- 0:00Speaker 1: Fauci got it wrong on masks. How do we know
- 0:03Speaker 1: this now? Not because I say so, not because you
- 0:06Speaker 1: may have thought he was wrong, But we now have
- 0:08Speaker 1: been told that quote face masks made little to no
- 0:13Speaker 1: difference and preventing the spread of COVID Scientific Review now
- 0:17Speaker 1: fines Now, before I get into the CDC and how
- 0:22Speaker 1: big they screwed this up again, little to no difference
- 0:25Speaker 1: in preventing the spread of COVID these masks. I also
- 0:28Speaker 1: want to tell you about another story that's breaking, and
- 0:31Speaker 1: I'm going to get to this later, but I wanted
- 0:32Speaker 1: to let you know I'm not overlooking this. The ex
- 0:37Speaker 1: Intel chief James Clapper has now been ripped for changing
- 0:43Speaker 1: his tune on the Hunter Biden laptop. Now he is angry,
- 0:48Speaker 1: James Clapper attacking Politico, saying they deliberately quote distorted the
- 0:53Speaker 1: letter that flagged Hunter by laptop as Russian. Different disinformation
- 0:57Speaker 1: by those fifty plus signees in the intel eligence community.
- 1:01Speaker 1: I will deal with a story in a moment. Okay,
- 1:03Speaker 1: So again, this is obviously very big breaking news. Now
- 1:07Speaker 1: before we deal with that, let's go back to the tape.
- 1:11Speaker 1: Let's go back to the headline that we have, all right,
- 1:16Speaker 1: little no difference these masks and the spread of COVID.
- 1:19Speaker 1: All right, well, let's go to a guy by the
- 1:21Speaker 1: name of doctor Fauci. What did doctor Fauci say about
- 1:24Speaker 1: these masks? Here is doctor Fauci back in twenty twenty,
- 1:27Speaker 1: right before Christmas. Well, first thing, it's not going to
- 1:30Speaker 1: be like turning a light switch on and off. It's
- 1:33Speaker 1: not going to be overnight. It's going to be gradually.
- 1:36Speaker 1: And I think we will know when we see the
- 1:39Speaker 1: level of infection in the country at a dramatically lower
- 1:43Speaker 1: level than it is right now, that we can start
- 1:47Speaker 1: gradually tiptoeing towards normality. I don't believe we're going to
- 1:52Speaker 1: be able to throw the masks away and forget about
- 1:55Speaker 1: physical separation and congrete settings for a while, probably likely
- 2:00Speaker 1: until we get into the late fall and early next winter.
- 2:05Speaker 1: But I think we can do it. Wow, that's not
- 2:09Speaker 1: what they just said today, is it? Face, masks made
- 2:12Speaker 1: little to no difference. Now it was doctor Faucci willing
- 2:15Speaker 1: to listen to anybody else. Absolutely not doctor Fauci again
- 2:19Speaker 1: on c at N. This was several months later, actually
- 2:23Speaker 1: a year later, when he said this in twenty twenty one.
- 2:26Speaker 1: This was in September of last year. You know, there's
- 2:30Speaker 1: the immediate thing that one can do, and that is
- 2:34Speaker 1: in mitigation, for example, mask wearing, particularly among I mean,
- 2:38Speaker 1: obviously those people who are not vaccinated, you'd be wearing
- 2:41Speaker 1: a mask. But in indoor settings, when you're in an area,
- 2:45Speaker 1: which is almost the entire country in which there's a
- 2:48Speaker 1: high degree of iral dynamics, you should wear a mask.
- 2:52Speaker 1: We need to do that. That's the immediate thing that
- 2:54Speaker 1: one needs to do. Avoid congregate settings, particularly indoor. But
- 2:59Speaker 1: in the intermediate and longer term, it's going to be vaccines.
- 3:03Speaker 1: They're going to solve this problem. Will this there's in
- 3:05Speaker 1: two thousand and twenty one, just last September when he
- 3:11Speaker 1: said that. Now, he also continued to go out there
- 3:17Speaker 1: and say over and over and over and over again,
- 3:21Speaker 1: you must wear a mask. Doctor Fauci said he wears
- 3:25Speaker 1: a mask in public as a symbol, remember, a symbol
- 3:30Speaker 1: that he cares about you. This was back in twenty
- 3:32Speaker 1: twenty in the summer. Now understood, Okay, as you know,
- 3:38Speaker 1: all fifty states are opening to some degree, some variants
- 3:42Speaker 1: within that, but taking steps across the country as they open,
- 3:47Speaker 1: wearing masks is recommended for people to help reduce the spread.
- 3:52Speaker 1: In your view, doesn't make a difference to encourage that
- 3:55Speaker 1: when public servants set an example by wearing a mask
- 3:59Speaker 1: as you often do you when you appear in public. Now, no, no,
- 4:02Speaker 1: this is a symbolic thing now, right, they're not even
- 4:04Speaker 1: saying this is based in science. Well, it's a symbolic
- 4:07Speaker 1: thing that leaders do. Right. This is all about, well,
- 4:11Speaker 1: you need to be a leader. You need to understand
- 4:13Speaker 1: what it means to be a leader. This is how
- 4:16Speaker 1: you become a leader. And if you are a leader,
- 4:18Speaker 1: you wear a mask because a symbolic reason. So we're
- 4:21Speaker 1: we were already changing the science in twenty twenty, but
- 4:24Speaker 1: then we went back to no, no, it's saving lives
- 4:26Speaker 1: that later in twenty twenty, and then all the way
- 4:27Speaker 1: through twenty twenty one, and now again I go back
- 4:30Speaker 1: before you hear Fauci push this propaganda to the newest
- 4:34Speaker 1: headline quote face masks made it made little to no
- 4:38Speaker 1: difference in preventing the spread of COVID Scientific review fines. Now,
- 4:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna give you the details of how they found
- 4:45Speaker 1: this in a second. But again doctor Fauci saying it's
- 4:48Speaker 1: symbolic that you're a leader to wear the mask. Well, Jim,
- 4:53Speaker 1: I think we certainly should be recommending it. I mean,
- 4:56Speaker 1: as you know, I wear it whenever I'm outside, and
- 5:00Speaker 1: we can try and keep the usual distance, but sometimes
- 5:04Speaker 1: it's out of your control. So there are some fundamental
- 5:07Speaker 1: things that we can do we're very aware of insensitive
- 5:10Speaker 1: to the need to try and make those steps towards reopening.
- 5:14Speaker 1: But there are certain things that you can do and
- 5:16Speaker 1: still do as you're reopening. One of them is wearing
- 5:18Speaker 1: a mask. The other is avoiding crowds of more than
- 5:21Speaker 1: ten people, depending upon where you are and where the
- 5:24Speaker 1: dynamics of the outbreak are. The other is continuing to
- 5:28Speaker 1: wash your hands, which is important, you know. And those
- 5:32Speaker 1: kinds of things are simple, they're easy to do, and
- 5:34Speaker 1: I think one can do that at the same time
- 5:36Speaker 1: as you're gradually trying to get to the point of
- 5:39Speaker 1: doing a reopening. And I think those are the things
- 5:41Speaker 1: that everybody should seriously consider doing. Do you think when
- 5:46Speaker 1: folks members of the public are being asked to do
- 5:49Speaker 1: this and they look at folks like you doing it,
- 5:51Speaker 1: does that encourage it's used to a positive degree. No,
- 5:56Speaker 1: it does, Jim and I mean I wear it for
- 5:58Speaker 1: the reason that I leave it is effective. It is,
- 6:01Speaker 1: it's not one hundred percent effective. I mean it's sort
- 6:04Speaker 1: of respect for another person and have that other person
- 6:07Speaker 1: respect you. You wear a mask, they wear a mask.
- 6:10Speaker 1: You protect each other. I mean I do it when
- 6:13Speaker 1: I'm in the public for the reasons that A. I
- 6:15Speaker 1: want to protect myself and protect others, and also because
- 6:19Speaker 1: I want to make it be a symbol for people
- 6:20Speaker 1: to see that that's the kind of thing you should
- 6:22Speaker 1: be doing. Yeah, it's it's symbolic, right, you need to
- 6:25Speaker 1: do this for symbolic reasons. It's important. So let's go
- 6:28Speaker 1: back to the study. Now. The stance by the CDC
- 6:33Speaker 1: on face masks has taken many twists and turns throughout
- 6:36Speaker 1: the COVID pandemic. After initially claiming face coverings weren't necessary,
- 6:40Speaker 1: the CDC then change course in April of twenty twenty,
- 6:43Speaker 1: calling on all Americans, even children as young at two
- 6:46Speaker 1: years old, to mask up. That's when the horrific videos
- 6:49Speaker 1: started being published of kids who were being kicked off
- 6:52Speaker 1: of flights two year olds because they wouldn't wear quote
- 6:55Speaker 1: their masks properly. Remember that that's when people actually got on.
- 6:59Speaker 1: They do not fly of airlines because they couldn't control
- 7:03Speaker 1: a two year old with a mask, which was also absurd.
- 7:07Speaker 1: That September of twenty twenty, the CDC director said during
- 7:12Speaker 1: a Senate hearing that quote face masks are the most
- 7:14Speaker 1: important powerful health tool we have, even suggesting that they
- 7:20Speaker 1: might offer more protection than vaccines. Those recommendations likely played
- 7:28Speaker 1: a large part in thirty nine US states enacting mask mandates. Now,
- 7:35Speaker 1: a scientific review suggests the widespread masking may have done
- 7:39Speaker 1: little or nothing to curb the transmission of COVID nineteen
- 7:43Speaker 1: in the US and around the world. The review, titled
- 7:47Speaker 1: Physical Interventions to Interrupt or Reduce the Spread of Respiratory Viruses,
- 7:55Speaker 1: was led by twelve top researchers coming from esteemed universities
- 8:01Speaker 1: around the world. Was published this last week, and the
- 8:05Speaker 1: review dug into the findings of seventy eight randomized controlled
- 8:10Speaker 1: trials to determine whether physical interventions, including face masks and
- 8:15Speaker 1: handwashing washing less than the spread of respiratory viruses. When
- 8:20Speaker 1: comparing the use of medical and surgical masks to wearing
- 8:25Speaker 1: no mask, the review found that wearing a mask may
- 8:28Speaker 1: make little to no difference in how many people caught
- 8:32Speaker 1: a flu like illness COVID like illness nine studies two
- 8:37Speaker 1: hundred and seventy six thousand, nine hundred and seventeen people.
- 8:41Speaker 1: That's a lot. It's a large sample size and probably
- 8:44Speaker 1: make little or no difference in how many people have
- 8:47Speaker 1: COVID or the flu confirmed by a laboratory tests. The
- 8:51Speaker 1: six studies had thirteen thousand, nine hundred and nineteen people. Again,
- 8:55Speaker 1: this is a significant sample size. Next, the review compared
- 9:00Speaker 1: medical slash surgical masks to IN ninety five respirators or
- 9:05Speaker 1: P two respirators, which are used in Europe. It found
- 9:09Speaker 1: that wearing an IN ninety five slash P two respiratory
- 9:13Speaker 1: probably makes again listen carefully, little to no difference in
- 9:17Speaker 1: how many people have confirmed flu. Five studies eight hundred,
- 9:23Speaker 1: eight thousand, excuse me, four hundred and seven people were
- 9:26Speaker 1: in that study. Again, large sample size and may make
- 9:31Speaker 1: little to no difference. These are the N ninety five
- 9:33Speaker 1: now at mask and how many people catch a flu
- 9:36Speaker 1: like illness. There were five different studies eight thousand, four
- 9:41Speaker 1: hundred and seven people or respiratory illness. There were three
- 9:44Speaker 1: studies involved with that seven thousand, seven hundred nine nine people.
- 9:48Speaker 1: And I keep giving you the number of participants because
- 9:50Speaker 1: it's important you understand how large these sample sizes were.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Coming from the best research universities in the world. These
- 10:00Speaker 1: seventy eight studies looked at participants from countries of all
- 10:05Speaker 1: income levels. Data was gathered during the H one N
- 10:10Speaker 1: one flu pandemic and OH nine non epidemic flu seasons,
- 10:15Speaker 1: epidemic flu seasons up to twenty sixteen, and the COVID
- 10:19Speaker 1: nineteen pandemic. The study authors wrote, so how did we
- 10:23Speaker 1: get it so wrong? Could it be because we had
- 10:26Speaker 1: a psycho that wanted total power over you and was
- 10:30Speaker 1: obsessed with wearing mask. You wearing mask telling you that
- 10:33Speaker 1: a mask. Wearing a mask is a symbol, and it
- 10:37Speaker 1: is important that you have that symbol. Never forget Doctor
- 10:42Speaker 1: Fauci made it clear that if you love people, you
- 10:45Speaker 1: would wear a mask. Now, before I get into more
- 10:48Speaker 1: of that, I want to tell you about our friends

- 12:07Speaker 1: slash Ben that's Patriot Mobile dot com slash Ben. Now Fauci,
- 12:13Speaker 1: why did doctor Fauci continue to go on TV and
- 12:16Speaker 1: advocating with the NIH board behind him as the America's
- 12:21Speaker 1: top doctor, the highest paid federal employee, why did he
- 12:25Speaker 1: keep going on TV and advocating for masks mandates. I'll
- 12:28Speaker 1: tell you why. It was for total power happen. We
- 12:32Speaker 1: can we have control of this. We can do things
- 12:35Speaker 1: that could turn that around. So I understand you know
- 12:39Speaker 1: you're you, you don't want to wait into politics. But
- 12:42Speaker 1: masks are not political, right, They shouldn't be political, right,
- 12:45Speaker 1: And we know we see the president these rallies and
- 12:47Speaker 1: people don't wear masks, and Joe Biden does have a
- 12:50Speaker 1: really different plan right, and today talked about it and
- 12:53Speaker 1: he specifically talked about making mask wearing mandatory. Here's how
- 12:58Speaker 1: he put it. First, I'll go to every governor urge
- 13:03Speaker 1: them to mandate mask wearing in their states, and if
- 13:05Speaker 1: they refuse, I'll go to the mayors and county executives
- 13:09Speaker 1: and get local masking requirements in place nationwide. He also
- 13:15Speaker 1: wants to make masks mandatory federal buildings, interstate transportation. Do
- 13:19Speaker 1: you think this is a good idea? Is this what
- 13:21Speaker 1: a president of the United States would be helpful if
- 13:23Speaker 1: they were doing fighting for mask mandates well, you know,
- 13:28Speaker 1: one of the issues that people that talk about mandating
- 13:31Speaker 1: not be a good idea because then they'll say they
- 13:33Speaker 1: have to enforce it, and this is going to be
- 13:35Speaker 1: a difficulty enforcing it. But if everyone agrees that this
- 13:39Speaker 1: is something that's important and they mandated, and everybody pulls
- 13:43Speaker 1: together and say, you know, we're going to mandate it,
- 13:45Speaker 1: but let's just do it, I think that would be
- 13:48Speaker 1: a great idea to have everybody do it uniformly. One
- 13:52Speaker 1: of the issues, though, I get the arguments say, well,
- 13:54Speaker 1: if you mandate a mask, then you're going to have
- 13:57Speaker 1: to enforce it, and that'll create more of a problem. Well,
- 14:00Speaker 1: if people are not wearing masks, then maybe we should
- 14:03Speaker 1: be mandating it. So in other words, but it sounds
- 14:07Speaker 1: like what you're saying is sort of the power of
- 14:09Speaker 1: the commons, but you're gonna have some people who don't
- 14:11Speaker 1: wear them. You only need to have a certain amount,
- 14:13Speaker 1: and a mandate could get you there, right, even if
- 14:15Speaker 1: you don't have enforcement, right, right, So exactly, Okay? So
- 14:20Speaker 1: I mean is this was a total psychopath that was
- 14:24Speaker 1: obsessed with undermining Donald Trump. Remember he was supposed to
- 14:27Speaker 1: be serving under Donald Trump. He's obviously advocating at that
- 14:30Speaker 1: moment and supporting Joe Biden's run for the presidency, saying
- 14:34Speaker 1: it's going to save lives. He's in favor of mass mandates.
- 14:38Speaker 1: He was advocating for the policy that was clearly just
- 14:41Speaker 1: stated right there, right, he was advocating for the policy
- 14:47Speaker 1: of the administration of Joe Biden. Joe Biden's out there
- 14:50Speaker 1: saying I'm in favor of mass mandates, and if governors
- 14:52Speaker 1: won't do it, I'll go around them. I'll go to
- 14:55Speaker 1: the late state and local officials. Right, I'll go to
- 14:58Speaker 1: the local health guys and tell them to do the
- 15:00Speaker 1: mass mandates, and we're going to get this thing done.
- 15:02Speaker 1: And that's what Democrats did all over the country. That's
- 15:06Speaker 1: what they were advocating for. All right, Let's go back
- 15:09Speaker 1: to the study. The new findings seem to call in
- 15:13Speaker 1: a question the CDC's enthusiastic embrace of widespread masking. Doctor
- 15:20Speaker 1: Mark Siegel, professor of medicine at NYU and a Fox
- 15:23Speaker 1: News medical contributor, pointed out a key limitation, saying the
- 15:28Speaker 1: researchers focused primary on randomized trials, but most of the
- 15:31Speaker 1: studies have been done on mass are population studies there
- 15:35Speaker 1: are very few randomized trials on MASK, he said. In
- 15:38Speaker 1: a randomized trial, researchers places participants in different groups and
- 15:42Speaker 1: observe the results in controlled environments. He said, By contrast,
- 15:45Speaker 1: population based studies measure outcome in a real world setting.
- 15:50Speaker 1: So again, he's even trying to give some benefit of
- 15:53Speaker 1: the doubt that, okay, maybe it had a little bit
- 15:54Speaker 1: of an impact, so whether the study authors say. The
- 15:59Speaker 1: study authors did admit to some limitations and risk of bias,
- 16:03Speaker 1: including the low number of people who followed mass guidance
- 16:06Speaker 1: and the wide variations of outcome, saying the results might
- 16:09Speaker 1: change when further evidence becomes available. However, if you're going
- 16:15Speaker 1: to mandate something, you'd have to be sure of consistency
- 16:18Speaker 1: across the population, and that's never happened, so that's the problem.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Physicians also pointed out that the CDC never actually mandated MASK,
- 16:29Speaker 1: with the exception of public transportation mandates in January of
- 16:33Speaker 1: twenty twenty on planes, it was a state and local
- 16:37Speaker 1: authorities that took the CDC recommendations and implemented the mandates.
- 16:41Speaker 1: The recommendations may have been wrong, but the CDC doesn't
- 16:44Speaker 1: deserve the blame for everything. I think they were aware
- 16:48Speaker 1: that masks may have value on a personal basis, but
- 16:51Speaker 1: they get carried away with the politics quote unquote, and
- 16:56Speaker 1: just so you know how psycho the left is. As
- 16:58Speaker 1: of right now, there are no US states that have
- 17:02Speaker 1: mass mandates in place. However, on Sunday, New York City
- 17:06Speaker 1: finally this just happened on Sunday, dropped it statewide mass
- 17:10Speaker 1: mandate in hospitals, leaving the decision up to the individual facilities,
- 17:14Speaker 1: and many healthcare facilities are currently still requiring them in hospitals.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Many believe so that you'll just feel safer and it's
- 17:21Speaker 1: a warm hug when you walk in from your hot
- 17:24Speaker 1: breath coming back in your face. Now again, I'm all
- 17:28Speaker 1: in favor of following the science, but what we learn
- 17:33Speaker 1: now is for three plus years you had an obsession
- 17:41Speaker 1: by these psychopaths to force you to wear a mask,
- 17:45Speaker 1: no matter what to tell you that if you didn't
- 17:49Speaker 1: wear a mask, that you were basically killing people. And
- 17:55Speaker 1: when states drop their masks mandates, what did doctor foul?
- 18:00Speaker 1: What do you say? He said, you're inviting another surge,
- 18:03Speaker 1: condemning those states. Listen carefully here when you see Texas
- 18:07Speaker 1: lifting its max mandates, when you see pictures from Idaho
- 18:09Speaker 1: of kids burning masks and the same being called for
- 18:13Speaker 1: in Texas, what's your reaction to that? You know, it's
- 18:17Speaker 1: it's concerned, John. I mean, we understand people's need to
- 18:23Speaker 1: get back to normal, and we are going in that direction.
- 18:25Speaker 1: But when you stop doing things like completely putting aside
- 18:29Speaker 1: all public health measures as if you're turning a light
- 18:32Speaker 1: switch off, that's quite risky. We don't want to see
- 18:36Speaker 1: another surge, and that's inviting one. When you do that,
- 18:41Speaker 1: it's inviting a surge. Right, You're stupid to burn those masks.
- 18:45Speaker 1: You're stupid to stand up and say and to act
- 18:49Speaker 1: like you are above wearing a mask. He also continued
- 18:56Speaker 1: to attack Texas, dropping just by the know, you know,
- 19:00Speaker 1: he was saying, how dare you do this? Lit'sten to Texas.
- 19:04Speaker 1: This was after the numbers start to come in, and
- 19:06Speaker 1: Fauci on the Texas number said this, it's back to life.
- 19:10Speaker 1: And if you go to Texas as you know, it
- 19:12Speaker 1: looks like twenty nineteen. The restaurants and the bars are
- 19:14Speaker 1: full and open, the ballparks are full, and yet we've
- 19:18Speaker 1: seen cases in hospitalization since then continue to tick downward.
- 19:23Speaker 1: So what do you make of that as all of
- 19:25Speaker 1: us look around and sort of try to consider how
- 19:27Speaker 1: safe it is to get back to normal life. Yeah,
- 19:31Speaker 1: you know, it's it can be confusing because you may
- 19:34Speaker 1: see a lag and a delay because often you have
- 19:38Speaker 1: to wait a few weeks before you see the effect
- 19:41Speaker 1: of what you're doing right now. You know, there are
- 19:44Speaker 1: a lot of things that go into that. I mean,
- 19:47Speaker 1: when you say that they've they've had a lot of
- 19:51Speaker 1: activity on the outside, like ball games, I'm not really
- 19:54Speaker 1: quite sure. It could be they're doing things outdoors. You know,
- 19:57Speaker 1: it's very difficult to just one on one hear that.
- 20:00Speaker 1: You just have to see in the long range. I
- 20:03Speaker 1: hope they continue to tick down. If they do, that
- 20:06Speaker 1: would be great, But there's always the concern when you
- 20:09Speaker 1: pull back on methods, particularly things like indoor dining and
- 20:14Speaker 1: bars that are crowded, you can see a delay and
- 20:16Speaker 1: then all of a sudden tick right back up. I
- 20:20Speaker 1: love how this was described by Fauci there right on
- 20:22Speaker 1: these Texas numbers. He's basically angry that Texas defied him,
- 20:27Speaker 1: and Texas opened back up early and took the mass
- 20:30Speaker 1: mandates off early, and what happened when that happened. He
- 20:35Speaker 1: didn't like it, and they were furious that they were
- 20:38Speaker 1: being proven wrong. In real time. You could hear it
- 20:42Speaker 1: there on MSNBC. The numbers are down, things are better,
- 20:46Speaker 1: things are going well, it's happening, right, these all these
- 20:50Speaker 1: things are good. Well, but we hope it goes out,
- 20:53Speaker 1: but it may backfire on them. You notice how fouch
- 20:57Speaker 1: you and all these others are refusing to admit they
- 20:59Speaker 1: were wrong. And I think that's incredibly stupid. The reason
- 21:02Speaker 1: why I say I think that's very stupid is for
- 21:04Speaker 1: this reason, there is going to be another public health emergency.
- 21:07Speaker 1: And when it happens, no one's going to listen to
- 21:09Speaker 1: the public health authorities because they're never going to believe them,
- 21:13Speaker 1: and they're going to think that they are totally full
- 21:15Speaker 1: of crap. That's what's going to happen, folks, It's going
- 21:19Speaker 1: to happen. All right. I'm gonna tell you more about
- 21:22Speaker 1: this in a second, but I do need to tell

- 21:37Speaker 1: actually use. I have actually worked with a Gust of
- 21:40Speaker 1: Precious Medals. They are different because they will even tell
- 21:44Speaker 1: you if a gold Ira isn't your answer, they give

- 22:14Speaker 1: you've saved one hundred thousand dollars or more, then you
- 22:17Speaker 1: should take a look at their free guide and you
- 22:20Speaker 1: should really sign up for something that I've done. It's
- 22:22Speaker 1: a web conference where you talk to a top individual

- 22:32Speaker 1: protecting your hard earned assets when you get really close

- 22:51Speaker 1: ten years. That's August of Precious Metals dot Com eight
- 22:55Speaker 1: seven seven four gold Ira all right, I want to
- 22:58Speaker 1: get to the other story that I promised you that
- 23:01Speaker 1: deals with Hunter Biden, and we've got new intel coming
- 23:06Speaker 1: out on Hunter Biden. James Clapper has come out and
- 23:10Speaker 1: he's furious right now. He's the ex Intel chief who
- 23:14Speaker 1: is ripped, has been ripped over the last twenty four
- 23:18Speaker 1: hours for changing the Hunter Biden laptop tune. He is
- 23:22Speaker 1: not happy, folks. Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper,
- 23:28Speaker 1: all right, has been slammed for claiming that Politico quote
- 23:34Speaker 1: deliberately distorted a letter he's signed that characterize the New
- 23:38Speaker 1: York Post reporting on the Hunter Biden laptop as part
- 23:41Speaker 1: of a Russian disinformation operation days before the twenty twenty election. A.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Clapper wasn't alone. James Clapper and fifty other significant, very
- 23:53Speaker 1: notable members of the intelligence community approved the letter, questioning
- 23:57Speaker 1: the veracity of the postix exclusive that they published in
- 24:01Speaker 1: October of twenty twenty about the first son's shady overseas
- 24:06Speaker 1: business relationship. The letter was leaked to Politico, widely picked
- 24:11Speaker 1: up by other national media outlets. And eventually used as
- 24:14Speaker 1: campaign fodder by then presidential the candidate Joe Biden. It
- 24:19Speaker 1: was clear that the deep state turned on Donald Trump
- 24:21Speaker 1: and they were going to give the cover needed to
- 24:23Speaker 1: make sure that people didn't get to see the facts,
- 24:27Speaker 1: or read or share the story. We know the deep
- 24:29Speaker 1: state went to work. We know that Twitter and Facebook
- 24:31Speaker 1: limit the reach of the story and shut it down.
- 24:34Speaker 1: We know all of us on the Twitter files and
- 24:36Speaker 1: from Mark Zuckerberg at Facebook's own conversation that he had
- 24:40Speaker 1: on this story about Facebook when he was on Joe
- 24:43Speaker 1: Rogan's podcast Now. James Clapper told the Washington Post this week, quote,
- 24:49Speaker 1: there was message distortion in the initial reporting on the letter.
- 24:55Speaker 1: This is what a scumbag deep stater would say. All
- 24:58Speaker 1: we were doing was raised in quote a yellow flag
- 25:01Speaker 1: that this could be Russian disinformation. Politico quote deliberately distorted
- 25:06Speaker 1: what we said. It was clear in paragraph five. Clapper
- 25:09Speaker 1: then said, in this new meat culpa, trying to fix
- 25:12Speaker 1: the narrative years after the fact, journalists who have long
- 25:16Speaker 1: criticized the letter weren't buying his explanation. Quote if James Clapper,
- 25:20Speaker 1: new Politico and the reporter Natasha Bertrand were lying about
- 25:26Speaker 1: what their letter said. Why didn't they say so? Then?
- 25:30Speaker 1: Pultry Prize winner Glenn Greenwald posted on Twitter on Monday,
- 25:35Speaker 1: there were others who said the story again, if they
- 25:38Speaker 1: had a problem with it, they should have told the truth.
- 25:40Speaker 1: Here was another headline hunter Biden's story is Russian disinfo.
- 25:45Speaker 1: Dozens of former Intel officials say that was a headline
- 25:49Speaker 1: has since moved on to CNN. The person who wrote
- 25:52Speaker 1: that headline at the time, where she covers the White
- 25:55Speaker 1: House with a focus on national security from Politico. So again,
- 26:00Speaker 1: they're still lying to you the reality, Greenwald continued, The
- 26:04Speaker 1: CIA slash Intelligence community people a lot. We're lying. They lying,
- 26:08Speaker 1: and they won the media to spread this lie. Only
- 26:11Speaker 1: now that someone has to take the hit, is Clapper
- 26:14Speaker 1: saying Politico lie to you instead of them. Clapper's claim
- 26:19Speaker 1: that he was quote unaware the Biden that Biden brought
- 26:22Speaker 1: up the letter in his final debate with former President
- 26:25Speaker 1: Donald Trump called the Post story a bunch of garbage
- 26:28Speaker 1: also elicited skepticism about what he's now claiming. Quote. Clapper,
- 26:35Speaker 1: of course, didn't complain about the political headline at the time,
- 26:38Speaker 1: even even though Biden cited the distorted article during a
- 26:43Speaker 1: debate with Trump, which Clapper laughably now claims he didn't
- 26:46Speaker 1: know about. Really, you're the center of this whole entire controversy.
- 26:50Speaker 1: You come out with this letter, you put it out
- 26:52Speaker 1: in the media. There's the final debate, remember debates. The
- 26:56Speaker 1: debates changed because of COVID and all that crap and
- 26:59Speaker 1: the masks, and so there's this foul debate. Clearly it
- 27:02Speaker 1: comes up, and James Klapper like, oh, I didn't know
- 27:03Speaker 1: it came up. I didn't know they talked about it.
- 27:05Speaker 1: I didn't know they talked about my letter. I had
- 27:06Speaker 1: no idea that they were distorting what I said. Biden
- 27:11Speaker 1: also cited the letter in that sixty minutes interview in
- 27:13Speaker 1: October before the election, calling the report part of a
- 27:17Speaker 1: smear campaign. Other media outlets also ran with a political
- 27:21Speaker 1: story repeating the claims of Russian disinformation coming from Clapper
- 27:25Speaker 1: and the other fifty individuals that signed the letter. In fact,
- 27:30Speaker 1: Adam Schiff, then the chair of the House Intelligence Committee,
- 27:33Speaker 1: seized on the political reporting in an interview that he
- 27:36Speaker 1: also did about it on CNN, where he said, quote, well,
- 27:39Speaker 1: we know that this whole smear on Joe Biden comes
- 27:43Speaker 1: from the Kremlin. Clearly the origins of this whole smear
- 27:48Speaker 1: are from the Kremlin, he again reiterated. At the same
- 27:52Speaker 1: time in that interview, Greenwall blasted the media for transforming
- 27:57Speaker 1: the claim by Clapper and others into facts, saying, quote,
- 28:00Speaker 1: the CIA and other intelligence operative scumbags have a point here,
- 28:06Speaker 1: one I've stressed from the start. In their letter to
- 28:09Speaker 1: manipulate the election. They said they didn't know it was
- 28:13Speaker 1: Russian disinformation. They just thought it was. It was quote
- 28:17Speaker 1: the media that transformed it into fact. He said, I
- 28:21Speaker 1: don't care who is bored by it. Two weeks before
- 28:24Speaker 1: Americans went to vote for president, the CIA and others
- 28:27Speaker 1: in the intelligence community concoct an outright lie that most
- 28:32Speaker 1: media outlets, most major media outlets and corporations spread. Everyone
- 28:38Speaker 1: now knows it's a lie, but not one of the
- 28:40Speaker 1: media outlets has retracted their story. Cash Patel, who worked
- 28:45Speaker 1: the Trump administration, told Fox News that the American public
- 28:48Speaker 1: deserves an explanation from all of these news outlets. One
- 28:53Speaker 1: this Congress should subpoena at least the leadership structure of
- 28:56Speaker 1: those fifty one people, those that serve just directors and
- 29:00Speaker 1: deputy directors of our intelligence agency and law enforcement community,
- 29:04Speaker 1: and just say why didn't you make why did you
- 29:06Speaker 1: make this statement? Why did you sign this letter? What
- 29:10Speaker 1: was the bait? Are you the former director of the CIA?
- 29:13Speaker 1: Certainly someone sent you intelligence for you to sign on
- 29:16Speaker 1: to this, and what was the intelligence who put the
- 29:18Speaker 1: fifty people together? These are all basic questions that the
- 29:22Speaker 1: media quote should be asking. They're not, though. Early this month,
- 29:26Speaker 1: by the way, the House Judiciary Intelligence committees are now
- 29:29Speaker 1: demanding interviews with James Clapper and eleven other letters that
- 29:34Speaker 1: signed on to this, a fact noted by Senator Roger Marshall,
- 29:40Speaker 1: a Republican, this week. Marshall wrote on Twitter quote in
- 29:44Speaker 1: October twenty twenty, Politico us a letter signed by fifty
- 29:48Speaker 1: plus former Intel officials to labor the Hunter by the
- 29:51Speaker 1: Laptop story as Russian disinformation. Now the Judiciary Committee Chairman
- 29:56Speaker 1: Jim Jordan's requesting interviews and letter signer James Clapper is
- 30:01Speaker 1: changing as two to his tune two years too late.
- 30:05Speaker 1: That's the only reason why. Now he's trying to change
- 30:07Speaker 1: all of this, trying to act like, oh, they took
- 30:10Speaker 1: me out of context. Oh I didn't meet it that way,
- 30:13Speaker 1: Oh that was that was totally different than what I
- 30:15Speaker 1: thought it was going to be. Let me remind you
- 30:18Speaker 1: of what happened in October of twenty twenty. In October
- 30:22Speaker 1: of twenty twenty, MSNBC led with this news story to
- 30:27Speaker 1: make sure that you weren't bamboozled right by this intelligence.
- 30:34Speaker 1: Here is part of that story from October of twenty twenty.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Fifty former intelligence officials signed on to a letter yesterday
- 30:42Speaker 1: saying that the New York Post story about Hunter Biden's
- 30:45Speaker 1: emails has quote all of the classic earmarks of a
- 30:48Speaker 1: Russian disinformation campaigns, And to me, this is this classic
- 30:54Speaker 1: textbook Soviet Russian tradecraft at work. Really, Giuliani was not
- 31:01Speaker 1: fed passively Russian disinformation. He ordered off the menu. He
- 31:06Speaker 1: demanded it be brought to him. The letters signatories spanned
- 31:09Speaker 1: four administrations, including the current one, and include former CIA
- 31:13Speaker 1: directors John Brennan, Michael Haydn, and Leon Panetta. So here
- 31:18Speaker 1: you have a willing target, and the Russians are very
- 31:22Speaker 1: sophisticated about how to exploit a willing target. And to me,
- 31:27Speaker 1: that's what's it work here. So this looks like Russian intelligence,
- 31:31Speaker 1: This walks like Russian intelligence, This sounds like Russian intelligence
- 31:35Speaker 1: that their collective national security experience makes them quote deeply
- 31:39Speaker 1: suspicious that the Russian government played a significant role in
- 31:42Speaker 1: this case, and suggests that Russia is trying to influence
- 31:46Speaker 1: how Americans vote in this election. Do you think stuff
- 31:50Speaker 1: like that could just have been planted in there and
- 31:51Speaker 1: be completely fake? I do. Every intelligence professional I've been
- 31:55Speaker 1: talking to Mika says this is a Russian intelligence disinformation campaign.
- 32:00Speaker 1: There it is, right. I mean, it's very clear. You
- 32:04Speaker 1: had James Clapper voice that you heard, and there went
- 32:06Speaker 1: three four times. They knew they were lying back then,
- 32:10Speaker 1: and they knew they were trying to influence the outcome
- 32:12Speaker 1: of an election. Back then. They knew that what they
- 32:14Speaker 1: were doing was important. And the X Intel chief James
- 32:18Speaker 1: Clapper now saying I'm mad as hell they took me
- 32:20Speaker 1: out of context. Bull crap. You knew that you were
- 32:24Speaker 1: being used to win an election. You knew that your
- 32:27Speaker 1: misinformation was going to alter the way that the media
- 32:31Speaker 1: actually covered this story. You knew all of that, and
- 32:35Speaker 1: you ran with it because you didn't want Donald Trump
- 32:38Speaker 1: to stay president of the United States of America. You
- 32:40Speaker 1: didn't want Donald Trump to be able to drain the swamp.
- 32:44Speaker 1: That's what you did not want to happen here. Now, Lastly,
- 32:49Speaker 1: the most important point that I'm gonna make is this
- 32:52Speaker 1: Congress needs to make sure they don't screw this up. Okay,
- 32:57Speaker 1: Congress needs to really make sure that what they do
- 33:03Speaker 1: is obvious. What they need to what Congress needs to
- 33:07Speaker 1: understand is they have an obligation now. In my opinion,
- 33:11Speaker 1: they have a duty now to do their job the
- 33:14Speaker 1: right way and to answer the questions the way that
- 33:18Speaker 1: these questions need to be answered. They need to answer
- 33:23Speaker 1: these questions as fast as they can, and they need
- 33:28Speaker 1: to bring these people before Congress to answer those questions.
- 33:32Speaker 1: All right, make sure that you share this podcast with
