- 0:01Speaker 1: We have so much to cover on the show, including
- 0:04Speaker 1: the latest coming from the courtroom, as the Utah judge
- 0:09Speaker 1: is informed Tyler Robinson that he could in fact face
- 0:13Speaker 1: the death penalty if convicted of aggravated murder. Here is
- 0:17Speaker 1: what was said moments ago in that courtroom.
- 0:21Speaker 2: One aggravated murder a capital felony and violation of Utah
- 0:25Speaker 2: Code annotated seventy six Dash five Dash two two in
- 0:30Speaker 2: that on September tenth, twenty twenty five, in Utah County,
- 0:34Speaker 2: the defendant, Tyler James Robinson intentionally or knownly caused the
- 0:38Speaker 2: death of Charlie Kirk under the following circumstances. The defendant
- 0:43Speaker 2: knowingly created a great risk of death to another individual
- 0:47Speaker 2: other than Charlie Kirk, and the defendant notice conviction of
- 0:52Speaker 2: this offense may carry the death penalty. We're pursued to
- 0:55Speaker 2: Utah Code seventy six y three Dash two O seven
- 0:58Speaker 2: point seven mandatory term of imprisonment for life without parole,
- 1:04Speaker 2: or an indeterminate term of not less than twenty five
- 1:08Speaker 2: years that may be for life.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Tyler Robinson could face the death penalty of convicted of
- 1:14Speaker 1: aggravated murder. You could hear the judge, they're making it
- 1:17Speaker 1: very clear that this is how serious the state is
- 1:23Speaker 1: going to go after him. It is very obvious that
- 1:27Speaker 1: there is a major push for the death penlting. I
- 1:30Speaker 1: also want to be clear, I am in favor of
- 1:33Speaker 1: the death penalty. In fact, I do not believe that
- 1:35Speaker 1: we use the death penalty often enough, and I believe
- 1:37Speaker 1: many times it takes so long even when the death
- 1:40Speaker 1: penalty is used that it is not a deterrent the
- 1:43Speaker 1: way that it should be in this country. But if
- 1:46Speaker 1: you want to stop the political violence that we are
- 1:49Speaker 1: witnessing in this country, and I believe that, unfortunately, this
- 1:53Speaker 1: political violence is the new trend, I believe it's a
- 1:56Speaker 1: new trend like school shootings. I said this earlier this
- 2:00Speaker 1: week on TV. These psychopaths used to do the school
- 2:03Speaker 1: shootings because that's what quote made them famous, and then
- 2:07Speaker 1: we stopped using their names and making them famous after
- 2:09Speaker 1: the school shootings happen.
- 2:11Speaker 3: It used to be you could remember the shooter's names.
- 2:13Speaker 1: And now I believe that these radical extremists on the
- 2:16Speaker 1: left who have been radicalized by I want to be clear,
- 2:20Speaker 1: the Democratic Party, and I'm going to lay my evidence
- 2:25Speaker 1: for that argument in just a moment, but they now
- 2:29Speaker 1: have decided if we can't debate you, we'll just kill you.
- 2:34Speaker 1: If we can't beat you on election day, we'll just
- 2:39Speaker 1: silence you with a bullet. The same party, by the way,
- 2:42Speaker 1: that claims are in favor of gun control, is the
- 2:44Speaker 1: party now and their followers that are using weapons, as
- 2:49Speaker 1: they would say, weapons of war to take out their
- 2:52Speaker 1: political opponents, including going after our president Donald Trump.
- 2:58Speaker 3: There's also been a Grand.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Debate, which is disgusting to me on TV, a debate
- 3:04Speaker 1: about well, we're not really sure what motivated this individual,
- 3:09Speaker 1: are you insane? We know exactly who motivated this individual.
- 3:14Speaker 1: It was a radical left and yes, those leaders are Democrats.
- 3:19Speaker 1: We have a montage, not one, but two montages of
- 3:22Speaker 1: elected Democrats calling Republican fascists and threats to America. And
- 3:28Speaker 1: it's time we start calling those Democrats out by name.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Representative Dina Titis, Nevada first District, Representative Susie Lee, Nevada
- 3:38Speaker 1: third District Represented Marie Lusen camp Perez, Washington third District
- 3:44Speaker 1: Representative Derek Trand California forty fifth Representative day Men California
- 3:50Speaker 1: forty seventh Representative Gabe Vasquez, New Mexico second, Representative aunt
- 3:57Speaker 1: Adam Gray, California thirteenth district, Representative Josh Harder California ninth,
- 4:03Speaker 1: Representative Eugene Vendman Virginia eighth, Representative Josh Riley New York nineteenth,
- 4:11Speaker 1: and Representative Laura Gillen, New York fourth. All of those
- 4:15Speaker 1: Democrats have referred to conservatives and leaders and our side
- 4:21Speaker 1: of the aisle as fascists. That is what they believe.
- 4:26Speaker 1: The media, by the way, and the media commentators have
- 4:29Speaker 1: gotten in on it as well. They have no problem
- 4:33Speaker 1: talking about fascists and every other name under the sun,
- 4:37Speaker 1: including calling us Hitler and saying that if and again,
- 4:43Speaker 1: let's go to Hitler. If you ask people a question,
- 4:46Speaker 1: if you could kill Adolf Hitler earlier in life, would
- 4:48Speaker 1: you do it? The answer is for a lot of
- 4:50Speaker 1: people yes, And that's why they call you Hitler. That's
- 4:54Speaker 1: why they call you a Nazi, because they're hoping that
- 4:58Speaker 1: some crazy this individual will follow through on their mission.
- 5:04Speaker 1: They're lighting the match, they're pouring the gasoline, and they're
- 5:09Speaker 1: wanting someone else to explode it. I want you to
- 5:13Speaker 1: listen to this montage of the Democratic Party going all
- 5:17Speaker 1: in on the word fascists.
- 5:19Speaker 4: That wild Donald Trump was president. He said he wanted
- 5:23Speaker 4: generals like Adolf Hitler had just to be here.
- 5:27Speaker 5: When you said, we do agree.
- 5:29Speaker 6: President Biden believes that Donald Trump is an Actually, I mean.
- 5:32Speaker 7: Yes, you've said, he said himself.
- 5:35Speaker 8: The former president has said he is going to be
- 5:37Speaker 8: a dictator on day one.
- 5:39Speaker 9: We cannot ignore that, we cannot.
- 5:42Speaker 7: Do you think Donald Trump is a fascist?
- 5:44Speaker 3: Yes?
- 5:44Speaker 10: I do, Yes, I do.
- 5:46Speaker 5: President Franklin Roosevelt was appalled that neo Nazis fascists in
- 5:51Speaker 5: America we're lining up to essentially pledge their support for
- 5:58Speaker 5: the kind of government that they we're seeing in Germany.
- 6:02Speaker 9: Listen, I am concerned that this race is tight in
- 6:05Speaker 9: general for whatever reason, even if Americans didn't understand that
- 6:10Speaker 9: he is a threat to tire democracy and that he
- 6:13Speaker 9: is a fascist in his.
- 6:14Speaker 11: Default, of course, is a fascist like tendency during the
- 6:17Speaker 11: time that he can have a cognitive ability. And that's
- 6:21Speaker 11: not an accusation that I'm making. That's an accusation that
- 6:24Speaker 11: comes from people who have worked for him at the
- 6:26Speaker 11: most senior levels.
- 6:27Speaker 12: You've never had in the history of the country. A
- 6:30Speaker 12: president want to be like Adolf Hitler. I mean that's
- 6:33Speaker 12: just such an extraordinary statement that have come from now
- 6:36Speaker 12: a number of people that it should cause everybody in
- 6:38Speaker 12: America to stop and think about how devastatingly impossible that
- 6:43Speaker 12: is to contemplate.
- 6:44Speaker 13: It's a joyful campaign, but it is reflecting off who
- 6:48Speaker 13: they are running against, a dark, dismal, fascist and increasingly
- 6:54Speaker 13: obviously fascist person.
- 6:57Speaker 10: We are on the eve of an authority Tarrian administration.
- 7:02Speaker 10: This is what twenty first century fascism is starting to
- 7:06Speaker 10: look like.
- 7:07Speaker 14: So as important as it is that we are doing
- 7:09Speaker 14: the work of resistance against Donald Trump and this hostile
- 7:14Speaker 14: administration and this hostile government takeover. In this march towards extremism.
- 7:18Speaker 15: Donald Trump and the Miga Republicans represented extremism that threatens
- 7:24Speaker 15: the very foundations of our republic.
- 7:27Speaker 7: Are they a threat to democracy?
- 7:28Speaker 16: Yes?
- 7:28Speaker 7: Are they going to take our rights away?
- 7:30Speaker 3: Yes?
- 7:30Speaker 7: Are they going to put people's lives endangered? Yes? Are
- 7:32Speaker 7: they going to endanger the planet by not dealing with
- 7:34Speaker 7: climate change? Yes, They're going to do all that.
- 7:36Speaker 8: Needs to be unrest in the streets for as long
- 7:38Speaker 8: as there's unrest in our lives, and unfortunately there's way
- 7:41Speaker 8: to go around.
- 7:42Speaker 17: I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings of
- 7:44Speaker 17: all of the country.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Maybe there will be.
- 7:46Speaker 15: It's a it's a genuine danger to American security.
- 7:50Speaker 11: Well is what taking this kind of fascism looks like.
- 7:54Speaker 17: Comparing the tactics of Donald Trump to Mussolini and Hitler
- 8:00Speaker 17: as a very legitimate thing.
- 8:01Speaker 9: We have a Timo' Hitler and the White House right now.
- 8:05Speaker 9: I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the
- 8:09Speaker 9: White House.
- 8:10Speaker 2: They're still going to have to go out and put
- 8:11Speaker 2: a bullet in Donald Trump.
- 8:12Speaker 7: And that's a fact.
- 8:13Speaker 18: The thing we were all warning about for the last
- 8:15Speaker 18: few years is not coming.
- 8:16Speaker 3: It is here.
- 8:17Speaker 18: We do now live in a country that has an
- 8:19Speaker 18: authoritarian leader in charge. We have a consolidating dictatorship in
- 8:24Speaker 18: our country.
- 8:25Speaker 14: And what we're seeing play out here is Donald Trump's
- 8:28Speaker 14: promise to be a dictator.
- 8:29Speaker 7: On day one. Trump has seemingly never met a dictator
- 8:33Speaker 7: he doesn't like. It's some real dictator type stuff.
- 8:35Speaker 6: The American people will have to decide that they are
- 8:38Speaker 6: the last in the line of defense against Donald Trump
- 8:42Speaker 6: and an American fascist.
- 8:43Speaker 17: What is happening right now with this presidential attack on judges.
- 8:48Speaker 7: We live in a fascist dictatorship. This is where we are.
- 8:51Speaker 9: You have to call a thing what it is and
- 8:53Speaker 9: be definitional about it.
- 8:54Speaker 11: You know, maggot doesn't mean anything other than if you
- 8:56Speaker 11: go back.
- 8:56Speaker 17: It's what fascists used to say.
- 8:59Speaker 7: I've been tweeting for over a year daily reminder. Today's
- 9:02Speaker 7: GOP is no longer a political movement.
- 9:04Speaker 17: It is a fascist movement that has embraced white nationalism.
- 9:08Speaker 19: Here's the guy who said stand back and stand by
- 9:11Speaker 19: to the proud boys. Look at what he's doing last night.
- 9:14Speaker 19: As you note that, you know more or less salutes
- 9:18Speaker 19: that are either QAnon are almost looked like Nazism.
- 9:23Speaker 1: I am going to put that in our podcast so
- 9:27Speaker 1: that you can share it and next time you see
- 9:32Speaker 1: democrats claim that they have not called us fascists, that
- 9:36Speaker 1: they have not created an environment where these young radicals
- 9:41Speaker 1: on the left are trying to kill our leaders, where
- 9:44Speaker 1: they're coming after people that just are advocating for a
- 9:48Speaker 1: grand debate like Charlie Kirk or the assassination attempt on
- 9:51Speaker 1: the President Donald Trump. I want you to remind them
- 9:55Speaker 1: in the four minutes that I just played that this
- 9:59Speaker 1: is the biggest leaders and the president at the time,
- 10:04Speaker 1: Joe Biden, his Vice President, his White House Press secretary.
- 10:11Speaker 1: You could hear the famous voices the highest levels of
- 10:16Speaker 1: the Democratic Party have been saying this. If you don't
- 10:21Speaker 1: think it was on purpose and that this was a
- 10:25Speaker 1: clearly orchestrated decision by the communist, socialist Marxist Democratic Party
- 10:34Speaker 1: to inspire shooters assassins to do their dirty work for them,
- 10:43Speaker 1: You're not paying attention. And where do they get their
- 10:47Speaker 1: microphone from to say the things that I just played
- 10:50Speaker 1: for you. I didn't go to their websites to find
- 10:53Speaker 1: it at the White House dot gov. I didn't go
- 10:55Speaker 1: to Kamala Harris's Twitter page. No, this was from the
- 11:01Speaker 1: You have to understand how orchestrated this narrative was. You
- 11:08Speaker 1: had the highest leaders and the Democratic Party who decided
- 11:13Speaker 1: to get everyone in their party that had power to
- 11:16Speaker 1: say this over and over and over and over again,
- 11:20Speaker 1: to normalize this type of speech, this type of political hate.
- 11:26Speaker 1: And then they went to the media and they said,
- 11:29Speaker 1: we need you to be our messenger. We need you
- 11:33Speaker 1: to be the one sounding the alarm. We need you
- 11:37Speaker 1: to normalize what we're trying to say so it doesn't
- 11:39Speaker 1: seem crazy that we say it over and over again
- 11:44Speaker 1: and that is exactly what they did. And so now
- 11:48Speaker 1: here we are. We have my friend Charlie Kirk, it's
- 11:52Speaker 1: been assassinated, and we've had a present that literally has
- 11:55Speaker 1: been shot in an attempted assassination. And if you don't
- 12:00Speaker 1: think they have a list of others that they wish
- 12:03Speaker 1: or hope or want to be shot, you're not paying attention.
- 12:06Speaker 1: They want all of us dead that have a microphone,
- 12:10Speaker 1: that are powerful.
- 12:11Speaker 3: They want all of us that speak.
- 12:13Speaker 1: Truth to be dead. How do I know it because
- 12:17Speaker 1: of the last four minutes that I just played for you.
- 12:21Speaker 1: I will put this in my podcast. It will be
- 12:23Speaker 1: in the Levin podcast tomorrow as well. You can download
- 12:27Speaker 1: it and share it. Ben ferguson podcasts. Hell, I'll put
- 12:30Speaker 1: it in the forty seven Morning Up, Maate. The one
- 12:32Speaker 1: I do that is about the White House every day
- 12:34Speaker 1: because this is where we have to expose them for
- 12:38Speaker 1: who they are. And notice I didn't start with all
- 12:40Speaker 1: the congress people. I'm going to play them for you
- 12:43Speaker 1: in a minute. I started with the President, the Vice president,
- 12:48Speaker 1: the leadership of the Democratic Party. They did this America,
- 12:52Speaker 1: and we need to hold them accountable, and we need
- 12:55Speaker 1: to hold the media accountable. For allowing it to happen,
- 12:58Speaker 1: to normalize it to the point where then there are
- 13:01Speaker 1: people that are taking up arms. They're saying, who is next?
- 13:05Speaker 1: I want to talk to you about my friends over
- 13:06Speaker 1: at Patriot Mobile. You've got a lot of choices for
- 13:09Speaker 1: cell phone service, with new ones popping up all the time.
- 13:13Speaker 1: But if you want to make a difference and you
- 13:15Speaker 1: want to stop giving your money to liberal companies, well,
- 13:19Speaker 1: one way you can do that is by getting rid
- 13:21Speaker 1: of Liberal Mobile you probably have right now. That is
- 13:24Speaker 1: where hundreds of thousands of Americans are now coming together
- 13:28Speaker 1: and have made Patriot Mobile what they are today. They've
- 13:31Speaker 1: been in service now for thirteen years, and right now
- 13:35Speaker 1: is the best time ever to switch, because it's never
- 13:38Speaker 1: been easier. Now, before I tell you about that, I
- 13:41Speaker 1: want you to know why switching is so important. Because
- 13:44Speaker 1: every time you make a call, every time you send
- 13:46Speaker 1: a text, and every time that you pay your bill,
- 13:48Speaker 1: you're actually standing up for the values you believe in.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Your First and your Second Amendment rights, the rights of
- 13:54Speaker 1: unborn children, and you stand with our military, our veterans,
- 13:57Speaker 1: are wounded warriors and are fallen sold your families. Because
- 14:01Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile takes about five percent of your bill every
- 14:03Speaker 1: month at no extra cost to you, and they give
- 14:06Speaker 1: it back to these organizations that fight for our values. Now,
- 14:11Speaker 1: let's talk about switching. It has never been easier. You
- 14:13Speaker 1: can keep your same number, keep your same phone, or upgrade.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile's got a one hundred percent US based customer
- 14:20Speaker 1: service team and literally they can now with technology, get

- 14:30Speaker 1: no worries. Patriot Mobile has a contract buyout program and
- 14:34Speaker 1: this is how we win, folks by aligning our spinning

- 15:07Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven to two, Patriot.
- 15:12Speaker 1: What got us to this point, It was the leadership
- 15:14Speaker 1: of the Democratic Party, and the Democratic Party decided a
- 15:18Speaker 1: long time ago that what they were gonna do is
- 15:20Speaker 1: they were gonna indoctrinate young people to believe that anyone
- 15:24Speaker 1: they disagree with is a is truly an enemy, and
- 15:27Speaker 1: anyone that they disagree with you are justified in taking
- 15:33Speaker 1: out That is what this is. And anyone that disagrees
- 15:38Speaker 1: with me go back and listen to the montage that
- 15:41Speaker 1: I just played for you. I also know it's working
- 15:44Speaker 1: because of what we're witnessing now. And what we are
- 15:49Speaker 1: witnessing now is Democrats who are I call them like
- 15:56Speaker 1: low level democrats who are echoing what the party has said.
- 16:02Speaker 1: There's a seven and a half minute montage that I
- 16:04Speaker 1: just retweeted, by the way of elected Democrats calling Republicans
- 16:09Speaker 1: fascists and threats to America. Now, these people are doing
- 16:12Speaker 1: it because of the montage that I just played you
- 16:15Speaker 1: of the leadership of the Democratic Party, including the former president,
- 16:19Speaker 1: vice president and many other top level leaders like the
- 16:22Speaker 1: highest of the highest the Democratic Party saying that well,
- 16:25Speaker 1: we're a bunch of fascists, that Trump's a fascists that
- 16:28Speaker 1: we got to stop the fascists. Go back to the
- 16:31Speaker 1: inscriptions on the bullets. It wasn't an accident, folks, the
- 16:35Speaker 1: words that were chosen to be inscripted on those bullet casings.
- 16:40Speaker 1: And if you don't think the minions of the Democratic
- 16:43Speaker 1: Party are buying this stuff, well, listen to Representative a
- 16:47Speaker 1: Democrat Dina Titus, Nevada first District in her Nevada victory
- 16:53Speaker 1: early vote speech to the voters in Nevada. Here's what
- 17:00Speaker 1: she said.
- 17:01Speaker 16: You gotta stand up and fight back against those mega Republicans,
- 17:11Speaker 16: I said, Megan, now, not magot. We gotta fight against
- 17:17Speaker 16: the homophobes in their party. We gotta fight back against
- 17:24Speaker 16: the election denials, and we gotta fight back against all
- 17:30Speaker 16: those mega supporters.
- 17:32Speaker 3: We got to fight back.
- 17:35Speaker 1: You demonize us and it makes it easier for a
- 17:39Speaker 1: young person to pick up a gun and try to
- 17:41Speaker 1: kill us. I want to give you a stat just
- 17:46Speaker 1: to put this into perspective, and I want you to
- 17:48Speaker 1: listen to how quickly we have been desensitized to political violence.
- 17:56Speaker 1: And you say, well, hold on, is that? Have we
- 17:58Speaker 1: really been desensitized to it? Generationally? We have generation by
- 18:04Speaker 1: generation by generation we are now witnessing a hard core
- 18:12Speaker 1: desensitizing to the idea that you can just kill anybody
- 18:21Speaker 1: that you think is a threat to what you believe in.
- 18:26Speaker 1: It's not what, by the way, makes this country amazing.
- 18:30Speaker 1: And Democrats are like, no, no, no, it's okay, Like you
- 18:33Speaker 1: can go out there and if whether it's Trump or
- 18:36Speaker 1: Charlie Kirker, anybody else that that you don't like, that's
- 18:40Speaker 1: a conservative things that you don't like. One of the
- 18:44Speaker 1: first things that Democrats did, they decided to desensitize people
- 18:48Speaker 1: to violence before they got to killing.
- 18:52Speaker 3: How do I know this because of their track record.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Let's go back to the desensitizing of the left to
- 18:59Speaker 1: the eye idea.
- 19:00Speaker 3: Of even using violence.
- 19:02Speaker 1: And when you get violent, you got to get people
- 19:04Speaker 1: to point where you can justify the violence. So step one,
- 19:08Speaker 1: you start things like black Lives matter, and then you
- 19:11Speaker 1: add the word riots to it, and then the and
- 19:13Speaker 1: what did the media do. They're like, oh no, no,
- 19:15Speaker 1: Like I know they're burning stuff down, Like I know
- 19:17Speaker 1: they're burned down cities and convenience stores, and and I
- 19:21Speaker 1: know that they're burning those car police cars behind us
- 19:24Speaker 1: in that police station. But it's mostly peaceful, AKA, well
- 19:28Speaker 1: this is justified, and so you had the Black Lives
- 19:32Speaker 1: Matter riots. Then they said all right, let's burn down
- 19:34Speaker 1: some more stuff, and it moved into Antifa. Then it
- 19:38Speaker 1: moved into church shootings, then it moved into Trump assassination
- 19:43Speaker 1: attempt number one.
- 19:46Speaker 3: Then it moved to.
- 19:47Speaker 1: The Charlie Kirk assassination. And before that, by the way,
- 19:50Speaker 1: we had just a couple months ago, remember the Tesla vandalisms,
- 19:53Speaker 1: like we normalize like literally bombing Tesla dealerships, putting bombs
- 20:00Speaker 1: into cars and blowing things up. Then we had the
- 20:04Speaker 1: normalizing of the pro life pregnancy center fires where you
- 20:07Speaker 1: could just burn down a pro life center. Then we
- 20:11Speaker 1: normalize not we let's be clear, the left normalize the
- 20:15Speaker 1: attacks on ICE agents and it was justifiable to want
- 20:20Speaker 1: to attack or shoot ICE agents.
- 20:23Speaker 3: Remember that happened.
- 20:26Speaker 1: There were ICE agents that were shot and shot at
- 20:29Speaker 1: going in and out their place of work.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Remember that.
- 20:31Speaker 1: Then we were doxing them and we were threatening to
- 20:34Speaker 1: kill their kids and their wives and targeting their homes.
- 20:37Speaker 3: We normalize that, right.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Because if you disagree with them, will you just got
- 20:39Speaker 1: there and you'd kill them. We've normalized attacks on police
- 20:43Speaker 1: officers well, police are bad. We got to defund the police.
- 20:45Speaker 1: We gotta, we gotta, we gotta get rid of the police.
- 20:48Speaker 1: We gotta have bail reform, prisoning form, we gotta advocate
- 20:50Speaker 1: for criminal activity. Hell then we even saw the attacks
- 20:55Speaker 1: on federal courthouses. And this is not the list. Matt Walsh,
- 21:02Speaker 1: by the way, put out a great list. I'm pulling
- 21:04Speaker 1: from part of that now. He said, quote, this is
- 21:08Speaker 1: merely a partial list. Nearly all of the politically motivated
- 21:11Speaker 1: violence in Americas committed by one side. This is not
- 21:14Speaker 1: a both sides thing. This is a one sided thing.
- 21:17Speaker 1: He is correct. You go back to what Elon Musk
- 21:22Speaker 1: put out, quote, they don't kill you because you're a Nazi.
- 21:26Speaker 1: They call you a Nazi so that they can what
- 21:30Speaker 1: so that they can kill you. Why did they kill
- 21:34Speaker 1: Charlie Kirk Because he was a man that they had dehumanized.
- 21:40Speaker 1: And the right they are dehumanizing, and the police they
- 21:42Speaker 1: are dehumanizing, and the and the pregnancy crisis they are dehumanizing.
- 21:46Speaker 1: And the churches they and Christians, Christians they have dehumanized.
- 21:52Speaker 1: What was Charlie Kirk's crime asking people to disagree with him,
- 21:56Speaker 1: to come have a conversation with him. I was if
- 21:58Speaker 1: I would have done this show last week, I would
- 22:00Speaker 1: have been very sad and I would have been choked
- 22:02Speaker 1: up a lot. I am now at the point where
- 22:05Speaker 1: I am doubling down and I am hell bent on
- 22:10Speaker 1: fighting the radical left that is absolutely trying to destroy
- 22:14Speaker 1: this country and silence anyone that they believe gets in
- 22:17Speaker 1: their way. By the way, I know what it's like
- 22:21Speaker 1: to have your life targeted. I was a target of
- 22:26Speaker 1: a gang initiation. They tried to take my life. I
- 22:30Speaker 1: have been shot at from point blank range. I had
- 22:35Speaker 1: to shoot back, oddly enough, in the place of the
- 22:36Speaker 1: President sending the National Guard to Memphis, Tennessee, because I
- 22:39Speaker 1: stood up to the gangs that were destroying Memphis, Tennessee,
- 22:44Speaker 1: and I started to expose the gangs in Memphis, Tennessee
- 22:47Speaker 1: and the leadership of the gangs Memphis, Tennessee and what
- 22:51Speaker 1: they were doing to my hometown. And it almost cost
- 22:54Speaker 1: me my life. I've had a gun put to the
- 22:58Speaker 1: side of my head, I've had a gun pointed at me,
- 23:01Speaker 1: and I've been run off the road for one And
- 23:06Speaker 1: what was my crime speaking out on the radio, by
- 23:08Speaker 1: the way, on the same radio station the people in
- 23:10Speaker 1: Memphis are hearing me right now. You know what the
- 23:12Speaker 1: police told me when I called him. They told me
- 23:14Speaker 1: we don't do high speed chases. We need you to
- 23:16Speaker 1: pull over and wait for us. I said, there's a
- 23:18Speaker 1: guy chasing me with a gun out the window. What
- 23:21Speaker 1: you need to understand about the left is they are
- 23:23Speaker 1: dehumanizing us, so then they can inspire this younger generation.
- 23:27Speaker 3: To kill us.
- 23:30Speaker 1: What did Charlie do that made them angry? He believed
- 23:32Speaker 1: in traditional marriage, he said, get married. He believed in
- 23:35Speaker 1: a traditional family. He said, have children. He said, build
- 23:38Speaker 1: a legacy. That's what they're most threatened by. He wanted
- 23:42Speaker 1: to pass down his values to his family and to
- 23:45Speaker 1: his friends. Well, they don't like that, got to kill him.
- 23:48Speaker 1: He wanted them to pursue eternal life with Jesus as
- 23:51Speaker 1: your lord and savior. He said, seek true joy, and
- 23:55Speaker 1: he said, eventually we will replace the nihilis. And that's
- 23:58Speaker 1: when they're like, no, can't have ye gotta kill him.
- 24:02Speaker 1: By the way, we had some really cool things happened
- 24:03Speaker 1: this last week. We had a lot of people that
- 24:07Speaker 1: came together. There has been in some ways a turn.
- 24:11Speaker 3: Here.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Look at Sunday, a couple of years ago, it was
- 24:14Speaker 1: like black lives Matter everything in two national anthems. But
- 24:18Speaker 1: this last Sunday, what happened. There was a lot of
- 24:21Speaker 1: teams that honored Charlie Kirk. NFL football teams, by the way,
- 24:25Speaker 1: they figured out a lot of the people buying their
- 24:27Speaker 1: tickets are actually conservatives. But here's what you also need
- 24:31Speaker 1: to know. A lot of it was done, probably in
- 24:33Speaker 1: somewhat protests. According to the New York Posts, listen carefully,
- 24:40Speaker 1: the Bengals, the Lions, the Colts, and the Ravens. Cincinnati Bengals,
- 24:46Speaker 1: Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts, and the Baltimore Ravens. I say,
- 24:51Speaker 1: those cities go look at who's running them? Are sighted
- 24:54Speaker 1: as The teams that did not hold moments of silence
- 24:59Speaker 1: for Charlie Kirk, well, the other teams did. NBC Sports
- 25:04Speaker 1: and Pro Football Talk confirmed that in the nine early
- 25:08Speaker 1: Sunday games, those four teams did not tribute. Those games
- 25:14Speaker 1: were Cincinnati versus Jaguars. Yeah, the Bengals said no. The
- 25:18Speaker 1: Bears versus the Lions, the Lions said no, we're not
- 25:20Speaker 1: gonna We're not gonna celebrate this guy. The Browns versus
- 25:24Speaker 1: the Ravens Ravens said the same thing, and why Well,
- 25:27Speaker 1: here's what the NFL had stated. The NFL had stated
- 25:30Speaker 1: that after a league mandated tribute before one game, each
- 25:34Speaker 1: team will have was left free to choose whether to
- 25:38Speaker 1: hold a tribute or a moment of silence in their
- 25:40Speaker 1: subsequent games. So, in other words, we're gonna check the box.
- 25:43Speaker 9: Now.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Thank goodness, there's some team owners out there that actually
- 25:46Speaker 1: aren't insane. But I would say to those teams that
- 25:49Speaker 1: didn't do it, f those teams, which brings me the
- 25:53Speaker 1: next point that I said a moment ago, and I
- 25:55Speaker 1: want to get to this because it's really important. I'd
- 25:58Speaker 1: said earlier that the day Democratic Party, and I go
- 26:01Speaker 1: back to the montage that I played for you earlier
- 26:04Speaker 1: of the biggest leaders in the Democratic Party calling for
- 26:07Speaker 1: political violence. Now you say, well, hold on, Ben, they
- 26:11Speaker 1: didn't actually say go kill some might know. They just
- 26:13Speaker 1: said you're fascist, you're hitler, you're a Nazi. You want
- 26:17Speaker 1: to know how to impact that's had on young people?
- 26:19Speaker 1: All right, let's go through the new polling data. Political
- 26:21Speaker 1: violence quote is never acceptable. Baby boomer boomers were still
- 26:26Speaker 1: saying ninety three percent of baby boomers say political violence
- 26:29Speaker 1: is never acceptable. But here's where the deterioration of the family,
- 26:34Speaker 1: the home, and values has happened, and how the media
- 26:36Speaker 1: and the left are grabbing the minds of young people
- 26:39Speaker 1: who are now the killers. Gen X eighty six percent.
- 26:43Speaker 1: So the number drops from ninety three to eighty six percent.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Political violence is never acceptable, gen X eighty six percent.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Political violence is never acceptable.
- 26:51Speaker 3: Among millennials.
- 26:52Speaker 1: It drops then again in the next generation to seventy
- 26:54Speaker 1: one percent. So again baby Boomer's, ninety three percent of
- 26:56Speaker 1: baby boomers said political violence is never acceptable. That number
- 27:00Speaker 1: drops in just two generations down to the millennials to
- 27:05Speaker 1: seventy one percent. But here's the thing that's scary as hell,
- 27:08Speaker 1: and they know this is happening, folks, and it's by design.
- 27:12Speaker 1: The Democratic Party has now gotten gen Z to a
- 27:16Speaker 1: point where political violence is never acceptable. They say, only
- 27:21Speaker 1: fifty eight percent of gen Zers say that. What does
- 27:25Speaker 1: that mean? That means the forty two percent of gen
- 27:32Speaker 1: Zer's believe more than four out of every ten gen
- 27:37Speaker 1: Zers believe that political violence is acceptable, appropriate, warranted, needed,
- 27:44Speaker 1: acceptable behavior to go out there and to get violence
- 27:47Speaker 1: against the people that you disagree with. So I go
- 27:51Speaker 1: back to the montage that I played for you earlier,
- 27:55Speaker 1: and with all the information that I just gave you,
- 28:00Speaker 1: I want you to listen to it again, and I
- 28:03Speaker 1: want you to listen to it carefully again, and I
- 28:07Speaker 1: want you to listen to the voices carefully, and I
- 28:10Speaker 1: want you to think about what I just said in
- 28:13Speaker 1: the presentation that I just gave you, about the reality
- 28:16Speaker 1: of where we are as a country, and I want
- 28:18Speaker 1: you to understand what happened the other day. To Charlie
- 28:21Speaker 1: Kirk was a seed that has taken years to plan it,
- 28:27Speaker 1: to water it, and to grow it, and they've done
- 28:30Speaker 1: it with a generation that now four and ten believes
- 28:33Speaker 1: that the behavior is acceptable and needed.
- 28:37Speaker 4: That wild Donald Trump was president, he said, he wanted
- 28:41Speaker 4: General's like Adolf Hitler had, just to be.
- 28:44Speaker 5: Here when you said, we do agree.
- 28:47Speaker 10: President Biden believes that Donald.
- 28:48Speaker 1: Trump is not actually I mean yes, that is the
- 28:53Speaker 1: woman that they chose to be the presidential candidate for
- 28:56Speaker 1: the Democratic Party.
- 28:58Speaker 3: Kamala Harris said, he.
- 29:00Speaker 8: Said himself, the former president has said he is going
- 29:03Speaker 8: to be a dictator on day one.
- 29:05Speaker 14: We cannot ignore that.
- 29:07Speaker 15: We cannot.
- 29:08Speaker 1: That is the Press secretary. It speaks on behalf of
- 29:12Speaker 1: the President of the United States of America at the
- 29:15Speaker 1: White House podium.
- 29:17Speaker 7: Do you think Donald Trump is a fascist?
- 29:19Speaker 19: Yes?
- 29:19Speaker 5: I do, Yes, I do, President Franklin Rose.
- 29:22Speaker 1: Did you hear that that was Kamala Harris again? Do
- 29:24Speaker 1: you believe that President Trump's fascist?
- 29:27Speaker 19: Yes?
- 29:27Speaker 3: I do, yes, I do.
- 29:29Speaker 1: Well, what about the leader that was the last nominee
- 29:31Speaker 1: before that? Her name is what Hillary Clinton? Well, hold
- 29:34Speaker 1: on a second, what does Hillary Clinton say about this?
- 29:38Speaker 1: Listen carefully, I do.
- 29:40Speaker 5: President Franklin Roosevelt was appalled that neo Nazis fascists in
- 29:46Speaker 5: America were lining up to essentially pledge their support for
- 29:52Speaker 5: the kind of government that they were seeing in Germany.
- 29:56Speaker 9: Listen, I am concerned that this race is in general
- 30:00Speaker 9: for whatever reason, even if Americans didn't understand that he
- 30:05Speaker 9: is a threat to our democracy and that he is
- 30:07Speaker 9: a fascist in his.
- 30:08Speaker 11: Default, of course, is a fascist like tendency during the
- 30:12Speaker 11: time that he can have a cognitive ability. And that's
- 30:15Speaker 11: not an.
- 30:16Speaker 7: Accusation that I'm making.
- 30:17Speaker 11: That's an accusation that comes from people who have worked
- 30:20Speaker 11: for him at the most senior levels.
- 30:22Speaker 12: You've never had in the history of the country. A
- 30:24Speaker 12: president want to be like Adolf Hitler. I mean, that's
- 30:28Speaker 12: just such an extraordinary statement that have come from now
- 30:31Speaker 12: a number of people that it should cause everybody in
- 30:33Speaker 12: America to stop and think about how devastatingly impossible that
- 30:37Speaker 12: is to contemplate.
- 30:38Speaker 13: It's a joyful campaign, but it is reflecting off who
- 30:42Speaker 13: they are running against, a dark, dismal, fascist and increasingly
- 30:48Speaker 13: obviously fascist person.
- 30:51Speaker 10: We are on the eve of an authoritarian administration. This
- 30:56Speaker 10: is what twenty first century fascism is starting to look like.
- 31:01Speaker 14: So as important as it is that we are doing
- 31:04Speaker 14: the work of resistance against Donald Trump and this hostile
- 31:08Speaker 14: administration and this hostile government takeover. In this marchworths extremism.
- 31:13Speaker 15: Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represented extremism that threatens
- 31:18Speaker 15: the very foundations of our republic.
- 31:21Speaker 7: Are they a threat to democracy? Yes? Are they going
- 31:23Speaker 7: to take our rights away? Yes? Are they going to
- 31:25Speaker 7: put people's lives in danger? Yes? Are they going to
- 31:27Speaker 7: endanger the planet by not dealing with climate change? Yes,
- 31:29Speaker 7: They're going to do all.
- 31:30Speaker 8: That needs to be unrest in the streets for as
- 31:32Speaker 8: long as there's unrest in our lives, and unfortunately there's
- 31:35Speaker 8: way to go around.
- 31:36Speaker 17: I just don't even know why there aren't uprisings all
- 31:39Speaker 17: over the country.
- 31:39Speaker 7: Maybe there will be.
- 31:40Speaker 15: It's a he's a genuine danger to American security.
- 31:44Speaker 11: Well is what taking this kind of fascism looks like.
- 31:49Speaker 17: Comparing the tactics of Donald Trump to Mussolini and Hitler,
- 31:54Speaker 17: A is a very legitimate thing.
- 31:56Speaker 9: We have a Timo Hitler and the White House right now.
- 31:59Speaker 9: I thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House.
- 32:04Speaker 7: They're still going to have to go out and put
- 32:06Speaker 7: a bullet in Donald Trump. And that's a fact.
- 32:07Speaker 18: The thing we were all warning about for the last
- 32:09Speaker 18: few years is not coming.
- 32:11Speaker 3: It is here.
- 32:12Speaker 18: We do now live in a country that has an
- 32:14Speaker 18: authoritarian leader in charge. We have a consolidating dictatorship in
- 32:19Speaker 18: our country.
- 32:19Speaker 14: And what we're seeing play out here is Donald Trump's
- 32:22Speaker 14: promise to be a dictator on day one.
- 32:24Speaker 7: Trump has seemingly never met a dictator he doesn't like.
- 32:28Speaker 7: It's some real dictator type stuff.
- 32:30Speaker 6: The American people will have to decide that they are
- 32:32Speaker 6: the last in the line of defense against Donald Trump
- 32:36Speaker 6: an American fashion.
- 32:37Speaker 3: Don't forget.
- 32:38Speaker 1: Share this podcast wherever you can with your family and
- 32:40Speaker 1: your friends, and I'll see you back here tomorrow,
