- 1:44Speaker 5: turn the mouth.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Turn out, turn a wad then.
- 1:49Speaker 6: Looking me.
- 1:55Speaker 7: Come come on, you'll think, ah, I sure will come
- 2:04Speaker 7: on and everybody, y'all listening to the voice, come on,
- 2:06Speaker 7: dig me now, one and all.
- 2:08Speaker 8: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Hell Man back in
- 2:13Speaker 8: business too, Man Man, How good is God? I mean, really,
- 2:18Speaker 8: if you think about it in spite of all that's
- 2:20Speaker 8: going down in your life. First of all, it could
- 2:23Speaker 8: be worse. But secondly, sometimes you have to remember. And
- 2:26Speaker 8: I've just had to have this conversation with myself this morning.
- 2:31Speaker 8: That's how I'm fresh on this one right here. When
- 2:34Speaker 8: a challenge faces you, are you going through a difficult moment,
- 2:39Speaker 8: or you didn't hit a bump in the road in
- 2:41Speaker 8: the middle of that, if you could manage to be grateful,
- 2:45Speaker 8: it would take you a long way. Gratitude is a
- 2:49Speaker 8: powerful resource. If you can be grateful in the middle
- 2:53Speaker 8: of it. Gratitude is a powerful resource when it's dim
- 2:59Speaker 8: for you. And got a little bumpy on the road,
- 3:02Speaker 8: and he ran into some obstacles, and you done ran
- 3:04Speaker 8: up into some detailed signs, and your journey ain't smooth
- 3:08Speaker 8: as it was last week or last year. You gotta
- 3:13Speaker 8: be grateful for the things that are going right and
- 3:18Speaker 8: that have gone right, and for the thing that's wrong
- 3:21Speaker 8: right now to get right?
- 3:23Speaker 3: Man? Can I share that with you?
- 3:25Speaker 9: Man?
- 3:25Speaker 3: Is that a tough one to learn? It is?
- 3:27Speaker 4: For me.
- 3:28Speaker 8: It has been one of my toughest challenges is to
- 3:32Speaker 8: learn how to be grateful because it's a powerful resource,
- 3:36Speaker 8: but how to be grateful in moments of despair when
- 3:40Speaker 8: it ain't going right. See here's a mistake I would make.
- 3:43Speaker 8: See when something go wrong, I want to focus on
- 3:45Speaker 8: the wrong so much in an attempt to fix it.
- 3:49Speaker 8: But even then the focus ain't always in to fix it.
- 3:54Speaker 8: The focus becomes, Man, this is bad, man, I can't
- 3:58Speaker 8: believe this is happening. Why is keep going down? That
- 4:02Speaker 8: doesn't fix anything? You know, mealing over it, going over
- 4:07Speaker 8: what's wrong, explaining it, sharing it with your friends, you know,
- 4:13Speaker 8: making it sound worse.
- 4:15Speaker 3: Than it is.
- 4:16Speaker 8: Tell the story for pity from other people. All of
- 4:20Speaker 8: that right there, has nothing to do with the fix.
- 4:22Speaker 8: Sometimes you're just mulling over it. You're just making it worse.
- 4:26Speaker 8: You're just making it a bigger problem. You're manifesting it
- 4:29Speaker 8: into your atmosphere, You're putting it out there in your spirit. Now,
- 4:33Speaker 8: all of a sudden, it consumes your day. Next thing,
- 4:35Speaker 8: you know, you're having a bad day. If you're having
- 4:38Speaker 8: a bad day, it's because you've been having some bad thoughts.
- 4:42Speaker 8: So what I've had to learn how to do, and
- 4:44Speaker 8: what I'm working on this morning is I'm working on
- 4:47Speaker 8: the situation that Ben cropped up. I was going kind
- 4:50Speaker 8: of smooth here for a minute, and now then got
- 4:52Speaker 8: real bumpy in the road, you know, and all this here.
- 4:55Speaker 8: So what I'm thinking about now, though, is even though
- 4:58Speaker 8: I've hit a bump in the road, and even though
- 5:01Speaker 8: i done ran into a detour, and even though I've
- 5:05Speaker 8: hit this lull, I'm going down into a valley, I
- 5:08Speaker 8: ain't up.
- 5:09Speaker 3: On the peak.
- 5:10Speaker 8: Can I not still be grateful for all the things
- 5:14Speaker 8: that God has given me, for all the things He's
- 5:17Speaker 8: done for me, for all the things He's bought me through,
- 5:21Speaker 8: And realizing that even this that's happening to me again
- 5:25Speaker 8: is going to pass to He gonna get me through
- 5:28Speaker 8: that too. Come on, man, God is a good god man.
- 5:31Speaker 8: It's a lot to be grateful for. So while I'm
- 5:33Speaker 8: tripping on this bumping the road out in here, what
- 5:36Speaker 8: I got to remember is all the things He's done
- 5:38Speaker 8: for me. And like I say, my saying is join
- 5:41Speaker 8: depression cannot reside in the same place. So instead of
- 5:44Speaker 8: being down about this new bumping the road, if I'm
- 5:47Speaker 8: constantly filling my mind with the thoughts of how good
- 5:50Speaker 8: he's been to me, of what all he's done for me,
- 5:54Speaker 8: of all the things he's brought me through, of all
- 5:56Speaker 8: the blessings he's presented me with. When I go down
- 5:59Speaker 8: that list, I really don't have a lot of time
- 6:03Speaker 8: to mull over the situation.
- 6:07Speaker 3: Now. Do I have to fix this bump in the row?
- 6:09Speaker 3: Of course I do.
- 6:11Speaker 8: Are There's some things I'm going to have to do
- 6:12Speaker 8: to straighten it out, of course it is. But Steve
- 6:16Speaker 8: just going to get the business of doing it and
- 6:18Speaker 8: straighten it out. What you mulling over and worrying about
- 6:21Speaker 8: it for you know, old people. I heard old people
- 6:23Speaker 8: say something when I was growing up in the church,
- 6:25Speaker 8: they say, if you're gonna pray about it, don't worry
- 6:27Speaker 8: about it. But if you're gonna worry about it, don't
- 6:30Speaker 8: pray about it. That's an amazing thing. And prayer just
- 6:34Speaker 8: happens to be my weapon of choice. Now, it ain't
- 6:37Speaker 8: always been that way. I want you to understand that
- 6:40Speaker 8: My first weapon of choice was you do it to me,
- 6:42Speaker 8: I do it to you. You called me out, I
- 6:45Speaker 8: call you out. You say something bad about me. I've
- 6:47Speaker 8: tried to find you say something bad about you. That
- 6:50Speaker 8: was my weapon in the past. How did that work
- 6:53Speaker 8: out for you, Steve?
- 6:54Speaker 3: Not so good?
- 6:56Speaker 8: Because you know what, I spent a lot of time
- 7:00Speaker 8: taking back, kicking back, swinging back, when I could have
- 7:03Speaker 8: spent all that time climbing. See, all you trying to
- 7:07Speaker 8: do at the end of the day, folks, is have
- 7:09Speaker 8: a better life than the one you got. All you
- 7:12Speaker 8: trying to do is to improve your position in life.
- 7:14Speaker 8: You know, it's not my business to make sure you
- 7:17Speaker 8: don't get where you going. I ain't got no time
- 7:20Speaker 8: for that. It's not my job to assure that you
- 7:23Speaker 8: ain't as high as me. I ain't got no time
- 7:26Speaker 8: for that. Your real mission and purpose is to have
- 7:30Speaker 8: the best life that you can have, to ascend to
- 7:33Speaker 8: the highest plateau that you can get to, to make
- 7:36Speaker 8: your family as comfortable as you can, to provide as
- 7:40Speaker 8: much as you can for your family. But legally, see,
- 7:43Speaker 8: those of us are sitting up here trying to come
- 7:45Speaker 8: up with sideways. You can ask a couple million men
- 7:48Speaker 8: sitting in prison today how they wish they hadn't done that,
- 7:51Speaker 8: and they'll tell you, Oh, man, I wish I never
- 7:54Speaker 8: had did it. I knew not to go down there.
- 7:57Speaker 8: Something told me not to go down there.
- 8:00Speaker 3: Man. If I could change things, I would.
- 8:02Speaker 8: But they sitting somewhere doing some time that had they
- 8:06Speaker 8: made another decision they wouldn't have to do now. That
- 8:09Speaker 8: don't make them throw away people, nah, man, Because everybody
- 8:12Speaker 8: make mistakes, and God is in the forgiving business. And
- 8:16Speaker 8: some of us have done some things that really broke
- 8:19Speaker 8: the law, and a whole lot of other things and
- 8:21Speaker 8: deserve to do some time. But through the grace of God,
- 8:24Speaker 8: we didn't. But now we sit up here we pass
- 8:26Speaker 8: judgment on people who got to do some matter.
- 8:28Speaker 3: I don't care. I don't care what you've done. God
- 8:31Speaker 3: can forgive anything, but.
- 8:32Speaker 8: Our position our motivation in life is to try to
- 8:36Speaker 8: have the best life we can have and provide for
- 8:38Speaker 8: those around us and make it comfortable. If that's your ambition,
- 8:42Speaker 8: you don't have time to worry about or concern yourself
- 8:47Speaker 8: with another person. And I wasted time doing that, and
- 8:51Speaker 8: that's not the way to get it done. It's simply
- 8:54Speaker 8: mine to your business. Taking care of you and getting
- 8:57Speaker 8: yourself right and tight is twenty four to seven, so
- 9:00Speaker 8: that's a full time job. So what I had to
- 9:02Speaker 8: learn was and what I've the reason I've chosen prayers
- 9:07Speaker 8: as my weapon of choice now is that now prayer
- 9:10Speaker 8: helps me that I don't have to fight back. Now
- 9:14Speaker 8: if I get cornered, I'm gonna fight you. I ain't
- 9:18Speaker 8: even gonna lie to you. And now I'm still working
- 9:20Speaker 8: on some things that trigger me, you know, you know,
- 9:25Speaker 8: you know, and and so I'm I'm slowly getting better
- 9:29Speaker 8: at that. But I've learned that my weapon of choice
- 9:33Speaker 8: is prayer now. So when it happens ugly for me,
- 9:37Speaker 8: I pray about it. When it gets tight and dismal
- 9:41Speaker 8: for me, I pray about it. And the thing about prayer, man,
- 9:45Speaker 8: is prayer changes things.
- 9:48Speaker 3: Yes, it does.
- 9:48Speaker 8: Now read about it and try it. That's the deal, Okay,
- 9:54Speaker 8: Come on, Prayer is a wonderful weapon.

- 12:22Speaker 11: All yeah, it's something on my mind, man, And I
- 12:26Speaker 11: want to know this because you know, I want to
- 12:27Speaker 11: talk to you about something.
- 12:28Speaker 4: Man.
- 12:28Speaker 12: That's what was trying to go.
- 12:29Speaker 11: When the moment, When was the moment that you knew
- 12:32Speaker 11: you had made it? When was the moment that you
- 12:34Speaker 11: knew you made it? Your life about to change?
- 12:36Speaker 12: When did you know it?
- 12:38Speaker 8: You know, I don't know if there was clearly a
- 12:42Speaker 8: moment that I knew my life was about to change.
- 12:46Speaker 8: I had some monumental moments my first appearance on showtime
- 12:51Speaker 8: at Apollo.
- 12:52Speaker 3: I had no.
- 12:53Speaker 8: Idea whatever would lead to that's and that I'll tell
- 13:01Speaker 8: you one thing. Here's what I have learned. This decision
- 13:05Speaker 8: right here, the person that you choose to spend the
- 13:09Speaker 8: rest of your life, man, outside of your relationship with God,
- 13:14Speaker 8: is the most important decision you will ever make.
- 13:17Speaker 3: In your life.
- 13:18Speaker 8: And like those are the quote unquote words of NEWI
- 13:22Speaker 8: Bhammad And boy, let me tell you something that brother
- 13:26Speaker 8: ain't ever been off about that one right there.
- 13:28Speaker 3: That's the true statement.
- 13:32Speaker 10: All right, all right, you think the old one. Oh

- 14:32Speaker 9: many days you don't waited on that. Remember that time
- 14:35Speaker 9: you've just been waiting on the check going out there
- 14:36Speaker 9: talking to the mail man?
- 14:37Speaker 3: Where you being? What's taking you?
- 14:39Speaker 9: Lot? I check chick cane text settlement. Here we go,
- 14:43Speaker 9: let's go cat, Thank you. Hello, Right, I'm trying to
- 14:47Speaker 9: reach out's place.
- 14:49Speaker 3: How you doing?
- 14:50Speaker 9: It's attorney over to associates, all right, I want to
- 14:54Speaker 9: give you a call. I just got your file that
- 14:56Speaker 9: hit my desk, and we got a check going out
- 14:58Speaker 9: to you on Monday. You came in, YESTERD correct. Yes, Okay, listen,
- 15:02Speaker 9: we got a few low glitches here. We want to
- 15:05Speaker 9: go over with I want to go over with you
- 15:06Speaker 9: and make sure we get this all ironed out before
- 15:09Speaker 9: you come in on Monday, and I'll have a check
- 15:12Speaker 9: definitely waiting on you when you get here.
- 15:14Speaker 3: All right, You're supposed to be getting six four hundred.
- 15:17Speaker 9: And ten dollars, okay, Unfortunately is being reduced to twelve
- 15:21Speaker 9: hundred due to injuries not being as as bad as
- 15:25Speaker 9: they say. It was, a lot of calculations got really
- 15:28Speaker 9: mixed up on our paperwork here. And please keep in
- 15:30Speaker 9: mind that on the twelve hundred, we still haven't taken
- 15:32Speaker 9: out our fee, which is like about thirty three and
- 15:34Speaker 9: a third.
- 15:35Speaker 3: We'll have a check for you on Monday in the
- 15:37Speaker 3: ballpark of four to five hundred dollars.
- 15:39Speaker 13: Oh hold up, Okay, I'm still getting it. So what
- 15:43Speaker 13: was the total mind that y'all got from the laws
- 15:46Speaker 13: from the sure.
- 15:48Speaker 9: Evidently the person that did these calculations completely did them wrong.
- 15:52Speaker 9: I do apologize for this being a mishap on our
- 15:55Speaker 9: part and it's totally screwed up. And I do apologize
- 15:59Speaker 9: on the behalf of the of the association here that
- 16:02Speaker 9: we've dropped the ball on that. But your actual check
- 16:05Speaker 9: has been reduced to twelve hundred dollars, okay, and that's
- 16:08Speaker 9: without us taking the law fees.
- 16:10Speaker 3: Out of it.
- 16:11Speaker 13: So I guess it's fund right, because how was six
- 16:15Speaker 13: thousand dollars cover the doctor bill and the chi practice?
- 16:19Speaker 9: Well, from my understanding, man, what they're also stating is
- 16:21Speaker 9: that your injuries are not that bad, and I don't
- 16:24Speaker 9: want to be the bear of bad news.
- 16:26Speaker 3: They're actually wondering if you were actually hurt at all.
- 16:29Speaker 13: So I even had to get injections, okay from the
- 16:33Speaker 13: con practice.
- 16:34Speaker 9: Okay, And do you have any you I have some
- 16:36Speaker 9: medical documents here, and I understand that you've been going
- 16:39Speaker 9: and you probably looks like you went over at least
- 16:41Speaker 9: at least two months going to the doctor and getting
- 16:44Speaker 9: and getting therapy.
- 16:45Speaker 14: And I was his call.
- 16:48Speaker 13: That was a chi practice car that wasn't my decision.
- 16:51Speaker 3: Okay.
- 16:51Speaker 9: Well, a lot this call from my injuries exactly, and
- 16:55Speaker 9: a lot of a lot of these doctor fees and
- 16:57Speaker 9: that you've gone to eating eating up a lot of
- 16:59Speaker 9: these and I'll tell you these doctor bills they get
- 17:02Speaker 9: pretty high out there. I do want to apologize. What
- 17:05Speaker 9: we're gonna do here, since we've dropped the ball on this.
- 17:08Speaker 9: We're gonna give you the check for twelve hundred and
- 17:10Speaker 9: not even take the loft fees out of it, and
- 17:12Speaker 9: I'll have that check waiting on you on Monday morning.
- 17:15Speaker 13: That's okay, I understand what you're saying. We're trying to
- 17:18Speaker 13: figure out is from the I need to see some
- 17:22Speaker 13: paperwork of saying stating what was the total mount check
- 17:26Speaker 13: that was written from the insurance company plus, what was
- 17:30Speaker 13: the portion that was supposed to be taken out for
- 17:32Speaker 13: the chiropract the plus, but it was a portion that
- 17:33Speaker 13: was supposed to be taken out from a doctor's itself.
- 17:37Speaker 13: That you're telling me six thousand that's not gonna wouldn't
- 17:39Speaker 13: have covered that and leave me with only twelve hundred.
- 17:42Speaker 9: Okay, I'm not at liberty to let you look at
- 17:44Speaker 9: this paperwork anymore. I'm calling you basically to let you
- 17:48Speaker 9: know I have a twelve hundred dollars check for you
- 17:50Speaker 9: if you don't want that then you can go ahead
- 17:53Speaker 9: and take some other legal I.
- 17:55Speaker 13: Mean, that's just a sign of right, Robert. I mean
- 17:58Speaker 13: from the entire month, because I got the paperwork from
- 18:00Speaker 13: the contract to stating what Martin's feed I.
- 18:03Speaker 9: Understand that, ma'am. What I'm trying to let you number
- 18:06Speaker 9: issues there there. What's going on right now is the
- 18:08Speaker 9: response coming back is that you're not actually hurt at all.
- 18:12Speaker 9: That's what they're saying. They're saying you're not hated at all. Actually,
- 18:15Speaker 9: I don't want to use the words, but they're saying
- 18:17Speaker 9: that you've been faking this the whole time.
- 18:19Speaker 13: I need to see some paperweight with fotas to check it.
- 18:22Speaker 13: It doesn't sound right and that doesn't make any sense.
- 18:25Speaker 9: Well, all right now, you know, I'm the last person
- 18:27Speaker 9: that that that this file is gonna come across its
- 18:29Speaker 9: coming across my desk.
- 18:30Speaker 3: This is pretty much a take it or leave it option,
- 18:33Speaker 3: you know.
- 18:33Speaker 1: And if you don't, no, no, no, no.
- 18:36Speaker 13: No, I mean you love to get at to me
- 18:38Speaker 13: because you are my lord and i'm your client.
- 18:40Speaker 9: Well, you're not gonna raise your voice. You're not gonna
- 18:43Speaker 9: raise your voice, said to me. That's not gonna happen either.
- 18:46Speaker 9: So let's let's pipe it down a bit. Okay, Now
- 18:50Speaker 9: here's what we're gonna do. Do you want the twelve
- 18:52Speaker 9: hundred dollars check or do you not want it? Now?
- 18:55Speaker 9: I've already wavered the fees of the of the attorneys here.
- 18:58Speaker 9: Do you want the twelve hundred or do you want
- 19:00Speaker 9: me to reduce it to four hundreds?
- 19:01Speaker 13: No, I don't want to tell bus because I'm gonna
- 19:03Speaker 13: take you to court. So that is the time off
- 19:06Speaker 13: supposed to be my lawyer.

- 39:32Speaker 15: What about an everyday life though, anything you've made a
- 39:35Speaker 15: decision on.
- 39:36Speaker 1: Celebrated too soon before I hit the lottery? Oh really, Junior?
- 39:42Speaker 11: Where Oh man, it's a while ago, but I I
- 39:46Speaker 11: have not one number. But I still thought I won
- 39:49Speaker 11: because I was looking at the wrong one. I said, oh,
- 39:51Speaker 11: that's not me, that's not no.
- 39:53Speaker 10: No, I spend the money that you didn't have.
- 40:00Speaker 9: I celebrated an income tax check before it came, and
- 40:07Speaker 9: found out later that Jackie hadn't paid one of my
- 40:10Speaker 9: school loans and they took all that.
- 40:12Speaker 3: It was just all, yeah, I ain't talked to her
- 40:17Speaker 3: about two weeks.

- 40:39Speaker 10: That was a big commission.
- 40:40Speaker 8: I shout, have enough for the down payment, not for
- 40:42Speaker 8: the whole car, just a down payment, and I had
- 40:45Speaker 8: ordered it crushed, veil of the seat, half vin a.
- 40:48Speaker 3: Room I wouldn't bought.
- 40:51Speaker 8: I went and bought the white stared wheel wrapt.

- 42:03Speaker 12: Just thought I thought that, you know, you say, speaking
- 42:05Speaker 12: into existence.
- 42:06Speaker 1: I'm trying, Okay, all right, Okay?
- 42:10Speaker 10: So again, the a long As Katherine Jackson and Lorenz

- 42:18Speaker 10: The movie explores Michael's could you have been in the
- 42:22Speaker 10: movie Tommy Joe?
- 42:27Speaker 3: Who all of them?
- 42:28Speaker 10: Keep Joe not Tito?
- 42:33Speaker 15: He ca?
- 42:34Speaker 3: You want you want my sexist sign? You want my
- 42:36Speaker 3: sexist sign? No, no, no, no, no no, let me
- 42:38Speaker 3: let me go back to Tito. He can't hold a
- 42:41Speaker 3: good time. I can't give an instruments, you.
- 42:48Speaker 8: Know, good head will yeah, hey, guitar on the ground,
- 42:53Speaker 8: you still got the strap home.
- 42:58Speaker 3: Didn't make this good time?
- 43:02Speaker 10: And LaToya Jackson, of course, is portrayed in the movie,
- 43:06Speaker 10: but I don't think Janet is. Did They asked Janet
- 43:09Speaker 10: and she said no, right, yeah, yeah she did.
- 43:13Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 43:14Speaker 1: So yeah.
- 43:15Speaker 10: So it talks about his early life, his solo music career,
- 43:18Speaker 10: his watte rise to becoming the world's greatest entertainer. Steve,
- 43:22Speaker 10: of course, you had had a relationship with Michael H
- 43:27Speaker 10: years ago. What did you learn from his legacy from
- 43:30Speaker 10: his life?
- 43:31Speaker 8: He was different than most people thought. He was very
- 43:36Speaker 8: conscious of his blackness. He was very conscious of who
- 43:39Speaker 8: he was. He was just a conscious dude, man, really
- 43:42Speaker 8: really conscious, you know, and and he was he was
- 43:47Speaker 8: just a cool dude.
- 43:48Speaker 3: He just he wanted to.
- 43:49Speaker 8: Relive his childhood and he couldn't. And that was the
- 43:53Speaker 8: only mistake he made. Well, I'm pretty sure he made
- 43:56Speaker 8: other mistakes, but you know.
- 43:58Speaker 15: What you said, he wanted to relive childhood because he
- 44:00Speaker 15: was a start five at.
- 44:02Speaker 12: The age of Yeah, because he did.
- 44:04Speaker 3: He missed his whole childhood.
- 44:06Speaker 12: Yeah yeah, yeah, but.
- 44:08Speaker 8: Fair Kahn told him one time, you belonged to the world.
- 44:12Speaker 8: You don't, you don't get to go back. Was different.
- 44:17Speaker 3: Yeah, you belonged to the world. And he tried to
- 44:20Speaker 3: help him with it. Yeah.
- 44:23Speaker 10: Now they're they're saying that Jaafar Jackson, who portrays Michael,
- 44:29Speaker 10: did such a such an excellent job. You can't It's
- 44:32Speaker 10: hard to not look at him and think Michael because
- 44:35Speaker 10: he looks so much like him. He has a prosthetic
- 44:37Speaker 10: nose and all of that, so he looked so much
- 44:39Speaker 10: like him. Yeah, his uncle.
- 44:41Speaker 15: And they asked him at one of the premiers, what
- 44:44Speaker 15: is a misconception about your uncle?
- 44:46Speaker 1: And he said that he wanted to be white. He said,
- 44:49Speaker 1: that's a misconception.
- 44:51Speaker 8: Oh no, no, no, that did he understood. He really
- 44:55Speaker 8: understood the plight of being black.
- 44:59Speaker 10: Mmmm.
- 45:00Speaker 8: He told me, man, he said, do you know what
- 45:05Speaker 8: I would have been if I was white? He knew that,
- 45:13Speaker 8: and as big as he was. I mean, just look
- 45:17Speaker 8: at it today, man, if you look at talent and
- 45:21Speaker 8: ability Taylor Swift Outsailles Beyonce, Nos.
- 45:27Speaker 3: Yeah, explain that to me.
- 45:34Speaker 8: Really No, I mean really, man, if you look at
- 45:38Speaker 8: the songs and what they say and what they mean
- 45:41Speaker 8: to people, it's just when you get that click, you know,
- 45:46Speaker 8: once you tap into that white bass, you can go.
- 45:50Speaker 8: And Taylor Swift is talented. I'm not saying that at all. Yeah,
- 45:56Speaker 8: I mean the choreography, the singing, the musical arrangement ability.
- 46:02Speaker 3: Beyonce really really super talented.
- 46:06Speaker 10: Very much so.
- 46:07Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 46:08Speaker 10: So Michael opens tomorrow in theaters everywhere, and coming up
- 46:12Speaker 10: next it is the Nephew with Today's prank phone Call.
- 46:15Speaker 10: Right after this, you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.

- 47:36Speaker 12: can get that. You can get right all down to
- 47:39Speaker 12: zaxby some good chicken action.
- 47:43Speaker 10: That's how you just come on around to it.

- 48:32Speaker 9: we're having. You have a son, I think it's his
- 48:37Speaker 9: name is as well, fourteen years old, am I right?
- 48:40Speaker 3: Okay?

- 48:49Speaker 9: this thing rectified.
- 48:50Speaker 3: Now.
- 48:50Speaker 9: The problem that we're going to have, and the reason
- 48:52Speaker 9: why we're giving you a call is considering that your
- 48:55Speaker 9: husband hasn't worked since the first of the year. And
- 48:57Speaker 9: I haven't done the research yet. I'm just I'm just
- 49:00Speaker 9: not pulling up your file. I haven't done the research
- 49:02Speaker 9: and see how many months in the rears he is
- 49:04Speaker 9: on child support.
- 49:06Speaker 6: But it just started once he lost his job.
- 49:09Speaker 9: Okay, Well, the problem that we're going to have is

- 49:28Speaker 9: Uh until this until your husband can get this thing
- 49:31Speaker 9: back on his feet and get it rectified and get
- 49:32Speaker 9: him up to pars for of all the.
- 49:34Speaker 3: Payments that are hurt.
- 49:36Speaker 6: And when will this he taking place? Because if that's
- 49:38Speaker 6: the case, I'm not gonna be working because that's not
- 49:40Speaker 6: gonna happen. I have my own children, so I don't
- 49:43Speaker 6: understand how that's the self. I don't have anything to
- 49:46Speaker 6: do with child for it or anything like that. And
- 49:48Speaker 6: if that's the case, I'm not gonna be working as
- 49:50Speaker 6: him right now.
- 49:51Speaker 9: The garnishing of the check is gonna come from you,
- 49:53Speaker 9: and you are at the hospital. Correct, No, that's not
- 49:56Speaker 9: your it's not where you work.
- 49:57Speaker 6: I don't I'm not gonna be working as him right now.
- 50:00Speaker 13: That's what I just tell you.
- 50:01Speaker 6: So y'all do whatever you have to do, and I'll
- 50:03Speaker 6: do whatever I have to do on my end.
- 50:04Speaker 3: Okay, Well, hold on, man, you're willing to quit your job.

- 56:48Speaker 10: Thank you nephew. Subject Zaddy wants me all to himself.
- 56:52Speaker 10: Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm a fifty seven year old woman
- 56:55Speaker 10: and I've been in a relationship with the same man
- 56:58Speaker 10: for four years, own each other since we were teenagers.
- 57:02Speaker 10: We messed around while we both were married to other people. Honestly,
- 57:06Speaker 10: we've never been apart since we met. We are definitely
- 57:09Speaker 10: soul mats that have never been pressed about being married
- 57:12Speaker 10: to each other. He moved in with me, and I
- 57:15Speaker 10: took on all of his drama with his ex wife
- 57:18Speaker 10: and his ungrateful children. I also took on two large
- 57:22Speaker 10: dogs that are in my backyard until his boyfriend's son,
- 57:26Speaker 10: until my boyfriend's son gets out of jail. It's a lot,
- 57:30Speaker 10: so I've found an escape from my home life. I've
- 57:34Speaker 10: been seeing a seventy year old man on the side,
- 57:37Speaker 10: and he earned the name Zaddie because not only is
- 57:41Speaker 10: he amazing in the bedroom, he's refined and well traveled.
- 57:45Speaker 10: His world is very different from mine. His house is
- 57:48Speaker 10: neatly decorated, and it smells like leather and tobacco. We
- 57:52Speaker 10: drink wine together, and he looks me in my eyes
- 57:55Speaker 10: when he's talking to me. He even looks me in
- 57:58Speaker 10: my eyes when we're in He knows what he's doing,
- 58:02Speaker 10: and he says he wants me all to himself. He's
- 58:05Speaker 10: so perfect that it's scary. I'm waiting for something to
- 58:09Speaker 10: be wrong with him. He assured me that he's very
- 58:12Speaker 10: unproblematic and he has nothing to hide. What I do
- 58:17Speaker 10: know is that he's seventy and he's never been married.
- 58:21Speaker 10: I know he has nine children by five different women,
- 58:24Speaker 10: and he's never set foot inside a church. He told
- 58:28Speaker 10: me all of that, and yet I still can't help
- 58:30Speaker 10: but be attracted to him. I've considered leaving my hectic
- 58:34Speaker 10: relationship with a man that I have loved all my life,
- 58:37Speaker 10: or a man I just met. Zaddy is applying pressure
- 58:40Speaker 10: to have me all to himself. Is it best to
- 58:43Speaker 10: keep him as a side piece? What are you doing?
- 58:48Speaker 10: What are you doing? You're in a relationship with two men,
- 58:51Speaker 10: both with tons of red flags. For four years, you
- 58:55Speaker 10: have lived with the man who has a whole lot
- 58:57Speaker 10: of baggage. You've known him since you were a teenager.
- 59:01Speaker 10: He has a whole lot of baggage. He's got two
- 59:03Speaker 10: big dogs tied up in your backyard. And the other
- 59:06Speaker 10: man is scary too, because he's seventy and never been married.
- 59:10Speaker 5: Why not?
- 59:11Speaker 10: I mean he also has five different baby mama's nine children.
- 59:15Speaker 10: The thing is, you're not really happy with either of
- 59:17Speaker 10: these men. Your life is chaotic with your so called soulmate,
- 59:23Speaker 10: and the Zaddi is who you go to just to
- 59:26Speaker 10: get a break from the madness going on in your house.
- 59:28Speaker 10: It's like you're going back and forth from one mess
- 59:31Speaker 10: to another. None of this is making sense. And when
- 59:34Speaker 10: is his son getting out of prison? Since that depends
- 59:37Speaker 10: on how long you keep the dogs tied up in
- 59:38Speaker 10: the backyard. Don't you see how crazy this sounds. Everyone
- 59:44Speaker 10: is getting what they want, but you, I mean, I
- 59:46Speaker 10: know you don't want all of this drama in your life.
- 59:48Speaker 10: I know you don't, but it doesn't sound like you
- 59:51Speaker 10: have much control over what you're doing. I say, slow
- 59:54Speaker 10: it down a bit and think about what you're involved
- 59:57Speaker 10: in and who you're involved with. I know you must
- 1:00:00Speaker 10: be tired because neither neither of these guys measure up. Really,
- 1:00:03Speaker 10: they don't.
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: Steve Zay wants me all to himself.
- 1:00:09Speaker 8: Uh as I read this letter, I just want to say,
- 1:00:12Speaker 8: off the dribble, you have way too much going on.
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: You just so you're just a story book. You that you, that.
- 1:00:24Speaker 8: You that bedtime story you can't tell kids. You that
- 1:00:29Speaker 8: you that testimony you can't have at church.
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: You that uh.
- 1:00:35Speaker 8: You, that you that page that you don't need to
- 1:00:38Speaker 8: put in the journal. You that uh, you're a Tyler
- 1:00:43Speaker 8: Perry movie. That's what's going on here. That's you just
- 1:00:47Speaker 8: got lady. You fifty seven, you've been in a relationship
- 1:00:53Speaker 8: with the same man for four years. This is where
- 1:00:55Speaker 8: I get confused. You've been in a relationship with this
- 1:01:00Speaker 8: same man for four years. But then she says, we've
- 1:01:05Speaker 8: known each other since we was teenagers. You fifty seven,
- 1:01:10Speaker 8: you've known each other. You've been in a relationship with
- 1:01:12Speaker 8: the same man for four years. You've known each other
- 1:01:16Speaker 8: since you was teenagers. We messed around while we were
- 1:01:19Speaker 8: both married to other people, and honestly.
- 1:01:23Speaker 3: We've never been a part since we met.
- 1:01:29Speaker 8: We are definitely soul mates that have never been pressed
- 1:01:33Speaker 8: about being married to each other. That don't make no sense.
- 1:01:38Speaker 8: It don't make no sense, lady, where you're going with this.
- 1:01:41Speaker 8: You've known this man since you was teenagers, but you
- 1:01:44Speaker 8: ain't been in a relationship but for four years. But
- 1:01:47Speaker 8: you messed around with each other when y'all was both
- 1:01:50Speaker 8: married to other people.
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: And what.
- 1:01:58Speaker 8: Then you say, we are definitely sole men that have
- 1:02:00Speaker 8: never been pressed about being married.
- 1:02:02Speaker 3: To each other. Then ready, he moved in with me.
- 1:02:09Speaker 8: I took on all his drama with his ex wife,
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: So you don't have a husband because you single.
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: He done got a divorce.
- 1:02:21Speaker 8: You got drama from the ex wife, probably because you
- 1:02:25Speaker 8: was sleeping with him the whole time, and his ungrateful
- 1:02:29Speaker 8: children because the ex tem probably told her them you
- 1:02:35Speaker 8: the reason her your daddy, They daddy ain't together. I
- 1:02:39Speaker 8: also took on two large dogs that are in my
- 1:02:43Speaker 8: backyard till my boyfriend sons get out of jail. What
- 1:02:46Speaker 8: the hell the dogs in the backyard got to do
- 1:02:48Speaker 8: with this boy getting out of jail? What has happening
- 1:02:51Speaker 8: is is the dogs staying? What a gonna be when
- 1:02:55Speaker 8: the boy get out of jail?
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: Dogs two Crime Love, Part two of.
- 1:03:03Speaker 10: Your response coming up at twenty three minutes after the hour.
- 1:03:06Speaker 10: Today's Strawberry Letter subject Zady wants me all to himself.

- 1:04:02Speaker 3: I'm gonna go fast if I can.
- 1:04:04Speaker 8: Fifty seven year old lady been in relationship with the
- 1:04:07Speaker 8: same man for four years.
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: Now you're doing this.
- 1:04:10Speaker 8: She's fifty seven, been in a relationship with him, the
- 1:04:12Speaker 8: same man, for four years, but we've known each other
- 1:04:16Speaker 8: since we were teenagers, and we messed around while we
- 1:04:19Speaker 8: were both married to other people. What since you were
- 1:04:23Speaker 8: a teenage when this start. Honestly, we've never been apart
- 1:04:28Speaker 8: since we met. So you've been fooling with this man
- 1:04:30Speaker 8: since y'all was teenagers. Now you're the full blown relationship
- 1:04:34Speaker 8: with four years with him, but just the same man
- 1:04:39Speaker 8: that y'all was sleeping.
- 1:04:40Speaker 3: Together when both of y'all was married. Now you ain't
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: married no more.

- 1:04:54Speaker 3: He moved in with me, now this, Oh God, move down.
- 1:05:01Speaker 10: He moved me.
- 1:05:03Speaker 3: This he did. He moved in with me, and you
- 1:05:08Speaker 3: took on all his drumma that you created.
- 1:05:13Speaker 8: I got drama with his ex wife because she probably
- 1:05:15Speaker 8: blaming you for the reason they broke up, and his
- 1:05:19Speaker 8: ungrateful children. The children are ungrateful because the mama probably
- 1:05:22Speaker 8: told them that the reason her you and them, her
- 1:05:25Speaker 8: and they dad ain't together is causing her. Now you
- 1:05:29Speaker 8: got the drama with his ungrateful children. I also took
- 1:05:33Speaker 8: on two large dogs that are in my backyard till
- 1:05:37Speaker 8: my boyfriend's son get out of jail. What the hell
- 1:05:42Speaker 8: do these dogs in his backyard got to do with
- 1:05:45Speaker 8: this boy get down in jail?
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: I just don't understand.
- 1:05:50Speaker 8: But if these dogs that's out there tied to the tree,
- 1:05:53Speaker 8: is the boy gonna be on the anklea monitor and
- 1:05:55Speaker 8: he's gonna be tied to the tree?
- 1:05:57Speaker 3: What is it?
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: What did them dogs I.
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: Had to do with this boy getting out of jail.
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: It's a lot, right, it's a lot. I found an
- 1:06:09Speaker 3: escape from my home life. Oh, she'd have found a
- 1:06:13Speaker 3: way to get out.
- 1:06:14Speaker 8: I've been seeing a seventy year old man on the side,
- 1:06:19Speaker 8: and he earned the name Zaddie because not only is

- 1:07:00Speaker 8: meet you?
- 1:07:02Speaker 3: His world is very different from mine.
- 1:07:04Speaker 8: His house is neatly decorated and it smells like leather
- 1:07:08Speaker 8: and tobacco. Well, that ain't what yours smell like. Yours
- 1:07:12Speaker 8: probably smell like dippers some been. You just had a
- 1:07:17Speaker 8: fire put out in there at least twice. And that's
- 1:07:20Speaker 8: why them bigger dogs is in their backyard cause water
- 1:07:22Speaker 8: had that house humming. So we know your house don't
- 1:07:26Speaker 8: smell like leather and tobacco. Your house smell like the
- 1:07:31Speaker 8: dog house. Then you said, we drink wine together, and
- 1:07:35Speaker 8: he looks me in my eyes when he's talking to
- 1:07:38Speaker 8: me because he knows something wrong and he's trying to
- 1:07:41Speaker 8: see what it is. When we look you in your eyes, ladies,
- 1:07:47Speaker 8: we trying to see what he is, and that's probably
- 1:07:51Speaker 8: what that is. He even looks me in my eyes

- 1:07:55Speaker 3: He waited me.
- 1:07:56Speaker 8: Y'all looking at each other's eyes while he's drinking wine.
- 1:07:59Speaker 8: Y'all been looking at each other's eyes when you're bed.
- 1:08:01Speaker 8: Do you don't see what I'll see here? He don't

- 1:08:08Speaker 8: you in your eyes. He's staring at you. He watching
- 1:08:10Speaker 8: me because he knows something wrong. You done told him
- 1:08:14Speaker 8: this story. He is so perfect that it's scary. I'm
- 1:08:18Speaker 8: waiting on something to be wrong with him or none. No, no,
- 1:08:21Speaker 8: he waiting on something to be wrong with you. He
- 1:08:23Speaker 8: knows there. That's why he's staring at you. He assured
- 1:08:27Speaker 8: me that he's very unproblematic and he has nothing to hide.
- 1:08:31Speaker 3: What I do know is that he's seventy. He has
- 1:08:34Speaker 3: never been married.
- 1:08:36Speaker 8: I know he has nine children by five different women,
- 1:08:39Speaker 8: and he ain't never set a foot inside the church.
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: What is you waiting to find out what's wrong with her?
- 1:08:46Speaker 3: That didn't you ain't see that.
- 1:08:50Speaker 8: Nine children by five different women, never been married, and
- 1:08:55Speaker 8: they ain't never set a foot in the church.
- 1:08:59Speaker 3: What is you sitting you?
- 1:09:00Speaker 8: And then your line was, I'm waiting for something to
- 1:09:04Speaker 8: be wrong with him, and then already happen. Now he's seventy,
- 1:09:08Speaker 8: you know, I mean the mistakes this man that made
- 1:09:11Speaker 8: you ain't no something to be wrong with him. It
- 1:09:13Speaker 8: all has already occurred. He told me all of that,
- 1:09:19Speaker 8: and yet I can't help but be attracted to him.
- 1:09:22Speaker 8: I'm considering leaving my hectic relationship with a man that
- 1:09:26Speaker 8: I have loved all my life for a man I
- 1:09:29Speaker 8: just meant that is applying pressure to have me all
- 1:09:32Speaker 8: to himself. Is it best to keep him as a

- 1:13:22Speaker 12: No, I'm talking about for sports. I can see it
- 1:13:25Speaker 12: for the sports.
- 1:13:26Speaker 8: Is this.
- 1:13:28Speaker 12: That's what shock.
- 1:13:32Speaker 15: For.
- 1:13:37Speaker 8: I ain't gonna stop it. I'm oh yeah, oh yeah yeah.
- 1:13:45Speaker 8: And y'all trying to deny the five hundred. After they
- 1:13:47Speaker 8: said they said Tom said that, he said, all right,
- 1:13:52Speaker 8: Betty Junr.
- 1:13:53Speaker 10: Thank you. Jor. Coming up at the top of the hour,
- 1:13:58Speaker 10: a young woman on social media needs some advice. She says,
- 1:14:00Speaker 10: he doesn't want me to cut my hair short. We'll
- 1:14:03Speaker 10: talk about it right after this. You're listening to the
- 1:14:06Speaker 10: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Okay, this is from Kelly on
- 1:14:13Speaker 10: Steve Harvey FM. Kelly says, I'm in my twenties and
- 1:14:17Speaker 10: I always kept my hair pretty short, but I've worn
- 1:14:20Speaker 10: it long ever since meeting my husband and us getting married.
- 1:14:25Speaker 10: Now we have a little kids, summer's coming and I've
- 1:14:28Speaker 10: been really tempted to go back to a shorter, easier style.
- 1:14:31Speaker 10: Plus I see that everybody is rocking the pixie cut
- 1:14:34Speaker 10: and it's back in a big way. When I mentioned it,
- 1:14:38Speaker 10: he said, he hopes I don't cut it, but he
- 1:14:41Speaker 10: loves it long because he loves it long. I was
- 1:14:43Speaker 10: actually excited about the change, but now I feel torn
- 1:14:46Speaker 10: because I don't want to disappoint him. At the same time,
- 1:14:49Speaker 10: it's my hair and part of me missus having it short.
- 1:14:54Speaker 10: So should I take his opinion into account and keep
- 1:14:57Speaker 10: it long or should I go forward and do what
- 1:14:59Speaker 10: I want?
- 1:15:00Speaker 9: They ain't been made a long time. My wife quit
- 1:15:03Speaker 9: worrying about what I like with her. That's been stopped.
- 1:15:09Speaker 10: You're not included in the air.
- 1:15:10Speaker 3: I'm not.
- 1:15:12Speaker 10: A see what do you think?
- 1:15:16Speaker 3: I've had this haircut say so many times, and my wife,
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: I just know. I don't know what to say. I
- 1:15:22Speaker 3: really really don't.
- 1:15:23Speaker 10: I can't help you, lady, But it grows back, right.
- 1:15:26Speaker 10: What was your experience? What was your what happened?
- 1:15:28Speaker 8: Well, I can't. The reason I can't help is I
- 1:15:32Speaker 8: need help in myles. Well, I don't know what you say,
- 1:15:34Speaker 8: cause my wife come in here with all this. I'm
- 1:15:36Speaker 8: gonna change the color. I'm gonna cut it. You know
- 1:15:40Speaker 8: she's coming there with the cutting. She was gonna cut
- 1:15:43Speaker 8: it real short. One time I fell out because that's
- 1:15:48Speaker 8: not what I signed up for. Yes, uh, whatever we
- 1:15:54Speaker 8: signed up for an out that's gone.
- 1:15:56Speaker 10: That is like women to change times you go to
- 1:16:00Speaker 10: the hair.
- 1:16:01Speaker 3: Salon, I just I just be just whatever, just whatever.
- 1:16:04Speaker 1: Because yeah, y'all like the same either.
- 1:16:09Speaker 10: They always want us to stay the thing we want
- 1:16:11Speaker 10: them to change.
- 1:16:13Speaker 3: Well, I asked her just the other day, did you
- 1:16:15Speaker 3: do you want me to have my long hairbag? Funny?
- 1:16:27Speaker 3: All right, so.
- 1:16:30Speaker 10: We have time for another one. This is from Anonymous
- 1:16:33Speaker 10: on Steve HARVFM. Anonymous says, for the past couple of months,
- 1:16:37Speaker 10: I've been weighing the pros and cons of the relationship
- 1:16:39Speaker 10: I've had with my girlfriend. I guess it was more
- 1:16:42Speaker 10: obvious than I thought that I was having doubts because
- 1:16:45Speaker 10: about a month ago, surprise, she told me she was pregnant. Recently,
- 1:16:51Speaker 10: I started getting a feeling, so I did a few
- 1:16:54Speaker 10: reverse image searches of some of the ultrasound photos she
- 1:16:57Speaker 10: sent to me. Every single one of them came up
- 1:17:00Speaker 10: in the searches. I hinted that I had my doubts
- 1:17:03Speaker 10: that she is pregnant, and now she's going off on me.
- 1:17:06Speaker 10: How do I find out for sure what's going on?
- 1:17:09Speaker 3: Dang, she says she's pregnant, and well.
- 1:17:13Speaker 10: He was, Yeah, he was having doubts about the relationship.
- 1:17:16Speaker 10: She must have gotten wind of that or her intuition
- 1:17:19Speaker 10: told her something, so she surprised. She surprised him with hey,
- 1:17:24Speaker 10: I'm pregnant. So in other words, she.
- 1:17:28Speaker 3: That's not gonna work.
- 1:17:30Speaker 9: Now.
- 1:17:31Speaker 8: I don't think we should use surprise as a term
- 1:17:34Speaker 8: because it is beyond that surprising.
- 1:17:36Speaker 3: When you walk in the room and you got a cake, that's.
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: And that's the oldest trick in the book, surprised.
- 1:17:45Speaker 3: And when they bring a box over the house and
- 1:17:46Speaker 3: say happy birthday, that's Those.
- 1:17:49Speaker 10: Are the kind of surprises you like.
- 1:17:51Speaker 8: Surprised when you fly fly one of your friends for
- 1:17:55Speaker 8: him in years doing your boys stand and there.
- 1:17:57Speaker 3: That's a surprise.
- 1:18:01Speaker 10: But anything other than that I'm.
- 1:18:02Speaker 3: Pregnant is not a surprise.
- 1:18:04Speaker 4: What is that?
- 1:18:05Speaker 8: All of my children, every one I have. The announcement
- 1:18:09Speaker 8: was given to me like that, and it was not
- 1:18:11Speaker 8: a surprise.
- 1:18:12Speaker 10: Oh so you are really shell shocked about this whole thing.
- 1:18:15Speaker 3: Yeah, completely, And they're blown away. Oh my god, are
- 1:18:27Speaker 3: you kidding me? No, I was never.
- 1:18:30Speaker 10: So you've never been happy about it how it was
- 1:18:34Speaker 10: delivered to you. Okay, every time the announcement was made.
- 1:18:39Speaker 10: I'm just going to tell you this and you can
- 1:18:41Speaker 10: go to break. I had to fix my face.
- 1:18:46Speaker 3: All right.
- 1:18:47Speaker 10: Coming up in twenty minutes, we'll have more of the
- 1:18:50Speaker 10: Steve Harvey Morning Show right after this surprise. You're listening
- 1:18:54Speaker 10: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. According to US Money News,
- 1:19:02Speaker 10: the Trump administration is expected to begin refunding one hundred
- 1:19:06Speaker 10: and sixty six billion dollars that's billion with a B
- 1:19:11Speaker 10: in tariff payment woo, following a February Supreme Court ruling
- 1:19:16Speaker 10: that found the policy is unconstitutional.
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:19:20Speaker 10: More than three thousand businesses, including high profile companies like FedEx,
- 1:19:24Speaker 10: like Costco, Sketchers, Revlon, Toyota, and Nintendo of America have
- 1:19:29Speaker 10: already sued the Trump administration in hopes of securing refunds.
- 1:19:33Speaker 10: And that's a sign of their confidence in the tariff's illegality.
- 1:19:37Speaker 10: US consumers have been heavily affected by higher prices and
- 1:19:41Speaker 10: supply chain issues brought on by Trump's tariffs. Consumers, however,
- 1:19:46Speaker 10: cannot apply for refunds.
- 1:19:48Speaker 8: They're going to win because theyre going to lose this.
- 1:19:52Speaker 8: So they're going to refund all these companies that lost
- 1:19:55Speaker 8: money because of these tariffs. But then all of the
- 1:19:58Speaker 8: costs that was passed on to the regular American people.
- 1:20:03Speaker 3: They will not get a refund anybody.
- 1:20:07Speaker 8: This is all for rich people, and this is a
- 1:20:10Speaker 8: good thing for him because he's appeasing his filthy rich
- 1:20:14Speaker 8: friends that own the costcos, the Walmarts, that own all
- 1:20:18Speaker 8: of these companies. And so now this judge had made
- 1:20:21Speaker 8: this and it's okay with him because he gonna get
- 1:20:24Speaker 8: to pay them their money back and keep their support.
- 1:20:27Speaker 8: This game is so big, y'all, and we're all losing
- 1:20:30Speaker 8: it because we have these Americans not paying attention to
- 1:20:34Speaker 8: what's happening.
- 1:20:35Speaker 3: But this tariff refund is not for us, It's for
- 1:20:38Speaker 3: the filthy rich.
- 1:20:40Speaker 10: All right, coming up, we'll play around him, would you rather?
- 1:20:42Speaker 10: Right after this you're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show,
- 1:20:50Speaker 10: think about the people who mean the most to you.
- 1:20:53Speaker 10: Giving them valuable protection is a great gift you can offer,
- 1:20:56Speaker 10: and Globe Life Insurance can make it easy. With Globe
- 1:21:00Speaker 10: Life coverage, there's no medical exam, just a simple application.
- 1:21:04Speaker 10: Take this step for the people you love. Call Globe
- 1:21:07Speaker 10: Life at one eight hundred two five one fifty four
- 1:21:09Speaker 10: hundred or visit Globelife radio dot com. That's one eight
- 1:21:13Speaker 10: hundred two five one fifty four hundred or Globelife Radio
- 1:21:16Speaker 10: dot com. It is time now for a round of
- 1:21:19Speaker 10: would you rather? Would you rather be the boss of
- 1:21:22Speaker 10: a bankrupt failing company or would you rather have an
- 1:21:26Speaker 10: entry level be an entry level employee at a very
- 1:21:29Speaker 10: successful company?
- 1:21:31Speaker 9: Oh?
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: Ain, I'm not going to be no employee.
- 1:21:35Speaker 10: Yeah, so you want to be the boss of a
- 1:21:37Speaker 10: bankrupt failing company?
- 1:21:39Speaker 3: Yeah, you go bankrupt, I'm gonna take the money that's
- 1:21:42Speaker 3: left s Yeah, I'm doing I'm on that, y'all. Y'all
- 1:21:48Speaker 3: don't y'all don't understand. Wow to me, wouldn't be say
- 1:21:52Speaker 3: it again?
- 1:21:53Speaker 12: No, Tom saying on entry level? Why would you do that?
- 1:21:56Speaker 3: I don't want to be bankrupt? No, everybody looking at.
- 1:21:59Speaker 10: Me, y'all listening, Okay, go ahead.
- 1:22:05Speaker 8: Not meaning the end of the money. They do it
- 1:22:07Speaker 8: that Trump has found bankruptcy seven times. That's not what
- 1:22:10Speaker 8: that means, y'all. If you're a big CEO of a
- 1:22:14Speaker 8: company and it goes bankrupt, all that means is you
- 1:22:17Speaker 8: no longer owe the creditors any money. There is money there,
- 1:22:21Speaker 8: you just don't owe it to your creditors. And they
- 1:22:24Speaker 8: dissolved this company, and everybody that on top split all
- 1:22:27Speaker 8: that money. Now, I ain't got to pay no creditors.
- 1:22:30Speaker 8: That's all bankruptcy is.
- 1:22:31Speaker 12: Man.
- 1:22:32Speaker 3: This game is cold, y'all.
- 1:22:35Speaker 8: So you can see all the bankrupt company that he
- 1:22:37Speaker 8: gonna get a he gonna get a check for being
- 1:22:40Speaker 8: a CEO, a release check, he gonna get a cons.
- 1:22:47Speaker 15: What.
- 1:22:48Speaker 12: I just want to walk in there and tell my
- 1:22:49Speaker 12: employee you need to find something else to do. Y'all
- 1:22:52Speaker 12: need to do because that go find a search and
- 1:22:57Speaker 12: services higher.
- 1:22:58Speaker 3: You need to see that.
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: All right, let me move on.
- 1:23:04Speaker 10: Would you rather marry the most attractive person you've ever
- 1:23:08Speaker 10: met or the best cook you've ever met? Which one?
- 1:23:11Speaker 17: Hey, I don't know what's tract though, I ain't worry
- 1:23:14Speaker 17: about your find this thing out? Okay, matter you please
- 1:23:22Speaker 17: turn Cooking is so overrated.
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: Meal prayer? Yes, all right.
- 1:23:32Speaker 10: Would you rather live without the internet or would you
- 1:23:35Speaker 10: rather live without air conditioning?
- 1:23:39Speaker 3: Oh? Hey internet?
- 1:23:42Speaker 10: Internet?
- 1:23:42Speaker 3: Okay? All right? The hell you need with some air condition.
- 1:23:51Speaker 12: Summertime?
- 1:23:52Speaker 9: I have some air.
- 1:23:55Speaker 12: We don't have the air conditioning on?
- 1:23:58Speaker 3: Is why you end up any.
- 1:24:06Speaker 8: The stuff I do to try to say, try to help,
- 1:24:09Speaker 8: I can't be his mentor no more always have I'm
- 1:24:16Speaker 8: just gonna be to last year because I'm always trying
- 1:24:18Speaker 8: to say, you can't abandon him. Now I have to
- 1:24:24Speaker 8: You don't listen.
- 1:24:27Speaker 3: With his cold air blowing on me when you're to
- 1:24:30Speaker 3: go to hospital.
- 1:24:31Speaker 10: Wow, that's today's round. I would be rather coming up
- 1:24:37Speaker 10: next to our last break of the day and we'll
- 1:24:39Speaker 10: close out the show with one and only Steve Harvey.
- 1:24:41Speaker 10: Right after this. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 1:24:49Speaker 10: Think about the people who mean the most to you.
- 1:24:52Speaker 10: Giving them valuable protection is a great gift you can offer,
- 1:24:56Speaker 10: and Globe Life Insurance can make it easy. With Globe
- 1:24:59Speaker 10: Life Cover, there's no medical exam, just a simple application.
- 1:25:03Speaker 10: Take this step for the people you love. Call Globe
- 1:25:06Speaker 10: Life at one eight hundred two five one fifty four hundred,
- 1:25:09Speaker 10: or visit globelifradio dot com. That's one eight hundred two
- 1:25:13Speaker 10: five one fifty four hundred or Globelifradio dot com. All right, guys,
- 1:25:17Speaker 10: here we are our last break of the day on
- 1:25:20Speaker 10: this Thursday. It's been a fun day and we want
- 1:25:23Speaker 10: to say thank you as always, and Steve, you could
- 1:25:25Speaker 10: take us out.
- 1:25:28Speaker 8: Hes on what I was kind of talking about this
- 1:25:31Speaker 8: to the audience members at Family Few. We were having
- 1:25:35Speaker 8: a discussion on one of the commercial breaks, and you
- 1:25:39Speaker 8: know what, Man, I have completely decided that I'm not
- 1:25:44Speaker 8: going to allow this administration. I'm not going to allow
- 1:25:51Speaker 8: this political climate to change the person that I am
- 1:25:57Speaker 8: and I know better, and I'm just asking and everybody
- 1:26:00Speaker 8: to just give this some thought. Look, it's okay to
- 1:26:04Speaker 8: be a Republican or conservative, it really is. There is
- 1:26:08Speaker 8: nothing wrong with that. It's nothing wrong with being a
- 1:26:11Speaker 8: Democrat or a liberal. It's absolutely nothing wrong with that.
- 1:26:15Speaker 8: I've said this before on the show. The symbol for
- 1:26:18Speaker 8: this country is the golden eagle. In order for an
- 1:26:21Speaker 8: eagle to fly correctly, you got a bald eagle. A
- 1:26:26Speaker 8: bald eagle is a symbol in this country. In order
- 1:26:29Speaker 8: for this eagle to fly properly, it has to have
- 1:26:32Speaker 8: a right wing and a left wing. This country wouldn't
- 1:26:36Speaker 8: work right if it had two right wings, and the
- 1:26:42Speaker 8: flight wouldn't be balanced because you have too many different
- 1:26:45Speaker 8: people in this country, and that's just the world we live,
- 1:26:48Speaker 8: and we are not the same. You cannot make me
- 1:26:54Speaker 8: be something that I'm not. And I'm not going to
- 1:26:59Speaker 8: allow you to make me believe something that I don't
- 1:27:03Speaker 8: believe to be true and is unfactual. And you can't
- 1:27:06Speaker 8: lie to me and tell me is truth. And I
- 1:27:10Speaker 8: don't care if you put it on truth social it's
- 1:27:13Speaker 8: still a lie. I am absolutely alarmed at the number
- 1:27:20Speaker 8: of good people that I know who refuse to use
- 1:27:24Speaker 8: their forward thinking, who have given up all their skills
- 1:27:29Speaker 8: of reasoning, who have allowed their notions and beliefs of
- 1:27:34Speaker 8: righteousness to be blurred. It is amazing to me how
- 1:27:38Speaker 8: many people I have watched redefine the term decency and
- 1:27:44Speaker 8: make it okay all of a sudden. And it's simply
- 1:27:47Speaker 8: because you are trying to be true to your party,
- 1:27:51Speaker 8: whether it's Democrat or Republican. You got to call out
- 1:27:56Speaker 8: wrong when it's wrong. You have to hold these people
- 1:27:59Speaker 8: account who are in office. It is amazing the stuff
- 1:28:04Speaker 8: that we are allowing to go down in this country
- 1:28:08Speaker 8: and we're sitting there justifying it. You got cowards who
- 1:28:13Speaker 8: know something is wrong and refuse to do anything about
- 1:28:16Speaker 8: it because they are afraid of this man. And then
- 1:28:20Speaker 8: you got people on the other side of the I
- 1:28:22Speaker 8: who ain't got no direction and don't know what to
- 1:28:24Speaker 8: do with the stuff that this man is doing. This
- 1:28:28Speaker 8: is crazy, man. I mean, here's the thing that's funny
- 1:28:31Speaker 8: to me, though, this country waives this constitution in this
- 1:28:36Speaker 8: flag like it's a Bible or Koran. You got it
- 1:28:40Speaker 8: held up in the air like it is the end all,
- 1:28:43Speaker 8: but everything in it, this administration walking all over that
- 1:28:48Speaker 8: piece of paper that your forefather, your fore father has created. This,
- 1:28:53Speaker 8: this flawed piece of paper that y'all keep holding up
- 1:28:57Speaker 8: as the constitution that was by a bunch of slave
- 1:29:01Speaker 8: owning people. It ain't never been right for us, and
- 1:29:05Speaker 8: we've recognized that from the get go. We know that
- 1:29:08Speaker 8: constitution ain't for us. Now, we have tried to fit
- 1:29:12Speaker 8: ourselves into the fib of this country. We have died
- 1:29:15Speaker 8: for this country, fought for this country everything, but when
- 1:29:20Speaker 8: we come home, it's still the country we left. And look, man,
- 1:29:24Speaker 8: it's been difficult watching this. I don't know if y'all
- 1:29:26Speaker 8: even cared. But civil rights has gone, Affirmative action is gone.
- 1:29:32Speaker 8: DEI is gone. History, Black history in schools is gone.
- 1:29:37Speaker 8: They're taking down statues, they're removing buildings, and y'all sitting
- 1:29:41Speaker 8: up there and y'all ain't saying nothing. Ah, And you
- 1:29:44Speaker 8: thought it was okay, didn't you until you found out
- 1:29:47Speaker 8: what DEI really meant all you found out that it
- 1:29:51Speaker 8: was diversity, equity and inclusion. You didn't know it was
- 1:29:55Speaker 8: going to include white women. You didn't know that it
- 1:29:58Speaker 8: was going to include benefit fits for veterans disabled veterans.
- 1:30:04Speaker 8: Because DEI included them, they took their benefits. I don't
- 1:30:09Speaker 8: even know how this country is sitting here and watching this.
- 1:30:12Speaker 8: This man said out loud that they don't have money
- 1:30:16Speaker 8: for childcare in this country and then turn right around
- 1:30:20Speaker 8: and asked for two hundred billion to fight this war.
- 1:30:24Speaker 8: Who's not seeing this? Who don't think this is the right?
- 1:30:28Speaker 8: You have somebody in the administration that tells you we
- 1:30:30Speaker 8: don't need that oil that's coming over there from I
- 1:30:32Speaker 8: Ran and through that Homos the Strait of Hermos. We
- 1:30:35Speaker 8: have plenty of oil. Well, if we have plenty of oil,
- 1:30:37Speaker 8: white gas prices so high and we have no control
- 1:30:41Speaker 8: over it. If we had plenty of oil, what are
- 1:30:46Speaker 8: y'all listening to?
- 1:30:46Speaker 3: Man?
- 1:30:48Speaker 8: Why have you all stopped being a thinking country? Or
- 1:30:54Speaker 8: is it that this is who you really are and
- 1:30:59Speaker 8: you don't want to face it, but you're voted for it,
- 1:31:03Speaker 8: and this is who you really are, and you can
- 1:31:06Speaker 8: shape it any kind of way you want to, but
- 1:31:09Speaker 8: you're allowing it to go down and you remaining true
- 1:31:12Speaker 8: to your party because this is who you are. But
- 1:31:16Speaker 8: I want to just inform y'all or something. We've known

- 1:31:46Speaker 8: down this path of no return.
- 1:31:49Speaker 3: We can't handle three more years of us. I'm telling
- 1:31:51Speaker 3: y'all that right now. Y'all, have a great day. Talk
- 1:31:54Speaker 3: to God. He absolutely love to hear from you.
