- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:00Speaker 2: It is the Ben Ferguson Show.
- 0:01Speaker 1: It is nice to have you with us.
- 0:03Speaker 2: As I am wrapping up family vacation, I still am
- 0:06Speaker 2: doing the show with Sinater Cruz the show we do
- 0:09Speaker 2: Verdict with Ted Cruz wherever you get your podcasts. And
- 0:12Speaker 2: we have a lot to talk about in today's show,
- 0:15Speaker 2: as we did a dual show together talking about not
- 0:17Speaker 2: only the Southern Property Law Center having a very bad
- 0:20Speaker 2: week on Capitol Hill, but also Act Blue as well.
- 0:24Speaker 2: And we've got some other problems with the Obama administration
- 0:28Speaker 2: slash then by the administration losing kids in America. We're
- 0:32Speaker 2: now finding these kids literally by the one hundred thousand.
- 0:35Speaker 2: It's sad story, but an important one as the administration's
- 0:39Speaker 2: fighting back and getting these kids back that are being
- 0:42Speaker 2: enslaved and sex trafficked as well. All that in today's show,
- 0:46Speaker 2: and I want you to hear with Center Cruz and
- 0:47Speaker 2: I had to say, all right, so let's get back
- 0:49Speaker 2: into this Act Blue. So there are many people that
- 0:53Speaker 2: they've heard the name you described this perfectly. Center. This
- 0:57Speaker 2: is the arm and the power, the muscle of the
- 1:01Speaker 2: Democratic Party pushing agenda, ideology, campaigns, ad campaigns, advocacy campaigns
- 1:09Speaker 2: for radical left things. But when they were asked about
- 1:12Speaker 2: their funding, and this is why it matters, they wouldn't
- 1:15Speaker 2: answer the question of, hey, is this money coming in
- 1:19Speaker 2: that you guys are raising from outside of the United
- 1:21Speaker 2: States of America. That would be a huge deal because
- 1:24Speaker 2: if I remember correctly, Democrats were obsessed with foreign interference
- 1:28Speaker 2: in our elections. They were obsessed with if Russia was
- 1:31Speaker 2: involved in Donald Trump's campaign. Remember that that was like,
- 1:34Speaker 2: so they wanted to impeach him over and now like
- 1:37Speaker 2: you asked him a question like, hey, where's your guys
- 1:39Speaker 2: funding coming from, they're literally not saying a word.
- 1:43Speaker 3: Yeah, it's not just that they want to do impeach
- 1:45Speaker 3: him over it. They did impeach him over it. They
- 1:48Speaker 3: impeached him that the House voted doing peach him when
- 1:50Speaker 3: the Democrats had controlled, and then the Senate acquitted President Trump.
- 1:56Speaker 3: But look, the facts here are really concerning on their face.
- 2:01Speaker 3: Here's what the New York Post reported. Act Blue ceo
- 2:05Speaker 3: pleads the Fifth as House probes illegal foreign donations to Dems.
- 2:09Speaker 3: The CEO of the largest Democratic fundraising platform pleaded the
- 2:12Speaker 3: Fifth Amendment Wednesday rather than testify before Congress about allegations
- 2:16Speaker 3: that her firm illegally funneled foreign donations to federal campaigns. Quote,
- 2:22Speaker 3: on the advice of Council, I respectfully declined to answer
- 2:25Speaker 3: this question, pursue it to my Fifth Amendment rights under
- 2:27Speaker 3: the Constitution. Act Blue boss Regina Wallace Jones said in
- 2:31Speaker 3: response to the first question posed during the House hearing.
- 2:36Speaker 3: House Administration Committee Chairman Brian Style from Wisconsin said in
- 2:39Speaker 3: his opening's remarks that there was quote significant concern that
- 2:43Speaker 3: Act Blue may have allowed foreign donations on their platform,
- 2:47Speaker 3: lied to Congress, and withheld responsive documents from a Congressional subpoena.
- 2:53Speaker 3: All three of those actions are illegal. The padel issued
- 2:58Speaker 3: a subpoena compelling Wallace's shown zones testimony after Act Blue
- 3:02Speaker 3: lawyers indicated she wouldn't answer questions on a voluntary basis.
- 3:06Speaker 3: Style and other Republican committee chairman looking into Act Blue
- 3:09Speaker 3: have claimed that Wallace Jones also misled Congress about the
- 3:12Speaker 3: strength of fraud safeguards on its platform. Representative Joe Morrell,
- 3:18Speaker 3: the top Democrat on the Administration Committee, dismissed the hearing
- 3:21Speaker 3: as a partisan exercise and accused his GEOP colleagues of
- 3:25Speaker 3: refusing to investigate possible illegal foreign donations on their party's
- 3:30Speaker 3: biggest platform. Win read with the differences when Red does
- 3:33Speaker 3: not have multiple serious, credible allegations of foreign donors and
- 3:38Speaker 3: particular Chinese donors funneling vast amounts of cash into campaigns.
- 3:44Speaker 3: And I want you to listen to this exchange. This
- 3:46Speaker 3: is an exchange with the act Blue CEO and the
- 3:49Speaker 3: House Committee.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Give a listen.
- 3:51Speaker 4: I'm the advice of my counsel. I respectfully decline to
- 3:55Speaker 4: answer this question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment right under
- 4:00Speaker 4: the Constitution. On the advice of Council, I respectfully decline
- 4:06Speaker 4: to answer the question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights
- 4:09Speaker 4: under the Constitution. I respectfully decline to answer the question
- 4:15Speaker 4: pursuant to the attorney client privilege and my Fifth Amendment
- 4:18Speaker 4: rights under the Constitution. On the advice of Council, I
- 4:22Speaker 4: respectfully decline to answer the question pursuant to my Fifth
- 4:25Speaker 4: Amended rights under the Constitution. On the adviceive Council, I
- 4:30Speaker 4: respectfully decline to answer the question pursuant to my Fifth
- 4:34Speaker 4: Amendment rights under the Constitution. On the advice of Council,
- 4:38Speaker 4: I respectfully decline to answer the question. Pursue into my
- 4:42Speaker 4: Fifth Amendment rights under the Constitution.
- 4:44Speaker 2: Senator. That goes on for another like two minutes. You
- 4:47Speaker 2: get the point. She practiced and rehearsed and did it
- 4:51Speaker 2: perfectly right. I'm not going to answer any questions. I'm
- 4:54Speaker 2: not going to do anything that can incriminate myself. I'm
- 4:57Speaker 2: not going to answer if in fact there's countless dollars.
- 5:01Speaker 2: We're talking about millions and millions coming in from foreign
- 5:03Speaker 2: avis series that might be influencing the Democratic Party.
- 5:07Speaker 3: Okay, the one word you said that was inaccurate. There
- 5:09Speaker 3: was millions. Just in twenty twenty four, Act Blue raised
- 5:13Speaker 3: over two billion with a B We're talking a massive
- 5:17Speaker 3: amount of money coming in online, typically in smaller donations,
- 5:21Speaker 3: but lots and lots and lots of them. And there
- 5:25Speaker 3: are literally three minutes of nothing but her pleading the
- 5:28Speaker 3: fifth over and over and over again. We only played
- 5:31Speaker 3: the first minute of that for you, but it just
- 5:33Speaker 3: goes on and on and on. She wouldn't answer anything.
- 5:37Speaker 3: And here I want you to listen now to Jim Jordan.
- 5:43Speaker 3: Jim Jordan questioning her. Give a listen, your board chairman,
- 5:47Speaker 3: said Act Blue accepted up to thirty eight million contributions
- 5:51Speaker 3: in twenty twenty four that had the signs of foreign origin.
- 5:53Speaker 4: How much fraud is too much fraud? On the advice
- 5:56Speaker 4: of Counsel, I respectfully declined to answer to the question
- 6:01Speaker 4: pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights under the Constitution?
- 6:06Speaker 3: How many foreign contributions did that Blue accept?
- 6:09Speaker 4: On the advice of Council, I respectfully decline to answer
- 6:13Speaker 4: the question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights under the Constitution?
- 6:18Speaker 3: How much money did that Blue accept from Russia?
- 6:22Speaker 4: On the advice of Council, I respectfully decline to answer
- 6:27Speaker 4: the question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights under the Constitution.
- 6:32Speaker 3: Why did your entire legal team quit in house legal team?
- 6:37Speaker 4: On the advice of Council, I respectfully decline to answer
- 6:41Speaker 4: the question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights under the Constitution.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Center wasn't just by the way at Blue that was
- 6:49Speaker 2: having a bad week on Capitol Hill. The Southern Poverty
- 6:53Speaker 2: Law Center, Well, things weren't going well for them either,
- 6:56Speaker 2: and we should definitely talk about that.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Yeah. The Southern Poverty Law Center also testified in the
- 7:02Speaker 3: House of Representatives this week, and their testimony went abysmally bad.
- 7:06Speaker 3: The act Blue ceo sounded like a mafioso, just pleading
- 7:10Speaker 3: the fifth over and over and over again. That's the
- 7:12Speaker 3: same thing typically mafia bosses have done when they've been
- 7:15Speaker 3: in congressional testimony, and that apparently is what Democrat fundraisers
- 7:19Speaker 3: do as well.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Well.
- 7:20Speaker 3: Southern Poverty Law Center didn't plead the fifth, but here's
- 7:24Speaker 3: how the New York Post covered it. Southern Poverty Law
- 7:27Speaker 3: Center ceo grilled at testy hearing about DOJ charges for
- 7:32Speaker 3: secretly funding the KKK. The embattled Southern Poverty Law Center
- 7:37Speaker 3: CEO Brian Fair, appeared Tuesday before the House Judiciary Committee
- 7:41Speaker 3: for a grilling over Justice Department allegations that the ostensibly
- 7:46Speaker 3: anti racism grew secretly funded the extremism it claims to oppose.
- 7:52Speaker 3: Fair broadly defended the center while declining to answer for
- 7:56Speaker 3: specific alleged wrongdo it after the DOJ in April filed
- 8:02Speaker 3: fraud and conspiracy charges alleging millions of dollars in donor
- 8:07Speaker 3: funds flowed to hate groups including the Ku Klux Klan
- 8:12Speaker 3: Arian Nations and National Socialist Party of America otherwise known
- 8:16Speaker 3: as the Nazis. All of the allegations in the indictment
- 8:20Speaker 3: will be addressed in the Middle District of Alabama, Fair
- 8:23Speaker 3: said repeatedly through nearly four hours of testimony. So rather
- 8:27Speaker 3: than say I plead the fifth he just said, well,
- 8:28Speaker 3: that's going to be addressed in court. Representative Wesley Hunt,
- 8:33Speaker 3: a Republican from Texas, and a good friend he asked
- 8:36Speaker 3: were donors informed that contributions were actually funding members of
- 8:40Speaker 3: the KKK, Fair gave the same deflection, saying that'll be
- 8:46Speaker 3: addressed in court. Hunt, one of four Black House Republicans,
- 8:50Speaker 3: recounted allegations that Legacy Civil Rights Group paid a KKK
- 8:55Speaker 3: leader a salary and even approved an expense report for
- 9:01Speaker 3: a crossburning Let me repeat that.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Wow.
- 9:04Speaker 3: The Southern Poverty Law Center, according to the US Department
- 9:07Speaker 3: of Justice, paid a KKK leader a salary and approved
- 9:12Speaker 3: an expense report for a crossburning quote. According to a
- 9:17Speaker 3: superseding indictment, the SPLC paid more than four point one
- 9:21Speaker 3: million dollars to informants tied to extremist groups, including the KKK,
- 9:27Speaker 3: from twenty ten to twenty twenty three. Hunt said, in
- 9:31Speaker 3: two cases, informants who were active members of the local
- 9:33Speaker 3: KKK chapter reportedly told the SPLC that they wanted out
- 9:38Speaker 3: because they feared for their safety. Instead of supporting their exit,
- 9:42Speaker 3: the SPLC employee allegedly encouraged them to remain involved and
- 9:47Speaker 3: offered them a monthly salary of one thousand, two hundred
- 9:50Speaker 3: dollars to do so. As a result, one informant rose
- 9:55Speaker 3: into a leadership role within the KKK, recruited other new members,
- 9:59Speaker 3: purchased case ak materials, and we're even reimbursed for expenses
- 10:03Speaker 3: related to crossburning events. Hunt added quote, I can't make
- 10:07Speaker 3: this up. This is not just ironic, sir, it's quite outrageous.
- 10:12Speaker 3: Fair gave a big picture of denial during another member's grilling, saying, quote,
- 10:16Speaker 3: we don't fund the KKK, and we don't fund hate groups,
- 10:19Speaker 3: while deferring to the outcome of litigation on the specifics now.
- 10:23Speaker 3: I want you to listen to this exchange, in particular
- 10:27Speaker 3: with Congressman Brandon Gill when he's questioning the CEO of
- 10:30Speaker 3: the SPLC. Here, give a listen.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Do you have an opinion on this tattoo? I'm not
- 10:37Speaker 1: an expert on tattoos.
- 10:38Speaker 5: No, I don't.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Okay, I can give you a little bit of background.
- 10:41Speaker 6: This is a tattoo on Maine Democrat cynic candidate Grand
- 10:45Speaker 6: Platner's chest. That's the Nazi SSATHD death head tattoo.
- 10:52Speaker 7: Do you have any opinions on that? If it's what
- 10:58Speaker 7: you say, if it's Anze it is we oppose Nazis,
- 11:05Speaker 7: we opposed, and I agree we do oppose Nazis.
- 11:08Speaker 6: Do you think if somebody got a Nazi tattoo on
- 11:12Speaker 6: their chest that's indicative that they might be a Nazi?
- 11:16Speaker 5: You'd have to ask mister Plattner why he has that symbol.
- 11:20Speaker 5: I've likely said that if it is a symbol of Nazism,
- 11:24Speaker 5: we oppose Nazis.
- 11:25Speaker 6: You don't think that that's indicative that perhaps he holds
- 11:28Speaker 6: Nazi sentiments.
- 11:30Speaker 5: It may well be.
- 11:31Speaker 1: It may well be.
- 11:31Speaker 6: I think do people who aren't Nazis normally get Nazi
- 11:35Speaker 6: tattoos on their chest? Again, I assume they don't. You
- 11:41Speaker 6: assume they don't. I would assume so too. I don't
- 11:44Speaker 6: know anybody who's not a Nazi. I don't know anybody
- 11:47Speaker 6: who has a Nazi tattoo on their chest but it
- 11:51Speaker 6: is not a Nazi. Do you do you think that
- 11:55Speaker 6: somebody who has a Nazi tattoo on their chest should
- 11:57Speaker 6: serve in the United States Senate.
- 11:59Speaker 1: I would vote through that person. I certainly wouldn't either.
- 12:05Speaker 6: Do you think that this should disqualify him politically from
- 12:09Speaker 6: serving in the Senate.
- 12:12Speaker 5: Again, I'm not sure where the line of questions it's
- 12:15Speaker 5: going the SPLC.
- 12:17Speaker 1: If you're asking me, I'm sorry, go ahead.
- 12:19Speaker 5: If you're asking me if the SPLC opposes Nazis and
- 12:23Speaker 5: Nazis symbols, the answer is yes.
- 12:26Speaker 6: The SPLC is referred to this same tattoo as a
- 12:31Speaker 6: racist skinhead symbolant tattoo. You can see the resemblance there.
- 12:37Speaker 6: You wouldn't want somebody with a tattoo like that in
- 12:39Speaker 6: the Senate. No, No, I wouldn't. I wouldn't neither. I
- 12:46Speaker 6: appreciate your candor there.
- 12:51Speaker 2: I love that. That's how hard it is to get
- 12:54Speaker 2: the Southern Poverty Law Center to denounce a guy with
- 12:57Speaker 2: a Nazi tattoo that you have to spoon feed it
- 13:00Speaker 2: to them center. And then these are the same people
- 13:02Speaker 2: that were actually funding and approving expense reports for cross
- 13:07Speaker 2: burning of people they were paying a salary to in
- 13:10Speaker 2: the KKK.
- 13:11Speaker 1: That is the part you can't make.
- 13:12Speaker 3: Up and Nazis. To be clear, it wasn't just the Klan,
- 13:15Speaker 3: they were also funding Nazis. But look, the head of
- 13:19Speaker 3: the Southern Poverty Law Center is a hardcore left wing
- 13:22Speaker 3: Democrat partisan. The SPLC is entirely in the tank for
- 13:27Speaker 3: the Democrat Party. They hate Republicans. It is fairly striking
- 13:32Speaker 3: that the CEO of the Southern Poverty Law Center was
- 13:35Speaker 3: forced to say about Graham Plattner, the commi Nazi oyster
- 13:40Speaker 3: farmer in Maine, quote, I wouldn't vote for him. And
- 13:46Speaker 3: to follow up, should the guy with the Nazi tattoo
- 13:49Speaker 3: be in the Senate?
- 13:51Speaker 4: No.
- 13:52Speaker 3: That tells you just how indefensible it is when even
- 13:55Speaker 3: their most extreme partisans are forced to say, of course
- 13:58Speaker 3: not if you got a freakin n tattoo on you,
- 14:01Speaker 3: you're a Nazi and we should not be electing Nazis
- 14:05Speaker 3: to the Senate. They shouldn't be hard And yet every
- 14:07Speaker 3: single Democrat senator except John Fetterman, is unwilling to say
- 14:12Speaker 3: what the CEO just said.
- 14:14Speaker 2: There, Senator, I want to move into another story that
- 14:17Speaker 2: we highlighted here months ago. It's an important story about
- 14:23Speaker 2: the children that were lost by the prior administration. There
- 14:28Speaker 2: were kids that were let into this country, they were
- 14:30Speaker 2: not vetted by with the adults that were with them.
- 14:33Speaker 2: They were then given out to different people to quote
- 14:36Speaker 2: take care of them this country, and they disappeared. These children,
- 14:40Speaker 2: many of them have been abused, Many of them have
- 14:42Speaker 2: been abused sexually, many of them have been abused even
- 14:45Speaker 2: in work conditions, and they were lost by the prior administration.
- 14:50Speaker 2: And now luckily, many of them are being found because
- 14:53Speaker 2: of what Donald Trump and the administration are doing.
- 14:55Speaker 1: So.
- 14:55Speaker 3: Perhaps the biggest lie about Joe Biden and the Democrats
- 15:00Speaker 3: immigration policies, it is the lie that they embrace open
- 15:05Speaker 3: borders because of compassion. The reality is it is precisely
- 15:09Speaker 3: the opposite. The Democrats had zero compassion for the Americans
- 15:13Speaker 3: who were murdered by the violent, criminal illegal aliens they released.
- 15:17Speaker 3: They had zero compassion for the women who were raped
- 15:21Speaker 3: by the violent, criminal illegal aliens they released. They had
- 15:23Speaker 3: zero compassion for the kids who were brutalized and sexually
- 15:28Speaker 3: assaulted by the violent, criminal illegal aliens they released. Another
- 15:32Speaker 3: aspect of this tragedy is specifically the kids. During four
- 15:37Speaker 3: years of Joe Biden's administration, the Biden administration lost over
- 15:43Speaker 3: three hundred thousand children. Verdict has covered this at length.
- 15:50Speaker 3: This is a topic we talked about throughout the Biden years,
- 15:55Speaker 3: but it was staggery and these are kids, often kids
- 15:57Speaker 3: that come across the border unaccompanied. We had a twelve
- 16:00Speaker 3: million illegal immigrants come into this country during the Biden years,
- 16:03Speaker 3: and in many instances, you'd get a little boy, you'd
- 16:06Speaker 3: get a little girl. They'd be in government custody, and
- 16:09Speaker 3: what the Biden administration would do is they would hand
- 16:11Speaker 3: it over to adults that came to pick them up.
- 16:14Speaker 3: But they wouldn't check to see if those adults were
- 16:16Speaker 3: family members, they wouldn't do DNA tests to see if
- 16:19Speaker 3: they're related. They'd hand them over to adults, and then
- 16:22Speaker 3: they simply lost them and they would end up with
- 16:25Speaker 3: random adults that have kids. And the Biden administration said,
- 16:28Speaker 3: we don't know where they are, we have no contact
- 16:30Speaker 3: for them, and a significant number we don't know how many,
- 16:35Speaker 3: but a significant number of those kids were put into
- 16:39Speaker 3: forced child labor. A significant number of those kids were
- 16:42Speaker 3: put into sex slavery, were sexually abused, and no one
- 16:47Speaker 3: in the Biden administration gave a damn when Alejandro Majorcis,
- 16:52Speaker 3: who ran the Department of Homeland Security would testify before
- 16:54Speaker 3: the Senate. I would question about it. He was defiant. Well, thankfully,
- 17:00Speaker 3: one of the very top priorities that Trump administration came
- 17:03Speaker 3: in with is we're going to find those kids. And
- 17:07Speaker 3: they've already found over one hundred and forty six thousand
- 17:10Speaker 3: of them. They're still looking. I want you to listen
- 17:12Speaker 3: to current DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen at a press
- 17:16Speaker 3: conference this week. Give a listen.
- 17:18Speaker 8: We're going to enforce our nation's laws and we're going
- 17:21Speaker 8: to right the wrongs that the Biden administration turned a
- 17:24Speaker 8: blind eye to. It's because of President Trump's leadership, horrific
- 17:29Speaker 8: to what's happening right in our own country, because of
- 17:33Speaker 8: four years of a blind eye that allowed unvetted sponsors
- 17:39Speaker 8: to come pick up four hundred and fifty thousand kids
- 17:43Speaker 8: on our borders, knowing their reports why the Biden administration
- 17:48Speaker 8: was in office, their own reports was reporting over a
- 17:53Speaker 8: third of the females, regardless of age, was sexually assault
- 18:00Speaker 8: before they made it to their border. They knew it
- 18:03Speaker 8: was human traffickers that were trafficking these young kids to
- 18:08Speaker 8: the border, and then they were unvetting or or refusing
- 18:12Speaker 8: to vet the so called sponsors, and there was zero
- 18:16Speaker 8: wellness checks. And they want to claim that Republicans, because
- 18:20Speaker 8: we're enforcement laws, it's inhumane somehow. What's in humane about taking.
- 18:24Speaker 1: Care of our kids.
- 18:25Speaker 8: As a father of six with three young girls, I
- 18:28Speaker 8: will do whatever I have to do. I will move
- 18:32Speaker 8: heaven and hell to go find these kids.
- 18:35Speaker 1: You know.
- 18:35Speaker 2: I love the commitment there, and I want to remind
- 18:37Speaker 2: people of the vote center that have taken place the Democrats.
- 18:41Speaker 2: You got one hundred and forty five Democrats to vote
- 18:43Speaker 2: against mandating deportation for illegal aliens who commit sex crimes.
- 18:50Speaker 2: You have one hundred and sixty Democrats vote against mandating
- 18:53Speaker 2: deportation for legal aliens with Duy's. You have one hundred
- 18:58Speaker 2: and eighty six Democrats who voted against mandating deportations for
- 19:03Speaker 2: illegal aliens to commit welfare fraud. And you have one
- 19:07Speaker 2: hundred and ninety Democrats who voted against mandating deportation for
- 19:12Speaker 2: illegal aliens who harm police animals. I think it's clear
- 19:17Speaker 2: Democrats have literally never met an illegal alien. They're not
- 19:20Speaker 2: willing to feed, protect, defend, and allow to them, take
- 19:24Speaker 2: children and unvet them. There's nothing they won't do to
- 19:27Speaker 2: have an open border policy.
- 19:30Speaker 3: Yeah, look, that's right. And those votes were all in
- 19:33Speaker 3: this past year. If you go back to during the
- 19:35Speaker 3: Biden administration and the Senate, one hundred percent, every single
- 19:40Speaker 3: Senate Democrat voted in favor of open borders over and
- 19:44Speaker 3: over and over again. We would tee up the votes.
- 19:47Speaker 3: I led the fight on many of these and the
- 19:49Speaker 3: Democrats straight party line would vote in favor of open borders.
- 19:53Speaker 3: It was and when you asked them about the kids
- 19:57Speaker 3: that they didn't have a response. They don't dispute these
- 20:00Speaker 3: figures that they just don't talk about them. And it's look,
- 20:06Speaker 3: I want you to listen to Secretary of Malin talking
- 20:09Speaker 3: about the kids they found so far and what they're they're,
- 20:12Speaker 3: they're what they continue looking for.
- 20:14Speaker 8: You know, I tell people that I haven't quit smiling
- 20:17Speaker 8: since I have been saved to her Department for All
- 20:19Speaker 8: Land Security. But I have to take that back because
- 20:22Speaker 8: when we start digging into these cases and you start
- 20:25Speaker 8: hearing the absolute horrific things that took place underneath the
- 20:31Speaker 8: Biden administration, under true neglect at best and criminal at worst,
- 20:37Speaker 8: to allow four hundred and fifty thousand kids to go
- 20:42Speaker 8: missing throughout this country. President Trump has made it a
- 20:46Speaker 8: point to go find these kids because of our partnership
- 20:50Speaker 8: with HHS and DOJ, Department of Homeland Security, truly using
- 20:58Speaker 8: the best, the best to which the Democrat sometimes want
- 21:00Speaker 8: to demonize, because a lot of times this is ICE,
- 21:02Speaker 8: this is HSI, this is CBP, these individuals that the
- 21:07Speaker 8: Democrats seem to want to defund. But because the President Trump,
- 21:12Speaker 8: we finally funded them for three years, we're able to
- 21:14Speaker 8: push and go find these kids. We found one hundred
- 21:17Speaker 8: and forty six thousand kids so far, one hundred and
- 21:20Speaker 8: forty six thousand kids.
- 21:22Speaker 1: We still have nearly three hundred thousand missing.
- 21:25Speaker 8: We're investigating reports to where some of these kids claim
- 21:29Speaker 8: that they were raped six to seven hundred times.
- 21:33Speaker 1: I don't care who.
- 21:34Speaker 8: You are five kids, If you don't have kids, I
- 21:37Speaker 8: don't care. If you're a liberal, you're independent, you're a Democrat,
- 21:39Speaker 8: you're a Republican. If you can't stand for law enforcement
- 21:44Speaker 8: to go find these kids, who are you? Who are you?
- 21:48Speaker 8: Every leader should understand what's going on. And do you
- 21:51Speaker 8: know whe're finding the most of them sanctuary cities because
- 21:54Speaker 8: they know they're safe.
- 21:56Speaker 2: If you think about sex trafficking, a child center, you
- 21:59Speaker 2: would go to a sanctuary city. That is the safest
- 22:02Speaker 2: place for you to operate. You and I have talked
- 22:05Speaker 2: about this bluntly.
- 22:06Speaker 3: Well, and it's worth explaining why. Because in a sanctuary city,
- 22:09Speaker 3: you have Democrat elected officials, you have Democrat district attorneys
- 22:14Speaker 3: who won't prosecute the human traffickers, who won't prosecute the
- 22:19Speaker 3: sex traffickers, who have decided as a political matter, that
- 22:23Speaker 3: their party, the Democrat Party, is for open borders. You
- 22:26Speaker 3: remember Chris Murphy when he said on TV, the very
- 22:29Speaker 3: liberal Democrat from Connecticut, he said, the people we care
- 22:33Speaker 3: about most illegal immigrants. That was his phrase, the people
- 22:37Speaker 3: we care about most. And by the way, that's a lie. Also,
- 22:42Speaker 3: he doesn't care about the little girls and little boys
- 22:46Speaker 3: being raped and turned into sex slaves. He doesn't care
- 22:48Speaker 3: about them at all. What he cares about is letting
- 22:50Speaker 3: in as many illegal immigrants as possible, who will then
- 22:53Speaker 3: vote Democrat and keep the party in power. I want
- 22:56Speaker 3: you to listen to Secretary bull and making this point.
- 22:59Speaker 3: That is, there were multiple reports of kids being trapped
- 23:02Speaker 3: in sex slavery. No Democrat gave a damn.
- 23:05Speaker 8: It was being reported at the time it was happening,
- 23:08Speaker 8: and there was no outrage, and no one tried to
- 23:10Speaker 8: hold these people accountable.
- 23:11Speaker 1: And kids now have been paying for it.
- 23:13Speaker 8: They've been getting raped over and over and over again
- 23:16Speaker 8: because this previous administration chose not to enforce our nation's
- 23:21Speaker 8: laws and protect the most vulnerable.
- 23:24Speaker 1: That is shameful.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Six is seven hundred times that. That is a number
- 23:28Speaker 2: that I do believe should haunt everyone listening.
- 23:31Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, look, look, I want you to remember when
- 23:34Speaker 3: Alejandro Mayarks testified in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee,
- 23:38Speaker 3: and I showed him the plastic bracelets, the colored bracelets
- 23:44Speaker 3: that traffickers would put on every illegal they brought into
- 23:47Speaker 3: this country, and there were color coded for how many
- 23:49Speaker 3: thousands of dollars they owed them, and it was literally
- 23:51Speaker 3: they were treating human beings like cattle. And when you
- 23:55Speaker 3: stand on the border down by the Rio Grande River,
- 23:57Speaker 3: you see hundreds of these in the grass. And I
- 24:00Speaker 3: asked him what the colored wristbands were and his answer was,
- 24:03Speaker 3: I have no idea I've ever seen them before, which
- 24:07Speaker 3: I got to admit, made me really angry because it
- 24:09Speaker 3: means he hadn't bothered to go to the to the
- 24:11Speaker 3: border at all, he did not care about the children
- 24:16Speaker 3: being trafficked, and I view those colored wristbands as modern
- 24:19Speaker 3: day leg irons. This is slavery today in America, and
- 24:24Speaker 3: the Democrats were responsible for it. And one of the
- 24:26Speaker 3: most important things that Trump administration is doing is stopping
- 24:30Speaker 3: this horrific abuse of kids that the Democrats allowed to
- 24:34Speaker 3: have happen.
- 24:35Speaker 2: All right, Senata, I want to get into another story
- 24:37Speaker 2: that is getting no news at all. It's the reason
- 24:40Speaker 2: why we have doing this show together. We get to
- 24:43Speaker 2: talk about issues like that. The Green New Deal, which
- 24:46Speaker 2: is the Green News scam, has been exposed yet again
- 24:50Speaker 2: for exactly what it is. And we've got some very
- 24:54Speaker 2: interesting data and ties to different green scam deals that
- 24:59Speaker 2: your tax dow were involved with.
- 25:02Speaker 3: Well, this week, the Department of the Interior announced that
- 25:05Speaker 3: they were cutting off millions of dollars that were flowing
- 25:09Speaker 3: to radical left wing groups that were using that money
- 25:12Speaker 3: to actively fight against the Trump administration to undermine the
- 25:17Speaker 3: policies they were supposed to be implementing. And here's how
- 25:21Speaker 3: Fox News reported it. Trump administration access ties to dozens
- 25:25Speaker 3: of progressive groups in quote direct opposition to Mission Decisive Action.
- 25:31Speaker 3: The Department of the Interiors, cutting forty three partnerships with
- 25:35Speaker 3: outside groups it says no longer align with the Trump
- 25:37Speaker 3: administration's priorities, eliminating more than four million dollars in plan
- 25:42Speaker 3: funding for programs tied to DEI, environmental justice and support
- 25:47Speaker 3: services for illegal immigrants. Led by Secretary Doug Bergham, the
- 25:51Speaker 3: Department determined that the agreements were operating quote in direct
- 25:56Speaker 3: opposition to its mission. According to a press release obtained
- 25:59Speaker 3: by Fox News, under Secretary Bergram, the Department of the
- 26:02Speaker 3: Interiors ending partnerships with groups that no longer represent the
- 26:07Speaker 3: priorities of the American people, the department said. In response,
- 26:12Speaker 3: DOI said it as terminating all agreements with the identifying
- 26:15Speaker 3: groups and removing references to them from its websites. The
- 26:19Speaker 3: terminated agreements supported internship programs, conservation initiatives, research projects, and
- 26:24Speaker 3: cooperative partnerships. A department wide review launched and marched uncovered
- 26:30Speaker 3: nearly three thousand active agreements with about two thousand outside groups,
- 26:36Speaker 3: ranging from NGOs and nonprofits to private entities and educational institutions.
- 26:41Speaker 3: The review later found multiple groups quote did not appear
- 26:45Speaker 3: to provide a clear benefit or quote did not align
- 26:47Speaker 3: with the Department's mission. According to the Department, among the
- 26:51Speaker 3: groups targeted were the Hispanic Access Foundation, which offers scholarships
- 26:56Speaker 3: for illegal immigrant Latino students, and Latino Outdoor, which the
- 27:00Speaker 3: Department said provided instructions on avoiding detention by ice. Latino
- 27:07Speaker 3: Outdoors has advocated against oil and gas development, while Hispanic
- 27:12Speaker 3: Access Foundation has worked with the National Park Service to
- 27:15Speaker 3: conduct a variety of educational and cultural support activities, according
- 27:19Speaker 3: to the Department. The Department cited the American Alliance of Museums,
- 27:23Speaker 3: which it said had a contract with the National Park
- 27:25Speaker 3: Services to build DEI programs across national parks as a
- 27:30Speaker 3: part of the agency's community Engagement initiative. The Department pointed
- 27:34Speaker 3: to the group's previous Facing Change Initiative, which promoted DEI
- 27:38Speaker 3: efforts at museums. Conservation International and Environmental Group, the Department said,
- 27:44Speaker 3: advocates a total phase out of fossil fuels. The Department
- 27:49Speaker 3: noted the organization's statement describing fossil fuels as the quote
- 27:53Speaker 3: leading culprit of planet warming carbon emissions, and its support
- 27:57Speaker 3: for environmental justice and equity focused climate policies. Another group
- 28:02Speaker 3: on the department's list was the Cultural Landscape Foundation, which
- 28:07Speaker 3: it said has a master cooperative agreement with the National
- 28:10Speaker 3: Park Service to conduct a variety of educational and cultural
- 28:14Speaker 3: support activities. The organization has opposed several administration initiatives, including
- 28:19Speaker 3: suing over changes at the Kennedy Center, criticizing plans for
- 28:23Speaker 3: the White House Ballroom, and highlighting cultural landscapes and historic
- 28:27Speaker 3: sites it's said are threatened by administration action through its
- 28:32Speaker 3: Landside twenty twenty six Erasing American History initiative. And look understand,
- 28:38Speaker 3: these are left wing activist groups. They're entitled to have
- 28:41Speaker 3: their political views. They're entitled to disagree with the Trump administration.
- 28:45Speaker 3: That we are a free country, and they have a
- 28:47Speaker 3: free speech right to say they think everything that the
- 28:50Speaker 3: Trump administration does is wrong. What they don't have is
- 28:54Speaker 3: an entitlement to get taxpayer dollars to do it, to
- 28:57Speaker 3: pay them to fight the Trump administration. This is a
- 29:01Speaker 3: pattern that the Democrats do a lot, which is, when
- 29:05Speaker 3: they take over government, they begin funneling millions and sometimes
- 29:10Speaker 3: billions of dollars to their left wing supposedly nonprofit allies,
- 29:17Speaker 3: who then use that money to support their agenda and
- 29:19Speaker 3: by the way, to hire all of them and funnel
- 29:22Speaker 3: the cash. Often it is just naked corruption. Yeah, oh
- 29:26Speaker 3: the waste.
- 29:26Speaker 2: You are making a ton of money off the money
- 29:29Speaker 2: being donated.
- 29:29Speaker 1: Let's be yes.
- 29:31Speaker 3: No, no, it is a very lucrative business when when
- 29:34Speaker 3: you can turn on the spigot and and you know
- 29:37Speaker 3: have as as as the EPA put it at the
- 29:40Speaker 3: end of the Biden administration basically throwing gold bars out
- 29:44Speaker 3: the window. That's how bad it was. That that was
- 29:46Speaker 3: the Biden administration describing what they themselves were doing. But
- 29:51Speaker 3: this is a pattern. I got to say. Normally Republican
- 29:54Speaker 3: administrations are not very good at unwinding this. So the
- 29:58Speaker 3: Democrats dump a bunch of money, and when Republicans get in,
- 30:02Speaker 3: typically they don't do anything about it. They don't they
- 30:04Speaker 3: don't funnel the money in another direction, they don't stop it.
- 30:07Speaker 3: They just are are typically blissfully ignorant. I'm very glad
- 30:12Speaker 3: the Trump administration is going after and cutting off this
- 30:16Speaker 3: cash cow.
- 30:17Speaker 2: Senator, you're talking about the cash cow, and that's obviously
- 30:19Speaker 2: part of it. We saw how many lefties and friends
- 30:23Speaker 2: of Obama, for example, got massive amounts of cash before
- 30:27Speaker 2: they filed for bankruptcy, with things like.
- 30:29Speaker 3: Stacy Abrams with her left wing nonprofit got two billion
- 30:35Speaker 3: dollars with a bee.
- 30:36Speaker 1: With a B.
- 30:37Speaker 2: So not only is this a cash cow, but then
- 30:39Speaker 2: there's a second aspect of this. I am still a
- 30:41Speaker 2: little bit surprised that Democrats are pushing the Green New scam,
- 30:45Speaker 2: especially with all their deadlines that the world was going
- 30:47Speaker 2: to end. Al Gore put timelines out there that obviously
- 30:51Speaker 2: never happened, and yet they are still so committed to
- 30:54Speaker 2: this indoctrination, this religion, the Green New Deal, the Green
- 30:58Speaker 2: New scam, and there may it clear coming in these midterms.
- 31:01Speaker 2: We're not backing down. One, we make too much money
- 31:04Speaker 2: off of it and we funnel it to our friends.
- 31:05Speaker 2: But two, this is like our religion as a party.
- 31:10Speaker 3: Look, and there's a revolving door between these supposed nonprofits,
- 31:15Speaker 3: these NGOs, and a Democrat administration and by the way,
- 31:20Speaker 3: Democrat offices on Capitol Hill, and people go back and
- 31:22Speaker 3: forth and back and forth, and they get paid, they
- 31:25Speaker 3: make money. You may remember during the Biden administration when
- 31:29Speaker 3: when I went to visit an attention facility on the border,
- 31:33Speaker 3: and this was at a time when the Biden administration
- 31:35Speaker 3: was locking out all reporters would not let any reporters
- 31:38Speaker 3: see the kids in cages, and the cages. This was
- 31:41Speaker 3: during COVID. The cages were packed and I went in and,
- 31:45Speaker 3: by the way, the ludicrous explanation that the Biden administration
- 31:49Speaker 3: had at the time, as they said, well, if ABC's
- 31:53Speaker 3: reporter or Fox News's cameraman came in, they might spread
- 31:56Speaker 3: COVID to the thousands of illegal immigrants housed in these cages. Well,
- 32:00Speaker 3: I went in with my cell phone and filmed it
- 32:02Speaker 3: and took a picture. And if you may remember, there's
- 32:04Speaker 3: this young left wing woman who gets in my face
- 32:07Speaker 3: and begins yelling at me and saying to stop filming him.
- 32:10Speaker 3: She was someone who had come straight from a left
- 32:13Speaker 3: wing open border NGO and had come into the Bidened
- 32:17Speaker 3: administration to implement their open border policies. That's what happens
- 32:22Speaker 3: over and over and over again, and so cutting off
- 32:24Speaker 3: their money is key to stopping this constant lawfare, in
- 32:29Speaker 3: this constant attack.
- 32:30Speaker 2: Don't forget. Share this podcast with your family and friends,
- 32:34Speaker 2: share it on social media, please, and I'll see you
- 32:36Speaker 2: back here tomorrow.
