- 0:00Speaker 1: Not all heroes wear capes, not all heroes are the
- 0:05Speaker 1: people that you would expect. But the heroes that we
- 0:08Speaker 1: are watching and witnessing today deserve a standing ovation from
- 0:13Speaker 1: all of us. And I'm talking about the Freedom Convoy.
- 0:17Speaker 1: What is the Freedom Convoy. It's a convoy of eighteen
- 0:20Speaker 1: wheeler truckers in Canada that are going from major city
- 0:25Speaker 1: to major city standing up against the vaccine mandate for
- 0:29Speaker 1: all truckers. And it's not just truckers, it is people
- 0:32Speaker 1: in their cars now that are getting in line with
- 0:35Speaker 1: these truckers. And the people in Canada are standing out
- 0:38Speaker 1: there with Canadian flags on the side of the roads
- 0:41Speaker 1: in negative thirty degree weather making this happen. Now, these truckers,
- 0:45Speaker 1: they're going to need some help because the media is
- 0:47Speaker 1: trying to imply that they are terrorists. And I'll tell
- 0:50Speaker 1: you about that in a moment, but first, please make
- 0:53Speaker 1: sure you share this podcast on social media. Hit that
- 0:55Speaker 1: little forward button. Also make sure you hit the subscriber
- 0:59Speaker 1: auto download. And if you're listening to this, please make
- 1:02Speaker 1: sure you write us a five star review while listening.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Wherever you're listening to podcast, it helps us tremendously on
- 1:07Speaker 1: the charts to beat other liberal podcasts. Now, what does
- 1:12Speaker 1: the man in charge of the nation, Trudeau, have to
- 1:15Speaker 1: say about these truckers. This is what he thinks of
- 1:18Speaker 1: the people that bring food to his house, the small,
- 1:23Speaker 1: fringe minority of people who are on their way to
- 1:27Speaker 1: Ottawa or who are holding unacceptable views that they're expressing,
- 1:33Speaker 1: unacceptable views that they're expressing. So to be clear, in Canada,
- 1:39Speaker 1: the leader Trudeau of Canada is now saying it's an
- 1:42Speaker 1: unacceptable view for you to say no to a vaccine
- 1:45Speaker 1: mandate to drive an eighteen wheeler. It is an unacceptable
- 1:49Speaker 1: view in the eyes of the government. He also says
- 1:52Speaker 1: that you're small and you're friends, when clearly this is
- 1:55Speaker 1: the largest rallies we've seen in my lifetime in Canada.
- 1:59Speaker 1: There's all they're friends, they're on the outside, they're crazies. Right.
- 2:04Speaker 1: This is how you undermine people. This is how you
- 2:06Speaker 1: dehumanize people, and then you tell them the government gets
- 2:10Speaker 1: to decide on thoughts. The government gets to decide what
- 2:16Speaker 1: they stamp as an acceptable view and an unacceptable view.
- 2:20Speaker 1: That is what Trudeau just said, holding unacceptable views that
- 2:25Speaker 1: they're expressing, unacceptable views that they're expressing So let's just
- 2:30Speaker 1: be clear about what Trudeau is now saying. He's saying,
- 2:32Speaker 1: if you have an unacceptable view and you're expressing it,
- 2:34Speaker 1: you are now public enemy number one in Canada. Do
- 2:38Speaker 1: not represent the views of Canadians who have been there
- 2:42Speaker 1: for each other, who know. So now you are no
- 2:45Speaker 1: longer a real Canadian, You're no longer part of a
- 2:50Speaker 1: civil society. I have been warning you in our podcast
- 2:54Speaker 1: for months that this is exactly what they're going to
- 2:58Speaker 1: try to do, not only in this country, but other countries.
- 3:00Speaker 1: They're going to divide us into two steps of people,
- 3:04Speaker 1: those that have acceptable views and those that have unacceptable views.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Those that are part of the great nation or city
- 3:10Speaker 1: or state or town, and those that are outcast. That
- 3:15Speaker 1: is exactly what the President of Canada just said. Do
- 3:20Speaker 1: not represent the views of Canadians who have been there
- 3:25Speaker 1: for each other, who know following the science and stepping
- 3:30Speaker 1: up to protect each other is the best way to
- 3:33Speaker 1: continue to ensure our freedoms, our rights, our values. As
- 3:37Speaker 1: a country that is declaring war on the unvaccinated. That
- 3:42Speaker 1: is what a president of a country sounds like when
- 3:44Speaker 1: they declare war on the unvaccinated, which is exactly what
- 3:49Speaker 1: Trudeau has done. Now, there is a smear campaign going
- 3:53Speaker 1: against these truckers now and those that are supporting them.
- 3:57Speaker 1: If you just put in Google Canada truckers and every
- 4:01Speaker 1: one of you right now, go do it. I want
- 4:03Speaker 1: you to see how much propaganda there is from the
- 4:06Speaker 1: media and Google is facilitating this propaganda. The top story
- 4:11Speaker 1: is I am saying this right now. It's from the
- 4:15Speaker 1: Associated Press. The headline Canada police fear violence at trucker
- 4:21Speaker 1: vaccine protests. All right, so let's click on that link. See,
- 4:26Speaker 1: you can't just go out inside the road and wave
- 4:28Speaker 1: a Canadian flag and say thank you to the heroes.
- 4:31Speaker 1: You know, the truckers who are just trying to give
- 4:35Speaker 1: food and services and basic necessities. Are the people all
- 4:38Speaker 1: over a freezing country right now in the middle of winter. No, no, no,
- 4:44Speaker 1: you have to dehumanize them and demonize them. Canada police
- 4:47Speaker 1: fear violence at trucker vaccine protest Sociated Press out of Ottawa, Ontario.
- 4:54Speaker 1: A convoy of truckers set to descend on Ottawa to
- 4:57Speaker 1: protest of vaccine mandate for cross order drivers is prompting
- 5:01Speaker 1: Canadian police to prepare for violence and politicians to warn
- 5:06Speaker 1: against escalating rhetoric link to the demonstration. Okay, if you're
- 5:10Speaker 1: if you're a politician, you're warning against escalating rhetoric linked
- 5:14Speaker 1: to the demonstration, then maybe you should dial down, you're
- 5:17Speaker 1: crazy and not say things like the President Canadas have
- 5:20Speaker 1: said slamming the anti vaccine mandate truckers, saying that you're
- 5:24Speaker 1: holding unacceptable views the small fringe minority. Maybe you shouldn't
- 5:31Speaker 1: call them a small fringe minority if you're trying to
- 5:34Speaker 1: dial down the rhetoric. Or could it be that maybe
- 5:37Speaker 1: the Canada and the Prime and the man who's in
- 5:40Speaker 1: charge of Canada right now, Trudeau, is trying to ratchet
- 5:45Speaker 1: things up so they have a reason to arrest truck drivers.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Could it be that of people who are on their
- 5:51Speaker 1: way to Ottawa or who are holding unacceptable views that
- 5:56Speaker 1: they're expressing. Who gets to decide what accepting unaccepting view
- 6:01Speaker 1: is when it comes to your medical decisions. There is
- 6:05Speaker 1: something very psychotic about the people that are obsessed with
- 6:09Speaker 1: you getting vaccinated. All right, as I do this show
- 6:12Speaker 1: right now, I have COVID. I have made decisions about
- 6:17Speaker 1: how to get treated for COVID. I'm not trying to
- 6:20Speaker 1: push them on anyone else. But that's no one else's
- 6:22Speaker 1: business but me and my doctors. But these politicians believe
- 6:25Speaker 1: that it is that they should take mona colon aintibodies
- 6:28Speaker 1: away from me. They should take excuse me, I've remected
- 6:32Speaker 1: away from me. The number of people that have been
- 6:35Speaker 1: wishing death on me once I announced I had COVID
- 6:37Speaker 1: is unbelievable. What's so ironic is so many of the
- 6:41Speaker 1: people that are attacking me while I have COVID, while
- 6:44Speaker 1: I'm doing this right now, automatically assume because I stand
- 6:48Speaker 1: up for freedom, that I am not vaccinated, that I'm
- 6:51Speaker 1: an anti vaxxer. I'm not. I have gotten vaccinated and
- 6:54Speaker 1: I've gotten a booster shot. I've talked about this four
- 6:57Speaker 1: months on end Why because I have my father's DNA.
- 7:00Speaker 1: When he got when he had COVID almost a year ago,
- 7:03Speaker 1: he almost died. I talked to my doctors, made a
- 7:05Speaker 1: medical decision, not a political one, and based on my
- 7:10Speaker 1: medical history, based on having asthma, based on having my
- 7:13Speaker 1: father's DNA, based on seeing him on auction for three
- 7:16Speaker 1: months after getting COVID a year ago when there was
- 7:19Speaker 1: no vaccine. My doctors and I made a medical decision,
- 7:23Speaker 1: not a political decision, a medical decision that was best
- 7:25Speaker 1: for me. My medical decision doesn't even match my own household,
- 7:29Speaker 1: by the way, because we're looking at each person in
- 7:31Speaker 1: my household individually, making what decisions are best for each
- 7:35Speaker 1: person individually. Are my children vaccinated? No? Is it any
- 7:38Speaker 1: of your business and the government I'm referring to the government, No,
- 7:40Speaker 1: it's not. Should you be able to mandate that my
- 7:42Speaker 1: child good vaccine? No? I have a million different reasons
- 7:45Speaker 1: why my kids aren't vaccinated. And by the way, they
- 7:48Speaker 1: all got COVID and think the Lord, they had virtually
- 7:50Speaker 1: no issues with it. Cold running knows, little irritation, not
- 7:55Speaker 1: a full night's sleep for a couple of nights. Children
- 7:57Speaker 1: are resilient, and COVID with children is different than with adults.
- 8:00Speaker 1: We've clearly seen that I decided to make a medical
- 8:03Speaker 1: decision on a political one with them, and they're not
- 8:05Speaker 1: going to get vaccinated at this point. But you notice
- 8:10Speaker 1: everything I just said is a medical conversation. It's not political.
- 8:13Speaker 1: Yet the political elites believe that they should addictate to
- 8:17Speaker 1: you what you and what will you put in your body?
- 8:20Speaker 1: How bad are things in Canada? Give you this headline.
- 8:23Speaker 1: The Canadian Health minister on mandatory vaccination quote, I personally
- 8:28Speaker 1: think we will get there at some point. The Canadian
- 8:31Speaker 1: Health Minister Douchloss said on Friday he thinks mandatory vaccination
- 8:37Speaker 1: will be imposed across Canada. During a press conference in Ottawa,
- 8:40Speaker 1: a reporter from TVA invited the Canadian health minister on
- 8:47Speaker 1: and asked him remarks on compulsory vaccination, including financial penalties
- 8:51Speaker 1: against those refusing vaccination. He asked, there are people that
- 8:56Speaker 1: are aged fifteen up that are refusing vaccination. Are we
- 9:00Speaker 1: going to be adding other measures federally? He added, my
- 9:04Speaker 1: question is mostly about compulsory vaccination like they're doing in Italy,
- 9:08Speaker 1: where people will be hit in the pocketbook if they
- 9:10Speaker 1: don't get vaccinated. Health Minister or Kenneth said he believed
- 9:14Speaker 1: Kenada would impose mandatory vaccination quote unquote nationwide. I personally
- 9:19Speaker 1: think we will get there at some point mandatory vaccination.
- 9:21Speaker 1: There will always be exceptions, of course, people who have
- 9:25Speaker 1: medical reasons to be exempt will be allowed not to
- 9:27Speaker 1: get vaccinated. Well, medical exemptions to those count sure. What
- 9:31Speaker 1: about religious Nope, we don't. We don't honor those not
- 9:33Speaker 1: out Only in Canada are they not doing it? But
- 9:35Speaker 1: in America, and by the way, while this is all
- 9:37Speaker 1: happening right now, just no, we're kicking people out of
- 9:39Speaker 1: our military in America right now as we speak, when
- 9:43Speaker 1: it looks like Joe Biden's on the brink of war
- 9:45Speaker 1: with possibly Russia over Ukraine. We're kicking people out of
- 9:49Speaker 1: the military when we need them the most, right now,
- 9:50Speaker 1: because they won't get a vaccine, which has already, by
- 9:53Speaker 1: the way, been struck down by the Supreme Court, which
- 9:56Speaker 1: is another part of the insanity of all this vaccinations.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Back to Canada, the Health Minister added, will be a
- 10:03Speaker 1: part of what people think about in provinces and what
- 10:06Speaker 1: they think they could put into their action plans. All
- 10:09Speaker 1: Canadians over the age of five should be getting vaccinated
- 10:12Speaker 1: and wearing a mask. He framed the mat wearing a
- 10:16Speaker 1: mask and reception of coronavirus vaccinations is part of a
- 10:20Speaker 1: conscientious citizenship. Oh so you're only a real Canadian if
- 10:24Speaker 1: you do what we tell you to do. What we
- 10:26Speaker 1: all have a role to play as citizens to beat
- 10:28Speaker 1: this virus and we all must do our part. So
- 10:31Speaker 1: if you want to be like the Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau,
- 10:35Speaker 1: then you must get vaccinated. If you want to be
- 10:37Speaker 1: a good Canadian, you must be vaccinated. If you don't
- 10:40Speaker 1: want us to treat you like public Enemy number one,
- 10:42Speaker 1: then you must be vaccinated. Because that's what our Prime
- 10:46Speaker 1: Minister Trudeau has said. The small fringe minority of people
- 10:53Speaker 1: who are on their way to Ottawa or who are
- 10:56Speaker 1: holding unacceptable views that they're expressing, do not represent the
- 11:03Speaker 1: views of Canadians who have been there for each other,
- 11:07Speaker 1: who know following the science and stepping up to protect
- 11:12Speaker 1: each other is the best way to continue to ensure
- 11:16Speaker 1: our freedoms, our rights, our values as a country. A
- 11:19Speaker 1: little advice for Trudeau and the other scumbag leaders in
- 11:23Speaker 1: Canada and in this country. Keep doing it. Keep trying
- 11:27Speaker 1: to marginalize and act like we're extremists for wanting to
- 11:29Speaker 1: actually make decisions about our medical health and our children.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Keep trying to do this and see how few of
- 11:37Speaker 1: us are out there, because all you're doing is creating
- 11:39Speaker 1: a lot of people that were pretty quiet that are
- 11:42Speaker 1: now saying, all right, screw you, keep it up. I
- 11:46Speaker 1: want to get back to this AP article that is
- 11:49Speaker 1: nothing more than an attack on these truck drivers trying
- 11:55Speaker 1: to imply that they're violent extremists. The headline, and again,
- 12:00Speaker 1: go to a Google search and you'll see the headline
- 12:02Speaker 1: that I'm talking about right now. If you do a
- 12:04Speaker 1: Google search Canada truckers. The first article says, Canna police
- 12:08Speaker 1: fear violence is truck trucker vaccine protest Thestar dot com.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Another one says this truckers are flirting with extremists. They
- 12:17Speaker 1: should call off their protest. Really, The Globe and Mail
- 12:25Speaker 1: have a totally different headline. Trucker convoy opposed to covid
- 12:29Speaker 1: anten vaccine mandates gets big greeting. Interesting, isn't it how
- 12:33Speaker 1: that works? National Trucker's group denounces highway protests by anti
- 12:38Speaker 1: anti vaccine mandate. Another one says, because of course that's
- 12:42Speaker 1: the one they want you to hear about. ABC News
- 12:44Speaker 1: Canna police fear violence at truck driver vaccine protests fringe minority.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Another headline says and truck convoy with unacceptable views don't
- 12:56Speaker 1: represent Canada. Another one writes, truckers this is reuters fighting
- 13:03Speaker 1: government vaccine mandate. March to Canada capital. Many fear violence.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Really this is how you want to treat them. Okay,
- 13:13Speaker 1: I'm glad we know because this is what people need
- 13:16Speaker 1: to know. I really am. I'm glad to know that
- 13:18Speaker 1: this is how you're going to treat people that stand
- 13:20Speaker 1: up for their rights, because this is very important. Now
- 13:25Speaker 1: you go back to this article, Ottawa Police chief said Wednesday,
- 13:30Speaker 1: officers have been in contact with protest leaders, whom he
- 13:34Speaker 1: said have been cooperative and shared their plans. Does that
- 13:37Speaker 1: sound like a violent group of fringe individuals because the
- 13:41Speaker 1: headline right above that says Canna police fear violence at
- 13:45Speaker 1: truck driver vaccine protests. Then you immediately have the Ottawa
- 13:48Speaker 1: Police chief saying the complete opposite of that. But Deputy
- 13:52Speaker 1: Chief Steve bell voice concerned about parallel groups that intelligence
- 13:57Speaker 1: suggests will also turn up to the protests. The truckers
- 14:01Speaker 1: are protesting a new requirement that truckers entering Canada be
- 14:05Speaker 1: fully vaccinated as of January the fifteenth, meaning boosted if
- 14:08Speaker 1: you need one. The United States has imposed the same
- 14:10Speaker 1: requirement on truckers entering that country, So, in other words,
- 14:13Speaker 1: you can't go across the borders unless you're fully vaccinated,
- 14:16Speaker 1: which is going to do massive harm to the already problems.
- 14:19Speaker 1: We have a supply change in inflation, We have a
- 14:22Speaker 1: wide open southern border, by the way, where millions can
- 14:25Speaker 1: come across the border and none of them are tested.
- 14:27Speaker 1: And single men who are supposed to be sent back
- 14:30Speaker 1: their host countries, which we talked about yesterday, are being
- 14:33Speaker 1: put into cabs and then given airplane tickets to fly
- 14:38Speaker 1: anywhere in the country they want to go. Are they
- 14:41Speaker 1: tested for COVID. No. But the truck drivers who are
- 14:43Speaker 1: bringing goods back and forth, who mainly stand their cabs,
- 14:47Speaker 1: they're now public enemy number one and they're the ones
- 14:49Speaker 1: that should be vaccinated. Because the Biden regime and the
- 14:53Speaker 1: Trudeau regime got together and decided it. The United States
- 14:58Speaker 1: has imposed the same requirement into Canada and they're sticking
- 15:02Speaker 1: with it. The Canadian Trucking Alliance has estimated that about
- 15:05Speaker 1: fifteen percent of truckers in Canada and as many as
- 15:08Speaker 1: sixteen thousand or not fully vaccine against COVID nineteen some
- 15:13Speaker 1: this is the Associated Press hard news right now supposed
- 15:16Speaker 1: to be biased. Here's their next sentence. Some with far
- 15:20Speaker 1: right views have latched onto the protest. One online video
- 15:28Speaker 1: includes a man expressing hope the rally will turn it
- 15:31Speaker 1: into the Canadian equivalent of January the six right at
- 15:34Speaker 1: the US capital by supporters of former President Donald Trump.
- 15:37Speaker 1: Oh well, there you go. You found one guy stick
- 15:39Speaker 1: get in the article and connected to Donald Trump in
- 15:41Speaker 1: January the sixth. Because this is how they justify the
- 15:45Speaker 1: shutting down, the stocking, and the dehumanization of those that
- 15:49Speaker 1: disagree with them. Then you get a tweet from Donald
- 15:53Speaker 1: Trump Junior and you put that in the ap article
- 15:55Speaker 1: to demonize these people, right, Donald Trump Junior took to
- 15:58Speaker 1: social media to ends to Canadian truck convoys fight against
- 16:02Speaker 1: tyranny and to urge Americans to follow suit. Well, there
- 16:05Speaker 1: you go, must be January the six all over again,
- 16:08Speaker 1: by the way, to down Trip Junior dennounce January the sixth, Yes,
- 16:10Speaker 1: in real time while it was happening. Yes. Do the
- 16:13Speaker 1: text messages that we've seen coming from him say the
- 16:15Speaker 1: same exact thing. Yes. At a meeting in Ottawa, police
- 16:19Speaker 1: disclosed they are preparing for a range of scenarios, including
- 16:22Speaker 1: the potential for violent outbreaks. Police say they are planning
- 16:26Speaker 1: for the arrival of between a thousand and two thousand demonstrators,
- 16:28Speaker 1: but say the situation is fluid and changing by the hour.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Prime Minister Trudeau said there was a small again, this
- 16:35Speaker 1: is how you make a small group not small anymore,
- 16:38Speaker 1: call them small. Attack the people in your country who
- 16:41Speaker 1: refuse to listen to call them a small fringe minority
- 16:44Speaker 1: who are on the way to Ottawa, who are holding
- 16:45Speaker 1: unacceptable views, and watch how fast the number grows from
- 16:48Speaker 1: a thousand and two thousand to a hell of a
- 16:50Speaker 1: lot more than that, because that's exactly what you're going
- 16:52Speaker 1: to get. Quote, what we're hearing from some people's associated
- 16:56Speaker 1: with the convoys completely unacceptable. So so you're hearing that
- 16:59Speaker 1: they don't believe that they should be vaccinated to drive
- 17:02Speaker 1: a damned truck, and that is a again unacceptable viewpoint.
- 17:09Speaker 1: While police support the right to peace will protests, the
- 17:12Speaker 1: AP continues to write officers would be prepared to move
- 17:15Speaker 1: protesters out of the demonstration zone should the situation become
- 17:18Speaker 1: violent or threatening, said the Ottawa Police chief. Does it
- 17:21Speaker 1: sound like they're trying to ratchet things down, sound like
- 17:23Speaker 1: they're trying to turn these people into terrorists before they
- 17:25Speaker 1: even get there. It sounds like they're trying to turn
- 17:27Speaker 1: the truck drivers into terrorists. Some supports the convoy, including
- 17:32Speaker 1: some opposition conservative lawmakers, if taken to social media, warn
- 17:35Speaker 1: the vaccine mandate for truckers will leave store shelves empty.
- 17:39Speaker 1: They're right. It's amazing how long it took to even
- 17:42Speaker 1: put that possibility in the article. The Transportation Minister as
- 17:46Speaker 1: assured Canadians there's no reason to fear food shortages will
- 17:49Speaker 1: result from a small minority. Yes, again, call them a
- 17:53Speaker 1: minority and see how fast they stick it to you
- 17:56Speaker 1: of truck drivers refusing to comply with a vaccine mandate. Moreover,
- 18:00Speaker 1: he said there's been no measurable impact on the number
- 18:03Speaker 1: of trucks crossing the border since the vaccine mandate went
- 18:06Speaker 1: into effect on January the fifteenth. Last week, he said,
- 18:09Speaker 1: almost a hundred thousand trucks crossed the border, about the
- 18:11Speaker 1: same as usual for this time of year. So, in
- 18:13Speaker 1: other words, these people are friends, they're crazy, and you
- 18:16Speaker 1: shouldn't worry about them because they're so small and so little.
- 18:19Speaker 1: Yet they're filling up hours and hours and hours of
- 18:24Speaker 1: highway space moving together. And the citizens in Canada are
- 18:29Speaker 1: standing with the truck drivers and the countless number of
- 18:32Speaker 1: cars or with the truck drivers. Keep calling them small,
- 18:34Speaker 1: keep saying that they're friends, keep saying that they're violent
- 18:37Speaker 1: when they're not. Go back to reuters. Truckers fighting government
- 18:42Speaker 1: vaccine mandates march to the Canadian capital their headline. A
- 18:47Speaker 1: convoy of truckers started their march from Vancouver on Sunday
- 18:50Speaker 1: to the Canadian capital of Ottawa protests and government's COVID
- 18:53Speaker 1: nineteen vaccine mandate for truckers, which the industry says would
- 18:56Speaker 1: create drivers shortages and fuel inflation. Truckers are the banner
- 19:00Speaker 1: Freedom Convoy twenty twenty two of raised two point seven
- 19:03Speaker 1: million by Sunday through a go fund me campaign to
- 19:07Speaker 1: fight the mandate. The fundraise will be used to help
- 19:09Speaker 1: the cost of fuel, food and lodging. The go fund
- 19:12Speaker 1: me page says the convoys expect to reach Ottawa January
- 19:16Speaker 1: the twenty ninth. The trucking industry is vital to ensuring
- 19:19Speaker 1: smooth flow of goods since more than two thirds of
- 19:22Speaker 1: the five hundred twenty one billion goods traded annually between
- 19:25Speaker 1: Canada and the United States travel on the roads, but
- 19:28Speaker 1: as many as thirty two thousand, or twenty percent of
- 19:31Speaker 1: the one hundred and sixty thousand Canadian and American cross
- 19:34Speaker 1: border truck drivers may be taken off the roads due
- 19:36Speaker 1: to the mandate. That's what the Canadian Trucking Alliance estimates
- 19:41Speaker 1: now reads. Well, that's a big difference than what the
- 19:43Speaker 1: AP is saying. That's a big difference in what Trudeau
- 19:45Speaker 1: is saying. Right, Trudeau says, these are just a little
- 19:48Speaker 1: group of people that are fringe and crazy. The small
- 19:52Speaker 1: fringe minority of people who are on their way to
- 19:56Speaker 1: Ottawa or who are holding unacceptable views that they're expressing
- 20:04Speaker 1: do not represent the views of Canadians who have been
- 20:09Speaker 1: there for each other, who know following the science and
- 20:14Speaker 1: stepping up to protect each other is the best way
- 20:18Speaker 1: to continue to ensure our freedoms, our rights, our values
- 20:21Speaker 1: as a country. Yes, keep demonizing those that disagree with
- 20:26Speaker 1: you on a medical decision, keep doing it or our
- 20:31Speaker 1: Ingram on Fox News Channel had this to say about
- 20:34Speaker 1: the US Canadian vaccine border, and she's right. She said.
- 20:38Speaker 1: If you think empty shelves are a problem right now,
- 20:41Speaker 1: wait until the vaccine mandate on these truckers is in effect.
- 20:46Speaker 1: These vaccine mandates, Biden's latest one, is a masterclass in
- 20:50Speaker 1: colossal stupidity, and this time he's getting help from pretty
- 20:53Speaker 1: boy Justin Trudeau. As of January twenty second, the Biden
- 20:57Speaker 1: administration will require truck drivers returning from Canada to be
- 21:02Speaker 1: fully vaxed. So just days ago, a similar mandate went
- 21:05Speaker 1: into effect in Canada the other way around. In response,
- 21:09Speaker 1: Canadian truckers in Manitoba took to the streets in protest.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Now you're thinking, well, why is this such a big deal,
- 21:15Speaker 1: Well until you realize as many as half of American
- 21:19Speaker 1: truckers are unvaccinated. Many of them, of course, already recovered
- 21:23Speaker 1: from COVID. So if you think the grocery store shelves
- 21:25Speaker 1: are barren, now wait until tens of thousands of truckers
- 21:29Speaker 1: are forced off the roads. We already have a trucker shortage.
- 21:32Speaker 1: It's going to make it worse. Joining me now is
- 21:34Speaker 1: Rick Wall, who organized a protest against the trucker mandate
- 21:38Speaker 1: in Manitoba this week. Truckers who in large parts sit
- 21:44Speaker 1: alone in a sealed cab for hours a day apparently
- 21:49Speaker 1: a viral threat to the public. I love how she
- 21:53Speaker 1: says that their viral threat in the public. They sit
- 21:55Speaker 1: alone in a truck, in a sealed cab for hours
- 21:58Speaker 1: and hours and hours a day. They sit in their cab,
- 22:00Speaker 1: whether they're waiting for their new shipment to be either
- 22:04Speaker 1: clicked on or taken off the back of their of
- 22:06Speaker 1: their rig. And this is what we're doing to these people.
- 22:09Speaker 1: We've said they're extremists, but they're really not. And remember
- 22:13Speaker 1: Joe Biden, who's gotten virtually everything went wrong with vaccines,
- 22:17Speaker 1: was asked about this as well, and he said, without
- 22:20Speaker 1: anything to back it up, there are not going to
- 22:24Speaker 1: be any problems with supply chain because taking sixteen thousand
- 22:27Speaker 1: truckers off the road, I say no, thank you. There
- 22:40Speaker 1: it is, I say no, thank you. So all the
- 22:43Speaker 1: people that are asking questions about the vaccine and taking
- 22:45Speaker 1: all these truckers off the road is they're gonna have
- 22:47Speaker 1: a major impact on supply chain. Joe Biden's responses, I
- 22:50Speaker 1: say no, thank you. Well that makes me feel a
- 22:54Speaker 1: hell of a lot better. Biden wants you to believe
- 23:00Speaker 1: that everything happening right now in Canada is going to
- 23:02Speaker 1: have zero impact on supply chain shortages. Okay, let me
- 23:08Speaker 1: just remind you of how stupid this White House is.
- 23:11Speaker 1: I'm gonna go back to twelve sixteen of twenty twenty one,
- 23:15Speaker 1: December the sixteenth, not that long ago, and I'm old
- 23:18Speaker 1: enough to remember when these conversations took place. Remember mayor Pete,
- 23:23Speaker 1: the guy who's supposed to be in charge of transportation
- 23:25Speaker 1: who took a two month maternity leave when they adopted
- 23:30Speaker 1: a child. He didn't birth anything two months off and
- 23:33Speaker 1: they dudedn't charge. While we are in a supply chain
- 23:36Speaker 1: crisis before Christmas, and we have backup at virtually every
- 23:40Speaker 1: port in America, and we have a shortage of truck
- 23:43Speaker 1: drivers in this country now we've literally had to make it.
- 23:45Speaker 1: We're eighteen year olds. Right, while they try to claim
- 23:48Speaker 1: there's gonna be no shortage, We've just changed the rule
- 23:50Speaker 1: where eighteen year old truck drivers can cross state lines.
- 23:53Speaker 1: That's how bad it's gotten. But the dude just said,
- 23:56Speaker 1: the President just said to you, oh, there's gonna be
- 23:58Speaker 1: no problem, no supply chain issues. We're not worried about
- 24:00Speaker 1: these extreme fringe people, right, the same exact hostility that
- 24:03Speaker 1: we've heard from Trudeau towards these truck drivers Prime Minister
- 24:07Speaker 1: in Canadya. These are a small group of extremists on
- 24:11Speaker 1: a fringe that are wackos and crazy. Okay, let's go
- 24:14Speaker 1: back to twelve to sixteen. We've got a real problem
- 24:17Speaker 1: with truckers in this country. There's warning signs everywhere. We
- 24:19Speaker 1: don't have enough of them. How we're having to change
- 24:21Speaker 1: the age that truck driver can drive across state lines.
- 24:23Speaker 1: Eighteen and after Mayor Pete came back from not birthing
- 24:27Speaker 1: a child to from his you know, to be in
- 24:30Speaker 1: charge of transportation, he's on CNN and he's asked about
- 24:34Speaker 1: the need for more truck drivers in this country. Now
- 24:39Speaker 1: this is before they just change these rules in Canada
- 24:42Speaker 1: in America about mandating vaccine vaccine mandates for the truck
- 24:46Speaker 1: drivers crossing the border. So you can't have it both ways.
- 24:49Speaker 1: I'm busting you right now. Listen to this from last year. Remember,
- 24:54Speaker 1: these truck drivers are the definition of essential workers. You
- 24:57Speaker 1: can't do that job from home, you can't do it
- 25:00Speaker 1: over zoom. And we have absolutely depended on them to
- 25:03Speaker 1: get everything from vaccine supplies to a Christmas presence where
- 25:06Speaker 1: they need to be. But we are at a moment
- 25:09Speaker 1: where we just don't have the trucking capacity that we need.
- 25:12Speaker 1: So we're teaming up with the Department of Gold on
- 25:14Speaker 1: hold on, wait, wait, wait, wait, let's back it up.
- 25:17Speaker 1: The Transportation Secretary on December the sixteenth said this, but
- 25:22Speaker 1: we are at a moment where we just don't have
- 25:24Speaker 1: the trucking capacity that we need. So this was pre
- 25:28Speaker 1: vaccine mandate put in place by America and put in Canada,
- 25:32Speaker 1: which clearly they were talking to one another when they
- 25:34Speaker 1: decided to do this. We had a problem December the sixteenth,
- 25:37Speaker 1: and now the President wants you to believe that there
- 25:40Speaker 1: is no issue with supply chain while we're putting potentially
- 25:44Speaker 1: up to sixteen thousand truck drivers just in Canada alone
- 25:47Speaker 1: off the roadways based on what we've seen from these
- 25:51Speaker 1: articles that are written also telling us that those that
- 25:54Speaker 1: protests are now a threat to society and there could
- 25:57Speaker 1: be violence that it rops because of this. I'll go
- 26:01Speaker 1: back to the Reuters article here, but as many as
- 26:04Speaker 1: thirty two thousand, or twenty percent of one hundred and
- 26:08Speaker 1: sixty thousand Canadian and American cross border truck drivers may
- 26:11Speaker 1: be taken off the roads to the mandate, the Canadian
- 26:14Speaker 1: Trucking Alliance estimates. The Canadian Trucking Alliance, however, set in
- 26:19Speaker 1: a statement because I'm sure they want to be in
- 26:21Speaker 1: good graces with the government, it does not support any
- 26:23Speaker 1: protests or public roadways. On the public roadways and the
- 26:27Speaker 1: only way to cross the border on a commercial truck
- 26:29Speaker 1: is by getting vaccinated. Man, you guys really know how
- 26:33Speaker 1: to do it. Reuters did at least tell the truth
- 26:36Speaker 1: on this. Drivers shortages are further expected to fuel red
- 26:39Speaker 1: hot inflation, which is running at a three decade high.
- 26:43Speaker 1: Industry lobbyist groups have warned Prime Minster Trudeau has resisted
- 26:47Speaker 1: endency pressure to delay the mandate since it was first
- 26:50Speaker 1: announced because remember, these people are fringe and crazy, and
- 26:54Speaker 1: they're very small minorities. So everybody's on my side, and
- 26:57Speaker 1: everybody thinks that I'm brilliant, so we're going to stay
- 27:00Speaker 1: with us. Back to President Obama or Biden, what does
- 27:03Speaker 1: he have to say, Oh, well, there's no issues here.
- 27:05Speaker 1: I say no to issues with supply chain shortages. Well,
- 27:09Speaker 1: that's not what your transportation secretary said on January the first,
- 27:16Speaker 1: December the twenty ninth, December the twenty second, and December
- 27:21Speaker 1: the sixteenth, in interviews, your Transportation secretary said there absolutely
- 27:26Speaker 1: is a problem, so much so that he is starting
- 27:30Speaker 1: a government initiative, a government initiative to do more to
- 27:36Speaker 1: make sure that we have a more secure, well compensated
- 27:39Speaker 1: and well respected job growth in the trucking industry. You
- 27:43Speaker 1: don't believe me. Here are his exact words. Again, Remember,
- 27:47Speaker 1: these truck drivers are the definition of essential workers. You
- 27:50Speaker 1: can't do that job from home, you can't do it
- 27:53Speaker 1: over zoom. And we have absolutely depended on them to
- 27:56Speaker 1: get everything from vaccine supplies to Christmas presents where they
- 28:00Speaker 1: need to be. But we are at a moment where
- 28:02Speaker 1: we just don't have the trucking capacity that we need.
- 28:05Speaker 1: So we're teaming up with the Department of Labor taking
- 28:07Speaker 1: a number of steps across the next thirty sixty ninety
- 28:10Speaker 1: days and beyond in the near term. A lot of
- 28:12Speaker 1: it's about taking down some of the red tape that
- 28:15Speaker 1: gets in the way of people who want a career
- 28:17Speaker 1: in trucking. Well, then why are you adding more red tape?
- 28:19Speaker 1: Why are you adding vaccine mandate red tape. If you say,
- 28:23Speaker 1: and you claim that you're trying to get rid of
- 28:25Speaker 1: the red tape because it's important for you to get
- 28:28Speaker 1: rid of the red tape, these are your words, not mine. Okay,
- 28:32Speaker 1: these are your words, not mine. You're saying we got
- 28:35Speaker 1: to get rid of the red tape, that's how bad
- 28:36Speaker 1: it's gotten. And then immediately you are you're invoking massive
- 28:41Speaker 1: medical red tape that's going to affect twenty seven thousand
- 28:44Speaker 1: plus truckers being able to get tested for commercial driver's license,
- 28:48Speaker 1: for example. In the longer run. Frankly, we need to
- 28:51Speaker 1: do more to make this a more secure, well compensated
- 28:55Speaker 1: and well respected job. And well, you guys aren't treating
- 28:57Speaker 1: them with much respect because when they protest, you act
- 29:00Speaker 1: like they're terrorists. So that ain't working. We're gonna be
- 29:04Speaker 1: looking at that too. Well, yeah, we're gonna be looking
- 29:06Speaker 1: at that too. We're gonna, well, we're gonna we're gonna
- 29:08Speaker 1: make sure they're more well compensated and well respected in
- 29:10Speaker 1: their job. You're treating them like terrorists right now. The
- 29:13Speaker 1: headlines are clear almost every major headline if you just
- 29:19Speaker 1: put in Canada and trucking Canada Police fear violence at
- 29:23Speaker 1: truck driver vaccine protests, fringe minority and truck convoy with
- 29:28Speaker 1: unacceptable views don't represent Canadians. The Prime Minister Trudeau is saying,
- 29:32Speaker 1: this is what you guys are doing to them. The
- 29:36Speaker 1: Ottawa Police chief says they've been in contact with the
- 29:39Speaker 1: protest leaders, whom they say have been cooperative and shared
- 29:43Speaker 1: their plans, but you still want to turn them into
- 29:45Speaker 1: some sort of domestic terrorist group. You say they're wanting
- 29:50Speaker 1: to do January the six all over again. That's what
- 29:53Speaker 1: you're saying, And what are the truck drivers saying? The
- 29:57Speaker 1: Freedom Convoy on their Facebook page put this up from
- 30:01Speaker 1: a trucker facts that the media is not sharing. The
- 30:04Speaker 1: Trucking Convoy is not anti vaccination, it is anti government mandates.
- 30:10Speaker 1: Number one, many of us are vaccinated. We simply believe
- 30:13Speaker 1: that every Canadian should be free to choose and face
- 30:15Speaker 1: no discrimination or restrictions on their freedom due to their choice.
- 30:22Speaker 1: Media is not going to tell you that they want
- 30:23Speaker 1: you to be afraid of. The truck drivers are extremists.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Number two. The Canadian Trucking Alliance is a spineless private
- 30:29Speaker 1: organization that does not speak for us. That's a group
- 30:32Speaker 1: that every media outlets quoting right now saying they're against
- 30:34Speaker 1: these protests. Number three, no more lockdowns, no force vaccination, Yes,
- 30:42Speaker 1: it is force when you choose between a shot you
- 30:45Speaker 1: don't want and your ability to feed your family. Number four. Five,
- 30:50Speaker 1: I should say truckers will not block emergency vehicles at
- 30:53Speaker 1: any point. Ever, people have been accusing them that online,
- 30:57Speaker 1: which is not true. And we'll even assist any person
- 31:00Speaker 1: in need at any point in the convoy or protests.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Safety plans are in place. Drivers have been briefed and
- 31:08Speaker 1: signed documents at their respective checkpoints to make sure that
- 31:13Speaker 1: they're in compliance because they know the media is trying
- 31:15Speaker 1: to set them up and the governments trying to set
- 31:16Speaker 1: them not to imply that they blocked emergency vehicles and
- 31:19Speaker 1: that someone's going to die because they're in the roadways
- 31:23Speaker 1: them running money raised now over four million dollars will
- 31:29Speaker 1: be distributed following a strict protocol. Drivers must register, check
- 31:32Speaker 1: in with their respective road captains that submit receipts in
- 31:35Speaker 1: order to be reimbursed. All remaining funds will be donated
- 31:38Speaker 1: to a veterans association in Canada. There is a lawyer
- 31:41Speaker 1: an accountant overseeing this. They've been attacked already by the
- 31:46Speaker 1: government saying well, we wonder where all this money's going.
- 31:48Speaker 1: There you go. This could be the single largest protests
- 31:54Speaker 1: in Canada's history. People who oppose government mandates are not
- 31:59Speaker 1: the time any group that the media has tried to
- 32:02Speaker 1: make us believe. We are significant in numbers, growing by
- 32:05Speaker 1: the day, and we will not back down. See you
- 32:10Speaker 1: all on the flip side. God bless everyone who's fighting
- 32:12Speaker 1: for our freedom and our futures. That was posted by
- 32:16Speaker 1: the Freedom Convoy yesterday. So let's go back to Trudeau,
- 32:23Speaker 1: and I will end by reminding you that Trudeau is
- 32:29Speaker 1: a guy that is trying to imply that all these
- 32:32Speaker 1: truckers are some sort of domestic terrorists, that they're crazy,
- 32:35Speaker 1: that their whack jobs, they deserve to be exiled from Canada,
- 32:40Speaker 1: they should not be considered to be a part of
- 32:44Speaker 1: the good people of Canada, that they're basically not even
- 32:46Speaker 1: Canadian citizens. It's the same people that say we need
- 32:50Speaker 1: to dial down and ratchet down the rhetoric while they're
- 32:53Speaker 1: clearly upping the rhetoric. I go back to the Facebook
- 32:55Speaker 1: page Freedom Convoy twenty twenty two. This could be the
- 32:59Speaker 1: single are just protests in Canadian history. People who oppose
- 33:02Speaker 1: government mandates are not the tiny group that the media's
- 33:05Speaker 1: trying to make us believe. We are significant in numbers,
- 33:08Speaker 1: growing by the day, and we will not back down.
- 33:12Speaker 1: You want to know why that sentence was in there,
- 33:13Speaker 1: because this is how the government is treating these people.
- 33:16Speaker 1: A large group people that might be doing the largest
- 33:18Speaker 1: protests in the history of the country. The small fringe
- 33:23Speaker 1: minority of people who are on their way to Ottawa
- 33:28Speaker 1: or who are holding unacceptable views that they're expressing do
- 33:35Speaker 1: not represent the views of Canadians who have been there
- 33:40Speaker 1: for each other, who know the following the science and
- 33:45Speaker 1: stepping up to protect each other is the best way
- 33:48Speaker 1: to continue to ensure our freedoms, our rights, our values
- 33:52Speaker 1: as a country. Next question, they are your values. They've
- 33:56Speaker 1: decided what the values are. And if you don't get
- 33:57Speaker 1: in line with their values and get the jab that
- 34:00Speaker 1: we're going to attack you. By the way, if you
- 34:02Speaker 1: want to know how MSNBC is covering this not a joke.
- 34:06Speaker 1: MSNBC's Tiffany Cross is now blaming racism for the reason
- 34:09Speaker 1: why we're having supply chain issues in this country, saying,
- 34:13Speaker 1: and I'm quoting, the trucking industry is quote unwelcoming for
- 34:16Speaker 1: people of color. Truckers overwhelmingly voted for Donald Trump. So
- 34:23Speaker 1: if you don't have things on your shelf, no, it's
- 34:26Speaker 1: the fault of Trump and white people who are unwelcoming
- 34:30Speaker 1: to people of color in the trucking industry. That's how
- 34:33Speaker 1: they're spinning a supply chain issue that is being amplified
- 34:37Speaker 1: by stupid decisions by the leader in Canada and our
- 34:41Speaker 1: president with vaccine mandates. They're wanting you to somehow believe
- 34:45Speaker 1: it's Trump's fault, who's not even the president and racism
- 34:49Speaker 1: complish reason for the country's BACKLAS supply chain is something
- 34:52Speaker 1: surprisingly simple. There just aren't enough people to drive the trucks. Now.
- 34:56Speaker 1: The industry, which predominantly employs white men over the age
- 34:59Speaker 1: of FI five, has a massive retention problem, with the
- 35:02Speaker 1: ninety two turnover rate last year, leaving a shortage of
- 35:06Speaker 1: eighty thousand truck drivers nationwide. So it's all white people's fault,
- 35:10Speaker 1: and there's massive turnover. It's all white people's fault, and
- 35:13Speaker 1: everybody in the industry's white and they're all quitting their jobs.
- 35:15Speaker 1: So it's white people's fault. That's literally what MSNBC just said.
- 35:19Speaker 1: And guess who's needed to bail out the industry. Our
- 35:23Speaker 1: next guest will tell us. Joining me now, Pamela Day,
- 35:25Speaker 1: owner and president of the Cross Country Truck Driving School. Pamela,
- 35:30Speaker 1: so happy to have you here. I have to tell
- 35:32Speaker 1: you my brother is a truck driver and he drives
- 35:35Speaker 1: across the country and it's very a nerve racking to
- 35:38Speaker 1: me when he's on the road, because it's just it
- 35:42Speaker 1: feels like a dangerous industry. But you're trying to it
- 35:44Speaker 1: feels like a dangerous industry. This is a black woman
- 35:49Speaker 1: on TV, Tiffany cross An MSNBC, saying that she's afraid
- 35:53Speaker 1: for her brother's life because he's a black truck driver.
- 35:56Speaker 1: And then she has a woman who's black who owns
- 35:58Speaker 1: a truck driving company telling you that the real problem
- 36:01Speaker 1: with supply chain issues is not these mandates, it's white people.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Disrupt that and bring more people who look like us
- 36:09Speaker 1: of the industry. Tell us why yes, mamma, First of all,
- 36:12Speaker 1: thank you for having me this morning, and yes we are,
- 36:15Speaker 1: and we say we're not building truck drivers, but safe
- 36:18Speaker 1: CMB operators, folks that can get back to their home
- 36:22Speaker 1: whenever they've done with their ship. That's the most important part. Man. Well,
- 36:27Speaker 1: how can the industry be more welcome because I have
- 36:29Speaker 1: to tell you I talked to a lot of truck
- 36:30Speaker 1: drivers and preparing for this segment, and most of these
- 36:34Speaker 1: truck drivers were people of color, and they talked about,
- 36:37Speaker 1: you know, hearing some of the racism over the CB.
- 36:42Speaker 1: You know, this is again an industry populated by a
- 36:45Speaker 1: lot of white men over the age of fifty five.
- 36:48Speaker 1: This group of people overwhelmingly voted for Trump. There it is,
- 36:51Speaker 1: everybody on the roads are racist. So give the middle
- 36:53Speaker 1: finger the truck drivers. Blame the white man for all
- 36:56Speaker 1: the problems, and make sure that you hate Donald Trump.
- 36:59Speaker 1: And if you can find things on the shelf, just
- 37:01Speaker 1: know it's because the trucking industry is unwelcoming to people
- 37:05Speaker 1: of color, and truckers overwhelming voted for Trump. So they're
- 37:08Speaker 1: all a bunch of racists. And that is the media
- 37:10Speaker 1: in America today. I hope every one of you will
- 37:13Speaker 1: think the truck drivers you see for doing their jobs,
- 37:16Speaker 1: and I hope every one of you will encourage the
- 37:18Speaker 1: truck drivers to do exactly what they're doing in Canada,
- 37:20Speaker 1: because these people are heroes for standing up to this
- 37:23Speaker 1: insanity and you can and the media screw you. Please
- 37:28Speaker 1: make sure you share this podcast so other people will
- 37:31Speaker 1: know what really is going on and what the media
- 37:33Speaker 1: is trying to do to these truck drivers. We should
- 37:35Speaker 1: all stand by them. Please write us a five star
- 37:37Speaker 1: review and help us beat liberal podcasts and the charts.
- 37:40Speaker 1: Every time you write us a review, it makes a
- 37:41Speaker 1: huge difference and where we rate so people can find
- 37:44Speaker 1: this podcast. And lastly, make sure you hit that subscribe
- 37:48Speaker 1: or auto download button so you get this show for
- 37:50Speaker 1: free every day, and I'll see you back here tomorrow
