Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / EX-Twitter executive ADMITS they should NOT have suppressed Biden laptop story before the election!
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: The x Twitter Safety chief is now admitting the Hunter
- 0:05Speaker 1: Biden laptop censorship was a quote mistake. Really, it only
- 0:11Speaker 1: took you, what, eight hundred days to admit that after
- 0:13Speaker 1: you got fired from Twitter. Now, all the big top
- 0:17Speaker 1: people at Twitter, who worked, you know, three four hours
- 0:19Speaker 1: a week, are out doing interviews and going to discussions
- 0:25Speaker 1: and events and telling about their time at Twitter. There's
- 0:30Speaker 1: one event called Informed twenty twenty two kf dot org.
- 0:33Speaker 1: It's a conversation on quote democracy in the digital age.
- 0:38Speaker 1: That's the keyword that democrats are obsessed with now, democracy, right,
- 0:41Speaker 1: we gotta protect democracy. So what better place to put
- 0:45Speaker 1: a scumbag that actually censored the Hunter Biden laptop story
- 0:48Speaker 1: for you eight hundred days then to put him on
- 0:51Speaker 1: a panel after he's been fired about a conversation on
- 0:54Speaker 1: democracy in the digital age. These people are scumbags now.
- 0:58Speaker 1: The x Twitter Safety chief said, Okay, yes, we did
- 1:01Speaker 1: make a mistake centsoring the Hunter Biden laptop info. However,
- 1:06Speaker 1: as he put it, you got to understand where we
- 1:08Speaker 1: were at the time when we censored it. All of
- 1:10Speaker 1: the misinformation that was running around. Now, let's go over
- 1:15Speaker 1: that misinformation for a moment. The only misinformation that was
- 1:19Speaker 1: going around that time was misinformation from the Democratic Party,
- 1:24Speaker 1: from Democratic leaders, from the FBI, the DOJ, the deep state.
- 1:29Speaker 1: That's it, folks. That is the only disinformation that was
- 1:34Speaker 1: going around. And it was all about Republicans. It was
- 1:36Speaker 1: all about Donald Trump, who was then the President of
- 1:39Speaker 1: the United States of America. Remember, they knew that the
- 1:42Speaker 1: disinformation they were putting out there was a lie. They
- 1:45Speaker 1: knew it. Everybody around them knew it. They knew it
- 1:49Speaker 1: because they're the ones that paid for it, They're the
- 1:51Speaker 1: ones that created it. In fact, they co mingled funds
- 1:54Speaker 1: between Hillary Clinton's campaign in twenty sixteen and the Democratic
- 1:57Speaker 1: National Committee, and they commingled state and lawyers to come
- 2:02Speaker 1: up with an absurd story in a dossier that they
- 2:05Speaker 1: paid for and created out of thin air that said
- 2:09Speaker 1: that the Russians were colluding with Donald Trump. Now, the
- 2:13Speaker 1: entire time, they knew it was a lie because they
- 2:14Speaker 1: knew they created it, and they knew that while they
- 2:16Speaker 1: were trying to overthrow the will of the people Donald
- 2:17Speaker 1: Trump and they were impeaching him not once but twice,
- 2:20Speaker 1: that they were doing it based on information that was
- 2:22Speaker 1: a lie. Eric Squalwell, who was literally sleeping with a
- 2:26Speaker 1: Chinese spy. The enemy at the time also knew it,
- 2:30Speaker 1: but it didn't matter, because this is what you do
- 2:32Speaker 1: when you have an election outcome you don't like and
- 2:34Speaker 1: you're on the left, You just try to overthrow the
- 2:36Speaker 1: will of the people. But to then use that, which
- 2:40Speaker 1: is exactly what you're about to hear from this x
- 2:43Speaker 1: Twitter person right when you're about to use that as
- 2:48Speaker 1: the reason why you got bamboozled, is insane. Okay, wasn't
- 2:56Speaker 1: was totally insane. But when you have the ability to
- 3:00Speaker 1: go on TV and say whatever the hell you want
- 3:04Speaker 1: and no one will call you out on it, then
- 3:06Speaker 1: why not go ahead and say, well, good look, you
- 3:08Speaker 1: just got to remember it was very difficult time. Take
- 3:11Speaker 1: a listen, in his own words, the x Twitter Safety
- 3:14Speaker 1: chief and that mistake as he calls it, to send
- 3:18Speaker 1: to the hunter by laptop story interfering literally with our
- 3:21Speaker 1: presidential elections. Do you remember the uncertainty of the of
- 3:25Speaker 1: the whole story. We didn't know what to believe, We
- 3:27Speaker 1: didn't know what was true. There was there was smoke,
- 3:31Speaker 1: and ultimately, for me, it didn't reach a place where
- 3:36Speaker 1: I was comfortable removing this content from Twitter. But It
- 3:40Speaker 1: set off every single one of my finely tuned APT
- 3:44Speaker 1: twenty eight hack in league campaign alto possibly probably it
- 3:49Speaker 1: looked possible, folks, there was a possibility, so all of
- 3:53Speaker 1: my radars were just buzzing right that this was probably,
- 3:57Speaker 1: you know, a Russian disinformation. Now, let's go back to
- 4:01Speaker 1: one thing about that time. If it was not real
- 4:06Speaker 1: and it was a lie, don't you think that the
- 4:09Speaker 1: Biden team would have come out and said it's a lie?
- 4:13Speaker 1: Why didn't they ask a simple and very basic question.
- 4:16Speaker 1: The question would have been, have they said it's not real?
- 4:21Speaker 1: Have they mentioned that it's not real? Have they declaredly,
- 4:26Speaker 1: declaratively come out and said it is not real? Not
- 4:30Speaker 1: one time did Hunter Biden, James Biden, Joe Biden, or
- 4:33Speaker 1: the Biden crime family come out and say this is
- 4:35Speaker 1: not our laptop. Maybe they could have asked that question.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Did they ask any follow up questions about the laptop
- 4:42Speaker 1: or did they make any phone calls to those who
- 4:44Speaker 1: warned them a possible misinformation with the FBI coming to
- 4:48Speaker 1: Facebook or Twitter? Did they call and say, hey, guys,
- 4:54Speaker 1: you were talking about misinformation? Is this what you were
- 4:55Speaker 1: talking about? Or did they just say, oh, we understand.
- 4:58Speaker 1: We want the person to be present that you do.
- 5:01Speaker 1: We want it to not be Donald Trump. So we're
- 5:04Speaker 1: on the same team here. Is that maybe the conversation
- 5:08Speaker 1: they were really having behind the scenes, of course it
- 5:10Speaker 1: was otherwise you would have asked some actual questions and
- 5:15Speaker 1: let me tell you real quick also about our friends

- 6:34Speaker 1: for any guy on your list. Now, if you look
- 6:39Speaker 1: back at this story and what this guy is now
- 6:41Speaker 1: trying to sell us, and that's it, well, we just
- 6:44Speaker 1: didn't know. And all everything I was thinking about it
- 6:47Speaker 1: was going off. There was this had all the markings.
- 6:50Speaker 1: Why didn't you ask a question? Why didn't you make
- 6:53Speaker 1: a phone call? Did you even call the Biden administration? Right?
- 6:56Speaker 1: Did you call? Or or the Biden campaign? Take a
- 6:59Speaker 1: listen the rest of his answer, Everything about it looked
- 7:02Speaker 1: like didn't want to do that, but it didn't get there.
- 7:06Speaker 1: For me, when you feel a responsibility to protect the
- 7:09Speaker 1: integrity of the conversations on a platform from foreign governments
- 7:13Speaker 1: expending their resources to interfere in an election, there were
- 7:17Speaker 1: lots of reasons why the entire industry was on alert
- 7:20Speaker 1: and was a mistake. And again for me. Even with
- 7:25Speaker 1: all of those factors, it didn't get there for me.
- 7:27Speaker 1: It didn't get there for me. So in other words,
- 7:29Speaker 1: you is a hard core liberal scumbag at Twitter didn't
- 7:33Speaker 1: want to believe that the Biden crime family could be
- 7:36Speaker 1: doing business with the Russians, in fact, pouring out the
- 7:41Speaker 1: American government. That's what you're saying. If I even believe
- 7:45Speaker 1: what you're saying right now, like, that's that's your line here,
- 7:48Speaker 1: that's what you're claiming here. This is why when I
- 7:52Speaker 1: give you this information, I ask you please share it.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Tell all your family and friends about this, because now
- 7:58Speaker 1: these guys are out there trying to rewrite history on
- 8:01Speaker 1: the history of why they decided to silence a story
- 8:05Speaker 1: that would have changed the outcome of the election. We
- 8:08Speaker 1: know from polling the majority of Americans said if they
- 8:12Speaker 1: would have known that the laptop was real, they probably
- 8:14Speaker 1: wouldn't have voted for the now President of the United
- 8:16Speaker 1: States of America, Joe Biden. But this guy's sitting there
- 8:20Speaker 1: wanting you to feel sorry for him. Well, it had
- 8:22Speaker 1: all the markings. We did the right thing. Did you
- 8:25Speaker 1: ask any questions, did you listen to any of the
- 8:27Speaker 1: email or any of the voicemails on the laptop. Did
- 8:30Speaker 1: you ask any questions about the information? Did you say
- 8:34Speaker 1: directly to the Biden team, Hey, is this real or not?
- 8:38Speaker 1: Because there are people that were asking that question, they
- 8:40Speaker 1: didn't announce it. The problem was it had all the
- 8:43Speaker 1: markings of it being real, and you want an excuse.
- 8:46Speaker 1: You wanted an excuse so that you didn't have to
- 8:48Speaker 1: report on it. And the reason why you didn't ask
- 8:51Speaker 1: those questions is because I believe in fact, they did
- 8:54Speaker 1: know it was real. They knew that this laptop was real.
- 8:58Speaker 1: You couldn't fake all of those pictures that were coming out,
- 9:01Speaker 1: You couldn't fake all those emails. You couldn't fake the documents.
- 9:04Speaker 1: You couldn't fake the timelines of those documents. Okay, let's
- 9:09Speaker 1: let's be really, really intellectually honest about what happened back then.
- 9:14Speaker 1: When this story broke, When the Washington when the New
- 9:17Speaker 1: York Posts broke the story on Hunter Biden, it wasn't
- 9:22Speaker 1: even a moment later they wanted to damage control, and
- 9:25Speaker 1: Twitter and Facebook and everybody else starts silencing and censoring
- 9:28Speaker 1: the story because they all knew this was so damning
- 9:33Speaker 1: that it could bring down the Biden chance. Of being
- 9:35Speaker 1: the president, and it would allow Donald Trump to win again.
- 9:39Speaker 1: All right, real quick, let me pause and tell you
- 9:41Speaker 1: about our incredible friends over at Patriot Mobile. They are
- 9:45Speaker 1: America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider. They want to
- 9:50Speaker 1: make it easy for you to try switching to Patriot
- 9:53Speaker 1: Mobile from whatever service you have right now. You can
- 9:56Speaker 1: give them sixty days to show you why I use
- 9:59Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile and why you should make the switch right now.
- 10:02Speaker 1: When you try Patriot Mobile for two months, you get
- 10:06Speaker 1: your third month free, plus you get free activation now.
- 10:10Speaker 1: They offer nationwide coverage on the best four G and
- 10:12Speaker 1: five G networks, and they use the same exact cell
- 10:15Speaker 1: towers of all of the three other major carriers. You're
- 10:19Speaker 1: gonna get the same coverage you have right now. You
- 10:21Speaker 1: get the same great service. You get to keep your
- 10:23Speaker 1: same cell phone number if you want to. You can
- 10:25Speaker 1: even usually use the same phone you have in your
- 10:27Speaker 1: hand right now. Now, Why do you want to switch?
- 10:29Speaker 1: When you do, they actually stand up for a First
- 10:32Speaker 1: and Second Amendment rights, and they give a portion of
- 10:35Speaker 1: your bill every month back to conservative Christian causes that
- 10:40Speaker 1: we all believe in. So if you're ready to support
- 10:43Speaker 1: a comy, that's fighting to preserve our God given rights
- 10:46Speaker 1: and our freedoms. Just go to Patriot mobile dot com
- 10:50Speaker 1: slash ferguson. That's Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson, or
- 10:55Speaker 1: you can call them nine seven to Patriot. It's nine
- 10:58Speaker 1: seven to Patriot. If you're fed up with woke companies
- 11:01Speaker 1: that don't care about your values, support a company that
- 11:04Speaker 1: actually does make the switch today get a free month
- 11:07Speaker 1: of service plus free activation Patriot mobile dot com slash
- 11:11Speaker 1: ferguson or nine seven two Patriot. What Twitter ultimately did
- 11:19Speaker 1: was they decided we have to protect Joe Biden. We're
- 11:24Speaker 1: going to say that because some FBI agents came to
- 11:28Speaker 1: us and warned us about possible disinformation, that that will
- 11:33Speaker 1: be all we need is justification to limit a story
- 11:37Speaker 1: right before the election and act like it's not even happening.
- 11:41Speaker 1: This X Twitter safety chiefs. It just didn't get there
- 11:44Speaker 1: for me. It just didn't get there for me. I
- 11:46Speaker 1: was just worried about this again. This is an event yesterday,
- 11:51Speaker 1: conversations on democracy in the digital age. It just didn't
- 11:54Speaker 1: get there for me. How did I get there for you?
- 11:56Speaker 1: Everyone who saw this? And I had democrats. I want
- 11:59Speaker 1: to make that clear yere Okay. I had Democrats who
- 12:03Speaker 1: were saying it got there for them, and they knew
- 12:06Speaker 1: how damning it was. That's why they went into the
- 12:08Speaker 1: mode they went into, which was to just say, oh,
- 12:10Speaker 1: it's this information, we can't talk about it. So it
- 12:13Speaker 1: was a mistake in my opinion. Yes, that's a pretty
- 12:17Speaker 1: significant Kara to say it was a mistake. Yeah, well
- 12:20Speaker 1: he did already. Actually Jack Dorsey did, and so he
- 12:24Speaker 1: was reiterating that for him that he did. What happened
- 12:27Speaker 1: was he got targeted by the right wing as being
- 12:29Speaker 1: the one who made the decision. He didn't. He actually
- 12:31Speaker 1: didn't want to remove it. And I love this well,
- 12:33Speaker 1: I got targeted by the right wing. All right. So
- 12:36Speaker 1: this is this girl named Kara swish Or. She has
- 12:39Speaker 1: a podcast called Pivot. She's now blaming the right wing
- 12:44Speaker 1: instantly when asked to comment on this shocking moment from
- 12:48Speaker 1: the former head of Trust and Safety at Twitter and saying, well,
- 12:53Speaker 1: I mean they've already admitted this, they made a mistake.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Let's to move on from this. In fact, the right
- 12:56Speaker 1: wing media is coming after them now. It was the
- 12:58Speaker 1: right wing that's attacking them. You should feel sorry for
- 13:01Speaker 1: Twitter people now. Like Jack Dorsey and you should feel
- 13:04Speaker 1: sorry for this ex Twitter safety chief admitting the hunter
- 13:06Speaker 1: Bid laptop suppression was a mistake. Listen, he was reiterating
- 13:09Speaker 1: that for him that he did. What happened was he
- 13:12Speaker 1: got targeted by the right wing as being the one
- 13:14Speaker 1: who made the decision. He didn't. He actually didn't want
- 13:16Speaker 1: to remove it, and pretty viciously. And so his point
- 13:20Speaker 1: was that they were all on alert to this having
- 13:23Speaker 1: happened before, and that they should have been very careful.
- 13:26Speaker 1: I would agree with them. They made a mistake, and
- 13:29Speaker 1: so that's what he was saying. They should have not
- 13:30Speaker 1: done it. It wasn't life threatening necessarily, but it was
- 13:34Speaker 1: so they should have waited to see how it turned out.
- 13:37Speaker 1: And that's what he said. It's a mistake they made,
- 13:38Speaker 1: and lots of lots of news organizations and media companies,
- 13:43Speaker 1: and this is a media company make mistakes. And that's
- 13:45Speaker 1: what he was saying. Okay, it's not a mistake. It
- 13:50Speaker 1: was deliberate interference in a presidential election, because you, as
- 13:53Speaker 1: as the members of the media said, just like CNN did,
- 13:56Speaker 1: where they're having this conversation now eight hundred days later, Okay,
- 14:00Speaker 1: eight hundred days later, you're having this conversation why Because
- 14:03Speaker 1: they know the House is going to expose this, and
- 14:06Speaker 1: they also know that Elon Musk is going to release
- 14:08Speaker 1: the documents, so they have to have this conversation out
- 14:12Speaker 1: because of Twitter CEO Elon Musk. He's last week that
- 14:14Speaker 1: he might release more information on how the social media
- 14:17Speaker 1: company sensor the Hunter Biden laptop story during the twenty
- 14:20Speaker 1: twenty presidential election cycle. He has also said in a tweet,
- 14:23Speaker 1: Elon Musk has said that Twitter interfered in elections in
- 14:27Speaker 1: the United States of America the same thing, by the
- 14:29Speaker 1: way that the United States government was terrified was happening
- 14:33Speaker 1: from the Russians, right, we should never allow anyone to
- 14:36Speaker 1: interfere in our elections. Who was interfering Twitter, Facebook, and
- 14:40Speaker 1: who was giving them the information that they needed to
- 14:42Speaker 1: interfere in our elections? The United States government. Take a
- 14:47Speaker 1: moment for me and just think about what I just said.
- 14:51Speaker 1: The United States government, who is warning the American people
- 14:57Speaker 1: about interfere in our free and fair elections, was actually
- 15:04Speaker 1: interfering in our elections and using the fear of somebody
- 15:12Speaker 1: interfering in our elections as a reason for these companies
- 15:15Speaker 1: to then justify literally interfering with our presidential elections. That's
- 15:21Speaker 1: what happened. That's what we know now. Like it's obvious.
- 15:24Speaker 1: You can't get around it. You can't say it didn't happen.
- 15:27Speaker 1: You can't. You can't say that's not what they're saying.
- 15:29Speaker 1: That's exactly what they're saying. And the reason why the
- 15:32Speaker 1: ex Twitter chief is coming out now this way right,
- 15:36Speaker 1: the former head of Trust and Safety coming out in
- 15:39Speaker 1: this sit down with a journalist Kara Swisher, saying, well,
- 15:43Speaker 1: we made a mistake, but we didn't know what to believe.
- 15:45Speaker 1: We didn't know what was true. Why didn't you ask
- 15:48Speaker 1: more questions? If you didn't know what to believe and
- 15:51Speaker 1: you didn't know what was true, then why didn't you
- 15:53Speaker 1: ask more questions? And then he says, and ultimately for me,
- 15:57Speaker 1: it didn't reach a place where I was comfortable removing
- 15:59Speaker 1: this content from Twitter. Ross said, but it set off
- 16:02Speaker 1: every single one of my finally tuned APT twenty eight
- 16:06Speaker 1: hack and league campaign alarm bells. Roth repeatedly, by the way,
- 16:11Speaker 1: reiterated that despite big tech companies, high alert status and
- 16:14Speaker 1: his personal feelings are responsibility to protect the quote integrity
- 16:16Speaker 1: of conversations from foreign governments and attempting to interfere in elections.
- 16:21Speaker 1: It never rose the level where he believed the story
- 16:23Speaker 1: should be censored. Okay, so the US government warns you
- 16:28Speaker 1: of election interference, You guys, just believe the government no
- 16:32Speaker 1: matter what. You don't ask any questions. You don't look
- 16:35Speaker 1: at the pictures, you don't look at the bank statements,
- 16:38Speaker 1: you don't look at the flight schedules, you don't look
- 16:39Speaker 1: at the emails. You don't ask any questions about what
- 16:42Speaker 1: the New York Posts reported on and all of the
- 16:46Speaker 1: stuff they had to back it up. You don't look
- 16:48Speaker 1: at any of it, none of it, and you immediately
- 16:52Speaker 1: just say, Okay, well this must be what the government
- 16:53Speaker 1: was talking about. That's what you decided to do. Really,
- 16:57Speaker 1: that's it. I will never trust our government again the
- 17:01Speaker 1: same way I do before, after seeing and witnessing that,
- 17:04Speaker 1: I want to make that clear, I will never ever
- 17:08Speaker 1: ever trust them any longer. They tell us that we
- 17:13Speaker 1: should be worried about Russia or China interfering. Note, we
- 17:18Speaker 1: should be worried about the United States government deliberately interfering.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Never forget if you go back to the Facebook CEO,
- 17:26Speaker 1: and if you remember the Facebook CEO. He came out
- 17:30Speaker 1: and said that these people, these random people from the government,
- 17:34Speaker 1: the FBI came to them and warned them of Russian information.
- 17:40Speaker 1: That's what Mark Zuckerberg said. He was like, Wow, they
- 17:43Speaker 1: showed up and you know, they told us some shocking things,
- 17:47Speaker 1: and we just we just believed them, right, That's what
- 17:52Speaker 1: we did. We just believed them, and yeah, we got
- 17:56Speaker 1: it wrong. It sucks, right, He described as well, if
- 18:00Speaker 1: you were wrongly accused of of a crime and then
- 18:04Speaker 1: you're found innocent at trial, but they you still had
- 18:08Speaker 1: to go through that, and as he put it, it sucks. Okay,
- 18:11Speaker 1: So that's it. Just yeah, it sucks. We hate it, right,
- 18:15Speaker 1: we went, we went through this and we really really
- 18:17Speaker 1: hate it. The FBI came to us, what do you
- 18:19Speaker 1: want us to do? And I'm just a CEO of
- 18:21Speaker 1: the most powerful publishing coming in America. I mean, because
- 18:24Speaker 1: of it had turned out after the fact, I mean,
- 18:26Speaker 1: the fact checkers looked into it, no one was able
- 18:28Speaker 1: to say it was false, right, So so basically it
- 18:30Speaker 1: had this period where it was getting less distribution. So yeah,
- 18:35Speaker 1: I mean, but I think, like I think it probably
- 18:38Speaker 1: it sucks though I think in the same way that
- 18:41Speaker 1: probably having to go through like a criminal trial, but
- 18:44Speaker 1: being proven innocent in the end, it sucks like it
- 18:46Speaker 1: still sucks to have like that, you had to go
- 18:49Speaker 1: through a criminal trial, but at the end you're free.
- 18:52Speaker 1: So there you go. Mark Zuckerberg says FBI came to
- 18:56Speaker 1: Facebook warning of Russian propaganda dump before hunter By in
- 19:00Speaker 1: the laptop story. We just did what the government told
- 19:04Speaker 1: us to do. So when all these guys come out
- 19:06Speaker 1: now and try to whitewash all this, no, don't buy it.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Don't believe them, absolutely not. I'm going to keep watching
- 19:16Speaker 1: this and calling out these idiots when they do these
- 19:19Speaker 1: types of things because it's important that people understand what
- 19:22Speaker 1: they're trying to do. They know that the lid is
- 19:24Speaker 1: about to come off this Joe Biden, corruption Scanal, screw
- 19:27Speaker 1: Hunter Biden. Okay, this is about Joe Biden. They know
- 19:30Speaker 1: what the Republicans controlling the House, that that's what this
- 19:33Speaker 1: is going to be all about, So be prepared for that. Okay.
- 19:39Speaker 1: The other part about this that I also think is
- 19:41Speaker 1: incredibly important to understand is that all of these people
- 19:48Speaker 1: who are trying to act like they knew nothing about
- 19:50Speaker 1: this knew every part of it. They were not in
- 19:53Speaker 1: the dark, and they were never in the dark. In fact,
- 19:55Speaker 1: they knew probably more about it than we do now
- 19:57Speaker 1: because they're the ones understood how important was to cover
- 20:00Speaker 1: it up. So think about it from that perspective as well.
- 20:04Speaker 1: All right, I want to get to two other stories,
- 20:06Speaker 1: one dealing with Apple and the other dealing with XTF.
- 20:09Speaker 1: And I had a conversation earlier with US Center Marsha Blackburn,
- 20:13Speaker 1: and I want you to hear what she had to say.
- 20:15Speaker 1: I want to just get your initial reaction. You know,
- 20:18Speaker 1: I'm not shocked. You've got a the number two Democratic
- 20:22Speaker 1: donor in the mid term elections. This guy who was
- 20:24Speaker 1: running XTF being interviewed by a Democratic operative in George Stepanopolis.
- 20:29Speaker 1: But he did not ask him a single question in
- 20:32Speaker 1: this interview that just aired about how much money he
- 20:35Speaker 1: was giving to Democrats. He was the second biggest ownor
- 20:38Speaker 1: in the midterms. He had publicly said he wanted to
- 20:40Speaker 1: give billions, not millions, but billions in the presidential race
- 20:45Speaker 1: to Democratic candidates. How does this guy not have to
- 20:47Speaker 1: answer that questions. That's something that Congress can get an
- 20:51Speaker 1: answer about about were you bribing basically the Democrats to
- 20:54Speaker 1: not regulate you real quick. And that's what you're going
- 20:58Speaker 1: to see with the House Financial Services Committee. They are
- 21:02Speaker 1: going to bring him in, They're going to put him
- 21:05Speaker 1: under oath and get the testimony as to exactly what happened.
- 21:11Speaker 1: What kind of scheme was this? Was it a Ponzi scheme?
- 21:15Speaker 1: And I think this is one of those stories then
- 21:18Speaker 1: that is developing. We're going to see quite a bit
- 21:23Speaker 1: about this as the House begins to take that issue
- 21:27Speaker 1: up when they come back under Republican control in January.
- 21:32Speaker 1: I hope they asked this question because it's interesting that
- 21:35Speaker 1: this thing collapses just a couple of days after the midterms.
- 21:38Speaker 1: That to me seems more than fishy. Senator, and the
- 21:41Speaker 1: amount of money that was flowing into the Democratic coffers
- 21:44Speaker 1: literally days and weeks before the election day tells me
- 21:47Speaker 1: it was almost like, here's a little bit, here's a
- 21:49Speaker 1: little bit of your take. Just let me operate for
- 21:51Speaker 1: a few more days. We will find out exactly what
- 21:55Speaker 1: happened there. When you look at the amount of money
- 21:58Speaker 1: that he was giving to Democrat can that's and to
- 22:02Speaker 1: these environmental social justice government pauses, it does raise eyebrows
- 22:08Speaker 1: and as you said he wanted to put billions into
- 22:13Speaker 1: these liberal causes. I want to move to the other
- 22:17Speaker 1: big story, and it was a question that was asked
- 22:22Speaker 1: of the White House. It deals with Twitter. Fox News
- 22:26Speaker 1: channel Peter Doocey asked the White House Press Secretary about
- 22:29Speaker 1: the White House using Twitter because they're at war trying
- 22:33Speaker 1: to basically silence Twitter, shut down Twitter. There's been these
- 22:37Speaker 1: these you know, statements that have been put out that
- 22:41Speaker 1: they may be the platform from Apple, from the app store,
- 22:45Speaker 1: and you've got to fix for that. But first I
- 22:47Speaker 1: want everybody to hear the response from the White House
- 22:49Speaker 1: about possibly deleting the Twitter account of the White House.
- 22:52Speaker 1: The other subject, when are you guys going to delete
- 22:56Speaker 1: the White House Twitter account? Why would we do that? Well,
- 23:00Speaker 1: you're saying that you're keeping an eye on Twitter because
- 23:03Speaker 1: it might not be a suitable platform, so why use it. Look,
- 23:07Speaker 1: I want to be very clear here. The President has
- 23:09Speaker 1: always said, and he has been very very clear in
- 23:13Speaker 1: his belief that it is important of social media platforms
- 23:16Speaker 1: to continue to take steps to reduce hate speech and
- 23:18Speaker 1: misinformation and will continue to say that. But media platforms
- 23:23Speaker 1: make independent choices about their information that they present, and
- 23:27Speaker 1: so look, I don't have anything to share on any
- 23:31Speaker 1: policy or any changes that we will be making. We
- 23:34Speaker 1: have multiple platforms, as you know, that we utilize to
- 23:38Speaker 1: communicate with the American people. It's brilliant the way the
- 23:43Speaker 1: White House is handling this right now, They and other
- 23:46Speaker 1: Democrats and the media are basically beating the drum that
- 23:51Speaker 1: hey Apple, Hey Google, and you put it in your words,
- 23:54Speaker 1: you said they currently have a stranglehold on companies and
- 23:57Speaker 1: have used their leverage to bully business. Apple allegedly threatened
- 24:02Speaker 1: to remove Twitter from its app store. Then they have
- 24:05Speaker 1: this meeting with Elon Musk and they're like, Okay, it
- 24:07Speaker 1: was a misunderstanding. I don't buy that excuse for a second.
- 24:10Speaker 1: But how do we take away this power where they
- 24:13Speaker 1: can literally decide and pick and choose what apps are
- 24:17Speaker 1: accessible to the majority of Americans that have iPhones and
- 24:21Speaker 1: basically pick and choose winners in the app store. Well,
- 24:24Speaker 1: and that is what they have been doing. It is
- 24:28Speaker 1: why Senator Blumenthal and I developed to legislation that ben
- 24:32Speaker 1: has wide bipartisan support, so much support that it came
- 24:37Speaker 1: out of Senate Judiciary Committee on a unanimous vote, and
- 24:42Speaker 1: we're waiting for it to be scheduled on the floor.
- 24:45Speaker 1: It is called the Open App Market app. What it
- 24:48Speaker 1: will do specifically is to remove Apple for the iPhone
- 24:53Speaker 1: and Google Store for the Android as the purveyor of
- 25:00Speaker 1: unquote approved app that can go on your phone. And
- 25:04Speaker 1: quite honestly, I believe that you, the consumers, should decide
- 25:09Speaker 1: what you want on your phone, not Tim Cook and
- 25:13Speaker 1: his minions over there at Apple. So our bill with
- 25:17Speaker 1: free up these app innovators so that they're not having
- 25:21Speaker 1: to pay thirty percent of their profits to Apple or
- 25:26Speaker 1: Google to put it on their store, and then consumers
- 25:30Speaker 1: are mandated to use the Apple payment system or Google
- 25:35Speaker 1: payment system to see this is a big revenue stream
- 25:38Speaker 1: for them, and it is why why they don't want
- 25:44Speaker 1: to give that up. They want that control. You know,
- 25:47Speaker 1: bear in mind the Left wanted the Ministry of Disinformation.
- 25:52Speaker 1: They're in mind that they wanted to work and apparently
- 25:58Speaker 1: did work with tech during the twenty sixteen, twenty eighteen,
- 26:04Speaker 1: twenty twenty twenty twenty two election cycles to determine what
- 26:11Speaker 1: would be censored by these tech platforms. Election interference is
- 26:15Speaker 1: what you're basically saying, right, because that's what that's what
- 26:18Speaker 1: Elon Musk has tweeted out recently he said he is
- 26:22Speaker 1: going to make the files available. He's going to show
- 26:25Speaker 1: the world he described as election interference, how Twitter was
- 26:28Speaker 1: actually involved in election interference? Isn't that what they accused
- 26:33Speaker 1: Donald Trump and the Russians are doing before the twenty
- 26:35Speaker 1: sixteen election? And when in reality it looks like the
- 26:38Speaker 1: Democratic Party and Twitter were involved in election interference. And
- 26:42Speaker 1: if they were, I have to assume that Facebook was
- 26:44Speaker 1: doing the same thing because they always mimicked each other.
- 26:48Speaker 1: They did, indeed mimic one another and what they chose
- 26:52Speaker 1: to push forward. This is why these content moderators, It
- 26:57Speaker 1: is why I have couraged and tried to push the
- 27:02Speaker 1: issue of content moderators being located across the country, not
- 27:06Speaker 1: all right there in Silicon Valley, because the Democrats used
- 27:12Speaker 1: the media and big tech to push their narratives. And
- 27:19Speaker 1: when I was questioning Christopher Ray a couple of months
- 27:22Speaker 1: ago and send a Judiciary committee, I asked him if
- 27:26Speaker 1: he was willing now to finally admit that Russia collusion
- 27:30Speaker 1: was all a hoax? Because what did we find out?
- 27:34Speaker 1: It wasn't the Republicans, it wasn't Donald Trump. You had
- 27:38Speaker 1: the Democrats that were in here creating false information, and
- 27:44Speaker 1: then they were using the media to push this out.
- 27:48Speaker 1: And this is why I'm looking forward to some of
- 27:52Speaker 1: these oversight hearings where with the House under Republican control,
- 27:57Speaker 1: where we can get back to putting the attention on
- 28:03Speaker 1: cleaning this up. Because the way the Democrats have worked
- 28:08Speaker 1: with the media, the way they've worked with social media
- 28:14Speaker 1: to silence individuals, to make certain that a particular narrative
- 28:21Speaker 1: which was pushed forward and another narrative was restrained, this
- 28:27Speaker 1: is something we want to get to the bottom up.
- 28:29Speaker 1: I think Elon must making these files and company records
- 28:35Speaker 1: public is going to shut a lot of light on
- 28:38Speaker 1: this activity. You mentioned Tim Cook a couple of times.
- 28:41Speaker 1: I want to get your reaction to the fact that
- 28:45Speaker 1: it looks like Apple is working hand in hand with
- 28:49Speaker 1: China to silence the protests and to shut down the people. Now,
- 28:57Speaker 1: before I get into more of this story, I want
- 28:59Speaker 1: to say thank you and tell you about our good
- 29:00Speaker 1: friends at Legacy Precious Medals. Without them, the show wouldn't
- 29:03Speaker 1: be possible. And if you have not looked at gold
- 29:07Speaker 1: and silver as a way to protect your hard earned
- 29:09Speaker 1: dollars against what the happening on Wall Street with inflation,
- 29:12Speaker 1: it's time for you to call them and get the
- 29:15Speaker 1: free Investor's Guide. Why because so many around the world
- 29:18Speaker 1: are now using gold and silver, and historically they have
- 29:21Speaker 1: for decades as a protection, a hedge against inflation, which
- 29:25Speaker 1: is exactly what we're dealing with right now. If you're
- 29:27Speaker 1: terrified to look at your retirement account, your four one
- 29:30Speaker 1: case statement because of what's happening on Wall Street, that's
- 29:33Speaker 1: all the more reason why you should call and get
- 29:35Speaker 1: the investors got in gold and silver, protect your hard
- 29:38Speaker 1: earned money and diversify. Call them and get the free
- 29:41Speaker 1: Investor's Guide from Legacy Precious Medals one eight six six
- 29:46Speaker 1: seven five one twenty two eighteen one eight six six
- 29:51Speaker 1: seven five one twenty two eighteen or online at Legacy
- 29:55Speaker 1: PM Investments dot com. I want to go back to
- 29:59Speaker 1: the store. They have only in China basically stopped their
- 30:06Speaker 1: phone from being able to use air drop, and air
- 30:09Speaker 1: drop is a way that people can communicate with one
- 30:11Speaker 1: another even if the Internet is shut down, even if
- 30:14Speaker 1: the phone lines the data is shut down, which has
- 30:18Speaker 1: been happening all over China as the people they've been
- 30:20Speaker 1: staying up and Apple did exactly what I guess the
- 30:24Speaker 1: communist Chinese government said we want you to do, which
- 30:27Speaker 1: is shut down air Drop. People are communicating. This is
- 30:30Speaker 1: Tim Cook in the United States of America running this
- 30:32Speaker 1: company helping the Chinese communist parties silence these citizens who
- 30:37Speaker 1: are being brutally attacked, beaten and disappearing. They're having they're
- 30:44Speaker 1: having the doors or their apartment buildings literally welded shut.
- 30:46Speaker 1: You had this fire which started all these protests where
- 30:49Speaker 1: there were doors that were nailed shut, so the first
- 30:51Speaker 1: responders couldn't get to the people fast enough and it
- 30:53Speaker 1: caused more people to die. And yet here we are
- 30:57Speaker 1: with a CEO of American company who is doing the
- 31:01Speaker 1: bidding to silence of Chinese people. And it is just
- 31:07Speaker 1: this is something so distressing when you see it, and
- 31:12Speaker 1: you know that the Chinese Communist Party, and let's be
- 31:17Speaker 1: clear on this, we're talking about the Chinese Communist Party
- 31:20Speaker 1: and opposing them, and we are supporting the Chinese people
- 31:26Speaker 1: who are fighting for their lives and their freedom. And
- 31:32Speaker 1: what you had was the ccptael Huawei, which is a
- 31:37Speaker 1: Chinese company that does technology, does broadband, does phones and equipment.
- 31:47Speaker 1: They cut their phones off and then for Apple and
- 31:52Speaker 1: the iPhone. They had Apple in China disabled air drop.
- 31:59Speaker 1: Now you will remember when the Russians went into Ukraine,
- 32:06Speaker 1: the US with the Open Technology Fund, which is something
- 32:10Speaker 1: I helped to get in gear under President Trump. And
- 32:15Speaker 1: what we did was to put up a pathway for
- 32:20Speaker 1: Ukrainians to get on the Internet and be able to
- 32:25Speaker 1: get their pictures, their videos, their communication out. You also
- 32:30Speaker 1: had some in Russia that were fighting putin that would
- 32:34Speaker 1: use this because they had no access to internet. My
- 32:37Speaker 1: question is why isn't the Open Technology Fund doing what
- 32:41Speaker 1: we did in Ukraine, doing what we did in Cuba,
- 32:44Speaker 1: doing what we have done in other areas where the
- 32:47Speaker 1: government shut down the internet. This is why you do
- 32:51Speaker 1: not want a government controlled internet. And we put the
- 32:55Speaker 1: Open Technology Fund into place and got those Commune indications out.
- 33:01Speaker 1: They need to be doing this in China. Also, last
- 33:04Speaker 1: question for you, Trudeau. I did think it was incredibly hypocritical,
- 33:09Speaker 1: but it was still he said it. He criticized China
- 33:13Speaker 1: for silencing their people, even though he was silencing his
- 33:17Speaker 1: own With the truck drivers up there, we'll leave that
- 33:19Speaker 1: for another day, just want to put it out there.
- 33:21Speaker 1: But he came out with a strong statement against China.
- 33:24Speaker 1: You had the Prime minister, new Prime Minister in the
- 33:27Speaker 1: UK coming out saying the Golden era is over between
- 33:31Speaker 1: his country in China, and yet we do not have
- 33:34Speaker 1: a statement, a strong statement at all. In fact, we
- 33:38Speaker 1: have an awkward statement from this White House about what's
- 33:41Speaker 1: happening in China right now. How compromised do you think
- 33:44Speaker 1: the Biden regime is. I look at the statement from
- 33:50Speaker 1: the White House on China and I sit there and
- 33:51Speaker 1: I'm like, all right, what dirt do they have on
- 33:54Speaker 1: them from all the Chinese business deals? We just had
- 33:56Speaker 1: this oil from the strategical reserves go this Chinese communist
- 33:59Speaker 1: company that apparently, at least in their own paperwork, Hunter
- 34:02Speaker 1: Biden still has a piece of But do you think
- 34:04Speaker 1: part of the silence is because they're compromised by China
- 34:08Speaker 1: because of the amount of money that's coming to their family.
- 34:11Speaker 1: One would look at the thirty million dollars that the
- 34:15Speaker 1: Biden incorporated side of the family has pulled in from
- 34:21Speaker 1: deals with China. That is not a hypothetical number. That
- 34:24Speaker 1: is a number that has been substantiated and verified. And
- 34:31Speaker 1: what we are very concerned about is the fact that
- 34:35Speaker 1: we've had that one statement out of the White House
- 34:37Speaker 1: if they support the Chinese protesters, well, we need a
- 34:40Speaker 1: little bit more than a word. Our allies need to
- 34:44Speaker 1: know that we are going to hold Jijing Ping and
- 34:47Speaker 1: the Chinese Communist Party to account for the atrocities that
- 34:51Speaker 1: are taking place right now, also for what they've done,
- 34:54Speaker 1: the genocide there carrying out on the Wagers, the atroc
- 35:00Speaker 1: these to the Mongolians, the Tibetans, the way they have
- 35:04Speaker 1: fought the Hong Kong freedom fighters, the fact that they
- 35:07Speaker 1: are taking Jimmy Lai to court in Hong Kong to
- 35:12Speaker 1: punish him for being a newspaper reporter, and holding the
- 35:16Speaker 1: Chinese Communist Party to account for an agreement that they
- 35:21Speaker 1: made to let Hong Kong have a separate form of governance.
- 35:26Speaker 1: We need to be very mindful of how they are
- 35:28Speaker 1: bullying Taiwan and continue to support the Taiwanese people. We
- 35:35Speaker 1: need to be supporting these island nations in the Indo Pacific.
- 35:40Speaker 1: They are on the front line of fighting the Chinese
- 35:44Speaker 1: Communist Party. They need to know that the United States
- 35:48Speaker 1: of America and our people stand solidly, resolutely, without hesitation
- 35:57Speaker 1: with the people around the globe that are hiding for
- 36:00Speaker 1: their freedom, no doubt about it. Sender, I appreciate your time.
- 36:03Speaker 1: We'll have you back again real soon. Good to talk
- 36:05Speaker 1: to you all right. Don't forget to share this podcast
