Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Georgia Case Against Trump IMPLODES, plus Hamas Terror Tunnels UNDER UN Agency Headquarters
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome in his verdict.
- 0:02Speaker 2: With Sentator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you, we have
- 0:05Speaker 2: a packed list for you, including the shocking testimony coming
- 0:09Speaker 2: out of Georgia with Fanny Willis, plus Hamas just happen
- 0:13Speaker 2: to have a tunnel that was under a building where
- 0:16Speaker 2: the un had offices. We're gonna get into that, plus
- 0:20Speaker 2: really important information that deals with the issue of UNRO.
- 0:23Speaker 2: We're gonna have all that for you in the show.
- 0:25Speaker 2: But Senator, let's first start with this trial that was
- 0:30Speaker 2: against Donald Trump and Georgia. A prosecutor that got a
- 0:34Speaker 2: special prosecutor hired that she was hooking up with, traveling
- 0:39Speaker 2: with and paying tens of thousands of dollars in cash
- 0:43Speaker 2: and then hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees
- 0:46Speaker 2: where apparently she lied to the court about this relationship.
- 0:51Speaker 2: And MSNBC is even saying this is a very bad
- 0:54Speaker 2: day for this legal attack on Donald Trump and Georgia.
- 0:57Speaker 3: Well, as we know, there are four pending process secutions
- 1:00Speaker 3: against Donald Trump and the effort of the Democrats to
- 1:04Speaker 3: try to destroy Donald Trump and in particular to try
- 1:06Speaker 3: to prevent the voters from being able to vote for
- 1:09Speaker 3: him and elect him is massive, one of the most
- 1:13Speaker 3: problematic cases. All of them are messed up, but you
- 1:15Speaker 3: look at the Georgia case. The Georgia case is an
- 1:18Speaker 3: absolute disaster. And I will tell you, if you are
- 1:21Speaker 3: a wild eyed left wing partisan that wants to see
- 1:24Speaker 3: Donald Trump prosecuted, this week was a very, very bad
- 1:29Speaker 3: week for you because Fanny Willis, the Fulton County DA
- 1:34Speaker 3: testified and it turns out the lead prosecutor that she
- 1:38Speaker 3: hired was a man. She was sleeping with a man,
- 1:42Speaker 3: She was having an affair with a man. She was
- 1:44Speaker 3: paying hundreds of thousands of dollars a taxpayer money, including
- 1:49Speaker 3: tens of thousands of dollars in cash under the table,
- 1:54Speaker 3: and she lied to the court about it. I mean,
- 1:56Speaker 3: it is as bad a train wreck as you've ever seen.
- 1:59Speaker 3: And by the way, if you don't believe me, listen
- 2:02Speaker 3: to what MSNBC had to say about this.
- 2:05Speaker 1: Week, right.
- 2:07Speaker 4: Don't let the legal list fool you. This is epic,
- 2:09Speaker 4: this is monumental. If things are going in the direction
- 2:12Speaker 4: we think Fannie Willis lied to the court, it's a
- 2:16Speaker 4: game over for her. She will be disqualified. If they
- 2:20Speaker 4: had a relationship prior to when they represent it to
- 2:24Speaker 4: the court. It's a huge deal. I can't overstate it.
- 2:27Speaker 1: I can overstate it lying to the court.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Center can you explain how big of a deal that is,
- 2:33Speaker 2: especially if you're the DA And on top of that,
- 2:36Speaker 2: you've hired the special prosecutor who you're funneling taxpayer dollars too,
- 2:40Speaker 2: that you're in a relationship with. This is corruption at
- 2:43Speaker 2: like Biden crime family level.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a massive problem. She was caught with her
- 2:49Speaker 3: hand in the cookie jar, and it undermines the entire prosecution.
- 2:53Speaker 3: It makes clear that this was a partisan hit job
- 2:57Speaker 3: from day one. But here listen to her testimony at
- 3:01Speaker 3: the trial.
- 3:02Speaker 5: It's interesting that we're here about this money. Mister Wade
- 3:06Speaker 5: is used to women that, as he told me one time,
- 3:10Speaker 5: the only thing a woman can do for him is
- 3:11Speaker 5: make him a sandwich. We would have brutal arguments about
- 3:16Speaker 5: the fact that I am your equal. I don't need
- 3:18Speaker 5: anything from a man. A man is not a plan,
- 3:20Speaker 5: A man is a companion, and so there was tension
- 3:25Speaker 5: always in our relationship, which is why I would give
- 3:28Speaker 5: him his money back. I don't need anybody to fut
- 3:31Speaker 5: my bills. The only man who's ever put my bills
- 3:34Speaker 5: completely is my daddy.
- 3:37Speaker 2: I mean, Sarah, that's a new excuse. I've never heard
- 3:39Speaker 2: for funneling money to your boyfriend lover's slash special prosecutor.
- 3:44Speaker 2: That's impressive.
- 3:46Speaker 3: No, it really is. And understand this is bizarre. District
- 3:51Speaker 3: attorneys do not pay prosecutors and lawyers that they have
- 3:56Speaker 3: hired on the taxpayer dime in stacks of cash. That's
- 4:00Speaker 3: what drug dealers do. And and listen to the rest
- 4:03Speaker 3: of our testimony's listen to this.
- 4:05Speaker 5: Much less cash that time, probably four or five hundred dollars.
- 4:08Speaker 5: And then I paid for a bunch of stuff. I
- 4:11Speaker 5: think we did two different wine tours that you do,
- 4:16Speaker 5: which are pretty expensive.
- 4:19Speaker 6: I think I bought him he likes wine.
- 4:21Speaker 5: I don't really like wine, to be honest with you,
- 4:22Speaker 5: I like Gray Goose. I bought him a bottle of
- 4:26Speaker 5: wine while we were there. And the sippings that you do.
- 4:29Speaker 5: I can't remember how like four or five different places
- 4:31Speaker 5: you go. I remember we went to to this place
- 4:37Speaker 5: that they do pairings. That was the most expensive thing
- 4:40Speaker 5: that I think that we did while we were there.
- 4:42Speaker 6: So they would pair.
- 4:44Speaker 5: They would pair champagne chocolate and champagne chocolate and caviar.
- 4:51Speaker 5: It was a three and it was like three different
- 4:53Speaker 5: things Sweden, Russia, someplace else.
- 4:55Speaker 6: I'll make that up, but that was the most.
- 4:58Speaker 5: Expensive thing we did that trip and paid for I pay.
- 5:01Speaker 6: For them, You pay cash for us doing that.
- 5:05Speaker 5: Yeah, I think that's by the way.
- 5:07Speaker 6: Center.
- 5:08Speaker 2: At least we now have some real Russian collusion. She
- 5:10Speaker 2: likes herself some some vodka from from from from Russia, right.
- 5:15Speaker 3: She likes the gray Goose, champagne, chocolate and caviar and
- 5:19Speaker 3: and look to pay cash. I mean, to be honest, Ben,
- 5:25Speaker 3: when is the last time you paid cash and anything
- 5:27Speaker 3: more than a McDonald's.
- 5:29Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I haven't seen cash like this. And
- 5:32Speaker 2: we're talking from what they were saying at trial today,
- 5:34Speaker 2: not speculation.
- 5:36Speaker 1: This is tens of thousands of dollars in cash.
- 5:38Speaker 3: This is not small amounts. And to be honest that
- 5:42Speaker 3: this is you reference the Biden crime family. This is
- 5:45Speaker 3: reminiscent of when you make massive payments to multiple bank accounts.
- 5:49Speaker 3: You're doing it to hide what is happening. Nobody pays
- 5:53Speaker 3: thousands and thousands of dollars in cash unless you want
- 5:57Speaker 3: people not to know. And I got to say, listen
- 6:00Speaker 3: to her boyfriend's testimony, because if anything, is even more shocking.
- 6:06Speaker 2: And this, by the way, her boyfriend that we're talking
- 6:08Speaker 2: about here, this is the special prosecutor.
- 6:11Speaker 7: If she hired tax paramony that.
- 6:14Speaker 1: Has billed hundreds and hundreds of thousands.
- 6:18Speaker 7: Of dollars to go after Donald Trump, you got.
- 6:21Speaker 2: Don Trump up to a million, they think. And this
- 6:24Speaker 2: is what he was asked about, these credit card statements
- 6:27Speaker 2: and who paid for what?
- 6:28Speaker 6: Okay, and let's just talk about that travel.
- 6:31Speaker 8: Okay.
- 6:33Speaker 6: The first trip is Belize in March twenty twenty three.
- 6:37Speaker 6: Is that a trip that you took with Miss Willis?
- 6:41Speaker 8: Are you asked did you.
- 6:43Speaker 6: Take a trip with Miss Willis in twenty twenty three
- 6:45Speaker 6: to Belize? I did? Did you take a trip to
- 6:48Speaker 6: California with Miss Willis in twenty twenty three?
- 6:50Speaker 8: I did?
- 6:51Speaker 7: Did you.
- 6:53Speaker 6: Pay for those trips on that credit card?
- 6:57Speaker 8: I used a credit card to book to travel. But understand, well,
- 7:04Speaker 8: let me say this. Let's take the Belize trip for example,
- 7:07Speaker 8: to you started there. That was a birthday gift to me.
- 7:12Speaker 8: So I paid nothing for that trip zero, okay.
- 7:16Speaker 6: So the charges that are on your card she gave you.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Cash for she did.
- 7:21Speaker 6: Okay, So all of the charges, and the witnesses finished
- 7:26Speaker 6: anser on the question, oh did your mom I did, Okay.
- 7:30Speaker 8: I wanted to get into the charges on the card
- 7:34Speaker 8: because so traveling with her is a is a task.
- 7:41Speaker 8: You can probably imagine the attention that that happens. So
- 7:47Speaker 8: for safety reasons, she would limit her transactions. I mean
- 7:58Speaker 8: imagine trying to walk an airport or said at a restaurant,
- 8:02Speaker 8: or do anything. So there was no there's no attempt
- 8:08Speaker 8: to conceal is a credit card. Everything is here.
- 8:12Speaker 6: So and that's not what I asked, Okay. What I
- 8:17Speaker 6: asked was the charges for believes in March twenty twenty
- 8:20Speaker 6: three on that credit card, those are things you purchased
- 8:23Speaker 6: to go with miss Waite, with miss Willis to believe.
- 8:26Speaker 8: Those are things that we booked with my card that
- 8:29Speaker 8: she paid.
- 8:30Speaker 6: Yes, yes, so those show up on your credit card.
- 8:33Speaker 6: They do. And you're saying that she paid you cash
- 8:36Speaker 6: to reimburse you for all of that.
- 8:39Speaker 8: She did, and she.
- 8:40Speaker 6: Paid you cash for both of your portions are just
- 8:44Speaker 6: hers both? Okay, So that trip believes just believes she
- 8:48Speaker 6: paid you for everything on belieze, the entire trip. So
- 8:51Speaker 6: the food tattoo parlor, all that stuff she paid for.
- 8:56Speaker 8: I'm goodad maybe there was no there was no tattoo
- 9:03Speaker 8: parlor in belieze the charges.
- 9:04Speaker 6: There's a there's a tattoo parlor on the charges. I'm
- 9:07Speaker 6: not getting into what it was for. I'm just asking
- 9:09Speaker 6: if everything that's on that card related to believe she
- 9:12Speaker 6: paid you.
- 9:13Speaker 8: Back for she paid for?
- 9:15Speaker 2: Okay, By the way, Senator, just the conversation general is hysterical,
- 9:20Speaker 2: but also the fact that they're both saying the same thing.
- 9:23Speaker 2: There is no pay per trayal I got paid back
- 9:27Speaker 2: in cash for every everything. Every everything in cash. They're
- 9:30Speaker 2: in a single receipt. There's nothing here. And by the way,
- 9:33Speaker 2: one of those trips was my birthday, so she paid
- 9:36Speaker 2: for everything.
- 9:38Speaker 3: Look, neither you nor I are spring chickens. You're forty
- 9:42Speaker 3: plus years old. I'm fifty plus years old. Have you
- 9:46Speaker 3: ever taken a trip where you like, reimbursed someone tens
- 9:51Speaker 3: of thousands of dollars in cash? Just imagine what kind
- 9:54Speaker 3: of look like. This is not normal behavior. This is
- 9:57Speaker 3: the behavior of people who are ceiling transactions. They don't
- 10:02Speaker 3: want to have to happen. And by the way, it's
- 10:04Speaker 3: pretty nice that he charges everything to his credit card,
- 10:10Speaker 3: including the tattoo parlor, but he denies, but apparently it's
- 10:13Speaker 3: on his credit card. So I don't know if they
- 10:15Speaker 3: both got tattooed on their rear ends. We hate Donald Trump.
- 10:18Speaker 3: I don't know what they got tattooed. We hate maggot, right,
- 10:23Speaker 3: But even the the like little charges, he's like, no, no, no,
- 10:28Speaker 3: I didn't pay a penny.
- 10:29Speaker 7: Understand every by the.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Way he's like, he's bragging. Basically, I don't know.
- 10:35Speaker 7: He's like, damn straight every penny she paid for.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Yeah, and pay me back in cash on all of it,
- 10:41Speaker 2: all of it. It's incredible to the seriousness of this
- 10:44Speaker 2: for a moment, because that is just hysterical what we
- 10:47Speaker 2: played for you.
- 10:48Speaker 1: But how big of a victory is this? Number one
- 10:51Speaker 1: for Donald Trump?
- 10:51Speaker 2: And if she has taken off the case, which means
- 10:53Speaker 2: he would be taken off the case, what does that
- 10:56Speaker 2: do moving forward?
- 10:57Speaker 1: For this case?
- 10:58Speaker 2: It deals with Donald Trump and going after again rico
- 11:01Speaker 2: charges which you're serious against him. That's how they put
- 11:04Speaker 2: all this together.
- 11:05Speaker 3: Yeah, look, it's not clear, but the prosecution is in shambles.
- 11:10Speaker 3: The prosecutor is at this point revealed to have likely
- 11:16Speaker 3: lied to the court to be corrupt, to be funneling money,
- 11:20Speaker 3: to be paying taxpayer money to her lover and profiting
- 11:23Speaker 3: off that money. It ain't good at all. And that
- 11:28Speaker 3: means the case is Look, as the MSNBC analyst said,
- 11:32Speaker 3: it's game over.
- 11:34Speaker 7: Look.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Could they try to revive it with some other prosecutor. Sure,
- 11:38Speaker 3: But this was always I think a rabid partisan Democrat
- 11:44Speaker 3: who hated Donald Trump, who wanted to make a name
- 11:46Speaker 3: for herself. And I got to say, you know, listening
- 11:49Speaker 3: to the story of his saying it's hard to travel
- 11:52Speaker 3: with her, I don't know. I'm kind of skeptical that
- 11:54Speaker 3: walking through an airport anyone has any idea who Fanny
- 11:57Speaker 3: Willis is. But if that's his theories like we had
- 12:01Speaker 3: to hide it because everyone knows who she is, Listen,
- 12:05Speaker 3: I think that was the objective of bringing this case,
- 12:07Speaker 3: and maybe it worked.
- 12:08Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 12:09Speaker 1: Yeah, I definitely did.
- 12:10Speaker 2: And by the way, if you think that this means
- 12:12Speaker 2: that this is the one and done and Donald Trump's
- 12:15Speaker 2: going to get to move back to the campaign, You're wrong.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Donald Trump's New York custo money case, this is that
- 12:22Speaker 2: criminal case there will start March to twenty fifth. It's
- 12:25Speaker 2: the first of his criminal trials. And final question on
- 12:28Speaker 2: this center, is this the reason why Democrats basically went
- 12:31Speaker 2: around the country and started throwing jello at a wall
- 12:34Speaker 2: and seeing if they get any of it to stick.
- 12:36Speaker 2: And they're doing all of these cases so that if
- 12:38Speaker 2: this one falls, hey, we started another one March the
- 12:41Speaker 2: twenty fifth, and if that one falls, we'll start another
- 12:43Speaker 2: one in May or June.
- 12:46Speaker 3: Look, yes, and no, I don't think this is a
- 12:48Speaker 3: grand conspiracy. I don't think there's one grand puba in
- 12:52Speaker 3: a smoke filled room saying you bring this case, you
- 12:55Speaker 3: bring this case, you bring this case. And part of
- 12:57Speaker 3: the reason is if you were trying to do a
- 12:59Speaker 3: great and conspiracy, no one would pick Fanny Willis to
- 13:02Speaker 3: be part of it, like like this prosecutor is a mess,
- 13:07Speaker 3: and and and so I think it is.
- 13:09Speaker 2: Instead is it political opportunists that are just saying I
- 13:12Speaker 2: got to make a name for myself and.
- 13:14Speaker 3: I'm There's a concept in antitrust law called conscious parallelism,
- 13:21Speaker 3: which is it's a bunch of rabid partisan Democrats, all
- 13:25Speaker 3: of whom hate Donald Trump, and they're all racing to
- 13:28Speaker 3: I'm gonna get him.
- 13:29Speaker 7: No, I'm gonna get him. No, I'm gonna get him.
- 13:30Speaker 3: So whether it is Fanny Willis, whether it is Alvin Bragg,
- 13:33Speaker 3: whether it's Jack Smith, whether it's Letitia James, They're all like,
- 13:38Speaker 3: I'm an ambitious democrat and I hate the person that
- 13:41Speaker 3: I think is the devil, So let's go abuse the
- 13:44Speaker 3: justice system to go after him.
- 13:47Speaker 2: I want to move to another really important, big story,
- 13:49Speaker 2: and this is one that has not been reported on
- 13:52Speaker 2: by the media at all, and it deals with a
- 13:56Speaker 2: Hamas command tunnel under the United Nations Gaza headquarters. It
- 14:05Speaker 2: seems unbelievable, but it also backs up with reality of
- 14:10Speaker 2: what we saw in Gaza with the Associated Press and
- 14:15Speaker 2: Reuters and others who had their offices in the same
- 14:18Speaker 2: offices where Hamas had apparently intel centers and command centers.
- 14:24Speaker 2: And now we find out that Hamas had a command
- 14:25Speaker 2: tunnel under a un Gaza headquarters. How did the United
- 14:30Speaker 2: Nations not know about this, Senator.
- 14:32Speaker 3: Well, listen. The organization is something that's called UNRA and
- 14:36Speaker 3: an UNRU stands for the United Nations Relief and Works
- 14:41Speaker 3: Agency and it is a part of the United Nations
- 14:44Speaker 3: that is focused on giving aid to the Palestinians. And
- 14:51Speaker 3: major stories have broken UNRA has always had massive corruption,
- 14:56Speaker 3: massive uh aid to Hamas. And so last month the
- 15:01Speaker 3: news broke that a dozen staff of UNRA, a dozen
- 15:06Speaker 3: people working for the un took part in the October
- 15:11Speaker 3: seventh massacre by Hamas. They were actively terrorists engaging in
- 15:17Speaker 3: the October seventh attack which killed over twelve hundred people
- 15:20Speaker 3: and took over two hundred and fifty hostages. Now, pause
- 15:25Speaker 3: and think about it. The United Nations is employing and
- 15:28Speaker 3: paying terrorists. But then the news broke just a few
- 15:33Speaker 3: days ago that not only was the un employing terrorists,
- 15:38Speaker 3: but beneath the headquarters of UNRA was a subterranean data center.
- 15:46Speaker 3: It had an electrical room, it had industrial battery power banks,
- 15:51Speaker 3: and it had living quarters for Hamas terrorists who were
- 15:55Speaker 3: operating the computer servers. And it was built directly on
- 16:00Speaker 3: under the location of the headquarters of UNRA. Now that
- 16:04Speaker 3: could not have happened by accident, and it totally reveals
- 16:09Speaker 3: UNRA as a facilitating entity for terrorists.
- 16:15Speaker 2: So let's follow the money here. If andra's getting funds
- 16:19Speaker 2: from the United Nations, and we're the biggest donor to
- 16:23Speaker 2: the United Nations, we're giving money and it's being funneled
- 16:28Speaker 2: to those that are helping carry out terrorist attacks as
- 16:31Speaker 2: well as protecting terrasts and the planning and the rockets
- 16:36Speaker 2: that are being shot into Israel for years now, while
- 16:40Speaker 2: they've been in the same building.
- 16:42Speaker 3: Now, that's exactly right. As The Times of Israel reported,
- 16:46Speaker 3: unra's Gaza headquarters is located in Gaza City's Upscale Remall neighborhood,
- 16:53Speaker 3: an area that the Israeli the IDF had previously operated
- 16:58Speaker 3: in and dismantled the local Hama battalion and withdrawn its
- 17:02Speaker 3: troops from. And here's a quote from Colonel Benny Aharon
- 17:09Speaker 3: from the IDF, who says, quote, the IDF was here previously.
- 17:14Speaker 3: The first time was to destroy the enemy. But when
- 17:16Speaker 3: we were here the last time, we collected a lot
- 17:18Speaker 3: of intelligence documents and findings, a lot of prisoners, and
- 17:22Speaker 3: thanks to this we reached here. Now we carried out
- 17:26Speaker 3: a targeted operation to take this capability away. We had
- 17:32Speaker 3: a basis of information, but not enough to be able
- 17:35Speaker 3: to dig down twenty meters to find it twenty meters
- 17:38Speaker 3: about sixty feet. We needed a bit more. There's information
- 17:43Speaker 3: we get from prisoners, we capture, from computers, we find
- 17:47Speaker 3: from documents, maps, and they went down and discovered this
- 17:55Speaker 3: terror tunnel. Hazan, who is tasked with coordinating the brigades
- 17:59Speaker 3: on underground operation, said, the main entrance to the tunnel
- 18:04Speaker 3: was located under an UNRUSH school in the area.
- 18:08Speaker 7: Wow, and this.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Look the UN you want to talk about? Number one,
- 18:14Speaker 3: The UN has always been just a pit of anti Semitism,
- 18:17Speaker 3: anti Israel hatred. But they have funneled billions of dollars
- 18:23Speaker 3: to UNRAH, which in turn is supporting terrorists and supporting
- 18:29Speaker 3: Hamas and employing people who participated in the October seventh
- 18:34Speaker 3: terror attack.
- 18:36Speaker 2: What will America's response be to this, as the Biden
- 18:40Speaker 2: administration said anything? And are there anyone in his administration
- 18:44Speaker 2: or the UN ambassador asking questions saying what the hell
- 18:47Speaker 2: is going on at the United Nations Relief and Work
- 18:49Speaker 2: Agency that's been knowingly, as you described it, providing support
- 18:53Speaker 2: to Hamas terrorists who committed these atrocies against over one
- 18:56Speaker 2: thousand Israelies and dozens of Americans as well, which which
- 19:00Speaker 2: I think has been overlooked as well by this administration.
- 19:03Speaker 7: Yes.
- 19:04Speaker 3: So, sadly, the Biden administration from day one has been
- 19:07Speaker 3: funneling money into Gaza look. Early on in the Biden administration,
- 19:13Speaker 3: I led a group of seventeen Senators saying, do not
- 19:15Speaker 3: give money to Gaza, because if you give money to Gaza,
- 19:19Speaker 3: that will flow directly to Hamas and be used for
- 19:22Speaker 3: terrorist activities. At the time I sent that letter, there
- 19:25Speaker 3: were one hundred and fifty House Democrats who sent a
- 19:29Speaker 3: letter to the administration saying, please do give money to
- 19:33Speaker 3: Gaza even though it will likely be used by Hamas
- 19:37Speaker 3: for terrorism. We now know, because it's been publicly reported,
- 19:41Speaker 3: how the Biden administration resolved that issue. The Biden administration
- 19:45Speaker 3: concluded that it was quote highly likely those are their terms,
- 19:49Speaker 3: highly likely that money given to Gaza would be used
- 19:53Speaker 3: by Hamas for terrorism. Now ordinarily been under US anti
- 19:58Speaker 3: terrorism law. If it's highly likely the money will be
- 20:01Speaker 3: used for terrorism, you can't send the money. That would
- 20:03Speaker 3: be common sense. Well, what the Biden administration did instead
- 20:08Speaker 3: is they formally waived US anti terrorism law because their
- 20:12Speaker 3: political ideology, they so wanted to send the money they
- 20:16Speaker 3: didn't care if it would be used by Hamas for terrorism. So,
- 20:20Speaker 3: in a very real sense, Joe Biden and the Democrats
- 20:24Speaker 3: funded Hamas and the October seventh terror attack.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Which goes back to the bigger question in the aid
- 20:32Speaker 2: it looks like American aid. We say, hey, we're going
- 20:35Speaker 2: to send some to Israel, but we're also wanting to
- 20:37Speaker 2: send aid to Gaza. How do we not How do
- 20:42Speaker 2: we assure that that money is not going to go
- 20:44Speaker 2: directly in the hands of the terrorists?
- 20:46Speaker 3: We can't and it is truly asinine. And in the
- 20:49Speaker 3: wake of this horrific terror attack, what did Joe Biden
- 20:53Speaker 3: the Democrats want to do. Let's send more money to Gaza.
- 20:55Speaker 3: Let's send more money to Gaza. And my view is
- 20:58Speaker 3: stop sending money to people want to kill us. If
- 21:02Speaker 3: you cannot assure that the money doesn't go to terrorists
- 21:05Speaker 3: who want to murder Americans, don't send the money. And
- 21:09Speaker 3: by the way, this past week, I led a group
- 21:12Speaker 3: of senators urging the Justice Department to open a criminal
- 21:16Speaker 3: investigation into a US based nonprofit that raises money for UNRA.
- 21:24Speaker 3: And it's a group called UNRA USA, which is a
- 21:28Speaker 3: nonprofit with the self described mission to support the quote
- 21:33Speaker 3: work of UNRA through fundraising, education, and advocacy in the
- 21:37Speaker 3: United States. And as I pointed out, here's what I
- 21:41Speaker 3: wrote in the letter with several other senators quote, we
- 21:45Speaker 3: write to call on you to open a criminal investigation
- 21:47Speaker 3: into UNRA USA, its principles, and its leadership for knowingly
- 21:52Speaker 3: providing material support to foreign terrorist organizations, including Hamas. This
- 21:58Speaker 3: support facilitated and continues to facilitate terrorism, including the October
- 22:04Speaker 3: seventh terrorist attack in which Palestinian terrorists killed or kidnapped
- 22:10Speaker 3: dozens of Americans and over one thy two hundred Israelis.
- 22:15Speaker 3: According to its twenty twenty one annual report, NRA USA
- 22:20Speaker 3: dispersed nearly five million dollars in donations to honra that year,
- 22:26Speaker 3: making the organization honra's largest institutional donor.
- 22:32Speaker 1: I mean you hear that is an American taxpayer.
- 22:37Speaker 2: It makes me angry to know that basically I'm funding
- 22:43Speaker 2: the terrorists that took out these attacks, not just on
- 22:46Speaker 2: the people in Israel.
- 22:47Speaker 1: But we still have not.
- 22:49Speaker 2: I think, gotten a full accounting from this administration on
- 22:53Speaker 2: Americans that were killed and also taken hostage.
- 22:57Speaker 3: Now, sadly, that's right, and the Biden administration talked about
- 23:00Speaker 3: before when it comes to foreign policy, it is all
- 23:03Speaker 3: politics all the time, and they set aside US national
- 23:06Speaker 3: security that they set aside the interest of protecting our allies,
- 23:11Speaker 3: and they especially set aside the interest of protecting American
- 23:14Speaker 3: citizens and it's made the world much more dangerous.
- 23:17Speaker 2: I want to tell you about one way that you
- 23:19Speaker 2: can help in Israel right now. We all know about
- 23:22Speaker 2: the atrocies that were committed by Hamas last October the seventh,
- 23:25Speaker 2: which kicked off the vicious war, and Israel is having
- 23:30Speaker 2: to defend itself from these terrorists on every side. The
- 23:33Speaker 2: toll on the Israeli people is staggering and it's massive.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Hundreds of thousands of Israelis have been forced from their homes.
- 23:40Speaker 2: Entire communities have been torn apart, lives devastated by death
- 23:44Speaker 2: and destruction. That is where the International Fellowship of Christians
- 23:48Speaker 2: and Jews is helping.
- 23:50Speaker 1: They're right there in the middle of it all.
- 23:53Speaker 2: Every single day they're distributing critical essentials like food, medicine,
- 23:58Speaker 2: and emergency supplies for hundreds of thousands of suffering Jews
- 24:03Speaker 2: as we speak.
- 24:04Speaker 1: The need is great, and that's.
- 24:06Speaker 2: Why I want you to know that we are partnering
- 24:09Speaker 2: with the IFCJ right now. I want you to visit
- 24:13Speaker 2: and I want you to support IFCJ dot org to help,
- 24:16Speaker 2: and every donation is urgently needed. To help the people
- 24:20Speaker 2: of Israel. To give to the International Fellowship of Christian
- 24:23Speaker 2: and Jews, you just have to go to support IFCJ
- 24:27Speaker 2: dot org. That support IFCJ dot org and give as
- 24:32Speaker 2: generously as you can. Your gift will be matched to
- 24:35Speaker 2: double in impact and help provide twice the support. Again,
- 24:39Speaker 2: if you want to get involved and help the people
- 24:42Speaker 2: in need in Israel with basic necessities, go to support
- 24:47Speaker 2: IFCJ dot org. That support if CJ dot org and
- 24:53Speaker 2: they say thank you and God bless you for all
- 24:56Speaker 2: of you that can get involved and help the people
- 24:59Speaker 2: that are suffering the most in Israel right now, Sata,
- 25:02Speaker 2: I want to ask you another question about just the
- 25:05Speaker 2: response from this administration when this type of news comes out.
- 25:12Speaker 2: There seems to be a no response or a very
- 25:15Speaker 2: timid response. And I worry that's because they've known that
- 25:19Speaker 2: there's been this level of corruption for quite some time.
- 25:21Speaker 2: They're just now being faced with it in the government.
- 25:24Speaker 2: What do we When did they know about the corruption
- 25:28Speaker 2: with with Andra and and when did the warning STEGN
- 25:31Speaker 2: start hitting them?
- 25:32Speaker 1: Was it before this attack or can they play.
- 25:35Speaker 3: Done No, We've known about it a long time, and
- 25:38Speaker 3: I will say it's bad ding. When I questioned the
- 25:40Speaker 3: Biden administration, when I questioned the State Department, and I
- 25:43Speaker 3: press them, why do you keep giving hundreds of millions
- 25:47Speaker 3: of dollars to Gaza. Gaza is run by Hamas. Hamas
- 25:50Speaker 3: is the government of Gaza.
- 25:52Speaker 2: And people don't believe you when you say that. Just
- 25:56Speaker 2: the tunnel system that we've seen since they that Israelis
- 26:02Speaker 2: have gone in is more than enough proof they can
- 26:06Speaker 2: understand the Palestinians.
- 26:08Speaker 3: So so part of the leftist rhetoric they say Gaza
- 26:11Speaker 3: is the largest open air prison on earth. That's a lie.
- 26:15Speaker 3: You know, Gaza is not run by Israel. Gaza is
- 26:18Speaker 3: run by the Palestinians. Israel left the Gaza Strip. So
- 26:22Speaker 3: the Gaza Strip is a portion of what used to
- 26:25Speaker 3: be Israel, and it is on the south west portion
- 26:30Speaker 3: of Israel. And they just left. Israel left and said
- 26:33Speaker 3: all right, there's a massive population Palestinians. You guys are
- 26:36Speaker 3: in charge, you run it. And they had elections in
- 26:39Speaker 3: Gaza and and the people of the Gaza Strip elected Hamas,
- 26:44Speaker 3: which is which is a terrorist organization. It pledges the
- 26:49Speaker 3: destruction of Israel and the death of Jews. That that
- 26:52Speaker 3: that is in its core mission. That's who the people
- 26:56Speaker 3: of the Gaza Strip elected. Now understand, over the past decades,
- 27:01Speaker 3: billions of dollars have flowed into the Gaza Strip in
- 27:05Speaker 3: terms of relief, both from the United States, from Europe,
- 27:08Speaker 3: from international agencies, from UNRA, and that money instead of
- 27:13Speaker 3: actually helping the Gaza Strip, helping the Palestinians, instead of
- 27:16Speaker 3: building schools and hospitals, instead of building roads, they take
- 27:23Speaker 3: massive amounts of that money and they turn it directly
- 27:25Speaker 3: to terrorism. So for example, and I've been to Israel
- 27:29Speaker 3: many times, and when you talk with it, with the
- 27:31Speaker 3: Israeli forces, they explain money that goes into Gaza, say
- 27:34Speaker 3: to build water pipes to bring fresh water to people
- 27:38Speaker 3: who need it. They take the water pipes, they cut
- 27:41Speaker 3: it into six feet segments and they use those water
- 27:44Speaker 3: pipes they turn them into rockets and they fill them
- 27:47Speaker 3: with propellant and explosive and shrapnel ball bearings and metal
- 27:52Speaker 3: that they can then fire into Israel. And so the
- 27:55Speaker 3: result is the people of Gaza, the Palestinians, it denied
- 28:02Speaker 3: relief they desperately need. Why because Hamas, who controls it,
- 28:07Speaker 3: would rather kill Jews than help Palestinians. And every time,
- 28:13Speaker 3: I asked the Biden administration, Okay, how do you make
- 28:16Speaker 3: sure the money going into Gaza doesn't go to terrorism?
- 28:19Speaker 3: Their response, you know what, they say, what's that? Oh,
- 28:22Speaker 3: we trust UNRA. Unra's great. Give it to unroll. Be fantastic.
- 28:27Speaker 3: And it has been evident for a long time that
- 28:29Speaker 3: UNRA and Hamas are utterly intertwined. A dozen UNRA employees
- 28:36Speaker 3: were actual terrorists on October seventh, and yet the Biden
- 28:40Speaker 3: administration's position is we love UNRA.
- 28:44Speaker 2: Final question on this, is there a way to actually
- 28:46Speaker 2: stop the funds going into Gaza going into UNRA and
- 28:50Speaker 2: and what.
- 28:51Speaker 3: Donald Trump did it? Absolutely, you can stop it. The
- 28:54Speaker 3: reason this money has gone is because Joe Biden places
- 29:00Speaker 3: a higher priority on his political ideology that he does
- 29:04Speaker 3: on keeping Americans safe or keeping Israeli safe, in our
- 29:07Speaker 3: allies safe. And the result is the world's a lot
- 29:10Speaker 3: more dangerous.
