- 0:01Speaker 1: The cover up is in.
- 0:02Speaker 2: But now it's part two for the Biden crime family,
- 0:05Speaker 2: with a cover up, this time coming from the media.
- 0:08Speaker 2: CNN's Dana Bash covering now it's like she's almost on
- 0:12Speaker 2: the payroll of the White House for Joe and Hunter
- 0:15Speaker 2: Biden's corruption, explaining away the millions and millions of dollars
- 0:20Speaker 2: from our adversaries, the fact that he was selling access
- 0:23Speaker 2: to the White House by saying, well, look, there's a
- 0:26Speaker 2: lot of relationships that operate in a gray area intentionally,
- 0:31Speaker 2: and this is just politics, so you really shouldn't be upset.
- 0:36Speaker 3: The question that Anderson asked about the fact that doesn't
- 0:40Speaker 3: it appear chady, does that mean that the President was
- 0:47Speaker 3: involved in Hunter Biden's business dealings. No, but we all
- 0:52Speaker 3: understand Washington, and we all understand that a lot of
- 0:56Speaker 3: these relationships operate in the gray areas intentionally, especially when
- 1:02Speaker 3: you have somebody who is either related to a famous
- 1:08Speaker 3: person or a powerful person, or used to work for
- 1:11Speaker 3: a powerful person. You want your clients to know that
- 1:14Speaker 3: you can get them on the phone.
- 1:15Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean.
- 1:17Speaker 2: I mean wow, So there it is. It's not a
- 1:18Speaker 2: big deal. Look, especially when you have somebody who's either
- 1:21Speaker 2: related to a famous person or a powerful person. You
- 1:25Speaker 2: want your clients to know that you can get them
- 1:26Speaker 2: on the phone. So she's admitting that what they were
- 1:30Speaker 2: selling was access to Joe Biden, that this was influence pedaling,
- 1:34Speaker 2: selling access to the United States of America. This comes
- 1:38Speaker 2: on top of a new bombshell accusation. The Hunter Biden whistleblower,
- 1:43Speaker 2: Gary Shapley, is now claiming that the FBI in fact
- 1:48Speaker 2: spooked a coroborating a corroborating witness. Take a listen to
- 1:52Speaker 2: what he had to say. Again, this is how Devin
- 1:54Speaker 2: Archers now confirmed that President Biden lied. Okay number one
- 1:59Speaker 2: and two. Now you have this new whistle blower who
- 2:02Speaker 2: is claiming the FBI spooked some of the coroberating witnesses.
- 2:06Speaker 5: You and Joseph Ziegler came out as whistleblowers and testify
- 2:12Speaker 5: before that House committee. Are there others who have you
- 2:16Speaker 5: have to come out who are willing?
- 2:18Speaker 4: Well, I think there's lots of people with information that
- 2:21Speaker 4: there can shine light on this. And House Ways and
- 2:25Speaker 4: Means Committee has requested you know those names. We provided
- 2:28Speaker 4: those names, and we the government and the people in
- 2:32Speaker 4: the United States demand that the government and look gets
- 2:35Speaker 4: to the bottom of this.
- 2:36Speaker 1: They need to talk to all these people.
- 2:38Speaker 4: They can't just allow DJ to not give access to
- 2:42Speaker 4: to people. I mean, for example, the FBI s to
- 2:45Speaker 4: say that testified for the House Ways and Means Committee.
- 2:49Speaker 4: He was he was given a letter the Sunday before
- 2:51Speaker 4: from DJ basically telling him not to talk. And you know,
- 2:56Speaker 4: I know that he could have confirmed additional material facts
- 3:01Speaker 4: on this investigation.
- 3:02Speaker 1: And you know, he did confirm.
- 3:04Speaker 4: That the the FBI headquarters in ordifying the transition team
- 3:09Speaker 4: and Secret Service, but really that was the only thing
- 3:11Speaker 4: that he was able to speak about. So there are
- 3:14Speaker 4: so many other people, and we've provided that at the House
- 3:17Speaker 4: Ways and Means Committee, and we just hope that they
- 3:19Speaker 4: follow follow the leads and talk to the people they
- 3:23Speaker 4: need to talk to to get to the bottom of it,
- 3:24Speaker 4: because our tax system and the American people deserve it.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Okay, Gary, thank you for your time. They may want
- 3:30Speaker 1: to stay anonymous.
- 3:30Speaker 5: I'm sure you took a risk coming out, and so
- 3:32Speaker 5: did Joseph Ziegler as well.
- 3:34Speaker 2: So now you have the FBI telling witnesses to shut up.
- 3:39Speaker 2: Now let's go back also to Devin Archer before I
- 3:43Speaker 2: get into that. Look, you did the tough thing during COVID.
- 3:47Speaker 2: You paid your people and pulled your business through the pandemic,
- 3:50Speaker 2: and now doing the tough thing could qualify you for
- 3:53Speaker 2: a twenty six thousand dollars per employee at COVID tax
- 3:58Speaker 2: Relief dot org. Government funds are available to reward companies
- 4:02Speaker 2: with two or more employees who stayed open during COVID.
- 4:06Speaker 2: This is not a loan and you don't have to
- 4:09Speaker 2: pay it back. Look, this program is complicated, but nobody
- 4:13Speaker 2: knows more about it than the CPAs and tax experts
- 4:15Speaker 2: at Consumer Tax Advocates. The best part is you pay
- 4:19Speaker 2: nothing upfront. They do all the work and then they
- 4:22Speaker 2: share percentage of cash that you get. Businesses of all types,
- 4:25Speaker 2: including nonprofits and churches can qualify, including those who took
- 4:29Speaker 2: PBP loans. Even if you had increases in sales, you
- 4:34Speaker 2: did the tough thing for your employees during COVID. Let
- 4:36Speaker 2: COVID tax Relief dot org help get you up to
- 4:40Speaker 2: twenty six thousand dollars per employee. Visit COVID tax Relief
- 4:44Speaker 2: dot org. That's COVID tax Relief dot org. COVID tax
- 4:49Speaker 2: Relief dot org. Devin Archer, I think has come out
- 4:54Speaker 2: of this testimony before Congress, probably giving the most credible
- 5:00Speaker 2: witness testimony on Hunter Biden's business dealings. Why because it
- 5:03Speaker 2: was his best friend. He worked with him, and we
- 5:04Speaker 2: know this. Many are now saying that Devon was not
- 5:09Speaker 2: only guy that looked very credible, but he seemed to
- 5:12Speaker 2: be telling the truth and also at the same time
- 5:14Speaker 2: being cautious at what he said. I wouldn't agree. I
- 5:17Speaker 2: couldn't agree with that more by the way, because I'm
- 5:19Speaker 2: sure he's looking over his shoulder at the same time.
- 5:22Speaker 2: But he was involved, he was with him, He knew
- 5:24Speaker 2: what was going on. The amount of cash that he
- 5:27Speaker 2: was making was directly tied to the Biden selling access,
- 5:30Speaker 2: which is what he said, is that they were buying access.
- 5:35Speaker 2: I want you to hear what Senator Ted Cruz had
- 5:38Speaker 2: to say about Devon, arch of the Biden crime family.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Take a listen to this, Senator. Let's get into Devon
- 5:44Speaker 2: Archer here, and when you look at his testimony, give
- 5:48Speaker 2: me a couple of your big takeaways of what was
- 5:51Speaker 2: said that was even shocking to you, just an overall
- 5:55Speaker 2: recap of how insane his testimony actually was.
- 6:00Speaker 6: Well, the biggest and most consequential thing that Devon Archer
- 6:03Speaker 6: testified to is that Joe Biden has been lying to
- 6:06Speaker 6: the American people for years, and the Biden White House
- 6:09Speaker 6: has been lying to the American people for years. That
- 6:11Speaker 6: when Joe Biden said he had never discussed any of
- 6:14Speaker 6: Hunter's overseas business deals dealings with Hunter Biden, assuming Devon
- 6:19Speaker 6: Archer is telling the truth, Joe Biden was flat out
- 6:22Speaker 6: lying that he had had roughly twenty conversations that Devon
- 6:26Speaker 6: Archer was aware of. That is bombshell testimony because it
- 6:32Speaker 6: goes right to the heart of Joe Biden's central defense
- 6:36Speaker 6: that gosh, this was just Hunter doing his thing, it
- 6:39Speaker 6: wasn't me. And listen, I think the best way to
- 6:43Speaker 6: do this is to actually walk systematically through some of
- 6:46Speaker 6: the testimony. So Devin Archer met Hunter Biden sometime between
- 6:52Speaker 6: two thousand and two thousand and four, and Devin Archer
- 6:56Speaker 6: became involved in Bearisma in twenty fourteen when he joined
- 6:59Speaker 6: the Baristas board, and the relationship started when Mikolas Lochevski
- 7:07Speaker 6: and Vadam Posharski were on the target list of potential
- 7:13Speaker 6: investors in a fund that was known as Rosemont Real
- 7:17Speaker 6: Estate acquisition fund one. He also confirmed that the former
- 7:24Speaker 6: president of Poland, Alexander Kwasnyuski, joined the Barisma board, and notably,
- 7:31Speaker 6: this same point was in the FD ten twenty three
- 7:34Speaker 6: that the FBI prepared, So this is on one level
- 7:38Speaker 6: of concurrence between those two. Devon Archer described how he
- 7:43Speaker 6: flew to Warsaw in March of twenty fourteen to meet
- 7:46Speaker 6: with Kwasniewski and to discuss devn Archer's joining Barisma's board,
- 7:51Speaker 6: and he said that he recalled Hunter Biden, referring to
- 7:55Speaker 6: President Biden as quote my guy when shown the email
- 8:01Speaker 6: he received from Hunter Biden on April twelfth. Now, now
- 8:04Speaker 6: think about this for a second, Ben, have you ever
- 8:08Speaker 6: referred to your dad as my guy?
- 8:11Speaker 2: No, not once in my life. Certainly not in the
- 8:13Speaker 2: sense of like, hey, he's my guy that I'm selling
- 8:16Speaker 2: it a hot to the highest bidder in the world.
- 8:18Speaker 6: Right, Look, that's not normal. Daddy was Hunter's business. That's
- 8:23Speaker 6: why he was my guy. I've lived fifty two years.
- 8:25Speaker 6: I'm quite confident I've never referred to my father as
- 8:28Speaker 6: my guy, because that's not my business. That was Hunter's business.
- 8:34Speaker 6: Devon Archer discussed Hunter talking about how bringing then Vice
- 8:38Speaker 6: President Biden. To be clear, Joe Biden was the sitting
- 8:41Speaker 6: Vice president of the United States at that time, how
- 8:44Speaker 6: bringing then Vice President Biden to Ukraine would add value.
- 8:47Speaker 1: In the eyes of Barisma.
- 8:48Speaker 6: And Devin Archer described that as quote pretty obvious if
- 8:53Speaker 6: you're you know, you're the son of a vice president.
- 8:58Speaker 6: Now here's an exchange. The Majority Council the Republican Council
- 9:04Speaker 6: asked Evan Archer the following. You keep saying the brand,
- 9:09Speaker 6: but by brand you mean the Biden family. Correct Archer, Correct,
- 9:15Speaker 6: Majority Council, and that brand is what, in your opinion
- 9:21Speaker 6: was the majority of what the value that was delivered
- 9:24Speaker 6: from Hunter Biden to Barisma.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Archer.
- 9:27Speaker 6: I didn't say majority, but I wouldn't speculate on percentages,
- 9:31Speaker 6: but I do think that was an element of it.
- 9:34Speaker 6: Representative Andy Biggs chimes in, when you say Biden family,
- 9:38Speaker 6: sorry to cut in here, I just want to get
- 9:40Speaker 6: a clarification. You aren't talking about doctor Jill or anybody else.
- 9:46Speaker 6: You're talking about Joe Biden. Is that fair to say?
- 9:50Speaker 1: Archer? Yeah, that's fair to say.
- 9:53Speaker 6: Listen, I think it's I don't think about it, as
- 9:56Speaker 6: you know, Joe directly. But it's fair, that's fair to
- 10:01Speaker 6: say obviously that brought the most value to the brand.
- 10:06Speaker 6: So there's a reason that Joe Biden was my guide
- 10:09Speaker 6: to Hunter, because Joe Biden was the brand that was
- 10:13Speaker 6: being sold. All right, next exchange, Majority Council. That Hunter
- 10:21Speaker 6: Biden was adding value. His value that he was adding
- 10:24Speaker 6: was in part, as you said, his family.
- 10:27Speaker 1: Archer.
- 10:27Speaker 6: Uh huh, Majority Council. And so what is your basis
- 10:31Speaker 6: for knowing that, Archer? My basis for knowing that, Well,
- 10:37Speaker 6: I think there was there are particular you know, objectives
- 10:41Speaker 6: that Barisma was trying to accomplish, and a lot of
- 10:43Speaker 6: it's about opening doors you know, globally in DC, and
- 10:46Speaker 6: I think that you know, that was the you know,
- 10:49Speaker 6: and then obviously having those doors open, you know, sent
- 10:53Speaker 6: the right signals you know for Bearisma to you know,
- 10:55Speaker 6: carry on its business and be successful. All right, here's
- 11:01Speaker 6: the next conversation, Archer quote. My only thought is that
- 11:06Speaker 6: I think Barisma would have gone out of business if
- 11:10Speaker 6: it didn't have the brand attached to it. Now pause
- 11:12Speaker 6: to think for a second. He just testified to Congress
- 11:16Speaker 6: that Barisma, the Ukrainian natural gas company owned by a
- 11:20Speaker 6: corrupt Ukrainian Oligark would have gone out of business if
- 11:25Speaker 6: it didn't have the brand. What is the brand Joe
- 11:27Speaker 6: Biden attached to it? So there's a reason they paid
- 11:30Speaker 6: Hunter a million bucks a year because attaching Joe Biden's
- 11:33Speaker 6: name to the company kept the company solvent. Archer continues,
- 11:39Speaker 6: that's my only honest opinion. But I have no basis
- 11:42Speaker 6: for any never heard any conversations.
- 11:46Speaker 1: And then.
- 11:48Speaker 6: Then you see the Democrats jump in and Representative Goldman,
- 11:53Speaker 6: and Goldman who was the lead lawyer for the Democrats
- 11:56Speaker 6: and the Trump impeachments, and he's now a baby freshman
- 12:00Speaker 6: Democrat from representative from New York. He's decided his job
- 12:04Speaker 6: is to be Hunter Biden's lawyer, and so he's jumping in.
- 12:07Speaker 1: He says, what, but that's different than Joe Biden's.
- 12:10Speaker 6: Action because you know Goldman's Representative Goldman's job is to
- 12:14Speaker 6: defend Joe Biden Hunter Biden. Archer goes, right, Goldman, you're
- 12:19Speaker 6: just talking about that Hunter was on the board, Archer, right.
- 12:22Speaker 6: And I think that's why Goldman and so Archer it
- 12:26Speaker 6: was able to survive for as long as it did.
- 12:28Speaker 6: Goldman by because of additional capital or Archer just because
- 12:35Speaker 6: of the brand Goldman.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Well, I don't understand. How does that have an impact? Archer?
- 12:43Speaker 6: Well, the capabilities to navigate DC that they were able to,
- 12:46Speaker 6: you know, basically be in the news cycle, and I
- 12:48Speaker 6: think that preserved them from a you know, from a
- 12:50Speaker 6: longevity standpoint. That's like, my honest, that's really what I
- 12:53Speaker 6: think that That's like how I think holistically, Goldman.
- 12:57Speaker 1: But how would that work, Archer?
- 13:00Speaker 6: Because people would be intimidated to mess with them Goldman
- 13:05Speaker 6: in what way?
- 13:07Speaker 1: Archer? Legally? Goldman? Uh huh? Archer.
- 13:12Speaker 6: So on this line of questioning, I have no like proof,
- 13:14Speaker 6: I have no nothing. All right, let's see though what
- 13:17Speaker 6: he does have proof with. Here's another line of questioning.
- 13:21Speaker 6: Majority Council, and I want to talk about the value
- 13:25Speaker 6: going back to this. It would be the Spring of
- 13:27Speaker 6: twenty fourteen Cafe Milano dinner.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Archer.
- 13:30Speaker 6: Uh huh, Spring of fourteen, Yeah, the first one Majority Council.
- 13:34Speaker 1: And since we talked about it.
- 13:35Speaker 6: Before the break, if you could just recap, could you
- 13:38Speaker 6: say again who was there?
- 13:40Speaker 7: Now?
- 13:40Speaker 6: This Cafe Milano is the Shishi restaurant in DC, and
- 13:44Speaker 6: there was a dinner. Here's Archer's answer Archer, sure, Keynes, Rakashev,
- 13:49Speaker 6: Kareem Massimov, Yolena Batterina, possibly Yuri Hunter Biden, Joe Biden,
- 13:57Speaker 6: mind you, Joe Biden's the Vice President of the United
- 13:59Speaker 6: States at the time, possibly Eric Schwerrett, Majority Council. The
- 14:04Speaker 6: duration of the time that Joe Biden stayed there, you
- 14:07Speaker 6: said you couldn't recall, but do you recall whether he
- 14:10Speaker 6: had dinner or whether oh, he had dinner? Yeah, Archer says,
- 14:12Speaker 6: I recall that he had dinner. It was a regular
- 14:15Speaker 6: not not a long dinner, but dinner. Majority Council. And
- 14:19Speaker 6: so this dinner takes place in the spring of twenty fourteen, approximately.
- 14:23Speaker 6: But then, do you recall getting a wire on February
- 14:27Speaker 6: fourteenth of twenty fourteen from Yelena Batcherina for three point
- 14:32Speaker 6: five million dollars to Rosemont Seneca Thornton Archer to Rosemont
- 14:36Speaker 6: Seneca Thornton Majority Council. Yes, Archer, yes, and why I
- 14:41Speaker 6: remember that is from the other testimony. Yes, all right,
- 14:45Speaker 6: so the Majority Council follows up on this Majority Council.
- 14:49Speaker 6: There's a wire, an incoming wire to the Rosemont Seneca
- 14:54Speaker 6: Bohai account for April twenty second of twenty fourteen for
- 14:57Speaker 6: one hundred and forty two three hundred dollars. Soon thereafter
- 15:00Speaker 6: there's an outgoing wire which appears to be the next
- 15:02Speaker 6: day to a beneficiary of Schneider Nelson Motor for this
- 15:07Speaker 6: exact same amount. What was first off? Our understanding is
- 15:12Speaker 6: that Novatas Holding PTE Limited is associated with Keynes rashakeev Archer.
- 15:18Speaker 6: That's my understanding. Why did Rosemont Seneca BOHI receive this
- 15:24Speaker 6: one hundred and forty two thousand dollars payment from rashakev Archer?
- 15:29Speaker 6: It was for a car majority council for Who's car?
- 15:36Speaker 6: Archer for Hunter's car majority council. Was this a Porsche archer?
- 15:44Speaker 6: It gets a little foggy here, but I believe it
- 15:47Speaker 6: was a Fisker first and then a Porsche.
- 15:50Speaker 1: But it was.
- 15:50Speaker 6: Yes, it was majority council for an expensive car archer
- 15:54Speaker 6: for an expensive car.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Yes.
- 15:57Speaker 6: So, by the way, the brand is very profitable. I'm curious, Ben,
- 16:01Speaker 6: you've lived for forty some odd years on planet Earth.
- 16:04Speaker 6: Have you ever had Russians? Why are you one hundred
- 16:06Speaker 6: and forty two thousand dollars to buy a Porsche or
- 16:09Speaker 6: a Fisker.
- 16:10Speaker 2: No and no one directly connected to Vladimir Putin who
- 16:13Speaker 2: are best friends, and that's how they get their money.
- 16:15Speaker 1: They're billions.
- 16:17Speaker 2: And on top of the fact that Sinater We've got
- 16:19Speaker 2: to talk about this, they still have not been on
- 16:22Speaker 2: the sanction list. While all these other Russian oligarks have
- 16:25Speaker 2: been sanctioned, she has not been sanctioned yet every time
- 16:30Speaker 2: the sanctions lists come out. So if you want to
- 16:32Speaker 2: know what you get for the money, the three and
- 16:34Speaker 2: a half million, right or the other money for the car,
- 16:37Speaker 2: apparently this is what you get.
- 16:39Speaker 6: So, just to be clear, what you're saying is that
- 16:42Speaker 6: Joe Biden is sanctioned numerous Russian oligarchs, and they happen
- 16:45Speaker 6: to be the Russian oligarchs that didn't pay Hunter Biden
- 16:48Speaker 6: millions of dollars, and he is not sanctioned other Russian oligarchs,
- 16:53Speaker 6: and they happen to be the Russian oligarchs that did
- 16:56Speaker 6: pay Hunter Biden millions of dollars or hundreds of thousands
- 16:58Speaker 6: of dollars. Majority Council, going back to the calls that
- 17:03Speaker 6: Hunter Biden would put on speakerphone with his father and others,
- 17:06Speaker 6: can you describe what the other people would say, and
- 17:09Speaker 6: if you can recall after Hunter Biden did that, because
- 17:13Speaker 6: I'll tell you just from an everyday American, if someone
- 17:17Speaker 6: put the Vice President of the United States on the
- 17:19Speaker 6: phone right in front of you, it'd be pretty impressive.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Archer.
- 17:23Speaker 6: Absolutely, Majority Counsel, and I would think there would be
- 17:26Speaker 6: some sort of reaction from those people. Archer, Yeah, I
- 17:32Speaker 6: think everybody. I think everybody remains, you know, cool and
- 17:35Speaker 6: calm like it was, you know, and then probably called
- 17:39Speaker 6: their friends and family and said they spoke to him.
- 17:41Speaker 6: But you know, the reaction, I don't have any specifics
- 17:44Speaker 6: of like people jumping up and giving high fives, but
- 17:47Speaker 6: I think it was, you know, a signal that you know,
- 17:50Speaker 6: they respected and thought was of value.
- 17:54Speaker 1: All right.
- 17:55Speaker 6: Finally, three more lines of questioning where it concerned the
- 18:01Speaker 6: objective to get help from DC conversation One Majority Council
- 18:07Speaker 6: did during that I'll say, after dinner at the Four Seasons,
- 18:13Speaker 6: did Mikolaslochevsky or Vadam ask Hunter Biden to make any
- 18:16Speaker 6: phone calls? Archer, Yes, though I was not a party
- 18:19Speaker 6: of that phone call. Majority Council, What was the request?
- 18:23Speaker 1: Archer?
- 18:24Speaker 6: The request was I think they were getting pressure and
- 18:27Speaker 6: they requested Hunter, you know, help them with some of
- 18:32Speaker 6: that pressure. Majority Council, what pressure Archer, government government pressure
- 18:40Speaker 6: on there, you know, government pressure from Ukrainian government, investigations
- 18:46Speaker 6: into Mikola, etc. But it was it was not it
- 18:51Speaker 6: wasn't like a specific not a specific request. It was
- 18:55Speaker 6: just we were sitting there at the Four Seasons having
- 18:57Speaker 6: you know, coffee, and there was there was There was
- 19:00Speaker 6: one of the managers for the Four Seasons who managed
- 19:02Speaker 6: that property, Vadim. So it wasn't like a closed It
- 19:06Speaker 6: wasn't like it was not like a specific meeting Majority Council.
- 19:12Speaker 6: When you say pressure from the government at this time,
- 19:16Speaker 6: were you aware that Victor chokn was investigating Barisma Archer
- 19:22Speaker 6: to the best I vaguely, whether it was Shoken, I vaguely.
- 19:26Speaker 6: There was a lot of pressure initially there was. There
- 19:29Speaker 6: was several pressure issues. It was kind of a theme
- 19:32Speaker 6: of Barisma. There was capital tied up in London twenty
- 19:36Speaker 6: three million pounds that there was you know, a US
- 19:40Speaker 6: visa denied and then a Mexican visa, a Mexico visa denied,
- 19:44Speaker 6: and then there was so Choken wasn't specifically on my
- 19:47Speaker 6: radar as being an individual that was that was targeting him.
- 19:50Speaker 6: But yes, there was constant pressure and it was like
- 19:54Speaker 6: it was like whack a mole in regards to the
- 19:56Speaker 6: pressures they had to resolve.
- 19:58Speaker 1: This point.
- 19:59Speaker 6: Congressman Jim jord And jumps in the request from mister
- 20:03Speaker 6: from Mikolis Loochevski and Vadam to mister Biden and or
- 20:06Speaker 6: if you said it was to you, the request was
- 20:10Speaker 6: for help from whom to deal with what pressure?
- 20:16Speaker 1: Archer?
- 20:17Speaker 6: The request, you know, basically, the request is like can
- 20:21Speaker 6: DC help? But there were not you know, I'm not
- 20:25Speaker 6: going to there was not. It wasn't like there weren't
- 20:28Speaker 6: specific you know, can the big guy help? It was
- 20:32Speaker 6: always this amorphous can we get help? In DC. Representative Jordan,
- 20:41Speaker 6: the request was help from the United States government to
- 20:45Speaker 6: deal with the pressure that they were under from their prosecutor,
- 20:49Speaker 6: and that entailed the freezing of assets at the London
- 20:52Speaker 6: Bank and other things that were going on in Ukraine.
- 20:56Speaker 1: Archer, correct, all right.
- 21:00Speaker 6: Conversation number two, Representative Andy Biggs, So why do you
- 21:08Speaker 6: think they were asking Hunter Biden for DC help?
- 21:11Speaker 1: Archer?
- 21:12Speaker 6: I mean why, Representative Biggs, I mean, I mean, what
- 21:15Speaker 6: did you take away from that.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Archer.
- 21:18Speaker 6: Well, I mean he was a lobbyist and an expert,
- 21:22Speaker 6: and obviously he carried, you know, a very powerful name,
- 21:26Speaker 6: so I think it was that's what they were asking for.
- 21:34Speaker 2: Devin Archer was able to testify even though the FEDS
- 21:38Speaker 2: tried to lock him up over the weekend. Yes, the
- 21:42Speaker 2: d O jay did everything they could to come after
- 21:46Speaker 2: this witness, sending out a request to the judge over
- 21:49Speaker 2: the weekend on Saturday to imprison Devon Archer for a
- 21:53Speaker 2: case that has nothing to do with a Biden crime family,
- 21:57Speaker 2: so that he could not testify before Congress. That's how
- 22:01Speaker 2: bad they didn't want him to testify. Not only did
- 22:04Speaker 2: he testify, but Devin Archer testified that Barisma Holdings would
- 22:10Speaker 2: have gone under without Joe Biden, saying he was the
- 22:15Speaker 2: guy that saved the company. Now, let me remind you
- 22:19Speaker 2: of who Devin Archer is. Devin Archer is Hunter Biden's
- 22:24Speaker 2: best friend in life at that part of time and
- 22:27Speaker 2: in business when they were in business together, until they
- 22:29Speaker 2: portrayed him.
- 22:30Speaker 1: He says.
- 22:30Speaker 2: In twenty nineteen, he told House investigators the Barisma Holdings
- 22:36Speaker 2: would have gone out of business if if it were
- 22:38Speaker 2: not for the so called Biden brand quote unquote, which
- 22:42Speaker 2: Joe Biden promoted on cell phone calls with Barisma executives
- 22:47Speaker 2: to get the family paid. In twenty fourteen, Devin Archer
- 22:54Speaker 2: and Hunter Biden both joined the board of Barisma. Now
- 22:58Speaker 2: it was obviously a big deal on Hunter Biden joined
- 23:00Speaker 2: the board of Barisma, because that's how they funneled the
- 23:03Speaker 2: money to the big guy. But Devin Archer, so you understand,
- 23:07Speaker 2: his best friend in business, was also on the board
- 23:10Speaker 2: of Barisma, this Ukrainian energy company with major legal challenges.
- 23:16Speaker 2: It was also under investigation for wrongdoing. Barisma paid Hunter
- 23:21Speaker 2: Biden eighty three thousand a month to sit on its board.
- 23:24Speaker 2: We know that in reality he really wasn't sitting on
- 23:27Speaker 2: the board. It was just a way to funnel the money, right, Yeah,
- 23:30Speaker 2: they had to put him on the board so they
- 23:32Speaker 2: looked like they could funnel the money without it being
- 23:35Speaker 2: quote too suspicious. That's another problem. Devin Archer testified today
- 23:42Speaker 2: that in December twenty fifteen, the co founder of Barisma
- 23:47Speaker 2: and an executive of Brisma put pressure on Hunter Biden
- 23:51Speaker 2: to get help from Washington DC regarding the Ukrainian prosecutor
- 23:57Speaker 2: Victor Soken who was investigator Barisma for corruption. Now we
- 24:02Speaker 2: know in twenty eighteen, and I played this clip for
- 24:06Speaker 2: you countless times, Joe Biden bragged about the firing of
- 24:10Speaker 2: that prosecutor, Victor Sookn during an official visit to Ukraine
- 24:14Speaker 2: in twenty fifteen. During that visit, he met with the
- 24:18Speaker 2: former Ukrainian President Pushenko in Kiev about Ukraine's corruption. Now,
- 24:23Speaker 2: what did he say at the time. He made it
- 24:26Speaker 2: very clear at the time that he was proud of himself.
- 24:29Speaker 2: He was proud of himself for able to get the
- 24:32Speaker 2: guy fired. He talked about it on record at the
- 24:37Speaker 2: Council on Foreign Relations, and he loved telling you that
- 24:42Speaker 2: he got that prosecutor fired. It was something that again
- 24:47Speaker 2: Joe Biden loved, He loved bragging.
- 24:50Speaker 7: Yes, I think it was a not II, but it
- 24:52Speaker 7: just happened to be. That was the assignment I got.
- 24:55Speaker 7: I got all the good ones, and so I got Ukraine.
- 24:59Speaker 7: And I remember going over convincing our team or others
- 25:04Speaker 7: to convincing that we should be providing for loan guarantees.
- 25:08Speaker 7: And I went over, I guess the twelve thirteenth time
- 25:12Speaker 7: to Kiev, and I was supposed to announce that there
- 25:16Speaker 7: was another billion dollar loan guarantee. And I had gotten
- 25:20Speaker 7: a commitment from Porshenko and from Yachtsan Yuk that they
- 25:25Speaker 7: would take action against the state prosecutor. And they didn't.
- 25:28Speaker 7: So they said they were walking out to press comte.
- 25:30Speaker 7: I said no, I said, I'm not going to go
- 25:32Speaker 7: or we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
- 25:35Speaker 7: They said, you have no authority, you're not the president.
- 25:37Speaker 7: The president said, I said, call him. I said, I'm
- 25:41Speaker 7: telling you're not getting a billion dollars. I said, you're
- 25:43Speaker 7: not getting the billion. I'm gonna be leaving here. And
- 25:45Speaker 7: I think it was what six hours. I looked at
- 25:47Speaker 7: I said, leaving six hours. If the prosecutor's not fired,
- 25:50Speaker 7: you're not getting the money. Oh, son of a bitch
- 25:54Speaker 7: got fired.
- 25:55Speaker 2: He got fired. That is the President of the United
- 25:58Speaker 2: States of America bragging about what now clearly is what
- 26:03Speaker 2: seems to be a crime that has been committed by him. Now,
- 26:08Speaker 2: four months after that meeting, not only was Porshenko fired
- 26:12Speaker 2: soaken as it was just described by the President, An
- 26:15Speaker 2: FBI informant alleged that Joe and Hunter Biden accepted a
- 26:20Speaker 2: five million dollar bribe from the Barisma CEO. Devin Archer,
- 26:25Speaker 2: now confirming that said that Hunter Biden, along with the
- 26:30Speaker 2: other two individuals involved, called DC to speak about the
- 26:34Speaker 2: legal situation that Barisma was in. So you got the CEO,
- 26:38Speaker 2: the number two in command. They're on the phone, they said.
- 26:41Speaker 2: They stepped away to make the call.
- 26:43Speaker 1: He said.
- 26:43Speaker 2: Not only that, but over twenty times Hunter Biden placed
- 26:47Speaker 2: Joe Biden on speaker phone during business meetings with Devon
- 26:51Speaker 2: Archer present, he told House investigators. Archer also testified that
- 26:56Speaker 2: Joe Biden was put on the phone to sell quote
- 26:58Speaker 2: the brand. Twenty phone calls also included a dinner in China,
- 27:02Speaker 2: they say with Jonathan Lee of Boa Harvest rst bhr
- 27:08Speaker 2: right this company. Hunter Biden and Devin Archer held their
- 27:11Speaker 2: interest in the company through a shell company called Rosemont
- 27:14Speaker 2: Seneca Thornton. Republicans Investigators revealed it Batterina, the billionaire ex
- 27:22Speaker 2: wife of Moscow's longtime mayor, transferred three and a half
- 27:27Speaker 2: million to Rosemont Seneca Thornton on February the fourteenth of
- 27:30Speaker 2: twenty fourteen. We also have now confirmation from Devin Archer.
- 27:35Speaker 2: He confirmed today that then Vice president Joe Biden in
- 27:40Speaker 2: twenty and fourteen attended a business dinner with Hunter Biden
- 27:44Speaker 2: and business associates at Cafe Milano in Washington, d C. Batterina.
- 27:50Speaker 2: This Russian oligarch also attended that dinner. So you want
- 27:53Speaker 2: to talk about like sleeping with the enemy, You're literally
- 27:56Speaker 2: having dinner with the enemy. The Biden administration sanctioned list,
- 28:00Speaker 2: by the way, after the invasion of Ukraine, has excluded
- 28:05Speaker 2: the Russian oligarch bat Arena, and they have still not
- 28:09Speaker 2: put them on the sanctions list. So I guess the
- 28:12Speaker 2: three and a half million dollars gets you a pretty
- 28:15Speaker 2: good favor from the Biden administration. Make sure you download
- 28:19Speaker 2: the Ben Ferguson podcasts every day, share it with your
- 28:22Speaker 2: family and friends, and I'll see it back here tomorrow.
