Talking to the disciples, Jesus asks: Who do people say the son of man is? Who do you say I am? God declares Jesus as the Son of God on the mountain. The disciples see Moses and Elijah on the mountain. This is important to see the fulfillment of the law being unfolded and point to Jesus as the savior world and verify Moses and Elijah were not saviors. Consider your own life.
