- 2:05Speaker 1: y'all listening to the voice, come on dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 1: One and only Steve Harvey got a radio show. Y'all
- 2:13Speaker 1: do took on me when I said, but I do
- 2:16Speaker 1: like I say always. It just is a constant reminder
- 2:20Speaker 1: of how good God has been, of all the things
- 2:23Speaker 1: he's brought me through, all the challenges he's allowed me
- 2:26Speaker 1: to overcome, all the times he's forgiving me, all the
- 2:30Speaker 1: times he's allowed me to get it all wrong and
- 2:33Speaker 1: turn around and get it right. And I still got
- 2:36Speaker 1: a lot of challenges in front of me, still got
- 2:39Speaker 1: a lot of changes I probably need to make. So
- 2:41Speaker 1: my question to you is what's stopping you from having
- 2:45Speaker 1: the life that you want? What's stopping you from having
- 2:50Speaker 1: the life that you want. I don't really know a
- 2:53Speaker 1: person that doesn't want a good life for themselves or
- 2:57Speaker 1: for their families. Now, I know a lot of people
- 2:59Speaker 1: who have been beaten down by the process, who because
- 3:04Speaker 1: of some mistakes and some setbacks, some mishaps, a set
- 3:10Speaker 1: of circumstances, sometimes just life just deals them a hand
- 3:17Speaker 1: of cards and they just figure it's all defeat. I
- 3:21Speaker 1: know a lot of people who have given up on
- 3:25Speaker 1: achieving the life of their dreams. But I know they'd
- 3:30Speaker 1: still want them if they could get to them, but
- 3:32Speaker 1: they just allowed to settle for so many reasons. So
- 3:38Speaker 1: who I'm talking to is you today? What's really stopping
- 3:42Speaker 1: you from having the life that you want? What's really
- 3:45Speaker 1: at the core of stopping you? What is that? Is
- 3:49Speaker 1: it your friends or your associates. Is it the fear
- 3:53Speaker 1: of what you think somebody else will think of you
- 3:56Speaker 1: if you decide to change. Is it what I used
- 3:59Speaker 1: to call the call of the while? Is it the
- 4:02Speaker 1: fact that you keep thinking that the thing that you're
- 4:06Speaker 1: doing that's providing you these momentary moments of pleasure that
- 4:10Speaker 1: really ain't really good or healthy for you. You don't
- 4:14Speaker 1: want to stop doing that? Because you've got just a
- 4:16Speaker 1: little bit more something else you want to do. I
- 4:18Speaker 1: call that the call at a while. You know, it's
- 4:21Speaker 1: just out there. Them streets is calling you, Them lights
- 4:23Speaker 1: is calling you. You know, them girls is calling you.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Them guys that's on the wrong side keep calling you.
- 4:30Speaker 1: You can't seem to make a decision by the right guy.
- 4:32Speaker 1: You keep picking the wrong guy all the time. What
- 4:35Speaker 1: is it that's stopping you from having the life that
- 4:38Speaker 1: you really want to have? So whatever the reason you're choosing,
- 4:43Speaker 1: that's the reason that's stopping you from having the life
- 4:46Speaker 1: that you want to have. It's no good because at
- 4:50Speaker 1: the end of the day, here's the real deal. See,
- 4:53Speaker 1: God is available, and God is available for all of us,
- 4:57Speaker 1: and God has a plan for all of us, and
- 4:59Speaker 1: God wants to vary best for all of us. That's
- 5:02Speaker 1: the truth of the matter. So now what we're gonna
- 5:05Speaker 1: do to get started having that life? First of all,
- 5:09Speaker 1: if it's your friends, I want you to understand something.
- 5:12Speaker 1: Your friends can't save you. A lot of your friends
- 5:15Speaker 1: offer no real help for you. Most of your friends
- 5:19Speaker 1: don't have the answer themselves. I mean, it's just a
- 5:22Speaker 1: wide range of reasons and misery love company. So usually
- 5:26Speaker 1: when your friends are in a bad position, they kind
- 5:29Speaker 1: of like company in that bad position. Your friends ain't
- 5:33Speaker 1: going to church, You're gonna be their friend. They don't
- 5:36Speaker 1: really want you to go to church. You know your
- 5:38Speaker 1: friends don't pray, so why would they offer up prayer
- 5:42Speaker 1: as a solution to you. You know, your friends don't
- 5:46Speaker 1: really really get the fact that if you treat people better,
- 5:51Speaker 1: people would treat you better. So what's that? So your
- 5:55Speaker 1: friends are a lot of times the reasons, you know,
- 5:58Speaker 1: the peer pressure of what and then the thought in
- 6:01Speaker 1: your mind of what they're gonna think once they find
- 6:04Speaker 1: out I don't do what they do anymore. Who cares
- 6:07Speaker 1: what they think other than you? I mean, really, you
- 6:11Speaker 1: can't let what somebody thinks if you stop you from
- 6:15Speaker 1: having the best life you wanted to have. If I
- 6:18Speaker 1: went by that theory right there, I wouldn't I wouldn't
- 6:21Speaker 1: even be on this mic this morning. I would have
- 6:23Speaker 1: never become a stand up I would had I listened
- 6:26Speaker 1: to the people around me who clearly told me when
- 6:30Speaker 1: I quit my job to pursue this, boy, don't you
- 6:33Speaker 1: quit your job? You got a family. Boy, don't you
- 6:36Speaker 1: do this? You ain't got no bid of Dad, Ain't
- 6:38Speaker 1: ain't no security in that. Get yourself a job, go
- 6:41Speaker 1: down here and whet your brothers go to work over here.
- 6:45Speaker 1: I heard all of that. I didn't let that stop
- 6:48Speaker 1: me from pursuing this. Why would you allow that to
- 6:51Speaker 1: stop you from pursuing your relationship with God so you
- 6:54Speaker 1: can have the best life you could possibly have. You
- 6:57Speaker 1: gang bang because they've convinced you that this is the
- 7:00Speaker 1: family situation and love that you don't have, and they've
- 7:04Speaker 1: convinced you that this is your only way, your only
- 7:08Speaker 1: source of getting over and then you drum up these
- 7:12Speaker 1: ignorant reasons man for staying with it. But they sound
- 7:16Speaker 1: so good when you're listening to everybody else you're surrounded
- 7:19Speaker 1: by telling you why we gang banging, why we're holding
- 7:23Speaker 1: this blockdown, why we slanging this thing here right here,
- 7:26Speaker 1: why we're letting it go like this here. You keep
- 7:29Speaker 1: listening to them when all in your heart of hearts
- 7:33Speaker 1: you know this ain't right. You already know, but you
- 7:36Speaker 1: allow that form of the call of the wile that
- 7:40Speaker 1: wanting to be accepted by a group of people who
- 7:44Speaker 1: trying to get you to accept the way so you
- 7:46Speaker 1: can further They progress to even prove that you worthy
- 7:49Speaker 1: to be around them, You got to commit some type
- 7:52Speaker 1: of crime to even prove that you're worthy to be
- 7:55Speaker 1: around them. Then when you get busted on the crime,
- 7:58Speaker 1: what happens to that where your family ad Now they
- 8:01Speaker 1: don't come down there to see you, because, guess what,
- 8:04Speaker 1: they can't turn in their idea to death at a
- 8:06Speaker 1: law enforcements center. So now your homies can't come visit you.
- 8:10Speaker 1: And then you know your family back out here, they
- 8:12Speaker 1: ain't taking care of your family because it's all about them.
- 8:16Speaker 1: Then you learn that what is it that stopping you
- 8:18Speaker 1: from having a life that you always wanted to have?
- 8:22Speaker 1: What is it? Why are you a repeat offender? Why
- 8:26Speaker 1: do you keep checking yourself back into that institution? Why? Man,
- 8:32Speaker 1: why won't you get it together? Why won't you give
- 8:35Speaker 1: God a try? Why won't you disassociate yourself? Why would
- 8:39Speaker 1: you continue to be a part of a revolving door
- 8:42Speaker 1: system and becoming the farm system for these institutions that
- 8:46Speaker 1: ain't got nothing for you? But you keep going back
- 8:49Speaker 1: in there, and then every time you go in there,
- 8:50Speaker 1: and then your little homies or your gang banging, little
- 8:53Speaker 1: little silly little friends try to make you think that's
- 8:55Speaker 1: a badge of honor. They't no badge of honor. Man,
- 8:58Speaker 1: that's one mode. What's one more scratch on that record,
- 9:02Speaker 1: That's one more that's one more nail in that coffin.
- 9:05Speaker 1: That's one step closer to that third strike where you
- 9:08Speaker 1: ain't gonna ever get out. It's one step closer to
- 9:11Speaker 1: that graveyard. You keep on. Why would you not give
- 9:15Speaker 1: God a try? Why would you not go and see
- 9:18Speaker 1: what your life could really be? What is it that's
- 9:20Speaker 1: stopping you? What is it? Because see, I got news
- 9:24Speaker 1: for you. There's nothing like waking up free. I don't
- 9:28Speaker 1: care who you are. There's nothing like waking up with
- 9:32Speaker 1: the joy in your heart. Now, if you ain't gonna
- 9:34Speaker 1: be free, get the joy in your heart, the satisfaction
- 9:38Speaker 1: of knowing that you accomplishing something with your life. Help
- 9:41Speaker 1: somebody behind them bars, get in the program. Show these
- 9:44Speaker 1: young cats when they come in a better way. But
- 9:47Speaker 1: don't you dare sit there man and just ride it out,
- 9:51Speaker 1: and man, just go and get the fullest life that
- 9:54Speaker 1: you can have. What you know what it feels like
- 9:57Speaker 1: to wake up and be on your way somewhere knowing
- 10:00Speaker 1: that you have something to accomplish that you can change somebody,
- 10:04Speaker 1: that you can stop somebody from going down the roads
- 10:06Speaker 1: you went down. It's a whole lot of ways to
- 10:08Speaker 1: make your life better. But why would you not go
- 10:11Speaker 1: and have the best life you can have? What is
- 10:13Speaker 1: it that's stopping you? What is it really? Really? So
- 10:18Speaker 1: you think that Satan really has your best interests at heart?
- 10:22Speaker 1: That Dela thing your mama kept telling you about praying,
- 10:25Speaker 1: You wasn't listening. It was you. But you know, it
- 10:27Speaker 1: ain't ever too late to get back to that. It
- 10:29Speaker 1: ain't ever too late to get back to where you're from.
- 10:32Speaker 1: It ain't ever too late go back home. It ain't
- 10:35Speaker 1: ever too late to turn around. It ain't ever too
- 10:38Speaker 1: late to get your life together. It ain't ever too
- 10:41Speaker 1: late to seek God, And it ain't ever too late
- 10:44Speaker 1: to pray. Don't forget to pray, don't be ashamed to pray,
- 10:48Speaker 1: and don't be too proud to pray, because prayer changes things.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Prayer change people too. I'm a witness to that. You're listening,

- 12:50Speaker 1: on and everybody a short attention going on in our
- 12:57Speaker 1: world and the every day. It's so. I went to
- 13:00Speaker 1: a restaurant, man, to have a meeting at dinner. Ye man, o, man, man,
- 13:07Speaker 1: what that's all they're talking? Excuse me, mist you know
- 13:10Speaker 1: TMZ they post stuff outside this restaurant. It's Papa rots.
- 13:15Speaker 1: I found a new way to do it though. Anyway,
- 13:18Speaker 1: miss t What do you think of everything's going on
- 13:20Speaker 1: in news? Because I don't watching this. I just I
- 13:24Speaker 1: just got to stay off social at while. You know,
- 13:28Speaker 1: I'm I'm I'm I don't know nothing, seen nothing here nothing.
- 13:32Speaker 1: What do you think about r Kelly? Do you think
- 13:34Speaker 1: he needs help? I said, hey, man, I haven't seen
- 13:37Speaker 1: an interview. I hadn't seen an interview. I saw it, yeah,
- 13:40Speaker 1: but I ain't got no information. But I don't know.
- 13:42Speaker 1: SOUTH don't know, sir. I ain't seen nothing. I ain't
- 13:44Speaker 1: seen a damn thing. I ain't seen it. I ain't
- 13:47Speaker 1: heard nothing about it. Man, y'all get up off from me. Man.
- 13:51Speaker 1: It's it's a it's not a good day for so
- 13:54Speaker 1: many other people, so many other people. Yeah, tough newsday, boy, Yeah,
- 13:59Speaker 1: it was Yeah that that interview with Gail was everything.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Gail King wasn't explode. Can I tell you that Gail
- 14:08Speaker 1: King handles her, handled herself, her composure. Oh blooded that girl,
- 14:16Speaker 1: she's a champion. I mean she her champions. She remained
- 14:20Speaker 1: composed professionals with Yeah, and you know when R. Kelly
- 14:25Speaker 1: was getting up and he had become all emotional and everything,
- 14:28Speaker 1: Gail didn't move. She didn't fland it, said Robert. Robert. Yeah,
- 14:33Speaker 1: all right, coming up at thirty two after the hour,
- 14:35Speaker 1: we'll talk more about R. Kelly and the Gail King interview.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Everybody's talking about it, so we will too. Pull be
- 14:42Speaker 1: back right after this. You're listening String show. All right.
- 14:48Speaker 1: R Kelly is in Cook County jail. This happened because
- 14:52Speaker 1: he failed to pay back child support and he has
- 14:55Speaker 1: to pay his bond of one hundred and sixty one
- 14:57Speaker 1: thousand dollars. That's in full, one hundred sixty one thousand dollars.
- 15:03Speaker 1: He has to pay chiuse. He's in jail now. He's
- 15:06Speaker 1: in jail, yeah, yeah, count Yeah because of not paying
- 15:10Speaker 1: child yeah yeah, because of not paying child wower. Yeah.
- 15:13Speaker 1: So he has to pay that in full to get
- 15:15Speaker 1: out and get out, Yes, to get out he's due
- 15:19Speaker 1: back in court March thirteenth. Now, yesterday we all saw
- 15:24Speaker 1: our Kelly's interview with Gail King. This is where he
- 15:28Speaker 1: denied the allegations of sexual abuse to review. R Kelly
- 15:32Speaker 1: pleaded not guilty to ten counts of aggravated sexual abuse
- 15:36Speaker 1: involving four women, three of whom were miners at the time.
- 15:40Speaker 1: R Kelly got very emotional and said that he is
- 15:44Speaker 1: fighting for his life and he didn't do this crime.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Take a listen, Hate me if you want to love me,
- 15:49Speaker 1: if you want, but just use your common sense. How
- 15:51Speaker 1: stupid would it be for me took with my crazy
- 15:56Speaker 1: passing what I've been through? Oh right now, I just
- 15:59Speaker 1: think I need to be a monster and whole girls
- 16:02Speaker 1: against a wheel, chain them up in my basement and
- 16:05Speaker 1: and don't let them eat, and don't let them out
- 16:07Speaker 1: unless they need some shoes down the street from the uncle. Robert,
- 16:12Speaker 1: y'all quitlan U. I didn't do this stuff. This is
- 16:17Speaker 1: not me, y'all. A fight for my life. Wow, yeah,
- 16:23Speaker 1: out shoes. I mean. Gail kept her composure, Robert, because
- 16:29Speaker 1: I would have said, sitcha, that's what she wanted to say.
- 16:33Speaker 1: But she's been there her own though, I mean she
- 16:36Speaker 1: really really did. R Kelly also denied that suffering childhood
- 16:39Speaker 1: abuse himself. But you know, this was hard to watch
- 16:45Speaker 1: very much because I was going, I don't even see
- 16:49Speaker 1: what benefit doing the interview was. I don't understand that.
- 16:54Speaker 1: I mean speaking out now. I think he thought, Steve
- 16:58Speaker 1: that it would do some good if he because no
- 17:00Speaker 1: one heard has heard his side of the story right
- 17:03Speaker 1: in the court of public had already, and he talked
- 17:06Speaker 1: about social media and all that kind of stuff. Yeah,
- 17:10Speaker 1: but he also denied that suffering childhood abuse himself has
- 17:14Speaker 1: affected his behavior, though he claims to be considering therapy.
- 17:18Speaker 1: Take a listen to this. He've been very candid that
- 17:20Speaker 1: you are a sexual abuse survivor yourself. How do you
- 17:24Speaker 1: think that has affected you? It hasn't affected me at all.
- 17:27Speaker 1: I mean it has affected me. Yeah, it affected me
- 17:30Speaker 1: in this way. Anything that I've been through that or
- 17:34Speaker 1: any struggles I've had in my past has affected my music.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Has it affected your behavior? Absolutely? Not became a taste something.
- 17:44Speaker 1: You know. I know people that oh way, he was
- 17:46Speaker 1: abused exactly, that's why he's doing that. No, no, no, no no, no, no.
- 17:49Speaker 1: The experts will tell you this. Most people who are
- 17:52Speaker 1: abusers have been abused, but not all people that have
- 17:55Speaker 1: been abused go out and abuse others. And so that's
- 17:58Speaker 1: why I asked the questions. We're saying that is what
- 18:01Speaker 1: they No, they didn't not right, noe. So that's why
- 18:05Speaker 1: I'm not all. I'm in the not all okay. But
- 18:10Speaker 1: they also didn't say when you r Kelly okay, and
- 18:14Speaker 1: you're famous and your name is ringing twenty five million
- 18:16Speaker 1: times that day all over the world, Okay. If people
- 18:19Speaker 1: trying to get money from you, okay, and they're using
- 18:22Speaker 1: your past, they're using the past allegations, the past case
- 18:27Speaker 1: that he beat to link it on to that, they're
- 18:31Speaker 1: using that. When you say that you need to help,
- 18:33Speaker 1: do you think you need to go to therapy? Have
- 18:35Speaker 1: you been to therapy? Absolutely? At this point, I'm definitely
- 18:39Speaker 1: talking about that about going Oh absolutely. Yeah. You know,
- 18:42Speaker 1: it seems like, you know, some could say you might
- 18:45Speaker 1: seem out of touch to a lot of people. Do
- 18:47Speaker 1: you mean, well, I mean your perception of the charges
- 18:51Speaker 1: against you. I know it's your side and it's your story,
- 18:53Speaker 1: but you have a different perception that most of the
- 18:56Speaker 1: world has about you. I think you people have perception
- 19:00Speaker 1: he will have the perception I have truth. Do you
- 19:02Speaker 1: think you're invincible? Oh? Absolutely not. I just think I'm human.
- 19:08Speaker 1: Does that help jog your memory? Yeah, it's a couple
- 19:11Speaker 1: of things in here, man, And you know, I absolutely
- 19:16Speaker 1: hate this man. Yeah, I hate it for the victims especially.
- 19:21Speaker 1: You know, here's a couple of things. When he said,
- 19:24Speaker 1: did your child abuse affect you? He said, first of all,
- 19:28Speaker 1: it didn't affect me at all. Then he had to
- 19:31Speaker 1: catch himself because who hold up? This is a chance
- 19:35Speaker 1: now for you to you know, get some type of
- 19:39Speaker 1: sympathy remorse. Then there's twenty five million hits every day
- 19:45Speaker 1: of people around what it's trying to get money from him.
- 19:48Speaker 1: I think everybody knows you don't have money right now,
- 19:51Speaker 1: I don't I don't know who these people out there
- 19:52Speaker 1: don't know you got money when you can't post one
- 19:54Speaker 1: hundred thousand dollars bail, it's because you fit into the
- 19:57Speaker 1: category of most people. Yeah, that was the first time
- 20:00Speaker 1: I'm most recently he got you know, that's so you
- 20:02Speaker 1: got to understand that. And then if you're telling me
- 20:04Speaker 1: that he just went back to jails for one sixty
- 20:07Speaker 1: doll for one and sixty for child's actually more than that,
- 20:10Speaker 1: and they cut it in hat. Well, that's another example
- 20:13Speaker 1: of not having yourself together financially at this level here
- 20:17Speaker 1: right now. Everyday people I know getting well, they ain't
- 20:20Speaker 1: got one hundred and sixty dollars. I know it. Ain't
- 20:21Speaker 1: getting well. They're gonna sit up in jail because they
- 20:23Speaker 1: don't have one hundred thousand. Then he used the term
- 20:26Speaker 1: the case I beat. Yeah. See no, I got a
- 20:31Speaker 1: lot of friends with criminal background. Okay, Well, I'm just
- 20:34Speaker 1: saying when you say you beat the case, like Junior said,
- 20:40Speaker 1: everybody know what that means. Oh yeah, that means you
- 20:44Speaker 1: beat something. He got off, you got off, you got away.
- 20:48Speaker 1: You know when when everybody I know that beat the case. Man,
- 20:51Speaker 1: I beat that case. Man, Yeah, I don't mean that
- 20:54Speaker 1: you didn't do it. No, they got away when so
- 20:57Speaker 1: I was really a little surprised that you was that terminology.
- 21:01Speaker 1: I don't think that was smart at all. He should
- 21:03Speaker 1: have said I was innocent or I was found innocent,
- 21:05Speaker 1: right something. You know, I was acquitted of all charges,
- 21:08Speaker 1: I was freed, it was proven that I was not guilty.
- 21:12Speaker 1: You don't say I beat it. I don't think that
- 21:14Speaker 1: was smart. And then The last thing was I'm thinking
- 21:16Speaker 1: about therapy right now. Okay, if nothing's wrong, you ain't
- 21:20Speaker 1: did nothing, well you needn't, you don't do that's with
- 21:23Speaker 1: young girl. What you're going what's the therapy that's I'm
- 21:28Speaker 1: just those are the little things. And yeah, the stuff
- 21:31Speaker 1: that I pulled out. Man, well, I'm sitting if you're
- 21:33Speaker 1: gonna side, I don't really know if I would say
- 21:35Speaker 1: it that way. Yeah, you know. And then but you know,
- 21:37Speaker 1: he under the rest, maybe he says some stuff he
- 21:39Speaker 1: didn't mean, and he's not. I mean, I think it's
- 21:41Speaker 1: a known fact that he's not the most literate literate person. Yeah,
- 21:45Speaker 1: he does have a lot of interview Yeah he doesn't. Yeah,
- 21:48Speaker 1: all right, So we're gonna move on for now. Steve
- 21:51Speaker 1: coming up next, we're gonna switch gears here and go

- 22:47Speaker 1: this is really sad news. Steve, a Jeopardies game show
- 22:50Speaker 1: host the iconic Alex Trebek. He has revealed that he
- 22:54Speaker 1: is stage four pancreatic cancer. Yeah, really really sad news.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Really nice. Yeah, I know you know him. Yeah, we
- 23:03Speaker 1: we um. Right now, we're gonna go to the nephew Tommy.

- 23:09Speaker 1: you got for us? Now? Your wife, it's cheating on
- 23:14Speaker 1: both of us. So I don't know if this is
- 23:17Speaker 1: even world. It's cheating on How could she do it? Now?
- 23:30Speaker 1: This is an actor right here, run that, Frank. Let's
- 23:33Speaker 1: go Hello, I'm trying to reach Terrence. Please who's calling?
- 23:39Speaker 1: Who's this? Hey? My name is Mark. My name is Mark.
- 23:41Speaker 1: How you doing, bro? I work with um with your wife, Vernica.
- 23:45Speaker 1: We're on the same sales floor together. I think I
- 23:47Speaker 1: met you before, but I don't know if you remember
- 23:49Speaker 1: meeting me. But um, I work at the job with Veronica.
- 23:53Speaker 1: Is everything on right there? Or what's going on? No? No, no,
- 23:57Speaker 1: everything is straight here at the job. Not a problem
- 23:59Speaker 1: at all at the job. But I wanted to yah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 24:03Speaker 1: she's all right, She's perfectly fine. Man. Um, I just
- 24:05Speaker 1: I just you know, I actually, like I said, my
- 24:08Speaker 1: name is Mark. Man. You don't remember me, Terrence, But
- 24:10Speaker 1: I just wanted to talk to you, Like I say, Um,
- 24:12Speaker 1: you know, I got some things on it that's been
- 24:14Speaker 1: bothered me for a minute, and I you know, I
- 24:17Speaker 1: just I just kind of wanted to reach out to you,
- 24:19Speaker 1: and you know, just kind of have like a little
- 24:21Speaker 1: a little hard to hard talk with you. Man. So
- 24:23Speaker 1: maybe you know, uh, you know, we can get things
- 24:25Speaker 1: in a in a better position. But I just wanted
- 24:28Speaker 1: I just wanted me and you to have a conversation. Wait, man,
- 24:32Speaker 1: how did you get my Veronic? Can give you my number?
- 24:34Speaker 1: Or how did you get my number. That's what I'm
- 24:36Speaker 1: trying to, Like, what's going on? I mean, I had,
- 24:39Speaker 1: I had, I've had your number. I just I just
- 24:41Speaker 1: I just had never reached out to you before. But
- 24:43Speaker 1: like I say, though, man, this this, this has been
- 24:45Speaker 1: bothered me for a minute and I wanted to get
- 24:47Speaker 1: it off my chest so you and I can try to,
- 24:49Speaker 1: I guess, fix this whole issue. But I just want
- 24:52Speaker 1: us to see if we can fix it. You know,
- 24:54Speaker 1: well fix the issue. What's the issue? I don't understand.
- 24:57Speaker 1: I'm not following you. I don't understand what like, what
- 25:01Speaker 1: is the issue? So but now you know, like I said,
- 25:04Speaker 1: I went on to talk to me, what's going on? Okay,
- 25:12Speaker 1: your wife, man is cheating on both of us, and
- 25:17Speaker 1: we gotta figure out how we gotta do something about this. Man,
- 25:20Speaker 1: all right? I mean, did you say she's eating on
- 25:22Speaker 1: the both of us? What is cheating? She is cheating
- 25:27Speaker 1: on the both of us. Bro, It sounds like you
- 25:31Speaker 1: said cheating. I don't know what you Veronica. Listen to me, Terce,
- 25:36Speaker 1: Veronica is cheating on both of us. You say, Vera
- 25:40Speaker 1: is cheating on me and me? You know, and we
- 25:43Speaker 1: gotta we gotta figure out what we're gonna do. Man,
- 25:45Speaker 1: But as a husband, I gotta you gotta, I'm gonna
- 25:47Speaker 1: need you to step up and get this thing in order.
- 25:50Speaker 1: What you're talking about, you say, Veronica is cheating on
- 25:53Speaker 1: me with you. No, no, she cheating on both of
- 25:56Speaker 1: us with somebody else. I know. I been noticing her
- 26:01Speaker 1: going out with this, you know, going to lunch with
- 26:03Speaker 1: this other cat. So I'm like, I got pissed off
- 26:06Speaker 1: about it. So I said, you know what, I can't
- 26:08Speaker 1: take you no more. I'm calling Terence. You're saying to
- 26:12Speaker 1: me that my wife has been cheating around a job
- 26:15Speaker 1: with somebody else. She cheating on both of us. Dude,
- 26:19Speaker 1: I don't get what you mean if my wife has
- 26:22Speaker 1: cheated on what I mean you're calling me to tell
- 26:23Speaker 1: me that she's cheating on me. I appreciate that, but
- 26:26Speaker 1: I don't get what you're saying. You know, both of
- 26:28Speaker 1: us said. I don't get that part. I don't understand
- 26:31Speaker 1: what you mean. Me and Veronica had been you know,
- 26:34Speaker 1: kind of cool. You know, last eight months to a year,
- 26:37Speaker 1: we've been, you know, pretty tight here at the job.
- 26:39Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, So listen what you mean
- 26:41Speaker 1: y'all been cool. That's what I don't understand, Like, what

- 26:50Speaker 1: is and me and me and her been real cool.
- 26:52Speaker 1: We've been real tight. You know. Sometimes we take lunch
- 26:55Speaker 1: and then you know, don't come back. That's our thing though.
- 26:58Speaker 1: But you know now you know I'm no. You know,
- 27:01Speaker 1: she she didn't want out. You know, she didn't want
- 27:02Speaker 1: to lunch a couple of time with his brother named Alan,
- 27:04Speaker 1: And I'm like, okay, no, no, it ain't gonna go
- 27:06Speaker 1: down like this here. You know what I'm saying. Are
- 27:08Speaker 1: you my wife? Man? Hey, that's that's not why I
- 27:11Speaker 1: called you. I called you my wife. That's what I
- 27:15Speaker 1: want to know. I'm telling you about this dude named Alan.
- 27:18Speaker 1: I need you to step up as the husband and
- 27:20Speaker 1: fix this. But you're telling me that my wife is
- 27:23Speaker 1: cheating on both of us, didn't you know, cheating on

- 27:32Speaker 1: you've been messing around with my wife. That's not that's
- 27:36Speaker 1: not the part I'm trying to talk about. I'm trying
- 27:38Speaker 1: to talk about this dude named Alan. Man, That's what
- 27:40Speaker 1: I'm trying to get out to Alan. We're gonna get
- 27:43Speaker 1: to Alan. You saying that my wife, Man, it's come crazy. Yo.

- 28:03Speaker 1: The beef is with Alan. No, she messing over. She

- 30:48Speaker 1: news for you. Right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey
- 30:53Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right. In today's entertainment news, guys, Alex
- 30:58Speaker 1: Trebec you know him, a long time game show host
- 31:01Speaker 1: of Jeopardy. He has announced that he has staged four
- 31:05Speaker 1: pancreatic cancer. Yeah, very sad news, but he appeared to
- 31:09Speaker 1: be in great spirit, says. He revealed his diagnosis to
- 31:13Speaker 1: his fans in a video message take a listen. Just
- 31:16Speaker 1: like fifty thousand other people in the United States each year,
- 31:20Speaker 1: this week, I was diagnosed with stage four pancreatic cancer. Now,
- 31:25Speaker 1: normally the prognosis for this is not very encouraging, but
- 31:30Speaker 1: I'm going to fight this and I'm going to keep
- 31:32Speaker 1: working and with the love and support of my family
- 31:35Speaker 1: and friends, and with the help of your prayers. Also,
- 31:39Speaker 1: I plan to beat the low survival rates statistics for
- 31:43Speaker 1: this disease. Truth told. I have to because under the
- 31:47Speaker 1: terms of my contract, I have to host Jeopardy for
- 31:51Speaker 1: three more years. So help me keep the faith and
- 31:55Speaker 1: we'll win. We'll get it done. Thank you. Good spirit
- 32:00Speaker 1: amazing right there. Yeah, yeah, that's good spirit. That's positive. Yeah,
- 32:06Speaker 1: that helps the emotional fight though, yeah, fight, you have
- 32:09Speaker 1: to do physics. That's right. State of mind here. You
- 32:13Speaker 1: know him, Yeah, I know it. I know him. He's
- 32:15Speaker 1: he's really I've only met him. I've met him twice.
- 32:18Speaker 1: I think, really, really nice cattle man, really encouraging. I
- 32:22Speaker 1: like what you're doing, Steve. Keep it up. You're great
- 32:24Speaker 1: at it. Thank you. So, I mean he's a legend,
- 32:26Speaker 1: you know, Oh, yes, he is. He's a legend that
- 32:28Speaker 1: he's the longest running game shows ever. Well, I don't
- 32:32Speaker 1: know nobody's done it long that Alex Trevet all better
- 32:35Speaker 1: ye Jeopardy debut nineteen I think. Okay. Well, in other
- 32:42Speaker 1: entertainment news, we definitely will be praying for Alex Trebek
- 32:45Speaker 1: for Sure. Also another entertainment news guys, Jay Z's Rock
- 32:49Speaker 1: Nation label. Uh. They scored another legal victory by getting
- 32:53Speaker 1: a case against a sixth grader who refused to stand
- 32:55Speaker 1: for the Pledge of Allegiance thrown out of court. Jabari
- 32:59Speaker 1: tub from Lakeland, Florida, was arrested last month after he
- 33:03Speaker 1: sat through the Pledge of Allegiance, stating his belief that
- 33:08Speaker 1: the flag was racist and the national anthem was offensive
- 33:11Speaker 1: to black people. The classes substitute teacher contacted the school's
- 33:16Speaker 1: resource officer, who arrested Jabari, citing that he was being
- 33:20Speaker 1: disruptive and that he threatened the sub with physical violence.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Jabari exercised his First Amendment rights, and Team Rock Nation
- 33:27Speaker 1: tweeted we stand with Jabari and his mother to stop
- 33:31Speaker 1: the over policing and criminalization of black students. The case
- 33:35Speaker 1: has been dismissed. Team Rock has also taken on other
- 33:40Speaker 1: high profile social justice cases recently, most notably twenty one
- 33:44Speaker 1: Savage's immigration case. Wow wow wow. Yeah, you were just
- 33:51Speaker 1: at a Rock Nation party rising. Yeah yeah, and you
- 34:02Speaker 1: didn't do the Pledge of allegiance, right, I mean, I
- 34:06Speaker 1: mean we did the Pledge of Allegiance every day at school.
- 34:10Speaker 1: All right. Actor Christoph's Saint John was late to rest
- 34:14Speaker 1: on Monday. While his family and friends gathered to say goodbye,
- 34:18Speaker 1: one face that was visibly absent was his Beyonce. Apparently
- 34:22Speaker 1: his fiance lives in Russia and she couldn't get a
- 34:25Speaker 1: visa to come for the memorial service. Yeah, yeah, that's
- 34:29Speaker 1: really yeah. Yeah. She posted on the grand that my
- 34:33Speaker 1: heart is broken. I'm going through this with a huge
- 34:36Speaker 1: pain in my heart and realize that I don't have
- 34:39Speaker 1: the opportunity to say goodbye to him and put flowers
- 34:41Speaker 1: on his grave. It's not right, it's not fair. We
- 34:44Speaker 1: all know that Christoph was found dead from what appeared
- 34:47Speaker 1: to be alcohol poisoning, and yet sometimes you know, the system, man,
- 34:51Speaker 1: it just it just Saint Fair fails us. Yeah, well okay,
- 34:57Speaker 1: yeah he does. That's true. All right, Steve, it's time
- 35:00Speaker 1: today's headlines, Ladies and gentlemen, Miss Ann Tripp, thanks, thanks
- 35:05Speaker 1: very much, everybody. This is Enter with the News. Secretary
- 35:07Speaker 1: of Homeland Security Christian Nielsen. She testified before the House
- 35:10Speaker 1: Homeland Security Committee yesterday and she supported President Trump's declaration
- 35:14Speaker 1: of that national emergency along the southern border is not
- 35:17Speaker 1: a manufactured crisis. This is truly an emergency. Ole'nielsen says,
- 35:22Speaker 1: it's a true humanitarian crisis actually that the system is enabling.
- 35:26Speaker 1: She says, according to Customs and Border Patrols, more than
- 35:28Speaker 1: seventy six thousand migrant families and to the US illegally
- 35:32Speaker 1: last month. Now, authorities say most illegals used to be
- 35:34Speaker 1: Mexican men. However, they say most of the undocumented our
- 35:37Speaker 1: Central American families. Others say that yeah, it's a large number,
- 35:41Speaker 1: but overall it's really not that large. By the way,
- 35:44Speaker 1: after months of pressure from pro immigration activists, the nation's
- 35:48Speaker 1: largest lending institution says it's going to be divesting its
- 35:50Speaker 1: financial interests in the private prison industry. Activists have been
- 35:54Speaker 1: urging officials at JP morgan Chase to remove to remove
- 35:57Speaker 1: their financial support from companies who facilities have been used
- 36:01Speaker 1: to hold illegal immigrant families. No other major US banks
- 36:05Speaker 1: have followed FOOD yet, however, that may change. In a statement,
- 36:07Speaker 1: JP morgan Chase says investing in the private prisons industry
- 36:11Speaker 1: has become too risky. There are reports that North Korea's
- 36:15Speaker 1: rebuilding its nuclear arsenal that work going on to supposedly
- 36:18Speaker 1: shuttered rocket launch site. President Trump's reacting, I would be
- 36:22Speaker 1: very very disappointed in Chairman Kim, and I don't think
- 36:26Speaker 1: I will be. But we'll see what happens. We'll take
- 36:28Speaker 1: a look. It'll ultimately get solved. Trump's second summit with
- 36:31Speaker 1: Kim john on, you know, a few weeks ago. He
- 36:33Speaker 1: may remember that he ended with Trump walking away from
- 36:35Speaker 1: the table because he said that the North Korean dictator
- 36:38Speaker 1: refused to give up all of his nuclear ambitions in
- 36:40Speaker 1: exchange for a complete removal of government sanctions. So Trump said, well,
- 36:44Speaker 1: I'm walking away from the table. We're not doing this, okay.
- 36:47Speaker 1: R Kelly's locked up again. First, a singer songwriter broke
- 36:50Speaker 1: his silence yesterday about the criminal's sexual abuse charges against him.
- 36:54Speaker 1: During that interview with CBS This Morning's Gail King, he
- 36:57Speaker 1: broke his silence and at one points broke, I didn't
- 37:01Speaker 1: do this stuff. This is not me, y'all. I'm fighting
- 37:04Speaker 1: for my life, yo, telling me this, trying to tell me.
- 37:12Speaker 1: They're telling me, man, I just don't want to believe
- 37:16Speaker 1: it too. You don't want to believe it. Well, now
- 37:18Speaker 1: Kelly's in custody over the one hundred and sixty thousand
- 37:21Speaker 1: or so dollars that he owes in child support. And
- 37:23Speaker 1: you may remember that R. Kelly had some trouble coming
- 37:25Speaker 1: up with the one hundred thousand dollars he needed as
- 37:27Speaker 1: a down payment on that initial ball amount. A woman
- 37:30Speaker 1: he just met recently paid that for him. Kelly's next
- 37:33Speaker 1: court date on the matter is March thirteenth, and the
- 37:36Speaker 1: rather the sheriff, the local sheriff says they're not letting
- 37:39Speaker 1: Kelly out until he comes up with that child support money.
- 37:41Speaker 1: He's got to come up with all of it. Finally,
- 37:44Speaker 1: today is National Dentist Day. Yeah, now back to Steve
- 37:48Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to Stow basketball and Boston
- 37:55Speaker 1: Celtic star Kyrie Irving is going through a rough patch
- 37:59Speaker 1: with the Boston Celtics, but Charles Barkley apparently does not
- 38:03Speaker 1: feel sorry for the All Star. Charles did an interview
- 38:06Speaker 1: on ESPN Think a listen Kyrie Irving. I don't know
- 38:10Speaker 1: him that well. He seems like a good kid, But
- 38:13Speaker 1: I've never seen a person so miserable to have so
- 38:16Speaker 1: much success, to have the world in the palm of
- 38:20Speaker 1: his hand. He's gonna make four to fifty million dollars
- 38:22Speaker 1: here for the next ten fifteen years. He's already won
- 38:26Speaker 1: a world championship, he's in the movies, but he's got
- 38:28Speaker 1: to be one of the most miserable people I've ever seen.
- 38:32Speaker 1: He wanted to go to Boston because he wanted to
- 38:34Speaker 1: have his own team. And what a lot of these
- 38:36Speaker 1: guys don't understand is when you're a star, and I've
- 38:39Speaker 1: been a star, you get all the credit, but you
- 38:41Speaker 1: get all the blame. That ain't right, That ain't fair.
- 38:45Speaker 1: That's just how it is. That the truth, that's real.
- 38:49Speaker 1: Talk think no, I mean, what's what is Charles Barkley
- 38:55Speaker 1: saying it's truth? I mean he wanted his own team. See,
- 38:59Speaker 1: I tell list all the time. When somebody is big,
- 39:02Speaker 1: you play with the greatest basketball player on Earth, Lebron James.
- 39:06Speaker 1: But when you don't want to be under sometimes being
- 39:09Speaker 1: the number two man is good. Yeah, because sometimes when
- 39:14Speaker 1: you say I'm tired of being under the shadow of someone.
- 39:18Speaker 1: What you have to understand most importantly about what shadow is,
- 39:22Speaker 1: shadow is also shade. So when you get out Monday,
- 39:29Speaker 1: when you get out Monday, the shadow, I want you
- 39:31Speaker 1: to understand that you're moving out Monday to shade now
- 39:34Speaker 1: and the glad that's sunlight is directly on you now
- 39:38Speaker 1: and so oh man, and it ain't what you think
- 39:42Speaker 1: it is. Many Is that what he's going through now?
- 39:46Speaker 1: You think, Kyrie, Well, I mean, you know, the glades
- 39:48Speaker 1: on't like like like I mean, like Marcola said, when
- 39:50Speaker 1: you're a star, when it's going good, you get the credit.
- 39:55Speaker 1: When it's going bad, you get the credit. It ain't right.
- 40:00Speaker 1: That's how it is where the game and that is
- 40:02Speaker 1: the way it is now. And he's suffering through that
- 40:05Speaker 1: because you know what Balton was supposed to be. They
- 40:08Speaker 1: haven't been playing like that. Yeah. And the boy, the
- 40:12Speaker 1: boy Haywood that broke his leg real bad, he hasn't
- 40:15Speaker 1: been the same. He's mentally not there yet because he's
- 40:20Speaker 1: not performing like like he used to because he can't
- 40:23Speaker 1: get his head round his leg, you know, he running
- 40:27Speaker 1: and jumping like I don't want to come down still.
- 40:34Speaker 1: And then the rest of them, they're not playing like
- 40:36Speaker 1: they did last year. They're young man, Kobe a little basketball,
- 40:43Speaker 1: so Attle basketball and all little basketball. Kyrie don't love basketball, impresh,
- 40:55Speaker 1: You got everything coming up at thirty four after the Hour,
- 40:58Speaker 1: R Kelly claims at the parents of the women he
- 41:01Speaker 1: lived with willingly handed their daughters over to him. Who
- 41:05Speaker 1: do wow, we'll talk about it right after this. You're
- 41:09Speaker 1: listening to morning show. So r Kelly is back in
- 41:14Speaker 1: custody at Cook County Jail for failure to pay his
- 41:18Speaker 1: back child support one hundred and sixty one thousand dollars
- 41:21Speaker 1: in full to get out, and he's due back in
- 41:24Speaker 1: court on March thirteenth. During his interview this much talked
- 41:27Speaker 1: about interview with the Wonderful Gail King, r Kelly denied
- 41:32Speaker 1: the allegations against him. He was visibly emotional throughout the interview.
- 41:37Speaker 1: At one point he was raising his boys, he was
- 41:39Speaker 1: standing up, and at another he was talking through tears.
- 41:43Speaker 1: R Kelly claims that the parents of the women that
- 41:46Speaker 1: he lives with. He lives with two women. He calls
- 41:48Speaker 1: them his girlfriends. The parents willingly handed their daughters over
- 41:52Speaker 1: to him and raised objections only when they stopped getting paid.
- 41:56Speaker 1: Take a listen, Azreel Clary, what can you tell what
- 41:59Speaker 1: is your relationship with her? Right now? I'm seeing her.
- 42:03Speaker 1: You were seeing her. She's twenty one. I'm seeing her
- 42:05Speaker 1: she's twenty one. Yeah, but did you start seeing her
- 42:08Speaker 1: at seventeen, absolutely not. Did you have sex with her
- 42:10Speaker 1: when she was seventeen? Absolutely not, absolutely not, although her
- 42:15Speaker 1: parents wanted me to know. Her parents saying they have
- 42:17Speaker 1: text messages that showed that you had sex with her seventeen.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Claim So you're saying you did not have sex with her, not.
- 42:26Speaker 1: You were with two women right now. You love them,
- 42:29Speaker 1: they say they love you. What kind of love is
- 42:32Speaker 1: it that keeps these these young women away from their families?
- 42:36Speaker 1: Their families are saying these I'm talking right now about Joscelyn,
- 42:40Speaker 1: because you know how you're gonna answer your question? What
- 42:44Speaker 1: what kind of father? What kind of mother will sell
- 42:47Speaker 1: their daughter to a man who did that? How come
- 42:51Speaker 1: it was okay for me to see them until they
- 42:54Speaker 1: wasn't getting no money from it? Why would you take
- 42:56Speaker 1: your daughter? If I'm going to take my daughter and
- 42:59Speaker 1: she's not eighteen years old to a forty nine year
- 43:03Speaker 1: old icon whatever celebrity or R Kelly concert or whoever
- 43:06Speaker 1: it is, I'm not gonna put on the stage and
- 43:11Speaker 1: leave her. I'm gonna take it to the concert. Their
- 43:14Speaker 1: father is more into my music and know about my
- 43:17Speaker 1: music than they do. You're saying the parents handed their daughters,
- 43:22Speaker 1: Azurell and Jocelyn over to you. Is that what you're
- 43:24Speaker 1: saying to her? Absolutely, you're going absolutely, whoa, hey man,
- 43:32Speaker 1: it's crazy right here, it's it's this is crazy. This
- 43:35Speaker 1: is Shane. Yeah, I mean no, I mean like like
- 43:39Speaker 1: on another level of ignorant. This is this is beyond man.
- 43:44Speaker 1: You should have never done. You know, man, I think
- 43:45Speaker 1: he's he doesn't understand it the damage he's doing to himself.
- 43:50Speaker 1: Because if these parents said that, they have text messages
- 43:55Speaker 1: that can verify improve that he was with their daughter
- 43:58Speaker 1: at seventeen daughter. Yeah, that's what I mean. Yeah, the
- 44:03Speaker 1: fact that you trying. What kind of father and mother
- 44:08Speaker 1: fails their daughter, gives their daughter away to a forty
- 44:12Speaker 1: nine year old icon or celebrity whatever it is, Like me,
- 44:16Speaker 1: oh my mother, listen to me. Do you do you
- 44:20Speaker 1: hear what you're saying? What kind of icon accepts these kids? Hey? Dog,
- 44:24Speaker 1: come on home? You can't come up round me? Hey man,
- 44:29Speaker 1: let me tell you something on Family Feud. That was
- 44:33Speaker 1: a young girl on fam had the whole family. There
- 44:35Speaker 1: was some la man, really really nice family. The man
- 44:38Speaker 1: he had three daughters. We were joking the whole show
- 44:40Speaker 1: because I got four daughters, and his daughter asked me
- 44:44Speaker 1: for some vice on camera in front of everybody. I
- 44:46Speaker 1: answered the question, So the game is over right, and
- 44:49Speaker 1: we're doing the Hey, thank y'all for coming to family feud.
- 44:51Speaker 1: We'll be I'm Steve Harvey. We'll see you next time.
- 44:54Speaker 1: So we're all standing there, and she tassed me. She said,
- 44:57Speaker 1: mister Harvey, can you explain to me again what you
- 44:59Speaker 1: were saying? She was about twenty one twenty two. I said,
- 45:03Speaker 1: hold on, let me get your father over here. And
- 45:05Speaker 1: I called her daddy over there, and I say, my man,
- 45:08Speaker 1: your daughter just asked me a question. We off TV.
- 45:11Speaker 1: You want to stand here while I'm talking to you?
- 45:13Speaker 1: He said, shows do you go ahead? And then I
- 45:15Speaker 1: handled it like that because see you're not. I'm not
- 45:19Speaker 1: I'm not about to set my U can't. I don't
- 45:22Speaker 1: have conversations with men's twenty nineteen, you old kids. Man
- 45:28Speaker 1: with me, my old ass. I'm not fit to do that. Yeah,
- 45:33Speaker 1: you know, and like you remember in that Surviving or Kelly,
- 45:37Speaker 1: that was some parents and a girl went up on stage. Yeah,
- 45:42Speaker 1: is that who are talking about? I mean that's one
- 45:46Speaker 1: of them who was the little girl outside the court
- 45:49Speaker 1: that was his fan everything, but she was young. Yeah,
- 45:54Speaker 1: what ain't mom and dadda what her mom? And dadda? Man,
- 45:58Speaker 1: this is so crazy. See. All right, when we come back,
- 46:01Speaker 1: it'll be nephew Tommy up with the prank phone call
- 46:04Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 46:09Speaker 1: coming up at the top of the hour, right about
- 46:12Speaker 1: four minutes after my strawberry letter for today's subject? Is
- 46:15Speaker 1: she delusional? Or am I a hater? All right? But
- 46:20Speaker 1: right now it is a nephew here with today's prank
- 46:22Speaker 1: phone call. What you got now? Dumb it Dan? We're
- 46:26Speaker 1: gonna dumb it Dan. Well I think he did that. Yeah,
- 46:29Speaker 1: dumb it down a bit. Let's dumb it down. All right,
- 46:32Speaker 1: all right, here we go run that. That's dumb it down. Hello, Hello,
- 46:37Speaker 1: I'm trying to reach Cusha, please speaking. Who is this?
- 46:41Speaker 1: All right? Kusha? It's his mister Roland Barn assistant principal
- 46:45Speaker 1: here at academy or your daughter? Are us? She goes, yes,
- 46:51Speaker 1: what's going on? Is everything? Okay? Everything is trying to
- 46:54Speaker 1: uh well, let me be honest. It's not good. Right now.
- 46:59Speaker 1: I wanted to hall and actually have a private conversation
- 47:03Speaker 1: with you about Aisha. Oh God, all right, tell me
- 47:07Speaker 1: what's going on. What's going on, Aisha? Well, as you
- 47:11Speaker 1: know spring break is going to be coming up in March,
- 47:14Speaker 1: you do not that, right, Yeah, I'm aware of that
- 47:17Speaker 1: she's looking for Yeah, well, we have a bit of
- 47:21Speaker 1: an issue here. I have done some research and I'm
- 47:24Speaker 1: looking at all of the kids and how they're going,
- 47:26Speaker 1: how well they're doing when the school works, and i
- 47:29Speaker 1: Usha doesn't seem to be doing well as she should
- 47:32Speaker 1: be living up to the expectations of the academy. And
- 47:37Speaker 1: what we're going to have to do this spring break
- 47:40Speaker 1: is I used to will not be allowed to take
- 47:43Speaker 1: a spring break with the rest of the kids. We're
- 47:45Speaker 1: gonna need her to come into school. And there's several
- 47:48Speaker 1: kids that are not going to be able to go
- 47:51Speaker 1: on spring break, and I used to happen to be
- 47:52Speaker 1: one of them. There's at least forty to fifty kids
- 47:56Speaker 1: that will be coming to school that entire week that
- 47:59Speaker 1: spring break is the most of the kids are out
- 48:01Speaker 1: on spring break. You have to be mistaken. I mean,
- 48:04Speaker 1: my daughter is a straight age student. You can she
- 48:10Speaker 1: is actually the only at the academy man, and I
- 48:14Speaker 1: you know, I've looked at her her grades in the past.
- 48:17Speaker 1: She's had some great, so wonderful grades in the past,
- 48:20Speaker 1: and I don't know what's taking place this semester um
- 48:25Speaker 1: that she just seems to have dropped the ball. And
- 48:28Speaker 1: what we want to do is, you know, keep these
- 48:30Speaker 1: kids focused. As you know, you have to be accepted
- 48:33Speaker 1: to be here at this particular school. So you know,
- 48:36Speaker 1: it leaves me no no other outlet but to have
- 48:40Speaker 1: her come in and we're gonna buckle down and try
- 48:43Speaker 1: to get them back on track. So I wanted to
- 48:45Speaker 1: personally give you a call and let you know what's
- 48:48Speaker 1: going along in Iesa here at the academy, and we're
- 48:51Speaker 1: we're this terrible. This is absolutely terrible. I mean we
- 48:54Speaker 1: are here already in January and I'm getting a call
- 48:57Speaker 1: that my daughter is not doing good. And now you're
- 48:59Speaker 1: gonna tell me that she can't going to Spring great
- 49:00Speaker 1: trip in March if she I mean, as far as
- 49:03Speaker 1: I'm just stamin daughter straight, as straight as she's an
- 49:06Speaker 1: amazing student, she does really hard work, she always afford
- 49:10Speaker 1: to going to school, and I get a call today
- 49:11Speaker 1: that she can't go in March, Well, I mean, you
- 49:14Speaker 1: gotta be kidding me. I mean, we're I don't. Are
- 49:16Speaker 1: you going somewhere in March, ma'am, I don't. I'm you're
- 49:19Speaker 1: saying going somewhere on a trip, But are you? Are
- 49:21Speaker 1: you scheduling going on a trip? I'm not going she's
- 49:24Speaker 1: going on a trip. I'm giving her full permission to
- 49:26Speaker 1: go on a trip. Okay, Well, unfortunately, I'm requestion that
- 49:31Speaker 1: she's at school, So I don't know if your trip
- 49:35Speaker 1: costs you a lot of money or if you can
- 49:36Speaker 1: get a refund. But I'm calling you letting you know
- 49:39Speaker 1: I need her there on March eleven in the classroom
- 49:43Speaker 1: so we can buckle down and try to get her
- 49:45Speaker 1: back on track. No, what I'm telling you, I pay
- 49:47Speaker 1: for the trip, and she's going on the trip. I'm sorry.
- 49:50Speaker 1: And then i'e call because it's so late in the game.
- 49:54Speaker 1: I'm sorry, she's going on a trip. No, she's not
- 49:58Speaker 1: going on the trip. She is actually going to be
- 50:00Speaker 1: coming into school and she'll be the March eleventh, from
- 50:03Speaker 1: Monday through Friday. Now, I don't know who you're talking to.
- 50:06Speaker 1: That's my child, I'm telling but she's your child. But
- 50:10Speaker 1: she's my student, and right now, all of my students
- 50:13Speaker 1: are gonna be that are that are not doing well
- 50:16Speaker 1: in their in their classes are gonna be there during
- 50:19Speaker 1: spring breaks and they're gonna get their business together. Noelling
- 50:23Speaker 1: me like you're reprimanding me, like I'm a child. Okay,
- 50:28Speaker 1: she's gone. No, she's not going on a trip. If
- 50:31Speaker 1: you're telling me what, you're trying to over rude my position,
- 50:35Speaker 1: and that's what's not gonna happen. She has to be there.
- 50:38Speaker 1: You might as well start looking for a refund because
- 50:40Speaker 1: she's not gonna not be there, So I don't need
- 50:43Speaker 1: her there Monday through Friday of spring break so we
- 50:46Speaker 1: can get her back on course. Listen, I don't you
- 50:50Speaker 1: think you're talking to I have the ultimate position over
- 50:53Speaker 1: even you. That's my daughter. That's my daughter. I get
- 50:56Speaker 1: to tell her you what I'm doing her, and she's
- 50:59Speaker 1: going on that trip. You gott is out not singing
- 51:04Speaker 1: my door on the trip. Sorry, not happening. I'm telling
- 51:07Speaker 1: you right now, she's not going on a trip to
- 51:13Speaker 1: almost she's not. I'm gonna seek when I used it
- 51:15Speaker 1: tomorrow and let her know where You're not gonna tell
- 51:18Speaker 1: my daughter dam thing. I'm telling her. She's not going
- 51:22Speaker 1: on a spring break trip. You know why because of
- 51:24Speaker 1: grades they are not up to bar. She needs to
- 51:27Speaker 1: be more concerned about her ring and not going and
- 51:29Speaker 1: hanging out, and I'll be gagging around. Where are you're
- 51:32Speaker 1: sending her? No, it's not happening. I don want all
- 51:35Speaker 1: of my students with passing grade. And I'm a one
- 51:38Speaker 1: hundred six assistant firscibal and all my kids pass. What
- 51:42Speaker 1: are you trying to convince yourself that you're important? Is
- 51:44Speaker 1: I'm thinking me a break. He's like a baby. My
- 51:46Speaker 1: daughter is going on the trip, and that's finally hear me. Okay,
- 51:50Speaker 1: you know what I'll speak when I used to tomorrow.
- 51:52Speaker 1: No you're not, Yes, I will. Now, here's the deal.
- 51:56Speaker 1: I'll leave you this this kisha. If I used it
- 51:59Speaker 1: does not show up Monday through spring break, then maybe
- 52:03Speaker 1: you're gonna have to find out Issa another school. You're
- 52:06Speaker 1: threatening me. Now, you're threatening me. You're threatening to kick
- 52:10Speaker 1: my daughter out of school because of a spring break.
- 52:12Speaker 1: If your daughter's not here doing spring break Monday through Friday,
- 52:17Speaker 1: get out of here again, please, I'd like to see
- 52:20Speaker 1: you try that. Give me a break, mister ship. I
- 52:22Speaker 1: think this conversation is over. My next conversation will be
- 52:25Speaker 1: with Asha. Guess what she's going in spring break? She's
- 52:27Speaker 1: staying in the school. If you do something about it,
- 52:29Speaker 1: I will have people picketing outside your your school. You're
- 52:32Speaker 1: talking about nonsense. My daughter does great in school and
- 52:35Speaker 1: she's going on a trip and that's it. A school
- 52:38Speaker 1: break and stall Monday through Friday, start spring break. Maybe

- 56:17Speaker 1: has crossed the line of confidence and now she's downright delusional.
- 56:21Speaker 1: She's over forty years old, yet she lives on social
- 56:25Speaker 1: media all day, every day, constantly posting about how fine
- 56:29Speaker 1: she is and how successful she is. Neither of these
- 56:33Speaker 1: is true. Every man wants her and every woman is
- 56:37Speaker 1: jealous of her. It is embarrassing the way she dresses
- 56:41Speaker 1: and acts just to get attention and public. When people
- 56:44Speaker 1: look at her crazy for being half dressed, she quickly
- 56:47Speaker 1: checks them, and she has gotten into a fight for
- 56:50Speaker 1: flirting with some woman's man. She wears weaves and wigs,
- 56:54Speaker 1: which is fine, but they are never put on right
- 56:58Speaker 1: or they're ratty and hattered. She always gives beauty and
- 57:02Speaker 1: financial advice on her social media posts while she lives
- 57:06Speaker 1: in an apartment, works in a coffee shop, and has
- 57:09Speaker 1: to borrow money from me and other family members at
- 57:11Speaker 1: times to pay her monthly bills. I have tried to
- 57:15Speaker 1: talk to her about how she is acting and looking,
- 57:18Speaker 1: but she always says I'm jealous of her, and she
- 57:21Speaker 1: tells other family members that I am a hater. I
- 57:25Speaker 1: think she needs mental health because I know deep down
- 57:28Speaker 1: this is not how she wants to portray herself and
- 57:31Speaker 1: she has to be covering up something. The family thinks
- 57:34Speaker 1: that as long as she's happy, they're happy. So now
- 57:37Speaker 1: I'm starting to think they've turned against me too, and
- 57:41Speaker 1: I'm the only one that's concerned or I'm being a hater.
- 57:46Speaker 1: What do you think? Can you offer me any advice
- 57:48Speaker 1: on how to deal with her? Wow? Well, honestly, I
- 57:53Speaker 1: don't think you're a hater. I think you're just calling
- 57:56Speaker 1: it like you see it, and apparently like it is.
- 57:59Speaker 1: I mean, I think she is too much based on
- 58:01Speaker 1: what you said in this letter, with all the posting
- 58:03Speaker 1: and the way she dresses and flirting with other women's
- 58:08Speaker 1: men and getting into fights and all of that. And
- 58:11Speaker 1: I'm with you. I do believe that all women should
- 58:13Speaker 1: be confident and feel empowered and all of that. But
- 58:17Speaker 1: there is such a thing as way way too much
- 58:20Speaker 1: and over the top. And I think that's your cousin.
- 58:22Speaker 1: She's I agree with you again. I think she is
- 58:25Speaker 1: acting out something. I think she is covering up something.
- 58:29Speaker 1: Maybe she does have low self esteem and she's doing
- 58:32Speaker 1: this to overcompensate for how she really feels about herself.
- 58:37Speaker 1: That that could happen. I think she does try to
- 58:40Speaker 1: seek out attention, and she needs attention. I think she
- 58:42Speaker 1: needs it desperately because you say she's half dressed and
- 58:45Speaker 1: all that. But if you're a family member and if
- 58:48Speaker 1: you really want to be a friend and help her.
- 58:51Speaker 1: I think you just need to stay out of her way.
- 58:53Speaker 1: Stop criticizing her, you know, just be her, ear her
- 58:57Speaker 1: shoulder to cry on, be there for her when she
- 59:01Speaker 1: needs you. Don't criticize her, don't do any of those things.
- 59:04Speaker 1: Just be her friend, Okay, because it sounds like she
- 59:07Speaker 1: really needs a friend right now because she doesn't like
- 59:09Speaker 1: herself very much. Steve, it's hard to be a crazy
- 59:15Speaker 1: person if you ain't crazy, Yo, damn sa. Let's just
- 59:21Speaker 1: be real. If you got good sense and you had
- 59:24Speaker 1: a crazy friend, let me ask yourself how long that friendship?
- 59:27Speaker 1: Lads long? Because you can't put up with it, especially
- 59:32Speaker 1: if you got six Is she delusional? Am? I hate?
- 59:36Speaker 1: That's how the letter starts. Well, let's get to it.
- 59:39Speaker 1: I need advice on how to dealing female friend. I
- 59:42Speaker 1: believe that all women should be confident, regardless of their
- 59:46Speaker 1: looks or size. I could not agree with you more.
- 59:51Speaker 1: But my cousin is an exception to this hero. See
- 59:58Speaker 1: he or she singled out her cut. My cousin is
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: exception to this hero. She did cross the line of
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: confidence and now she's downright delusion. Now why is she delusion?
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: The latter states she over forty years old, but she
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: lived on social media all day. Every day She's constantly posted. Now,
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: listen to this show how fine she is and how
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: successful she is nither one of these. Now this is
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: a come to Jesus morc. If you're on Instagram steady
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: posted about how fine you are and how successful you are,
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: and am family member goes neither one of these things,
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: it's true, matter of fact, not a damn thing she's
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: saying is true. Then we have to wonder what what's wrong?
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: Every man wants hug and every woman is jealous, some
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: bassing how she dressed in that. She dressed like that
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: to get attention in public. People look at her crazy
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: for being half dressed. It ain't dressed as she half dressed.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: What it's what she looked like as a half dressed person. See,
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: if you finding half dressing, that ain't a bad look.
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: Don't nobody look at you crazy when you finding half dressed? Yeah,
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: but when it's just fine going on in your mind.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: People looking at her crazy, she quickly tell what the
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: hell you're looking at? They're looking at you? See as
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: she knows she looked crazy because these ain't No she
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: getn't looked at like, good man, what the hell do
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: she have on? What you think I got on? She
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: didn't got in the fights flirting with the movement's men.
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: Here's all the part. She wears weaves and wigs, which
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: is fine. Ain't nothing wrong with that, I agree, But
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: they are never put on right. Now somebody doing her head,
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: don't she probably doing it herself. Now when your wig
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: ain't put on right, Let's go over what this mean.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: That reminds me of this woman that our church names
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: Sister Sister Pattling. Sister Pattling used to just set her
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: wig on her head, and sometimes the sideburns would be
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: in the front. Now I'm sitting up in here, and
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: the side burn in the front and the side burned
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: in the back. How can you see? So you got acutely,
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: Carol coming down the front, and you got a little
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: ponytail in the back. But it's just a sideburn ponytail,
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: so you look crazy. That's when you don't put the
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: wig on wrong. When we come back, I'll tell you
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: how she didn't put this wig up. This weave in
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: that the wig, Sister Patlin put the wig on wrong.
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: I'm gonna show you when we come back. What else
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: this lab? All right, Steve, we'll have part two. I
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: know of your response coming up at twenty three after
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: the hour Today's Strawberry Letter subject? Is she delusional? Or
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: am I a hater? Right after this you're listening to show?
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: All right, Steve, come on, let's recap today's Strawberry letter
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: h and get part two of your response. I don't.
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: I could never tell in this letter if it's a
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: man or woman. I think it's a woman that wrote it. Yeah,
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: got a cousin this. She believes that all women should
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: be confident, no matter your how you your size, or
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: your looks looks. But they got a cousin. That's an
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: exception to this week. It's time for you to lose
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: some of your confidence and gonna sit your head down.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: She over farty. She posts every day on how fine
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: she is and how successful she is, and neither one
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: of these. It is true. Every man wander, every woman jealous.
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: She got it put up in her. She dressed crazy.
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: People look at her. She checked them the heir you're
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: looking at and looking at you. She wears weaves and wigs,
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: which is fine, but they ain't never put on right. Never.
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: She don't ever put them on right. Like I told you,
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: Sister Pattley used to wear her wigs sometimes with the
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: side burn in the front and the other side learned
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: being the back. So she had a little curl coming
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: down in front like Michael Jackson. And then she has
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: a little shard, little puntytail in the back. That's the
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: other side bird, and the big crown in the top.
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: Looked like she had a tall head. You got to
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: have one eye cover with that. But the front was
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: on the right side and it just looked crazy. But
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: it set on the head kind of loose. So sometimes
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: like if you was to her left and called and
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: she would turn and fit right up. Yeah, call her.
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: She would turn her head and left and be right
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: perfectly underhead. Then she go back straight. The wig just
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: kind of set there. It ain't moved. Now. Her weaves
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: they are ratty and tattered. Yeah. Now, let me tell
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: you what how you they said they ain't ever on
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: right her wigs and weave, And let me tell you
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: how she putting this weave. She's still using blue. So
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: what she doing is she picked out the hash she wanted,
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: She glued the strip herself and set it on top
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: of the rest of her head. I love how you
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: know about weaves and wigs. She got this black blue
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: and she squirted a little bit on there. Then she
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: just set it on her head. She don't the track
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: that just look at the hall. Don't worry about the track.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: She don't part it and do the comb over. She
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: sets it with the glue on it on top of
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: her head. You can see the whole damn track. But
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: you're on post to look at the track. You just
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: look at the hall. Yeah, yeah, Donna, go deep, look
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: at me, look at the back of it. She gives
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: out beauty and financial advice. She worked at a coffee
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: shop and she staying. She tired of her talking about
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: she can't helped paying her bill. I've tried to talk
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: to her about acting and looking, but she said I'm
- 1:06:42Speaker 1: jealous of her, and she tells other family members I'm
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: gonna hate him. I think she needs mental health because
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: I know deep down this is not how she wants
- 1:06:53Speaker 1: to betray herself. Oh yes see, and she has to
- 1:06:57Speaker 1: be covering up something. Well, it ain't that the track
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: not covering up. That's what she's not covering. And the
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: family thinks as long as she's happy they happened. She
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: they'd have had enough for her. So if she happy
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: to just leave her alone over that with her nuttings?
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: She nutting, this is nutts she can be Ye. Now
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: I'm starting to think they've turned against me too, and
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: I'm the only one that's concerned. Or am I being
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: a hater? Stop being concerned? She ain't concerned, family ain't concerned.
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: Sometimes you just gotta let people do them, let it
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: all happen. Can you offer me an advice on how
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: to deal with her? Just let it happen. I stay
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: out her life, let her do hard. She thinks she fine,
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: She ain't let her. Anybody gonna tell her she fine?
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: Just let her go ahead on it works out? Justifying
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: this way now she is delusion? Oh yeah, the one
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: she's writing about, the forty year old. Yeah yeah, yeah,
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: And you got to tell her to at least push
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: that we've under something and turn it though, turn it.
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: And that week you got to turn it and tape
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: it down so we can stop shifting strap. You can't
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: do it, just had your week just sitting on your head.
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: You turn right or left and it don't move. Yeah,
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: A little kind of got that sweet poly pure bred
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: hair cut. Yeah yeah, and just let her go. We
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: don't have no relatives in our family like that. My
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: family talks to you and about you, to your friend,
- 1:08:45Speaker 1: to your friend. Wait till you lead the sweetie where
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: you're going, My sweetie, sweetie, where you're going? That dress
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: don't fit you nowhere. You got everything the Lord gave you.
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: Ain't no pody posts here. We're looking at everything. Were
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: looking at it everything. And you need a spokes braul
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: or you're a spokes braun. You don't need the red.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: You need some pulling in shape it to yourself. You've
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: been running around just being slapped in your face like
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: you running track, and you need some spanks. You're not
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: familiar whish banks. You're too lumpy, old right there, you're
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: too lumpy. You need some spanks. You really need a girden.
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: What about that wig though? To listen anything about that girl?
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: You guys to take that off in your head. It's
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: heavy tool. You be better off letting Steve do your
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: hair here, No damn thing about doing he he ain't
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: got nothing. Look at him sitting over that big little
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: ball head bath. I never liked it when it cut
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: his hair. I thought it was stupid, then cut your
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: down half. I don't know hind where Marjorie let him
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: do that? What about every man wanting her and every
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: woman being jealous to her? She buy herself every time.
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: I don't know who wonta we bother to tell her
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: sitting over there with her delusional ass like she find
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: and half truck ass? Why as a cubicle sitting up
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: in here, Oh ass, all out to cubas and tell
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: me how she gonna wear Buy one of them tread
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: meals where you can stand up and walk. Why you

- 1:14:09Speaker 1: that's what they find. What Carol, what do you think
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: he did the interview in the first place, or Kelly,

- 1:14:29Speaker 1: that's what that's that's what he thought. He yea, he
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: even gonna step in the nail. He gonna say, I
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: believe I could lie. I believe that. Oh sorry, did
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: that come out of me? I'm sorry my back, But

- 1:15:04Speaker 1: But you know what, I feel bad for the parents
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: that gotta throw rocks on the window to get their

- 1:15:28Speaker 1: word for, junior? It's a disagreeable opinion. Yeah, that's one
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: of them. Give me another word, Tommy for why I
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: got a mouth on me? What is a steed? What? Henry?
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: That's a good word. I like that. Commudge. Yeah, don't
- 1:15:43Speaker 1: shut the hell up. Yeah, yeah, yeah, dude, that's a
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: good one. See you to get the damn nerves. Yes,
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: you're castic, you're oh, but it's that's a good one too.
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: That's a good one too. And see not to make
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: light of the situation, but I must because I'm a comedian.
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: You ain't gonna have me up in nowhere, and you
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: ain't win grocery shopping our Kelly talking about who eat eating?
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: You eating in front of me? And I, oh no,
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: I got to fight you now. No, it's not gonna work. Sure,
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: I wouldn't have made hum, what do you mean when
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: he said go down and get some shoes from your
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: what do you mean by it? Tommy? I was asking
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: that same question myself the others and older people that
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: I would date, Chris Tucker, Chris Tucker relative, I try
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: to highlight them. Oh, Bobby Brown got a relative. I
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: was trying. Did I get off on a tangent the
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: uncle shoes? What does he believe that I have the
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: uncle shoes under my bed and someway? Is that what
- 1:16:49Speaker 1: he's troubling? Obviously call us. He must know something about
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: me and one of his relatives. I thought it was
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: like Jeene Kelly. I didn't know it was our Kelly,
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: gene Kelly, good Dawn Forler. What y'all think? Y'all think
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: he gonna get out of it? No? I think he's
- 1:17:04Speaker 1: going to prison. Who is his defense attorney? Why you
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: let him talk like that and stay that alone and
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: get emotional? Yeah, even while putting the makeup on, he
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: was getting the motion. They were frantically trying to man.
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: Let me tell you something, when you're upset and really
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: really angry, you're not letting nobody put makeup exactly that
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: I'm doing. The cameras, which camera is right, you aren't
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: really talking that much. I accidentally stepped on Steve Gator
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: one day with my hard baby shoe and Steve get
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: out of here than so much. Ryl coming up at
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: the top of the hour. Color in the Building with

- 1:18:14Speaker 1: All right, guys, let's talk about loving hip hop New
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: York season finale, Joe Button decided to propose to his
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: girlfriend and baby mama sand Santana. It was during the
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: taping of his podcast. You know, Joe has his big
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: podcast and sometimes he has a live audience, and the
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: crowd went wild when Joe popped the question to his girlfriend,
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: and of course she said yes because you know that
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: she's been wanting him to propose. So it was very romantic. Yeah,
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: it was really really roman. Joe Button, Dunna dunna, No, right,
- 1:18:52Speaker 1: that was my jam h Keimbola and Candy. They squashed
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: their beef and now they're back girls, which is good.
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: Oh good, yes, yes, yeah, yeah, they squashed their beef
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: on the at the end of the Costa Rica trip
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: and Juelle's has been sentenced to prison twenty seven months.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: Juel's Santana, Yeah, twenty seven months for having a loaded
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: handgun and non prescription opiate peels and his carry on
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: bag when he went through security at the airport. Yeah.
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: When you have it in your bag going through an airport,
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: you could have avoided this. Yeah, yes, yeah, loaded gun,
- 1:19:42Speaker 1: I hope it was loaded. Handgun. It was loaded, yes,
- 1:19:46Speaker 1: and unauthorized opioid pe Yes. What he said something as
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: to the reason he had that, You can't you can't
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: take it through the airport. Yeah, yeah, Yeah. He tried
- 1:20:03Speaker 1: to get away by leaving the airport and attacks. Yeah
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: remember that. Yeah, what's your name on your bad right?
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: He turned himself in, but the judge gave him a
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: few days to get his things in order, and he
- 1:20:16Speaker 1: decided to marry Kimbella, the mother of his children, and
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: she's been wanting to get married as well, so they
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: threw together wedding. It was very nice, so Juelle Santana
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: Kimbella got married and Yandy was one of the bride'smaids.
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: So congratulations to them. Of course, he does he is
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: in prison. He had to report the prison. Remy Ma
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: and Pap Poose they had their baby girl and it was,
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: you know, yeah, the Golden Child. Remy Maha had a
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: very difficult pregnancy. She's had a lot of heartbreaks and
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: disappointments that she and her husband they are blessed with
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: their baby girl. They called the baby the Golden Child
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: because of all of her heartbreaks, disappointments and things issues
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: that she's had. But the baby's name is Reminisced McKenzie.
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: So congratulations. I yeah, all right, let's go Real Housewives
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: of Atlanta. So now remember on Monday the closet gate.
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: Right during my reality update, we talked about closet Gate.
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: Ninie Leaks is defending herself when you remember when she
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: ripped off the cameraman's shirt to prevent him for going
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: in and taping and filming what was happening in her
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: closet during her buy wig party where the girls, the
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: women on the show had to come to the party
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: without wearing wigs, extensions, or weaves. So Candy and Portia
- 1:21:40Speaker 1: they took it upon themselves. They wanted to go check
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: out Nini's closet because Candy said, Nini's always talking about
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: her famous wardrobe closet. Ninie went off, she did not
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: want the ladies in her closet. You know, we talked
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: about that. So she was gonna watch What Happens Live
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: and Andy Cohen asked, Ninie, did she overreact about the
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: whole situation with the whole closet gate. Take a listen,
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: did you overreact? No? I didn't not. How are you
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: going to overreact in your own home? If I tell
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: you to visit me and sit right here, you need
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: to sit right here. You don't have the right to
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: go through my house and open up my doors, my closets,
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: and my pantries, none of them. You would feel disrespectful.
- 1:22:18Speaker 1: And the one thing these girls have, they are disrespecting
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: each other's homes when they visit them. Terray's house was disrespected,
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: Kenya's house was disrespected. When you come to my house,
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: you're not going to disrespect my home. Okay. So they
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: were not in the right because you can't come in
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: someone's house. First of all, they weren't even invited upstairs.
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: They just came upstairs on their own. What do you
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: want to say to the audience who eighty two percent
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: are saying they're they're on their side. I don't give
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: a damn who sad. I saw this episode. I love it.
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: I love it. I don't give a damn about this poem.
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: I love it. And Cohen to ask the viewers, you know,
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: watch what happens lies Steve, you've been on that show, right, yeah? Yeah,
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: so yeah, he has a pole for the viewers to
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: weigh in, and so he obviously asked the viewers who side?
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: What they on? Needi or Candy's importion? I just love
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: Nini though, I love her so much right there, but
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: damn about this pole? Just straight yep. So hit me
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: up on my Carla will continue that conversation. You want
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: to hear it again? All right, what about time? Let's
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: go Ninnie? Did you overreact? Andy Cole? Did you? No?
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: I didn't not. How are you going to overreact in
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: your own home? If I tell you to visit me
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: and sit right here, you need to sit right here.
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: You don't have the right to go through my house,
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: to open up my doors, my closets, and my pantries,
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: none of that. You would feel disrespectful. And the one
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: thing these girls have they are disrespecting each other's homes
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: when they visit them. Ray's house was disrespected, Kenya's house
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: was disrespected. When you come to my house, you're not
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: going to disrespect my home. Okay. So they were not
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: in the right because you can't come in someone's house.
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: First of all, they weren't even invited upstairs. They just
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: came upstairs on their own. What do you want to
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: say to the audience went as saying, they're they're on
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: their side. I don't give a damn who said there.
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: I don't give a damn about this car facts Manaken, Yes,
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: my house, yep. So there you go. That is Reality Update.
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: I just thought that was hilarious with Niny. She just
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: kept it one. Yes, she always done. That's why people
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: love about this part about your pole. So I gotta
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: tell everyone please follow me on social media at lips
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: by Carl and we talk about reality Update. Y'all really
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: get into its dog ain't saying nothing. It's trying to
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: get Ray. Soon as you finish, Carla, Steve has just
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: look at this face like what that's that's that wont
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: to get in? You know, if you're in somebody house. Yeah,
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: they rules apply. I'm would need one on this. That's true.
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: That's true. And I'm the last person care about what
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: you think. I get so sick of what people think.
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: You know what you think? Man less Dan? Okay, yeah, no,
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: I love all right, that's it, Shirley. We will be
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: back at I call that the LTA effect. What is this?
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: That's less than all right? We'll be back with more.

- 1:26:32Speaker 1: it didn't take long for Kim Jong Oon to return
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: to his old tricks. That's right. North Korea has begun
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: rebuilding a long range missile launch site. Okay, just two
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: days after Kim summit with President Trump fell apart. Remember
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: when President Trump said, sometimes you just have to walk away. Well,
- 1:26:51Speaker 1: this is what happened. When he walked away. He walked
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: away empty hands. Yeah, empty handed. Yeah, he said, sometimes
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: you just gotta walk away. We couldn't come to an agreement.
- 1:27:00Speaker 1: Uh So, North Korea has begun rebuilding a long arrangements
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: or launch site two days after him summit with the
- 1:27:06Speaker 1: President fell apart. In Vietnam, satellites photographed construction activity at
- 1:27:11Speaker 1: the Sohey launch Fack facility. Analysts say the move may
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: indicate North Korean plans to demonstrate resolve in the face
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: of US rejection of North Korea's demand at the summit
- 1:27:24Speaker 1: to lift five U N Security Council sanctions In act,
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: these sanctions are really severe and they really really hurt
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: this population over people over there. But you gotta do
- 1:27:36Speaker 1: that when you're dealing with a dictator type of person. Absolutely,
- 1:27:39Speaker 1: But he's eating just fine if you look at him.
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: But there are a lot of people in North Korea.
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: The start suffer. Yeahs no or hack he get face? Yeah,
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: but the president, our president, going to negotiate with the
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: dictator and then when he doesn't do what he says,
- 1:28:05Speaker 1: you shocked? What? Yeah? Exactly exactly. You know, you gotta
- 1:28:09Speaker 1: sit with all rulers of the world. You gotta sit
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: with him, see if maybe you can make some sense
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: out of it. But I don't know. I mean, they've
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: you know, you gotta try to stop this idiot who
- 1:28:21Speaker 1: has this access to these weapon because if he gets
- 1:28:25Speaker 1: something started, he pressed a button, you know, I mean,
- 1:28:28Speaker 1: we got to get involved here. And who wants to
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: send their kids off anymore? Right? You know? So I
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: agree with him trying to talk. But if you think
- 1:28:37Speaker 1: you're dealing with the rational person, I think you're finding
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: out that you're not. You're not. Yeah. Um. White House
- 1:28:43Speaker 1: Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders declined to answer press questions,
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: saying the White House doesn't comment on intelligence. Steve, hang
- 1:28:51Speaker 1: in there, you keep saying, ye in there. Yeah, Well
- 1:29:00Speaker 1: I hanging in there and wanted to be Yeah, Kelly,
- 1:29:03Speaker 1: where you're going to snap one day? And other political news,
- 1:29:07Speaker 1: President Trump is yet another legal headache. State insurance regulators
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: in New York are apparently investigating him. The Department of
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: Financial Services is looking into whether President Trump inflated the
- 1:29:19Speaker 1: value of his assets to an insurance company. It has
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: issued a subpoena to an insurance broker for records dating
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: back as far as two thousand and nine. The subpoena
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: follows Michael Cohen's testimony in Congress last week, in which
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: he said that Trump had inflated the value of his properties.
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: The agency does not have authority to prosecute crimes, but
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: can turn its findings over two prosecutors, and they could
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: do it. So there you go. He went to North
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: Korea to distract from Michael Cohen's testimony, and he magnified it.
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: Yeah I did. Now, Uncle b sand is on the
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: way out of that because that security clearance button kids
- 1:29:59Speaker 1: down dropped. I know, definitely there. Yeah, I'm gonna get
- 1:30:06Speaker 1: this in really quickly. Guys. We didn't talk about this earlier,
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: but Halle Berry has some new ink on her back,
- 1:30:12Speaker 1: or so it seems. It looks like she shut it.
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: It looks like, yeah, she got a new tattoo. It's
- 1:30:18Speaker 1: a picture of a vine tattoo. It goes from the
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: neighbor of her neck down to the base of her spine.
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: She showed it off on Instagram yesterday on her Instagram
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: up put it up to see it. We'll be back
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: with more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show right after
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: this boo you're listening to show. So. R Kelly is
- 1:30:41Speaker 1: back in custody at Cook County Jail for failure to
- 1:30:45Speaker 1: pay his back child support one hundred and sixty one
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: thousand dollars in full to get out, and he's due
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: back in court on March thirteenth. During his interview with
- 1:30:54Speaker 1: the Wonderful Gail King, r Kelly denied the allegations against him.
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: He was visibly emotional throughout the interview. At one point
- 1:31:03Speaker 1: he was raising his voice, he was standing up, and
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: at another he was talking through tears. R Kelly claims
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: that the parents of the women that he lives with.
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: He lives with two women. He calls them his girlfriends.
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: The parents willingly handed their daughters over to him and
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: raised objections only when they stopped getting paid. Take a listen,
- 1:31:22Speaker 1: Azreel Clary, what can you tell? What is your relationship
- 1:31:25Speaker 1: with her? Right now? I'm seeing her, you were seeing this.
- 1:31:28Speaker 1: She's twenty one. I'm seeing her she's twenty one. Yeah,
- 1:31:31Speaker 1: but did you start seeing her at seventeen? Absolutely? Did
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: you have sex with her when she was seventeen? Absolutely not,
- 1:31:37Speaker 1: although her parents wanted me to know, her parents saying
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: they have text messages that showed that you had sex
- 1:31:42Speaker 1: with her seventeen. Claim. So you're saying you did not
- 1:31:46Speaker 1: have sex with her about not? You were with two
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: women right now. You love them, they say they love you.
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: What kind of love is it that keeps these these
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: young women away from their families. I'm talking right now
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: about Jocelyn because you know how you're gonna answer your question,
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: what kind of father, what kind of mother will sell
- 1:32:10Speaker 1: their daughter to a man who did that? How come
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: it was okay for me to see them until they
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: wasn't getting no money from it? Why would you take
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: your daughter? If I'm gonna take my daughter and she's
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: nineteen years old to a forty nine year old icon
- 1:32:26Speaker 1: whatever celebrity or R Kelly concert or whoever it is,
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: I'm not gonna put on the stage and leave her.
- 1:32:35Speaker 1: I'm gonna take her to the concert. Their father is
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: more into my music and know about my music than
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: they do. You're saying that the parents handed their daughters,
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: Azarell and Jocelyn over to you. Is that what you're
- 1:32:47Speaker 1: saying to her? Absolutely, you're going absolutely, whoa, hey man,
- 1:32:54Speaker 1: it's right, it's it's this is crazy. This is a shame. Yeah.
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: I mean no, I mean like like on another level
- 1:33:02Speaker 1: of ignorant. This is this is beyond man. You know, man,
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: I think he's he doesn't understand it, the damage he's
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: doing to himself, the fact that you trying. What kind
- 1:33:15Speaker 1: of father and mother seals their daughter, gives their daughter
- 1:33:20Speaker 1: away to a forty nine year old icon or celebrity
- 1:33:25Speaker 1: whatever it is? Like me, oh man, my mom, listen
- 1:33:28Speaker 1: to me. Do you do you hear what you're saying?
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: What kind of icon accepts these kids? Hey? Dog, come
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: on home, dogs, you can't come up round me. Hey man,
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: let me tell you something on Family Feud that was
- 1:33:42Speaker 1: a young girl on fam had a whole family. There
- 1:33:44Speaker 1: was some la man, really really nice family. The man

- 1:34:59Speaker 1: to succeed with want. I want you all to start
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: thinking about your goals, your visions, and your dreams, and
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: I want you to think of them like their long overdue.
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: Have you wanted something for so long that you think
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: that it's long overdue. Have you ever dreamt of something
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: so many times and it's yet to happen that you
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: kind of feel like it's long overdue. I want you
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: to take that feeling that it's long overdue, and I
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: want you to internalize that feeling, because what I want
- 1:35:50Speaker 1: you to do is I want you to take that

- 1:36:52Speaker 1: to throw temptation in your path, to test you all
- 1:36:56Speaker 1: along the way. All God needs us to do is
- 1:37:01Speaker 1: past these tests. You're not gonna pass all of them,
