- 0:01Speaker 1: Well, come in is the Ben Ferguson Show. It is
- 0:03Speaker 1: nice to have you with us. I was planning on
- 0:05Speaker 1: being on family vacation and just taking some time off
- 0:09Speaker 1: for the next week, but with so many things happening
- 0:12Speaker 1: in the world, we're deciding we're not going to be
- 0:14Speaker 1: doing that. So what we're going to be doing instead
- 0:17Speaker 1: is I'm going to be doing a hybrid with this
- 0:19Speaker 1: show and the forty seven Morning Update. It's that show
- 0:22Speaker 1: that I do every morning that's about ten to twelve
- 0:24Speaker 1: minutes long, three biggest stories of the day coming out
- 0:27Speaker 1: of the White House or that affect the White House.
- 0:29Speaker 1: So for the next few days, that is what you're
- 0:32Speaker 1: going to be hearing here, and I just want to
- 0:33Speaker 1: make sure that you knew that on the front end.
- 0:36Speaker 1: But first I got to ask you a question. Are
- 0:39Speaker 1: you one of those that is just so tired of
- 0:41Speaker 1: giving your money to radical, left woke companies that actually
- 0:44Speaker 1: are fighting against your values every day? Well, there are
- 0:48Speaker 1: certain bills that you pay every month that if you
- 0:51Speaker 1: can go with a conservative company, why not do it?
- 0:54Speaker 1: In fact, why not go with a conservative company that
- 0:57Speaker 1: actually takes part of your bill every month that you're
- 0:59Speaker 1: going to pay to say, and they give it back
- 1:01Speaker 1: to organizations that support your First and your Second Amendment rights,
- 1:05Speaker 1: that support the rights of unborn children, that stand with
- 1:09Speaker 1: our military, are first responders and so many wounded warriors
- 1:15Speaker 1: that need help. Well, that bill I'm talking about is
- 1:18Speaker 1: your cell phone bill. And I've been telling you for
- 1:21Speaker 1: a long time about Patriot Mobile. But there's no better
- 1:24Speaker 1: time to switch than right now. Not only does Patriot
- 1:27Speaker 1: Mobile operate on all three major networks in this country, yeah,
- 1:31Speaker 1: all three. That means you get the same great coverage
- 1:34Speaker 1: you're used to right now, but you also make a
- 1:36Speaker 1: difference with every call you make and every text you make.
- 1:39Speaker 1: And why would you want to give your money to
- 1:41Speaker 1: Big Mobile? Big Mobile has been giving big donations to
- 1:44Speaker 1: democratic causes, democratic candidates, and radical left organizations. I'm talking
- 1:49Speaker 1: about organizations that actually support abortion. That is why I
- 1:55Speaker 1: want you to switch right now to Patriot Mobile. Go
- 1:59Speaker 1: ahead and make the switch, and it's so easy. All
- 2:02Speaker 1: you have to do is simply call Patriot Mobiles one
- 2:05Speaker 1: hundred percent US based team from the comfort of your
- 2:08Speaker 1: home or your office, and they'll have you activated in minutes.
- 2:12Speaker 1: And if you're still locked in a contract, not a problem.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Patriots Mobile contract buyout program covers up to five hundred
- 2:18Speaker 1: dollars per device. Keep your same number, keep your phone,
- 2:22Speaker 1: or upgrade do a new one. So back to my point,
- 2:24Speaker 1: what are you waiting for? Call Patriot Mobile today and
- 2:27Speaker 1: make a difference every single day with every call you make.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile dot com slash Ferguson. That's Patriot Mobile dot
- 2:36Speaker 1: com slash Ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. And
- 2:41Speaker 1: if you use the promo code Ferguson, you're gonna get
- 2:43Speaker 1: a free month of service on top of that. Patriot
- 2:46Speaker 1: Mobile dot com slash Ferguson or nine seven two Patriot.
- 2:50Speaker 1: That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash Ferguson or nine seven
- 2:53Speaker 1: to two Patriot. This is the forty seven Morning Update,
- 2:57Speaker 1: the new show. I do hit subscribe auto download to
- 2:59Speaker 1: it as well. And yeah, take a listen to the
- 3:01Speaker 1: big stories of the day.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Stop Ice from arresting criminal aliens in New York City.
- 3:09Speaker 2: This was in his acceptance speech for the Democrat nomination
- 3:12Speaker 2: for mayor. Your response to Zorhan Mandona.
- 3:17Speaker 3: Good luck if you're listening to the forty seven Morning
- 3:20Speaker 3: Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Good Tuesday morning, it's so nice to have you with
- 3:24Speaker 1: us on the forty seven Morning Update. Here are the
- 3:27Speaker 1: big stories we're talking about. The biggest one is the
- 3:30Speaker 1: Big Beautiful Bill. We have a lot that is happening
- 3:34Speaker 1: as we're recording this a little after midnight right now,
- 3:37Speaker 1: and there's word that there are some Republican holdouts in
- 3:40Speaker 1: the Senate. Much is changing and the President is working
- 3:44Speaker 1: the phone lines. We'll give you the latest that we
- 3:46Speaker 1: have for you right now in just a moment. Also,
- 3:50Speaker 1: in a shocking move, a major TV network is now
- 3:54Speaker 1: helping warn individuals where ICE agents are so that they
- 3:59Speaker 1: can get away from being held accountable for breaking our laws.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Who's doing it? We'll expose that coming up as well.
- 4:07Speaker 1: It's the forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
- 4:11Speaker 3: Story number one.
- 4:12Speaker 1: So you're tuning in right now wanting to know what's
- 4:15Speaker 1: going on with a Big Beautiful Bill. A lot is
- 4:18Speaker 1: changing and it's happening very quickly. I'm going to timestamp
- 4:22Speaker 1: this for you to let you know it's approaching midnight
- 4:25Speaker 1: as we speak right now. When you hear this, depending
- 4:28Speaker 1: on when you download it, it may change drastically from
- 4:32Speaker 1: what I'm telling you now. That's why I'm letting you
- 4:34Speaker 1: know that as I literally just got the phone with
- 4:38Speaker 1: members of Congress to get an update on what they're hearing.
- 4:42Speaker 1: And I'm gonna be honest with you. After talking and
- 4:45Speaker 1: texting with several different people in Congress, many of them
- 4:50Speaker 1: still don't know exactly what this final bill is going
- 4:53Speaker 1: to look like. There is a lot of back and
- 4:55Speaker 1: forth it is taking place right now now. There's also
- 4:59Speaker 1: a rumor that at midnight tonight they are up to
- 5:03Speaker 1: six GOP senators that are holding out on the Big
- 5:08Speaker 1: Beautiful Bill. I talked to another senator who said it's
- 5:11Speaker 1: five different GOP members, but they believe that those five
- 5:15Speaker 1: will come around after they get some concessions that they need.
- 5:19Speaker 1: This is how the sausage is made in Washington, DC.
- 5:23Speaker 1: And yes, all of the people I talked to are
- 5:26Speaker 1: sitting around their offices waiting for what's gonna happen next.
- 5:31Speaker 1: So let's go back to earlier in the day and
- 5:33Speaker 1: I want to explain to you how we got to
- 5:35Speaker 1: the point that we are at right now. Caroline Levitt
- 5:38Speaker 1: taking a lot of heat at the White House Press
- 5:40Speaker 1: briefing today on the Big Beautiful Bill because there are
- 5:44Speaker 1: so many in the Democratic Party and in the mainstream
- 5:46Speaker 1: media that want to destroy this from becoming a reality.
- 5:50Speaker 1: I want you to listen to what she had to
- 5:52Speaker 1: say about this legislation.
- 5:54Speaker 4: You speak on it, can you respond to the CBO
- 5:56Speaker 4: list month that the Senate but would increase the deficite
- 5:59Speaker 4: when you're eighty three in trillion? This is one of
- 6:01Speaker 4: the most fiscally conservative pieces of legislation that has ever
- 6:04Speaker 4: made its way through Capitol Hill. There's two trillion dollars
- 6:07Speaker 4: in mandatory savings in this bill. And not only that,
- 6:11Speaker 4: the projected growth that this bill will bring to our economy.
- 6:14Speaker 4: It will be an economic boom. The Council of Economic
- 6:17Speaker 4: Advisors has an analysis that shows that the bill will
- 6:20Speaker 4: generate four point one trillion dollars in economic growth, and
- 6:24Speaker 4: it will cut taxes, putting more money back into the
- 6:27Speaker 4: American people's pockets. That's why this president wants this bill
- 6:30Speaker 4: to pass. And I know he's busy working the phones
- 6:32Speaker 4: and doing what he needs to do today to make
- 6:34Speaker 4: it happen. So we'll see you all later. Thank you,
- 6:36Speaker 4: We'll see you in Florida.
- 6:36Speaker 5: Thank you now.
- 6:38Speaker 1: As you heard Caroline say there, We'll see you and
- 6:41Speaker 1: tomorrow in Florida, meaning right now as you're listing this show.
- 6:45Speaker 1: There's also another important part of what she just said.
- 6:48Speaker 1: The President is working the phones and has been working
- 6:50Speaker 1: them from what I've been told, all day long and
- 6:53Speaker 1: late into the evening and very well maybe pulling what
- 6:56Speaker 1: you would refer to in college is a good old
- 6:59Speaker 1: all night making sure that this gets across the finished line. Now,
- 7:04Speaker 1: there is also other centators that are going on TV
- 7:07Speaker 1: talking about where they believe this is going. Centater turber
- 7:10Speaker 1: Bilt from Alabama, you may know him as the football coach.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Here's what he had to say on Fox Business.
- 7:16Speaker 6: What is your assessment when you look at the whole thing,
- 7:18Speaker 6: what would you have liked to have gotten in that
- 7:20Speaker 6: didn't and what do you.
- 7:21Speaker 5: Think is the best things in it? Well, first of all,
- 7:24Speaker 5: two thirds of the bill is the tax cuts, which
- 7:26Speaker 5: obviously we've got to get done. It's necessary. Then one
- 7:30Speaker 5: third of the bill is we're reforming most of the agencies,
- 7:33Speaker 5: which is Medicaid, you know, school loans, all those things
- 7:38Speaker 5: that are really costing us a lot of money. They've
- 7:40Speaker 5: right now we have forty seven million young Americans that
- 7:46Speaker 5: are in debt with student loans. For one point seven
- 7:51Speaker 5: trillion dollars. We can't sustain that. We can't sustain it.
- 7:54Speaker 5: So we've done some work on that. We've done some
- 7:57Speaker 5: work on Medicaid. Medicaid is basically reform it care people
- 8:00Speaker 5: off that's not supposed to be on their illegals and
- 8:02Speaker 5: people that should be working. So all this, most of
- 8:06Speaker 5: it is good. You just sometimes you hate to do
- 8:09Speaker 5: things that you know is going to put people in
- 8:12Speaker 5: a situation where they're going to be uncomfortable. But the
- 8:15Speaker 5: end of the day, we all have to adjust to
- 8:17Speaker 5: this because we can't keep spending the way we're spending
- 8:20Speaker 5: right now. We can't do it.
- 8:21Speaker 1: We can't keep spending the way we're spending right now.
- 8:24Speaker 1: We just can't keep doing it now. Senator Turberville brought
- 8:27Speaker 1: up an excellent point there as well. Two thirds of
- 8:30Speaker 1: this big, beautiful bill are actually tax cuts and one
- 8:33Speaker 1: third is reforming most of the agencies that is extremely important. Now,
- 8:39Speaker 1: there's also many that are saying the American people actually
- 8:41Speaker 1: don't want this. One of the things that Tom Tillis
- 8:44Speaker 1: has been saying about this bill that actually is not true.
- 8:48Speaker 1: In fact, if you go back and look at what
- 8:50Speaker 1: Donald Trump ran on he ran on the issue of
- 8:54Speaker 1: making the Trump tax cuts permanent. How are we doing it?
- 8:58Speaker 1: It is through the Big Beautiful Bill. So the president
- 9:01Speaker 1: United States of America is burning the Midnight Oil Center.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Ron Johnson defending the Big Beautiful Bill as well on CNN,
- 9:09Speaker 1: saying this to Jake Tapper.
- 9:11Speaker 7: Billion so Biden deficits were three times larger than pre
- 9:16Speaker 7: pandemic levels of death. SIT and spending is just out
- 9:19Speaker 7: of control. So it's easy to be a Democrat. Spend
- 9:22Speaker 7: mortgage and kids future, never be held accountable by the media.
- 9:25Speaker 7: It's pretty hard what we're trying to do, and so
- 9:28Speaker 7: this may take a little bit more time.
- 9:30Speaker 6: Well, DEAFSIT spending is a bipartisan affliction. You know that
- 9:33Speaker 6: better than anyone. Earlier this month, you were warning about
- 9:36Speaker 6: this bill adding trillions to the national debt. You told
- 9:38Speaker 6: ABC News quote, I'm worried about our kids and grandkids,
- 9:42Speaker 6: the fact that we're mortgaging their future. It's wrong, it's immoral.
- 9:46Speaker 6: Is has your position changed? It's this bill. I mean,
- 9:50Speaker 6: this legislation is still going to add to the deficits.
- 9:53Speaker 7: So Democrats their only solution is increased taxes. We don't
- 9:56Speaker 7: want to do that. That Haim's economic growth. We won't
- 9:58Speaker 7: get the revenue you ever, look for, all Democrats do
- 10:01Speaker 7: is spend. By the way they're talking about, you know,
- 10:03Speaker 7: we're going to get you know, test cuts for millionaires. No,
- 10:06Speaker 7: we're just not going to increase taxes. They could have
- 10:08Speaker 7: done that in the four years when they were in power.
- 10:11Speaker 7: They could have gotten rid of the Tax Cutting Jobs Act.
- 10:13Speaker 7: They could have increased taxes on every American. That's what
- 10:16Speaker 7: we're trying to avoid. So again, Democrats love to spend.
- 10:19Speaker 7: I'm not saying that we don't have Republicans that are
- 10:21Speaker 7: a big spender as well. I've been focusing on spending, spending, spending,
- 10:25Speaker 7: trying to put pressure on the process, and I think
- 10:27Speaker 7: right now the stumbling block is what the Senate bill does.
- 10:31Speaker 7: Even though we actually reduce spending more, we also make
- 10:34Speaker 7: sure that those business tax provisions which will incentivize growth
- 10:38Speaker 7: are permanent. So that holds a bigger score. But the
- 10:41Speaker 7: difference between the House and Center is about six hundred
- 10:43Speaker 7: and fifty one billion dollars. Rick Scott's amendment, which is
- 10:46Speaker 7: eminently reasonable. It doesn't kick anybody off of Medicaid. It
- 10:49Speaker 7: just limits at some point in time in the future.
- 10:52Speaker 7: Additional adults who are childless, who are working age, who
- 10:58Speaker 7: could work, it's going to deny them that nine to
- 11:01Speaker 7: one match, which is distorted Medicaid. Jake, for every dollar
- 11:06Speaker 7: the state puts into a to provide health care for
- 11:10Speaker 7: a disabled child, the federal government puts a buck thirty three.
- 11:13Speaker 7: But for every dollar they put in toward a single
- 11:15Speaker 7: childless adult who should be working, we kick in nine.
- 11:18Speaker 7: That has led to all kinds of abuse, provider taxes,
- 11:21Speaker 7: provider fees. By the way, that's not healthcare. But you
- 11:24Speaker 7: have the federal government's kicking out nine dollars for every
- 11:26Speaker 7: one of the states. That's what we're trying to address.
- 11:28Speaker 7: We're not trying to take Medicaid away from disabled children.
- 11:31Speaker 7: We're trying to stop that scam the states and providers
- 11:34Speaker 7: have been using to draw down one hundreds of billions
- 11:36Speaker 7: of dollars for the federal government that we can't afford.
- 11:38Speaker 1: So you listener Ron Johnson there defending the big beautiful bill.
- 11:43Speaker 1: DEM's only solution has increased taxes and saying, quote, it's
- 11:47Speaker 1: easy to be a Democrat. You can also find it
- 11:51Speaker 1: very interesting that Jake Tapper it see it and now
- 11:53Speaker 1: actually cares about government spending, something he didn't care about
- 11:57Speaker 1: under the Biden administration, not one single time, but all
- 12:00Speaker 1: of a sudden, the media now is like, well, we
- 12:03Speaker 1: need to be looking at the deficit. At the end
- 12:06Speaker 1: of the day. Donald Trump promised to make the tax
- 12:09Speaker 1: cuts permanent and to rein in the size of government.
- 12:13Speaker 1: That's clearly what he's advocating for and what he's trying
- 12:16Speaker 1: to do right now. Now, I'll say this for the
- 12:19Speaker 1: five that are apparently holding out at this hour a
- 12:22Speaker 1: little after midnight as I am recording the show, anything
- 12:26Speaker 1: can happen in the next few hours, and I have
- 12:29Speaker 1: a feeling that at the end of the day, Donald
- 12:31Speaker 1: Trump will be working those phones and making sure that
- 12:35Speaker 1: the big, beautiful bill gets across the finish line for
- 12:38Speaker 1: the American people.
- 12:39Speaker 3: Now, story number two.
- 12:40Speaker 1: The media yet again putting ice agents lives at risk,
- 12:45Speaker 1: this time CNN featuring a segment on ice Block. It
- 12:50Speaker 1: is an app that lets users anonymously crowd source ice
- 12:54Speaker 1: agents sightings across a mapp and send alerts to others
- 12:59Speaker 1: within a five mile radius. Now, the app's creator framed
- 13:03Speaker 1: as a quote harmless early warning system to help people
- 13:07Speaker 1: avoid ice, not to incite violence against the agents. Ice
- 13:12Speaker 1: block enforces constraints, they claim as well, one post every
- 13:17Speaker 1: five minutes, auto deletion after four hours, and explicitly recommends
- 13:21Speaker 1: users not interfere with officers. That's their get out of
- 13:25Speaker 1: jail free card. Apparently, the White House Press Secretary Caroline
- 13:29Speaker 1: Levitt accusing CNN of encouraging violence by publicizing the app,
- 13:34Speaker 1: especially amid a reported five hundred percent surge in assaults
- 13:38Speaker 1: on ICE agents nationwide. The acting ICE Director called CNN's
- 13:43Speaker 1: coverage quote reckless and irresponsible, warning that it paints a
- 13:48Speaker 1: target on federal law enforcement officers. Backs and Tom Homan,
- 13:53Speaker 1: the former ICE director, and the current borders are branded.
- 13:56Speaker 1: The app is simply disgusting, and urge the DOJ to
- 14:00Speaker 1: investigate CNN's role in all of this. I want you
- 14:04Speaker 1: to hear more of what Tom Holman had to say
- 14:07Speaker 1: on Fox News Channel about this.
- 14:10Speaker 8: So this next story is outrageous. A new iPhone app
- 14:13Speaker 8: is alerting people about ICE sightings in the area. As
- 14:17Speaker 8: if that's not bad enough. Seeing in it appears to
- 14:19Speaker 8: be promoting the app, talking to the creator, and doing
- 14:22Speaker 8: a whole story on it. That is not sitting well
- 14:25Speaker 8: with my next guest the borders. Our Tom Holman joins me. Now, Tom,
- 14:30Speaker 8: they've crossed the line here. This is out of control.
- 14:33Speaker 6: I know.
- 14:34Speaker 9: It's just simply disgusting. In any network that covers that
- 14:37Speaker 9: is disgusting as well. So I'm hoping DJ steps in
- 14:40Speaker 9: here and see if they cross that line. I'm competing
- 14:41Speaker 9: federal law enforcement offshoes. Look, Lawrence, you're not talking about this.
- 14:45Speaker 9: Pasaulting CONCIS is up over five hundred percent. Now you've
- 14:48Speaker 9: got an app that's going to tell where ICE operators
- 14:50Speaker 9: are going to be. It's only a matter of time
- 14:53Speaker 9: for ICE stages are ambushed by some nut like we're
- 14:55Speaker 9: happening in LA throwing them a top cocktail, throwing bricks,
- 14:58Speaker 9: and these officers. It's just this is just disgusting at
- 15:01Speaker 9: every level. So I hope DK dives in this deeply,
- 15:05Speaker 9: because you know, ICE is constraint on public safety threats
- 15:07Speaker 9: and national security threats. This shouldn't be a partisan issue.
- 15:10Speaker 9: There shouldn't be an issue anybody's is against. So they're
- 15:14Speaker 9: already a dangerous job going after the worst, the worst.
- 15:16Speaker 9: These guys are putting their lives on the line every day,
- 15:18Speaker 9: going after the worst and worst international security threats, and
- 15:21Speaker 9: this app makes it that much more dangerous. It's it's
- 15:24Speaker 9: incredible that those who enforced law, all of a sudden,
- 15:27Speaker 9: they are the bad guys you want to break the law,
- 15:28Speaker 9: they're victims. It's disgusting.
- 15:30Speaker 8: Why I was seeing in promote this, Why would they
- 15:32Speaker 8: do a story on this?
- 15:34Speaker 9: I can't figure out. I've been look, I've been doing
- 15:36Speaker 9: this for four decades. I've never seen anything like this
- 15:38Speaker 9: in my life. You know, it's got to be they
- 15:41Speaker 9: hate Trump more than love law enforcement or I can't
- 15:44Speaker 9: figure it out, but something needs to be done. I mean,
- 15:46Speaker 9: you advertise this guy's app on a national TV network,
- 15:50Speaker 9: They're just going to bring more followers, sick followers to
- 15:54Speaker 9: the app and use it again, letting the bad guy
- 15:58Speaker 9: know ICE is coming. They're here, here's where they're going next.
- 16:01Speaker 9: This is dangerous for the men and women law enforcement.
- 16:04Speaker 8: So true, Tom, I want to.
- 16:06Speaker 1: Get Tom Homan clearly slamming CNN for promoting the ICE
- 16:09Speaker 1: tracking app and now is saying maybe it's time for
- 16:12Speaker 1: law enforcement, the DOJ to step in here and see
- 16:16Speaker 1: if they cross the line. Competing federal law enforcement officers
- 16:21Speaker 1: yet again another example of how the left is doing
- 16:24Speaker 1: everything they can to protect illegal immigrants and put American
- 16:28Speaker 1: lives at risk.
