- 0:01Speaker 1: All right, I want to take you back in time
- 0:03Speaker 1: to a story that happened what about a year ago,
- 0:06Speaker 1: and that was the major assassination attempt on Donald Trump
- 0:11Speaker 1: and Butler, Pennsylvania. You know, the one where luckily he
- 0:14Speaker 1: moved his head a little bit and that bullet hit
- 0:16Speaker 1: his ear instead of taking his head off. We now
- 0:20Speaker 1: know that six Secret Service agents have been suspended over
- 0:25Speaker 1: that Donald Trump assassination attempt. Now, let me give you
- 0:28Speaker 1: some of the facts on this. You understand what this means.
- 0:31Speaker 1: The US Secret Service has placed these six agents on
- 0:34Speaker 1: suspension without pay for durations ranging from ten.
- 0:39Speaker 2: Days to forty five days.
- 0:42Speaker 1: And the accounts slightly vary from what I'm hearing on
- 0:44Speaker 1: Capitol Hill.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Why due to security failures.
- 0:48Speaker 1: They're now saying I have been assessed during that assassination
- 0:51Speaker 1: attempt July the thirteenth at that rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Now, those discipline include agents.
- 0:57Speaker 1: At various ranks, okay, supervisor, staff, line agents, a counter sniper,
- 1:04Speaker 1: members of the Pittsburgh Field Office, and the site walked
- 1:07Speaker 1: through coordinator as well. Now, the nature of the lapse
- 1:11Speaker 1: was obviously so egregious that there's a lot of people.
- 1:14Speaker 1: There's a shock that more people haven't been fired. So
- 1:17Speaker 1: what is this all about? Well, the investigation revealed serious
- 1:22Speaker 1: coordination and communication breakdowns that day, such as unsecured rooftops,
- 1:27Speaker 1: missing radios, wrong drone cables, and poor integration with local
- 1:34Speaker 1: law enforcement. A Senate briefing we also are now being told,
- 1:38Speaker 1: found that the shooter was spotted on the rooftop at
- 1:42Speaker 1: least ten minutes before Trump took the stage, yet no
- 1:47Speaker 1: preventive action was taken, which is totally insane.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Why so many.
- 1:51Speaker 1: People think this could have been a setup, That there
- 1:54Speaker 1: is a real conspiracy theory here and based on what
- 1:56Speaker 1: we know by the way of the RFK assassination, the
- 2:00Speaker 1: real legitimacy to asking every question on the table, I'm
- 2:04Speaker 1: one of those. By the way, I want to make
- 2:06Speaker 1: that very clear.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Now.
- 2:08Speaker 1: They're also been lack you could argue of consequences and accountability. Yes,
- 2:13Speaker 1: the former Secret Service director resigned in July of last year,
- 2:16Speaker 1: citing responsibility over the agency's most significant operational failure in decades.
- 2:21Speaker 1: But outside that, what really happened, Well, the acting leadership
- 2:24Speaker 1: under Deputy Director Matt Quinn and Director Sean Karan, who
- 2:30Speaker 1: was on site and shielded.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Trump during the shooting.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Affirm suspensions are aimed at systemic reform quote unquote, not
- 2:38Speaker 1: blame or firings, Quinn said, saying, quote, we are laser
- 2:42Speaker 1: focused on fixing the root cause.
- 2:44Speaker 2: We aren't going to fire our way out of this now.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Mat Quinn also emphasized ongoing reforms, saying once inoperative, equipment
- 2:53Speaker 1: like drones and mobile command centers are being upgraded, and
- 2:57Speaker 1: coordination with local law enforce is being enhanced. There was
- 3:01Speaker 1: clearly a major separation that day where police could even
- 3:05Speaker 1: talk to the Secret Service, and that ten minute lapse
- 3:07Speaker 1: at the time they saw him on the rooftop before
- 3:09Speaker 1: Trump took the stage as a perfect example of that.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Now there's also been the public reaction to this. Many
- 3:16Speaker 1: Americans do not believe, for example, that this was handled appropriately.
- 3:21Speaker 2: I'll give you another example.
- 3:23Speaker 1: The widow of the firefighter his name was Corey, who
- 3:27Speaker 1: was killed by a straight bullet, slammed the Secret Service,
- 3:30Speaker 1: labeling their performance as quote a hot mess, and calling
- 3:33Speaker 1: for accountability and explanation because if they would have done
- 3:36Speaker 1: their job, there's a very good chance that her husband,
- 3:39Speaker 1: Corey would still be with us. We also know that
- 3:42Speaker 1: there's been a Bipartisan House Task Force deemed the assassination
- 3:47Speaker 1: attempt quote unquote preventable. Now, how often do Republicans and
- 3:51Speaker 1: Democrats agree on anything when you are Republicans and Democrats
- 3:57Speaker 1: and you come together and the assassination to tim report
- 4:00Speaker 1: says that this was preventable. That happened in December. By
- 4:04Speaker 1: the way of last year, the report was issued about
- 4:07Speaker 1: a dozen recommendations aimed at strengthening the security protocols as well.
- 4:12Speaker 1: That worries me that those recommendations are coming from Congress
- 4:15Speaker 1: and weren't already in place by the Secret Service. Now,
- 4:19Speaker 1: various people have praised the disciplinary measures and reforms, noting
- 4:24Speaker 1: the agency has taken responsibility and implementing structural change that
- 4:28Speaker 1: is in theory good.
- 4:30Speaker 2: But the big question.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Is is it enough saying we're not going to fire
- 4:35Speaker 1: our way out of this.
- 4:36Speaker 2: What does that mean?
- 4:38Speaker 1: The only way that you get fired is if there
- 4:40Speaker 1: is an actual dead president. I mean, the lack of
- 4:42Speaker 1: accountability here is incredible. And let's just go back to
- 4:45Speaker 1: the private sector if you and look, I've had death
- 4:49Speaker 1: threats against me, I've had security that I've had to have.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Unfortunately in my career, I carry a fire on virtually
- 4:55Speaker 1: everywhere I go, and when I do an event and
- 4:58Speaker 1: there's security there. If I was shot the way that
- 5:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump was and there was a line of sight venue,
- 5:04Speaker 1: and that's the whole job of the Secret Service to
- 5:07Speaker 1: make sure that doesn't happen where there's a short range
- 5:09Speaker 1: line of sight directly the present's head.
- 5:12Speaker 2: And that's what happened in Butler.
- 5:14Speaker 1: The idea that we're quote not going to fire away
- 5:16Speaker 1: out of this, I still think is kind of absurd.
- 5:19Speaker 2: And I'm not like, you fire everyone. What I am
- 5:22Speaker 2: saying is is.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Like, come on outside, the Secret Service director who resigned.
- 5:27Speaker 1: You're telling me basically, no one's been fired. I don't
- 5:29Speaker 1: understand that. In the private sector, whether this is a celebrity,
- 5:35Speaker 1: a sports star, a former politician, a whatever it may be.
- 5:41Speaker 1: If this happened in the private sector, a CEO of
- 5:44Speaker 1: a company, there would no doubt be massive amounts of
- 5:48Speaker 1: people that would be fired because of the event. Why
- 5:51Speaker 1: is it in government we don't fire people? It drives
- 5:55Speaker 1: me insane. And if you look at the six agents
- 5:57Speaker 1: that receive these suspensions ranging from ten to forty two
- 6:01Speaker 1: days as part of a quote broader effort to address
- 6:03Speaker 1: serious protective failures. Does it get any more serious than
- 6:07Speaker 1: an assassination attempt on the President Uniteds It's America and
- 6:09Speaker 1: multiple rounds going at his body, Like this is the
- 6:13Speaker 1: biggest failure you can have without death, and no one
- 6:16Speaker 1: gets fired, and you're like, all right, well you're not
- 6:17Speaker 1: gonna get paid for ten to forty two days. I
- 6:20Speaker 1: don't know if that's the right message that we should
- 6:21Speaker 1: be sending right now. Now with the prior director's resignation,
- 6:26Speaker 1: they went on to say, and emphasis on root cause
- 6:29Speaker 1: fixes and improved interagency coordination and upgrade equipment. The Secret
- 6:34Speaker 1: Services undergoing reforms intended to prevent such lapses in the future.
- 6:38Speaker 2: That's all great.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Again, why is it that no one has been fired
- 6:44Speaker 1: in the private sector?
- 6:46Speaker 2: You screw up like this, you are fired, period. You
- 6:50Speaker 2: are fired.
- 6:52Speaker 1: I look at this moment and I sit here and
- 6:55Speaker 1: I'm like, come on, really, like.
- 6:58Speaker 2: This is it?
- 6:59Speaker 1: This is all You're gonna give me nothing else. I'll
- 7:03Speaker 1: even go back to another part.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Of the story.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Marsha Blackburn Center from Tennessee came out said we're still
- 7:08Speaker 1: trying to get answers about Trump assassination attempt.
- 7:11Speaker 2: That should concern everyone.
- 7:13Speaker 1: The fact that we're having a conversation right now, and
- 7:16Speaker 1: the fact that Marsha Blackburn, who's the center, said we're
- 7:18Speaker 1: still trying to get answers.
- 7:19Speaker 2: To a problem.
- 7:21Speaker 1: Is a massive issue of lack of transparency or is it? Hey,
- 7:26Speaker 1: we've already moved on from this right like we kicked
- 7:31Speaker 1: the can down the road.
- 7:32Speaker 2: We've moved on to other issues in the news.
- 7:35Speaker 1: This is old news, and now we'll just announce a
- 7:37Speaker 1: ten to forty two days suspension for six people, and
- 7:41Speaker 1: then we just act like it never happened and we
- 7:43Speaker 1: moved on.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Like.
- 7:43Speaker 1: I don't like that. It doesn't seem to me to
- 7:47Speaker 1: be real accountability.
- 7:49Speaker 2: I got to ask you a question.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Are you one of those that is just so tired
- 7:53Speaker 1: of giving your money to radical left woke companies that
- 7:56Speaker 1: actually are fighting against your values every day?
- 7:59Speaker 2: Well, there are there are certain bills that.
- 8:01Speaker 1: You pay every month that if you can go with
- 8:04Speaker 1: a conservative company, why not do it?
- 8:06Speaker 2: In fact, why not.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Go with a conservative company that actually takes part of
- 8:10Speaker 1: your bill every month that you're going to pay to
- 8:12Speaker 1: somebody and they give it back to organizations that support
- 8:15Speaker 1: your First and your Second Amendment rights, that support the
- 8:18Speaker 1: rights of unborn children that stand with our military, are
- 8:23Speaker 1: first responders, and so many wounded warriors that need help. Well,
- 8:28Speaker 1: that bill I'm talking about is your cell phone bill.
- 8:32Speaker 1: And I've been telling you for a long time about
- 8:34Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. But there's no better time to switch than
- 8:37Speaker 1: right now. Not only does Patriot Mobile operate on all
- 8:41Speaker 1: three major networks in this country, yeah, all three. That
- 8:44Speaker 1: means you get the same great coverage you're used to
- 8:46Speaker 1: right now, but you also make a difference with every
- 8:49Speaker 1: call you make and every text you make.
- 8:51Speaker 2: And why would you want to give your money to
- 8:53Speaker 2: Big Mobile?
- 8:54Speaker 1: Big Mobile has been giving big donations to democratic causes,
- 8:58Speaker 1: democratic candidates, and radical left organizations. I'm talking about organizations
- 9:02Speaker 1: that actually support abortion. That is why I want you
- 9:08Speaker 1: to switch right now to Patriot Mobile. Go ahead and
- 9:12Speaker 1: make the switch, And it's so easy. All you have
- 9:15Speaker 1: to do is simply call Patriot Mobiles one hundred percent
- 9:18Speaker 1: US based team from the comfort of your home or
- 9:21Speaker 1: your office, and they'll have you activated in minutes. And
- 9:24Speaker 1: if you're still locked in a contract, not a problem.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Patriots Mobile contract buy out program covers up to five
- 9:30Speaker 1: hundred dollars per device. Keep your same number, keep your
- 9:33Speaker 1: phone or upgrade, do a new one. So back to
- 9:36Speaker 1: my point, what are you waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile
- 9:39Speaker 1: today and make a difference every single day with every
- 9:42Speaker 1: call you make. Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson. That's
- 9:47Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven
- 9:51Speaker 1: to two Patriot. And if you use the promo code ferguson,
- 9:54Speaker 1: you're gonna get a free month of service on top
- 9:57Speaker 1: of that. Patriot Mobile dot com slash fergus or nine
- 10:01Speaker 1: to seven to Patriot. That's Patriot Mobile dot com plush
- 10:04Speaker 1: ferguson er nine seven to two Patriot. I want you
- 10:07Speaker 1: to listen to what Marshall Blackburn had to say on
- 10:10Speaker 1: TV about this moments ago.
- 10:12Speaker 4: Please to bring in right now, Senator Marshall Blackburn of Tennessee.
- 10:15Speaker 4: She's also a member of the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee,
- 10:18Speaker 4: Senate Finance Committee. Center Blackburn A pleasure to have you.
- 10:21Speaker 4: I remember being there you confronted Cheeto. There's still so
- 10:26Speaker 4: many questions, what is your reaction to the fact now
- 10:30Speaker 4: there are six on leave, no firings, and still people
- 10:34Speaker 4: saying what do we know?
- 10:36Speaker 5: Almost a year later.
- 10:38Speaker 3: And it is very frustrating that we do not have answers.
- 10:42Speaker 3: As you were playing in the clip, we were trying
- 10:46Speaker 3: to get answers right there at the convention within a week.
- 10:52Speaker 2: Of this having happened.
- 10:53Speaker 3: And the fact that still we are trying to get
- 10:58Speaker 3: these answers is a little bit frustrating. I don't know
- 11:02Speaker 3: when the people were put on leave. I know that
- 11:05Speaker 3: it was for varying times. I do know it was
- 11:09Speaker 3: without pay. I think it will be important to know
- 11:13Speaker 3: if after the FBI, led by cash Ptel, completes their investigation,
- 11:19Speaker 3: that if at that point Secret Service members will be terminated.
- 11:25Speaker 1: So that is what she had to say. We still
- 11:28Speaker 1: don't know what's actually happening here. We don't and as
- 11:32Speaker 1: she said, it's very frustrating that we do not have answers.
- 11:36Speaker 1: The fact we are trying to get these answers a
- 11:39Speaker 1: little bit frustrating.
- 11:40Speaker 2: It's been a year. Like I'm more than frustrated.
- 11:45Speaker 1: And she says she wants to make certain the team
- 11:47Speaker 1: around the president is tight, that they are focused, that
- 11:50Speaker 1: they are taking care of him and they are protecting him,
- 11:53Speaker 1: and that's the imperative. Just as we're hopeful that the
- 11:55Speaker 1: Secret Service is with all of their protectees, that they are.
- 11:58Speaker 2: Focused on them.
- 11:59Speaker 1: No Secret Service have a job, and I understand this
- 12:02Speaker 1: to basically never fail. And the Butler failure was catastrophic.
- 12:08Speaker 1: When you have people yelling that there's a dude on
- 12:10Speaker 1: a roof, there's a shooter on a roof, there's a
- 12:12Speaker 1: guy with a gun roof. Ten minutes for the President
- 12:15Speaker 1: is getting on stage, like what are we doing? What
- 12:20Speaker 1: are we doing here? The Secret Service is spending these
- 12:24Speaker 1: people for six days without pay for the failure. If,
- 12:29Speaker 1: by the grace of God, Donald Trump is still alive,
- 12:32Speaker 1: I think we all know that from that damn Butler.
- 12:35Speaker 1: The fact that that chart was put up and he
- 12:38Speaker 1: turned his head, it saved his life. And I do
- 12:40Speaker 1: believe that God had his hand on Donald Trump that day.
- 12:42Speaker 1: I do believe that God saved spared his life, no
- 12:46Speaker 1: doubt about it, no doubt. But that means because he
- 12:53Speaker 1: turned his head, that these people went from clearly losing
- 12:57Speaker 1: their jobs to getting a ten days slap on the wrist.
- 13:00Speaker 1: I mean, it's an unpaid vacation, is what it really is.
- 13:04Speaker 1: That is not this signal that I want to keep.
- 13:08Speaker 1: And I do believe you need to set a very
- 13:12Speaker 1: clear signal not just to the Secret Service, but to
- 13:16Speaker 1: anyone that is in federal law enforcement, like, look, these
- 13:20Speaker 1: types of things, if they happen on your watch, like,
- 13:23Speaker 1: you're gonna get fired. If you have this big of
- 13:26Speaker 1: a screw up, You're gonna get fired. That's just how
- 13:31Speaker 1: this is going to be. And there's gonna be accountability.
- 13:34Speaker 1: And I think there's gonna be a lot of people
- 13:36Speaker 1: that voted for Donald Trump that if there is not
- 13:38Speaker 1: a real form of accountability here, there is going to
- 13:41Speaker 1: be real anger over this one moving forward.
- 13:45Speaker 2: Now, want to move on to something else.
- 13:47Speaker 1: We are also hearing now from the White House, and
- 13:50Speaker 1: this is a very big move that should make many
- 13:52Speaker 1: of you extremely excited that now illegal immigrants are barred
- 13:57Speaker 1: from Headstart in other federal government programs which were clearly
- 14:02Speaker 1: enticing them to come to the United States of America.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Immigrants who are in the country illegally will no longer,
- 14:08Speaker 1: the White House said, be allowed to access the head
- 14:11Speaker 1: Start early childhood education programs so their children, many of
- 14:14Speaker 1: them use it as childcare, daycare, as well as other
- 14:17Speaker 1: federal programs that you and I are paying for, the
- 14:20Speaker 1: Department of Health and Human Services, Agriculture, and Labor All
- 14:24Speaker 1: came through and said they have issued notice to the
- 14:27Speaker 1: relevant program partners under their watch to clarify the administration's
- 14:32Speaker 1: interpretation of what falls under federal public benefit.
- 14:36Speaker 2: The Wall Street Journal is reporting.
- 14:38Speaker 1: According to the HHS guidelines, people in the United States
- 14:42Speaker 1: of America illegally will be barred not only from sending
- 14:46Speaker 1: their children to head Start, but but will also be
- 14:48Speaker 1: denied access to other programs, including assistance for the homeless,
- 14:53Speaker 1: Title nine, family planning, mental health services, and substance abuse treatment.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Why should we be paying people for people to go
- 15:01Speaker 1: to these things outside the United States of America that
- 15:04Speaker 1: have broken into this country now. At discussing the issue,
- 15:08Speaker 1: the Health and Human Services Secretary RFK. Junior said he
- 15:11Speaker 1: is resending an interpretation of the nineteen ninety six Personal
- 15:16Speaker 1: Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act, which improperly extended certain
- 15:21Speaker 1: federal benefits to illegal immigrants. What has happened is now
- 15:26Speaker 1: that is enticing people to come across our borders illegally
- 15:29Speaker 1: because once they get here, they get so much aid
- 15:32Speaker 1: from our government after they break in. While immigrants who
- 15:36Speaker 1: do not have legal status do not qualify for quote
- 15:39Speaker 1: most federal benefits. Many of the programs affected have not
- 15:42Speaker 1: been asking their participants about their immigration status, So that's
- 15:47Speaker 1: why so many illegal immigrants are on food stamps and
- 15:50Speaker 1: other things like that. They qualify them not by ASCID
- 15:53Speaker 1: if they're in illegal, but through income and quote other
- 15:57Speaker 1: verification methods. That's how the system has become abused and broken.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Now the new policy is set to take effect immediately,
- 16:04Speaker 1: an HHS spokesman said the Department of Agriculture, pointing to
- 16:08Speaker 1: guidance issued in April that sought to prohibit immigrants who
- 16:12Speaker 1: are in the United States illegally from also getting US
- 16:15Speaker 1: food stamps, affirms its position that they quote should not
- 16:20Speaker 1: receive government dollars. Again, it entices people to break our laws.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Shortly after taking office, President Trump directed agencies to identify
- 16:29Speaker 1: relevant programs and issued an executive order to prevent immigrants
- 16:34Speaker 1: in the US without legal permission from getting benefits funded
- 16:38Speaker 1: by the taxpayers. This is, by the way, what I
- 16:40Speaker 1: and so many other Americans actually voted for, and then
- 16:43Speaker 1: in negotiations over the Trump sponsored megabills signed to law
- 16:47Speaker 1: July fourth, the White House promise that the president would
- 16:50Speaker 1: use more executive actions aimed at illegal immigration to make
- 16:55Speaker 1: sure that your tax dollars are not going to illegals. Now,
- 16:58Speaker 1: I'm in favor of this. This is why I have
- 17:00Speaker 1: voted for Trump. This is why I supported Trump. This
- 17:02Speaker 1: is why millions and millions of Americans voted for Trump.
- 17:05Speaker 1: And they shouldn't back down on this at all. Okay,
- 17:08Speaker 1: like this should be one hundred percent happening period. One
- 17:14Speaker 1: hundred percent happening period.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Game over.
- 17:18Speaker 5: Now.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Let me also just say one more thing. The left
- 17:20Speaker 1: has already started this. They're saying that these moves are
- 17:22Speaker 1: gonna be U Republicans. There's gonna be hell to pay
- 17:25Speaker 1: for this in the elections, and the kids are gonna
- 17:27Speaker 1: die and people are gonna starve to death. A.
- 17:30Speaker 2: That's not gonna happen. B.
- 17:32Speaker 1: If you can't survive here because you're breaking the laws
- 17:35Speaker 1: and we're calling you out for it, then let me
- 17:39Speaker 1: also say this.
- 17:40Speaker 2: You can go back to the country you came from.
- 17:43Speaker 1: If your life is so bad that you're going to
- 17:44Speaker 1: quote unquote starve to death, as Democrats are going to say,
- 17:47Speaker 1: because the American people are not going to pay for
- 17:49Speaker 1: your food when you broke into our country, then you
- 17:53Speaker 1: can go home to the country that you came from.
- 17:58Speaker 1: That is not meant to be me. That is the
- 18:02Speaker 1: reality of the situation. And I am so tired of
- 18:08Speaker 1: the left every time you try to have on ords like, oh, well,
- 18:10Speaker 1: someone's gonna die. People are gonna die, everybody's gonna die.
- 18:12Speaker 1: All the people are gonna die. Everybody's gonna die. Like no,
- 18:16Speaker 1: that's not how this works. We need to have law
- 18:19Speaker 1: and order, and this is what Americans voted for. I'm
- 18:23Speaker 1: not backing down on that, and I hope you're not either.
- 18:27Speaker 1: Let me just remind you of just how many, as
- 18:30Speaker 1: Donald Trump would put it, bad ombres that there are
- 18:33Speaker 1: out there in this country among us because of a
- 18:36Speaker 1: wide open southern border. There was a new warning that
- 18:41Speaker 1: came from Tom Homan on the arrest of an MS thirteen,
- 18:45Speaker 1: not just gang member, but a kingpin in Nebraska, Perez
- 18:51Speaker 1: on El Salvador's one hundred most wanted list. This is
- 18:56Speaker 1: how bad of a guy this is is one of
- 18:58Speaker 1: those that came into the country legally. And Tom Homan
- 19:01Speaker 1: reminding people what's happening right now in America. This is
- 19:05Speaker 1: in a border state, it's Nebraska. If you don't believe me,
- 19:07Speaker 1: go look at a damn map. And see where Nebraska is.
- 19:10Speaker 1: And if you think that illegal immigrants are only on
- 19:13Speaker 1: the southern border and MS thirteen gang members and train
- 19:15Speaker 1: zelar Aga gang members are only at the border, you
- 19:18Speaker 1: are wrong. They have set up shop in every state
- 19:21Speaker 1: in America, and Nebraska is a pretty far distance from
- 19:24Speaker 1: the border.
- 19:25Speaker 2: Listen to this all.
- 19:27Speaker 6: Right, back to the breaking news that we brought you
- 19:29Speaker 6: earlier this hour, ICE agents arrested an MS thirteen kingpin
- 19:33Speaker 6: in Nebraska. He has now been identified as Melvin Varella Perez.
- 19:38Speaker 6: He has been on El Salvador's most wanted list for
- 19:41Speaker 6: nearly a decade, but was somehow released into the United
- 19:45Speaker 6: States after he crossed the border illegally in twenty twenty three.
- 19:49Speaker 6: Let's bring in white house borders are.
- 19:50Speaker 2: Tom, hommo, Tom.
- 19:51Speaker 6: Let me just put up the record here of this
- 19:54Speaker 6: guy that somehow got missed. First of all, here's the
- 19:56Speaker 6: mugshot from his arrest in Oklahoma. In Oklahoma, now here
- 20:02Speaker 6: is the Aroma hunter briskets are. Here is the picture
- 20:07Speaker 6: from twenty sixteen. This was put out by the National Police.
- 20:10Speaker 6: He's on the top one hundred Los one hundred mos Buscados.
- 20:15Speaker 6: Then here's another notice from twenty nineteen looking for the
- 20:18Speaker 6: same guy, and another one from twenty nineteen that was
- 20:22Speaker 6: put out by crime stoppers looking for this guy. And
- 20:25Speaker 6: yet somehow Tom when he came across the border illegally
- 20:29Speaker 6: in twenty twenty three, he was paroled into the country.
- 20:33Speaker 6: How in the world could that have happened.
- 20:38Speaker 7: Well, look, this is just one example of what I've
- 20:40Speaker 7: been saying for the last four years. The Biden administration
- 20:43Speaker 7: lights the American people when they said everybody they released
- 20:46Speaker 7: in the country is properly invented.
- 20:47Speaker 2: They weren't.
- 20:49Speaker 7: No. I know, you know, first of all, we don't
- 20:51Speaker 7: have access to other countries criminal data. But as you said,
- 20:54Speaker 7: this was a public information and this has been easily found.
- 20:57Speaker 7: But this administration their main focused Under Biden administration, Barbito
- 21:02Speaker 7: had one directive process quick release quick because if there's
- 21:06Speaker 7: no overcrowding, we can keep claiming the border secure. And
- 21:09Speaker 7: we got control of everything. And they kept lying to
- 21:12Speaker 7: the American people everybody releases vetted. I can't tell you
- 21:15Speaker 7: how many criminals under the Trump administration we have arrested
- 21:19Speaker 7: and reported that were released in the country by Joe
- 21:22Speaker 7: Biden saying they were vetted. We have rested murders, people
- 21:25Speaker 7: that wanted they were convicted murdered other countries.
- 21:27Speaker 2: If you had.
- 21:27Speaker 7: Murdered warrants in other countries, people had sexual assaults in
- 21:31Speaker 7: other countries, people had sexual assaults here that they weren't
- 21:35Speaker 7: problem during the betting process because they weren't vetted. The
- 21:38Speaker 7: last administration lied. And that's why we're so busy right
- 21:41Speaker 7: now going across the country trying to find these bils.
- 21:44Speaker 6: All right, so I could go you one better on this.
- 21:46Speaker 6: Melvin Varella Paraz So he was nailed in Omaha with
- 21:50Speaker 6: another guy named Renee Escobar of Choa. We'll put his
- 21:53Speaker 6: picture up on the screen for you. This guy had
- 21:56Speaker 6: an Interpol red notice against him for drug trafficking and
- 22:01Speaker 6: conspiracy to commit murder. He had an inter Poll notice
- 22:05Speaker 6: against him and that got missed. How does that happen?
- 22:10Speaker 7: In confidence? I mean it incompass from last administration. They're
- 22:15Speaker 7: directed to how borbitual process and releases would rob proper betting.
- 22:19Speaker 7: And also, let's remember Ice was told by second term
- 22:22Speaker 7: I orchist, you can't arrest it for some of the
- 22:25Speaker 7: me and her illegalis. They probably weren't even looking this person.
- 22:27Speaker 7: Let's you had a serious criminal conviction, not a warrant,
- 22:30Speaker 7: not a want, but a conviction. So look at the
- 22:33Speaker 7: last administration, they totally screwed it up, from releasing people
- 22:36Speaker 7: from the border of non betting to tying ICE's hands.
- 22:39Speaker 7: We had a record number ten point five minute illegal
- 22:42Speaker 7: amags come to our border, and Joe Biden Ice had
- 22:44Speaker 7: the lowest numbers of arrest removes in the history of
- 22:47Speaker 7: the agency because her hands were tied. And that's why
- 22:50Speaker 7: we're working so hard under President Trump, under his leadership,
- 22:53Speaker 7: we're working so hard right now sending as many teams
- 22:55Speaker 7: on the communities as possible to look for these criminals
- 22:59Speaker 7: that the last administry you shore release in this country.
- 23:01Speaker 7: And that's why we're so busy right now. That's why
- 23:03Speaker 7: you see all the teams out in every major city
- 23:05Speaker 7: in the nation.
- 23:07Speaker 1: You know, this kills the narrative that so many in
- 23:09Speaker 1: the left in the media are trying to do is say, oh,
- 23:11Speaker 1: there's no bad people, they're all just good people.
- 23:14Speaker 2: Look, ICE agents.
- 23:17Speaker 1: Arresting two more migrants with m asserteen ties in Nebraska.
- 23:21Speaker 1: We're just hearing about right now the US Immigration Custom
- 23:24Speaker 1: Enforcement agents today And I just got this sentiment arrested
- 23:28Speaker 1: two alleged members Amissertein Game and Gang in Omaha, Nebraska.
- 23:32Speaker 1: They're accused of giving orders to fellow gang members to
- 23:35Speaker 1: commit a variety of crimes, including multiple homicides, multiple extortion plots, imprisonment,
- 23:41Speaker 1: and drug trafficking according to the newest release. The ICE
- 23:45Speaker 1: release says they are criminal aliens and there's Amisertein gang
- 23:48Speaker 1: members and foreign terrorists also now wanted in El Salvador.
- 23:52Speaker 2: So it's not just the one guy that you heard about.
- 23:54Speaker 2: There's more.
- 23:55Speaker 1: ICE did not release the names of the men taking
- 23:58Speaker 1: into Kassi. The law enforcement agency said these are more
- 24:02Speaker 1: high ranking members who are also on El Salvador's.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Top one hundred most wanted fugitives.
- 24:10Speaker 1: Both of the individuals, they say are accused of entering
- 24:12Speaker 1: the country illegally, according to the release, saying these legal
- 24:15Speaker 1: aliens didn't just sneak into our country. They brought with
- 24:18Speaker 1: them a legacy of violenced tear and death. That was
- 24:22Speaker 1: what the Icehomland Security Investigation Special Agents in charge of
- 24:25Speaker 1: Kansas City said, saying this they thought they could hide
- 24:29Speaker 1: in America's Hartland, but they were sadly mistaken, not on
- 24:34Speaker 1: our watch. The rest coming by the way as the
- 24:36Speaker 1: Trump administration is ramping up their efforts to detain immigrants
- 24:39Speaker 1: without legal status who have committed crimes and deter migrants
- 24:43Speaker 1: from illegally entering the US. The effort also has sparked
- 24:47Speaker 1: quote unquote backlash in some sanctuary states and cities where
- 24:52Speaker 1: local leaders have pledged to not cooperate with immigration authorities.
- 24:58Speaker 1: It is part of a mass deportation effort that Trump
- 25:00Speaker 1: administration says.
- 25:01Speaker 2: That the American beople voted for it, by the way
- 25:03Speaker 2: I did.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Ice officers are ordered by notice of this truth to
- 25:09Speaker 1: do all in their power to achieve the very important
- 25:12Speaker 1: goal of delivering the single largest mass deportation.
- 25:16Speaker 2: Program in history.
- 25:17Speaker 1: That is what President Trump wrote in a post on
- 25:19Speaker 1: True Social So he's not backing down on this at all. Now,
- 25:23Speaker 1: while all this is happening, I'm gonna play something for
- 25:26Speaker 1: you that's gonna make you laugh. I was yesterday on
- 25:30Speaker 1: Fox Business Channel talking about a movie, the New Superman
- 25:35Speaker 1: movie that's coming out, and the New Superman movie is
- 25:39Speaker 1: all about wokeness. It is all about saying that Superman,
- 25:43Speaker 1: I'm not joking, is an illegal immigrant, but a do
- 25:46Speaker 1: gooder who's just doing good. So Therefore, why should anybody
- 25:48Speaker 1: not wanted to be in this country. I'm not joking.
- 25:51Speaker 1: This is actually what they're saying in the movie. There
- 25:54Speaker 1: are scenes about this, like he's like, but I'm just
- 25:56Speaker 1: a good guy doing good things, trying and to imply
- 25:58Speaker 1: that only people, the only people that come across the
- 26:01Speaker 1: Southern border are good people. Well, I want you to
- 26:04Speaker 1: hear what I had to say on Fox Business about
- 26:06Speaker 1: this new movie and why you shouldn't go see Superman,
- 26:10Speaker 1: because all you're gonna do is be supporting this liberal crap.
- 26:13Speaker 8: Love the fact that you've got a movie that's coming
- 26:16Speaker 8: out that they want everyone to go see that was
- 26:19Speaker 8: made for everyone. But it's just a lecture for a
- 26:22Speaker 8: couple hours on why half the country sucks and we
- 26:26Speaker 8: hate you if you voted for Donald Trump and you
- 26:28Speaker 8: want law and order in America, because remember, no bad
- 26:32Speaker 8: people ever come across the border.
- 26:33Speaker 2: Right, He's a good guy in his own words there, Superman,
- 26:36Speaker 2: I'm a good guy. What are they trying to do?
- 26:39Speaker 2: This is political propaganda. One on one.
- 26:41Speaker 8: They're trying to imply that everyone that comes across the
- 26:44Speaker 8: Southern border or the northern border.
- 26:46Speaker 2: Is a good guy, and we just love everyone. Look,
- 26:48Speaker 2: I love everyone as long as you're not a.
- 26:50Speaker 8: Rapist, child molester, selling illegal drugs, putting fentanyl into this country.
- 26:56Speaker 2: But give me a nice list that I can add
- 26:58Speaker 2: to it, and I'll sing your Kumba out with you.
- 27:00Speaker 8: But I can promise you this, there are a lot
- 27:03Speaker 8: of people like me that aren't gonna go get a
- 27:05Speaker 8: lecture for two hours from a fake superman from Hollywood.
- 27:08Speaker 2: So good luck with your movie.
- 27:10Speaker 5: Yeah, well, well said you had thought that after Rachel
- 27:14Speaker 5: Zegler attacked President Trump and his supporters and tainted every
- 27:18Speaker 5: interview with woke ideology, you would think they would learn
- 27:22Speaker 5: from that snow White fiasco. It earned eighty seven million
- 27:26Speaker 5: dollars in the United States two hundred million dollars worldwide,
- 27:30Speaker 5: but it's still felt far short. They spend two hundred
- 27:32Speaker 5: and sixty nine million dollars building.
- 27:34Speaker 2: It because they can't help themselves. The amount of hatred.
- 27:39Speaker 2: We just saw this in the flooding that happened in Texas.
- 27:41Speaker 8: Where I am right now, where there were people out
- 27:44Speaker 8: there that are trying to politicize everything and saying, well,
- 27:47Speaker 8: if you are in that part of the country they
- 27:48Speaker 8: just flooded, you deserve what you got. That's what a
- 27:51Speaker 8: pediatrician wrote on her on her own web page about
- 27:56Speaker 8: how much she has to stain for magat conservative voters.
- 27:59Speaker 2: And so as long as Hollywood and these elite on.
- 28:02Speaker 8: The left continue to demonize and wish you will on
- 28:05Speaker 8: people because we disagree with him politically, don't expect me
- 28:09Speaker 8: to take it.
- 28:09Speaker 2: I'm not gonna give you my money. I'm not gonna
- 28:12Speaker 2: go to your movie. I hope a bunch of people
- 28:14Speaker 2: don't go to this movie.
- 28:15Speaker 8: And you know what the sad part is, even if
- 28:17Speaker 8: this movie and this Superman fells, I'm not sure they're
- 28:21Speaker 8: ever gonna stop dictating and lecturing what they say is right.
- 28:25Speaker 2: And anyone else disagrees with him. Clearly you're an evil person.
- 28:28Speaker 5: Look, I just want to go to the movies to
- 28:30Speaker 5: be entertained. I don't want your politics like I want
- 28:32Speaker 5: to go to a sporting event. I don't need to
- 28:34Speaker 5: be lectured and have your you know, your whatever you
- 28:38Speaker 5: want to do, whatever agenda is.
- 28:39Speaker 2: I just want to be entertained, folks, And you can
- 28:42Speaker 2: tell a story. Yeah, look at the f one movie
- 28:45Speaker 2: that just came out. I went and saw it last night.
- 28:47Speaker 2: Guess what, there was no lecture.
- 28:48Speaker 1: There was no lecture. By the way, in F one,
- 28:50Speaker 1: there's no immigration narrative. There's no Superman's a good guy
- 28:54Speaker 1: and he's an illegal immigrant. This is where the Democrats
- 28:57Speaker 1: are using Hollywood yet again to try to change the
- 29:00Speaker 1: narrative on everything else. Don't forget. Share this podcast with
- 29:04Speaker 1: your family and your friends wherever you can, and I
- 29:07Speaker 1: will see you back here tomorrow.
