- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome in his verdic with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson
- 0:04Speaker 1: with you Center. It's a big week out of Washington, DC.
- 0:07Speaker 1: You were there for a lot of it. Tulci Gabbard
- 0:10Speaker 1: coming out and making it pretty clear she believes that
- 0:13Speaker 1: there are people in around the President of the United
- 0:16Speaker 1: States of America at the time, Barack Obama, who may
- 0:18Speaker 1: have deliberately and purposely perpetrated a hoax against Donald Trump.
- 0:24Speaker 1: People are even using the word treason at this point,
- 0:27Speaker 1: and criminal referrals are actually being talked about. Well.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Tulca Gabbard this week released a bombshell. She released evidence
- 0:36Speaker 2: that Barack Obama and his senior intelligence team deliberately lied
- 0:41Speaker 2: to the American people. They knew they lied, and they
- 0:45Speaker 2: did so to undermine the incoming Trump administration, the incoming
- 0:49Speaker 2: president who had just been elected in twenty sixteen. And
- 0:52Speaker 2: the bombshell, We're going to break it down for you.
- 0:54Speaker 2: She laid out, chapter and verse. She brought the receipts.
- 0:58Speaker 2: How for months, the Obama intelligence community had assessed Russia
- 1:05Speaker 2: was not trying to interfear with the election, was not
- 1:08Speaker 2: trying to elect Donald Trump, which is of course exactly
- 1:11Speaker 2: the opposite of what they spent the next four years
- 1:14Speaker 2: telling the American people. We're going to break down exactly
- 1:17Speaker 2: what she laid out and what it means, and what
- 1:20Speaker 2: the criminal liability is, who's going to be held accountable,
- 1:24Speaker 2: and what to expect next. We're also going to do
- 1:26Speaker 2: something that is really important, which is break down the
- 1:28Speaker 2: details of the one big, beautiful bill. It is signed
- 1:31Speaker 2: into law. President Trump signed it on the fourth of July.
- 1:34Speaker 2: We're going to tell you the major conservative victories that
- 1:37Speaker 2: were in that bill. It had, without exaggeration, more major
- 1:42Speaker 2: conservative victories in that bill than any piece of legislation
- 1:48Speaker 2: that has ever passed into law in the history of
- 1:51Speaker 2: our country. We're going to explain it all to you.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Yeah, it's really incredible. We're gonna have that for you
- 1:54Speaker 3: a minute.
- 1:55Speaker 1: If you're a conservative like me, and you may have
- 1:57Speaker 1: decided like I have, I am going to give my
- 1:59Speaker 1: money to companies that are aligned with my values wherever
- 2:03Speaker 1: I can. I am so sick and tired of liberal
- 2:05Speaker 1: companies fighting against my family values. And one of those
- 2:08Speaker 1: things is I look at every day it's like, all right,
- 2:10Speaker 1: what do I use? Well? Every day I wake up
- 2:12Speaker 1: and I get a cup of coffee. Look good coffee
- 2:15Speaker 1: is easy to find. Great tasting coffee is a lot
- 2:17Speaker 1: harder to discover. That was when I was introduced to
- 2:20Speaker 1: Krockett Coffee by two of my good friends. It started
- 2:22Speaker 1: this company, Clay Travis and Buck Sexton, and they sent

- 3:41Speaker 1: Get twenty percent off. All right, so let's go to
- 3:43Speaker 1: the Bombshell Center. I was in DC when this happened,
- 3:47Speaker 1: and everyone was talking about the report that was released
- 3:50Speaker 1: showing how the Obama administration in essence perpetrated the Russian
- 3:55Speaker 1: hoax on Donald Trump to undermine his presidency, but also
- 3:58Speaker 1: to really get him out of the White House.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Well, that's right, and it's important to understand what is
- 4:03Speaker 2: new about this.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Listen.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Everyone has known for some time that the Obama team
- 4:08Speaker 2: pushed the Russia Russia Russia hoax. We've known that that's
- 4:11Speaker 2: been well established. What is new what Tulsa Gabbard put
- 4:15Speaker 2: out this week is that they knew they were lying
- 4:19Speaker 2: when they did that, because the intelligence had been precisely
- 4:22Speaker 2: the opposite. And what I want to do is I
- 4:24Speaker 2: want to walk through a little bit of this timeline
- 4:26Speaker 2: and give you the specific facts. So August thirty first
- 4:30Speaker 2: of twenty sixteen, a DHS official tells former DNI director
- 4:35Speaker 2: James Clapper that there was quote no indication of a
- 4:41Speaker 2: Russian threat to directly manipulate the actual vote count. That's
- 4:45Speaker 2: in August of twenty sixteen. Then September second, twenty sixteen,
- 4:49Speaker 2: the FBI said it was quote uncomfortable implying that there
- 4:54Speaker 2: was definitive information that Russia intended to disrupt our elections.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Then on Stember ninth, twenty sixteen, quote, the intelligence community
- 5:05Speaker 2: concluded that Russia was probably not trying to influence the
- 5:11Speaker 2: election by using cyber means to target election infrastructure. That continued,
- 5:18Speaker 2: so that was not just through August and September of
- 5:21Speaker 2: twenty sixteen, but it continued after the election. The election
- 5:24Speaker 2: happens in November twenty sixteen. On December seventh, twenty sixteen,
- 5:30Speaker 2: here are the talking points that D and I Director
- 5:33Speaker 2: Clapper had prepared for him. Quote, Foreign adversaries did not
- 5:40Speaker 2: use cyber attacks on election infrastructure to alter the US
- 5:45Speaker 2: presidential election outcome. The next day, December eighth, Barack Obama's
- 5:50Speaker 2: presidential Daily Brief read as follows quote, we assess that
- 5:55Speaker 2: Russian and criminal actors did not impact recent US election
- 6:01Speaker 2: results by conducting militious cyber activities against election infrastructure.
- 6:05Speaker 1: That's an important point there by the way.
- 6:09Speaker 2: That's what Barack Obama was briefed on December eighth, And
- 6:13Speaker 2: then December ninth, twenty sixteen, everything changed. On December ninth,
- 6:19Speaker 2: D and I Director Clapper, national Security Advisor Susan Rice,
- 6:23Speaker 2: Secretary of State John Kerrey, and Deputy FBI Director McCabe.
- 6:27Speaker 2: They all met in person, and in that meeting they
- 6:32Speaker 2: reversed course entirely one hundred and eighty degrees. They flipped,
- 6:39Speaker 2: and they agreed to recommend sanctioning members of the Russian
- 6:46Speaker 2: military intelligence because of the Russia hoax. They tasked the
- 6:51Speaker 2: intelligence community with creating an assessment of the tools Moscow
- 6:54Speaker 2: used to influence the twenty sixteen election, and that same day,
- 6:59Speaker 2: deep state officials in the intelligence community began leaking false
- 7:04Speaker 2: intelligence to the Washington Post. This was a decision they
- 7:09Speaker 2: made to lie to the American people.
- 7:12Speaker 3: And that's the news.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Deliberately and orchestrated and planned out. This wasn't just a
- 7:17Speaker 1: random what's got there lie and at press briefing. This
- 7:20Speaker 1: was a plan, like writing a movie script of how
- 7:23Speaker 1: you were going to lie to the American people and
- 7:25Speaker 1: use the intelligence agencies to do it.
- 7:28Speaker 2: And what Tulsea Gabbert has now given us the receipts
- 7:31Speaker 2: on is they knew they were lying that for months
- 7:34Speaker 2: and months and months, the intelligence community had been reporting
- 7:37Speaker 2: exactly the opposite. So when they made this decision, it
- 7:41Speaker 2: was a political determination. It was a political determination because
- 7:44Speaker 2: they hated Donald Trump. And it was a political determination
- 7:47Speaker 2: because they were furious with the American people for electing
- 7:50Speaker 2: Donald Trump president. And this was an attempt to subvert democracy.
- 7:55Speaker 2: And this was an attempt to overthrow the then newly
- 7:58Speaker 2: elected president of the United States. And is what is
- 8:02Speaker 2: brazen about it. It is that they did it. All
- 8:06Speaker 2: of the intelligence that for months and months and months
- 8:09Speaker 2: had been reported it suddenly magically disappeared. They didn't acknowledge it.
- 8:12Speaker 2: They simply those facts were no longer operative. They had
- 8:16Speaker 2: a political agenda, facts be damned, and they were willing
- 8:20Speaker 2: to lie to the American people, and they were willing
- 8:22Speaker 2: to lie to Congress.
- 8:23Speaker 1: Yeah, when you think about changing the papers is the
- 8:25Speaker 1: way it was described to the White House Press Briefing
- 8:27Speaker 1: where it was like the report says one plus one
- 8:29Speaker 1: equals too and they're like, no, no, we're going to
- 8:31Speaker 1: change that to equal seven. They knew they were doing
- 8:34Speaker 1: this to hurt the president and in essence a coup attempt.
- 8:37Speaker 2: It wasn't even one plus one equal seven. It's one
- 8:39Speaker 2: plus one equals cucumber.
- 8:41Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 8:41Speaker 3: I mean a great point.
- 8:42Speaker 1: And this is what happens when you have a rogue
- 8:45Speaker 1: deep state, which goes back to it. The President said
- 8:48Speaker 1: he believed this was what had happened, and they said
- 8:50Speaker 1: it was crazy when it happened. Cina. I want to
- 8:53Speaker 1: go back into what Tulsa Gabbert said when she went
- 8:56Speaker 1: it to the White House White House Press Briefing Room
- 8:58Speaker 1: and she opened it up as she was in produced
- 9:00Speaker 1: by the White House pres Secretary, and here's what she
- 9:02Speaker 1: had to say.
- 9:03Speaker 4: The stunning revelations that we are releasing today should be
- 9:06Speaker 4: of concern to every American. This is not about Democrats Republicans.
- 9:10Speaker 4: This has to do with the integrity of our Democratic
- 9:13Speaker 4: Republic and American voters having faith that the votes cast
- 9:17Speaker 4: will count. There is irrefutable evidence that detail how President
- 9:22Speaker 4: Obama and his national security team directed the creation of
- 9:25Speaker 4: an intelligence community assessment that they knew was false. They
- 9:31Speaker 4: knew it would promote this contrived narrative that Russia interfered
- 9:34Speaker 4: in the twenty sixteen election to help President Trump win,
- 9:38Speaker 4: selling it to the American people as though it were true.
- 9:42Speaker 4: It wasn't. The report that we released today shows in
- 9:44Speaker 4: great detail how they carried this out. They manufactured findings
- 9:49Speaker 4: from shoddy sources. They suppressed evidence and credible intelligence that
- 9:54Speaker 4: disproved their false claims. They disobeyed traditional trade craft intelligence
- 10:01Speaker 4: community standards, and withheld the truth from the American people.
- 10:05Speaker 4: In doing so, they conspired to subvert the will of
- 10:08Speaker 4: the American people who elected Donald Trump in that election
- 10:11Speaker 4: in November of twenty sixteen. They worked with their partners
- 10:15Speaker 4: in the media to promote this lie, ultimately to undermine
- 10:18Speaker 4: the legitimacy of President Trump and launching what would be
- 10:22Speaker 4: a year's long coup against him and his administration.
- 10:26Speaker 1: A year's long coup against him and his administration orchestrated
- 10:31Speaker 1: with the deep State.
- 10:32Speaker 3: And the media.
- 10:33Speaker 1: She's indicting all of them, saying they knew this was
- 10:36Speaker 1: a lie.
- 10:37Speaker 2: She is, and I will say, as she rightly pointed out,
- 10:41Speaker 2: the evidence she put out shows, number one, it was
- 10:44Speaker 2: false that Russia was trying to interfere with the election.
- 10:46Speaker 2: But number two, a second predicate of their lie is
- 10:49Speaker 2: that Russia was trying to interfere to benefit Donald Trump.
- 10:52Speaker 2: That was a critical Democrat partisan lie. And one of
- 10:57Speaker 2: the pieces that she put out is that the Obama
- 11:01Speaker 2: intelligence community assessed that that Russia had in its possession
- 11:08Speaker 2: damaging information about Hillary Clinton, including DNC communication. So this
- 11:15Speaker 2: is the Democrat National Committee communicating saying that Clinton was
- 11:18Speaker 2: suffering from quote intensified psycho emotional problems, including uncontrolled fits
- 11:26Speaker 2: of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness. And by the way, that's
- 11:31Speaker 2: really weird. Well, you've been Aroundhillary Clinton and cheerful.
- 11:34Speaker 1: If you've been around Hillary Clinton, she's not exactly the
- 11:36Speaker 1: most cheerful person, so that would be a red flag.
- 11:38Speaker 4: And what the.
- 11:40Speaker 2: DNC communications further indicated was that Clinton was placed on
- 11:44Speaker 2: a daily regimen of quote heavy tranquilizers, and while being
- 11:51Speaker 2: afraid of losing, she remained quote obsessed.
- 11:54Speaker 3: With a thirst for power.
- 11:55Speaker 2: Now, I don't know if if this supposed Russian intelligence
- 11:59Speaker 2: is accurate or not. Tulci Gabbard released it and said
- 12:03Speaker 2: that the Obama intelligence community assessed that Russia had this,
- 12:07Speaker 2: and here's the critical part. Russia didn't release it. It
- 12:11Speaker 2: clearly would have been damaging to Hillary Clinton. If they
- 12:13Speaker 2: wanted Donald Trump to win, they would have put it out,
- 12:16Speaker 2: presumably in October of twenty sixteen. They didn't that she
- 12:20Speaker 2: had another element of the lie.
- 12:23Speaker 1: It's a huge element of the lie. So the question
- 12:25Speaker 1: now becomes this where we go from here, and it
- 12:28Speaker 1: seems to be moving actually very fast. Great example of
- 12:32Speaker 1: that is the Attorney General, Pam Bondi were now being
- 12:34Speaker 1: told is forming a strike force to quote investigate disclosures
- 12:39Speaker 1: from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. That
- 12:42Speaker 1: would be Toulci Gabbard that raises allegations the Obama administration
- 12:47Speaker 1: quote manufactured an intelligence assessment in twenty seventeen promoting the
- 12:52Speaker 1: Russian Hoaks collusion, saying, quote the Department of Justice announcing
- 12:55Speaker 1: the formation of the strike force on Wednesday. The strike
- 12:58Speaker 1: force will assess the evidence publicized by the d and
- 13:02Speaker 1: I Director and investigate any potential quote next level steps
- 13:07Speaker 1: which might stem from d and I Gabbard's disclosures, that's
- 13:10Speaker 1: coming from the release, and Bondy called the disclosures from
- 13:13Speaker 1: Gabbard's office quote troubling in.
- 13:15Speaker 2: The statement, well, I'm very glad that the Trump Department
- 13:19Speaker 2: of Justice is investigating this. Tulsea Gabbard made a criminal
- 13:23Speaker 2: referral to the Department of Justice, and Pambondi launched this
- 13:26Speaker 2: strike force. And many people are asking, quite reasonably, is
- 13:30Speaker 2: anyone going to be held accountable for this, because it
- 13:32Speaker 2: seems so frustrating to have people breaking the law over
- 13:35Speaker 2: and over and over again and nobody being prosecuted, nobody
- 13:38Speaker 2: going to jail. I very much hope people are held accountable.
- 13:41Speaker 2: I hope that the Trump Department of Justice is able
- 13:43Speaker 2: to prosecute and improve if there is criminal conduct, that
- 13:47Speaker 2: they're able to prove it and get convictions and people
- 13:50Speaker 2: are held accountable. And I'll tell you the people who
- 13:53Speaker 2: are most likely to face criminal liability are those senior
- 13:57Speaker 2: members of the Obama Intelligence Commune unity, those people that
- 14:01Speaker 2: were in the December ninth meeting where they decided to
- 14:05Speaker 2: deliberately lie to the American people. Those names, by the way,
- 14:09Speaker 2: and in particular, so those names you're talking about, James
- 14:13Speaker 2: Clapper is one example. We're talking about the biggest names there. Yes,
- 14:17Speaker 2: I'm talking about James Clapper, I'm talking about Susan Rice,
- 14:19Speaker 2: I'm talking about John Carey, and I'm talking about Deputy
- 14:24Speaker 2: FBI Director mcabe.
- 14:25Speaker 3: Wow.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Those were the ones. And in particular also it is
- 14:29Speaker 2: the senior officials who testified falsely testified before Congress and
- 14:34Speaker 2: lied and knew there were lying. And there are two
- 14:37Speaker 2: relevant federal criminal statutes that are most relevant. Number one
- 14:40Speaker 2: is eighteen USC. Section sixteen twenty one, and that is perjury. Whoever,
- 14:45Speaker 2: having taken an oath, wilfully states any material matter which
- 14:47Speaker 2: he does not believe to be true, is guilty of perjury.
- 14:50Speaker 2: That this applies to sworn congressional testimony. And secondly, eighteen USC.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Section one thousand and one, whoever knowingly and wilfully makes
- 14:59Speaker 2: any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement in any matter
- 15:02Speaker 2: within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch
- 15:05Speaker 2: shall be fined or in prison. Both of these you've got,
- 15:09Speaker 2: in particular, two different testimonies that are really problematic number one.
- 15:14Speaker 2: On May eighth, twenty seventeen, James Clapper testified before the
- 15:18Speaker 2: Senate Judiciary Committee about the Russia collusion and what he said,
- 15:23Speaker 2: according to what's been released by Toolsey Gabbart, he knew
- 15:26Speaker 2: was false. He said, in particular, quote Russia's influence activities
- 15:31Speaker 2: in the run up to the twenty sixteen presidential election
- 15:33Speaker 2: constituted the high water mark of their long running efforts.
- 15:36Speaker 2: They must be congratulating themselves. This episode is a clarion
- 15:39Speaker 2: call for vigilance and action against a threat to the
- 15:42Speaker 2: very foundations of our democratic system. And then in November
- 15:45Speaker 2: twenty twenty, Andrew McCabe testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
- 15:49Speaker 2: He lied as well, and I will say for the
- 15:51Speaker 2: Statute of limitations, if it was materially covered up, it
- 15:55Speaker 2: is extended. This is the most likely area you'll find
- 15:58Speaker 2: criminal liability.
- 16:00Speaker 1: It is time for us to take a moment to
- 16:02Speaker 1: give you real information about the big beautiful bill, much
- 16:05Speaker 1: of what was in it that's gonna affect you and
- 16:07Speaker 1: your family in a positive way. Share this our top
- 16:11Speaker 1: twelve list of things in this bill. Share it wherever
- 16:13Speaker 1: you can on social media. Take a listen you.
- 16:16Speaker 2: Can watch CNN all day long, God help you. If
- 16:20Speaker 2: you do, your eyes will bleed, you will go insane
- 16:22Speaker 2: and run around in circles. But you could watch it
- 16:25Speaker 2: all day long and you will not get this information
- 16:28Speaker 2: that you're getting right now. On verdict twelve victories that
- 16:31Speaker 2: are in the One Big Beautiful Bill. Victory number one.
- 16:35Speaker 2: We have stopped a four trillion dollar tax increase. If
- 16:39Speaker 2: we did nothing on December thirty first, the Trump tax
- 16:42Speaker 2: cuts would disappear, and every American taxpayer, your taxes would
- 16:46Speaker 2: go up significantly, trillion dollars every taxpayer, and by the way,
- 16:50Speaker 2: the Democrats wanted your taxes to go up. To stop
- 16:54Speaker 2: a four trillion dollar tax increase is a massive victory.
- 16:58Speaker 2: That's victory one. And the One Beautiful Bill Victory two.
- 17:02Speaker 2: We enacted new tax cuts. No tax on tips. Yep,
- 17:06Speaker 2: that's my legislation. I drafted it. It is in this bill.
- 17:10Speaker 2: That means if you're a waiter or a waitress, if
- 17:12Speaker 2: you're a bartender, if you're a barber or a hairstylist,
- 17:15Speaker 2: if you work in a nail salon, if you're a
- 17:17Speaker 2: taxicab driver or an uber driver. Millions of Americans rely
- 17:21Speaker 2: on tips. We're providing real and meaningful tax relief to
- 17:25Speaker 2: working Americans. That's in there. No tax on overtime is
- 17:28Speaker 2: in there, No tax on Social Security is in there.
- 17:31Speaker 2: All three of those were President Trump's campaign promises. We
- 17:34Speaker 2: delivered on all three of those, and working Americans all
- 17:37Speaker 2: across Texas and all across this country will see the
- 17:40Speaker 2: benefits of those major tax cuts.
- 17:44Speaker 3: That's huge.
- 17:45Speaker 1: I mean, it's just huge when you think about that
- 17:47Speaker 1: and you think about the promise and how it was,
- 17:50Speaker 1: you know, you look at the president. I go back
- 17:52Speaker 1: to the campaign. Yeah, and he came out he was
- 17:54Speaker 1: in Vegas and he was like, hey, we shouldn't be
- 17:56Speaker 1: taxing people. They're working their tails off in the tips
- 17:59Speaker 1: and everything else. And then the left actually came out
- 18:01Speaker 1: immediately started attacking him for the say it will never happen.
- 18:03Speaker 1: This is not a good idea.
- 18:05Speaker 2: This is they did say it will never happen. He said,
- 18:07Speaker 2: it's an empty promise.
- 18:08Speaker 4: Ye.
- 18:08Speaker 2: By the way, I've told the story of where he
- 18:10Speaker 2: came up with the idea of no tax on tips.
- 18:12Speaker 2: He was the day of his Vegas rally. He was
- 18:13Speaker 2: having lunch in Vegas. He said there was a waitress
- 18:16Speaker 2: who came up to him. I was serving him lunch,
- 18:18Speaker 2: and Trump being Trump, he told us he said she
- 18:21Speaker 2: was beautiful. I'm telling you she was beautiful. And she
- 18:25Speaker 2: he said, she was saying how stressful it was to
- 18:27Speaker 2: pay taxes on tips and how complicated it was. And
- 18:30Speaker 2: he said, he just put out a piece of paper
- 18:31Speaker 2: and he wrote on the piece of paper, no tax
- 18:33Speaker 2: on tips. He said, what do you think. She says,
- 18:35Speaker 2: that sounds great, And he said, I had a rally
- 18:37Speaker 2: that afternoon. So I went out to the rally and
- 18:39Speaker 2: I said, all right, let's try it out. And he said,
- 18:41Speaker 2: no tax on tips.
- 18:42Speaker 3: Place went nuts.
- 18:43Speaker 2: It went nuts.
- 18:44Speaker 3: And I saw that town. I mean, yes, people will.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Make a five percent of the workers in Nevada are
- 18:49Speaker 2: tipped workers and they rely on it as there I guests,
- 18:53Speaker 2: and so I saw it, and I said, this is
- 18:55Speaker 2: political genius. And I immediately drafted the legislation to make
- 18:58Speaker 2: it happen. That is part of One Big Beautiful Bill
- 19:01Speaker 2: Victory three. Securing the Border. We mentioned what the President
- 19:06Speaker 2: has done by enforcing the law. What we put in
- 19:08Speaker 2: One Big Beautiful Bill is one hundred and fifty billion
- 19:12Speaker 2: dollars to secure the border. It is the largest investment
- 19:15Speaker 2: in border security in the history of America. It will
- 19:19Speaker 2: build the wall, it will complete the wall. We will
- 19:21Speaker 2: hire more border patrol agents, we will hire more ice agents.
- 19:24Speaker 2: We will build more detention facilities, we will have more
- 19:27Speaker 2: detention beds, and we will employ technology, infrared, drones, helicopters.
- 19:33Speaker 2: It is, as I said, the biggest investment ever to
- 19:36Speaker 2: secure the border that is in the bill.
- 19:39Speaker 3: One of the things that you mentioned there was technology.
- 19:41Speaker 1: It is amazing to see how far behind we've been
- 19:43Speaker 1: on technology and how we didn't have the funding for
- 19:47Speaker 1: the technology that we knew we needed. That was clearly
- 19:49Speaker 1: done on purpose by the prior administration, because if you
- 19:52Speaker 1: don't have the technology, then you're behind. The cartails are ahead,
- 19:55Speaker 1: the human traffickers are ahead, the people are ahead of you.
- 19:58Speaker 1: They held us back on purpose to again open the border. Yes,
- 20:02Speaker 1: so we've been playing catch up, and that's why this
- 20:04Speaker 1: money was so important this bill. There's another strategic victory,
- 20:07Speaker 1: which is every spending bill. The Democrats hold border spending
- 20:10Speaker 1: and military spending hostage.
- 20:12Speaker 2: Yep. What we've done is funded the things that are
- 20:14Speaker 2: critical to keeping this country safe, which means the Democrats
- 20:17Speaker 2: can't hold it hostage anymore. So it has there's a
- 20:20Speaker 2: tactical advantage going forward on the next budget battle because
- 20:23Speaker 2: this one hundred and fifty billion dollars we have appropriated it,
- 20:26Speaker 2: it is going out the door, and there's not a
- 20:28Speaker 2: damn thing Chuck Schumer or AOC can do to stop it.
- 20:32Speaker 1: That is valuable on the psyche aspect of it, because
- 20:35Speaker 1: I do think this is one of the things that
- 20:37Speaker 1: is I'm witnessing a change our border patrol agents, whether
- 20:41Speaker 1: it's Department Home Security, ICE. Yes, their mentality right now
- 20:45Speaker 1: has got to be on a high.
- 20:48Speaker 2: It is like a drowning man about to die given
- 20:51Speaker 2: a life preserver, lifted out, saved. They are able to
- 20:56Speaker 2: do their jobs. They're lots like, they're fired up, They're
- 20:58Speaker 2: ready to go to wool. They're stopping drug traffickers. Every
- 21:01Speaker 2: time I see a border patrol agents or an ICE agent,
- 21:04Speaker 2: to be honest, half the time we just hug. I
- 21:07Speaker 2: mean the level of their just like, thank god, we
- 21:09Speaker 2: got your job. Victory number four repaying the States for
- 21:15Speaker 2: border security thirteen and a half billion dollars, over ten
- 21:19Speaker 2: billion dollars going to Texas. Texas taxpayers spent over ten
- 21:22Speaker 2: billion dollars to secure the border because Joe Biden and
- 21:25Speaker 2: the Democrats refused to do so. I help lead the
- 21:29Speaker 2: charge to repay the states that is in there. That
- 21:32Speaker 2: means Texas is getting over ten billion dollars paid back.
- 21:35Speaker 2: That's a huge victory. Victory number four. Victory number five
- 21:40Speaker 2: rebuilding the military over one hundred and fifty billion dollars
- 21:47Speaker 2: to support our soldiers, our sailors, our airmen, our marines,
- 21:50Speaker 2: to build new submarines, to build new next generation fighter jets,
- 21:55Speaker 2: to improve our ability to stand up to China, to
- 21:59Speaker 2: stand up to our enemies, to combat hypersonics, the next
- 22:03Speaker 2: generation of warfare. Look, with the military, often you're fighting
- 22:06Speaker 2: the last war. We're going forward. We're going to face
- 22:10Speaker 2: ten thousand drone swarms using AI. Investing one hundred and
- 22:16Speaker 2: fifty billion dollars to make sure we can defend this nation.
- 22:19Speaker 2: There's no responsibility the federal government has that is more important.
- 22:23Speaker 2: And by the way, this is the money the Democrats
- 22:26Speaker 2: always hold hostage, so we funded it. Right now they
- 22:29Speaker 2: can they can no longer touch this hostage because this
- 22:32Speaker 2: is done.
- 22:33Speaker 3: Huge victory Number six. The coast Guard.
- 22:38Speaker 2: Now this is something I'm particularly proud of because as
- 22:41Speaker 2: you know, I'm the chairman of the Committee on Commerce, Science,
- 22:43Speaker 2: and Transportation. The Coastguard is in our jurisdiction. So I
- 22:47Speaker 2: wrote the Coast Guard Provision twenty four billion dollars for
- 22:52Speaker 2: the Coast Guard. This is the single largest investment in
- 22:56Speaker 2: the Coast Guard in the history of the United States
- 22:58Speaker 2: of America. To give you a sense of the scope
- 23:01Speaker 2: of the order of magnitude, the annual budget of the
- 23:04Speaker 2: Coast Guard is about twelve million dollars. We are spending
- 23:08Speaker 2: about two hundred percent of the annual budget on the
- 23:11Speaker 2: Coastguard in investments. And what are we doing. We're buying
- 23:15Speaker 2: new ships, We're buying new helicopters, We're buying new physical infrastructure,
- 23:19Speaker 2: and critically, we are investing in ice cutters, in polar
- 23:22Speaker 2: ice cutters and Arctic ice cutters. Right now, China is
- 23:27Speaker 2: kicking our ass in the Arctic, and the Arctic is
- 23:30Speaker 2: critical for national security. Any war ICBMs are going to
- 23:33Speaker 2: come over the Arctic. The Arctic is now You've got
- 23:36Speaker 2: the United States on the Arctic, You've got China playing
- 23:39Speaker 2: on the Arctic, You've got Russia playing on the Arctic,
- 23:41Speaker 2: and we are losing this funding will enable us not
- 23:45Speaker 2: only to compete, to win. And by the way, a
- 23:48Speaker 2: huge theme of everything I do in Congress is beat China,
- 23:51Speaker 2: Beat China, Beat China. This investment in the Coastguard is
- 23:54Speaker 2: to beat China and the Arctic. But let me tell
- 23:57Speaker 2: you a huge America first benefit for this, which is
- 24:01Speaker 2: shipbuilding in America has almost entirely disappeared. Yeah, and that's
- 24:05Speaker 2: scary from national security symbol, it is very scary. But
- 24:08Speaker 2: this Coastguard Bill will bring ship building back to America.
- 24:13Speaker 2: You look at Galveston, Texas. There's a huge, multi billion
- 24:16Speaker 2: dollar shipyard that is being built and expanded right now
- 24:20Speaker 2: to build these ice cutters. And the problem previously is
- 24:24Speaker 2: if you're a private company, you couldn't make the multi
- 24:27Speaker 2: billion dollar investment because you didn't know where demand was
- 24:30Speaker 2: going to come from. Because we have twenty four billion
- 24:32Speaker 2: dollars appropriated, there is a multi year stream of buy
- 24:37Speaker 2: orders coming from the Coastguard for these ice cutters. That
- 24:41Speaker 2: is going to bring back thousands of jobs, good American
- 24:44Speaker 2: jobs right here building ships to keep America safe. That
- 24:48Speaker 2: is in the bill. I'll tell you when I was
- 24:50Speaker 2: in the Hill Country, when I was with the coastguardsmen
- 24:53Speaker 2: who were rescuing Texans from the floods, every single coasting
- 24:58Speaker 2: every one of them, every man in woman, what knew
- 25:01Speaker 2: exactly about this investment in the Coast Guard. They knew
- 25:04Speaker 2: it was the biggest in history, and every one of
- 25:06Speaker 2: them said, thank you. This will make a massive difference
- 25:10Speaker 2: in our ability to do it.
- 25:11Speaker 1: I've got a good friend the Coast Guard, and he
- 25:12Speaker 1: said to me the other day about this. He said,
- 25:14Speaker 1: you know, the Coast Guard, and he's been in for
- 25:16Speaker 1: twenty plus years. He said, We've always gotten the hand
- 25:19Speaker 1: me downs, we get the leftover equipment and the old equipment.
- 25:22Speaker 1: That's a lot of their equipment literally come from surplus
- 25:25Speaker 1: from military and other things. He said, this is the
- 25:27Speaker 1: first time that we are now like on the cutting
- 25:30Speaker 1: edge on our own because of what you just described.
- 25:33Speaker 1: He said, not only has morale gone through the roof,
- 25:35Speaker 1: we're no longer like the forgotten agency, like we're kind
- 25:38Speaker 1: of like, oh, the fifth wheel of military and government.
- 25:41Speaker 1: He's like, now we matter and it matters for national security,
- 25:44Speaker 1: as he described it. And I think that's a great point.
- 25:46Speaker 2: That is absolutely right. And by the way, the Coast
- 25:48Speaker 2: Guard also does drug interdiction. It does border security exactly.
- 25:51Speaker 2: The Coast Guard is critical for securing our border, and
- 25:54Speaker 2: so this investment having those coast Guard cutters to stop
- 25:57Speaker 2: drug traffickers, stop human traffickers, and also to engage in
- 26:01Speaker 2: search and rescue, which is hugely important. That investment something
- 26:05Speaker 2: I care deeply about. And by the way, we're at
- 26:10Speaker 2: number six. I told you I'm going to give you twelve. Yeah,
- 26:13Speaker 2: major conservative victories in the One Big Beautiful Bill. We're
- 26:16Speaker 2: at six. I actually want listeners to pause for a second.
- 26:19Speaker 2: How many of you could list the first six before
- 26:22Speaker 2: this podcast? And I just want to make the point
- 26:25Speaker 2: what kind of job does the corporate media do. I'm
- 26:27Speaker 2: willing to bet virtually none of our listeners could have
- 26:30Speaker 2: listed those first six because the news hasn't covered. And
- 26:34Speaker 2: it's why we do this podcast to give you information
- 26:38Speaker 2: so that when you're talking to your friends and your colleagues,
- 26:40Speaker 2: you will know what's being accomplished. There's a reason President
- 26:44Speaker 2: Trump is so excited about this One Big Beautiful Bill
- 26:46Speaker 2: because it is massive, massive victories for America. Number seven,
- 26:52Speaker 2: Number seven Spectrum now spectrum? What is spectrum? Electromagnetic spectrum?
- 26:57Speaker 2: It is how we communicate. It our cell phones work.
- 27:00Speaker 2: It's how Wi Fi works, it's how satellites work, it's
- 27:03Speaker 2: how streaming works. It's all of electronics spectrum. The largest
- 27:08Speaker 2: holder of spectrum is the United States government. The United
- 27:11Speaker 2: States Government has vast swaths of spectrum, and under Joe Biden,
- 27:16Speaker 2: the United States Government stop making new spectrum available to
- 27:19Speaker 2: the private sector. They ended auction authority. It was grotesquely irresponsible.
- 27:24Speaker 2: It did massive damage to America. It destroyed jobs in America,
- 27:28Speaker 2: and it let China get ahead of America. In this bill,
- 27:33Speaker 2: I wrote the legislation that directs the federal government to
- 27:37Speaker 2: auction to the private sector eight hundred megahertz of spectrum
- 27:42Speaker 2: for private sector investment. What does that mean? Number One,
- 27:47Speaker 2: That will generate in excess of one hundred billion dollars
- 27:52Speaker 2: of revenue to the federal government. Wow, real money. Now,
- 27:55Speaker 2: even in government terms, one hundred billion dollars is real money.
- 28:00Speaker 2: And listen, you and I are deeply concerned about the
- 28:02Speaker 2: deficit and the debt. The entire commerce title that I
- 28:06Speaker 2: wrote that had historic investments in Coastguard and a bunch
- 28:09Speaker 2: of other things, I ended up saving over forty billion dollars,
- 28:13Speaker 2: reducing the deficit and the debt by over forty billion dollars.
- 28:17Speaker 2: And the driver was because of Spectrum auction authority we
- 28:20Speaker 2: brought in. We will bring in one hundred billion dollars
- 28:23Speaker 2: to pay down the debt. Credible, that's real money. But
- 28:26Speaker 2: it's not the biggest piece of this. The biggest piece
- 28:29Speaker 2: of this is by auctioning the Spectrum off, we will
- 28:33Speaker 2: open up billions and billions of dollars of private sector investment.
- 28:37Speaker 2: The companies that buy this Spectrum are going to invest.
- 28:40Speaker 2: It is going to create hundreds of thousands of jobs.
- 28:44Speaker 2: That is not an exaggeration, hundreds of thousands of jobs.
- 28:48Speaker 2: And you know what spectrum is all about, beating China
- 28:51Speaker 2: to six G. I mentioned my consistent theme, beat China.
- 28:54Speaker 2: Beat China in the Arctic with the Coastguard, beat China
- 28:58Speaker 2: to six G with Spectrum. And I got to tell you,
- 29:02Speaker 2: three months ago, there was nobody in Washington who thought
- 29:07Speaker 2: we could get this done. I sat in the office
- 29:09Speaker 2: of the Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, a good
- 29:12Speaker 2: friend of mine. I said, Mike, We're gonna do Spectrum
- 29:15Speaker 2: on the one big, beautiful bill and Mike laughed in
- 29:17Speaker 2: my face.
- 29:17Speaker 3: He's a good friend. But yeah, there's no way, he.
- 29:20Speaker 2: Said, there's no chance because the Department of Defense and
- 29:23Speaker 2: the CIA will fight you, They will stop you. You
- 29:26Speaker 2: cannot get it done. We not only got it done
- 29:29Speaker 2: when I cut the deal and got it in the bill.
- 29:31Speaker 2: President Trump called me the next morning. He said, Ted,
- 29:35Speaker 2: this is incredible. This is like, how did you get
- 29:39Speaker 2: such an incredible deal? Historic spectrum auction authority producing hundreds
- 29:45Speaker 2: of thousands of jobs and beating China to six g
- 29:49Speaker 2: that's in the bill. Number eight Air traffic Control. This
- 29:54Speaker 2: bill invests twelve and a half billion dollars modernizing our
- 29:58Speaker 2: air traffic control. Keep your family safer when you fly,
- 30:01Speaker 2: to keep my family safer when we fly. To stop
- 30:04Speaker 2: using outdated radars, to stop using computers that have floppy discs,
- 30:08Speaker 2: and a little copper wire copper wire, to modernize our
- 30:12Speaker 2: air traffic control. A massive investment in keeping the American
- 30:16Speaker 2: public safe. This bill. I wrote that portion that is
- 30:19Speaker 2: also in the Commerce title. So I wrote that portion
- 30:21Speaker 2: that will fund and improve air traffic control. A huge victory.
- 30:25Speaker 2: Number nine space, yep, this bill has ten billion dollars
- 30:31Speaker 2: for NASA to go to the Moon, for the Artemis program,
- 30:36Speaker 2: for the Gateway program to beat China to the moon.
- 30:40Speaker 2: China has said they intend to return to the moon
- 30:42Speaker 2: by twenty thirty. In my view, if we lose the
- 30:46Speaker 2: Moon to China, it would be a catastrophic loss. It
- 30:50Speaker 2: would be a loss if we woke up in a
- 30:52Speaker 2: few years and China was on the moon and China
- 30:54Speaker 2: established a base on the moon, which is what they
- 30:56Speaker 2: said they intend to do with the Russians.
- 30:58Speaker 1: And they made that very clear. That is the sole
- 31:00Speaker 1: intent of going. It's not just to go to the moon.
- 31:02Speaker 1: It's to have a base on the moon.
- 31:04Speaker 2: Yes, if they did that and we lost, I think
- 31:07Speaker 2: it would be worse than Sputnik that it would be
- 31:11Speaker 2: a national body blow that would crush this country. And look,
- 31:15Speaker 2: the moon is critical number one for national security. The
- 31:19Speaker 2: moon is the high ground you look at. So much
- 31:21Speaker 2: of our national security and so much of our commerce
- 31:23Speaker 2: depends on satellites in orbit around the Earth. The moon
- 31:27Speaker 2: gives you the high ground. It is very dangerous for
- 31:30Speaker 2: us to see that to China. It is unacceptable for
- 31:33Speaker 2: us to see that to China. But number two, there
- 31:35Speaker 2: are massive rare minerals on the moon. There are enormous
- 31:39Speaker 2: economic advantages. It is current US law that it is
- 31:44Speaker 2: the policy of the American government to have a sustained
- 31:47Speaker 2: human habitation either on the lunar surface or in cislunar orbit.
- 31:52Speaker 2: This investment in beating China to the moon. And by
- 31:55Speaker 2: the way, the Moon is a stepping stone to Mars.
- 31:58Speaker 2: We will go to Mars, but we haven't landed on
- 32:01Speaker 2: a celestial body in over fifty years. So we're gonna
- 32:03Speaker 2: land on the Moon first to make sure we know
- 32:05Speaker 2: how to do it, and then we're gonna go to Mars.
- 32:07Speaker 2: This investment, I wrote this investment in there. I will
- 32:11Speaker 2: say there was significant resistance, and without getting too much
- 32:16Speaker 2: into the sausage making, we won against the resistance. This
- 32:21Speaker 2: is in there. It is a massive investment. Well, yeah,
- 32:26Speaker 2: that is exactly right.
- 32:28Speaker 3: That's number nine. Number ten.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Cafe standards, the standards that mandate you keep having to
- 32:35Speaker 2: have higher and higher fuel efficiency on your cars. That's
- 32:38Speaker 2: what the Biden administration has used as its tool, as
- 32:41Speaker 2: one of its tools to wage the war on the
- 32:44Speaker 2: internal combustion engine, to try to force every car to
- 32:47Speaker 2: be electric. Is they keep jacking up CAFE standards higher
- 32:50Speaker 2: and higher and higher. What does that mean? Number one,
- 32:52Speaker 2: it drives up the cost of your cars. You notice
- 32:54Speaker 2: cars have gotten a lot more expensive. Trucks have gotten
- 32:56Speaker 2: a lot more expensive. Number two, it makes cars less
- 32:59Speaker 2: safe because one of the ways you get the gas
- 33:01Speaker 2: efficiency hire is you replace metal with plastics. You chl
- 33:05Speaker 2: cheap plastic that crumbles it in a crash and more
- 33:08Speaker 2: people die. In the commerce section of the oneful, big,
- 33:12Speaker 2: beautiful bill, you know what we did to cafe standards?
- 33:15Speaker 3: What was that zeroed them out? Really they're gone.
- 33:18Speaker 1: So it's actually in this so you're telling me that
- 33:20Speaker 1: my car, instead of being all plastic, we have a
- 33:22Speaker 1: little finger bade and everything breaks. They can actually go
- 33:25Speaker 1: back and say, hey, we're not trying to save weight here,
- 33:26Speaker 1: we're trying to actually make safe cars.
- 33:28Speaker 2: It can be a great American car again, made a
- 33:31Speaker 2: steel tough as hell. And by the way, you want
- 33:34Speaker 2: to buy electric car, great, that's your choice. You want
- 33:36Speaker 2: to have to hybrid, great, you want to buy a
- 33:38Speaker 2: gas car great. It ought to be consumers choosing. And
- 33:41Speaker 2: actually the way we did this we very much modeled
- 33:45Speaker 2: how in twenty seventeen we repealed the individual mandate on Obamacare.
- 33:49Speaker 2: So that was a fight I led in twenty seventeen.
- 33:51Speaker 2: The individual mandate. The way we eliminated it is under
- 33:57Speaker 2: the rules of reconciliation, we could not eliminate the legal
- 34:02Speaker 2: mandate to buy health insurance, which was the individual mandator
- 34:05Speaker 2: under Obamacare. So you know what we did. We made
- 34:07Speaker 2: the penalty zero. So you used to be the IRS
- 34:11Speaker 2: finds you. If you didn't buy health insurance, the IRS
- 34:13Speaker 2: would find you. It is still the law. You're required
- 34:15Speaker 2: to buy health insurance. Don't you will be fined zero
- 34:18Speaker 2: dollars and zero cents. We did the same thing to
- 34:21Speaker 2: cafe standards, so they can put their standards out, but
- 34:23Speaker 2: the penalty for violating it is zero. And I want
- 34:27Speaker 2: to mention, look, this is again like PBS at NPR,
- 34:32Speaker 2: this has been a conservative battle for fifty years.
- 34:36Speaker 3: And Democrats have been winning for fifty years unfortunately.
- 34:38Speaker 2: And we got this done. I wrote this portion, it
- 34:41Speaker 2: is in the bill. It is zeroed out, and we
- 34:44Speaker 2: got this done. And I'm willing to bet fewer than
- 34:47Speaker 2: one percent of our listeners even knew we had done it,
- 34:51Speaker 2: because we won so many victories that this falls all
- 34:54Speaker 2: the way down to number.
- 34:55Speaker 3: Ten on the list. Incredible, well done.
- 34:57Speaker 2: The final two, yep, the final two is you now
- 35:00Speaker 2: are very near and dear to my heart. Number eleven
- 35:03Speaker 2: is school choice. In this bill, we pass the single
- 35:08Speaker 2: largest and most consequential federal school choice bill in the
- 35:11Speaker 2: history of our country. I wrote this provision. Every single
- 35:15Speaker 2: American taxpayer can now contribute up to seventeen hundred dollars
- 35:19Speaker 2: a year to a scholarship granting organization in the States
- 35:23Speaker 2: and get a dollar for dollar credit on their taxes.
- 35:26Speaker 2: It means the money is free. The effect of this
- 35:30Speaker 2: is going to be tens of billions of new scholarship
- 35:33Speaker 2: money in the States for school choice, for K through
- 35:38Speaker 2: twelve school choice. We're going to do a subsequent pod
- 35:40Speaker 2: that does a really deep die because.
- 35:43Speaker 3: This is part of your legacy. By the way, this
- 35:45Speaker 3: is going to be part of your lig.
- 35:46Speaker 2: This is the issue I care more about than anything else.
- 35:49Speaker 2: I have spent thirty years fighting for it, and we're
- 35:52Speaker 2: going to do another pod where we do a very
- 35:53Speaker 2: deep die because there's some aspects of this that I
- 35:56Speaker 2: want the listeners to appreciate that are both incredible policy
- 36:00Speaker 2: victories but also massive political victories. We are creating incentives
- 36:05Speaker 2: to turn blue states red, to build constituencies of parents
- 36:09Speaker 2: and kids who want fantastic educations. This is I told
- 36:13Speaker 2: the President, if and when we get this done, you
- 36:16Speaker 2: will go down in history as one of the greatest
- 36:18Speaker 2: civil rights presidents in our nation's history. Your critics will
- 36:21Speaker 2: never acknowledge that.
- 36:22Speaker 3: Yeah, but the reality will be you're going to change
- 36:24Speaker 3: poor communities.
- 36:25Speaker 2: The reality is the school choice provision is massive, and
- 36:30Speaker 2: it's in the bill. And then the final number twelve
- 36:33Speaker 2: are the Trump accounts, the invest America accounts. Again, I
- 36:36Speaker 2: wrote this provision.
- 36:37Speaker 3: This could fundamentally change this country.
- 36:39Speaker 2: By the way, starting next year July fourth of next year,
- 36:43Speaker 2: the two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of the United States
- 36:45Speaker 2: of America, every child in America will have a personal
- 36:49Speaker 2: investment account. Every newborn child will have it seated with
- 36:52Speaker 2: one thousand dollars. Parents, family employers can contribute up to
- 36:58Speaker 2: five thousand dollars a year in a tax advantage account.
- 37:02Speaker 2: All of that money is invested in the S and P.
- 37:04Speaker 2: Five hundred is invested in the stock market. That enables
- 37:07Speaker 2: every kid to enjoy the incredible benefits of compound growth,
- 37:12Speaker 2: which will transform our kids. The wealth creation for the
- 37:16Speaker 2: next generation of Americans will be utterly transformative and not
- 37:20Speaker 2: only that this creates a new generation of capitalists, as
- 37:24Speaker 2: our kids will all be owners of the largest employers
- 37:27Speaker 2: in America. These two victories, school choice and personal investment
- 37:34Speaker 2: accounts for kids without exaggeration, Ben and I've told the
- 37:38Speaker 2: President this. I think ten years, twenty years, thirty years
- 37:42Speaker 2: from now, these will be the two things everyone remembers
- 37:45Speaker 2: from this bill everything else. I listed one through ten,
- 37:48Speaker 2: which are massive that they are conservative victories for the generations.
- 37:53Speaker 2: I think eleven and twelve will dwarf one and ten
- 37:56Speaker 2: because the difference. We will see trillions of dollars invested
- 38:01Speaker 2: in four oh one case for kids in these Trump accounts.
- 38:04Speaker 2: That will change the future of every one of our
- 38:06Speaker 2: kids and make them all have skin in the game
- 38:09Speaker 2: in our capitalist society. And school choice is going to
- 38:12Speaker 2: literally provide hope and opportunity to millions of kids. We
- 38:16Speaker 2: got both of them done. Those are victories, generational victories,
- 38:21Speaker 2: and when the President signed it on July fourth, they
- 38:24Speaker 2: were victories for all of America.
