Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you, Senator.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Everybody's obsessed with the Olympics right now. America's whooping some tail,
- 0:10Speaker 2: that's the fun part. But there's dudes acting like chicks
- 0:14Speaker 2: that are beating up women and that has become a
- 0:17Speaker 2: very big story as well.
- 0:19Speaker 3: Well, you're right, it's huge. You and I are recording
- 0:20Speaker 3: this right now. It's ten thirty five pm Sunday night.
- 0:23Speaker 3: It'll come out early Monday morning. As we sit here
- 0:26Speaker 3: right now, America is doing a phenomenal job at the Olympics.
- 0:29Speaker 3: We're winning a ton of medals. We're dominating in gymnastics
- 0:33Speaker 3: and swimming and track. But maybe the biggest story people
- 0:36Speaker 3: are talking about is two different boxers, two different boxers
- 0:40Speaker 3: who say they're women, two different boxers who have been
- 0:43Speaker 3: excluded from international competition for testing positive as men. They
- 0:48Speaker 3: are both performing very well and beating up women in
- 0:53Speaker 3: images and videos that are shocking.
- 0:55Speaker 4: We're going to break that down.
- 0:56Speaker 3: We're also going to talk about the stunning news that
- 1:00Speaker 3: the Biden Harris administration is engaged in a one hundred
- 1:03Speaker 3: and eighty degree reversal about face and full speed sprint
- 1:07Speaker 3: in the opposite direction. On our last pod, we highlighted
- 1:11Speaker 3: the shocking decision for the Biden Harris administration to give
- 1:16Speaker 3: a sweetheart deal to the mastermind of nine to eleven
- 1:19Speaker 3: and take the death penalty off the table. That podcast
- 1:22Speaker 3: generated a ton of attention, a ton of noise and news,
- 1:27Speaker 3: and then the aftermath of it, Biden Harris reversed and
- 1:30Speaker 3: they reversed the decision. We're going to break that down
- 1:32Speaker 3: as well, and in the same principle, we must be
- 1:35Speaker 3: close to an election, because the Biden administration also halted
- 1:39Speaker 3: their program that has been flying in over three hundred
- 1:42Speaker 3: thousand illegal immigrants a year directly from foreign countries into
- 1:46Speaker 3: the United States.
- 1:47Speaker 4: You and I have talked about.
- 1:48Speaker 3: That a lot on this podcast, highlighting the abuses that
- 1:51Speaker 3: have come from it. Well, just this week, the Biden
- 1:54Speaker 3: administration decided they really, really really want Kamala Harris to win,
- 1:58Speaker 3: so they're reversing their policies and desperately hoping nobody will notice.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Yeah, they are working twenty four to seven with the
- 2:04Speaker 2: media on that one, and we're going to break it down.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Let me tell you real quick also about a really
- 2:09Speaker 2: cool company called Patriot Mobile. Americans like me are just
- 2:12Speaker 2: tired and you probably are as well. You're tired and

- 2:50Speaker 2: and they want you to stand with them as they

- 4:11Speaker 2: for your free month of service today.
- 4:14Speaker 1: So center, it is still just.
- 4:16Speaker 2: Mind blowing to me that we live in a world
- 4:18Speaker 2: now in twenty twenty four where if you're a dude
- 4:21Speaker 2: beating up chicks, we give you gold medals. Back in
- 4:24Speaker 2: the good old days, if you're a dude beating up chicks.
- 4:26Speaker 2: We put you in jail, but no, no, no, Now we
- 4:29Speaker 2: celebrate you on the international stage because this is wokeness.
- 4:32Speaker 1: One oh one.
- 4:34Speaker 3: Well, before we break that down, I just want to
- 4:36Speaker 3: take a moment to celebrate the overall results. As we
- 4:39Speaker 3: sit here Sunday night, the United States is dominating the
- 4:42Speaker 3: total medal count. Right behind us as China. We're tied
- 4:46Speaker 3: with China for gold medals. We have nineteen gold medals.
- 4:48Speaker 3: China has nineteen gold medals. But where we've really kicked
- 4:51Speaker 3: but is also in the silver and bronze. We have
- 4:53Speaker 3: twenty six silver medals and twenty six bronze medals. China
- 4:57Speaker 3: has fifteen silver medals and eleven bronze that meet, we
- 5:00Speaker 3: have a total of seventy one medals. China's in second
- 5:02Speaker 3: place with forty five and third place is France with
- 5:06Speaker 3: forty four medals, and fourth places Australia with thirty one medals,
- 5:09Speaker 3: and fifth places Great Britain with thirty seven medals and
- 5:12Speaker 3: sixth places South Korea with twenty four medals, and seventh
- 5:15Speaker 3: is Japan, also with twenty four medals, and eighth is
- 5:18Speaker 3: Italy with twenty two medals. In ninth is the Netherlands
- 5:22Speaker 3: with fifteen medals and in tenth is Germany with twelve medals.
- 5:27Speaker 3: So it is our result so far, seventy one medals,
- 5:32Speaker 3: nineteen golds is really really strong. We've still got more
- 5:35Speaker 3: Olympics ahead of us. But it's reason. We've seen Simone Biles,
- 5:40Speaker 3: who is truly the goat. She is extraordinary. I think
- 5:43Speaker 3: that woman genuinely can fly. We've seen the American swimmers
- 5:48Speaker 3: just dominating. We've seen we won the one hundred meter sprint.
- 5:53Speaker 3: So it's been it has been a really phenomenal and boy,
- 5:57Speaker 3: the one hundred meter was talk about a nail by.
- 6:00Speaker 3: That is the closest photo finish I've ever seen in
- 6:02Speaker 3: a race. And so there's a lot of reason just
- 6:04Speaker 3: just to start the day by channing USA USA.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt about it.
- 6:08Speaker 2: It's fun to watch the Olympics because you see athletes
- 6:11Speaker 2: and you look at Scotty Scheffler, who's a Texan, and
- 6:14Speaker 2: he is crying and.
- 6:15Speaker 3: I'm sorry about that at the moment, mean to offend
- 6:17Speaker 3: you on leaving golf out. Scotty did phenomenal too.
- 6:21Speaker 1: I just so you can't do that, man, You can't
- 6:24Speaker 1: do that.
- 6:24Speaker 2: The guy wins thirty million dollars this year in this event,
- 6:28Speaker 2: he wins zero dollars and he's crying up there as
- 6:32Speaker 2: he's getting the gold medal and the national anthem has played.
- 6:35Speaker 2: And I absolutely love watching the passion, whether it's that
- 6:39Speaker 2: or even when you saw Novak Djokovic win the goal
- 6:42Speaker 2: and just follow those and hees crying because he knows
- 6:45Speaker 2: at the end of his career he's not playing this
- 6:47Speaker 2: for the money, and he ran up to the box.
- 6:49Speaker 2: He's grabbing his daughter and he's crying. And that's what
- 6:52Speaker 2: I love about the Olympics is because it's just so authentic.
- 6:55Speaker 2: It's incredible to watch athletes do what they love.
- 6:59Speaker 1: For their country.
- 7:00Speaker 3: Well, you know, and Ben, I'm still holding out belief
- 7:03Speaker 3: that if only Ben Ferguson were playing, we would have
- 7:05Speaker 3: twenty golds because we would have won the tennis and
- 7:07Speaker 3: you'd beaten Djokovic and that would be dominating. So I
- 7:10Speaker 3: appreciate your being here with verdict and instead of taking
- 7:13Speaker 3: home the gold.
- 7:14Speaker 2: If only I would have just identified as a woman,
- 7:16Speaker 2: it could have happened.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Center. I'm just saying it could have happened earlier. In
- 7:19Speaker 1: my career well lead to the Grecianity of the boxing.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, okay, So look what's going on here. So
- 7:26Speaker 3: there are two boxers, one name Emin Khalif of Algeria
- 7:31Speaker 3: and another name Lynn Yu Ting of Taiwan. Now, according
- 7:36Speaker 3: to The New York Times, both of them have always
- 7:39Speaker 3: identified as women, so they have claimed to be women
- 7:44Speaker 3: their entire lives. But both of them in twenty twenty
- 7:46Speaker 3: three failed a gender eligibility tests at the World Boxing Championships.
- 7:53Speaker 3: Now what the specific test is was unknown, and it's
- 7:56Speaker 3: interesting there is a back and forth between different association.
- 8:00Speaker 3: So the International Boxing Association is who conducts the women's
- 8:04Speaker 3: World's Boxing Championship, and they're the ones that conducted this test.
- 8:09Speaker 3: And right now they're fighting back and forth between the
- 8:14Speaker 3: International Olympic Committee and the International Boxing Association, with the
- 8:18Speaker 3: IOC attacking the IBA and back and forth. The IBA
- 8:23Speaker 3: used to run boxing and apparently it lost that rite
- 8:27Speaker 3: about five years ago, but over unrelated issues. And again,
- 8:32Speaker 3: according to the New York Times, the IOC, the International
- 8:35Speaker 3: Olympics Committee, which is in charge of the boxing. Now,
- 8:38Speaker 3: how did they figure out who's a dude who's a woman. Well,
- 8:41Speaker 3: according to the New York Times. The IOC quote primarily
- 8:45Speaker 3: relies on passports, along with other official national documentation and
- 8:49Speaker 3: medical clearances to distinguish men's and women's divisions in boxing
- 8:53Speaker 3: and many other sports. Some sports have additional requirements, and
- 8:57Speaker 3: here's what The New York Times explains. Khalif and Leon
- 9:00Speaker 3: are competing after they were disqualified from the twenty twenty
- 9:03Speaker 3: three Women's Boxing World Championships. At those championships, they failed
- 9:08Speaker 3: in what the International Boxing Association IBA characterized as gender
- 9:12Speaker 3: eligibility tests, but written details of those tests have not
- 9:16Speaker 3: been officially released, but apparently with you. What the IBA
- 9:19Speaker 3: says is that IBA president Umar Kremlev said that Khalif
- 9:28Speaker 3: and Lynn both had X and Y chromosomes, and based
- 9:32Speaker 3: on the DNA test, he said, it was proven that
- 9:35Speaker 3: they have X Y chromosomes. And so look, I got
- 9:39Speaker 3: to say, just watching the video, I don't think there's
- 9:44Speaker 3: anyone in the world who's watched the video or seen
- 9:48Speaker 3: the picture that doesn't immediately have a reaction of wait,
- 9:52Speaker 3: why is that guy beating up that woman? And when
- 9:56Speaker 3: this really lit up was the opening about between Khalif
- 10:03Speaker 3: and Angela Karini of Italy and and and that fight
- 10:07Speaker 3: that fight lasted just forty six seconds and and Cariiffe
- 10:10Speaker 3: punched Karini in the face what appeared to be really
- 10:13Speaker 3: really hard and and and Karine just gave up. And
- 10:16Speaker 3: and she she forfeited. Didn't make it through the first round.
- 10:19Speaker 3: She wasn't knocked out, she just stopped. And and as
- 10:22Speaker 3: Khalif was celebrating the forfeiture, Karini was just crying.
- 10:27Speaker 4: Uh, she was crying.
- 10:28Speaker 3: And and and she said, uh, she's a video saying
- 10:32Speaker 3: not fair.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Uh.
- 10:34Speaker 4: And and just that image.
- 10:37Speaker 1: JK.
- 10:37Speaker 3: Rowling tweeted said, this picture sums up I'm paraphrasing, but
- 10:42Speaker 3: sums up the madness we have here. Look, it used
- 10:46Speaker 3: to be when it when a guy beats up a woman, Uh,
- 10:49Speaker 3: that that was called domestic violence. Now apparently you're not
- 10:53Speaker 3: even allowed to point that out.
- 10:55Speaker 2: Yeah, not only are you not allowed to point it out,
- 10:57Speaker 2: but I think it's also shocking to see how the
- 11:00Speaker 2: media has handled this. I mean, you have a woman
- 11:03Speaker 2: who quits her Olympic dream, does a press conference talking
- 11:07Speaker 2: about she's fighting for her father who has passed away,
- 11:10Speaker 2: and is crying because her dream of being an Olympic
- 11:13Speaker 2: champion is ruined. Because she said she'd never been hit
- 11:16Speaker 2: so hard in her entire life, and yet the media
- 11:19Speaker 2: just downplays this to act like it's not happening. We
- 11:22Speaker 2: must celebrate this, this you know lgbt Q I plus
- 11:27Speaker 2: plus plus agenda that if you say that you are
- 11:31Speaker 2: a woman, we must accept you as a woman, even
- 11:34Speaker 2: if we know that you are a man.
- 11:37Speaker 3: Well, and it's you know, it's sad. Karini, after crying
- 11:41Speaker 3: and saying it's not fair. The the global backlash was
- 11:46Speaker 3: such the Karini a day later apologized and back backtracked.
- 11:51Speaker 4: And I got to say, the pressure.
- 11:53Speaker 3: I don't know if sponsors pulled out, I don't know
- 11:55Speaker 3: what the pressure was that it came down on Karini,
- 11:58Speaker 3: but it really was. You know, you see this with
- 12:01Speaker 3: with some regularity when you have, uh, say, a man
- 12:04Speaker 3: competing in women's sports and track or swimming, and and
- 12:07Speaker 3: and the biological male prevails, and and the women who
- 12:11Speaker 3: are facing really unfair, unfair treatment often are afraid to
- 12:16Speaker 3: speak out because they get ostracized, They get demonized, they
- 12:19Speaker 3: get called a bigot for saying the the crazy concept
- 12:24Speaker 3: that that that women's sports should involve women like that
- 12:28Speaker 3: there are differences between men and women, and and and
- 12:31Speaker 3: it's uh it is striking. Now where we stand, which
- 12:36Speaker 3: which is that both of these these boxers are still
- 12:43Speaker 3: in the race uh khalif Is semi final is is Tuesday,
- 12:48Speaker 3: UH and and and khalif Is is guaranteed a metal
- 12:52Speaker 3: guaranteed at least the bronze will see the outcome. Lynn
- 12:56Speaker 3: will face uh Turkeys Ezra Yides in the semi final
- 13:01Speaker 3: on Wednesday, and then the final is Saturday. And so
- 13:03Speaker 3: you've got of the boxers in semifinals, now that the
- 13:08Speaker 3: two of them are in different weight classes, but you've
- 13:10Speaker 3: got two who've been excluded from international boxing for testing
- 13:16Speaker 3: positive having x Y chromosomes and not being women. And
- 13:20Speaker 3: yet it looks like at least one and maybe both
- 13:23Speaker 3: will take home medals as being among the best women
- 13:27Speaker 3: in the world.
- 13:28Speaker 2: What is it going to take for there to be
- 13:30Speaker 2: a real correction here? Does it take women saying we
- 13:35Speaker 2: refuse to compete and just give up our forfeit every
- 13:39Speaker 2: time they're up against someone claiming to be a woman.
- 13:42Speaker 2: That clearly isn't Is it women walking off the field
- 13:45Speaker 2: in colleges where they're being forced to run against men,
- 13:48Speaker 2: for example, in track and field where men are beating women.
- 13:52Speaker 2: You Look at Riley Gaines, for example, and you've spent
- 13:54Speaker 2: time with her. I talked to her recently, you know,
- 13:57Speaker 2: I mean she's ostracized because you've spoken out so hardcore,
- 14:01Speaker 2: not for anything, but women should only compete with women,
- 14:05Speaker 2: that it should not be controversial. And yet look at
- 14:09Speaker 2: how they've treated her.
- 14:11Speaker 3: Look they have gone after Riley Gaines. They've demonized her horribly.
- 14:15Speaker 3: Riley is a young woman, she's in her early twenties,
- 14:18Speaker 3: and yet the media online, she gets violent protesters who
- 14:23Speaker 3: threaten her, physically, threaten her safety, threaten her life, all
- 14:27Speaker 3: because she spoke out and said it is not fair
- 14:30Speaker 3: that a biological male was competing, and she ended up
- 14:35Speaker 3: tying with a biological male, and yet they gave the
- 14:40Speaker 3: award of the biological male essentially because of politics. And
- 14:43Speaker 3: she's also given really disturbing testimony about how you know,
- 14:47Speaker 3: in the locker room, the women's swimmers were made to
- 14:51Speaker 3: to shower with and change with biological males who were
- 14:55Speaker 3: fully intact. And by the way, these are college swimmers,
- 14:58Speaker 3: So these are seventeen, eighteen, nineteen year old young women
- 15:02Speaker 3: sitting there with naked men with with with full equipment
- 15:05Speaker 3: right next to them. And I got to say that
- 15:08Speaker 3: that is it's not fair, and it's not right, and
- 15:11Speaker 3: it is it is woke politics run amok. And yet
- 15:17Speaker 3: virtually every Democrat, Joe Biden supports this, Kamala Harris supports this,
- 15:21Speaker 3: just about every Democrat, and the Senate supports this, just
- 15:24Speaker 3: about every Democrat, and the House supports it. When we
- 15:26Speaker 3: force votes on the simple proposition that women should compete
- 15:30Speaker 3: in women's sports, the Democrats line up straight party line
- 15:34Speaker 3: against it. And it really is And to be clear,
- 15:38Speaker 3: this is not even what.
- 15:40Speaker 1: Do they say behind closed door.
- 15:41Speaker 3: Nothing that they won't talk about it when you're when
- 15:44Speaker 3: you're in comeding. Look, look, it is so insane.
- 15:49Speaker 4: You know.
- 15:50Speaker 3: I had there's one Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee
- 15:53Speaker 3: who he and I are friends, and at a hearing
- 15:56Speaker 3: he referred to birthing people and I pulled him aside
- 16:01Speaker 3: the Senate floor. I said, dude, is your base really
- 16:04Speaker 3: so whacked out that you're not allowed to say the
- 16:07Speaker 3: word moms?
- 16:09Speaker 4: And he just looked at me and.
- 16:09Speaker 3: Said, yeah, like like they don't. They won't acknowledge the
- 16:14Speaker 3: absurdity of it, even in private. And it is there's
- 16:19Speaker 3: a zealotry to it, And I want to be clear,
- 16:23Speaker 3: this is not about you know, this is not about LGBT,
- 16:28Speaker 3: this is not about this is about basic fairness. And
- 16:30Speaker 3: by the way, you know what, if a woman wanted
- 16:33Speaker 3: to compete against men, great, I don't have a problem
- 16:36Speaker 3: with that because there's not a biological advantage. And so
- 16:39Speaker 3: you know, if you if you have a sport where
- 16:41Speaker 3: a woman says, all right, I can compete and beat men,
- 16:45Speaker 3: you know, why do you have And I've asked this
- 16:47Speaker 3: at hearings, why is there a w NBA? Why does
- 16:50Speaker 3: it exist if there's no difference, Why why don't you
- 16:53Speaker 3: just tell all the women coming out of college, Hey,
- 16:55Speaker 3: join the NBA.
- 16:56Speaker 4: Let's go. Now.
- 16:57Speaker 3: You know what, if one day there's a woman who's
- 16:59Speaker 3: good enough to play in the NBA, that'd be awesome
- 17:02Speaker 3: because there's not a biological advantage there. And you know
- 17:06Speaker 3: if you saw that. You occasionally see a woman who plays,
- 17:12Speaker 3: you know, is a kicker, saying football. If she's able
- 17:15Speaker 3: to do that, great, But it's not fair the other
- 17:18Speaker 3: way around, where you have a biological male taking advantage
- 17:23Speaker 3: a body mass and strength and lung capacity, just just
- 17:27Speaker 3: fundamental differences, especially in sports like like like swimming, or
- 17:32Speaker 3: like boxing or powerlifting, where the differentials are massive. They're
- 17:37Speaker 3: not even slight, they are are massive. If you look
- 17:41Speaker 3: at something like track where the time of high school
- 17:47Speaker 3: boys track runners beats world class women because just men
- 17:52Speaker 3: and women are constructed differently. And if you want to
- 17:55Speaker 3: see girls' sports, if you want to see women's sports thrive,
- 18:00Speaker 3: and I do, as the father of two daughters, I
- 18:01Speaker 3: think it's fantastic, then it's unfair to have biological males
- 18:05Speaker 3: competing in something like boxing. You know what, we're going
- 18:08Speaker 3: to see someone get killed eventually or badly hurt.
- 18:12Speaker 1: Yeah, that's my worry.
- 18:14Speaker 2: I worry so and so many others worry about that,
- 18:17Speaker 2: all because of political correctness. And it is ironic, by
- 18:20Speaker 2: the way, that every sport at the Olympics is men's
- 18:22Speaker 2: or women's, including basketball, including boxing. Yet we're supposed to
- 18:28Speaker 2: accept any man that wants to go do this sport
- 18:30Speaker 2: with women.
- 18:31Speaker 4: Yeah, and there's no difference. Why do they have any.
- 18:33Speaker 3: Women's sports still embracing this right, If there's no difference,
- 18:36Speaker 3: why do they have any women's sports.
- 18:38Speaker 2: Yeah, it's it's it's total insanity. And yet here we
- 18:41Speaker 2: are and it's something we're gonna have to keep fighting
- 18:43Speaker 2: on It's something we're gonna have to keep fighting and
- 18:45Speaker 2: keep fighting and keep fighting and never accept this insanity.
- 18:49Speaker 2: And it may take a long time to win this battle.
- 18:51Speaker 3: By the way, and to be clear, someone who's been
- 18:53Speaker 3: heroic on this is Martina Navratilova, who's you know, one
- 18:57Speaker 3: of the best women tennis players ever to play the game,
- 19:00Speaker 3: truly phenomenal. And she said it is wildly unfair that
- 19:04Speaker 3: men and women are constructed differently, and then that I'm paraphrasing,
- 19:08Speaker 3: but again what she said is women wouldn't have a
- 19:10Speaker 3: chance if they had to complete pete against men. The
- 19:12Speaker 3: serbs are faster. You would know this better than I do.
- 19:14Speaker 3: But look for never Tilova to say that. And to
- 19:17Speaker 3: be clear, look, never Tillova is gay. It's not an
- 19:20Speaker 3: LGBT issue. It is a physiological difference and it's a
- 19:25Speaker 3: question of fairness.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Yeah, great point there. I want to tell you about
- 19:29Speaker 2: blackout coffee. The world is a crazy place with a
- 19:33Speaker 2: lot of crazy companies that have gone woke, and in
- 19:36Speaker 2: the coffee space, my oh my, you want to talk
- 19:39Speaker 2: about some liberal leaders, there are a bunch of coffee
- 19:42Speaker 2: brands that are as woke as they get. In fact,
- 19:45Speaker 2: they've been some of the most woke companies at the
- 19:47Speaker 2: beginning of this entire world we're seeing now with company
- 19:52Speaker 2: ideology going hardcore left. Well, when I wake up every morning,
- 19:55Speaker 2: beget on the radio at seven am. I got to
- 19:57Speaker 2: start my day with a cup of coffee. And I
- 19:59Speaker 2: don't want to be average. I don't want it to
- 20:01Speaker 2: be woke. I want a really good cup of coffee.
- 20:04Speaker 2: I want a premium cup of coffee. And Blackout Coffee
- 20:08Speaker 2: is where I start my day. Blackout Coffee is one
- 20:11Speaker 2: hundred percent of America and zero percent woke. Blackout Coffee
- 20:15Speaker 2: is one hundred percent committed to conservative values from the
- 20:18Speaker 2: sourcing of the beans, the roasting process, customer support, and shipping.
- 20:22Speaker 2: They embody true American values and they accept no compromise
- 20:26Speaker 2: on taste or quality. Now, look, I've been drinking Blackout
- 20:31Speaker 2: Coffee for months and then I get feedback from some
- 20:33Speaker 2: of you. Many of you email me weekly. Now I
- 20:37Speaker 2: get these constant emails going, Ben, I tried it.
- 20:39Speaker 1: You're right.
- 20:39Speaker 2: It's great coffee, whether it's coffee that's just classic coffee
- 20:43Speaker 2: or flavored coffee, whatever you like. Check them out and
- 20:47Speaker 2: if you've never tried their French toast coffee. Oh my gosh.
- 20:50Speaker 2: I'm a flavored coffee guy. I like having that every
- 20:53Speaker 2: once in a while. It's phenomenal. Go right now to
- 20:56Speaker 2: Blackoutcoffee dot com slash verdict and use the coupon code Verdict.

- 21:08Speaker 1: Be Awake, not woke.
- 21:10Speaker 2: That's Blackoutcoffee dot com slash verdict. Promo code Verdict for
- 21:14Speaker 2: twenty percent off your first order. Sata, I want to
- 21:18Speaker 2: move to a victory, and I think we should well
- 21:22Speaker 2: give our listeners a lot of credit for this victory.
- 21:25Speaker 2: We do this show to give information and then to
- 21:29Speaker 2: get people in the game. And last week we gave
- 21:33Speaker 2: everyone that listens to show the information and then the
- 21:36Speaker 2: call to action to get in the game and fight
- 21:39Speaker 2: back against giving this plea deal to the nine to
- 21:42Speaker 2: eleven tariffs, including the mastermind, Cleechiate Muhammad. We told you
- 21:46Speaker 2: who he was, We told you his history, We explained
- 21:49Speaker 2: how this deal went down. It was about closing Gitmo
- 21:52Speaker 2: and then the media because of people listening to show
- 21:55Speaker 2: that posted that that podcast all over the country, all
- 22:00Speaker 2: over social media. There was like a massive backlash to
- 22:04Speaker 2: the point where the Defense Secretary had to revoke the
- 22:08Speaker 2: plea deal. This is an incredible victory for vertical listeners
- 22:12Speaker 2: and for the country most importantly.
- 22:14Speaker 4: Ben, That's absolutely right.
- 22:16Speaker 3: And I got to say, this is one of those
- 22:18Speaker 3: times when I'm really glad we do this podcast. I'm
- 22:20Speaker 3: glad you and I take the time, but I'm glad
- 22:23Speaker 3: for all of our listeners who put in time, who
- 22:25Speaker 3: listen faithfully, who are engaged. This is an example of
- 22:29Speaker 3: really the power of the Verdict listeners of y'all engaging.
- 22:34Speaker 3: So Friday's pod our last podcast, the lead story. We
- 22:37Speaker 3: spent over half of the podcast focused on this outrageous
- 22:41Speaker 3: development that the Biden administration had decided to cut a
- 22:44Speaker 3: sweetheart plea deal with college Shake Muhammad and two other
- 22:50Speaker 3: terrorists in Guantanamo and to take the death penalty off
- 22:53Speaker 3: the table. And we went through how firefighters were outraged,
- 22:57Speaker 3: police officers were outraged, the victims of nine to eleven
- 22:59Speaker 3: were outrage they were blind sided with it, and we explained,
- 23:03Speaker 3: we explained how the Biden Harris White House said we
- 23:06Speaker 3: had nothing to do with it. We were completely uninvolved.
- 23:09Speaker 3: Kaarine John Pierre said, oh, we had no role in this.
- 23:12Speaker 3: Jake Sullivan, the National Security Advisor, said we had no
- 23:15Speaker 3: role in this, and we explained how all of that
- 23:17Speaker 3: was a lie, that the reason this had happened was
- 23:20Speaker 3: because Joe Biden Kamala Harris had said, as an objective,
- 23:25Speaker 3: a political objective, that they want to close Guantanamo Bay,
- 23:30Speaker 3: they want to close the detention facilities by the end
- 23:32Speaker 3: of this year, and to do that, they cut this
- 23:35Speaker 3: deal in order to facilitate that political objective, and we
- 23:37Speaker 3: unloaded on it. And I got to say, Look, a
- 23:40Speaker 3: lot of our podcasts Drive News, we see stories and
- 23:43Speaker 3: other outlets, we see the White House being questioned about
- 23:46Speaker 3: this podcast when we engage in a topic, and that
- 23:49Speaker 3: happens because each of you speak up, you engage, you
- 23:52Speaker 3: amplify it. Look, a big part of the reason you
- 23:55Speaker 3: and I do this podcast is to equip our listeners
- 23:59Speaker 3: with the facts, with the information, with the knowledge to
- 24:02Speaker 3: go and fight to turn things around. Well, after Friday's pod,
- 24:05Speaker 3: y'all were outraged, We were outraged, and that outrage spread
- 24:10Speaker 3: and then Friday night, an astonishing development happened. So the
- 24:14Speaker 3: story broke. It was a Friday night news dump. Late
- 24:17Speaker 3: Friday afternoon, the New York Times reported Defense Secretary Lloyd
- 24:22Speaker 3: Austin on Friday overruled the overseer of the War Court
- 24:25Speaker 3: at Guantanamo Bay and revoked a plea agreement reached earlier
- 24:30Speaker 3: this week with the accused mastermind of the September eleventh,
- 24:33Speaker 3: two thousand and one attacks and two alleged accomplishes accomplices.
- 24:37Speaker 3: The overseer, retired Brigadier General Susan Key Escalier, signed a
- 24:42Speaker 3: pre trial agreement on Wednesday with mister Muhammad, with win
- 24:47Speaker 3: while Id bin Atash and with Mustafa al Hasawi that
- 24:53Speaker 3: exchanged guilty pleas for sentences of at most life in prison.
- 24:57Speaker 3: In taking away the authority, Austin assumed direct oversight of
- 25:01Speaker 3: the case and canceled the agreement, effectively reinstating it as
- 25:05Speaker 3: a death penalty case. He left MSS Skala in the
- 25:08Speaker 3: role of oversight of Guantanamo's other cases. Now there's a
- 25:13Speaker 3: whole lot there, but number one, let's be clear. The
- 25:16Speaker 3: White Houses claim we had nothing to do about this,
- 25:19Speaker 3: We we have no influence over that. That was shown
- 25:21Speaker 3: to be an utter lie. They could stop it immediately,
- 25:24Speaker 3: and then the Biden administration did stop it immediately, not
- 25:27Speaker 3: because they wanted to do the right thing, but because
- 25:29Speaker 3: the political pushback, the outrage was so great that that
- 25:33Speaker 3: that that they were a little bit like Scooby Doo
- 25:36Speaker 3: go on and they turned around around the other way.
- 25:39Speaker 2: This is sad, by the way, that we were so
- 25:42Speaker 2: right on this and we said this was so a
- 25:45Speaker 2: political decision this night.
- 25:49Speaker 3: Is that not slightly self parroting. It's sad that we
- 25:52Speaker 3: were so right. Yeah, I've just said that's kind of funny,
- 25:59Speaker 3: but we said it.
- 26:00Speaker 2: We said this was a political decision, and then them
- 26:03Speaker 2: reversing it so quickly was proof that it was in
- 26:07Speaker 2: fact a political decision. They wanted to close Gitmo. He
- 26:12Speaker 2: wanted it to be another feather in his hat. Joe Biden.
- 26:15Speaker 2: They were planning on doing it, they said this last
- 26:17Speaker 2: week from the White House podium. John Kirby said on
- 26:19Speaker 2: TV by the end of his term in office, and
- 26:22Speaker 2: then there's such backlash. Kamala Harris I think was like,
- 26:25Speaker 2: I don't want this around me running for reelection.
- 26:28Speaker 1: This is too big of a liability.
- 26:30Speaker 2: As I'm running for president, I should say you got
- 26:33Speaker 2: to fix this and then they come in and again
- 26:36Speaker 2: it's exactly what we said. They were doing this for
- 26:39Speaker 2: political They didn't care about the victims of nine to eleven.
- 26:42Speaker 2: They didn't care about the loved ones. They didn't care
- 26:44Speaker 2: about the men and women that sign up for our
- 26:46Speaker 2: country and gave the ultimate sacrifice trying to track down
- 26:49Speaker 2: Khalie Sheaik Muhammad. And they didn't care that they were
- 26:51Speaker 2: sparing the life of the nine to eleven terrorists. They
- 26:55Speaker 2: just said, damn it, it's something we want to put
- 26:57Speaker 2: on our list, We're going to do it, and then
- 26:59Speaker 2: undoing it so quick.
- 27:00Speaker 1: It's exactly what we said. This was political all along.
- 27:03Speaker 4: It was political from the outset.
- 27:05Speaker 3: You know, it's interesting the New York Times story that
- 27:07Speaker 3: broke this story actually quoted from a number of the victims'
- 27:10Speaker 3: families that you and I quoted in our Friday podcast,
- 27:13Speaker 3: but this time they were celebrating the outcome. So, for example,
- 27:17Speaker 3: Terry Strata, whose husband Tom Strata, a bond broker, was
- 27:20Speaker 3: killed at the World Trade Center, said quote, this is
- 27:23Speaker 3: a really welcome development. I'm happy to see the Pentagon
- 27:26Speaker 3: getting involved and glad the death penalty is back on
- 27:28Speaker 3: the table. Otherwise, how could we be assured some administration
- 27:32Speaker 3: would not commute their sentence or swap them in the future.
- 27:35Speaker 3: And then another Kathleen Vigiano, who's a former police officer
- 27:39Speaker 3: whose New York Police detective husband Joseph and firefighter brother
- 27:43Speaker 3: in law John were both killed at the World Trade Center,
- 27:47Speaker 3: said thank God. And she went on to say she
- 27:49Speaker 3: had long been eager for September eleventh trial to answer
- 27:52Speaker 3: questions about quote, how this was planned and who knew what?
- 27:56Speaker 3: And she called the announcement a gift for the family,
- 27:59Speaker 3: which was so celebrating the eighty fourth birthday of her
- 28:02Speaker 3: husband and brother in law's mother, Janette Vigiano. It was
- 28:05Speaker 3: a great birthday present for her. And I will say
- 28:10Speaker 3: it was a great birthday present not just for the families,
- 28:13Speaker 3: but for everyone in America who was outraged by nine
- 28:17Speaker 3: to eleven, who wants to see justice and Khalid Sheik
- 28:21Speaker 3: Muhammad face the ultimate penalty.
- 28:23Speaker 4: That's the right thing to have happened.
- 28:25Speaker 3: And look, I think the listeners of verdict played as
- 28:28Speaker 3: a significant role in making that happen.
- 28:30Speaker 1: All right, call me jaded, Senator, you jaded, I'm worried.
- 28:34Speaker 2: This is just a pause until after Yeah, until after
- 28:38Speaker 2: election day, and if hypothetically Kamwa Harris wins, Democrats will
- 28:44Speaker 2: probably go right back and undo what they just did
- 28:47Speaker 2: after they don't have to worry about it being a
- 28:48Speaker 2: political issue months away from a presidential election cycle.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Am I two jaditors had a real possibility as well.
- 28:55Speaker 3: Look, it's clearly not jaded. I would put the odds
- 29:00Speaker 3: of that at one hundred point zero zero percent. In
- 29:02Speaker 3: other words, if God forbid, Kamala Harris wins, and you
- 29:07Speaker 3: and I are both praying that does not happen. But
- 29:10Speaker 3: if Kamala Harris wins, I would put the odds at
- 29:12Speaker 3: one hundred percent that in the next four years we
- 29:15Speaker 3: will see a plea deal with Khalid Sheik Muhammad. We'll
- 29:17Speaker 3: see it early in the administration rather than late. The
- 29:21Speaker 3: reason they reversed, I believed, is because we're now less
- 29:24Speaker 3: than a hundred days away from election day and they said,
- 29:26Speaker 3: oh crap, this is a really bad thing to be
- 29:28Speaker 3: doing within three months of the election next year. Look,
- 29:33Speaker 3: the only way if you want to prevent this from happening,
- 29:35Speaker 3: the only way to do that is reelect Donald Trump.
- 29:37Speaker 4: Donald Trump is not going to do this.
- 29:39Speaker 3: He's not going to cut a deal with the nine
- 29:41Speaker 3: to eleven mastermind and take the dead death penalty off
- 29:43Speaker 3: the table. But Kamala Harris, I believe is eager to
- 29:48Speaker 3: do so, she just doesn't want to do so right
- 29:50Speaker 3: before election day.
- 29:52Speaker 1: Yeah, great point.
- 29:53Speaker 2: It's going to be an issue, and I still think
- 29:55Speaker 2: it should be brought up what they tried to do
- 29:57Speaker 2: with the public backlash, and I hope that Republican can
- 30:00Speaker 2: all over the country make sure they remind people of
- 30:02Speaker 2: what their plant was and how important it is that
- 30:05Speaker 2: people stand up for what they believe in. I got
- 30:07Speaker 2: to say to Verdict listeners, thank you guys for getting
- 30:10Speaker 2: involved in this one, for sharing this podcast on social
- 30:14Speaker 2: media like you did, because it clearly went viral and
- 30:18Speaker 2: had a major impact. I think on this reversal of
- 30:21Speaker 2: this decision that was significant. And most importantly, this was
- 30:26Speaker 2: such an important victory for those that were victims of
- 30:31Speaker 2: nine to eleven, those that signed up to fight for
- 30:33Speaker 2: this country that are hurt by these terrorists, and for
- 30:36Speaker 2: the family members that, damn it, they deserve closure and
- 30:39Speaker 2: it's been way too long that this guy's been alive
- 30:42Speaker 2: and there's no insight for them, which is also its
- 30:45Speaker 2: own form of hell. For these individuals that have been
- 30:47Speaker 2: affected by nine to eleven so many years.
- 30:49Speaker 4: Ago, unquestionably.
- 30:52Speaker 3: And you know what's interesting, It was a year ago
- 30:54Speaker 3: that we did a story when the first inklings began
- 30:58Speaker 3: to break. That's the Biden Heirs administration was thinking of
- 31:02Speaker 3: cutting this deal and they sent notifications to the victims'
- 31:04Speaker 3: families and almost nobody was covering it. We did a
- 31:07Speaker 3: podcast about a year ago on it, and it was
- 31:09Speaker 3: interesting that podcast also went viral and you saw the
- 31:13Speaker 3: Biden Harris administration back off. So this is twice on
- 31:17Speaker 3: this topic where I think Verdict listeners have played a
- 31:19Speaker 3: real role a year ago in delaying the decision and
- 31:23Speaker 3: then just on Friday in reversing the decision because of
- 31:27Speaker 3: the enormous backlash that you all played a big role in.
- 31:31Speaker 2: The Biden administration has come out and they have freezed
- 31:35Speaker 2: these controversial and I think it's a mild way of
- 31:38Speaker 2: putting it, migrant flight program after there were massive fraud
- 31:44Speaker 2: revelations that had been exposed Fox News. Bill Malugen did
- 31:48Speaker 2: an amazing job on this and we should give him
- 31:51Speaker 2: some serious credit. But this is another example of the
- 31:55Speaker 2: fraud and abuse and just not having any clue what
- 31:59Speaker 2: their doing with a wide open border policy, whether it's
- 32:03Speaker 2: migrants coming in on planes or coming across the southern
- 32:07Speaker 2: border and Terriss coming in with them, Fetnol coming in
- 32:10Speaker 2: with them, the worst criminals in the world getting into
- 32:14Speaker 2: this country, and now we find out, oh wait, yet
- 32:16Speaker 2: again they have no idea who's even on the flights
- 32:19Speaker 2: they're allowing in.
- 32:21Speaker 3: Well, let me agree and disagree. I'm going to agree
- 32:24Speaker 3: number one, that Bill Malusian has been incredible. He's been
- 32:26Speaker 3: the best reporter in the country highlighting the invasion at
- 32:29Speaker 3: our southern border. He's truly been a hero reporting on this.
- 32:32Speaker 3: I'm going to disagree though, when you said that Biden
- 32:35Speaker 3: Harris have no idea what they're doing. I think they
- 32:37Speaker 3: know exactly what they're doing. They are presiding over an
- 32:40Speaker 3: invasion of our country. It is deliberate. The eleven and
- 32:43Speaker 3: a half million illegal aliens that have come into this country.
- 32:46Speaker 3: Joe Biden, Kamala Harris want them to come in and
- 32:51Speaker 3: they are doing this for power. Now, this program, and
- 32:54Speaker 3: you and I have talked about this program multiple times
- 32:57Speaker 3: on this podcast, was a program where they weren't simply
- 33:01Speaker 3: taking people that were apprehended on the southern border and
- 33:03Speaker 3: letting them go. Although they're doing that by the millions,
- 33:06Speaker 3: they were actually flying them from their home countries directly
- 33:10Speaker 3: into America. And this program was focused on four countries, Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua,
- 33:16Speaker 3: and Venezuela. And under this program, up to thirty thousand
- 33:20Speaker 3: nationals a month, Biden Harris were flying in from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua,
- 33:26Speaker 3: and Venezuela. And by the way, we focused on and
- 33:29Speaker 3: I've talked multiple times about one of those instances involved
- 33:33Speaker 3: a Haitian national that flew in under this program from
- 33:35Speaker 3: Haiti to Boston. In Boston, they released this illegal immigrant.
- 33:41Speaker 3: He turned around and raped a fifteen year old girl
- 33:46Speaker 3: with severe mental disabilities. He was arrested for raping this
- 33:50Speaker 3: fifteen year old girl just a couple of weeks ago.
- 33:53Speaker 3: He was released from jail on bond. You know how
- 33:56Speaker 3: much as bond was five hundred dollars. A left wing
- 33:59Speaker 3: judge said, you rape a disabled girl, a teenager, five
- 34:03Speaker 3: hundred bucks should cover it. It is outrageous. And understand,
- 34:07Speaker 3: this wasn't someone who had cross the border and escape.
- 34:10Speaker 3: This is someone that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris said,
- 34:12Speaker 3: you know, we need to fly this guy from Haiti
- 34:15Speaker 3: to commit these kind of crimes here. And by the way,
- 34:18Speaker 3: another of the countries included in this as Venezuela we
- 34:20Speaker 3: have talked about. I believe Maduro in Venezuela is very
- 34:24Speaker 3: deliberately systematically emptying his jails and sending criminals here, sending murderers,
- 34:30Speaker 3: sending rapists, sending child molesters, doing it deliberately, and it's
- 34:34Speaker 3: reminiscent of what Castro did with the Mario boat lift,
- 34:38Speaker 3: where Castro emptied the jails in Cuba and put criminals
- 34:42Speaker 3: and empty the insane asylums and put people with serious
- 34:45Speaker 3: mental illness on boats and send them into America and
- 34:48Speaker 3: we saw crime wave result from that. I think Maduro
- 34:51Speaker 3: in Venezuela is doing the same thing. And so suddenly
- 34:56Speaker 3: this is actually, in many ways the same stories the
- 34:59Speaker 3: one we talked about him int Ago. The reversal of
- 35:01Speaker 3: the nine to eleven plea deal, which is we are
- 35:04Speaker 3: less than one hundred days from an election. I think
- 35:07Speaker 3: the Biden administration realized, hey, wait, people really don't like
- 35:11Speaker 3: chaos at our southern border and eleven and a half billion
- 35:13Speaker 3: people invading this country, and they really dislike that we're
- 35:16Speaker 3: facilitating it actively, and so.
- 35:19Speaker 4: Again.
- 35:20Speaker 3: On Friday, the news broke, the Department of Homeland Security
- 35:24Speaker 3: confirmed that quote, out of an abundance of caution, it
- 35:27Speaker 3: is temporarily paused the issuing of advanced travel authorizations for
- 35:31Speaker 3: the program, which allows up to thirty thousand nationals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua,
- 35:35Speaker 3: and Venezuela to travel into the US each month and
- 35:39Speaker 3: entered legally under the administration's use of parole if they
- 35:42Speaker 3: meet certain conditions. A Congressional source had told Fox News
- 35:46Speaker 3: Digital that the pause came in mid July after an
- 35:49Speaker 3: internal report unearthed large amounts of fraud no kidding in
- 35:53Speaker 3: applications for those sponsoring the applicants. DHS said the pause
- 35:58Speaker 3: was occurring as it reviewed applications. The focus is on
- 36:02Speaker 3: issues with supporter filings and not with the filings from
- 36:05Speaker 3: beneficiaries of the program themselves.
- 36:08Speaker 4: Quote.
- 36:09Speaker 3: DHS has review mechanisms in place to detect and prevent
- 36:13Speaker 3: for fraud abuse in our immigration processes. DHS takes any
- 36:16Speaker 3: abuse of its processes very seriously. A DHS spokesperson said,
- 36:20Speaker 3: where fraud is identified, us ICE will investigate and litigate
- 36:24Speaker 3: applicable cases. In immigration court to make criminal referrals to
- 36:27Speaker 3: the Department of Justice.
- 36:28Speaker 4: Quote.
- 36:29Speaker 3: Out of an abundance of caution, DHS has temporarily paused
- 36:33Speaker 3: the issuance of advanced travel authorizations for new beneficiaries while
- 36:38Speaker 3: it undertakes a review of supporter applications. DHS will restart
- 36:43Speaker 3: application processing as quickly as possible with appropriate safeguards. Now,
- 36:49Speaker 3: I want to emphasize one word into what I just read,
- 36:52Speaker 3: temporarily as in temporarily paused. I'm going to make a prediction,
- 36:58Speaker 3: if God forbid Common life, Harris, what wins temporarily will
- 37:03Speaker 3: end in mid November. They'll probably wait a week after
- 37:08Speaker 3: election day, and then suddenly the program is back on,
- 37:11Speaker 3: and we've got another four years of an invasion, and
- 37:14Speaker 3: we'll see a eleven and a half million people become
- 37:16Speaker 3: twenty million or thirty million.
- 37:19Speaker 4: Those are the stakes of this election.
- 37:20Speaker 3: If these guys win, this temporary pause disappears and they
- 37:24Speaker 3: return to the business of invading our nation.
- 37:28Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt about it.

- 38:47Speaker 1: I want to go to strategy for just a second. Here.
- 38:51Speaker 2: It's very weird to see how quickly we're moving on
- 38:54Speaker 2: on different issues. You know, Donald Trump gets shot at
- 38:57Speaker 2: Oh it's old news. A few weeks later, Joe Biden's
- 39:00Speaker 2: incompetent and resign, you know it says I'm not going
- 39:02Speaker 2: to run for reelection. Then we have no no, no
- 39:06Speaker 2: fight at a prime or at a convention. Bam Kamala
- 39:09Speaker 2: Harris gets it out of you know, and it's all
- 39:11Speaker 2: settled and done.
- 39:12Speaker 1: You move on for that.
- 39:13Speaker 2: Then they start saying that Jade Vance is weird because
- 39:15Speaker 2: he's a family guy. But you know, hanging out with
- 39:18Speaker 2: drag queens and story Hour at the White House and
- 39:20Speaker 2: men with fake breasts, you know, flashing people at the
- 39:23Speaker 2: White House.
- 39:23Speaker 1: That's normal apparently and not weird.
- 39:26Speaker 2: You got everything that's happening at the Olympics, and we
- 39:29Speaker 2: still have this really big issue, which is a wide
- 39:31Speaker 2: open southern border.
- 39:32Speaker 1: We still have terrorists that are being caught.
- 39:34Speaker 2: We talked about that, we have potential tarists that are
- 39:37Speaker 2: trying to get onto military basis and they're being let go.
- 39:41Speaker 2: How do you keep this an election year issue? If
- 39:45Speaker 2: you're Donald Trump against Kamala Harris specifically on this issue,
- 39:50Speaker 2: and going you guys like, not only have you created
- 39:52Speaker 2: the problem, you are the problem. The media tells us
- 39:55Speaker 2: she's out the borders are. We've already proven she was
- 39:58Speaker 2: absolutely named the borders are, and the media said it
- 40:00Speaker 2: quite a few times. Now they're trying to take that back.
- 40:03Speaker 2: So how do you deal with this issue with the
- 40:05Speaker 2: American voter where it matters three months out?
- 40:10Speaker 3: You focus on substance, You focus on issues, You focus
- 40:13Speaker 3: on Kamala's horrible record, You focus on the disaster that
- 40:16Speaker 3: it's meant for American families.
- 40:18Speaker 4: And you're right, the media is.
- 40:20Speaker 3: Working over time trying to erase the last four years,
- 40:24Speaker 3: the fact that Donald Trump there was an attempted assassination attempt.
- 40:27Speaker 3: We've seen big tech, We've seen the media try to
- 40:30Speaker 3: completely erase that, just just trying to write it away.
- 40:33Speaker 3: On the fact that Kamala Harris was the borders are,
- 40:36Speaker 3: they're trying to gaslight and say that's not the truth.
- 40:38Speaker 3: On the fact that Kamala Harris for years has called
- 40:41Speaker 3: for banning fracking, they're trying to erase that and say
- 40:43Speaker 3: that's not the truth. And on open borders. Look, look
- 40:46Speaker 3: these two decisions, the nine to eleven Plea deal and
- 40:50Speaker 3: the program flying in over three hundred thousand illegal immigrants
- 40:53Speaker 3: every year. They're trying to reverse that just moments before
- 40:57Speaker 3: the election, because they really do things. The voters are
- 41:01Speaker 3: dumb that they're easily fooled. But I mean, let's break
- 41:04Speaker 3: down some of the details. So this, this temporary pause
- 41:08Speaker 3: in this program was driven by an internal report at
- 41:12Speaker 3: the Department of Homeland Security about fraud. And let me
- 41:14Speaker 3: break down some of the substance of it, because we're
- 41:17Speaker 3: not talking a little fraud, we're talking massive fraud. So
- 41:21Speaker 3: the report showed that one hundred thousand, nine hundred and
- 41:25Speaker 3: forty eight forms were filled out by a total of
- 41:30Speaker 3: three two hundred and eighteen serial sponsors. A serial sponsor
- 41:34Speaker 3: is someone whose number appears on twenty or more forms.
- 41:37Speaker 3: So you got about three thousand people that are bringing
- 41:39Speaker 3: in more than one hundred thousand illegal immigrants. Now here's
- 41:43Speaker 3: something that will really blow you away. It found that
- 41:45Speaker 3: twenty four of the one thousand most used numbers belonged
- 41:51Speaker 3: to a dead person. Meanwhile, one hundred physical addresses were
- 41:58Speaker 3: used between one hundred and twenty four and seven hundred
- 42:03Speaker 3: and thirty nine times on a total of over nineteen
- 42:07Speaker 3: thousand forms. Those addresses included storage udents units. One sponsor
- 42:14Speaker 3: phone number was submitted on over two thousand forms, and
- 42:19Speaker 3: there were two eight hundred and thirty nine forms with
- 42:22Speaker 3: non existent sponsor zip codes. Look, this is rampant fraud,
- 42:29Speaker 3: and it is rampant fraud designed to create, facilitate, and
- 42:36Speaker 3: accelerate a criminal invasion of the United States of America.
- 42:40Speaker 3: And I'm going to stipulate right now that of those
- 42:47Speaker 3: serial sponsors, those three two hundred and eighteen serial sponsors,
- 42:52Speaker 3: all are left wing Democrats.
- 42:56Speaker 1: I have to approof of that.
- 42:57Speaker 4: I just live in the planet Earth.
- 42:58Speaker 3: I'm aware of the people who want want this country
- 43:01Speaker 3: to be invaded, and they're committing fraud. And to be clear,
- 43:07Speaker 3: the Biden Harris administration doesn't care. They are happy to
- 43:12Speaker 3: do this except in the hundred days before an election,
- 43:15Speaker 3: and the hundred days before an election they will pretend
- 43:18Speaker 3: to give a damn, but it is cynical to the point.
- 43:22Speaker 3: And by the way, have you heard Joe Biden say
- 43:24Speaker 3: a word about this, not a word. Have you heard
- 43:27Speaker 3: Kamala Harris say word about this? Nope, how about even
- 43:31Speaker 3: one Democrat senator, one Democrat house member.
- 43:34Speaker 1: None of them. They're completely silent, like it's not happening, like.
- 43:37Speaker 3: That report is stunning, and they will not even acknowledge
- 43:42Speaker 3: it exists. They just say, oh no, no, we're pausing,
- 43:44Speaker 3: not happen, No, no, never mind, never mind, we got
- 43:46Speaker 3: an election to happen, never mind at all.
- 43:49Speaker 2: This is the Democratic Party now, and we are going
- 43:51Speaker 2: to keep exposing it. We're going to keep telling you
- 43:53Speaker 2: this stuff and say again, thank you guys for being
- 43:57Speaker 2: involved and sharing the info we give you. Because you guys,
- 44:01Speaker 2: this show wouldn't there'd be no reason to do it.
- 44:03Speaker 2: So I mean it when I say this week was
- 44:06Speaker 2: such a fun week to see the impact that we
- 44:09Speaker 2: can have when we all get involved together.
- 44:12Speaker 1: Don't forget.
- 44:12Speaker 2: We do the show Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Make sure
- 44:16Speaker 2: that subscribe or auto download button and the Senator I
- 44:19Speaker 2: will see you back here Wednesday morning.
