- 0:02Speaker 1: Y'all know what time of y'all don't know. Y'all back

- 0:15Speaker 1: like the milling Buck things in its cubs. Y'all good it.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Steve Hart listening to the movie Together for Stem Handley,
- 0:38Speaker 1: I don't join join me. You go with me. Honey.
- 0:58Speaker 1: You gotta turn, you gotta turn turn turn, got the turnout,
- 1:45Speaker 1: then turn the water the water go. Come come on
- 1:58Speaker 1: your back that Uh? I sure will? I come out
- 2:03Speaker 1: and everybody you are listening to the voice, come on
- 2:07Speaker 1: dig me now, one and only Steve Harvey, Oh yeah, man,
- 2:11Speaker 1: got a radio show. Do you understand that? I'm telling
- 2:15Speaker 1: you God been big in my life. I'm not gonna
- 2:18Speaker 1: kid you. I'm telling you in here do the same
- 2:20Speaker 1: thing for you. God. God is a gentleman, you know.
- 2:24Speaker 1: I want to I want to point that out to you.
- 2:26Speaker 1: God is an absolute gentleman. He will not come in
- 2:32Speaker 1: unless he's invited. He don't just barge into your life.
- 2:38Speaker 1: He gives us the power of choice. You know, if
- 2:41Speaker 1: you say you got it, I don't need you. He
- 2:44Speaker 1: let you have it. If you say I need you,
- 2:47Speaker 1: come see about me. He right there. It's just a
- 2:50Speaker 1: real simple thing. Man. So I always say to people this,
- 2:56Speaker 1: if you've gotten yourself into something, and please eason, no
- 3:00Speaker 1: I have. I was stuck. I thought a couple of times,
- 3:07Speaker 1: well might not make it past this one. But then
- 3:12Speaker 1: if I don't make it past it, what's gonna happen?
- 3:16Speaker 1: And then I held on to this little thing that
- 3:18Speaker 1: my mother kept talking to me about. She said, sometimes
- 3:22Speaker 1: so when you ain't got nothing else in you, just hope,
- 3:26Speaker 1: she said, Just hope it'll be all right, you know.
- 3:29Speaker 1: And what I've learned in my life is that hope
- 3:32Speaker 1: is the beginning of faith. Hope. It's just is there
- 3:36Speaker 1: a possibility out there for me? I sure hope something happened.
- 3:44Speaker 1: See hope, hope it's okay, man, Because like I say,
- 3:49Speaker 1: for me, the way I've lived my life, hope was
- 3:52Speaker 1: the beginning of faith. It was just the idea. It's
- 3:55Speaker 1: just the thought that something could change from me, that
- 3:59Speaker 1: something could be a little bit different from me, that maybe, man,
- 4:03Speaker 1: just maybe for some reason, I could be saved, I
- 4:08Speaker 1: could be rescued, things could turn around, it could head
- 4:12Speaker 1: any other direction. Maybe I could quit messing up. Maybe
- 4:16Speaker 1: somebody will forgive me, Maybe somebody will just say all right,
- 4:20Speaker 1: I don't know, but I can't count the times I've
- 4:23Speaker 1: been in that position. But then once I hope a
- 4:26Speaker 1: little bit, and then I remember. Also my mother, because
- 4:29Speaker 1: she was a Sunday school teacher, she taught me the
- 4:32Speaker 1: most valuable lesson I've ever learned in my life. Nothing
- 4:35Speaker 1: has been greater in my life than my faith. She
- 4:38Speaker 1: taught me to pray. Mamma used to say, when you
- 4:41Speaker 1: get real dark, for your son, prad changes things. She said,
- 4:45Speaker 1: when you seem like you lost and you can't find
- 4:48Speaker 1: your way, stop and pray, she said, because prad changes things.
- 4:54Speaker 1: You know, when you get a point in your life
- 4:56Speaker 1: when you've done all you can do and you can't
- 4:58Speaker 1: do no more and you just don't know what to
- 5:00Speaker 1: do next, she says, stop, suh, pray and combine that
- 5:06Speaker 1: prayer with that hope that you got, she said, because
- 5:10Speaker 1: that hope is the beginning of faith. She said. If
- 5:13Speaker 1: you pray just hoping, she's saying that God come through
- 5:16Speaker 1: for you, that will give you confidence that he can
- 5:19Speaker 1: do it again. And then after a while, you quit hoping,
- 5:22Speaker 1: She's saying, you start believing. She saying, that's when you're
- 5:25Speaker 1: on to something. If you can turn that hope into belief,
- 5:30Speaker 1: that hope into faith, the ability to believe in something
- 5:34Speaker 1: that you can't see. But the key though the faith
- 5:38Speaker 1: is you're believing in something that you can't see. See
- 5:42Speaker 1: hoping a little bit different from me Now, I'm pretty sure,
- 5:45Speaker 1: Like I say oftentimes to tell a lot of people
- 5:47Speaker 1: who can explain this thing a lot better than I
- 5:50Speaker 1: can to you, but just from my side of it
- 5:53Speaker 1: being as real as I can be rich. See, hope helps. Man.
- 5:57Speaker 1: If you ain't strong enough to have faith, have hope,
- 6:00Speaker 1: and then if you pray with some hope and God
- 6:03Speaker 1: answers your prayer, then that hope gains a little confidence
- 6:07Speaker 1: and after a while that confidence becomes faith. Now they're
- 6:12Speaker 1: just hoping, but I'm believing. I'm believing in something that
- 6:16Speaker 1: I cannot see. Faith has been the key to my
- 6:23Speaker 1: entire existence, even when I didn't have any It was faith,
- 6:29Speaker 1: as I look back on it, that has gotten me here,
- 6:33Speaker 1: and not just faith, but my faith. See, you will
- 6:38Speaker 1: only get to where you're going in your life based
- 6:41Speaker 1: on your faith. See. A lot of people get the
- 6:45Speaker 1: word faith confused, like what's your faith? And then they
- 6:49Speaker 1: started going down this whole list of all these different
- 6:51Speaker 1: religions out here, but really an essence. Man, When I
- 6:55Speaker 1: talk to people about faith, I'm talking to you about
- 6:58Speaker 1: your your belief. How much do you believe in the unseen?
- 7:05Speaker 1: How much do you believe in the things you can't see?
- 7:08Speaker 1: How much do you believe in the impossible? How much
- 7:13Speaker 1: do you believe see? Because faith is the belief in
- 7:19Speaker 1: things that you cannot see. Faith is the core of
- 7:25Speaker 1: all that is happening to me today. It is the
- 7:28Speaker 1: faith that I have in my relationship with God that
- 7:32Speaker 1: enables me to just oftentimes, if I stay on the
- 7:37Speaker 1: right course and believe a certain way and act a
- 7:41Speaker 1: certain way, his blessings just poor. They just come. And
- 7:47Speaker 1: it comes in a lot of little ways too. I've
- 7:50Speaker 1: started to notice, see, it ain't just a lot of
- 7:52Speaker 1: people think blessings is money, and now, man, that ain't it.
- 7:56Speaker 1: It's coverage. It's every time my plane lands safe. It's
- 8:01Speaker 1: every time they predict bad weather and I get up
- 8:04Speaker 1: in the sky and it don't be no bad weather.
- 8:08Speaker 1: You know this, This is favor. These are blessings that
- 8:12Speaker 1: get poured out to me. Somebody call me and offer
- 8:15Speaker 1: me something, not money, but an opportunity. You know, somebody say, hey, man,
- 8:22Speaker 1: I don't know, but I sent this to you. I
- 8:24Speaker 1: thought you might be interested in it. Somebody has sent
- 8:27Speaker 1: me a scripture, or somebody will send me something that's favor,
- 8:32Speaker 1: and it always comes at a time when I need
- 8:34Speaker 1: it the most. That's favor, that's pouring out blessings. Now.
- 8:40Speaker 1: I'm also the recipient of a lot of other blessings too.
- 8:44Speaker 1: You know, I've been blessed with health. That's amazing blessing. Man.
- 8:48Speaker 1: I've been blessed with a spirit of not quitting. I've
- 8:53Speaker 1: been blessed with the ability to shoulder huge amounts of responsibility. See,
- 8:59Speaker 1: blessed things come a lot of ways. But once you
- 9:03Speaker 1: tie into God, once you tie in and you start
- 9:08Speaker 1: doing the best you can do, and you start asking
- 9:11Speaker 1: for him to make you a better person, to help
- 9:14Speaker 1: shape and mold you into the kind of man or
- 9:17Speaker 1: person that he wants you to be. You be amazed
- 9:20Speaker 1: what God can do with you. Man, if you just
- 9:23Speaker 1: invite me in and allow him to be a part
- 9:25Speaker 1: of your life. I mean, what you got to lose
- 9:28Speaker 1: out there? Come on, if you're sitting in the cell
- 9:31Speaker 1: this morning, why why would you not change? You have
- 9:34Speaker 1: a chance to turn your life around with a relationship
- 9:37Speaker 1: with God. What you're waiting on? Are you gonna just
- 9:39Speaker 1: keep doing it like that? Huh? Really? Come on, man,
- 9:44Speaker 1: why would you do that to yourself? Why would you
- 9:47Speaker 1: not allow God to be a part of your life
- 9:50Speaker 1: so you can get the way He want you to be.
- 9:51Speaker 1: God got some big plans for you. If he didn't,
- 9:54Speaker 1: you wouldn't keep waking up. Ladies and gentlemen. Good morning,
- 10:02Speaker 1: boys and girls. Man, have your attention please today's show.

- 11:36Speaker 1: would never let it die. I have no reason to
- 11:39Speaker 1: buy a new season. Name it, sang it. That's deep
- 11:43Speaker 1: right there. No, no, no, no reason to buy a
- 11:45Speaker 1: new He'll bring albums downloaded nothing now, yeah, vibes little

- 12:25Speaker 1: seems to me. Girl, You know, I don't know. I
- 12:28Speaker 1: can't And if it dan't you see your big store
- 12:35Speaker 1: that I bab room. Yeah? Yeah, yeah, you know. WAMIs
- 12:46Speaker 1: my favorite commodore song. Low is fun? Maybe just the
- 12:51Speaker 1: food dream Yeah, but I don't care. Mm hmmm allse
- 13:03Speaker 1: I know my happiness is waiting somewhere. I'm searching for

- 13:28Speaker 1: wish the whey bake call coming up? Something funny? They
- 13:34Speaker 1: who coming up? You don't like you're listening show? All right, okay,
- 13:45Speaker 1: time for another poem from Junior. But before we get
- 13:48Speaker 1: to juniors. You know before he was so talented whom
- 13:59Speaker 1: the talent's first of all, and and and you know,
- 14:06Speaker 1: first of all y'all wrong, first of all, but even
- 14:10Speaker 1: hindering my growth. Okay as an artist, it's not huh.
- 14:14Speaker 1: Now you are an artist. You're a comedian. Hey, hey,
- 14:17Speaker 1: but I'm a comedian poet. No, you don't come to
- 14:20Speaker 1: say what I'm doing. Okay now because you want to
- 14:22Speaker 1: remain short. That's your friend. He ain't got nothing to
- 14:27Speaker 1: do with me. I'm gonna go ahead and do what
- 14:30Speaker 1: I do. Bit okay, Well, before we get to your
- 14:32Speaker 1: your fabulous poem, Junior, Steve, you know you've been rocking
- 14:37Speaker 1: your beard for a couple of months now. You wanted
- 14:39Speaker 1: to grow because you're getting ready to go back on TV,
- 14:42Speaker 1: and you cut it off. Yeah, I know, let's just
- 14:44Speaker 1: go anyway. According to a new study led by Burnaby Dixon,
- 14:48Speaker 1: men with beards are better boyfriend and marriage material than
- 14:52Speaker 1: clean shaven men. Okay. The study of bodacious beard straddles
- 14:58Speaker 1: the line of masculinity and femininity and essentially alters the
- 15:03Speaker 1: face shape of a fella, making him attractive. All right, guys,
- 15:07Speaker 1: would would you grow a beard? Steve already did it? Uh?
- 15:11Speaker 1: If you knew it would get more dates with ladies
- 15:13Speaker 1: if you weren't married, Because it's I'm just sitting my
- 15:18Speaker 1: glass over here to him once again, Junior, if you're
- 15:22Speaker 1: throwing rock in a pack of dogs, the one that
- 15:26Speaker 1: hallam is the one you hit anybody. But now all
- 15:32Speaker 1: of a sudden, you're the only one that took a
- 15:34Speaker 1: fish to the day. So you know I hadn't had
- 15:37Speaker 1: the beard, took the beard on when you said that
- 15:39Speaker 1: I'm not I'm not an attractive person, but you know
- 15:43Speaker 1: I ain't Junior, Tommy, let's get to this poem before.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Are you saying Jay I didn't mention Jake? Honestly, you
- 15:58Speaker 1: have a problem with the way he little. Yeah, well,
- 16:00Speaker 1: I know I work with anything about all right, Junior,
- 16:11Speaker 1: Let's get to this poem. All right. This poem is
- 16:14Speaker 1: for people who want to know, sir. You know it's
- 16:17Speaker 1: you know, there's motivation for me, is that when you
- 16:23Speaker 1: put them calling to put them in your pocket. Tightle
- 16:27Speaker 1: up Today's poem. Somebody needs to tell me something. Somebody
- 16:41Speaker 1: needs to tell me something. Here we go, somebody needs
- 16:49Speaker 1: to tell me something. We go to Trible No no shirt,
- 16:55Speaker 1: you mess it up. The first line of my poems
- 16:57Speaker 1: are always the type. All right once again, somebody needs
- 17:10Speaker 1: to tell me something. That's the tyler the poet not
- 17:15Speaker 1: not do. Somebody needs to tell me something because I'm
- 17:22Speaker 1: not gonna let it go. I've already asked one time,
- 17:27Speaker 1: but I'm gonna ask you some more. You may think
- 17:31Speaker 1: I'm stupid and that I shouldn't let it slide, but
- 17:35Speaker 1: no one has come close. Some of y'all ain't even
- 17:38Speaker 1: trap now. You might say, Julia, where the head is
- 17:42Speaker 1: just gone? But somebody needs to tell me something because
- 17:51Speaker 1: it's driving me crazy not knowing. But somebody need to
- 17:55Speaker 1: tell me something, because damn it, I need to now
- 18:00Speaker 1: and I need to have to answer by the end
- 18:03Speaker 1: of this his show. Somebody tell me something. Thank you,
- 18:07Speaker 1: I sell you something. Somebody need to help you write
- 18:14Speaker 1: the damn poet because I'm with Tommy. Now. You ain't
- 18:19Speaker 1: no poet. You just rhyming, and that ain't even run.
- 18:22Speaker 1: First first of all that did Ryan, you cheered them
- 18:26Speaker 1: all that first. You said it ain't go nowhere. But
- 18:32Speaker 1: you're missing the question of the poem. He finished the poem.
- 18:36Speaker 1: He did the whole poem. Now what y'all told him?
- 18:39Speaker 1: A damn thing? Yeah, somebody, And I'm told what I
- 18:47Speaker 1: told you was that you need somebody to help you
- 18:50Speaker 1: write your next poem. And this is what I have
- 18:53Speaker 1: to say. You suck what you know? What you know?
- 18:57Speaker 1: How I expects you like to hear you do it?
- 19:02Speaker 1: Surely ain't know like poetry, like poetry, and it sucks.
- 19:11Speaker 1: Somebody need to tell me. Let's name of the point?
- 19:17Speaker 1: Now you ready, my boy? Ready at Somebody need to
- 19:21Speaker 1: tell miss something. This is what I'm trying to say.
- 19:29Speaker 1: And this ain't being done today. What somebody need to
- 19:36Speaker 1: tell me? Some what? And I read sexual room and
- 19:42Speaker 1: don't know that I didn't know, but I need to
- 19:45Speaker 1: find out something for the end of this show. Somebody
- 19:51Speaker 1: need to tell me. So let me tell you some
- 19:59Speaker 1: poin great somebody gonna be looking for work. Oh god,
- 20:04Speaker 1: he's gonna get fired, ja. He wrote it on coming
- 20:14Speaker 1: up at the top of the hour. Things that women
- 20:17Speaker 1: want from their men will be bad. So bad. You're
- 20:28Speaker 1: listening Morning show. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 20:33Speaker 1: we'll have today's headlines. But right now, of course it's
- 20:36Speaker 1: Tommy's run that prank back. Come on, they' moved, Big Mama.
- 20:43Speaker 1: They moved so stupid name. Moa mo Big Mama. Oh
- 20:51Speaker 1: it is they move, Big Mama cleaning service. I'm trying
- 20:58Speaker 1: to Can I speak to the owner the company? This

- 21:06Speaker 1: just Robert. Yes, sir, this is this is mister Robert.

- 21:21Speaker 1: And when y'all moved the further toure to clean the carpet, somebody,
- 21:27Speaker 1: somebody moved my grandmother off the coffee table. He not

- 33:05Speaker 1: and gentlemen, miss Anne Trim Trimm. Thanks you guys very much.
- 33:09Speaker 1: This is answered with the news tropical Storm Barry has
- 33:12Speaker 1: formed in the Gulf of Mexico. It is now headed
- 33:14Speaker 1: for Louisiana. Thousands of people living in low lying coastal
- 33:16Speaker 1: areas were ordered to evacuate yesterday. Meanwhile, the US Army
- 33:20Speaker 1: Corps of Engineers keeping a watchful line on the already
- 33:22Speaker 1: swollen Mississippi River, which is breaking records this year for
- 33:25Speaker 1: weeks and weeks of floodstage water levels. And another Trump turnaround,
- 33:30Speaker 1: the president now says he's changed his mind. And will
- 33:32Speaker 1: not keep pushing for a citizenship question to be included
- 33:35Speaker 1: on the upcoming twenty twenty census forms. He says, is
- 33:38Speaker 1: going to go about finding out how many undocumented residents
- 33:40Speaker 1: there are. In another way, I am here by ordering
- 33:43Speaker 1: every department and agency in the federal government to provide
- 33:47Speaker 1: the Department of Commerce with all requested records regarding the
- 33:52Speaker 1: number of citizens and non citizens in our country. And
- 33:55Speaker 1: Trump says he's completely confident about the Administration's ability to
- 33:58Speaker 1: get the info he wants knowledge in many of our agencies.
- 34:03Speaker 1: We will leave no stone unturned. Speaking of that great knowledge.
- 34:08Speaker 1: These Social Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security
- 34:11Speaker 1: have already entered into agreements reportedly to provide the Department
- 34:14Speaker 1: of Commerce with info on non citizens. Meanwhile, looks like
- 34:17Speaker 1: its promises kept. On another matter, immigrations, Customs Enforcement expect
- 34:21Speaker 1: to begin carrying out a series of rays this weekend
- 34:24Speaker 1: on unauthorized immigrants, those who already received removal orders but
- 34:27Speaker 1: haven't left the country. Legal landlists with the American Civil
- 34:30Speaker 1: Liberties Union reminding the undocumented that under the US law,
- 34:34Speaker 1: they do not have to let immigration agents into their
- 34:36Speaker 1: homes unless those agents have what's called a judicial warrant.
- 34:40Speaker 1: In fact, the ACLU says the plans to hand out
- 34:42Speaker 1: information cards to people living in immigrant communities and send
- 34:45Speaker 1: lawyers there ahead of expected rates. According to New York Times,
- 34:49Speaker 1: some of the cities are being targeted include New York City, Baltimore, Miami, Denver,
- 34:53Speaker 1: and New Orleans, which is dealing, of course, with her
- 34:55Speaker 1: tropical storm. Barry, the attorney representing regious sex offender Jeffrey Epstein,
- 34:59Speaker 1: tried to convince a judge yesterday that Epstein should be
- 35:01Speaker 1: granted bail because he's not a bail risk. To prove that,
- 35:04Speaker 1: the lawyer offered Epstein's Manhattan residence up worth seventy seven
- 35:07Speaker 1: million dollars and one of his planes one of them.
- 35:12Speaker 1: Epstein also reportedly owns a couple of islands. Ask you
- 35:14Speaker 1: to say Epstein's flight is a flight risk because he
- 35:17Speaker 1: has tremendous resources and owns islands and stuff. R Kelly
- 35:21Speaker 1: under arrest today again, this time the unfederal charges of
- 35:24Speaker 1: child porn and some other things. He's being brought to
- 35:26Speaker 1: New York. R Kelly was arrested while walking his dog.
- 35:29Speaker 1: The singer's public says say they knew the charges were coming,
- 35:31Speaker 1: and they've scheduled a press conference in Atlanta later this morning.
- 35:34Speaker 1: And finally today is eat Judge Yellow Day. Everybody can
- 35:42Speaker 1: spell yellow. Now back to the Steve Harvey Mourning Show.

- 37:40Speaker 1: to his forgiveness, begging for his forgiveness and threatening him
- 37:43Speaker 1: he better not do it. You see what happens? Yeah,

- 45:34Speaker 1: about six inches long and it probably bears about probably
- 45:37Speaker 1: about twenty five to thirty leaves on it, but it's
- 45:39Speaker 1: very small. You see a tree gonna be growing out
- 45:43Speaker 1: my navel, It's gonna be a small tree. And Uh,
- 45:46Speaker 1: what's gonna happen is I'm gonna have to get you
- 45:48Speaker 1: to come back in, probably in the next month. We're
- 45:50Speaker 1: gonna need you to come in so we can check
- 45:52Speaker 1: it out. But it's got to grow its fullest potential
- 45:54Speaker 1: before we can actually do anything to it. No, I
- 45:57Speaker 1: can't come in and on mind, I got to come
- 45:59Speaker 1: in to hey, man, somebody got we we we get
- 46:03Speaker 1: this problem to resolved. Man, I'm tryna get married. Man. Well,
- 46:06Speaker 1: we can't. It has to grow with fullet's potential, sir.
- 46:09Speaker 1: And the full term is actually like about four weeks
- 46:12Speaker 1: before we can act. Man. I'm not waiting for those
- 46:14Speaker 1: four weeks. Man. Somebody got to come till me something right, Nah, Man,
- 46:17Speaker 1: I ain't gonna go married. Man. Have to fly the time,
- 46:19Speaker 1: man and have something going out of my neighbor. Man.
- 46:21Speaker 1: Y'all going crazy, man, Sir, o Triosa. This is something
- 46:25Speaker 1: that's very rare. We're actually getting this assignment from overseas
- 46:28Speaker 1: in South America on how to treat this. Man, I
- 46:30Speaker 1: don't get it down. Where is it? Man, somebody's gonna
- 46:33Speaker 1: have to come give me some help, right nah, Man,
- 46:36Speaker 1: I'm gonna get ready to get married. Man, I'm not
- 46:38Speaker 1: gonna be putting up with it. Man, somebody in this
- 46:40Speaker 1: office maint got to come down and then do something
- 46:42Speaker 1: for me. Man, And what you say, as you said,
- 46:45Speaker 1: I can cut it out myself. So the best I
- 46:47Speaker 1: can do is probably trim it a bit, you know,
- 46:48Speaker 1: and maybe knock a few leaves off. But I cannot
- 46:51Speaker 1: touch the full stock at all. Man. You can cut
- 46:53Speaker 1: this for the bad day, do something, sir. I cut
- 46:56Speaker 1: it right now. You cannot, Sir. If you cut it,
- 47:00Speaker 1: there's a possibility of hemorrhaging, and you're gonna really create
- 47:03Speaker 1: a bigger problem than what you have already. Man, I'm
- 47:06Speaker 1: trying to get this cool a doot. Man, you didn't
- 47:09Speaker 1: tell me. Ain't nobody never what I've dried on there
- 47:11Speaker 1: and get this put man, I'm gonna get married in
- 47:15Speaker 1: two weeks. Man. We're gonna fly to Jamaican. It can't now.
- 47:18Speaker 1: Somebody can do this for me. So you cannot pull
- 47:24Speaker 1: it out. You're gonna create good man, You're gonna create
- 47:27Speaker 1: a bigger problem if you try to pull it out. Sorry,
- 47:30Speaker 1: problems are already up. I'm trying to get this problem. Man.
- 47:33Speaker 1: Give me tell me a big hospital. Ain't now me
- 47:38Speaker 1: you want me to do that. It's not something I
- 47:41Speaker 1: poke out of my summer and you're tilling it. Ain't
- 47:43Speaker 1: you can do, man, sir. Oak triositis is not something
- 47:46Speaker 1: that we treat all the time. Like I said, it
- 47:48Speaker 1: hails from South America, so we got I don't give
- 47:50Speaker 1: it from Great Britain. Somebody that I feel for me
- 47:55Speaker 1: to come down and help me pull this, man, sir,
- 47:58Speaker 1: I understand what you're going through, but we have to
- 48:00Speaker 1: let it grow. It's full term, which is four weeks, sir,
- 48:04Speaker 1: the full root of it to grow. Man, I ain't
- 48:07Speaker 1: woa man gonna go right nah man, y'all gonna have
- 48:10Speaker 1: to do something, man, sir. There's nothing we can do.
- 48:13Speaker 1: We can probably trim it a little bit, the trim,
- 48:16Speaker 1: get some training, song man, do something, sir. There's nothing
- 48:20Speaker 1: we can do at this point but sit back, and
- 48:22Speaker 1: wait and let it grow. It's full term. Okay, can
- 48:24Speaker 1: we get you do the waiting? Man? Somebody helped me, right, nah, man, Sir,
- 48:29Speaker 1: can we get an appointment for you in the next
- 48:31Speaker 1: four to five weeks and we do that. Now you
- 48:33Speaker 1: got to get appointment for me to dating. I'm gonna
- 48:35Speaker 1: give man. Man, I'm gonna fly to Jamaica. Now, I
- 48:38Speaker 1: can't have them chicking out of me. I can't see
- 48:40Speaker 1: it the apport. Man, you're gonna embarrass me like that
- 48:43Speaker 1: man chicking out my neighbor. Sir, I understand it, and
- 48:48Speaker 1: like I said, oh, triositis is very rare, and it's
- 48:50Speaker 1: it's something that we haven't treated that many times here
- 48:53Speaker 1: in the States, but overseas, the message that we're getting
- 48:56Speaker 1: is that we need to let it grow. It's full term.
- 48:58Speaker 1: So man, tell me, ain't nobody in the Mirroricans got
- 49:01Speaker 1: what man, it's otriositis, sir, So I get it. I
- 49:07Speaker 1: nobody else got it, Sir. I could not believe that
- 49:11Speaker 1: you were coming up with outriositis here in the States.
- 49:14Speaker 1: It's it's something very rarely seen here. There's been two
- 49:16Speaker 1: people in the past has been diagnosed with this and
- 49:19Speaker 1: they actually passed away. So now you tell them dive
- 49:23Speaker 1: and you're gonna chip me three weeks. Man, I'm coming
- 49:26Speaker 1: down another day. Man, somebody could do something for me, Sir.
- 49:29Speaker 1: There's nothing that we can do today until four to
- 49:32Speaker 1: five weeks or I gotta go get married. I'm fine
- 49:35Speaker 1: to Jamaica. Man. I just said, Man, I'm hearing what
- 49:39Speaker 1: you're saying, but I can't do anything if you don't
- 49:43Speaker 1: see the tree already coming out of the navel yet.
- 49:47Speaker 1: Somebody got to do something, mind, Man, I'm saying what
- 49:49Speaker 1: you want me to do. Man, I don't know what
- 49:51Speaker 1: I want you to do, sir, but I have one
- 49:53Speaker 1: more thing I can tell you what you got to say. Man,
- 49:56Speaker 1: are you listening. I'm listening to you. Man. This is
- 49:59Speaker 1: nephew Timmy from the Steve Hoppin Morning Show. You just
- 50:02Speaker 1: got pranked by your boy, earl Man. You gotta be
- 50:09Speaker 1: damned out my wig. Man, you too, lift you tomming man, Man,
- 50:19Speaker 1: y'all he'll be going crazy here. Man, I'm looking at
- 50:22Speaker 1: all of my damn neighbor things. The truth fell out. Man, Hey, man,
- 50:26Speaker 1: I got one more thing to ask you, Marvin Man,
- 50:28Speaker 1: what is the baddest I'm talking about the baddest radio
- 50:31Speaker 1: show in the land, Steve Hard Morning Show that is
- 50:36Speaker 1: calling that dedicated. I appreciate it, y'all. I ain't nephew.
- 50:47Speaker 1: Thank you as always. Okay, Steve, you you were gonna
- 50:50Speaker 1: tell us about the tidy bowl commercial. Oh in the
- 50:54Speaker 1: bathroom again about everything in this. I was flushing the
- 51:00Speaker 1: toilet right and our toilet water was blue. You know,
- 51:04Speaker 1: I was just a little boy, So I decided to
- 51:07Speaker 1: open up the lid to see why this water blue,
- 51:11Speaker 1: and that dye was all over my hand. And then
- 51:15Speaker 1: my mama said, Steve, get out that bad food. So
- 51:18Speaker 1: my hands was wet. So I grabbed the towel and
- 51:22Speaker 1: wipe my hands off. Now it's blue all over the toe.
- 51:27Speaker 1: So she go in the bathroom. All I heard was, who,
- 51:34Speaker 1: why don't towel? Where's my good towel? Oh? Yeah, we
- 51:39Speaker 1: had our name family initial on that she had just
- 51:42Speaker 1: got them, and I had blue all over this top.
- 51:46Speaker 1: She came out there and said, little Stevie, did you
- 51:50Speaker 1: wipe your hands on them A good time? Yeah? And
- 51:54Speaker 1: I said, U did? I lie? I could tell by
- 52:01Speaker 1: the tune this, I asked, just wiped my hands on?
- 52:05Speaker 1: I got to lie. Somebody else had to. She said,
- 52:11Speaker 1: hold your hands out. I held my hands. I blew
- 52:13Speaker 1: all under my nails and everything. Yeah, she said, barn
- 52:17Speaker 1: and you just lied to me. You'd have put that
- 52:20Speaker 1: blue all over them good time. I just bought them tied. Said,
- 52:24Speaker 1: I tell you what, tell your daddy when he come home.
- 52:27Speaker 1: But you didn't do that to them, tied because slick
- 52:30Speaker 1: like them tied like this, quid my black hairs, Daddy started.
- 52:42Speaker 1: I ain't never heard him mention it that he I

- 53:33Speaker 1: buckle up, hold on tight, beget it for you here.
- 53:36Speaker 1: It is a Strawberry letter subject something ain't right with
- 53:39Speaker 1: my fiance and his bff. Dere's Stephen Shirley. I reconnected
- 53:43Speaker 1: with an old high school flame in January, and we
- 53:46Speaker 1: got engaged a couple of weeks ago. Well before he
- 53:49Speaker 1: asked me to marry him, he told me about his
- 53:52Speaker 1: female best friend. He told me that he had sex
- 53:55Speaker 1: with his best friend years ago, but they didn't have
- 53:57Speaker 1: any romantic feelings whatso ever for each other. Now, of course,
- 54:02Speaker 1: I was very uncomfortable with their friendship, but I didn't
- 54:05Speaker 1: stress about it because I overheard him telling her how
- 54:08Speaker 1: much he loves me and that I'm the one. This
- 54:12Speaker 1: past weekend, my fiance invited his best friend to lunch
- 54:16Speaker 1: so I could meet her. Lunch was going great, we
- 54:19Speaker 1: were talking and laughing, but then the best friend just
- 54:23Speaker 1: got quiet. I looked over at this heffa and she
- 54:26Speaker 1: was sitting there crying. My fiance asked her what was wrong,
- 54:30Speaker 1: and she said, she feels like he is going to
- 54:32Speaker 1: forget about her when he marries me. My fiance has
- 54:36Speaker 1: a nerve to tell her that that would never happen.
- 54:39Speaker 1: She stood up and told him that their friendship was over,
- 54:42Speaker 1: and she stormed out of the restaurant. My fiance and
- 54:45Speaker 1: I sat in silence for the rest of the meal.
- 54:48Speaker 1: He hasn't talked to this woman for a couple of
- 54:50Speaker 1: days now, and I can tell it's bothering him something.
- 54:53Speaker 1: I'm right here. Why is my fiance stressing about another woman?
- 54:58Speaker 1: Can men really have male best friends they're not attracted to? Wow?
- 55:03Speaker 1: I mean, I guess you know, and in some parts
- 55:06Speaker 1: of the world that can be the case. But um,
- 55:09Speaker 1: you know I have, if I'm honest with you, every
- 55:12Speaker 1: male male friend, quote unquote friend that I've had in
- 55:15Speaker 1: my life, there has been some sort of something going on.
- 55:19Speaker 1: You know. You could tell, yeah, I mean you could.
- 55:22Speaker 1: You could tell that they liked you, or you could
- 55:24Speaker 1: tell that you know something, there was some sexual tension
- 55:27Speaker 1: going on there. Yeah that that doesn't mean that we
- 55:31Speaker 1: acted on it, but you know, male female that dynamic. Yeah,
- 55:34Speaker 1: you could tell that company. I'm sorry, stupid sexual harassment case.
- 55:47Speaker 1: What a stupid because you might say something else ignorant, right,
- 55:55Speaker 1: But far be it from me to argue with your intuition.
- 55:59Speaker 1: If you're all ready feeling something isn't right, then it
- 56:01Speaker 1: probably isn't. I mean, yes, they've been intimate in the past,
- 56:05Speaker 1: but as your friend told you, he no longer has
- 56:08Speaker 1: romantic feelings for his best friend. But this is I
- 56:11Speaker 1: think where your intuition is really on point. I think
- 56:14Speaker 1: the best friend has some unresolved issues, as she displayed
- 56:18Speaker 1: at lunch. I mean, if she didn't wasn't emotionally connected
- 56:21Speaker 1: or tied to him still, why would she storm out?
- 56:25Speaker 1: Why would she be crying. There's something going on with her,
- 56:28Speaker 1: And I think that she's jealous of your relationship and
- 56:32Speaker 1: she probably wishes that it were her, and she does
- 56:36Speaker 1: feel left out and she does want him so and
- 56:40Speaker 1: he may feel some kind of way too because it's
- 56:42Speaker 1: bothering him. So before you decide to walk down the
- 56:46Speaker 1: aisle with him and set a date and do all
- 56:48Speaker 1: of those things, you guys need to get this together.
- 56:50Speaker 1: And I don't know if it's going to be that
- 56:52Speaker 1: easy because his best friend has some serious issues and
- 56:55Speaker 1: if he's bothered by it, he may have some unresolved
- 56:59Speaker 1: feelings that he's not acknowledging or telling you about. Steve. Well, well,
- 57:07Speaker 1: thank you, Shirley for that warm, fuzzy rendition of the letter.
- 57:12Speaker 1: You're so welcome. Now here come the ignorance side. Let's
- 57:16Speaker 1: just gonna get it. What really hell going on here?
- 57:19Speaker 1: Some ain't right by my fiance and his bf L.
- 57:24Speaker 1: We have renamed the b F to big Fat Freak.
- 57:29Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that is right here, thank you, Colin. Some
- 57:35Speaker 1: ain't right with my fiance, big free that's just b F.
- 57:41Speaker 1: Any day out is happening to hire. I reconnected with
- 57:45Speaker 1: an old high school flame in January. We were engaged
- 57:48Speaker 1: a couple of weeks ago. Oh that's quick, January, Mabel, yeah, bam,
- 57:56Speaker 1: all the crack January February, March, that ninety day went
- 57:59Speaker 1: out the window. Okay, cool. He told you about this
- 58:03Speaker 1: female friend, he guy, that's it b f FL, who
- 58:06Speaker 1: would be referred to from now on in this letter
- 58:08Speaker 1: as BF after Big Fat Friend. He told me he
- 58:14Speaker 1: had sex with his best friend years ago. But they
- 58:18Speaker 1: don't have any romantic feelings whatsoever for each other. You
- 58:21Speaker 1: ain't got to have romantic feelings to have sex. That's
- 58:26Speaker 1: not a requirement romantic feelings to have sex. What y'all?
- 58:34Speaker 1: You just lady? You ain't that old because you're hooked
- 58:38Speaker 1: up right after high school old high school flame. I
- 58:42Speaker 1: don't know how yet. They're pretty, they're young, of course,
- 58:45Speaker 1: I was very uncomfortable with a friendship, but I didn't
- 58:47Speaker 1: stress about it because I heard him on the phone
- 58:49Speaker 1: telling him how much he loved me, and that I'm
- 58:51Speaker 1: the one. What nobody on the other end. You heard
- 58:57Speaker 1: him on the phone, but she wasn't on the phone. See,
- 59:03Speaker 1: I know this is this is a good game. Here.
- 59:07Speaker 1: Let me tell you how much I love her, and
- 59:09Speaker 1: she is the one she had been a home. You
- 59:15Speaker 1: got fair a line, lady, we come back. I'll tell
- 59:20Speaker 1: you the rest of it. We two of Steve's response.
- 59:26Speaker 1: You're listening, all right, Come on, Steve, let's go with purchase.
- 59:32Speaker 1: There's a letter, Thank you, Shirley. Some ain't right with
- 59:35Speaker 1: my fiance and his bf l You love this letter,
- 59:38Speaker 1: which is referred to her as the big fat free
- 59:43Speaker 1: All right now. They told me they had sex when
- 59:45Speaker 1: they was best friends. God, but they don't have romantic
- 59:49Speaker 1: feelings whatsoever. You ain't gotta have feelings to have sex here. Boy.
- 59:55Speaker 1: Of course, I was uncomfortable, and I didn't see see
- 59:57Speaker 1: stress about it because I overheard I'm telling her how
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: much he loves me, and then I'm the woman she
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: had already hung on the only person got that message
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: that's funny. He had hunger. Wow. See I know how
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: this go right there. This past weekend, my Fields invited
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: his best friend to lunch so I could meet r.
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: Lunch was going gray. We was talking and laughing, yeah,
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: but then the best friend got quiet. I looked over
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: this hell fuck and she was sitting there crying. What happened?
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: The only laugh? What you remember that time we do that? Girl?
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: You pray that like what? He help to start crying? Yeah,
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: because she couldn't hold up the line no more. See,
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: she wasn't on the phone when he told her you
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: was the one we're talking and laughing. My fielance say
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: asked her what was wrong? She says, she feels like
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: she forgot he was going to forget about her when
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: he marries me. My Fields had to never tell her
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: that that would never happen. What, Oh, that's why. Ain't
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: no monna laugh? See, I'm look at what happened to
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: all that laughing? Daddy your feelings? They told her. She
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: stood up and told him their friendship was over, and
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: she stormed out the restaurant. Oh man, my fiance saying,
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: I sat in silence for the rest of the meal.
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: Now he ain't talking to you because he trying to
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: get himself together. When a man sitting in silence, his
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: brain ain't solid. It was a right going on in
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: his head. The German shepherds was loose, and four people
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: had fire holes and he was only black against the
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: wall at the Chriskys. He ain't talked to this woman
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: for a couple of days now, and I can tell
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: is bothering him. Something ain't right here. Why is my
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: fiance stressing about another woman? Because she the other woman?
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: This ain't another woman? This the other woman? Can men
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: really have female best friends that they're not attracted to?
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: The answer to that is if they ain't attractive. Let
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: me let me read this question and answer for your kids.
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: Can men really have female best friends they're not attracted to? Yes,
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: if they're not attracted? Now? Was to be really a
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: bit that freak? Or was to be a big fan
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: m Yeah, see, that's what you need to ask herself.
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: Was to be really a big fact free or was
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: to be a big fan freak? I'm gonna go with.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: I'm gonna find to see that what I'm gonna go with.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: That's why he said in silace. He watched her walk
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: out the dope that she full figured dough all but
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: she got it all right. See she had curved model.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: But when she walked out that dough and he saw
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: it moving under that dress. Yeah, ha ha ha him
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: see high work. I'm just trying to show y'all high work.
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: She started crying because she won't mote because she had
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: and she had allowed him to see more, and he
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: gave her more. She was hoping to be yes, naw
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: that she go after dough And what fault because you
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: don't bought this up in here telling you gonna give
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: her the more that I had before? Ye ye ye huh,
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: that's all this was playing. Well, it's not gonna happen now,
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: is it. Yep, it's still gonna happen now. Nobody getting
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: up her friend. Yeah, because the friend gonna get over
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: it because he gonna tell her she don't really mean
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: that much to me. She's just get another friend. But
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: I got to marry her because she's sick. Just let
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: me marry her. Coming up. She's sick, she got a
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: terminal illness, and I'm gonna marry her so she can
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: have that. That's gonna wish. Oh my god, Now I'll
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: tell you what he Okay, Steve, we gotta get out

- 1:05:10Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're listening to
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, here we go. This segment
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: is called none of your darned business? Kay, please explain. Okay,
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: it's very easy. You need to stay out other people's business.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: You see something going on that don't bother you, that
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: don't concern you, your damn nues. For instance, you see
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: somebody steal somebody's order at Starbucks, Daniel, just take it
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: right on the end. You know what it put and
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: they take it then your damn bunutes. But they put
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: your name anyway, they put your name on away. Yeah,
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: you don't know what that person going to the left
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: him head that call. They got some mold back there.
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: It's fourteen dollars a cup. Anyway, let him out. Your
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: name name is on the cup and don't change inside
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: the cup. And it ain't but an eight cent loss
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: to stop. Write it off, really write it off. Want
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: to tell you what you know if it's the fifteenth,
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: uh huh, and you go to your mailbox huh, and
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: you see somebody else opening somebody else's checks. Yet none
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: of your damn business. I ain't got none of it.
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: You know, if the fifteen you know the check coming,
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: ain't toldly gonna take the money they did when you
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: get Yeah, you had to, you had to mall. Uh huh.
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: You see your best friend's wife, uh huh switched cars. Yeah,
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: she get out of her car and get in another
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: car and they drive off. That ain't none of my dad.
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: That ain't ain't gonna do with me. She might be
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: test driving. I don't driving a business. Yeah, this happened
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: to me before. Huh. If I'm standing in line at
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: the bank, uh huh, I go up there and I
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: and I'll give her a withdrawal slip. Huh. And she
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: give me too much money, right, that is none of
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: my damn bid. Count your blessings and go home. Excuse me. Yeah,
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna get into a whole lot. Now. You that
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: extra time walk away, and that ain't your bills. I
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: hate to say that stealing. Okay, that's not stealing. That
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: gave it Timmy money was given to him. But it's
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: not your money. It is I can't slide her a note.
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: I slid her withdraw all last league. Now, how much
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: you put in? Now, that's none of my bids at all.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: That If it's not enough, it's my bills too much, nobody,
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: I just I won't spend it for your find. Right,
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: you at work, and you know one of your co
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: workers ms smoking Jill. Just don't sit. That's dumb, point
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: your fan towards the they're going through. All right, we'll
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: be back with more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening to show. Okay, it's time
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: for something funny, Steve. Now, it's normal for people, you know,
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: to get nostalgic about things from their past. A lot
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: of us do that. Like the Slinky, remember that toy,
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: the Walkman, Remember the Walkman arcade games and even suits
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: and hats for men, Remember pac Man and all that. Yeah,
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: I still play pac Many. I can't play the new games.
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: They too complicated. I can't play none of the sports
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: game like NBA Live or Madden Football. I don't know
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: the the A B they jumped, the ad they roll,
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: I can't do or you know what about being nostalgic
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: about how you raise your kids, you know, with discipline
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: and all that, things like common courtesy, like manners, things
- 1:09:16Speaker 1: like that whop to come back? Yeah you're gonna get
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: a whooping? Yeah yeah, did you? I'm telling you're gonna
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: get a whoopping? Did you whip your kids growing up?
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: What I'm asking? H Yeah? Well you think they ain't
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: in jam? You saved him Tommy, I tried to beat
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: him worse than my mama beat me. Oh that's pretty bad.
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: Ain't none of my kids got it like I got it.
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: I ain't none, but our parents before us really got
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: it too. But we got it. I think we were
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: the last of the kids that got serious beat downs.
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: My kids, my kids and got generation well some more.
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: I really I really pledged my son. Yea, I pledged.
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: So what frid is here? They ain't cused, but they could.
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: They could go ahead and get it? Do they could?
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: They could? Technically they should actually be in But I
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: Jewish manners were more prominent like they used to be.
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: I mean, you know what, I'm really proud of though,
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: I think all of my kids are very very manner.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: Manners are important used to everybody she's so sweet. Brand daddy,
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: you know you have great kids being on your answer?
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: You know it. She got a clapback going on. You
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: ain't heard nobody come up to you. I can't talk
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: get your daughter. Well, he's talking talking crazy. It's never
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: I ain't seen it either. You've just heard. I just
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: have people coming over. Can I talk to you for
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: I just can't do it. No serious about her business stuff, y'all. Brand,
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: she runs your foundation, so she's serious about what do you?
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: What else do you guys wish will come back? Like
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: products because they said iPad but I mean, you know,
- 1:11:40Speaker 1: I wish Carol free marsterizer would come back. What actor
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: curl for yellow bottle red? Right? Yeah? Come about chance
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: King ye yos chess King Mary go around. Yeah. I
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: want them to come back, but I don't want to
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: have to have the money our head back then, don't
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: I want to come back? Poverty? Yeah, I have no
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: desire for that to come back. What were the famous
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: what was the famous advice your dad gave you about
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: being poor? The best thing you could do for po
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: people's son is not be one of that advice. I
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: listened to that real close, especially coming out of homeless
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: people gonna tell about, man, why you work so hard?
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: Because I'm running running for what. I ain't running fun nothing,
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: I'm running from. Yeah. I'm not gonna be back in
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: that position no more. Right. So, now what I did
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: was if I become homeless and have to live in
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: a car, I now have cars you can live in.
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: Yeah there you go like it. W Yeah, so you
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: can put bottle, You got shelter, air conditioning, okay, TV,
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: you know, and you got one of your car. I
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: got computers in it. Yeah, WiFi? All that all right?
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: Coming up more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to stew Carl what you got?
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: I'm laughing. Well, I was thinking, you guys. I was
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: kind of mentioning this to Shirley off air. So Tommy Junior,
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: you know, I think that we should just maybe throw
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: a party for Jay at his house. We've been talking
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: about it. No, no, no, Ja, let her finish Jay. Look, look,
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: we can all bring something. He could be a pot luck.
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: Monica's in on it, the whole staff. We love you, Jay.
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: We don't have to worry about cooking or any of that.
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: We'll bring everything we got. The decorations. We can go
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: to party City. We could decorate what what do? I
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: love it? I love it and I'll even something I'm in.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: That's big for me to thank you. I know what
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: you're doing, but I just don't think I'm a party
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: right now, you're feeling so good. We just want to celebrate.
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: I think I'm coming down with something else. I just
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: want to kick it at the house. Okay, this is
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: really bad. I won't want you to get Yay. Seriously,
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: why don't you like company? I don't like people? How
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: about that? That's good? And I love company. I'm at
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: my happiest at home when I have a house full
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: of people. Oh well, it's the weekend. I thought we
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: could do it this well a right anyway, come on? Yeah?
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: More than Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up right after this.
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, Jay, it
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: is time for comedy Roulette. Here we go with comedy roulette.
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: Very simple. Give us five subjects, put them on a wheel.
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: Fund the wheel. Stay it with me, Shirley, fun fund
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: the wheel, the wheel. Fund the wheel. We're not gonna
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: spend it. We're gonna spund the wheel. When stop it.
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: We'll do the damn thing. What you got? All right?
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: Here we go. Number one, you know you can go
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: to jail for that. That's all right. Number two, Number two,
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: you need to cut that off. A need to cut
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: that off. Okay. Number three, I don't know what she
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: looks like without a weird I don't know. Number four, really, jay,
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: Number four, get your butt out of my roofers. And
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: number five, you know you went too far with the joke. Win.
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: Here we go, baby cat, bunnet cat. What's your look
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: that you would stopped to? Number five? You know you
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: went too far with joke. That's a good one round,
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: all right. Guys know you went to know you went
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: too far with the joke when that that that you
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: know you went too far with the joke. When you
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: see the fruits talking to you said, my brother, can
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: I speak to you about that joke? Hey, my brother,
- 1:16:41Speaker 1: we have a Thomas. You need to really stop. It's
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: surrounded about who surround joke? What you got? You? You
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: know you went too far with the joke when it's
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: very simple when Shirley's caller says off, because we don't
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: went too far, they won't never let him go far.
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: You can't go too far with y'all stop every day nothing.
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: When y'all you know you didn't went too far with
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: the joke when your wife packer bag and said, I'll
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: be at my mama. All right, Come on, you know
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: you don't went too far with the joke. When all
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: your friends say damn yeh, damn dog, you know you
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: know went too far with the joke. When someone says
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: he's not looking at you because he's blind. How about that,
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: That's why I'm not looking at him. Dog. I'm over here.
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: I'll tell you know when you went to fold the joke?
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: Have you telling joke that only one leg coming up?
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: Steve's closing remarks at forty nine after the hour, Gather
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: round everyone, you're listening to Steve. We're here at the
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: last break of the day. Just one more thing. You're
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: closing remarks. What do you have for us today to
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: take us into the weekend? Steve? Well, I think I
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: should talk about dreams because there's such a major component
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: to your success. Dreams are such an important component to success.
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: You can't underplay dreams. See, let me tell you something.
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: Education is necessary for certain fields and professions. You want
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: to be a doctor, a lawyer, a dentist, a pilot,
- 1:19:07Speaker 1: a scientist, a teacher. Education is so necessary for many
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: professions in this world. But there is nothing, and I repeat,
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: there is nothing more important than your dreams. Your dreams
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: have value. Your dreams wake you up in the morning.
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: The dreams give you hope. You know, I'm not saying
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: education doesn't do that. But education don't wake you up
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: in the morning. It's what you dream and hope or
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: becoming with the education that wakes you up. It is
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: your dream that causes you to even get an education.
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: If you want to fly a plane, and that your dream,
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: Your dream will cause you to do the things necessary
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: to accomplish the dream. That's why I tell people educators
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: in all, if we spent more time talking to our
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: children in our school system about their dreams and visions,
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: we could reduce the dropout rate. But what we're doing
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: is we keep talking to kids about the education, and
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: we're not talking about the kids for the reason for
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: the education. You gotta get your education because you got
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: to finish school. Finish school for what we have got
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: to take time out to talk about the dreams and visions.
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: I tell parents all the time, if you're not talking
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: to your kids about dreams every ninety days. That's a mistake. Man,
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: that's a mistake because young people change more often than
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: you think. But if you're not revamping your dreams every
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: ninety days as an adult, you're making a mistake because
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: guess what you change Awesome Now, you know may not
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: change as often as your children because you become a
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: little bit more subtle when you're older. But you've got
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: to refurbish these dreams. You gotta dust them off. You
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: gotta keep reminding yourself or what the purpose is, because
- 1:21:14Speaker 1: the dream provides purpose. You wake up in the morning
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: because of what you dream to be. You get excited
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: when the lawn clock get all goes off because of
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: what you dream to be. Man, don't let nobody fool you. Now,
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: listen to me. I'm gonna say this again. Education is
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: important and it's critical to certain things in life, but
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: you can actually make it in this world without one. Now,
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: do you need to have some basics under your belt?
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: I strongly suggest you do. And I'm not saying at
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: all that you don't need school, because you do. School
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: offers you a way to become well rounded. That's the thing.
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: That school does for you a great deal not only
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: educate you. It gives you social ills. It teaches you
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: how to be well rounded. It teaches you god to adapt.
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: It teaches you the tool of memorization. So I'm not
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: knocking it at all. But what I am saying to you,
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: if you are like me in any way and you're
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: just not a school person but you're gonna do, you
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: can still be something. If you've blown your education opportunity
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: in life, you can still be something. If you just
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: don't feel like you can do school again, you can
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: still be something. Because the scripture says, a man without
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: a dream or visions your parents. I hold the Bible
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: inside out. I don't know it. I didn't go to
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: the theology school anything, so I can't quote it like
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: people can oftentimes. But I don't really don't recall ever
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: going to Sunday School or any service I've ever been
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: to and read a scripture about how necessary your education was.
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: But I have seen repeatedly that a man without a
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: dream or vision shall perish. See the reason, You'll die
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: without the dream of the vision, because without the dream
- 1:23:06Speaker 1: of the vision, you'll give up hope. You've heard that,
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: so many people say, keep hope alive because it's necessary.
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: The dream, the vision, what you see for yourself, your
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: hope for tomorrow, that impossible thing that nobody else can
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: see except you, that thing that floats around in your
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: imagination that keeps pushing you to make you think that's
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: something out there other than this. For me, If you
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: wake up in the morning, then you keep saying yourself, man,
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: that's got to be more to my life than this.
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: That's because it is. That's because it is. Your visions
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: and dreams are out there. And let me tell you
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: something else. You've got to make your dreams and visions
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: so big, so big that it causes you to overcome
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: all of your fears. See, the fear of failure is
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: a number one cause of failure in this country because
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: people are afraid to fail. But you have to have
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: dreams and visions so big that it just overcomes all
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: of your fears. You've got to want something so big,
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: so dynamic to happen in your life, man, that you've
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: got to make this happen, and the fear is secondary
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: to all of it, and it will cause you to
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: push through. You've got to dream of something so outstanding
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: that an order for it to have to in order
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: for it to happen, you absolutely have to have God's help.
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: If you're dreaming of only stuff that you can accomplish yourself,
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: I got news for you. You ain't dreaming big enough.
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: Start dreaming big. Increase your dreams. They would change your life.
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: It would change your perspective. It would cause your hope
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: to grow. All right, those are my closing remarks. All right,
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: all right, y'all have a Google. Hey, and can I say,
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: have a great weekend? Yes you can. Finally, yes, if
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: you work at all, you're leaving us to dream. That's
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: right for all. Steve Harvey contests no purchase necessary, void
