- 0:22Speaker 1: String together for st Please don't join me out of

- 1:43Speaker 1: You got to turn them out to turn turn the
- 1:47Speaker 1: water the water go. Come come on your uh huh,
- 2:03Speaker 1: I sure will. Good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice,
- 2:08Speaker 1: Come on now, dig me want and only Steve Harvey
- 2:13Speaker 1: got what radio show man? What you're doing with it?
- 2:18Speaker 1: Trying to do the very very best I can with it?
- 2:20Speaker 1: I really am. You know, I get tired sometimes on
- 2:24Speaker 1: my journey. I'm not gonna kid you. UM. Trying to
- 2:29Speaker 1: make something about yourself is a task. UM. If you
- 2:35Speaker 1: want to attempt to do something and and and understand
- 2:39Speaker 1: going in that that. If the thing you're trying to
- 2:43Speaker 1: do is to improve yourself, to better your position, to
- 2:48Speaker 1: better your relationship, your family, anything, you're trying to be
- 2:53Speaker 1: a better you. You're trying to make more money, you're
- 2:58Speaker 1: trying to get it together. You try trying to change
- 3:01Speaker 1: if any of those things are in your hopes and dreams.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Know this right here, you are about to face some challenges.
- 3:13Speaker 1: But you might as well go ahead anyway and face
- 3:16Speaker 1: those challenges, because if you don't, you have a whole
- 3:20Speaker 1: other set of challenges to face. You know. It's a
- 3:23Speaker 1: it's a It's an amazing thing. Man, How people sit
- 3:27Speaker 1: around and they watch other people strike out to become successful.
- 3:31Speaker 1: They sit in the stands watching these people play out
- 3:35Speaker 1: these games, and they and they, and they criticize, They boo,
- 3:39Speaker 1: they laugh at their efforts and everything, and they talk
- 3:42Speaker 1: about the fairies. He missed that game when it shot. Boy,
- 3:45Speaker 1: he sucked. Man, he did this. He ain't worth that.
- 3:49Speaker 1: I hear people who sit in stands who criticize people
- 3:55Speaker 1: who are out there on the playing field. Now, when
- 4:00Speaker 1: on the playing field you have a set of challenges
- 4:04Speaker 1: in front of you, you're going to be open to criticism.
- 4:07Speaker 1: You're going to be open to ridicule. You're going to
- 4:11Speaker 1: be talked about when you don't know the people who
- 4:13Speaker 1: are talking about you. Now, here's the upside to being
- 4:22Speaker 1: the player on the field that's facing all the challenges,
- 4:25Speaker 1: to criticisms, the laughing, the joke, to being talked about.
- 4:31Speaker 1: He has something going for him. This person, boy, woman, child, girl,
- 4:38Speaker 1: man has an opportunity to win. They have an opportunity
- 4:45Speaker 1: to win. And then the game of life. Just because
- 4:50Speaker 1: you lose one of the games, or you lose one
- 4:53Speaker 1: of the matches, it don't mean you've lost. You don't
- 4:57Speaker 1: get put out. You keep playing. And when you're playing,
- 5:02Speaker 1: here's the upside. You have the opportunity to win. And
- 5:06Speaker 1: but guess what, You're gonna win some of the matches.
- 5:09Speaker 1: You're gonna win some of the points. You're gonna make
- 5:11Speaker 1: some of the dunks. You're gonna hit some of them
- 5:12Speaker 1: over the wall. You're gonna hit some of out the park.
- 5:15Speaker 1: You're gonna score some goals. You will if you're playing
- 5:19Speaker 1: the game. Here's the problem with the people who don't
- 5:25Speaker 1: face the criticism, who nobody boos or cheers for, who
- 5:30Speaker 1: sits in the stands and knows neither victory nor defeat.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Those people, without realizing it, are facing a set of
- 5:42Speaker 1: challenges also. And the challenges they're facing is how I'm
- 5:47Speaker 1: gonna live with myself, What I'm gonna do? Now, what
- 5:54Speaker 1: direction am I going in? Where am I gonna live?
- 6:01Speaker 1: Wonder what job will hire me? Wonder if I can
- 6:06Speaker 1: get paid for criticizing. All woe is me. I can't
- 6:13Speaker 1: find the purpose in my life. And man, I'm just
- 6:18Speaker 1: waking up in a state of confusion. I don't know
- 6:20Speaker 1: what to do. Now, let me ask you something which
- 6:24Speaker 1: one of them said, of challenges you rather be faced with.
- 6:28Speaker 1: Because if I'm on the flow playing, if I'm on
- 6:30Speaker 1: the field playing, if I'm out on the court playing,
- 6:34Speaker 1: then guess what I got a chance at winning? But
- 6:38Speaker 1: guess what I'm doing every day while I'm playing. I'm strategizing.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I'm waking up with a purpose. I'm waking up trying
- 6:45Speaker 1: to come up with another angle. I'm in pursuit of
- 6:50Speaker 1: a goal every single day, versus the people in the
- 6:56Speaker 1: stands who no need the victory nor defeat. Get in
- 7:05Speaker 1: the game. Face the challenges. Better yourself, better your wife,
- 7:10Speaker 1: better your children, better your condition, better your employment status,
- 7:13Speaker 1: better your job, better your career. Take a shot. Come on, man,
- 7:17Speaker 1: what you're waiting on? Because the alternative is to watch
- 7:21Speaker 1: other people play the game? You know what I just do?
- 7:25Speaker 1: Sometimes Sometimes I just I get Forbes magazine or Money magazine,
- 7:30Speaker 1: or sometimes I still grab a copy of rob Report.
- 7:35Speaker 1: I just flipped through it, just to see. I used
- 7:37Speaker 1: to get these this book called Unique Homes. Unique Homes
- 7:41Speaker 1: is a magazine that just has a lot of extravagant
- 7:44Speaker 1: houses that's on sale across the country, across the world.
- 7:48Speaker 1: I used to flip through. Man, let me just see, man,
- 7:51Speaker 1: what the people that's playing the game out there doing.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Stop watching other people become successful when you could very
- 7:58Speaker 1: easily be you if you make the decision. But when
- 8:02Speaker 1: you make the decision to become successful, get ready for
- 8:06Speaker 1: a series of challenges. I think it's more difficult not
- 8:10Speaker 1: to accept the challenge. I think it's for me. This
- 8:14Speaker 1: is just for me. It may not be the case
- 8:16Speaker 1: for you. For me, I think it's far more difficult
- 8:18Speaker 1: to wake up and just see how life gonna go today,
- 8:21Speaker 1: because man, it could just deal you any kind of
- 8:23Speaker 1: hand today. You understand, I don't like, you know, spades.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Let's talk a card game, folks, the game of spades. Really, man,
- 8:35Speaker 1: it ain't a whole lot you can do if you
- 8:36Speaker 1: don't get no spades. Really, it's a little couple of
- 8:40Speaker 1: little strategies you're gonna do. But you can have all
- 8:42Speaker 1: this age keen, queen diamond all you want, But man,
- 8:45Speaker 1: you ain't got no spades, they're cutting them. You're in trouble.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Be it whist. Different game. You can create what's in
- 8:53Speaker 1: your hand. You got dealt a hand too, But you
- 8:56Speaker 1: can create a hand. You can call a trump. You
- 8:58Speaker 1: can make diamonds your spades. You can make hard to
- 9:02Speaker 1: clubs your spades. That's what I'm saying. That's what it is.
- 9:05Speaker 1: You can do something with it. It's a different game, man.
- 9:08Speaker 1: You can strategize. I would rather have a say so
- 9:11Speaker 1: in my life than to wake up every day and
- 9:13Speaker 1: just see how it's going. I think it's more difficult
- 9:16Speaker 1: to not accept the challenge to be something than it
- 9:19Speaker 1: is to accept the challenge to be something. I think
- 9:22Speaker 1: it's more difficult to sit around and not be nothing.
- 9:25Speaker 1: I think it's harder to watch everybody's life going somewhere
- 9:28Speaker 1: but mine. I think it would be very difficult for
- 9:30Speaker 1: me to sit here and hear them talking about other
- 9:33Speaker 1: people and never mention my name. I would be difficult
- 9:36Speaker 1: for me to see everybody rise and getting promotions accept me.
- 9:40Speaker 1: That would be difficult for me. It may not be
- 9:43Speaker 1: for you, but for me it would be quite challenging.
- 9:45Speaker 1: I would rather accept the challenge of making something out
- 9:48Speaker 1: of my life than to sit there and criticize those
- 9:52Speaker 1: and then watch and see how my life just may go. Okay,
- 9:56Speaker 1: just a thought. Today you're listening show, Ladies and gentlemen,
- 10:03Speaker 1: it is here. You know what time it is. It's
- 10:06Speaker 1: another day, another gift, another present, another blessing, another opportunity,
- 10:13Speaker 1: another chance, another reason. All of that. Man, God gave
- 10:19Speaker 1: you another one today, gave you another another, another moment
- 10:24Speaker 1: of grace all it. Man, Thank you, thank you. At
- 10:28Speaker 1: least have enough, sister to say thank you man. We
- 10:31Speaker 1: should all have enough, sister, say thank you for the
- 10:35Speaker 1: thing that he tells for us every day that we
- 10:37Speaker 1: just don't have the ability to do. You don't. You
- 10:39Speaker 1: can't wake yourself up. That's him, man, You better get
- 10:44Speaker 1: it now. Ladies and gentlemen were rolling the day Sharley
- 10:47Speaker 1: Strawberry Mouth and a South Junior government name kills space
- 10:52Speaker 1: the legend of Nephew Tommy. It's a good one today.
- 10:55Speaker 1: I'm having a good day. Yeah, Junior. Uh uh. It's
- 11:01Speaker 1: three days away on thanks Getting three days away. Can
- 11:04Speaker 1: you tell her? Just tell people we ain't accepted at
- 11:07Speaker 1: this Thanksgiving, because then people don't need to know, they
- 11:10Speaker 1: need to know we're not accepting. Yeah, thing, we ain't
- 11:14Speaker 1: accepting these things because they need to know they're gonna
- 11:17Speaker 1: keep doing it from don't do not go online and
- 11:23Speaker 1: fix a dish that you saw on the internet. We're
- 11:27Speaker 1: not doing don't do that. Don't do that. Man. I
- 11:34Speaker 1: saw a video on Instagram Heather Day. This black lady
- 11:38Speaker 1: had cussed out this girl for messing up the food
- 11:43Speaker 1: because she went online. Uh, she cooked, she cooked something, Oh,
- 11:51Speaker 1: the mac and cheese. She went online and didn't do
- 11:58Speaker 1: the family. They told her to do it like we
- 12:00Speaker 1: been doing it for the family for the mac and cheese.
- 12:02Speaker 1: She didn't went online and found the recipe where you
- 12:06Speaker 1: put twelve eggs in the egg. That black lady was
- 12:15Speaker 1: so mad she cust kind of wait, wait no, what
- 12:23Speaker 1: kind of eggs ball? Wrong? What what kind of Tommy.
- 12:27Speaker 1: I'm gonna send you the video because I saved it,
- 12:29Speaker 1: but we can't play it on the air because she
- 12:30Speaker 1: was But you just don't do that. This year, you
- 12:36Speaker 1: had some scrambled eggs with cheese and a couple of noodles,
- 12:40Speaker 1: just just several things. Man, It's just like you know
- 12:43Speaker 1: it's coming up. It's a great time. Listen to me.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Also when we gather around and we bless the food everybody,
- 12:51Speaker 1: it just ain't time. Everybody pray. I can't stand that
- 12:56Speaker 1: everybody get to say something in the prayer, or everybody
- 12:59Speaker 1: go around and say what they great. I can't stand
- 13:03Speaker 1: that because you always get to them all people and
- 13:07Speaker 1: here come this, this years of thankful this, take that,
- 13:14Speaker 1: Keep all that for yourself in my hand. I don't
- 13:19Speaker 1: am I hold in my hand when we're praying. Nowhere,
- 13:22Speaker 1: don't hold my hand. It takes too long. The food
- 13:26Speaker 1: it's gonna get cold. You know. I'll stand next to
- 13:30Speaker 1: my wife, but usually somebody next to him the own.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Really don't hold my hand. All right, coming up at
- 13:36Speaker 1: thirty two minutes after the hour, we'll have some church
- 13:38Speaker 1: complaints from pastor Motown rather the Motown and Deacon depth jam.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Right after this you're listening to morning show. All right,
- 13:47Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen, get ready, because it is time for
- 13:51Speaker 1: church complaints. We we gather most prosifiously as we opt
- 14:01Speaker 1: to me for days of vinguity. You know, right now
- 14:08Speaker 1: is an our spacious moment, m as we sat here
- 14:15Speaker 1: ceremoniously reach out and procurate, as we austracize time for
- 14:26Speaker 1: church complaints. Come over, Lord of preaching this moment, you
- 14:34Speaker 1: know how to words. Let me get this thing started
- 14:39Speaker 1: past it. The Chitling Cookoff is uh, this upcoming Saturday. Now.
- 14:44Speaker 1: We got fifty contestants and it's gonna take place in
- 14:48Speaker 1: the parking lot as used were. Not. A neighborhood is
- 14:51Speaker 1: fighting to stop the cookout. They said last year it
- 14:55Speaker 1: took four months to get the smell out of the neighborhood.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Uh do you want to find I look through with
- 15:00Speaker 1: the contest that's on your path? Oh you one, deacon.
- 15:06Speaker 1: This is a cooking contest, the chitling cookoff. Yeah, we're
- 15:11Speaker 1: going to have that. That's a staple in our community.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Anyone to have the chitling cook off of they've band
- 15:20Speaker 1: or Sister Bertha Walkings lonely, she don't come. What's wrong? Well,
- 15:28Speaker 1: she just chitlings out the booking and pull them in
- 15:31Speaker 1: the part and start boarding. She don't clean him, She
- 15:35Speaker 1: didn't clean that there. She never clean him. She ain't
- 15:38Speaker 1: never clean that. And no other cooks don't want to
- 15:40Speaker 1: be around her. So longless Bertha Walkings is band, we're
- 15:44Speaker 1: gonna go head over with it. We'll go ahead and
- 15:46Speaker 1: nick completely all right, our Calvin the crackhead is at
- 15:50Speaker 1: it again. Now he is selling microwaves without the cards attached,
- 15:55Speaker 1: and he telling people that it has a Bluetooth capabilities.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Now he didn't sold eight of them, and we need
- 16:02Speaker 1: to we need to help getting that money back. Let
- 16:04Speaker 1: me just be real and say I bought one of
- 16:06Speaker 1: them too, but the mic wave don't work. He told
- 16:10Speaker 1: us it was Bluetooth capabilities, and that's that's not the case. Bad. Listen,
- 16:16Speaker 1: these Michael waves, Mike could have Bluetooth capabilities, but they
- 16:23Speaker 1: still got to be plugged in. Why is y'all old
- 16:28Speaker 1: people out of hill that is not peck savvy being
- 16:31Speaker 1: lured in with bluetooth capabilities? Come on, past you don't
- 16:37Speaker 1: have know how to work the buttons on it. Yeah,
- 16:41Speaker 1: this is true, ain't man, Pastor? So we're not getting
- 16:45Speaker 1: it ball with that. If your drumb ass didn't bought them,
- 16:47Speaker 1: Michael wa it ain't got them cold. That said, snatching
- 16:51Speaker 1: grab all day long. The crackheads going into best Ball,
- 16:55Speaker 1: just snatching about the wall and they leave the cold
- 16:57Speaker 1: in there and they run it out with him and
- 16:59Speaker 1: not showing that. You go blue tooth, you ain't gotta
- 17:03Speaker 1: move all blue any okay, yeah, let me move right
- 17:11Speaker 1: along to share. They thank god Sister Regina, Sister Regina
- 17:15Speaker 1: Bailey pass and I, as you know, she has live
- 17:18Speaker 1: chickens and a turkey in her backyard. These are really
- 17:23Speaker 1: her pits and she needs Joe help. The turkey has
- 17:27Speaker 1: gotten in the garage and put on the snow man
- 17:30Speaker 1: outfit and won't take it out. He believed. We think
- 17:33Speaker 1: he has thanksgiving eyeas you know, but he will not
- 17:37Speaker 1: take off the snow man outfit. Well, we got nothing
- 17:41Speaker 1: to do with that. I don't blame the turkey cause
- 17:45Speaker 1: I was over her house when the trigger was young,
- 17:47Speaker 1: and I was saying, will cup more years? It's right
- 17:53Speaker 1: for taking Ye I've often wondered when I go by it,
- 17:57Speaker 1: how the hell that snow man was moving like that?
- 18:00Speaker 1: So that's the turkey iside the snow man. Oh Lord,
- 18:04Speaker 1: the turkey is more. They say, turkey that dumb, but
- 18:07Speaker 1: just right stuck around the extra year too. Well, now
- 18:12Speaker 1: that we know that's it, tell him that ain't gonna
- 18:15Speaker 1: save him next year, because we can come in the
- 18:16Speaker 1: snow man next year. Alight, always good to hell? Since
- 18:24Speaker 1: a humor in the Lord, yes it is speaking of Thanksgiving.
- 18:29Speaker 1: The the Thanksgiving Feed the Strippers project has been a pro.
- 18:34Speaker 1: We will be going to the strip club Thursday night
- 18:36Speaker 1: on Thanksgiving feeding the strippers. Now the strippers are inviting
- 18:41Speaker 1: the praise dancers to come out and perform with them
- 18:45Speaker 1: the Turkey the Turkey butt strut. But that's your call.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Pass the I the praise dancers can join in. That's
- 18:52Speaker 1: on the turkey but strut Turkey, but stripper things Turkey.
- 18:57Speaker 1: You don't know that, no, well, not judging. You know.
- 19:02Speaker 1: It's not a great look for the church. But it
- 19:04Speaker 1: is the number one forward rage we've ever had. I
- 19:15Speaker 1: just sold to run it out. You can't cut it all,
- 19:20Speaker 1: so letting use a number one shame Lord? Where is
- 19:34Speaker 1: Jesus when you really need them? We bought all the
- 19:37Speaker 1: huge last year with the money. Oh amen, Pastor, Amen,
- 19:43Speaker 1: all right, last, but now I leaves, Pastor. Our brother
- 19:46Speaker 1: David and sister Linda Prescott. We're driving naked at midnight
- 19:51Speaker 1: on Saturday. Now this is what they do for fun.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Where they was pulled over and had to get out
- 19:57Speaker 1: the car. Uh Now you know both of them is
- 20:00Speaker 1: sixty five sixty sixty year old. The police officer let
- 20:04Speaker 1: him go because he said he was friends with you,
- 20:08Speaker 1: but he wants you to counsel them for six months. Now,
- 20:11Speaker 1: the question is if you okay with that? But they was,
- 20:14Speaker 1: but let him standing out to come. I'm not I'm
- 20:17Speaker 1: not counseling anybody. What you won't meet to see but
- 20:22Speaker 1: they'll have their clothes on then pastor when they were talking,
- 20:25Speaker 1: why what what? What? What is we fit to talk about?
- 20:28Speaker 1: They got to quit this midnight naked driving pass. They're
- 20:31Speaker 1: gonna have to quit doing this midnight? Is y'all think
- 20:34Speaker 1: that they just driving? You just as stupid as the police?
- 20:39Speaker 1: Al really okay? All right, guys? Coming up next, it
- 20:44Speaker 1: is asked the CLO Chief Love Officers Steve Harvey in
- 20:47Speaker 1: the building right after this, you're listening Steve Harvey Morning
- 20:52Speaker 1: Show coming up at the top of the hour. And
- 20:55Speaker 1: entertainment news. The second annual Melt Middle East Golf Tournament
- 20:58Speaker 1: and GALLA was this past Friday. Thanksgiving is this coming Thursday,
- 21:04Speaker 1: and the Harvey Foundation is during their annual Turkey giveaway
- 21:08Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Nation and the father. This is
- 21:11Speaker 1: sad news right here. I'm sure you guys have heard
- 21:13Speaker 1: about this story. The father of a murdered North Carolina
- 21:15Speaker 1: woman wants answers from her so called friends about her death,
- 21:20Speaker 1: but right now it is time to ask the clo
- 21:25Speaker 1: All right, this one this is from Ginger in Canton, Cllo.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Ginger writes, my husband and I are keeping his ex
- 21:33Speaker 1: wife's dog because my stepdaughter wanted the dog with her
- 21:36Speaker 1: while she stayed with us. The dog was attacked by aunt,
- 21:40Speaker 1: so I took him to the vet. I want his
- 21:42Speaker 1: ex to reimburse me. He said that I'm being petty,
- 21:46Speaker 1: but he wouldn't even take the dog to the vet.
- 21:48Speaker 1: So how am I being petty? He should let you
- 22:01Speaker 1: all heard of pay to the vet field. Yeah, that's crazy.
- 22:05Speaker 1: I don't. I don't know how that works. I don't
- 22:08Speaker 1: you know. See right here, the real issue ain't the
- 22:10Speaker 1: dog or the vet field. You don't like keeping the
- 22:13Speaker 1: dog for the ans wife, but the baby, the daughter
- 22:18Speaker 1: that's involved, your stepdaughter, I'm gonna call it because that's
- 22:22Speaker 1: probably what you call it, both of your daughter. Well,
- 22:26Speaker 1: then see, once you start that old step mess, then
- 22:29Speaker 1: it's already a step down from yours. And so that's
- 22:32Speaker 1: why you call them steps. And that's why I avoid
- 22:34Speaker 1: that term. And that's why well, you're all in a
- 22:36Speaker 1: bunch you now. I don't give a damn about the
- 22:38Speaker 1: dog or the ad and stupid ass dog walked in
- 22:41Speaker 1: an pie post. Get his assaint up whatever? The mass
- 22:44Speaker 1: dog right you down there with him? You ain't see
- 22:46Speaker 1: the damn ass than you down now. You're a dog.
- 22:52Speaker 1: Half your life is your nose on the damn ground.
- 22:55Speaker 1: You didn't see them damn ass. Yeah this question, huh,
- 23:01Speaker 1: that's what the thing is right there, all right. Moving
- 23:06Speaker 1: on to Felicity and Durham. Felicity says, my boyfriend is
- 23:09Speaker 1: throwing himself a birthday dinner and he's invited his brother
- 23:13Speaker 1: that I dated briefly in college. The brother said it
- 23:16Speaker 1: doesn't count because we didn't have sex. He said, not
- 23:20Speaker 1: to tell my boyfriend, but doesn't he need to know this?
- 23:23Speaker 1: M y'all didn't have sex. H Now you're gonna throw that.
- 23:31Speaker 1: Why would you tell your Karen boyfriend in there? I
- 23:37Speaker 1: gave you a free out. He didn't say, we didn't
- 23:41Speaker 1: have sex, you and you got to tell him? My

- 24:09Speaker 1: As long as he's respectful, things like this don't bother me,
- 24:13Speaker 1: my girlfriend says, I'm naive? Am I handling him the
- 24:16Speaker 1: right way? Did you have any sisters? Because you could
- 24:21Speaker 1: be one of the most popular women in the world.
- 24:23Speaker 1: You mean to tell me that if he told you
- 24:27Speaker 1: he was gonna be with another woman, you would be
- 24:29Speaker 1: okay with it, she said it. As long as he's respectful,
- 24:33Speaker 1: things like this don't bother me. Oh, I'd be so
- 24:37Speaker 1: damned respectful. Woect Like, give me an example of your respect.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Me and Lydia gone overhire. I just want to be respectful.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Let you know we're going to the movie. I don't

- 24:57Speaker 1: know me and Lydia going to do the movie. There
- 25:00Speaker 1: we go. Well, that won't bother me. Thank you for

- 25:32Speaker 1: just drinking in the lounge, just having a cocktails down
- 25:37Speaker 1: in the lounge. Thank you, Thank you for letting me know.
- 25:40Speaker 1: That's so sweet. You're so respectful. That's one of the
- 25:43Speaker 1: things I love about you, baby, baby, Yes, yes, baby, yes,
- 25:52Speaker 1: you know what I was thinking about this Christmas? Oh yeah,
- 25:57Speaker 1: uh huh next month, y'all. Just gonna let you know.
- 25:59Speaker 1: I ain't gonna ain't gonna swing through that day because
- 26:02Speaker 1: I just want to talk. You know, you're not This
- 26:06Speaker 1: is her first Christmas since her divorce. She by herself,
- 26:10Speaker 1: and she never been by herself, and I didn't want
- 26:12Speaker 1: to do stuffing like that. I was gonna go over
- 26:14Speaker 1: there and just sit with her for Christmas, yeah, you know,
- 26:17Speaker 1: because she Oh, it's just such a good man, and
- 26:21Speaker 1: you're so respectful. Thank you. And I remember Lydia, that's
- 26:24Speaker 1: the one you went to the movies with and then
- 26:27Speaker 1: you had a cocktail with, right, Yeah, that Lydia, thank you.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Thank You're so respected in the lounge too. We was
- 26:35Speaker 1: just that drinking and case somebody to tell you baby,
- 26:41Speaker 1: i'd be telling kinds and Lydia, I didn't want you
- 26:43Speaker 1: to know. I don't want that. I want to be
- 26:45Speaker 1: respectful and so you're thank you. You're so respectful. That's
- 26:49Speaker 1: I appreciate that so much. It doesn't bother me. Yeah,
- 26:53Speaker 1: you know, Lydia, your girl. Yeah, yeah, she's expecting your friend.
- 27:02Speaker 1: What she expected? It about it about five most now?
- 27:06Speaker 1: Oh really? Oh really? Who do you know who the
- 27:11Speaker 1: father is? Just out of respect? Yeah? Always there. Thank
- 27:21Speaker 1: you for telling me because you know some guys, you know,
- 27:24Speaker 1: they wouldn't even tell their their women, you know what
- 27:27Speaker 1: they're doing. It doesn't bother as long as you're respectful.
- 27:31Speaker 1: You know, I said that up front. You have do
- 27:37Speaker 1: you have a name for the baby yet? Respect? If
- 27:40Speaker 1: it's a girl? Oh we after you No, really ultimate
- 27:55Speaker 1: respect right there. I can respect that I can mold
- 28:00Speaker 1: to contribute to the baby being hit and anybody else.
- 28:04Speaker 1: We thought it would be quite honest, but you're ignorant
- 28:07Speaker 1: behind what see what can happen if you put flanking
- 28:15Speaker 1: statements like that out Cynthia, See, I want to say
- 28:20Speaker 1: something else to see this whole thing about truth that
- 28:23Speaker 1: y'all be wanting so desperately. What was the question right
- 28:26Speaker 1: before this from real quick shure the question, oh im
- 28:29Speaker 1: about the guy, the guy throwing himself a birthday party
- 28:33Speaker 1: and he used to date right there, right there, and
- 28:38Speaker 1: his brother told you, sayce, we didn't have sex and none,
- 28:41Speaker 1: it don't even count. So you ain't gotta tell my
- 28:43Speaker 1: brother you want to take your dumb ass in there
- 28:45Speaker 1: with the truth. Told y'all about this damn truth. It
- 28:53Speaker 1: is mess up everything. Coming up at the top of
- 28:58Speaker 1: the hour, we'll have some entertainment news is for you
- 29:00Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening to the Steven Show. Melt
- 29:07Speaker 1: Middlele's second annual celebrity golf Tournament and Melt Gala were
- 29:11Speaker 1: on Friday in Abu Dhabi and the golf tournament was
- 29:14Speaker 1: sponsored by yaz Acres Golf Club and the Melt Gala
- 29:18Speaker 1: was at the Loube in Abu Dhabi. Okay, you had
- 29:21Speaker 1: a great group of golfers this year. Steve Ahmad, Rashad Martin, Lawrence,
- 29:25Speaker 1: Anthony Anderson, Akon, Charles Smith, Gary b and the Earn
- 29:30Speaker 1: your leisure podcast host. The females were represented to My
- 29:34Speaker 1: all time favorite housewife was there Nini Leaks along with
- 29:38Speaker 1: two of the housewives of the Housewives of Dubai, Lisa
- 29:42Speaker 1: Milan and Shanel ayon their husband's golfed as well. And
- 29:46Speaker 1: Shaq was there for Rell was there. They popped to
- 29:50Speaker 1: the gala to show you some love, Steve, how is
- 29:53Speaker 1: the weekend for you to do? From Harry Potter? Was
- 29:56Speaker 1: there you people from Harry Potter? Yeah, we got a
- 30:00Speaker 1: deal going over here with Jason Mamoa. Oh, Jason Mamoa what. Yeah,
- 30:11Speaker 1: a lot going over here. It's just a testament. You know.
- 30:14Speaker 1: God's grace is amazing. Man. I had um. We had
- 30:18Speaker 1: a wonderful time. And I'm trying to expose some people
- 30:21Speaker 1: to a region that people don't understand until you come here.
- 30:25Speaker 1: You just have to come and see it for yourself
- 30:28Speaker 1: so you can understand exactly what it is and open
- 30:31Speaker 1: your eyes to something outside of the borders of the
- 30:34Speaker 1: United States. The world ain't just New York to la Now.
- 30:37Speaker 1: That ain't the world. The world is much much more
- 30:41Speaker 1: than that. And I think exposing yourself to other cultures, regions,
- 30:45Speaker 1: countries ways of life. It's just it can only better you.
- 30:49Speaker 1: And I mean you look at the list that was
- 30:51Speaker 1: over there, and you think about what you said. A
- 30:54Speaker 1: person such as myself can go to a foreign country,
- 30:58Speaker 1: which I don't said a foreign to me anymore at all.
- 31:03Speaker 1: I can't. They will open up their doors to me.
- 31:07Speaker 1: I can have a golf tournament at a wonderful country club.
- 31:11Speaker 1: Then I can hold a gala dinner at the Louver Museum.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Did do you understand that this ain't the world famous
- 31:22Speaker 1: loving They've only done this one other time and they
- 31:26Speaker 1: put it in Abu Dhabi. Yes, Julie, all that's what
- 31:30Speaker 1: I need to speak up. You too, so wonderful, I said,
- 31:33Speaker 1: all this wonderful? You mean to tell me you know aquaman?
- 31:40Speaker 1: First of all, dog, I'm gonna just be real with you.
- 31:42Speaker 1: I didn't know he was an aquaman. No, that is
- 31:47Speaker 1: a real answer. I believe Killer and a furrier in Frontier,
- 31:57Speaker 1: that was my dude. And Game of Thrones, remember he
- 32:01Speaker 1: was Yeah, wait a minute, what was he in Game
- 32:04Speaker 1: of Throne? He was he was married to he was
- 32:08Speaker 1: married to the drag Queen, Yeah, to the Queen to Kelsey.
- 32:12Speaker 1: He was married to her. Oh, yeah, girl. Oh that's yeah,
- 32:17Speaker 1: that was him. Yeah, hell no, that's who Jason Momoa is.
- 32:30Speaker 1: I was saying. It was just a testament to how
- 32:33Speaker 1: how you can be blessed in your life, man, and
- 32:36Speaker 1: go to a place and get accepted for who you
- 32:39Speaker 1: are and people respect your value and your time and
- 32:44Speaker 1: really really are just a respectful group of people. Man.
- 32:49Speaker 1: It's just a wonderful place to visit and see and
- 32:52Speaker 1: learn from. And that's why I try to get some
- 32:55Speaker 1: of my friends to come over there and see it.
- 32:57Speaker 1: It's really interesting, man, because people operate on propaganda so bad,
- 33:03Speaker 1: you know that it's just amazing, and they don't understand
- 33:08Speaker 1: what it is. Like what's talking is one lady about
- 33:10Speaker 1: doing it famous person and said Steve, I thought about it.
- 33:14Speaker 1: I just can't do it because of how they treat
- 33:18Speaker 1: women over there. And I just looked at him, when
- 33:22Speaker 1: what are you talking about? This is the UAE. This
- 33:26Speaker 1: ain't iran. Seeing what happens is you get over here
- 33:30Speaker 1: in America and you believe all the propaganda. You just
- 33:33Speaker 1: lump everybody together. So you're one of the people that
- 33:36Speaker 1: thought that Donald Trump made sense when he took office
- 33:38Speaker 1: in the DAFT he took office, he banned seven Muslim
- 33:41Speaker 1: countries from traveling. So all Muslims don't matter who throw
- 33:45Speaker 1: y'all in the same bunch. And that's what we do
- 33:48Speaker 1: over here a lot of times. And we as black
- 33:50Speaker 1: people should be accustomed to that more than anybody where
- 33:54Speaker 1: we get lumped together all the time. Because I said
- 33:57Speaker 1: it all the time. We are the one group of
- 33:59Speaker 1: people that's responsible for the actions of all in each
- 34:02Speaker 1: other were responsible. You know, when I had a job,
- 34:06Speaker 1: I used to come to work. Hey man, the guy
- 34:08Speaker 1: that robbed a liquor store the news last night, did
- 34:10Speaker 1: you know him? Na, well, I know him. Black guy
- 34:15Speaker 1: robbed that. No, no, no, didn't here you asking me
- 34:19Speaker 1: that for. But to come to a place that accepts
- 34:23Speaker 1: all the all the diversity that it does, all the
- 34:25Speaker 1: different nationale over two hundred nationalities are in the UA,
- 34:29Speaker 1: just a great place to come. Now, if you're bigot,
- 34:31Speaker 1: I strongly suggest that you don't come because you're gonna
- 34:34Speaker 1: have to hate everybody. Yeah, to hate a lot of people,
- 34:37Speaker 1: all right, But in other words, a good time had
- 34:40Speaker 1: by all. You're looking for more people next year, and
- 34:44Speaker 1: it's a great thing that you're doing. And you know
- 34:47Speaker 1: what Steve, we got to say this as we move
- 34:49Speaker 1: on Thanksgiving us this Thursday, and it's that time again.
- 34:53Speaker 1: This year, the Stephen Marjorie Harvey Foundation is donating turkeys
- 34:57Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Nation and all of our radio markets.
- 35:00Speaker 1: Today we're shouting out WBLS one oh seven point five
- 35:03Speaker 1: in the Tri State area for handing out turkeys, to
- 35:06Speaker 1: multiple charities for shouting out ninety six point three w
- 35:10Speaker 1: h U R and DC for handing out turkeys at
- 35:13Speaker 1: the Capitol area of food Bank. And a big shout
- 35:16Speaker 1: out goes to Phillies one oh five point three the
- 35:18Speaker 1: best RMB in throwbacks, that's w d A S and
- 35:22Speaker 1: they're giving out turkeys. A great family gathering. So to you, Steve,
- 35:26Speaker 1: we say thank you, always giving back, always giving back,
- 35:30Speaker 1: and Happy Thanksgiving to everyone. So coming up in twenty
- 35:33Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, you're welcome. You know we'd love
- 35:36Speaker 1: you get a load of this story. Governor Kemp did
- 35:40Speaker 1: a campaign rally for the first time with herschel Walker
- 35:43Speaker 1: in Georgia. We'll talk about it right after this. You're
- 35:48Speaker 1: listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, So,
- 35:52Speaker 1: Georgia Governor Brian Kemp campaign for the first time alongside
- 35:56Speaker 1: Senate hopeful herschel Walker. This was after spending months just
- 36:00Speaker 1: avoiding and seering clear of herschel Walker. The joint appearance
- 36:04Speaker 1: reflects how important Kemp's support will be in determining whether
- 36:07Speaker 1: or not herschel can unseat Senator Raphael Warnock. In the
- 36:11Speaker 1: December six runoff, Kemp told the crowd, quote, we cannot
- 36:15Speaker 1: rest on our laurels. Everyone. There were a few hundred
- 36:18Speaker 1: supporters in a parking lot of a gun store in Smyrna, Georgia,
- 36:22Speaker 1: waiting to hear from Kemp and Walker on Saturday. Kemp
- 36:25Speaker 1: pitched Walker as a get this, a physical and cultural
- 36:30Speaker 1: conservative who would cut who would back tax cuts and
- 36:34Speaker 1: support law enforcement and the military. And he repeated the
- 36:38Speaker 1: Republicans principal attack on Warnock that he votes with President
- 36:42Speaker 1: Joe Biden ninety six percent of the time. Well, he
- 36:45Speaker 1: is a Democrat, right, Isn't that what they're supposed to do?
- 36:48Speaker 1: Stick together prior to this. I wonder what herschel Walker
- 36:52Speaker 1: has voted all prior to this. Listen, man, We're just
- 36:55Speaker 1: not going to be deceived by this. Kimp from stayed
- 36:57Speaker 1: away from him because he would have heard his camp
- 37:00Speaker 1: pay and improved in the polls. Listened to me. The
- 37:03Speaker 1: Republicans went to the polls, they had kept defeat Stacy
- 37:07Speaker 1: Aboms by nine points. Nine percentage points. That's a big one.
- 37:13Speaker 1: Those same people went to the polls and on that
- 37:16Speaker 1: same ticket was Warnock and herschel Walker. You would think
- 37:22Speaker 1: that nine percent difference would have carried over and helped
- 37:25Speaker 1: herschel Walker. It did not because something's wrong, because deep
- 37:31Speaker 1: in their heart they know that this man is not
- 37:35Speaker 1: a good candidate. You got the hateful racist as Hicks
- 37:38Speaker 1: that ain't voting for a black person for nothing, So
- 37:41Speaker 1: they didn't cast a vote for Warnock or herschel Walker.
- 37:46Speaker 1: But we can be the deciding factor because if we
- 37:49Speaker 1: get to the polls for this runoff, if we show
- 37:52Speaker 1: up in large numbers, we can defeat herschel Walker. And
- 37:56Speaker 1: if the non people of color who know better show
- 38:01Speaker 1: up to the polls and just do the right thing,
- 38:05Speaker 1: herschel Walker won't win. Period. He is the most in
- 38:10Speaker 1: unqualified person I've ever seen run for an office since
- 38:15Speaker 1: we've been doing politics, other than my little my even
- 38:18Speaker 1: other than my little partner up in Cleveland, that we're
- 38:21Speaker 1: trying to be city councilor other than that. I don't
- 38:24Speaker 1: have nobody up hand to bring that up. Because my
- 38:29Speaker 1: homeboy ran for counseling in Cleveland and asked you. Yeah,
- 38:33Speaker 1: he asked me for three thousand dollars contribution, political contribution.
- 38:38Speaker 1: I went three thousand trying to get a call. All right,
- 38:47Speaker 1: get to those poles again, all right, coming up next
- 38:54Speaker 1: to this Thanksgiving this week, and Junior has a Thanksgiving poem.
- 38:58Speaker 1: He's gonna bless us. We'll be right back with that
- 39:01Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening, all right, Thanksgiving us upon us,
- 39:08Speaker 1: kicking off the holiday season for this year. And Steve,
- 39:12Speaker 1: you want to do the honors and introduce him, please,
- 39:15Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen. He's here with another poet, Ladies and gentlemen.
- 39:19Speaker 1: His name is Junior. I called him Jay Rapp. Jay
- 39:23Speaker 1: Rapp is an acronym. No, that's his rap, that's his
- 39:26Speaker 1: poetry name. Jay rappistands for Junior's raggedy ass point. And
- 39:33Speaker 1: do you think you've been disappointed? I understand that I'm
- 39:36Speaker 1: married now than my first Oh that's the first name. Yeah,
- 39:43Speaker 1: thank you sure. The name of his poem is my
- 39:45Speaker 1: first Thanksgiving as a married man, I got questions. I'm
- 39:48Speaker 1: telling you right now, this is it about to cry.
- 39:52Speaker 1: This is my first Thanksgiving as a married man. What
- 39:55Speaker 1: if my wife wants me to roast a turkey or
- 39:57Speaker 1: baker hand? Do you know just how word I am.
- 40:02Speaker 1: I can't fire Tommy, I can't five turks like tom
- 40:04Speaker 1: and do almost as bad as Shirley in the kitchen.
- 40:07Speaker 1: This is so much true whatever. I can't even grill
- 40:11Speaker 1: like other Steve. I can't even make macaroni and damn cheese.
- 40:16Speaker 1: I'm a first, I'm a fast learn. If y'all tell
- 40:19Speaker 1: me how or should I make dinner reservation? Just right now?
- 40:24Speaker 1: Maybe I should ask my wife if she has dinner playing.
- 40:27Speaker 1: I'm so new that it is. I need help, man,
- 40:33Speaker 1: Come on enough even shut and to help your boy?
- 40:36Speaker 1: What am I supposed to do? The end? I swear
- 40:38Speaker 1: god scared. I don't think we're gonna eat. That's it.
- 40:43Speaker 1: I don't even you're sound so worried, Junior. We're not
- 40:47Speaker 1: gonna eat Thursday. I'm not gonna eat. What has your
- 40:52Speaker 1: wife said about things? Give m Well, I'm gonna tell
- 40:56Speaker 1: you she ain't see it, notn't yet. I don't even
- 40:58Speaker 1: know Scar. I need to say something. This money on
- 41:03Speaker 1: your plate? Money, don't put Thanksgiving on your plate. It
- 41:08Speaker 1: ain't what you do. You know, I don't do this
- 41:10Speaker 1: up quick crying, stop all this crime and just sit
- 41:16Speaker 1: up there and wait and see what she gonna do.
- 41:19Speaker 1: What am she gonna do that we're gonna start off
- 41:21Speaker 1: their Yeah, you'll be fine. What about what about the hand?
- 41:25Speaker 1: What about the drink? What can I come to your house?
- 41:28Speaker 1: Put your promise? You you ain't come to mind me? Damn. Yeah,
- 41:34Speaker 1: we don't do new people, Junior for thanks we don't
- 41:37Speaker 1: do new people. So I can't bring the new person.
- 41:42Speaker 1: They having to be my wife to y'all house. That's
- 41:44Speaker 1: what y'all saying. No, no, we're not used to y'all. No, no,
- 41:48Speaker 1: we don't even know if she could cook? You married who?
- 41:50Speaker 1: We didn't. We never had shared at our house because
- 41:52Speaker 1: we don't want her bringing nothing. So Charley asked me
- 41:58Speaker 1: one year if she could come to Thanksgiving? What I
- 42:00Speaker 1: need her to bring? I told her ginger als, just
- 42:04Speaker 1: some ice, so it's in a kid, it's already made.
- 42:09Speaker 1: She can't missed it. So it's hard to even buy
- 42:13Speaker 1: bad brand of ginger el. Just brough ginger El. So
- 42:17Speaker 1: I come to your house. I just had to bring
- 42:18Speaker 1: ginger El. Don't say that to you. You're not coming.
- 42:23Speaker 1: Why you got a whole family. Now she got wife,
- 42:27Speaker 1: you got kids, now you got grandkids. Might do all
- 42:30Speaker 1: that with you. It's the holiday. No, man, you need
- 42:33Speaker 1: to go buy Pope eyes and get you a twenty
- 42:34Speaker 1: piece because I see this. This ain't gonna good for you.
- 42:36Speaker 1: You need to get you a twenty piece. Man and
- 42:41Speaker 1: him high past and get a twenty piece for Thursday. Yeah, yeah,
- 42:46Speaker 1: get a Wednesday and you'll be our eight third? Are
- 42:50Speaker 1: you all for real? Wait? How are you walk? Do
- 42:55Speaker 1: you hear? Do you hear? The two people I look
- 42:57Speaker 1: up to the most. I can't come to your house.
- 43:00Speaker 1: We'll surely you would invite him over there? What we
- 43:03Speaker 1: we go over there? We can invite it out if
- 43:06Speaker 1: I go over there. I know we ain't eating a show.
- 43:08Speaker 1: I know this is like a spade game. I go,
- 43:10Speaker 1: surely happened, I would invite you. Understand that. I ain't
- 43:15Speaker 1: that crazy now I just ask y'all, But you guys,
- 43:20Speaker 1: you guys, I know surely do a lot of monopoly.
- 43:23Speaker 1: I know that's what happened. I know that cooking ain't
- 43:26Speaker 1: going on. But what should he do? Then? What should

- 44:26Speaker 1: Thanksgiving the right way. Thanksgiving week, we're gonna jump this
- 44:29Speaker 1: thing all right. This right here is a wedding with Butcher.
- 44:34Speaker 1: A wedding with Butcher. Everybody knew a Butcher Butcher a
- 44:41Speaker 1: wedding with Butcher cat dog. If you hood hello, I'm
- 44:45Speaker 1: trying to I'm trying to reach Alan. Hello. How you
- 44:49Speaker 1: doing this? Butcher man Butcher? Yeah? You was? You was
- 44:53Speaker 1: at the cook out the other day with the family.
- 44:55Speaker 1: I'm Christian's cuse. Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah, yoh, y'all was
- 45:00Speaker 1: that you was at the cook out the of the day.
- 45:03Speaker 1: I wanted to reach out to y'all know the windings
- 45:05Speaker 1: in the next two weeks, right, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah?
- 45:10Speaker 1: You you ready for that? Oh yeah, okay, Well, hey man,
- 45:15Speaker 1: I got a little bit of a problem that you know,
- 45:20Speaker 1: we kind of wanted to call you about, you know,
- 45:22Speaker 1: because the family got together and had a little meeting,
- 45:25Speaker 1: like and what the deal is is this here? I know,
- 45:28Speaker 1: I know you're excited to want to marry my cousin
- 45:30Speaker 1: and she kind of excited too about the whole thing.
- 45:33Speaker 1: But you know, like the family members, we got together
- 45:36Speaker 1: and decided that uh for right nine, I mean right now,
- 45:41Speaker 1: we've been to like we've been to call the winding
- 45:43Speaker 1: off for right now? What you talk what you're talking
- 45:47Speaker 1: about calling the wind off? We're seeing you know everybody?
- 45:50Speaker 1: Thank you? Cool? And I and uh, you know we're real,
- 45:53Speaker 1: real passionate man about you know, people marrying into our
- 45:56Speaker 1: family or whatever. Like you know, the gathering of the
- 46:00Speaker 1: you know that was a potluck thing. Everybody brains something
- 46:03Speaker 1: right old on. Christ Ain't never told me noing like
- 46:06Speaker 1: that about what about something about not getting no marrit Okay,
- 46:09Speaker 1: we'll see right here, Like I say, this is what
- 46:11Speaker 1: the family don't decided on. What the family decided on. Okay,
- 46:15Speaker 1: see this one. I'm trying to tell you. See we're
- 46:17Speaker 1: real close knit family and it's like this here see further.
- 46:20Speaker 1: All let me get you to understand this. Here you're
- 46:21Speaker 1: talking to Butcher right now. All right, here's a deal.
- 46:25Speaker 1: You know, we didn't decided that the weird name in
- 46:27Speaker 1: the album in two weeks until like when we had
- 46:30Speaker 1: we had the potluck barbecue. Everybody brains something. Why you
- 46:33Speaker 1: ain't brain nohing what you're talking about I'm paying for
- 46:37Speaker 1: Oh oh oh oh, that's what you've been to throw
- 46:39Speaker 1: up in our face that you're paying for the wed
- 46:41Speaker 1: Hell yeah, I supposed to bring Hey man, everybody brains
- 46:45Speaker 1: someone we have a potluck, you know, everybody brains something
- 46:47Speaker 1: contribute to the function or the event. That's going on,
- 46:51Speaker 1: you know, And for you to walk up in there
- 46:53Speaker 1: and I have none, then let us know what kind
- 46:55Speaker 1: of person you're gonna be in the family. We can't
- 46:57Speaker 1: add it. Who is this again? This want you right? Hill?
- 47:01Speaker 1: I don't know no, Butchie, Look, I came to the
- 47:03Speaker 1: family gathering picnic. I came there, should up, loving on
- 47:06Speaker 1: all y'all, telling y'all right this was gonna be. And
- 47:08Speaker 1: now you're telling me I can't married Christian? Is that
- 47:12Speaker 1: was telling me, amen the family that already voted to
- 47:14Speaker 1: win the family vote down. That's it. I ain't marrying
- 47:17Speaker 1: the family, you man. You're married my cousin, Christian. That's
- 47:21Speaker 1: what you're trying to do. And then you ain't been
- 47:23Speaker 1: a man. Huh. Look let me calling up to my
- 47:26Speaker 1: job talking like this. I'm already on hot from the
- 47:29Speaker 1: day with some boots, my supervisor, them polls. Do not
- 47:32Speaker 1: come calling me with no book. Hey man, let me
- 47:35Speaker 1: tell you this Hill, until we can decide that you
- 47:38Speaker 1: good for Christian, until we can decide that you know
- 47:41Speaker 1: you can handle being married to Hud and you come
- 47:43Speaker 1: correct as a family member. And if you're gonna come
- 47:45Speaker 1: to pot lucks, then you bring a pot. You ain't
- 47:48Speaker 1: braining nothing. I ain't gotta fear, ain't nothing. I'm paying
- 47:51Speaker 1: for this way and I don't get watch up there,
- 47:52Speaker 1: all that money out and drop for this. How about
- 47:55Speaker 1: two bottles of wine to it you when you I
- 47:58Speaker 1: ain't seen no way. I don't care if you got
- 48:00Speaker 1: that wine or not. I saw her mamma drinking it. Okay, well,
- 48:03Speaker 1: I ain't getting no wine. I don't remember nobody bringing
- 48:05Speaker 1: no wine. See Butcher, only see anything that go on.
- 48:08Speaker 1: I got class. I don't know what she's talking about,
- 48:11Speaker 1: Butchie whatever, I bought some wine. My mama was drinking it,
- 48:14Speaker 1: and I ain't playing that this WEDN going down. I
- 48:16Speaker 1: don't spend over twenty three thousand dollars on that. Hey man,
- 48:19Speaker 1: I hadn't already told you that the family didn't voted
- 48:21Speaker 1: on that the wind name. I don't give up what
- 48:24Speaker 1: the family voted on. I don't paid for this. I
- 48:27Speaker 1: ain't heard nothing from Christen about this. Christian might not
- 48:30Speaker 1: know what we didn't voted on. We've made the siasions
- 48:32Speaker 1: sometimes for everybody. You understand that don't include me. We're live.
- 48:37Speaker 1: Christen know that we've been to stop the wed Well
- 48:40Speaker 1: I'm just calling to let you know before I didn't
- 48:42Speaker 1: tell her what's up you're trying to tell me Christen
- 48:44Speaker 1: don't even know Na. We ain't told hood that we
- 48:46Speaker 1: don't agree with you yet, and then we're gonna stop
- 48:48Speaker 1: the wind. We ain't told of it. Man, get out
- 48:50Speaker 1: of here. I don't paid all this money for this. Man.
- 48:52Speaker 1: You ain't stopping. Hey, man, I hadn't already told you
- 48:55Speaker 1: what we're doing. All right, I'm nothing to continue to
- 48:57Speaker 1: go back and forth with you. You better go off
- 49:00Speaker 1: my call, raising your voice at me. I don't know
- 49:02Speaker 1: hell you, I'll tell you what. Let me say this
- 49:04Speaker 1: to you. I don't care if I got to bust
- 49:06Speaker 1: up in that church and stop this wedding because you
- 49:08Speaker 1: don't win against what we just said. Whatever I got
- 49:11Speaker 1: to do, I don't know who you. I wish ya
- 49:14Speaker 1: wa try to stop this wedding. Look, we can handle
- 49:17Speaker 1: it right now. I can get off of work. I'm
- 49:19Speaker 1: already going through some books and I'm already on fire.
- 49:21Speaker 1: I will come there and bust yo right now. I
- 49:24Speaker 1: don't know you know what. See see see what she
- 49:27Speaker 1: was going with Nigel. See Nigel a act like this
- 49:30Speaker 1: saying oh what what I don't know. You didn't bring
- 49:32Speaker 1: that me and that don't already don't even bring that
- 49:35Speaker 1: came up in me. Heymen, heymen, I'm just keeping it
- 49:38Speaker 1: real with you, Nigel Ain act like this hill that
- 49:41Speaker 1: we gonna have words and if that don't want to
- 49:43Speaker 1: come and bust up in that too, he get that
- 49:45Speaker 1: with up like that. Man. All I'm just trying to
- 49:47Speaker 1: say is a harm family, a hunted pola. I don't
- 49:50Speaker 1: want to hear nothing about that no more. Tell me
- 49:52Speaker 1: where to be and we can deal with this right now.
- 49:54Speaker 1: I'm just letting you know. The family then voted, the
- 49:57Speaker 1: family that already voting. Now what we will do. We'll
- 50:00Speaker 1: push the wind back and then give us time to
- 50:03Speaker 1: reevaluate you. We evaluate me. I don't even know evaluate
- 50:07Speaker 1: you from y'all. And here Christy getting married and I
- 50:09Speaker 1: put some money on it. All I know is the
- 50:11Speaker 1: wedding name happening. That the weddings happened. Now I thought
- 50:15Speaker 1: I'm payfall it asome bulls. You the family, we're gonna
- 50:19Speaker 1: get married in two and a half weeks. And if
- 50:22Speaker 1: y'all don't come in, if y'all come up in that,
- 50:24Speaker 1: y'all gonna get dealt with it straight on. I'm drinking
- 50:26Speaker 1: that I'm trying to say hello, ay man, I'm trying
- 50:29Speaker 1: to tell you man, right now, the family don't want
- 50:32Speaker 1: you in the family right now. I don't give about y'all.
- 50:35Speaker 1: Ain't in love with y'all. I'm here and Christen I
- 50:37Speaker 1: can give if I see y'all ever again. Oh, I'm
- 50:40Speaker 1: gonna tell you this Hill. The family voted on one
- 50:42Speaker 1: more thing. You need to go on. Don't know that
- 50:44Speaker 1: while we're at it. This ain't no damn democracy. Were
- 50:46Speaker 1: getting married. That is between her and I and if
- 50:49Speaker 1: y'all I don't want to be there, jump off and
- 50:51Speaker 1: a this. Yeah, it's one more thing. We didn't vote
- 50:54Speaker 1: it on. What the house you don't vote it on.
- 50:56Speaker 1: We voted on Mitch, this is nephew Tommy from the
- 51:00Speaker 1: Steve Harby Morning Show. Christians and Todd family got me
- 51:04Speaker 1: the prank phone call you, Jos, I'm still want to
- 51:12Speaker 1: come to the wedding. I don't put all that money
- 51:20Speaker 1: out like that. I was like, no sign, I got
- 51:23Speaker 1: one more thing. I got to ask you, dog, what
- 51:25Speaker 1: is what is the baddest and I mean the baddest
- 51:28Speaker 1: radio show in the lane? The Steve Harry Morning Show.
- 51:32Speaker 1: Baby Tommy, I'm being real with you, man, Somebody gonna
- 51:37Speaker 1: you up. I'm a genius, Shirley. I'm not trying to
- 51:44Speaker 1: pat myself on the back, but I'm a genius. I'm
- 51:46Speaker 1: just being stupid. Yeah, yeah, I'm the best at it.
- 51:51Speaker 1: I just y'all don't want to y'all don't want to
- 51:54Speaker 1: commend me on at that. No, no, no, no no,
- 51:57Speaker 1: we'll give you that. We'll give me your proper done
- 51:59Speaker 1: genius getting that. We got a problem, yes, being stupid nothing,
- 52:04Speaker 1: no one does. No, thank you? All right, and I'm
- 52:09Speaker 1: gonna do it even better. I'm gonna do it even

- 53:46Speaker 1: Subject She's nice to him and naughty to me. Just
- 53:49Speaker 1: Stephen Shirley. I've been married for thirty eight years, and
- 53:53Speaker 1: my husband and I live together as roommates now because
- 53:56Speaker 1: he told me years ago that he didn't feel the
- 53:58Speaker 1: same about me. It happened after our oldest daughter got
- 54:02Speaker 1: into a fight with her aunt my sister. My sister
- 54:05Speaker 1: worked at an upscale restaurant and my daughter got drunk
- 54:08Speaker 1: in the restaurant and walked out without paying her ticket.
- 54:11Speaker 1: My sister got terminated over the way my daughter clown.
- 54:15Speaker 1: My husband defended our daughter, and he's always been a
- 54:18Speaker 1: fool for our daughter, so she has no idea of
- 54:22Speaker 1: how the real world works. I have a rental property
- 54:25Speaker 1: that was my first home before I met and married
- 54:28Speaker 1: my husband. The house was in bad shape, and I
- 54:31Speaker 1: learned recently that he's having the house fixed up so
- 54:34Speaker 1: my daughter and her teenage son can live there for free.
- 54:37Speaker 1: It feels like she's had a hard time adjusting to
- 54:40Speaker 1: being a single mother. Yes, she's had a hard time
- 54:43Speaker 1: because he doesn't force her to keep a job. If
- 54:46Speaker 1: she has a disagreement with anyone at the job, she
- 54:49Speaker 1: calls her daddy to tell him about it. He will
- 54:52Speaker 1: make a way to get her another job with one
- 54:54Speaker 1: of our friends in town. It's embarrassing because now everyone
- 54:59Speaker 1: knows she's trying fling. If I intervene, my daughter tells
- 55:02Speaker 1: me that it's between her and her daddy and they
- 55:05Speaker 1: will handle it. I'm shocked that my husband is chosing
- 55:08Speaker 1: this trifling over me and our wedding vows. I tried
- 55:12Speaker 1: to have a talk with our daughter and set some
- 55:14Speaker 1: rules for living in my house, which is in my name.
- 55:18Speaker 1: She had the audacity to tell me that I was
- 55:20Speaker 1: out of line. How much more do I have to
- 55:23Speaker 1: take before my husband checks her. She's thirty five and
- 55:26Speaker 1: will continue to be trifling if he keeps enabling her.
- 55:30Speaker 1: What can I do? Well? I mean, you're right about
- 55:33Speaker 1: a lot of things that you say in this letter.
- 55:35Speaker 1: She will continue to be trifling if he keeps enabling her.
- 55:38Speaker 1: And guess what, he keeps enabling her. And this is
- 55:41Speaker 1: a problem. Your daughter is overly grown. Okay, she's thirty
- 55:46Speaker 1: five years old. She's disrespectful, she's a brat because your
- 55:50Speaker 1: husband has coddled her. And guess what, You've lost her
- 55:55Speaker 1: and you've lost your husband. He's awful the way he's
- 55:58Speaker 1: treating you. And you said your husband has chosen her
- 56:01Speaker 1: over you over the years. Your husband has encouraged her
- 56:05Speaker 1: horrible behavior. He'll get on the phone if she quits
- 56:08Speaker 1: a job and gets one of his friends to hire her.
- 56:13Speaker 1: And you know what, this just didn't start after she
- 56:15Speaker 1: was so ugly to your sister at the restaurant. This
- 56:18Speaker 1: has been happening her entire life. I think you left
- 56:21Speaker 1: out a lot of stuff in this leather. This has
- 56:23Speaker 1: been happening her entire life. Like I said, otherwise, she
- 56:26Speaker 1: wouldn't have acted like she did in the restaurant in
- 56:28Speaker 1: the first place. She's been coddled, she's been spoiled, allowed
- 56:32Speaker 1: to get away with her actions since she was a
- 56:34Speaker 1: kid by you and your husband. Why are you just
- 56:38Speaker 1: speaking about this now? I mean, you know this woman
- 56:41Speaker 1: is thirty five, with the child of her own. She
- 56:43Speaker 1: treats you her mother like her competition for her dad's
- 56:47Speaker 1: affections and attention. You can't allow her to do you
- 56:51Speaker 1: any kind of way. You're the authority figure here. You're
- 56:54Speaker 1: her mother, not her friend. Your husband is dead wrong
- 56:57Speaker 1: for this. He's the one that's dividing and separating. I mean,
- 57:01Speaker 1: you're the queen and the family, not her. But she
- 57:04Speaker 1: gets treated like the queen, not you. Why. I don't
- 57:07Speaker 1: understand why you let them band together against you? I mean,
- 57:11Speaker 1: are you the enemy now? It looks like you're the
- 57:14Speaker 1: enemy in their eyes. I mean, didn't you raise her.
- 57:18Speaker 1: I don't know where the mom respect is. I think
- 57:21Speaker 1: the excuse your husband gave you for not feeling the
- 57:23Speaker 1: same about you anymore is a lie. You didn't act
- 57:26Speaker 1: a fool in the restaurant, your daughter did. What did
- 57:29Speaker 1: that have to do with you? I think he's turned
- 57:31Speaker 1: his back on you now, But her going off on
- 57:34Speaker 1: her aunt had nothing to do with it. That's just
- 57:36Speaker 1: an excuse he gave you. So stop blaming yourself for
- 57:39Speaker 1: your daughter's ignorant behavior and your husband's neglect. You get
- 57:43Speaker 1: to decide how you want to live your life. You're
- 57:45Speaker 1: not happy with this arrangement. You gotta do something about it.
- 57:49Speaker 1: Start with putting your foot down with your daughter and
- 57:52Speaker 1: your rental property. Step in, make her pay rent, let her,
- 57:55Speaker 1: Let your husband know you mean business too. I don't
- 57:58Speaker 1: think you should tolerate any more them against you, Steve.
- 58:04Speaker 1: Let's let's get to this. The subject on this letter
- 58:07Speaker 1: is she's nice to him and naughty to me. The
- 58:10Speaker 1: name of this letter should be way minute. Ain't she
- 58:14Speaker 1: your daughter too? Yeah? The name of this letter should
- 58:18Speaker 1: be way minute? Ain't she your daughter too? Listen to this?
- 58:23Speaker 1: Just Stephen Sheryl. I've been married for thirty eight years.
- 58:25Speaker 1: My husband I lived together as roommates. Now because he
- 58:28Speaker 1: told me years ago he didn't feel the same way
- 58:30Speaker 1: about me. It happened after our oldest daughter got into
- 58:34Speaker 1: a fight with her aunt. Who is my sister? Hold on,
- 58:38Speaker 1: wait a minute, ain't ain't she your daughter too? My
- 58:42Speaker 1: sister worked at an upscale restaurant and my daughter got
- 58:44Speaker 1: drunk in the restaurant and walked out without paying her ticket.
- 58:48Speaker 1: Ain't this your daughter there? We talked about too. My
- 58:51Speaker 1: sister got terminated over the way my daughter clown. Oh, okay,
- 58:55Speaker 1: so it is your daughter. My husband defended our daughter,
- 58:58Speaker 1: and he's always been a fool for our daughter, so
- 59:01Speaker 1: she has no idea how the real world works. Ain't
- 59:04Speaker 1: she your daughter? I had a rental property that was
- 59:07Speaker 1: my first home before I met and married my husband.
- 59:11Speaker 1: The house has been in bad shape, and I recently
- 59:13Speaker 1: learned that he's having the house fixed up so my
- 59:16Speaker 1: daughter and her teenage son can live there free. Wait
- 59:20Speaker 1: wait a minute, excuse him, I'm sorry, Ain't she your daughter?
- 59:25Speaker 1: He feels that she's had a hard time adjusting to
- 59:27Speaker 1: being a single mother. Yes, she's had a hard time
- 59:30Speaker 1: because he doesn't force her to keep a job. Wait wait,
- 59:34Speaker 1: I'm sorry kidding, and my reading this letter on, Ain't
- 59:38Speaker 1: she your daughter too? So I think you all get
- 59:43Speaker 1: where I'm going with this. Yeah, because she's talking in
- 59:47Speaker 1: this letter like she didn't actually birth this girl. Yea,
- 59:53Speaker 1: So this is why I'm confused. So when we come back,
- 59:56Speaker 1: more confusion. Yeah, Hang on, Steve, we'll have two of
- 59:59Speaker 1: your response coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: Today's Strawberry Letters subject She's nice to him but naughty
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: to me. We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:09Speaker 1: You're listening hard Morning show. All right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: let's recap today's Strawberry letter and get to your response.
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: What you got? She's nice to him and naughty to me.
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: Like I said, the name of this letter should simply
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: be oh, excuse me, Wait a minute, ain't she your
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: daughter too? So all the way I've been doing the
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: first half of this letter was I was reading this
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: letter and plugging in where I thought she should be saying,
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: but this is your daughter too. I'm trying to realize
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: how she wrote the letter. But here's a part about
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: this letter. She said she'd been married for thirty eight years.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: Her husband and I lived together the roommates. Now, because
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: he told me years ago he didn't feel the same
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: way about me. And then she said the reason he
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: said that was it happened after our oldest daughter got
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: into a fight with her aunt, my sister. What wait
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: a minute. A man tells you that he don't feel
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: the same way about you no more, and you think
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: that it happened after your oldest daughter got into a
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: fight with her aunt, your sister. We're in I don't
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: want to sleep with you no more. I don't love
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: you no more. I ain't in love with you no
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: more because our daughter got in a fight with my sister.
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: With your sister, what dog what? That don't make no
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: damn sense? And lady, after that, your whole letter don't
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: make no sense. Your sister worked out an upscale restaurant,
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: your daughter got drunk in the restaurant, walked out without
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: paying a ticket. Your sister got fired over the way
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: your daughter clowned. What that got to do with how
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: your husband feel about you? My husband defended the daughter.
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: He's always been a fool for our daughter. What that
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: got to do with how he feeled about you? So
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: she has no idea how the real world work. What
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: that got to do where how he feel about you?
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: And this is your daughter we're talking about. Huh. Then
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: you had a rental house that you had before you
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: met your husband, and house in bad shape. You learned
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: recently that he having a house fixed up so his daughter.
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: So your daughter and her teenage son can live there
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: for free. Ain't she your daughter too? He feels she's
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: had a hard time for just to being a single mother. Yes,
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: she's had a hard time because she don't He don't
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: force her to keep a job. He don't force her
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: to keep a job. You her mother too. She has
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: had a disreprement agreement with everybody at the job. She
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: calls her daddy to tell him about it. He'll make
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: a way to get another job with one of his
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: friends in time. So this is your daughter. Though we
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: talk about it's embarrassing now everybody knows she's trifling. No,
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: it's embarrassing because everybody knows she trifling, and she your daughter.
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: If I intervene, my daughter tells me that it's between
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: her and her daddy. Women, excuse me, and they were handling.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: Didn't you make her? Ain't you the reason she on earth?
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: I'm shocked, and my husband watch this though, I'm shocked.
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: This is what she said, I'm shocked that my husband
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: has chosen this trifling health for over me and our
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: wedding vibue. Wait a minute, this trifling health. Ain't this
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: your daughter? Didn't you give birth to her? I'm confused,
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: and now you think it's your husband has chosen this
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: trifling health for over me and our wedding. Vibule. I
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: try to have a talk with our daughter and set
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: some rules for living in my house, which is in
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: my name. She had the audacity, the udacity to tell
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: me that I was out of line. How much more
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: did I have to take before my husband checks her?
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: Why are you waiting on your husband to check her?
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: Didn't you make her? Ain't she your daughter? Ain't the
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: house in your name? You don't have to let her
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: live that. I'm so confused. She's thirty five and will
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: continue to be trifling if he keeps enabling her. What
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: can I do stop to enabling? First things? First, my
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: house my name, had it for I met your husband, mother,
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: your father, and had it before you were born. Okay,
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: so now that's your house. You're not moving into it
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: with your son? What else you got? Let's start there.
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: Can't disrespect me no more? Because I'm no longer accepting
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: disrespectful behavior. Why because I'm your mother and I won't
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: accept it. So and the way you stop accepting it
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: is you stop the communication you are in calling her trip.
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: Hefer like you don't even know him, So why don't
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: you quit talking with you? See what you're not fitling doing.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: None of my kids gonna do this to me is
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: play me and then come to me and need something. Okay,
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: come on, come on, I want to see how this works.
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: I got what my job as a parent is, but
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: I got news to youth part. You disrespect me. Didn't
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: come to me and need something. Oh, we're fit to
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: go right back to what this disrespect is about. Now
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: you need to go to somebody that you respect and
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: get some health fun. Oh, it's happened. That's how I
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: know how to handle. Actually, I get your ass in
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: line right quick, because I tell you all of mine. No,
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: you will need me long before I need you, because
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: I didn't have you for years. Anyway, you're trust to
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: believe it's here. I don't know what y'all thought I
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: was doing for your ass was born, but I was
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: making it. I was surviving. Oh, I might not look
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: like I look right now, but I was getting here.
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: Your ass don't even know the way who I am.
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: So now clearly your ass needs to make an attitude
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: just me, because you will need me long before I
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: need you. I promise you that, because everyone every hardship
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: I've ever had, I've never had to go to you
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: faith for you to bil me out better get to
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: being a parent. I wish somebody would disrespect me in
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: the house that I'm paying for. I'll tell you what.
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: I am laughing, Ny, I want to see it. I like,
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: what didn't come up to me with it? Man? I
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: started laughing because I already know the ending of the
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: movie already. Now it's gonna gotten on all these scenes

- 1:17:36Speaker 1: either one of them won't me so well? I got
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: good assist. Yeah, I'd rather had, isn't it if they
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: don't want you? Though? Keep to that part. Excuse yourself
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: from their baths. They don't won't meet. Tell you all
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: that I went, man, I'd rather have. She don't want
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: you though. They don't factor that in. Damn man, dudes
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: be talking like they got a real shot him. I
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: take Hallie any day. Halley don't want you, Well, tell
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: me you'll take Hallie. Hally don't want him. You don't
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: know about that. You don't know that, then why don't
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: you have her? You don't know. I'm just asking the
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: obvious questions. All right, we're moving on. We're moving. What
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: you cannot do is running risk of going up there
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: and asking her to want him, because then he can't
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: give you all these fantasy that I can't. I can't.
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: You can't crush on Na be the same. He saw
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: her on the airplane and couldn't even say anything. Let's
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: not talk about that he knew, not too sure that's
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: what it was. Oh he does. How the conversations go.
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: Excuse me, how you doing. I'm nephew Tommy from the
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Excuse me who right there? That
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: a crush right there. We'll be back at with the
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: last break of try to find your seat belt. You're
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: listening to Harvey Morning Show. All right, Steve. Before we
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: get to your closing, this is our last break of
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: the day. We do want to say happy belated birthday
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: to President. Happy birthday to you. He's celebrated. Happy birthday
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: to you. Happy birthday, mister president day, Happy birthday to you. Alright, alright,
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: nice Steve, very nice. Sound like the white lady of
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: that song for Kennedy. You soundly and Monroe I was
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: doing it. No, she was real breathing, she was really
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: as she was being sexual wind blowing up a dress
- 1:20:10Speaker 1: and everything through that for Biden, Biden a faint through
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: the tunnel and everything. Man. Please every birthdays to listen
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: to everybody, This election is critical to run off in Georgia.
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: We got to step up to the plate. I noticed
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: that there were eleven hundred absentee ballots that they refused
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: to process eleven hundred and they often know that the
- 1:20:43Speaker 1: absentee ballots are usually democratically controlled and ran. But they
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: did not use eleven hundred absentee ballot votes. That's crazy.
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: They did everything and they can't power to suppress the vote.
- 1:20:59Speaker 1: We still had more votes than Herschel but because of
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: this liberal candidate took up two percent and Warnock didn't
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: get fifty percent to vote. We have to have this
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: war runoff. You are the Republican Party has dumped hundreds
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: of millions of dollars into Herschel Walker. Governor Kemp, who
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: has never stood next to this worthless candidate, is now
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: standing next to him because he knows the significance of him.
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: But he can stand next to him all he wants.
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: We just need for two things to happen. We need
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: for all of us who know better to do better
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: and to get to the polls and vote better. But
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: we need all of the people of non African American
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: descent and people of non color to do the right thing.
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: It's called the right thing. Why would you not, man,
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: I mean for the state of Georgia, Why would you
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: not do the right thing? Senator Raphael Warnock's far better
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: qualified to do things for Georgia with his bar partisanship record.
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: They can say he votes for Joe Biden all the time.
- 1:22:08Speaker 1: But everything Joe Biden ha done ain't been bad for Georgia.
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: Everything Joe Biden ain't done ain't been bad for the country.
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: Stop listening to political pundits who have one agenda. There's alone.
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: So they went and got somebody that they can control.
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: The ridiculousness of it was they wouldn't got an African
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: American to pit against the other African America. They will
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: do anything to win. This is preposterous. They don't bit
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: more give a damn about herschel Walker than they care
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: about you. But they don't popped his ass up like
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: he's a viable candidate. Have you heard any of his talks,
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: any of his speeches. It's embarrassing. It's embarrassing to us,
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: and it is embarrassing to them as the Republican Party.
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: They know he's embarrassing, but they can control it. Well,
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: we're not going to do is sit here and let
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: you put a puppet in the in the office that
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: you can control. You got to go, man, not going
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: for this. This dude right here, man, dog man, All right,
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: this this is just for me. This is we got
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: to vote, y'all. We got to vote, vote, vote, vote
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: for Raffie L. Warner. Everybody should be pulling the level
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: for this man right here. If you can't everything or
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: anything at all about integrity, if you can't anything or
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: wall anything at all about imaging, man, if you just
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: care about people, do the right thing, Republicans. Oh man,
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: why do I feel like I'm talking to death? Is man?
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: Do that? Then? I just say, do the right thing, Republicans. Yeah,
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: I just said it. At least this once. You didn't
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: vote for him the first time, or else he'd be governor,
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: just like he'd be senator, just like Governor Kemp became
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: governor again you voted for him and overwhelm the numbers.
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: The numbers was crazy. What was went for Kimp? Now?
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: He didn't turned around, He won't even talk to herschel
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: Walker now even formed relationship with him because the party
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: that told him we gotta get this man into the Senate.
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: No we don't. We don't need that. That's not good
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: for politics, it's not good for imaging, it's not good
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: for the brand. Y'all tired of Donald Trump too. Just
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: need somebody with some courage to say that you let
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: this dude announce another running for the presidency. Are y'all serious? Man?
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: Are y'all serious? You know good in hair? Well, that
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: ain't right. But the Southern Evangelicals is the most disappointing
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: group of them all. I got the militia, I got
- 1:24:47Speaker 1: the clan, I got the skin heads, I got all that,
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: But the Southern Evangelicals, man, you are showing what you
- 1:24:55Speaker 1: were built on. You are really really showing what you
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: are built on. Man? Are you not to vote for
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: a man who's in evangelic demands? Demands a minister? He's
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: a name? Why do you You won't vote for a minister?
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: You will vote for a dude that's accused of paying
- 1:25:14Speaker 1: for abortions, accused of denying his children, accused of battering women.
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: You will vote for him before you vote for another minister. Really,
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: why y'all got nothing on Raphael Warnut. I mean, he's
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: a human, just like everybody else. He has his flaws,
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: but you ain't got nothing on him or else y'all
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: would have been running the commercial about that you ain't
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: got him on abortions? Bording babies. You ain't got him
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: on beaten women, You ain't got anym on child support,
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: You ain't got him on nothing. Why it's herschel Walker
- 1:25:51Speaker 1: even considered as a candidate. This is ridiculous. We're getting
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: to the polls, man, We're not gonna let it happen period.
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: Y'all have a eight day talk to God. He after
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: here from you, and I just wish to Southern evangelicals
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: would do the right thing. I'm not really count knowing you.
- 1:26:08Speaker 1: I just wanted to say it to you just so
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: you know, so you know how. For all Steve Harvey contests,
