- 1:42Speaker 1: the time, Lobby got the turn out to turn the
- 1:46Speaker 1: water the water? Come come on your back at it? Uh?
- 2:02Speaker 1: I sure will. Good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice,
- 2:06Speaker 1: Come on dig me now, one and only h Steve
- 2:09Speaker 1: harbit Man got a radio show. M Yeah, I do. Man.
- 2:16Speaker 1: God been so good to me over the years, in
- 2:19Speaker 1: spite of all the mistakes I've made, in spite of
- 2:22Speaker 1: all the dirt I've done to myself. I'm talking about
- 2:27Speaker 1: when in no one I was wrong, His grace and
- 2:31Speaker 1: mercy has forgiven me for all of my sins, all
- 2:36Speaker 1: of them. God can forgive you of all of your sins,
- 2:42Speaker 1: everything you've done. God can forgive you. He can wipe
- 2:47Speaker 1: your slate clean. Now that might you might have some
- 2:51Speaker 1: you know things you got to deal with because of
- 2:53Speaker 1: some of your actions. Understand that. But you can wipe
- 2:56Speaker 1: your slates. You can wipe your slate clean with God
- 2:59Speaker 1: and start again. You can repent. God has mercy and grace.
- 3:04Speaker 1: You could be forgiven by God. Now, people answer another story.
- 3:08Speaker 1: Some people may never forgive you, for you've heard them all,
- 3:11Speaker 1: or maybe they're accused and you were doing something else.
- 3:14Speaker 1: But you know they may never forgive you. But God,
- 3:17Speaker 1: God is in the redemption business man. God will forgive
- 3:21Speaker 1: you for every sin you've ever committed. But you gotta
- 3:25Speaker 1: want forgiveness now. And then you got to come correct
- 3:28Speaker 1: because what you can't do is you can't shoot him
- 3:31Speaker 1: the crap. Now you can say that conversation with him.
- 3:34Speaker 1: You know what, whatever you told your lawyer, whatever, whatever
- 3:38Speaker 1: you told the victims, whatever you told, whatever the story is,
- 3:43Speaker 1: you got going if it ain't the truth, you could
- 3:46Speaker 1: say that with God, because please know, he know, and
- 3:49Speaker 1: he know your heart. He know if you're trying to
- 3:52Speaker 1: manipulate somebody just for the system, if you're trying to
- 3:55Speaker 1: say this just so you can get out, you know
- 3:57Speaker 1: all of that. So if you're planning on shore, can
- 4:00Speaker 1: even driving him save your breath before you wind up
- 4:03Speaker 1: digging yourself in a deeper hole. Just just let me
- 4:06Speaker 1: give you that piece of advice. Because he ain't nothing
- 4:08Speaker 1: to play with. He's too great to be played with.
- 4:12Speaker 1: And so with that in mind, I want to share
- 4:14Speaker 1: some positive stuff with you this morning. Man. I want
- 4:16Speaker 1: to say this now. I want to remind you not
- 4:19Speaker 1: to let your circumstance and your situations dictate your future
- 4:25Speaker 1: or your results. I'm gonna say this again. This is
- 4:29Speaker 1: important information. Man. Don't let your circumstance and situations dictate
- 4:36Speaker 1: your future or your results. Do you know that in
- 4:40Speaker 1: order to get a different future or some different results,
- 4:45Speaker 1: you control that entire situation. It is you, It is
- 4:49Speaker 1: your thoughts that control the entire situation. It is how
- 4:53Speaker 1: you look at the situation that will determine how the
- 4:57Speaker 1: situation is for you. See, same situation can be totally
- 5:02Speaker 1: different for two different people because you can say you
- 5:05Speaker 1: look at the examples of history, just just look look
- 5:07Speaker 1: in your neighborhood. How can that was a book that
- 5:10Speaker 1: a guy wrote one time who had the name. He
- 5:13Speaker 1: had a name, and he did some research and he
- 5:16Speaker 1: found a guy that grew up at the same age
- 5:19Speaker 1: in the same neighborhood as him, with the exact same name.
- 5:24Speaker 1: He went on to become a corporate CEO. The other
- 5:27Speaker 1: man was uh uh an inmate, and they had the
- 5:33Speaker 1: same name, grew up in the same neighborhood. They were
- 5:37Speaker 1: both brothers, you know not, I'm just saying brothers men,
- 5:42Speaker 1: And and they grew and they went to them. Because
- 5:44Speaker 1: how can two different two people the same situation and
- 5:48Speaker 1: the results turn out so different. It is because of
- 5:50Speaker 1: the thought process of one was completely different from the
- 5:54Speaker 1: thought process of the other. You control it. You don't
- 5:57Speaker 1: have to let your circumstances and you'll sit your way
- 6:00Speaker 1: dictate your future or your results. Here's the way it works.
- 6:05Speaker 1: This is so you can understand this. Your mind. It's
- 6:09Speaker 1: the controlling factor of your thoughts. Your thoughts are the
- 6:14Speaker 1: controlling factor of your outcome. The Bible says a man
- 6:19Speaker 1: is as he thinketh. Please don't short play this scripture here,
- 6:23Speaker 1: because this one is the real deal. This is the
- 6:27Speaker 1: basis of every self improvement book you'll ever read. It's
- 6:32Speaker 1: already written in the Bible. The Bible has all the
- 6:35Speaker 1: information you need. But in case you need a little
- 6:37Speaker 1: bit of clarity in some simple modern day language, then
- 6:40Speaker 1: they have self improvement books. They are all based on
- 6:43Speaker 1: Biblical scripture. A man is as he thinketh. That's why
- 6:47Speaker 1: Norman Vincent Peale wrote the book The Power of Positive Thinking.
- 6:52Speaker 1: That's why a book came out called The Magic of
- 6:55Speaker 1: Thinking Big. That's why a book came out called Think
- 6:58Speaker 1: and Grow Rich by Napoleon Heel that all of you,
- 7:02Speaker 1: All these titles that I've read that have mattered in
- 7:04Speaker 1: my life the most, these three major books that I've read,
- 7:08Speaker 1: they all say one thing. Think thinking thoughts, because that's
- 7:12Speaker 1: what controls the outcome. Your brain works one of two ways.
- 7:20Speaker 1: It works positive or negative. It works good, which is
- 7:26Speaker 1: under the column of positive, or the work evil, which
- 7:30Speaker 1: is under the column of negative. It will have faith,
- 7:34Speaker 1: which is under the column of positive, or you will
- 7:37Speaker 1: operate in fear, which is in the column of negative.
- 7:41Speaker 1: That is the only way your mind works. Your mind
- 7:44Speaker 1: is a factory that's comprised of workers. Those workers are
- 7:50Speaker 1: controlled by two formings, forming positive and forming negative. But
- 7:55Speaker 1: guess what the CEO of the company, the head man,
- 8:00Speaker 1: the boss is you. You come to work in the
- 8:03Speaker 1: morning and you say, man, today is a great day.
- 8:08Speaker 1: I'm going to take steps towards brightening my future. I'm
- 8:12Speaker 1: going to take another step into making that dream come
- 8:15Speaker 1: true that I've been thinking about. I'm gonna take another
- 8:18Speaker 1: step forward in the development and the changing of my
- 8:21Speaker 1: life in a positive, good direction. If you come to
- 8:25Speaker 1: work and say that every day as the CEO, the boss,
- 8:29Speaker 1: the foremans can only obey you, so that what you
- 8:32Speaker 1: just said was a series of positive statements, then forming
- 8:36Speaker 1: positive steps to the forefront. He said, I got your
- 8:39Speaker 1: boss right away. He turns around, he blows the whistle.
- 8:44Speaker 1: He alerts all the workers in the factory. Today is
- 8:46Speaker 1: a good day. Today we will take steps towards our future.
- 8:50Speaker 1: Today we are putting ourselves on track to get a
- 8:53Speaker 1: little bit closer to making our dreams come true. Today
- 8:56Speaker 1: we will be assembling all the things we need to
- 9:00Speaker 1: make our dreams come true in our life better in
- 9:02Speaker 1: the right direction. Everybody break. The workers in the factory
- 9:07Speaker 1: turn around and manufacture thoughts to justify the orders given
- 9:13Speaker 1: by the boss, which is you. You are the CEO
- 9:18Speaker 1: of your corporation. If you don't own nothing else, you
- 9:21Speaker 1: own everything that's going on between your two ears. You
- 9:25Speaker 1: are the CEO of that corporation. If that corporation is
- 9:29Speaker 1: a good one, it's because you set it up that way.
- 9:32Speaker 1: If your corporation is a bad one, it's because you
- 9:34Speaker 1: set it up that day. If you try, and if
- 9:37Speaker 1: you pushing towards your dreams and you see the possibility
- 9:40Speaker 1: of things happening in your life, is because you, as
- 9:42Speaker 1: the CEO, set it up that way. If you ain't
- 9:45Speaker 1: got nothing popping, if you just want to be a
- 9:47Speaker 1: criminal taking stuff from people, throwing your life out the window,
- 9:50Speaker 1: you're gonna be an inmate. You're gonna be sitting there
- 9:52Speaker 1: there and you're gonna be mad at everybody. You got
- 9:54Speaker 1: nobody be mad at. But shoot, you understand what I'm
- 9:57Speaker 1: telling you this morning. This is the way it is.
- 10:00Speaker 1: The Bible says a man is as he thinketh. You
- 10:04Speaker 1: are the CEO of a corporation. You can make it
- 10:08Speaker 1: happen good, or you can make it happen evil. You
- 10:11Speaker 1: can make it happen possible or positive, or you can
- 10:14Speaker 1: make it happen negative. You can live a life feel
- 10:16Speaker 1: with faith, or you can live your life and feel.
- 10:19Speaker 1: You have to make the decision this morning, but you
- 10:22Speaker 1: can turn your corporation around today. All you got to
- 10:25Speaker 1: do is start today. Change the way you think a
- 10:29Speaker 1: man is as he thinketh man. God wants you to
- 10:33Speaker 1: know that because God wants you to put positive thoughts
- 10:36Speaker 1: in your mind, because God wants you to do better,
- 10:39Speaker 1: be better, have more, and be more. God loves you, man,
- 10:43Speaker 1: and there is not a whole lot you can do
- 10:46Speaker 1: about that. God gonna love you. If you do dirt.
- 10:49Speaker 1: God gonna love you if you do good. Might as
- 10:52Speaker 1: well do good and see what God can bless you with. Man,
- 10:55Speaker 1: how about that this morning, y'all show, ladies and gentlemen.
- 11:03Speaker 1: Here we are the Steve Harvey Morning Show, on this wonderful,
- 11:08Speaker 1: beautiful Monday morning. Let the church say man man again. Morning, Shirley, Hey,

- 12:10Speaker 1: We touched all categories, lost one time because we got
- 12:15Speaker 1: our but you ain't got to do don't rush. No
- 12:20Speaker 1: we did. We didn't know we got we got but no, no, no, no, See,
- 12:25Speaker 1: don't look at it like that. See I don't want
- 12:27Speaker 1: you to look at it. You only say we gotta
- 12:30Speaker 1: don't want you to look at it like I wanted
- 12:33Speaker 1: to look at the Browns record. I'm looking at the
- 12:36Speaker 1: Texans owing three and one, oh right after the wind.
- 12:43Speaker 1: That's all y'all got it. One win when we had
- 12:46Speaker 1: to tie. That's all y'all had was a tie. You
- 12:49Speaker 1: know who? I heard that from Junior and Tom and
- 12:53Speaker 1: you said, you said, I told him. Let me ain't
- 13:00Speaker 1: something to y'all. Houston better winning this game, be not
- 13:04Speaker 1: coming here oh and three and what they do walk
- 13:08Speaker 1: right on and three is God good to me. I
- 13:17Speaker 1: love Houston. I love my people down in Houston. Plenty
- 13:21Speaker 1: shows down there. They always gave me plenty of love
- 13:23Speaker 1: and support down there in Houston. I got love for Houston. Galeria.
- 13:28Speaker 1: This is it, you know all that that was That
- 13:32Speaker 1: was back when I could walk in them all. I
- 13:36Speaker 1: appreciate that you're walking all down at the skating ring.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Saw one of them. They got skating ring and the
- 13:42Speaker 1: GALERIEA they had ice skating. They had a little kiddies
- 13:47Speaker 1: ice skating. Me and this little black girl was in
- 13:49Speaker 1: the ice skating and they was all doing a little
- 13:52Speaker 1: Frosty the snowman skating thing. You know. The little white
- 13:56Speaker 1: girl was skating by wind whipping through their little costume.
- 14:00Speaker 1: A little black girl with look jet like home mom.
- 14:06Speaker 1: And that's the last time I was in the galleria.
- 14:09Speaker 1: So I got a lot of little using and melion
- 14:12Speaker 1: down there, people down there and everything. Well, listen, coming up,

- 15:36Speaker 1: when the people get their head down and the dude
- 15:39Speaker 1: came through and you had the rabbit coach. Soon as
- 15:42Speaker 1: I saw that silver, I got and okay, but that
- 15:47Speaker 1: was last week. Though, I still got another game this week.
- 15:52Speaker 1: But what did you come? I still got the coach.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I'm but you're dragging this out from lands week. You

- 16:17Speaker 1: like it ain't happening, you know, just because you want
- 16:21Speaker 1: to forget the weekend now all of a sudden, I
- 16:24Speaker 1: can't bring up nothing. You know, we've been bringing up
- 16:27Speaker 1: the games after this on win Now you only three mention.

- 16:59Speaker 1: can't come. When you say players meeting, it just happens
- 17:04Speaker 1: at the meeting. To me, we're just talking about you know,
- 17:06Speaker 1: new rules or players them and everything. You know what
- 17:09Speaker 1: players do? You know what that new rules? Nothing to
- 17:12Speaker 1: do with sports? Yeah, you know, like you know, like
- 17:15Speaker 1: you know, if another dude take your gal, you know,
- 17:18Speaker 1: ain't no fighting and all that. You know, you just lost,
- 17:22Speaker 1: you know, pimp. Pimps got chugging up. You know it's lost. Yeah,
- 17:27Speaker 1: I choose you and I you know, so see if

- 17:43Speaker 1: time to do too, Junior. Yeah, what you guys think
- 17:47Speaker 1: about that? We I'm convinced we need a new coach.
- 17:52Speaker 1: I'm convinced you need a new coup. You need a wins.
- 17:57Speaker 1: What you need? You didn't Brown talking right here? So
- 18:04Speaker 1: we won one and one. They needed one somewhere. You

- 18:13Speaker 1: Hanging on to that old were hanging on to the
- 18:18Speaker 1: at least we got something to grab pro grabbing a zero.
- 18:24Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. You ain't nothing. Believe we're listening.
- 18:33Speaker 1: We I mean we lost. I can't well, I mean, Pepper,
- 18:38Speaker 1: maybe they do need a new coach the Browns we
- 18:41Speaker 1: need right we're in a game in two years we
- 18:45Speaker 1: kept the same coach. Well that was na your problems
- 18:52Speaker 1: and not let it tell you something now, I was
- 18:53Speaker 1: playing that I'm seeing some you know, I ain't trying
- 18:56Speaker 1: to say nothing. But we was on in sixt last year,
- 19:00Speaker 1: and you know how I started. We three. That's when
- 19:07Speaker 1: you start looking at the hope for you. I mean you,
- 19:12Speaker 1: I mean, I mean right now time and you and Junior,
- 19:14Speaker 1: you're tracking you're tracking on the sixty. Y'all need win. Man,
- 19:21Speaker 1: you haven't been able to talk trash along. Let me
- 19:25Speaker 1: ask you this, do you do you think y'all going
- 19:29Speaker 1: to the playoffs? Yeah? We know who ain't We got
- 19:36Speaker 1: a better chance of going. What do you want? You guy?
- 19:40Speaker 1: You damn right going to the wet but the playoffs
- 19:49Speaker 1: we in your division, but we can take your slot.
- 19:52Speaker 1: Can't you really make a position like that so early
- 19:54Speaker 1: in the season, though, If you if you're talking to
- 19:58Speaker 1: somebody that ain't one, I tell you who ain't talking
- 20:02Speaker 1: about the playoffs. At least in Cleveland. We're talking about men.
- 20:07Speaker 1: Could we be in the playoffs? Nobody in us? He
- 20:14Speaker 1: said a damn game about the playoffs. It's like that
- 20:18Speaker 1: white dude playoffs playoffs? Who were talking playoffs? Dude trading
- 20:31Speaker 1: the coach already y'all kept y'all coaching out, Yeah for
- 20:35Speaker 1: two years, three year. But see that's why you got
- 20:39Speaker 1: to hanging out with people. You can't just leave j
- 20:42Speaker 1: J Watching got two sacks. You know, he hadn't been
- 20:45Speaker 1: He had a good game. He had a good game.

- 21:45Speaker 1: at a public hearing on Thursday, and another woman has
- 21:50Speaker 1: come forward. We'll talk about that as well, but right
- 21:52Speaker 1: now it is time. Yeah. Yeah, another woman has come forward. Oops.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Oh that'd be good, but not for the jail. I'm
- 22:11Speaker 1: just trying to tell you I like it when day
- 22:12Speaker 1: I'm like, when women come forward, I support women. I
- 22:16Speaker 1: ain't no pimp like like I got women worn't for me. Yeah,
- 22:19Speaker 1: I just dressed like a pimp. Yeah, I don't know.
- 22:24Speaker 1: I don't do not disrespect women. I got a mama's sister,
- 22:28Speaker 1: and I don't like I ain't talking about that when
- 22:31Speaker 1: I dressed You see this rabbit? Yeah yeah, I dressed
- 22:35Speaker 1: like him and talk ain't no silver rabbits though you
- 22:40Speaker 1: ain't seen no silver, just like you ain't seen a win.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Get ready for a church? Okay, you want me to
- 22:50Speaker 1: do church complaints? All right? Here we go, switch it.

- 23:26Speaker 1: Speaking death. Jaim is to represent wall at the complaints
- 23:31Speaker 1: section for this raggedy busted what membership what we have
- 23:38Speaker 1: good membership path and we just have all the time.

- 24:00Speaker 1: due that's coming Friday. She is asking members of the
- 24:03Speaker 1: church the sponsor each child, and she is also starting
- 24:09Speaker 1: her own adoption program. Well Suster Gildre talked to her
- 24:17Speaker 1: about the the gigg is up such a Guildrey has
- 24:21Speaker 1: not had thirty two kids. She has taken in thirty
- 24:27Speaker 1: two kids, and all of the kids she has taken
- 24:32Speaker 1: in ain't children anymore. For the eight year old me
- 24:38Speaker 1: and Stavord, thirty four year old, twenty nine year olds
- 24:49Speaker 1: at eleven one of them, one boy just turned eighteen
- 24:54Speaker 1: he almost out, and ten this fifty folk man the
- 25:03Speaker 1: rest of them is are you saying out of the
- 25:06Speaker 1: thirty two one of them? Of them and we're here
- 25:09Speaker 1: about forty three year old in there them them as
- 25:11Speaker 1: the kids, So we are giving nothing else because all
- 25:15Speaker 1: of them should be working. Yeah, but if she wants
- 25:19Speaker 1: to start an adoption agency, where don't nobody want to adopt?
- 25:23Speaker 1: Or damn for the year old man. Now we're not
- 25:27Speaker 1: taking on all that. It's hard enough feeding kids. Now
- 25:32Speaker 1: you're trying to figure out a grown man. Bible Movement padded,
- 25:37Speaker 1: No more money for her, all right, let's move on
- 25:44Speaker 1: the The Adam and Even Ministry is asking when can
- 25:49Speaker 1: they come new to church to represent who they are?
- 25:53Speaker 1: Sister nare Cox is the president and she is asking
- 25:56Speaker 1: when can they come nude to represent their own Now
- 26:01Speaker 1: I've seen sister Willcox clothed. Yeah, why is she in
- 26:08Speaker 1: the Adam and even I don't understand what you mean
- 26:14Speaker 1: when you say that, Oh you do. I think it's obvious.
- 26:20Speaker 1: We got a matter of fact. That's why we can't
- 26:22Speaker 1: do it. Because she hand picked everybody in there, and
- 26:26Speaker 1: they're all friends, and they meet three times a week
- 26:31Speaker 1: at Golden Corral. They have buffet busting content, buffet busting content.
- 26:41Speaker 1: They're going there and see what one of them can
- 26:43Speaker 1: bust the buffet. Who can get put out first? Yeah,
- 26:51Speaker 1: the roads are good. In stay in your voice, because
- 26:55Speaker 1: you sound a lot like Tommy right now telling me
- 27:02Speaker 1: to stay in mind. All of a sudden, I was
- 27:04Speaker 1: just talking to near few. Tommy, you got to talk
- 27:08Speaker 1: about the roles. This is. This is damn. It is
- 27:13Speaker 1: bad as bad acting theory. That's the worst thing on here.
- 27:17Speaker 1: I don't apologize about that. I mon along path. There
- 27:26Speaker 1: was a light skinning dog skinned choir fight before service
- 27:32Speaker 1: on Sunday morning yesterday. The dog skin wanted to be
- 27:35Speaker 1: in the front row, and so did the light skin. Uh.
- 27:39Speaker 1: Carla was the first one to throw the first blow.
- 27:42Speaker 1: I just want you to know that. And what I'm
- 27:44Speaker 1: doing is I'm taking bets. I got all my money
- 27:48Speaker 1: on the dog skin quad member, don't start, none won't
- 27:55Speaker 1: be done And way to swing. Call it out where
- 28:00Speaker 1: we were you you in the quiring lead, dark skin
- 28:07Speaker 1: in quiet me in my past year. You're not gonna
- 28:10Speaker 1: say it, but jeeves qualify. Soon as you want to
- 28:15Speaker 1: doon as you want to start singing, you get a
- 28:17Speaker 1: rule passed to hear some news that you need to
- 28:21Speaker 1: really hear. Trump's lawyer, Deacon Michael Hold. This bulletin just
- 28:26Speaker 1: came in. I'm sorry, someone just slid me a note.
- 28:33Speaker 1: This Sunday. There will be no light skinned people attending.
- 28:37Speaker 1: They're all in the hospital. Thank you for that, go ahead.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Trump's lawyer, Deacon Michael Deacon Michael Coin is asking us
- 28:49Speaker 1: to support him in his time but distress. He wants
- 28:53Speaker 1: us to post his bail, which is three hundred thousand.
- 28:57Speaker 1: He says, Trump is good for the back, but it's
- 29:01Speaker 1: your cold or pastor. How much is three hundred thousand? Oh,
- 29:07Speaker 1: we ain't we don't have three hundred members. Well, I
- 29:12Speaker 1: don't know three hundred thousand people. I don't know where
- 29:15Speaker 1: to ask for a dollar piece. I can raise some
- 29:18Speaker 1: money for you, but you we've probably come up with
- 29:21Speaker 1: like a hunter Sandy five by Fried. I don't I
- 29:25Speaker 1: don't see why we're trying to get him out anyway.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Trump said they were gonna drain the swamp, wouldn't you
- 29:34Speaker 1: in the swamp. You're getting drained. Everybody in this swamp
- 29:39Speaker 1: doing jail time. I understand, But he is a member, pastor,
- 29:45Speaker 1: who's a member, deacon, Deacon Michael Coin. I think you
- 29:54Speaker 1: got this huge you know good, you know, you know good,
- 29:57Speaker 1: and well we don't hand no white member. Well he
- 30:01Speaker 1: just recently asked to join by. Well he just got
- 30:06Speaker 1: regually voted out. All right, coming up at the top
- 30:12Speaker 1: of the hour, Bill Cosby. The sentencing is today, and
- 30:16Speaker 1: women in Hollywood are supporting Professor Christine blasi Ford and
- 30:21Speaker 1: another woman has come for it. Yeah, we'll talk about that.
- 30:26Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show, alright, and
- 30:31Speaker 1: today's entertainment news guys. Bill Cosby is scheduled to be
- 30:35Speaker 1: sentenced today and tomorrow after being convicted, you know, of
- 30:39Speaker 1: drugging and sexually assaulting former Temple University employee Andrea Constant
- 30:44Speaker 1: back in two thousand four. The stakes are high for
- 30:47Speaker 1: Cosby's two days sentencing hearing, which begins today in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
- 30:52Speaker 1: That's outside of Bill Cosby's native Philadelphia. Bill Cosby, of course,
- 30:56Speaker 1: is eighty one years old now, and he faces a
- 30:59Speaker 1: maximum of up to thirty years in prison, meaning Mr
- 31:03Speaker 1: Cosby would likely spend the rest of his life in prison.
- 31:06Speaker 1: Pennsylvania sentencing guidelines recommend twenty two to thirty six months
- 31:11Speaker 1: for someone with no previous criminal record. However, state sent
- 31:17Speaker 1: yeah do the math. However, state sentencing rules could also
- 31:21Speaker 1: allow him to get house arrest or probation. I know,
- 31:25Speaker 1: I know, alright. In other entertainment news, women in Hollywood
- 31:29Speaker 1: support Professor Christine Blasi Ford, Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett
- 31:34Speaker 1: Kavanaugh's accuser. We know, um, if you haven't heard, Christine
- 31:38Speaker 1: Blasi Ford has agreed to testify in front of the
- 31:41Speaker 1: Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday, his lawyers announced on Sunday,
- 31:46Speaker 1: So this happened yesterday. Professor Ford is also getting supported
- 31:49Speaker 1: by women in Hollywood like actress Julianne Moore, uh Eva
- 31:54Speaker 1: Lo Hongoria, Gabrielle Union. They are just a few of
- 31:56Speaker 1: the women that are speaking out in support of Dr Ford. Um,
- 32:00Speaker 1: she's accusing Brett having Augh of sexually sexual misconduct. So
- 32:06Speaker 1: you know what what what it does? And now you
- 32:09Speaker 1: can see vividly how it's so difficult for women to
- 32:14Speaker 1: come forward with these types of accusations and charges because
- 32:20Speaker 1: the men in power they shut it down so fast,
- 32:24Speaker 1: even the president. You know, why, why why didn't she
- 32:27Speaker 1: go to police or police reporter? Thirty years ago? Whoa man?
- 32:33Speaker 1: Here's a woman who's been struggling with this, who's had
- 32:35Speaker 1: to go to therapy, who hasn't mentioned it in therapy.
- 32:41Speaker 1: I mean, that's not that long ago, and it happened
- 32:43Speaker 1: way further before that. So here's a woman who's been
- 32:46Speaker 1: grappling with this, and then here this dude and to
- 32:49Speaker 1: get a job for a lifetime, lifetime soment she she
- 32:54Speaker 1: wants to say something about it because she's going wild
- 32:56Speaker 1: because now she got to hear this man's name every day.
- 33:00Speaker 1: But wait a minute, not only do I have to
- 33:02Speaker 1: hear his name, you're telling me you're gonna give him
- 33:05Speaker 1: a lifetime appointment to the highest judge position in the world.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Wait a minute, hold up, something's wrong here, and you
- 33:14Speaker 1: got to hear this woman out and you got to
- 33:17Speaker 1: make him answer these questions. This is horrible the way
- 33:22Speaker 1: they make women feel. So then you wonder why, But
- 33:25Speaker 1: I'll tell you what man that brother on CNN. UM, No,
- 33:30Speaker 1: not Don Lemon. He's not on that regularly. He's a commentator.
- 33:36Speaker 1: He came on and gave the most profound speech I've
- 33:42Speaker 1: ever heard on behalf of women because he was molested
- 33:46Speaker 1: as a child and he struggled with it as an
- 33:50Speaker 1: African American man, and he didn't tell it until twenty
- 33:54Speaker 1: some years later that he told one person, and this
- 33:58Speaker 1: was only the third time he was bringing it up.
- 34:02Speaker 1: He said, and I'm a man. Yeah, so you can
- 34:05Speaker 1: imagine a man. He was so compelling. Man. He shut
- 34:09Speaker 1: that whole panel down. The ladies, the Hollywood women said,
- 34:13Speaker 1: dear Professor Ford, we know how difficult it is to
- 34:16Speaker 1: stand up to powerful people to speak to what you
- 34:18Speaker 1: were just saying, Steve, you are strong and you are
- 34:20Speaker 1: not alone. You are a survivor, and million of us
- 34:23Speaker 1: have your back. You and your testimony are credible. We
- 34:26Speaker 1: believe you signed your sisters. All right, we gotta go
- 34:29Speaker 1: to miss Inn But um, and I'm sure she's going
- 34:32Speaker 1: to bring up the fact that another woman has come
- 34:34Speaker 1: forward to our charge Judge Kavanaugh with um a sexual misconduct. Yeah,
- 34:41Speaker 1: so you're gonna introduce missanntesty ladies and gentlemen, miss and trum,
- 34:47Speaker 1: thank you, thank you everybody. This is the entrop of
- 34:49Speaker 1: the news and let's get to that. Looks like the Senate.
- 34:51Speaker 1: We'll hear from Dr Christine Blasi Ford this week. The
- 34:55Speaker 1: college professor says Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaughs sexually assaulted her,
- 34:58Speaker 1: you know that when they were high school, and the
- 35:01Speaker 1: Senate Judiciary is to hear her story and question her.
- 35:04Speaker 1: South Carolina Republican Lizzy Graham is one of the eleven
- 35:07Speaker 1: men on the panel and seemed to suggest on Fox
- 35:09Speaker 1: News Sunday that Dr Ford is going to find the
- 35:11Speaker 1: process not at all a walk in the park. I
- 35:13Speaker 1: don't know what Dr Ford expected us to do with
- 35:16Speaker 1: an anonymous letter if she wanted to stay anonymous. Those
- 35:20Speaker 1: who betrayed her need to apologize. But she will be
- 35:23Speaker 1: treated respectfully, but she will be challenged, just like Judge Kavanaugh.
- 35:27Speaker 1: Where it is that Dr Ford is to testify on
- 35:29Speaker 1: Thursday morning, but that may be molled up moved back now.
- 35:31Speaker 1: Panel Chairman Chuck Grassley says that only the committee will
- 35:34Speaker 1: determine which witnesses to call for her and in what order.
- 35:37Speaker 1: And who will question her and Kavanaugh. By the way,
- 35:41Speaker 1: there was a rallying support of doctor Ford over the
- 35:43Speaker 1: weekend in pool Alo, California, and as you heard truly
- 35:45Speaker 1: say that a lot of women in Hollywood are also
- 35:48Speaker 1: in support of her. Meanwhile, Democrats want to investigate a
- 35:51Speaker 1: report of now a second woman who's accusing Brett kavanoughv
- 35:55Speaker 1: exposing himself to her, this time in college. Old Ebra
- 36:00Speaker 1: Ramirez told The New Yorker that Kavanaugh exposed himself during
- 36:03Speaker 1: a party in a college dorm when they were both
- 36:06Speaker 1: studying at Yale. Amira says Kavanaugh thrust his naked lower
- 36:10Speaker 1: part of this body to her face and caused her
- 36:12Speaker 1: to touch it as she pushed him away, and that
- 36:15Speaker 1: the Supreme Court nominee was laughing about it. Another former
- 36:18Speaker 1: yalely who chose to remain anonymous, tells New Yorker that, yeah,
- 36:21Speaker 1: he's sure that he had heard about the Kavanaugh incident
- 36:25Speaker 1: allegedly exposing himself to the woman. Kavanaugh was also denying
- 36:28Speaker 1: Debbie Raynier's allegation a Minnesota state represents into his reelection
- 36:33Speaker 1: campaign after his daughter a Leslie say he touched her
- 36:35Speaker 1: inappropriately for more than ten years, starting when she was
- 36:38Speaker 1: only nine years old. Jim not Block is from St. Cloud, Minnesota.
- 36:41Speaker 1: He's a Republican. He denies the accusations. A sentencing hearing
- 36:45Speaker 1: is set for today for Bill Cosby. Its schedule actually
- 36:48Speaker 1: run two days. It's not a sentencing, it's a sentencing hearing.
- 36:51Speaker 1: It is to accommodate victim impact statements and the like.
- 36:54Speaker 1: The eighty one year old disgrace comedian could get jail time,
- 36:57Speaker 1: but he also could get on the probation. But nevertheless,
- 37:00Speaker 1: he would be declared. He can be declared a sexually
- 37:02Speaker 1: violent predator and monitored for the rest of his life.
- 37:05Speaker 1: Rivers in both North and South Carolina expected to crest
- 37:08Speaker 1: this week. In fact, some eight thousand voluntary evacuations are
- 37:11Speaker 1: underway in some places. And finally get tops of the
- 37:14Speaker 1: weekend box office. The house with the clock on its walls,
- 37:16Speaker 1: You're perfectly safe. That's safe as the house with the
- 37:23Speaker 1: clock in the walls board into a whole lot of money.
- 37:25Speaker 1: Year's up. Steve Harvey Nation find out of Uncle Steve
- 37:28Speaker 1: is smarter than his nephew. Back at twenty minutes after
- 37:30Speaker 1: the Hour and Steve Harvey Morning Show, you're listening to
- 37:33Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well, guys, I know you're
- 37:36Speaker 1: gonna be glad to hear this. Tiger Woods back. I said,
- 37:40Speaker 1: Tiger Woods is back. He's a he's a winner against
- 37:45Speaker 1: Steve capping off one of the most remarkable comebacks in
- 37:48Speaker 1: golfing history. Uh did you see this crowd? Did you
- 37:52Speaker 1: see him when he was I watched the entire thing.
- 37:54Speaker 1: I was going back between that and Channel three team
- 37:59Speaker 1: yesterday three Tens NFL game Day where you can watch
- 38:03Speaker 1: all the games and Houston. No, I wasn't watching Houston,
- 38:08Speaker 1: but Houston kept coming across the screen because they was losing. Yeah,
- 38:16Speaker 1: you know, you know, you know, you know, Houston's oh
- 38:19Speaker 1: and three right now. And so you know, two things
- 38:24Speaker 1: was happening yesterday that I had predicted. I predicted that
- 38:28Speaker 1: Tiger would win, but then I was really just hopeful
- 38:32Speaker 1: because I've been wanting to do to make a car back,
- 38:34Speaker 1: and then I wasn't predicted. I was talking to Junior
- 38:37Speaker 1: throughout the game, right Junior, I was sending the messages.
- 38:40Speaker 1: Let me read some of the messages that I was sending.
- 38:43Speaker 1: But congratulations to Tiger Wood, me and all my golfing buddies.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Was texting, and it was quite a spirit of Texas Day.
- 38:50Speaker 1: I can't say nothing, not none of what we said. Boy,
- 38:57Speaker 1: we take We did a lot of texting. Well, before
- 39:01Speaker 1: you get to it, you please be reminded that Tiger
- 39:04Speaker 1: has had four four back surgeries and it's yeah, four
- 39:09Speaker 1: back surgeries and it's been five years since his last win.
- 39:12Speaker 1: So this is phenomenal. Yeah. Did just see the crowd though,
- 39:16Speaker 1: they just see all those people as his girlfriend. The
- 39:20Speaker 1: crowd were amazing. It was massive. They love it. Comes
- 39:26Speaker 1: It's got to be hard to play the tournament with
- 39:28Speaker 1: because you hit that noise, you know it's in you know.
- 39:31Speaker 1: I took pictures of it. I got pictures on my phone.
- 39:35Speaker 1: I'll let you'll see it I took. I took pictures
- 39:38Speaker 1: on my phone. I said, this is crazy. But if
- 39:41Speaker 1: y'all through with that, I want to share with you
- 39:43Speaker 1: what me and Junior was talking. Yes, go ahead, I
- 39:45Speaker 1: was just giving you time to find yesterday morning from

- 39:51Speaker 1: been on thirty two minutes, right, Because the game came
- 39:54Speaker 1: on at ten thirty two minutes. My first text to
- 39:57Speaker 1: Junior was in capital letters, Lord Jesus helped them Lord,
- 40:03Speaker 1: because I don't want to do what I must do.
- 40:07Speaker 1: What meaning today when you get to work, get your
- 40:09Speaker 1: phone out? Then what did you say, Junie, Please don't start.
- 40:13Speaker 1: I'm here tearing up now because I know. Then I said, well,
- 40:17Speaker 1: sometimes we have to cry. Well, let me get myself together.
- 40:22Speaker 1: This is gonna hurt, I said, y'all still got plenty
- 40:27Speaker 1: of time though, and we'll do the rest of the
- 40:30Speaker 1: texting thing when we get back. All right, Coming up
- 40:34Speaker 1: next at thirty four after the hour, we'll talk more
- 40:36Speaker 1: about Tiger Woods making us come back and Stephen and
- 40:40Speaker 1: Junior's Texas and then uh, I guess we'll play some

- 46:45Speaker 1: you always parked it somewhere. They didn't a long time.
- 46:48Speaker 1: I kept a call for three years, three years, so

- 48:22Speaker 1: I understand that, sir. What happens is if you haven't
- 48:24Speaker 1: paid it in a certain amount of time, it actually
- 48:25Speaker 1: comes over to the collection agency. And that's what they've done.
- 48:28Speaker 1: They've actually sent it over to us UH. They've given
- 48:31Speaker 1: us UH pretty much all the information on you. I
- 48:33Speaker 1: guess it's a gold this type of color UH CR
- 48:36Speaker 1: two thousand three GMC truck from my understanding, Am I correct? Okay? Um, Now,

- 48:53Speaker 1: if I have to send a record out there to you,
- 48:55Speaker 1: I have your address on file as well. I don't
- 48:57Speaker 1: want to have to send anybody out to pick it up.
- 48:59Speaker 1: I'll what y're not coming get my truck and I'm
- 49:02Speaker 1: not paying y'all for for no full months. I'm been

- 49:13Speaker 1: repossess it myself. But I'm telling you what the look look,
- 49:18Speaker 1: that's not that's not even where we gotta go with that.
- 49:20Speaker 1: Don't be you don't need to be screaming and fusing
- 49:22Speaker 1: and chaotic and come get it yourself and all that
- 49:24Speaker 1: the truck that's gonna be that what hang on, let's
- 49:29Speaker 1: back up, because I'm a man just like you. Man,
- 49:31Speaker 1: What do you mean it's gonna that's gonna be that?
- 49:33Speaker 1: What are you saying? What are you? What are you?
- 49:35Speaker 1: What are you saying to me? Son? I'm telling you. Look, look,
- 49:38Speaker 1: I'm telling you that I'm paying my truck note and
- 49:41Speaker 1: and that's a fun I don't know, I don't know.
- 49:44Speaker 1: Let's get I've already stated to you before I'm with
- 49:47Speaker 1: Tan Agency. And let's get one thing straight. You don't
- 49:49Speaker 1: tell me I tell you now, Hey, hey, calm down
- 49:54Speaker 1: the phone. It don't make no sense to it, you know,
- 49:57Speaker 1: over the father whatnot. You can come, you can come
- 49:59Speaker 1: get the truck, my truck right here at work. I'm come.

- 50:08Speaker 1: I don't I'm trying to be as uh cordial with
- 50:11Speaker 1: you as I can. Now you can you're talking about
- 50:14Speaker 1: I gonna get my truck, and I'll tell you I'll
- 50:15Speaker 1: be saying much so you know you should have dropped
- 50:18Speaker 1: it and be like, all right, I'm gonna check with somebody.
- 50:20Speaker 1: I listen, check with somebody else to make sure I'm right.
- 50:22Speaker 1: And didn't call me back. I'm telling you you haven't
- 50:25Speaker 1: paid anything. That's what I'm telling you. I've got it
- 50:28Speaker 1: listed on the computer. You've been turned over an agency
- 50:31Speaker 1: and you haven't done it. You haven't done it. You
- 50:36Speaker 1: you you're raising your press groom and a little the
- 50:38Speaker 1: phone like that because they ain't even do me me?
- 50:40Speaker 1: Are you no good? But you ain't get no money
- 50:42Speaker 1: from me? Then you ain't coming from my truck. What
- 50:44Speaker 1: a matter of fact, you could come on my truck.
- 50:47Speaker 1: I'm gonna being at my truck. Wait on you. It
- 50:49Speaker 1: doesn't make any difference, sir. You gotta get repossessed tonight.
- 50:52Speaker 1: If I don't get four months payment, definitely, if I
- 50:56Speaker 1: don't get four months payment brought into me collection agency,
- 51:00Speaker 1: your truck will be taken care of before. Hold on, listen, man,
- 51:03Speaker 1: hold on you kind of kind of serious? You quick

- 52:34Speaker 1: Man ain't man. Yeah, yeah, you gotta, but you gotta
- 52:41Speaker 1: pretty good. I gotta ad. I gotta ask you. Man,
- 52:45Speaker 1: tell me, brother, what is the baddest I'm talking about

- 53:38Speaker 1: Coming up next, it is my Strawberry Letter for today.
- 53:41Speaker 1: This subject my man's daughter saw it all. We'll be
- 53:44Speaker 1: doing the Strawberry Letter when we come back right after
- 53:47Speaker 1: this top of the hour. Let's go. You're listening to
- 53:51Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show right now. It is time for
- 53:54Speaker 1: today's Strawberry Letter. If you need some advice on relationships,
- 53:58Speaker 1: on dating, on work, on sex, parenting, and more, please
- 54:02Speaker 1: submit you're a Strawberry letter to Steve Harvey FM dot
- 54:05Speaker 1: com and click submit Strawberry Letter. Was there anything you
- 54:08Speaker 1: wanted to add to that? If you don't send, as
- 54:11Speaker 1: you would never be famous. We will be a real loser.
- 54:16Speaker 1: Is that what you said just chance, damn that we
- 54:25Speaker 1: could be reading your letter on the air, just like
- 54:27Speaker 1: we're gonna read this one right now. Buggle up and
- 54:30Speaker 1: hold on tight. We gotta pull you here. It is
- 54:32Speaker 1: the strong buried letter subject my man's daughter saw it all.
- 54:38Speaker 1: Dear Stephen Shirley. My fiance and I have been together
- 54:41Speaker 1: for a while, but we don't live in the same city,
- 54:45Speaker 1: so we do everything we can to spice keep the
- 54:48Speaker 1: spice in our relationships. We spend flirt, We send flirty
- 54:51Speaker 1: texas and explicit pictures, and when we're together it is
- 54:56Speaker 1: on and popping. The texas and pictures we send are
- 54:59Speaker 1: so wrong, she risque and vulgar that a porn star
- 55:03Speaker 1: would blush. We can't help it. Well, now we have
- 55:07Speaker 1: a big problem. My man has a fifteen year old
- 55:11Speaker 1: daughter and I have always had a great relationship with
- 55:14Speaker 1: her until recently when she went through her daughter's phone,
- 55:18Speaker 1: her father's phone and saw it all. Since then, she
- 55:23Speaker 1: does not want anything to do with me or her dad.
- 55:26Speaker 1: She has not visited him since this incident. I have
- 55:29Speaker 1: reached out to her, but she will not speak to me.
- 55:32Speaker 1: I am so hurt because she thought of me as
- 55:35Speaker 1: her step mom and I called her my daughter. My
- 55:38Speaker 1: man is crushed and he doesn't know what to do.
- 55:41Speaker 1: By the way, she has been punished several times for
- 55:45Speaker 1: going through other people's things, but this time is different.
- 55:49Speaker 1: I do now know how. I do not know how
- 55:51Speaker 1: to fix this or if it can be fixed. I
- 55:54Speaker 1: think my man could be doing more to help. He's
- 55:57Speaker 1: got to step up, or his relationship with his daughter
- 56:00Speaker 1: may not ever be the same. I need some real
- 56:02Speaker 1: advice on how to handle this and keep my family together.
- 56:06Speaker 1: Please help? Wow, uh, dear, please help. Yeah, this is
- 56:11Speaker 1: a mess right here. This is a big problem. Um.
- 56:16Speaker 1: This young lady has been punished already for going through
- 56:20Speaker 1: people's things, and you know that's the problem. When you
- 56:23Speaker 1: go through people's things, a lot of times you find
- 56:26Speaker 1: what you don't wanna, um find, and you see what
- 56:29Speaker 1: you don't want to see or what you'd never think
- 56:31Speaker 1: in a million years you would see. This is her dad.
- 56:34Speaker 1: She's traumatized. This is her her soon to be step
- 56:37Speaker 1: mom that you know she highly looks up to, and
- 56:40Speaker 1: at a fifteen year old, she as a fifteen year old,
- 56:43Speaker 1: she cannot process this. It's hard for her to process.
- 56:47Speaker 1: So this is a major problem for everybody all around.
- 56:51Speaker 1: And quite frankly, Um, you know, I don't I don't
- 56:54Speaker 1: know what to tell you to do. Um, you know
- 56:56Speaker 1: you want to keep your family together, Maybe you can
- 56:59Speaker 1: start with some sort of family therapy. You know, you
- 57:02Speaker 1: gotta try and talk to this this young girl and
- 57:05Speaker 1: see if you can get through to her on a
- 57:07Speaker 1: different level. I mean, but it's going to be hard
- 57:10Speaker 1: because she's seen you like this. So you know, you
- 57:15Speaker 1: you got to talk about the respect level. Now, you
- 57:17Speaker 1: got to talk about the fact that, um, she sees
- 57:20Speaker 1: you as probably somebody nasty and just someone that she
- 57:24Speaker 1: doesn't want to deal with. You know, she's so disappointed
- 57:27Speaker 1: and upset with her dad. But I think in this
- 57:30Speaker 1: instance you and her dad are going to have to
- 57:34Speaker 1: sit her down and talk to her, especially her dad.
- 57:36Speaker 1: But give it a little time. Let some time go by,
- 57:39Speaker 1: and then maybe maybe you can all come to the
- 57:42Speaker 1: table and and have a conversation. You know, tell her
- 57:45Speaker 1: it was an accident. You didn't mean to uh for
- 57:49Speaker 1: her to see all of this, and UM, you know,
- 57:52Speaker 1: I don't know this is this is a tough one
- 57:53Speaker 1: for me, Steve, not for you. Yeah, it's nothing, that
- 58:00Speaker 1: is nothing. You can do. Let's just start with the
- 58:06Speaker 1: fact Cat turned it down just a little bit, because
- 58:11Speaker 1: what I'm about to say I need everybody's undivided. Come on,
- 58:19Speaker 1: here's the whole letters in this right here, we're seeing
- 58:23Speaker 1: flirty texas and explicit pictures, and when we're together it's
- 58:29Speaker 1: on impoper. Here is the killer. The text and pictures
- 58:34Speaker 1: we seen are so runch you, riskate and vulgar that
- 58:42Speaker 1: a pawn star with blush. I hadn't done it. What
- 58:48Speaker 1: she's saying is what Stormy Daniels did. We're President Trump.
- 58:55Speaker 1: Ain't nothing y'all been doing photo photo shoots and set
- 59:02Speaker 1: ups from black Tail magazine. Black Tail. Yeah, that's how raunchy.
- 59:10Speaker 1: YOA black Tail was a black porno magazine with no makeup, artists,
- 59:18Speaker 1: with no no touch up. So photo, we're taking this picture,
- 59:24Speaker 1: we're printing it. We ain't got money for touch up.
- 59:28Speaker 1: Stretch marks, bullet wounds, bruising cuts, very coast veins, all
- 59:40Speaker 1: love it. Black mind. Now what my question to you
- 59:43Speaker 1: is when you say runch you ris skate and vocal
- 59:51Speaker 1: that a porn starward blush, let me ask you a
- 59:53Speaker 1: couple questions. So you obviously have sent a picture where
- 59:58Speaker 1: your right foot was on the floor. Well, where was
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: your left foot? She did not put that in the letters.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: I'm just asking because how raunchy. As we're talking, she said,
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: if your left foot, let's explain something to you, was
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: higher than your pelvic in that picture right there? Who
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: that wrong you? Now, now now that we've covered now
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: that's risk skpe, that's riskape. Now that you got your
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: foot up, hide in your pelvit, what would make it
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: wronch you? What did you do? Well, now you start
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: that had movement in it. Raunchy is movement. So you
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: didn't send a video and you didn't spare it up.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: Who are you are humping at at that? That's that's
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: that I'm talking about. Like like you like you like
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: a Jackhamil. Yeah, you're and the air hovering like boomerang,
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: you know, like in that scene of Boomerang. Well, yeah,
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: you know on Instagram when you boomerang and photo just
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: keep going back and forth. Then you did something that
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: made it vulgar? What did you have in your hand?
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: Because these pictures is raunchy, risque and vulgar. The the
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: risk skate was when you raised your footo a little bit. Yeah,
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: The raunchy was when you started making your picture, move
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: your eyeball raise. The vulgar is what was in your hand? Lord, Okay,
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: we'll have back to Yeah. Steve's response coming up at
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: twenty three after the hours, subject my man's daughter saw
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: it all? Right after this, you're listening to Steve Harvey
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, come on, Steve, let's recap today's
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: Strawberry letters. Subject my man's daughter saw it all. This
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: fifteen year old girl then broke into her daddy's phone
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: and the state live a part in relationship it they
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: send each other explicit pictures. The text and pictures we're
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: seeing are soul, runch it, risk and vulgar. That a
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: pawn star war blood. We can't help it. Well, the
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: problem is a girl and found the picture, and since
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: she then saw it, she don't want anything to do
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: with me or her daddy. That weren't punish this girl
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: before for going through other people's things, but this time
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: is different. I don't know how to fix it, or
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: it can be fixed. This can't be fixed. But now
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: let's reiterate. You set a picture that was runchy, risk, skate,
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: and vulgar. My breakdown is how to picture was the
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: three things riscape picture is your foot is on the floor,
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: your right foot is flat on the floor, your left
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: foot is somewhere up higher than your pelvit. That makes
- 1:02:55Speaker 1: for risk a picture. What made the picture runch you,
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: runch you was you put that special effect on it
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: where you was at humping real face. You was boomeranging
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: your picture. Now you got that in there. Then what
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: made it vulgar was something was in your hand. Oh
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: the only other thing you could have been doing, you
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: nick it and you barefoot and your right foot is
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: you on your toes on your right foot, but your
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: left foot is flat up against that wall. I'm talking
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: about flat up gainst that wall. So that's the breakdown
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: between risque runchy and yeah, now you haven't done all
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: this hill and you turning round talking back over your
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: shoulder at the camel, and you didn't mention his name.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: So the little girl thank us hell now all she
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: and you guys, Yeah, and you got linny what you
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: know to look back back there. She could damn there
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: see it yours probably, And when you got your leg
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: up that high, you damn got you look right over
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: your shoulder and right behind your shoulder, plat out, daddy.
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: That's why she don't want to talk to nobody. Now.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: Now the girl don't want to talk to y'all be
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: cause her damn daddy. It's just the knacks. I'm gonna
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: tell you one thing, because my daddy did something pornographic
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: around me one time, I would not pornographic to me.
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: That's around me, which would have been today, would have
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: been pornographic. My daddy was woke up naked one night
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: and went in the refrigerator and I was coming downstairs
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: to use the bathroom and he was standing in the
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: refrigerator drinking out the ice water ball Nick and I
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: saw and we didn't have money for their So I'm
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: just gonna be honest with you. I still ain't over.
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: I'm STI trauma that he had wasn't as bright as
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: today's turn around at me, but contact and then when
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: he saw me, he continued to drink and put his
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: damn hand on this hip. That it was very different
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: from me back then, so I didn't have to worry
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: about it, and so I was traumatized. This girl is traumatized.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: She not talking to you all her daddy and h
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: y'all got to get into therapy, but she probably ain't
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: gonna want to go. I mean, I mean if she
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: goes by and said, what's she gonna do? What y'all
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: gonna do? Y'all gonna take your pictures to discuss each one.
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: But you know she's gone to her mom. Well she
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: might not tell have been trouble for looking. Yeah, because
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: she didn't got in trouble. They don't need a whipping
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: her punishing her for this because if y'all hadn't have
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: been sending all that nasty man, what what what? And
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: what code your your fiance guy? Where fifteen year old
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: can get in it? I know, well you know why
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: is it fifteen year old with his phone? That's yeah,
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: thank you have on the phone. But I mean she
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: has a problem obviously with being nosy and go through
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: other people's nosy then got you in therapy. Yeah, now
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: your share of all shot. Yeah, she's looking for something.
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: But in due time, this will heal. It will heal
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: in time because she's gonna go off to college. Her
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: own activities will begin. And what y'all doing with pay
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: only comparision? And what do the kids out here doing
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: right now? I'm telling you all right, Now, do you
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: think they'll get married? Who the lady who wrote the
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: letter in her fiance? Yeah they yeah, man, because that
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: little girl in problem screen shot them pictures and sent
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: them to her home. Yeah, that little girl right there,
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: I would date they're probably gonna have to go on
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: and get married and all that. So I don't know,
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: and we we really can't help. I don't know what
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: to tell you. I don't know how how nasty, risk
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: a runchy and vulgar. There's levels, there's so let me
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: guess what another picture you was on you was necking
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: on the bike like her stationary bike. Yeah, she was
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: nicking on because she was exercising, and yeah on on
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: the tow of the friends, and you got extra jiggy
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: with you, took the seat off, you sent that pignap.
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: No girl in all types of I feel sorry for
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: the little girl. She tried to get her mind rapping
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: on how nasty you and her her damn daddy is
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: and Steve, no one wants to see their parents, nobody,
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: no one like that. Ever, you really don't want to
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: see your mom. You don't want to see and you
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: definitely don't want to hear him. But that's a whole
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: another ship. No, no, no, you don't want to see
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: your mama now your daddy as a boy, You're gonna
- 1:08:15Speaker 1: get past, but you don't ever want to see you don't.
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: You don't ever want to see your mama, your mama,
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: you don't want to see. You just don't want to.
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: And I think the Lord that I never ever had
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: any eel memory of my MoMA. I think, God, my
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: damn dad, give a damn it was his house. Yeah,
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: my daddy, trauma. I've been in the bath tub taking
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: the bath. He didn't came in and said on the
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: toilet to use the bath in the bath. Email us
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: or Instagram as your thoughts on today's Strawberry letter at
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: Steve Harvey f M or at my girls. Surely now
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: coming up in ten minutes, Will Smith is doing stand
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: up comedy. Did you hear about that? Steve? We'll talk
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: about TV shows that can get a reboot and recast
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: in about ten minutes. Right after this, you're listening to
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: the stew Alright, so Steve, here's the latest. Now is
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: Senate Republicans pressed for you know, they're trying to get
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: this quick vote to confirm Brett Kavanaugh. This is President
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: Trump's nominee to the Supreme Court. Will Senate Democrats meanwhile,
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: are investigating a brand new allegation of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh.
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: This claim dates back to three and nine eight four,
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: that academic school year when Brett Kavanaugh was a freshman
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: at Yale. Uh. The offices of at least four Democratic
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: senators have received information about the allegation, and at least
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: two have begun investigating it. So uh yeah, another woman
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: has come forth. Um her name. She's at the center
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: of the story. Her name is Deborah Ramirez. She's fifty
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: three years old now. She attended Yale with Brett Kavanaugh,
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: where she studies uh, sociology and psychology. Uh. She said
- 1:10:06Speaker 1: that when both she and Kavanaugh were a freshman at Yale,
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: she was invited by a friend on the woman's soccer
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: team to a dorm room party. Okay. She recalled that
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: the party took place in a suite uh in the
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: part of Yale known as Old Campus, and that a
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: small group of students decided to play a drinking game there. Okay,
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: she said, a lot of stuff happened. I don't have
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: time to read this entire story because This is like
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: thirteen pages long, but I'm gonna skip to this part.
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: Somebody yelled down the hall. She says, Brett Kavanaugh just
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: put his penis in Debbie's face. They said his full name.
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: It was his full name. I don't think it was
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: just Brett. And I remember hearing and being mortified that
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: this was out there. Now she's said, yeah, you heard
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: what I said. She's saying that there might be a
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: problem with her giving her testimony because she had been drinking.
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: She had been drinking. She said, will they look into this?
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: Listen to me. The Democrats are looking into it. You
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: are going to find out how much these Republicans care
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: more about power and position over justice, righteousness and morality
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: you are about. This is a clear cut case. They
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: don't care. The men in the Republican Party and the
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: women in Republican Party could care less about these women
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: coming forward if it has the potential to wreckt their
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: power and their position. Nothing. Stop calling the Republican Party
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: the moral majority party, because there's nothing moral about what's
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: happening right now. And the head of the moral party
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: right now is Donald Trump. Over four thousand lies since
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: he's been in office, several acumen, accusations about what from women,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: he's taken strippers, playboy buddies to his home where his
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: wife lives. Yo, man, look, I mean dog, it's it's
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: really rules to this. If if if you're going to
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: do that, there are rules to that. It's like it's like,
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: for example, it's honor amongst thieves, there's rules and being
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: a theater. What thieves do not accept a race rapists
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: and child molesters that you can do whatever you gotta
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: do to get your money. You can sell dope, you
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: can do stick up, you can do whatever you If
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: you're coming here for raping and and molesting a child,
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: brother they got because there's a now that's in prison
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: in this right here. What makes it so difficult for
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: a woman to come forward, it's because she's got to
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: be faced this absolutely, and she's acknowledged, Steve, if there
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: are significant gaps, like I said earlier in her memories
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: of the evening, and that if she ever presents her
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: story to the FBI or members of the Senate, she
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: will inevitably be pressed on her motivation for coming forward
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: after so many years, and questioned about her memory, giving
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: that she was given that she was drinking at the party.
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: They're gonna press this woman about the thirty years and
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: you know, because but yeah, there there are some gods
- 1:13:32Speaker 1: Kavanaugh's buddy who dove on the bed and knocked all
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: of them off. And um, he he doesn't want to
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: come for he doesn't want to come forward. And uh okay,
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: So so like I said, uh, Senate Republican, well okay,
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: let me go back to this. Uh. The offices of
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: at least four Democratic senators have received information about the allegation.
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: At least two have begun investigating it now. Senior Republican
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: staffers also learned of this allegation last week. They knew
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: about it last week, and in conversation with The New
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: Yorker expressed concern about its potential impact on Kavanaugh's nomination.
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: So that validates what you just said, okay about them caring. Yes,
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: the hearing for this lady is Wednesday, right, Yeah, that's
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: coming back Thursday, Yes, coming on Thursday. So after that,
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: do we actually think they're gonna go into this one?
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: I don't see how they can. Yeah, yeah, so let
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: let me finish soon soon after all this came out.
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: They knew about it last week. Senate Republicans issued renewed
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: calls to accelerate the timing of a committee vote. The
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: Democratic Senate Office is reviewing the allegations, believe that their
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: merits uh that they merit further investigation. This is another serious,
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: credible and disturbing allegation against Brett Kavanaugh that should be
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: fully investigated, they're saying. Now back to Deborah meirez Um,
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: she's saying that witnessing the attempt that they were making
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: to discredit Christine blasi Ford Dr. Blasi Ford, that made
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: her frightened again, validating what you're saying, made her frightened
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: to share her story, which she knew would be attacked
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: due to the gas. And I'm just assuming that what
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: they're gonna do the Republican Party, they're gonna use her
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: own words against her. You were drinking, your memory was foggy.
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: You don't really relax. You can't be under such hard
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: scrutiny and questioning because your memory was foggy. So was
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: it even him at all? Exactly? And you're going to
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: see these men sit there and do it. The sad
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: thing about this in the Republican Party, they have a
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: lot of female support. Yeah, yeah, it's it's it's it's
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: amazing what they've allowed this administration to get away with. Well,
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: yesterday was Week three in the NFL. Stephen Pempen are
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: gonna talk football at the top of the right after this,
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys,
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: take it away. It is time to talk football. Are
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: you ready to fall to intend? Your own music intended?
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: All right, I'm gonna do it with No, you ain't
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: got to do it well, I can't do it alone.
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: I don't need you now. It ain't need a need you. No, no, no,
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: Houston need a win then we might want just gonna
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: get this? Which one you want? Hey? What's up? Everybody?
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: Was it? J Man? You ain't don't don't get don't
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: get you're losing your pimp tone. You don't sound like
- 1:16:51Speaker 1: a pimp today. You're depressed. Hey, why you got the Jason?
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: That ninety only it's Steve Cloudy Jersey played for Houston, Texas. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: ninety yeah, yeah. I don't see the nine, but I
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: see that zero. That could be what's coming nine oh
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: and nine? Now, what's up, Tommy? It ain't thating? What's
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: going on with you? Right? Man, I got the scores.
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: I'm trying to see how right, man, Let's go on,
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: let's go on and see. I'll tell you what. I'll

- 1:17:32Speaker 1: to rush me. But round one one town one one one.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: All right, pep, you know what, I don't remember who

- 1:17:47Speaker 1: Actually beat Atlanta and yeah, that right there, that was
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: my push game. Remember, yeah, we got get a push
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: game because because two teams that I care about deeply
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: the same equally. Yeah, I can't pull from one gets another,
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: so I win. Go ahead, what you got there in
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: Baltimore Baltimore? On seven? Did I say Baltimore? I think
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: you did? He did Baltimore? Be Mo because we don't
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: in Baltimo. Win on in demo. Now here's who I
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: think you went for. You just say I ain't gonna
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: lie Cincinnati at Caroline. I think you went with Cincinnati.
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: Actually one no, no, no, no, no no. I said
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: I'm a cam Newton man all day. I picked the
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: pamphles on that one because I hate Cincinnati. Because then
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: the same division with Cleveland, who is one one and one? Yeah,
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: the division. I hate Cincinnati. See the owner of the
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: Browns he took he left Cleveland, and what you said,
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: Sinnattia started the Bengals. That's why the Bengals and the
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: brown got the same color. And then the Baltimore Ravens
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: snuck out of town one night with Aunt Modell and
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: took the Cleveland Browns and started the Baltimore Ravens. Yeah,
- 1:19:15Speaker 1: y'all understand, were sold gangster. We got our football team
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: that yeah, okay, we're go ahead now I'm good with

- 1:19:35Speaker 1: that when we had less time you much want? I
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: love it dead. What did you say? This goal was?

- 1:33:36Speaker 1: compliments of the talk show. Now, let me get to
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: this man my clothes remarks that that I want to
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: remind all of you about something that's very very important.
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: Here it is. I'm gonna just cut to the chase. Winners.
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: Listen to me. Winners are not people who never failed,
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: but people who never quit. Winners are not people who
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: never failed, but people who never quit. That's what sets
- 1:34:09Speaker 1: most successful people apart. You've got to develop or see
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: it through attitude. You've got to develop a note never
- 1:34:17Speaker 1: quit mentality. Every time you quit, you short circuit God's
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: ability to bless you because now you've taken yourself out
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: of the fight. You've taken yourself out the mix when
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: you don't even know that God was working on your
- 1:34:34Speaker 1: behalf to make all of this come to fruition and
- 1:34:37Speaker 1: come to truth. But you quit, So now a blessing
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: that God has sent your way because you quit, the
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: package has to turn around and go back because you
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: lost faith in it, you gave up, you stopped. I
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: can't tell you how many times you have blocked your
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: own blessings by quitting. If you stay to the end,
- 1:34:59Speaker 1: you can see it through. You can see what God
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: has for you. If you stay through it. You have
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: to stay. It's imperative, it's critical. Now listen to me.
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: Are you gonna make some mistakes along the way or
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: you better believe you are. Are you gonna fail along
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: the way? Yeah. Failing is different from quitting though. Failing
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: is when you gave your all in all and it
- 1:35:27Speaker 1: just didn't work. Sometimes you'll fail. Sometimes something happens beyond
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: your control and it caused it, the whole thing to
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: crash you in on you. But you fail. But if
- 1:35:40Speaker 1: you get back up and you try again. I don't
- 1:35:43Speaker 1: care if it's something else or something pertaining to or
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: maybe you get up and you build it back up
- 1:35:48Speaker 1: again and take another shot. If you don't quit, you
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: will be there when the blessing arise. But if you quit,
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: you can't be there when the blessing arise. Winners are
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: not people who never failed, but people who never quit.
- 1:36:05Speaker 1: I can truly tell you, as a life that I've lived,
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: feel with failures, Absolutely feel with failures. The one thing
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: I never did, I just never quit. I never gave
- 1:36:20Speaker 1: up on love. I never gave up on my dreams.
- 1:36:24Speaker 1: I never gave up on the fact that one day
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: I'd be a good husband, that I would become a
- 1:36:28Speaker 1: great father. I'm a pretty good grandfather now. I just
- 1:36:33Speaker 1: never stopped believing I would. If you don't give up,
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: God got something for you. Winners are not people who
- 1:36:38Speaker 1: never failed, for people who never quit. Those are my
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: closing remarks. All right, drop it, baby, drop it for all, Steve.
