- 0:00Speaker 1: So there is a mix of growing pressure as the
- 0:02Speaker 1: United States and Iran have now entered day two into
- 0:06Speaker 1: day three of technical nuclear negotiations. Now, both sides are
- 0:10Speaker 1: continuing the indirect talks in Doha. At the same time,
- 0:15Speaker 1: there's new reporting out indicating that President Trump has been
- 0:18Speaker 1: briefed on options that range from continued diplomacy to an
- 0:23Speaker 1: all the way out, large scale military campaign against Iran
- 0:28Speaker 1: if the negotiations fail. Now, according to multiple early reports,
- 0:33Speaker 1: President Trump met with senior national security officials, including Defense
- 0:37Speaker 1: Secretary Headseth and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, to
- 0:40Speaker 1: review what an all out military operation against Iran would
- 0:44Speaker 1: look like if Tehran refuses to dismantle its nuclear program
- 0:48Speaker 1: or violates the current understandings between the two countries. But
- 0:53Speaker 1: for now, Trump is aside to continue pushing diplomacy while
- 0:57Speaker 1: making it clear that military options absolutely remain on the table.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Here's the President in his own words.
- 1:06Speaker 2: He was Secretary Excess and General Paine about essentially returning
- 1:10Speaker 2: to an all out war with Iran. Does this mean
- 1:12Speaker 2: you've been unhappy with Iran's adherence to the MoU.
- 1:16Speaker 3: Well, I think they've come a long way. We hit
- 1:19Speaker 3: it very hard last week. I think they're fine. I
- 1:22Speaker 3: think we're going to it's the d nuclearization of Iran.
- 1:26Speaker 3: It's very simple, and Iran cannot have a nuclear.
- 1:29Speaker 4: Weapon otherwise all of this stuff that we look at,
- 1:31Speaker 4: all of these things that we do, the country has
- 1:34Speaker 4: never had activity like you Scott right now.
- 1:37Speaker 1: The President obviously making it clear that he is considering
- 1:41Speaker 1: resuming that all out war with Iran.
- 1:44Speaker 3: And that was.
- 1:45Speaker 1: Before the President boarded the new Air Force one at
- 1:48Speaker 1: Joint Andrew's Base, Trump was asked about his reported meeting
- 1:53Speaker 1: with Headseth and him confirming it there. The Wall Street
- 1:57Speaker 1: Journal also reported that Trump was meeting with Headsetkin to
- 2:00Speaker 1: consider all options in Iran, including returning to full scale attacks,
- 2:04Speaker 1: in a move described as quote unquote finishing the job now.
- 2:09Speaker 1: President Trump's remarks come amid Iranian leadership refusal to engage
- 2:14Speaker 1: US negotiators directly during the nuclearization talks in Qatar. Special
- 2:20Speaker 1: Envoy Steve Wikkoff and Jerry Kushner in Doha, and they're
- 2:24Speaker 1: trying to work through the Katari intermediaries. And that's the
- 2:27Speaker 1: real story the Trump administration. They're trying to walk a
- 2:31Speaker 1: very careful line negotiate from a position of strength, while
- 2:36Speaker 1: also making sure i Ran understands the United States is
- 2:38Speaker 1: fully prepared to use force if they need to. As
- 2:42Speaker 1: Americas celebrates its two hundred and fiftieth anniversary, this milestone
- 2:46Speaker 1: is also a time to reflect on the enduring relationship
- 2:50Speaker 1: between the US and Israel, our greatest ally, President John F.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Kennedy once said Israel was not created in order to disappear.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Israel will endure and flourish. Now those words capture the
- 3:03Speaker 1: spirit of a young democracy determined to survive two nations
- 3:08Speaker 1: thousands of miles apart, yet united by shared values of democracy, faith, freedom,
- 3:15Speaker 1: and resilience. As America celebrates two hundred and fifty years
- 3:18Speaker 1: of independence, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews turns
- 3:23Speaker 1: to God in prayer, asking that his wisdom will guide
- 3:27Speaker 1: elected officials and lead America and Israel to moral clarity
- 3:32Speaker 1: and national unity. So sign up to receive a free

- 3:41Speaker 1: IFCJ dot org. That's flag pen IFCJ dot org. Now,
- 3:49Speaker 1: these negotiations were being told are also focused on well
- 3:53Speaker 1: technical issues, and they could eventually become part of a
- 3:56Speaker 1: broader agreement among the issues being discussed as being reported
- 4:01Speaker 1: now our restrictions related to Iran's nuclear activities, and then
- 4:05Speaker 1: restoring commercial shipping through the straight of war moves, mechanisms
- 4:09Speaker 1: as well for trust but verify inspections, and then the
- 4:13Speaker 1: implementation of portions of the interim framework that were reached
- 4:16Speaker 1: after the recent conflict. Now, President Trump struck an optimistic
- 4:21Speaker 1: tone yet again, telling the reporters that the United States
- 4:24Speaker 1: and Iran are getting along very well and saying Iran
- 4:28Speaker 1: has come a long way. He also suggested progress is
- 4:32Speaker 1: being made towards the administration's goal of preventing Iran from
- 4:36Speaker 1: obtaining a nuclear weapon while reducing tensions in the region. Now,
- 4:41Speaker 1: behind the scenes, officials acknowledge are still major obstacles. Among
- 4:46Speaker 1: the biggest sticking point or how Iran's nuclear program is
- 4:49Speaker 1: going to be monitored and what limitations Tehran will ultimately accept,
- 4:54Speaker 1: how the sanctions relief would work, and disagreements surrounding maritime
- 4:58Speaker 1: security and then ship hipping and the tolls that Iran
- 5:01Speaker 1: once through the strait of war moves. Now, both these
- 5:04Speaker 1: governments are also continuing to interpret parts of the interim
- 5:08Speaker 1: agreement differently, and that's creating a lot of uncertainty about
- 5:12Speaker 1: how a final deal could be implemented or even reached.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Now one of the most significant developments as President Trump
- 5:18Speaker 1: reportedly is no longer treating the previous August headline is absolute. Instead,
- 5:25Speaker 1: if negotiations continue making meaningful progress, Trump appears willing to
- 5:30Speaker 1: allow additional time rather than abandoning diplomacy prematurely. Now, that
- 5:35Speaker 1: suggests the administration believes that a negotiated agreement is still
- 5:40Speaker 1: very much achievable, even while preparing for a possible attack
- 5:44Speaker 1: that could collapse those talks altogether. Now, at the same time,
- 5:48Speaker 1: nobody should mistake diplomacy for weakness, is what the White
- 5:51Speaker 1: House wants the world and ran to understand. Senior administration
- 5:56Speaker 1: officials continue emphasizing publicly that every military option in fact
- 6:03Speaker 1: remains available if Iran backtracks or attempts to accelerate its
- 6:07Speaker 1: nuclear program. The Pentagon has maintained contingency plans, and the
- 6:12Speaker 1: White House continues to stress that force can be used
- 6:15Speaker 1: if diplomacy fails. So that is where things stand right now.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Number One, the talks, Yeah, they're continuing. Neither side has
- 6:24Speaker 1: walked away. President Trump is publicly expressing optimism and ensuring
- 6:29Speaker 1: that the military is prepared if these negotiations break down,
- 6:34Speaker 1: and for financial markets in America's allies, this is actually
- 6:38Speaker 1: an encouraging combination. You look at Wall Street, investors prefer
- 6:44Speaker 1: diplomacy over renewed conflict, while regional partners are continuing to
- 6:48Speaker 1: watch closely to see whether these negotiations can actually produce
- 6:53Speaker 1: a durable agreement without another round of fighting of war.
- 6:58Speaker 1: That is why the next twenty four to forty eight
- 7:00Speaker 1: hours could actually be extremely critical. If the negotiators, as
- 7:05Speaker 1: President Trump is hoping, can narrow the remaining differences, you
- 7:10Speaker 1: have real momentum towards a broader agreement, and that could increase.
- 7:14Speaker 1: But if talks stall out or they're undermined by the
- 7:18Speaker 1: radical clerics in Iran, you've got another problem. And that's
- 7:22Speaker 1: why the administration has made it very clear diplomacy is
- 7:27Speaker 1: not the only option. And then also seems to be
- 7:30Speaker 1: part of the calculus now coming out of Iran. The
- 7:33Speaker 1: radical clerics, they are already saying that someone needs to
- 7:37Speaker 1: kill President Trump, and Benjamin Nett and Yahoo calling for
- 7:40Speaker 1: it publicly. They're hoping for a radical lone wolf to
- 7:44Speaker 1: do their dirty work for them. These are the same
- 7:47Speaker 1: people that chant death to America and death to Israel.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Now you look at what they're saying, and you look
- 7:53Speaker 1: at what the President's saying, and you look at what's
- 7:56Speaker 1: happening in Katar. What's really clear now is there's also
- 8:00Speaker 1: another civil war happening within Iran. In Iran, they're going
- 8:06Speaker 1: to have to figure that out while trying to get
- 8:08Speaker 1: a deal done with the President. Yes, there is a
- 8:12Speaker 1: lot that can happen over the next few days, but
- 8:15Speaker 1: it's truly incredible to see exactly what this deal may
- 8:18Speaker 1: look like, and the President giving diplomacy more time to
- 8:22Speaker 1: succeed the Supreme Court. They may have settled one legal question,
- 8:27Speaker 1: but politically, we're now seeing exactly what the Democrats are
- 8:32Speaker 1: ready to do when it comes to allowing men in
- 8:35Speaker 1: women's sports. Now, the Supreme Court ruled that states like
- 8:39Speaker 1: Idaho and West Virginia can in fact in force laws
- 8:43Speaker 1: preventing transgender girls from competing in girls' sports, and Democrats
- 8:48Speaker 1: where they immediately began making it clear they've got no
- 8:51Speaker 1: intention of backing down. Instead, now they're preparing to make
- 8:55Speaker 1: it one of their main defining issues heading into the
- 8:59Speaker 1: midterm elections cycle.
- 9:01Speaker 3: JD.
- 9:01Speaker 1: Prince Kerb saying this on CNN about the ruling.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Frome Court also today allowed states to ban transgender athletes
- 9:09Speaker 2: from joining women's and girls teams. Do you think the
- 9:12Speaker 2: court was right on that or do you think they
- 9:14Speaker 2: were wrong?
- 9:15Speaker 5: Well, look, we believe that people have a right to
- 9:19Speaker 5: live the life that they're born to the life that
- 9:22Speaker 5: they want to and in Illinois anyway, we protect LGBTQ
- 9:28Speaker 5: plus rights, we protect trans kids. Remember in Illinois trans athletes.
- 9:33Speaker 5: We literally in high school have three trans athletes. We
- 9:38Speaker 5: have one hundred and thirty three thousand athletes in total
- 9:41Speaker 5: in our high schools, and three of them are trans.
- 9:44Speaker 5: Why is the Republican Party focusing on this issue? Why
- 9:48Speaker 5: have they passed laws in I think twenty seven states
- 9:52Speaker 5: that have restricted or banned outright trans kids being athletes
- 9:58Speaker 5: in schools. It seems to me like, you know, they're
- 10:01Speaker 5: just again, they're trying to foment on an issue that frankly,
- 10:06Speaker 5: I think we ought to be talking about bigger things.
- 10:08Speaker 5: I know, in the state of Illinois we have much
- 10:09Speaker 5: bigger challenges as they do all across the country, with
- 10:13Speaker 5: things like they've cut snap benefits, they've cut Medicaid, they've
- 10:16Speaker 5: made life harder for people, raised prices. These are all
- 10:19Speaker 5: things that we're having to deal with in our states,
- 10:22Speaker 5: and they're trying to distract with something that has very
- 10:25Speaker 5: little impact.
- 10:26Speaker 1: Now, to be clear, Jadi Prinsker is saying that somehow
- 10:29Speaker 1: Republicans are the ones that did this, even though it
- 10:32Speaker 1: was Democrats that were allowing boys in women's sports. Then
- 10:37Speaker 1: he says it's nothing but a distraction and he wasn't
- 10:40Speaker 1: done there. He also again laying the groundwork for what
- 10:44Speaker 1: Democrats truly believe in, and that is destroying women in
- 10:49Speaker 1: the games that they play and the scholarships that they
- 10:52Speaker 1: receive and the awards they receive.
- 10:54Speaker 2: But Republicans are using it in political campaigns, political messaging.
- 10:59Speaker 2: On the issue itself, do you think the court was right?
- 11:03Speaker 5: I think that we ought to be protecting trans kids,
- 11:06Speaker 5: So do you think they were think? I can tell
- 11:08Speaker 5: you this that those trans kids, you know the I'm
- 11:11Speaker 5: sure you've seen the statistics that depression and other mental
- 11:15Speaker 5: health challenges are following these kids because of the way
- 11:19Speaker 5: they're being treated in some communities. We ought to be
- 11:22Speaker 5: sympathizing with the parents. We ought to be trying to
- 11:24Speaker 5: help them help their children. And not putting barriers in
- 11:28Speaker 5: the way of children just being kids.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Yeah, and Justice Kavanaugh was writing that he doesn't think
- 11:33Speaker 2: that transgender athletes should be vilified or ostracized. When you
- 11:37Speaker 2: look at the numbers, though, there was a Reuter's IPSOS
- 11:40Speaker 2: poll that found that sixty seven percent of Americans agree
- 11:44Speaker 2: with the transgender athlete ban. Do you find yourself in
- 11:48Speaker 2: agreement with those sixty seven percent of Americans?
- 11:50Speaker 5: I think that first of all, this is a decision
- 11:53Speaker 5: that gets made by a family. That's a decision that's
- 11:56Speaker 5: been handled by schools and school districts for a number
- 12:00Speaker 5: of years. Now, I think we had to let it
- 12:02Speaker 5: happen at the local level as it has been. The
- 12:05Speaker 5: three in Illinois have been just fine.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Isn't it interesting how Democrats use this issue and pushed
- 12:12Speaker 1: this issue and demanded this issue, and now they're trying
- 12:15Speaker 1: to downplay it while also making it a very clear
- 12:18Speaker 1: central point going into the midterms. Now, for Republicans, this
- 12:22Speaker 1: decision represents years of well campaigning and fighting and finally
- 12:26Speaker 1: it paid off. Donald Trump made protecting women's sports a
- 12:30Speaker 1: signature issue because of people like Pritzker. Now, let's be clear,
- 12:36Speaker 1: when Donald Trump was running, He said, not only am
- 12:39Speaker 1: I going to sign executive actions, not only am I
- 12:41Speaker 1: going to pressure athletic organizations, but I'm also going to
- 12:45Speaker 1: make the logical argument that biological women deserve a level
- 12:49Speaker 1: playing field. More than half the states, and you heard
- 12:52Speaker 1: JB talk about this just a second ago, more than
- 12:56Speaker 1: half of the country has already passed laws that were
- 12:59Speaker 1: then up for grabs with a Supreme Court banning men
- 13:03Speaker 1: from competing in women's sports. Now the political battle is
- 13:07Speaker 1: now going to move to the campaign trail. Democratic leaders
- 13:12Speaker 1: and activist organizations. They're already out there arguing and targeting
- 13:17Speaker 1: the very small number, they say, of transgender student athletes, Well,
- 13:21Speaker 1: it is discrimination and the treatment of transgender youth is terrible.
- 13:26Speaker 1: Even though this law and the Supreme Court ruling has
- 13:29Speaker 1: nothing to do with how you actually treat a person.
- 13:32Speaker 1: They're also promising to continue the legal challenges everywhere they can.
- 13:37Speaker 3: Now.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Support of the ruling is also well, very different. Many
- 13:41Speaker 1: conservatives say this is a victory for common sense because
- 13:45Speaker 1: you should absolutely protect women's sports. There should be fairness
- 13:49Speaker 1: in athletics, and they point to all of the scholarships,
- 13:53Speaker 1: what President Trump did well, the roster spots the championships,
- 13:57Speaker 1: the athletic record books that are change when a man
- 14:00Speaker 1: competes with women and biological differences. It matters in competitive sports,
- 14:06Speaker 1: and that's exactly why this made it all the way
- 14:09Speaker 1: to the Supreme Court. But to be clear, what democrats
- 14:13Speaker 1: are now going to do is they're going to say
- 14:16Speaker 1: that you've dehumanized trans athletes. If you want to start
- 14:20Speaker 1: a trans league, you can absolutely do it. No one
- 14:24Speaker 1: is stopping you. Yes, trans athletes can compete, but women
- 14:29Speaker 1: should not be forced to compete with men. Now, I
- 14:35Speaker 1: want to take you back to some of the arguments
- 14:37Speaker 1: that were made the first case. I was there for
- 14:40Speaker 1: those oral arguments dealt with Idaho, and I want you
- 14:43Speaker 1: to hear the back and forth of what actually happened
- 14:46Speaker 1: and why the court got to the decision they have.
- 14:48Speaker 3: Right now, you'll cut this part up.
- 14:50Speaker 6: Idah's law classifies on the basis of sex because sex
- 14:54Speaker 6: is what matters in sports. It correlates strongly with countless
- 14:57Speaker 6: athletic advantages like size, muscle mass, bone mass, and heart
- 15:02Speaker 6: and lung capacity tragically but not surprisingly male athletes. So
- 15:06Speaker 6: you can injure female athletes in many sports if women
- 15:10Speaker 6: don't have their own competitions, they won't be able to compete.
- 15:14Speaker 7: And I don't know how you can say sex classification
- 15:17Speaker 7: is not being challenged. There's no question here that a
- 15:22Speaker 7: male who identifies as a female but it's a male
- 15:25Speaker 7: as being excluded from a female sport.
- 15:28Speaker 8: Correct.
- 15:29Speaker 4: That's correct, all right.
- 15:31Speaker 7: By its nature, that's a sex classification, and all sex classifications,
- 15:36Speaker 7: we have said repeatedly in our case law require intermediate scrutiny.
- 15:41Speaker 8: They are an awful lot of female athletes who are
- 15:46Speaker 8: strongly opposed to participation by trans athletes and competitions with them.
- 15:54Speaker 8: What do you say about them? Are they bigots? Are
- 15:59Speaker 8: they diluted in thinking that they are subjected to unfair competition?
- 16:04Speaker 9: No, yawn, I would never call anyone that on the
- 16:07Speaker 9: preliminary record in this case, and as the experts below agreed,
- 16:10Speaker 9: circulating testosterone after puberty is the main determinant of sex
- 16:15Speaker 9: based biological advantage that HB five hundred sought to address,
- 16:19Speaker 9: and on this record, Lindsay Keeacox has mitigated that advantage
- 16:22Speaker 9: because she has suppressed her testosterone for over a year
- 16:25Speaker 9: and taken estrogen. HB five hundred thus fails heightened scrutiny
- 16:29Speaker 9: as applied to Lindsay and transgender women like her who
- 16:32Speaker 9: have no sex based biological advantage as compared to birth
- 16:35Speaker 9: sex females.
- 16:37Speaker 4: And so it's going to come to this court and
- 16:41Speaker 4: we have to decide for the whole country constitutionalize this.
- 16:46Speaker 4: So I guess given that half the states are allowing it,
- 16:50Speaker 4: allowing transgender girls and women to participate in about half
- 16:54Speaker 4: or not, why would we at this point just the
- 16:57Speaker 4: role of this court jump in and try to constantutionalize
- 17:00Speaker 4: the rule for the whole country while they're still, as
- 17:03Speaker 4: you say, uncertainty in the beat.
- 17:07Speaker 1: So here's what we know from all of that back
- 17:09Speaker 1: and forth. The Supreme Court justices came out and they
- 17:13Speaker 1: said we must protect women's sports from men. Now, this
- 17:18Speaker 1: is going to become a defining issue for the midterm elections.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Elections are typically shaped by multiple factors, including the economy, immigration, inflation,
- 17:27Speaker 1: and international events. But both parties here clearly see the
- 17:31Speaker 1: transgender policy is an issue that energizes important parts of
- 17:36Speaker 1: their base their coalitions. And one thing is actually certain
- 17:40Speaker 1: now the Supreme Court issued its ruling, but the political debate,
- 17:45Speaker 1: at least from the side of radical Democrats, is only intensifying.
- 17:51Speaker 3: There are two stories.
- 17:52Speaker 1: Right now that are colliding, and I'm going to combine
- 17:55Speaker 1: them together for you so you understand where Democrats are
- 17:59Speaker 1: and now that many of the Democrats are just socialists,
- 18:01Speaker 1: communists and Marxists, where they are now compared to where
- 18:04Speaker 1: they were not that long ago, and you have to
- 18:07Speaker 1: ask yourself the reason why did they change so much
- 18:10Speaker 1: on immigration? Now there's a story here in Washington, and
- 18:14Speaker 1: I'm going to start with that. Ohio Senator Marino is
- 18:18Speaker 1: going to reintroduce a bill that former Senator Harry Reid wrote. Now,
- 18:24Speaker 1: not part of the bill, not some of the language,
- 18:27Speaker 1: the exact bill, and the exact bill that was put
- 18:30Speaker 1: in years ago by Senator Harry Reid was calling for
- 18:35Speaker 1: eliminating birthright citizenship for illegal aliens. Now, Marino shared that
- 18:42Speaker 1: not only would he introduce to the bill by Harry Reid,
- 18:44Speaker 1: the Democrat, the exact bill that would eliminate birthright citizenship
- 18:49Speaker 1: for children of legal immigrants, but also clarify who can
- 18:53Speaker 1: receive birthright citizenship and a post on X, the senator
- 18:58Speaker 1: responded to another posts from Fox's Bill Malusion, who shared
- 19:03Speaker 1: that in nineteen ninety three, Harry Reid had introduced the
- 19:06Speaker 1: Immigration Stabilization Act of nineteen ninety three. Marino stated that
- 19:11Speaker 1: they would see how today's DC Democrats will vote when
- 19:16Speaker 1: offered the ideas of the Democratic Party that they used
- 19:20Speaker 1: to love and the US was actually first, not last,
- 19:24Speaker 1: saying quote, I will reintroduce the exact bill when I
- 19:27Speaker 1: return to d C. Let's see how today's DC Democrats
- 19:30Speaker 1: will vote when offered the ideas of Democrat, the party
- 19:33Speaker 1: that used to love this country and the American people.
- 19:36Speaker 1: He also shared a press release that reads reintroduced bill,
- 19:40Speaker 1: titled the Immigration Stabilization Act of twenty twenty six, would
- 19:44Speaker 1: focus on making cuts to legal immigration limits, capping annual
- 19:49Speaker 1: refugee admissions, and clarifying to whom birthright citizenship actually applies.
- 19:55Speaker 1: The bill would also seek to make changes to legal
- 19:58Speaker 1: immigration limits by cutting quote overall legal immigration by restructuring
- 20:03Speaker 1: family based visas and setting employment based immigration visas to zero,
- 20:09Speaker 1: along with shifting family preferences towards parents of adult US
- 20:13Speaker 1: citizens now. The reintroduced bill would also seek to make
- 20:17Speaker 1: changes to refugee admissions by capping annual refugee admissions at
- 20:22Speaker 1: fifty thousand per year, along with requiring the President to
- 20:26Speaker 1: allocate the limited spots to those with the greatest humanitarian
- 20:30Speaker 1: needs regarding citizenship and voting. The bill would clarify the
- 20:35Speaker 1: birthright citizenship does not apply to children born in the
- 20:38Speaker 1: US to mothers who are neither US citizens nor a
- 20:41Speaker 1: lawful permanent residents who remain subject to a foreign country's jurisdiction.
- 20:47Speaker 1: The bill would also make it quote a federal crime
- 20:50Speaker 1: for non citizens to vote in any federal, state, or
- 20:53Speaker 1: local elections and nullify those votes now.
- 20:57Speaker 3: The bill would also.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Seek to improve borders security by increasing border patrol agents
- 21:02Speaker 1: by thousands and imposing user fees on border crossings to
- 21:07Speaker 1: fund that enforcement. A dedicated Border Patrol Control Trust Fund
- 21:11Speaker 1: would also be created in order to pay for additional
- 21:15Speaker 1: border patrol agents as well as technology and then barriers
- 21:18Speaker 1: that we need across the southern and northern borders.
- 21:21Speaker 3: Now.
- 21:21Speaker 1: The Center's announcement comes after the Supreme Courts five to
- 21:25Speaker 1: four decision against President Donald Trump's reform of birthright citizenship.
- 21:29Speaker 1: We also now know that the Court ruled six to
- 21:32Speaker 1: three against Trump's policy, but Brett Kavanaugh pointed out that
- 21:36Speaker 1: Trump and other politicians can change the rule via legislation. Yes,
- 21:42Speaker 1: the decision was six to three against Trump. The Kavanaugh
- 21:45Speaker 1: argued that Trump and other politicians can change the rule
- 21:48Speaker 1: via the laws, saying this citizenship then and now. Chief
- 21:54Speaker 1: Justice Roberts wrote for the majority was the right to
- 21:56Speaker 1: have rights to freely participate in our political commmunity. The
- 22:01Speaker 1: framers of the fourteenth Amendment extended that promise to every
- 22:04Speaker 1: freeborn person in the land. We keep that promise today. Now,
- 22:09Speaker 1: before far left radicals took over the Democratic Party, just
- 22:13Speaker 1: think about this. Their actual leader, Harry Reid, introduced a
- 22:17Speaker 1: great bill to end birthright citizenship and ensure no illegals
- 22:21Speaker 1: could vote, and crack down on employers who abused illegal labor.
- 22:25Speaker 1: And now the Republican Party is taking their exact words
- 22:29Speaker 1: and saying, let's vote on it now.
- 22:32Speaker 3: I said.
- 22:32Speaker 1: This story also ties to another one, that is, again
- 22:37Speaker 1: what happens when you get socialists and communists and Marxists
- 22:40Speaker 1: that are in charge of your country. There's a new
- 22:43Speaker 1: report that has just come out of Spain. Spanish police
- 22:48Speaker 1: now estimate that upwards of four hundred thousand illegal migrants
- 22:53Speaker 1: have filed for mass amnesty applications despite not having lived
- 22:57Speaker 1: in Spain last year. More Onred thousand people that are
- 23:01Speaker 1: not in Spain who are now demanding asylum in a
- 23:04Speaker 1: country they've never been to. Now, this is one of
- 23:07Speaker 1: the lax requirements that have been imposed by the nation's
- 23:10Speaker 1: socialist government for amnesty.
- 23:13Speaker 3: You don't have to be in the country.
- 23:14Speaker 1: You can just request it and then if you get it, bam,
- 23:17Speaker 1: come on into Spain now. Tuesday, June thirtieth mark the
- 23:21Speaker 1: last day for illegal migrants in Spain to file applications
- 23:26Speaker 1: for a mass amnesty plan launched this year by the
- 23:28Speaker 1: administration of the Socialist Prime Minister. Prospective beneficiaries of the
- 23:34Speaker 1: amnesty had to only comply with a notoriously laxed list
- 23:39Speaker 1: of requirements, such as living in Spain before December the
- 23:42Speaker 1: thirty first, meaning you just got to get there before
- 23:44Speaker 1: the end of the year and demonstrate that they have
- 23:48Speaker 1: quote no criminal record and do not pose a threat
- 23:50Speaker 1: to public order, public safety or public health.
- 23:52Speaker 3: You just mark the box.
- 23:54Speaker 1: The Spanish government affirmed earlier this year that it expects
- 23:58Speaker 1: half a million illegal migrants to receive the amnesty benefits.
- 24:03Speaker 1: Almost one point three million requests were filed as of
- 24:07Speaker 1: last week. This is truly insane. Now, unnamed sources also
- 24:12Speaker 1: told the local news outlets there that about four hundred
- 24:15Speaker 1: thousand of the one point three million applicants are believed
- 24:18Speaker 1: to have been filed by illegal migrants who slipped through
- 24:21Speaker 1: the cracks, and we're not living in Spain at all,
- 24:24Speaker 1: or on or before the antesty cutoff date. In other words,
- 24:27Speaker 1: they're just lying. The assertions believed to have led to
- 24:30Speaker 1: staggering amount of one point three million applicants that were filed,
- 24:33Speaker 1: according to the sources, and it's also reportedly believed that
- 24:37Speaker 1: a total of about eight hundred and fifty thousand illegal
- 24:40Speaker 1: migrants lived in Spain before the start of twenty twenty six.
- 24:45Speaker 3: So what does that mean.
- 24:46Speaker 1: We'll given the final number of applicants, which has not
- 24:49Speaker 1: yet beneficially confirmed, it will exceed more than one point
- 24:53Speaker 1: three million, and around four hundred thousand of those people
- 24:56Speaker 1: have taken advantage of the process launched by the Socialists government,
- 25:01Speaker 1: which also, by the way, points to massive widespread fraud.
- 25:05Speaker 1: The newspaper pointed out that as part of the guidelines
- 25:08Speaker 1: established by the Spanish government, it is now up to
- 25:11Speaker 1: the inclusion so Security and Migration Ministry and immigration officers
- 25:18Speaker 1: to verify the authenticity of the document submitted for each
- 25:22Speaker 1: amnesty application. Now police specialists in migration and border control
- 25:28Speaker 1: officials will not be involved in the verification process. Why
- 25:32Speaker 1: would you not have the migration border control officials involved
- 25:36Speaker 1: because you want the fraud to happen, and that is
- 25:38Speaker 1: exactly what has now been announced in Spain. So here
- 25:42Speaker 1: you are, you have two worlds colliding. You can either
- 25:45Speaker 1: have a border, have a country of laws, or do
- 25:49Speaker 1: exactly what they're doing in Spain, which is allowed for
- 25:52Speaker 1: lawlessness and a total invasion of illegal immigrants. Now Democrats
- 25:57Speaker 1: want this because they're trying to totally re make their country.
- 26:01Speaker 1: And when you get as socialist in charge, this is
- 26:04Speaker 1: exactly what you get. Make sure you share this podcast
