:18Speaker 4: Biden shell companies.
- 14:21Speaker 2: So how many Biden sholl copes.
- 14:23Speaker 4: And you know what that's called. When you set up
- 14:25Speaker 4: a bunch of shell companies for the sole purpose to
- 14:28Speaker 4: launder money, that's called racketeering.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Let me tell you about our good friends over Patriot Mobile.

- 16:05Speaker 2: All right, I'm going to ask you. I call these
- 16:07Speaker 2: dumb questions, but they're important questions.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Understand this one and I'll intervene. Look, one of the
- 16:12Speaker 3: great things about this podcast we try to ask lots
- 16:15Speaker 3: of dumb questions. Yes, and I'll tell you, James, actually
- 16:18Speaker 3: the sort of vision for this podcast. We launched it
- 16:23Speaker 3: four years ago. We launched this podcast on the first
- 16:26Speaker 3: night of the very first Donald Trumpet peachment, and that
- 16:30Speaker 3: night we started actually at midnight. We're reliving our origins
- 16:33Speaker 3: because hey, yeah, I left the Senate floor from the
- 16:36Speaker 3: trial of the Trumpet peachment and I went to a
- 16:38Speaker 3: studio and we recorded Verdict. And I remember with the
- 16:40Speaker 3: first few times we did it we'd get into things
- 16:44Speaker 3: that I'm our early production team. They said, okay, Ted,
- 16:46Speaker 3: you're getting too complicated. This is too detailed, and they
- 16:50Speaker 3: said dumb it down. And I said, look, people don't
- 16:53Speaker 3: want dumb down. People are smart, they care about it.
- 16:56Speaker 3: Now what they do want is understandable. And here's the
- 16:59Speaker 3: analogy you I've used a bunch of times. If you
- 17:02Speaker 3: have a terrible disease, you ended the doctor. You don't
- 17:05Speaker 3: want the doctor to tell you James, you got a
- 17:07Speaker 3: boo boom like you with the doctor. If I got
- 17:09Speaker 3: a problem, tell me what that like? What's going on?
- 17:12Speaker 5: Doctor?
- 17:12Speaker 3: But you don't want them to talk to you in
- 17:14Speaker 3: a way that you need, like a medical degree and expertise.
- 17:18Speaker 3: So what we try to do, and what what Ben
- 17:21Speaker 3: is doing asking dumb questions is to say, okay, we
- 17:24Speaker 3: keep hearing about suspicious activity reports, what is that? Like
- 17:28Speaker 3: a shell company? What is a shell You hear shell company?
- 17:31Speaker 3: And like what does that mean?
- 17:33Speaker 1: And explain the show companies connecting to money laundering, how
- 17:37Speaker 1: those two come together. Because a lot of people that
- 17:38Speaker 1: hear this, but they don't understand why you need so
- 17:41Speaker 1: many of them and why you would cipher money into
- 17:44Speaker 1: multiple shell coming.
- 17:45Speaker 4: Come from the banking background, and yeah this is people
- 17:48Speaker 4: want to know that for me, I mean it has
- 17:50Speaker 4: a double a sword derb. But a shell company is
- 17:53Speaker 4: a fake company. Okay, it's a company.
- 17:56Speaker 3: So it's not a real business anything.
- 17:59Speaker 4: They don't produce anything, they don't provide a good or service. Okay,
- 18:03Speaker 4: they're just just do that created off.
- 18:06Speaker 5: You can go to the Texas or Kentucky Secretary State.
- 18:09Speaker 4: And file a company in two minutes that says Cruise
- 18:13Speaker 4: and Comer energy company. But that doesn't mean we have
- 18:15Speaker 4: an energy company, right, I just have an LLC limited
- 18:18Speaker 4: liability company that says we're an energy company.
- 18:22Speaker 5: So they just create these fake companies.
- 18:25Speaker 3: And how many are we talking about? Twenty twenty twenty,
- 18:29Speaker 3: so twenty different Biden fake companies. They don't have factories,
- 18:34Speaker 3: they don't have machinery, the real products on real website.
- 18:38Speaker 5: They don't have a business card, they don't so they're in.
- 18:41Speaker 2: Twenty they don't have a storefront, they have nothing. Okay
- 18:44Speaker 2: they're and so that's where the laundering. Yes, so explain
- 18:48Speaker 2: how you launder money and how that works.
- 18:51Speaker 5: Money laundering is hiding money.
- 18:53Speaker 4: You're you're hiding the source of the money, and you're
- 18:56Speaker 4: deceiving the Internet the internal revenue service to try to
- 19:00Speaker 4: evade taxes. So if if the Hunter Biden was doing
- 19:05Speaker 4: something legitimate for China, they could have just wired the
- 19:08Speaker 4: money to Hunter Biden, but they didn't. They they sent
- 19:11Speaker 4: it to a company called Robinson Walker. Then they wired
- 19:15Speaker 4: it to a company called Ouasco. Then they wired it
- 19:18Speaker 4: to another company called Bohee something or another, and then
- 19:22Speaker 4: they start.
- 19:23Speaker 3: Did these companies do anything with it? And they're just
- 19:25Speaker 3: it's just it's just like a bucket to.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Pour the water.
- 19:28Speaker 4: If the partner that's exactly somewhere else, that's exactly what.
- 19:31Speaker 4: And it was organized. This is like organized crime. This
- 19:36Speaker 4: was very organized.
- 19:37Speaker 3: So how did you unwind this? So you're sitting there
- 19:39Speaker 3: doing a congressional investigation. If they're trying to hide it,
- 19:42Speaker 3: presumably they make it hard to figure out. So so
- 19:45Speaker 3: what enabled you to twenty show companies? How do you
- 19:48Speaker 3: figure this out and connect the docks?
- 19:50Speaker 4: Well, there was a we had a good start. Your
- 19:53Speaker 4: colleagues Grassley and Johnson had done a report, Miranda Divine
- 19:57Speaker 4: had written a book. There were several good reporters that
- 20:01Speaker 4: have been investigating on this for a long time. We
- 20:04Speaker 4: took pieces of that, and then when I became chairman
- 20:08Speaker 4: and got subpoena power, then I was able to actually
- 20:11Speaker 4: subpoena bank records.
- 20:13Speaker 2: And the bank's cooperated.
- 20:15Speaker 4: Most of the banks have cooperated. It's getting harder because
- 20:18Speaker 4: here's what happened. Everyone on cable news, some people that
- 20:26Speaker 4: I don't think are as smart a legal mind as
- 20:27Speaker 4: you ted. We're giving me lots of advice on what
- 20:31Speaker 4: to do. The first thing they need to do on
- 20:33Speaker 4: day one is subpoena Hunter and Joe Biden. I didn't
- 20:37Speaker 4: do that, and I think that would have been a
- 20:39Speaker 4: huge mistake. I think that's what they thought I would do.
- 20:43Speaker 4: If I had done that, it would have ended up
- 20:45Speaker 4: in court. Then if I had subpoenaed some of these
- 20:48Speaker 4: bank accounts, the bank would have said, we can't give
- 20:50Speaker 4: that to you because there's ongoing litigation.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Right. So what we did they started gathering.
- 20:56Speaker 4: We started by subpoenaing bank records for ship accounts to
- 21:00Speaker 4: some of these companies have been abandoned because they.
- 21:03Speaker 5: Never were real company.
- 21:04Speaker 4: Yeah, they never seen hide the money they were getting
- 21:07Speaker 4: from China and Romania and Ukraine.
- 21:10Speaker 5: So those bank account.
- 21:11Speaker 3: So let me stop real quick. Are those the three
- 21:13Speaker 3: countries that are involved so far? China, Romania and Ukraine.
- 21:16Speaker 3: But all three of them, you've got payments from China,
- 21:19Speaker 3: from Romania and Ukraine going to Hunter Biden, Joe Biden
- 21:23Speaker 3: or the Biden families, right, not.
- 21:25Speaker 4: To Joe Biden yet, but to everyone else in the
- 21:28Speaker 4: Biden family.
- 21:28Speaker 2: How many bidens have have you identified? They've gotten money? Nine?
- 21:32Speaker 2: And and and when you say identify.
- 21:35Speaker 3: Yeah, what's the heard the number twelve? So so what's the.
- 21:40Speaker 5: We actually have nine?
- 21:42Speaker 1: Uh?
- 21:42Speaker 4: So we're proved nine, we've proved nine. I'm I would
- 21:45Speaker 4: bet a lot of money if I were on the
- 21:47Speaker 4: craps table, I would put odds behind three more members
- 21:50Speaker 4: of the family.
- 21:51Speaker 2: When you when you say there's nine, the reason nine.
- 21:55Speaker 5: We haven't gone after the brother yet.
- 21:58Speaker 3: And the brothers Jim, that's Joe and Frank.
- 22:01Speaker 5: Don't forget about Frank.
- 22:03Speaker 3: Te gotten about Frank. Okay, so I hear about Jim,
- 22:06Speaker 3: all right? So how many Joe has two brothers?
- 22:08Speaker 5: Two brothers?
- 22:09Speaker 3: And so I got to say one of the things
- 22:12Speaker 3: I've wondered. In fact, I was having dinner with some
- 22:14Speaker 3: folks tonight who asked me. They said Okay, Hunter's been indicted.
- 22:16Speaker 3: What about Jim? Like, what about Jim?
- 22:20Speaker 1: Now, Jim was the big dog of this entity before
- 22:23Speaker 1: Hunter Biden came along.
- 22:24Speaker 4: Right, Why Jim's not in the in the news right now?
- 22:27Speaker 4: He didn't leave a laptop laying around. But I'll tell
- 22:30Speaker 4: you what Jim has done. He's in court in about
- 22:34Speaker 4: four or five different states being sued by former partners
- 22:38Speaker 4: for fraud.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Really, yes, why has that not been covered?
- 22:42Speaker 4: Well, you tell me, so we'll get to the point
- 22:46Speaker 4: to where we'll start subpoenaing his bank records. I think
- 22:50Speaker 4: some of these kates part of the reason we can't get.
- 22:54Speaker 3: It because he's in litigation. Right the nine or twelve.
- 22:56Speaker 3: You've got Hunter, You've got Jim, and Frank. That's three.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Who are we talking about as the rest? Who are
- 23:02Speaker 3: the other players?
- 23:03Speaker 4: The other players are Frank, Frank's wife, So Frank's wife,
- 23:08Speaker 4: uh huh. And we believe that Jim's got family members
- 23:12Speaker 4: too that may have received wires. And then you know,
- 23:16Speaker 4: ultimately with Joe, I suspect there are offshore accounts and
- 23:23Speaker 4: we kind of learned that today.
- 23:24Speaker 3: One of the last queste, what's the evidence of off
- 23:26Speaker 3: shore accounts?
- 23:27Speaker 2: That you learned today.
- 23:29Speaker 4: There are the ir S whistleblowers confirmed when I asked
- 23:33Speaker 4: if they had documents pertaining to foreign accounts, and they
- 23:37Speaker 4: said they did.
- 23:38Speaker 5: Wow, they couldn't turn them over to us.
- 23:41Speaker 4: They have to go through that process and turn it
- 23:42Speaker 4: over to the Ways and Means Committee, and I requested
- 23:44Speaker 4: they do that and they said they would.
- 23:46Speaker 3: So the three million dollars that you saw transferred in,
- 23:49Speaker 3: you said that got transferred out?
- 23:51Speaker 2: Where all did it go?
- 23:52Speaker 4: That?
- 23:53Speaker 5: So Rob Walker kept a third of it?
- 23:56Speaker 4: There was another guy that's the.
- 23:59Speaker 1: Business partners, right million, you helped lounder money. You don't
- 24:03Speaker 1: do anything. Yeah, okay, I'm not sure, and you get
- 24:05Speaker 1: a third.
- 24:06Speaker 3: I'm not sure the exact pricing on it, but that's
- 24:08Speaker 3: I think that's better than pimpskin.
- 24:10Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, I don't know, Yeah, but I could. I
- 24:13Speaker 2: think they take a third.
- 24:14Speaker 5: Somebody else got a third, and then the bid.
- 24:17Speaker 2: We know who the somebody else is pard to you
- 24:19Speaker 2: and you can't.
- 24:19Speaker 5: Say no, I do we put that in a report?
- 24:22Speaker 3: All right?
- 24:23Speaker 4: So somebody else got a third, somebody else got a third,
- 24:24Speaker 4: and then the Biden's got one point three million of
- 24:27Speaker 4: the three million.
- 24:28Speaker 3: And one point three to different Biden family members.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Yes, okay, and that's just from one take our.
- 24:33Speaker 5: Transaction went to four different Biden family.
- 24:36Speaker 3: So that was one suspicious activity.
- 24:38Speaker 2: One and there's one hundred and how many?
- 24:40Speaker 4: One hundred and sixty nine more plus just because okay,
- 24:45Speaker 4: those were suspicious activity reports that were created by Joe
- 24:50Speaker 4: or Hunter Biden. Then they were the subject of another
- 24:54Speaker 4: one hundred suspicious activity reports.
- 24:56Speaker 1: So that's two seventy if you're counting individually at least.
- 24:59Speaker 3: So if you're the Treasury Department, because you Treasury is
- 25:02Speaker 3: getting these these sorrows, Yes, what do they do with
- 25:05Speaker 3: the SAR? Just generally speaking, they're.
- 25:07Speaker 4: Supposed to turn it over to the IRS investigators, which
- 25:11Speaker 4: they knew about the TSAR, so that part of the
- 25:13Speaker 4: equation work. Somehow the supposed to blowers knew about the
- 25:17Speaker 4: suspicious Activity report?
- 25:19Speaker 5: All right.
- 25:19Speaker 1: I asked these questions because this is complicated for a
- 25:21Speaker 1: lot of people. So normal course of business, a bank
- 25:25Speaker 1: fills out a star's report. Walk what normal is compared
- 25:29Speaker 1: to what actually happened with them normally?
- 25:32Speaker 4: If you get normally and here's what the suspicious activity
- 25:36Speaker 4: report said. I've had access and I've read them all
- 25:39Speaker 4: at Treasury. They said they suspected they were money laundering.
- 25:43Speaker 4: They suspected they had uh.
- 25:45Speaker 2: And this is from multiple banks.
- 25:47Speaker 5: Yes, there's multiple banks.
- 25:48Speaker 4: Banks you've heard of, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, US Bank.
- 25:52Speaker 5: These are bank of big banks.
- 25:54Speaker 3: Because of serious banks with real lawyers that like Noah.
- 25:57Speaker 4: And they knew who they were. They said, this is
- 25:59Speaker 4: a politically exposed person. They suspected some of these wires
- 26:03Speaker 4: were coming from state owned entities. They said that from some.
- 26:07Speaker 3: Of these So you're going to what that means communist
- 26:10Speaker 3: government is sending the money.
- 26:12Speaker 5: Yes, according to.
- 26:13Speaker 1: And the and the whistleblower in that scenario is the
- 26:16Speaker 1: bank who's saying the whistle blow.
- 26:18Speaker 2: So JP Morgan is saying, we believe.
- 26:20Speaker 5: Morgan Wells Fargo, Bank of America.
- 26:22Speaker 2: So they write this suspicious activity report.
- 26:24Speaker 3: Like all of those banks, JP Morgan, their CEO, Jamie Diamond,
- 26:27Speaker 3: is a prominent Democrat. I mean, none of these banks
- 26:30Speaker 3: are Republicans. None of these banks have it out for
- 26:32Speaker 3: the Bible.
- 26:33Speaker 5: We've lost Wall Street. They're all Democrats.
- 26:35Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean that's not so.
- 26:36Speaker 3: These are all banks that are reliable political donors to
- 26:40Speaker 3: the Democrats that are nonetheless looking at reports saying, Wow,
- 26:44Speaker 3: this is really concerning.
- 26:45Speaker 1: But they're writing in the report, I'm in shock by this.
- 26:49Speaker 1: You've seen a lot more of this stuff in the
- 26:51Speaker 1: legal world that I have. I'm generally in shock right now.
- 26:54Speaker 1: The fact that you're telling me that an American bank
- 26:56Speaker 1: is writing that we believe a wire transfer coming into
- 26:59Speaker 1: the Biden family coming from the Chinese Communist government, not
- 27:03Speaker 1: an entity, it's money, and we're saying it's money laundering
- 27:06Speaker 1: on top of it coming from the Chinese Communist government.
- 27:09Speaker 2: Is that in the moment when you said, holy crap.
- 27:11Speaker 4: Yeah, wire fraud, tax fraud, money laundering.
- 27:15Speaker 2: So they're naming all the things they think, all.
- 27:17Speaker 3: Right, So then Treasury reports it to IRS, they begin investigating.
- 27:24Speaker 3: When did did they open the investigation A hunterbody twenty.
- 27:33Speaker 5: Eighteen? I know they were investigating in twenty eighteen. It
- 27:36Speaker 5: could have been earlier.
- 27:37Speaker 3: So at least five years, yes, now this investigation. Look
- 27:42Speaker 3: if it's been at least five years that they just
- 27:45Speaker 3: announced an indictment weeks ago, that's a long time.
- 27:49Speaker 2: What took them five years that.
- 27:51Speaker 4: They were stonewalled the whole time they said they couldn't
- 27:54Speaker 4: do it. They were ready to go at the twenty
- 27:57Speaker 4: twenty election, and they were told by the Deputy US
- 28:01Speaker 4: Attorney Wolf in Delaware, all the optics are bad. We
- 28:04Speaker 4: can't do this before an election. And they told him
- 28:07Speaker 4: to stand down and then once show.
- 28:09Speaker 3: It's doj that was stonewalling. Then yes, all right, let's
- 28:14Speaker 3: talk about So a number of the potential offenses that
- 28:19Speaker 3: Hunter Biden committed, the statute limitations has run off. Yes,
- 28:24Speaker 3: the most serious tax crimes he's committed, statute limitations has
- 28:28Speaker 3: run on.
- 28:28Speaker 2: Why what happened?
- 28:30Speaker 4: Because they were told to wait, they couldn't do it
- 28:33Speaker 4: because of the election. Then once he became president, they're like, well,
- 28:37Speaker 4: we don't.
- 28:38Speaker 5: Need to do this.
- 28:39Speaker 4: You have to understand this. This is what they said today.
- 28:41Speaker 4: They knew that Hunter Biden committed a bunch of crimes.
- 28:45Speaker 4: They felt like all roads were leading to Joe Biden.
- 28:49Speaker 4: And that's what was making the Department of Justice nervous
- 28:53Speaker 4: because they.
- 28:54Speaker 5: Weren't It is they they didn't feel they were that.
- 28:56Speaker 4: Concerned about Hunter Biden. It's just they were worried, Okay,
- 29:00Speaker 4: what's he doing to get this money? There's no legitimate
- 29:03Speaker 4: business here. It has to be something his father's done.
- 29:07Speaker 4: And good God, he's the Prision of the United States.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Now we don't can you explain statute of limitations? A
- 29:12Speaker 1: lot of people it sounds so illegal, but I think
- 29:14Speaker 1: it's important we explain this. When you have a five
- 29:17Speaker 1: year window, as it's described, right, you've got five years
- 29:19Speaker 1: on some of these crimes that you should you have
- 29:21Speaker 1: five years to basically charge them in that crime. Once
- 29:24Speaker 1: you're outside that five years, you cannot charge them for
- 29:28Speaker 1: that crime, even if you know they committed the crime.
- 29:30Speaker 5: That's right.
- 29:32Speaker 3: And look, a statute limitations is really important. You know,
- 29:34Speaker 3: if you were in high school and you knocked off
- 29:36Speaker 3: a liquor store, I'm not saying you did. I'm not
- 29:38Speaker 3: saying you didn't. Yeah, but if you did in high school,
- 29:41Speaker 3: I did not notice how quickly.
- 29:44Speaker 2: H Yeah.
- 29:45Speaker 3: But even if you did, there's a statute of limitation.
- 29:48Speaker 3: The idea is you shouldn't have to face the possibility
- 29:52Speaker 3: for criminal prosecution five, ten, twenty years after something happened,
- 29:56Speaker 3: because if someone charged you with something you did twenty
- 29:59Speaker 3: years ago. By the way, it's more than twenty years
- 30:01Speaker 3: ago you were in high school.
- 30:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I just know, I'm getting all. I know, I'm
- 30:05Speaker 2: getting all.
- 30:06Speaker 3: But look, if someone charged you, How would you defend yourself?
- 30:08Speaker 2: Yeah, like you do.
- 30:09Speaker 3: You don't have any evidence for twenty years. Part of
- 30:11Speaker 3: the reason of a statue limitations is that it's impossible
- 30:14Speaker 3: to defend yourself from something.
- 30:16Speaker 2: So long ago.
- 30:16Speaker 3: There are no witnesses, there no records. So the idea is,
- 30:19Speaker 3: if you commit a crime, there's a period of time
- 30:21Speaker 3: for which you're liable.
- 30:23Speaker 2: But it also means.
- 30:24Speaker 3: If you get past the statute limitations, you can't prosecute and.
- 30:29Speaker 2: So and prosecutors know the statue of limitations. It is
- 30:32Speaker 2: critical and you focus.
- 30:34Speaker 4: These guys knew it, and they knew it was getting close,
- 30:38Speaker 4: and they were still told to stand down, all right.
- 30:40Speaker 3: So the most important thing that I heard James say
- 30:45Speaker 3: is that the investigation all understood that the real focus
- 30:49Speaker 3: of the criminality was Joe Biden. Yeah, and that they
- 30:52Speaker 3: wanted to investigate Joe Biden.
- 30:54Speaker 2: Hunter really wasn't important, And.
- 30:55Speaker 3: That the Department of Justice blocked them, interfered, obstructed with
- 31:02Speaker 3: their going after Joe Biden. That's a big damn deal.
- 31:05Speaker 3: And you know what, if you want to hear more
- 31:06Speaker 3: about that, this is a two part series. You got
- 31:10Speaker 3: to listen tomorrow. Tomorrow we're gonna do the second half,
- 31:14Speaker 3: which is Joe Biden's direct criminal liability and how the
- 31:18Speaker 3: Department of Justice obstructed justice, covered it up, block the investigation.
- 31:23Speaker 3: We're gonna do that interview.
- 31:24Speaker 1: Right, and make sure that you share this because this
- 31:27Speaker 1: is why we're doing this.
- 31:28Speaker 2: People need to take this. Put it on social media.
- 31:30Speaker 2: It's on Facebook, it's on YouTube. If you're listening to podcast,
- 31:34Speaker 2: share that as well, so that everybody knows what's going on.
- 31:37Speaker 2: This is what the media is not covering. Make this
- 31:40Speaker 2: go viral and.
- 31:41Speaker 3: Ask yourself, have you heard this on TV? Have you
- 31:45Speaker 3: read about this in the paper? Has anyone explained what
- 31:48Speaker 3: a suspicious activity report is? Has anyone explained how strange
- 31:52Speaker 3: it is that they're one hundred and seventy of them.
- 31:55Speaker 3: This podcast exists to give you the facts that you
- 31:59Speaker 3: can't get watching TV news, you can't get reading the newspapers.
- 32:04Speaker 3: So share this, like it, get others to watch it
- 32:09Speaker 3: and watch part two that's coming out tomorrow.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Let me tell you about our friends and augusta precise
- 32:15Speaker 1: medals real quick. If you are close to retirement or
