- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with
- 0:04Speaker 2: you and Senator there are two major issues that we're
- 0:07Speaker 2: going to be dealing with on the POD and one
- 0:09Speaker 2: of them deals with the tragic consequences of a wide
- 0:12Speaker 2: open border that is now costing young people their lives
- 0:17Speaker 2: with illegal immigrants that are killing them. And one of
- 0:20Speaker 2: the tragic attacks happened in your hometown, my town of Houston.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Every day, another one of these happens, day after day
- 0:32Speaker 3: after day. Americans are being murdered, children are being raped.
- 0:36Speaker 3: What is happening is horrific, and Joe Biden and the
- 0:39Speaker 3: Democrats are allowing they are causing the criminal invasion of
- 0:45Speaker 3: the United States of America. We just had breaking news
- 0:48Speaker 3: from my hometown. Look, I love the city of Houston.
- 0:50Speaker 3: I've grown up in the city of Houston. A twelve
- 0:54Speaker 3: year old girl was murdered by two Venezuelan migrants. This
- 1:01Speaker 3: comes on the heels of a thirteen year old girl
- 1:05Speaker 3: raped in New York. This comes on the heels of
- 1:07Speaker 3: Rachel Morin raped and murdered in Maryland. This comes on
- 1:13Speaker 3: the heels of Lake and Riley. This comes on the
- 1:15Speaker 3: heels of Jeremy Cassaris. Every week it seems another case,
- 1:20Speaker 3: another case, another case. This has got to end. Additionally,
- 1:26Speaker 3: on Capitol Hill today, Joe Biden, the Democrats continue to
- 1:29Speaker 3: nominate radicals to.
- 1:30Speaker 4: The federal bench.
- 1:32Speaker 3: They don't care about stopping this invasion at our southern border.
- 1:35Speaker 3: They don't care about keeping our families safe. Instead, Biden
- 1:39Speaker 3: nominates radicals who number one, refuse to punish violent criminals,
- 1:43Speaker 3: give them incredibly light sentences and let them go. But
- 1:47Speaker 3: number two, today we had a hearing with a judicial
- 1:50Speaker 3: nominee who has spent years volunteering in support of a
- 1:54Speaker 3: radical communist organization calling for a worker's revolution. It's true,
- 2:00Speaker 3: astonishing the radicals they're trying to put on the federal bench.
- 2:04Speaker 3: That's what we're facing right now.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Yeah, it is, and it's an important conversation. It's going
- 2:09Speaker 2: to be an election your issue as well. We'll chat
- 2:11Speaker 2: about that in a moment. Let me tell you about
- 2:12Speaker 2: my friends over at Patriot Mobile. If you are like
- 2:15Speaker 2: me and you are not about giving your money to
- 2:18Speaker 2: companies that actually hate your values, that work against your values,
- 2:21Speaker 2: then if you're with Big Mobile, you need to know
- 2:23Speaker 2: where your money's been going for years. It has been
- 2:26Speaker 2: going to Democrats at the local, the state, and the
- 2:30Speaker 2: national level. And that's not all. Big Mobile has been
- 2:33Speaker 2: giving big donations to radical liberal organizations, including year after

- 4:06Speaker 2: slash verdict or nine seven to two Patriot. Senator, you
- 4:10Speaker 2: mentioned this story and it has uh trickled out with
- 4:16Speaker 2: more information that we now know that it yet again
- 4:20Speaker 2: is another illegal immigrant. Is the suspect in this Texas
- 4:23Speaker 2: girls murder that were recently caught by border patrol and
- 4:27Speaker 2: then released into the US. This is all being done
- 4:30Speaker 2: by design by the Biden administration to flood this country
- 4:33Speaker 2: with the legal immigrants. And they know that people are dying,
- 4:36Speaker 2: They know that children are being murdered and being raped,
- 4:39Speaker 2: and they don't seem to care at all, even when
- 4:42Speaker 2: these stories keep hitting.
- 4:44Speaker 3: Well, look, this is Thursday night that we're recording this.
- 4:46Speaker 3: The story just broke this evening. I gotta say the
- 4:50Speaker 3: facts these cases are all horrific, but I don't know
- 4:53Speaker 3: that there's one that makes me more angry than this.
- 4:57Speaker 3: This is a beautiful little girl. Let me read you
- 5:01Speaker 3: from the coverage of the New York Post tonight.
- 5:03Speaker 4: Here's the headline.
- 5:05Speaker 3: Migrant charged with murder of twelve year old Joscelyn Nungari
- 5:11Speaker 3: was released into the US just weeks ago. Now listen
- 5:15Speaker 3: to the reporting. Police and Houston have arrested two migrants
- 5:19Speaker 3: from Venezuela for the murder of twelve year old Joscelyn Nungari,
- 5:25Speaker 3: who was lured away from home, then strangled and dumped
- 5:29Speaker 3: in a bayou. One of the suspects crossed the border
- 5:33Speaker 3: illegally less than a month before the shocking murder, and
- 5:38Speaker 3: was released into the US after claiming he feared for
- 5:41Speaker 3: his life if he was sent back to his home country,
- 5:43Speaker 3: sources told the Post. Johann Jose Rangel Martinez, twenty one
- 5:49Speaker 3: and Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, twenty six, were charged Thursday
- 5:55Speaker 3: with capital murder. Apartment of Homeland Security Sources said Penyaremos
- 6:03Speaker 3: crossed into El Paso, Texas on May twenty eighth, less
- 6:08Speaker 3: than a month ago. He was released soon after his
- 6:12Speaker 3: interaction with border agents. He told authorities that he planned
- 6:16Speaker 3: to live with his cousin in Houston until his court
- 6:18Speaker 3: appearance in July. Sources said agents put a GPS tracker
- 6:24Speaker 3: on Penya Ramos, which was only set to monitor his
- 6:27Speaker 3: location for twenty one days. It was unclear whether he
- 6:32Speaker 3: was wearing the tracker when Jocelyn was murdered. Investigators identified
- 6:37Speaker 3: the suspects from surveillance footage after they were seen following
- 6:42Speaker 3: Jocelyn as she walked into a local convenience store. Her
- 6:47Speaker 3: body was found in a swampy creek on Monday by
- 6:51Speaker 3: a Houston resident who happened to be driving by. She
- 6:55Speaker 3: told ktr KTV she thought the girl was a floating mannequin.
- 6:59Speaker 3: At first, I did a U turn and I stopped
- 7:03Speaker 3: on the bridge, put my flashers on, looked down and
- 7:08Speaker 3: I realized it was someone. I parked right here and
- 7:12Speaker 3: called nine one one immediately, she said. The two migrants
- 7:16Speaker 3: were arrested at a local apartment complex where they had
- 7:19Speaker 3: been living as roommates cops said. Homeland Security is opened
- 7:25Speaker 3: an investigation into the suspects immigration history. The victim's mother,
- 7:31Speaker 3: Alexis Nungari, said her daughter sleep sneaked out of their
- 7:35Speaker 3: apartment late Sunday. She told local outlet Khou that she
- 7:41Speaker 3: was taken advantage of by her killers. I'm like angry
- 7:46Speaker 3: that they took advantage of her. She was so young,
- 7:50Speaker 3: she was twelve. You took my baby away. You took
- 7:54Speaker 3: her away. Now I get to let her little brother
- 7:59Speaker 3: know his older sin is never coming home.
- 8:01Speaker 1: She said.
- 8:02Speaker 3: She turned into a beautiful, beautiful young lady. Alexis said,
- 8:06Speaker 3: I was really looking forward to seeing how she was
- 8:08Speaker 3: going to be, and they took every opportunity away from
- 8:12Speaker 3: me and my family. Houston Mayor John Whitner Whitmyer, Democrat,
- 8:17Speaker 3: said Thursday that Jocelyn's murder affected him personally as a
- 8:21Speaker 3: grandfather and a father. It doesn't get any worse if
- 8:25Speaker 3: there is any circumstance where you deny bail. This is it, Ben,
- 8:33Speaker 3: This is friggin' horrific.
- 8:37Speaker 2: The part that is so frustrating to me is the
- 8:40Speaker 2: fact that the police officials described these two individuals and
- 8:43Speaker 2: let's talk about who's coming across the border. You've got Martinez,
- 8:47Speaker 2: who's twenty one. You've got Ramos who's twenty six. They've
- 8:52Speaker 2: been arrested, they've been charged our of capital murder by
- 8:55Speaker 2: Houston police, as you mentioned, in connection with a strangulation
- 8:59Speaker 2: death of this twelve year old girl. They apparently either
- 9:04Speaker 2: followed her or walked with her to the seven to eleven.
- 9:07Speaker 2: And you look at this and you realize that not
- 9:11Speaker 2: only did they know what they were doing, but these
- 9:15Speaker 2: two people are now being accused of strangling her to death,
- 9:19Speaker 2: raping her, and then leaving her body in this creek
- 9:23Speaker 2: at the bridge. The mother is said she jumped in
- 9:28Speaker 2: her car, impeded her on her cell phone, which led
- 9:31Speaker 2: her to the creek. When she arrived, police officers were
- 9:34Speaker 2: canvassing the scene. The mother was told about an hour
- 9:36Speaker 2: later that the police had found her body in that creek.
- 9:39Speaker 2: These are two military age men coming into this country
- 9:45Speaker 2: killing a twelve year old. We don't know who these
- 9:48Speaker 2: people are, we don't know their background, we don't know
- 9:52Speaker 2: what crimes they may have committed before this in Venezuela.
- 9:56Speaker 2: And yet the Biden administration says, no, no, no, you're good.
- 9:59Speaker 2: We're going to track you for twelve days. We don't
- 10:01Speaker 2: even know if the tracker was on. And the question
- 10:03Speaker 2: I would ask is if the tracker was off, for example,
- 10:06Speaker 2: is there any mechanism in place to then really start
- 10:10Speaker 2: looking for the individuals before they go out and kill
- 10:12Speaker 2: one of our kids.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Every week, this is happening over and over and over again. No,
- 10:17Speaker 3: the Biden administration doesn't care. No Democrat in Congress cares.
- 10:21Speaker 3: And you may think that's harsh, but if they cared,
- 10:23Speaker 3: they would do something about it. Every time we force
- 10:26Speaker 3: a vote to stop this, every single Democrat, all of them, votes,
- 10:31Speaker 3: know and they do it over and over again. Look,
- 10:33Speaker 3: I gotta tell you, if you look at the picture
- 10:38Speaker 3: of this twelve year old girl, I'm sorry, but this
- 10:40Speaker 3: really upsets me. As you know, I have teenaged daughters.
- 10:43Speaker 3: Yeah she's twelve, Yeah she has braces, she has braces.
- 10:49Speaker 3: I'm looking at her thinking that these animals, these monsters,
- 10:54Speaker 3: murdered this child. And I gotta say, this case reminds
- 10:58Speaker 3: me of the most significant case that I litigated when
- 11:05Speaker 3: I was Solicitor General of Texas. It was a case
- 11:07Speaker 3: that dealt with a criminal a murder named Jose or
- 11:11Speaker 3: Nesto Mediin. Now Mediine, like these two, was an illegal immigrant.
- 11:16Speaker 3: He was an illegal immigrant from Mexico and Jose or
- 11:20Speaker 3: Nesto Mediine. In nineteen ninety three, he was part of
- 11:23Speaker 3: a gang that raped and murdered two teenage girls in Houston.
- 11:28Speaker 3: They were fourteen and sixteen years old, Elizabeth Panya and
- 11:32Speaker 3: Jennifer Rtman. It was a case that was horrific. Just
- 11:38Speaker 3: like this case, they strangled the girls and in that
- 11:43Speaker 3: case they violently raped them. We don't know. I pray
- 11:46Speaker 3: that did not happen here. We don't know right now
- 11:48Speaker 3: if that happened or not. But in the case of Mediine,
- 11:55Speaker 3: he wrote a handwritten confession. It's four pages, handwritten. I've
- 11:59Speaker 3: read it, held those pages, which is sickening. He bragged
- 12:03Speaker 3: about what he did. He was proud of what he did.
- 12:06Speaker 3: He bragged about how one of the little girls had
- 12:09Speaker 3: a Mickey Mouse watch that he kept as a trophy
- 12:13Speaker 3: of the night because he was so proud of raping
- 12:16Speaker 3: and murdering these teenage girls. This is sick There is
- 12:20Speaker 3: evil in this world. And I argue this case twice
- 12:22Speaker 3: in the US Supreme Court. I prevailed twice, and ultimately
- 12:26Speaker 3: Medie Inn was executed. He was executed for those horrific murders.
- 12:30Speaker 3: But I got to tell you I visited with their parents,
- 12:32Speaker 3: and I got to tell you, Look, you're a dad, Ben,
- 12:37Speaker 3: How is a dad?
- 12:38Speaker 4: How is a mom?
- 12:39Speaker 3: Do you live with knowing what your child's last minutes
- 12:44Speaker 3: on earth were and knowing how horrific they were? I
- 12:48Speaker 3: mean it, I stood on the Supreme Court steps with
- 12:52Speaker 3: the parents of those girls, and look, I gotta admit
- 12:57Speaker 3: I feel for the dads because I like understand I
- 13:00Speaker 3: feel for the moms obviously too, But as a dad,
- 13:02Speaker 3: there's something, there's a feeling of helplessness and rage and like,
- 13:06Speaker 3: how did they take my baby? And what is wrong?
- 13:09Speaker 3: And what can I do about it? And that's what
- 13:12Speaker 3: just happened again in Houston from another illegal alien committing
- 13:17Speaker 3: another horrific crime.
- 13:20Speaker 2: I also want to go back to something you said,
- 13:22Speaker 2: because I think people need to understand what you're saying
- 13:25Speaker 2: is very accurate. When you're saying this is happening every day.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Let's move cities. Let's go to New York City. New
- 13:32Speaker 2: York City is not a border town. It's not a
- 13:33Speaker 2: border city, it's not a border state. It's very far
- 13:36Speaker 2: away from the border. An illegal immigrant from Ecuador who
- 13:40Speaker 2: was arrested in connection with a sexual assault of a
- 13:43Speaker 2: thirteen year old New York City girl, admitted that he
- 13:46Speaker 2: filmed the attack as he became more comfortable during the attack.
- 13:51Speaker 2: This was on the front page as well of the
- 13:53Speaker 2: New York.
- 13:54Speaker 3: Post, and this story broke just in the last couple
- 13:58Speaker 3: of days, a thirteen year old girl in New York
- 14:01Speaker 3: being raped in a park. Twenty five year old illegal immigrant,
- 14:06Speaker 3: Christian Giovanni Inga Landi, was arrested on Tuesday, Tuesday of
- 14:13Speaker 3: this week, just a couple of days ago. He reportedly
- 14:16Speaker 3: entered the United States in twenty twenty one. Last week,
- 14:20Speaker 3: the thirteen year old girl and a thirteen year old
- 14:22Speaker 3: boy were both held at knife point by inga Landi
- 14:25Speaker 3: with a machette style blade. He tied the girl up,
- 14:31Speaker 3: and a group of Good Samaritans located him, called him
- 14:38Speaker 3: out as a rapist before smacking him around and tying
- 14:41Speaker 3: him up with a belt. And God blessed those New Yorkers,
- 14:45Speaker 3: like there is a beautiful thing, this monster. They found him,
- 14:48Speaker 3: they tied him up, and he was captured. Accorded to
- 14:52Speaker 3: multiple reports, Ingolandi confessed to the cops that he recorded
- 14:57Speaker 3: the attack and let me read the quote from the post.
- 15:00Speaker 1: Quote.
- 15:01Speaker 3: The chilling admission by Christian Giovanni Ingolandi, twenty five, broke
- 15:05Speaker 3: the silence in an otherwise hush court hearing in which
- 15:09Speaker 3: he was arraigned on charges of rape, predatory sexual assault, kidnapping,
- 15:13Speaker 3: a raft of other felonies from the shocking June thirteenth
- 15:16Speaker 3: attack in Cassena Park.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Quote.
- 15:20Speaker 3: I was nervous at first, then got comfortable and recorded it,
- 15:26Speaker 3: Ingolandi admitted in a videotaped statement, prosecutors said in Queen's
- 15:30Speaker 3: Criminal Court, drawing sighs from the audience. Ingolandi claimed that
- 15:35Speaker 3: he saw the two thirteen year olds having sexual relations.
- 15:38Speaker 3: When he approached them, he used the knife to cut
- 15:40Speaker 3: off her clothes, and after he committed the sexual assault,
- 15:44Speaker 3: he stole both of the teen's phones and fled.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Quote.
- 15:49Speaker 3: I went to buy drugs afterwards, He reportedly said, this
- 15:54Speaker 3: is happening. That was Tuesday, This is Thursday, every day,
- 16:00Speaker 3: every other day, every other week. This is happening. People
- 16:03Speaker 3: are being murdered, children are being raped, and not what
- 16:08Speaker 3: is Joe Biden doing. He's promising amnesty for a million
- 16:11Speaker 3: illegal aliens. He's not mentioning this. What let me ask you,
- 16:15Speaker 3: why isn't Joe Biden Tommy, Yeah, he's doubled down.
- 16:18Speaker 2: In fact, I mean, he's just saying, this is part
- 16:20Speaker 2: of the carnage of my plan to remake America. This
- 16:23Speaker 2: is the democratics parties carnage. They're saying this is acceptable
- 16:27Speaker 2: and it's not just this. We keep talking about this,
- 16:30Speaker 2: but I think we have to keep talking about center.
- 16:32Speaker 2: You hit pause on these stories because we have a
- 16:35Speaker 2: couple more that I want to bring up. But we
- 16:38Speaker 2: also have warnings out coming from the FBI and people
- 16:42Speaker 2: in the FBI who are letting us know in border patrol,
- 16:45Speaker 2: letting us know we are at a major risk of
- 16:48Speaker 2: a terrorist attack by the same military age men that
- 16:51Speaker 2: are coming across the southern border, that the same age
- 16:54Speaker 2: of these murderers and rapists of these children who are
- 16:58Speaker 2: coming into this country. We just arrested some of them
- 17:01Speaker 2: directly connected to isis K, the same people that had the.
- 17:03Speaker 1: Eight of them massacre in Russia.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Yeah, eight of them, And yet they are just saying
- 17:08Speaker 2: this is part of the ugly truth of remaking a country.
- 17:13Speaker 2: You're gonna get some bad in here. When we're letting
- 17:16Speaker 2: in some of the others that we need.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Look, I'm gonna say something that's going to sound extreme
- 17:21Speaker 3: and hyperbolic. If you elect America, if you elect Democrats,
- 17:25Speaker 3: Americans will die. That's not an exaggeration. It's what's happened,
- 17:30Speaker 3: accurate it is. This twelve year old girl in Houston
- 17:34Speaker 3: would be alive if Joe Biden the Democrats hadn't kept
- 17:38Speaker 3: letting illegal immigrants go. This thirteen year old girl in
- 17:41Speaker 3: New York would not have been raped. If Joe Biden
- 17:44Speaker 3: the Democrats hadn't kept letting illegal immigrants go. Rachel Morin
- 17:49Speaker 3: in suburban Maryland would be alive, a mother of five
- 17:52Speaker 3: raped and murdered by an illegal immigrant. Joe Biden the
- 17:55Speaker 3: Democrats released Lake and Riley, twenty two nursing student, would
- 17:59Speaker 3: be a live if not for the illegal immigrant that
- 18:02Speaker 3: Joe Biden the Democrats released. The fifteen year old girl
- 18:05Speaker 3: in Boston, Massachusetts, with severe mental disabilities raped by an
- 18:12Speaker 3: illegal immigrant. Joe Biden of the Democrats. Release Jeremy Cassra's
- 18:15Speaker 3: two year old boy in Prince George's County, Maryland, murdered
- 18:19Speaker 3: by an illegal immigrant. Joe Biden the Democrats released over
- 18:23Speaker 3: and over and over again. Let me ask you something,
- 18:26Speaker 3: Why don't democrats talk about this? Have you ever heard
- 18:28Speaker 3: once Joe Biden talk about this? Have you heard Kamala
- 18:31Speaker 3: Harris talk about this? Have you heard a single Democrat
- 18:33Speaker 3: senator talk about this? Have you heard a single Democrat
- 18:35Speaker 3: House member talk about this?
- 18:38Speaker 2: Yeah, the answer is no. And you brought up Rachel
- 18:41Speaker 2: Morend's name a moment ago. The illegal immigrant suspected in
- 18:46Speaker 2: her murder, we now have learned from the New York
- 18:50Speaker 2: Posts went on a month's long terror spree. This is
- 18:55Speaker 2: another person that should have never been here and was
- 18:58Speaker 2: committing heinous crimes.
- 19:02Speaker 3: He assaulted in Los Angeles a mother and her nine
- 19:06Speaker 3: year old daughter. He broke into their home and assaulted them.
- 19:10Speaker 3: This is a patterned over and over again. And I
- 19:13Speaker 3: want to play a clip. So this is Joy Read,
- 19:17Speaker 3: the crazy left wing host on MSNBC and squad member
- 19:22Speaker 3: left wing representative Jayapal, and I want you to listen
- 19:26Speaker 3: to them laughing about the rape of the thirteen year
- 19:30Speaker 3: old girl in New York.
- 19:30Speaker 4: Play the clip.
- 19:32Speaker 5: Great, citizens, but there's a lot of fear monger, there's
- 19:34Speaker 5: a lot of fear ustury. Absolutely, you know, and I
- 19:36Speaker 5: think it's kind of remarkable that the polls I look
- 19:39Speaker 5: at the national polls, actually Americans still support immigrants, support immigration.
- 19:45Speaker 5: It's just that they would like to see a system
- 19:47Speaker 5: that actually works and that can keep them safe and secure.
- 19:51Speaker 4: And all of us want that.
- 19:52Speaker 5: And you know, I've been working on this issue for
- 19:54Speaker 5: twenty years, since before I came to Congress, in the
- 19:56Speaker 5: streets as an activist.
- 19:58Speaker 6: Let me tell you, this is one of the reasons
- 20:00Speaker 6: people have these sort of thinking, this sort of thinking.
- 20:02Speaker 6: Here's the three cable networks reporting of this. Our banner said,
- 20:07Speaker 6: soon Biden announces legal protections for undocumented spouses a citizen's
- 20:11Speaker 6: CNN's banner said, Biden announces new protections for someone documented spouses.
- 20:15Speaker 6: Here was Fox's banner, migrant arrested.
- 20:17Speaker 4: For raping thirteen year old.
- 20:19Speaker 6: Yes, and so I think that's part of the problem.
- 20:21Speaker 4: I think you have a lot of.
- 20:22Speaker 5: The prophere marker exactly. And we know that when people
- 20:27Speaker 5: have economic insecurity, I mean, you.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Hear them there and they laugh at Fox News's banner
- 20:33Speaker 2: telling the truth about what is happening in this country,
- 20:37Speaker 2: and they mock the fact that a thirteen year old
- 20:40Speaker 2: has been raped and killed.
- 20:41Speaker 3: That laughter is sick. That is two elite Democrat media
- 20:48Speaker 3: personalities that a member of Congress laughing at a thirteen
- 20:51Speaker 3: year old girl who was violently raped by an illegal
- 20:54Speaker 3: alien with a machete, and they laugh at it. And
- 20:57Speaker 3: by the way, they're mocking Why because Fox reported on it.
- 21:01Speaker 3: They don't feel any guilty see it, and didn't report
- 21:03Speaker 3: on it. MSNBC didn't report on it. The corporate media
- 21:07Speaker 3: they don't even tell you this. They don't want you
- 21:09Speaker 3: to know. Why are there laughing? What kind of sick
- 21:14Speaker 3: person laughs at the rape of a child. I'm sorry, Look,
- 21:18Speaker 3: we try to keep this pod light. I gotta tell you.
- 21:23Speaker 3: Before I was in the Senate, I spent a lot
- 21:25Speaker 3: of years working in law enforcement. I spent five and
- 21:27Speaker 3: a half years as Solicitor General of Texas. I handled
- 21:30Speaker 3: a lot of cases, a lot of criminal cases. I
- 21:33Speaker 3: argued a lot of appeals in the Supreme Court, in
- 21:35Speaker 3: the Fifth Circuit, in the Texas Supreme Court. The ones
- 21:38Speaker 3: that make me the angriest, that just fill me with rage,
- 21:43Speaker 3: are when evil bastards hurt children. I think there is
- 21:46Speaker 3: a special circle of hell that I do not think
- 21:50Speaker 3: there is anything worse than hurting children. And to listen
- 21:54Speaker 3: to someone laughing at a thirteen year old being raped
- 21:58Speaker 3: and mocking they say, that's the fear mongering you're reporting
- 22:02Speaker 3: what's happening now, Actually reporting the news is not fear mongering.
- 22:06Speaker 3: What you are doing is covering up the news because
- 22:10Speaker 3: your political agenda matters more than the little girls who
- 22:13Speaker 3: are being murdered and being raped.
- 22:17Speaker 2: And meanwhile, just to put in perspective, if you want
- 22:19Speaker 2: to know what the law enforcement agencies around the country
- 22:22Speaker 2: are really focused on, it's going after people that, for example,
- 22:27Speaker 2: have done donuts and charging them with hate crimes on
- 22:30Speaker 2: gay pride paintings or sidewalks in the middle of the street.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Just to put in perspective, they say that those people
- 22:38Speaker 2: that have done that, some of them kids being idiots
- 22:40Speaker 2: and juvenile doing burnouts on the rainbow crossings in the
- 22:44Speaker 2: middle of the street, are now they should be labeled
- 22:47Speaker 2: for the rest of their lives. Is people that are
- 22:52Speaker 2: hate crimes that should not be trust in siety. But
- 22:55Speaker 2: these people who are actually out there raping children and
- 22:58Speaker 2: murdering them, and there's a five the media will completely
- 23:02Speaker 2: overlook that story and move right on down the path
- 23:05Speaker 2: and they'll allow for people like you, like mentioned a
- 23:08Speaker 2: moment ago on MSNBC, to actually mock and laugh the
- 23:12Speaker 2: killing of a child. I don't know how they live
- 23:16Speaker 2: with themselves, but I think they understand this, Senator. They
- 23:20Speaker 2: can't talk about this and be honest about it right
- 23:22Speaker 2: before this election.
- 23:23Speaker 1: It's too big of a liability.
- 23:25Speaker 3: Well, look, don't forget what Merrick Garland, Joe Biden's Attorney General,
- 23:29Speaker 3: describes as the single greatest commitment of manpower in the
- 23:32Speaker 3: history of the Department of Justice, and that is trying
- 23:34Speaker 3: to track down every little old lady who was on
- 23:37Speaker 3: the mall singing God Bless America on January sixth, and
- 23:40Speaker 3: Merrick Garland said, there's never been a greater commitment of
- 23:43Speaker 3: resources at DOJ than going after every one of those
- 23:46Speaker 3: peaceful protesters. I gotta say he means more than nine
- 23:50Speaker 3: to eleven more than tracking down Al Qaeda, more than
- 23:52Speaker 3: tracking down isis more than tracking down the radical terrorists
- 23:56Speaker 3: that the Joe Biden administration is releasing into this country,
- 23:59Speaker 3: the Hamas and Hesbala terrorists, the isis K terrorists, the
- 24:03Speaker 3: al Shabab terrorists that are coming into this country and
- 24:06Speaker 3: that are going to murder Americans. It is a matter
- 24:09Speaker 3: of time. With the open red carpet invitation from Joe
- 24:12Speaker 3: Biden to the Democrats, we are going to see tragically.
- 24:15Speaker 3: I do not want this to happen, but it is
- 24:17Speaker 3: becoming inevitable that we're going to see a major terrorist attack.
- 24:21Speaker 3: They're not devoting the resources to that. They're not devoting
- 24:23Speaker 3: the resources to There's no one at the Department of
- 24:26Speaker 3: Justice saying, you know what, day after day after day,
- 24:29Speaker 3: we have children being raped, we have children being murdered
- 24:31Speaker 3: from illegal aliens. We're releasing Let's go track them down
- 24:34Speaker 3: and catch them. Nope, they're not doing that. They're saying, dad, gummet,
- 24:39Speaker 3: Granny was singing on them all, let's go find her.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Yeah, great point.
- 24:44Speaker 2: And we've got some new breaking news and that has
- 24:46Speaker 2: come in about the illegal alien charge of the rape
- 24:49Speaker 2: and murder of Rachel Morin and how many times we
- 24:53Speaker 2: let him go. But first let me tell you about
- 24:55Speaker 2: my friends over at Blackout Coffee. I start my day
- 24:58Speaker 2: every morning seven o'clock on the radio, and I got
- 25:01Speaker 2: to make sure I'm awake, I'm read into the news

- 25:06Speaker 2: great cup of coffee. I cannot stand having a bad
- 25:09Speaker 2: cup of coffee in the morning. And my friends at

- 25:40Speaker 2: compromise on taste or quality, I mean it. When the

- 26:34Speaker 2: Promo code verdict for twenty percent off your first order.
- 26:37Speaker 2: There's some breaking news. I mentioned a moment Ago Center
- 26:39Speaker 2: and in a statement to Fox News, ICE has now
- 26:43Speaker 2: confirmed that the illegal alien charged with rape and murder
- 26:47Speaker 2: of Rachel Brand entered the US as a quote got
- 26:51Speaker 2: away on around February thirteenth of twenty twenty three, and
- 26:56Speaker 2: that's where the beginning of his interaction with border agents
- 27:00Speaker 2: and this country began.
- 27:01Speaker 1: There's a lot more to that.
- 27:03Speaker 3: Yeah, no, that's exactly right. This case illustrates the revolving
- 27:07Speaker 3: door of the Joe Biden open borders Prior to that,
- 27:12Speaker 3: this murderer was caught by the border patrol not once,
- 27:16Speaker 3: not two times, but three separate times in a matter
- 27:19Speaker 3: of days, and he was expelled each time to Mexico
- 27:22Speaker 3: via Title forty two. So once on January nineteenth, twenty
- 27:26Speaker 3: twenty three, when he tried to cross near Santa Theresa,
- 27:29Speaker 3: New Mexico, he was apprehended.
- 27:31Speaker 4: They sent him to Mexico.
- 27:33Speaker 3: A second time on January thirty first, so just twelve
- 27:36Speaker 3: days later, near El Paso, Texas, he crossed, they apprehended him,
- 27:41Speaker 3: They sent him back to Mexico, and a third time
- 27:43Speaker 3: on February sixth, twenty twenty three, near Santa Theresa, Mexico,
- 27:48Speaker 3: so six days later, seven days later. And then his
- 27:52Speaker 3: fourth try about a week later, he was able to
- 27:55Speaker 3: slip into the US near El Passo without apprehension. So
- 27:59Speaker 3: understand this guy's from l Salvador. Did they send him
- 28:03Speaker 3: back to El Salvador. Nope, not once. Basically, what they
- 28:06Speaker 3: kept doing is they'd catch him and they just drop
- 28:08Speaker 3: him off right south of the border, and you know what,
- 28:10Speaker 3: he come back again. They drop him off south of
- 28:11Speaker 3: the border, he come back again, and it's like a game.
- 28:14Speaker 3: They're just playing a game. And if they had send
- 28:17Speaker 3: this guy back all the way to Al Salvador, Rachel
- 28:20Speaker 3: Marin would be alive. Four times in a matter of weeks,
- 28:25Speaker 3: he crosses illegally. Three times he gets caught and they
- 28:28Speaker 3: let him go just south of the border. The fourth time,
- 28:31Speaker 3: he's a god away and he comes and rape and
- 28:33Speaker 3: rapes and murders her.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Wait when you see that record.
- 28:37Speaker 2: The question that I have for you now is we
- 28:40Speaker 2: are about a week away from the first president or debate.
- 28:44Speaker 2: How does Donald Trump handle this issue? I mean, one
- 28:47Speaker 2: of the things that I would love for him to
- 28:49Speaker 2: say to the president and I don't think this is
- 28:53Speaker 2: really and I got you. I think it's a could
- 28:55Speaker 2: be a real moment for the president is just say, hey, Joe,
- 28:58Speaker 2: can you name any of the victims who've died recently
- 29:01Speaker 2: at the hands of legal immigrants. Do you know any
- 29:03Speaker 2: of their names? Because I know them and I've called them.
- 29:06Speaker 2: I think this presence so out of touch with reality.
- 29:09Speaker 2: I'm not sure he knows the stories we're talking about now.
- 29:12Speaker 3: I don't think he does. You remember it in the
- 29:14Speaker 3: State of the Union, he did not plan to say
- 29:15Speaker 3: anything about this, and he got heckled from the crowd
- 29:19Speaker 3: from a Republican House member who said Lake and Riley,
- 29:23Speaker 3: say her name and remember. Biden responded by saying, Lincoln
- 29:26Speaker 3: Riley got her name wrong. Lincoln Riley, of course, is
- 29:28Speaker 3: a football coach, not the twenty two year old woman
- 29:31Speaker 3: murdered by Nellegaliley and Joe Biden had released, so he
- 29:33Speaker 3: called her Lincoln Riley instead of Laken. And his defense
- 29:37Speaker 3: he said, yeah, she was killed by an illegal. And
- 29:40Speaker 3: then his defense was, you know what, legals kill people too,
- 29:44Speaker 3: which is the most asinine thing. Because we had murders
- 29:46Speaker 3: in the United States. You shouldn't be mad that I
- 29:49Speaker 3: keep letting in more and more and more murderers. Just
- 29:51Speaker 3: you know, I mean, what harm could more murderers do
- 29:54Speaker 3: in this country? It is asinine. I think that's a
- 29:56Speaker 3: very good point.
- 29:57Speaker 4: Listen.
- 29:58Speaker 3: I hope Trump next week of the debate is prepared
- 30:01Speaker 3: to prosecute this and prepared to prosecute it systematically. What
- 30:05Speaker 3: I hope is Trump doesn't go over the top. Now
- 30:08Speaker 3: I'm worried he might, but I hope he very calmly
- 30:11Speaker 3: lays out the facts and makes Joe Biden defend them
- 30:16Speaker 3: because he can't. You're right. Biden can't. He probably doesn't
- 30:19Speaker 3: know anything about these cases. He doesn't care. It doesn't matter,
- 30:23Speaker 3: and there is power. You know, there's an old line
- 30:27Speaker 3: in a court of law, which is, if you have
- 30:30Speaker 3: the facts, bang the facts. If you have the law,
- 30:33Speaker 3: bang the law. If you have neither, bang the table.
- 30:37Speaker 3: In this instance, the facts are so compelling. What I
- 30:41Speaker 3: would encourage Trump to do is not get worked up
- 30:45Speaker 3: at all, but just calmly explain them one after the other.
- 30:52Speaker 4: And ask him.
- 30:53Speaker 3: I'd say, mister President, Joe, what do you say to
- 30:58Speaker 3: the parents of Lake and Riley. What do you say
- 31:01Speaker 3: to the parents of Rachel Morin. What do you say
- 31:04Speaker 3: to the parents of the thirteen year old girl raped
- 31:07Speaker 3: in New York? What do you say to the parents
- 31:09Speaker 3: of the twelve year old girl murdered in Houston? What
- 31:11Speaker 3: do you say to the parents of Jeremy Cassaris, the
- 31:14Speaker 3: two year old boy murdered in Maryland? Joe Biden does
- 31:18Speaker 3: not have a response to that, And actually the facts
- 31:21Speaker 3: are so terrible that it has more force if Trump
- 31:27Speaker 3: is calm laying it out. I hope he does that.
- 31:30Speaker 2: One other thing that I just had to get your
- 31:32Speaker 2: thoughts on is Majorcis was on TV and he denied
- 31:37Speaker 2: culpability in the rape and the murder of Rachel for example.
- 31:41Speaker 2: And not only that, but they referred to this murderer
- 31:45Speaker 2: as a newcomer. Newcomer, how much more callous can you
- 31:51Speaker 2: be when you refer to a person that just killed
- 31:53Speaker 2: a mother five as a being pc as a newcomer.
- 31:59Speaker 3: Look, Mayorcus does not care. No Democrat member of Congress cares.
- 32:05Speaker 3: That sounds harsh. I mean, reasonable people want to give
- 32:10Speaker 3: those who disagree with us the benefit of the doubt.
- 32:12Speaker 3: That's a natural instinct, and they'll say no, no, I care,
- 32:15Speaker 3: I care. If they cared, they would stop the conduct
- 32:21Speaker 3: that causes it to happen again. If you cared about
- 32:24Speaker 3: Lake and Riley, you would have acted in time to
- 32:27Speaker 3: save Rachel Morin. If you cared about Jeremy Caseras, you
- 32:32Speaker 3: would have acted in time to save the twelve year
- 32:34Speaker 3: old girl murder in Houston, or the thirteen year old
- 32:37Speaker 3: girl raped in New York, or the fifteen year old
- 32:40Speaker 3: girl raped in Boston. They are not changed, and by
- 32:43Speaker 3: the way, they're not changing it today. All of these
- 32:46Speaker 3: together have not convinced one single Democrat to say enough
- 32:51Speaker 3: is enough. We're not going to release them anymore. All
- 32:54Speaker 3: of them have circled the wagons around Joe Biden, and
- 32:57Speaker 3: they're doing it again today. Today they release someone who's
- 33:02Speaker 3: going to commit a crime in America. Tomorrow they're going
- 33:05Speaker 3: to release someone who's going to commit a crime in America.
- 33:08Speaker 3: The next day, they're going to release someone who's going
- 33:10Speaker 3: to commit a crime in America. And they're not willing
- 33:13Speaker 3: to look in the eyes of the moms and dads
- 33:16Speaker 3: who are crying because their babies are dead, because they're
- 33:20Speaker 3: the ones that release the bastards that killed them.
- 33:23Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a great point, and it's gonna Like you said,
- 33:26Speaker 2: if you're Donald Trump, you have to be careful how
- 33:28Speaker 2: you talk about this the American people, so you get
- 33:32Speaker 2: a real conversation.
- 33:33Speaker 1: They can see just how callous the president is.
- 33:36Speaker 2: And I think Mayorkas should be fair game for Joe
- 33:38Speaker 2: Biden at this debate. I think he should have to
- 33:41Speaker 2: answer for putting this man in charge. Do you agree?
- 33:45Speaker 4: Yes?
- 33:46Speaker 3: But look, Mayorcus is a henchman. It is Joe Biden,
- 33:50Speaker 3: it's Kamala Harris, and it's every Democrat in Congress. Mayorcus
- 33:54Speaker 3: is following orders he should be impeached, he should be ashamed,
- 33:57Speaker 3: he should be embarrassed. He is complicit. But see he's
- 33:59Speaker 3: a hn He's not a decision maker. He just salutes
- 34:02Speaker 3: and says, oh, okay, you want to have a criminal
- 34:05Speaker 3: invasion of America. I'm glad to make that happen. He's
- 34:07Speaker 3: following orders. It is the Democrats who are as puppet masters,
- 34:12Speaker 3: and they right now, not a one of them admits it.
- 34:15Speaker 3: Not a one of them is willing to confront the
- 34:18Speaker 3: horrors and the people who are suffering and dying because
- 34:20Speaker 3: of their policies.
- 34:22Speaker 2: I want to move to something else, and we get
- 34:24Speaker 2: to cover this on this podcast, and I think it's
- 34:26Speaker 2: so important. And that is your interaction specifically with biden
- 34:30Speaker 2: judicial nominees. Biden has nominated a judge with ties to communists.
- 34:38Speaker 2: You had a chance to have a conversation with this nominee,
- 34:42Speaker 2: Carla Campbell, for literally she worked openly with a Marxist organization.
- 34:49Speaker 1: Read us into this insanity.
- 34:51Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 34:51Speaker 3: Look, we had this morning a judicial confirmation hearing with
- 34:55Speaker 3: actually two Court of Appeals nominees, one of the First
- 34:57Speaker 3: Circuit Court of Appeals, one to the six Circuit Court
- 34:59Speaker 3: of Appeals. They're both terrible nominees. The one of the
- 35:02Speaker 3: First Circuit Court of Appeals is a judge in Maine
- 35:05Speaker 3: who repeatedly has given incredibly soft and lenient sentences to
- 35:10Speaker 3: vicious criminals. There was one guy who was a child
- 35:12Speaker 3: molester who molested two little girls, one five years old,
- 35:16Speaker 3: one nine years old. This judge sentenced him to just
- 35:20Speaker 3: six years and described from the bench she said, I
- 35:22Speaker 3: can see so much good in you. You're such a
- 35:24Speaker 3: good person. This is to the child molester repeatedly molesting
- 35:28Speaker 3: a five year old nine year old girl. There was
- 35:30Speaker 3: another woman, a mom whose one year old baby died
- 35:35Speaker 3: of fentanyl poisoning. Now, she was a drug dealer. She
- 35:38Speaker 3: had drug dealing all throughout her apartment. This one year
- 35:41Speaker 3: old child massively overdosed of fentanyl. When he was found,
- 35:46Speaker 3: his pajamas were coated in fentanyl, the sheets that he
- 35:50Speaker 3: was lying on were codd in fentanyl. They had fentanyl everywhere.
- 35:53Speaker 3: He had enough fentanyl in his system to kill four
- 35:57Speaker 3: adults one year old. She could have sentenced this mother
- 36:02Speaker 3: to thirty years in jail for murdering her child with fentanyl.
- 36:06Speaker 3: She sentenced the child to four years. This is a
- 36:09Speaker 3: terrible nominee. But you know what, most of the hearings
- 36:14Speaker 3: she got very few questions. You know why, because the
- 36:16Speaker 3: other nominee was even worse. The other nominee has been
- 36:20Speaker 3: actively supporting radicals and literally communists. She has been a
- 36:26Speaker 3: volunteer supporting a communist group that is openly calling for
- 36:31Speaker 3: a worker's revolution to overthrow capitalism. She's done that for years.
- 36:35Speaker 3: She also supported a radical left wing candidate for Congress.
- 36:41Speaker 3: Just give a listen because I questioned her vigorously and
- 36:46Speaker 3: she would not answer a damn thing about her own record.
- 36:50Speaker 3: Miss Campbell, I will say I have seen some astonishing
- 36:53Speaker 3: nominees from this administration, but I have to admit your
- 36:56Speaker 3: record takes the cake. A judge should not be a
- 36:59Speaker 3: political activists. Your record demonstrates to me a long history
- 37:05Speaker 3: of being a political activist, but not just an activist,
- 37:08Speaker 3: an activist who affiliates with extreme and radical organizations.
- 37:13Speaker 4: Now, when Senator.
- 37:14Speaker 3: Grassley asked you about the Worker's Dignity Organization, you gave
- 37:21Speaker 3: I think deliberately misleading answer. You said you did not
- 37:24Speaker 3: represent them, and that convinced Senator Grassley not to continue
- 37:28Speaker 3: on that line of questioning. You have been a legal
- 37:31Speaker 3: advisor to that organization since twenty thirteen. That is what
- 37:36Speaker 3: you have publicly printed on your AVO biography. It is
- 37:41Speaker 3: what has been described in the Tennessee Bar Association when
- 37:45Speaker 3: you were nominated. Explicitly says she served as a legal
- 37:48Speaker 3: advisor for local Workers' Rights nonprofit workers Dignity. Now, why
- 37:52Speaker 3: is it your distancings hereself from them? The reason is
- 37:55Speaker 3: because they are utterly radical. If you look at this
- 37:58Speaker 3: group that you've served as the legal advisor for for
- 38:01Speaker 3: over a decade, this is an openly Marxist organization.
- 38:06Speaker 4: This is a communist organization.
- 38:08Speaker 3: Now that those words are not said lightly according to
- 38:12Speaker 3: their own characterization of their views, this group says there's
- 38:16Speaker 3: no election outcome that improves conditions for workers. The laws
- 38:19Speaker 3: of this country have never worked for our people, and
- 38:21Speaker 3: now that the system is crumbling, we will continue to
- 38:23Speaker 3: stand in community and solidarity with each other. The only
- 38:26Speaker 3: way we win in a world we deserve is by
- 38:29Speaker 3: building a multi racial working class revolution that can push
- 38:33Speaker 3: out white nationalism, violent state racism, and the capitalist class
- 38:38Speaker 3: that is desperately clutching to hold control and profits as
- 38:41Speaker 3: the people rise up. Why have you spent a decade
- 38:44Speaker 3: as a legal advisor to an openly communist and Marxist organization.
- 38:48Speaker 7: If I could briefly clarify, more than a decade ago,
- 38:53Speaker 7: probably for the course of two or three years, I
- 38:57Speaker 7: served on an advisory board that helped this at the
- 39:01Speaker 7: time was supposed to be a nonprofit workers' rights organization
- 39:05Speaker 7: get set up and get started.
- 39:07Speaker 4: Did you know they were a communist organization?
- 39:08Speaker 7: Senator at that time?
- 39:10Speaker 4: None.
- 39:11Speaker 7: They did not express these kinds of views. It was
- 39:14Speaker 7: an organization, So this is new.
- 39:15Speaker 4: This wasn't the case then, Yes.
- 39:17Speaker 7: And I have not been affiliated with them in more
- 39:20Speaker 7: than a decade.
- 39:21Speaker 3: You're aware that your current profile that you have up
- 39:24Speaker 3: your legal bio says you are right now an advisor
- 39:26Speaker 3: to them.
- 39:27Speaker 7: I apologize for any confusion about that, as though.
- 39:30Speaker 3: Your testimony under oath and that's all right, the facts
- 39:32Speaker 3: will come out, but your testimony to I want to
- 39:34Speaker 3: make it explicit. Your testimony under oath is that you
- 39:37Speaker 3: have done absolutely nothing and had zero contact with them
- 39:40Speaker 3: for how long?
- 39:41Speaker 7: I have not served on their advisory boards?
- 39:44Speaker 3: You've done absolutely nothing and had zero contact with them
- 39:47Speaker 3: for how long?
- 39:47Speaker 4: Please answer the question?
- 39:48Speaker 3: Many?
- 39:49Speaker 7: Many years?
- 39:49Speaker 4: How many?
- 39:50Speaker 7: I don't know sitting here today, it's been OK.
- 39:53Speaker 3: If you look at other statements from this organization, because
- 39:55Speaker 3: they are radicals, they are radicals. If you look also,
- 39:59Speaker 3: this is the same group in twenty twenty, they called
- 40:02Speaker 3: for abolishing ice, abolishing prisons and detention centers, and abolishing
- 40:06Speaker 3: the police. Why did you volunteer for a communist organization
- 40:10Speaker 3: that calls for abolishing ice and abolishing the police?
- 40:14Speaker 7: Senator, I have never seen these comments before.
- 40:17Speaker 4: You didn't know who you were volunteering for.
- 40:18Speaker 7: I was not a volunteer for them at that You
- 40:20Speaker 7: are a legal advisor?
- 40:21Speaker 4: Were you paid?
- 40:22Speaker 6: No?
- 40:22Speaker 3: I was, then you were a volunteer. If you volunteered
- 40:24Speaker 3: to be a legal advisor, you were a volunteer. Why
- 40:27Speaker 3: did you volunteer? Do you support abolishing ice?
- 40:30Speaker 7: Senator? At this time I had.
- 40:31Speaker 4: To support abolishing I do not.
- 40:33Speaker 7: Senator.
- 40:33Speaker 3: Well, it's amazing because a minute ago you also told
- 40:36Speaker 3: Senator Graham that the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition
- 40:40Speaker 3: that has a manifesto calling for abolishing ice, you said
- 40:44Speaker 3: you had nothing to do with it, which is fairly
- 40:46Speaker 3: astonishing because on page three of their manifesto they thank
- 40:50Speaker 3: you by name for what.
- 40:52Speaker 4: They say, we would.
- 40:54Speaker 3: Like to thank the following individuals and organizations for their
- 40:57Speaker 3: thoughtful feedback and input. This platform would not have been
- 41:00Speaker 3: possible without their expertise.
- 41:02Speaker 7: Are they lying, Senator, I'm not familiar with that manifesto?
- 41:07Speaker 3: Are they lying? Did you provide any assistance? Did you
- 41:11Speaker 3: give feedback an input?
- 41:13Speaker 4: Which is what they say on the cover page?
- 41:16Speaker 7: Senator, I didn't even know that existed, and so no,
- 41:18Speaker 7: I did not provide input on it.
- 41:20Speaker 3: And why you know, when Senator Graham asked why you
- 41:23Speaker 3: gave money to this radical candidate who has said fifty
- 41:27Speaker 3: two senators are Jim Crow senators and said multiple of
- 41:31Speaker 3: us are siding with the devil, you laughed and thought
- 41:34Speaker 3: that was funny.
- 41:35Speaker 4: But Senator Graham asked you a question.
- 41:37Speaker 3: Look, that candidate was as radical as I've ever seen.
- 41:41Speaker 3: And when Senator Graham asked why you gave money to
- 41:43Speaker 3: that candidate, you just smiled and didn't answer. So, why
- 41:46Speaker 3: did you give money to a radical candidate who believes
- 41:49Speaker 3: multiple members of the Senate are siding with the devil?
- 41:53Speaker 7: Senator?
- 41:54Speaker 3: Actually, Senator white House, you weren't here before an exchange
- 41:57Speaker 3: with the chairman where Senator Kennedy asked for longer periods.
- 42:00Speaker 3: You have two circuit justices, and the chairman said he
- 42:02Speaker 3: was going to give additional time. So the comment they
- 42:05Speaker 3: want to be gabbled, it's part of the show, is
- 42:06Speaker 3: not accurate. And Senator Welch said he was going to
- 42:09Speaker 3: give additional time. In fact, he said at the beginning
- 42:11Speaker 3: was going to give six minutes. So my question you
- 42:14Speaker 3: did not answer, Senator Graham.
- 42:15Speaker 4: Chairman, how much time is money?
- 42:17Speaker 1: How much time is it expired? I just want to clarify.
- 42:19Speaker 1: I just walked in this.
- 42:20Speaker 4: Why did you give money six minutes?
- 42:21Speaker 1: Because it seems like more than six is past?
- 42:25Speaker 3: Why did you give money to this to this radical
- 42:27Speaker 3: put up the double one too? Why did you give
- 42:30Speaker 3: money to this radical candidate? Fifteen hundred dollars a lot
- 42:33Speaker 3: of money.
- 42:34Speaker 7: That's a question, Senator. Again, I'm not familiar with these comments.
- 42:38Speaker 4: Why did you give money to this radical candidate?
- 42:41Speaker 7: What?
- 42:42Speaker 4: Could you let her answer the question? Please?
- 42:44Speaker 7: I'm not familiar with these comments, and.
- 42:46Speaker 3: I why did you give money to her? That's the
- 42:49Speaker 3: question you're not going to answer. You're refusing to answer
- 42:52Speaker 3: why you gave money to her?
- 42:54Speaker 7: Senator, I'm not familiar with these.
- 42:56Speaker 4: That's not an answer.
- 42:57Speaker 3: My answer is why did you what is the affirmative
- 42:59Speaker 3: re and you gave fifteen hundred dollars? There was something
- 43:02Speaker 3: you saw in her that you said, this needs fifteen
- 43:05Speaker 3: hundred dollars.
- 43:05Speaker 4: Why please answer that question? I mis expired?
- 43:08Speaker 3: Would you please ask the witness to answer the question.
- 43:11Speaker 3: She's refusing to answer it. It's indefensible, But answer, was
- 43:15Speaker 3: there any reason? Or you just get fifteen hundred dollars
- 43:17Speaker 3: to anyone?
- 43:17Speaker 4: Senator, your time has expired. I would like her to
- 43:21Speaker 4: answer the question. And you said she could answer the question.
- 43:23Speaker 4: She has refused to do so multiple times. Please answer
- 43:26Speaker 4: the question. Answer the question.
- 43:27Speaker 3: No, she did not. She said she didn't know those comments.
- 43:29Speaker 3: That's not why she gave the money. Senator, Can I
- 43:32Speaker 3: ask you why she.
- 43:33Speaker 4: Gave the money? You don't know because she hasn't answered.
- 43:36Speaker 4: Are you going to answer?
- 43:37Speaker 3: Miss Cambler asiety not desire to know why you gave
- 43:40Speaker 3: money to snatical who says we are aligned?
- 43:42Speaker 4: Mister Chairman, I have a lot a lot of other
- 43:45Speaker 4: centers of busy days.
- 43:46Speaker 1: Can we get on with the next person.
- 43:47Speaker 3: You don't want to answer to the question either, Senator
- 43:49Speaker 3: Booker uh record question, miss Campbell, or do you believe
- 43:53Speaker 3: this committee doesn't deserve an answer.
- 43:54Speaker 4: To that question? Mister chairman, who has a you're just
- 43:57Speaker 4: refusing to answer?
- 43:59Speaker 1: Who's nack?
- 44:00Speaker 4: Senator's time has expired. If the Senator doesn't like the answer,
- 44:04Speaker 4: he coul's not an answer.
- 44:05Speaker 3: She sat there silently and has not spoken. That is
- 44:07Speaker 3: by definition not.
- 44:08Speaker 2: An answer from It's amazing by the way they said
- 44:11Speaker 2: she answered the question.
- 44:12Speaker 1: They're just flight out lie, won't they they will?
- 44:15Speaker 3: And it was really striking. I've never seen so this
- 44:18Speaker 3: particular judicial nominee. She presents as a sort of very mousey,
- 44:23Speaker 3: shy woman, which is really weird because she volunteers for communists,
- 44:28Speaker 3: like I've never seen that, and she had so Lindsey
- 44:32Speaker 3: so Chuck Grassley asked her, Hey, you volunteered for this
- 44:37Speaker 3: communist group, and she said, I've never represented them, and
- 44:40Speaker 3: he was like, oh, well, okay, I guess my staff
- 44:42Speaker 3: got that wrong.
- 44:43Speaker 4: Sorry.
- 44:44Speaker 3: So that happened first, and then Lindsey Graham asked and
- 44:47Speaker 3: he asked her why did you give money to this
- 44:49Speaker 3: I mean, this was a radical candidate who literally said,
- 44:53Speaker 3: all fifty two Republicans who voted against Katanji Brown Jackson
- 44:58Speaker 3: or all fifty two Republicans vote against Tunji bron Jackson,
- 45:01Speaker 3: but fifty two Republicans were Jim Crow Republicans, including by
- 45:07Speaker 3: the way, Tim Scott. She called Tim Scott a white,
- 45:10Speaker 3: white supremacist. He's African American, but she called Tim Scott
- 45:13Speaker 3: a white supremacist. This was this judicial candidate's single largest donation.
- 45:19Speaker 3: She gave fifteen hundred dollars, more than she'd ever given
- 45:21Speaker 3: to any political candidate. And Lindsey asked her, said why
- 45:24Speaker 3: did you give the money? And she just stared at
- 45:26Speaker 3: him silently, and Lindsey moved on. So I went and
- 45:30Speaker 3: asked her, why did you give the money? And she
- 45:33Speaker 3: tried that She had the weirdest I've never seen a
- 45:35Speaker 3: candidate do this, where you have a question and she
- 45:38Speaker 3: just looks at you silently. And then what happened is
- 45:41Speaker 3: a bunch of Democrat senators rush in. So Peter Welch
- 45:44Speaker 3: was cherry of the hearing. He's trying to gabble down
- 45:46Speaker 3: and say no, no, no, no, I don't want to
- 45:47Speaker 3: answer this question. Then Corey Booker came in, so Sheldon
- 45:50Speaker 3: white House chimed in. None of them were there for
- 45:53Speaker 3: most of the hearing, and Sheldon white House came in
- 45:55Speaker 3: and said, I'll just gable him down.
- 45:56Speaker 4: They want that.
- 45:56Speaker 3: So he was trying to do that, and then Corey
- 45:58Speaker 3: Booker was just trying to stop the bleeding. But you
- 46:01Speaker 3: know what, it's amazing. Do you know how many Democrat
- 46:04Speaker 3: senators on Judiciary Committee asked her, Hey, why'd you represent
- 46:07Speaker 3: a communist organization?
- 46:10Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with probably zero, that.
- 46:12Speaker 4: Would be zero.
- 46:13Speaker 3: None of them care, you know, none of them. It
- 46:18Speaker 3: is a bizarre thing. There is no independent freethrink thinking
- 46:22Speaker 3: among the Democrats.
- 46:23Speaker 4: There's none.
- 46:24Speaker 3: Listen, when Donald Trump was president, he nominated some terrific judges.
- 46:28Speaker 3: We confirmed the vast majority of his judges. He had
- 46:30Speaker 3: some judicial nominees that were mistakes, that were bad nominees.
- 46:33Speaker 3: And you know what we did as Republicans. We rejected him.
- 46:36Speaker 3: We said, nope, take this one back, this one's not there.
- 46:39Speaker 3: That's actually under the Constitution, the job of the Senat
- 46:42Speaker 3: it's called advise and consent. The Democrats never ever do that.
- 46:46Speaker 3: They're just a rubber stamp, and they're willing. This is
- 46:49Speaker 3: a woman who's volunteering for multiple organizations that are calling
- 46:53Speaker 3: for abolishing ice and abolishing the police, and the Democrats
- 46:56Speaker 3: will all be like the polit bureau and vote dah.
- 47:00Speaker 3: That sounds like a federal appellate judge to us.
- 47:05Speaker 1: It's incredible. At the end of the day.
- 47:08Speaker 2: The question everybody's asking right now is is she going
- 47:11Speaker 2: to get confirmed?
- 47:12Speaker 1: And the answer is yes, correct.
- 47:14Speaker 3: No, I think we'll probably beat this judge. And I
- 47:17Speaker 3: actually think the reason they paired them so Typically Judiciary Committee,
- 47:22Speaker 3: they'll do one Court of Appeals judge at a time.
- 47:24Speaker 3: It's unusual to do two. And I think the reason
- 47:26Speaker 3: they did this it is I think they knew this
- 47:29Speaker 3: woman's record was pretty radical and she was going to
- 47:31Speaker 3: have a really rough time. I think they really want
- 47:35Speaker 3: the left wing judge from Maine on the fifth circuit
- 47:37Speaker 3: on the first circuit, and they know that her record
- 47:41Speaker 3: is terrible too. She keeps letting violent criminals go with
- 47:44Speaker 3: really really short prison sentences. But they knew, so you know, look,
- 47:49Speaker 3: I spent I don't know, forty five seconds laying out
- 47:52Speaker 3: the terrible record about this judge letting violent criminals go early.
- 47:57Speaker 3: But you had a communist next to her. I don't
- 47:59Speaker 3: know if she's a communist. She volunteers for the Communists,
- 48:01Speaker 3: So you decide what that is. But I think it
- 48:04Speaker 3: was a strategy. They know the sixth Circuit judge will
- 48:07Speaker 3: go down, that she's not going to get the votes,
- 48:09Speaker 3: but they're trying to ram the other judge through, and
- 48:12Speaker 3: the other judge from Maine got a bumpy ride, but
- 48:14Speaker 3: a much better ride than if she'd been solo and
- 48:17Speaker 3: people had actually been able to really dive into a
- 48:19Speaker 3: record incredible.
- 48:20Speaker 2: We'll keep you updated obviously this moves forward. Don't forget
